00:00:00.000 Good evening, ladies and gentlemen.
00:00:30.000 It's a beautiful April 6, 2019.
00:00:33.200 I am your host, Krusty Canuck, and this is the Krusty Canuck Podcast.
00:00:37.160 This week's show, we'll be discussing the ever-so-frustrating carbon tax and the malarkey
00:00:43.540 and the abomination that was the Alberta leadership debate that we saw on CBC television.
00:00:52.140 So let's start with the carbon tax, shall we?
00:00:55.180 Well, before we begin, I'd like to say that the music is brought to you by Killing Joke.
00:01:00.000 I do not own the rights of any of this, so we'll get that legal term out of the way.
00:01:04.640 I just thought it was a pretty catchy intro.
00:01:07.960 Carbon tax, yeah.
00:01:09.200 So, we know this is looming for a couple of years now, and it's been in effect in four
00:01:14.360 provinces across the country.
00:01:16.480 So, on average, a Canadian taxpayer is paying, or actually anybody driving a car in this country,
00:01:25.680 is paying anywhere from $1.20 per liter, in some cases in BC, to $1.50 a liter.
00:01:33.120 Go figure, right?
00:01:35.620 All this is supposedly fight the big carbon monster that Canada is producing, even though
00:01:41.400 it's been proven that Canada's carbon footprint is roughly maybe 1.6% compared to the world,
00:01:48.780 you know, compared to our neighbors to the south, to India, and to China.
00:01:53.420 So, basically, we are nothing but a drop in the water of malarkey when it comes to the
00:01:59.220 carbon tax.
00:02:00.580 Personally, I just think it's nothing but a cash grab.
00:02:03.740 Liberals got stupid, spending more and more money for the sake of virtue and for the sake
00:02:09.000 of a handful of people of the United Nations.
00:02:10.740 Meanwhile, the rest of us Canucks have to pay more per liter, more for heating, more for
00:02:17.180 living, just to make our so-called liberal leaders happy.
00:02:23.360 I don't know what to say.
00:02:24.660 It's just a con, really.
00:02:26.820 Who in their right mind proposes any kind of tax is a good thing, right?
00:02:30.760 People were upset with Mulroney back in the late 80s and early 90s when he brought in the
00:02:35.520 GST.
00:02:35.960 And I remember the button saying, government-sponsored theft, which it was.
00:02:40.980 But, of course, you know, us Canadians, we learn to accept it.
00:02:44.680 However, what exactly did it pay off, right?
00:02:49.840 All these big debts have come and gone, and yet there's always some reason that some party
00:02:53.860 gets in and wants to tax, tax and tax and fucking tax people.
00:03:00.920 It's getting to the point that no matter what the hell you do, you can't even scratch your
00:03:03.840 ass, pick your nose, though it's someone saying, oh, we have to tax that, right?
00:03:08.160 I always thought carbon was a good thing to help people with growing, i.e. agriculture,
00:03:13.620 gardens, the abundance of boreal forest we have in this country.
00:03:17.200 I always thought carbon was a good thing to keep plants growing and flourishing and nutrients
00:03:21.220 and all that good stuff that you're taught in grade 10 science.
00:03:24.400 However, powers that be think that we're all dirty, nasty polluters and we should just
00:03:29.600 keep paying.
00:03:31.100 And I wonder what their carbon footprint is, ladies and gentlemen.
00:03:33.900 All these bigwigs that fly around the country and all these big summits in Paris and other
00:03:38.800 parts of Europe alike and say the magical words, oh, Canada will dedicate so much money to fighting
00:03:45.080 carbon.
00:03:46.180 Yeah.
00:03:47.000 Yeah.
00:03:47.600 I wonder how big their carbon footprint is.
00:03:49.140 Because every time they campaign, every time they go on television and hand us more lines
00:03:53.100 of shit, taking more money out of our pocket because they can't keep their fucking hands
00:03:58.260 to themselves.
00:03:59.740 Anyhow, speaks for itself.
00:04:02.860 I looked at my gas bill, gas and hydro, this past month and yeah, it's kind of ridiculous.
00:04:11.440 Well, I'm not going to exactly say how much it costs, but you get that big headline on page
00:04:16.140 two saying carbon levy, which is roughly about $35.
00:04:21.300 So for everything that I use to heat my home and to keep the lights going, I'm going to pay
00:04:26.660 an additional $35 because, you know, it's adding a carbon footprint and not to mention
00:04:33.380 that gasoline from my truck costs another $15 extra every time I fill up.
00:04:39.620 So, you know, the math I've done is it's pretty phenomenal, not to mention the small businesses
00:04:46.900 out there and according to our beautiful leadership, of course, you know, Ms. Notley and her infinite
00:04:52.140 wisdom and of course her buddy, Justin Trudeau and his infinite wisdom, small businesses tend
00:04:59.900 to be tax havens according to their logic.
00:05:01.760 So I wonder how small businesses feel.
00:05:05.640 I wonder how anybody feels about the whole carbon tax scam.
00:05:10.220 Personally, I like to rip everything up and just throw it to their faces, you know, but if you have a comment,
00:05:15.160 feel free to leave me a comment at crustycanuck.ca or you can find me on YouTube,
00:05:20.400 crustycanuck or on Facebook or here on Podbean.
00:05:24.240 Feel free to give me a comment or two.
00:05:26.860 Let's get the conversation going.
00:05:28.140 So, carbon tax, basically it's just a tax for breathing, an excuse to take more money
00:05:34.200 in the Canadian taxpayer's pocket and to sit in virtue signal over and over again.
00:05:40.320 You know, all the so-called quote-unquote experts can tell us, oh yes, it's not revenue,
00:05:46.140 it's revenue neutral.
00:05:48.300 Well, if it's revenue neutral, why do you want it so bad?
00:05:51.400 Why does Clement Barbee stand by it so adamantly?
00:05:54.900 Why does Ralph Goodile, Mr. Public Safety Minister, stand by it so adamantly?
00:06:03.060 Of course, Justin stand by it so anything adamantly when it comes to making someone else's money
00:06:06.940 and taking someone else's money, right?
00:06:09.740 So he's never had to work.
00:06:11.280 Half of the caucus that he's appointed has never had to work a hard day in their life,
00:06:16.260 with the exception of a few assistants and some appointees.
00:06:21.360 But he embodies all this, do as I say and not as I do, because I know what's best for you, right?
00:06:31.000 Well, he does admire basic detayerships.
00:06:33.040 And he likes spending other people's money.
00:06:34.480 That's been proven.
00:06:35.180 And Notley, well, she's no different, you know.
00:06:39.500 I understood Albertans were craving for something different,
00:06:42.040 because Miss Redford was such a dink when it came to spending public money
00:06:46.360 on beautiful things for herself, of course.
00:06:49.220 Another corrupt politician.
00:06:50.320 Doesn't matter exactly what party she was representing or where she was from.
00:06:54.000 She got stupid and got caught.
00:06:56.620 However, I don't think Notley was a great, great inspiration.
00:06:59.820 I don't think she was a really healthy alternative, to be honest with you.
00:07:06.400 Well, anything NDP on it to me just stinks of pseudo-socialism to the highest,
00:07:11.800 regardless of what their good intentions are.
00:07:14.540 NDP in Ontario had a nasty track record of putting everybody into debt.
00:07:18.800 I remember that when Bob Ray was Mr. NDP leader.
00:07:22.980 The amount of debt that province had to accumulate because of his wise decisions.
00:07:26.940 The only good thing he did was he told insurance companies to smarten up
00:07:30.580 and stop gouging people.
00:07:32.560 That's about it.
00:07:34.160 But everything else seemed to be compromised.
00:07:38.420 And then after him, a conservative government came in
00:07:42.340 and ended up having to cut certain social programs.
00:07:45.300 So you can see the pattern here.
00:07:47.740 So which is bringing me to my next point of the Alberta leadership debate.
00:07:52.640 My wife and I were sitting there watching it on CBC,
00:07:54.960 and I was just, I don't know, I was dumbfounded.
00:08:00.080 I just didn't, it didn't really register with me as a debate.
00:08:04.500 Not the debates I'm used to seeing.
00:08:06.240 You know, he had four candidates.
00:08:08.100 Liberal candidate, Notley, Mr. Mandel, he used to be the mayor of Edmonton,
00:08:12.020 and Mr. Jason Kenney, sitting there squabbling back and forth
00:08:15.560 about platforms and racism and prejudice.
00:08:18.520 And I'm just, I'm shaking my head thinking, is that even a thing here?
00:08:23.660 Really?
00:08:26.400 Like, the economy's gone to shit.
00:08:28.740 People are hurting for work.
00:08:30.360 And Quebec is still getting so many billions in Ontario
00:08:36.740 of equalization payments from borrowed money.
00:08:40.980 And the only thing Notley can really contribute
00:08:43.060 is pointing fingers at Mr. Kenney, saying,
00:08:45.760 oh, you said this and you said that.
00:08:47.540 How many years ago was it?
00:08:49.660 Anyway, I'll leave links at the bottom of my page
00:08:51.480 in regards to the whole carbon fiasco
00:08:53.580 and the Alberta leadership debate.
00:08:57.140 I don't know, I just, I had a hard time watching it
00:09:00.320 because not only were they spewing rhetoric and BS
00:09:03.440 about the whole diversity and the whole homosexual GSA agenda
00:09:09.780 and what so-and-so said so many years ago,
00:09:13.680 it just seemed they were losing focus
00:09:15.620 on what was really good for the province,
00:09:18.520 as any leader should.
00:09:20.140 What was the platform?
00:09:21.920 You know, ironically enough, Mr. Liberal candidate, Mr. Khan,
00:09:25.460 you know, said some logical things,
00:09:27.880 but too bad he represents a party
00:09:29.800 that refuses to accept logic and fact.
00:09:34.020 They too are on the race-baiting wagon.
00:09:36.540 They too are constantly worrying about the, you know, identity
00:09:39.900 when they should be looking after the people
00:09:41.860 that put him into power,
00:09:43.760 especially looking after the rest of the country.
00:09:45.760 So I don't really take that Liberal candidate very seriously.
00:09:50.240 As a matter of fact,
00:09:51.120 I don't take any Liberal candidate very seriously,
00:09:52.960 unless it's Ms. Raybould, who had the guts and the integrity.
00:09:56.440 Hats off to her.
00:09:59.400 But the rest of the clowns, it just seemed like a, just a circus.
00:10:03.960 And then every so often, the CBC moderator,
00:10:07.420 you know, all one minute left.
00:10:09.060 Well, 45 seconds.
00:10:10.980 It's like, what, are we watching a basketball game
00:10:13.120 or are we actually trying to hear a debate here?
00:10:15.400 You know, hats off to the panel.
00:10:18.180 Well, you know, actual journalists with integrity
00:10:20.740 talking and making sense of the whole thing.
00:10:24.760 But I just remember sitting there with my wife
00:10:27.140 and going out of my head thinking,
00:10:29.920 what the hell are they talking about here, you know?
00:10:33.240 Like, they talk about the pipeline.
00:10:35.160 Okay, they dwelled on it a bit,
00:10:37.080 but there was no actual, you know, cold hard fact.
00:10:40.520 When their shuttle's going to hit the ground?
00:10:41.740 When is it going to be built?
00:10:43.460 You know, when is this government going to tell
00:10:46.540 the federal government, look, you either back us up
00:10:49.280 or you get the hell out of our way.
00:10:52.260 That's, you know, that's the way I would look at it.
00:10:55.100 Well, you know, they have a tanker ban in B.C.,
00:10:58.780 but there's no tanker ban in the St. Lawrence Seaway.
00:11:02.900 And, you know, that came from our representative here,
00:11:07.480 Kevin Sorenson, when I did a town hall with him.
00:11:09.540 And he was very adamant in explaining the details
00:11:12.540 when it came to Saudi Arabian oil.
00:11:14.680 So it's nothing, no big mystery, ladies and gentlemen.
00:11:19.220 You know, our federal government
00:11:20.680 and his provincial buddies and backers
00:11:23.940 would prefer to have Saudi oil come to Canada
00:11:26.780 to fuel the cars rather than Alberta oil.
00:11:29.480 So it's kind of a slap in the face all the way around,
00:11:32.940 provincially and federally.
00:11:34.560 All right, so while Victoria is dumping poop
00:11:38.500 into the Pacific Ocean and Quebec and Montreal,
00:11:43.720 Quebec City and Montreal,
00:11:45.360 both dumping their crap into St. Lawrence,
00:11:49.900 and yet they're worried about a handful of orcas in B.C.
00:11:53.600 What I understand of whales, they stay away from big ships.
00:11:57.220 Big noise scares them.
00:11:58.340 So that's obviously, that's just an excuse.
00:12:01.960 But we'll see come April 16th
00:12:05.780 what Ms. Notley has to say
00:12:08.280 or what Mr. Kenney has to say.
00:12:11.440 I'm not even going to count the liberal.
00:12:13.260 I don't think he's been a liberal in this province
00:12:15.020 since the 1950s, I believe.
00:12:18.240 So about Mr. Mendel there,
00:12:21.620 the Alberta Freedom Party.
00:12:24.620 He actually had some valid points.
00:12:26.080 He had some decent logic.
00:12:27.500 And from being the mayor of Edmonton,
00:12:30.420 I think he's got something to stand on.
00:12:32.500 But you the voter, you decide.
00:12:34.740 I haven't really decided yet.
00:12:36.200 I'm definitely going to vote for Notley, that's for sure.
00:12:37.880 She's just, phew, windbag.
00:12:40.360 I put her up there with Iker Khalid
00:12:41.720 and all the other windbags
00:12:42.740 that make these suggestions, you know,
00:12:46.500 and try to look good at the taxpayer's expense.
00:12:48.400 But everybody else just seems,
00:12:53.100 it just seems foolish.
00:12:56.380 You watch these guys on TV,
00:12:57.760 and I miss watching a good old-fashioned debate.
00:13:01.960 You know?
00:13:03.960 I'm sure you do too.
00:13:05.360 I remember some debates from the 90s.
00:13:07.420 It didn't matter who was in charge.
00:13:08.980 You're actually watching good politics,
00:13:12.060 good exchange,
00:13:13.420 whether it be ideas or suggestions,
00:13:14.940 accusations.
00:13:16.900 But now it's just a big total mudsling, you know?
00:13:20.900 Oh, you said this in the 90s.
00:13:22.460 You said this in 2005.
00:13:24.000 Or you said this in 2008.
00:13:26.480 Who fucking cares?
00:13:29.420 Really?
00:13:30.520 You know?
00:13:32.740 It just, it seems so goddamn childish.
00:13:35.260 Here are these representatives
00:13:36.160 who are making a small fortune,
00:13:38.600 you know,
00:13:39.320 every year,
00:13:40.360 making 300,000 bucks or more.
00:13:42.920 In some cases, maybe a bit less.
00:13:44.080 But, you know, a good chunk of change.
00:13:45.940 And I spend more time worrying about what's said
00:13:48.120 five or six years ago.
00:13:50.040 Or in some cases, ten years ago.
00:13:51.420 Or maybe even twenty.
00:13:53.600 I know the conservatives
00:13:54.580 have not
00:13:56.260 always had a great track record
00:13:58.680 when it comes to
00:13:59.480 same-sex
00:14:01.380 marriages
00:14:02.980 and equal rights.
00:14:05.760 But
00:14:06.120 I personally know a couple of conservatives
00:14:08.100 that have come out of the closet.
00:14:09.480 And they're good men.
00:14:11.100 I'll tell you that.
00:14:11.760 So, it has nothing to do with
00:14:13.180 what was said
00:14:15.420 ten years ago.
00:14:16.600 It's just a matter of
00:14:17.380 integrity and intestinal fortitude
00:14:18.960 and
00:14:19.940 sticking by your guns,
00:14:21.380 folks.
00:14:22.400 So,
00:14:23.040 I will advise
00:14:24.780 my listeners out there
00:14:25.900 don't.
00:14:28.160 Don't give Notley a second chance.
00:14:30.220 Don't.
00:14:30.720 Because there'd just be more debt.
00:14:31.900 More excuses.
00:14:32.640 More virtue.
00:14:33.720 More finger-pointing.
00:14:35.180 More blaming.
00:14:36.100 More race-baiting.
00:14:37.560 More identity politics.
00:14:39.280 What we need are politicians
00:14:40.200 that actually got some integrity
00:14:41.560 and some gutso.
00:14:43.540 A bit of moxie.
00:14:44.780 You know?
00:14:45.160 I haven't used that word in a while.
00:14:46.940 But, uh,
00:14:48.180 a bit of integrity.
00:14:50.320 May the best person win.
00:14:52.060 I hope, uh,
00:14:53.020 we get a leader in there
00:14:53.920 that's gonna actually
00:14:54.640 tell Justin where to go.
00:14:57.140 You know?
00:14:59.380 Really?
00:15:00.720 Now, you guys decide, though.
00:15:02.320 You know,
00:15:02.620 I haven't cast a ballot yet.
00:15:04.080 But, uh,
00:15:04.560 I will be at the polls
00:15:05.380 on April 16th
00:15:07.480 casting my ballot
00:15:08.480 with my wife.
00:15:09.820 You know?
00:15:11.200 I'll decide who the best person is
00:15:13.040 and get the job done.
00:15:14.860 You know?
00:15:15.900 As I mentioned in my last video,
00:15:17.380 I want to see people prosper.
00:15:18.840 I want to see people
00:15:19.880 get ahead.
00:15:21.540 I want to see
00:15:22.480 prosperity.
00:15:24.000 I want to see the oil patch
00:15:25.280 back at it again.
00:15:26.180 I want to see farms
00:15:27.200 producing great product.
00:15:30.400 You know?
00:15:30.860 I want to see people
00:15:31.460 standing up for canola.
00:15:32.880 That's a great crop.
00:15:33.940 It's a good product.
00:15:35.540 You know?
00:15:37.040 I want to see kids
00:15:38.080 happy, laughing,
00:15:39.460 all that good stuff.
00:15:40.900 But, uh,
00:15:42.360 we're not gonna do it
00:15:43.260 until we get, uh,
00:15:44.480 some more people
00:15:45.160 who actually want to lead
00:15:47.020 rather than take
00:15:48.120 and lie and divide.
00:15:50.920 Right?
00:15:52.440 Well, this country
00:15:53.280 means a lot to me.
00:15:54.940 And I'm sure it means
00:15:55.560 a lot to you, too.
00:15:56.760 Especially this province.
00:15:58.040 You know,
00:15:58.220 I've been living
00:15:58.540 in this province now
00:15:59.240 for more than 10 years.
00:16:02.120 And, uh,
00:16:03.620 you can say I've fallen
00:16:04.380 in love with the place.
00:16:05.160 It's great.
00:16:06.840 You know?
00:16:07.360 Things are steady.
00:16:08.420 Work is good.
00:16:09.080 Well, but, uh,
00:16:11.760 I'm sick and tired
00:16:12.480 of seeing, you know,
00:16:13.420 half-assed leadership,
00:16:14.420 lackluster politics,
00:16:15.520 and, uh,
00:16:16.640 all this mudslinging.
00:16:17.900 For what?
00:16:19.060 It's all about power.
00:16:20.000 It's a power grab, folks.
00:16:21.320 So, let's elect
00:16:22.200 the individual
00:16:22.720 that's actually
00:16:23.880 gonna do something right
00:16:24.840 and stand by
00:16:26.320 all Albertans,
00:16:27.580 not just a handful here
00:16:28.660 or a handful there.
00:16:30.360 Somebody who's gonna
00:16:31.020 do the right thing.
00:16:32.560 Get the economy going again.
00:16:33.760 Well,
00:16:35.800 I'm sure there's been
00:16:37.380 gestures and inventions
00:16:38.380 that have been
00:16:39.000 brought forward before
00:16:39.940 so we don't have to
00:16:41.300 rely on fossil fuels,
00:16:42.520 but, for now,
00:16:43.520 this is all we know.
00:16:45.640 And, uh,
00:16:46.320 taxing someone to death
00:16:47.700 is not gonna lead
00:16:48.400 to prosperity.
00:16:49.760 Never has.
00:16:51.340 Right?
00:16:52.840 When I look at the taxes
00:16:53.820 I've paid this year,
00:16:55.420 you're looking at
00:16:55.980 an average of about
00:16:56.500 42,
00:16:57.180 42 and a half,
00:16:58.440 maybe 42.6%
00:17:00.200 of everything I have earned
00:17:02.140 has gone to federal
00:17:03.160 and provincial taxes.
00:17:05.240 And, of course,
00:17:05.960 a few extra bucks
00:17:06.700 to municipal taxes,
00:17:07.820 you know,
00:17:07.980 land tax,
00:17:08.680 you know,
00:17:08.900 paying rent on your own land,
00:17:10.700 all that good stuff.
00:17:13.500 What?
00:17:17.000 Well, as I sit here
00:17:17.780 and have a smoke
00:17:18.320 and a good cup of coffee,
00:17:19.340 I realize,
00:17:21.360 well,
00:17:23.480 we pay too much taxes
00:17:24.520 as it is,
00:17:25.100 and with the NDP
00:17:26.340 or Liberal,
00:17:27.240 they're gonna take
00:17:27.800 more taxes
00:17:28.340 because they want
00:17:28.760 to spend more money,
00:17:29.900 you know?
00:17:31.300 At whose expense?
00:17:32.500 They don't have to pay
00:17:33.120 for it,
00:17:34.020 you know?
00:17:35.300 Most of them
00:17:35.760 are rich bastards
00:17:36.380 to begin with.
00:17:37.280 And I can honestly
00:17:37.940 tell you,
00:17:39.280 they're rich because
00:17:40.660 they're inherited,
00:17:41.820 not because they did
00:17:42.500 it on their own merits.
00:17:48.580 So,
00:17:49.000 moving on,
00:17:50.000 you know,
00:17:50.980 let's choose
00:17:51.380 the best leader.
00:17:53.200 Let's try to get
00:17:54.000 some really good people
00:17:56.000 in charge
00:17:56.740 that want to do things,
00:17:58.440 that want to do good
00:17:59.160 by Albertans.
00:18:00.920 You know,
00:18:01.440 not every politician
00:18:02.200 is perfect,
00:18:03.020 not every leader
00:18:03.740 is perfect.
00:18:05.240 You know,
00:18:05.700 they've made mistakes,
00:18:06.520 I've made mistakes,
00:18:07.480 you know,
00:18:07.700 some people I've worked
00:18:08.440 for made mistakes,
00:18:09.220 but,
00:18:10.280 you know,
00:18:11.760 let's start looking
00:18:12.500 at these politicians
00:18:13.280 as,
00:18:13.860 okay,
00:18:14.020 we're gonna elect
00:18:14.540 you to do a job,
00:18:15.640 so let's make sure
00:18:16.480 you do it.
00:18:16.980 I'll leave links
00:18:21.160 at the end of my
00:18:21.960 broadcast here
00:18:23.060 on the page
00:18:23.580 that you can follow along
00:18:25.000 and make your own decision.
00:18:26.720 That's what I encourage
00:18:27.520 here, folks.
00:18:28.360 Make your own decision.
00:18:29.460 Choose wisely,
00:18:30.260 you know,
00:18:30.660 use your head
00:18:31.240 and actually really think
00:18:33.740 about who we're gonna
00:18:34.580 put into
00:18:35.260 the provincial cabinet
00:18:36.740 and especially
00:18:38.180 come October,
00:18:40.160 you know,
00:18:40.360 who we're gonna put
00:18:41.040 into the federal cabinet
00:18:42.320 as well.
00:18:43.740 You know,
00:18:44.120 I think Canada
00:18:44.680 is one of the better
00:18:45.320 success stories
00:18:46.180 on the planet.
00:18:47.900 You know,
00:18:48.240 we've got our cousins
00:18:49.280 to the south of us
00:18:50.060 that we can look up to
00:18:51.200 sometimes when it comes
00:18:52.160 to their strife
00:18:53.460 for liberty and power,
00:18:54.640 but let's start looking
00:18:55.880 at our own people here.
00:18:58.320 Let's start fighting
00:18:59.320 for our own liberty
00:19:00.580 and our own power.
00:19:03.260 Let's start fighting
00:19:04.100 for what's right.
00:19:05.200 Let's start fighting
00:19:05.620 for our families
00:19:06.280 and our friends.
00:19:07.580 Let's start fighting
00:19:08.420 for the veterans.
00:19:09.440 Let's start fighting
00:19:10.000 for our seniors.
00:19:11.480 Let's start fighting
00:19:12.260 for people of all walks
00:19:13.740 of life here
00:19:14.360 that just want
00:19:15.340 a better life.
00:19:16.380 Period.
00:19:17.080 And it doesn't matter
00:19:17.680 where they're from.
00:19:19.280 Asian,
00:19:20.600 East Indian,
00:19:21.560 Pakistan,
00:19:22.980 Afghanistan,
00:19:24.360 Cree,
00:19:24.980 Blackfoot,
00:19:26.320 Ojibwe,
00:19:27.240 Algonquin,
00:19:28.640 Mohawk.
00:19:29.160 It doesn't matter,
00:19:30.300 ladies and gentlemen.
00:19:32.340 It doesn't matter
00:19:33.240 at all.
00:19:34.580 We're all here together.
00:19:35.660 Let's try to make it
00:19:36.400 something worth
00:19:37.760 fighting for again
00:19:38.700 rather than just
00:19:39.680 a high school
00:19:41.880 popularity contest.
00:19:43.200 I just look at
00:19:47.300 these clowns
00:19:48.120 and I just get,
00:19:49.500 I don't know.
00:19:51.940 I'm trying to use
00:19:52.600 my big words here
00:19:53.360 but nothing really
00:19:53.920 comes to mind
00:19:54.520 so it is obviously
00:19:55.280 a waste of time
00:19:56.180 as I try to figure it out.
00:19:58.520 But I hope you,
00:20:00.840 the listener,
00:20:02.100 make a great decision
00:20:03.480 when it comes to
00:20:04.340 April 16th.
00:20:05.220 and hopefully
00:20:07.200 all of us
00:20:07.720 will make a better
00:20:08.500 decision come the
00:20:09.360 21st of October
00:20:10.440 when we do get rid
00:20:12.820 of these clowns
00:20:13.620 and I'm confident
00:20:14.280 we will.
00:20:15.660 You know,
00:20:16.320 I'm confident
00:20:17.340 that we will
00:20:18.960 get these clowns out
00:20:20.900 and try to get some
00:20:22.040 quote unquote
00:20:23.200 normalcy back
00:20:24.200 into our dollar
00:20:24.920 and actually some
00:20:26.920 proper spending
00:20:27.720 on the internal
00:20:28.880 issues
00:20:29.560 rather than the
00:20:30.800 external
00:20:31.260 virtues
00:20:32.640 that
00:20:33.440 these clowns
00:20:35.240 want to promote.
00:20:37.980 Nope,
00:20:38.540 there's no Nazis
00:20:39.160 in the corners.
00:20:40.080 There's no racists
00:20:40.720 hiding behind trees
00:20:41.540 coming up to say
00:20:42.180 boo.
00:20:44.160 It's all a lie.
00:20:45.720 There's no wage gap.
00:20:47.800 There's no rampant
00:20:48.720 sexism.
00:20:50.760 Just people making
00:20:51.600 up excuses
00:20:52.200 not to be better people.
00:20:54.420 That's the way
00:20:54.840 I look at it.
00:20:56.620 Anyhow,
00:20:56.980 if you
00:20:57.340 agree or disagree
00:20:59.000 or want to say
00:20:59.740 a word or two
00:21:00.480 please give me
00:21:01.060 a comment.
00:21:01.420 You can reach me
00:21:02.540 at KrustyCanuck.ca
00:21:03.860 on my webpage
00:21:04.900 or find me
00:21:06.180 through YouTube
00:21:06.840 under Krusty Canuck
00:21:08.460 and on Facebook

00:21:11.060 and on Instagram
00:21:11.860 at Krusty Canuck.
00:21:14.100 Alright,
00:21:14.740 I try to get
00:21:15.480 a broadcast out
00:21:16.660 for you every week.
00:21:17.840 I was working
00:21:18.320 on a video the other day
00:21:19.220 but I'm having
00:21:19.660 some software issues.
00:21:20.920 So,
00:21:22.020 to all my new
00:21:22.580 subscribers out there,
00:21:23.780 thank you for being
00:21:24.800 so patient
00:21:25.500 and thank you
00:21:26.660 very much
00:21:27.120 to the new subscribers.
00:21:28.640 Much appreciated.
00:21:30.280 And to the new
00:21:31.000 followers I have
00:21:31.640 on Instagram.
00:21:32.720 Hats off to all you
00:21:33.560 and thank you
00:21:34.080 very much.
00:21:35.300 Especially to some
00:21:36.240 of my newfound
00:21:36.900 friends in the United
00:21:37.600 States of America.
00:21:38.920 Thank you for joining
00:21:39.680 me,
00:21:40.100 my friends.
00:21:41.620 And to a few people
00:21:42.720 that I've talked to
00:21:43.460 in Europe recently.
00:21:44.600 Big shout out
00:21:45.220 to the gentleman
00:21:45.840 in Mexico.
00:21:47.660 To the one
00:21:48.380 individual that said
00:21:49.480 hello from Australia.
00:21:51.480 G'day mate.
00:21:53.000 Bonjour
00:21:53.360 from Canada.
00:21:55.320 And to everybody
00:21:55.980 else that's been
00:21:56.480 tuning in.
00:21:56.900 As I mentioned,
00:21:59.340 I'll be trying
00:21:59.820 to get a video
00:22:00.680 and or a podcast
00:22:02.460 out to you
00:22:03.080 at least once a week.
00:22:04.500 Just my point of view.
00:22:05.740 Just a crusty
00:22:06.280 old veteran
00:22:06.720 speaking his mind
00:22:08.600 and getting
00:22:10.560 getting the words
00:22:11.900 out there
00:22:12.240 to the best
00:22:12.520 of my ability.
00:22:13.960 So,
00:22:14.580 if you can follow
00:22:15.420 me on the above
00:22:15.940 mentioned social
00:22:17.060 platforms
00:22:17.640 and please
00:22:19.340 consider donating
00:22:19.980 if you can
00:22:20.520 on my
00:22:21.360 Subscribestar
00:22:22.020 or my PayPal
00:22:22.660 or become a
00:22:24.200 Patron here
00:22:24.820 on the Podbean
00:22:25.720 Broadcast.
00:22:26.580 You'll see
00:22:27.040 a little button
00:22:29.080 on the right
00:22:29.800 of your screen
00:22:30.360 where it says
00:22:30.840 become a Patron.
00:22:32.120 If you'd like
00:22:32.800 to donate,
00:22:33.220 please be appreciated.
00:22:34.720 As I've mentioned
00:22:35.640 in my videos,
00:22:37.120 30% of every
00:22:38.720 donation
00:22:39.180 and of every
00:22:40.820 sale
00:22:41.320 from my
00:22:42.400 Teespring line
00:22:43.180 I will give
00:22:44.960 to the Calgary
00:22:45.700 Veterans Food Bank.
00:22:47.880 Even veterans
00:22:48.460 need to eat too
00:22:49.060 and it's a good
00:22:50.040 cause.
00:22:51.680 And later on
00:22:52.340 when I do
00:22:52.700 develop some
00:22:53.200 more finances
00:22:53.720 I'll also be
00:22:55.780 giving a healthy
00:22:56.340 contribution to
00:22:57.220 the local branch
00:22:58.040 legion here
00:22:59.000 in Eastern
00:23:00.420 Alberta.
00:23:02.040 So,
00:23:02.620 I have been
00:23:03.740 Krusty Canuck.
00:23:04.680 I hope you
00:23:05.020 enjoyed my show
00:23:05.620 and I'll tune
00:23:07.680 in and get
00:23:08.680 some more
00:23:08.920 information for
00:23:09.460 you next week.
00:23:10.860 So,
00:23:11.320 take care of
00:23:11.940 yourselves.
00:23:12.560 Thank you very
00:23:13.040 much for tuning
00:23:13.600 in and remember
00:23:15.420 humanity and
00:23:16.480 merit wins
00:23:17.580 the day.
00:23:18.920 Bye for now.
00:23:22.340 bees.
00:23:33.360 Hang on.
00:23:33.840 Bye for now.
00:23:34.700 Bye.
00:23:35.320 Bye.
00:23:36.260 Bye.
00:23:36.760 Bye.
00:23:43.900 Bye.
00:23:47.700 Bye.
00:23:48.200 Bye.
