Yes, Dominion Day has come and gone, ladies and gentlemen.

For those of us who still call it Dominion Day or Canada Day, either or I personally don't care.

July 1st, 1867, was when Sir Johnny MacDonald and four founding provinces of this country put together the Dominion of Canada

to more or less unite the peoples at that time against what appeared to be an American onslaught historically.
