The Crusty Canuck Podcast - Ep 210 Tuesday Rant Erin O’Toole, False Hate Crime and Lack of Support of our Troops.

00:00:00.260 Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. It's a beautiful 13th of June, 2023.

00:00:05.080 Coming up with this episode of the Tuesday Rant, Crested Connect podcast.

00:00:08.080 Aaron O'Toole stepping down. An MPP apparently punched in the face at some

00:00:12.100 protest. And Canadian forces need better kit.

00:00:15.760 Oh my God. All that more about the show. Please stick around.

00:00:19.840 Listener and viewer discretion is advised. Why? Because I swear and I smoke cigarettes.

00:00:24.780 See you in a bit. Cheers.

00:00:30.000 Hit it, sweetheart. Because I am hard, you will not like me.

00:00:34.800 Yes, sir.

00:00:38.300 There is no racial bigotry here.

00:00:43.120 There you are all equally worth it.

00:00:47.160 From Western Canada, this is the Krusty Canuck podcast.

00:00:51.800 A Canadian veteran's point of view on political, social, economic issues and life.

00:00:57.740 He is Krusty.

00:01:00.860 That's right, ladies and gentlemen.

00:01:01.960 Welcome to another Tuesday Rant on this beautiful 13th of June, 2023.

00:01:09.280 Hello again. I'm your host, Krusty Canuck.

00:01:11.400 And on this Tuesday, basically like this did last Tuesday, I'm just going to rant on things here.

00:01:16.180 I've got some articles and stuff to show you all at a regular speed here.

00:01:20.240 But this rant is kind of special because in 2021, I ran against a conservative, a member of the PPC, the NDP, liberals, the Greens.

00:01:31.400 And I had an interesting talk with the NDP runner and our rep here in Alberta.

00:01:38.960 And we had some interesting talks about politics, economy, policies, PTSD, and all the good stuff.

00:01:45.740 And I even said to my conservative running mate there, I don't really respect Aaron O'Toole.

00:01:52.080 Now, he's stepping down.

00:01:53.020 He just stepped down.

00:01:53.720 He planned to do it.

00:01:54.780 He mentioned it in March before, too.

00:01:56.260 So I know some people might be upset and everything.

00:02:02.640 Let's just say the last two weeks of the election, Aaron O'Toole didn't really do much for gun rights, didn't really want to tackle the carbon tax.

00:02:12.500 He more or less became a woke individual, conservative light, red Tory, I guess you can say. 1.00

00:02:18.460 So needless to say, he was full of shit. 1.00

00:02:20.420 So I really don't care if he's coming or going, whatever. 1.00

00:02:22.640 He spent 10 years in politics.

00:02:24.100 He spent the better part, I think, 12 years in the military as a flight engineer.

00:02:28.780 So he was an officer.

00:02:30.000 So he gets a cushy pension as an officer from the military.

00:02:33.460 And he's going to get a cushy pension from the gang taxpayer as a former MP, former leader of the Conservative Party.

00:02:41.720 Now, what annoys me the most about Mr. O'Toole is not because he's a fellow vet.

00:02:47.440 I got a lot of respect for fellow vets.

00:02:48.640 I don't care what profession you get into.

00:02:49.860 The fact that he stood on certain conservative principles when it came to people keeping their money, keeping taxes low, letting liberty reign, that kind of thing.

00:02:58.920 In the last two weeks of that election, he just kind of fizzled and tried to cater to Justin Trudeau's kind of crowd.

00:03:04.400 So when I listen to this clown talk about being fair and open and transparent and giving people a hard time for waving the old F. Trudeau flag, I'm thinking, okay, you know, I can understand professional decorum.

00:03:19.280 I can understand professional dedication. 0.84

00:03:20.840 But do you not see the reason why people were waving that flag to begin with?

00:03:27.180 Do you not see why people bought that flag in record numbers?

00:03:31.640 Why it's proudly displayed alongside our maple leaf?

00:03:37.320 Right?

00:03:37.940 Pierre Paulyev has got it right.

00:03:39.280 Canadians are angry.

00:03:40.360 Canadians are pissed. 1.00

00:03:41.760 Canadians are fed up with a lot of this shit. 1.00

00:03:44.660 But, okay, and it's really, to me, no big loss that Mr. O'Toole is stepping down. 1.00

00:03:53.740 It's no big loss.

00:03:55.000 And I'll just queue up an article here from the National Post about Aaron O'Toole, you know, stepping off into the sunset of political, you know, entropy or whatever the hell.

00:04:07.120 But needless to say, I'm just not really, really thoroughly impressed.

00:04:11.660 And I really don't care.

00:04:12.900 But for you, my wonderful audience, I will make an exception.

00:04:15.540 Aaron O'Toole will plead to conservatives as he steps down as party leader.

00:04:18.400 You're the other side.

00:04:20.160 That's from 2022.

00:04:22.680 All right.

00:04:24.980 I'm not going to read this.

00:04:26.020 Screw it.

00:04:26.340 I'll just leave the link.

00:04:27.160 I just, I'm not happy with the man.

00:04:29.780 You know, I was not happy with the man.

00:04:31.920 And I'll just leave this link in the description for you guys to follow at your own leisure.

00:04:36.080 See, I changed my mind.

00:04:37.860 Kind of like a politician.

00:04:38.880 I just changed my mind.

00:04:39.780 Ooh, interesting, interesting.

00:04:42.620 Anyhow, carrying on.

00:04:44.540 Mr. O'Toole, you know, good luck in your endeavors.

00:04:47.820 But you kind of cowered.

00:04:50.500 You gave in to the other side.

00:04:52.280 You gave in.

00:04:53.180 You gave up your principles as a conservative.

00:04:57.280 Okay.

00:04:57.540 You gave up your principles as a leader.

00:04:59.720 Okay.

00:05:00.460 And I'm a little annoyed, too, that you were an officer in the Air Force.

00:05:04.100 So it doesn't matter what branch of the military service you're in.

00:05:06.500 You train to be an officer.

00:05:07.600 You have to be a leader.

00:05:08.320 You have to make those tough decisions.

00:05:10.100 Especially if you're in a helicopter.

00:05:12.020 Especially if you're dealing with personnel.

00:05:13.720 Equipment.

00:05:14.840 Key equipment, too.

00:05:16.400 And as a conservative, you, sir, failed.

00:05:20.520 So good luck in your endeavors.

00:05:22.260 And, you know, just don't come back again.

00:05:24.660 That is all.

00:05:25.960 Anyway, carry on.

00:05:26.620 With more of the Tuesday rant on the Krusty Knuck podcast.

00:05:28.880 I'm your host, Krusty Knuck.

00:05:30.420 Right?

00:05:31.000 Apparently, they had a big protest in Ottawa in regards to parents being allowed to know what their kids are doing in school.

00:05:44.340 Because there are some teachers out there that believe that gender identity should be hidden.

00:05:50.360 And some teachers believe that if a kid named Sam wants to be identified as Samantha, then we have to keep that secret from their parents.

00:05:59.580 To make a long story short, there's too much woke involved in our educational system right now.

00:06:04.020 And both sides of the spectrum are sitting there screaming about homophobia and who's gay, who isn't gay.

00:06:11.640 So I'll just summarize this up here, too.

00:06:13.760 I don't care how you raise your kids as long as they're safe and secure.

00:06:17.040 They're fed.

00:06:17.520 And they come home to a safe home.

00:06:20.480 Okay?

00:06:21.120 But I will state this, ladies and gentlemen.

00:06:23.720 The state has no place in anyone's bedroom or in anyone's family dynamic.

00:06:29.140 Like I said, if the kids are safe and they're well-fed and they're loved and they're looked after, that's all.

00:06:34.860 And I don't care what nouveau teaching format that some teachers have.

00:06:39.240 I don't care what some teachers think about the gender spectrum. 1.00

00:06:44.040 Okay? 0.99

00:06:44.500 I really don't give a shit. 0.99

00:06:45.620 What I give a shit about is that little Billy can read. 0.99

00:06:49.100 And then when little Billy hits 13 or 14, whenever puberty hits him, he can make a decision for himself. 0.99

00:06:54.860 Or little Sarah can make a decision for herself.

00:06:57.760 Okay?

00:06:58.200 It doesn't matter. 0.99

00:07:00.080 And it seems like every time there's this transgender protest, there's so many people that are up in arms and want to cause some shit somewhere, somehow. 0.99

00:07:08.000 Okay? 0.98

00:07:08.540 And I'll put an article here.

00:07:09.880 Here's an MPP, apparently, an Ontario MPP with the NDP party.

00:07:17.540 Of course, no surprise there.

00:07:19.160 Right?

00:07:19.960 No surprise at all in regards to the real social spectrums in our lives.

00:07:27.860 I'm digressing here.

00:07:29.200 Apparently, this individual was hit in the face.

00:07:33.220 So, he claims.

00:07:34.300 This is from Joe Warmington, the Toronto Sun.

00:07:37.620 MPP punched in the face at a transgender protest?

00:07:40.500 Question mark.

00:07:41.180 Or was it cut from a megaphone?

00:07:43.720 Right?

00:07:44.680 And NDP MPP, Joel Harden from Ontario.

00:07:49.400 You know, the question is, was an Ontario MPP punched in the face or did he accidentally cut himself with a megaphone?

00:07:55.920 It seems people on all sides experienced it differently.

00:07:58.220 Those in favor of trans education in schools feel this way was a hateful attack.

00:08:02.540 It illustrates the danger of LGBTQ plus people are in. 1.00

00:08:06.040 While opponents ask if this is Canada's own Jussie Smollett moment where an actor in Chicago falsely claimed to be attacked by two men wearing mega hats.

00:08:13.940 Meanwhile, the NDP MPP says, well, he was punched in the face at protest Friday over transgender ideology and acceptance in schools.

00:08:21.860 He does not want to bring the police into it.

00:08:24.620 Okay.

00:08:25.280 Well, I'll leave this article for you all to read.

00:08:28.540 Excuse me.

00:08:29.180 On your own.

00:08:30.920 Basically, this guy was at this protest.

00:08:33.820 Okay.

00:08:34.520 He was at this protest talking about how, you know, protesting the whole transgender thing and safe spaces for all that.

00:08:41.300 Now, I know for a fact that gender dysphoria is a real thing.

00:08:47.320 Gender dysphoria or dysmorphia, whatever it is.

00:08:50.320 Okay.

00:08:51.680 And a good, strong family unit can sort that issue out.

00:08:56.220 Okay.

00:08:57.100 But to sit there and automatically say that just because little Billy's playing dolls one day that he's a girl.

00:09:03.860 No.

00:09:04.820 Because yours truly here, ladies and gentlemen, played dolls with my little sisters.

00:09:09.020 Okay.

00:09:09.380 And I'm, yes, I played Barbie and combed their hair and, you know, put makeup on my sister and all that kind of stuff.

00:09:14.920 And she dressed me up.

00:09:16.280 And I didn't turn into a drag king or drag queen.

00:09:20.000 I'm biological male.

00:09:21.820 I'm married to a wonderful lady.

00:09:23.360 And everything turned out just fine.

00:09:25.260 And guess what my sisters did? 1.00

00:09:26.760 They used to put on my hockey gear and go and play hockey with me.

00:09:29.760 Does that mean they're super powerful hockey players?

00:09:32.900 Or they're down-to-earth good mothers that are married to good men? 1.00

00:09:36.940 Hmm.

00:09:38.200 Interesting.

00:09:39.380 Is there some kind of conspiracy towards this?

00:09:43.420 No.

00:09:44.860 It's life.

00:09:46.260 So, all these people in up in arms about transgenderism and protecting kids.

00:09:51.360 Are you really protecting kids?

00:09:52.920 Honestly?

00:09:53.600 Think about this.

00:09:54.720 As a libertarian.

00:09:56.320 Okay.

00:09:56.640 When those kids grow up to be adults, do what the hell you want.

00:10:00.060 Do what you want.

00:10:00.760 I don't care what you do.

00:10:02.240 Right?

00:10:03.000 Don't hit people.

00:10:03.820 Take their stuff.

00:10:05.560 And that has a literal meaning.

00:10:06.920 And it has a figurative meaning, too.

00:10:08.720 Meaning, don't take something from a kid just because you think they should have this.

00:10:13.240 Don't take that from a kid because you think they should have that.

00:10:16.280 Let kids grow.

00:10:18.100 Leave kids alone.

00:10:19.320 Now, I'll tell you a little story here, ladies and gentlemen.

00:10:21.500 I used to work on a base in the base gym administratively, and I was working my way into sports stores, which was basically going to be a steady full-time gig.

00:10:31.040 Not bad.

00:10:32.000 Pay wasn't bad.

00:10:32.940 Good benefits, what have you, too.

00:10:34.820 So, plus my pension and that pay, things were looking good.

00:10:37.340 Now, I had a conversation with one of the staff.

00:10:40.180 It was a conversation.

00:10:41.260 It wasn't an accusation or nothing.

00:10:42.480 To make a long story short, that staff member got offended because I said the following words,

00:10:48.980 Leave kids alone.

00:10:52.240 She didn't like that. 0.86

00:10:54.220 She thought I was anti-gay.

00:10:55.900 She thought I was transphobic.

00:10:58.860 Right?

00:10:59.020 And this is also coming from a person, too, that's about $68,000 in debt because of student loans to get herself a great education.

00:11:07.180 And yet, she never ate humble pie.

00:11:10.460 So, what's that tell you, ladies and gentlemen?

00:11:13.220 The woke mob is everywhere.

00:11:14.740 Every little corner, every little crevice.

00:11:16.640 Okay?

00:11:17.120 I don't care if Stephen one day gets up and says, Hey, I'm going to be a drag queen, and I'm going to emulate Stevie Nicks.

00:11:22.420 I don't care.

00:11:23.220 I don't care if Cheryl gets up one day, and she says, I'm going to emulate Elvis Presley.

00:11:27.460 I don't care.

00:11:28.260 Knock yourself out.

00:11:29.320 Fill your boots.

00:11:29.920 Do what you want to do.

00:11:31.000 Love who you want.

00:11:32.040 Care about who you want.

00:11:33.040 As long as it's between consenting adults. 0.96

00:11:36.580 Because you can look up gay as against groomers.

00:11:38.720 You can look up actual drag queens that have spoken out against this monstrosity about drag queen storytime forcing the transgender issue down kids' throats. 1.00

00:11:48.360 For God's sakes, people, let kids be kids.

00:11:51.820 That's all you got to do.

00:11:53.160 That is all you have to frickin' do.

00:11:55.200 That is all.

00:11:56.760 It doesn't cost you a fortune.

00:11:58.460 You might have to spend a little more time and patience and explain to little Billy or Sarah how this works, how that works, whatever.

00:12:04.480 Okay.

00:12:06.160 But you're messing with people's liberty here.

00:12:09.380 Okay.

00:12:10.980 You're messing with people's liberty here.

00:12:13.000 How is it effective for a little kid to go under the knife, to get his privates cut away, to your little girl, to get her memory glands cut away, to change everything up, to mess the medicine up, and then what?

00:12:25.900 What are you going to promote?

00:12:27.320 It's affirming care.

00:12:28.420 It's affirming care, or is it assimilation into something?

00:12:31.020 Think about that, ladies and gentlemen.

00:12:33.840 Now, I have had conversations with two trans individuals.

00:12:38.340 One individual went under the knife and became a female. 1.00

00:12:42.680 You all got the whole nip and tuck and all that good stuff. 1.00

00:12:45.680 Basie got herself a vagina. 1.00

00:12:48.480 Okay. 1.00

00:12:49.860 And she acknowledges that she used to be a male.

00:12:52.660 She goes by a different name now. 0.99

00:12:54.960 But she doesn't buy this crap either, too. 0.95

00:12:57.420 So this is not hateful content I'm promoting to you. 0.98

00:13:00.700 This is my rant.

00:13:02.440 Leave kids alone for crying out loud. 0.77

00:13:06.040 Like, really?

00:13:07.400 Let them grow into their own mold.

00:13:10.520 If Billy looks at Scotty in a different light once he hits puberty, well, we got news for Billy and Scotty.

00:13:15.100 If Sarah decides that Billy's pretty hot and she hits puberty, well, what do you know? 0.65

00:13:20.580 Or maybe she's looking at her friend Stephanie in a different light.

00:13:23.260 Who cares?

00:13:24.500 What does it matter?

00:13:25.360 You keep saying love is love. 0.98

00:13:28.120 What kind of love are you promoting by slicing and dicing like that to little kids and encouraging little kids to read garbage? 0.99

00:13:36.420 They shouldn't be reading about fellatio. 0.99

00:13:38.660 They should be reading about mathematics.

00:13:41.180 They should be reading about how two and two equals four.

00:13:46.840 Something like that, you know?

00:13:47.880 But I guess that's just too racist, eh?

00:13:49.720 Oh, that's just too bigoted. 1.00

00:13:51.100 But, yeah, cry me a fucking river. 0.99

00:14:30.380 And so, as I was saying, in this Tuesday rant, we just talked about our own tool and the so-called MPP that, you know, went through a hate crime, apparently.

00:14:40.380 Now, I'll leave that article in the links for you to follow and just think about this whole issue with our kids, okay?

00:14:47.440 I have some young nieces and nephews that are having a hard time as it is, let alone having some teacher tell them the meaning of life by, you can be a girl, you can be a boy, and you can fly away in Ever-Neverland because everything is just false.

00:15:05.020 We'll make decisions for you.

00:15:08.020 No.

00:15:09.140 Keep the state out of it.

00:15:11.860 It's that simple, ladies and gentlemen.

00:15:13.380 But I'm not going to get too emotional.

00:15:14.720 I know it's a rant here, but I'm not going to get too emotional here.

00:15:17.440 But if you like and hear what you see, please, once again, click, like, and subscribe, share this content, all of your social media platforms.

00:15:23.040 And to my rumblers out there, thank you.

00:15:24.420 I'm getting a couple more subscribers.

00:15:25.980 So, a nice big round of applause.

00:15:27.460 You guys out there, too.

00:15:28.700 Special thank you again to the fine people at Northern Perspective.

00:15:33.220 Check out their videos on YouTube.

00:15:35.060 They do some great videos.

00:15:36.280 They are very, very conservative-based, but they also believe in freedom and liberty, too.

00:15:40.380 So, check out their work as well, ladies and gentlemen.

00:15:42.140 I caught their live stream there the other night, and it was just really a good show, a good turnout, and just a real good positive vibe.

00:15:48.240 And you, my wonderful audience, I expect you out there to keep clicking and sharing Canadian content. 0.98

00:15:53.580 Let's beat these bastards at C11 and beat them to the punch. 0.99

00:15:57.660 Get the algorithm going. 1.00

00:15:58.900 Share this content.

00:16:00.000 You don't have to watch my whole show.

00:16:01.860 Try to watch at least three or four minutes of it and share it to somebody.

00:16:05.340 Share it here.

00:16:05.900 Share it there.

00:16:06.440 And they tell two friends, and they tell two friends.

00:16:08.140 You know how it goes and all that, too.

00:16:09.360 So, anyway, carrying on, too, with his Tuesday rant.

00:16:12.500 I mentioned Aaron O'Toole. 0.98

00:16:13.480 I mentioned the MPP who claimed a hate crime when, really, there's footage about him there with a megaphone to his face, and he's pressing it against his face as he's speaking his garbage. 0.98

00:16:24.220 Okay? 0.96

00:16:24.840 Everyone has the right to protest to speak their mind.

00:16:27.040 Okay? 0.99

00:16:27.280 But then if you cut yourself by doing something stupid, and you take responsibility for it, don't say, oh, it's a hate crime. 1.00

00:16:33.760 Someone punched me in the face. 1.00

00:16:35.240 Because you keep promoting that bullshit. 1.00

00:16:37.240 Someone is really going to punch you in the face, and no one's going to believe you. 1.00

00:16:41.000 We know the Jesse Smollett story, how he convinced the world that he was a victim when he actually hired two Nigerian bodyguards to tune him in. 0.77

00:16:48.300 I don't know.

00:16:50.380 Maybe he's into that sort of thing.

00:16:51.600 I don't know.

00:16:52.140 But I'm not going to worry about that as I pause and ponder.

00:16:56.960 Anyhow, carrying on.

00:16:59.160 More of the rant here.

00:17:01.140 We have an embarrassing gear shortage as Canadian troops in Latvia are buying their own helmets.

00:17:07.540 Okay.

00:17:07.840 Now, this is from the CBC, and this came out on the 5th of June, ladies and gentlemen.

00:17:12.600 So, I'll put this article up here for you to read.

00:17:14.620 I'll read this article for sure now.

00:17:16.680 Okay. 0.98

00:17:18.300 It's kind of embarrassing because as an ex-member of the Canadian military, we had our share of issues too when it came to procurement and when it came to, you know, looking after the things that need to be looked after because our procurement board is such a shitshow and our leadership is a shitshow. 0.96

00:17:39.340 So, this is from June 5th. 0.94

00:17:40.900 Soldiers also have been purchasing rain gear and equipment belts.

00:17:44.560 So, there's a phrase of soldiers used to describe the equipment they've bought themselves to argument when the army gives them.

00:17:52.560 They call it Gucci gear after a luxury fashion designer.

00:17:55.720 Yeah.

00:17:56.100 Gucci can't say that all the time too.

00:17:58.500 For Canadian troops deployed in Latvia, those private purchases have been decidedly more practical than luxurious.

00:18:02.980 Given the fact that they're taking part in more live fire training exercises meant to deter Russia from setting foot in the Baltic country.

00:18:10.660 They've been buying their own modern ballistic helmets equipped with built-in hearing protection that doubles as a headset.

00:18:15.480 They've also personally purchased rain gear and vests and belts to carry water and ammunition.

00:18:20.420 And the number of complaints about the ill-fitting body armor issued to female soldiers has been growing. 0.99

00:18:24.520 These purchases, usually made through online retailers, involve brand name tactical gear or weapon accessories that make soldiers' existing gear more personal and more comfortable to wear.

00:18:36.960 Canadian troops in Latvia are grappling with more urgent equipment shortages as well.

00:18:40.440 The battle group has roughly 1,500 soldiers, including more than 700 Canadians, lacks modern anti-tank weapon systems to counter drones,

00:18:47.660 and a dedicated short-range air defense system to guard against helicopters and attack jets.

00:18:51.640 Those frustrations have only been compounded by the arrival of more allied troops among the Danish soldiers who are in some cases arriving with Canadian purchase gear that makes them better equipped than Canadian soldiers.

00:19:02.360 In general, it was concerning verging on it embarrassing to see the differences in issued soldier equipment between us and the Danes,

00:19:08.560 said Lieutenant Colonel Jesse Van Elk, the Canadian battle group commander in Latvia on May 12, 2023, an email obtained by CBC News.

00:19:16.660 Okay, this was only exaggerated by the fact that we were carrying more advanced Canadian-made Colt Canada rifles, mounting more advanced Canadian L-Can DR sites,

00:19:25.580 and the fact that most of our systems our soldiers lacked were easily available to the open market and not to some sort of closely guarded technology.

00:19:33.260 For one in three decades, the Danes have been using a variety of Canadian-made weapons, including the C7 assault rifle and the C8 carbine.

00:19:38.520 CBC News requested an interview with Van Elk, but he declined through the Department of National Offense.

00:19:43.740 The Department said in a written statement that this email was a response to concerns raised during recent staff visit from the Army's Directorate of Equipment and Program Management.

00:19:54.220 Okay, so I will leave this here.

00:19:55.920 Now, they're scurrying, scurrying to get everything delivered next year.

00:19:59.720 Okay, we've heard that before.

00:20:00.660 I remember when our combats came in in 2002, they were in trials for about three to four years to see if this stuff works.

00:20:09.400 So we've always had a tiny military, yet every time we have a trial or procurement, something comes in the works that, oh, we need this and we need that, and they update this, update that. 0.97

00:20:20.260 So basically, it's a line of bullshit, ladies and gentlemen. 0.97

00:20:23.500 It's not right. 0.98

00:20:24.400 You want to send soldiers in harm's way, you make sure they have their equipment.

00:20:27.900 It doesn't matter if they're fighting someone.

00:20:31.820 It doesn't matter if they're attacking someone.

00:20:34.480 It doesn't matter if they're pay-caping or peacemaking.

00:20:38.860 Okay?

00:20:39.440 You make sure they got their gear and what works for them.

00:20:43.420 Okay?

00:20:43.780 Not what works for the bean counters and the penny pushers that sit in Ottawa making $180,000 a year.

00:20:51.140 These are men and women that deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.

00:20:55.480 Period.

00:20:56.220 It's not negotiable.

00:20:58.440 Okay?

00:20:59.840 Now, I've seen the factory where the weapons are made for our troops.

00:21:04.860 It's a beautiful factory.

00:21:06.840 And the Danish military has bought a lot of Canadian gear.

00:21:10.020 And they've upgraded it and they've modernized it to what their soldiers need.

00:21:14.280 Now, what's our excuse?

00:21:15.240 I remember the Khrushchev government back in 2002 stating that, oh, we shouldn't send our troops to Afghanistan with a desert camel because it looks too aggressive. 0.97

00:21:25.720 Well, for fuck's sakes, you sent people into a war zone. 0.92

00:21:29.940 What do you expect them to do? 0.99

00:21:31.560 Let's have a parade and talk about our feelings, shall we?

00:21:34.340 What a fun time.

00:21:36.720 What a fun time. 1.00

00:21:36.740 Again, what a shit show. 1.00

00:21:56.180 And again, you're back with the Tuesday Rant, episode 210.

00:22:02.720 Yeah, that's right.

00:22:03.700 Mr. O'Toole stepping down some MPP in a supposed hate crime because it got punched in the face.

00:22:09.120 And the embarrassment that our troops need.

00:22:12.140 More kit.

00:22:12.860 So if you're going to send our men and women into a country to train other militaries how to do this and how to do that, you should at least look the part, right?

00:22:22.600 Are you going to send firefighters to a training academy with those plastic hats you can find at Walmart for $1.50?

00:22:30.280 No.

00:22:31.720 Are you going to send police officers, train other police officers with water pistols?

00:22:36.160 No.

00:22:37.420 No, of course not. 1.00

00:22:38.540 Are you going to train a firefighter how to put out a car fire with a fucking garden hose? 1.00

00:22:42.860 No. 1.00

00:22:44.160 So why do you have to treat our troops that way?

00:22:47.600 Eh?

00:22:48.860 Now, there's no money here, no money there, but you can send another $500 million to Ukraine, though, eh?

00:22:55.520 There's a lot of people in this country that can use that $500 million.

00:22:59.060 A lot of good people.

00:23:00.380 Not just vets.

00:23:01.260 Not just soldiers.

00:23:02.420 Seniors.

00:23:02.980 First Nations.

00:23:04.440 People that are struggling.

00:23:06.020 Right? 0.86

00:23:06.420 If you take that $500 million and invest it in proper techniques in regards to keeping water clean and the innovations for the sake of the climate catastrophe that you're all so fucking worried about, which is a joke. 0.87

00:23:20.220 Because our premier here in Alberta is actually putting together an investigation team to find out if these fires were intentionally set rather than so-called climate change, Mr. Gilboa, you putz.

00:23:34.020 Anyway, in closing, I just want to say that I really don't care that Mr. O'Toole is stepping down because he didn't prove himself to be a leader.

00:23:41.120 And to that MPP out there who wants to instigate a hate crime, you're crying wolf, buddy.

00:23:45.760 And for what?

00:23:46.940 For what?

00:23:48.200 Virtue points?

00:23:49.860 Think about the people, okay, in your district.

00:23:53.000 Think about who you're representing, too.

00:23:56.160 Okay?

00:23:56.380 Your constituents should have a say in something in this. 0.99

00:24:01.040 And if I was a constituent in your writing, you know, I'd be writing a lot of fucking letters saying, why are you pretending you got hit when really you're just being incompetent? 0.99

00:24:10.220 Why are you crying wolf? 1.00

00:24:13.160 Totally unprofessional.

00:24:14.640 And I know an Ontario MPP makes about $150,000 a year.

00:24:19.040 So if you want to keep your job, then maybe you should do your job.

00:24:23.100 Okay?

00:24:23.500 And to the civilian bean counters, and maybe some of the brass, too, if you happen to watch this podcast, okay, when it comes to procurement and defense responsibilities, I'm going to say this once. 0.71

00:24:36.640 Smarten the fuck up. 1.00

00:24:39.680 Okay? 0.99

00:24:40.640 The average Canadian is catching on to this BS.

00:24:43.460 The average Canadian is paying attention to this BS on what you lot are promoting.

00:24:49.220 That's not just senior brass.

00:24:50.980 That's middle brass.

00:24:51.780 That's civilian components, too.

00:24:54.000 With excuse after excuse after excuse after excuse.

00:24:57.560 Now, sometime in the future, I'm going to have a guest on my podcast who actually worked in the procurement process of the military.

00:25:04.800 And he's got some great stories for us all, too.

00:25:07.320 So I'll get him on here, hopefully, in a couple of weeks' time.

00:25:10.260 Right?

00:25:10.500 Maybe on one of the rants or maybe just a regular podcast.

00:25:12.880 Needless to say, we've got some stories coming up.

00:25:15.800 And I've got some good things planned in the future for you, my wonderful audience out there.

00:25:20.260 You beautiful people.

00:25:21.640 So like I say, if you like and hear what you see, please click like and subscribe.

00:25:24.320 Share this content all over around.

00:25:26.180 Let's beat C11 right to the effing punch. 0.84

00:25:28.440 And stand up for what this country represents.

00:25:32.180 All of you.

00:25:34.200 Doesn't matter what color, what creed, what gender spectrum that you want.

00:25:40.420 Leave kids alone.

00:25:41.800 Let them grow to decide for themselves.

00:25:43.820 Just be there to guide them with positivity, encouragement, dedication, discipline, and love.

00:25:50.420 It's that simple.

00:25:51.920 Quit trying to change everything. 1.00

00:25:53.480 Stop trying to reinvent the fucking wheel. 0.99

00:25:55.280 Let people get back to work. 0.99

00:25:58.560 Let's regulate government and not free markets.

00:26:01.840 I've been Krusty Canuck on this beautiful 13th of June, 2023.

00:26:12.040 Stand high.

00:26:12.700 I don't care what you do.

00:26:13.700 Love who you want.

00:26:14.680 It's okay to be you.

00:26:15.740 All that good stuff.
