00:01:08.320 that's right ladies and gentlemen episode 226 the tuesday rant podcast like i said homeowner

00:01:15.280 tax and name of equity new mask mandates and the gender ideology and the pushback i am your host

00:01:21.720 crusty canuck welcome to this wonderful tuesday afternoon hope everyone is feeling groovy and

00:01:27.380 great because well you know the weather's still nice and we still got some summer left so let's get

00:01:31.600 outside and enjoy it to the best of our abilities and if you like and hear what you see please click

00:01:36.120 like and subscribe ladies and gentlemen and please send me some comments especially to my rumblers out

00:01:40.420 there and to my tubers as well give yourselves a round of applause i've had some great feedback

00:01:45.540 in the past few days since my last podcast forms a brew in part two now i had some audio issues there

00:01:51.400 free as all my apologies i've been trying to configure my computer and my soundboard here i've

00:01:56.020 got a nice little soundboard as you can see here you know i'm not gonna give it all of my trade secrets

00:02:01.000 away but needs to say i'm going to sit here and just tell you as all how everything is copacetic and

00:02:05.680 groovy for all of us here too if you hear a little buzzing my apologies i'm just trying to format

00:02:10.260 more uh cordage here and try to get things on the go so anyhow and make a long story short like the

00:02:16.420 title card says you know we've got some uh issues in our politics today home uh homeowner attacks in

00:02:24.420 the name of equity new mask mandates general ideology and the pushback so here's a story that comes from

00:02:29.200 a cory morgan uh from the uh epoch times there and how the governments are trying to still tax us to

00:02:37.940 death in the name of uh you know prosperity and all this good stuff too and just just other bs you

00:02:44.640 know what can i say other than it's just a joke it's more cash grabs for the government to take from

00:02:50.060 you and i but i'll read along here and i'll put this story in my links too and once again ladies

00:02:53.860 maybe like and hear what you see please click like and subscribe share this content all over your

00:02:58.120 social media platforms and let's get the word out here for uh us canucks trying to get things on the

00:03:03.580 go here too so uh this is from cory morgan epoch times uh featuring home equity tax advocate at a

00:03:10.820 cabinet retreat among housing crisis is a troubling sign yes the liberal party of canada recently had a

00:03:16.940 retreat in prince edward island where they were drinking lots of drinks and smoking cuba habana

00:03:22.120 cigars and having a good time at the expense of the canadian taxpayer so this is just commentary

00:03:26.960 uh i'll read along there like i said i'll leave this link in the description there too

00:03:30.440 the housing crisis in canada is getting desperate prices for purchases and rentals are skyrocketing

00:03:35.020 across the country and it's becoming a hot political issue young people and citizens on

00:03:38.660 fixed incomes are particularly vulnerable as the cost of living rises as counterintuitive as it may sound

00:03:44.820 the liberal government may be considering imposing an equity tax on primary residents to deal with the

00:03:51.020 housing costs so that's that's that speaks for itself right there ladies and gentlemen if you order

00:03:56.380 your own home and you're struggling to keep it up we're just going to tax you all the same

00:04:00.160 because you know the less fortunate out there interesting the trudeau government is aware they

00:04:05.060 must address the issue but they don't appear to have many ideas on what to do they invited a

00:04:09.540 housing expert to speak on housing affordability at their recent cabinet retreat on prince edward

00:04:13.660 island the expert was a man named paul kershaw who holds some very radical views yeah borderline 0.96

00:04:20.360 socialist idiots including imposing an equity tax now not an equality tax or a special tax equity tax 0.99

00:04:29.160 fuck i hate that word on primary residence in canada it's distressing enough to imagine the 1.00

00:04:34.540 liberals would even consider listening to kershaw and it's terrifying to think they may implement 0.99

00:04:38.740 some of his suggestions the canadian mortgage and housing corporation cmhc is a crown corporation tasked

00:04:46.240 with managing canada's housing market and home financing programs now to my american listeners a crown

00:04:52.860 corporation means a company that's partially owned by the government like our cbc you know a lot of tax

00:04:58.960 dollars goes into these places to make things make sure things are running smoothly yeah right the

00:05:05.720 past three years four years has proven otherwise ah it's ostensibly an arm's length of organization

00:05:12.620 from the government but the entire board is directly appointed by the government yeah go figure the board

00:05:18.660 i hate that the board what does the board say board board board board board board board right

00:05:23.540 the cmhc has repeatedly flirted with the notion of imposing a home equity tax on primary residences in

00:05:31.460 the last few years every time it hints at supporting such a tax it quickly retreats in the face of public

00:05:38.260 backlash the organization just can't seem to give up on the idea however paul kershaw heads a think

00:05:44.100 tank called generation squeeze while the cmhc denies it's pursuing a home equity tax it has twice given

00:05:50.400 kershaw's group payments to create reports on that very thing once for 250 000 and again for 200 000

00:05:58.120 that's a lot of money to spend on something that supposedly are interested in pursuing

00:06:01.780 that is quite a bit of money there's a lot of people who can get some decent homes for that price

00:06:05.740 or decent places to live while they get on their feet but who am i right kershaw's report the cmhc

00:06:11.400 reads more like a social advocacy mantra than a dispassionate paper on the merits of an equity tax

00:06:16.680 the language is torqued with the politics of envy with statements such as the hard work canadians

00:06:22.620 do every day and their job is taxed far more than the housing wealth windfalls gained by many homeowners

00:06:27.380 while they sleep and watch tv as it makes the case to tax homeowners okay bud mr kershaw

00:06:34.100 how many canadians and my americans out there actually work their asses off just to get a 0.96

00:06:41.320 fucking down payment on a house okay especially now and if they're lucky to find something that's 0.94

00:06:49.040 saying in foreclosure or a deal via word of mouth then there's some possibility there for people 0.99

00:06:55.200 wanting to buy a house okay so don't tote this whole socialist idea about the working class canadian

00:07:01.460 not getting ahead because some of those kids that talk about socialism and equity and the spreading the 0.96

00:07:08.040 wealth they don't spread a goddamn thing some of them might spread their legs some of them just spew 0.98

00:07:13.480 up their fucking uncertainties anyway i digress most people have to save and scrimp for years to put 0.99

00:07:20.060 together a down payment and qualify to make the leap into home ownership they invest in maintenance 0.99

00:07:24.760 and improvements on their home along with personal sweat equity sweat equity meaning effort

00:07:29.920 if their home gains equity it was earned the language calling it a windfall and implying that equity

00:07:36.080 grows as homeowners sleep and watch tv is not only grossly incorrect but also insulting exactly

00:07:41.500 is this language kershaw used his presentation to liberal cabinet of course it is because they want

00:07:47.420 to perpetuate the whole victimhood mentality yeah blame the government for the inflation not the

00:07:53.440 taxpayer kershaw's group feels the homes were taxed it would somehow put downward pressure on home

00:07:58.140 prices equity taxes may chill home investment but it only decentivize the construction of new homes

00:08:04.160 thus leading to less supply current homeowners would feel less inclined to sell or downsize their homes

00:08:09.000 as the equity tax would hit them which again would crunch supply the economic reasoning of kershaw's

00:08:14.480 report is bizarre and only make the home supply even tighter too so i will leave it at that ladies and 1.00

00:08:20.700 gentlemen this is what they want to do this is what these clowns want to do in the name of equality and

00:08:27.840 fairness and all this wokeism and stuff too especially when it comes to buying a home now i know how tough

00:08:32.520 it is my wife and i we had to scrimp and save we needed at least a six thousand dollar payment to put

00:08:37.940 on our house and we were lucky this is before covid this is before all this other garbage with the

00:08:44.200 climate emergency and everything else that's been rammed down our throats the past few years

00:08:49.260 okay but here's something to think about now here's a guy who received 250 000 to speak his mind at some

00:08:56.940 kind of retreat and another 200 000 to speak his mind in another so it's self-explanatory

00:09:02.880 we're constantly being peddled all of this perpetual help me i'm a victim oh it's unfair to the working 0.99

00:09:09.840 class and yet all these clowns have done nothing but fuck the working class right so not only do you 0.99

00:09:15.960 pay a tax on your paycheck pay a tax when you fill up your your truck your car pay a tax when you get 0.99

00:09:21.380 groceries and pay a tax when you fart into the four winds now you gotta pay a tax for having a house 0.70

00:09:27.120 ah spreading the wealth eh we will have to spread our cheeks and get out of the butt from our 0.58

00:09:33.060 governments stay updated and follow crusty canuck on facebook twitter gab telegram youtube and podbean

00:10:24.840 description if you fancy donating i'm trying to work on an apple podcast issue and i have to get

00:10:30.280 a business license to do that plus a tax number so i can be taxed fairly in the name of both of our

00:10:37.420 government so i can pay my fair share isn't that nice isn't that really nice yeah yeah another fair

00:10:43.480 share up the chuff anyhow carrying on with this episode we will get into the new mask mandates now

00:10:49.440 i've been reading some articles from the american news outlets there too in regards to projecting new

00:10:54.420 mask mandates and here's something that comes from msn uh it's basically just a uh i would think a

00:11:02.300 hypothetical but needless to say i am trying to uh get uh trying to get my head around this

00:11:10.480 trying to get more information about this because i haven't seen any canadian outlets mandate it yet

00:11:16.320 there might have been some rumblings on ctv in regards to this but uh here's an article uh from

00:11:22.200 what was it here yeah the washington examiner i don't follow of american newspapers uh sorry it's just

00:11:28.080 i'm canadian sorry to my american friends out there uh i don't know what the examiner does i know the

00:11:33.740 washington post is very woke so it's the new york times they're very woke uh but needless to say

00:11:38.380 i'll leave these links in my description for you to follow at your own leisure and come up with your

00:11:42.740 own conclusion uh however uh basically the headline says covert authoritarianism and uh here we go again

00:11:50.260 with probably more mandates possibly more mandates coming in the future for the sake of

00:11:56.120 you know keeping us safe and secure and all that good stuff right yeah of course gotta keep everyone

00:12:01.240 safe and happy yeah right anyhow i'll just read along here you guys can follow along uh covet

00:12:08.740 authoritarianism is making its return in new mask mandates now this is from five days ago so 24th of

00:12:14.220 august uh the slow creep of the mask mandates for covet 19 is returning again and it must be rejected

00:12:18.740 every area of life that petty bureaucrats attempt to impose those requirements mask mandates are already 1.00

00:12:25.320 making the return to the bastion of liberal lunacy that is higher education morris brown college in

00:12:31.400 atlanta has reinstituted a mask mandate uh you're on uh unironically embracing the broken promise of 15

00:12:38.740 days to slow the spread by setting an initial mandate of 14 days it will also be enforcing social

00:12:44.140 distancing contact tracing and quarantines interesting they're going to track your phones going to track

00:12:49.840 what you do what you eat what you're putting your nostrils into your buttocks and what you sleep with 0.96

00:12:54.520 oh my god it goes on about david weiss has no credibility as special counsel for the biden 0.73

00:13:02.100 investigation we all know that mr biden worries about ice cream then instead of worrying about the

00:13:06.800 people he's supposed to represent rutgers university and georgetown university have also mandated masks

00:13:11.500 for students indoors the authoritarian creep is also making its way back in the entertainment industry

00:13:16.460 with lions gate saying the la county department of public health is requiring lions gate employees

00:13:21.180 and its headquarters to wear masks due to the cluster of covet cases uh liberal media outlets are also

00:13:26.720 pushing the return of masking with both cnn and cbs news deferring uh to experts i like that word

00:13:33.320 experts i'm an expert because i poop right oh yes and pushing people toward masking in the near future

00:13:39.600 never mind that masking does not work to stop the spread of covet as we saw through the pandemic and was

00:13:45.880 concluded again earlier this year by a global group of scientists the covet authoritarianism is on its way

00:13:50.800 back whether the science supports it or not now there's some video links in here too

00:13:54.700 uh this must be rejected at right in any idea of life before it makes its way back to every area of

00:14:01.440 life mass mandates were a failure i agree they had marginal positive impacts at best and were

00:14:07.240 destructive at their work particularly when it came to children precisely if mass mandates are humored

00:14:12.640 in hollywood and all the liberal universities and media outlets it's only a matter of time before those

00:14:17.400 mandates are being pushed again to businesses and schools so an interesting tidbit there today mr um

00:14:24.760 oh i forget his name the whistle stop cafe owner nice guy uh who was acquitted of all his charges which

00:14:30.720 is good but what did that cost him in the long run right he's still offering his business which is

00:14:37.080 fantastic he still has his his livelihood and he's still good to go as a human being as a canadian as a

00:14:42.600 patriot so what gets me with these mandates that might be limering or lingering or looming around

00:14:48.160 the corner you know that i'm gonna get me some more mandates there what's that gonna mean for you

00:14:55.360 my american listeners and canadian listeners my canadian friends my american friends my friends all

00:14:59.640 over what's it gonna mean to you how is that going to help us in the long run ladies and gentlemen

00:15:04.940 how is that going to help us how is that going to make us safe right how is that going to make

00:15:12.680 things easier again we've also seen all of our leaders and bureaucrat know-it-alls alike hop on a

00:15:18.100 plane travel here hop in a plane travel there hop in a car drive here drive there while us little plebs

00:15:23.860 and minions were locked away and told when to go to work and when not to go to work oh isn't that

00:15:29.240 fantastic said no one so keep that in mind keep that in mind if they start pushing it especially 0.99

00:15:36.180 north of the border my canucks especially north of the border it's also time to push it fucking back 0.99

00:15:41.720 that's the thing pushback will lead us to victory stay updated and follow crusty canuck on facebook 0.97

00:15:59.240 and that's right ladies and gentlemen we are back to the tuesday rant uh on this beautiful 29th of

00:16:06.500 august homeowner equity tax in the name of equity new mask mandates and gender ideology and pushback

00:16:13.180 but this episode would not be complete without another fine fine segment of the ever so popular

00:16:20.340 wait for it ever so popular you know how it goes right 0.84

00:16:25.120 the canadian polar vortex of bullshit that's right ladies and gentlemen the infamous canadian polar 0.99

00:16:36.180 vortex of bullshit we've had many winners over the past little while many individuals that have 0.99

00:16:42.540 achieved noble award prime minister trudeau mark mendicino of course stephen gobert and the lovely 0.98

00:16:48.480 ever so unintelligent deputy prime minister krista freeland which brings me to this fine fine episode

00:16:57.740 dedicated to miss freeland and her infinite wisdom especially when her a grown-ass woman who was

00:17:05.520 recently caught speeding recently caught speeding correction sorry auto tech there recently caught speeding

00:17:13.540 in alberta and this is after she confessed to not having a car to the fine people of prince edward island

00:17:22.880 and this is after she uh made a point of saying we're all polluters uh many years ago in regards to

00:17:30.820 what we use for our vehicles i.e gasoline so without further ado this episode's winner of the canadian 0.86

00:17:39.000 polar vortex of bullshit award goes to none other than of course miss christia freeland that's right 1.00

00:17:46.380 yeah give yourselves a round of applause there christia you crazy crazy women she went to harvard 1.00

00:18:27.140 basically a lot of us canucks really just don't respect you so take a bow and hopefully do the

00:18:32.080 rightful thing and actually i think retire from politics because your leadership consists primarily of

00:18:39.600 lying to people cheating people and talking down to canadians so congratulations on winning your award

00:18:46.160 again i think this is the second time and uh once again please tell the audience how you really feel 0.98

00:18:51.180 i'm so happy i could just shit well i hope to god you use toilet paper if that doesn't uh cramp your 0.89

00:18:58.980 environmental policies but uh yeah i see your point you know and you know keep up the good hygiene 0.96

00:19:03.940 practices as you're sure as hell can't lead and now ladies gentlemen this has been another segment 0.94

00:19:36.600 that's right ladies and gentlemen we are back to crusty neck podcast episode 226 uh the tuesday rant yes

00:19:46.280 this week's episode we're going to talk about the homeowner tax in the name of equity

00:19:49.880 new mask mandates gender ideology and pushback so that brings us to the conclusion of this episode

00:19:55.140 uh general ideology and pushback ladies and gentlemen so that has been on everyone's mind

00:20:02.380 since the end of the uh you know the you know the covid stuff the the pandam stuff and the jibby jab

00:20:11.520 stuff and what gets me how i mentioned how it affected children the whole mask mandates

00:20:16.040 yet no one's concerned how many kids are being affected by these new mandates when it comes to

00:20:21.420 being taught in school about gender ideology and switching around and gender fluidity and all this

00:20:27.020 stuff and all this other garbage that has been brought down from the heavens in the name of progress

00:20:33.060 now personally i like to say this again i have to i have to say this because i have been accused of

00:20:39.300 being many things uh but i'm going to reiterate i am not biased or bigoted towards anyone who is

00:20:46.900 homosexual bisexual heterosexual okay i don't buy all these little limericks and and quirks and 0.98

00:20:55.600 whatever and i've heard people say oh it is sexual okay so you're asexual and you masturbate i get it 0.98

00:21:01.820 all run one out one way or the other you know it's not like it's a new thing but it is to say 0.53

00:21:08.860 when you hear all these different sexual preferences and identities you know who else

00:21:15.500 are you going to sleep with you have to sleep with men or women or you sleep with both okay

00:21:18.300 there you go whatever whatever rocks your world i myself i'm very straight i'm married to a wonderful

00:21:23.620 lady and she's the best thing that ever happened to me okay and her and i both agree when it comes

00:21:29.760 to who you are sexually whatever whatever rocks your boat never makes you feel good whatever makes

00:21:35.660 you feel loved fine but when it comes to this identity thing that we're we're dealing with here

00:21:40.500 too we're seeing younger and younger kids being how do you say influenced in this name of the gender

00:21:47.600 oh it's just a spectrum oh it's just this it's just that you know being a man is toxic being a woman 1.00

00:21:53.720 is freeing is it i don't know i'm not a woman and i'm pretty sure i'm not a woman

00:21:58.580 right when i look downstairs i've got myself a ding dong because i was born with it and i wasn't

00:22:04.760 assigned a gender i just am i'm just a male and if you want to add more to it okay you're a white 0.93

00:22:12.560 male you're canadian you're blah blah blah whatever okay it doesn't fucking matter if there's a genuine 0.97

00:22:20.500 human being out there that is really really unsure about his or herself and how they want to express 0.65

00:22:26.340 themselves and live their lives there are systems in both of our countries that can help you figure

00:22:31.820 that out without anyone pushing any pills on you or pushing any literature on you without knocking on

00:22:38.680 your door on a saturday morning saying have you heard the good news you can be gender fluid no 0.99

00:22:45.560 what gets me is with kids and the pushbacks that are going on now there's supposed to be a million

00:22:51.940 man march coming to canada the next month which is sounds fantastic because there's a lot of christian

00:22:58.820 and muslim and jewish families alike that are tired of the indoctrination bs and that has nothing to do

00:23:05.040 with their religion has nothing to do with what they believe in whether the higher power it's a matter

00:23:09.820 how they want their kids to grow and thrive and we all want kids to grow and thrive because at one time

00:23:15.420 you i my wife your wife your husbands your boyfriends were all kids at one time too now i agree sex ed was

00:23:22.940 a real joke we're in school but that sex ed was a hell of a lot better than what our parents had too

00:23:28.280 when it came to discovering your body's changing your voice is going up and down you're growing hair in

00:23:34.080 place you never thought you had right and certain females were developing quicker than usual and you'd catch 1.00

00:23:43.120 their attention and catch your attention and vice versa one thing led to another and voila you know

00:23:49.800 you're being sexual okay but that being said why is it so important to put emphasis on little kids

00:23:55.880 why because you just want to reinvent a new part of our species you want to reinvent another branch of our

00:24:03.740 society tell me how many kindergarten and grade one and grade two teachers out there have at least

00:24:09.400 seven years of psychological training when it comes to dealing with a child right i'll wait

00:24:15.400 and i'll also say too it's not a teacher's place to mold a child to their liking

00:24:34.440 that's what parents are supposed to do to make sure they grow up to be functioning adults to make 0.95

00:24:41.020 sure they grow up to be prosperous and giving and part of the community now there are kids out there

00:24:47.140 who've had a bad go there are people in my life that came out of the closet in their 20s and they had

00:24:52.080 such a rotten go in their teen years i understand that okay but they weren't forced to dress a certain

00:24:59.940 way they weren't forced to become a certain thing when they came out right and there are a lot of old

00:25:06.280 guards out there some old school adage that still hurts people i don't agree with that you know if

00:25:12.200 two men want to fall in love and carry on go ahead two women want to fall in love and carry on go right

00:25:16.900 ahead if two men three women five six seven whatever you know what i'm getting at here i don't care

00:25:22.340 just protect yourself wear a condom don't lie don't cheat don't steal don't hit people and take their

00:25:26.780 stuff but just keep promoting this ideology down kids throats we're we're not allowing child 0.76

00:25:34.960 innocence if little billy's playing with a lego set one minute and then he hits puberty and he wants 0.95

00:25:40.580 to dance and be a little effeminate and hang out with the girls maybe little billy's gay 0.97

00:25:46.100 or maybe he isn't there's quite a few effeminate men out there that are straight as a nail that love 0.97

00:25:53.480 the company of a woman right and there's just lots of women out there that tend to be a little 1.00

00:25:58.500 more masculine than some of those men okay and it's not toxic it's not lethal it's not terrible

00:26:04.560 it's just how people get along but when society and the state steps in and says oh billy we know

00:26:12.120 it's your little effeminate you're playing with dolls so you must be a girl we're going to help 1.00

00:26:15.300 you transition into that or beth you're playing hockey with the boys and you like the rough and tumble

00:26:20.640 so you must be a boy we're going to have help you transition with that oh you don't want to tell

00:26:25.220 your parents okay we'll keep that secret between us i remember psa's back in the 1980s where if

00:26:31.760 anybody of authority treated you like that you told your parents right away because that individual 0.68

00:26:36.660 was setting you up for something fucking terrible like molestation what's different than it is now 0.98

00:26:43.880 you get all these die-hard liberals and these blowhards screaming and yelling oh my god equality 0.99

00:26:49.260 unfairness no you have the opportunity to express yourself fairly but you don't have the right to

00:26:55.560 force it down kids throats just like i don't have the right to force my beliefs down your throat

00:27:01.220 you don't have to watch my show you don't have to listen to anything i have to say you can flip the

00:27:06.260 channel choose another video turn off the television turn on the television you have that choice it's just

00:27:12.160 i find with all these these advocates and these activists right oh we need allies while you're at war

00:27:17.480 you have the right to go to work you have the right to go to school you have the right to dress any way

00:27:22.620 you want to and for half of these guys that dress up like women it's kind of expensive too i know i paid 0.98

00:27:29.140 for some of my wife's makeup oh wow holy shit but he has to say go ahead and express yourself fine 0.98

00:27:38.180 but stay away from kids let them decide let them grow into what they're doing let them be 0.98

00:27:43.900 who they want to be it's that simple yet there's so many parents and so-called experts and know-it-all

00:27:51.180 is out there that want to change that and reinvent the wheel and reinvent society oh we're trying to

00:27:56.860 be inclusive well part of being inclusive is tolerating different opinions is tolerating

00:28:02.440 different ideas and understanding diversity starts with ideas

00:28:07.460 right not just a few people here and a few people there of this and a few people there that

00:28:14.440 it starts with the basic ideas so when it comes to puberty and at the time where they can start

00:28:20.060 understand sexuality and changes in their bodies and how they really feel then you do that then you

00:28:26.220 incorporate that in a safe manner

00:28:29.040 right if i found out any of the teachers were doing that to my nieces or nephews 0.97

00:28:36.380 i can guarantee i would hop on a plane

00:28:38.980 go where they are and have a little talk with mr or method or they as educators and give them a lesson 0.99

00:28:45.620 in fucking etiquette they would never goddamn forget 0.95
