00:00:00.320 Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. It's a beautiful 12th of September, 2023.
00:00:04.980 Coming up with this Tuesday's rant of the Crusty King podcast, episode 229.
00:00:10.320 The PM's plane busted and the trip a bust.
00:00:13.580 More mask issues looming from Dr. Teresa Tam and MP Michael Chong testifies in the U.S. over Chinese interference.
00:00:23.480 Listener and view discretion is advised. I do smoke cigarettes, ladies and gentlemen, and I do drop the odd F-bomb or two.
00:00:30.000 See you in a bit.
00:00:34.760 Hit it, sweetheart.
00:00:36.960 Because I am hard, you will not like me.
00:00:39.840 Yes, sir.
00:00:43.380 There is no racial bigotry here.
00:00:48.160 There you are all.
00:00:51.400 From Western Canada, this is the Crusty Canuck podcast, a Canadian veteran's point of view.
00:00:58.880 On political, social, economic issues, and life.
00:01:03.040 Here's Crusty.
00:01:05.840 That's right, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to another exciting episode of the Tuesday Rant on the Crusty King podcast, episode 229.
00:01:11.820 That's right. Topics are PM's plane busted and the trip a bust.
00:01:15.380 More mask issues looming from Dr. Teresa Tam and MP of the Conservative Party.
00:01:19.840 Michael Chong testifies in the U.S. to a captive audience, believe it or not.
00:01:24.160 Welcome, ladies and gentlemen. I'm your host, Crusty Canuck, on this beautiful Tuesday, 12th of September.
00:01:29.900 Hope everything's okay.
00:01:31.580 And remembrance to the fallen on September 11th, or 2001 as well.
00:01:38.380 It's one of those days in history where you remember where you were when that happened kind of thing.
00:01:44.240 I remember some of the teachers in school when I was a kid telling me stories they had when they remember where they were when the moon landing happened.
00:01:52.840 And when Kennedy was shot, you know, if you want to go back that far.
00:01:56.300 But, yeah, I think our generation especially has what happened on 2001, 9.30 in the morning, September 11th.
00:02:06.760 And regardless of how you feel about foreign policy or not, what happened was devastating.
00:02:12.180 So it's good to remember and understand, too, that there are people out there in the world that really just don't like the Western system.
00:02:19.140 They just don't like the Western values.
00:02:21.120 So keep that in mind, ladies and gentlemen.
00:02:22.420 But I'm not going to get into conspiracy theories over that.
00:02:24.460 I'm not going to worry about that is to say it's just good to remember.
00:02:27.320 And a lot of good people were murdered and killed that day.
00:02:32.000 And let us never forget that fateful day.
00:02:36.220 I remember the footage.
00:02:37.640 I remember the screams.
00:02:39.180 We watched different angles, people's personal recordings, what have you.
00:02:44.080 And all the documentaries and just the impact it had on the world really changed a lot of things.
00:02:51.040 Anyhow, as I carry on, I digress.
00:02:53.300 Yes, if you like and hear what you see, please click, subscribe, share this content, all of your social media platforms.
00:02:58.260 Please, ladies and gentlemen, if you see me on the tube and on Rumble, give me a thumbs up.
00:03:01.980 Get the likes going there, too.
00:03:03.300 Beat our government trying to ram down C11, C18, and C36 in the name of being fair when we've got all goddamn know it's about censorship.
00:03:12.400 But like I say, the prime minister has spent some time in India.
00:03:15.400 Of course, like I said in my last episode, he's talking about fairness and equality and trade and all this good stuff, climate change.
00:03:23.160 And there's a story that comes from Lorne Gunter from Toronto Sun.
00:03:29.140 I'll cue that video up here for you shortly.
00:03:30.940 And he basically talks about how Trudeau is just basically a foreign affairs nightmare in regards to the world stage and how he operates, too.
00:03:40.200 Now, a lot of this is tongue in cheek.
00:03:41.460 Why do the Tuesday rant?
00:03:42.420 Because I just speak my mind, ladies and gentlemen.
00:03:43.920 But you've all heard me rant and rave about Justin Trudeau's inept policies, his wokeness, woke isms, his attitudes.
00:03:53.040 And the man is just in politics because of nepotism, not because he's actually qualified and he cares about change and being safe and fair to everybody.
00:04:03.280 He's a putz.
00:04:05.060 He's a walking contradiction.
00:04:06.680 He spends more time worrying about his socks and his hair.
00:04:11.780 We've seen that from 2015 until at least 2018, where people were worrying about his socks and everything.
00:04:16.740 Oh, he's such a handsome fellow.
00:04:18.420 Oh, look at him and his socks and his hair.
00:04:21.240 When he's supposed to be negotiating NATO deals and international trade deals, the foreign press and our press is just as guilty of it, too, worrying about the man's fucking socks.
00:04:31.540 Now it's coming back to bite him on the ass.
00:04:34.460 Now, I guess he was delayed in India because there was technical issues with his Airbus, the government airplane, the government jet that's supposed to fly all Canadian dignitaries around the globe, wherever they may be.
00:04:47.680 And there's been technical issues in regards to upgrades.
00:04:51.300 Now, I will put a story up there from Canada's beloved CBC and how they explain it, too.
00:04:56.440 And I'll use my military point of view on why things aren't working as they should when it comes to government procurement.
00:05:02.440 But, like I said, I digress again, ladies and gentlemen.
00:05:05.440 Anyhow, the prime minister is on his way back, I guess, to Canada now.
00:05:10.300 And they fixed the problem with the aircraft.
00:05:13.000 They had it all sorted out.
00:05:15.380 Needless to say, it's a shit show.
00:05:19.040 How else do you say it, ladies and gentlemen?
00:05:20.540 How else do you promote it?
00:05:22.000 You know, for this Tuesday's episode.
00:05:23.280 I don't I'm getting tired of talking about Justin Trudeau.
00:05:27.860 Honestly, I am, you know, to my American listeners, to my other to my other in Australia and to my listeners in Europe.
00:05:35.200 But for those of you who thought Justin Trudeau was a good guy, guess again.
00:05:42.100 You know, he intentionally put this country into debt.
00:05:44.060 He lied to our troops.
00:05:45.240 He insulted our veterans.
00:05:47.080 And these are not just veterans that just served a couple of years in the Canadian forces or in the reserves.
00:05:52.180 These are veterans that went to Afghanistan like yours truly.
00:05:54.820 OK, these are veterans that actually served in a war, not just a peacekeeping operation, an actual war.
00:06:05.580 OK, the Taliban were not nice people.
00:06:08.260 We weren't there to keep the peace.
00:06:09.360 We were there to make it and to make sure there was fairness, make sure there was equality for people, make sure they had opportunities to do things that they never were allowed to do before.
00:06:16.940 You know, prior to the Soviet onslaught, during the Soviet onslaught and during their civil war they had back in the 90s.
00:06:26.720 OK, so that's that's a different story altogether, ladies and gentlemen.
00:06:31.100 But I'll queue up a video here from Lorne Gunter from the Toronto Sun and his assessment on how Trudeau is not a foreign affairs savior.
00:06:39.500 He's not.
00:06:40.420 He's he's not.
00:06:41.880 When you watch him, Melanie Jolie and anybody discuss foreign policy with anybody in regards to Canada, they all fail.
00:06:51.860 They all have a failing grade.
00:06:53.700 And ladies and gentlemen, you watch and decide for yourself.
00:06:56.960 Remember in 2015, right after Justin Trudeau had been sworn in as prime minister for the first time, he got in his limo.
00:07:04.500 He went down Sussex Drive to the Pearson Block, which is where Global Affairs Canada, our foreign affairs department, has its headquarters.
00:07:13.040 He walked into the atrium.
00:07:14.600 It's two floors.
00:07:16.140 And people just fell all over him.
00:07:19.320 They cheered these supposedly objective bureaucrats who are supposed to serve any prime minister, regardless of party, in a very objective way.
00:07:30.380 He fell all over him as though he were some sort of Korean boy band member and they were teenage girls.
00:07:37.720 It was one of the most disgusting displays I've ever seen by bureaucrats in favor of one party and one leader over another.
00:07:46.220 But this was because they were so sure Justin Trudeau was going to bring Canada back on the world stage.
00:07:52.500 That bad, mean Stephen Harper, he'd ruined our foreign relations because he was a warmonger.
00:07:58.760 He was a bad man.
00:08:00.420 He had bad relations with a lot of great countries like China.
00:08:05.720 And Justin Trudeau was going to solve that.
00:08:10.120 Well, as we've seen now from Justin Trudeau's second disastrous trip to India, this time for the G20 meeting last week,
00:08:17.860 Justin Trudeau is a foreign affairs failure, period.
00:08:23.640 And not just because his plane wouldn't start and he had to wait three days to get a replacement plane so he could get back home.
00:08:31.680 That's immaterial.
00:08:32.500 One time in 1979, Joe Clark went on a Middle East tour to show how important he was, how serious he was in foreign affairs, and his luggage got lost.
00:08:44.180 And that became the story of the trip.
00:08:45.880 But he did prove that he did know something about foreign affairs.
00:08:51.080 Trudeau went to India and proved he knows nothing about foreign affairs.
00:08:56.760 Nothing.
00:08:57.840 There's a great shot from the G20 meeting of Azali Asumani, president of the Comoros Union.
00:09:09.440 Now, I had to look up Comoros.
00:09:11.440 I don't know where it was.
00:09:12.240 It is a country consisting of three islands off the coast of Madagascar.
00:09:17.040 And there is Prime Minister Modi of India giving his great warm welcome to a man who's the head of a country of 800,000 people with a GDP that is 0.1% of Canada.
00:09:32.600 He gets, Asumani gets this big welcome from Modi.
00:09:36.560 Trudeau gets the cold shoulder.
00:09:37.900 And that's because Trudeau has been patronizing towards Modi in all of their relations together.
00:09:44.260 And he refuses to do anything about the Calistani separatist movement in Canada, which is largely funded by Indo-Canadians of Sikh origin.
00:09:59.200 And it's causing problems for the Indian government.
00:10:02.960 Now, I think a lot of the things that the Calistani movement does in Canada are free speech.
00:10:09.420 You get to have a referendum about whether or not you'd like your homeland to separate from India.
00:10:15.460 It may be embarrassing to the Indian government.
00:10:18.240 And Trudeau can admit that to Modi.
00:10:20.100 But he can't stop people from having a free expression of their views in Canada, nor should he try.
00:10:28.820 But Trudeau patronizes Modi.
00:10:30.460 He treats him as though he were the prime minister of an inferior country, despite the fact that India has 1.4 billion people and GDP that is greater than ours.
00:10:40.540 Trudeau treats him like the little brother or an inferior person who is just standing there waiting for Canadian largesse.
00:10:54.300 And if I were Modi, I would be ticked too.
00:10:57.120 So Modi has done everything he can.
00:10:59.040 First in the 2018 trip that Trudeau took with the costumes and the dancing, the fool's trip, the Bollywood trip of India.
00:11:10.540 And now Modi has done the same thing.
00:11:12.740 He pushed Trudeau over to the sidelines at the G20 and nobody tried to rescue him.
00:11:18.300 Biden seems to have lectured him from the United States point of view.
00:11:22.040 And Trudeau has done everything he can in his eight years as prime minister to destroy Canada's foreign relations.
00:11:30.600 He was going to be the great savior.
00:11:31.940 The people at the Pearson block that first day he went there thought that he was their god on foreign relations.
00:11:39.320 But he has been a complete and total buffoon.
00:11:43.580 For Post Media, I'm Lorne Gunter.
00:11:45.480 And that was Lorne Gunter from the Toronto Sun there.
00:11:53.180 Quite the inquisitive journalist.
00:11:55.140 And an actual journalist of that too, ladies and gentlemen.
00:11:57.480 Not one of those fly-by-nighters that take a stand over wokeism.
00:12:01.900 Just an all-around decent human being too, apparently, from what I've heard.
00:12:04.940 And, you know, carrying on with the whole issue of today's episode.
00:12:10.500 The PM's plane trip a bust.
00:12:13.680 More mask issues living from Dr. Tam and MP Michael Chong testifying in the U.S.
00:12:19.020 and Chinese interference.
00:12:20.400 This is the Tuesday rant of the Krusty Canuck podcast.

00:13:07.100 You guys are awesome.
00:13:09.420 Thank you very much.
00:13:10.780 And especially kind words I've been receiving from people.
00:13:14.560 When I comment and like their stuff, the fine people at Northern Perspective too, the fine lady and gentleman, Cypher and Fox, who have made some great content lately.
00:13:25.900 So give them a check out too, ladies and gentlemen.
00:13:28.100 They're a down-to-earth blue-collar couple that don't take any shit.
00:13:32.140 And they're starting to represent an abundance of Canadians that are getting tired of the bullshit too.
00:13:37.800 So give them a shot too.
00:13:39.440 I'll leave links in my description for you to follow.
00:13:42.000 Their latest episodes are fucking excellent.
00:13:44.780 So please check them out as well.
00:13:46.860 You may be a little concerned with the avatars they use.
00:13:49.880 It's because they have to protect their jobs.
00:13:53.680 Let's just leave it at that there, ladies and gentlemen.
00:13:55.980 Anyway, carrying on with this fine episode of the Tuesday Rant.
00:13:59.480 More mask issues living for Dr. Tam and Michael Chong testifies in the U.S.
00:14:03.260 Now, I had a video queued up of Dr. Theresa Tam.
00:14:06.200 I don't know what happened to it.
00:14:07.640 I had some issues with my antivirus.
00:14:10.080 I don't know.
00:14:10.480 Maybe something was tainted on said video.
00:14:12.540 I don't know.
00:14:13.520 The needless to say, I'll just summarize.
00:14:16.020 Dr. Theresa Tam is the health aficionado of Canada, basically.
00:14:19.840 And when the pandan started, at one time she said no mask.
00:14:24.500 At one time she said no gloves.
00:14:26.040 And then she changed her mind.
00:14:27.420 More masks, more gloves.
00:14:29.900 She actually recommended, ladies and gentlemen, wait for it.
00:14:32.940 She actually recommended that when it came to being safe over the respiratory infection
00:14:37.300 known as, you know, the beer bug, the coronavirus.
00:14:40.140 Okay.
00:14:41.020 This is what she had to say.
00:14:42.540 She basically said, use glory holes when it comes to practicing safe sex with the COVID infection.
00:14:55.820 Now, I don't know about you, but I used to think glory holes were a running joke.
00:15:00.380 Something you use out of desperation.
00:15:02.380 Now, if you have a good sense of humor like I do, I'm sure you've seen it in movies such as Scary Movie,
00:15:08.160 you know, where the killer is putting the thing through the hole and he's poking the guy in the ear.
00:15:12.060 And the guy dies, that kind of thing.
00:15:15.200 That's what I think of glory holes.
00:15:16.900 I don't think of it as actually practicing safe sex with the health of life.
00:15:22.540 It's something you do on the fly when you're driving a transport truck.
00:15:26.800 You know, you're feeling a little lonely on the road and you just kind of take that chance.
00:15:31.460 You know what I mean?
00:15:32.400 And never in my life have I ever thought a medical professional would actually recommend doing that
00:15:36.520 in the name of safety.
00:15:38.200 But that's Dr. Tam for you.
00:15:42.060 Now, there is footage of her out there doing a press conference today.
00:15:44.920 I saw a brief day.
00:15:45.700 I was doing some work outside my wife, so I didn't have time to sit and get angry at the mainstream media
00:15:50.100 for putting out such garbage.
00:15:52.120 But I did manage to get a few minutes of seeing her with her mask on, of course, her and her co-worker with a mask on
00:16:00.120 and somebody else with no mask on.
00:16:02.820 Okay.
00:16:03.840 Telling us that, okay, get ready for the season because it's coming.
00:16:07.180 It's coming.
00:16:07.860 So is she intentionally foreshadowing something, right?
00:16:11.880 Are we going to have to walk around on this again and hope for the best and prepare for the worst?
00:16:16.740 Or are we just going to say no?
00:16:18.200 Now, my audience out there, I would highly suggest that we say no.
00:16:23.580 Just like Nancy Reagan used to say in the 80s, just say no.
00:16:29.800 Just say no.
00:16:31.300 No.
00:16:32.880 No more effing masks.
00:16:34.280 No more effing jiffy jabs.
00:16:35.760 No more effing garbage.
00:16:37.040 No more effing lockdowns.
00:16:38.260 No more effing crap.
00:16:40.480 Okay?
00:16:42.040 None.
00:16:42.640 No more.
00:16:43.080 We don't need it.
00:16:44.880 We don't need the chaos.
00:16:46.120 We don't need the bullshit.
00:16:47.460 We don't need the totalitarianism.
00:16:49.160 We don't need the fly-by-night, overnight effing authoritarians because they went to school and they have a medical background.
00:16:55.560 We need people.
00:16:57.360 Call the shots.
00:16:59.560 A little more common sense.
00:17:00.960 Now, I don't want to sound like a broken record or sound like a Pierre Paulyev aficionado or any kind of opposition to the present governments.
00:17:09.280 I want to sound like a blue-collar Canuck here and talk to blue-collar people.
00:17:13.960 No more.
00:17:15.760 No more of this shit.
00:17:17.040 No more of this garbage.
00:17:19.140 Okay?
00:17:20.960 Whatever powers that be tried their grand experiment of locking everybody up globally, that is.
00:17:25.600 Not just in Canada or the United States, but globally.
00:17:28.800 Okay?
00:17:29.380 And every country, every one of our leaders, doesn't matter if it's Canada, the United States, Britain, France,
00:17:33.880 how many of those leaders were flying around going to parties and hobgobbles?
00:17:38.880 Oh, having a good time at the taxpayer's expense while people were struggling to keep their businesses open.
00:17:46.560 While tax collectors in this country, people that have given me a hard time,
00:17:50.900 were collecting a few extra bucks under the table, plus their so-called meagre salary to stay afloat.
00:17:58.780 Now, mind you, ladies and gentlemen, these are the same people that protested a few months back,
00:18:03.060 talking about a fair wage and fair work hours and, you know, the coccytis of the workplace.
00:18:07.800 Oh, oh my, when I have to sit and type and call people to take their money that they've earned.
00:18:13.160 Oh, all the stress.
00:18:14.980 Yeah, cry me a fucking river.
00:18:17.420 Not to mention 20 of those individuals that were fired recently,
00:18:20.080 and plus another 600 of those individuals that are being investigated as we speak.
00:18:26.140 Interesting, eh?
00:18:26.920 Hmm, something fishy in Stewie is going on.
00:18:31.940 But apparently there's more investigations happening as we speak.
00:18:35.340 Now, I don't have any updates on the convoy trials just yet.
00:18:39.680 I know the defense apparently is doing a good job in the name of Tamara Litch and in the name of Chris Barber.
00:18:46.100 So, welcome once again to those individuals that have stood by.
00:18:51.900 Okay.
00:18:52.700 I've had some interesting conversations, too, the past couple of days.
00:18:56.580 Some people on Twitter are now known as X, or formerly Twitter known as X.
00:19:01.420 Okay.
00:19:02.540 And I've cut a few people off because I just got tired of their lefty garbage.
00:19:07.660 Lefty, lefty garbage.
00:19:09.040 But what about feelings?
00:19:09.980 What about rights?
00:19:10.660 So, I'm going to say this out there, and if you disagree, please send me an email, send me a comment,
00:19:17.180 let me know how you feel.
00:19:18.860 I like to engage in dialogue here, but I don't have time for insults.
00:19:22.980 I don't have time for people worrying about my marriage, or my toque, or my haircut,
00:19:27.780 or the little zit I got in my face here from the heat.
00:19:30.900 Whatever.
00:19:31.400 Speak your mind and encourage it.
00:19:33.080 Let's get the dialogue going.
00:19:34.620 But what gets me this whole thing with the trans issues,
00:19:37.220 with kids in school trying to keep it from their parents because the parents might abuse them
00:19:41.540 or neglect them.
00:19:42.700 Total bullshit.
00:19:45.420 I went on my way to talk to the trans professionals over here as a child's psychology
00:19:48.740 and the people's psyche.
00:19:51.500 And they've actually agreed that when it comes to the trans issue,
00:19:56.140 let the kids decide on their own.
00:19:58.840 But the parental units need to know.
00:20:00.920 If they're at the age of 18, in the name of the law,
00:20:03.840 in the name of basically what we do in this country,
00:20:07.220 parents need to know.
00:20:09.260 So all the SJWs out there, and you all know who you are,
00:20:12.360 oh, you do,
00:20:13.820 who think Marxist was a genius,
00:20:16.280 and Che Guevara was just misunderstood,
00:20:18.880 and Stalin was just a little bit too grumpy,
00:20:22.560 wake the fuck up.
00:20:25.560 Okay?
00:20:26.320 It's not up to a teacher
00:20:27.300 to put values
00:20:30.140 to what a family should be.
00:20:32.060 That teacher's family, yeah.
00:20:33.820 His or her family, sure.
00:20:35.020 When it comes to teaching kids,
00:20:36.840 this is what you do.
00:20:38.940 Teach kids.
00:20:40.960 What a novel idea.
00:20:42.660 Teach them how to read,
00:20:43.540 how to write,
00:20:45.120 how to put
00:20:45.580 how to put a conversation forward,
00:20:48.740 how to
00:20:49.020 promote a sentence structure,
00:20:51.060 how to spell
00:20:51.700 accordingly.
00:20:52.800 And we're all guilty of it, too.
00:20:53.980 Thank God for spell checks sometimes.
00:20:56.240 You know,
00:20:56.440 in grammar lessons,
00:20:57.260 what have you,
00:20:57.620 in mathematics.
00:20:58.240 And teach them to ask
00:21:00.440 the critical questions,
00:21:01.580 to be critically,
00:21:04.000 to be critical.
00:21:05.540 Now, what gets me
00:21:06.360 is people are saying,
00:21:07.340 well, why is everybody
00:21:07.920 full up and arms
00:21:08.660 over this transgender issue?
00:21:10.840 Well, because
00:21:11.760 you're hiding information
00:21:13.140 from parents
00:21:13.800 and parents that need to know.
00:21:15.220 Now, granted,
00:21:15.940 there are some parents
00:21:16.740 out there
00:21:17.100 that have been abusive.
00:21:18.680 There are parents out there
00:21:19.800 that have done
00:21:20.140 some really, really stupid
00:21:21.140 and rotten things
00:21:21.900 to their children.
00:21:22.440 So, you punish
00:21:23.680 those individuals
00:21:24.480 who do that.
00:21:26.120 We have things
00:21:27.100 in place already
00:21:27.820 that protect kids
00:21:28.940 from being physically harmed
00:21:31.160 by unruly
00:21:32.420 or ungodly parents.
00:21:34.420 But to sit there
00:21:35.360 and assume,
00:21:36.120 you know,
00:21:36.920 we're going to hide this
00:21:37.880 from their parents
00:21:38.540 because they might get abused,
00:21:40.120 that's just like saying,
00:21:41.380 well, you drive
00:21:42.460 a truck
00:21:43.360 and you might have
00:21:44.120 the odd beer,
00:21:44.840 so we're going to give you
00:21:45.740 a ticket
00:21:46.180 just in case you decide
00:21:48.060 to do both.
00:21:49.560 Like,
00:21:50.140 jumping the gun on it.
00:21:51.660 Anyway,
00:21:51.900 I'll leave that
00:21:52.320 for another episode,
00:21:52.900 ladies and gentlemen.
00:21:53.920 Anyway,
00:21:54.140 carrying on,
00:21:54.580 the whole truth,
00:21:55.060 Dr. Tam
00:21:55.760 and Michael Chong,
00:21:57.920 that's right,
00:21:58.340 Michael Chong
00:21:58.960 actually had a,
00:22:01.100 excuse me,
00:22:01.820 a testimony
00:22:02.380 in the United States
00:22:04.100 Senate there.
00:22:04.960 He talked to some
00:22:05.600 American officials
00:22:06.380 in regards to
00:22:06.920 Chinese interference.
00:22:08.160 I won't carry on
00:22:09.020 anymore with Dr. Tam.
00:22:10.000 I just find that
00:22:10.640 whole thing
00:22:11.200 a buffoon,
00:22:12.220 just a mockery.
00:22:13.680 She made quite a bit
00:22:14.260 of money off the pandemic,
00:22:15.800 by the way,
00:22:16.240 so I'll leave that
00:22:17.280 for another story.
00:22:18.080 But anyhow,
00:22:19.300 Dr. Chong,
00:22:19.940 not Dr. Chong,
00:22:20.620 bleh,
00:22:20.900 can't speak English
00:22:21.720 today.
00:22:22.620 MP of the Conservative
00:22:23.700 Party,
00:22:24.000 Michael Chong,
00:22:24.680 I think he represents
00:22:25.240 a riding near or dear
00:22:27.220 toward GTA,
00:22:29.740 I believe.
00:22:31.140 I think it's around
00:22:31.620 the Thornhill area.
00:22:33.300 I think Melissa
00:22:33.720 Lansman's riding
00:22:35.760 are close to it.
00:22:37.500 Anyhow,
00:22:37.760 I got a story here
00:22:38.560 from the National
00:22:39.380 Post that I will
00:22:40.240 read along for you,
00:22:41.840 ladies and gentlemen.
00:22:42.460 it's quite interesting
00:22:44.560 how things have
00:22:48.620 been turning
00:22:49.140 and how the
00:22:49.920 Liberals are
00:22:50.440 really,
00:22:51.060 really getting
00:22:51.540 upset
00:22:52.140 about some
00:22:53.440 of the things
00:22:53.920 that are being
00:22:54.240 brought to surface
00:22:55.160 and they're all
00:22:56.220 scared.
00:22:57.000 Oh,
00:22:57.260 my.
00:22:58.160 That's what happens
00:22:58.820 when you have
00:22:59.220 an irresponsible
00:22:59.820 government,
00:23:00.680 ladies and gentlemen.
00:23:01.600 It rears his ugly
00:23:02.340 head.
00:23:03.340 So,
00:23:03.740 this is from
00:23:04.280 the National
00:23:04.660 Post.
00:23:06.040 I've actually
00:23:06.700 published today
00:23:07.480 from the Canadian
00:23:08.280 Press,
00:23:08.560 from James
00:23:08.960 McCartan.
00:23:10.160 MP Michael Chong,
00:23:11.200 China is targeting
00:23:12.160 me because I am
00:23:12.960 being effective.
00:23:14.560 Conservative MP
00:23:15.160 in D.C.
00:23:16.080 to tell U.S.
00:23:17.040 lawmakers about
00:23:17.620 being a foreign
00:23:18.280 meddling target.
00:23:20.140 So,
00:23:20.500 the Conservative MP
00:23:21.160 at the Centre of
00:23:21.740 Canada's Foreign
00:23:22.300 Interference Saga
00:23:23.060 is telling his
00:23:23.760 story today to
00:23:24.520 U.S.
00:23:24.880 lawmakers on
00:23:25.500 Capitol Hill
00:23:26.020 in Washington,
00:23:26.680 D.C.
00:23:27.440 Michael Chong,
00:23:28.140 whose tale of
00:23:28.560 Chinese meddling
00:23:29.100 has been a
00:23:29.560 political headache
00:23:30.140 for the federal
00:23:31.100 liberal government
00:23:31.740 is testifying
00:23:32.480 before the
00:23:32.960 Congressional
00:23:33.480 Executive Commission
00:23:34.300 on China.
00:23:35.560 The commission
00:23:36.080 established in
00:23:37.440 2000 to keep
00:23:38.600 tabs on
00:23:38.940 Beijing's
00:23:39.560 human rights
00:23:40.080 record is
00:23:41.120 a bipartisan
00:23:41.660 committee of
00:23:42.320 U.S.
00:23:42.680 Senators,
00:23:43.080 House members,
00:23:43.760 and administration
00:23:44.360 officials.
00:23:46.760 So,
00:23:47.520 Chong says one
00:23:48.220 of his main
00:23:48.680 goals is to
00:23:49.220 make clear just
00:23:49.760 how widespread
00:23:50.240 Chinese foreign
00:23:50.960 interference is
00:23:51.900 both in North
00:23:52.480 America and
00:23:53.120 around the
00:23:53.480 world.
00:23:54.160 He says he'd
00:23:54.760 be calling for
00:23:55.360 closer U.S.-Canada
00:23:56.360 alignment on
00:23:56.940 presenting a
00:23:57.640 united front
00:23:58.360 to China.
00:23:59.760 Chong says he
00:24:00.340 remains undaunted
00:24:01.220 by the risk
00:24:01.920 that his
00:24:02.540 testimony ends
00:24:03.300 up making him
00:24:03.980 an even more
00:24:04.560 prominent target
00:24:05.260 for Beijing,
00:24:05.880 particularly in
00:24:07.020 the U.S.
00:24:07.540 quote-unquote,
00:24:08.960 they're targeting
00:24:09.420 me because I'm
00:24:10.340 being effective
00:24:11.080 and so I feel
00:24:11.820 an obligation to
00:24:13.220 continue to speak
00:24:13.980 up, to give
00:24:14.840 voice to the
00:24:15.380 voiceless, he
00:24:16.340 said in an
00:24:16.920 interview.
00:24:17.820 There are people
00:24:18.280 across the country
00:24:19.060 who have been
00:24:19.460 targeted for years,
00:24:20.560 whose stories go
00:24:21.440 untold and who
00:24:22.200 suffer in silence.
00:24:23.520 That's what's
00:24:24.200 keeping me going.
00:24:25.480 Other scheduled
00:24:26.160 witnesses include
00:24:27.200 Yana Gorbachev,
00:24:28.920 Shia, my
00:24:30.840 apologies, I
00:24:31.520 cannot pronounce
00:24:32.120 that name,
00:24:33.120 anyhow, the
00:24:34.400 pro-democracy
00:24:35.140 D.C.
00:24:35.620 think tank
00:24:36.000 Freedom House,
00:24:37.040 Laura Hearth,
00:24:37.720 the campaign
00:24:38.160 director of the
00:24:38.800 human rights
00:24:39.200 group Safeguard
00:24:39.920 Defenders, and
00:24:41.140 the Uyghur
00:24:41.540 activist Roshan
00:24:42.520 Abbas.
00:24:45.300 In a statement,
00:24:47.180 the commission
00:24:47.520 accused China of
00:24:48.300 systemic attempt
00:24:50.060 to rewrite global
00:24:51.360 norms and
00:24:52.120 resorting to
00:24:52.720 everything from
00:24:53.320 forced rendition
00:24:54.140 and surveillance to
00:24:55.180 online harassment
00:24:55.900 and street
00:24:56.420 assaults to
00:24:56.980 intimidate
00:24:57.420 dissidents and
00:24:58.180 political prisoners.
00:24:59.660 Witnesses will
00:25:00.200 discuss China's
00:25:00.960 tactics, specific
00:25:02.300 cases and targets
00:25:03.200 in the United
00:25:03.500 States, Canada
00:25:04.000 and worldwide and
00:25:04.700 explore ideas for
00:25:05.540 further congressional
00:25:06.260 administrative action
00:25:07.260 to transatlantic
00:25:08.840 cooperation.
00:25:10.380 The commission's
00:25:10.880 database includes
00:25:11.900 Michael Kovrig and
00:25:13.240 Michael Spavier,
00:25:14.200 the two Canadian
00:25:14.840 Michaels who were
00:25:16.300 arrested and
00:25:17.140 detained without
00:25:17.800 cause in China for
00:25:18.660 nearly three years
00:25:19.540 and apparent act of
00:25:20.700 retaliation for
00:25:21.300 Canada's detention
00:25:21.920 of Huawei
00:25:22.620 executive Ming
00:25:24.120 Wanzhou.
00:25:26.160 Ming
00:25:26.380 financial officer
00:25:27.500 and doctor of
00:25:28.180 Huawei, founder
00:25:29.260 Ren Zigfee, was
00:25:30.900 arrested in
00:25:31.380 Vancouver in
00:25:31.840 2018 on an
00:25:32.680 extradition warrant
00:25:33.360 linked to Justice
00:25:34.080 Department charges
00:25:34.880 of bank and
00:25:35.620 wire fraud.
00:25:36.920 In Canada, as
00:25:37.820 in the U.S., it
00:25:38.380 can be difficult to
00:25:39.080 avoid the specter
00:25:39.860 of partisan
00:25:40.320 politics when
00:25:41.640 talks turn to
00:25:42.180 China and foreign
00:25:42.720 policy, particularly
00:25:43.920 after the beer
00:25:44.740 bug COVID-19
00:25:45.520 pandemic and its
00:25:46.720 impact on the
00:25:47.440 global supply
00:25:48.340 chains.
00:25:49.900 Virtually every
00:25:50.360 domestic policy
00:25:51.080 decision in the U.S.
00:25:51.960 is made within
00:25:53.000 broader context
00:25:54.080 context of ending
00:25:55.980 U.S.
00:25:56.360 dependence on
00:25:56.920 Chinese suppliers
00:25:57.660 for raw materials,
00:25:58.620 manufactured goods,
00:25:59.660 and high-tech
00:26:00.360 components like
00:26:00.920 computer chips and
00:26:01.880 battery minerals.
00:26:03.260 North of the
00:26:03.740 border where the
00:26:04.220 federal government's
00:26:04.780 handling of
00:26:05.120 allegations of
00:26:05.780 Chinese foreign
00:26:06.260 interference has
00:26:06.920 triggered a
00:26:07.880 maelstrom of
00:26:08.400 controversy and
00:26:09.280 public inquiry is
00:26:10.880 scheduled to begin
00:26:11.640 early next week.
00:26:13.800 The federal
00:26:14.140 liberal government,
00:26:14.840 Chong, said, still
00:26:15.960 hasn't done enough
00:26:16.720 in the wake of
00:26:17.220 Huawei's saga to
00:26:18.460 properly fortify its
00:26:19.540 foreign policy
00:26:20.360 approach to China,
00:26:21.420 even as the
00:26:23.120 U.S.
00:26:23.540 and other
00:26:23.880 democracies adopt
00:26:24.860 more of a
00:26:25.340 hawkish stance.
00:26:27.500 Quote-unquote, it
00:26:28.080 doesn't surprise me
00:26:28.900 because I think it's
00:26:29.700 a characteristic of
00:26:30.540 the current
00:26:30.920 government to be
00:26:31.960 slow on
00:26:32.500 implementation, he
00:26:33.380 said.
00:26:34.040 This government
00:26:34.500 can't execute, and
00:26:36.040 so it does not
00:26:36.820 surprise me that
00:26:37.600 they are slow on
00:26:38.320 reacting to this
00:26:39.000 threat.
00:26:39.900 Quebec Court of
00:26:40.480 Appeal Justice
00:26:41.200 Marie-Josée
00:26:42.020 Hogue will lead
00:26:43.320 the 16-month
00:26:44.140 inquiry, which is
00:26:45.500 expected to delve
00:26:46.440 into alleged
00:26:46.980 methods in
00:26:47.660 Canada, Canadian
00:26:48.420 affairs by
00:26:49.040 China, Russia, and
00:26:50.260 other foreign
00:26:50.840 states.
00:26:51.420 I will leave
00:26:54.800 this here for
00:26:56.660 you all to read
00:26:57.480 yourselves, ladies
00:26:58.160 and gentlemen.
00:26:59.000 So basically, he
00:27:00.020 was saying to the
00:27:01.160 Senate committee
00:27:02.260 that, yeah, he's
00:27:04.040 been targeted, he's
00:27:04.760 been harassed, has
00:27:05.640 family here, family
00:27:06.500 there.
00:27:07.220 They've had some
00:27:07.700 interesting emails and
00:27:09.040 some interesting
00:27:09.540 visits.
00:27:10.760 To my American
00:27:11.240 friends, there is an
00:27:12.100 investigation that
00:27:12.780 will happen, like I
00:27:14.400 said, 16 months, so
00:27:15.960 we don't know exactly
00:27:17.260 what's going on with
00:27:18.540 it all.
00:27:18.840 So, that's the
00:27:21.580 thing.
00:27:22.800 And when they
00:27:23.360 actually had the
00:27:23.980 first inquiry, the
00:27:26.800 special rapporteur to
00:27:27.980 report about what
00:27:28.840 has been going on,
00:27:30.440 you know, the man
00:27:31.000 was the friend of the
00:27:33.080 Justin Trudeau
00:27:33.660 Foundation.
00:27:34.260 Our former
00:27:34.680 governor general,
00:27:35.620 was a friend to the
00:27:37.700 Justin Trudeau
00:27:38.300 Foundation.
00:27:41.200 That speaks for
00:27:41.840 itself.
00:27:43.020 Okay?
00:27:43.600 Friends with benefits,
00:27:44.640 friends with this, slap
00:27:45.580 and tickle for your
00:27:46.380 pick-up.
00:27:47.280 Oh, okay.
00:27:48.080 Nothing to see here,
00:27:49.100 folks.
00:27:49.820 Just some silly
00:27:51.040 allegations and then we
00:27:52.120 can all just go home and
00:27:53.160 have a good time and not
00:27:54.220 worry about it, you
00:27:55.040 know?
00:27:55.680 Just keep slapping and
00:27:56.600 tickling for your
00:27:57.280 pick-up.
00:27:57.580 Stay updated and

00:28:16.080 Rant, the Krusty
00:28:16.920 Up podcast episode
00:28:17.980 229.
00:28:19.620 That's right, ladies
00:28:20.480 and gentlemen, topics
00:28:21.060 for the team's plane
00:28:22.000 trip and the plane
00:28:24.120 busted and the trip
00:28:24.900 busted.
00:28:25.520 More mask issues
00:28:26.340 looming from Dr.
00:28:27.140 Tam, you know,
00:28:27.820 speculation and I
00:28:29.160 just read to you the
00:28:29.900 MP Michael Chong
00:28:31.040 testifies in the US
00:28:32.380 and if you like it
00:28:33.540 here to see, please
00:28:34.240 could let him
00:28:34.700 subscribe.
00:28:35.160 Give me a thumbs
00:28:35.680 up to my YouTubers
00:28:36.500 out there, my
00:28:37.160 rumblers.
00:28:38.060 Please give me a
00:28:38.540 thumbs up, give me
00:28:39.160 some comments, get
00:28:39.880 the algorithm going.
00:28:41.060 Help us Canucks get
00:28:42.000 our words out there
00:28:42.780 and, you know, make
00:28:43.860 some money too.
00:28:44.460 And if you like
00:28:44.840 donating, links will
00:28:45.660 be in the description
00:28:46.180 for you guys if you
00:28:46.760 want to donate your
00:28:47.340 leisure.
00:28:48.280 And a special thank
00:28:49.040 you out there to
00:28:49.580 Michael, one of my
00:28:51.080 fans, one of my
00:28:51.760 subscribers.
00:28:52.440 Thank you very much,
00:28:53.360 sir, for that giant
00:28:54.080 donation you gave me.
00:28:55.020 Like, you didn't
00:28:55.760 have to do that, but
00:28:56.940 hey, you've got my
00:28:57.500 email, I mean email,
00:28:59.180 your address, I'm
00:29:00.140 going to send you
00:29:00.660 some Krusty Canucks
00:29:01.600 swagger there too.
00:29:03.100 I was about a hat
00:29:03.860 and a t-shirt.
00:29:04.900 Let me know in the
00:29:05.820 comments there, buddy.
00:29:06.900 Let me get you set up.
00:29:08.180 But thank you once
00:29:08.840 again for your great
00:29:09.580 donation, sir.
00:29:11.080 And F-ing-tastic.
00:29:13.160 I really appreciate
00:29:14.140 it there, Michael.
00:29:14.900 Thank you very much.
00:29:16.620 And just let me know

00:29:21.500 good Krusty Canuck
00:29:22.600 kit there for you
00:29:23.460 and you yourselves,
00:29:24.940 my wonderful audience
00:29:25.540 too.
00:29:26.160 Check out my store.
00:29:27.060 Links to me in the
00:29:27.520 description.
00:29:27.940 I'm a customized girl.
00:29:29.020 I got hats.
00:29:29.600 I got t-shirts.
00:29:30.240 I got swimsuit, mugs,
00:29:31.520 got other paraphernalia.
00:29:33.060 I got some catchy
00:29:33.900 military sayings like
00:29:35.020 hooah, heard, understood,
00:29:36.160 acknowledge.
00:29:37.040 In Canada, we'd say
00:29:37.920 hooah, H-U-A.
00:29:39.540 My American friends
00:29:40.380 like to say hooah
00:29:41.920 and hoorah, my marine
00:29:44.880 brothers.
00:29:45.940 I don't know what the
00:29:46.460 Coast Guard or Navy
00:29:47.100 says, but needless to
00:29:48.020 say, well done to my
00:29:49.780 infantry brothers in
00:29:51.160 arms there, nonetheless.
00:29:52.160 Anyway, carrying on
00:29:54.100 with this episode 229
00:29:55.880 of the Krusty Canuck
00:29:56.420 podcast, the Tuesday
00:29:57.380 rant, episode 229 of
00:30:00.320 the Krusty Canuck
00:30:00.840 podcast.
00:30:01.640 That's right, ladies
00:30:01.940 and gentlemen.
00:30:02.580 Like I just said, I
00:30:03.420 gave the three points
00:30:04.220 away.
00:30:05.020 Now, this is going to
00:30:05.560 be my little ramble.
00:30:06.520 I'm going to start
00:30:06.800 doing this towards the
00:30:08.320 end of the episode.
00:30:09.460 Do a little ramble,
00:30:10.460 kind of carry on,
00:30:11.240 whatever.
00:30:11.780 Like I mentioned about
00:30:12.460 the transgender issue,
00:30:13.960 let kids be kids.
00:30:15.420 It's that simple.
00:30:16.860 Like, kids do their
00:30:17.440 thing.
00:30:17.740 And if they tend to
00:30:19.340 feel something and
00:30:22.180 they don't feel like
00:30:22.720 talking to their
00:30:23.220 parents, okay, I can
00:30:25.020 understand that.
00:30:26.680 But it's still not up to
00:30:27.920 teachers to hide things
00:30:29.500 that important from their
00:30:31.360 parents.
00:30:32.740 Okay?
00:30:33.700 To make that excuse about
00:30:35.600 abuse?
00:30:36.560 No.
00:30:37.460 Because it's an old
00:30:38.400 Marxist tactic.
00:30:40.580 Oh, if you don't trust
00:30:41.600 your parents, you can
00:30:42.260 trust us.
00:30:43.640 Oh, if you don't trust
00:30:44.640 this, you can trust us.
00:30:45.620 Oh, yes.
00:30:47.120 We've got a fine array
00:30:48.160 of things here to help
00:30:49.460 you cope and to get
00:30:50.600 along.
00:30:52.180 Some would call that
00:30:53.020 grooming.
00:30:54.300 Now, I'm not saying
00:30:55.120 grooming towards a
00:30:56.200 sexual perverse nature.
00:30:57.820 I'm saying grooming to a
00:30:59.320 psychological manipulation
00:31:01.300 nature.
00:31:02.480 History's proven that,
00:31:03.240 ladies and gentlemen.
00:31:04.240 Something to think about,
00:31:05.100 right?
00:31:06.500 Anyhow, ladies and
00:31:07.140 gentlemen, I'm in
00:31:07.440 Krusty Canuck on this
00:31:08.200 beautiful 12th of
00:31:09.500 September, 2023.
00:31:11.920 A special thank you out
00:31:12.880 there once again to
00:31:13.520 Michael, to Jess, to
00:31:15.600 a lot of the people
00:31:16.460 on my Twitter feed who
00:31:17.240 give me a thumbs up and
00:31:18.080 like my content.
00:31:19.240 More is coming your way.
00:31:20.460 And if you haven't
00:31:20.880 subscribed yet, please
00:31:22.100 subscribe to Krusty Canuck
00:31:23.180 podcast on the tube, on
00:31:25.680 Rumble, and on Podbean.
00:31:28.340 Yes, I put this whole
00:31:29.400 format on Podbean, too, so
00:31:30.700 you can see my mug, right?
00:31:32.820 And see my disenchantment
00:31:34.200 with the Canadian
00:31:34.720 government.
00:31:35.600 But my love for my
00:31:36.500 country, nonetheless, and
00:31:38.360 my love for all of you
00:31:39.260 out there, people who
00:31:40.100 tune in, who give me the
00:31:41.780 comments and say, yay,
00:31:43.460 way to go.
00:31:43.840 Thank you very much.
00:31:45.640 And to the individual
00:31:46.560 from Texas that commented
00:31:47.940 in my last video, thank
00:31:49.420 you very much.
00:31:50.720 Please keep commenting,
00:31:51.720 liking, share this stuff
00:31:52.720 all around.
00:31:53.700 And don't be afraid to
00:31:54.680 speak your mind, too, in
00:31:55.520 your own terms, ladies
00:31:56.220 and gentlemen.
00:31:58.100 Don't be worried about
00:31:59.160 someone deeming you as a
00:32:00.520 xenophobe or as a
00:32:01.780 homophobe or as an
00:32:03.000 Islamophobe or a pick-your-nose
00:32:04.960 phobe or a buck-of-my-shoe
00:32:06.300 phobe.
00:32:07.080 Screw the phobes.
00:32:08.240 Speak your mind.
00:32:09.960 Right?
00:32:10.740 I would like to think the
00:32:11.960 majority of us folks are
00:32:13.380 good-hearted people and we
00:32:15.340 just want to get along and
00:32:16.420 live our lives and be left
00:32:17.640 to hell alone.
00:32:19.500 That simple, eh?
00:32:21.320 You know?
00:32:21.920 Find our own little
00:32:22.600 paradise and just carry on
00:32:26.600 as nothing really matters.
00:32:29.400 But it does.
00:32:30.220 Our democracies matter,
00:32:31.180 ladies and gentlemen.
00:32:31.800 And there's a lot more at
00:32:32.540 stake than what the
00:32:33.880 mainstream media says.
00:32:35.440 And especially those
00:32:36.060 guys whining about not
00:32:37.240 getting their fair share
00:32:38.480 when they had a chance to
00:32:40.180 improve their business
00:32:41.060 model about 20 years ago.
00:32:44.080 Right?
00:32:44.740 I'm talking to you
00:32:45.680 mainstreamers out there
00:32:47.000 toeing the line worrying
00:32:48.400 about you're not getting
00:32:48.920 paid your fair share and
00:32:50.180 yet you guys get quite a
00:32:51.100 bit of perks, especially
00:32:51.960 here in Canada.
00:32:53.300 A lot of mainstream media
00:32:54.300 gets a lot of government
00:32:55.620 money.
00:32:56.520 And what's government
00:32:57.160 money, folks?
00:32:58.360 What is government money?
00:33:00.820 Taxpayer money.
00:33:01.580 Ha ha ha.
00:33:02.960 No more.
00:33:03.560 Support independent media.
00:33:05.420 Support Rebels.
00:33:06.100 Support True North.
00:33:07.200 Support Druthers.
00:33:08.620 Support Dacey Media.
00:33:09.660 Support Greg Wycliffe.
00:33:10.820 Support Kevin Boardman.
00:33:12.520 Support The Pleb.
00:33:14.340 Just off the top of my head.
00:33:15.680 Some great content out there.
00:33:17.120 Support Northern
00:33:17.800 Perspective, too.
00:33:18.860 Those guys are awesome.
00:33:21.100 Right?
00:33:21.600 Everybody I mention.
00:33:22.960 Support them, too.
00:33:24.700 Get better facts and
00:33:25.560 figures out there.
00:33:26.400 And guess what?
00:33:27.020 Northern Perspective
00:33:27.660 doesn't get paid.
00:33:29.220 Hell, they don't.
00:33:29.780 They do it because they
00:33:31.180 love it.
00:33:31.640 I do it because I love it.
00:33:32.800 I like to get paid, too.
00:33:34.100 But that's up to you,
00:33:34.760 my wonderful audience,
00:33:35.460 to make that happen.
00:33:37.060 Anyway, like I said,
00:33:37.980 I've been Krusty Canuck
00:33:38.600 on this beautiful
00:33:39.340 12th of September,
00:33:41.720 2023.
00:33:42.760 I will not be around
00:33:43.400 this Saturday.
00:33:43.940 I will be working again.
00:33:44.780 My work cycle starts again.
00:33:46.220 So I'll have another
00:33:46.840 Tuesday rant up for you
00:33:47.920 next Tuesday
00:33:48.660 and another episode
00:33:49.920 the following Saturday.
00:33:51.400 So past quarter round,
00:33:52.820 too.
00:33:53.340 I try to get a video out
00:33:54.820 every Tuesday
00:33:55.520 and every other Saturday.
00:33:57.720 So, like I say,
00:33:58.660 without further ado,
00:33:59.440 I have been Krusty Canuck
00:34:00.280 once again.
00:34:01.180 Do what you can
00:34:02.400 to help each other
