00:01:26.060 way it's there you can see it i've been having some issues with the i guess the algorithm in regards to

00:01:30.640 that uh actually some people have sent me some comments saying we can't find your stuff and then

00:01:36.200 i'll send a link and all of a sudden they can find my stuff interesting a interesting indeed so it gives

00:01:43.140 you that insight to what's going on right censorship galore here we go anyhow one more time if you like

00:01:51.840 interested to see please click like and subscribe and share this content over your station with your

00:01:54.940 platforms and help us canucks get our words out there as the title card said two predictions for

00:02:00.900 2024 and evs will not save us i'll keep the video uh there from lorne gunter a writer for the toronto sun

00:02:07.280 and other media outlets there too and he gives a great uh monologue and a video essay on how ev

00:02:14.860 vehicles will not save us in the future so here are my predictions for 2024 ladies and gentlemen

00:02:19.260 uh i do predict that in this country here in canada there will be a federal election probably in the

00:02:26.340 spring probably because there's a lot of polls out there that are going on and a lot of people aren't

00:02:31.960 happy with the liberal brand and i can explain to you why again after i've only done it every other

00:02:37.680 episode excuse me that you have a party that came in justin trudeau is nothing but a nepo uh a nepotist

00:02:48.380 uh he basically inherited everything from his old man financially socially right politically

00:02:55.760 right he's supposed to be the next big thing that was supposed to happen back in 2015 when he got

00:03:01.480 elected and i think we all remember his big speeches about sunny ways and diversity and all this good

00:03:06.080 stuff and the budget will balance itself and all that great stuff uh-huh how's that budget treating

00:03:12.100 us right now okay now interesting enough i should have saved these conversations i should i should save

00:03:18.200 all these conversations i have with people on x right formerly twitter and all these little socialists

00:03:24.340 coming out of the woodwork saying how justin trudeau is our best friend oh he's such a great man oh

00:03:29.700 look what he's doing and he's just such a great leader what has he led us into ladies and gentlemen

00:03:35.720 ask yourself these questions what has the liberal brand from 2014 until now led us into right can you say

00:03:48.680 can you say nothing can you say national debt through the wahoo

00:03:54.840 can you say a lack of defense and security spending can you say a lack of respect for this country what

00:04:05.360 it stands for can you say a lack of respect for our first nations a lack of respect for veterans

00:04:13.120 seniors uh pensions and personal taxes can you say how the liberal brand in this country since 2014

00:04:21.500 has embarrassed canada on the world stage in regards to security and who we give money to

00:04:28.220 can you say all the above sure can you bet your sweet beppy oh that's an old tune that's an old

00:04:35.520 saying from uh the 1960s anyhow but yeah you can bet that you can put that in the bank right and uh we

00:04:42.520 have leadership in this country that doesn't really care about you and me because every time you watch

00:04:47.120 christopher freeland talk on television she always tilts her head kind of thing kind of like how you

00:04:52.500 know like a dog looks at a tv set you know what's up you know so

00:04:58.220 i i think we can all agree that every time uh christopher freeland speaking justin trudeau was

00:05:06.900 speaking even when katherine mckenna was in when she was speaking karina gold steven gilbell john

00:05:12.560 wilkinson uh sean fraser and all other liberal backbenchers right all other liberal backbenchers that

00:05:21.140 have sat around and and poked and pried and lied to the canadian taxpayer in regards to

00:05:28.120 how this country is doing now some of these socialists i have spoken to have said basically

00:05:34.060 verbatim word for word the same talking points the liberals have told you know putting more money in

00:05:39.880 your pocket because of this carbon tax how is a tax prosperous for the canadian taxpayer

00:05:45.280 that's a contradiction in terms taxes are prosperous for the people receiving them okay as far as i

00:05:53.220 understand the idea of taxes is supposed to help social programs help this out help that out but

00:05:59.180 our income tax act in this country came into effect in 1917 to assist the government in spending more

00:06:06.520 money on the first world war now i don't know about you but we're not fighting germans in the trenches

00:06:11.880 anymore are we right are we still fighting germans in france and in africa and on the mediterranean

00:06:21.040 like in world war ii in sicily in italy no no we're paying extra taxes and the income tax act

00:06:32.240 stayed because it's a good revenue stream for the federal government so they can sit and pass legislation

00:06:38.300 and tell you exactly what you should pay based on your income okay and it doesn't matter if you get

00:06:44.340 extra perks or not they'll find a ways to claw and take more from you and me in the name of progress 0.91

00:06:49.940 and being civilized and if you're not civilized with us we're going to be civilized with you by

00:06:55.120 knocking on your door and taking more of your cash by force okay now you've heard me ramble on about

00:07:02.140 how the cra gave me a hard time because some of the awards and rewards i was given for my issues with

00:07:09.360 the military and what happened to me while i was serving okay develop sleep apnea and i got ptsd

00:07:16.580 that happens that happens to a lot of people too right and i did have a weight gain issue

00:07:24.320 some of it's going down now you know you can see now getting some more definition back in my body

00:07:29.380 again because of my job it's labor intensive but needless to say i'm getting back into a regular

00:07:35.240 format again and i've got workout plans and everything for the future i'm not going to give

00:07:39.360 you a resolution i don't believe in these resolutions i just believe that you turn new leaf on your own time

00:07:44.680 when you're bloody well ready you don't need a new year's party to do it that's just me though

00:07:48.860 but i think you see where i'm going at ladies and gentlemen where i'm getting to that you do not need

00:07:54.340 big government to dictate to us so come the spring regardless of where you sit in the fence

00:08:00.440 now i do agree with polyevs certain attributes meaning axing the attacks maybe cutting some government

00:08:09.760 offices we can honestly do that you know some of these government offices do not need to be here

00:08:14.780 for example the ministry of middle class and prosperity how is this ministry help the middle

00:08:22.140 class and how is it help with prosperity i ask you this how many more ministries of diversity

00:08:29.100 inclusion and equity do we need calling the shots for canada when every college campus every major

00:08:36.040 corporation has their diversity officers making sure that the right people get hired right to my

00:08:42.760 american listeners is basically like the affirmative action issues that have happened i'm all for giving 0.59

00:08:48.080 people a fair chance regardless i don't care where you're from i don't care what you do i don't care

00:08:52.160 who you sleep with all those factors have nothing to do with your ability to do a job but if you have

00:08:57.880 to identify yourself every time you apply for a job then ask yourself this are they worth working for

00:09:04.400 if that's the case if they're going to hire you based on your actual skill or based on the color

00:09:09.860 of your skin your eyes who you sleep with who you love right it just takes the whole meritocracy issue

00:09:15.680 and tosses out the window so my predictions for 2024 is that i think people are going to wake up

00:09:22.020 and stop worrying about the woke and realize it's a joke and have a coke and a smile and sit the hell back 0.65

00:09:28.940 and have a good laugh that's just me though that's just my prediction now what do you think

00:09:33.680 tell me after this stay updated and follow crusty canuck on facebook twitter gab telegram youtube

00:09:43.140 and podbean subscribe today and donate at crusty canuck.ca

00:09:47.980 and we're back ladies and gentlemen to the tuesday rant topics of this episode predictions for 2024

00:09:56.880 and evs will not save us i'm your host crusty canuck and one more time i'll just remind you

00:10:01.100 if you like and hear what you see please click like subscribe share this content all your social

00:10:05.960 media platforms and to my youtubers please click that notification bell i've been noticing i'm losing

00:10:11.740 subscribers lately or i've had some subscribers they've come they've gone and sometimes the

00:10:16.260 counts all up but just click that bell every time something comes up so therefore you are reminded

00:10:22.000 when something new comes your way and please give me a big thumbs up every time you see something

00:10:28.660 give me a comment or two just let me know and keep the algorithm going to help us connect out there 0.95

00:10:33.320 get our words out there before the liberal retard government censors the shit of disappointing views 0.96

00:10:40.140 or dissenting views they don't like okay now back to my predictions i believe there's going to be a lot 0.98

00:10:46.920 of humble pie coming a lot of humble pie coming to the way of the liberal brand okay now i've been

00:10:54.580 criticized for being a conservative and of course you know the big f word because you know you don't

00:10:59.180 agree with the status quo or the current thing then you must be the opposite you must be a terrible

00:11:03.140 human being if you don't agree with us no i'm not a terrible human being i don't agree with

00:11:08.320 collectivism i don't agree with socialism i don't agree with communism i assure us i don't agree with

00:11:12.820 fascism even though the two sides of the same coin the only thing with fascism is that you're given

00:11:18.040 the opportunity to make more money while you're being part or being allied with a totalitarian

00:11:23.620 government right so those individuals out there that say fascism is so different than communism

00:11:30.880 they're both based in socialism so keep that in mind and fascism is not technically far right

00:11:38.340 it is more left if anything right more left

00:11:42.380 who knew hitler did mussolini did and karl marx did so that's the history lesson for today kids

00:11:52.640 anyway carrying on with this episode of the tuesday rant i'm your host crusty canuck uh yeah that's

00:11:58.220 right 26 december hope everyone had a great christmas you know um i had a great time uh my

00:12:04.620 wife and i we had we had a nice dinner and i sat and exchanged gifts and she got me some pretty cool 1.00

00:12:10.420 gifts this year so i can't complain you know i'm a very happy lad yes she was a very happy woman too

00:12:16.000 she went to show me what she bought with some of the uh uh gift cards that i gave her and some other

00:12:22.540 things too but uh needless to say it was great it was a good time you know i'm working steady this

00:12:27.360 week uh but you know i got double time for working christmas which was nice which will help with the

00:12:32.320 bills next month but hey i'm not complaining um but yeah it's just a good time a good time to reflect

00:12:38.280 so my prediction for next year will be a probably be better christmas for a majority of us

00:12:42.720 why because we'll probably have a new prime minister and we'll have more money to be able

00:12:48.960 to spend on ourselves and to save for ourselves without greedy big government hands taking its 0.92

00:12:54.360 chunk of change or like these wankers like to say all the time we don't have to pay your fair share

00:12:59.940 right because come this spring i am really contemplating contemplating whether i should file or not 0.93

00:13:09.680 you know i don't want to get into trouble but in the same sense i'm getting sick and tired of being

00:13:16.260 told how much more money i have to give when it's being more and more obvious every day they're asking

00:13:22.420 for too much than i can give they're asking for more than i can give because my wife and i now are just

00:13:28.340 starting to see some headway in some things right but i'll save that for another episode like i say if

00:13:36.420 you like what you see please subscribe to question your podcast on pod bean rumble spotify amazon

00:14:32.280 and once again ladies and gentlemen thank you for returning to the tuesday rant with your host crusty

00:14:39.580 canuck uh topics predictions for 2024 which i just did and i'll be getting the evs that will not

00:14:46.480 save us i'm your host crusty canuck and later on the episode i'll have a special announcement to

00:14:50.980 advertise for you here too so please stick around for that uh here's a video from lauren gunter a writer

00:14:56.520 for the toronto sun he's part of the post media conglomerate um i'm pretty sure they did receive

00:15:01.540 some handouts from the government but needs to say lauren gunter is quite the reporter he tells it

00:15:06.320 like it is so i'll just keep this video and he's basically going to explain to you how the ev battery

00:15:10.880 and vehicle will not help canadians now you've heard me ramble on before about how this is supposed

00:15:17.340 to work and save the environment and be easier on our pocketbooks and we'll save more money

00:15:22.140 which is a load of garbage a load of garbage right because if they're going to force something

00:15:29.420 down our throats and tell us what we have to do right to save the planet then then we're not doing 0.98

00:15:35.660 it right so make a long story short ladies and gentlemen here's lauren gunter with his spiel

00:15:40.860 on uh the ev razzle dazzle what a great story anyway you guys decide think amongst yourselves and

00:15:47.520 to formulate your own decisions ladies and gentlemen federal environment minister steven

00:15:52.540 hebo announced this week that by 2026 just two years from now 20 of all vehicle sales in canada

00:16:00.820 had to be electric vehicles he said you know this is a great way to help canadians with the cost of

00:16:08.060 living not sure how that's true because electric vehicles cost as much as 40 percent more

00:16:14.420 than comparable internal combustion engine vehicles but he said you know as soon as you drive off the

00:16:21.040 lot your fueling costs go way down and your maintenance costs almost disappear well even internal documents

00:16:30.780 from the environment department put the lie to those claims it doesn't cost less to maintain an

00:16:40.820 electric vehicle in fact consumer reports magazine this week reported that electric vehicles are 73

00:16:46.780 percent less reliable less reliable than internal combustion that is true and the cost of repairs

00:16:55.580 is sometimes many times more what it is for an internal combustion engine car or truck so guibo was wrong

00:17:04.780 about that and i think deliberately wrong about it i think he knows what the what what what the true

00:17:10.980 costs are of running electric vehicles buying them is more expensive running them as more expensive

00:17:15.800 and what happens if the cost of electricity goes up as one of his other initiatives which is zero emissions

00:17:23.680 power grids drives up the cost of electricity then you're sitting there

00:17:29.920 trying to charge your vehicle in your home with your electricity prices going through the roof

00:17:37.000 that's another thing that guibo's announcement didn't mention and that is the cost of home chargers

00:17:44.040 the the the federal government says it'll cost between 800 and 1200 for a home charger

00:17:49.980 no it won't we looked into one for our home we don't have an electric vehicle we thought you know as

00:17:56.020 soon as the government starts mandating this maybe it'll be harder and harder to get chargers we looked

00:18:00.720 at it would cost 16 000 okay 16 000 to put a charging station in your home 16 000 bucks

00:18:13.220 okay i've seen used trucks out here for sale for that price that have been provincially inspected and

00:18:20.880 they're good to go on the highway okay now what's it going to cost to run that or to keep that station

00:18:28.640 alive and kicking in your home i think lauren will explain more for you dollars to put in a charger in 0.65

00:18:36.580 our home who can afford that the government is subsidizing the cost of electric vehicles and

00:18:42.980 paying small subsidies for home chargers but by and large they're not going to pay those costs

00:18:50.160 in fact the federal government's own documents show that the cost to consumers over the next 25 years

00:18:57.340 of maintaining electric vehicles and paying for home chargers this is not the cost of the vehicles

00:19:05.420 themselves just the cost of maintaining them and paying for home chargers will add about 54 billion

00:19:12.320 dollars to consumers costs ordinary canadians will now do canadians have that spending power

00:19:20.140 do all 40 million canadians now have that spending power you know honestly

00:19:28.060 well look at the facts and figures that our environmental ministers and our minister of

00:19:34.460 transportation and all these big wigs they're making these decisions for us do we have that kind 1.00

00:19:39.480 of money honestly you know it's tough enough already with their carbon taxes and now we're expected to

00:19:47.160 buy these 55 to 65 000 vehicles that weigh at least a couple of tons on the highway more than the average car

00:19:54.760 more than the average pickup truck

00:19:56.040 pay about 54 billion more to drive over the next 25 years because of the electric vehicle mandate

00:20:05.940 they might save and this is because the environment department itself is very enthusiastic about electric vehicles

00:20:12.220 and so they're very optimistic they said you might save 38 billion but as you can tell that's a 16 billion dollar

00:20:19.740 burden added to canadians they're looking at about an extra billion dollars a year

00:20:25.820 in driving costs and what the the department also found was that prices out of the market

00:20:32.140 about 25 percent of canadians if you are a working poor canadian you will not have a vehicle in the future

00:20:40.460 there's a very good chance that as soon as internal combustion engine vehicles are outlawed in canada you will

00:20:48.220 not have a vehicle that's fine i guess if you live in a big city it's very inconvenient but i guess that's fine

00:20:55.100 if you live in a big city because maybe you can take transit but what if you're a working poor person who

00:21:00.780 lives in a rural part of canada you can't take transit there is no transit you are stuck without a vehicle

00:21:07.580 this is a very urban upper middle class mandate from the liberal government and it's another example of

00:21:15.660 just how out of touch they are proposed media i'm loran gunter

00:21:23.980 yeah that was loran gunter from uh toronto sun post media so you see the conundrum we were in you

00:21:29.420 see the predicament that these elected officials and these know-it-alls want us to do okay they

00:21:35.500 keep saying we're going to save money well when do you save money now i have schematics i can hear in

00:21:42.380 my home and i have schematics i can get from other electricians in regards to building your own

00:21:47.740 battery block to run your home okay last schematic i saw it took maybe roughly 12 rv batteries now it

00:21:57.740 can be expensive okay but you can generate your own electricity your own power in your home

00:22:05.500 efficiently safely and effectively and it'll end up paying for itself within a few months

00:22:14.140 with maybe some electricity left over that you can share with a neighbor now as far as i know

00:22:20.860 in this area doing that kind of procedure to your own home is deemed illegal why because

00:22:30.860 municipalities don't get a piece of your pie and other companies don't get a piece of your pie

00:22:37.260 so when it comes to self-sufficiency and what to buy you can see that we're being herded

00:22:43.100 as cattle like cattle into a direction which is good for the government but not good for you

00:22:50.620 the consumer the taxpayer the voter the patriot whoever you want to be

00:22:54.780 right so one of my predictions for 2024 would be that we'll have a government that'll kibosh these 1.00

00:23:03.340 ideas and basically let you buy what the hell you want to stay updated and follow crusty canuck on

00:23:11.180 facebook twitter gab telegram youtube and podbean subscribe today and donate at crustycanuck.ca

00:23:19.180 and once again ladies and gentlemen welcome back to the tuesday rant with crusty canuck tonight's

00:24:15.900 you know the front gas for now anyhow i digress so another prediction i have too for 2024 is

00:24:26.940 is there going to be another war 0.98

00:24:31.580 is world war three gonna bite us in the ass are we going to see 0.99

00:24:36.380 an onslaught because you watch television you look all the protests in every major canadian city 0.99

00:24:43.180 every american city what's going on london what's going on sydney with all palestinian descendants 0.99

00:24:48.140 and supporters thereof and you're seeing a lot of harassment i'm not seeing any real protests i'm not

00:24:55.420 seeing any genuine concern i'm just seeing harassment oh and a correction too for my last episode

00:25:02.380 apparently the zara chain of clothing stores is not israeli based or owned apparently they come

00:25:09.180 from spain okay so when you reference the video that i put on my last episode there the last tuesday

00:25:16.220 rant on the 19th i showed you that footage of the uh the protester the mask on harassing the police

00:25:22.460 officer as everyone's waving the palestinian flags in front of this zero store so my apologies i sit

00:25:31.180 corrected as i tell you because i know i said last episode that there is really chain they are not

00:25:36.780 an israeli chain apparently they are a spanish chain from spain so

00:25:45.180 it just adds more fuel to the fire that when these individuals are protesting the plight of palestine and

00:25:50.860 gaza and they're in malls harassing people as they were christmas shopping harassing everybody who

00:25:56.540 wanted to sit in santa's knee and disenfranchising christians okay it just goes to show where they

00:26:03.980 really stand right and once again out there to my viewers and if you have to be a new viewer and you

00:26:11.740 happen to agree with what's happening and how it's it's all right for all these people who harass other

00:26:17.820 people in the name of gaza or palestine how about you get on a flight and you go over there and fight

00:26:23.020 okay to all the bleeding hearts out there that want to see all these wonderful things and oh

00:26:31.580 my god and peace and union yeah let's talk about peace and unity let's also talk about reality too

00:26:38.380 every piece of footage i have seen where people are being harassed for waving the canadian flag or

00:26:43.820 people that want to change names or people that want to tear down statues or people that want to hurt what

00:26:49.260 what the west is can you not stop and think for a minute what the west has done for you can you not

00:26:57.980 can you not stop and think about the benefits a lot of individuals receive when they first come to

00:27:03.340 canada in the united states can you not think about that can you not think about the priorities

00:27:08.380 when it comes to hiring when it comes to getting a post-secondary education okay but then you want to

00:27:15.980 piss on a flag you want to disenfranchise one flag and promote another can't say merry christmas because

00:27:23.500 oh you're not christian well you don't have to be christian to appreciate a christmas holiday you 0.89

00:27:27.900 don't have to be uh anything just show courtesy and respect okay no one here is trying to assimilate

00:27:37.340 anybody nobody is but when you live in a north american country when you live in a country in the western

00:27:45.260 hemisphere that has adopted liberal politics i mean liberal in the proper sense of the word not in

00:27:52.380 the brand that's being thrown down our faces today okay where you have the opportunity to excel to

00:27:58.700 thrive to better yourself not just as somebody from this culture or that culture but somebody living in

00:28:05.020 a country where you had the opportunity to do so regardless of religion or creed or color or gender or identity

00:28:12.060 okay every time you wave those flags and you harass people in shopping malls you're defeating the 0.99

00:28:20.060 purpose you're not standing up for what's right you're just being a fucking bully you're just being a 0.98

00:28:25.900 bunch of goons and you think you're standing up for something that's right when really you're not 1.00

00:28:30.940 you're stopping other people from carrying on their business from doing their thing okay 0.81

00:28:39.100 some of the footage i saw today from toronto where a young man was waving the canadian flag

00:28:45.740 and he wasn't a canadian he was born in egypt apparently

00:28:50.220 but he was waving the canadian flag and a police officer told him to put it away

00:28:53.740 okay because you know he doesn't want to upset anybody and yet while the police officer stood

00:29:01.100 there with his bicycle helmet on and his yellow rain jacket he had a maple leaf on his name tag

00:29:07.980 and a maple leaf on his shoulder flashes so what's that tell you do as i say not as i do

00:29:16.060 that's what it is and that's what we're coming into ladies and gentlemen we're going to get more and

00:29:21.580 more of this do as i say not as we do or as i do because i know what's best for you because i

00:29:26.540 carry the big stick or i have a little piece of paper that says i'm qualified right which is a 0.58

00:29:32.620 fucking joke because i've personally worked with individuals and worked for individuals in my time 0.96

00:29:38.300 in the military that had a lot of great qualifications but they also didn't have the street smarts they didn't 0.99

00:29:43.900 have common sense and it doesn't matter what kind of degree you have what kind of diploma you have

00:29:50.940 if you cannot relate to people and treat people like people your education and your 0.93

00:29:56.380 fucking qualifications as far as i'm concerned null and void that simple right anyway coming up to the 0.99
