00:00:14.480 and or better known as tiptoe through the tundra yes more facts and figures coming at you from this

00:00:20.180 show in regards to the record temperatures we've had here in western canada another bs

00:00:25.100 that's trying to back up the use to heat pumps and more justification on the carbon tax all that

00:00:31.260 more coming to the podcast please stick around listener of your discretion is advised because

00:00:35.440 i do like to swear smoke cigarettes and make funny funny faces stick around

00:00:40.080 hit it sweetheart because i am hard you will not like me

00:00:48.520 from western canada this is the crusty canuck podcast a canadian veteran's point of view

00:01:07.780 on political social economic issues and life here's crusty

00:01:13.060 that's right ladies and gentlemen welcome back to the crusty canuck podcast episode 255

00:01:19.540 blue monday yes some record temperatures that have been plaguing us because of winter yes we've

00:01:27.840 we've lacked some winter since christmas anyhow i'm your host crusty not good to see us all there

00:01:32.460 my apologies for not being on earlier my usual saturday spot it was just too cold and had some

00:01:38.480 maintenance to do i had to plug in my truck get it started again i have one you a little

00:01:43.040 little battery booster i use to help with my battery and stuff like that too i replaced the

00:01:47.060 battery last year so uh you know when it gets you know minus 40 it's hard on the truck and it's hard

00:01:53.860 on the engine and it was hard my wife's car and all that stuff too but everything's good everything's

00:01:57.520 running my wife's at work right now i'm on my off cycle so everything's tickety-boo as we speak

00:02:03.680 if you like and hear what you see please click like and subscribe share this podcast all over your

00:02:07.820 social media platforms to my youtubers and my rumblers out there please give me a thumbs up and give

00:02:12.680 me a like and give me a comment or two and if you want to email me all my contact information will

00:02:18.240 be in my description once this video has been displayed anyhow like i said uh episode 255 ladies

00:02:25.860 and gentlemen yeah polar vortex yes i know a lot of polar vortex going on because it's winter time in

00:02:31.300 canada blue monday not the new order song you know blue monday but uh i guess to a certain

00:02:37.780 psychologist and there's certain experts uh this is the time of year where people just get forlorn 0.90

00:02:42.700 depressed and all that which i just say is bullshit that can happen any time of the year ladies and 0.82

00:02:47.560 gentlemen it doesn't matter where you're from what you do there's always a time in our lives where 0.90

00:02:52.360 we stop and reflect and sometimes get sad sometimes get happy needs to say we shall persevere

00:02:57.000 regardless of all the political and social dogma it's out there plaguing us today and a special

00:03:02.100 happy birthday out there uh to martin luther king jr god rest your soul dear sir a real social justice

00:03:08.580 warrior a real activist who stood up for the rights of black americans and in a way black people all all

00:03:15.420 in general so happy birthday sir to you and yours uh godspeed to you all that good stuff and well done

00:03:22.400 on your efforts on changing the world as we see it today so i hope uh the real social justice

00:03:27.800 warriors out there learn something from him and what he did to make things right for people all over

00:03:33.660 the globe so round of applause for mr martin luther king jr god rest you sir

00:03:39.260 let's hope we can do better in the future and stand by it too so like i said it's been cold yes what

00:03:47.760 else do you do about it you turn the lights on turn the heat up try to conserve everything now we had a bit

00:03:52.320 of a a blackout issue here in alberta with uh people overusing the electrical grid because i

00:03:59.880 remember the warning signs came on saturday and it was warning people do not overuse something do not

00:04:07.420 overplug your vehicles or use unnecessary appliances just keep the necessities on

00:04:11.800 because of this catastrophe now one can speculate because there's a lot of hate on for alberta and the

00:04:17.320 rest of the country there are a lot of canadians out there that like to piss on alberta give alberta a 0.99

00:04:21.800 hard time because of the oil and because we're just such polluting people oh my goodness which is 0.95

00:04:27.380 bullshit because the best way to heat your home in the wintertime is either one of two things you can

00:04:34.240 use wood fire heat that keeps things simple what our ancestors used to do or you can use natural gas 0.99

00:04:42.100 right or nuclear energy too but you know electrical energy electrical heat is just always hard on you it

00:04:49.540 doesn't matter what you plug into doesn't matter who provides electricity we can banter back and

00:04:54.240 forth about the corporate influence and the greed of these private companies and we can also banter

00:04:59.200 back and forth about the greed of our government taking more money every time we put on gas put in gas

00:05:04.300 and turn the lights on and turn the heat up so you're kind of at a catch-22 here guys you know

00:05:10.120 i'm saying exactly so let's talk about the practicality and the pragmatism of using natural

00:05:17.880 gas it will work for you it's cheap it's efficient it burns clean okay and all these environmentalists

00:05:26.760 out there that constantly keep harping about the carbon footprint the carbon footprint see here's a

00:05:33.600 pencil this is a this is a hamac pencil okay it's like a pen okay see i'm i threw carbon in the atmosphere

00:05:41.540 what's going to happen nothing really what is going to happen if i throw this pencil up in the air again

00:05:51.020 wait for it absolutely nothing exactly so from common sense to practicality to pragmatism

00:06:01.620 what is going to work for our survival now i spent the better part of this morning and part of last 0.89

00:06:06.840 night sitting there typing on the x with these these these clowns who keep talking about how

00:06:14.300 the carbon footprint is is our demise and we have to do something about the planet and there are people 0.97

00:06:20.640 in this country freezing their asses off and you're worried about fossil fuels ironically enough

00:06:27.840 these individuals that are typing this garbage to me either lived in vancouver or some are actually 0.94

00:06:33.160 living down south towards the tropics so you've never experienced the winter i have 0.94

00:06:39.440 and you don't have the guts to follow through in it you'll sit there and talk about heat pumps as the

00:06:45.960 saving grace yet heat pumps work in the same collaboration and the same configuration

00:06:50.800 as do ac air conditioners and we've all been told that air conditioners don't leave them on all the

00:06:58.940 time doesn't matter how hot it is because it'll be harder on your electricity bill yeah you know that's

00:07:04.320 right hey so why do you think in some of the coldest times of the year it would be logical to run this

00:07:10.660 thing over time to keep your house warm keep your pipes from freezing to keep anything from getting

00:07:16.460 damaged because of the overall cold okay now i've heard speculations about people saying uh weather

00:07:24.360 modification changing this changing that it's kind of hard to say because there's a lot of information

00:07:29.100 out there that will help you or help others in understanding how weather really works

00:07:34.780 but when it comes to modifications i don't know i don't know what to believe when it comes to that do

00:07:42.420 we have the power to do it some say yay some say nay do we have the power to build these machines to

00:07:48.800 change uh certain effects of the magnetic pull on our planet i don't know it wouldn't surprise me if

00:07:56.980 someone came up with a schematic to do that in the name of control name of power the name of fear

00:08:02.820 right but the past 10 years people have come and gone especially a little girl with pigtails which 1.00

00:08:07.960 is not a little girl anymore she's a full-grown adult saying the magical words about how dare you 0.96

00:08:12.360 how dare you and yet people bought it too yeah this girl has traveled around at the expense of 0.99

00:08:18.100 ever one of her donators or all of her donators preaching the gospel but how dare us yet she's

00:08:24.620 lived a pretty comfortable life in the name of fossil fuels right and you all know who i'm talking

00:08:31.280 about here so let's get rid of this alarmism let's get rid of this skepticism and start being realistic

00:08:36.800 again too and to those individuals that i've engaged with on x i'm going to be very blunt and 0.99

00:08:43.140 i am going to swear in this podcast you know like as i warned before that you better get the fuck off 0.99

00:08:48.700 your high horses and stop thinking you're toting your virtue stop thinking you're doing the world 0.99

00:08:53.800 of favor by telling people like me my friends my family my wife my co-workers and everybody else that

00:08:59.480 works for a living that we're killing the planet what exactly is your plan what exactly is your

00:09:06.860 suggestion your solution okay wind turbines aren't working and i'll cue a video up there for you later

00:09:12.940 okay the solar idea is not working so what are your suggestions oh just stop driving okay so should

00:09:22.740 we get dog slits horse-drawn carriages right oh that's right use electric electric yeah yeah okay

00:09:30.900 and then how much more harder on the grid shall we get for your electric dreams hey well just like i

00:10:49.100 that's right 255 so when we go back to the whole depression thing excuse me go back the whole

00:10:55.540 depression thing and glum chum whatever winter can be depressing for a lot of people okay not just

00:11:02.420 because the financial crisis we're seeing right now it's just a lot of us are getting sick and tired

00:11:07.360 of the cold and that happens pretty quick right when i was growing up as a kid you know our first

00:11:13.860 snowfall we usually come maybe mid-november just before just after remembrance day and it would

00:11:19.520 stick around until about march then you have you know the april showers may flowers fucking scenario 0.97

00:11:24.840 and then before you know end of may everything was lush and green and you had june july august

00:11:30.040 some real good heat and some good summer and then things started changing around september mid-september

00:11:35.740 right so you had that cycle now i guess you can say the climate it may be changing a bit but not

00:11:42.300 to a point where the human race is going to be annihilated not to a point where there's not going

00:11:46.660 to be any crops not to a point where there's going to be meteor showers wiping us out like dinosaurs

00:11:51.200 or some kind of biblical flood that apparently the good lord put on noah's shoulders to build a

00:11:57.020 boat and then you know how the story goes i'm making a long story short ladies and gentlemen 0.94

00:12:00.920 do not buy into the bullshit okay do what you can to keep yourself warm do what you can to keep

00:12:08.960 yourself fed do what you can help your neighbors out if a time if a crisis does happen be alert be 0.97

00:12:14.220 ready use common sense you step outside make sure you got the gloves and mitts and your toques on

00:12:19.160 like yours truly or a scarf or a face covering or a head covering of some sort and a good solid jacket

00:12:26.900 okay wear a long sleeve shirt followed by a sweater and followed by a good insulated and waterproof

00:12:34.340 jacket if you know you want to go that extreme proper footwear too okay pair of boots nice pair of

00:12:42.100 insulated shoes or something to cover up said shoes okay plug in your vehicles don't buy the hype and

00:12:49.260 the panic don't give in to the elitist mob that want to tell us where to spend our money

00:12:55.420 and how to live our lives and how to think which reminds me too davos has started up this week

00:13:00.740 you know world economic form those rich cats are telling us you could eat the bugs and like them

00:13:05.560 yes you will like the bugs won't you yes tastes very good so when i said to have my steak

00:13:12.360 and and my baked potato and my steamed veggies you'll be having the cricket powder

00:13:16.800 in your in your almond milkshakes you have all and your 3d meat printer yes

00:13:22.580 sorry i went off on a tangent there but yeah you know what i'm getting at ladies and gentlemen 0.60

00:13:28.480 not a goddamn thing wrong with you living your life and pursuing your dreams

00:13:32.260 nothing so regardless of how catastrophic the the government and the elitists and these 0.76

00:13:37.840 so-called ngos with the esg scores you know the environmental social and governance uh programs 0.99

00:13:44.840 don't buy into their shit don't buy into the carbon capture crap don't buy into we have to stop our 0.98

00:13:52.140 footprint because canada is the only country i know that's paying a carbon tax okay a carbon tax 1.00

00:13:58.680 and because these arrogant monsters that thrive in ottawa and other major cities in this country

00:14:05.320 are trying to tell you and me we have to make a difference in today's world even though it's been

00:14:10.380 proven canada's carbon output is roughly 1.6 percent compared to the globe china is up there about 35 and 0.97

00:14:17.940 india is up there about 32 so contrast context contrast context don't buy the shit it's that simple 0.96

00:14:26.960 right don't buy it don't get into it don't do it take a stand against it right i remember recycling 0.97

00:14:36.900 used to be a big thing to do back in the 80s and early 90s make sure you recycle your cans and your

00:14:40.980 and your plastics and your your jars right steven gumbo mr environmental minister now wants us to

00:14:47.060 register our plastics similar as how we register our firearms right so here's some plastic this is

00:14:53.920 screen cleaner do i have to register that too steven here's my landline telephone it's made from

00:14:59.380 plastic do i have to register that as well my laptop has some plastic my console board here my

00:15:05.180 microphone here my toque is made from certain acrylics do i have to register that too like where

00:15:11.820 do these clowns come from honestly i'll leave a link uh there from rebel media in regards to what

00:15:18.680 steven gabol wants to do when it comes to plastic right and you decide for yourself i didn't queue it

00:15:23.280 up for this episode ladies and gentlemen i just want to get this done get my words out there so you

00:16:16.800 i'd like to try to make some money out of this if i can i'm not going to sit and snap my fingers and

00:16:20.920 demand it ladies and gentlemen but you my wonderful audience if you do feel like donating a dollar two

00:16:25.060 dollars five ten dollars a month feel free to links for me in the description for you to follow

00:16:30.220 if you donate more i'll see what i can do to get you a receipt uh just so your tax people your tax

00:16:36.660 collectors don't give you a hard time for helping a little old me out anyway so as i carry on this

00:16:41.580 episode of 255 the christian podcast blue monday and it was really cool ladies and gentlemen

00:16:47.620 i think we reached about a minus 40 minus 48 celsius so that's roughly on par with the american

00:16:54.040 fahrenheit there too i think you do the equations properly the the uh uh the interpretation uh once we

00:17:01.520 hit 40 minus 40 celsius it turns around roughly the same as the americans when it comes to measuring

00:17:06.660 fahrenheit needs to say it's damn cold so you wrap up your important things you plug in your vehicles 0.98

00:17:11.520 make sure they start and all that stuff too and uh just don't be stupid with your hydro or your 0.99

00:17:16.720 electricity right and we try not to be we try not to be stupid with electricity we try not to be stupid 0.99

00:17:21.760 with anything however we have people that are constantly online going oh my god i can't believe you 0.99

00:17:28.440 drive oh my god you use gasoline oh my god i can't believe you eat meat get over it people

00:17:34.980 get over it and i want to tell some of these these environmental followers okay are you willing

00:17:41.240 to sacrifice your home your vehicle for the greater good something to think about right

00:17:47.340 are you willing to sacrifice your comfort because you think the world's going to die

00:17:55.420 i don't think so

00:17:58.520 so these individuals that weigh in you're entitled to your opinion everybody's entitled to your opinion

00:18:05.700 doesn't matter if it's on x doesn't matter if it's on threads doesn't matter if it's on this site or

00:18:10.760 that site speak your mind it's encouraged right but you got to stop looking down on people they're

00:18:16.200 going to question the science or question the narrative everybody has a right to because the last

00:18:23.620 pandemic proved why people had to question the science right so when you start banging on people's

00:18:33.300 doors and telling them not to eat meat and telling them not to farm telling them not to grow crops

00:18:38.260 telling them not to do anything because you want to harness everybody and herd them into some kind of

00:18:43.540 collective you're gonna get resistance it's that simple okay i told one lady off there on my x feed too

00:18:52.320 it's like i will die for this country and i will not be told by any so-called elitist or educated official

00:18:59.760 who thinks you know it's best for me you

00:19:02.000 how to live my life how to think and what to pursue

00:19:06.720 no i will not and neither should you ladies and gentlemen

00:19:11.920 you got to stand up for what's right for you and your family

00:19:16.000 and just follow your heart stay updated and follow crusty canuck on facebook twitter

00:19:22.640 gab telegram youtube and podbean subscribe today and donate at crustycanuck.ca

00:19:32.640 that's right ladies and gentlemen we're back to episode 255

00:19:36.320 of the crusty canuck podcast i'm your host crusty canuck on this beautiful 15th of january

00:19:40.640 20 24 my buds i'm sorry i was saying 2023 this whole time wow i guess i gotta stop smoking on

00:19:48.080 the crack hey 2024 i'll change that card around wow geez we just had a new year see probably because

00:19:56.240 we're still doing the same things we're doing last year anyhow enough of that faux pas i'll change that

00:20:01.680 card around for you all uh but needless to say it's just been a real poop show okay with all these

00:20:07.120 individuals that think they know what's what's good for me what's good for you now i never claimed

00:20:11.600 to be a biologist i never claimed to be an environmental scientist however i know that

00:20:15.600 if i have some garbage in my hand i throw it in the garbage bag and i take it to the landfill and

00:20:19.760 dispose of it properly i also know too that if i'm working with uh gasoline or diesel or oil outside

00:20:26.560 i know how to clean it up because the military trained me on how to do such a thing

00:20:30.720 okay so i take responsibility for myself and every individual has the common courtesy and the know-how

00:20:38.160 how to take responsibility for themselves throughout camping or throughout an amusement park or anywhere

00:20:43.320 else where you might need some litter or have some litter and you got to drop it off someplace okay 0.99

00:20:47.920 so let's stop worrying about the status quo and the narrative of these elite morons okay because i'm 0.97

00:20:56.440 curious i am really really curious about all these people that dictate terms to me and you 0.98

00:21:01.960 in regards to home heating how do they heat their homes do they all use heat pumps right do they

00:21:15.720 do they all live in areas where they have record temperatures of minus 45 celsius or even lower

00:21:21.960 a vec wind chill and those heat pumps where they save their psoriasis in the middle of the night when

00:21:27.480 their pipes burst

00:21:34.040 no of course not right because they'd better dictate to others too and i don't give a 0.97

00:21:39.080 fuck what fancy degree you have okay if you have an environmental science background in you 0.95

00:21:44.840 and you can swear to the heavens and prove to all of us plebes with your data what is going to happen 0.99

00:21:51.560 or what's projected that's going to happen in the next five years then bring it forward

00:21:58.280 but lay off and saying trust the science the science is settled science never settles buddies

00:22:04.040 or butettes or however you identify science never settles we're still figuring out how the earth works

00:22:10.520 we're still figuring out what's going on in the oceans we're still figuring out what's going on with

00:22:13.320 our atmosphere we're still figuring out what's going on with the sun science never settles 0.81

00:22:18.200 so don't give me that crap okay once again ladies gentlemen if you like and hear what you see 0.93

00:22:25.560 please click like and subscribe share this content all over your social media platforms 0.98

00:22:28.840 you can find the podcast on podbean rumble spotify amazon supercast

00:22:34.200 i heart radio player fm pod chaser and apple too or just better yet type in your address bar

00:22:39.800 and type in the crusty connect podcast you might see my ugly mug my logo some merchandise by all

00:22:45.960 means check it out share it all around and share your thoughts with me too i have no tolerance for 0.87

00:22:51.480 commies or socialists okay so if you're going to project utopia to me and try to butter me up a poop 0.97

00:22:57.320 sandwich and call it a submarine i'm just gonna get nasty with you and i'm not saying i'm gonna give you 0.99

00:23:01.720 the time of day because honestly i i am sick and tired of the wokey pseudo socialist democratic

00:23:08.280 socialist platforms that haven't helped anybody i do believe in government programs when it comes to

00:23:14.360 helping people but i also believe having a good revenue stream where people can support this on

00:23:20.040 their terms and if they need it they've got it without too much government oversight okay see

00:23:26.520 libertarian sides coming at me here too so when you start messing with people's choices and their

00:23:31.160 lifestyle choices just because you don't want them to drive that you don't want them to eat that

00:23:37.240 we've got a problem and it's gonna be up to people like yourself myself my friends your friends

00:23:44.440 their two friends and their two friends and so on and so on so on to thwart or to push out those

00:23:51.000 agendas it's that simple ladies and gentlemen and we got to keep doing it whether it's via podcast or

00:23:56.520 letter writing campaign or getting a chance to be on national television doesn't matter we gotta get

00:24:02.680 the bugs in the system no pun gotta get the juices flowing here too and once again i will reiterate i

00:24:09.560 don't care what you're qualified to do i don't care what diploma you have i don't care what kind of degree

00:24:15.720 you have you and i both know that you're going to be in debt to the wahoo till you find that good six

00:24:20.600 figure paying job that you were told you're going to get by taking said courses right and whatever

00:24:25.960 degree you have i'll trust your knowledge i'll trust your judgment if you're a chemical engineer

00:24:31.320 or an electrical engineer or a proper environmental scientist like dr patrick moore okay i'll trust your

00:24:38.040 judgment if you can prove to me the hard cold facts not just a projection from an esg company or some

00:24:44.920 kind of woke company you present people the cold hard facts without worrying about retaliation

00:24:52.520 it's time to be brave now then we can sit and talk then i won't be so as hostile online and i

00:24:58.760 won't be so mean and so rude and i won't be called a troll i'm the real deal baby so are you so let's be

00:25:06.200 real let's put these people on the spot okay don't sit there and say we have climate change because of

00:25:14.120 racism or we have climate change because of misogyny we have climate change climate change 0.61

00:25:18.120 panic panic oh my god the roof is falling bullshit this is what we have it's called winter and there's 0.52

00:25:25.480 been a few winters in my lifetime where they have been record temperatures and record cold i remember

00:25:30.040 when i was five years old god it was one hell of a blizzard and it actually had thunder in it

00:25:36.440 oh that scared the shit out of me and that goes to prove that winter can do some magical things 0.95

00:25:44.200 so can summer so you want to panic and panic and panic get your shit together first then present us 0.86

00:25:51.960 plebes a proper plan of what we can do see the government should be encouraging us to actually live 0.93

00:25:57.720 off grid to be self-sufficient but no people have a piece of this pie here and a piece of that pie there

00:26:03.880 we have to keep cutting up slices for these individuals now we have to be reliant nothing 0.99

00:26:10.120 wrong with having a government service looking after your sorry ass as long as you have the ability 0.99

00:26:14.440 to stand up on your own two feet and i'm not talking physically here i'm talking up here 0.99

00:26:20.600 and demand and to be left alone if need be right it's that simple

00:26:26.200 now i've heard the term it's easier said than done crusty well yeah well the more you try the

00:26:33.400 user's gonna get right i get a pension because i did 20 years of service a lot of other people out

00:26:40.040 there get pensions too and i had some clown try to tell me that oh well they're gonna increase uh

00:26:43.960 more money into the uh old age pension that's great and you put more money in that pension guess 0.99

00:26:49.080 what else they do they take more tax off it too oh wow smack my ass and call me judy 0.99

00:26:55.080 slap and tickle for your pickle even though the government didn't pay for it huh right 1.00

00:27:00.840 so is that what i look forward to when i hit 65

00:27:03.800 oh i get a couple of hundred dollars this month oh but that's going to be taxed 0.87

00:27:07.640 right that's the thing and some of these clowns sit there and say well pensions need to be taxed 0.97

00:27:13.480 because uh progress oh really so you work your ass off all your life to get a pension 0.97

00:27:19.480 that basically peanuts based in our inflation based on the rent rates based on mortgage rates

00:27:24.920 if some elderly couples are still paying a mortgage right and what are they supposed to eat

00:27:31.240 huh dog food cat food manufactured meats brought to you by the fine people at 3m and bill gates

00:27:37.400 really huh

00:27:45.720 what i thought right so when it comes to this year ladies and gentlemen when it comes to

00:27:53.640 this year 2024 let us remind ourselves we deserve better than that because all of us are working

00:28:00.200 all of us are working to strive to make our goals make our dreams come true

00:28:03.640 right there's a favorite of our artists of mine recently i've listened to her music

00:28:09.160 her name is nina and she's just incredible you know if you're into synth wave or synth pop 0.89

00:28:14.360 just wow you know just just something different like i still like my punk rock still like my metal

00:28:19.560 still like my rush i love my rush ladies and gentlemen so did you i'm not saying you have to

00:28:24.600 i'm just being a smart ass but the music is very soothing and it gives it gives me some hope

00:28:31.240 on certain days there's days where i do feel down and i'm i'm glum and my wife is is the biggest 0.85

00:28:38.280 supporter i've ever had to be honest with you too i'm so proud of her i'm so proud of my wife

00:28:45.240 the things she's overcome in her life and just the way she carries on the way she does things for people

00:28:49.640 just the way she is as a wonderful human being and i'm thankful for her and i'm thankful for

00:28:54.840 to be able to listen to music you know such as nina such as uh another band out of britain called

00:29:00.440 hacking god they're amazing i'll leave links to the music there too in the description but uh

00:29:05.800 my god ladies and gentlemen there is still a lot of hope out there so don't give up just yet

00:29:11.000 okay don't let these elites or these so-called know-it-alls right call you a troll stand your ground

00:29:17.880 stand your ground give us the facts and figures on how uh this this new uh climate plan is going to

00:29:26.200 work for you and me and make us uh financially successful right though hurting our bank accounts

00:29:32.280 because prior to covet the debt was starting to rise and there's more and more people taking a piece

00:29:39.160 of the pie because these politicians have always given themselves healthy raises given themselves perks

00:29:44.200 and privileges added more government offices created more government jobs and then sit there 0.74

00:29:48.840 and say there's more job growth when there isn't you're just rehiring people that you let go for the 0.83

00:29:54.200 past year then you create a half-assed office to say we're helping yeah bullshit so let's filter 0.98

00:30:02.120 through the bullshit ladies and gentlemen let's filter for it well another thing that got my attention 0.98

00:30:08.440 too was uh there's been some porch pirates and there's a there's a little story here from uh 0.87

00:30:14.520 alexander levoy from uh rebel media and i'll play this for you and uh you my wonderful ones i want you

00:30:21.320 to listen to it and just see how the buffoonery is looming when it comes to policing in parts of this

00:30:26.520 country i just i had a chuckle it's only about 30 seconds long ladies and gentlemen but it's just it's

00:30:34.200 really really interesting how a lot of these individuals are thinking in today's day and age

00:30:39.640 when it comes to uh prosecuting actual criminals now i don't know about you but where i grew up

00:30:44.680 stealing is stealing doesn't matter if it's off your porch or if you grab it from a store or from

00:30:49.560 someone's car stealing is stealing but ladies and gentlemen you decide i'll just queue this up here for you

00:30:56.120 and uh just really like just the nerve of some of these individuals especially people in power okay so take a listen

00:31:11.000 provincial police are urging quebecers to not post those clips online because they say there could be a

00:31:17.000 case for defamation you cannot post the images yourself because uh you have to remember that in

00:31:23.480 canada we have a presumption of innocence and posting that picture could be a violation of

00:31:29.000 private life instead he says if anything is stolen call 9-1-1 if you get some proof that somebody might

00:31:36.280 have stolen something then call the police give the proof to the police and then we'll do the

00:31:41.400 investigation we'll bring that person to justice and we'll file some charges provincial police

00:31:46.520 okay so respecting their privacy now i can get on with that i can understand that respecting

00:31:55.880 someone's privacy but when you blatantly watch someone steal something from you and then the

00:32:02.440 police officers respect their privacy come on passing the buck i see right passing the buck again

00:32:10.840 so in this burr cold january 15th 2024 come on really come on like this is enough of this this is just it's

00:32:23.400 it's slack and idle right it's more or less telling the people uh just let people walk all over you and let

00:32:30.920 them treat you like crap you know maybe there's a way you can see you can secure your packages better

00:32:36.920 but still when you have a camera there and you're literally watching someone steal from you 0.99

00:32:41.000 oh don't do anything don't don't show their faces respect their privacy yeah the individuals that you

00:32:47.880 saw there were committing an act of stealing they were just stealing basically it's shoplifting

00:32:54.360 but no no no let's respect their privacy because you know our jobs have to be easier right

00:32:58.600 some people's kids stay updated and follow crusty canuck on facebook twitter gab telegram youtube and

00:33:08.840 podbean subscribe today and donate at crustycanuck.ca

00:33:16.120 and you're back to the podcast ladies and gentlemen episode 255

00:33:20.200 on this 15th of january 2024 not 23 i will fix that up later ladies and gentlemen

00:33:25.960 you know but still you know you know where i'm getting at based on the last little segment here

00:33:31.400 now here's another video that i did uh see in my facebook feed in regards to the turbines

00:33:38.280 so all those aficionados out there who think that wind's gonna save our lives and solar's gonna save

00:33:43.400 our lives really listen to this gentleman now you might have to adjust your screens accordingly

00:33:48.120 uh i'm obviously this this gentleman was using his cell phone to record this sarcasm but listen to

00:33:54.040 your listen uh to yourselves and make a judgment based on your own decisions ladies and gentlemen

00:34:00.120 uh just really interesting how he put this together um it's just it's you know it's really cool

00:34:06.200 you know make a long story short here's a guy uh he's driving around going to work mind his

00:34:10.440 business and then he sees something phenomenal like those wind turbines that you find in uh

00:34:17.000 south of the province right so like i say let me you decide and you think for yourselves

00:34:24.680 excuse me oh i lost the page here there we go okay and this is from tanner hidney uh he got it from

00:34:31.880 some other guy but uh credit goes to tanner hindi anyway you decide ladies and gentlemen

00:34:37.800 i've been driving on the alberta prairies all morning

00:34:41.320 it's minus 31 which means it's warmed up four degrees since i started driving

00:34:46.040 and as you can see

00:34:52.120 oh look at the wind farm moving oh no they're not moving is producing a lot of power today

00:34:58.680 the wind turbines are moving at incredible speeds producing the electricity that we need in weather

00:35:04.520 like this to make sure our houses have heat and we can keep the lights on

00:35:09.800 i love oil and gas

00:35:15.080 i've been driving yeah so that's kind of self-explanatory ladies and gentlemen

00:35:19.800 that is really self-explanatory honestly

00:35:22.680 now i i'm all for innovations i'm all for ideas when it comes to this time of year or in the

00:35:29.320 summertime when it comes to cooling our houses right but why can't we encourage self-sufficiency

00:35:34.760 with all the money that was accumulated in the name of the carbon tax

00:35:38.280 why is there no more incentive to let's say hey ladies and gentlemen how about you create your

00:35:42.360 own ac or create your own power if you have some extra power left over hey we're not going

00:35:47.400 to mind if you share with your neighbors i've mentioned this before numerous times in the

00:35:50.440 show i think since i started doing this podcast i've mentioned self-sufficiency

00:35:55.320 how about hemp production that can be made into a fuel that can be made into a food source

00:36:01.800 a source material for clothing and for building look at the uses you have at a one crop

00:36:09.000 and it's versatile enough that you can actually plant two crops in most parts of this country

00:36:13.400 twice a year so there's something to think about but now you need a license to grow that too because

00:36:18.760 of the th3 complications because it turns into weed

00:36:23.560 needless to say i don't mind a bit of weed once in a while i don't mind a bit of the smoke 0.98

00:36:27.960 right but uh i think you see my point ladies gentlemen i'm not gonna make you suck eggs here 1.00

00:36:32.120 anyhow the point is it's it was cold and we got us to use common sense and not put up with the 0.98

00:36:38.360 darkness that's being thrown into our faces every goddamn day stand your ground fight for the light 0.80

00:36:43.400 it's that simple you know and if you lose some friends or some family members over that 0.97

00:36:53.000 so be it we got to start looking at the welfare of our family our friends our

00:36:58.360 welfare when it comes to uh being able to just go to work and pay our bills

00:37:02.920 and our minimal taxes help each other out and to carry with our lives and defend that to the best

00:37:10.200 of our abilities ladies and gentlemen i'm not going to sit and sit here and talk about fire and

00:37:14.360 brimstone it's not my thing you know but uh

00:37:20.440 we just got to stand up for what's right it's that simple
