00:03:01.520 to put on here for you ladies and gentlemen it comes from the likes of a mr peter finch who passed
00:03:07.440 away back in january of 1977 however he was a classically trained shakespearean actor from
00:03:12.580 britain and he won an academy award for this role his in a movie called network quite the interesting
00:03:19.380 monologue and i highly suggest you all listen to it ladies and gentlemen and take into consideration
00:03:23.900 how he explains the dire situation of that time now in the 70s there was economic strife there was no
00:03:30.420 crisis there was wars there was famine there was pain chaos blah blah blah blah blah but you also can
00:03:36.020 kind of see the similarities of that decade and how this movie was presented to the masses
00:03:41.880 and what's going on now okay ladies and gentlemen so please take in consideration listen to exactly what
00:03:49.340 mr finch's character has to say i think his reference his name was called harry b he plays a character
00:03:56.120 harry b a broadcaster for a defunct kind of or almost poor broadcasting corporation that was trying to find
00:04:05.200 its way and because of his monologue and everything he impressed the masses and made lots of money
00:04:10.560 but you decide ladies and gentlemen like i say submitted for your approval you decide and
00:04:17.200 take what you can from this i have watched this monologue a few times and it's really really
00:04:23.500 interesting how it works but like i say you decide ladies and gentlemen let's cue my end up here
00:04:28.940 and we shall be good to go
00:04:32.220 things are bad everybody knows things are bad it's a depression everybody's out of work or scared of
00:04:41.540 losing their job the dollar buys a nickel's worth banks are going bust shopkeepers keep a gun under the
00:04:48.420 counter punks are running wild in the street there's nobody anywhere who seems to know what to do and
00:04:52.820 there's no end to it we know the air is unfit to breathe and our food is unfit to eat we sit watching
00:05:00.720 our tvs while some local newscaster tells us that today we had 15 homicides and 63 violent crimes as
00:05:07.060 if that's the way it's supposed to be we know things are bad worse than bad they're crazy it's like
00:05:12.680 everything everywhere is going crazy so we don't go out anymore we sit in the house and slowly the world
00:05:17.640 we're living in is getting smaller and all we say is please at least leave us alone in our living rooms
00:05:22.660 let me have my toaster and my tv and my steel belted radios and i won't say anything just leave us alone
00:05:28.120 well i'm not going to leave you alone i want you to get mad i don't want you to protest i don't want you
00:05:34.500 to ride i don't want you to write to your congressman because i wouldn't know what to tell you to write
00:05:37.940 i don't know what to do about the depression and the inflation and the russians and the crime in the street
00:05:42.620 all i know is that first you've got to get mad you've got to say i'm a human being god damn it
00:05:48.780 my life has value
00:05:50.300 so i want you to get up now i want all of you to get up out of your chairs
00:06:00.480 i want you to get up right now and go to the window open it and stick your head out and yell
00:06:07.880 i'm as mad as hell and i'm not going to take this anymore
00:06:12.040 i want you to get up right now get up go to your windows open them and stick your head out and yell
00:06:19.840 i'm as mad as hell and i'm not going to take this anymore things have got to change
00:06:24.240 how many stations does this go out of your chair
00:06:26.040 67 i know it goes to louisville in the planet
00:06:28.680 i'm not going to take this anymore then we'll figure out what to do about the depression and the inflation and the oil crisis
00:06:34.500 but first get up out of your chairs open the window stick your head out and yell and say
00:06:40.140 i'm as mad as hell and i'm not going to take this anymore
00:06:44.760 who are you talking to her
00:06:45.880 cgg atlanta
00:06:47.220 are they yelling in atlanta here
00:06:48.260 are they yelling in atlanta chad
00:06:49.740 but first you've got to get mad you've got to say
00:06:52.920 i'm as mad as hell and i'm not going to take this anymore
00:06:56.620 they're yelling in baton rouge
00:06:58.120 get up get up get up out of your chair
00:07:01.640 son of a bitch we struck the mother bone
00:07:05.080 stick your head out of the window open it and stick your head out and keep yelling and yell
00:07:09.480 i'm as mad as hell i'm not going to take this anymore
00:07:13.400 just get up from your chairs right now go to where you going i don't want to see if anybody's yelling
00:07:18.280 open it and stick your head out and yell and keep yelling
00:07:21.720 i'm as mad as hell i'm not going to take it anymore
00:07:35.160 i'm mad as hell i'm not going to take it anymore
00:07:39.160 i'm not going to take it anymore
00:07:52.600 I'm not going to take this anymore.
00:08:22.600 I don't have to tell you things are bad.
00:08:52.600 I'm not taking this anymore, regardless of what the ratings say,
00:08:59.460 regardless of what the schemes say, people losing your jobs, and for what?
00:09:04.580 Status quo.
00:09:06.180 We've got Bill C-63 on the table right now that's going to be read in Parliament
00:09:11.160 in regards to hate speech and crimes and all that good stuff,
00:09:13.920 Online Harms Act.
00:09:16.660 What it's going to do, it's going to cost you money if you say something
00:09:19.780 and somebody anonymous complains, the Human Rights Commission,
00:09:23.760 doesn't matter if it's the province or the federal human rights,
00:09:26.160 and you get prosecuted and persecuted and might have to pay a fine
00:09:28.820 for speaking your mind.
00:09:30.720 I'd be mad about that.
00:09:32.960 Look at all the protests going on now against Israel and against Hamas.
00:09:36.700 Look at all the protests that are happening for what's going on
00:09:38.760 in the Middle East and Ukraine.
00:09:40.780 We have a federal government that sits in its hands
00:09:42.440 and takes a lot of money from you and me to tell us what to do.
00:09:48.280 Same thing in the 70s.
00:09:49.720 How many governments told other people what to do all the time?
00:09:52.740 It doesn't matter if it's Pierre Elliott Trudeau,
00:09:54.560 who was Prime Minister of Canada at that time,
00:09:56.760 or Jerry Ford, I believe, who was the United States President back in 76,
00:10:00.780 I think just prior to Jimmy Carter being elected.
00:10:02.940 So it puts things in perspective, ladies and gentlemen,
00:10:07.740 especially people that were alive then.
00:10:09.380 I was just a little boy.
00:10:12.700 Too young to really give a shit.
00:10:14.260 I was just a little kid.
00:10:15.580 But my parents were alive.
00:10:17.100 My grandparents were alive.
00:10:19.520 Look at the inflationary stats then, the unemployment rate then,
00:10:22.360 the gas prices then, based on the earning power of the average person.
00:10:26.860 Look what's going on now.
00:10:28.500 All this is self-inflicted.
00:10:29.980 This has nothing to do with you or me.
00:10:31.400 These are the powers that be calling the shots for us.
00:10:34.460 What we spend our money on, what we do, how we pick our nose,
00:10:37.720 who we sleep with, all that good stuff, all in the name of progress.
00:10:41.920 So I highly suggest people get out there and be mad as hell,
00:10:45.100 and to speak your minds.

00:11:04.400 with Krusty Canuck, episode 266.
00:11:07.360 Yeah, CBC pay hikes and more taxes.
00:11:10.440 And I'm going to get the CBC part here in a second and one more time.
00:11:13.600 If you'd like to hear what you see, please click like and subscribe

00:11:29.760 And I'm very grateful for the subscribers I have had recently,
00:11:33.060 especially on Rumble.
00:11:34.120 Thank you, Rumblers.
00:11:34.840 Thank you, YouTubers.
00:11:35.620 And thank you once again to the people at Podbean for downloading my show
00:11:39.300 and spreading it all around.
00:11:40.600 A round of applause for you all.
00:11:42.460 You guys are awesome.
00:11:43.780 Thank you very much.
00:11:44.600 Special thank you out there to my friends at Northern Perspective,
00:11:46.700 Radio Reaction, Vesper, Marty Up North, and all those great guys on YouTube
00:11:51.160 that put great channels and content out there.
00:11:53.380 Check it out, ladies and gentlemen.
00:11:54.380 The more Canadians check out Canadian content, the easier it's going to be
00:11:56.740 to stick it to the men and women out there who want to stifle
00:12:00.880 and censor what we have to say, ladies and gentlemen.
00:12:02.560 It takes wonderful people like yourselves out there to make that happen.
00:12:06.960 So please, don't let the bloody assholes win.
00:12:09.720 So as this Tuesday rant says, of course, CBC pay hikes
00:12:12.440 and more bloody taxes.
00:12:14.400 So here's a story I'll just read along from the National Post
00:12:16.860 in regards to what the CBC is doing with our tax money yet again.
00:12:22.020 Oh, my.
00:12:23.000 Oh, goodness.
00:12:23.880 Yes.
00:12:24.160 All these wonderful people.
00:12:25.740 They're trying to tell us once again how their jobs are so important
00:12:29.460 and yet they fail to realize their irrelevance.
00:12:33.040 But I digress anyway.
00:12:35.080 So I'll just read this article along with you all here.
00:12:37.840 And I'll leave this in my description.
00:12:39.900 If you used to follow at your own leisure.
00:12:42.440 And this is just a short minute read here.
00:12:45.120 Okay.
00:12:45.740 And this is from the fine people at National Post.
00:12:49.360 Basically dictating to all of us how important their jobs are
00:12:54.520 because, you know, they provide valuable information
00:12:58.060 and all this good stuff.
00:12:59.120 So CBC gives $15 million in bonuses and a few months later cut 800 jobs report.
00:13:07.220 So CBC President and Chief Executive Officer Catherine Tate waits to appear
00:13:10.200 at the Heritage Committee in Ottawa Tuesday.
00:13:12.300 This is the past January.
00:13:13.640 She was in Ottawa discussing her plight in her case.
00:13:17.500 Just months after the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation announced
00:13:19.740 it would be cutting 800 jobs, access to information records obtained
00:13:23.480 by the Canadian Taxpayers Federation, show the Crown Corporation handed out
00:13:27.740 $14.9 million in bonuses last year in 2023.
00:13:33.640 Since 2015, the CBC has issued $114 million in bonuses.
00:13:37.900 According to the Federation, CBC President Catherine Tate
00:13:40.640 is wrong to hand out bonuses while announcing hundreds of job losses
00:13:44.180 and begging the government for more taxpayer cash,
00:13:46.740 says CTF Federal Director Franco Tetrazzino.
00:13:48.480 Tate won't do the right thing, so the Canadian Heritage Minister,
00:13:52.780 Pascal Saint-Ange, needs to step up and shut down these bonuses.
00:13:57.540 The records show that CBC's 7,477 employees, 1,143 CBC staffers,
00:14:04.900 took home a bonus in 2023, tolling $14,902,755.
00:14:16.340 Isn't that interesting, ladies and gentlemen?
00:14:17.800 Now, the bonus figure is only current to October 26, 2023,
00:14:22.800 meaning the final tally for the year might be even higher, too.
00:14:26.480 You know, a little slaps and tickles for your pickles there.
00:14:28.720 Oh, my goodness.
00:14:29.860 Thanks for doing a great job.
00:14:30.960 Here's a few extra thousand dollars for the taxpayers for you.
00:14:33.960 Oh, joy.
00:14:34.560 Tate, who earns $497,000 per year,
00:14:38.040 told the House of Commons Heritage Committee in January
00:14:40.240 that the public broadcaster faces chronic underfunding
00:14:43.700 and had to stretch limited resources to meet our mandate.
00:14:47.000 Now, think about that.
00:14:48.920 What exactly is the CBC mandate in this day and age?
00:14:52.420 Promote the Justin Trudeau brand.
00:14:54.280 Promote the Justin Trudeau brand.
00:14:56.160 Make mediocre television.
00:14:57.700 Promote the Justin Trudeau brand.
00:14:59.500 Make mediocre dramas.
00:15:01.000 Promote the Justin Trudeau brand.
00:15:02.140 I think you get my point here, ladies and gentlemen.
00:15:04.060 You're not morons.
00:15:05.160 We're a hell of a lot smarter than that, CBC.
00:15:07.860 Right?
00:15:09.000 Tate was called to testify on executive bonuses
00:15:11.380 and planned layoffs to the public broadcaster.
00:15:14.100 Shortly after her testimony,
00:15:15.700 access to information records show that between the 1st of November 2021
00:15:19.020 and 1st of November 2023,
00:15:21.880 Tate billed for $119,309 in expenses,
00:15:27.900 most of which was to attend international conferences and meetings.
00:15:33.800 Tate added the bonus pay is a key part of the total compensation
00:15:37.940 of our non-union staff, about 1,140 employees.
00:15:42.340 Okay.
00:15:43.900 A second document obtained by the CTF shows that the 2023-24 fiscal year,
00:15:49.620 6,575 employees have received raises totaling $11.5 million,
00:15:57.720 while 1,450 CBC staffers earned six figures.
00:16:01.660 God, maybe I should have gotten to CBC and do some shows there.
00:16:04.980 Who knows, eh?
00:16:06.080 I guess I'm not woke enough for their mandate.
00:16:08.080 Oh, please.
00:16:09.820 Oh, my God.
00:16:11.160 Anyway, after Tate's testimony,
00:16:12.540 the Department of Canadian Heritage announced CBC's budget for 2024 and 2025
00:16:16.860 would increase by $96 million to a total of $1.4 billion.
00:16:22.000 So $1.2 last year and now $1.4 this year.
00:16:25.300 Hmm.
00:16:26.660 Interesting, right?
00:16:28.120 Right?
00:16:28.520 The $96.1 million increase was attributed mostly to salary increases
00:16:32.780 following the ratification of collective agreements.
00:16:37.420 And that's all, ladies and gentlemen.
00:16:38.380 I'll leave this link in my description for you.
00:16:41.160 You can decide.
00:16:43.320 You don't need to decide.
00:16:45.200 But it's all bullshit.
00:16:47.860 Taxpayer dollars.
00:16:48.960 Again, going to CBC.
00:16:50.180 Helping who?
00:16:50.760 Helping what?
00:16:51.880 Helping you?
00:16:52.600 Me?
00:16:53.860 Right?
00:16:54.460 Up-and-coming actors?
00:16:55.580 Up-and-coming producers?
00:16:57.900 Right?
00:16:58.220 Comedians?
00:16:59.300 Sketch comedy?
00:16:59.960 Ask yourself this.
00:17:02.540 How many great shows does the CBC put on the air right now?
00:17:06.820 How many great shows has the CBC had, let's say, over the past, say, the past 10 years?
00:17:12.820 Okay?
00:17:13.280 You can think this hour has 22 minutes.
00:17:15.000 Used to be decent sketch comedy.
00:17:16.640 The Royal Canadian Air Force used to put on some decent comedy at one time,
00:17:19.360 but half those individuals are now deceased, or they just don't perform anymore.
00:17:23.640 Okay?
00:17:23.940 You had the likes of Schitt's Creek, which made Eugene Levy and Catherine Harris stars once
00:17:28.300 again because of their accolades to Second City and their other bodies of work.
00:17:31.940 It was an Emmy Award-winning show.
00:17:33.500 That was good.
00:17:34.200 Good Canadian content.
00:17:35.520 Winning some Emmys.
00:17:36.360 That's fantastic.
00:17:38.060 But is that the only thing that CBC has to offer?
00:17:41.060 Based on what I've presented to you, my wonderful people, my wonderful fan base,
00:17:46.000 do you not think they could take the time to make some really kick-ass effing drama?
00:17:49.980 A kick-ass Western?
00:17:51.320 A kick-ass show about Canadian history?
00:17:52.980 A kick-ass comedy?
00:17:54.480 A sitcom?
00:17:55.340 A drama?
00:17:56.000 A sci-fi extravagantia?
00:17:57.800 No, no.
00:17:58.440 They're too goddamn worried about counting their pennies and worrying about their bonuses
00:18:01.260 and their image because they've got to support the Prime Minister.
00:18:06.040 Right?
00:18:06.720 That's the way I look at it.
00:18:08.640 So all this taxpayer money going into what?
00:18:11.160 Allowing their pockets so they can lick other people's ashtrays.
00:18:15.020 Oh, my God.

00:18:57.380 You guys are awesome.
00:18:59.180 My American listeners, thank yourselves, too, for giving me a chance.
00:19:03.320 Please promote my work down south as well if you can.
00:19:06.320 Anyway, carrying on with this episode.
00:19:07.560 So we got taxes coming up.
00:19:09.780 You've heard me rant and rave before about the whole tax scheme.
00:19:12.880 I don't have many links.
00:19:13.960 We've all seen it.
00:19:14.780 We've all seen the fine print.
00:19:16.380 Come April 1st, this fiscal year,
00:19:19.660 GAR MPs are getting a big raise.
00:19:21.720 Okay.
00:19:22.740 Another goddamn raise for subpar work.
00:19:26.020 You heard my rant in the last episode,
00:19:27.940 how they get six weeks off for Christmas,
00:19:30.080 eight and a half to nine weeks off in the fucking summer.
00:19:33.500 Right.
00:19:34.000 So that's 15 weeks.
00:19:35.940 Almost 16 weeks off.
00:19:37.560 That's almost four months out of the year off.
00:19:41.340 When they should be running the country.
00:19:43.300 God, it must be nice to have four months off a year.
00:19:46.820 I haven't had a goddamn holiday in about three years,
00:19:49.880 ladies and gentlemen.
00:19:51.620 All right.
00:19:51.980 Some of that's by personal choice.
00:19:53.580 Some of it's because they couldn't afford it.
00:19:56.040 Right.
00:19:56.480 And I'm not saying a lavish holiday in Cuba or Mexico or somewhere warm and
00:20:00.840 sunny where I can have a margarita and sit by the beach and watch the
00:20:03.560 dolphins play.
00:20:04.520 No, I mean,
00:20:05.280 time off just to sit and get my shit together where I can spend some time
00:20:08.480 with my wife, go someplace nice,
00:20:10.560 either amusement park or some kind of resort someplace just to chill out.
00:20:14.800 But that's getting more difficult as we speak,
00:20:17.760 ladies and gentlemen.
00:20:19.540 Right.
00:20:20.220 But these clowns, they can do it.
00:20:22.740 Right.
00:20:22.900 So carbon tax is going up again.
00:20:25.280 Right.
00:20:25.400 I think another 16 cents for gasoline and up to 21 cents for diesel fuel.
00:20:31.220 Diesel fuel,
00:20:31.960 which is used to move the food to the grocery stores to feed our faces,
00:20:36.860 which means that our prices are going up again when it comes to grocery costs
00:20:40.920 and fuel costs.
00:20:42.400 You know,
00:20:42.720 when I commute to my job,
00:20:44.000 it's about a 35 minute drive to and from if I was to time it properly,
00:20:48.120 about 38 minutes to and from,
00:20:50.660 you know,
00:20:51.440 follow the speed limit,
00:20:52.340 pay attention to the road conditions,
00:20:53.540 that kind of thing.
00:20:54.560 38 minutes to get to my job in a timely manner.
00:20:56.680 So we'll say an hour 16 every day.
00:20:59.200 I spend traveling to my job.
00:21:01.940 Okay.
00:21:02.780 And that's going to cost me at least $25 in gasoline,
00:21:06.760 which adds up.
00:21:08.380 Now I have the carbon tax.
00:21:09.320 Oh,
00:21:09.540 a few more bucks here and there too.
00:21:11.900 Okay.
00:21:12.460 So we're not seeing any tax relief here.
00:21:14.600 We're not seeing any transparency here in regards to any kind of taxation
00:21:18.100 whatsoever.
00:21:19.380 Right.
00:21:20.420 And it's been about six days since my last podcast.
00:21:23.200 And I haven't received an email yet from any willing MP that wants to
00:21:27.480 challenge me or debate me or to promote to me why they deserve this raise.
00:21:32.800 You know,
00:21:33.100 anyone,
00:21:33.780 anyone.
00:21:36.080 Bueller,
00:21:37.020 Bueller,
00:21:37.940 nobody wants to goddamn debate me on this,
00:21:43.320 not because you're scared or they just don't give a flying.
00:21:45.920 You know what?
00:21:47.320 Well,
00:21:47.820 it's self-explanatory then ladies and gentlemen,
00:21:49.300 but Hey,
00:21:50.200 the doors are still open out there.
00:21:51.420 So if there's any federal MPs that have to be listening or watching this
00:21:54.900 podcast,
00:21:55.680 I highly,
00:21:57.180 highly recommend that you take the initiative and engage me in a good
00:22:02.160 conversation with open and honest dialogue.
00:22:05.040 And it's going to be a debate.
00:22:07.360 And I want you to justify to me one more time or justify to the masses,
00:22:12.260 why you deserve this raise and what you're going to do to earn it and to
00:22:19.640 promote democracy.
00:22:21.560 We've seen Justin Trudeau time and time again,
00:22:23.980 talk about the pros and cons of democracy,
00:22:26.380 the pros and cons,
00:22:27.640 how we have to defend this democracy.
00:22:29.760 And yet he doesn't want to defend the Canadian people for speaking their minds.
00:22:33.320 He'll defend this group over here who will throw stones and protest outside of
00:22:38.500 mosques or correction out of synagogues.
00:22:41.720 And he'll promote people waving the certain flags,
00:22:46.660 promoting this and promoting that in the middle East.
00:22:49.740 He'll also promote people using harsh language and racial slurs in regards to both sides of that
00:22:55.800 conflict.
00:22:57.480 But he doesn't like truckers.
00:22:59.440 He doesn't like Canadians protesting.
00:23:02.000 He doesn't like our military,
00:23:03.880 right?
00:23:04.160 And I've got tons of footage of Mr.
00:23:06.560 Bill Blair,
00:23:07.020 our defense minister talking about adding more money to the defense budget,
00:23:10.500 even though they cut a billion dollars already and they can't figure out why they
00:23:14.300 can't get troops or because leadership has gone to shit.
00:23:18.060 Ladies and gentlemen,
00:23:18.880 it has,
00:23:19.880 they've exchanged woke ism for practicality.
00:23:24.860 They've exchanged so-called progression for pragmatism.
00:23:30.000 Okay.
00:23:32.020 And I could go on,
00:23:33.060 I can make episode after episode about how they've treated our military,
00:23:36.280 how they treated our troops,
00:23:37.260 how they treated veterans.
00:23:38.400 I just got off the phone today with veterans affairs,
00:23:40.340 trying to validate and justify things again on a yearly basis.
00:23:44.940 Okay.
00:23:45.420 Now I'm not dissing my case manager.
00:23:47.180 She's a wonderful human being.
00:23:48.700 She has really gone off her way,
00:23:49.940 but it just seems every time again,
00:23:52.740 you got to validate,
00:23:53.620 validate,
00:23:54.100 validate for what,
00:23:55.700 for whom they're not doing this for the taxpayers.
00:23:59.100 They're doing this for the longevity.
00:24:00.800 They're doing this for their egos.
00:24:02.300 They're doing this to save face,
00:24:03.780 just like our federal government.
00:24:05.200 We've got to keep saving face,
00:24:06.500 right?
00:24:07.660 Because they're afraid to own their shit.
00:24:10.100 So once again,
00:24:11.280 ladies and gentlemen,
00:24:11.920 if there's any MPs out there listening or watching this podcast,
00:24:16.540 contact me.
00:24:17.860 We're going to have a little talk about these pay raises.
00:24:22.160 And I want to hear and see what valid,
00:24:25.000 what valid solution you have to earning something like that.
00:24:29.860 Okay.
00:24:30.980 When especially a lot of constituents in the writings are struggling as we
00:24:35.480 speak right now,
00:24:37.020 struggling to get ahead,
00:24:38.060 starting to get bills paid.
00:24:39.460 Like I said,
00:24:40.060 my last episode,
00:24:40.800 I did have some savings tucked away,
00:24:42.460 but no,
00:24:43.140 we got to pay for a new furnace.
00:24:44.280 All right.
00:24:47.060 That thing.
00:24:51.980 Don't feel sorry for me.
00:24:53.520 No,
00:24:53.680 that happens.
00:24:54.140 Shit happens.
00:24:54.980 You know,
00:24:55.200 if you want to donate,
00:24:56.000 you can donate by your own leisure.
00:24:57.100 Ladies and gentlemen,
00:24:57.660 I'm not going to sit in demand cash,
00:24:59.300 demand cash,
00:24:59.920 demand cash,
00:25:00.620 but I want to see my work on this podcast.
00:25:02.920 Get ahead to just like,
00:25:04.800 I want to see you all get ahead by your means,
00:25:07.720 by your guts and by your glory.
00:25:09.500 You know,
00:25:09.620 if you feel like donating to this show,
00:25:11.220 please donate to the show.
00:25:12.640 Every little bit helps.
00:25:13.560 Ladies and gentlemen,
00:25:14.280 I would like to make this a full-time commitment.
00:25:15.980 If possible,
00:25:16.780 there's other things I like to do full-time as well.
00:25:18.540 This podcast makes me feel good.
00:25:20.560 And I like coming out and talking to you wonderful people because you've
00:25:23.900 given me a platform and I want to keep that platform rocking and
00:25:26.760 rolling,
00:25:27.140 keeping you informed to the best of my ability.
00:25:29.160 And it takes wonderful people like you to donate and make that happen.
00:25:33.020 So if you can chip in a few dollars here and there,
00:25:35.740 I'm not going to demand anything.
00:25:37.000 If you don't want to chip in,
00:25:37.860 that's fine too.
00:25:38.820 Ladies and gentlemen,
00:25:39.620 please enjoy my content all the same,
00:25:41.880 but I'm digressing,
00:25:43.060 carrying on with the whole,
00:25:44.060 you know,
00:25:44.960 tax hikes.
00:25:46.080 You've heard me rant about the CBC and global NCTV was getting,
00:25:50.300 I think they still do get some government,
00:25:51.840 government kickbacks,
00:25:53.720 taxpayer dollars doesn't matter.
00:25:56.420 Right.
00:25:57.220 When we watch a show,
00:25:58.360 when we watch a broadcaster like the CBC,
00:26:01.280 it used to be fun at one time.
00:26:03.440 Now it sucks.
00:26:05.100 Right.
00:26:05.660 My wife and I,
00:26:06.380 we stream more often than anything.
00:26:08.080 I'll download something off the,
00:26:09.500 off the net and we'll watch it or we'll watch prime or we'll watch Netflix or
00:26:12.880 something.
00:26:13.720 Right.
00:26:14.400 News.
00:26:14.900 I got news feeds on my cell phone.
00:26:16.400 I listen to the news when I can.
00:26:17.940 I watch the news first thing in the morning before it'll work just to get
00:26:20.900 some insight and to formulate my own decision.
00:26:24.120 And so should you,
00:26:25.060 ladies and gentlemen,
00:26:25.480 it shouldn't take a long time to do that.
00:26:27.860 But you look at some of these,
00:26:29.900 these media moguls and the mainstream media who is constantly harping for money.
00:26:34.380 They get government money and they just tow the government line because any
00:26:38.180 person knows that you don't bite the hand that feeds you,
00:26:40.700 especially the hand that pays you.
00:26:42.380 Right.
00:26:42.740 So you're just going to do what the government says.
00:26:45.000 Oh,
00:26:45.340 fun times.
00:26:45.960 Hey,
00:26:46.140 fantastic.
00:26:46.840 Yay.
00:26:47.180 Me.
00:26:47.740 I've got a job.
00:26:49.260 How about those Canadians?
00:26:49.900 They don't have a job.
00:26:51.680 The federal government can brag all they want about 40,000 new jobs since January.
00:26:55.600 How many of those jobs are private sector jobs?
00:26:59.940 How many of those jobs were brought to you by the taxpayer yet again?
00:27:04.080 How many bureaucrats and admins alike are gainfully employed because you and I
00:27:08.340 work in an extra six or seven hours a day or an extra six or seven hours a week.
00:27:14.440 If you're pulling in 45 to 50 hours a week,
00:27:16.940 like yours truly does.
00:27:18.660 But Hey,
00:27:19.020 you know,
00:27:19.240 I'm digressing something to think about.
00:27:20.720 Ladies and gentlemen,
00:27:21.940 something to really think about.
00:27:24.400 Like I've said,
00:27:25.160 I am trying to formulate this podcast where I can get three episodes up a
00:27:29.500 week.
00:27:30.080 So stay tuned to my community page for updates.
00:27:32.420 Stay tuned to my Facebook page for updates to add some technical issues
00:27:35.860 there too.
00:27:37.340 Some issues with the veterans for freedom feed.
00:27:40.440 I don't think it's up and running yet,
00:27:42.240 but it will be sometime soon.
00:27:44.360 I'm just playing email tag with the powers that be there to get some more
00:27:47.400 insight,
00:27:47.920 but you'll probably see my mug on the veterans for freedom network,
00:27:51.420 which we starting up soon.
00:27:52.620 And we'll just go from there.
00:27:55.260 Ladies and gentlemen,
00:27:56.040 you know,
00:27:56.220 hope for the best prayer for the worst,
00:27:57.340 but nonetheless,
00:27:57.760 you'll see my mug here on the tube on rumble player.
00:28:01.240 FM pod chaser,
00:28:02.160 Apple,
00:28:02.580 I heart radio,
00:28:03.960 super cast,
00:28:04.860 and wherever you find your fine podcast,
00:28:07.040 let's jump and look for the crusty podcast.
00:28:08.540 You'll find the podcast there and listen and enjoy at your leisure.
00:28:11.840 Ladies and gentlemen,
00:28:12.380 anyhow,
00:28:13.340 I've been Krusty Canuck on this beautiful 12th of March,
00:28:15.660 2024.
00:28:17.660 March break,
00:28:18.300 I think has come or is it still coming?
00:28:19.620 I don't know.
00:28:20.140 I haven't had a March break in years,
00:28:21.880 but it doesn't matter.
00:28:22.620 Springs on its way.
00:28:23.340 So another 10 days spring.
00:28:24.700 I know the time adjustment has scribbled a lot of people,
00:28:27.840 you know,
00:28:28.080 spring ahead,
00:28:28.700 fall back.
00:28:29.300 Now we've sprung ahead.
00:28:30.380 We got some more daylight,
00:28:31.440 which means more work for everybody and less pay.
00:28:34.220 Oh,
00:28:34.620 must be nice.
00:28:35.760 Hey,
00:28:36.000 isn't that beautiful?
00:28:37.560 Said no,
00:28:38.200 buddy,
00:28:39.280 but,
00:28:39.640 uh,
00:28:40.080 I still shake my head.
00:28:42.700 It's some of the buffoonery that is presented to us on a daily basis.
00:28:46.780 But all I can say is this,
00:28:47.940 ladies and gentlemen,
00:28:49.120 do what you can to help you out in these trying times.
00:28:50.880 Just be yourselves.
00:28:52.320 Keep our chins up.
00:28:53.100 We shall persevere.
00:28:54.540 We have to find the light in this manufactured darkness,
00:28:57.920 regardless of how hard it's going to be.
00:29:01.200 Just be good to people.
00:29:02.440 Don't buy in this racist rhetoric that they keep thrown on our faces.
00:29:06.900 Don't buy into this,
00:29:08.260 this division.
00:29:10.120 Stand up for what's right.
00:29:11.520 Stand up for your fellow brother,
00:29:13.060 sister.
00:29:13.920 Doesn't matter how they identify.
00:29:15.180 Just stand up.
00:29:15.860 Nonetheless,
00:29:16.840 get out there and get mad.
00:29:18.280 Just like the Harry Beal said,
00:29:20.360 get mad.
00:29:21.440 We're human beings.
00:29:22.760 We have,
00:29:23.060 you have value.
00:29:23.960 We all have value.
