In this episode of the Krusty Canuck Podcast, I talk about the St. Paul massacre, and how Liberals suck at dealing with BS. I also talk about how we need to work harder for the country.
00:07:48.300And not to mention the provincial tax.
00:07:49.860So it worked out to just shy of $700, right?
00:07:54.900That's about three and a half, four days of work for me that I have to give to the government, pay my fair share, pay off the national debt, slap my ass and call me sexy, eh?
00:09:28.900Anyway, in his new memoir, he has some very, very critical points of view towards our Prime Minister.
00:09:34.420It seems they're all coming out of the woodwork now, because since they're retired and they're guaranteed their pensions, now they can speak bad about the little bastard from Gatineau, right?
00:09:43.520Oh, of course, you know, Pierre's little bastard child.
00:10:20.980Mark Garneau, legendary Canadian astronaut and longtime Liberal MP, Cabinet Minister as well.
00:10:26.780He served as a Foreign Affairs Minister in the Trudeau government, is now saying that Canada has lost its standing in the world under the current Prime Minister, Mark Garneau, out with a new autobiography.
00:10:38.060And he criticizes Justin Trudeau, wait for this, as an ill-prepared leader who prioritizes politics and makes big, splashy pronouncements, but there isn't any follow-through.
00:11:46.080Tough timing for the Liberals and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau when you look at this book set to launch in October with some tough truths from Mark Garneau,
00:11:56.680speaking from experience, a whole chapter in this book devoted to his time in politics.
00:12:03.080And he's quite candid in speaking about how he feels about the Prime Minister and his tenure.
00:12:08.640Now, towards the end of his third term, heading into a potential election.
00:14:32.740I have spoken personally with three MPs who believe there's a need for a caucus meeting, a national caucus meeting here in Ottawa for the prime minister to address his caucus, talk about the struggles, talk about the future of the party, discuss leadership.
00:14:48.620And this loss in the by-election in Toronto St. Paul's last week has hit the party hard.
00:14:55.060And there are many that are asking, you know, for answers to very difficult questions right now, Todd.
00:15:01.220So the knives are out and maybe more knives are coming out and maybe they're going to be sharper and sharper.
00:15:05.740Yeah, I mean, it seems that seems to be the trend already.
00:15:10.760We seem we're seeming to see more and more people come out publicly.
00:15:15.680You know, whispers have been going on in Ottawa for some time now about Justin Trudeau's future as leader, but they are no longer just whispers.
00:15:23.940We're seeing people publicly speak out.
00:15:26.580Former cabinet ministers, an active MP, liberal loyalists, people who have long supported Trudeau and the Liberal Party believe it's time.
00:15:35.420It's time to look for perhaps a fresh face or a fresh leader that can help reset the party.
00:16:12.920And it doesn't matter what's going around the globe.
00:16:15.140You know, Britain, they just won an election.
00:16:16.820You know, they just totally turned face, went Labour Party, totally Labour Party.
00:16:20.400And their leader is a bit of a globalist.
00:16:22.340So I'm worried about my friends in Britain.
00:16:24.060I mean, really, you know, I guess they need to change from the old Tory model because the British Tories did really fuck all for the people.
00:16:32.220They just walked the line and they promoted more woke-isms.
00:16:36.800Now, as far as I understand, with the British Labour Party, they're kind of like our Liberals.
00:17:36.940And if you'd like to hear what you see, ladies and gentlemen, please kick a like, subscribe, share this content all over your social media platforms.

00:18:15.220Anyway, carrying on with this episode.
00:18:16.700So just remember, too, double-check your subscription.
00:18:19.940Make sure you are subscribed and click the little bell, all that good stuff.
00:18:24.240I know the tube has been screwing around with some people, but it's the way it is.
00:18:28.420Just keep checking, ladies and gentlemen.
00:18:30.020So anyway, carrying on with more of this buffoonery and the BS that we see.
00:18:33.940Now, it's been brought to my attention that the Canadian government, when they want to bring in Bill C-63, you know, the Online Harms Act,
00:18:41.760basically a glorified censorship bill.
00:18:43.460So I'm going to put a story up here, ladies and gentlemen, and I'll read it partially.
00:18:48.600So I'll leave it in my description, too.
00:18:50.920You guys can read along at your leisure.
00:18:53.060But it's basically, it's going to cost the Canadian taxpayers $200 million to implement this thing if it goes through.
00:18:59.880Now, it hasn't gone to a second reading yet, thankfully, but it's going to cost $200 million to implement this censorship bill, ladies and gentlemen.
00:19:39.320So, the federal government's proposed Bill C-63, better known as the Online Harms Act, would cost approximately $200 million to set up, according to a report from the Office of the Parliamentary Budget Officer, PBO.
00:19:50.280Now, they were censored recently in regards of the carbon tax.
00:19:53.520Carbon tax is good, according to Liberals.
00:19:57.760Anyhow, originally induced in February, the bill would result in regulation of online platforms like Facebook, Twitch, Pornhub in Canada, forcing them to limit harmful content shared in their platforms.
00:20:05.900As part of this act, the government would create a digital safety commission.
00:20:12.520A bunch of goddamn bureaucrats to analyze what is online, okay, to oversee this framework, as well as digital safety ombudsperson to further address issues with online safety and digital safety office to manage the day-to-day operations.
00:20:26.720Here's the meat and potatoes of this article.
00:20:28.000Now, the PBO estimates that these three entities would require about 333, correction, 330 employees between 2024, 2025 to 2028 and 2029, which was factored into the cost estimate.
00:20:43.360The PBO says additional costs could be incurred should these entities hire outside consulting services or legal support.
00:20:51.420Now, we've all seen how the Rivecam app worked, the Rivescam app worked, and how many, quote-unquote, consultants that were hired to look after things.
00:21:02.620So, it's going to be another poop sandwich rammed down our throats, ladies and gentlemen.
00:21:06.780Of course, the government anticipates some form of income stemming from social media companies that would be hit with fines for failing to adhere to the proposed act.
00:21:15.160However, the PBO says that wasn't factored into the estimate.
00:21:18.560Of course not, because it's all guessing after that.
00:21:21.420Basically, what it is, is the government's telling you what to see online, what not to see online, what they can say, what you can do, what you can't do, how to scratch your nose, how to pick your nose, how to pick your friend's nose.
00:21:33.940Not that I recommend that, but I think you understand where I'm coming from here.
