The Crusty Canuck Podcast - Erasing our History？

00:00:00.000 Greetings, ladies and gentlemen. It is a beautiful 23rd of June 2020. Coming up on this episode

00:00:08.440 of the Krusty Connect podcast, I'll be discussing the erasing of our history and then a little

00:00:13.440 bit more hate mail. Oh, yeah. All that and more come at the podcast. Stay tuned.

00:00:21.800 Sweetheart, because I am hard, you will not like me.

00:00:30.000 There is no racial bigotry here. There you are. Oh, it's what we were.

00:00:38.620 This podcast is brought to you by the Rampage Coffee Company. Strong, rich, and smooth.

00:00:44.400 Yes, ladies and gentlemen, it's the 23rd of June 2020. And of course, more headlines in the news

00:00:49.780 today is toppling down statues, getting rid of old war monuments in Canada and the United States, 0.98

00:00:55.560 respectively, and what a shitshow it's promoting. Now, you've heard me ramble on about Canadian 0.99

00:01:01.340 history. It's not perfect. Never was. History has never been perfect. We understand that concept.

00:01:08.140 We understand that logic. Yes, the ancient Roman Empire was horrendous. The Mongolian Empire was 1.00

00:01:13.280 horrendous. The ancient Greeks did some horrendous things. The Mesopotamians did horrendous things.

00:01:18.060 Not to mention what the Zulus did prior to European involvement. What the Aztecs did to each other. 0.99

00:01:25.120 What the mines did to each other. What the Cherokee did. What the Sioux did. What the Shawnee did. 0.79

00:01:30.360 What the Iroquois. Blah, blah. The list goes on. The world has had a history of hostile takeovers one

00:01:37.160 way or the other. Continents have been divided and conquered. Lands bought and sold back and forth,

00:01:42.620 back and forth, prior to any kind of North American existence, prior to any South American existence as

00:01:48.780 we see it. And yet, there's still people out there that want to take down a statue because,

00:01:54.160 oh, they're offended. Oh my goodness. This man was such a monster back in the 1860s. Or this man was such a

00:02:01.780 critical criminal back at this time. Oh my goodness. You name me a politician in the 1860s

00:02:08.900 in North America as we knew it that was an all-around general nice guy who understood feelings and safe

00:02:15.100 spaces. No, I'll wait. You can tell me. Of course not. Of course not. I was actually in a podcast

00:02:22.940 yesterday with Fred Stockman and we were talking about history in both of our countries, especially

00:02:27.320 when it comes to the United States Civil War. Now, my personal feeling, okay, now you don't have to agree

00:02:32.380 with me. That's the joy about this podcast. You don't have to agree with everything I say.

00:02:36.440 And I'll be getting to more of that later. But when I look at this Civil War conflict, what we studied

00:02:41.960 in school with the issue of slavery or the economy, there was an identity crisis, of course. The South

00:02:50.600 wanted this. The North wanted that. They wanted to keep the union together. To sum it all up, yeah,

00:02:54.440 there were generals on both sides that did great things and not so great things, okay? Now, I've

00:03:01.080 debated with my buddy Fred Stockman there in regards to Southern generals. I don't agree with the

00:03:05.820 Southern doctrine. I didn't agree with Jefferson Davis. However, he was a notable figure in history

00:03:11.140 of that time and still to this day. But getting rid of all these statues, getting rid of all these

00:03:18.000 monuments in the name of so-called progress to me is a slap in the face to the people that endured 0.98

00:03:23.660 and suffered and made a difference during those troubling fucking times. Now, I'm not saying erect a 0.97

00:03:32.560 monument to Hitler or am I saying erect a monument to Benito Mussolini or erect a monument in Toronto

00:03:40.540 of Vladimir Lenin or of Trotsky. But it's still history. Can't burn all the books, ladies and

00:03:49.500 gentlemen. You can't burn all the fucking pamphlets. You can't burn all the drawings and the art, 1.00

00:03:53.400 right? Just because you're offended, right? So John A. Macdonald, yeah, was a raging alcoholic.

00:04:00.380 He was also a bigot. He was a racist. He was also a fucking womanizer too. So I'm surprised all the 0.99

00:04:05.260 feminazis aren't there out there giving him a hard time for being a misogynist, right? But I'll leave a

00:04:11.920 link in the description from Rebel Media. David Menzies, Menzoid Menzies, the reporter for Rebel and

00:04:18.360 the Sun Media. The way he was treated by some of these young little fucking pukes and a few feminists 1.00

00:04:24.240 at this so-called little rally in Kingston where they wanted to throw eggs at Sir John A. Fine, 1.00

00:04:29.220 go ahead and throw eggs at it. You know, I believe in freedom of assembly, freedom of association,

00:04:34.640 the whole libertarian doctrine. But just some of the garbage they were spewing at him, 0.98

00:04:41.340 it was just really incredible. You know, they're there with glasses and masks on their face to hide 0.97

00:04:46.880 their identity. And yet they want to throw eggs and shit and destroy a monument. Oh, he was racist. 1.00

00:04:52.300 Oh, you're being racist. Like you hear that word all the time. It is really starting to lose its

00:04:56.580 fucking meaning now. Because the moment you don't fucking follow the so-called left side spectrum 0.99

00:05:01.820 of the way you should think, you're automatically deemed a racist or a Nazi or a fascist, blah, blah, 0.99

00:05:06.240 blah, blah. It's like, hello, lefties. Can you not fucking think for yourselves?

00:05:10.300 I remember when the left side of the spectrum actually had open ideas and actually had places 0.99

00:05:18.100 where you can go and sit and have a coffee or a beer and smoke a cigarette or smoke a joint and

00:05:22.640 fucking really enjoy each other's company without worrying about how you vote in the next federal 0.89

00:05:27.620 election or what you agreed with or how you looked at warfare. Okay. And I want to tell some of 0.99

00:05:33.180 these aficionados and these so-called experts when it comes to fucking defacing our history, 0.93

00:05:38.220 what is it based on other than your personal feeling? Or is it your personal feeling that 0.97

00:05:44.340 you want to get rid of these statues and get rid of these works of art and ban certain books

00:05:48.620 like To Kill a Mockingbird? That was mandatory reading for me in high school. And that story

00:05:55.340 was an incredible story because it expressed basic fucking tolerance and understanding. Don't 0.99

00:06:02.160 judge a black man because he was seen doing something, even though the story proved that he

00:06:06.900 was innocent. Right? Don't believe every little ghost story because Boo Radley becomes a real

00:06:12.600 fucking weirdo or is the town weirdo. You know what I mean? How do you ever take from it? It was 0.99

00:06:19.080 basically summed up about tolerance and acceptance for all of our people. All people. All colors. All

00:06:25.380 creed. It is right fucking there in black and white on the pages. But no, no. People don't want to see it 0.99

00:06:30.920 that way. They want to further this narrative. Oh, history has taught us this. Oh, yes. Let's smash

00:06:35.880 and destroy it. Let's smash and destroy everything. Didn't George Orwell predict this when he wrote 1.00

00:06:42.340 that book in 1984? Did he not? Did he not? And I quote,

00:06:50.840 every record has been destroyed or falsified. Every book rewritten. Every picture has been repainted.

00:06:59.760 Every statue and street building has been renamed. Every date has been altered and the process is

00:07:05.500 continuing day by day and minute by minute. History is stopped. Nothing exists except an endless

00:07:11.160 present in which the party is always right. And if all others accepted the lie which the party imposed,

00:07:18.180 if all records told the same tale, then the lie passed into history has become truth. Who controls

00:07:24.640 the past ran the party slogan? Controls the future. Who controls the present? Controls the past.

00:07:31.700 Interesting, eh? You know, all these little groups who are talking about marginalization and talking

00:07:37.440 about racism and rampant misogyny and rampant unfairness and inequality are promoting the rampant

00:07:43.880 misogyny. They're promoting the rampant misogyny. They're promoting the rampant, let's smash things

00:07:51.000 because we don't like it anymore. Let's smash statues to remind us of the past and get rid of it.

00:07:56.660 Let's keep all statues up to remind us of the good and the bad that we all did. Okay? Let us remind

00:08:05.760 ourselves about some of the things we shouldn't do again, i.e. put people into educational institutions

00:08:12.400 for the sake of assimilation. Put people in religious-sponsored programs that deny them their 0.96

00:08:18.460 right, that deny them their languages and cultures. Let's not ever fucking do that again, ladies and 0.99

00:08:24.240 gentlemen. That is a good reminder. Okay? I don't care what city you live in or what town you live in 0.98

00:08:33.740 or what county or who you represent or how you identify. You smash history.

00:08:41.520 History has proven that it will repeat itself.

00:08:43.580 All right? Didn't the Nazis do that in the 1930s? Burn all these books. Let's burn all this artwork.

00:08:52.300 Let's condemn one section of people for everything, for all of our crisis in this world. And yet,

00:08:57.460 what are we doing right now? Let's get rid of history and still blame Whitey for all our problems. 1.00

00:09:02.080 Really? I'm responsible for your strife? How are you oppressed because you have to see a statue in a

00:09:09.500 public park? How are you oppressed if you see a book in a bookstore you don't like? Or in a library?

00:09:17.580 Assuming that you still go to a library rather than get your information from, you know, what Google

00:09:22.100 will allow you to say or not say? Or what your professors say? Or what your girlfriends say? Or

00:09:27.260 what your simp boyfriend tells you to believe in? Right? Whatever happened to common sense?

00:09:34.560 There are a lot of great things in all of our histories. In Canadian history, American history,

00:09:39.780 British history, African history. And if you're going to keep throwing the label, colonialism,

00:09:44.700 colonialism, colonialism. Oh my God, this is a colonialist idea. What's in your fucking wallet?

00:09:51.600 Right? I'll leave a link to a young man who put a video up about two years ago who really sums it up. 1.00

00:09:57.940 And he comes from a very, very diverse background in regards to Canadian history. And I highly suggest

00:10:04.740 you watch his video in its entirety because it really makes a lot of sense. He was very calm,

00:10:09.020 cool, and collected. Very factual, very sensible, and a well-spoken individual. And I'll leave a link

00:10:13.880 in the description about that. But what have we come to when it comes to defacing our history?

00:10:21.500 Yeah, let's throw pink paint and deface every Sir John A. Macdonald monument. Then what? Are you going to

00:10:26.600 start defacing Louis Riel's monuments too? He was a man that stood up for what he believed in. Now I've

00:10:31.740 actually had offline debates with people in regards to Louis Riel. And we didn't really dwell on him too

00:10:36.880 much in high school history. But what we got out of it was the fact that he had his beliefs and he

00:10:43.000 stood for what was right for the Métis people. And it was not that all indifferent than standing up for

00:10:50.320 human rights and quality of life. So regardless of what you agreed with at that time in the 1880s,

00:10:56.600 there was not fairness and equality. We all knew that. And it wasn't just a race thing too. It was

00:11:00.880 also a social thing. There wasn't fairness and equality between Protestants and Catholics.

00:11:04.820 There wasn't fairness and equality between farmers and town folk. So there was prejudice on every

00:11:11.800 aspect of their lives at that time. And life was hard. You didn't plant your crops. You didn't harvest.

00:11:17.740 Guess what? You didn't fucking eat. There was no welfare programs, no social programs, 1.00

00:11:22.300 no student loan programs, right? If you went to post-secondary education, if it was available,

00:11:30.440 you were considered fucking the elite at that time. You had money. You inherited wealth somewhere. 0.95

00:11:37.540 So to the fucking university kids out there that bitch and moan, bitch and moan about how terrible 1.00

00:11:43.000 their lives are, you think about those individuals who had the fucking smarts and had the grades in those 1.00

00:11:48.760 days, but couldn't get to school because of social status, not color, not religion, because of class 0.95

00:11:57.860 systems, right? Put that in perspective. They didn't teach you that, did they? Right? Yeah.

00:12:06.420 Humility is what's lacked. Fucking humility at one time. Anyway, here's a word from my sponsor. 0.99

00:13:24.020 my brain is getting jumbled here. I've got those information coming left and right. When you look at

00:13:27.600 our history in Canada, it's not as glorious and as commercially bloody as what some of the American 0.95

00:13:35.000 history was. We didn't have a giant revolution like our American friends did. We basically sat

00:13:42.580 around and did our thing. You know, there were lots of relations between all peoples. There were

00:13:47.900 good people that came from France and Britain alike that maintained a friendship and maintained

00:13:55.140 a good community response with the First Nations. It wasn't until the church was involved and it

00:14:02.360 wasn't until other bigger governments were involved. And I hate to say it, a lot of the monarchy,

00:14:07.020 but when I look at our history, the monarchy was not perfect. The British Empire was not perfect.

00:14:12.400 The French Empire was not perfect. The Spanish Empire was not perfect. Right? But if it wasn't for

00:14:17.740 the influences that we had from England and from France alike, where do you honestly think North

00:14:23.740 America would be? Okay? You want to keep throwing history out and deface it because you have some

00:14:31.000 other ulterior motive or because your feelings are fucking hurt and you cannot possibly function 0.96

00:14:36.120 throughout your day because you knew somebody did something bad in the 1860s or the 1910s or the 1920s 0.95

00:14:43.680 and you just possibly can't cope with this. Oh my goodness. Then you've got the problem.

00:14:50.400 Not history. Not people that enjoy it and people that learn from it. Okay? So I ask you again,

00:14:58.220 where do you think we would be if it wasn't for Britain and France influencing Canada the way it has?

00:15:04.760 Where do you honestly think we would be? What would Canada be? Would it be another country?

00:15:12.080 Would it be under a different name? Would it have a different influence? Would we have been conquered by

00:15:17.800 the Spanish? The Dutch? The Belgians? Right? Would it be a different monarchy? Would there be a

00:15:27.340 different system that it would oppress mass upon mass? Who knows? Right? I'm going to leave a link

00:15:36.480 to the Canadian encyclopedia there. I read an interesting story about Joseph Brant, hence the

00:15:41.420 term Brantford, Ontario. He was a First Nations member that helped the British out during the American

00:15:47.280 Revolution and did his part for what he believed was right and yet he got royally screwed by the British 0.99

00:15:53.980 British. Just like Tecumseh did and a lot of notable leaders during that time in North American

00:16:00.520 history. So are you going to tear down their statues too? Right? Are you going to be offended the fact

00:16:08.320 that Joseph Brant had slaves? Hmm? You're going to tear down his statue as well? Are you going to destroy

00:16:16.180 the town of Brantford because you don't like their name? Right? And this is what gets me too.

00:16:22.000 I read briefly an article about Yale University. You know, Mr. Yale was quite the exporter and

00:16:32.440 importer of slaves himself. Yet Yale is one of the most notable universities on the planet next to

00:16:37.100 Oxford and Cambridge, right? Because of its prestige and its level of education it's given thousands

00:16:43.640 upon thousands since its inception. You're going to destroy that too? Every time you see a name on a

00:16:50.720 building and a statue or a book that you don't like, you're going to have that book burned?

00:16:56.480 That statue removed? The name of a school removed too? Hmm? Ask yourself this question and then when

00:17:05.380 you do that, what are the repercussions thereafter? Think about it, ladies and gentlemen. Tell me what

00:17:13.780 you think. KrustyBCanuck67 at gmail.com or you can find me at Twitter or you can find me here in the

00:17:20.160 Podbean and on YouTube. Leave me a comment. Give me a thumbs up. Don't forget to ring that notification

00:17:24.320 bell to let you know that I'll have new content coming up once you're notified. And please don't

00:17:29.260 be shy. Tell me what you think. I'd like to know. You know, reach me on Facebook. You can reach me on

00:17:34.900 Instagram. All in the same name, Krusty Canuck. And if you get it a chance, please sign up with

00:17:39.760 Canun Video and Canun.com. They are a relatively newer platform out there. A safe alternative to

00:17:46.540 Facebook. They don't censor anything. And they let you speak your mind. Provide that you're not being

00:17:51.800 a vulgar prick or a racist douchebag. You can speak what you want and say what you want. Right? 1.00

00:17:57.720 No censorship. No BS. No conduct. Just be a good person. But speak your mind. Canun.com. I'll

00:18:04.980 leave the link in my description. Anyhow, carrying on with this whole racing the history. We've all

00:18:10.840 seen it in history. You know, like I said earlier, the Nazis destroying books. Benito's fascist

00:18:16.020 destroying books and harassing students. Right? McCarthyism. Censoring people. Swaying them from 0.85

00:18:23.580 the whole communist fear. The witch hunt. Right? I remember seeing bands being censored

00:18:30.700 and being ridiculed because of their so-called darkness undertones. You know, the satanic panic

00:18:37.260 of the 1980s. And how many people then try to erase history and censor things? Now, the past 30 years,

00:18:45.680 you haven't seen as much. There wasn't much in the 90s. There was more gay rights coming out,

00:18:50.220 which was fantastic. More people speaking their minds when it comes to gay marriages and relationships

00:18:54.940 and benefits and all. Great. I'm happy for that. Right? But then to turn around and try to censor

00:19:01.820 history because one man deemed to be homophobic or one man didn't like homosexuals, that doesn't mean

00:19:08.620 you can annihilate his existence. Che Guevara was not nice to homosexuals. He was not nice to minorities, 1.00

00:19:15.600 but yet he's held it as a hero. You're going to burn his t-shirts and his books too?

00:19:21.200 No, because you can find access to his writings and his sayings all the time. Right?

00:19:27.560 Should be a personal choice. You make the choice. If you want to read it, read it. If you don't,

00:19:31.020 you don't have to. It doesn't matter what it is. That's everything from the Bible to

00:19:34.400 Farmer's Almanacs to every book out there to your liking.

00:19:38.800 But to sit there and to rally in any kind of public park or any kind of public office or any

00:19:46.520 kind of display and sit there and throw eggs and try to smash and destroy statues because you're

00:19:51.820 doing this name equality. How are you promoting equality? How are you promoting fairness and the

00:19:57.520 big magic word inclusion when you're destroying monuments of history?

00:20:02.940 What exactly are you proving? Right?

00:20:11.020 Think about it, folks. 0.86

00:20:14.520 It's just, it's getting so fucking redundant. 0.85

00:20:18.200 Now, turn on the television, open up a paper. There's always somebody whining about a statue 0.87

00:20:22.460 or whining about a novel or whining about this broadcaster or whining about this podcaster or

00:20:27.380 whining about that guy or this girl or this individual who said these heinous words. Oh my goodness.

00:20:33.540 Like I've said before numerous times, whatever happened to bloody resilience?

00:20:38.860 Whatever happened to the opportunity, we can sit in a classroom and actually question the

00:20:42.240 professor on certain ethics or question the instructor on certain tactics.

00:20:50.300 Can't do that anymore, right? No, you got to spend $50,000 or more to get yourself a good degree

00:20:54.800 and walk the line to get yourself that perfect job. And then when you can't get that perfect job,

00:20:58.920 oh, oh my God, it's oppression. Oh, it's a history of oppression. No, it's your own personal damn

00:21:05.480 fucking choices. That's what it is. If you choose to destroy a monument, fine, you go ahead and destroy 1.00

00:21:13.600 it. There's going to be repercussions. It's going to add to this chance and that chance. And then all

00:21:20.020 of a sudden you're going to have more and more people en masse destroying monuments, destroying

00:21:23.100 buildings. For what? Equality? Or chaos? Think about it.

00:21:32.700 I look at our history. It's not a great history, but it's a good history. It's a good history that

00:21:43.160 we can look up First Nations. It's a good history. You can look up other immigrants that come to

00:21:47.620 Canada, Ukrainian Canadians, you know, the Mennonite Canadians, Irish Canadians, Scottish Canadians,

00:21:55.160 French, English, Polish, Russian, all walks of life coming to Canada for a better life.

00:22:04.400 That is my idea of democracy. That is my idea of freedom to go to a place to do what you think you

00:22:10.000 want to do in, of course, regards the law. Don't hit people, take their stuff and to prosper. But no,

00:22:16.360 we can't prosper anymore because there's a handful of people that feel shame because they're told to

00:22:21.560 feel shame, destroying property. Why? What are you trying to fucking prove? And then while you're

00:22:30.040 destroying property, you got your eyes covered and your face sealed. So you're not being transparent.

00:22:36.940 It's cowardly, ladies and gentlemen. It's cowardly. It's childish. And it just goes to prove that a lot 0.98

00:22:45.000 of those kids have yet to have a real good fucking spanking, right? 1.00

00:22:51.880 Anyway, tell me what you think. KrustyBKanuck67 at gmail.com or on the Facebook under Krusty Kanuck 0.99

00:22:58.120 and on the Instagram at Krusty Kanuck. You can find me on Twitter too. I'll leave all the links in the

00:23:02.840 description and with all the other references for this week's episode. You know, you decide.

00:23:10.360 When I looked at Canadian history, I was excited to learn as a kid and I was excited to learn in high

00:23:15.740 school too. How things were formed. What was going on in the States compared to what was going on in

00:23:20.840 Canada at the time. What was going on in Europe based on what was going on in Canada at the time.

00:23:24.280 And a lot of it was theory because not everybody's alive from that time. So we were going off of what

00:23:30.580 was recorded and what was presented to the public. We can't erase history, folks. We can't deny things

00:23:35.960 happened. We can't deny the fact that there were people that did rotten things. And it doesn't

00:23:40.940 matter what color they were, right? Like I said before, every continent, every country, every piece

00:23:46.840 of land has been conquered and divided and bought and sold. How many fucking times now? What's Canada 0.99

00:23:51.900 going to be in 300 years? Will there be a Canada? We don't know. Can we predict it? 300 years ago,

00:23:57.880 did they predict what Canada is going to be today? No, of course not. We don't have that insight.

00:24:04.600 We don't have that intellect. We don't have that capacity as a species yet, but why get rid of the

00:24:12.100 past? Why are you sitting there destroying things? Why? What are you trying to prove? Oh, I don't like

00:24:23.900 what this person has to say. So I'm going to turn around and have them fucking canceled. Yeah, that's 0.98

00:24:28.840 that's real. That's really progressive, you know, and then to sit there and cater to the masses and

00:24:33.740 told that you have to be shamed because of the color of your skin. Gee, that's really,

00:24:38.280 really progressive now, isn't it? That's no better than the Jim Crow fucking shitheads back in the 1.00

00:24:42.800 fifties. And that's definitely no better than the slave traders back in the day either. 1.00

00:24:48.440 To shame yourself for what? I wasn't there. You weren't there.

00:24:52.580 And then to sit there and destroy books and deny access to information because, oh, well, you know,

00:25:03.280 I disagree with what this man did. Okay, that's fine. I disagree with half of Sir Johnny's actions

00:25:08.160 too, but he also created Canada and he also put in a railroad that united us from coast to coast. 0.73

00:25:14.640 So he wouldn't get fucked with, with imperial powers of those days. So there was a tactical

00:25:21.160 strategy towards what his decisions were based on. Right? So however you feel about the man doesn't

00:25:29.260 justify taking down statues because people might be offended. If you want to be unique and equal,

00:25:35.760 fine. Put a statue of Sir Johnny up and then put a statue of the local chief.

00:25:39.440 Put a statue up of a historical chief. Put a statue up of a black person that contributed to society.

00:25:46.080 Put a statue up of any other immigrant that contributed to Canada, as we see. There's lots

00:25:51.720 of them out there. Lots of historical figures that created and done wonderful things.

00:25:58.620 Here's her historical figure. Frederick Banting created insulin. Yeah, he was white, 0.94

00:26:03.960 but he created insulin. Diabetics around the world can thank him.

00:26:09.440 And he was a Canadian. Oh, shit. Go figure. Right? 1.00

00:26:17.080 Lots of historical figures in our country and we should start celebrating every one of them to

00:26:20.640 the best of our ability, regardless of subtle actions. To my British friends who enjoy Winston

00:26:27.440 Churchill. Yeah, he had some imperfect things, but he was the leader of the, one of the allied armies

00:26:34.520 during World War II that greatly assisted in stopping the onslaught of the fucking Nazi machine. 0.95

00:26:41.220 And he could have stood by and stopped the onslaught of Stalin's machine too. 0.98

00:26:46.040 Right? Mackenzie King was our prime minister during World War II. Yeah. He was a liberal.

00:26:55.380 Maybe some of our liberal party members can fucking, uh, take a cue from him when it comes to getting 0.99

00:27:00.480 things done. Right? He wasn't perfect either. But, uh, no, we had troops. We had men and women that 0.99

00:27:08.240 kicked ass and took names during those years. So, and now, ladies and gentlemen, I have been Krusty 0.99

00:27:14.100 Canuck on this beautiful 23rd of June. Yes, the sun is shining. It is a nice day outside. I'm gonna go do

00:27:20.420 some more yard work and, uh, touch up the deck a bit. Anyway, if you like what you hear and see,

00:27:25.240 please subscribe, comment, click like, and share around if you can. And if you do feel like donating,

00:27:30.700 please donate. I have, uh, links to my donation pages there in the description. Uh, if you do give

00:27:36.060 a committed five to $10 a month to any one of my pages, I will gladly mail you a free t-shirt of

00:27:41.840 your choice for my Teespring line. And when I do accumulate enough, uh, donations, I give a good 30%

00:27:48.480 of that to the Veterans Association Food Bank outside or in Calgary. Uh, they're a great pillar of the

00:27:54.860 community. They look after veterans. They provide food, uh, possible employment. They also look after,

00:28:01.220 uh, disabled veterans. They assist in, uh, wheelchair access. They shovel snow. They really

00:28:07.260 help the people out. Um, they're good pillars of the community. So, uh, check out Veterans

00:28:11.920 Association in Canada there in Calgary. And if you'd like, you can give them a $25 donation

00:28:16.800 and they will mail you a receipt for your taxes for next fiscal year. So they're good people. I've

00:28:22.180 talked to them personally and they're well-rounded individuals and they really look after veterans.

00:28:25.540 So that's the charity of my choice there. Like I said, ladies and gentlemen, I have been

00:28:29.140 Krusty Canuck on this beautiful 23rd of June, 2020. And like I always say, you know, be real,

00:28:36.060 be honest and, uh, take care of yourselves and your loved ones. And remember humanity and merit

00:28:44.280 wins the day. Take care. We'll see you next time. Bye for now.

00:28:51.820 Sweetheart. Because I am hard. You will not like me.

00:28:55.960 Yes, sir.

00:28:59.660 There is no racial bigotry here.

00:29:04.420 There you are.

00:29:05.300 Oh, it's what we were.
