The Crusty Canuck Podcast - Freedom...Fines and Rece$$ion？!？

00:00:00.000 Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, it's a beautiful 29th of November, 2020, coming

00:00:06.820 up in the Krusty Canuck podcast, more fines, more freedoms, and recession, hmm, all that

00:00:13.040 and more coming up in the show, stick around.

00:00:18.780 Sweetheart, because I am hard, you will not like me.

00:00:22.980 Yes, sir.

00:00:26.540 There is no racial bigotry here.

00:00:31.000 There you are always going to work.

00:00:37.060 This is the Krusty Canuck podcast, a Canadian veteran's point of view on politics, social,

00:00:45.040 economic issues, and life.

00:00:47.600 Here's Krusty.

00:00:52.220 Yes, ladies and gentlemen, a beautiful week we've had since my last episode. 0.84

00:00:57.500 What a poop show. 0.98

00:00:58.640 And I want to thank everyone who came out last night to my live stream.

00:01:02.700 Thank you very much.

00:01:03.700 I had a lot of positive response, some down-to-earth questions about life and politics in this

00:01:08.660 country, and not so down-to-earth questions.

00:01:12.580 So, anyhow, thank you all who came out.

00:01:15.620 Because of people like you, you make this podcast even better.

00:01:18.660 So, give yourselves a pat on the back.

00:01:21.040 And I'd just like to say thank you to everyone who has subscribed over the past few weeks.

00:01:25.640 I'm up to 300 subscribers, therefore.

00:01:27.900 So, hey, thank you very, very much.

00:01:31.300 And before I begin, because of some algorithm stuff, I have to warn you that this podcast

00:01:37.120 does contain some adult language and humor.

00:01:40.540 So, listener discretion is advised.

00:01:43.280 This is not meant for children.

00:01:45.500 Okay, carrying on.

00:01:46.360 So, this week in Canadian politics, more BS with vaccines.

00:01:49.820 A young man by the name of Adam Skelly being arrested for opening his restaurant in Etobicoke.

00:01:54.520 And the people that are supporting him are getting flack left and right from the mainstream media.

00:01:59.560 So, I'll start this show off with Mr. Adam Skelly.

00:02:02.840 Blue-collar guy, raising his family, running a business, just trying to make his way in this world

00:02:08.240 like a lot of us Canucks are.

00:02:10.100 And yet, he is being harassed constantly by the authorities.

00:02:14.760 Now, I don't know about you, but the last time I actually voted for somebody

00:02:18.700 was an actual qualified politician.

00:02:21.600 I didn't vote for any kind of health council or any kind of health restrictions.

00:02:26.140 So, who are these health officials telling people what they can open and not open?

00:02:31.340 They weren't elected.

00:02:32.660 So, let's sort that out right away.

00:02:35.420 Okay, I'll leave links in the description as per and all that good stuff.

00:02:39.120 But, it's getting into a panic mode, ladies and gentlemen.

00:02:44.400 And I guess you can say this is a continuation of last week's episode.

00:02:47.540 But, the way I'm looking at the financial platform that's happening in this country right now,

00:02:53.540 we've got Krista Freeland saying that we need financial guide rails.

00:02:57.900 Now, what is financial guide rails?

00:03:00.560 She actually quoted that on CTV this morning via question period.

00:03:04.100 And I'm just kind of shaking my head going, oh really?

00:03:06.900 Financial guide rails.

00:03:07.940 So, first there were financial anchors, right?

00:03:10.400 That was the big term there last month.

00:03:12.360 And now they're financial guide rails.

00:03:14.180 So, I guess we're all going to know what's going to happen tomorrow

00:03:16.440 once they propose some kind of budget or some kind of fiscal outlook, right?

00:03:20.380 And they're all saying too that we don't have the facilities in Canada

00:03:23.300 to make this magical vaccine to make the beer bug go away.

00:03:27.200 Well, whether they have the manufacturing capabilities or not, 0.99

00:03:31.620 I think it's total bullshit, to be honest with you. 0.97

00:03:34.460 This country can make a lot of wonderful things. 1.00

00:03:38.000 And they can make PPE.

00:03:39.820 We can make aluminum.

00:03:41.360 We can make cars.

00:03:44.280 We can make aircraft.

00:03:45.460 We can build ships, right?

00:03:47.480 We can provide medicines for millions en masse, if need be.

00:03:51.140 Because if our federal government can give away oodles and oodles and oodles of cash

00:03:55.580 in the name of the greater good,

00:03:57.620 I am sure they can procure some kind of medicine for 37 million of us.

00:04:02.260 Don't you agree?

00:04:04.060 Oh, but what do I know?

00:04:04.960 I'm just some cranky veteran.

00:04:07.120 I also want to thank the individuals from the VCP party there,

00:04:10.220 Gilles Joubert and Marge there, for putting together that VCP interview.

00:04:14.120 You can find me on the Veterans Coalition Party page.

00:04:16.640 I'm being interviewed there by the VCP people in regards to what's going on with this country

00:04:23.780 and where I stand in politics and where I stand as a member of the VCP.

00:04:27.560 You've heard me rant and rave about that before.

00:04:29.840 Ladies and gentlemen, the Veterans Coalition Party,

00:04:31.580 basically an alternative to what we have presented to us today.

00:04:34.700 So I highly suggest to my Canadian listeners out there who are not really impressed with either,

00:04:40.220 of course, the Liberal mandate and or the Conservative mandate or NDP or Greens or the Rhinoceros or LeBloc.

00:04:47.360 Check it out.

00:04:49.080 You know, you've got a lot of blue-collar people, grassroots Canadians from all colors, all creeds, all religions,

00:04:54.580 all faiths, all backgrounds looking after what we call this beautiful country, Canada,

00:04:59.580 and what we want to do.

00:05:02.080 So, which brings me to the next point that we might possibly, possibly see an election come the spring.

00:05:09.020 Well, historically speaking, every time there's been a minority government in Canada,

00:05:14.900 regardless if they won or not, every time a certain minority government has come and gone

00:05:19.080 through the halls of the House of Commons,

00:05:21.680 they have always had some kind of election within 18 or 19 months of them being elected the first time

00:05:27.540 or the second time, whatever.

00:05:29.860 So keep that in mind, folks.

00:05:32.660 Keep that in mind when it comes to election time.

00:05:35.240 You know, whether it's feasible or not.

00:05:39.400 I think it's more infeasible because a lot of Canadians are getting tired of the BS, the rhetoric,

00:05:44.160 the finger-pointing, the blaming, the whole ghost-hunting,

00:05:48.640 all this systemic racism they keep talking about.

00:05:51.540 And you look at the House of Commons, you're seeing such a diverse crowd of people there.

00:05:56.240 Right?

00:05:56.680 So you can't say it's racist and you can't say it's belligerent or bigoted.

00:06:00.220 That's way off. 0.99

00:06:01.460 That's all gaslighting bullshit and we all know better. 0.96

00:06:03.600 So, anyhow, folks, if you like what you hear and see, please consider donating. 0.93

00:06:07.960 Consider joining the page, Krusty Canuck, on YouTube there.

00:06:11.120 Just click the little join icon you can see under the header there.

00:06:14.300 For $1.90 a month, you'll get accolades from me and appreciation every time I go to a live stream.

00:06:19.540 And there's other tiers you can choose from, too.

00:06:21.300 And I'm working on a hockey jersey as we speak.

00:06:23.180 I know I've said this the past few weeks, but my designer, he's working full-time at his other job.

00:06:27.560 So he's trying to get a decent logo design and everything for a Krusty Canucker hockey jersey.

00:06:33.440 So keep that in mind.

00:06:34.880 Pay attention to my community pages as well, especially on Podbean and on YouTube, respectively.

00:06:40.480 And if you'd like to reach out and talk and contact me, there'll be links in the description.

00:06:44.560 You can find me on Facebook, Instagram, Wimkin.

00:06:47.400 You can also find me on MeWe, Parlay, and other social media platforms.

00:06:53.680 I'll even enclose my mailing address, too.

00:06:56.560 So if you actually write a card or a letter, or send me some swagger, or send me some Gucci kit,

00:07:01.440 or you want me to promote your product, or whatever, please let me know.

00:07:04.540 Take advantage of that mailing address.

00:07:06.800 We all like to appreciate mail these days, other than government notices and bills.

00:07:12.320 So please take advantage of that.

00:07:14.680 And once again, I want to thank the individuals who came out last night to my live stream.

00:07:18.260 Thank you very much.

00:07:19.460 And thank you to my new subscribers out there.

00:07:21.660 Without you and your indulgence, I would not make this show what it is.

00:07:26.780 And you're helping me, so give yourself some pat on the back.

00:07:29.440 Anyway, carrying on with more Freedom, Fines, and Recession,

00:07:32.720 so we can all sit and discuss and theorize what this government is doing.

00:07:37.720 Now, I'll leave links in my description to back up these claims.

00:07:40.640 But where else do we begin and where else do we end, ladies and gentlemen?

00:07:47.300 Where else do we begin?

00:07:48.240 We have these politicians that are underqualified calling shots for us.

00:07:52.460 We've already seen our health officials squander resources and squander the words,

00:07:58.600 giving us word salads as responses, giving us word salads as solutions to these predicaments.

00:08:04.820 And now they are talking about a vaccine that's going to help us en masse.

00:08:09.880 But we don't have the means to produce it.

00:08:11.460 We don't have the means to produce it, according to them.

00:08:15.420 That we have the means to give away all this money.

00:08:17.160 We have the means to give away all this Gucci kit.

00:08:21.140 And we don't have the means to produce anything.

00:08:23.840 Why?

00:08:25.820 What other deals were made prior to our existence that squandered our ability to make things for ourselves?

00:08:31.700 Do we have to be reliant on another country, i.e. Red China? 0.97

00:08:36.080 Do we have to be reliant on another country to look after things?

00:08:40.640 When we should be a self-sufficient democracy and have the ability to look after Rome, right?

00:08:46.920 Who stands to get paid for making these vaccines other than the companies in charge

00:08:50.720 and a few health officials that might get a little slap and tickle and kickback? 1.00

00:08:54.100 I know you tell me, crustybcanuck67 at gmail.com.

00:08:58.760 Or you can find me on Facebook, Instagram, as above mentioned there.

00:09:02.300 I'll leave links in the description.

00:09:03.440 You can reach out and talk.

00:09:04.600 And send me a word or two.

00:09:06.360 Send me an email.

00:09:07.260 Please, ladies and gentlemen, keep it clean.

00:09:08.980 I am not belligerent.

00:09:10.160 I am not bigoted.

00:09:10.980 And I'm definitely not racist.

00:09:12.520 So keep your false accusations to yourself.

00:09:14.840 It's just like your mama said.

00:09:15.840 If you've got nothing nice to say, don't say it at all, right?

00:09:19.340 Anyway, carrying on.

00:09:21.600 A lot of it's speculation.

00:09:22.760 From the politician's point of view, it's speculation, right? 0.98

00:09:27.620 And as I've said time and time again, let's get these clowns on the spot, okay? 0.98

00:09:33.120 Let's put them on the spot. 0.98

00:09:35.160 Let's make them accountable for these decisions.

00:09:37.060 Because the past five years, we have seen no bloody accountability.

00:09:41.180 Everything from S&C Lavalin to bailing out Bombardier to bailing out Loblaws.

00:09:45.940 Well, they didn't get bailed out, but they got a handout in the name of the environment, right? 0.98

00:09:49.860 The sound of 12 million bucks for a handful of fucking freezers, right? 0.97

00:09:55.420 And what else is going to be done, right? 0.99

00:09:57.440 Cabinet shuffle after cabinet shuffle.

00:09:59.060 People denying this.

00:09:59.840 People denying that.

00:10:00.740 And every time they're put in the spot and questioning something, oh, it's always sexist

00:10:04.240 or racist.

00:10:05.080 Oh, my goodness. 0.97

00:10:06.280 When really, it's just grown-ass adults not doing their job.

00:10:10.660 Really? 0.82

00:10:11.100 How else do you say it?

00:10:12.060 How else do you effing say it?

00:10:13.500 All right.

00:10:16.100 And in other news, too, I put a poll up there on my community page asking you, my listeners

00:10:20.720 and viewers alike, how would you like me to change my format from doing a standard 30-minute

00:10:26.720 podcast to possibly 60 minutes?

00:10:29.580 And I'm going to close that poll tomorrow, so I'll give you an answer on my community page

00:10:33.440 later on.

00:10:34.420 So the odds are in favor of doing a 60-minute show.

00:10:37.580 So I will work on that for you, my listeners, if you'd like.

00:10:41.760 So about 78% of you so far agree to doing a 60-minute show.

00:10:46.660 So I'll just have to get more facts and figures to present to all of you.

00:10:50.460 I don't mind doing it.

00:10:51.360 I love doing it.

00:10:52.080 I love doing this.

00:10:52.820 I love getting the information out to you, and I love my fans.

00:10:55.180 So keep subscribing.

00:10:56.160 Keep sharing.

00:10:56.840 Keep commenting.

00:10:57.540 Don't forget to give me a thumbs up and all that other good stuff, too.

00:11:01.260 Click like and share around.

00:11:03.980 And the same to you, my American listeners.

00:11:06.080 Please share this around, too.

00:11:07.620 I'm getting a fan base that's growing slowly in the United States.

00:11:10.840 So the more my American listeners share this content out there, the better it will be for

00:11:14.880 all of us.

00:11:15.540 And plus, it will help me out getting the algorithm out there and getting information out there

00:11:20.020 from a different point of view other than the typical Joe Biden aficionados and the Donald

00:11:24.900 Trump aficionados.

00:11:26.420 I'd like to reach out to my American listeners and especially my British listeners out there,

00:11:29.460 too.

00:11:29.680 Please click like, share, and subscribe.

00:11:31.940 All that good stuff.

00:11:33.020 Anyway, carry on again with more fines, freedoms, and recession.

00:11:36.860 With the amount of money that this government keeps spending all the effing time, okay, are

00:11:42.080 we going to see the light of day?

00:11:43.820 You know, is the Bank of Canada going to just stop collecting payments or, you know, keeping

00:11:48.000 the interest rate low, right?

00:11:51.460 So, you know, Bob and Margaret can go buy a home for, you know, a low rate, and then all

00:11:55.760 of a sudden get screwed later on when things go downhill, right?

00:11:59.100 Too much dishonesty going around, ladies and gentlemen. 0.87

00:12:03.560 Too much of it. 0.71

00:12:05.080 Too much bloody dishonesty.

00:12:06.500 Not enough, uh, not enough sustenance.

00:12:08.800 Not enough creativity.

00:12:09.980 Not enough dedication.

00:12:11.640 Not enough patriotism.

00:12:12.900 Not enough responsibility.

00:12:15.040 Right?

00:12:15.200 Especially when a guy like Adam Skelly is taking it upon himself to open up his business and

00:12:20.400 to give his customers what they want.

00:12:23.500 Right?

00:12:23.660 Hasn't been proven that you get sick by going in a restaurant.

00:12:26.900 Hasn't been proven that you go to a bar at 10 o'clock, and then they close the door at

00:12:30.820 10 o'clock, and then you get sick.

00:12:32.500 It has been proven.

00:12:33.440 So all these facts and figures, they keep presenting and keep laying down in front of us. 1.00

00:12:37.780 It's all bullshit. 1.00

00:12:40.140 Right? 1.00

00:12:41.340 Now, I'll wear a mask if I have to.

00:12:43.080 Fine.

00:12:43.420 Do I want to do it?

00:12:44.740 Not really.

00:12:45.780 But when I go to a shop, when I go shopping for myself, for my wife and I, or whoever,

00:12:50.840 I don't really want to be hassled.

00:12:52.960 I want to go to the store, do my thing, get what I want, and then carry on.

00:12:57.460 Right?

00:12:58.160 And those poor people in Manitoba being told what they can buy and what they can't buy.

00:13:03.940 Especially this time of year when it's getting colder outside and Christmas is creeping,

00:13:08.680 and then you have a government official like Mr. Brian Pallister telling people what

00:13:12.440 they can buy and not buy in the name of public safety.

00:13:15.360 That is not safety, ladies and gentlemen. 0.99

00:13:17.220 That is totalitarian bullshit. 0.99

00:13:18.980 And I don't care what side of the fence you sit on. 1.00

00:13:21.600 You can see it right there in black and white. 1.00

00:13:23.920 It's bullshit. 1.00

00:13:24.640 So my suggestion, Canadians and my listeners out there, go out and buy what you need. 1.00

00:13:29.980 Take a stand.

00:13:31.500 Do the Adam Skelly example and stand up for what's right.

00:13:36.720 Period.

00:13:37.760 It's not negotiable.

00:13:39.940 Right?

00:13:40.060 Just because someone's elected to call the shots doesn't mean they govern every moment

00:13:45.460 and every inch of your life.

00:13:48.280 They're not in charge of your well-being.

00:13:51.020 Well, they are in charge of your well-being.

00:13:52.280 They're supposed to promote peace, security, and freedom.

00:13:55.160 But what kind of peace are they promoting with this kind of division?

00:13:57.760 What kind of security are they promoting when they make minimum wage workers tell you what

00:14:01.880 you can buy and not buy?

00:14:03.480 And then hiring all these peace officers and other private security firms to make sure that

00:14:07.600 you're not buying the wrong stuff. 0.99

00:14:09.280 What kind of crap is that? 0.98

00:14:12.240 Right? 1.00

00:14:12.520 That's like mom and dad telling you what to do with your goddamn allowance. 1.00

00:14:16.100 Really? 0.99

00:14:17.380 Anyway, here's a word for my sponsors.

00:14:53.780 In October of 2015, Lindsay Robbins, like many of her fellow Canadians, was struggling with

00:14:58.740 the turmoil of mental illness.

00:15:00.760 The ups and downs of what she was going through was shaping her realities, and she longed for

00:15:05.260 structure.

00:15:05.740 As luck would have it, that structure presented itself to her in the form of gardening, and

00:15:11.440 through gardening, Lindsay had an awakening that led her to create produce for heroes.

00:15:17.540 Lindsay realized that our veterans were going through their own mental struggles, and through

00:15:21.400 her own experience, she realized the power of community.

00:15:25.880 By desiring to help the way that she had been helped, she has created a program that provides

00:15:30.060 relief to veterans.

00:15:31.000 Her food program, which aims to provide veterans and their families relief from the stresses

00:15:35.680 of food insecurity, and help alleviate the cost of living for those that have sacrificed

00:15:40.260 so much for their country.

00:15:42.440 Whether it's through directly contacting produce for heroes, or through a friend's referral,

00:15:47.240 all veterans and their families living in Canada are welcome.

00:15:50.660 By shining a light on the struggle of veterans and their families, Lindsay is hoping to get

00:15:55.180 her fellow Canadians to hop on board and support Produce for Heroes and our great veterans.

00:16:00.400 If you or a veteran you know needs help, ProduceforHeroes.com is a great place to start.

00:16:05.520 Ladies and gentlemen, that was Scott and Brian from Canaan Gold, Good People, and Lindsay

00:16:14.980 from Produce for Heroes.

00:16:16.680 Please check them out.

00:16:17.640 You'll find their links in my description of the sponsorship heading.

00:16:21.100 Yeah, carrying on ladies and gentlemen, more freedom and fines and recession.

00:16:24.740 So, there is talk of an election being called in the spring.

00:16:29.000 Now, a lot of it's hush hush.

00:16:30.800 Who knows?

00:16:31.480 But yours truly, Krusty Canuck, I will be running under the VCP banner if that election

00:16:39.220 will be called, representing this area, looking at the constituents as any politician or aspiring

00:16:46.480 politician should.

00:16:48.140 My platform is this, economic freedom, freedom, economic freedom, freedom.

00:16:54.780 That simple.

00:16:55.980 I want to see farmers flourish.

00:16:57.980 I want to see oil workers get back to work.

00:16:59.980 I want to see a pipeline in Alberta going to BC.

00:17:03.060 I want to see a pipeline actually going through Alberta, through Saskatchewan, to the eastern

00:17:07.520 side of the country where it was intended to be.

00:17:10.580 I don't want to see people like the Makeway Foundation stepping in and handing me this half-assed

00:17:15.600 environmental BS when it's with them who just want to capitalize on Canadian resources.

00:17:21.860 Right?

00:17:22.820 I'm all for looking at the environment.

00:17:24.340 I'm all for looking after the people, being responsible.

00:17:28.500 We can use our resources responsibly and still look after the water tables and the trees

00:17:33.680 and the rivers and the lakes and the air we breathe.

00:17:37.160 We can look after many things while still being responsible with extracting said resources. 1.00

00:17:44.460 And to those who say oil is bad and yet you get driven everywhere, well, you're a hypocrite. 0.94

00:17:49.600 For those who say that using natural resources for this is bad for the environment and yet 1.00

00:17:55.120 you wear leather clothing, you're an idiot. 1.00

00:17:58.680 So we have to pinpoint the hypocrites to our finest ability, ladies and gentlemen, especially 1.00

00:18:07.200 if an election is being called.

00:18:08.580 And if you've seen my VCP interview, I believe in pay cuts, meaning that if a politician is

00:18:15.240 going to make $182,000 a year, plus then some, like Mary Monsef said there in a faux pas 0.96

00:18:20.860 last week where she says, oh, am I making $250,000 or $260,000?

00:18:25.760 Oh, I forget.

00:18:27.140 Then you know there's a problem.

00:18:29.500 Right?

00:18:29.720 And I'll try to find a link in the description there for you too.

00:18:32.140 You can check it out for yourself.

00:18:33.280 But it's about being responsible for people and looking after things that need to be looked

00:18:43.240 after.

00:18:44.380 The welfare of this country, I think, is a priority.

00:18:46.720 The welfare of our people is a priority.

00:18:48.240 And that's all people's, ladies and gentlemen.

00:18:50.180 I'm not trying to pinpoint any one group or any special interest.

00:18:54.680 I'm talking all the Canadian people.

00:18:56.160 That's all the First Nations. 0.70

00:18:57.800 That's all the Asian Canadians. 1.00

00:18:59.400 That's all the European Canadians. 1.00

00:19:00.700 That's all the East Indian Canadians, Pakistani Canadians, Middle Eastern Canadians, all black,

00:19:07.600 all white, all yellow, all pink, all purple, all colors, all creeds, all of our citizens,

00:19:14.180 ladies and gentlemen.

00:19:15.420 Don't buy the hype of this systemic BS. 0.99

00:19:17.900 Don't buy the hype of this unconscious bias bullshit or gender fluidity or whatever you 0.99

00:19:23.240 want to call it. 0.99

00:19:25.160 Okay?

00:19:26.120 We got to start being adults again.

00:19:28.540 Period.

00:19:29.860 Okay?

00:19:30.700 Show some resilience.

00:19:32.220 Show some chutzpah.

00:19:33.080 Show some guts.

00:19:34.520 Use our cajones and figurative cajones for some too.

00:19:38.820 Okay?

00:19:41.020 Again, start asking the tough questions. 0.99

00:19:43.080 Start putting these clowns on the spot. 1.00

00:19:45.320 Every time it's in town hall, get the hard questions out there. 0.97

00:19:48.780 If you got to wait in line 10 or 15 minutes, so be it.

00:19:52.440 Get the questions out there.

00:19:53.980 Get these people thinking.

00:19:55.100 Get these people working.

00:19:56.080 Like I've said numerous times over and over again, I do not want to see violence come to

00:20:02.100 this nation.

00:20:02.600 I don't want to see riots in the streets over a criminal being apprehended and killed.

00:20:08.980 I don't want to see riots in the streets over a statue, over feelings.

00:20:13.960 We got to fight for freedom.

00:20:16.840 We got to fight for our sovereignty.

00:20:18.500 Our intellectual right to express ourselves, to express freedom of speech and association,

00:20:25.760 creativity, freedom of the press.

00:20:28.120 And this is all the press too.

00:20:29.700 Not just a handful of papers that might get a payout from the federal government.

00:20:34.220 Not just a handful of so-called broadcasters who are telling you half the story.

00:20:38.960 This is all media.

00:20:40.280 This is all independent media.

00:20:42.040 People like myself, Frank P. Vaughn, Adam Daniel-Mazze, Daniel Boardman, Aaron Gunn, TNC.

00:20:50.000 Right?

00:20:51.700 Press for Truth.

00:20:53.780 Everybody out there that is trying to make waves.

00:20:56.340 Rebel Media especially.

00:20:58.120 I've met Azra Levant.

00:20:59.660 And no, he's not a bigot.

00:21:01.060 He's not a racist.

00:21:02.180 He's a well-rounded individual with his own point of view.

00:21:06.980 And that's the way it should be.

00:21:09.200 Everybody should have their own point of view and toe their line what they think is right

00:21:13.580 to be said, what they think is right to be told.

00:21:16.940 Right?

00:21:17.740 I've said this before, ladies and gentlemen.

00:21:19.060 The biggest minority we face today, the biggest minority we face that we have today 1.00

00:21:24.160 is the individual.

00:21:26.220 It doesn't matter what color you're born.

00:21:29.280 It doesn't matter if you have one arm or two arms or three legs or four legs or how you

00:21:32.340 identify.

00:21:32.980 The individual is the biggest minority.

00:21:35.400 So when it comes to diversity and inclusion, let's talk about ideas too.

00:21:39.660 Diversity of ideas is the foundation of diversity.

00:21:45.980 Period.

00:21:47.480 Okay?

00:21:50.020 So don't sit there and tell me that we have to have so many of this and so many of that

00:21:54.800 because when you start dividing people based on color and based on quota, that itself is

00:22:00.260 being racist.

00:22:02.120 That itself is being racist.

00:22:04.580 So let's put the race cards away.

00:22:06.920 Let's put the gender cards away and start being adults again.

00:22:10.940 It's that simple.

00:22:14.100 Not hard.

00:22:16.420 Maybe uncomfortable for some, some who have been indoctrinated and told that, oh, this

00:22:21.860 person is the oppressor and you're the victim.

00:22:24.240 It might be hard for some so-called quote-unquote educators out there that think they know it

00:22:29.720 all and yet their life experience consists of one suburb to a university to another suburb.

00:22:35.600 Yet their world experience consists primarily what they can look at their tablet rather than

00:22:38.820 actually experience it for themselves.

00:22:41.380 So something to think about, folks.

00:22:43.740 Right?

00:22:44.320 So they do call an election.

00:22:46.300 We have to fight for more of this freedom.

00:22:48.540 Okay?

00:22:49.460 And if they do have a vaccination that does come our way, if they do have one, a miraculous

00:22:54.460 vaccination that will cure all this beer bug dilemma and everything.

00:22:57.900 Okay?

00:22:58.620 The question is, do you want to take it or not?

00:23:01.220 Now I've said before, I have, I haven't taken a flu vac since, oh God, I think 2009 now.

00:23:07.900 Yeah, so 11 years.

00:23:10.460 I haven't had a flu vaccination in 11 years.

00:23:13.740 And I never got sick.

00:23:18.660 The worst sickness I had was, I think, a little throat issue back last May.

00:23:25.920 Right?

00:23:26.420 A couple days there, I was feeling a little groggy.

00:23:28.540 Okay.

00:23:29.000 Drank some mouthwash, vitamin D, some zinc, took some cold effects.

00:23:33.720 Right?

00:23:34.040 Buckley's, that stuff is wonderful.

00:23:35.920 And it was gone.

00:23:38.600 I try to eat right.

00:23:39.760 Try to be clean.

00:23:40.860 Try to be, you know, try to get as enough exercise as I can.

00:23:44.340 I don't drink like I used to.

00:23:46.560 The last time I had a drink was Thanksgiving.

00:23:48.260 And before that, I think I had a beer in July.

00:23:51.340 Right?

00:23:51.700 So, I try to keep myself pretty well healthy.

00:23:54.440 Now, I do smoke cigarettes.

00:23:55.580 I'm guilty of that.

00:23:56.460 Oh, no.

00:23:56.820 Slap my wrist. 1.00

00:23:58.020 Oh, shit. 0.99

00:23:58.960 But, I try to lead a relatively healthy lifestyle. 1.00

00:24:04.820 And that's what it takes, folks.

00:24:06.760 Right?

00:24:07.120 That's what it takes.

00:24:08.060 Try to be as healthy as possible.

00:24:09.360 Drink lots of water.

00:24:10.660 You know?

00:24:11.540 You know, if you're going to drink a big glass of juice, try to cut it in half.

00:24:13.960 Because there's a lot of sugar in juice.

00:24:15.660 So, try to cut it in half.

00:24:17.080 You know, you still get your vitamin C, but you still get enough liquid sustenance to keep

00:24:20.820 your blood flowing and your arteries good.

00:24:24.140 Right?

00:24:24.440 Common sense.

00:24:25.280 Now, I'm a doctor.

00:24:26.120 I'm just, you know, speculating here.

00:24:27.480 But, common sense, folks.

00:24:31.020 Anyhow.

00:24:32.080 Just, we've got to do our best.

00:24:34.200 And, like I said in my last episode, too.

00:24:35.660 A sense of community.

00:24:36.920 So, if your neighbor does need a hand, give him a hand.

00:24:39.140 Give her a hand. 0.99

00:24:40.340 You know?

00:24:40.580 Shovel some snow.

00:24:41.320 Move some groceries.

00:24:42.120 Give some groceries.

00:24:42.740 The other day, my wife and I, we donated to the food bank.

00:24:45.340 You know?

00:24:45.700 And, not because, you know, we want to do our notional pat ourselves on the back.

00:24:49.280 But, it's just, we know this time of year, it gets tough for some people.

00:24:51.940 So, throw in some extra food there.

00:24:54.020 You know?

00:24:54.280 Which reminds me, too.

00:24:55.080 If you can, please look into the Veterans Association Food Bank.

00:24:57.840 They know they have an office in Edmonton right now.

00:24:59.580 I try to get donations to the Calgary office.

00:25:03.500 But, needless to say, they're branching out.

00:25:05.600 So, I'll leave a link to their website there, too.

00:25:08.120 And, if you donate $25 or more to them, they will give you a tax receipt.

00:25:13.200 And, you can use that, hopefully, next tax time to claim some money back for donating to a great cause.

00:25:19.160 They look after veterans.

00:25:20.320 They help the community out.

00:25:21.320 They help disabled veterans with snow removal.

00:25:24.080 They build walkways and sedgeways for other disabled veterans with wheelchairs and canes and crutches alike.

00:25:28.680 So, they're a great pillar of the community.

00:25:30.640 So, check them out, as well, if you get a chance.

00:25:34.220 And, of course, I've got to plug my store again.

00:25:36.180 So, please, check out customizedgirl.com forward slash S, another forward slash, and then Krusty Canuck. 0.95

00:25:43.580 I'll leave a link to get yourself some swagger and all that good stuff, too. 0.74

00:25:47.580 So, Christmas is coming, so if you want to buy a loved one, some Krusty Canuck stuff, t-shirt, underwear, swimsuits, hats, other little trinkets, too.

00:25:55.320 I even have coffee mugs up there for sale.

00:25:57.560 By all means, please, check it out.

00:25:59.600 Get yourself some Krusty Canuck swagger there. 0.98

00:26:01.660 Support the podcast.

00:26:02.540 Even if you do buy a coffee mug, 50% of coffee mug sales will go to Veterans Association Food Bank to help them along their way, too, in this festive season approaching.

00:26:17.020 So, keep that in mind, ladies and gentlemen.

00:26:19.620 Anyway, enough about me.

00:26:20.340 More back to this freedom and more fines and recession.

00:26:25.620 Last week, I know I said freedom's fines.

00:26:30.500 But recession, I think, is in due because we're constantly being told money is gone.

00:26:36.860 There isn't enough money here.

00:26:38.540 And yet, our government keeps spending and spending and spending.

00:26:41.160 And what are they spending it on, right?

00:26:43.460 They can say vaccines.

00:26:45.120 Of course, the UN's had a piece of it.

00:26:47.600 Other third-world nations have had a piece of it, too, in the name of Canada trying to cure the world of all its ailments.

00:26:53.440 And yet, it's just blatant arrogance, ladies and gentlemen.

00:26:58.860 We've got to start looking after Canada. 0.95

00:27:01.820 And if they do call an election in the spring, you'll see me running.

00:27:05.740 And I'll be talking a lot about Canada.

00:27:07.520 Because I fought for this country.

00:27:10.320 I didn't have to go.

00:27:11.320 I didn't have to go on that tour.

00:27:13.080 But I did.

00:27:15.340 And I fought for this nation.

00:27:17.240 My grandfathers fought for this nation.

00:27:19.220 And I've said before, I had an uncle that fought in Korea.

00:27:21.160 I have relatives that go as far back as the Boer War that fought for the empire in South Africa against the Boers.

00:27:29.620 So, there's a lot of military history in my family.

00:27:33.560 But there's also a lot of patriotism, too.

00:27:36.140 And when we look at our grandparents and what they went through during the Great Depression and during World War II,

00:27:43.520 they say it's the greatest generation that ever lived.

00:27:45.720 And yes, look at the sacrifices and the commitments that all those men and women did from all of our countries,

00:27:49.940 from Britain, from France, to the United States, to Canada, to the rest of the Commonwealth nations.

00:27:54.160 And, you know, all the people that made the sacrifices for a greater good, to smash a real evil is just, it's shog and awe.

00:28:05.380 And now we have a generation of people that believe it's okay to have someone fired over feelings or someone cancelled because they don't like what they say.

00:28:16.640 Like, even in the recent news, too, there were four employees of Penguin House Publishing Canada that want to stop Jordan Peterson from publishing his new book because they're offended. 0.99

00:28:26.120 Like, holy shit. 0.99

00:28:31.020 All I can say to those kids is toughen up, become an adult, suck it up, and carry on. 1.00

00:28:36.620 You're entitled to your opinion, yes.

00:28:38.500 You're entitled to your beliefs, yes.

00:28:39.940 But you're not entitled to try to ruin someone's progress because you don't like what they have to say.

00:28:46.480 Well, children. 0.98

00:28:48.920 Acting like bloody children. 1.00

00:28:50.340 So, if I was that publisher honcho, I would probably fire those kids and say, well, your attitude really sucks, and we publish books here. 0.99

00:28:58.140 We don't publish feelings. 0.98

00:28:59.740 So, carry on. 1.00

00:29:01.300 Pack your shit and get you out of your office and go find someplace else to work and wine for a living. 1.00

00:29:06.640 You know, that's my solution to that. 1.00

00:29:08.840 You know, I got a lot of respect for Dr. Jordan Peterson.

00:29:11.360 You know, I have to say he's one of my new Canadian heroes right now.

00:29:16.340 Up there with Wayne Gretzky, you know.

00:29:18.080 You know, I'm sure he plays hockey, but no, his intellect is just breathtaking.

00:29:23.740 Just a fantastic human being.

00:29:26.020 You know, listen to the man speak.

00:29:27.080 Now, I haven't listened to all of his videos and watched all of his videos, but on his tour in Melbourne and other places.

00:29:34.020 Just an amazing speaker.

00:29:36.800 And he deserves a platform as far as I'm concerned.

00:29:40.280 And he's an advocate for freedom of speech.

00:29:41.980 So, all the better, right?

00:29:43.300 I'm just, you know, I don't know what's coming, but I will say this Christmas season, you know, regardless of religious or not, like I said in my last interview, I'm not a religious person.

00:29:57.400 I look at Christmas as a good time for people to get together, share some laughs, have some nice food, exchange presents, carry on.

00:30:04.060 And just human camaraderie to its finest, you know.

00:30:09.160 I find that the human race, at least, you know, on this side of the globe, we tend to shine a lot brighter during this festive season.

00:30:17.320 And regardless of how much money you're spending for your kids or your families or your loved ones or your spouses.

00:30:22.240 I tend to see that there's a lot, a lot more humanity going around.

00:30:32.720 And I think this year we need it more than ever.

00:30:36.120 We need more communication, more dialogue, more openness, real effing transparency.

00:30:43.140 But then just common courtesy and kindness to what we can do with what we have.

00:30:48.240 And like I've said before, help a neighbor out shoveling a bit of snow, grab a few groceries, donate to a food bank.

00:30:53.780 If someone needs gasoline, give them a few liters.

00:30:55.740 If someone needs some extra food, fine, here's a bag of beans and some rice and some potatoes for you.

00:30:59.560 Yes, enjoy.

00:31:00.860 Trade and commerce the best we can.

00:31:02.620 And you can trade and commerce without worrying about a profit margin.

00:31:05.340 It's just the goodness of your soul and the goodness of your hearts.

00:31:08.580 And we have that.

00:31:09.540 And I'm not giving up on humanity.

00:31:11.560 Not just yet.

00:31:13.120 You know, we have that ability.

00:31:15.460 We have that strength.

00:31:20.280 And I'm looking forward to the future.

00:31:23.820 Even though it does seem kind of bleak and odd.

00:31:43.480 When any politician sits there and starts pulling the race card, just delete.

00:31:47.740 No.

00:31:48.180 Because we all know better than that.

00:31:50.020 We are better than that, ladies and gentlemen.

00:31:51.640 I've seen it.
