The Crusty Canuck Podcast - PC Gone to FAR!!!⧸YouTube Censoring⧸Happy Note!!

00:00:00.780 Greetings ladies and gentlemen, this is episode 11 of the Krusty Canuck podcast on this beautiful

00:00:05.960 June 8th, 2019.

00:00:07.840 Today's episode we're going to be discussing the whole PC culture and how it's going bloody

00:00:12.020 too damn far, YouTube censorship and some good news on my part.

00:00:17.080 All that coming up on the Krusty Canuck podcast. 0.77

00:00:30.000 Greetings ladies and gentlemen, I'm your host Krusty Canuck and this is the Krusty Canuck

00:00:41.260 podcast.

00:00:42.260 So as I mentioned, episode 11 and PC culture and has it gone too far.

00:00:47.440 So I'll get right to the bloody point here.

00:00:50.060 I was recently employed with a base gymnasium, basically doing medial tasks, signing people

00:00:56.620 in, signing people out.

00:00:57.620 However, it was good part-time work, which could have led to possible full-time positioning.

00:01:03.040 However, I will sum it up for you.

00:01:06.220 I was having a conversation with a few of my co-workers and I will say two, quote unquote,

00:01:11.860 two of my supervisors.

00:01:13.600 The whole issue of transgenderism and homosexuality and all this stuff because it's June, Pride 0.78

00:01:18.720 Month and everything, you know, we started talking about it.

00:01:22.340 Now for the record, ladies and gentlemen, I am not against anyone who is homosexual.

00:01:27.620 I don't care if you're bi, straight, tri, pansexual, whatever abbreviation that rocks your boat.

00:01:35.980 I am not against you.

00:01:37.420 I am not against anybody who expresses love in their own way.

00:01:42.020 I don't care what you do in your bedroom.

00:01:43.940 I don't care what you do in the privacy of your own campground, camper or wherever domicile you reside.

00:01:49.900 I really don't care.

00:01:51.120 I don't judge people on what they sleep with or whom they sleep with.

00:01:54.260 I judge people on how they treat others.

00:01:56.360 I judge people on their character, on their integrity, on their leadership, basically their

00:02:03.020 actions, folks.

00:02:04.220 So I'll get to the point.

00:02:05.640 I guess the conversation came up where we're talking about the whole transgender issue when

00:02:10.240 it came to teaching kids about this in school.

00:02:13.660 I really don't have an opinion other than let kids grow into on their own, right?

00:02:18.480 When they hit puberty, let them decide, honestly.

00:02:24.460 If little Billy can't decide that he wants to do this or he wants to do that, then let

00:02:28.880 him figure it out or let her figure it out, one or the other.

00:02:32.820 I don't recall society accommodating me or any of my friends on their journeys.

00:02:38.980 Anyhow, that's just my opinion.

00:02:40.240 I'm not condemning anybody for who they love or who they are attracted to.

00:02:44.320 I will condemn the actions of the PC culture because of a parent statement that I made.

00:02:50.620 I guess somebody got offended.

00:02:54.940 Someone was offended that I made some kind of statement.

00:02:57.360 Now, I don't remember the exact conversation and I really don't honestly remember what I

00:03:02.680 said that offended someone.

00:03:05.820 So I'll make a long story short.

00:03:07.480 Apparently, someone heard what I said within our little group, wherever we're sitting.

00:03:12.580 They didn't like what I said.

00:03:14.660 They complained to my supervisors.

00:03:17.140 However, my supervisors didn't say anything to me because I was hanging up with them at

00:03:21.540 the time of said incident and nothing was said to me.

00:03:26.120 But a week ago, I get a call from my supervisors stating, oh, yeah, I just want to talk to you

00:03:30.940 about a half hour before you start your shift on Thursday.

00:03:34.400 I'm like, oh, okay.

00:03:35.200 Well, what's the issue?

00:03:36.200 Oh, no, it's no big deal.

00:03:37.040 We'll just wait till you get to work on Thursday.

00:03:39.060 Okay.

00:03:40.140 Thinking that everything's hunky-dory.

00:03:42.380 And the day before said shift, I spent an hour in the HR's office sorting out paperwork,

00:03:47.380 i.e.

00:03:47.880 where my pay goes, what this is, what that is.

00:03:50.940 This is how this works.

00:03:51.940 You know, just basically a job briefing.

00:03:55.800 And for the better part of an hour, I'm sitting in your office and we're talking about taxes.

00:03:58.600 Oh, you got to sign this form for this tax.

00:04:00.160 You got to sign this form for that tax.

00:04:01.540 Blah, blah, blah.

00:04:03.240 Same thing when you go to any other job.

00:04:04.540 The whole, you know, orientation part of it.

00:04:07.040 I had to watch a video on teamwork and compassion and being there for the troops and all that good stuff.

00:04:12.640 And considering I spent 20 years of my life in the service and I've been around enough base gyms to know better,

00:04:16.900 it was pretty rudimentary and pretty simple and pretty, well, common sense, folks.

00:04:23.120 You know, don't curse and swear and be a belligerent.

00:04:25.440 Correct anybody.

00:04:26.800 Show courtesy, respect, help people out, be inquisitive, show leadership, you know, initiative.

00:04:32.400 You know, every common great quality that you can embody for any job.

00:04:37.720 Right.

00:04:38.540 So that being said, so I show up at four o'clock on the said Thursday, you know, waiting for a briefing from my supervisor.

00:04:47.180 And instead I get hauled into an office in front of three people, two I've never even met, who are supposedly some kind of administrators for this and administrators for that. 0.95

00:04:59.160 I forget their abbreviation, but they had a long list of bullshit. 0.93

00:05:02.380 So more or less, my contract was canceled. 0.97

00:05:05.700 I was canned because I said this to somebody and someone got offended and no one told me the name of said person that was offended.

00:05:13.580 No one said, uh, uh, you should have done this or you should have done that.

00:05:18.120 No one corrected me.

00:05:19.540 I said to said honcho, who I never even met before.

00:05:23.120 I said to him, say, well, if I offended anybody, my apologies, that was not my intention.

00:05:28.020 I'm just trying to remember what conversation we had that caused so much chaos and so much hurt feelings.

00:05:33.920 Oh my goodness.

00:05:37.640 And I wasn't told.

00:05:39.800 And I look at the HR rep, which I was talking to 24 hours prior.

00:05:44.360 And I said, why couldn't you tell me this yesterday?

00:05:47.500 And she just looked at me with a glazed look on her face.

00:05:50.260 Like she was almighty and superior.

00:05:52.220 Oh my God, you said some bad things. 1.00

00:05:53.960 Therefore, you're a piece of shit kind of look. 1.00

00:05:55.800 You know how that works. 1.00

00:05:56.640 It's the kind of look that a teacher gives you when you think for yourself.

00:06:00.700 The kind of look that some, some scholars used to give you a hard time for and put you in the corner for, you know, that kind of scolding, scowling wench look. 0.99

00:06:09.760 Oh my goodness.

00:06:12.460 Anyhow, folks, I'm not going to mention any names.

00:06:15.100 I'm not going to mention who was saying, said, or did what, or I'm not going to do it.

00:06:20.940 I'm not going to give them a platform, right?

00:06:23.760 But conflict resolution is a common thing, right?

00:06:29.780 It doesn't matter if it's in the workforce.

00:06:31.200 It doesn't mean if you're taking a bus or a cab, ordering takeout.

00:06:35.080 It's, it's something that we adults, quote unquote, adults can handle, supposed to handle. 0.83

00:06:40.680 We're supposed to be taught this from the time we're fucking teenagers till we get into the adult world, how to solve a problem without dropping your gloves and doing the old two minute hockey fight.

00:06:50.120 But I guess there's some adults out there that are so quick to jump, quick to assume and quick to point guilt because someone got offended. 0.94

00:06:58.440 I'll say again, ladies and gentlemen, I am not against anybody who is homosexual, anybody who is bisexual, or anyone who is not exactly sure, right? 0.92

00:07:11.780 Love who you want, folks.

00:07:13.140 I don't care.

00:07:14.940 You know, you deserve the same freedom as anybody else.

00:07:18.660 You deserve to be married, deserve to be happy, deserve to be prosperous just like everybody else, right? 0.99

00:07:24.220 But for crying out loud, folks, for you adults out there who have a hard time understanding other people's opinions, maybe it's time you start fucking growing up, eh? 0.99

00:07:35.720 Regardless of what's said. 0.98

00:07:38.680 I can tell you numerous stories about rotten things that were said to me prior to my service, during my service, while I was training, while I wasn't training, while I was operational, while I wasn't operational.

00:07:49.780 And a lot of these comments came from civilians, not fellow troops, being called a baby killer, being called a murderer, being called a warmonger, being called a fascist, right?

00:08:04.320 People have said rotten things to me, but hey, I'm not sitting there trying to dismiss anyone who's doing it, or trying to take their job away for doing it, right?

00:08:15.180 Or trying to discomfort them because you're briefly discomforted.

00:08:18.400 Now, let's look at something when you are offended by something.

00:08:22.640 What physical altercation happens to your body when you're offended?

00:08:28.560 You hear something you don't like, what, the next day you grow up, you get a horn on your face?

00:08:33.660 You grow a tail?

00:08:36.340 You know, you all of a sudden magically get leprosy because someone said something you disagree with? 1.00

00:08:41.500 Therefore, you're infected with some kind of fucking disease? 0.99

00:08:46.100 Or you're just goddamn afraid to admit that people don't think like you, right? 0.99

00:08:51.460 And whether you're so-called quote-unquote new stock Canadian or old stock Canadian, whatever goddamn trendy buzzwords going around to describe people, if you can't handle someone's opinion on a situation, right, or on anyone's lifestyle for that matter, then maybe you shouldn't contribute to conversation. 0.91

00:09:12.180 You're going to be offended every time someone opens up their mouth about something you disagree with, then you're really not growing up, are you?

00:09:19.940 You're not really grasping something called reality.

00:09:23.260 Not going to be your friend.

00:09:25.480 Not every adult walks the same beat as you. 0.97

00:09:29.120 Not every adult likes Top 40 or the Top Version 5 downloads or whatever you fucking listen to, right? 0.89

00:09:36.920 But I'm not going to condemn you for it. 0.52

00:09:38.380 I'm not going to give you a hard time for having an opinion on something.

00:09:43.100 I'm not going to try to have you fired or have you destroyed because of it.

00:09:50.200 And to these policymakers, if any of you are listening right now, if by chance you're listening to this podcast,

00:09:56.100 I don't care what degrees you have.

00:09:59.040 I don't care what PhD you carry.

00:10:01.120 I don't care where you studied.

00:10:03.600 There was a conflict.

00:10:05.540 It should have been resolved.

00:10:06.700 And it wasn't resolved. 0.99

00:10:08.980 Instead, they had a kangaroo court and put me on fucking trial. 0.99

00:10:13.060 Okay. 0.99

00:10:15.380 I owned what I did.

00:10:16.800 I don't remember what I said. 0.95

00:10:18.420 I don't fucking know who I offended. 0.96

00:10:20.980 But somebody in that little group was offended. 0.99

00:10:24.160 And instead of actually taking the initiative to get off her ass and tell me, 0.99

00:10:28.100 Hey, Krusty, you know, what you said was offensive. 0.99

00:10:31.260 And I don't like that.

00:10:32.000 I could have been adult enough to say, Oh, okay.

00:10:34.920 Well, you know, I'm sorry.

00:10:36.360 I didn't mean to hurt your feelings.

00:10:37.960 I didn't mean to hurt anybody.

00:10:39.640 You know, maybe I'll think harder before I speak. 1.00

00:10:42.360 And then maybe you fucking clowns can start thinking harder before you do. 1.00

00:10:48.160 Get it? 1.00

00:10:48.760 Now, there are a few people that I have worked and known at said gym for a very long time.

00:10:55.520 And they're great people.

00:10:56.840 This broadcast is in no way out there to get you or to hurt your livelihoods or to hurt your style of leadership or to the incredible work you have done for some of our soldiers. 0.99

00:11:08.360 But I will say this, to the administration there, with your lackluster fucking leadership, really sucks. 0.99

00:11:19.260 Now, as a soldier, conflict resolutions were coming and going all the fucking time. 0.99

00:11:24.600 One, if I said something as a leader that would offend one of my troops, the troop would, number one, have the opportunity to talk to me about it if he or she felt like it. 0.98

00:11:35.560 Or two, go directly to my immediate supervisor and talk to them about it.

00:11:41.460 So either myself or my direct supervisor could resolve the issue, lickety-split.

00:11:47.420 That way there's no paper trail, no drama, no heartache.

00:11:51.620 We can carry on being adults and serving our country with a purpose. 1.00

00:11:56.000 Now, these clowns, who are supposed to represent morale and welfare, firstly, I think they fuck some morale. 1.00

00:12:05.560 And they really don't give two shits about the welfare of all of their personnel. 1.00

00:12:10.300 So, take your PC bullshit and your mandates and stick it where the fucking sun don't shine. 1.00

00:12:17.060 Alright? 1.00

00:12:18.020 You're supposed to be leaders.

00:12:21.080 Alright?

00:12:21.520 After watching the how-to videos and how to be a team player and all this great stuff and how to be effective and communicative and honest and open,

00:12:30.960 you sure as hell weren't honest with me.

00:12:32.960 You weren't open with me. 0.99

00:12:34.880 And you didn't show me any goddamn teamwork. 0.99

00:12:37.100 And to said supervisor out there that heard me say such rotten things, 1.00

00:12:44.280 fuck you. 1.00

00:12:47.580 Really? 1.00

00:12:48.140 That's all I can say.

00:12:50.200 Well, the job wasn't an important thing.

00:12:54.740 It wasn't going to make me or break me.

00:12:56.740 I have means to find other parts of income.

00:13:01.020 I'm actually doing it right now as we speak.

00:13:03.740 And I'm standing on guard for this country.

00:13:07.440 Emotionally, physically, and socially.

00:13:09.960 Right? 0.98

00:13:10.460 Happy pride out there to my homosexual friends. 0.79

00:13:13.360 Nonetheless, I'll say again, I am not against you. 0.90

00:13:16.700 I am not against homosexuality. 0.81

00:13:18.900 I'm not against who you love.

00:13:21.480 You know? 0.98

00:13:21.760 If you're a good person, that's all that fucking matters. 0.99

00:13:25.380 Right? 0.98

00:13:25.860 However, we have some so-called good people that refuse to be good people in our system.

00:13:32.780 So, tell me what you think.

00:13:34.860 If you have some other similar story or another adventure or give me your opinion,

00:13:41.280 you can reach me on Instagram at Canuck Krusty or on Facebook at Krusty Canuck

00:13:45.580 or send me an email at KrustyBCanuck67 at gmail.com.

00:13:52.040 And we can go from there.

00:13:54.160 Right?

00:13:55.340 So, that being said, I hope to God that some of my civilian listeners out there,

00:14:00.800 well, you know, other listeners that are not affiliated with the military,

00:14:04.460 if you do take a job in said position,

00:14:06.880 try to find conflict resolution as a good thing.

00:14:10.340 Try to get it open, out there, where everyone can be accommodated.

00:14:16.060 Not just one person who's offended.

00:14:19.620 To this day, I don't even know who this person is.

00:14:22.100 I don't know who this lady is that was offended by my statement. 1.00

00:14:25.940 Funny how she's probably trying to cover her ass. 1.00

00:14:28.860 You know, maybe she did something stupid. 1.00

00:14:30.400 Maybe she did something bad. 1.00

00:14:31.880 I don't know.

00:14:33.120 Needless to say, as far as I'm concerned, the conflict was not resolved.

00:14:37.000 I was just dismissed like a bad habit.

00:14:38.960 But, so, ladies and gentlemen, think twice about working for an establishment

00:14:44.180 that spends more time worrying about its image than how it is.

00:14:48.900 Right?

00:14:49.460 Enough of that drama.

00:14:51.240 YouTube. 0.98

00:14:52.160 Oh, bloody YouTube. 0.96

00:14:54.960 How they're taking down Steven Crowder. 0.95

00:14:56.980 How they've taken down Alex Jones.

00:14:58.700 How they're demonetizing a lot of people.

00:15:01.600 Especially the good people over at Press for Truth.

00:15:03.860 Who have quite the fan base.

00:15:06.560 Who have given YouTube quite the revenue in advertisement.

00:15:10.080 And all of a sudden decided to stop demonetizing them.

00:15:13.220 Because they don't like what they're saying.

00:15:17.560 Community guidelines are not...

00:15:20.140 Basically, someone's getting pissed off and doesn't like the bad words that people are saying.

00:15:24.980 Again, with more PC culture.

00:15:28.480 Whatever happened is just turning something off if you don't like to listen to it.

00:15:32.120 Turning the page if you don't want to see what's on the next chapter.

00:15:35.660 Turning off the television.

00:15:37.060 Changing the station.

00:15:38.780 You know?

00:15:39.180 Have we lost touch with basic principles of common sense?

00:15:44.380 You know?

00:15:44.620 We've got to start ruining people because we disagree with their opinion or what they say.

00:15:50.480 Oh, my God.

00:15:51.400 I don't like the way you look.

00:15:53.040 I think you should lose your job. 1.00

00:15:55.980 Sounds pretty stupid, doesn't it? 1.00

00:15:57.860 Well, that's a reality. 1.00

00:15:59.480 You know?

00:16:00.100 I've watched Steven Crowder.

00:16:01.380 Great guy.

00:16:02.440 You know?

00:16:02.660 I've watched Press for Truth.

00:16:04.120 Very insightful.

00:16:05.040 Very informative.

00:16:06.220 You know?

00:16:07.960 Not to mention a few other of the startup media sites out there.

00:16:11.800 Or people, you know, picking up cameras and going and doing their own thing. 0.99

00:16:15.980 I think that shit's brilliant. 0.98

00:16:17.960 I think I might start doing that myself pretty soon. 1.00

00:16:19.700 I don't know.

00:16:20.160 I do have a camera.

00:16:21.600 Maybe I'll start going from door to door and start asking people's opinions on things.

00:16:25.900 You know?

00:16:26.240 It might be beneficial.

00:16:27.460 Who knows?

00:16:28.920 But YouTube and all the big tech companies out there trying to get things, how do you say,

00:16:35.800 corralled, harnessed.

00:16:37.900 Whoever's calling the shots is not right, ladies and gentlemen.

00:16:40.060 When I look at guys like Steven Crowder, God, he's entertaining.

00:16:43.680 You know?

00:16:44.020 And it's just his opinion.

00:16:45.140 I mean, I agree with everything he says about issues.

00:16:48.340 But I don't want to see the guy disband or barred.

00:16:52.060 Right?

00:16:53.140 The guy's built a little empire for himself.

00:16:55.780 Independently.

00:16:56.680 You know?

00:16:58.220 With some help from some family and some friends.

00:17:00.800 He's got a staff.

00:17:02.420 He's got a business.

00:17:03.760 Right?

00:17:04.440 Not only is he, you know, doing his thing, he's also employed a few people.

00:17:10.140 So he's created jobs.

00:17:11.880 Right?

00:17:14.200 And regardless of what your point of view is on the fact that, yeah, he grew up in Canada.

00:17:18.300 And now he works in the States.

00:17:20.380 Still, he's quite informative.

00:17:21.920 He's quite knowledgeable.

00:17:22.780 He's quite smart, too. 0.97

00:17:24.460 And not to mention pretty fucking funny. 0.97

00:17:26.300 You know? 0.98

00:17:27.000 Yes, I keep dropping the F-bomb because I'm still kind of pissed off over before.

00:17:30.180 But that's just me.

00:17:31.680 Don't worry.

00:17:32.460 I'll get over it.

00:17:33.380 It's all good.

00:17:34.120 So, anyhow, with the YouTube censorship and all that stuff, I don't know.

00:17:38.380 We've got to be careful, folks.

00:17:40.080 But a lot of this is turning into 1984-esque. 0.98

00:17:44.220 You know, I'm pretty sure you've heard me ramble on about this before, about newspeak and groupthink and all that good shit. 0.98

00:17:51.120 Think for yourselves, ladies and gentlemen. 0.98

00:17:53.340 You know, whether you like my show, whether you don't like my show.

00:17:56.220 No one is forcing you to tune in to any of these broadcasts.

00:18:00.720 It doesn't matter if it's mine.

00:18:01.880 It doesn't mean if it's Press for Truth.

00:18:03.040 It doesn't matter if it's Steven Crowder, Alex Jones, and InfoWars.

00:18:06.100 Or Joe Blow down the road showing you how to paint a birdhouse.

00:18:10.320 You know, it doesn't matter.

00:18:12.760 You decide.

00:18:14.420 You know, to everyone my age, we all took media studies in school.

00:18:18.860 You decide.

00:18:19.700 You're the consumer.

00:18:21.080 You know, we're consumers when it comes to watching news programs, to magazines, to articles, to writing, to creating, to dancing interpretively, and all that other stuff.

00:18:30.220 But, you know, enough is enough.

00:18:33.340 Well, it's getting to a point where people are being stifled because a handful of people don't like what's being said.

00:18:42.940 You used to think majority rules, but now I guess the invisible minority rules, eh? 0.99

00:18:47.200 Whether they're behind a computer screen or a telephone or someone's desk or up someone's ass. 0.99

00:18:52.600 Who knows, right? 0.99

00:18:57.580 Anyhow.

00:19:00.020 Hats off to all of the Steven Crowders out there.

00:19:02.440 Hats off to all the press for truce out there and hats off to everybody else who's trying to make it, make their way.

00:19:07.920 Keep on trying, folks.

00:19:09.140 I am.

00:19:09.940 I've been at this stuff for about a year now.

00:19:11.760 And, you know, I've made a few dollars, to say the least.

00:19:16.840 But I'm not begging for coin.

00:19:19.260 I'm not demanding coin.

00:19:21.020 But I would like a donation or two or three or whatever you feel like giving.

00:19:24.280 If you do donate $5 to $10 a month, the patron part of the Podbean page, I will gladly mail you a t-shirt of your choice from my teespring.com page under Krusty Canuck.

00:19:39.340 That means that you give me $5 to $10 or whatever a month between that price range.

00:19:48.300 I will gladly mail you a t-shirt of your choice.

00:19:51.060 Just pick one, whatever you like to do, donate, and then I'll give it to you.

00:19:55.040 Same as my mugs.

00:19:56.780 You pick a mug.

00:19:58.380 Well, if you donate $3 to $5 a month, I will gladly mail you a mug of your choice.

00:20:03.380 I have a couple there that are available on the teespring.com page under Krusty Canuck.

00:20:08.360 So please, consider donating.

00:20:10.040 Consider contributing.

00:20:12.000 Every little bit helps, ladies and gentlemen.

00:20:13.640 Especially in this time where people are getting censored and all that.

00:20:16.920 And it's just getting creepy. 1.00

00:20:21.360 Creeping fascism coming up to bite us in the ass. 0.99

00:20:24.960 Pardon the sound of my voice, ladies and gentlemen. 1.00

00:20:26.400 I'm getting over a head cold.

00:20:28.800 Here in Alberta, we had some nasty fires there the past couple of weeks.

00:20:32.620 And a lot of the smoke has drifted literally all over the province.

00:20:36.500 And last week, some of the smoke was hazing in my area.

00:20:40.800 So it was hard for some people to breathe.

00:20:42.680 A lot of hacking and coughing.

00:20:44.460 You know, you get a little tickle in your throat and all of a sudden you're getting a head cold.

00:20:48.500 So pardon my screechy, you know, roughy voice there.

00:20:52.740 But, you know, it's getting better.

00:20:56.060 Anyhow, so the joyful news I had earlier.

00:20:59.360 Yes, I got myself a nice rebate from the power company based on the carbon taxes that I had been paying ever since, or before Notley and after she left.

00:21:12.400 Let me tell you, folks, it was about $600.

00:21:14.300 I'm not bragging, but that $600 has went to my gas tank, groceries, and actually paid my telephone bill.

00:21:23.600 So, what a treat, eh?

00:21:25.840 Thank you, Premier Kenny, for that.

00:21:28.540 Give me the carbon tax, putting money back in the Canadians' pockets.

00:21:31.080 That's the way it should be.

00:21:32.620 Money that we work for.

00:21:33.820 We all pay our bills religiously, one way or the other. 0.99

00:21:36.440 And needless to say, the carbon tax is a fucking joke. 0.99

00:21:40.120 It is. 0.99

00:21:43.480 And you need a rebate like that?

00:21:44.700 That's fantastic.

00:21:45.820 So hats off to everybody else who's got rebates.

00:21:48.920 You know, at least the Premier is doing something right by giving money back to its people,

00:21:52.420 rather than taking more of it for the sake of the carbon footprint, you know, and trying to make, you know, our lives easier.

00:22:00.740 You know, not that I rely on government to do that. 0.52

00:22:02.980 I rely on government to look after peace and security, and let people do whatever the fuck they want to do, 0.99

00:22:09.480 without worrying about more red tape, more fucking regulations. 0.99

00:22:13.440 You know? 1.00

00:22:14.560 Let people be people, live their lives.

00:22:16.440 Let them collect the water. 0.99

00:22:17.380 Let them fucking plot their own crops. 1.00

00:22:19.140 Let them raise their own animals. 1.00

00:22:21.340 Without worrying about some shithead in Edmonton or Ottawa, or Calgary or Toronto, and his or her feelings. 0.98

00:22:27.980 So that was the good note. 0.96

00:22:31.420 A little charge of incentive made life a bit easier for my wife and I.

00:22:38.720 Anyhow, tell me what you think, folks.

00:22:40.140 You can reach me at KrustyBKanuck67 at gmail.com, or on the Facebook page at KrustyKanuck,

00:22:47.620 or on Instagram at Kanuck Krusty, or here on Podbean, or on my YouTube.

00:22:53.700 You know, please comment.

00:22:56.000 Comment, donate, subscribe, purchase some merch.

00:22:59.320 Hey, we go from there.

00:23:00.460 The offer still stands.

00:23:02.520 The $5 to $10 donation will get you a free t-shirt.

00:23:05.680 The $3 to $5 donation will get you a mug, folks.

00:23:08.940 So please consider donating.

00:23:10.760 And a big, big thank you to all of my YouTube subscribers out there.

00:23:17.260 I recently just reached 100 subscribers.

00:23:19.720 I know to some of the bigwigs out there, it's not much, but to me, it means the world.

00:23:24.700 And thank you all very much for subscribing to my YouTube page.

00:23:29.600 And to all the positive, good comments I've been getting from fellow vets, serving members,

00:23:35.180 some seniors out there, especially some new contacts who have listened to my show in Europe.

00:23:41.780 Thank you very much to my listeners out there, especially in Europe.

00:23:56.340 And to my new American listeners, thank you once again, everybody, for subscribing.

00:24:00.760 I'm trying to get a new video up and running here.

00:24:02.940 I'm still having software issues, but I've only got myself a new camera.

00:24:06.660 And we'll get that sorted out right away.

00:24:08.800 But in the meantime, I've got the podcast here, so bear with me. 0.93

00:24:13.840 So, more PC culture crap. 1.00

00:24:16.660 Well, as far as I know, people in my generation, we're not going to walk around and say stupid things to people. 1.00

00:24:23.560 No, it's not right to walk into a crowd of movie theater and yell fire three times. 0.99

00:24:27.300 That's just common sense.

00:24:28.320 You don't do that.

00:24:30.620 But free speech is where it's at, folks.

00:24:32.500 I don't care how you feel about it.

00:24:36.680 You either believe in free speech or you don't.

00:24:40.400 It's pretty cut and dry.

00:24:42.500 So, if you hear an opinion you don't like from somebody, have a conversation with that person.

00:24:47.300 Have a debate.

00:24:49.020 You know, if you're in a professional setting or in a workplace, just tell the person,

00:24:53.760 hey, I didn't like what you said.

00:24:55.800 I thought it was very offensive.

00:24:56.760 You know, anybody with comments for a second, okay, my apologies.

00:25:01.900 I'm sorry that I hurt your feelings.

00:25:04.800 And regardless of the outcome, it's part of being an adult, right?

00:25:09.500 So, if any of my listeners, by chance, who disagree with what I'm saying, by all means, send me a convo.

00:25:16.720 Right?

00:25:17.280 Give me some cold, hard facts.

00:25:19.840 Right?

00:25:20.080 Give me some cold, hard facts why free speech should be questioned and it should be controlled.

00:25:25.340 Right?

00:25:25.700 Or, don't say anything at all. 0.99

00:25:31.500 Shit simple. 0.99

00:25:33.000 Right? 0.99

00:25:34.520 But if you believe in free speech, stand up for it.

00:25:37.220 If you don't, well, okay, you don't.

00:25:39.080 Then you don't want to lose this out.

00:25:41.120 Right?

00:25:42.380 I fought for my country.

00:25:44.760 You know, didn't have to, but I did.

00:25:46.540 I volunteered.

00:25:48.140 Right? 0.99

00:25:49.220 And a few of my friends are still out there kicking ass, taking names. 0.99

00:25:52.480 Because they're still serving. 0.99

00:25:54.000 Right?

00:25:54.180 Probably because they didn't get injured like I did.

00:25:56.740 But, needless to say, they're still leading the troops, leading the charge, doing the best they can.

00:26:02.020 Looking after their friends, looking after their family, looking after the welfare of their men and women. 0.98

00:26:07.180 And doing the best they fucking can. 0.87

00:26:08.780 And when somebody says to me, oh, free speech should be this, or free speech should be that. 0.97

00:26:15.140 No.

00:26:15.660 Free speech should be free speech.

00:26:19.000 Free to associate.

00:26:20.760 Free to believe what you want.

00:26:22.820 Free to be straight.

00:26:24.300 Free to be gay. 0.98

00:26:25.380 Free to be bisexual. 0.57

00:26:27.180 You know?

00:26:27.480 Free to dress up any way you want to.

00:26:29.080 I don't care.

00:26:30.780 Just don't tell me that the sun is the moon and the moon is the sun.

00:26:33.580 Get it?

00:26:35.000 Then we'll get along just fine. 1.00

00:26:37.560 Shit simple politics. 0.99

00:26:39.700 But it gets complicated because more and more people want to throw red tape at it. 0.99

00:26:43.000 And more and more people want to do kangaroo courts.

00:26:45.620 And just point fingers and accuse.

00:26:48.340 Rather than take responsibility for themselves to find good conflict resolution.

00:26:52.920 Okay?

00:26:53.680 If there's a problem, what do you do?

00:26:55.460 You find a solution to said problem, right?

00:26:58.260 You don't chastise people.

00:26:59.980 Put them in a corner.

00:27:01.100 And scold them. 1.00

00:27:02.200 We're not fucking school kids. 1.00

00:27:04.940 Time to grow up, folks. 1.00

00:27:06.040 Time to grow up.

00:27:09.160 And I'll say again to those individuals that took it upon themselves to treat me the way they did.

00:27:15.400 Stand clear, folks.

00:27:16.940 Because I'm not going to be nice.

00:27:18.400 I'm not.

00:27:20.000 I'm not going to be nice.

00:27:21.820 I'm not threatening you.

00:27:22.980 I'm not threatening physical harm or shame. 0.99

00:27:26.880 But I'm not going to take any of your crap either. 0.99

00:27:30.460 Get it? 0.99

00:27:31.980 So.

00:27:32.160 Anyhow, folks.

00:27:34.720 Please consider donating to my page.

00:27:37.540 And thank you once again to all my YouTube subscribers out there.

00:27:41.920 Fantastic.

00:27:42.760 I'm happy to see that.

00:27:44.060 And I'll be working on a new video in the next couple days.

00:27:47.660 And I might be introducing a new character to the program.

00:27:51.840 So stay tuned for that.

00:27:54.080 Thank you once again for your contributions of kindness, i.e. some of the nice words I've been receiving.

00:28:00.440 And please, I'll ask again, please consider donating.

00:28:03.960 And all the best.

00:28:06.880 30% still goes to the Calgary Veterans Food Bank once I generate enough revenue.

00:28:11.740 Because I like to give them a healthy, healthy contribution.

00:28:15.660 They've been receiving donations left and right recently.

00:28:19.120 But I made a promise to them about seven months ago to get them some donations on my behalf.

00:28:25.880 And I've been in contact, I think.

00:28:27.660 No, it wasn't him.

00:28:28.560 Sorry.

00:28:28.840 I'm thinking of somebody else.

00:28:31.280 Anyhow, folks.

00:28:32.220 30% of your donation that you give me will graciously go to the Calgary Veterans Food Bank.

00:28:37.920 And once I build up some more revenue, I'll be dividing up more of that money to the local legion here in my area.

00:28:44.760 To help the vets in this area, too.

00:28:47.760 So, without further ado, ladies and gentlemen, I have been Krusty Canuck.

00:28:50.880 Thank you very much for tuning in.

00:28:53.040 And my next episode, I hope, will be a little calmer and a little more clear.

00:28:57.820 I hope my voice gets a bit better, a little more clarity.

00:29:00.740 But just remember, humanity and merit wins the day.

00:29:05.060 Take care, and we'll see you next time.

00:29:07.880 Bye for now, folks.

00:29:14.760 Bye.

00:29:15.900 Bye.
