00:00:05.560 come out this episode of the crusty connect podcast episode 357

00:00:10.240 pollsters creeping and quarney's credibility oh my god more drama from pollsters and more of

00:00:17.900 carney's blarney getting exposed tsk tsk tsk listener view discretion is advised because

00:00:24.520 i will swear smoke cigarettes drink coffee and of course make fun of the abomination we call

00:00:28.920 leadership here in canada stay tuned everybody back in a bit

00:00:33.080 get it sweetheart because i am hard you will not like me

00:00:41.720 there is no racial bigotry here

00:00:47.720 from western canada this is the crusty canuck podcast

00:00:58.720 a canadian veteran's point of view on political social economic issues and life here's crusty

00:01:06.240 that's right ladies and gentlemen welcome back to episode 357 of christian up podcast

00:01:13.660 i'm your host crusty canuck and this podcast is also brought to you in part by

00:01:17.980 and supported by the veterans freedom network that's right veterans freedom stand to and coming soon

00:01:24.060 veterans for freedom tv stand to for that as well hi everybody hope you've had a pretty good couple

00:01:29.460 of days all is well here in beautiful wainwright alberta hope you're doing fine weather is getting

00:01:36.160 better and i just shelled something like uh 500 bucks out for uh repairs to my truck oh my god

00:01:42.440 what a terrible terrible thing 0.98

00:01:44.900 yeah i'm not begging for sympathy here it just shit happens 0.54

00:01:51.020 the winter was pretty rough on the vehicle but hey however

00:01:53.920 it's been sorted as we speak thank god for good credit eh

00:01:57.080 yeah i wish that worked for the liberal government anyway

00:01:59.680 like the tartar card said uh pollsters creeping and carney's credibility

00:02:03.280 so friends of mine northern perspective

00:02:05.380 they had a call uh about a day and a half ago

00:02:08.420 from a pollster company probably echoes

00:02:11.080 now that's the big pollster company that wants to make sure

00:02:14.040 that everything is tickety-boo for the liberal party

00:02:16.600 they proved to biased i have some article here articles here i'll put my description to back it up

00:02:21.080 needless to say ladies and gentlemen i'm gonna play a little video from there i didn't get their

00:02:24.960 permission my apologies uh ryan and tani if you're watching i just this was too good to pass up so i had

00:02:29.700 to use uh your section there to get this on the go i had to use that to uh to prove a point here too

00:02:37.260 how the pollsters are constantly worrying how the pollsters are up in arms and they basically act like the cbc

00:02:43.740 you know what i'm saying they're acting like the cbc there so just check my mic here i'm hearing some

00:02:47.920 crackling sounds i don't know what it is maybe it's the lights in here however

00:02:51.400 it's just in light of this election there's a lot of these pollsters and hipsters

00:02:56.760 and followers of the carney blarney uh regime the carney blarney clan

00:03:00.900 okay yeah cbc you know carney blarney clan

00:03:04.040 oh what do you know carney blarney clan

00:03:07.040 okay all the supporters of mark carney and his efforts

00:03:10.080 suspicious trudeau point uh trudeau 2.0 and they're stealing pierre pauliev's talking points

00:03:15.460 when it comes to housing when it comes to getting pipelines infrastructure what have you

00:03:20.480 what i'm going to do is i'm going to queue up a few minutes of their video here and i want you my

00:03:26.520 wonderful audience to really really listen and uh just just to keep in mind the buffoonery that's

00:03:33.440 happening in canadian politics today okay just i'll queue this up for you and then you guys decide

00:03:38.940 okay because uh ryan and tanya are good people they put on a great channel and they've skyrocketed

00:03:44.240 in uh views what have you too they've got their little hundred thousand subscribers trophy and all

00:03:48.620 that too and i'm really proud of them too i'm kind of in a way i'm kind of jealous too i don't get

00:03:52.480 jealous but uh they're doing a very good job and they're just down to earth good people and i really

00:03:57.880 want you my wonderful audience to listen what they have to say the first few minutes of their video

00:04:01.240 i'm going to keep the captions on so you can read along and just just think how desperate some of

00:04:07.940 these pollsters really really are they kind of like sound like the cbc you know i mean they want

00:04:12.960 they're so desperate for money and they'll say and do whatever just to hold on to whatever power they

00:04:16.080 have anyway here's uh ryan and tanya from northern perspective we have a surprise for you so i received

00:04:22.000 a call yesterday evening um i'm just trying to sit on the couch and relax and watch some some

00:04:27.500 bob's burgers with my son and uh i received a call on the house phone because yes we are old school

00:04:34.060 we still have a landline and it was from ecos research so what i did was i recorded from my

00:04:41.320 cell phone what they were asking me on the phone as i type the buttons and uh it's kind of interesting

00:04:47.860 so as ryan says let's take a look press star to hear more information about us and you can press zero

00:04:54.720 to skip a question to ensure you receive questions that are relevant to you please tell us which

00:05:00.120 province or territory you currently live in press one if you live in the atlantic region or in the

00:05:05.580 territories press two for ontario press three how much do you trust the federal government in ottawa to

00:05:13.100 do what is right press one for almost always press two for most of the time press three for some of the

00:05:21.260 time press four for almost never press nine to repeat this question if a federal election were

00:05:29.720 held tomorrow which party would you vote for press one for liberal party press two for conservative

00:05:36.020 party how did you vote in the most recent federal election held on september 20th 2021 press one for

00:05:44.060 did not vote press two for liberal party press three for conservative party have you received at least

00:05:52.400 one dose of a covet 19 vaccine please listen okay there it is right there okay the vaccination status

00:06:01.560 what does that have to do with how you vote okay honestly what the hell does that have to do with how you vote

00:06:10.460 really i'll carry on carefully to all options before selecting your answer press one for yes one or two

00:06:19.120 doses press two for yes three doses or more press three for no this was crazy this was absolutely crazy why the

00:06:31.020 heck did they need to know who is vaccinated and who is not vaccinated and how many doses they got

00:06:37.320 to answer a political poll and this here's the answer folks remember we've talked to you about

00:06:45.640 um the fact that these pollsters wait polls because they only get you know 1 000 or 2 000 responses

00:06:56.240 so they can't just take 2 000 responses and then say all right well you know that that's it well

00:07:03.020 they they wait those responses so and ryan and tanya are right because a lot of these polls

00:07:08.980 they don't really go for the big fish they don't stand in the street and actually talk these people

00:07:13.380 they might pick random people here and there and then call like my good friends there ryan and tanya 0.99

00:07:18.560 and ask them some really really stupid questions you know when's your jibby jab oh my goodness when's your jibby jab 0.99

00:07:26.060 oh my god oh what else are you gonna do here oh what's what's going on here oh my goodness 1.00

00:07:31.620 what's your jibby jab jibby jab jibby jab right what's your status here what's your status there

00:07:36.580 did you wipe with your left hand or your right hand did you pick your nose today what'd you do 0.98

00:07:40.660 as you're rubbing out in the shower not that's any of your goddamn business but i think my uh friends 0.97

00:07:45.900 ryan and tanya made some good light on this and uh you my wonderful audience i want you to tell me 0.98

00:07:52.040 what you think in the comments about this this garbage why do pollsters even care about the jibby jab

00:07:57.120 okay it was it was such a nightmare before when it came to people just getting along during that 0.99

00:08:04.740 pandemic okay it was a nightmare before when people took for granted or took your kindness for granted

00:08:13.260 and took each other's kindness for granted for that matter okay so what does it really have to do

00:08:17.960 with anything other than how you vote and really what are these pollsters worrying about how you vote

00:08:22.440 you know uh we've had enough crap over the past nine and a half years in regards uh to this government

00:08:30.800 and now it's obvious that there's a bias here because really when you think about it it was only 0.94

00:08:35.820 the federal liberals that really really cared about how many jabs you had that you're waiting in line

00:08:40.280 to do it be you know like to be a good little soldier be a good little citizen did you hear part

00:08:44.780 that then right so let's help explain to our ladies and gentlemen you know like uh again some

00:08:51.440 people's kids and it just redefines uh the statement crack don't smoke itself stay updated and follow

00:10:31.860 you see click like subscribe share this podcast all over your social media platforms do not be shy

00:10:36.460 ladies and gentlemen let me know what's on your mind uh the next month is going to be dramatic up

00:10:40.600 until the 28th of april okay for those of you who know uh we're going through an election right now 0.97

00:10:45.140 and every one of these ass clowns wants to spend more money okay mark uh carney blarney carney even 0.99

00:10:51.540 said today that he was discussing the whole a new liberal housing plan i'm not going to go to great 0.99

00:10:56.540 details he's basically just plagiarizing that's that's the word i said it plagiarizing

00:11:01.720 that he's going to uh try to create 500 000 homes in a year which as far as i understand almost

00:11:09.860 fucking impossible okay but that's the plan and there's people out out east that are just gobbling

00:11:17.080 it up and buying it for what it is oh yes he's such a great hero oh my goodness isn't that just lovely 0.94

00:11:21.700 hardly hardly hardly anyhow i got a video here from lauren gunter there too and like i said i'll

00:11:32.120 include all these videos in my description there's a gentleman and there's an article from the north

00:11:35.580 um national post sorry that uh described the whole biased so i'll include that in my description as well

00:11:42.060 you can read at your leisure okay but uh here's a nice video from lauren gunter uh senior writer

00:11:50.920 uh canadian press it just just an all-around decent guy he's just down to earth and i want you as

00:11:57.640 always my lovely people to uh take it as you will submit it for your approval right you know eat your

00:12:05.240 hair at rod sterling but uh just listen what he has to say about mr carney's credibility especially

00:12:13.520 as a leader even though mr carney said a year ago to rebel news that he was a banker he wasn't a

00:12:18.580 politician anyway judge for yourselves new liberal leader and prime minister mark carney seems to like

00:12:25.300 to take credit for things that aren't exactly his for instance on friday the national post had an

00:12:32.080 exclusive story claiming that while writing his 1995 dissertation for his phd at oxford carney lifted at

00:12:42.020 least 10 sections from other authors work without giving them credit for it without mentioning their

00:12:50.420 names or putting a footnote in it says i got this from so and so now there are the liberal ads that say

00:12:58.540 mark carney helped save canada during the 2008-2009 global financial crisis well he probably did have

00:13:09.140 some part of that but as former prime minister stephen harper who was in charge of the government

00:13:14.300 at the time said he's listened with increasing disbelief as carney has taken credit for things he had no

00:13:20.940 part of for instance bank of canada governors which is what carney was at the time of the financial

00:13:28.060 crisis bank of canada governors do not do day-to-day management of the federal budget they don't do day-to-day

00:13:36.100 management of the federal government yet carney seems to claim that it was his wisdom that got canada

00:13:43.900 through that crisis now he also claims that he got the united kingdom through the brexit crisis

00:13:52.660 that's not exactly how the brits remember there are an awful lot of people in britain who were very

00:13:59.260 unhappy with carney at the time of the brexit referendum because he's he helped start a fear

00:14:06.400 campaign to suggest that getting out of the eu would be very bad for the united kingdom i happen to agree

00:14:16.500 with that i happen to think brexit was a mistake for the brits but the point is the bank of england

00:14:24.680 governor which is what carney was at the time the bank of england governor does not have a political

00:14:30.240 role he should not be engaging in fear campaigns to try and sway voters for or against any particular

00:14:39.500 position in a referendum but that's what he was doing he's also taken credit since he left

00:14:46.060 the bank of england for the environmental record of brookfield asset management which was larger one of

00:14:53.860 largest investment companies in canada and claims particularly to be really big on green initiatives

00:15:01.700 green alternatives to fossil fuel energies and on human rights well at least two major reports from

00:15:10.040 environmental and human rights groups that say for instance brookfield overestimated the amount of

00:15:18.160 emissions it was saving with its investments by a factor of 12 they were producing 12 times as many

00:15:27.360 emissions as they were admitting and that's how they were getting these great green ratings that's how

00:15:33.520 they were attracting moral investors sustainable investors people who were looking for investments

00:15:40.580 that didn't produce an awful lot of carbon emissions and there are other reports that show

00:15:47.720 brookfield in its third world green energy projects has a kind of questionable human rights record

00:15:58.040 you don't hear that you don't hear carney trying to take credit for that in fact he's also trying to

00:16:05.160 not take credit for brookfield moving its head offices from toronto to new york now who would you trust

00:16:13.640 to deal with the americans on terror pierre pauliaev or jagmeet singh or mark carney who took the head office

00:16:23.080 from the company he was in charge of and moved it to new york

00:16:27.640 i i think carney is not what he appears to be and i think after this election canadians are going to

00:16:37.640 figure that out i hope they figure it out beforehand because carney has the same staff much of the

00:16:44.120 same caucus much of the same cabinet and many of the same senior bureaucrats as trudeau does and

00:16:50.200 perhaps most importantly many of the same policies i think mark carney is just justin trudeau 2.0

00:16:58.200 and i hope canadians find that out before april 28th when the election is out for post media

00:17:07.800 i'm lauren gunter yeah that was uh lauren gunter everybody from uh post media interesting

00:17:15.080 interesting interesting indeed you know i just find it really really odd that uh you know there's still

00:17:23.640 so many remnants of him and trudeau same cabinet members other than the people that supposedly

00:17:29.000 retired and left like sean fraser and he done on and manager you know jerry mark and as you know

00:17:35.080 you know mr i'm gonna want i'm gonna send some tanks into the convoy you know the joke or not and

00:17:39.960 even there's still more drama with this peter chang issue too it's big news here on mainstream media here

00:17:45.480 in canada big news big news because uh one politician politician asking that another politician be

00:17:54.680 turned into a consulate for a ransom you know that's self-explanatory and i put that in my

00:17:59.560 last episode so i'm not going to dwell on that but you're seeing the credibility of these leaders yet

00:18:04.520 again now mr carney has some diplomas and he's got some education that doesn't make him a genius that 0.93

00:18:10.840 doesn't make him brilliant it makes him just as fucking slimy and he cannot be trusted okay now 0.91

00:18:17.400 what i'd like to see from the conservative angle is more counterpoints and more counterproduction 0.97

00:18:22.440 okay so regardless what the fake polls are saying or the polls might be saying or if they are neck and

00:18:27.400 neck or if you're pretty close come on pierre get on with it let's see what you got pal time's running out

00:19:36.280 just gonna i'm just gonna snap that's it anyhow carry on with this episode oh here's another little

00:19:42.200 video that i got from le drew steven le drew he used to be the ex-president of the liberal party

00:19:47.160 and he was fired because he said something against trans oh my what's the world coming to if you can't

00:19:53.560 speak your mind against trans or anything oh oh

00:19:59.480 anyhow he's got a pretty good little uh show he does he's it's called the three minutes uh basically

00:20:05.320 uh le drew three minute interview and uh he'll be talking to a katherine swift

00:20:10.040 uh she's in charge of oh i can't even remember what she's in charge of anyhow ladies and gentlemen i

00:20:14.680 will put this on for you guys listen at your leisure okay because when we have all this crap worrying 0.84

00:20:20.440 about donald trump donald trump does trump that trump orange man bad bad bad bad orange man bad 0.95

00:20:25.640 fire bad we get it okay now what he's doing with the whole tariff issue it may be unfair it may be

00:20:31.640 fair the way i look at it not fair for canada but in the same sense too what we have for leadership

00:20:36.760 right now as mr loren gunter said it's just a repeat of the past nine years and as far as i'm concerned 0.97

00:20:43.880 the federal liberals have caused all this shit we are seeing right now and what are they doing about it 0.95

00:20:51.000 well no they're wave uh the maple leaf now they put on the team can to jersey and go elbows up 0.99

00:20:56.600 well that's really sticking to them right people are vandalizing tesla because of elon musk association

00:21:01.960 with the government how are you going to hurt a man by doing that what kind of protest are you doing

00:21:06.600 by destroying someone else's property you might tarnish name a bit but he doesn't own those buildings

00:21:13.720 that you're just trying he doesn't own those vehicles you're just trying you're already bought and

00:21:17.400 paid for by the business to sell them to the general public right so you think you're fighting 0.98

00:21:22.520 that good fight you're just being a bunch of dicks right here you're not looking after canadiana 0.98

00:21:29.160 you just want to have a professional grievance because you don't want to follow your own 0.99

00:21:32.600 initiative or use your own gut so to figure shit out it's just me though anyway here's a

00:21:38.200 steven le drew in this three-minute interview and uh for your approval like every other video i see

00:21:43.800 and i'll put this in my description too uh ladies and gentlemen for you to follow at your own leisure

00:21:49.000 personally and it's just uh it's just amazing right here's somebody who's who's got a business background

00:21:57.160 and she nails it on the head basically right nails it on the head for what it is so please listen

00:22:03.160 carefully and use your own judgment and for the life of me i can never remember the name of your

00:22:09.080 organization what is it coalition of concern manufacturers and businesses of canada ccnbc

00:22:14.200 manufacturers and businesses is the name of the game today because i've often said that trump could be

00:22:20.120 the best thing happening to canada not because of terrorists but he is forcing canadians 0.54

00:22:24.040 governments get rid of interprovincial terrorists government to say okay we can have pipelines

00:22:28.520 and businesses to say we can do things that before we should buy from the states

00:22:34.200 canadian business cannot respond positively yeah and i totally agree the all the issues that trump

00:22:41.720 has prioritized are frankly things that our government permitted to get out of control in one way or

00:22:46.360 another borders drugs uh interprovincial trade barriers been around forever uh and and our nato

00:22:52.680 obligations and so on so these are things that never should have been permitted to get that bad

00:22:57.160 when i see canadians i understand canadians blaming trump it's nice to you know demonize somebody but

00:23:02.760 frankly they should be demonizing the liberal government who created this mess and made us so

00:23:07.320 vulnerable in the first place so trump is an easy target but the point i want to put to you is that

00:23:11.800 many things that we have now are made in the state made in china uh with tariffs going on can can

00:23:18.040 canadian manufacturers and businesses get their act together to build things in canada as opposed to

00:23:24.280 simply buying it well they can indeed but they have to have the kind of policies that permit that to

00:23:29.720 happen what we are manufacturing sector no i don't mean government grants at all i mean a competitive tax

00:23:35.560 system uh the the trudeau government loaded on the regulation on business so it was so difficult to

00:23:41.960 build anything to do a major project a pipeline ha ha ha uh or or other mega project type of things

00:23:48.600 it made it so impossible that investment we've seen that the invest hundreds of billions of investment

00:23:53.960 money have fled canada that's not just foreign investment that's canadians who don't even want

00:23:58.680 to invest in canada because they make it so difficult to do business speaking of fleeing canada

00:24:03.240 there's a stories going around that some businesses in canada are fleeing for the states yeah well uh

00:24:09.080 this is not a new phenomena unfortunately in our organization just as an example uh our board which

00:24:16.040 consists of about a dozen business owners uh 10 years ago none of them had a u.s facility now half of

00:24:21.800 them do and this is before trump so we have we have made because we made our business it's taxation

00:24:28.440 regulation uh overbearing government squeezing out the private sector a lot of reasons they've they were

00:24:34.440 already looking south and of course the trump factor just was a catalyst to speed that up some

00:24:39.560 of our members who still have plants in canada but they also have plants in the us they're hearing

00:24:44.440 from businesses that are currently only located in canada and saying gee have you got any extra

00:24:49.800 capacity that we could come down and maybe uh tag on to your your factory or whatever oh yeah

00:24:55.560 no this is this is not so that's the emphasis though of what people were hoping that maybe there'd be

00:25:00.920 greater a renewal of business manufacturing in canada but well we want that to happen but

00:25:07.080 again we have to have government policies all this green junk that uh that increase the cost for

00:25:13.000 everybody and it looks like carney's going to continue that's the driving people away out the

00:25:17.960 window kathanson thank you very much three minutes to those of you who have subscribed and donated

00:25:23.720 a heartfelt thank you you're keeping us on the air yeah that was uh steven le drew it was three

00:25:29.960 minute interviews he does a pretty good job i like like his working find him on youtube and i'll

00:25:34.200 leave a link uh to that ladies and gentlemen for your viewing closure whenever you seem to do it uh

00:25:39.800 but i think you're all starting to see my point here okay man's not credible carney that is to lead

00:25:47.320 anything the trudeau liberals have done nothing but de-liberalize everything regulation after

00:25:53.560 regulation it's funny because when i was in the shop today getting my truck fixed i was talking to uh

00:25:59.240 the head guy a nice guy you know you have his way to accommodate me we were just talking about

00:26:05.960 farming agriculture and i work in the agriculture industry ladies and gentlemen and it was funny how

00:26:12.040 we talk about quotas and how people want this to market and amanda has some great safety standards

00:26:18.760 when it comes to meat and milk and eggs and that's fine you know i'm all for that because i don't want

00:26:24.360 to be eating food and i don't want to see little kids eat food jacked up in hormones all of these

00:26:32.520 that's just terrible but when it comes to supply and management there's too much management

00:26:39.160 i remember my dad and i when i was a little kid

00:26:41.800 and it's the kind of job that if you wanted it could be worse i i didn't like it

00:26:58.440 i didn't want to commit to because i was too busy being a kid but it gave me some good work

00:27:02.600 and there's a quota okay back in the day it seemed efficient for my personal opinion

00:27:17.240 if you're producing something and you're spending the money and the labor and i'm an effort to produce a

00:27:23.160 problem that's my libertarian side is number two you create something you build something you sell

00:27:32.520 it to who you want to sell it to without oversight or from the regulation right and i'm not saying

00:27:39.320 be unsafe or be kind or be reasonable but let the market open up okay as captain smith said let it

00:27:49.560 open up give me these regulations we've got too many regulations in this country and this election

00:27:56.120 we're proving you can see one of the way we're coming from the beloved and loving practice

00:28:01.960 you're going to pay those people where those people get the money from the taxpayers right so if you

00:28:08.760 re-regulate certain things and you open up a floodgate of business and free market you'll have more money

00:28:16.280 you'll have more money

00:28:22.920 what an authority oh you do you lock it oh i love it please tell me some more

00:28:28.920 you open up the floodgates you know the regulation free market

00:28:35.960 wouldn't that be nice right but hey you know who am i to do this right i'm not

00:28:41.560 that i'm now i mean 50 plus years and uh i've seen many people you know and i've seen uh

00:28:45.960 boas reply and you keep on the faces well let's look at this election and try to realize that the

00:28:52.680 notion to get to do is true not the people that raise the polls and raise them okay

00:29:00.280 anyway that's all i'm going to say from that ladies and gentlemen i have been crusty connected

00:29:03.240 to the 31st of march i wish good things to be as well out there as always do your thing be good to

00:29:23.080 you know and it's the easiest to do the other things if you can't do that but uh

00:29:29.720 i still like to imagine where you still can i was april april cool so the federal government gives

00:29:35.080 themselves in the news always not mp's gonna raise carbon tax apparently because this attorney

00:29:47.640 if the new gesture that we need to spend that different environment didn't have a leg to stand

00:29:52.280 on so maybe not who knows keep your wits about you try to be sane and civil and just try to be
