00:00:40.960 hit it sweetheart because i am hard you will not like me

00:00:49.300 from western canada this is the crusty canuck podcast a canadian veteran's point of view

00:01:08.540 on political social economic issues and life here's crusty

00:01:13.880 that's right ladies and gentlemen welcome to episode 329 cresting up podcast blarney carney

00:01:20.520 or better yet the tools and their toolboxes hello everybody uh sorry for my absence the past little

00:01:25.860 while i've been working really really hard uh the past week so things have been uh you know how do you

00:01:31.580 say tougher than usual but if you like and hear what you see don't forget to click like subscribe

00:01:35.660 share this podcast all of your social media platforms you know get the word out there let us

00:01:40.500 canadians know other canadians other individuals doesn't matter where you're from i don't care

00:01:44.160 from the states or from europe or anywhere else i've had a lot of people download my show from

00:01:48.140 across the globe and i'm very very lucky and fortunate i want to thank you all for the people

00:01:52.540 that have stuck around this little while give yourselves a round of applause you know i mean

00:01:56.380 because you guys are awesome you guys are totally awesome anyhow make a long story short uh here in

00:02:03.020 canada we've got a race now who's going to be a liberal leader and the defunct or de facto prime

00:02:07.860 minister because justin resigned okay now i've got some videos queued up here that i've been working

00:02:13.080 on uh the past little bit here uh some from rebel media and uh uh some about um blarney carney

00:02:21.500 you know carbon tax carney you know bank of canada governor and a bank of england governor and all

00:02:27.240 around wef supporter and sponsor and of course you know globalist himself right so when i look at

00:02:34.860 mark carney he's just basically a rich kid who's gotten away now i don't have any video of him uh

00:02:40.100 showing up to his little uh spiel that he had in edmonton there a couple days back but he come up

00:02:44.500 in a limousine you know just maybe he's rubbing in people's faces and his speech was pretty dry dull 0.98

00:02:50.900 pretty lame and to make a long story short it's safe to assume that these clowns are nothing but 0.95

00:02:56.100 justin trudeau point two oh right point two oh that's all they are they're not uh different uh 0.91

00:03:03.700 ideologues they don't share any kind of different values they're roughly all the same they all agree

00:03:08.780 with the carbon tax now recently uh miss freeland she just did her speech in toronto there you know

00:03:15.580 basically talking to her constituents like just like she talks to people in parliament you know

00:03:19.740 trying to sound all tough talking all tough oh you know we'll play this game and we'll have tariffs 0.96

00:03:24.060 and we'll do this blah blah blah yeah bullshit okay we are not seeing anything really different 0.95

00:03:31.540 than justin trudeau okay now i've said this before my last little rants my last episode and my last 0.98

00:03:38.340 little vids on the fly there too where were these clowns standing up for canada during the pandem

00:03:44.980 okay where were they where were these leaders and these intellects that were standing up for this

00:03:55.260 country during the pandem or standing up for this country when we had people uh in the streets just

00:04:01.680 recently burning our flag spitting our monuments tearing down our monuments okay you know what kind

00:04:07.980 of investigations went into the church burnings what kind of investigation went into the harassment that

00:04:12.520 people were feeling or getting you know where were the where were the convictions and standing up for

00:04:18.400 canada when there were jewish people in this country being harassed because of what's happening in

00:04:22.480 israel now israel and gaza have a have a ceasefire now there's apparently three hostages from the

00:04:29.680 israeli side that were given back and 90 have to go back to palestine so that's going to happen within

00:04:35.440 i guess a couple of days i don't know but i'm sick and tired of following that war what say you

00:04:40.900 anyhow i'm digressing early gentlemen so when you look at this leadership that's been going on

00:04:46.440 the past couple days you know uh karina gold you know former heritage minister and secretary

00:04:54.020 throws her hat in i'm going to queue up a video from her from her uh personal uh twitter page

00:05:02.480 and i keep the captions on because uh i'm sorry i'm a bit gassy here and i just find this too funny

00:05:09.460 because i just left the room because i couldn't watch krista freeland's speech her lackluster 1.00

00:05:15.700 performance about fighting hard and i don't think she ever fought a day in her life for anybody except

00:05:20.460 for her her paycheck and her perks and i'm going to put on some uh videos here from uh

00:05:26.620 mark carney's little spiel there too so i want you my wonderful audience i want you to listen and

00:05:32.500 think about it on your own think about these people that are vying for the cabinet position

00:05:37.920 to be the defunct prime minister and what kind of strategy are they going to promote during their

00:05:44.120 time as pm okay so i'm going to play a little video here from lorne gunter uh from the canada press or

00:05:50.500 from sun media there or from the toronto sun he does a pretty good uh dissection of mr mark blarney

00:06:00.320 carney so i will just share this with you ladies and gentlemen and you decide you know you decide

00:06:06.300 exactly so just basically how they are based in nothing but garbage how they are based in nothing

00:06:14.060 but hearsay and fantasy okay so you know ladies and gentlemen take it upon yourself to listen what

00:06:21.300 this clown has to say you know lorne gunter is a pretty good reporter and uh just to see what mr

00:06:27.960 carney stands for the former governor of the bank of canada and the governor of the bank of england 0.73

00:06:33.280 and a un envoy on green energy and finance announced his bid for the leadership of the

00:06:41.620 liberal party to replace justin trudeau in edmonton this week are we in edmonton supposed to be excited

00:06:48.520 by this the man still believes mostly that we need to phase out alberta's number one industry

00:06:54.560 which is oil and gas he may now not be in favor of a carbon tax anymore or he might be he's a little

00:07:01.580 wishy-washy on that but overall he still believes that we have to go to green energy now green energy

00:07:09.060 doesn't work very many places without huge subsidies from taxpayers wind turbines solar panels all sorts of

00:07:18.720 other ideas like biomass burning wood chips to to create energy they just don't work in most places

00:07:27.480 unless there are enormous subsidies from taxpayers take a take a look for instance at the electric vehicle

00:07:33.720 business the federal and provincial governments in in canada ontario and quebec have put almost 55

00:07:42.400 billion dollars 55 billion dollars 55 billion dollars into ev plants and ev sales are declining

00:07:52.700 evs are not taking over from internal combustion engines and you just watch as of april of this year

00:07:59.960 the federal government is getting rid of its five thousand dollar an ev subsidy to buyers people will stop

00:08:08.920 buying them too so that was mark carney in edmonton being asked mr carney you have said you don't think

00:08:19.600 the carbon tax is very effective anymore would you get rid of it he could not give a straight answer

00:08:26.540 he's there in edmonton to try and convince people outside toronto montreal and ottawa that nice little golden

00:08:32.120 triangle he's there to try and convince people outside that triangle that he's their guy he understands

00:08:39.580 their reality he's in favor of bumping up pumping up the economy so that they have better jobs higher

00:08:48.700 incomes and are better able to afford housing but he couldn't answer a simple question about the carbon tax

00:08:56.020 mr carney yes or no do you favor getting rid of the carbon tax which has added to the cost of living in

00:09:04.200 canada directly and indirectly and is incredibly unpopular and at the same time has not appreciably

00:09:13.080 reduced emissions it was brought in to reduce emissions and it hasn't yet done that but he said oh i'm

00:09:22.620 going to be the the candidate of economic growth well that might put him ahead of christia freeland

00:09:28.480 because she's part of a government that for the last 10 years has done everything it possibly could

00:09:32.940 to stunt growth in canada for instance take a look at donald trump's tariff threats against canada

00:09:41.640 if we had a pipeline to the east coast called energy east or the northern gateway pipeline out to the west

00:09:50.580 coast we could get around the americans putting pressure on us with tariffs because we could ship

00:09:57.660 oil into europe we could ship oil to asia we could have undermined putin's efforts to go after the ukraine

00:10:05.460 by squeezing european oil and gas supplies if we'd had pipelines and lng to send fuel to send energy to the

00:10:15.740 europeans but we don't because of the government that christia freeland was involved in cut all of

00:10:24.120 that off with her acquiescence but is carney any better i don't think so he still goes around the

00:10:33.060 world as a un envoy or did until he made his announcement in edmonton pushing for more and more

00:10:40.120 subsidies for green energy and getting rid of fossil fuels he doesn't answer the questions

00:10:47.140 about how he would make the economy better directly he was asked as i said do you support a carbon tax

00:10:58.460 he said well i support a tax that would be more efficient that means raising more money that would

00:11:06.440 be more effective that means reducing more emissions and this is a good one that would drive

00:11:13.660 massive investment what he's looking for is the unicorn of taxes it doesn't exist a tax that is

00:11:21.740 effective efficient and drives investment welcome to fantasy island that's the mark carney campaign

00:11:30.960 for post media i'm loran gunter yeah that was loran gunter from uh press media there toronto sun

00:11:42.280 uh good article good article i'd say because uh you know self-explanatory you can't tax people into

00:11:49.400 to victory prosperity okay now considering his background and how rich that man is

00:11:55.940 it's amazing how he's justifying the carbon tax now miss freeland miss freeland mr speaker twitch twitch

00:12:03.900 freebase freeland okay uh she's not sure about the tax either now so she's basically pulling the

00:12:11.880 aaron o'toole of 2021 right uh where you know he was firm on gun laws and how you know canadians

00:12:19.380 keep their guns and then he kind of backed off on it a bit and doubled down on it because he wanted 0.97

00:12:22.800 to coincide with the liberals on the whole gun issue so we're seeing a lot of two-faced bullshit 0.84

00:12:27.920 here ladies and gentlemen and uh you know it's not gonna work out for us it's not you know i i feel 0.93

00:12:35.020 in my in my bones i in my fiber of my being there's gonna be a bigger fight coming and it's not gonna

00:12:41.460 look pretty for the liberals stay updated and follow crusty canuck on facebook twitter gap telegram

00:13:03.240 january 2025 i'm your host crusty canuck this episode the tools and their toolboxes and i'll just show the

00:13:10.460 card here to my friend paul made for me uh blarney carney basically that's what it is blarney carney 0.99

00:13:15.080 he's full of shit christopher freeland's full of shit and carina gold is full of shit and speaking 1.00

00:13:19.500 of miss carina gold speaking of miss carina gold yes i'm gonna put up her campaign spiel her plea 1.00

00:13:27.240 to the masses right and really listen to what she has to say okay and really listen to what she has to

00:13:34.600 say ladies and gentlemen in regards to where she stands on this whole political dogma right it's just 0.99

00:13:39.980 all bullshit you know smoke and mirrors smoke and mirrors let's play the people again let's just 0.93

00:13:44.720 tell them exactly how we feel this is uh something i shared from marty up north i don't really trust 0.87

00:13:50.160 i'll just cue this up again right and uh i'll make it a bit bigger for you so you can all see 0.97

00:13:57.640 how much of a fool this woman really is and how much of a tyrant she really is too uh because 1.00

00:14:04.500 black locks reporter found out that she spent uh roughly 360 000 and to slander anyone who disagreed 0.99

00:14:12.500 with the convoy or uh spoke out against the pandem and the jibby jabs you know but like i said let's

00:14:18.240 tell me you guys decide this is from carina gold there's a lot going on right now i understand these

00:14:25.280 past years haven't just been hard they've been exhausting the economy climate change and what's going on

00:14:31.880 south of the border leave all of us feeling nervous about the future right now canadians

00:14:38.060 have lost faith in our party and we have to earn back their trust we need to okay note note how she

00:14:45.020 says we have to rebuild our party and earn back the trust so are you admitting to something are you

00:14:53.040 interesting interesting how that drama unfolds anyway i'll carry on rebuild our party so that

00:15:01.500 we can keep building our country we need new leadership to fight for everyday canadians

00:15:07.900 a leader who understands what people are going through and works every day to make their lives

00:15:13.520 better a leader with a track record of standing up to bullies okay that's fresh too standing up to

00:15:20.240 bullies i see you had about 400 000 plus people in ottawa february of 2022 standing up to bullies like

00:15:29.220 you miss gould and miss freeland and justin judo and yara sacks who didn't like the term hong hong

00:15:36.220 yet you know she's been bedfellows with some palestinian officials anyway and a leader who won't back down

00:15:44.240 i'm karina ghoul and i'm running to be your next leader of the liberal party of canada

00:15:49.920 there are people out there tearing down canada saying the country is broken saying we should

00:15:57.820 become american so to them let me tell you what canada is it's the local hockey rink or soccer pitch

00:16:05.280 where kids shoot for their dreams it's the maple leaf sewn on every backpack it's the poutine and

00:16:11.780 beaver tail after playing outside it's helping your neighbors shovel beaver tails and poutine i don't

00:16:19.140 think so they're delicious not as nutritious as you think but they are delicious but that doesn't make

00:16:25.400 us canadian miss gould their driveway after a snowstorm we are a strong hard-working and caring people

00:16:34.680 who do not back down from fighting for what is right canada can be the best place in the world

00:16:41.760 to start a family grow a business and build a future we are a nation of dreamers and doers

00:16:49.020 creators and innovators it's where opportunity empathy and progress walk hand in hand it's time

00:16:56.920 for a new job notice that empathy and progress empathy for what really empathy you have to feel

00:17:03.460 sorry for somebody right progress progress to me is we build a good bridge that can last 25 years

00:17:09.180 or a good solid highway that doesn't need to be maintained every five years to me that's progress

00:17:13.800 progress of people is where you get along we're all raised with that we don't need your oversight madam

00:17:19.240 tell us what progress is generation of leadership that understands you and is focused on you

00:17:26.000 i'm here for canada today tomorrow and for years to come join me so that together we can earn the trust

00:17:34.700 of canadians build the future we want and win the next election yeah miss gould you're full of it i

00:17:42.120 wouldn't buy you god i wouldn't give you a piece of toilet paper if you needed that badly that's just me 1.00

00:17:47.440 though ladies and gentlemen like what what a bunch of crap that was what a load of garbage okay yet you 0.99

00:17:55.240 know she's the first one to bully people right have you ever seen her work in parliament she's she's a 1.00

00:18:01.300 real cry bully you know just full of it full of it full of it full of it you know total garbage total 0.98

00:18:41.880 notification bell all that good stuff too having some issues with some of my subscribers just going

00:18:46.540 missing all of a sudden welcome back ladies and gentlemen your host crusty canuck on this beautiful

00:18:51.220 19th of january 2025 as we recover uh from the holiday season as we recover from paying our bills

00:19:01.960 getting things squared away getting things sorted out and heading into 2025 with total optimism

00:19:09.420 donald trump is being inaugurated tomorrow for the 20th of january okay and there's people that

00:19:17.000 have been saying all this stuff about how uh you know he's going indoors because it's cold outside and

00:19:21.740 always you afraid to be outside and uh some people forget that there's been two attempts on his life

00:19:26.740 uh since the summer so in a way i kind of don't blame uh the inauguration going indoors i don't and

00:19:36.280 what gets me with these liberal leaders here in canada excuse me they've been giving uh daniel smith our

00:19:44.740 premier a real hard time in regards to negotiation for our resources now every one of these crackpots

00:19:50.360 everyone from melanie jolie to mark carney to justin trudeau even though he's still sticking his head

00:19:55.180 in his fingers in the pie and christopher freeland talking about our resources how canada might cut

00:20:00.580 this off and cut that off well let i like to remind you all out there too that there was a little bill

00:20:06.080 they passed a few years back called bill c69 where it kind of stopped production and stopped pipeline

00:20:13.480 building energy east and northern gateway to get our resources to the world market now the united states

00:20:21.140 i think roughly buys maybe 96 97 of canadian oil okay the other three percent goes elsewhere

00:20:27.660 i would like to see about a 50 50 i'd like to see the world market uh get in on that action

00:20:34.540 buy some of our resources and that would help a lot of people out not just the big corporations that

00:20:39.540 mr jagmeet singh claims to be against or the liberal party claims to be against because they love them

00:20:46.100 taxes oh yeah they love them taxes right yeah get on that like a fat kid and a smarty

00:20:51.140 right so with the liberals doing what they have done the past nine years they're just talking a game 0.99

00:21:00.420 they're not talking shit they can't do shit they won't do shit america is too big and too strong 0.99

00:21:06.820 and they've had many a year to do that while we've had elected officials and it's partially our fault too 1.00

00:21:14.540 because there's a majority of canadians that did vote for this clown back in 2015

00:21:17.720 you know and partially in 2019 and by the skin of his teeth getting lucky in 2021

00:21:24.040 so when you look at these voters that rally at these these little these little gatherings

00:21:30.920 for mr carney mr ms gold i called him well who knows how she identifies and you know miss freeland

00:21:38.680 what do you expect right get along to get along go along to get along get along get along

00:21:47.960 follow the sheep follow the sheep right what's going to happen to us who knows it's going to take

00:21:55.520 some blue collar workers such as you such as your friends such as me such as my friends

00:21:59.840 to really make a difference this next election now note how mr polyup has been quiet quieter uh he's

00:22:08.540 made his point he's not going to stand for it okay but i'm not going to bank all my money and bank all

00:22:13.480 my trust in just one politician i want to see some real action what say you let me know in the comments

00:22:18.940 ladies and gentlemen anyhow here's another spiel uh about karina gold from rebel news uh sheila gun reed

00:22:25.680 did a great job putting this little story together and i want you guys to listen and observe

00:22:32.440 right and just uh like i say decide for yourselves ladies and gentlemen the more we think for ourselves

00:22:40.740 the better things are going to be so meet karina gold the liberal leadership hopeful with a history of

00:22:48.140 truth suppression karina gold is campaigning to be the next leader of the liberal party and by extension

00:22:54.440 the prime minister of canada but what does her track record say about her vision for us all well

00:23:00.060 from her involvement in the digital citizen initiative to her role in the yaroslav hanka scandal

00:23:05.280 mp karina gold's career is riddled with controversies that raise questions about her commitment

00:23:11.020 to democracy free speech and transparency but i think we all know the answers to those questions

00:23:16.740 she's not committed to those things at all to learn more about gold and the other high profile

00:23:23.360 liberals vying to replace justin trudeau as the leader of the party and thus as the short-lived

00:23:28.480 prime minister of canada please visit meet the liberals.ca now as minister of democratic institutions

00:23:35.720 liberal mp karina gold launched the digital citizen initiative a program supposedly aimed at combating

00:23:42.580 online disinformation what it really did was funnel 19.4 million dollars in taxpayer funds to projects

00:23:51.020 that targeted critics of the liberal government among the recipients of this funding well none other

00:23:55.820 than rachel gilmore a self-styled journalist notorious for smearing government critics as hateful 0.96

00:24:00.620 extremists and being vicious towards the unvaccinated this initiative wasn't about protecting democracy it was

00:24:07.820 about controlling the narrative and silencing dissent now under gould's watch institutions like carlton

00:24:14.140 university received funding for projects that attacked legitimate protest movements such as the 2022 freedom

00:24:20.300 convoy labeling them as hate groups instead of promoting critical thinking encouraging fact-checking or

00:24:26.860 even digital literacy this funding was used to delegitimize canadians exercising their right to

00:24:34.220 peaceful protest or even simply question the government then there's gould's involvement in the yaroslav

00:24:41.740 hunka debacle when it was revealed that an actual geriatric nazi had been invited by the liberals

00:24:48.780 to be honored in the parliament gould didn't own up to the mistake instead she pushed to scrub the

00:24:56.940 incident from the official hansard record the recognition made by the speaker of the house of an

00:25:02.380 individual present in the galleries during the joint joint address to parliament by his excellency

00:25:07.820 Vladimir Zelensky be struck from the appendix of the house of commons debates of thursday september 21st

00:25:14.220 2023 and from any house multimedia recording thank you this isn't leadership it's an orwellian attempt

00:25:22.700 to rewrite history gould's record shows a troubling pattern but it's a pattern used over and over by

00:25:29.180 these liberals in the last nine years and so canadians know it well they use government power

00:25:34.540 and taxpayer dollars to suppress opposition rewrite inconvenient truths and protect liberal interests

00:25:41.100 using sleazy clandestine tactics to do it all the liberals just can't seem to put up anything better

00:25:48.060 than justin trudeau 2.0 this time in a skirt for rebel news i'm sheila gun reid

00:25:57.580 to learn more about the liberals vying to replace prime minister justin trudeau as yeah that was sheila

00:26:03.740 gun reid from rebel news there too they put some pretty good stories together really you love rebel

00:26:08.700 and i think they're all right you know one of our better independent media outlets out there ladies

00:26:13.180 and gentlemen you know they do a pretty decent job you know uh and they don't get paid the big bucks

00:26:18.860 like our legacy media do you know they don't get the perks they're actually pounding the streets as we

00:26:24.860 speak you know so regardless we love them or hate them they're actually an information out there

00:26:29.500 now there's another part of another story they have where mark carney uh basically dismissed

00:26:35.420 three independent journalists yeah they had the credentials to show up and he he basically kicked

00:26:42.300 them out so what does that give you right as miss gold was saying about misinformation disinformation

00:26:50.060 she seems like an advocate for the whole new speak thing that you read in 1984 right let's rewrite

00:26:56.300 history because you know let's not pay for our mistakes and learn from our mistakes no no let's 0.99
