Transcript

00:00:00.800 Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. It's a beautiful 2nd of June 2021.
00:00:05.960 Coming up in the Krusty Connect podcast, episode 130.
00:00:10.800 Canada is worth fighting for, but she is tarnished.
00:00:14.220 All that and more are coming up in the show. Stick around.
00:00:20.740 Hit it, sweetheart.
00:00:22.960 Because I am hard, you will not like me.
00:00:25.580 Yes, sir.
00:00:26.600 There is no racial bigotry here.
00:00:33.660 There you are all equally working.
00:00:37.480 From Western Canada, this is the Krusty Canuck podcast.
00:00:42.340 A Canadian veteran's point of view on political, social, economic issues, and life.
00:00:48.520 Here's Krusty.
00:00:51.600 Mama always said I had a face for radio.
00:00:54.400 That's right, ladies and gentlemen. Episode 130 of the Krusty Neck podcast.
00:00:58.460 I'm your host, Krusty Canuck.
00:01:00.560 As the meme and the thumbnails say, Canada was worth fighting for, but we are tarnished.
00:01:05.200 Yes.
00:01:06.000 In recent events, 215 bodies were discovered in Kamloops at a former residential school.
00:01:12.020 Correction, not the bodies, but the remains of some young people.
00:01:16.140 Young, precious individuals, ladies and gentlemen.
00:01:18.480 Yes, Canada has a history of the residential schooling conglomerate brought to you by the clergy and provincial and federal governments alike.
00:01:27.940 Now, I'm not going to sit here and point fingers at whatever prime minister or this individual or that individual.
00:01:33.460 Excuse me, but since the better part of the 1880s, as far as I know and what I've read thus far, yes, Sir John A. Macdonald was partially responsible for that.
00:01:43.640 So was every prime minister thereafter, and so was every conglomerate of the Catholic, Anglican, United, and Presbyterian churches.
00:01:50.300 So, I'm not going to sit here and promote that we put this shit under the rug.
00:01:56.240 We have to deal with it, and deal with it now.
00:01:59.400 Okay?
00:01:59.780 After watching some of the mainstream media, CTV, CBC, and Global, and some native elders weighing in and expressing their opinions and their thoughts on the whole thing.
00:02:09.760 We have to.
00:02:10.540 I would say right now, we have to do something about this.
00:02:15.220 Okay?
00:02:15.440 Throughout history, we have been taught about genocides and about what happened to these people over here and those people over there.
00:02:22.180 What happened during World War I with the Armenians and the Turks.
00:02:25.020 What happened with the Jews and the Germans.
00:02:28.640 What happened with certain Chinese and certain Japanese and Koreans during the Japanese onslaught during the 1930s and 40s during World War II.
00:02:37.420 Genocide after genocide.
00:02:39.080 Okay?
00:02:39.200 Now, when I look at history, when I look at the discovery of the New World, from the late 1500s to 1600s, 1700s, 1800s, respectively, the Spanish Empire were evil.
00:02:53.760 The French Empire was evil.
00:02:55.020 The English Empire was evil.
00:02:56.060 The Belgian Empire.
00:02:56.880 The Dutch Empire.
00:02:57.520 Every big European power did nasty things.
00:03:02.800 I get that.
00:03:04.040 But I'm not going to sit and blame colonialism.
00:03:06.040 And I'm not going to blame this king or that queen or this monarchy or this clergy.
00:03:10.040 I'm going to blame the mentality of that time.
00:03:13.980 Okay?
00:03:14.480 We all know life is not perfect.
00:03:18.200 Okay?
00:03:18.420 And when you look at the social spectrums we have overcome and adapted to the past 50 years, we are a hell of a lot better off than what those wankers were back in the 1860s.
00:03:30.500 Okay?
00:03:31.340 The United States just overcame a civil war, a devastating civil war, and yet they had their problems, too, and their issues with First Nations.
00:03:39.040 Right?
00:03:40.280 And regardless of how you look at the spectrum and the history, yes, it's a terrible fucking history.
00:03:45.240 One of genocide and murder.
00:03:47.280 But it wasn't just white versus black or white versus native or white people this or white people that.
00:03:52.980 There was a lot of prejudice and a lot of hatred within the ranks, too, in regards to white people.
00:03:59.800 Who was Catholic?
00:04:00.800 Who was Protestant?
00:04:01.620 Who was Irish?
00:04:02.300 Who was English?
00:04:03.660 Who was loyal to this president?
00:04:05.260 Who was loyal to that president?
00:04:06.700 Who was loyal to this law?
00:04:08.080 Who was loyal to that law?
00:04:08.920 Who had money?
00:04:09.560 Who didn't have money?
00:04:11.540 Who stood six foot five?
00:04:13.320 Who stood five foot five?
00:04:16.060 Okay?
00:04:17.580 And let's remember, too, how society treated all of its children at that time as well.
00:04:22.900 Let's remember how children were treated like cattle, worse than cattle, when it come to throwing them in coal mines for the sake of a few extra bucks to be saved.
00:04:33.080 Right?
00:04:33.720 How many kids were sold into slavery?
00:04:36.720 How many Irish were sold into slavery, too?
00:04:39.080 How many Scottish were sold into slavery?
00:04:41.900 Okay?
00:04:42.840 There's lots of pinpoints of history that we can sit and dwell on.
00:04:47.000 But as a Canadian, as a patriot, as a veteran, as a lover of this fucking great land, I am ashamed of that.
00:04:54.840 I am ashamed of the residential schooling system.
00:04:59.540 Who in their right fucking mind thought that was a great idea?
00:05:03.520 Honestly.
00:05:04.620 Who in their right fucking mind thought, oh, this could really work?
00:05:08.780 Did it?
00:05:10.640 You scarred generations of children that grew up to be functioning adults, or try to be functioning adults.
00:05:16.800 And I don't care where you sit, on the political fence or not.
00:05:21.860 I would say every prime minister, every government that's been elected since the 1860s has had its hand in it somehow.
00:05:29.700 And, of course, the Catholic Church, the Anglican Church, the United Church of England, too.
00:05:35.320 And not to mention the ties to the monarchy.
00:05:39.020 I wonder if Queen Victoria knew half of this shit that was going on.
00:05:42.020 How about King Edwards?
00:05:45.180 How about King George?
00:05:47.720 And the Majesty Queen Elizabeth?
00:05:49.860 Right?
00:05:50.740 If any of my British listeners are listening to this right now, please, ask those questions.
00:05:55.900 I'd like to know.
00:05:57.540 I'd like to know exactly.
00:05:59.540 Now, Kamloops is just the start of something bigger that's going to happen.
00:06:03.540 And I do believe, let's look at every residential school in this country.
00:06:08.640 And get the ground radars out there and scan the properties.
00:06:14.100 Scan it all.
00:06:15.880 Because not only was it sick to sit there to try to force assimilation on a group of people.
00:06:21.520 But the torture, the sickness, the raping, the physical and mental abuse.
00:06:27.920 Unacceptable.
00:06:29.480 Okay?
00:06:30.860 I'm a proud Canadian, ladies and gentlemen.
00:06:32.220 I love my nation.
00:06:33.620 Fuck, I love my country.
00:06:34.740 And like the Midnight Oil song, my country, right or wrong.
00:06:40.260 But our halo is tarnished.
00:06:42.060 We've got to fix it.
00:06:44.040 We've got to fix it.
00:06:45.060 There is innocent blood that's been dispersed.
00:06:49.040 All in the name of so-called progress of that time in society.
00:06:53.020 All in the name of assimilation.
00:06:54.460 All in the name of making people normal.
00:06:56.360 All become assimilized.
00:06:57.780 And yet, history has also forgotten too that the First Nations have given us many, many insights
00:07:04.220 when it comes to being stewards of the land and respecting the land, the trees, the rivers, the mountains, everything.
00:07:12.200 And the untapped potential.
00:07:14.120 And not just in the resources that we can touch and feel on a daily basis.
00:07:20.120 But the resources that are in with all of us.
00:07:23.580 And how we can appreciate everything that's around us.
00:07:26.480 And we forget that.
00:07:28.740 We forget that.
00:07:31.400 Right?
00:07:32.640 We have people that want to burn things in the name of ecology.
00:07:36.880 We have people that want to increase the price of fuel and home heating in the name of the environment.
00:07:42.900 We have people that want to outsource our resources to smaller nations that pay less.
00:07:49.760 While meanwhile, trying to make a lot of big bucks on other countries like UAE and Saudi Arabia.
00:07:56.340 And Nigeria.
00:07:58.280 And Algeria.
00:08:00.500 And the socialist Venezuelan model.
00:08:03.340 Right?
00:08:03.700 Mr. Mark Carney.
00:08:04.540 You know what I'm fucking talking about, Buckeye.
00:08:06.860 Eh?
00:08:07.440 Pierre Paulyev put you on the fucking spot there, sport.
00:08:10.540 You know exactly what I'm talking about.
00:08:11.820 But I'm not talking about the oil.
00:08:13.780 I'm talking about the actions that our governments and our clergy.
00:08:18.240 The governing clergy at the time.
00:08:20.100 Because we all know how the Catholic Church had such a big influence on a lot of decisions in our government.
00:08:25.480 For a very, very long time.
00:08:27.400 Now I'm not disenfranchising anybody of the Catholic faith.
00:08:30.860 Or the Anglican faith.
00:08:32.380 Or the Presbyterian.
00:08:33.280 Or United.
00:08:34.880 You've heard me on this show numerous times talk about how it's okay.
00:08:38.420 To practice and worship and believe what you want to believe.
00:08:42.260 Because that's our constitutional right.
00:08:44.980 And that's a right for all Canadians.
00:08:47.420 All colors.
00:08:48.100 All creeds.
00:08:48.760 All shapes and sizes.
00:08:50.280 All gender spectrums and dynamics.
00:08:52.940 And identities.
00:08:54.020 Ladies and gentlemen.
00:08:54.760 But the more and more I see these news stories.
00:08:59.040 The more and more I hear the marbles in the mouth mandates coming from our leaders.
00:09:05.240 The more and more I realize that our halos are tarnished.

00:10:09.760 And it's up to the listener to decide whether he or she wants to see more of it or not.
00:10:14.560 Personal choice, ladies and gentlemen.
00:10:15.660 Anyway, getting back to the whole tarnished halo.
00:10:19.560 Now, I fought for my country for a very good reason.
00:10:24.480 Excuse me.
00:10:25.640 Too much tobacco.
00:10:28.060 I was at a time in my career where I was going to transition into the Navy.
00:10:31.600 I love scuba diving.
00:10:32.780 I'm a scuba diver.
00:10:34.000 And I wanted to make a go of it.
00:10:35.820 And at the time, I was in the best shape of my life.
00:10:38.520 I could run, lift weights, do all these wonderful things like any good soldier could.
00:10:42.020 And I was in the process of transferring into the Navy.
00:10:47.200 A situation came up because of my background in radios and with SIGS platoon and all that good stuff.
00:10:53.300 I remember a company sergeant major pulled me aside and asked me if I wanted a spot in this tour.
00:10:58.200 Gave me an afternoon to think about it, yada, yada, yada.
00:11:00.160 He knew that I had paperwork in, trying to transfer the Navy and all this.
00:11:04.340 And I had to reapply two months later because of administration and bureaucracy bullshit.
00:11:09.940 But he gave me that opportunity.
00:11:11.860 So I said, yes, I'll go on this tour.
00:11:13.700 And therefore, I joined the omelet.
00:11:15.280 And I became what they call the Shadow One Pronto.
00:11:19.060 Basically, the radio guy.
00:11:19.920 And I did my tour.
00:11:22.660 And that tour revalidated my love and my respect for the infantry yet again.
00:11:29.360 And I persevered.
00:11:30.880 And we did some good things in that country.
00:11:34.300 And we also just recently acknowledged the passing of one of our brothers, another shadow call sign, Matt McCulley.
00:11:42.800 He gave me the finer points of the radio, showed me how to work this antenna,
00:11:46.560 how to put this frequency in, how to use crypto, all that good stuff.
00:11:53.040 Basically, he was like my mentor.
00:11:55.100 And I think about you time to time, Matt.
00:11:58.120 Rest in peace, brother.
00:11:59.280 Anyway, carrying on.
00:12:01.860 All I talked about is the fact that I signed up to fight when I didn't have to.
00:12:07.080 I had an opportunity to go into the Navy as a diver or stand my ground.
00:12:13.980 And we did.
00:12:14.640 And the guys I served with are fucking phenomenal human beings.
00:12:19.040 We saw some wonderful things, did some wonderful things, got into some firefights, saw some action, all that good stuff.
00:12:26.460 Wasn't fucking Hollywood, but we were fighting for something bigger than ourselves.
00:12:32.280 And if it means you're helping the little guy out, it doesn't matter if they're from Afghanistan or from this country or that country or even home here in Canada.
00:12:39.480 We stood on guard for thee.
00:12:42.640 We did our jobs.
00:12:43.800 And now, after seeing all this BS the past six years, especially with our federal government and provincial governments alike,
00:12:50.760 and now finding this garbage out, this inhumane fucking mandate that the clergy and the presiding governments of that time promoted and did and kept under the rug.
00:13:05.780 It's more than just a slap in the face, ladies and gentlemen.
00:13:10.180 It's a real kick in the proverbial balls on how we were governed at one time and how our grandparents were raised and our parents were raised, too.
00:13:20.040 Now, for any politician out there to this day who sits there and says, oh, we're systematically racist.
00:13:26.500 Well, I can say we're systematically ignorant, okay?
00:13:30.900 Not racist, but ignorant, okay?
00:13:34.120 My solution is this.
00:13:36.020 Teach what happened in the residential schools to all fucking high school curriculum.
00:13:40.220 What happened there, okay?
00:13:42.520 What was the mentality?
00:13:44.160 Theorize what they were thinking at that time, okay?
00:13:47.260 And bring it to light, okay?
00:13:49.620 In order to cure darkness, you put light on it, okay?
00:13:52.660 In order to expose the witch, you expose her in public, okay?
00:13:59.680 So let the witch be that part of our history that needs to be exposed, okay?
00:14:05.520 It needs to be exposed because I've had some great conversations with First Nations.
00:14:10.880 I've had some great conversations with people from the Cree Nation and the Blackfoot.
00:14:16.100 My best friend is Dene.
00:14:18.580 I've been friends with him since 19-fucking-90.
00:14:22.660 Okay?
00:14:23.760 And yet he was raised by white people, okay?
00:14:26.320 But he's also been in touch with his roots, too.
00:14:30.640 And he's well aware of his background and what he does and who he is.
00:14:35.420 And he's never once pointed a finger at me for being white,
00:14:38.300 or he's never once pointed a finger at anybody for being black or white or pink or purple.
00:14:42.940 He's done his own thing, and he's survived a lot of circumstances in his life.
00:14:47.180 And I'm glad to call him my best friend today.
00:14:53.040 And I'm not sitting here saying I have a token friend of this or a token friend of that.
00:14:56.560 I just have a friend who happens to be, and he's a great man.
00:15:01.780 So when someone tells me this country is systematically racist, I just say bullshit.
00:15:06.140 But there is systematic ignorance and systematic others.
00:15:12.200 But when you look at our parliamentary system and the legislative systems
00:15:16.780 and our provincial parliaments alike, you see a lot of diversity.
00:15:23.900 You see a lot of men and women of different origins, different colors and creeds,
00:15:26.920 different sexual orientation.
00:15:28.140 Not that it fucking matters anymore.
00:15:29.860 I could care less if Bill and Steve get busy during a barbecue.
00:15:32.580 I don't care.
00:15:34.200 The thing being, we've got to focus on what's right here, ladies and gentlemen.
00:15:37.620 The economy, getting people back to work, asking the tough questions,
00:15:42.960 and demanding the fucking answers.
00:15:45.920 And if you get an excuse from a politician, they've already known,
00:15:48.620 they're not really into what they want to do.
00:15:51.160 They're not into representing.
00:15:53.040 They're in it for themselves.
00:15:55.760 And it's time to change the sheets.

00:16:36.440 And I'm looking at my audio equipment.
00:16:38.540 It's not an audio issue.

00:16:54.520 I'm going to name it something else in the future,
00:16:57.180 just based on my work schedule and different commitments I have now outside of the podcast.
00:17:01.080 It's almost impossible now for me to do the Thursday Fastball.
00:17:05.300 So that's canceled.
00:17:07.660 We'll be working on something different in the near future,
00:17:11.760 but stay updated with my community page and my Facebook page for updates on that.
00:17:16.380 Sunday Fastball is still a go.
00:17:18.240 You know, our Fastball Sunday.
00:17:19.760 Still a go.
00:17:20.340 This Sunday coming up.
00:17:21.340 Myself, Danny Mazzay, hopefully.
00:17:24.720 I think he's still in location.
00:17:25.760 But Chris Semchuk, Fred Stockman, and others will be joining me this Sunday, 4 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.
00:17:31.740 So stay posted to my community page and Facebook page for updates on that as well.
00:17:36.120 And I am working on interviews, hopefully, with Stephen Brulé in the future.
00:17:39.840 Maybe Janice Viamengo.
00:17:41.020 I reached out to Pierre Paulyev there a few weeks back to come by and say hello.
00:17:45.960 All that good stuff.
00:17:46.800 But I'm still waiting on that.
00:17:48.180 But please stay tuned to my community pages for updates on all of my live streams.
00:17:52.640 And in the next little while, too, I've worked out a video, an audio format,
00:17:58.160 where I'll be recording myself, not just for the podcast, but putting a video up there, too.
00:18:04.180 So if you want to see my ugly radio mug when I do my podcasts,
00:18:08.040 I will make that happen for you, ladies and gentlemen, too.
00:18:10.620 So keep that in mind.
00:18:12.860 All right.
00:18:13.200 Just give you some more updates.
00:18:14.820 As they come, please check out my shop, Accustomized Girl.
00:18:18.220 I got T-shirts.
00:18:19.240 I got hats.
00:18:19.780 I got mugs.
00:18:20.500 I got swimsuits.
00:18:21.260 I got gitch.
00:18:22.660 And I got other little trinkets there with the Krusty Canuck logo.
00:18:25.360 So please support the Krusty Canuck podcast by purchasing some swagger at the Krusty Canuck shop at Customized Girl.
00:18:32.580 Links will be in the description.
00:18:34.020 Anyway, again, carrying on.
00:18:35.540 Canada's tarnished halo.
00:18:36.900 Yes, we do.
00:18:37.480 We do have a history of bullshit.
00:18:40.300 Okay.
00:18:41.460 We do have a history of segregation.
00:18:44.200 But it doesn't just stop and start with the First Nations, ladies and gentlemen.
00:18:51.080 1860s, you were judged based on your height.
00:18:52.840 You were judged based on your choice of faith, Catholic or Protestant.
00:18:56.980 You were judged on the money you made.
00:18:59.740 You were judged if you were born into wealth or not.
00:19:03.220 Farmers were looked down on in those days, even though they provided sustenance to many people.
00:19:09.620 Okay.
00:19:11.160 In the turn of the century, a lot of people were looked down on based on their height and based on their economic well-being.
00:19:18.760 Right.
00:19:19.240 There are a lot of people that came to Canada during that time that come from very, very wealthy families that set up homesteads, that set up mansions and set up factories.
00:19:29.160 So be it.
00:19:29.940 That's how a capitalized system works.
00:19:31.440 But needless to say, there was prejudice there, too.
00:19:34.160 And it wasn't just about the color.
00:19:35.900 It was about social status or what have you.
00:19:38.020 So there's a long history of prejudice.
00:19:40.980 A long history of prejudice through all walks of life.
00:19:44.900 Okay.
00:19:45.960 All walks of life.
00:19:48.120 But this one issue.
00:19:51.140 Well, it's issues.
00:19:52.020 Not just one issue.
00:19:54.380 Is a big fucking tarnish in our halo.
00:19:57.880 And to any of my First Nation listeners out there.
00:20:01.440 You know, if you want to talk to me, if you don't feel that you want to talk to somebody else, if you want to talk to me, please reach out to me.
00:20:12.500 KrustyBCanuck67 at gmail.com.
00:20:14.840 Okay.
00:20:16.540 Not only am I going to offer a listening opportunity to my veteran friends and what have you and to people that really need to talk, but I'm still reaching out to my native listeners out there, too.
00:20:28.920 If you want to talk to me about something, or if you have information for me, please, just get a hold of me in the links in the description there.
00:20:38.280 I'm willing to listen, ladies and gentlemen.
00:20:39.880 And not because I'm hoping to get a seat in Parliament as a candidate for the Veterans Coalition Party, but as an adult, as a man, as someone who wants to hear the story, someone who wants to know.
00:20:56.260 Right?
00:20:56.400 Someone who wants to expose this garbage for what it really is.
00:21:04.000 And really, it is garbage.
00:21:06.040 You know, any clergy, any government office that willfully and willingly stands by those mandates to this day, well, they're just fucking idiots.
00:21:15.600 But at the time, they're still idiots, too.
00:21:18.600 Okay?
00:21:19.920 Taking kids from their homes, forcing them to read, forcing them to be this, forcing them to be that.
00:21:25.260 Not to speak their own language.
00:21:27.220 Not to promote their own culture.
00:21:30.560 All in the name of assimilation.
00:21:32.620 Okay?
00:21:33.980 And that was the mandate at the time.
00:21:35.580 And I guess you can say maybe society at the time thought it was right, but we all know now it's wrong.
00:21:40.720 But I'd also like to know, too, how many politicians that are still alive, that were still accepting that behavior in the 1960s, 70s, 80s, and up until they closed the last residential school in 1996.
00:21:58.060 How many governments since then have known and did and said nothing about it?
00:22:04.220 When we're constantly being fucking reminded about the whole marginalization and the systemic this and systemic that, oh my god, my feelings are hurt, please help me!
00:22:14.700 Well, it's not a matter of your feelings, it's a matter of your fucking actions and lack of them.
00:22:20.660 So, I'm going to open the floor to another debate.
00:22:25.760 I've said this before in the show, okay?
00:22:28.560 I would like any politician that was alive at that time, and it really wasn't that long ago, ladies and gentlemen, okay, to justify what happened and why it happened, okay?
00:22:45.580 So, any politician out there is listening.
00:22:47.520 I don't care if you're conservative, liberal, NDP, green, rhinoceros, I don't care what you represent.
00:22:52.500 I dare anybody to justify what happened, okay?
00:23:00.740 We can talk about the social structure, which I just did, the social structure at the time, yes, okay?
00:23:06.120 But let's say from 1969 to 78, when Pierre Elliott Trudeau was the prime minister,
00:23:10.980 and how much cahoots did he have with the clergy at that time to still allow these schools to fucking operate,
00:23:17.360 especially when he was the first one that tore the horn of multiculturalism,
00:23:20.540 and yet the whole time, he's talking about multiculturalism, we had it in our backyard the whole fucking time, right?
00:23:29.060 So, my listeners, I encourage you to go out and talk to First Nations members,
00:23:33.320 to go to reservation, have a conversation, share a cup of tea, have some tea,
00:23:38.040 share some tobacco, share some wisdom with each other,
00:23:43.140 share wisdom, share thoughts, share ideas,
00:23:46.540 try to find viable solutions to this fucking manufactured chaos.
00:23:52.060 Stay updated, and follow Krusty Canuck on Facebook, Twitter, Gap, Telegram, YouTube, and Podbean.

00:24:05.540 Well, smack my ass and call me Judy.
00:24:08.680 And smack it I shall.
00:24:10.180 Anyway, carrying on.
00:24:12.040 I'm getting a little heated there, but I just,
00:24:14.180 these thoughts keep dancing in my head
00:24:16.280 every time I see a report of this.
00:24:20.440 And it's not going to get any better.
00:24:22.520 I'm not going to sit here and promote the doom and gloom, ladies and gentlemen.
00:24:26.160 But this is just the start.
00:24:29.240 And I would graciously promote
00:24:31.400 that every province
00:24:33.620 hires a company
00:24:36.000 to ground radar every residential school
00:24:39.160 to find out the truth.
00:24:40.800 And that's what's going to set us free, ladies and gentlemen.
00:24:42.940 The truth.
00:24:44.780 Okay?
00:24:45.860 The truth.
00:24:47.020 Screw the color schematic.
00:24:48.300 Screw the quantity
00:24:49.160 or quality schematic.
00:24:50.960 Let's look at the fucking truth here.
00:24:53.280 Okay?
00:24:54.100 And let's start treating people
00:24:55.680 like people.
00:24:57.520 It doesn't matter if you're from Asia.
00:24:59.820 It doesn't matter if you're from Jamaica.
00:25:01.600 It doesn't matter if you're from Pakistan,
00:25:03.100 India, Bangladesh.
00:25:04.580 It doesn't matter if you're Eastern European
00:25:06.180 or Western European.
00:25:07.480 It doesn't matter if you're from South America or not.
00:25:09.920 It doesn't matter if you have Spanish roots
00:25:11.040 or English roots or Scottish roots, Irish roots.
00:25:13.600 Who gives a fuck?
00:25:14.760 This is Canada.
00:25:16.400 This was made up of all colors and creates all cultures.
00:25:21.500 Okay?
00:25:21.960 And if the federal government
00:25:24.480 can spend time and effort
00:25:25.920 apologizing to about 1,000 Italian descendants
00:25:28.920 that were locked up
00:25:31.820 during the Second World War
00:25:33.860 and apologize to Japanese descendants
00:25:37.160 that were locked up during the Second World War,
00:25:39.600 why isn't the federal government standing firm,
00:25:42.260 standing tall and saying,
00:25:43.480 hey, we fucked up here, Canada.
00:25:46.540 Let's find a viable solution.
00:25:48.900 Let's work on this together.
00:25:50.200 Our PM sock puppet keeps deflecting racism
00:25:55.480 every time you question his ability
00:25:57.480 or question his slap and tickle mandates
00:26:01.460 with the Communist Party of China.
00:26:04.920 We all know they're shagging each other.
00:26:06.660 That's nothing new.
00:26:08.480 Liberals have done that since the 1960s.
00:26:10.560 Pierre-Ely Trudeau loved doing that.
00:26:12.700 He loved a piece of his mile, Taesong.
00:26:15.240 He loved his mile.
00:26:16.740 He loved his Castro, too.
00:26:18.020 Hell, he might have even had a share
00:26:20.220 of a fucking few vodkas with Leonor Brezhnev,
00:26:23.140 especially when they fucking invaded Afghanistan in 1979.
00:26:26.820 But hey, we don't hear about that, though, do we?
00:26:28.440 No, of course not.
00:26:30.000 That's not right.
00:26:30.980 No, this man was a godsend.
00:26:34.320 Which also brings me to the point more, too,
00:26:36.220 why do we have to keep taking down our statues?
00:26:39.300 Sir John A. wasn't perfect.
00:26:42.100 Neither was Robert Borden.
00:26:43.140 Neither was Wilford Laurier.
00:26:44.260 Neither was Mackenzie King.
00:26:46.520 Louis Saint Laurent.
00:26:48.620 Neither was Diefenbaker.
00:26:50.120 Neither was Pearson.
00:26:51.120 Neither was Pierre Elliott Trudeau.
00:26:52.840 Neither was Joe Clark.
00:26:54.240 Neither was Marooney.
00:26:56.160 Jean Cartier.
00:26:57.460 Paul Martin.
00:26:59.440 They all had their dark little chapters, ladies and gentlemen.
00:27:01.940 But for fuck's sakes, this country was founded
00:27:03.780 by people that wanted a Canada.
00:27:05.920 And regardless of the racial divide at the time,
00:27:10.840 I would like to think that we built something worth fighting for.
00:27:16.680 Because when I did my operations, I fought for Canada.
00:27:20.660 And I'm going to keep fighting for Canada,
00:27:23.180 regardless of how tarnished the halo is or not.
00:27:26.280 It's up to us to clean it up.
00:27:28.680 Polish it up and make it brand new.
00:27:30.300 And reinforce the foundation of what this nation should be.
00:27:33.980 A working, satisfying, legitimate, and thriving fucking democracy.
00:27:40.380 And it can be done, folks.
00:27:42.580 It can be done.
00:27:44.540 Okay?
00:27:45.720 It can be done.
00:27:48.140 There's a story that came out of the National Post,
00:27:50.640 and I'll post it on my description there.
00:27:52.300 But I'll summarize it.
00:27:53.760 It was basically talking about the whole issue of how government is hard.
00:27:57.780 How the hard decisions aren't being made.
00:28:00.860 And rightfully so.
00:28:02.580 Especially this six years.
00:28:04.000 The past six years has been a beautiful example
00:28:06.520 of what our government is not doing.
00:28:09.980 Okay?
00:28:11.120 They've spent money ridiculously.
00:28:14.080 They'd rather give $25 million to Gaza Strip
00:28:17.480 to quote-unquote help the Palestinian strife,
00:28:21.620 which I personally think might go to just Hamas,
00:28:24.420 not the Palestinian people.
00:28:26.340 Okay?
00:28:26.600 You know, constant handouts to African nations
00:28:29.500 to fight climate change.
00:28:31.860 And yet we also know that all of that money goes to the UN
00:28:34.760 or from the UN.
00:28:36.000 It goes to little dictatorships.
00:28:37.760 It doesn't go to the people that need it the most.
00:28:40.520 Right?
00:28:42.140 And yet we can't get proper cleaning water.
00:28:45.820 Proper clean water.
00:28:47.240 Proper clean water to our First Nations.
00:28:49.880 And in other parts of this country too.
00:28:52.460 Okay?
00:28:52.700 We can't find the mandates to look after our veterans properly.
00:28:57.380 We can't find the mandates to look after procurement properly
00:29:00.340 because the whole beer bug issue has been such a fucking fiasco.
00:29:04.160 One doctor saying,
00:29:05.660 oh, we can't mix and match vaccines.
00:29:08.220 And the other doctor saying,
00:29:09.120 oh, yeah, sure, we can do that.
00:29:10.360 Yeah, Dr. Tam says, yeah, we can do this.
00:29:12.540 Yeah, Dr. Tam, who looked like a man.
00:29:14.380 Yeah, we can do that.
00:29:16.160 Right?
00:29:17.480 So which is it?
00:29:18.800 And the procurement board,
00:29:20.700 as far back as last October,
00:29:23.200 saying, oh, we can't say the names of certain companies
00:29:25.320 because we might jeopardize the contract.
00:29:27.120 And yet they can't decide which is coming or which is going.
00:29:30.380 You know?
00:29:30.860 And then people start finger pointing,
00:29:32.200 well, we don't have the factories anymore to do this.
00:29:34.060 Or we don't have the facilities to do this.
00:29:35.940 Yet we have all the facilities to hand out billions of dollars
00:29:38.480 to other nations.
00:29:39.720 Yet we can't find a few million bucks
00:29:42.080 to bring in proper vaccines to this country.
00:29:44.560 Hmm.
00:29:44.740 Scratch your ass for a minute and think about that.
00:29:47.180 Hmm.
00:29:48.180 Interesting.

00:30:26.220 And if half my listeners out there,
00:30:28.500 especially my subscribers on the tube,
00:30:31.480 if you were to donate a few bucks every month,
00:30:34.980 half my subscribers, wow,

00:30:45.200 So please consider donating today.
00:30:47.520 I'm not going to demand cash.
00:30:48.820 I'm not one of those gamers or OnlyFans aficionados
00:30:52.560 that demand, demand, demand, demand,
00:30:54.340 just because I want to shake my ankles or shake my tush.
00:30:57.160 Sorry, I'm a little more mature than that,
00:30:59.100 and I'm not the best-looking guy on the planet to do that.
00:31:01.280 So, anyhow, please consider donating today.
00:31:04.940 Anyway, carrying on, we're at the point of the episode two
00:31:07.180 where I choose the Polar Vortex of Bullshit Award.
00:31:11.640 So with due consideration,
00:31:14.740 and with some personal thought and reflection,
00:31:18.500 the Canadian Polar Vortex of Bullshit Award
00:31:29.060 should go to none other than,
00:31:32.520 wait for it,
00:31:34.480 the Catholic Church of Canada.
00:31:48.780 Why, you ask?
00:31:49.940 Well, I'm not trying to,
00:31:51.420 I'm not trying to hurt any devout Catholics out there,
00:31:55.960 but the organization of the Catholic Church of Canada
00:31:59.180 has had its ties with the residential schooling
00:32:02.180 since its inception back in the 1860s or 70s or 80s.
00:32:07.300 Anyway, when it started,
00:32:10.420 and shame on you, right?
00:32:13.200 Now, I know some Catholic people,
00:32:15.600 and they're not bad people, okay?
00:32:18.140 I'm not categorizing the whole Catholic Church
00:32:20.460 into one big group,
00:32:21.360 but the organization, the leadership,
00:32:24.060 and the people that knew what the fuck was going on
00:32:26.980 and did nothing about it,
00:32:29.500 you are well-deserved recipients of
00:32:32.760 the Canadian Polar Vortex of Bullshit.
00:32:39.300 So well done
00:32:40.460 on all the archdioceses and bishops,
00:32:44.000 and especially the nuns and the preachers
00:32:46.900 that did their fucking dirty deeds.
00:32:51.620 Now, I mentioned in the show earlier before,
00:32:54.080 ladies and gentlemen,
00:32:55.560 let there be an investigation.
00:32:56.900 Let's open up the paperwork.
00:32:58.220 Let's see what the fuck is going on.
00:32:59.940 And I'm almost positive, too.
00:33:01.800 There's probably documentation and records
00:33:03.880 that have, quote-unquote,
00:33:05.500 mysteriously disappeared or been burnt or lost
00:33:08.040 over the years.
00:33:09.460 Nonetheless,
00:33:10.580 we've got to dig deep and find the truth here.
00:33:13.740 And not just for the First Nations,
00:33:15.460 but for all of us.
00:33:18.040 All of us as Canadians.
00:33:22.340 We've got to clean our halo, folks.
00:33:23.920 We're not perfect, you know.
00:33:25.820 But, you know,
00:33:26.300 democracies are not perfect.
00:33:28.440 They're not.
00:33:29.200 But they're a hell of a lot fucking better
00:33:30.580 than totalitarianism,
00:33:31.700 and they're a hell of a lot better
00:33:32.780 than the bullshit that the CCP
00:33:34.700 wants to fucking promote.
00:33:38.160 Right?
00:33:38.640 Something to think about.
00:33:39.940 And to all those college and university kids
00:33:41.600 out there that worry about fucking spelling
00:33:43.120 and grammar,
00:33:44.700 go out and get some real fucking life experience
00:33:46.560 before you start pointing fingers
00:33:47.800 at us fucking dogs.
00:33:49.140 Get it?
00:33:50.380 Right?
00:33:50.920 That's how lived experience works.
00:33:53.460 You actually got to live through something
00:33:54.820 and know something
00:33:55.680 before you call it experience.
00:33:58.060 Twat waffles.
00:33:59.280 Something to think about.
00:34:01.460 Right?
00:34:02.460 Well, once again, ladies and gentlemen,
00:34:03.580 the viable solution is
00:34:04.640 let's look at the records.
00:34:06.780 Let's demand answers
00:34:07.860 from our parliamentarians
00:34:09.060 and legislatures
00:34:11.120 and bureaucrats alike.
00:34:13.260 Okay?
00:34:14.420 Let's not promote the divide anymore.
00:34:16.380 Let's not let this divide us.
00:34:19.060 Let us find the truth.
00:34:20.360 Let us find the answers
00:34:21.520 to the best of our ability.
00:34:23.160 Reach our hands out
00:34:24.240 to all nations of this country
00:34:26.140 and say, yes,
00:34:27.760 how can we help?
00:34:30.360 And we all want to find the truth.
00:34:31.780 It's that simple.
00:34:33.000 We all got to try to find the truth,
00:34:34.820 ladies and gentlemen.
00:34:36.060 Okay?
00:34:37.620 I am proud of my country.
00:34:38.880 I'm proud of the fact
00:34:39.500 that we do have a healthcare system
00:34:40.680 that does pretty good.
00:34:43.700 This past year has proven otherwise,
00:34:45.560 but nonetheless,
00:34:46.780 I like the fact that
00:34:47.640 one day if I'm working outside
00:34:49.660 and I fall off my ladder,
00:34:50.640 I can call an ambulance
00:34:51.280 and get patched up
00:34:51.980 and looked after just like that.
00:34:53.600 That's fine.
00:34:54.640 But there's other things
00:34:55.280 we've got to work on too.
00:34:57.500 There's other bureaucracies
00:34:58.660 we have to cut away
00:35:00.140 and dismay
00:35:01.140 just like some of our politicians.
00:35:03.020 We've got to cut down
00:35:05.340 on the leadership.
00:35:07.620 Too many cooks in the kitchen,
00:35:09.040 ladies and gentlemen.
00:35:09.540 That simple.
00:35:11.380 Not enough people to clean
00:35:12.780 and to serve the food
00:35:14.160 and serve the product.
00:35:15.020 There's too many cooks
00:35:15.700 making decisions
00:35:16.960 over simple plates.
00:35:18.600 You know what I mean?
00:35:21.320 And we can do better.
00:35:22.400 I know we can do better.
00:35:23.920 I was raised in a household
00:35:25.020 where you don't judge on color.
00:35:26.380 You don't judge on sexual orientation.
00:35:28.600 We're all guilty of saying bad words,
00:35:30.440 but it's the actions
00:35:31.760 that fucking count,
00:35:32.700 ladies and gentlemen.
00:35:34.200 And we're seeing
00:35:35.840 the lack of action.
00:35:37.520 We are.
00:35:39.400 I'll be posting
00:35:40.220 some more issues there too
00:35:41.860 and a couple of videos
00:35:43.520 in my description,
00:35:44.260 so please follow along that.
00:35:46.380 A native elder
00:35:47.100 by the name of Bruce Allen
00:35:47.920 has a great story
00:35:48.720 from the CBC
00:35:49.400 and I'll post that in the description.
00:35:51.540 And please listen
00:35:52.220 and try to be as open
00:35:53.780 as possible,
00:35:54.420 ladies and gentlemen.
00:35:55.740 Regardless of what your views are
00:35:57.080 on native rights
00:35:57.780 in this country,
00:35:58.300 they have to be listened to.
00:36:00.900 Okay,
00:36:01.200 I'm all for native rights
00:36:02.500 and I'm all for land rights too.
00:36:04.540 But I also want to question
00:36:05.780 the monarchy
00:36:06.300 and I want to question
00:36:07.240 the senior government officials
00:36:08.500 that were alive
00:36:09.460 at that time
00:36:10.680 in the 70s
00:36:11.760 and the 80s.
00:36:14.020 And I want to see
00:36:14.820 what they said
00:36:15.440 and what they did
00:36:16.120 and why they didn't do something.
00:36:18.820 What were they afraid of?
00:36:20.840 You know what I mean?
00:36:21.420 A proper investigation.
00:36:23.200 If we can dig up
00:36:24.200 old tweets
00:36:25.860 and dig up old bullshit
00:36:28.220 when someone says this
00:36:29.680 or someone says that
00:36:30.540 10 or 15 years ago,
00:36:31.960 then why can't we hold
00:36:33.560 leaders
00:36:34.240 and bureaucrats
00:36:35.820 in the same light too?
00:36:38.780 Something to think about folks.
00:36:41.280 Right?
00:36:42.360 And if they do call an election
00:36:43.240 in the fall,
00:36:43.700 even though Parliament
00:36:44.240 said,
00:36:45.000 oh no,
00:36:45.400 we can't have an election
00:36:46.180 because of the pandemic,
00:36:47.980 well,
00:36:48.900 there's one coming.
00:36:49.620 So to my listeners out there,
00:36:52.720 especially my Canadian listeners,
00:36:54.180 we've got to think
00:36:54.680 really,
00:36:55.000 really hard
00:36:55.340 on who we want
00:36:56.460 calling the shots
00:36:57.100 in the next 5,
00:36:58.240 10 years.
00:36:59.780 Okay?
00:37:00.280 We've got to do that.
00:37:02.380 Let's factor in
00:37:03.160 all this bullshit
00:37:03.760 we have seen
00:37:04.260 this past year
00:37:04.960 and a half alone
00:37:05.780 and to see
00:37:08.240 who we want
00:37:08.700 calling the shots
00:37:09.320 in governing.
00:37:10.200 I want to see
00:37:10.820 more Natives.
00:37:11.720 I want to see
00:37:12.100 more First Nations
00:37:12.880 get involved
00:37:13.480 in our federal politics.
00:37:15.000 I want to see
00:37:15.860 more people thrive.
00:37:17.360 I want to see
00:37:18.000 all Canadians thrive.
00:37:20.100 All colors and creeds.
00:37:21.360 It doesn't matter.
00:37:22.980 I don't care
00:37:23.380 if you're Dene
00:37:23.820 or Blackfoot
00:37:25.660 or Crow
00:37:26.140 or Ojibwe.
00:37:29.300 I don't care
00:37:29.900 if you're Inuit.
00:37:30.500 I don't care
00:37:30.900 if you're white.
00:37:31.660 I don't care
00:37:32.140 if you're black.
00:37:32.760 I don't care
00:37:33.240 if you're Asian.
00:37:33.980 I don't care
00:37:34.440 if you love
00:37:35.720 your boyfriend Bob
00:37:36.740 and he calls you Steve.
00:37:37.880 I don't care.
00:37:38.900 I don't care
00:37:39.460 how you march.
00:37:40.080 I don't care
00:37:40.300 who you sleep with.
00:37:41.200 What I care about
00:37:41.840 is how you treat people.
00:37:42.680 Don't hit people
00:37:43.240 and take their fucking stuff
00:37:44.460 and let people thrive.
00:37:47.240 That simple.
00:37:48.680 Right?
00:37:49.620 That simple
00:37:51.560 and yet
00:37:52.140 we're constantly
00:37:54.300 being told
00:37:54.720 it's unattainable.
00:37:56.300 I don't buy that
00:37:57.140 for one fucking second.
00:37:59.120 Anyway,
00:37:59.860 ladies and gentlemen,
00:38:00.240 I've been Krusty Canuck
00:38:00.980 on this beautiful
00:38:01.540 2nd of June 2021.
00:38:03.960 A little vented there.
00:38:08.140 A little disappointing.
00:38:08.960 Well,
00:38:09.240 I'm hurt.
00:38:11.760 But I'm not going to pull
00:38:12.760 the whole simp
00:38:13.900 soy boy bullshit
00:38:15.660 on that.
00:38:16.180 I am a genuine
00:38:16.780 concerned citizen,
00:38:18.420 a Canadian.
00:38:18.940 I'm angry.
00:38:20.580 And you should be too.
00:38:22.700 But let's channel
00:38:23.480 this anger
00:38:23.880 into something positive
00:38:24.620 and trying to find
00:38:25.400 a viable solution
00:38:26.400 to who we are
00:38:27.940 as a nation
00:38:28.400 and what we can do
00:38:29.220 to help each other
00:38:30.160 overcome these obstacles.
00:38:32.160 It's that simple,
00:38:33.880 folks.
00:38:35.400 Like I say,
00:38:36.040 I've been Krusty Canuck.
00:38:37.260 Thank you,
00:38:37.800 my audience,
00:38:38.380 my wonderful audience

00:38:42.940 on every media spectrum
00:38:44.360 that you can.
00:38:45.100 Please share this around.

00:38:53.940 Doesn't matter if you're
00:38:54.320 on Facebook,
00:38:54.940 YouTube,
00:38:55.520 Gab,
00:38:55.940 Telegram,
00:38:56.540 ones that I've mentioned
00:38:57.960 ones you're on.
00:38:58.720 I also have a Brideon page
00:39:00.160 too,
00:39:00.540 too.
00:39:00.820 So look at the description
00:39:02.260 for that link as well.
00:39:04.140 Trying to get some
00:39:04.820 more videos out there
00:39:07.320 for a bigger audience
00:39:08.400 and all that stuff too.
00:39:09.100 So please click like,
00:39:10.080 subscribe,
00:39:10.580 share this all over the place.
00:39:12.920 I knew what you can
00:39:13.420 to help each other out,
00:39:14.100 folks,
00:39:14.300 in these trying times.
00:39:15.080 I know things are
00:39:15.500 going to get tougher.
00:39:17.060 Hyperinflation may be looming.
00:39:18.720 So do what you can
00:39:19.540 to save your pennies.
00:39:21.480 You know,
00:39:21.820 invest in some dry goods
00:39:22.920 to my firearms friends
00:39:25.860 out there too.
00:39:27.860 Getting some reloading,
00:39:29.020 maybe stock them
00:39:29.540 in a bit of ammo
00:39:30.080 just in case.
00:39:30.840 I'm not encouraging
00:39:31.500 anything of the sort,
00:39:32.800 but just in case,
00:39:34.540 right?
00:39:34.740 Extra gasoline,
00:39:35.620 good stuff.
00:39:36.140 Just keep everything simple,
00:39:38.000 tidy,
00:39:38.480 insane.
00:39:39.620 And don't hesitate
00:39:40.280 to help your neighbors
00:39:41.100 out too.
00:39:42.140 Do what you can.
00:39:43.140 Like your friends,
00:39:44.300 fight for your loved ones,
00:39:45.280 all that good stuff.
00:39:48.340 And like I say,
00:39:49.120 ladies and gentlemen,
00:39:50.600 humanity and merit
00:39:51.260 wins the day.
00:39:53.840 Take care
00:39:54.360 and I'll see you Sunday
00:39:55.400 on Fastball Sunday.
00:39:56.940 Bye for now.
00:40:02.320 Hit it, sweetheart.
00:40:04.780 Because I am hard,
00:40:06.420 you will not like me.
00:40:07.760 Yes, sir.
00:40:11.200 There is no racial bigotry here.
00:40:16.080 Here you are all.

00:40:33.660 I'm sorry, I can't feel you.
00:40:35.820 I have an inflection in my ear.
00:40:40.140 This has been another episode
00:40:41.980 of the Krusty Canuck podcast.
00:40:43.980 Stay sane.
00:40:44.900 And thank you for listening.
00:40:46.460 From Western Canada.
00:40:47.800 This is the Krusty Canuck podcast.
