00:00:00.000 It has to, of course, be MAGA-backed.
00:00:04.160 The MAGA-backed Enhanced Games are an ethical nightmare.
00:00:09.100 I just, my mind is blown that there's literally nothing we can do for fun, excitement,
00:00:15.720 without some corporate institution, liberal, Democrat, whatever, just being pissed off about it.
00:00:22.340 Guys, we went to the Enhanced Games over the weekend in Las Vegas, and I had a blast.
00:00:27.300 It was a lot of fun.
00:00:28.780 I am fairly libertarian in a lot of respects.
00:00:32.280 So if there's an athlete and they want to, under medical supervision, take performance-enhancing drugs to compete, let them do it.
00:00:40.720 The Enhanced Games created this space.
00:00:42.860 It allows for athletes who want to push their personal limits to take performance-enhancing drugs so long as they are legal and there is a doctor who is making sure everything is healthy.
00:00:53.860 So we had a chance to go down, check everything out.
00:00:57.660 We put this video together for you guys.
00:00:59.720 You can hear it straight from the athletes' mouths.
00:01:02.440 Check this out.
00:01:03.640 Welcome to Las Vegas, ladies and gentlemen.
00:01:05.460 Here we go.
00:01:27.340 welcome to the enhanced games my friends we're here at the me this is the media athlete meetup
00:01:44.240 event this is what we're going to be seeing we've got obviously got swimming
00:01:47.700 and you got lifting
00:01:50.720 you've got what appears to be running on one side or sprinting whatever they're going to do
00:01:57.520 I'd like to see them fight, but I guess they don't got anything like that set up.
00:02:00.620 So this is athletes allowed to use performance-enhancing drugs.
00:02:05.640 And we are not just talking about steroids, stimulants, mood stabilizers.
00:02:11.480 Apparently, one dude said he was going to be smoking pot.
00:02:13.960 I don't know how that helps you, but for some people, maybe it does.
00:02:16.980 So right now, this is the day before the event.
00:02:18.720 We're going to go and meet up with some of these athletes so they can break down for us the limitations and the rules.
00:02:23.160 because the first thing everybody's wondering can you do math maybe normal normal athletic gains is
00:02:32.520 like one 1.5 percent over a year you'll see in strength gains but these guys are seeing like
00:02:36.940 eight to thirty percent gains in two months apparently one guy was saying they're trying
00:02:42.200 to they're trying to chill they don't want to just maximize the peds because it's too much
00:02:46.880 yeah they're focusing health yeah like they will they will see too much muscle growth too quickly
00:02:53.080 And so they're like, you've got to, that's crazy.
00:02:56.420 I love this because we're going to Mars.
00:02:57.920 I mean, we're going to be performing on the moon pretty soon.
00:03:00.440 It's like, don't slam the pedal to the metal because you're going to overheat your engine kind of attitude.
00:03:05.740 They could go bigger than they are, but they're trying to regulate so they don't hurt themselves.
00:03:10.820 It's going to be nuts.
00:03:12.400 I like it.
00:03:13.740 Everybody, I'm here with Aaron Wexler.
00:03:15.320 We're at the Enhanced Games in Las Vegas, Nevada.
00:03:17.520 Aaron, what do you think so far?
00:03:19.440 I mean, this is exciting.
00:03:20.780 It's fun.
00:03:21.320 I like that they show us the world records so we know how close these guys are to beating it.
00:03:25.740 I'd say my number one thing, though, is it's not that I want someone to die,
00:03:29.520 but wouldn't it be exciting if not everyone lived?
00:03:32.080 Well, they said that one guy, the deadlifter's blood's going to fire out of his nose or something explosively.
00:03:36.580 Those guys are probably one paper cut away from what I just described.
00:03:40.360 So, yeah, I think we might be in store for some entertainment later.
00:03:44.480 Are you an athlete or have you performed in sports throughout your life?
00:03:47.600 Thank you so much for asking that question.
00:03:49.020 No, I was actually president of the high school orchestra.
00:03:52.260 I know it's shocking from my physique to think that that's what I did when I'm so fit.
00:03:57.080 But that was, you know, I was not a student athlete.
00:03:59.040 That's why I asked, what instrument?
00:04:01.560 I can't say.
00:04:02.600 If I say the instrument, I'll never hear the end of it online.
00:04:05.200 Was it the tuba?
00:04:05.960 It was the flute.
00:04:07.360 That's pretty cool.
00:04:08.940 So if you were an athlete, would you juice up?
00:04:11.700 Would I juice up?
00:04:13.000 I mean, what we're doing here is just like a lot of people dope and they just do it in secret.
00:04:17.860 and this is saying we all know what's really going on so we're doing it openly like when we
00:04:22.120 have the olympics do i think china and russia when they're hosting they're not enhancing their
00:04:26.700 athletes and we're just going there like raw dogging the olympics no i think that's what's
00:04:30.980 going on so i like that it's on the board especially with the age of like cybernetic
00:04:35.560 enhancements and genetic therapy and stuff yeah no i think it's an interesting concept i also just
00:04:39.880 think this in general is hilarious and a great example of how fun capitalism is because you get
00:04:45.820 a bunch of investors who were like you know what let's just do our own olympics the way we want to
00:04:50.380 do it i feel like this is as close as you could get to being king in the middle ages where they're 0.95
00:04:54.260 like bring out the midgets you know like we're like let's just have like open doping athletes
00:04:58.960 and make them entertain us and that's that's like what we're doing right uh yeah we're like in the 1.00
00:05:05.160 royal stands and we're like just go and swim just take some steroids and swim like that's what we're
00:05:10.260 doing right now ladies and gentlemen the great wonderful aaron wexler aaron thank you so much
00:05:14.440 thanks for having me it's good to see you you too bye sir i just met you uh who are you i'm andrey
00:05:20.360 govorov i'm from ukraine and i'm a 50 butterfly world record holder so i'm traditionally holding
00:05:25.960 it already so my journey is that i want to beat my own world record that i set eight years ago
00:05:31.480 it's still mine i want to just see how far can i go with enhancements okay the first question
00:05:37.160 what is enhancement what does that mean oh enhancements are is the PEDs that's
00:05:43.040 fully supervised FDA approved 100% legal that we can use them under the full
00:05:49.040 supervision and the thing is number one priority is the health second is
00:05:54.200 optimization third is performance so these are there's actually a criteria of
00:05:58.880 what you can and cannot do you can't you can't like do math to win oh you can't
00:06:02.840 you cannot do anything that's illegal is not FDA approved it's going to be
00:06:06.320 clinically supervised prescribed by the doctor and monitor from the beginning
00:06:11.960 till the end and then after that we're gonna have five years follow up with
00:06:15.920 the hospitals that we will be taking care of so are you going to use every
00:06:21.980 possible combination of PED that you can and actually not I'm in conservative
00:06:27.380 side of learning my body too so I actually try to optimize as as good as
00:06:32.600 I could. So I was learning through taking them, but in a very, let's say minor amounts, like small
00:06:39.080 amounts. So what are you doing to enhance? Like what is it? A steroid drug? I cannot describe my
00:06:44.960 own protocol and have a reason behind that. I don't like people following it because the key
00:06:49.280 point here is optimization. That's it needs to be prescribed by you, tailored on by doctors for you
00:06:54.400 specifically. And this is the key for being as healthy as you could be and have maximum benefit
00:06:59.320 But if you want to know what we're taking it's just a clinical study was released
00:07:04.180 So you can go and see what we were able to take and it's not that many options there
00:07:07.280 Without getting into anything specific on yourself. Could you give us a general example of what people might be taking here?
00:07:13.000 anabolic steroids
00:07:16.000 stimulants
00:07:19.120 Modulators, but everything already actually used to even in traditional sports, but with the TUES the exemption
00:07:26.060 Is blood doping going to be done here?
00:07:27.780 No.
00:07:28.200 No?
00:07:28.780 No.
00:07:29.260 So what do you think?
00:07:31.400 Do you think people are going to blow their records out of the water?
00:07:33.220 It's going to be amazing?
00:07:33.880 The goal here is to try to reach your personal best.
00:07:36.420 My personal best is my own gold record, and I'm on a journey to try to break it.
00:07:39.940 So that's the goal.
00:07:40.900 That's the target.
00:07:41.500 Very cool, man.
00:07:42.080 I appreciate it.
00:07:42.680 Thanks for explaining it.
00:07:44.040 I'm here with Sid Batia, the CFO of Enhanced.
00:07:47.240 Just wanted to ask you a few questions, man.
00:07:49.000 What got you interested in this whole genre in general?
00:07:52.260 I mean, to be honest, it's very personal.
00:07:54.020 Like, I run marathons, and I started taking recovery protocols because they helped me, like, recover on the long runs.
00:08:01.580 So it's one of those things I was really into.
00:08:03.520 I've been all into, like, consumer businesses, and I think this was so unique in terms of what we're doing.
00:08:09.340 And I really think this is such a massive category.
00:08:12.080 So for me, it was really, like, both my personal sort of interests and then the business side of this.
00:08:17.180 What do you think is, like, the next phase of the company itself?
00:08:22.180 I think the next phase is we've got the games.
00:08:25.880 We start creating tons of content around all the athletes.
00:08:29.500 And then as we start to do that, we are, and we have got a consumer business,
00:08:33.340 we start putting out all of the enhancements, like the entire spectrum of what someone would want,
00:08:38.660 which could be anything from, like, it's very personal.
00:08:41.180 Like, it could be, like, you know, sauna and cold plunge to, like, hormone therapy.
00:08:45.300 And, like, today we have supplements and we have prescriptions.
00:08:47.800 So we're starting that.
00:08:49.000 Like, do you guys, have you yet dabbled in gene therapy or cybernetic enhancements?
00:08:53.980 I think that's on the come.
00:08:55.840 It'll be as we start to grow, as we start to sort of get more subscribers, etc.
00:09:00.080 That would be all of the things that we look into.
00:09:02.560 But basically, anything that people are interested in from an enhancement perspective,
00:09:06.560 and we've got like a scientific and medical commission.
00:09:09.220 So as those guys begin to see like what we think is interesting, we'll continue to incorporate it.
00:09:13.840 What we don't want to do is like gray market stuff, stuff that hasn't been well researched,
00:09:18.580 stuff that doesn't have a lot of human clinical data that's the stuff that we're trying to avoid
00:09:22.760 because we don't want to be like the tiktoker that you follow sorry or the other like random
00:09:27.480 person that you follow that's sort of like doesn't really have a lot of credibility yeah it seems
00:09:31.480 grounded in science yo sid thank you for the interview man thanks for putting this whole
00:09:35.560 thing together it's really fascinating lovely to have you guys and like you know i hope you
00:09:39.480 really enjoy it yeah i mentioned like we'll be dancing on the moon pretty soon so like low
00:09:43.140 gravity sports i'm pumped for this bro it's gonna be i think there's just the sky's the limit there's
00:09:48.080 so much or maybe it's space right but there's so much coming that i just and we're just at the
00:09:52.720 beginning of this right like i feel like we're just getting over the stigma of like wait a minute
00:09:57.280 i should take something for an enhancement like i think that's just starting we're at the early
00:10:01.600 innings like sun gazing i don't want to go too esoteric too soon but uh maybe later all right
00:10:07.360 so thanks so much man got it yeah what's going on man good to see you as well yeah are we starting
00:10:13.200 getting views huh yeah you want to do one sure run it hey what's up look who it is who are you
00:10:18.640 what are you doing here uh you know what miami has been really humid i thought it would make
00:10:23.120 us be better and to see my friend tim you know as always how you been good good good i'm i'm
00:10:28.160 soaked uh you know this event bro has enhanced people and i'm like could you do like i don't
00:10:33.920 know math or anything like that that's what i said because i'm like dude you'd be insanely better
00:10:38.160 than most people do that that was the first question i was trying to talk to one of the
00:10:41.120 organizers he's like no talk to an athlete he's like what did you want to ask that you need me
00:10:44.800 i'm like can you do meth dude think about it you're like no crazy stack and beat everybody
00:10:49.760 that's unfair you can't do meth though it's it's uh it's got to be fda approved and legal
00:10:54.880 and regulated by a doctor so no peptides i think they're no i think maybe i don't know i don't know
00:11:00.480 about peptides specifically but apparently they're like anabolic steroids modafinil
00:11:05.760 adderall like would you ever do one yourself nah to lose weight maybe gain weight yeah you don't
00:11:11.520 care nah i'm not i i don't expect myself to ever break a feat of physical strength or anything
00:11:18.960 like that and uh i mean maybe maybe uh you ever see that movie limitless yes yeah maybe that but
00:11:26.880 in that movie there's like no side effect you're just smart when you take it you know yeah i never
00:11:31.040 I never took anything really myself, so I don't know, but yeah.
00:11:33.280 Jordan Schlachter, the Chief Partnership Officer at Enhanced.
00:11:36.480 And I want to ask you, firstly, what is that Chief Partnership Officer?
00:11:39.100 What do you do?
00:11:39.380 So I'm responsible for all games revenue, so specifically partnerships.
00:11:43.560 So, you know, all of our sponsorships, like you guys, like Rumble and Zoom
00:11:48.260 and Resolve AI and everybody else you see around.
00:11:51.780 So I do the sponsorship deals.
00:11:53.280 What got you interested in getting involved with it?
00:11:55.660 I've been working in sports for 35 years for some traditional sports brands,
00:12:00.940 like the NBA and the U.S. Olympic Committee.
00:12:04.540 And when they first came to me with this idea,
00:12:07.540 I was a little skeptical at first because I was like,
00:12:10.200 I'm not sure I completely understand it.
00:12:12.320 But as I taught myself more and really learned what the mission was about,
00:12:15.720 I fell in love with it.
00:12:17.280 And my wife is actually a neurosurgery PA in New York.
00:12:22.300 And she sat with our CEO, Max Martin,
00:12:25.140 and they talked about what the science was
00:12:27.520 and about what the future of this business was. 1.00
00:12:29.520 And my wife leaned over to me, and she said, if you don't take this job, you're an idiot. 1.00
00:12:34.000 And she was absolutely right. 1.00
00:12:35.260 What is the future of the business from your perspective?
00:12:37.980 The future of health and wellness is trying to find safe, legal ways to live better, live longer, live stronger,
00:12:48.680 as long as it's safe and as long as it's legal.
00:12:51.720 And that's been the criticism of the Sigma of steroids in the past,
00:12:56.220 is that you didn't know where they were coming from.
00:12:57.700 there was no doctor kind of approval we have combated all that and we are an fda approved
00:13:03.860 process supervised by doctors so there's no reason to everybody in the world in the u.s
00:13:11.040 could go buy our substances right now except if you play in the nfl or if you're in the olympics
00:13:16.960 because they have performance enhancing drug bans i've actually we've been talking a lot about the
00:13:22.180 nfl's kind of almost maybe not dumbing it down but playing it safer and safer and i wonder if
00:13:26.580 It's just kind of if there's going to be a breach and there's going to be a whole other genre
00:13:30.520 or a whole other level of sports that take off like this.
00:13:33.080 It's going to be hard for those traditional sports that have been doing it a certain way
00:13:37.040 to change the way they do it.
00:13:39.440 But that's a really good question.
00:13:40.740 Like if football players were stronger than they already are, maybe that's an issue.
00:13:45.820 But there's no reason basketball players can't feel better about themselves.
00:13:50.180 They're not going to hurt anybody by being stronger.
00:13:53.420 It's just the natural part.
00:13:54.520 But at our games, like you're seeing right now, hopefully by the end of the night,
00:13:58.760 you're going to see people swim, run, and lift faster than anybody has in human history.
00:14:05.880 I saw a couple guys break their PB.
00:14:07.200 One guy, I think he broke it by like two and a half seconds, 26 seconds or something.
00:14:10.460 Yeah.
00:14:10.760 So, and some of these people aren't even in their prime anymore.
00:14:14.940 They're a little bit past prime age, and they're coming back and breaking their personal best.
00:14:19.160 It's pretty incredible.
00:14:20.360 Yeah, life extension.
00:14:21.540 I mean, there's so much.
00:14:23.220 We could go on and on.
00:14:23.800 But, Jordan, do you have anything else you want to knock out?
00:14:26.180 No, no, and I think what's really great is as we prove success with these games,
00:14:30.460 the more businesses like Rumble and like these other businesses are going to want to partner with us,
00:14:35.060 it's just going to make our events bigger, our business of selling enhancements bigger,
00:14:40.740 and really be what we consider to be the future of health, wellness, and longevity.
00:14:44.960 And it's not, while you see all these records being broken here,
00:14:48.420 it's not 99.9% of our customers are never going to break a world record.
00:14:52.960 there are people like us who just want to feel better whether you're 25 and you want to lift
00:14:58.260 more at the gym or look a little bit better or whether you're i'm not going to give my age away
00:15:02.960 and i don't have grandkids yet you look good though let's thank you very much so do you but
00:15:07.120 let's say you're 65 and want to take your grandkids to the park and feel better about that like there's
00:15:12.800 no real limit to the way people should feel about themselves as long as it's safe and legal that's
00:15:18.300 what i'm talking about because i feel like it's an opportunity to present evidence data that you
00:15:23.160 can do this safely that then you can petition the fda to get things changed right exactly and look
00:15:27.760 everything is about data you have to prove yourself you have to and we've done that and
00:15:33.040 we're in the process of doing it more and more every day and like i said if there's a if there's
00:15:38.000 something that's legal out there right now why shouldn't you be able to take it and compete
00:15:41.940 the game. We're the first ones that are letting you do that. And people want to see somebody
00:15:48.320 swim 50 meters faster than anybody in the world has ever done it. And hopefully that's
00:15:52.620 what they're going to see in a couple hours. Jordan, thanks for everything, man. Thank
00:15:55.540 you. Absolutely, dude. It's a pleasure. Take care of yourself. We're here with Cody Miller.
00:15:59.200 Who are you? What do you do? I'm a professional swimmer. I swim breaststroke.
00:16:03.020 Are you on a bunch of PEDs right now? Not a bunch. I was on, I mean, I'm on testosterone
00:16:09.140 right now um i was on growth hormone for about eight weeks i was on anivar and anabolic steroid
00:16:14.620 for about eight weeks um and you know a handful of stimulants like modafinil and stuff like that
00:16:18.900 oh man modafinil what i know what that is but it keeps you like hyper focused yeah i i i heard
00:16:25.660 snipers use it so they've got to sleep yep that's right i mean it's a long day man like you know
00:16:30.300 we're gonna be in race mode for like 12 hours so wow are you concerned about any long-term side
00:16:34.940 effects or anything like that no no it's all pretty standard stuff and it's a what we would
00:16:40.020 consider like a micro cycle typically when people have negative side effects or hormone imbalances
00:16:45.420 is when you live on those things for a really really long extended period of time yeah so for
00:16:50.180 something like this do you it's like a short-term thing you'll yep it's like a tool you know like
00:16:55.900 like i'm mid-30s i'm healthy i've already got good testosterone numbers but for like high performance
00:17:01.560 maximum speed power you know like higher testosterone is a good benefit so doing
00:17:06.780 it for short one is a time to improve your training and make gains it's like
00:17:10.140 you know it's just it's just a tool have you have you competed I got standard
00:17:15.660 games before I imagine you have right I mean I swam at the Olympic Games yeah
00:17:19.680 gold medal did okay yeah gold medals but yeah it's fantastic all right have you
00:17:25.680 already seen results from PDs well we haven't raced yet so we haven't seen
00:17:31.200 concrete race stuff but in terms of metrics in the pool from training
00:17:35.040 they're all better the power outputs their explosiveness off the block is
00:17:38.340 there in typical training swimmers that do my events kind of lift weights two to
00:17:42.480 three times a week I had to scale my lifting back to one day a week because
00:17:45.840 I was I didn't want to get any bigger I over that eight week cycle lost almost
00:17:49.980 four percent body fat and gained about six pounds of lean mass Wow look but
00:17:55.260 there there there are long-term effects if you're doing this too much but in the
00:17:59.640 short term you think it's gonna be fine yeah absolutely yeah this is this is
00:18:04.380 awesome I'm super excited yeah do you think there's gonna be any social
00:18:07.080 consequences I mean certainly in my little swim world there are people that
00:18:11.400 aren't thrilled with it because it mostly comes from people that are just
00:18:14.580 like grossly uneducated because most people have only ever that don't live in
00:18:19.020 like the the longevity space or like the the gym sphere you know on the internet
00:18:24.480 they all they know is steroids equal cheating because in the Olympics and in
00:18:28.680 other professional sports that's always been the case and you've heard these
00:18:31.700 horror stories but most of those are pretty archaic and things from like the
00:18:34.980 80s and you know it's like look man like science and technology has come a long
00:18:38.680 way and we have like world-class doctors that have been guiding us through this
00:18:41.820 whole process so it's all done as safely as possible yeah my attitude is let
00:18:46.800 there be the enhanced games if people don't like it then don't compete in it
00:18:49.580 don't watch it you don't have to watch it yeah there you go exactly right
00:18:51.840 regular sports still exist they're still there that's fun so is this is gonna be
00:18:55.140 competitive or is this you know we're just talking with one guy saying it was
00:18:57.960 personal he wants to break his personal record but it's gonna be are there gonna be medals i don't
00:19:03.200 know what the prize is but i know that there's 25 million dollars on the line for a single day of
00:19:07.540 competition so that's pretty good right yeah not bad right on man well hey it's great meeting you
00:19:11.980 i really appreciate it good luck i'm here with craig creator of side scrollers uh it's basically
00:19:17.060 the end of the night we just saw dupe break the world record in swimming what's your take on the
00:19:21.460 whole thing man i think this is the first step of multiple i think in a few years from now this is
00:19:27.140 Like the XFL did with bringing in new rules and stuff.
00:19:30.560 The NFL later adapted.
00:19:32.000 I think this is going to be one of those things that this has broken down some barriers as far as the stigma of being steroid riddled.
00:19:40.480 So now I think people will have a good opportunity.
00:19:44.280 In the next few years, I think the other leagues will look at it and go, okay, maybe we should readdress what we're doing here.
00:19:49.800 I think the real fun of this begins in about two, three years when top athletes, like college-level athletes,
00:19:57.560 the guys actually competing with the Olympics, realize they can make more money here than running and trying to get a gold medal.
00:20:02.320 That's a good point. The guy that broke the world record made a million bucks for breaking the world record.
00:20:06.280 $1.25 million because he won the race and he broke the world record.
00:20:09.840 And he broke his personal best. I think they threw money on top of that.
00:20:12.700 Yeah, so in 22 seconds or whatever it was, he made one. It's a pretty good night.
00:20:17.760 Yeah, there's something about utilizing legal substances.
00:20:22.120 I mean, some of these guys, I think, performed without anything,
00:20:24.240 but utilizing what's legal to do your best.
00:20:27.560 Well, I think that's the thing that I've taken from this,
00:20:29.520 is that it's not just the TRT or whatever and everything that they're putting in their body,
00:20:34.720 but also the food that they're eating.
00:20:36.380 Because some of those guys, they've really optimized through science their entire diet,
00:20:41.240 their sleep, everything, to a level that they've never done without going on any sort of protocols.
00:20:46.000 So I think that's really fascinating that some guys, they're totally clean.
00:20:50.520 They've just done it all natural, and they're still competing at a high level.
00:20:53.760 And some of those guys that did it at a high level, they won.
00:20:57.220 So you think that if they were able to enhance a little bit,
00:21:00.700 they could take half a second off their time, set a world record,
00:21:03.260 be a million dollars richer.
00:21:04.700 Yeah, man, it's absolutely fascinating, dude.
00:21:08.120 I'm amped for the future, man.
00:21:09.560 I've been saying it all night, gene therapy, cybernetic enhancement, whatever.
00:21:16.000 I'll tell you, the most exciting thing about all this is that you and I will have a challenge
00:21:20.480 to where we will see by this time next year, when we come back to this, who's more enhanced.
00:21:25.260 Yeah, who's more enhanced per capita by weight?
00:21:28.660 Because you've got about six inches on me, if you know what I'm saying.
00:21:31.920 Yeah, well, you know, in more ways than one there, Ian.
00:21:34.300 Craig, thanks a lot.
00:21:35.440 I think we're going to wrap the interview there.
00:21:36.860 Craig, good to see you, man.
00:21:38.060 Yeah, pleasure.
00:21:38.700 Pleasure. 0.94
00:21:39.060 We'll work on that enhancement for you.
00:21:41.000 Take care, dog.
00:21:41.880 See you.
00:21:46.000 We'll be right back.
00:22:16.000 All in all, I think we had a great time.
00:22:20.200 I think the issue really comes down to if this is what you want to do, go ahead and do it.
00:22:26.620 And for some reason, I don't understand why everyone's always got to rag on everybody else.
00:22:29.960 If you want to enjoy Star Wars, you can.
00:22:32.220 I don't like Star Wars anymore, but you're allowed to like it.
00:22:35.420 I'm going to rag on Star Trek and be pissed off at how they ruined Star Trek, but you're allowed to like it.
00:22:39.900 I always say stuff like this.
00:22:41.060 look, you want to play a weird woke video game with a purple blue haired, you know, 0.92
00:22:45.140 female protagonist, man, do it with my blessing. I just won't pay for it. So we see these articles,
00:22:51.000 we see this response, we see the attacks against the enhanced games. And I'm just going to say it
00:22:56.160 like this. They're not taking anything away from you by trying to push the boundaries.
00:23:01.880 Let's be real, guys. I think a lot of people are doing performance enhancing drugs in mainstream
00:23:06.920 sports as it is. They're just trying to find ways to get away with it. So creating a space where you
00:23:12.900 can say, we're going to allow the rules. We're going to let you do it. I got no problem. I thought
00:23:17.860 it was fun and entertaining. So long as everybody is safe, healthy, they understand any potential
00:23:21.940 long-term side effects. I say, let these people do the things they want to do. Keep it away from
00:23:27.400 kids. Kids should not be doing these kinds of drugs. But if you're an adult, let me put it like
00:23:32.420 this. For a lot of these athletes, many people have pointed out a few things. They're past their
00:23:38.120 prime. They're not competing at the highest levels anymore, and they want to push their boundaries.
00:23:42.420 So what do we ultimately see with the enhanced games? I thought it was pretty fun.
00:23:45.980 We saw a world record broken by, I think it was like 0.07 of a second. Now it's not going to count
00:23:53.000 towards the standard world record. They'll put an asterisk next to it and call it the enhanced
00:23:57.400 world record. That's fine. I want to see people push their boundaries. I want to see people who
00:24:03.740 choose to be the best they can be. And honestly, I got no issue so long as it's healthy, safe.
00:24:10.260 You know, nobody was doing meth, right? Nobody, they were doing like modafinil, Adderall, human
00:24:15.760 growth hormone, testosterone, things like that. So you want to see the boundaries of what it means
00:24:20.760 to be truly human. The Olympics will always be there. You want to see what it means to push
00:24:25.580 beyond those boundaries using science and technology. The Enhanced Games now exist.
00:24:30.200 I'm not paid to say this. We were not paid anything to go there. We spent our own money
00:24:35.000 coming down there. And I think they may have covered our hotels. I could be wrong about that.
00:24:40.340 But we were invited to go down. I don't accept money. I'm not I don't do segments to promote
00:24:45.800 stuff like this. Right. I just want to stress. I genuinely find it interesting. And I think the
00:24:51.060 athletes they want to do this, they should be allowed to do it. Now, there are some people
00:24:54.320 were saying that the world record was not legitimately broken because they're on PEDs,
00:24:58.820 and yeah, sure, okay, call it the enhanced record, call it, you know. I'm willing to bet that the
00:25:03.940 top athletes, the best of the best, if they did PEDs, you'd see insane records. But I think what
00:25:09.100 we saw with the enhanced games, and it's fair to point out, these are people who, some of them
00:25:13.720 already won gold records. One guy actually was a current world record holder, which is pretty
00:25:18.740 amazing. We saw people who were not on PEDs actually win some of these events. The weird
00:25:25.080 thing to me about all of it is there are people being like, ha ha, that's insulting to you that
00:25:29.380 someone who's not on PEDs won. And I'm just sitting here being like, why the hate? Why the
00:25:34.520 hate? It's just that seriously, people, it's not the Olympics. So they're not cheating. It's just
00:25:39.340 a different game with different rules. And they're going to play by those rules. So why the hate?
00:25:43.880 By all means, you can be critical of it on the grounds of encouraging PEDs and all that stuff
00:25:47.240 and drug use. Totally fair. I'm saying like when the enhanced games allowed people to compete
00:25:54.060 without PEDs, that's control, right? They actually said, no, no, no. We want to see top athletes who
00:26:00.600 are not on PEDs compete against those who are. And some of them won because they're trying to
00:26:06.460 be fair and legit and have a fun event. Listen, I know there's ethical issues there. My attitude
00:26:12.300 is, so long as it's safe, doctors are administering it, you keep it away from kids, I got no beef,
00:26:18.280 none whatsoever. So I'm really excited to see how they move forward with this. But of course,
00:26:22.600 you can't help it, can you MS now? The MAGA-backed enhanced games are an ethical nightmare. No,
00:26:27.940 they aren't. No, they're not. This is a private event for individuals under medical supervision
00:26:33.800 who are taking testosterone, HGH, things that people take all the time, and they're competing
00:26:40.380 against each other. And they broke one world record. Or I should say, maybe the better way
00:26:46.620 to phrase it is, they beat the world record time. So it's not a world record in the same way.
00:26:53.200 But I thought it was fun. I had a blast. So shout out to the crew. And they were all very nice.
00:26:59.060 And we'll see where they take this. I will mention, as an aside, their stock dropped after
00:27:04.420 the event. I guess people thought it was going to be like just world record breaking. But
00:27:10.180 you know a lot of people broke their personal best records and that's kind of the point
00:27:14.540 these are guys not all of them but you know they're they're on the back end many of them
00:27:18.840 of their athletic careers took peds and then did better than they had ever done and that's kind of
00:27:25.600 the point the question is can they be better and that's actually what they said to me you saw it
00:27:29.700 yourselves so my friends thanks for hanging out for this special smash the like button share the
00:27:35.420 show with everyone you know i hope you enjoyed it we certainly had a lot of fun and if you if you
