00:00:58.100 And I hope the Republican Party puts forward a candidate to challenge him that is worthy,
00:01:03.780 because that should be the final straw.
00:01:05.740 That should be the final straw for Texans to say, look, if Abbott can't get this easy victory,
00:01:10.200 if Abbott can't score this layup, he's sitting under the basket with the ball,
00:01:14.060 and he can't score this layup, then it's time to find new leadership in Texas,
00:01:18.400 which it really already is, but that should be the final straw.
00:01:20.580 What's up? It's producer Tate here holding it down for Tim Poole.
00:01:23.880 We got an interview here with Owen Schroer from InfoWars.
00:01:26.800 We're talking all things deportation.
00:01:28.680 Let's get to the interview.
00:01:29.920 We were looking there saying that Texas, Florida obviously got kind of
00:01:33.400 gypped out of a few seats of the last election,
00:01:36.500 mainly because of undercounting red states, overcounting blue states.
00:01:40.980 Obviously as well, there's a lot of illegals in Florida and Texas that people are saying,
00:01:45.260 okay, well, maybe it's not going to be that big of a deal.
00:01:47.120 But I don't know.
00:01:49.720 I mean, the priority really is prioritizing Native Americans.
00:01:53.680 We've been getting ripped off for a lot of years.
00:01:55.760 People are getting frustrated with the low rate of deportations.
00:01:59.400 Do you think that now with the big, beautiful bill passing through or getting passed,
00:02:02.700 do you think that we will see a ramping up in mass deportations?
00:02:05.580 I think that the biggest marketing for them to get support for this bill was the funding
00:02:12.180 and the operational stuff that they're trying to do as far as deportations were concerned.
00:02:16.580 We're certainly seeing now a $50,000 signing bonus just to join ICE.
00:02:23.000 And then they also got rid of an age requirement.
00:02:25.780 So I don't really know too much about age requirements as far as these federal agencies are concerned.
00:02:30.180 But apparently they got rid of that.
00:02:31.380 So I guess you can sign up at any age as long as you have the qualifiers is what they're saying.
00:02:36.700 I heard that Dean Cain, a former Superman actor, has decided to join the team.
00:02:42.680 You know, they obviously ran into a problem.
00:02:44.820 And I think as Trump supporters, you know, mass deportations, we understand there's a huge problem here.
00:02:49.300 We have probably 30 to 50 million illegal aliens in this country.
00:02:53.360 It's been that way for years.
00:02:54.740 Because how do you deal with something like that that's become so ingrained into our economy,
00:03:01.300 into our workforce, so much to an extent that I even think there was a little bit of a mismeasurement
00:03:06.760 by the Trump administration, no fault of their own.
00:03:10.140 But they figured, hey, we can just start doing these deportations and everything will kind of take care of itself.
00:03:16.680 Well, what happened was, and I know a couple of people that run factories, foremans at factories and stuff like that.
00:03:23.860 And they started calling me and they're like, hey, they just raided our factory.
00:03:28.100 A quarter of my workforce just disappeared.
00:03:31.260 You know, I can't, we can't meet our production mandates.
00:03:36.540 And these are, we're talking about, you know, stuff you go buy at the grocery store, soap products, whatever,
00:03:41.980 you know, the big factories that we still have here.
00:03:43.660 And so they called the White House and they said, look, President, Mr. President, here's the deal.
00:03:49.740 We cannot meet our mandate on production after you've come in and raided our offices.
00:03:55.840 I know agriculture was hit by this big time.
00:03:58.340 And so the Trump administration came out, much to the chagrin of his supporters, and said, hey, we got to look at amnesty.
00:04:07.280 We got to look at, you know, prioritizing certain deportations.
00:04:11.000 We got to figure out how to do this.
00:04:12.160 So I understand why Trump's base got a little upset with that.
00:04:15.820 I've been upset with Trump for other things.
00:04:17.960 This is one where I felt like there was really not much of a choice.
00:04:21.560 I mean, what are you going to do?
00:04:22.540 You have to have production keep going.
00:04:24.820 People have been here for decades, some of them.
00:04:27.660 And so, yeah, it's a little tricky situation.
00:04:29.720 I think, really, I think they're doing the best thing by deporting the violent criminals
00:04:33.240 and then kind of working through the process of determining, OK, can we deport people that
00:04:38.920 came in under Joe Biden, right?
00:04:40.920 Can we just deport the people that came in in the last four years?
00:04:43.700 And then what do we do with people that have been here for 10 years, even 20 years, that
00:04:48.220 are essentially ingratiated into their local communities, into the workforce, though they're
00:04:52.760 here illegally, OK, how do we deal with that while following the law and keeping the production
00:04:58.720 mandates going in the farms, in the factories where they work?
00:05:02.700 So there's no doubt it's a problem.
00:05:04.800 And I think that they're trying to do the best.
00:05:06.700 Now, as far as the census is concerned, I can't even believe that this is a struggle.
00:05:12.640 And this is just more of the corruption in politics.
00:05:15.660 And we're seeing a lot of it now with the gerrymandering argument, too.
00:05:19.000 And the truth is, the Democrats have mastered gerrymandering.
00:05:22.200 You may recall, Tate, that there was a story from Red State, I think it was four years ago.
00:05:28.960 It ultimately led to change of leadership at the GOP and Michael Watley and Laura Trump getting
00:05:35.960 in positions of leadership, because we found out while the Democrats were spending millions
00:05:40.160 of dollars, in fact, the bulk of their expenditures were on voter data.
00:05:44.060 And the bulk of Republican Party expenditures were on novelty items and flowers and stuff
00:05:49.980 like that.
00:05:50.740 So this led to a change in leadership.
00:05:52.940 Well, the point is that the Democrats spend money to determine where they need to gerrymander.
00:05:57.660 And they use race as the framework to say, oh, we have to we have to pull votes from this
00:06:03.700 district over here and we have to pull votes from this district over here.
00:06:07.420 And essentially what they do is the red suburban areas around the blue metropolitan areas end
00:06:14.000 up flipping blue because they siphon just a fraction of a percentage of enough votes out
00:06:19.420 of the cities without costing them the blue vote in the city.
00:06:22.880 They only need 51 percent to win.
00:06:24.500 But then they flip three seats outside of the cities.
00:06:28.340 We're very familiar with this in Texas.
00:06:29.980 So to get back to the to the point with the census, I can't believe it's a struggle.
00:06:34.560 It's only a struggle because politics is so corrupt.
00:06:37.140 It's only a fight right now, specifically in Texas, because the Democrats know if they
00:06:41.080 don't have these gerrymandered districts, they can't win the House.
00:06:43.940 It's been this way for decades.
00:06:45.300 So Trump is absolutely right.
00:06:47.820 They should have put the citizenship question on the last census, but they didn't.
00:06:52.200 It might have cost them a few electoral college seats here and there in New York,
00:06:57.300 in Illinois and California.
00:06:58.340 It ended up probably not making a difference in the presidential election.
00:07:02.300 But who knows, it could in the future.
00:07:03.900 So absolutely, the census needs to be based and the electoral college needs to be based
00:07:08.860 on citizens only.
00:07:10.880 And they really Republicans and Democrats need to sit down.
00:07:13.660 Let's put the let's put the partisanship aside and let's sit down, even if it's some
00:07:17.580 arbitrary rules, whatever it is, school districts, road systems, whatever it is, we have to determine
00:07:22.900 a system for drawing district lines that isn't just determined by party politics.
00:07:27.700 So, yeah, the Republicans are talking about redistricting in Texas.
00:07:30.760 They'll flip three or four seats.
00:07:32.180 They might do the same thing in South Carolina.
00:07:34.000 We're hearing Florida.
00:07:35.360 The Democrats will never win another House.
00:07:37.460 They just will never do it if the Republicans properly redistrict these things.
00:07:41.880 But that's why the Democrats are panicked.
00:07:43.340 But really, really, the American people need to say, look, let's not make a political thing
00:07:48.480 out of this.
00:07:49.140 Let's let's find a set of let's find a set of rules and standards and let's draw district
00:07:54.940 lines like this.
00:07:55.840 So, again, whether it's school systems, whether it's zip codes, whether it's population, whether
00:08:01.800 it's highway systems, maybe some some formula involving all of these things.
00:08:06.380 But that's what needs to be done.
00:08:07.760 Anybody who goes and looks at this stuff and the redistricting and these district lines,
00:08:11.660 it's absurd.
00:08:12.480 I live in Austin, Texas.
00:08:14.480 I'm virtually in downtown Austin.
00:08:16.160 I'm like a mile outside.
00:08:17.160 But I'm in the same district as southern San Antonio.
00:08:21.860 Explain to me how that makes any sense.
00:08:23.600 Why?
00:08:24.160 Why would my vote?
00:08:26.500 Why would my vote be in the same district as somebody that lives two hours away from
00:08:31.140 me in in southern southern suburban San Antonio?
00:08:35.200 We're not even talking about downtown.
00:08:36.400 I'm talking about southern suburbs.
00:08:38.000 So it's totally absurd what they've done.
00:08:40.680 The Republicans.
00:08:41.480 I don't know.
00:08:42.040 The Republicans in Texas are kind of as kind of as pathetic as the publicans at the national
00:08:46.800 level, too.
00:08:47.340 But there's definitely a fight to redistrict.
00:08:49.000 I hope that they do it.
00:08:50.620 And quite frankly, the Republicans might need it in order to save the house in the midterms.
00:08:55.520 Yeah.
00:08:56.080 Yeah.
00:08:56.480 I mean, you kind of touched on it, like, you know, coming together.

00:10:26.200 You know, reallocate these districts.
00:10:28.260 But there really is no appetite on the right, at least among the base right now, to come together
00:10:33.460 with Democrats and figure out a solution.
00:10:35.520 Rightfully so.
00:10:36.200 We want revenge.
00:10:37.080 We feel like we've really been shafted by Democrats over the last, well, decades.
00:10:40.460 But the question is, does Abbott really know what time it is?
00:10:44.560 I mean, that's kind of the question.
00:10:46.180 You know, you see some movement every once in a while.
00:10:48.520 But I mean, what's it going to take to get these Republican governors to really kind of
00:10:52.960 match Trump's energy?
00:10:56.240 Well, we've had a problem with Abbott here in Texas for years.
00:11:00.740 You know, I think he's a nice guy.
00:11:02.320 I think he's a nice guy.
00:11:03.300 But I don't think he's really he's not really built for the political fight.
00:11:07.540 And we've seen it time and time again.
00:11:09.780 He's certainly not a leader.
00:11:11.320 He's very much a follower.
00:11:13.220 And, you know, Texas got some credit during the covid lockdown because we were pretty good.
00:11:18.820 Texas was was pretty good during the covid lockdown compared to some other states.
00:11:22.500 But really, he was just following Florida's lead.
00:11:24.580 He wasn't going to make any moves until he saw DeSantis do it.
00:11:27.620 And then he followed.
00:11:28.880 So I guess at least he's a good follower, but he's definitely not a leader.
00:11:32.080 So really, that's kind of the story of Texas Republicans.
00:11:35.600 Again, people would probably argue that's the story with congressional Republicans as
00:11:39.380 well.
00:11:39.620 And I think they'd be right.
00:11:40.980 There's a representative here, Brian Harrison, who is really on top of this.
00:11:44.900 He's really exposing Governor Abbott for the lack of action.
00:11:48.320 He's really exposing the Texas Republicans for the lack of action.
00:11:51.680 You know, the Democrats all left.
00:11:53.520 They all essentially vacated their seats unofficially, vacated their seats to avoid this these votes.
00:11:59.860 And, you know, all the decorum happening right now in the Texas House because they don't want
00:12:05.660 the redistricting.
00:12:07.180 And there's a dozen formulas right now that Brian Harrison and other other lawyers and
00:12:12.800 political scholars have laid out here via the Texas Constitution where you can either bring
00:12:18.000 them back, force them to come back, or you can basically nullify their vote, nullify their
00:12:23.580 seat and move forward with Texas House activities without them.
00:12:27.240 And so far, Abbott has done none of it.
00:12:29.700 He hasn't done a single thing.
00:12:31.280 He's written some strongly worded letters, but the Democrats are still running around
00:12:34.580 in Illinois bragging about how they're, you know, basically playing hooky, basically engaging
00:12:39.860 in truancy.
00:12:41.120 And Abbott does nothing about this.
00:12:42.660 So unfortunately, we're kind of used to this down here in Texas.
00:12:46.360 I would say this, though.
00:12:48.080 If they can't get a victory, if Abbott can't get a victory on this redistricting, if he wants
00:12:53.320 to let the Democrats get away with their tomfoolery, all right, fine enough.
00:12:58.680 But if you can't get a victory on the redistricting here, that's going to be really sad.
00:13:03.360 And I hope the Republican Party puts forward a candidate to challenge him that is worthy
00:13:08.480 because that should be the final straw.
00:13:10.580 That should be the final straw for Texans to say, look, if Abbott can't get this easy
00:13:14.540 victory, if Abbott can't score this layup, he's sitting under the basket with the ball and
00:13:19.220 he can't score this layup, then it's time to, it's time to find new leadership in Texas,
00:13:23.140 which it really already is.
00:13:24.340 But that should be the final straw.
00:13:25.760 Yeah.
00:13:26.060 I mean, you're even seeing it like with Paxton, this should be a slam dunk.
00:13:29.420 He's running against Cornyn.
00:13:30.500 And obviously Cornyn is going to be upset about anything to the right of Jeb Bush.
00:13:34.440 So the fact that, I mean, the fact that, you know, Paxton hasn't just ran and spiked the
00:13:39.200 football yet is absolutely mind blowing.
00:13:40.960 And then obviously you could carry Abbott along with them.
00:13:44.440 Well, I will say if anybody's going to do anything, it's going to be Paxton.
00:13:48.060 And he has made, he has made some pretty strong moves.
00:13:52.460 I think that he might be considering maybe getting Democrat votes against Cornyn.
00:14:00.660 That's the only thing I could think of, but I would say he's definitely got the fat.
00:14:03.860 He's definitely got the motivation factors here to, to make some moves considering he
00:14:07.780 is running against Cornyn.
00:14:08.960 He's going to trounce Cornyn.
00:14:10.380 I don't think that's really going to end up mattering.
00:14:12.360 In fact, Jasmine Crockett, I don't know if you saw this.
00:14:15.100 Jasmine Crockett went on MSNBC and said that Cornyn is actually working with the Democrats
00:14:19.820 to avoid the redistricting.
00:14:21.960 So that should be the nail in, uh, in his political coffin.
00:14:25.260 And I, I imagine that when we get closer to the election that Trump will probably even endorse
00:14:31.460 Ken Paxton.
00:14:32.400 And, uh, there's a lot going on with Ken Paxton's offices behind the scenes, a lot of good stuff
00:14:36.880 that he's engaged in.
00:14:37.940 Um, but I just think, you know, Texas, maybe, maybe this is me just saying this as, um, as
00:14:44.160 a Texan here, but I would like to see Texas start to lead the way we've seen Florida lead
00:14:49.900 the way on a lot of things.
00:14:51.360 We've seen Florida kind of lead the way as far as the States, when it comes to Republican
00:14:55.580 action at the state level, and then kind of creating a momentum, kind of creating a trend
00:14:59.680 here.
00:15:00.220 I'd like to see Texas become that state again.
00:15:02.400 I really would.
00:15:03.420 And this is the perfect opportunity to kind of make that claim again.
00:15:08.160 And that's to say, Hey, look, we're redistricting.
00:15:11.000 Here's why you're going to see the results.
00:15:13.220 And by the way, to other Republican States, if you do a similar formula here, you're going
00:15:17.800 to realize that Democrats have stolen about two to three seats, maybe more in some of
00:15:22.260 these States, uh, when it comes to congressional seating.
00:15:24.840 And so I think it is a big issue.
00:15:26.580 It's sad to see that Abbott has gone so soft on this.
00:15:29.140 As far as the action, tough on talk, soft on action, that's going to be Abbott's legacy,
00:15:34.060 but I'd like to see Texas take the leadership role here.
00:15:36.560 But again, the reason why I'm saying I'd like to see the left and the right come together
00:15:40.400 on this issue, because we're already seeing Gavin Newsom come out and say, okay, if you
00:15:45.060 redistrict and you flip seats, then we're going to redistrict and we're going to flip
00:15:48.760 seats.
00:15:49.240 Now I will say the only, the only issue I think Newsom might have with that is they've already
00:15:53.660 done it.
00:15:54.080 I really don't know what else, I really don't know what other gerrymandering that they can
00:15:57.760 do, uh, to flip seats in Congress.
00:16:00.140 I mean, they've already done it that I've, I've gotten really down into the weeds on this
00:16:04.200 and into the numbers.
00:16:04.940 And I would say on a, on a low scale, the Democrats steal 12 seats, every election cycle
00:16:10.560 via gerrymandering and on a high scale, uh, 24.
00:16:14.500 So you're from 12 to 24 seats that the Democrats steal via gerrymandering with some of these redistrict,
00:16:19.920 uh, redistricting efforts where they siphon votes from the inner cities into the red areas.
00:16:24.400 And so I, I just, I would just come out and say, look, this is how the Democrats have
00:16:28.160 done it.
00:16:28.940 Uh, we're going to stop them from doing that.
00:16:30.520 We want fair redistricting.
00:16:32.080 We want districts that actually make sense and, and don't look like a puzzle piece that
00:16:36.200 you've never seen before.
00:16:37.620 And, uh, maybe the rest of the country will follow.
00:16:39.920 And I wouldn't, I wouldn't take the Democrats threats too seriously because they've already
00:16:43.340 done it.
00:16:43.660 They've already done the gerrymandering.
00:16:44.920 So there's really nothing more that they can do at this point.
00:16:46.960 Mm-hmm.
00:16:48.060 Yeah.
00:16:48.480 I mean, like that's kind of, we were talking about is the Republican base really wants
00:16:53.160 to go, go hard in the paint.
00:16:54.940 Um, as far as kind of more at the national scale of the illegal immigration situation,
00:16:59.000 you did mention earlier, um, some of the difficulties with removing, uh, legals and mass scale.
00:17:05.000 Um, obviously it looks like some of the economic, um, impacts and that sort of thing.
00:17:09.400 What tools do you think Trump and co still have at their disposal for self-deportation
00:17:15.180 for that to ratchet up the pressure on illegal immigrants to get them to basically leave
00:17:19.020 voluntarily?
00:17:21.380 You know, we've kind of seen what we think are the good results of that.
00:17:27.100 I don't know.
00:17:27.980 I haven't really seen, I mean, we've seen some numbers that they throw out there.
00:17:31.880 I don't, I don't really know if these are official numbers or how they're getting these
00:17:34.820 numbers, but we've seen some numbers kind of thrown out there that these are the deportations
00:17:38.220 that are happening.
00:17:39.560 Um, you know, some of the things that I think that they've either suggested or put into practice
00:17:44.200 was if you self-deport, we can find a path to citizenship for you.
00:17:48.900 If you don't, and we have to come find you and deport you, then you're never going to
00:17:53.200 become a citizen.
00:17:54.020 I think that that's not only fair, but I think it's just, um, they've also, and this is just,
00:17:59.680 you know, they're just crunching the numbers on this and it sounds kind of bad, but they
00:18:03.380 crunched the numbers and they've said, we'll pay you, we'll pay you to self-deport.
00:18:07.060 So I understand why Americans would see that and say, you know, what the hell, why are,
00:18:10.800 why are we paying people to self-deport?
00:18:12.260 But they've crunched the numbers and they said, well, we can run an ICE operation and it's
00:18:17.080 going to cost us X amount of dollars versus it's going to cost us Y amount of dollars if
00:18:22.320 we just pay them to self-deport.
00:18:23.820 So they've crunched the numbers and they've decided.

00:19:18.740 BetMGM operates pursuant to an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario.
00:19:23.700 That was more financially responsible, even though it sounds kind of counterintuitive,
00:19:27.740 you know, considering the circumstances.
00:19:31.240 So that's done.
00:19:33.240 You know, I think, though, the biggest factor here that is that has had the best result was
00:19:39.100 just shut down the border and cut off the welfare.
00:19:42.340 You know, I mean, that that's that's been the biggest factor here.
00:19:45.320 They closed the border.
00:19:46.400 They shut off the welfare.
00:19:47.400 And guess what?
00:19:47.800 Nobody's coming anymore.
00:19:49.800 They're having zeroes.
00:19:51.360 They're literally having zeroes on the board for the first time in like ever when it comes
00:19:56.400 to illegal border crossings.
00:19:58.180 I don't know how much you study the Darien Gap, but, you know, the Darien Gap when it
00:20:02.360 comes to the illegal immigrant train that goes through Central America, you know, that
00:20:06.340 was kind of the hotbed of, OK, you kind of come from all over the world.
00:20:09.760 You end up in the Darien Gap.
00:20:12.240 There's a big U.N.
00:20:13.280 operation there.
00:20:14.380 And then they kind of, you know, herd you in and then you decide how you're going to
00:20:17.360 get into the states.
00:20:18.540 Nobody's going through the Darien Gap anymore.
00:20:20.540 That's now silent.
00:20:22.160 Some of the makeshift facilities that they built there are empty.
00:20:26.060 So effectively, they have closed the border and they've done a good job just off of policy
00:20:30.280 alone.
00:20:30.920 So now when you start getting into the area of deportations, it's going to be messy.
00:20:34.920 There's going to be ugly scenes.
00:20:36.240 Obviously, the Democrats are going to do everything they can with their street protesters to try
00:20:40.020 to disrupt these things.
00:20:41.640 But I think they are doing a pretty good job there.
00:20:44.040 We are seeing a good result.
00:20:46.680 Now you've kind of got to find a way to deliver the results and the messages to the American
00:20:51.940 people to say, hey, look, here's who we're prioritizing.
00:20:55.340 Here's who we're getting rid of.
00:20:56.860 You know, we went to these farms.
00:20:58.600 We went to these factories.
00:21:00.040 We were about to deport a bunch of people, but we were told that they couldn't meet production
00:21:04.180 standards.
00:21:04.640 So it's not a good thing for our economy to kind of kneecap ourselves like that.
00:21:09.000 So we're going to keep them here.
00:21:10.760 We're going to think about some sort of a workers program.
00:21:13.480 We're not going to give them citizenship.
00:21:15.080 We're not going to give them amnesty.
00:21:16.440 But we do need to look at some worker programs.
00:21:19.000 And it will upset some right wingers.
00:21:20.800 There's no doubt.
00:21:21.620 But I think it's I think that that's what they have to do.
00:21:23.940 So the important thing was shutting down the border.
00:21:26.120 They've done that.
00:21:26.820 The important thing was deporting the violent criminals.
00:21:29.120 They are in the process of doing that.
00:21:30.660 And the rest of it's going to get a little hairy.
00:21:33.580 But overall, I would say that's that's a success that the Trump administration has had undeniably.
00:21:39.540 Yeah.
00:21:40.300 Yeah, absolutely.
00:21:41.380 Yeah.
00:21:41.560 It definitely feels like the atmosphere has changed.
00:21:43.620 It's a much more and this isn't necessarily a bad thing, but a hostile atmosphere.
00:21:47.260 And a lot of people are feeling the heat and it saves ICE a lot of money and time.
00:21:52.540 One other thing is I've talked a lot in the last few shows that I've filled in on is young men really spiraling, right?
00:21:59.840 A lot of young men kind of have this feeling that we're circling the drain to some degree.
00:22:04.720 What do you think it does for a young guy when they see an opportunity like ICE is presenting as like the next great way to contribute to your nation?
00:22:12.120 I mean, there has to be something said about that, right?
00:22:15.080 You know, that's that's an interesting prospect.
00:22:19.940 It sometimes is hard.
00:22:21.740 I don't know.
00:22:22.260 I don't know how old you are.
00:22:23.280 I'm 36.
00:22:24.140 And, you know, cultures are different.
00:22:26.020 Well, I'm sorry, 24, 24.
00:22:28.560 OK, so you you you might have a better idea of where that culture is at, because, you know, when I was growing up, it was like I couldn't get a job soon enough.
00:22:37.860 You know, I was I was trying to get a job.
00:22:40.660 I've been working since I was 14 years old.
00:22:42.960 I mean, maybe even before that, just try to pick up babysitting gigs just because I like to be as independent as possible, even if it was like at 13 or 14 years old walking to, you know, a local store to buy a soda and a candy bar.
00:22:55.380 I just I always wanted to do that.
00:22:57.080 So I don't know if that still exists in the younger culture.
00:22:59.260 I feel like it's kind of dying to an extent and people don't want to work.
00:23:02.340 But there's no doubt in an economy that is not good for young people right now.
00:23:06.900 There's no doubt there's a reason why young people are feeling disenfranchised and mostly on the left, maybe a little bit on the right.
00:23:13.960 They're feeling like America has abandoned them.
00:23:16.660 You know, this is why liberals vote communist, because they don't believe in America anymore.
00:23:20.340 They think America has abandoned them.
00:23:21.820 And we can disagree with that idea.
00:23:24.560 And yet we still have to recognize that these these are Americans.
00:23:27.860 They have opinions and they have votes.
00:23:29.240 So we have to understand where they're coming from.
00:23:31.280 So if you want a good paying job, it sounds like you got one.
00:23:35.380 It sounds like ICE is saying, hey, come work for us.
00:23:38.200 Fifty thousand dollar bonus.
00:23:40.100 Hell, go work for a year.
00:23:41.420 Stack some cash, live in a cheap apartment and, you know, quit.
00:23:45.640 And then and then decide if you want to go do something else.
00:23:47.600 I also saw that Janine Pirro and this is more of a niche offering, but Janine Pirro came out and said she's looking for like 100 lawyers to hire inside the Department of Justice.
00:23:57.480 She's looking for 100 state prosecutors right now, which as somebody that doesn't like big government, I hear that.
00:24:03.360 And I'm kind of like nauseous.
00:24:04.620 I'm like, oh, great.
00:24:05.600 You know, that's what we need is more federal prosecutors.
00:24:07.720 But as somebody, unfortunately, as somebody who knows the federal prosecution process all too well, because I've been through it, it is a mess.
00:24:15.640 I mean, it's a total mess.
00:24:17.460 And most of the prosecutors that are in there, I don't think they're bad people.
00:24:20.800 They're in a bad system.
00:24:22.340 You need to kind of reset the ideology.
00:24:24.580 And if you bring in 100 people with a with a with a new ideology, maybe you can kind of even engage in a in a double a double offense there to change the mindset inside the Department of Justice prosecutors, but also fill these vacancies.
00:24:38.620 You get you catch some federal charges in D.C., man, you're in the court system four or five years.
00:24:43.940 And if you're if you're sitting in a in a probationary circumstance, you know, you're dealing with a lot of your rights being violated and you're dealing with a lot of your rights being suspended while you're sitting here just waiting for action from the federal system that can take years.
00:25:01.340 You know, you could even argue it's unconstitutional, you know, because you're not getting a speedy trial.
00:25:07.040 Now, what usually ends up happening is the feds will kind of make you an offer of whether it's kind of a nice to easy probation or stay out of jail, whatever it is, if you waive your rights to a speedy trial.
00:25:20.400 But this is like this is like this. This is like common. This is common. And it shouldn't be that way.
00:25:25.740 Nearly every case gets this where they're saying, hey, will you waive your right to a speedy trial for X, Y or Z benefit to your case?
00:25:32.460 And most people say yes, because it looks good on paper. So there's definitely opportunities for work.
00:25:38.780 And I'm not somebody that promotes big government. I'm not somebody that promotes, you know, government work at all.
00:25:44.000 And if anything, I probably despise it. But I do think I do think that if you are a younger American and you're maybe searching for a purpose or just searching for a job that you maybe feel like you can pay off some student loans or something like that, it does sound like there's some opportunities there.
00:26:00.900 Yeah. Yeah, I agree. I think it's the the new way to give back, especially a lot of people have concerns over the military.
00:26:07.340 It's like, hey, this is a yeah. Yeah. Put yourself in the history books. Well, oh, and we got a wrap here. Where can people find you?
00:26:14.760 Find me on X. Most of my stuff you'll find on X at Owen Schroyer 1776. I'm on Rumble, rumble.com slash Owen.
00:26:23.160 And then you can find my show every day, Owen Schroyer dot show. And then I've got a homepage, Owen Schroyer dot store, where I just have everything listed there in the front.
00:26:32.580 And if you're lucky, you can come out here and find me at the pool and hang out with me at the pool, too. That's the best place to find me.
00:26:38.540 Let's go. Well, dude, I appreciate it, man. Thank you so much. Have a good one.
00:26:42.100 Yeah. Nice to see you, man. Yeah. See you.
00:26:46.000 All righty. Well, that was Owen Schroyer. He was a patriot. Absolute patriot. Thanks for that, Owen.
00:26:53.200 Yeah. So I totally agree. I think I do think the the ice officer gig is the new like this is the way to add yourself in the history book.
00:27:03.840 If you're a young guy, early 20s, maybe late teens, and you're kind of trying to figure out what do I do?
00:27:10.120 I want to I want to, you know, leave a mark on this world. What's better than being part of the Reconquista, right, of the United States?
00:27:17.780 I think it's a beautiful thing. I think it's something worth considering. And the benefits are actually.
