On this episode of the podcast, the brother and sister duo of the are joined by special guest Chuck Roach to talk about the Rachel Wilson vs Steven Crowder debate. Rachel Wilson is a Christian nationalist and has been a member of the Tea Party for a long time. She has been involved in the anti-abortion movement and is a frequent guest on conservative talk shows such as Rush Limbaugh and Sarah Palin. She is married to a man named Andrew Wilson, who has been accused of abusing his pregnant wife, Rachel Wilson.
00:10:17.660You were telling your wife's, like, you are talking about her horrific trauma, and then you're saying, like, that, like, freaking Steven Crowder.
00:10:25.860Steven Crowder didn't lay a finger on his wife.
00:10:28.680You are hanging out with the losers of women that want to trap women in terrible relationships.
00:10:31.820Steven Crowder never laid a finger on his wife, you lying bitch.
00:10:47.640Then why are you making these allegations?
00:10:49.900You just made an accusation that Steven Crowder abused his wife, total lies, said that he beat her up, total fucking lies, said that he would hate Rachel Wilson, who's one of his best friends.
00:11:00.740Yes, you're a fucking idiot, you don't know what you're talking about.
00:11:03.960You've been saying random bullshit this whole night, and you...
00:11:05.300You literally don't know what you're talking about.
00:16:42.620This dumb D thinks Crowder's abused, uh, thinks Crowder abused his wife.
00:16:46.720So much abuse that she had to edit ring cam footage during a verbal disagreement to paint a man in bad light while omitting her immature stupidity.
00:16:53.060The same woman that is keeping the last name and trying to extort him for tens of thousands of dollars a month.
00:16:58.180This is why wives that lie and their husbands need to be hit with hardcore defamation suits for lying.
00:17:01.880Because these lies continue to prevail.
00:17:06.080Now, you can make the argument that she did this maliciously and she knew better, or she truly didn't know until Andrew called her out.
00:17:13.120But imagine if Andrew didn't have this, uh, knowledge, this intimate knowledge about, um, Hillary Crowder coming out and saying, no, Stephen never abused me physically.
00:17:25.080Or that he didn't know Stephen Crowder personally.
00:17:27.520Who would have never been able to correct that and that narrative would have kept going.
00:17:29.980To this day, people still say that Crowder abused his wife.
00:21:00.740Around 2.15 p.m., open fire, struck a female guard in the chest, and then shot her in the head.
00:21:06.720This person apparently entered the country.
00:21:08.960Okay, so one of the National Guardsmen was a female that he had attacked.
00:21:11.920Under Operation Allies Welcome, and then resettled in Bellingham, Washington.
00:21:16.200He allegedly fired at and struck the second guard as well, and then a third guard station nearby rushed to the area and took him down.
00:21:22.840The suspect was shot four times and was hauled away nearly naked in the ambulance, apparently acted alone.
00:21:29.040Now, they're pretending that there is no obvious motive here, but reports suggest that this person, while performing the shooting, was shouting...
00:21:36.840Hey, Nick Machado, shut the fuck up in the YouTube chat, you bitch-ass nigga.
00:21:39.780Nobody's glazing tees, you terrorist, you fucking retard, you low-IQ dumb fuck.
00:21:44.280Allahu Akbar, which of course is a peaceful cry of wonder and joy as we know his story.
00:21:49.620His name is Nick Machado. Shut your dumb Mexican ass up, man.
00:22:30.620They ended up blowing up 13 American troops at Abbey Gate.
00:22:33.460They ended up killing an enormous number of Afghan civilians.
00:22:36.660And then, of course, they ended up taking over the entire country, stuffing every woman back into a burqa,
00:22:41.540and destroying the lives of some 19 million women who live in the country.
00:22:45.800All of that because of Joe Biden, because there could have been a withdrawal that was more orderly.
00:22:49.960There could have been a withdrawal that allowed for the possibility of the Afghan government continuing to provide a place for people to live that wasn't trash.
00:22:57.240Now, one of the biggest problems here is that in the aftermath of that, as sort of a compensatory failure,
00:23:03.280the Biden administration, because they knew that they were handing over an entire country back to terror masters like the Taliban,
00:23:09.620they decided that it was now necessary to bring thousands and thousands of unvetted Afghan refugees to the United States,
00:23:17.500that we were simply going to open our borders.
00:23:19.100So, because after 9-11, the United States decided to take out the Taliban as the power reigning in Afghanistan,
00:23:26.280and then decided that they were going to build a functioning democracy in Afghanistan,
00:23:32.180which, of course, was never going to work perfectly well.
00:24:42.520And not only that, export of many of the people who actively are fans of terrorism and hate the United States into the United States.
00:24:52.380And that's not everybody who was working with us as an ally.
00:24:54.980That's not, you know, vetted contractors that the U.S. military was working with.
00:24:58.380That was Joe Biden bringing unvetted thousands of people into the United States on the assumption the United States bore them a sort of blood guilt for having surrendered in Afghanistan.
00:25:06.720So, it's failure on top of failure, on top of failure.
00:25:12.440According to the New York Post, roughly 90,000 Afghans were allowed entry into the United States and became eligible for special immigrant visas under the Biden administration's Operation Allies Refuge and Operation Allies Welcome Programs,
00:25:25.900which, again, provided foreign nationals immigration processing and resettlement support.
00:25:29.640And, by the way, again, it is absolutely unclear how many of these people were, in fact, allies of the United States, were vetted, were Afghan translators, and all the rest.
00:25:41.080In June, U.S. officials identified 55 Afghan evacuees on the terrorist watch list who had immigrated from Afghanistan during that botched operation.
00:25:52.460After investigations, the FBI eventually removed 46 evacuees from the watch list, but nine remained in the terror database as of July 2024.
00:31:46.960Finally, if you think this Zoran thing is happening just in New York, and you think people are waking up only in New York City, you're mistaken.
00:31:57.840Look at this clip of a wine mom at the No Kings March.
00:37:23.800There's a reason why this guy came up on camera, like, immediately to talk about this.
00:37:27.960If this was not a Muslim that attacked, he wouldn't give a fuck.
00:37:30.140Terror-minded people on Earth don't come into the United States.
00:37:33.360So again, you have cowardice, meaning the Afghan surrender, followed by foolishness, the importation of people unvetted from Afghanistan into the United States, combined with a sort of bizarre notion that America bears blood guilt to the rest of the world, which, of course, is not true.
00:37:50.620And the result of that is a female National Guard soldier shot in the chest and in the head, and a second soldier shot as well.
00:38:01.840So obviously, we can only bring commentary to you like this live, in real time, because of our Daily Wire members, our annual members in particular.

00:39:42.440Which is kind of funny because she got charged with pretty much the same shit that she accused Trump of doing, which you can't make this shit up.
00:39:50.000But let's go ahead and cover this stuff because their charges got dismissed on the grounds that the U.S. attorney didn't have the authority to charge them at the time because they were not confirmed by the Senate.
00:40:05.100A ruling that the appointment of an interim U.S. attorney, Lindsey Halligan, was invalid.
00:40:13.080Our correspondent, Mark Meredith, is reporting live on.
00:40:15.060Now, very important for you guys to understand, the judge dismissed it without prejudice, which means the Department of Justice can refile these charges again and indict them again.
00:40:23.100But they were dismissed because the U.S. attorney, right, for that district was not appointed or confirmed through the Senate.
00:40:32.580So, therefore, they looked at it as null and void.
00:40:35.100On this breaking news, he's got brand new details out of Washington for us.
00:40:41.200Well, the Justice Department's case against both the former FBI Director James Comey as well as the New York Attorney General, Leticia James, was already facing some serious scrutiny.
00:40:48.820And today's ruling means, at least for now, both cases will be dismissed.
00:40:52.340But we are waiting to see if the Department of Justice may try to do this again.
00:40:55.880Comey was indicted back in September, accused of lying to Congress.
00:40:59.020The charge had that statute of limitations.
00:41:01.520Yeah, and the thing with Comey, and I don't think they're going to be able to get Comey indictment.
00:41:05.100And that's because they indicted him literally last minute.
00:41:09.420There's a statute of limitations roughly five years.
00:41:33.200So if you're looking for advice that isn't just the flavor of the week, we got you.

00:42:59.380There's only a small window left for this case to be brought, and Comey had pled not guilty.
00:43:03.580His legal team had claimed the DOJ had made a number of mistakes, including that the person bringing the case, Lindsey Halligan, as you mentioned, should not have had the job.
00:43:11.700A federal judge agreeing today, writing that Halligan, the interim U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, had secured this indictment unlawfully because she was unlawfully serving in this role.
00:43:20.720She was also facing questions about what materials the grand jury saw and whether a final indictment had actually been presented appropriately for a vote.
00:43:28.420Also in Virginia, but down in Norfolk, the DOJ was charging Letitia James, the New York attorney general, with mortgage fraud.
00:43:34.420The government had claimed she was able to secure a favorable rate on a second home down there, but she had not filed the proper paperwork.
00:43:40.580Yeah, basically, she went ahead and got a, um, she got a specific loan on the property that wasn't appropriate, so they went ahead and hit her, uh, with it because, and she fucked up because she reported on her taxes.
00:44:07.260So, I tell y'all, bro, don't fucking, don't play, don't, don't play around with getting loans, man, and getting the wrong loans or purposely getting loans to make money, to save money on your thing.
00:44:17.400They will come back and fuck you up, man.
00:45:04.180It's just that the attorney general that filed them wasn't—excuse me, not the attorney general—the United States attorney that filed them wasn't confirmed.
00:45:28.380Well, the Department of Justice will have a chance to say what they think of the judge's ruling, whether they're going to be pushing for an appeal, and whether—
00:45:34.860And I know that Pam Bondi is absolutely going to refile on this.
00:45:40.180They said they're going to exhaust all their legal abilities to do so.
00:45:44.420...that they would still try to bring any of these additional cases here.
00:45:48.160Lindsay Halligan, as I mentioned, is still being questioned about whether or not she is serving appropriately in this role.
00:45:53.860As you see her right here on her screen, Halligan is likely to have plenty to say as well.
00:45:58.920There have been some questions about her lack of prosecutorial—
00:46:01.340Yeah, Trump brings on a lot of bimbos, man.
00:46:02.940I don't know if y'all caught on to this, but, like, bro brings on a bunch of fucking bimbos, man.
00:50:53.720Very soon, whether the Department of Justice is going to go back to the grand jury and try to sort of clean this one up, the key is going to be the status of the U.S. attorney.
00:51:06.600And that's going to be an issue which they're going to have to address.
00:51:11.020The court here is saying you simply didn't have this authority.
00:51:14.480Now, the Justice Department has some—
00:51:17.800Steel fan, hey, Myron, if you're ever going to do a collab with Andy and Priscilla, it would be an awesome pod.
00:52:16.700So we just got this statement in from Letitia James, who said,
00:52:21.040I'm heartened by today's victory and grateful for the prayers and support I have received from around the country.
00:52:25.700I remain fearless in the face of these baseless charges as I continue fighting for New Yorkers every single day.
00:52:31.700Well, I'm not sure if that will stand if the DOJ finds a way to cure these charges and—or the situation and refile the charges.
00:52:40.540But what would they need to do, Professor, to cure this problem?
00:52:44.720Well, first of all, Letitia James might be celebrating a tad too early.
00:52:50.060The problems here are not with the charges themselves, but essentially with the cop or, in this case, the prosecutor.
00:52:57.640So the court is not saying that she did—that she was innocent of these charges.
00:53:03.360The court is simply saying that the person who signed off on the charges didn't have authority to do that.
00:53:08.880So the obvious thing here is to get someone who is lawfully in a position to perform this role.
00:53:16.840Usually after 120 days, the district court appoints someone as the replacement.
00:53:23.860They're going to have to work this one out.
00:53:26.340They're in rather uncharted territory here to make sure that the next person who signs is going to be beyond these types of questions.
00:53:36.240They could also appeal. You know, they're already past the original date, but the argument is that they do have a right to go back to the grand jury.
00:53:44.180So they may just appeal and say, look, we think we have a good argument here that, yes, there's that 120 days,
00:53:50.000but we have some rather novel sort of shifts that occurred here that we believe, you know, do not trigger that final date
00:53:59.340and that we had the ability to use Heligan in the way we did.
00:54:02.760Jonathan, we're just getting a statement from the DOJ which says it is reviewing options now
00:54:09.920and that we're also being told that the DOJ literally found out when we did
00:54:13.980and they are now going over all the different scenarios.
00:58:28.860And I'm not, like, delusional to, like, think that people are going to just roll out the red carpet for me to have on just because I'm popular or, you know, people like me or whatever.
01:01:46.580He also tossed out the appointment of Trump's handpicked U.S. attorney, Lindsey Halligan,
01:01:51.000ruling that Attorney General Pambani's attempt to install Ms. Halligan as interim U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia was invalid.
01:01:58.720Adding that, quote, all actions flowing from Ms. Halligan's defective appointment constitute unlawful exercises of executive power and must be set aside.
01:02:08.840Now, Halligan, of course, was the only prosecutor who signed those indictments of James Comey and Letitia James.
01:02:14.560And what we now know was a fatal flaw in both of those cases.
01:02:20.560This case mattered to me personally, obviously, but it matters most because a message has to be sent that the president of the United States cannot use the Department of Justice to target his political enemies.
01:02:33.660I don't care what your politics are, you have to see that as fundamentally un-American and a threat to the rule of law that keeps all of us free.
01:02:44.120I know that Donald Trump will probably come after me again, and my attitude's going to be the same.
01:02:49.680I'm innocent, I am not afraid, and I believe in an independent federal judiciary.
01:02:57.460Comey does seem to have already been proven right on that front about the president continuing to come after him.
01:03:03.660What was President Trump's reaction to those indictments against Comey and James being thrown out?
01:03:09.180His reaction was, we've seen this before.
01:03:12.440We've seen partisan judges take unprecedented steps to try to intervene in accountability before, but we're not going to give up.
01:03:19.620And I know that the Department of Justice intends to appeal these rulings very soon, if they haven't already.
01:03:23.940We have made Lindsey Halligan a special U.S. attorney.
01:03:27.660So she is in court, she can fight in court just like she was, and we believe we will be successful on appeal.
01:03:38.220I talked to all of our U.S. attorneys, the majority of them around the country, and Lindsey Halligan is an excellent U.S. attorney, and shame on them for not wanting her in office.
01:03:46.360My lead source is here to break it all down with us, CNN senior legal analyst Ellie Honig.
01:03:52.360And Ellie, obviously you heard Pam Bondi saying the Justice Department will be appealing this.
01:03:57.180Given what the judge said, though, I mean, what would that route look like?
01:04:01.620So they do have the right to appeal up to the Fourth Circuit, but I don't like their odds, because if you look at this ruling, I will tell you as a Justice Department alum, Caitlin, it's painful.
01:04:10.360The way this broke, I was 10 minutes into teaching a class of college students in a class about DOJ and the need to be independent of politics.
01:04:19.100And so we stopped, we did Breaking News is What Happens If You Take My Class, put it up on the screen, and started sort of reading the highlights.
01:04:26.040And at some point, I just turned to them and said, guys, if you become prosecutors, don't ever do any of this.
01:04:31.060Because what this decision does is it calls out the two fundamental flaws with both of these prosecutions, the Comey and the Letitia James prosecutions.
01:04:41.100The only reason Lindsey Halligan was there as the prosecutor in the first place is because the real prosecutors refused to charge it and got pushed out.
01:04:48.340And then second, on top of that, just incompetence, the inability to return a grand jury indictment and to follow the basic rules.
01:04:56.920So it's a dark day for the Justice Department.
01:04:59.820Sure, they can appeal, but I don't love their chances.
01:05:02.460So you're saying if this was you, it would be pretty embarrassing, basically.
01:05:06.220My God. I mean, thankfully, I never had a case dismissed.
01:05:09.440Not that I would believe I was far from perfect as a prosecutor.
01:05:11.840But to lose not just one, but two, your two biggest cases, again, on such a basic defect that you couldn't follow the basic law of just installing somebody who was technically qualified.
01:05:22.600And when I say qualified, I don't mean resume.
01:05:34.220Also, by the way, we're 76 away, guys, from hitting our goal of 10,000 members in the OSS total.
01:05:43.280We're sitting at about 5,500 for paying members, and we got almost 10,000 just regular members that are free.
01:05:52.280That was my goal, actually, for this year was to hit 10,000 for the year, which were there.
01:05:56.740And then eventually, we want to get to a point where we got 10,000 paid because then at that point, then we can really start shaking and moving and not have to worry about, you know, we can get clippers.
01:10:59.580...saying this basically every night when we've had him on, that this is going to be illegal, that she was not going to be able to stay in that role.
01:11:05.480But I think the question is, I've been talking to people at the White House and around the president, maybe they'll refile Tish James.
01:11:11.840Do you think the Comey case is dead, though, because, to remind everyone, it was running up against the statute of limitations when they actually came and found it.
01:11:18.300That's why there was so much pressure on Lindsey Halligan to do it, what, her second week on the job, first week on the job?
01:12:43.300The 5th, 2025, five days before, but now we're after, so there could be a problem with that as well.
01:12:51.800But can we just talk about what it's like inside that office?
01:12:54.660So if you're working in that office, I mean, Caitlin Pullins was reporting earlier, it's basically chaos because people were saying, you know, can I still file the other cases that we're working on and have Lindsay Halligan's name on it?
01:13:04.680I mean, if you were working in that office, how would you be looking at what came down today?
01:13:08.860I would be worried that every indictment I had obtained from September 22nd, when Lindsay Halligan took office until today, two months later, might be invalidated.
01:16:44.080I'm struck by the threats against Senator Kelly, where Secretary Hegseth has issued these tweets in which he said, the Department of War is going to prosecute Senator Kelly.
01:17:16.240At the top of your show, from the White House Press Secretary, Carolyn Levitt, saying, the Secretary of War, the Department of War would never issue an illegal order.
01:17:25.560Well, calling it the Department of War isn't an illegal order.
01:17:29.900Congress arranged the Department of Defense in 1947.
01:17:33.940It passed a law in 1949 titling the Department of Defense the Department of Defense.
01:17:38.780It did so because a few years before that, the United States had hanged a bunch of Japanese generals for the crime of waging offensive war.
01:17:45.700And wanted to make clear that the United States would...
01:17:47.960We got a bitch-ass nigga in the chat named Guy.
01:20:43.220He could fight only in self-defense, according to the rules of international law that the United States had imposed on Japan and Nazi Germany.
01:20:50.080Every time that, in violation of Act of Congress, the secretary makes up these titles for himself, secretary of partying, secretary of war, whatever he calls himself, those are illegal orders, too.
01:21:04.000And so they're not the most morally offensive illegal orders, but they are illegal.
01:21:09.800And every time he gives himself his title, he's proving he is willing to issue illegal orders because the department was organized and named by Act of Congress.
01:21:17.120The president unilaterally cannot change that.
01:21:20.080Well, and this is something that Hegseth was questioned about, I believe, by Alyssa Slotkin during his confirmation hearing.
01:21:27.200But on just the front overall, I think some people may not like the video.
01:21:31.300I mean, we've asked every Democrat that we've had on who was in the video why they felt the need to make that video, given, as you know, that is already what troops are trained to do, not to follow illegal orders.
01:21:42.100But, I mean, I wonder what you make of the outsized reaction from the White House, where, I mean, for the first time, people around Trump have actually struggled to try to defend what he what he said.
01:21:55.120In his first term, President Trump mused aloud about asking the military in the streets of the United States on U.S. soil to use lethal or near lethal force against protesters.
01:22:07.180Right now, the United States is conducting, without any kind of authorization by Congress, without any regional allies, a campaign of blowing up boats on the Caribbean Sea, international waters.
01:22:17.180Some two dozen boats have been destroyed that we know of. Nearly 100 people have been killed. Maybe they're bad actors, maybe not.
