00:40:42.780 You're a very proud of that.

00:40:44.780 A few minutes.

00:40:45.780 courthouse. A lot of people were hoping people who are waiting there outside the courtroom to

00:40:50.620 be able to get a glimpse of Sean Diddy Combs as he was released. But again, that news coming down

00:40:55.220 that he will not be released on bail for now. Let's bring in ABC News legal contributor Bernarda

00:41:00.620 Villalona. And Bernarda, we know that this case was not technically about domestic violence. At

00:41:06.840 least those were not the charges against Combs. But of course, there was that now infamous video

00:41:12.280 from the hotel surveillance that showed him physically assaulting Cassie Ventura. Is it

00:41:17.720 possible that any of that evidence came down to what the judge was considering in terms of his

00:41:23.160 release back to the public on bail? 100 percent. Absolutely. You have to think that this judge is

00:41:30.720 in a unique position that he heard all of the testimony, all of the evidence that was provided

00:41:36.380 through this seven week trial. He also knows of evidence that wasn't submitted before this jury.

00:41:41.800 So he took into account what he actually heard. He took into account that it's no longer that Sean

00:41:47.540 Combs is accused of transportation to engage in prostitution. But now that he has been convicted

00:41:52.980 by a jury of his peers, he took into account that his ability to flee and not return for sentencing,

00:41:59.600 as well as that he's a danger to the community and also to victims. Remember that. Yeah. You know,

00:42:06.800 a lot of the testimony, guys, you know, they you know, he was beating Cassie's ass, right? Mia. There 0.99

00:42:16.140 were three witnesses that he got into physical altercations with Mia, Cassie and his Jane woman,

00:42:22.080 who I think is 50s baby mom. Cassie Ventura's attorney, Doug Wigdor, submitted a letter to this court

00:42:30.060 requesting that Sean Combs remains in custody because he is a danger to society. So taking all

00:42:36.820 of that into account, in addition to what his potential sentence would be, does give us a cue

00:42:42.300 cue into what he will actually sentence him to? While it's a mandatory of 10 years on each of this

00:42:48.340 count, these counts, there is a sensitive. He's not going to get 10. He doesn't have a criminal

00:42:52.660 history. Well, this is what I predict. I think he's going to get chapped probably somewhere between

00:42:58.020 between two to seven years. That's what I think he's going to get. He's going to get between two to

00:43:05.680 seven years. I know that's a wide range and they'll probably let it run concurrently, which means

00:43:09.640 they'll let the two counts. Like when he's in there serving the time for one count, the other

00:43:15.780 one is going to run concurrently, which means he won't have to do, you know, the 14 years. If let's

00:43:21.260 say he gets seven years for each one, he won't do 14. Instead, he'll do, you know, seven for both.

00:43:28.260 Right. Because it's running concurrently. That's right. That's what I predict. He'll get somewhere

00:43:32.080 between two to seven years running concurrently. Crime guidelines and the prosecution is claiming that

00:43:38.860 it's about 51 months to 63 months while the defense is saying. Okay. So there you go.

00:43:44.520 51 months to 61 months. Wait, hold on. Let me rewind that real quick. That's.

00:43:50.220 Prosecution is claiming that it's about 51 months to six. Okay. So 50 months is going to be. Yeah.

00:43:56.580 That's the thing that they always do. Fucking. So like four years to three months. Well, four to five 1.00

00:44:04.860 years is what the prosecution is saying. The defense is saying 21 months to 20. Okay. 21 months is less

00:44:10.020 than two years. Um, seven months and Sean. One months to 63 months while the defense is saying 21

00:44:19.340 months to 27 months and Sean. Okay. So about two years. So government's pushing for four to five,

00:44:27.900 four to five defense wants, you know, one and a half to two, two-ish.

00:44:33.380 Sean Collins has only been in custody for 10 months.

00:44:36.340 And also keep in mind, yes. So he's going to get a good amount of time served yet. He's been in jail now

00:44:40.920 since September. Right. So, um, the time that he's been in jail, it's all going to be time served. So

00:44:47.460 honestly, him not getting bail, isn't the worst because it might get to the point where by the

00:44:54.080 time he gets sentenced, he'll have a few more months to go and he'll be released.

00:44:59.980 Bernardo. Thank you. We are just getting this information from the U S district judge here

00:45:05.420 citing Combs domestic violence as part of that justification for continued detention.

00:45:11.740 Do I miss chat? Do I miss? I told y'all that, um, that he got denied his part because he was

00:45:18.200 beating their asses. Called it a propensity for violence. This is also a quote here of the judge 0.99

00:45:23.540 saying it is impossible for the defendant to demonstrate that he poses no danger to the

00:45:29.080 community. Again, that as part of this decision, not to grant him bail, to deny bail to Sean Diddy

00:45:35.140 Combs. I want to go to our ABC news legal contributor, Brian Buckmeyer. Brian, you've been watching this

00:45:40.020 case very closely. You've been inside the courtroom at times. So now that bail has been denied, Brian,

00:45:46.160 what are the next steps? So the next steps would be sentencing. And between today and whatever the

00:45:53.080 sentencing date is, and we're waiting to hear what that is, Sean Combs will be visited by someone from

00:45:58.280 the probation department. And they'll interview him, speak with Sean Combs, family members, anyone else

00:46:03.620 that they may be directed to, and they'll create what's called a PSI or pre-sentencing

00:46:08.520 investigation. That information will be given to both the attorneys as well as the judge,

00:46:14.660 and will help guide them in terms of a sentencing. Now, Bernard had pointed out...

00:46:18.320 Someone in the chat said, what happened to the gun charges? See, guys, I look at the chat because

00:46:21.940 you guys ask good questions in there. You guys give good conversation things. The gun charges. So as you

00:46:28.160 guys know, when they raided his house, they found an AR-15 with the serial number scratched off.

00:46:31.780 I'm surprised the feds didn't indict him on that because that is a crime. You don't get that much

00:46:37.320 time for it, but it is a crime. So I'm surprised they didn't hit him with it. I think the reason

00:46:40.940 why they did that was because they wanted to keep the evidence clean with, you know, making it all

00:46:45.680 about sex trafficking and RICO versus, you know, bringing in a scratched off firearm, which is a

00:46:50.040 completely different offense, different pattern of facts, et cetera, versus with the RICO and the

00:46:54.600 sex trafficking, you can kind of, you can put it all together, you know, with one theme, so to speak.

00:47:01.360 pointed out the sentencing guidelines that both parties have put forward, the defense saying that

00:47:07.220 the sentence should be anywhere from 21 to 27 months, the government saying anywhere from 51

00:47:12.000 to 63 months, but that PSI will provide what they believe the sentencing guidelines will be.

00:47:17.540 And then either side will try to argue, come sentencing, that there are either aggravating

00:47:21.920 circumstances, the government will oppose those to go higher or mitigating circumstances to go lower.

00:47:26.840 And that's where we'll find a sentence. And of course, the potential of what's called victim impact

00:47:30.360 statements, people who will testify or give testimony about the sentence.

00:47:34.200 Oh, yeah, yeah. So they're going to, yeah, I forgot about that, that they got fucking, 0.98

00:47:38.400 they're going to bring the victims in to give victim impact statements. And that's going to 0.98

00:47:43.700 absolutely weigh on the judge's, you know, decision on how he's going to charge it.

00:47:49.360 Of Sean Combs.

00:47:50.600 Brian Buckmeyer, thank you. I want to go back to Aaron Katursky. Aaron, we know that that sentencing

00:47:54.520 hearing scheduled for the fall. Sean Diddy Combs has already been in custody for about nine months

00:48:01.580 now, and he's also facing dozens of civil lawsuits. What more does he have ahead of him

00:48:08.080 before that hearing? We know, I think it's on October 3rd.

00:48:13.360 October 3rd at 10 a.m. is when Sean Combs is going to be sentenced for his conviction on two counts

00:48:20.400 of transportation for the purposes of prostitution. Each of those counts carries a maximum penalty

00:48:26.620 of up to 10 years.

00:48:28.300 Al Boyce says, would you say this is a big fat L for the feds? I think it's a huge win for Diddy.

00:48:33.560 Brian Steele now has two RICO cases, he'd be under his belt. Yes and no. And I'll talk about it here

00:48:39.960 in a second. I'll give you guys my analysis of all this here in a second.

00:48:43.700 Prosecutors pointed out in their letter to the judge, his total exposure is 20 years in prison.

00:48:50.180 And the judge today, Whit, said that Combs' propensity for violence was starkly depicted

00:48:56.420 on that 2016 hotel security camera footage. That may well factor into the judge's sentencing

00:49:03.860 decisions. In the meantime, Sean Combs will continue to be incarcerated at MDC in Brooklyn,

00:49:10.220 the federal jail in Brooklyn, where he's been since his arrest. This is at least the third,

00:49:16.580 possibly even the fourth time that bail has been denied. And he will have to fight those civil

00:49:22.040 lawsuits, at least at the outset from behind bars. With Aaron Kaczorski, thank you and the entire team.

00:49:27.760 Again, the judge denied Sean Combs bail following that split verdict earlier today when the jury

00:49:32.960 acquitted him of the most serious charges of racketeering and conspiracy and sex trafficking.

00:49:38.040 But the jury did find him guilty on those two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

00:49:43.920 We're going to return you in just a moment here to regular programming. Our coverage does continue

00:49:48.120 on ABC News.

00:49:50.960 All right, we'll go back and watch the last one then. 1.00

00:49:53.140 Oh, shit, hold on. 0.99

00:49:54.640 ...saying that he should go home today. That, you know, this is not guilty on the majority of the 1.00

00:49:59.280 counts, the most serious counts. He should walk out of here. The prosecution is not saying that as

00:50:03.780 you take a live look at just...

00:50:04.820 Hey, guys, do me a favor, bro. We got like 4,000, 5,000 of you guys watching right now.

00:50:32.620 So smash that like button. Let's get the engagement up. Channel's demonetized, but we're 0.99

00:50:36.100 still cooking. We're still grinding. You know, the grind don't stop just because the channel's

00:50:39.440 demonetized. A lot of other YouTubers will quit because they're bitch-ass niggas, but we 0.99

00:50:42.980 cover everything over here. So smash the like button, guys. Let's get to 2,000 likes. 0.99

00:50:48.540 Look at the media that is outside of the courthouse in lower Manhattan. What can we expect today

00:50:53.860 when it comes to the arguments for what happens next to Sean Combs?

00:50:56.780 Well, what we can expect is that the defense is going to really be adamant about letting

00:51:04.460 Sean Combs out today. He is able to post access to his plane. And so Mark Agnifilo says his

00:51:11.860 family can sign onto the bond. Again, they were proposing $1 million. He should be released

00:51:16.960 today. And their proposal was that Sean Combs could walk out of the courtroom and that his

00:51:22.000 travel be limited to Florida, Los Angeles, and New York City, whereas the government opposed

00:51:27.420 that application. Maureen Comey making these arguments on behalf of the prosecution.

00:51:30.780 Maureen Comey is the lead AUSA on this case, as you guys know, James Comey's daughter.

00:51:35.680 The government was saying that Mark Agnifilo was really kind of downplaying Sean.

00:51:40.000 Mark Agnifilo is Didi's main lawyer. And for those of you guys also with Mark Agnifilo,

00:51:46.640 his wife is defending Luigi Mangione, which, by the way, in the chat, do you guys want me

00:51:54.780 to go out to New York and cover the Mangione case when it goes to trial? I think it's going

00:51:58.040 to go to trial this year, Chad. So let me know if y'all want me to do that. I could go out

00:52:02.820 there probably for the first like a week or two, at least, and cover it out there for

00:52:06.600 y'all.

00:52:07.360 ...conviction, because everyone, just remember, he is still convicted on two counts.

00:52:11.540 Again, we have to kind of emphasize being transportation to engage in prostitution, also known as 0.58

00:52:16.620 the MAN Act. The government also pointing out there's been extensive testimony regarding

00:52:21.460 drugs throughout this trial. They also point back to the day of his arrest, or the evening

00:52:25.780 of his arrest, when he was caught at the hotel with drugs inside his hotel room, red lighting

00:52:31.340 equipment, something that they say kind of alludes to that there might have been...

00:52:35.180 All right, it looks like it's like 60-40. Yes, for Luigi Mangione.

00:52:41.220 I'll ask the cast club, niggas. 1.00

00:52:42.640 Hotel night or a freak out. 0.97

00:52:43.980 Sorry, OSS ninjas. 0.79

00:52:45.180 At the time that he was arrested, the prosecution also pointing out that his conviction suggests

00:52:53.640 that he should be detained and that the defendant should be detained until sentencing. And so

00:52:59.020 the judge asked, do you have any kind of case law about someone being held on a MAN Act charge

00:53:03.780 pending sentencing? Maureen Comey says, for the most part, it had to relate to children,

00:53:09.180 and so she didn't have anything in relation to adults being transported over state lines.

00:53:13.460 So she's going to look up that case law. Obviously, the defense is going to come back.

00:53:17.200 They're going to have their arguments, probably kind of what we had heard earlier.

00:53:21.240 So they're going to take a few hours to kind of work everything out. They're going to send back

00:53:25.800 a letter or an email, and then we'll all kind of reconvene early

00:53:29.700 this afternoon to discuss what's going to be happening next. But no, Sean Combs did not walk

00:53:33.920 out of that courtroom, everyone. He is still being held inside the courthouse right behind me.

00:53:38.680 It seems like, from what I could tell, his family kind of probably maybe went to go celebrate or

00:53:43.420 something like that, maybe go get a bite to eat, probably really take in that it's possible.

00:53:48.080 Their father might be coming home today, but again, it's possible. Nothing set in stone just yet.

00:53:53.000 And we just have a statement coming in from the lawyer for Cassandra Ventura. This is from Doug

00:53:59.880 Wigdor, and he said in a statement, this entire criminal process started when our client, Cassie

00:54:05.580 Ventura, had the courage to file her civil complaint in November 2023, although the jury did not find

00:54:11.720 which she got 20 million for homes guilty of sex trafficking. Cassie, beyond a reasonable doubt,

00:54:17.200 she paved the way for a jury to. Hey, sorry, guys, we're up on Castle Club. I did not realize that

00:54:22.360 the stream was not on for Castle Club, guys. Sorry about that. It is up on Castle Club now.

00:54:25.780 We're live over there as well. Find him guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution.

00:54:31.240 He continued, this is in a statement that was released to CNN, by coming forward with her

00:54:35.860 experience, Cassie has left an indelible mark on both the entertainment industry and the fight for 1.00

00:54:41.260 justice. Exemplary courage throughout this trial and brought attention to the realities of powerful men

00:54:47.940 in our orbit in the misconduct that has persisted for decades without repercussion. I remember,

00:54:55.480 Elizabeth, you talk about how emotional it was in the courtroom during Cassie Ventura's testimony.

00:55:00.360 Just what's your reaction when you saw the not guilty verdict related to the charge of sex

00:55:06.220 trafficking with Cassie Ventura? I was a little surprised. I'm not going to lie to you, Chris. I was a

00:55:12.980 little surprised, especially to count two, not necessarily surprised on count four. But I think

00:55:17.280 probably and likely a question that went through those jurors' minds is probably the relationship

00:55:22.080 and how long the relationship lasted. I will say that I, you know, and I said this to Jesse yesterday

00:55:27.060 too, that the jurors were really paying close attention to both sides' closing argument, especially

00:55:32.740 Mark Agnifilo's closing argument, where I kind of think that they really listened to what he had said

00:55:38.760 in terms of just, you know, by the government's definition, by the federal law's definition of

00:55:43.700 sex trafficking, it only has to be one instance. And so when Mark Agnifilo is getting up there in

00:55:47.960 his closing argument and saying, okay, well, they did 75 different freak offs, and then it's just that

00:55:52.420 one instance that makes it number 76. And then that all of a sudden becomes sex trafficking. Maybe the

00:55:58.060 jury really kind of listened to that and really kind of took note of that. And maybe they kind of were

00:56:03.480 like, okay, well, when the breakup happened, was it because of these freak offs? Was it because

00:56:07.860 of these, you know, hotel nights or whatever? Again, hotel nights is something James calls it.

00:56:12.800 Cassie called them freak offs. But whether or not that was the reason that the relationship ended,

00:56:17.900 because according to the testimony, it seemed like the relationship ended because of possible

00:56:21.900 jealousy because of another woman. And it didn't seem like their relationship ended necessarily

00:56:26.040 because of the freak offs. But also remember, Chris, that yesterday, the jury asked some very

00:56:31.220 pointed questions about different instances involving Cassie, either at the Intercontinental Hotel,

00:56:37.040 over at Cannes Film Festival, her interactions with Daniel Phillip. And so I was thinking, okay,

00:56:42.900 maybe it's possible they were going to come back with guilty on sex trafficking, but it obviously

00:56:47.340 didn't go that way today. And so I think as far as just their verdict, I do respect their verdict.

00:56:52.980 These jurors were listening to the exact same testimony I was listening to. Obviously,

00:56:56.840 they saw some exhibits that we weren't keen on seeing or anything like that. But I think maybe

00:57:01.300 the consent was... Shout out to Unforgiven with the gifted sub. Yeah, guys, keep in mind that the

00:57:06.060 jury... So this is something also that's very important that she just mentioned that I just,

00:57:10.000 it just triggered something in my mind. The jury saw all the sex videos, chat. The jury saw the sex

00:57:18.040 videos. Okay? I guarantee you guys, them seeing those sex videos definitely made them say,

00:57:23.880 you know what, bro, this bitch a thought. I'm starting to think, bro, like, yo, they saw those 1.00

00:57:29.660 sex videos and they're like, bro, this ain't no fucking sex trafficking. Get the fuck up out of 1.00

00:57:33.120 here, man. Keep that in mind too, chat, that they saw the sex videos, bro. And a lot of them were 1.00

00:57:41.040 like disgusted by it. So that is big. That is big that they actually saw the sex videos.

00:57:48.240 Because, you know, it's one thing for a girl to say, oh, I'm being, you know, trafficked or some 0.99

00:57:53.280 other bullshit like that. But like when you're actually watching the sex videos and you're seeing 0.97

00:57:57.600 them like enjoying it or whatever, saying they love it, like that's going to be, that's going to be

00:58:02.380 a very potent in your brain, chat. Because the way it worked was, and I was there for a couple of

00:58:08.240 these. They showed images and they showed video to the jury, but the audience couldn't see. So

00:58:16.000 journalists, they weren't able to see it. They weren't able to hear it. They weren't able to

00:58:19.440 see anything, but the jurors saw everything. So that absolutely played a significant role.

00:58:24.900 And then probably saying, yo, this isn't sex trafficking, bro. This is bullshit. Guaranteed, 1.00

00:58:29.260 bro. Guaranteed. Right? Cassie's in there acting all innocent, Jane acting all innocent. That was

00:58:34.880 sex traffic. Then, you know, they're watching her get pounded by some fucking escorts. They're like, 1.00

00:58:39.040 what the fuck? These bitches are lying. So those videos, interestingly enough, 1.00

00:58:44.320 I guarantee probably hurt the prosecution. That's my estimate. Hurt the prosecution's case.

00:58:51.580 It was really a topic of discussion as far as, you know, she kept on the relationship. Yes,

00:58:56.500 while it was on and off for an 11 year period, but she kept on the relationship.

00:58:59.900 And that's a big deal too. They were together guys from like 2007, 2008, up until like 2018,

00:59:07.280 Cassie was with Diddy and she cheated on her now husband with Diddy. 1.00

00:59:11.940 After these instances of violence, even after doing these freak offs that she said she didn't

00:59:17.960 want to be doing. And so maybe they were like, okay, well, and also just so you guys know,

00:59:22.680 Cassie had sex with like 20 plus dudes that were escorts, right? She was cheating on her husband now 0.97

00:59:30.380 with Diddy. Right. And she said that it was grape. She was cheating on Diddy with Kid Cudi. So, 0.90

00:59:36.160 you know, that obviously also is going to show like, yo, this chick's a 304, man. And this is 1.00

00:59:41.360 why the prosecution was so scared with some of this evidence coming in about her promiscuity.

00:59:44.760 Well, you know, maybe they just, maybe at the end of the day, their huge kind of takeaway was it

00:59:52.400 from it was possibly consents being kind of at the heart of the issue.

00:59:56.620 Yeah. We'll hear what the jury has to say when, when they begin to speak to members of the media,

01:00:01.260 want to bring in the other members of our panel, Mina Saywat Lona, Sirius XM host also joining us

01:00:06.780 live now, as well as William Corman, who is a criminal defense attorney. Thank you both for being with us.

01:00:12.880 And Elizabeth Milner also standing by outside the courthouse in lower Manhattan. William,

01:00:17.640 just from a standpoint, and as people are joining us right now, kind of digesting everything. So I

01:00:22.920 am asking a few questions that we've touched on just in the last 20 minutes or so. But as far as

01:00:27.280 the what happens now part of it, when Sean Combs is sentenced, how likely is it that he goes to

01:00:32.280 federal prison on these two counts? That's the $64,000 question right now, isn't it? I mean,

01:00:38.860 these counts do carry with it the possibility. He's 100% going to go to jail. That's not even

01:00:43.620 a question. He's a hundred. He's going to get time served, but he's probably, I think he's going to

01:00:47.080 get, like I said before, between two to seven years, he's going to probably have roughly a year

01:00:52.240 plus of served time by the time he gets sentenced. So he'll probably be in jail for another 24 to 36

01:00:58.500 months. That's my estimate. If prison time, it wouldn't be unheard of for someone to go to prison

01:01:03.980 on these types of charges. However, he has no criminal record. He has no criminal past that

01:01:08.800 he's been convicted of. But one of the things the government said when the bail argument first

01:01:13.360 reared its head, and again, we'll hear more about that later on, is there was continued criminal

01:01:18.380 conduct even after the charges took place. So this isn't someone who has lived a law-abiding lifestyle

01:01:26.440 for everything but for these cases. I mean, as you mentioned a little while ago, when he was arrested,

01:01:31.420 he had drugs on him. There was post-charge conduct, excuse me. So there's all sorts of

01:01:37.480 things that the government can rely on to say, hey, look, he was found guilty of these two offenses.

01:01:42.080 They are federal offenses. He was found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. They carry with it the

01:01:46.540 possibility of federal prison. And for somebody like this, who has flouted the law, he should go to

01:01:52.260 federal prison. His lawyers obviously will argue in the other direction. But again, I think it's possible

01:01:57.680 that he goes to prison. I don't think he's going to max out. I don't think it's going to be a

01:02:01.120 10-year federal prison sentence. But it's possible that the judge decides that not staying at the

01:02:06.680 MDCC is enough, and he actually needs to go to a federal facility somewhere else in the country.

01:02:11.760 Yeah, yeah, yeah. They're going to 100% move him somewhere else too. Like, the MDC guys is not like

01:02:15.660 a real, like, it's not like, so once you get sentenced, guys, you're going to get sent somewhere

01:02:20.340 like a real BOP prison. Like, this is a lot of the times like a staging center, so they can bring you 0.81

01:02:24.420 to and from court efficiently. But he'll probably get, you know, they'll move him to a better prison,

01:02:31.100 obviously. That's more for long-term inmates.

01:02:34.520 And Mina, I'm going to bring you in in just a moment, but I just got a super chat question

01:02:37.840 that I'm going to ask William here. State Boys Louisiana asks, will, did he be a sex offender now?

01:02:44.460 Oh, that's a damn good question. He might. He might. Let's see. 0.98

01:02:48.720 I don't know that transportation, oh, it's a violation of the Man Act. So yes, I think he

01:02:54.940 would be considered a sex offender. I think there is a mechanism in place by which he could

01:02:59.720 challenge that classification. But I do think that violation of the Man Act carries with it

01:03:04.240 sex offender registration. All right. Mina Sewat-Lona joins me now, a host on SiriusXM.

01:03:10.400 Thank you for taking the time to be with us as we break down and kind of digest this verdict and

01:03:14.160 everything that went down this morning. What is your reaction to what the jury found?

01:03:18.260 Sean Combs guilty of and not guilty of? I think we kind of saw some of it, but I am,

01:03:24.920 to be honest, a little surprised at the not guilty verdict for Cassie Ventura when it comes

01:03:29.600 to the sex trafficking. We've talked extensively about the receipts and the different evidence

01:03:36.360 that the prosecution presented when it comes to the transportation of the prostitutes, right?

01:03:41.620 I feel like that was pretty solidified. We have talked about the RICO and how if you really

01:03:46.720 follow the RICO according to the law, yeah, they proved their case. But did they really prove it

01:03:53.780 to this panel of 12 jurors who are not well-versed in the law? And did they prove that there was an

01:04:00.180 organized criminal enterprise here? I thought that was a little up in the air. But I really...

01:04:06.120 Another thing that fucked them up is they only charged Diddy. Like, how the fuck is it a huge 0.98

01:04:10.420 criminal enterprise if you're only charging one person? That was also weird as well. I've never 0.85

01:04:13.500 seen a RICO case where you only have one defendant.

01:04:15.900 Billy thought, because of that video, I thought that video was so powerful as evidence that Cassie

01:04:22.560 was forced back into a room. Sean Diddy Combs is naked in this video. They are in a mid-sex act.

01:04:30.240 She is running away for her life. She's being kicked in the head and dragged back to the hotel room 0.94

01:04:37.640 where a security guard testified that there was an escort in there. She clearly in that moment did 0.98

01:04:43.880 not consent to that sexual act. And... Well, no, they had done the freak-off already. This chick 1.00

01:04:50.340 don't even know the facts. What the fuck is she talking about? Diddy was mad because he wanted 1.00

01:04:53.500 her phone. It wasn't about them continuing the freak-off. He was mad that she was talking to

01:04:59.180 somebody else. That's why he was chasing her down. But anyway, that's... And the defense did a very

01:05:06.100 good job of illustrating that. All right, let me read these chats and then... Actually, you know

01:05:10.160 what? Quick word from our sponsor, niggas. The only thing I ask, especially for my YouTube viewers, 1.00

01:05:20.860 is for you guys to join OSS. We just passed 1,500 active supporters. I want to say thank you guys so

01:05:52.500 censorship of YouTube. That's how you really support me, support the mission. It allows me to continue

01:05:56.480 to do these super long streams for you guys. A lot of people tell me, hey, Myron, like, you shouldn't

01:05:59.740 even be streaming on YouTube anymore. You should be streaming on Rumble and Kick Only. But I'll take the

01:06:03.200 financial hit to reach more people, especially on YouTube where people don't talk about this shit. 0.99

01:06:06.820 All right. Bam. Okay. We're back to the regular schedule program and let's read some chats here. 0.99

01:06:14.060 And then I'm going to give you guys my analysis. We got here. Oh, by the way,

01:06:20.040 this camera should be fixed now. Shout out to my guy TPC for helping me out with it.

01:06:24.240 Now it should be like focused and good. Okay. So read this and then we'll get into it. Let's see here.

01:06:30.920 Shout out to all you guys for the support, bro.

01:06:32.120 Um, okay. Kumo DTV says they let, uh, 16 of his family members. Okay. That was from before.

01:06:39.980 Um, Josh or John says, Hey, Myron, what camera and lenses do you use? The, uh, quality is crazy.

01:06:46.240 So this camera right here that you're looking at, this is a Sony a seven R. Um, this camera over here,

01:06:51.320 this is a Sony FX three. Um, this one is a Sony a seven R. Um, and then this one that is also Sony a seven R,

01:06:59.660 but I'm going to replace these other ones here, these other three with, um, FX three soon. Um,

01:07:04.940 but yeah, that's kind of, um, those are cameras I use. This is like a wider lens right here.

01:07:09.340 This is a wider lens. That one is like a shit. I forget the actual lenses. I'll get it for you 1.00

01:07:15.240 though. Um, but yeah, thank you, John. I appreciate that. And again, the reason why this looks so good,

01:07:20.320 you guys got to thank, um, my guy TPC, man, he, he helped me out. He came into the studio and he

01:07:24.780 actually improved a lot of the, um, he improved the lighting and the settings and everything like

01:07:30.140 that. So TPC films, help me out with this guys. If you're in the Orlando area, go check them out.

01:07:34.420 He is the OSS member as well. Cal's club guy, uh, filmer, really good stuff. Um, okay. Nick says,

01:07:42.160 Amar and I have a blue belt friend in a relationship that found out yesterday while talking to his girl

01:07:45.200 that she smashed two dudes the same day in the past before the relationship. She's in the military.

01:07:49.060 He told me it looks at her differently now, but doesn't want to destroy, uh, the year long connection

01:07:52.700 made any advice I could give him. I mean, bro, I think that's grounds to, to leave her. But if he

01:07:58.660 wants, I mean, cause here's the thing, bro, behavior like that, it, it, he's cruising for a

01:08:04.280 bruising. Tell him that he's cruising for a fucking bruising, bro. Um, fresh dog. Does the outcome of 0.99

01:08:10.340 this case effectively make being a cuck illegal now? Yes. If you transport escorts to smash your girl 1.00

01:08:16.200 state lines, you, you all go to jail, bro. You got to get hit with the Diddy charges, man.

01:08:20.080 Uh, you don't think there's animosity there and they might run the sentences unconcurrent.

01:08:26.540 I don't think so, bro. I think he'll, they'll probably run it concurrently. Like I've only

01:08:30.920 seen it for like extremely serious charges where they do it consecutively. Um, from a legal standpoint,

01:08:36.560 does anything happen to those degenerate male prostitutes? Did they just rat on run? Yeah, 1.00

01:08:40.760 bro. Absolutely. They did. Join us as a week ago. You are my go-to watching the latest news. I still

01:08:45.580 watch on rumble because of the, uh, PIP feature while I work much love from Oman. Appreciate

01:08:49.920 you, Virgo. Um, and you're watching all the way from Oman, which is great. Uh, do you think this

01:08:54.960 is like, uh, OG Simpson case or Diddy case? Nothing close to it. Uh, nothing close to the OJ Simpson

01:09:00.840 case as far as like fame and notoriety. Yes. But as far as like the murder, um, or the seriousness,

01:09:06.320 no. Remember guys, OJ got hit with murder one. Um, let's see here. Kirk says much love from Turkey

01:09:14.100 brother. Appreciate you. Isaiah says, uh, hell yeah. I'm the Luigi Mangione case. Okay. I'll do

01:09:18.620 a poll for my OSS guys. Uh, Hey bro, I feel like I heard it from you, uh, from you. I could be wrong,

01:09:24.460 but I remember something about like, if evidence is over 10 years old, it's ineligible. Correct me

01:09:28.560 if I'm wrong. Also, thanks for the legitimate information and looking forward to those calls.

01:09:32.260 Uh, niggas got questions. Yeah, that's fine. Um, yes. So there's something called the statute 1.00

01:09:35.860 of limitations. The, the way they were able to get around the statute of limitations,

01:09:39.360 that's why they charged them with Rico chat. They charged them with Rico because Rico allows

01:09:44.080 you to bring in crimes from a long time ago because, uh, what they are, what they're arguing

01:09:49.180 is he had a continuous pattern of racketeering activity for decades. So that's how they were

01:09:54.360 able to, uh, bring in these other charges. That's a big reason why people use Rico a lot

01:09:57.580 too, guys, is to avoid the, um, statute of limitations. So boosted the sentencing date

01:10:02.620 is October 3rd, Myron. Yep. We know that. Uh, breaking news. Apparently strikes are being

01:10:06.420 reported in Iran again. Silly is hosting a space. Okay. I'll, uh, we'll check that out 0.99

01:10:11.140 as well. I did see something with Iran. Um, this is what happens when you let women lead. 1.00

01:10:14.700 They get emotional. Fumble the case. L female at USA is okay. Black is bad there. Uh, three 1.00

01:10:19.080 diglets with the big 100 hour super chat. He says, uh, the moment Cassie was, uh, the moment

01:10:28.560 Cassie lost was, and then he was like one last freak off. And she said, nah, I want it to

01:10:32.740 be the first freak off forever. Yes. Good point. Diglett's been watching the coverage.

01:10:37.600 Um, she was, well, she wanted a never ending freak off. Yeah, bro. I mean, like I said,

01:10:41.560 there was too much evidence there to show that there was consent. Stephen 44 says,

01:10:45.440 James Comey's daughter on the prosecution lead to the court of the racketeering charges.

01:10:49.840 Well, guys, she's a good AUSA, bro. She's actually, um, when I was there watching her argue,

01:10:54.020 she's actually very sharp, very smart. Um, but yeah, bro, look, did he had a good legal team

01:10:59.200 guys? He had like seven lawyers, some really expensive lawyers. His legal team was like

01:11:02.800 10 million or some crazy price point. Uh, science. He says, just want to say thanks for all you do

01:11:07.800 from Ireland. Thank you so much, bro. We got people all over the world watching. Uh, fitness says,

01:11:12.900 I got $20,000 saved. I'm debt free. I have, uh, I'm my over 100. Okay. You mean you make over

01:11:18.840 a hundred thousand dollars as a trucking musician. I plan on moving to North Charlotte, North Carolina

01:11:22.360 to my family. Is it doable to get a duplex with the FHA? Yes, it is. Uh, because you remember

01:11:27.180 you only got to put three and a half to 5% down. So it is doable. Upmost TFM. Uh, but I don't know

01:11:32.300 what the price points are like in Charlotte. I know Charlotte is, um, relatively cheap, but I know

01:11:36.560 a lot of people have moved there too. Uh, utmost TFM says, uh, yo, do you think, uh, when they dropped

01:11:41.740 the statute of limitations on Trump, did he got caught up? I don't know what you mean by that

01:11:46.000 question, bro. A little confused by that. All right. So what's my analysis on this? So, and I talked

01:11:52.480 about this yesterday and I mentioned this while I streamed on kick last night and I said that I was

01:11:56.580 rooting for Diddy. I did say this last night. Chris is my witness. When I was playing Marvel

01:12:00.800 rivals with Chris yesterday, I was saying, bro, I'm kind of rooting for Diddy here. I hope he

01:12:05.280 doesn't get like, you know, the Rico charges and everything else like that. And I talked about this

01:12:08.580 also on, on my stream yesterday. I told you guys that if Diddy was found guilty, this was going to

01:12:14.000 set a very bad precedent from a, um, me too perspective. Because when I was there in the trial

01:12:20.280 and I was listening to the star witness Cassie talk, there was a significant amount of consensual

01:12:25.440 sex that was going on. She was with him for over a decade. Um, she could have left at any time.

01:12:29.920 He was paying all her bills, whatever. And quite frankly, it seems like she didn't like the end of

01:12:34.400 the stick that she got. And then she came years later, six years later to be exact, or seven years,

01:12:39.260 uh, yeah, five to six years later and went to the feds to, you know, pursue charges and her, 0.69

01:12:45.160 and her case and everything like that. And my argument was, look, whether you like Diddy or not,

01:12:49.740 right? This is because it's, it's the, we're not being personal here. We're just being objective.

01:12:54.200 Whether you like him or not, if he gets found guilty, this is going to set a very bad precedent

01:12:59.160 for men across the United States when it comes to consensual sex. So the fact that he was able to beat,

01:13:05.320 right? The sex trafficking and the Rico charges, which the sex trafficking charges were also going

01:13:10.340 to be, each of those I think carries a mandatory minimum of 15 years chat. Okay. 15 year mandatory

01:13:17.840 minimum times two. So that would have been 30 years. And then the Rico would have put them over 0.92

01:13:21.720 like you would have been cooked. Right? So the fact that he was acquitted on the sex trafficking

01:13:27.300 is a good thing because what it does guys is basically allows it where, yo, you bitches were 1.00

01:13:33.820 consenting, right? We were together forever, bro. One of the girls to this day, guys, the Jane chick, 0.96

01:13:39.660 she's still getting her bills paid by Diddy. She was there testifying against him in court.

01:13:45.040 And Diddy was still paying her bills, bro. Could you imagine you're over here? You were dating a

01:13:52.000 chick. Y'all have this weird relationship and shit. And, um, she's a single mom and she's 1.00

01:13:58.400 testifying against you as you're paying her fucking rent. Bruh. Holy. So, like I said, 1.00

01:14:07.380 this is a W for men across the United States. Okay. I truly do believe that this is a W for men 0.69

01:14:12.220 across the United States because, uh, you guys know the Me Too machine is fucking crazy. You're 0.99

01:14:17.200 guilty until proven innocent. Um, and it sets you up in a, in a very bad predicament. Now,

01:14:22.600 as far as the interstate transportation of prostitutes, a hundred percent, he's guilty of

01:14:27.700 that. Right? A hundred percent. Because since he went ahead and paid these escorts, right? To show

01:14:34.740 up and meet him in Miami, Atlanta, whatever. Cause the scheme basically went like this,

01:14:37.860 wherever did he travel with Cassie or this Jane chick, he would have these hotel nights or freak 0.93

01:14:42.940 offs. He'd fly these escorts in. They would smash Cassie or Jane. He'd sit there watching

01:14:47.900 gooning in the corner or recording it while gooning or even participating himself in some

01:14:53.240 regards. And he was basically the director. So this guy was like a fucking Steven Spielberg

01:14:58.440 of Spielberg, uh, Steven Spielberg of like his own cucked out, uh, pornography films. Right now, 1.00

01:15:08.840 should he be going to jail for racketeering for having his girl smash some other niggas? No, 1.00

01:15:14.600 it's weird as fuck. Right. Smearing their, their, their fucking semen on his titties and shit. 0.97

01:15:20.900 Weird as fuck. But is he like a fucking Gambino crime boss? No. Right. So I do think that the 1.00

01:15:26.320 Rico was a stretch. Um, and again, like I said before, a lot of this was consenting, uh, sex.

01:15:32.820 And also, like I said before too, keep in mind that the jury actually saw the videos. They saw

01:15:38.680 the freak off videos. And you know, it's one thing for a witness to be honest and crying,

01:15:42.440 saying, uh, right. But then it's another thing to see them getting smashed out. Right. And them

01:15:46.160 saying, Oh, I love it. Blah, blah, blah. So I'm sure that played a huge, huge fucking role

01:15:52.360 in the jury's decision to not convict them of sex trafficking. Right. Because he was with them 0.99

01:15:56.980 for so goddamn long. These weren't women that like he wasn't with, he was paying these chicks bills. 1.00

01:16:02.500 He was taking care of them. Cassie was on the red carpet with him. That was his girl. That was his

01:16:06.540 woman. Right. So they didn't find him guilty on that. Now there's interstate transportation.

01:16:12.680 Yeah. A hundred percent. Nigga was over here paying escorts to meet him in LA to smash this girl 0.94

01:16:16.740 weird and stupid. But if you want to be technical about it, absolutely guilty of that. Now 1.00

01:16:22.140 it's still a W for the feds because the feds still got two convictions, right? They still got

01:16:28.880 two convictions. It wasn't the biggest charges, but they got two convictions. So it's a W for the

01:16:33.520 feds. And then this was W for Diddy. So I'll be honest with you guys. My take on this,

01:16:38.680 um, everybody wanted this scenario. Okay. Obviously from the prosecution standpoint and HSI,

01:16:43.580 um, they're looking at it like, okay, we got it. We got a, um, we went to trial going to trial is

01:16:48.340 always nerve wracking for the feds because they never really would never go to trial and they

01:16:51.700 normally don't lose federal cases anyway. So this is still going to be a W, uh, this is going to

01:16:56.440 still be a, uh, uh, one in the W column for them because they got two convictions through trial of

01:17:03.420 interstate transportation, which is still a serious charge guys. It still carries up to 10, 10 years

01:17:07.340 for two counts. Um, did they fail on the RICO? Yes. Did they fail on the, um, sex trafficking? Yes.

01:17:12.420 But they still got two convictions for felonies. So Diddy's still going to be a convicted felon

01:17:17.080 after this. He's still going to have to probably register under the, um, sex offender registry.

01:17:21.940 And he's still going to be, you know, a disgraced musician, right? He's still going to have the

01:17:26.380 thing. The only difference now is that he's not going to die in prison. He's going to be able to

01:17:30.180 come out. Like I said before, I predict he's going to get somewhere between two to seven years.

01:17:33.400 Um, and, uh, and yeah, I'm surprised he didn't get bail, but at the same time, um, you know, 0.99

01:17:41.820 given the circumstances where he was beating these bitches asses, because I will say this, 1.00

01:17:45.860 um, there was a lot of pictures of like Cassie with like, you know, black eyes and cuts on her 1.00

01:17:49.760 face and shit like that from Diddy whooping her ass. So, you know, a part of me is like, damn, 0.99

01:17:54.940 it would have been good if he got bail. But then the other side was like, okay, I can see why the judge 0.98

01:17:57.600 said no. Um, but at the end of the day, it's going to get benefit Diddy anyway, because he is going to get

01:18:01.860 jail time and all the time they spend in jail is going to be counted as a time served. So when

01:18:07.420 it does come to sentencing in October, he'll probably have a, like, you know, a one to three

01:18:12.240 years left to, um, to complete. Cause I don't predict, I don't predict he's going to get the

01:18:16.340 higher end of the 10 years, um, for each of these charges. I think it's going to get, um, two to seven

01:18:22.380 run concurrently and go from there. Um, so all parties in this thing, when prosecution got their

01:18:28.800 conviction, Diddy's not going to die in jail. Now this is what I predict though, right? It's not

01:18:33.640 over for Diddy yet because as you guys know, he has a significant amount of, um, civil cases,

01:18:39.880 right? The civil cases, uh, are, there's like 10, probably like 50 of them, right? People coming out

01:18:46.600 suing him, et cetera. So that's going to be a nightmare to deal with. And let's be honest. Um,

01:18:53.020 he's a disgraced artist now at this point, no one's going to let them live down the freak offs and

01:18:56.940 gooning. Um, you know, the, the other crazy stories where I told you guys like where, um,

01:19:01.800 the, the, the escort would like, you know, finish inside of Cassie and then they'd go into private 0.98

01:19:05.820 room and she'd, you know, take that milk and then put it on his titties. And he wanted her to 0.98

01:19:10.540 smear like he's cooked right from a, from a perspective of, um, reputation. I don't see how

01:19:18.720 he ever performs again. I don't see how he ever performs again or continues to be like out there in

01:19:24.300 the limelight. I still think he'll be involved in the music industry, but he's going to be way

01:19:27.580 behind the scenes. He'll fund projects. He'll have projects going and shit like that. Maybe

01:19:30.960 be an advisor consultant. Um, but I don't see how he would be able to be in the music industry again.

01:19:36.180 Now with that said though, um, he ain't no billionaire for no reason. The guy is very

01:19:40.060 intelligent. Uh, Diddy, I would say is like the first music, like the first hip hop music mogul where

01:19:45.120 we've seen him get money outside of hip hop. Obviously you guys know he had Sean John,

01:19:48.960 he had Ciroc, other investments that he was involved in. He, he launched, um, revolt TV.

01:19:54.640 So, um, I think he'll still be able to generate revenue and find money. I just don't know if he'll

01:19:59.420 be able to do it, um, in the music industry anymore, given the embarrassing set of circumstances,

01:20:04.860 man, a lot came out during this trial that really hurt his image. So, um, so the good news is he's not

01:20:10.460 going to die in prison, but the bad news is he's going to die with a lot of embarrassment. Um, so that's

01:20:15.560 kind of what it is. Um, anyway, uh, let's see here. Let's go. I do want to see a little bit of

01:20:25.600 this here with, uh, the, this Pierce Morgan panel. And then we're going to get into the other news

01:20:31.120 guys. We're going to cover Jeff Bezos getting with fucking an old ass bitch. And then we're 1.00

01:20:35.380 going to cover, uh, the big, beautiful bill. The evidence was weak. It wasn't a strong case.

01:20:41.560 It was a strong case in the media and all the pundits who wanted to say he's a woman 0.77

01:20:46.180 beater. That doesn't equal a Rico charge. This verdict really just goes to show how much

01:20:51.940 women. Oh, and then I also got something here for Iran. Um, and then as we play a little bit

01:20:56.420 of this chat, um, we will go ahead and cover, um, I'll check on Twitter and see what's going

01:21:01.700 on with Suleiman. If there's another attack in Iran.

01:21:03.520 Um, let me know what you guys think. I, I, like I said, uh, I'd like to see what you

01:21:13.680 guys think in the chat about Diddy's charges, but I do think this is a W for him in general

01:21:17.620 for sure. W for him that there's a video in where she's clearly not consenting to sacks.

01:21:26.180 Oh, what the fuck? Oh, 1.00

01:21:27.700 women are really, truly not believed. If numbers don't lie, it was 36 to zero, 36 to zero. Some 0.99

01:21:35.300 even went as far as suggesting you must've been on the Diddy payroll. Would you like to clear that

01:21:39.840 up? I am not on the, uh, Diddy payroll. This nigga freezer meat guy. This was just my honest 1.00

01:21:46.560 experience. We've run with certain people and you know what they could be capable of. Then you know,

01:21:51.980 you might be in clear and present danger. The legal system, they want to get their hunk.

01:21:55.920 They can't walk away. They're already disgraced. They don't want to walk away totally disgraced.

01:22:02.600 After seven weeks of revelations and a case that's shaken the showbiz world,

01:22:07.040 Sean Diddy Combs has been found not guilty of racketeering and not guilty of sex trafficking

01:22:12.500 his ex-partner Cassie Ventura, another woman referred to only as Jane. The jury did find him

01:22:18.200 guilty on two counts, both of transportation to engage in prostitution related to those same two

01:22:23.680 women. Well, the verdicts have come as much of a bombshell as the case itself. We have an all-star

01:22:28.180 panel of opinionated insiders and legal experts to explain what it all means and what happens next.

01:22:33.940 In a moment, I'll talk to young Jock and Sammy the Bull, and I'll talk to the Punisher, whose evidence

01:22:39.120 appears to have been pivotal in this trial. But we begin with our legal...

01:22:42.640 Real quick, George says, her husband should change his name from Alex Fine to Alex Definitely

01:22:48.520 Not Fine now. Hey, bro, they got $30 million, bro. $30 million, so they're chilling.

01:22:54.320 Masked Messiah Meyer, check your DMs on Twitter. You won't regret it. 0.72

01:22:57.980 Bro, I have a little something right now. Sharpshooter, isn't Cassie the one calling and paying them?

01:23:04.020 What?

01:23:04.600 Yeah, Cassie was. She was. She was. Yes. Yes, Sharpshooter, she was. I think that's another

01:23:08.320 thing that played into it as well. Yo, Masked Messiah, send the link that you want to send.

01:23:13.000 Send it to me on the, here, on Rumble, on the OSS thing, so I can copy and paste it, put it in the

01:23:19.700 browser. Cian says, just for it, if I send a chat, are you reading one of my comments? I know it's

01:23:26.080 unusual name, so no bother, Myron. Okay. Tader Blind says, yeah, or line. Since he got convicted,

01:23:38.320 shouldn't his impact statement come from the prostitutes, since they are the victims of

01:23:41.380 the charges? No, it's going to come from the girls. 0.99

01:23:44.780 Panelists, Bruce Rivers, the criminal defense attorney, who's covered the Diddy trial fastidiously

01:23:49.060 on his popular YouTube channel. Suge Knight's former attorney, Matthew Fletcher, who's repeatedly

01:23:54.940 questioned the strength of the prostitutes. All right, I got to, I'm here on Diddy's thing

01:23:58.760 real quick. So we're going to have to wait to see, because up until that happens, everyone is,

01:24:03.000 and by everyone, I mean the last, the vast majority of lay people are going to think that Trump is, 0.98

01:24:08.320 a pedophile. Just want to welcome Myron onto the stage as well. Myron, I know you've been 0.88

01:24:11.960 covering the Diddy case as well. I appreciate you joining as always, Myron. Were you at the,

01:24:20.240 were you at the trial for the, for the, for the sentencing today? Not the sentencing, the verdict?

01:24:28.980 No, I wasn't. I'm still here in Miami. But, you know, I think, you know, I was there for several

01:24:34.720 weeks in the beginning of the trial. I watched Cassie's testimony. I watched, you know, a couple

01:24:38.840 of the important witnesses. I watched Kid Cudi's testimony. So, no, I mean, it's, it's interesting.

01:24:44.200 I think all parties here kind of win, right, in a weird way. I'm on stream right now, and I kind of

01:24:48.960 was explaining to some audience, but I'll say it real quick in here. You know, on one end, you got the

01:24:52.540 prosecution where they got a conviction. Yeah, they didn't get a conviction for the sex trafficking,

01:24:56.820 which carries, I think, a, you know, mandatory minimum of 15 years in the RICO, but they still

01:25:00.560 got a conviction while going to trial with the, you know, interstate transportation, which they got

01:25:05.020 him, you know, guilty on that all rights, because he was, for those that aren't familiar, basically

01:25:09.560 what Diddy did was he would have escorts meet him and Cassie, or him and Jane, who I think is

01:25:14.800 actually 50 Cent's baby mom, in different places all across the country, right, in Miami, LA, New York,

01:25:20.720 Atlanta, and these guys would fly in, and Diddy would watch as these escorts would have

01:25:26.140 sex with Cassie and Jane, and he'd be in the corner gooning and recording it, directing 0.99

01:25:30.060 it, you know, baby, all this other weird shit that he did. But, you know, from, if you're 0.99

01:25:36.060 going to look at it, like, from a legal standpoint, yes, flying in escorts affects interstate

01:25:40.220 commerce, which, and it's interstate transportation, so obviously the feds are going to have jurisdiction

01:25:44.900 there, and that's what they did. But as far as, like, the sex trafficking, even when I

01:25:48.860 was there for Cassie's testimony, a lot of it was consensual, man. You know, and they

01:25:53.560 were together for a very long time. Same thing with the Jane girl. I mean, hell, with 1.00

01:25:57.080 the Jane girl, he was paying her bills as she was sitting there testifying against him. 0.58

01:26:00.880 A lot of people don't know that, like, he's still paying for her life. So it's very strange

01:26:05.140 that she was there testifying against him, and he's still taking care of her financially

01:26:07.780 from behind bars. So, you know, it was a little, I think the feds tried to get a sexy 0.99

01:26:12.940 RICO case, bit a little bit more off than they can chew. It's also strange how having 1.00

01:26:18.200 one defendant on a RICO case, you know, the whole thing with the racketeering is like,

01:26:22.540 it's a conspiracy. He's built upon an agreement to commit a crime between two or more people.

01:26:26.860 So the fact that he was the only one that was charged, that was a little weird as well.

01:26:30.340 I've never seen a RICO case where you only have one defendant. So I think between the,

01:26:35.860 and also Diddy's defense did really good job of cross-examining. I was there when Brian

01:26:40.360 Steele was doing some of the cross-examination of the defendants, and when they cross-examined

01:26:45.180 Cassie as well, and they cross-examined the girl from Danny Cain, and his defense did a

01:26:48.860 really good job of making them look, you know, not credible in some regards, or at least

01:26:53.820 making it where it was like, yo, this looks like it was consensual sex, and you guys are

01:26:57.560 trying to, you know, kind of clean this guy out, because some of the, a lot of the witnesses

01:27:01.840 that testified also had civil cases against Diddy as well. You know, it came out in trial

01:27:06.660 that Cassie got, you know, $20 million from the Diddy lawsuit, because the lawsuit 0.98

01:27:10.340 started the criminal investigation, and then she got another $10 million from Intercontinental

01:27:14.760 Hotel, and that came out in the middle of trial. Nobody knew about it, and it happened

01:27:18.200 a couple days prior to her taking a stand. So, you know, he's not going to die in prison.

01:27:23.740 He's probably going to get, I estimate, somewhere between two to seven years, and, you know, 0.98

01:27:28.860 I do think that he's probably going to fucking go on a hunt after. I would not be surprised 0.97

01:27:33.320 if he didn't, you know, file a bunch of lawsuits on a bunch of people that smeared him and attacked

01:27:37.680 him while he was in prison, or sorry, while he was in jail. So we'll see what happens.

01:27:41.660 But definitely, you know, good for Diddy. The prosecution, though, wasn't as big of a win

01:27:46.700 as they wanted. They still get a win for getting a conviction. So I think it's a W for all parties

01:27:50.960 here, as cheesy as that sounds.

01:27:53.700 Yeah, I mean, and I know Ryan's got a stand-up. I do want to hear what he's got to say as well.

01:27:57.100 But just before I go to Ryan's, one other question. I mean, it looks like Diddy was let off lightly.

01:28:03.400 If you look at it, his major charges were, he found, was found not guilty. It was mainly

01:28:07.960 just a prostitution. Likely, and I mentioned this, that if you look at it, the police went

01:28:13.400 in, they've took, they may have probably taken control of the vast majority of tapes, maybe

01:28:19.340 blackmail material against celebrities, politicians. Do you think this was all orchestrated in the

01:28:25.260 sense of they got the equipment, they gave him a light charge, and it's just manufactured

01:28:29.480 to let him off? Or do you think now it was just, and the claim was it was botched,

01:28:33.760 a botched case as well? I mean, what's your thoughts on that?

01:28:36.780 Yeah, so look, man, I like to put my tinfoil hat on too, sometimes, and you know, we have

01:28:41.960 wild conspiracy theories. But this is the reality. This isn't an Epstein case. This isn't a black 0.99

01:28:47.040 male case. This is a dude that's just a perv and likes to watch dudes fuck his girlfriends. 1.00

01:28:51.020 That's really what it is. Because keep in mind that there were two women that he did these 1.00

01:28:55.620 freak offs with. He didn't do it with everybody, obviously, for certain reasons, because it's

01:28:59.200 incredibly embarrassing. And a lot of people thought, oh, yeah, the Diddy parties, he's

01:29:02.920 over here compromising people, all this other shit. He literally was going to hotels, having 0.98

01:29:08.060 his assistants organize the hotels, or Cassie doing it, because Cassie also called a lot

01:29:12.060 of these escorts. They would show up, and when they would show up, they would have sex or 0.92

01:29:16.860 whatever. Like, this wasn't like some kind of like blackmail case and trying to collect

01:29:20.600 intel. This was a perverted dude that liked to watch his girl get smashed. And he kept it 0.97

01:29:25.520 pretty discreet for a very long time. You know, nobody knew about this stuff. That's

01:29:29.520 why this case is so explosive, guys. The reason why this case is so explosive and it

01:29:32.620 got so much notoriety is because no one knew he was doing this shit for so long. He was 0.99

01:29:36.480 doing it from like 2008. And no one knew because he did a good job of paying people off. He

01:29:41.400 had nondisclosures. He had an entire team that would make problems go away whenever it

01:29:45.260 happened. So as far as like an Epstein type operation where he's trying to incriminate and

01:29:49.700 or, you know, get other people from the music industry involved, like with some grand

01:29:53.960 conspiracy, that's not it, bro. Unfortunately, in this situation, the guy's just a fucking 0.99

01:29:58.940 weirdo perv that had his girl get smashed by other guys and move them across state lines. 0.99

01:30:02.960 And that's what got him jammed up from the federal standpoint. 0.97

01:30:08.420 Yeah, I've got a few more questions for you, Myron. But just before I do, guys, just do

01:30:11.720 retweet, reshare the space. Let everybody know. I think we almost hit in 2000. So have at least

01:30:16.860 2000 likes and retweets on the space. That would be awesome. So every single one of you can go to

01:30:21.560 my profile and just hit the retweet. It's the pinned tweet. That would be awesome. Ryan,

01:30:26.020 jump in. I know you wanted to add something and then we'll go back to Myron and see what

01:30:28.920 he's got to say as well. But Ryan, jump in.

01:30:30.980 Just quickly, back on the Epstein thing, when Biden was president, it's his FBI. They tried

01:30:36.280 to throw Trump in jail. They tried to shoot him. He's not in, he's not on the file as far 0.91

01:30:43.860 as a client or that 100% would have come out. They dug up everything they had on him. And

01:30:51.240 that was why it even got in big news when Acosta said, you know, this is intelligence is because

01:30:56.440 they all thought it would have something to do with Trump because, yeah, he is on tape,

01:31:00.180 you know, next step scene, he's at parties, he's on the planes, whatever. But they had a

01:31:04.180 falling out. If they had a shred of evidence of him kitty fiddling, they would have used it

01:31:08.800 on him. He's not guilty of that. But like I said, he's guilty of plenty of other things.

01:31:15.740 But so are the Democrats, a lot of them in the same circle. So it's kind of a too big to fail

01:31:21.820 situation there. I agree with Myron on everything you just said about Diddy. Note that this trial

01:31:29.600 is limited to just these accusations. He's going to get fucked by Rodney Jones and the other things 0.98

01:31:37.260 he did because some of the sex was not consensual because they were drugging people and all that. 0.99

01:31:41.880 He's got receipts. I've already seen them. But the like the assaults and stuff, they kept

01:31:46.260 bringing that up. And it was like, what is this? He's already paid out tens of millions of dollars

01:31:50.660 for, you know, beating the shit out of his girl in the hotel and all that. I think the reason they 0.98

01:31:56.020 were bringing that up is they were trying to use that in their Rico case to say like, well, why didn't

01:32:00.160 these girls leave? Well, they didn't leave because it was consensual and he was paying for their

01:32:04.380 lifestyle. That's, you know, what they would say, but they're going to say it's all because

01:32:08.660 they're scared. He's beating the crap out of them. I'm like, nah, he did beat them. They got their 0.98

01:32:12.900 money, but it was consensual because they're writing emails saying she's looking forward to the next

01:32:16.960 freak off. I mean, that damned her. The thing with Rodney too, I want to say Rodney was actually a 0.99

01:32:23.220 significant contributor to the feds. I found this out while I was in the trial. And this is one of the

01:32:26.580 benefits of going to the actual courtroom and hearing everything. Rodney or little Rod, that guy was

01:32:32.700 actually one of the main witnesses that gave the feds the probable cause that they needed to do

01:32:36.440 the search warrants. You know, the way search warrants work in the United States when it comes

01:32:39.980 to, you know, especially at the federal level is, you know, you need real-time information. Typically

01:32:44.200 we call it, you know, fresh PC within like two weeks to be able to go ahead and get a judge to sign off

01:32:49.200 on a search warrant. And obviously Cassie hadn't been with him since 2018. Jane, I don't think had been

01:32:54.100 going to his houses like that. So the main person that's provided the feds information to do the search

01:32:58.600 warrants on his Miami house and in LA was the little Rod guy because he was there as a music

01:33:03.460 producer. So he knew the layout of the house. He knew, you know, where stuff was kept, et cetera.

01:33:07.880 And when the feds went, that's how they were able to find the baby oil and get the probable cause to

01:33:11.060 get in there. So, and Rod, interestingly enough, was not used as a witness in a criminal case.

01:33:15.780 I predict because they didn't want to use a mail and throw things off. So, but he definitely sued

01:33:21.780 Diddy from a civil perspective, but his information was absolutely used to get the probable cause

01:33:26.420 to do search warrants. But yeah, the last thing I'll say is like this whole thing of like the

01:33:35.700 Diddy list and all this other stuff, like just being honest, guys, I was there. I looked at the

01:33:39.980 evidence, you know, this is not an Epstein type thing. This is just a pervy dude that wanted to

01:33:44.200 smash his, have his girl smashed by, you know, escorts and do weird shit and have them rub each 1.00

01:33:49.520 other with baby oil. That's really what it comes down to. And that's what it is. You know, people I 1.00

01:33:54.080 know are trying to sensationalize and make it, Oh my God, it's Epstein. There's a whole

01:33:57.160 ring. Nah, man, just a fucking weirdo that wanted to have escorts bang his girlfriends. 1.00

01:34:02.440 I could see that. 1.00

01:34:04.240 Epstein was the gangster. These guys like to pretend to be. And I would say this stuff before

01:34:09.580 you came on, Myron. I said, this is nothing like an international blackmail ring like Epstein

01:34:14.720 is. These are perverts, uh, to put it in Tate's words, over sex nigger shit. It's not, it's 1.00

01:34:23.080 whatever they were consensual. He found some hoes that would fit his fetish. Some big deal 1.00

01:34:27.880 separate to that. Other things that I'm like, no one's gone after him after illegal narcotics

01:34:32.560 and they definitely were doing those, but that's not what this trial is about. This was about

01:34:37.160 Cassie mostly. So he's got other shoes to drop later, uh, if they want to prosecute him on

01:34:43.940 those crimes, but he could counter sue a lot of people too right now. But just a question.

01:34:50.060 Yeah. I think he's going to, he's going to, he's going to probably go on a spree after

01:34:52.880 once he like gets sentenced and he comes out. Um, you know, I predict that he's absolutely

01:34:57.160 because he has the money and the resources too, to go after some of these people for

01:35:00.200 defamation, for sure.

01:35:03.080 Just some breaking news. And then I've got some more questions and we'll bring in a few

01:35:06.360 more, uh, speakers as well. But Iran foreign minister says the nuclear sites have been seriously

01:35:11.380 and heavily damaged that tweets in the nest. So they are saying that the nuclear facilities

01:35:16.360 have been seriously and heavily damaged. We'll speak about that in a second.

01:35:19.980 After that following the strike Suleiman. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

01:35:23.860 Wow. Okay. That's huge. That's massive.

01:35:26.000 Yeah. I mean, it could be, he's just playing politics to stop like, you know,

01:35:29.560 being misleading. I agree with you. Cause that's not what they said previously.

01:35:34.120 What it means is that strikes are still going on though, which is still massive news. This is

01:35:40.480 massive. That means Israel is striking right now with the U S. No, no, that's a separate point. But

01:35:44.880 yeah, there is, there is a pause that there was some explosions. Well, Suleiman, I know you're on

01:35:48.500 Diddy right now, but I got to ask you this. So I know you had put, did a space like a day,

01:35:53.100 a couple of days ago on saying that drones hit some high ranking commanders in the IRGC when they had a

01:35:58.140 meeting. Um, is it confirmed that I, that Israel did break the ceasefire and attacked Iran again? Or

01:36:03.200 what's the latest with that? There's no reports coming out of Iran. So I can just give you my

01:36:07.340 personal opinion. I do think that Israel is bombing and I think Iran is just, I think they're allowing 1.00

01:36:12.960 it because they don't want further escalation, which I think is not acceptable, but there's just

01:36:17.120 too many reports coming out where there's random explosions being heard in, in Iran, whether it's

01:36:22.180 Tehran or today, which is a couple of hours ago, apparently it was Isfahan and Karaj. So, I mean,

01:36:28.720 and Israel did say that they're going to give, they're going to do to Iran the Lebanon treatment,

01:36:32.880 which is like, we'll have a ceasefire, but we'll like hit certain areas whenever we want.

01:36:37.900 There is no videos coming out. So therefore what I'm saying is complete speculation. But

01:36:41.460 my concern is that if that's happening, that's just like extreme weakness.

01:36:46.720 Gotcha. Gotcha. Yeah. That, that's, uh, that's wild. That's what's going on.

01:36:51.340 Yeah. Yeah. Um, but, but today there's been a few pieces of news. America's, uh, dropped

01:36:58.180 off, um, significant amount of weaponry into, uh, into Israel today, into Ben-Gurion airport.

01:37:04.740 The airspace over Iran was closed. Now it's temporarily open and Americans have asked for

01:37:11.640 an immediate evacuation of American citizens as soon as possible. So there is something happening.

01:37:18.760 We'll have to just wait and see if this is going to be, uh, further escalation or whether

01:37:22.620 it's got to do with Yemen. But yeah, there is something happening right now today.

01:37:26.100 Do you see China, uh, selling AWACS jets to Iran? Dozens of them.

01:37:33.340 Yeah. Yeah. Saw that as well. Um, so yeah, there is, uh, I think that Iran's bolstering, 0.97

01:37:39.240 obviously Israel's bolstering from their side. So we'll have to just wait and see what happens,

01:37:43.140 but I do think they're definitely going to bomb Yemen. I think that's going to be significant 1.00

01:37:46.240 escalation, but in terms of Iran, we're just having to wait and see, but just coming back

01:37:51.720 to kick off. Yeah. And just, uh, just coming back onto, um, the Diddy thing, Myron, cause

01:37:59.800 you know, you said that you went to the trial and you don't think it's anything more than

01:38:03.280 like some pervert, but like what, what, what's all this like connection to like, for example,

01:38:07.400 a lot of these celebrities going to his parties and you know, just a Bieber connection and all 0.59

01:38:13.860 these things. You don't think that he himself, even if it wasn't some kind of international

01:38:17.880 spiring, if it wasn't like some kind of personal celebrity spiring, you don't think there was

01:38:22.520 that either. Or you think it's just completely isolated to the incidents that's occurred in

01:38:26.180 the trial? Yeah, no, completely. Yeah. Completely isolated, man. Um, so I do, cause I know a lot

01:38:31.740 of people would conflate, you know, the Diddy parties with, with the freak off. So like the,

01:38:35.280 the parties, right. Where he would have these huge extravagant parties where people would come in

01:38:39.540 and party, uh, you know, the white parties, all the other stuff that has nothing to do with the

01:38:44.060 freak offs. The freak offs were simply him taking his girl, Cassie and another woman, Jane, who I

01:38:48.820 think is 50 cents, baby mama, and basically getting private hotels, having them have sex with escorts 1.00

01:38:54.600 and him watching it. So that that's completely different from the parties. Now, when it comes 0.54

01:38:58.360 to Bieber, um, you know, there was some talk about him doing some things with Bieber. Bieber came out

01:39:02.740 and denied it, said that we're not involved in this whatsoever. Who knows? Um, but what I will say

01:39:07.560 is, as far as like him trying to do things with artists and use it as blackmail against them.

01:39:13.200 Um, not really, man, not really. Um, I mean, hell even Cassie made the, she made the accusation. Oh,

01:39:19.280 you know, I was scared because, you know, he would share the freak off videos, but the reality is she

01:39:23.540 was the one that provided the evidence to the government. A lot of people don't know this.

01:39:26.720 So there was a bunch of images and video of sexual acts. It was actually Cassie that provided that to 0.78

01:39:32.740 the government. It wasn't even Diddy. They didn't find it at any of his houses. So, um, and she had it on a

01:39:37.320 store it on a bunch of laptops and tablets and stuff like that. So when the, and I think this

01:39:42.320 is another reason too, why the, the, the, the jury didn't convict them of, of the sex trafficking is

01:39:46.740 in those videos, you can see the, like the consensual sex. Now the public never saw any

01:39:50.400 of this stuff. It was only the jury, um, that saw the images and saw the video, the journalist,

01:39:56.000 the press could not see it. They did not allow it. And this came out like on the second day of trial

01:39:59.840 where, you know, they made the agreement that the journalists would not be able to see it. So,

01:40:03.860 um, I definitely think that also played a role because it's one thing to have a witness say

01:40:07.520 something. It's another thing for you to see them on video having consensual sex. So I think that

01:40:11.520 absolutely ended up hurting the government down the road, um, those videos, because it actually

01:40:15.700 came from Cassie, not from him himself. Interesting. Uh, Joe, thanks for joining us. I wish you'd come

01:40:21.420 earlier, Joe. You came at the wrong time. We had, um, Liz Croconon who massively, uh, was defending

01:40:26.980 Trump in terms of his connection to Epstein. Um, I know, I know you, uh, previously relayed your own

01:40:35.320 personal experience of seeing Epstein and Trump together. If you want to give that perspective,

01:40:40.780 I wish she was still on here because she, she was literally saying like Trump is completely

01:40:45.440 innocent and he's taking out the entire Epstein list right now. And in the next few years, you're

01:40:50.800 going to see that entire list being exposed and people being arrested and so on and so forth.

01:40:54.240 But I remember you about a year ago, maybe longer recounting your own personal experience

01:41:00.060 of Trump and Epstein and how they were buying girls or whatever. I mean, I'm just paraphrasing

01:41:04.440 what I remember this and I'm just trying to recall what I remember. But if you want to

01:41:08.460 actually say what you, what you, uh, what you witnessed from a personal experience.

01:41:13.900 I guess you're talking to me, Solomon, cause I came on, I was, yeah, yeah, it was you.

01:41:18.560 Yeah. Yeah. It was about your experience with Trump and Epstein.

01:41:21.680 Yeah. Yeah. I was at the white party too. So I can't give you both. And they were both

01:41:26.380 kind of in the same place. Like, wait, are you not, you're not in the files, are you, Joe?

01:41:30.600 No, I'm not in the files for sure. Um, listen, the Hamptons, a lot of stuff happens. Uh, I did

01:41:37.700 go to a party, uh, very famous person who tried to become a singer. Uh, his dad owned, uh, New Jersey

01:41:45.620 Commerce Bank owns a castle in the Hamptons, probably the only castle in the Hamptons.

01:41:52.100 And he held this party where, uh, me and my friends winded up rescuing, um, a girl who was,

01:42:01.460 she said she was being sold off and they were being sold off inside the house. No one was allowed

01:42:07.880 inside the house unless you had like some kind of invite. Um, Trump was there. It was Trump,

01:42:14.640 Epstein and Sammy Sosa, which used to be like a very famous, uh, uh, baseball player. Um, all three

01:42:22.040 of those guys were together, but I didn't see them inside the house. I didn't see them go inside the

01:42:26.440 house. I only saw them outside. Um, so that doesn't mean he's on there or not on there at the white 0.85

01:42:32.920 party. We had a serious, uh, involvement, um, there because, um, Jennifer Lopez was basically

01:42:43.320 hitting on a friend of mine, um, black kid who's a used to model super tall. She called him over to

01:42:51.620 introduce herself. Diddy saw it comes over, gripped Jennifer up by the wrist and like yanked her as 1.00

01:42:57.960 hard as he possibly could to go with him. Um, so yeah, you saw the violence and then his bodyguards

01:43:04.000 kind of harassed us that night at a club. Uh, and then the very next night, uh, we were at a club

01:43:11.540 in Miami called chaos where then did he comes in and his bodyguards pull a gun on us and told the

01:43:18.400 owners to kick us out that we followed him there. Although we were there before him. Um, and nothing

01:43:25.280 wound up happening cause the owners knew us cause we were there all the time. But yeah, I mean,

01:43:30.100 the Hamptons is kind of a crazy place. A lot of people with a lot of money and anywhere that has

01:43:34.980 a lot of money, including places like Dubai, for example, saw the amount you were there and you see

01:43:40.420 like the women it attracts is women who are looking for guys with a lot of money. Well, the same shit 1.00

01:43:45.680 happens in the Hamptons. Right. And a lot of people's morals go down the drain. So, you know, 1.00

01:43:50.700 what happened with Diddy's trial now, like I honestly don't know, dude, like it's, it's,

01:43:56.440 did they do it and were they coerced or were they giving up part of their morale morals in order to

01:44:04.640 get fame? Like who's to blame here? I don't know. You know what I mean? But I saw a lot of crazy

01:44:10.680 shit because I used to summer in the Hamptons for like five, six years. So, so yeah, I didn't know 0.99

01:44:15.980 about that story, but I'm talking about the one you mentioned about Trump and Epstein.

01:44:20.400 You mentioned it about a year ago on, on spaces about how your own personal experience was. And

01:44:25.220 you saw, I don't know what it was. I can't remember the full story. Yeah, but you, you had a lot of

01:44:28.980 like Angelica Bridges. I don't know if a lot of people know who that is, but she, at when Pamela 0.97

01:44:35.040 Anderson left Baywatch, she was supposed to be like the new Pamela Anderson. She was there too. 0.99

01:44:41.000 You know what I mean? But yes, Epstein and Trump were together way after this whole,

01:44:45.860 like, Oh, Trump stopped being friends with Epstein. Bullshit. I saw them together in the 1.00

01:44:51.680 like mid two thousands. Um, and supposedly they broke the relationship in the early two thousands

01:44:57.040 or late nineties. Well, they were still partying. What was that story you told? I mean,

01:45:01.800 yeah, the girls were being auctioned. You tried to implicate Trump, like in terms of some kind

01:45:06.180 of buying girls. No, no. What I said was he was at a place where people were auctioning off

01:45:11.860 girls, auctioning off women in the Hamptons. And he was there with Epstein. So what I was

01:45:17.880 saying was I was implicating the fact that they still hang out. Cause I saw it with my

01:45:22.260 own eyes. I wasn't implicating. He went in and bid on girls. I wasn't inside. So I didn't

01:45:26.900 see it. What year was this? Probably like 2004, 2005, somewhere around there, maybe 2003.

01:45:33.180 It's well after he said he cut off ties. Yeah, exactly. It was well after he said he cut off

01:45:37.280 ties. Interesting. Um, just for the audience, cause I remember you telling the story, but

01:45:43.580 actually I thought the way I remember it was much worse than what you've described now,

01:45:46.640 but I guess I'm glad you've clarified it. And it isn't as a, it isn't as bad as I remember

01:45:51.060 it, but then you are trying to basically say that, look, they were still friends and this

01:45:54.000 whole breakup probably isn't as real as is being claimed. Um, so that makes sense. Appreciate

01:45:59.540 that Joe. And guys, if you've got any information, I know we've got this Epstein, um, victim 0.54

01:46:04.740 who's going to come back. I think she shared some kind of internet issues. So we'll get

01:46:07.980 her back up. Truth. What's your, what's your thoughts on this? You messaged that you had

01:46:10.260 some thoughts on the Epstein thing. Yeah. Well, two point. Well, one on Diddy, one on Epstein

01:46:15.600 too. And that said, look, there's a clearly a community within the music industry. Clive

01:46:21.680 Davis is prominent among them. He's an admitted homosexual who slept with many of the artists 0.96

01:46:26.480 and subjects them to humiliation ritual as well. You've got the likes of Lehor Coyne. I mean, 0.99

01:46:32.500 you already recognize the last names. You can tell which tribe they all belong to. You

01:46:36.100 know, the, the Scooter Bronze, for instance, who actually managed Justin Beaver himself.

01:46:40.520 And it was actually Usher that pimped out Justin Beaver to Diddy for 48 hours at his house when

01:46:45.880 he was 14, 15 years old. What do you think went on there for over two nights? And the

01:46:50.100 kid just gradually kind of changed after he got raped. So, and it was Candace Owens, by 0.95

01:46:54.420 the way, also alleges that Diddy did rape Justin Beaver when he was a kid. So that's an actual

01:46:59.080 case. As far as Trump, I mean, I can go on and on about that in terms of the music industry

01:47:03.920 executives who run it and serve as the gatekeeper and will subject you to subject any one of

01:47:09.040 these aspiring artists, irrespective of their talent, to a humiliation ritual to ensure that,

01:47:13.260 well, for one, they never talk badly about the Jews or Israel or rabbis or anyone like

01:47:18.440 that. And Jerry Heller's another one, by the way. He managed, well, NWEZE for a while too.

01:47:22.720 It was the same deal. They went after Ice Cube after he made a comment about the Jews so they 1.00

01:47:26.860 don't mess around. Now, with respect to Trump, I don't know if you guys have covered the Katie

01:47:31.400 Johnson case. She was 13 years old when she claimed she was sexually assaulted by Trump 0.89

01:47:35.160 at an Epstein party, and she filed the accusations in 2016. Now, she did later withdraw them because

01:47:41.900 she was subjected to numerous death threats and that she was scared for her life. I posted

01:47:46.480 the 30-minute interview she did. It didn't sound like she was lying, but, you know, she was

01:47:50.340 scared for her life, so she withdrew it. And now that you've seen what's happened to,

01:47:53.580 you know, Virginia Giuffre, who dies under mysterious circumstances, and Maria Farmer herself,

01:47:59.340 who in 1996 first made the calls to the FBI saying that her and her sister was actually

01:48:04.460 assaulted by Epstein. You know, where was the FBI then? It took more than 12 years before

01:48:08.860 he was finally prosecuted for just one charge of underage, you know, human trafficking, even

01:48:13.640 though he'd been doing it numerous. I just named you two, Maria Farmer and her sister. So

01:48:17.660 you can see all this stuff just flies under the radar. And then he gets this joke of a sentence

01:48:22.560 because, well, as Alex Acosta put it, he was a prosecutor, you know, Jeffrey Epstein's

01:48:27.120 intelligence, but by pay grade. That's why he got that special deal, 18 months, where

01:48:30.800 he was allowed to go out during the day and then come back to jail at nighttime. You go

01:48:34.740 out to his office during the day and work and come back at nighttime. And this went on and

01:48:38.440 on for another, what, almost 10 years before he got prosecuted again. And then, of course,

01:48:42.320 they supposedly suicide him or kill him under mysterious circumstances, and he's been spotted

01:48:48.260 in places like Lebanon. So none of that really added up. Trump's no savior. He's no hero. He

01:48:53.780 is likely on the list, as Elon Musk put it. So I don't see him ever, as Ryan put it, they're

01:48:59.300 never going to put out a list because then they'll actually have to prosecute some of Trump's donors

01:49:02.820 and the circle he keeps. So they're going to ensure that to keep everyone distracted with either

01:49:08.100 wars, foreign policy blunders. You know, they're gearing up for, it looks like Yemen next, and they'll 0.99

01:49:13.060 probably come back to Iran again because they still want to do that regime change. So people will stop

01:49:17.300 asking for the Epstein lift, and then also the rest of the JFK, RFK fails, MLK, and 9-11.

01:49:22.580 There's a lot he hasn't declassified. But for people to think that, you know, Trump's, you know,

01:49:26.020 going after human trafficking, there's still over 300,000 kids that are missing. What's he done about

01:49:29.540 that? You know, Ryan Mattis put out numerous documentaries indicating why are all these kids

01:49:33.380 missing? Well, what's Trump done about that? So it's just, you know, it's amazing to me that the

01:49:37.460 likes of Liz Croker will come up here and still stand by Trump when they can't even get their story

01:49:41.540 straight. And she says the FBI is not corrupt when Kash Patel claims there's cameras showing that

01:49:46.260 Epstein did kill himself, when they already claimed years before, when it actually happened

01:49:50.900 that the cameras malfunctioned and they weren't working. I mean, they can't even keep track of

01:49:53.940 their lives. And Kash Patel's in on it. He's already said he's a Zionist, dedicated to Israel first.

01:49:59.460 But when he can't even, and then Pan Bondi does say that there are tapes, by the way.

01:50:02.900 There's thousands of hours of tapes of, I believe it was either Diddy or Epstein. I'll look it up. I have

01:50:08.740 the video. But then Kash Patel says there isn't. So, I mean, Kash Patel's a pathological liar. He's part of the

01:50:15.540 corruption of the FBI. Trump hasn't changed anything. He's going to continue to be a cover

01:50:19.540 up artist while he continues to make blunders for foreign policy. It's just amazing to me and

01:50:23.540 fascinating to me that these influencers will come up here with the audacity to claim that he's

01:50:27.060 somehow above the fray and he's going to end human trafficking. He already did a full term,

01:50:31.540 right? He's just in his first administration. He's already been at that just five months and four

01:50:34.980 years now. Nothing's changed. It's still business as usual. So people shouldn't be fooled. But again,

01:50:40.500 you have his Megatart followers that will continue to stand by him unconditionally and believe that,

01:50:45.780 you know, this Project Cure, whatever it is, is for real. It's not. It's a fraud. Just like Trump,

01:50:50.500 he has been his whole life since 89, when he was first owned by the Rothschilds, when it was Wilbur

01:50:55.460 Ross who came out and bought out his, you know, 700-plus million, restructured his 700-plus million

01:51:00.100 dollars of debt that was issued at 14.5% through those junk bonds. And how did Trump repay him? He made

01:51:06.260 him Commerce Secretary in 2017 when he first took office. And Wilbur Ross represented the

01:51:10.980 Rothschild bankruptcy division. So the Rothschilds have owned Trump since 89. And of course, you know,

01:51:15.940 Ryan's already put out some great stories about who his father was. Now he did so many favors for

01:51:19.860 the Jewish community, built synagogues. He did so many favors for the Jewish community.

01:51:23.540 You could tell there's like an encyclopedia on them boys.

01:51:26.500 In 2017 anyway, so he's one of them. So don't be fooled. That's all I say is look at the evidence and

01:51:31.700 look at who Katie Johnson was. I put her 30-minute video there. People can judge for themselves if

01:51:35.860 she's lying. It doesn't sound like she is. But again, they silenced her as they'll silence

01:51:39.780 all the witnesses. They'll all go mysteriously disappearing and shut their mouths. Otherwise,

01:51:43.860 there'll be consequences. Thank you. Appreciate that truth. And guys, do me a favor. Go to my

01:51:49.700 profile, hit the follow and hit the notifications because we would like regularly between 4 p.m.

01:51:56.340 Eastern to 6 p.m. Eastern every single day. But if there's any breaking news, which likely there

01:52:01.380 will be tomorrow, I mean, something could kick off between Iran and Israel based on the news

01:52:05.700 we're getting. Something could kick off between Israel and Yemen. There could be a Gaza ceasefire

01:52:09.860 tomorrow. We've got the big, beautiful bill that should be may or may not go through tomorrow.

01:52:14.340 There's a lot of huge news. So if you put your notifications on, because we will start the space

01:52:18.100 immediately as soon as. All right. So, OK, let's read some chats. We're going to get into the next topic.

01:52:23.620 OK, we got here.

01:52:30.580 Can you explain how Diddy is charged for Cassie calling and paying escorts? Yeah, you're right,

01:52:34.180 bro. It's weird. But yeah, she probably got a proffer and she's a witness, so she didn't get charged.

01:52:40.100 This bitch looks familiar. Jay Hardy sends me a status link. I guess I might not pull it up on 1.00

01:52:47.940 screen, but let me see what this is. Because you guys send me a wild shit sometimes, bro. So I got 0.99

01:52:52.820 to double check, make sure it's not some weirdo stuff. Let's see. Diddy supporters acting full outside

01:52:59.380 the courthouse? Bro. Oh, yeah. That stupid chick that was. Oh, yeah. Nah, bro. I'm good. I don't

01:53:09.780 even want to see this, man. Nigga. Why are you sending me that? OK, let's see here. 1.00

01:53:19.060 Just for if I send a chat, are you reading? OK, all right. So we got that done. All right,

01:53:23.620 cool, cool, cool. All right. So we got that out the way. And then we got Curtis Leon. He

01:53:29.140 says, where did he serve as time being high profile? Wouldn't that put him in the general

01:53:33.700 population? They could or they'll put him isolated. I don't know, bro. I think it would be very dangerous

01:53:38.940 for him to be in G-pop, you know, given the amount of money he has and who he is. Yeah,

01:53:44.500 bro. I don't think it's a good idea for him to be in general population.

01:53:51.780 Al Boyce, would Diddy be able to sue Cassie back? That'd be funny if he hits her for the 30 mil. 1.00

01:53:55.700 I don't know if he'd be able to sue her. I mean, he could. He could. He could.

01:54:02.980 You know, he definitely could. Would he win? Who knows? Would he bother? Because it'd be a headache

01:54:09.220 and it would probably be in the news all over again. So, yeah, I don't know.

01:54:12.900 So, okay, cool. Caught up there. All right, let's get into, let's get into the bill. Okay,

01:54:23.700 let's get into the bill. The big, beautiful bill.

01:54:26.980 Hold on.

01:54:32.820 That's why I think this is a complex case for people to say, well, if he now... 1.00

01:54:38.420 Oh, shit, this shit's been playing the whole time. 1.00

01:54:42.180 All right, you know what? Let's skim through this before we switch 100%. 1.00

01:54:45.380 I fucking forgot to keep playing this. 0.96

01:54:48.180 It's not even true. They never believed the word Cassie said. 0.98

01:54:50.980 Yeah, we still got another hour or so.

01:54:52.260 Never believed the word Jane said. That jury wasn't even out. One hour of deliberations,

01:54:57.380 they came and said, Judge, we need to throw Juror 25 off because he's not deliberating.

01:55:01.940 That told you there was already a group of people together who were willing to go

01:55:06.180 in one direction or the other. That jury deliberated three hours,

01:55:10.420 essentially, before they had conviction or had verdicts, which a fast verdict like that,

01:55:16.340 in my experience tells me, that's clearly a defense verdict. Clearly. They came back today

01:55:20.900 and it was over. It wasn't a strong case. It was a strong case in the media and all the pundits

01:55:26.740 who wanted to say he's a woman beater, which he is. That doesn't equal a RICO charge.

01:55:31.940 No, but you've been very consistent on that. I mean, given the convictions he's now received,

01:55:36.420 what is his likely sentence? I mean, each count, I think, is a maximum of...

01:55:41.620 You got to give him two years. You got to give him two years.

01:55:42.980 It's a maximum of 10 years on each count. So what do you think you'll get?

01:55:46.020 Yeah. But the feds are different. First of all, he's convicted of procuring a prostitute.

01:55:52.420 If we're going to start throwing music moguls and billionaires in prison for procuring 0.64

01:55:57.220 prostitutes, we're going to need to expand the prisons. We're going to have to get, 1.00

01:56:00.980 you know, alligator Alcatraz. All these niggas, all these rich niggas, 0.99

01:56:05.700 bro, be paying for escorts, man. Fired up. Shit's crazy. But, you know, under the guidelines,

01:56:10.740 he has no criminal records, basically. So he should get the minimum sentence,

01:56:14.980 which is two years, and they could screw him over and run him bowlegged and do him consecutively.

01:56:21.460 There's no reason for them to do that. I expect they want to...

01:56:25.380 Hey, guys, do me a favor. Smash that like button, by the way. We got 1,300 likes, man. We got what,

01:56:28.900 3,400 of you guys in here just on YouTube alone, and then like another 15, 16. So we got like 5,000

01:56:34.660 you guys in here, man. Smash that like button, guys. The clock, the judge is going to give him

01:56:38.260 bail. I don't know why. We got 1,300 likes to get to 2,000. They won it. I mean, there's very few

01:56:43.700 people in federal prison right now for these charges. So I would be surprised if he didn't

01:56:48.900 get bail. And he should get the minimum because that's what... Well, we know. This is recorded

01:56:53.700 before he got the bail info came out. You beat up Cassie. That's not relevant.

01:56:57.620 No, no. It's irrelevant. But let me ask you just on a technical point. Can the time that he served

01:57:03.300 in prison then be removed? Say he gets two years to run concurrently on both counts. So he serves

01:57:10.100 two years. Would they remove time served, or is that irrelevant? All right. So all three of these

01:57:14.420 people are lawyers. The judge can do whatever the judge wants to, but he gets his credit and feds.

01:57:21.220 It's day for day. So he gets a dollar for every dollar he put in. So he's seven months into this

01:57:26.180 already. So if they run him concurrently, he's looking at, you know, probably a 20-month guideline

01:57:31.700 and you knock off seven. And, you know, there's very real chance that he's not ever going to see

01:57:36.020 a federal prison. That's if it doesn't get... If the president doesn't do something with it,

01:57:42.660 because this is the kind of thing that you can see someone granting a pardon on. I mean, it's...

01:57:47.860 Yeah. No, he's not going to grant a pardon on this shit. Number one, 1.00

01:57:50.340 it's not... It's not worth it. And guys, pardons are very frowned upon. Pardoning people is always

01:57:57.300 frowned upon. Obviously, you got some exceptional cases, like, for example, when Trump pardoned

01:58:01.540 the January 6th when he came in. That's a bit different. But pardons in general, presidents

01:58:06.820 always pardon at the end of their term because it's so frowned upon. It's the White Slave Trade 1.00

01:58:10.660 Act. That's real difficult to sentence somebody on the White Slave Trade Act in 2025, just from,

01:58:17.940 you know, a practical standpoint. Okay. The government failed miserably. Yeah. Well, they

01:58:22.180 clearly have. Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, you represent another one. I disagree with that. Against Sean.

01:58:28.900 They didn't fail. They got the conviction. That's a W for them when they cover their stats. Still a W

01:58:34.020 for them to get a conviction. What is your reaction to this verdict?

01:58:38.420 Well... Bruh, if you hire that chick as a lawyer, you're a cook, nigga. I think it's important that 1.00

01:58:45.620 we discuss the lack of diversity that was on the prosecution team. That was probably my

01:58:53.780 most concern when I faced them when I had a hearing for a motion to quash during the grand jury

01:59:02.260 testimony. I was very concerned when I was looking across from me at six white women and them not

01:59:08.260 being- Bro, what does that have to do with anything, bro? What the fuck, man? Bro, why do black people 1.00

01:59:13.380 always got to make this shit about race, man? What the fuck, man? Being able to grasp just exactly how to 1.00

01:59:22.420 convey. Some dumbass in the chat said Fat Elmire and they lost. Nigga, you're a dumbass. How the 0.99

01:59:27.460 fuck are you going to tell me they lost when I know how the AUSA's office keeps their records? 1.00

01:59:31.780 As long as they get a conviction, it's a W, retard. Holy shit, you're stupid. It's amazing to me how 1.00

01:59:37.860 some niggas in the chat, armchair fucking, you know, commentators, you niggas don't know shit about 1.00

01:59:42.260 this fucking system. Talk about, it's a hell, bro. Nigga, okay, they didn't get him on the biggest 1.00

01:59:47.140 charge. They got a conviction. That's all they need for their staff purposes, right? I'm sure it's

01:59:51.620 disappointing because they wanted to get the RICO, but it's still a W for them. He's convicted of two

01:59:56.100 counts. Two serious counts, too. Dumb fuck. Flores get the five subs on Rumble. Appreciate you, bro.

02:00:03.220 What has occurred to a jury and being able to relate these things to a jury. Of course,

02:00:10.020 my clients are very shocked at all of this. I am shocked. I'm actually very shocked at how they were

02:00:18.020 able to reach the transportation aspect, but not the other two charges because one kind of flows with 0.91

02:00:24.260 the other- Dumbass niggas name is Cap'n. C-A-P-N. Fat Elmire and they lost. You're a dumb fuck, bro. 1.00

02:00:31.380 This nigga is definitely a fried chicken crusader. Retard. 1.00

02:00:34.660 Well, they don't, they don't, they really do, because the transportation is that you're transporting

02:00:39.380 people illegally across state lines for the purpose of prostitution, but that doesn't mean

02:00:44.740 there's any coercion. And in fact, they've, they have rejected all the charges, which would then

02:00:51.860 lead on to a coercive situation. No sex trafficking. You can't cut, you can't cut me off and let,

02:00:58.180 let me not finish my statement. Sure. So, so in reference to, first of all, the bar they have to

02:01:04.820 meet, it's a very, very high bar in criminal court. It is beyond a reasonable doubt. So of course,

02:01:11.220 it's clear that he did these things transporting people for prostitution, the prostitutes, like you 0.61

02:01:19.380 just said, the Punisher, who you'll have later, and other men who have said they were transported,

02:01:24.900 as well as the women who said, the Jane Doe's who said they were also transported for this reason.

02:01:30.580 However, when we talk about the coercion, I thought the elements were met. If you are asking me where I

02:01:37.700 think the prosecution fell short was, I think, taking six weeks to put on their case was a mistake.

02:01:44.020 It was overkill. I think had they shortened and streamlined their case, maybe in a three,

02:01:50.100 four week at max point, they would have been successful.

02:01:53.300 And when you say the prosecution team wasn't diverse enough, what exactly do you mean? 0.99

02:01:57.700 Yeah, it's chick ghetto as fuck, bro. How'd she become a lawyer, nigga? 1.00

02:01:59.860 I mean, what are you saying? 0.98

02:02:00.740 There were six white women. So there was not any other voice. 0.90

02:02:05.300 Yo, could you imagine, guys, if it was, um, if like, some white chick got on and said, 0.99

02:02:10.740 yeah, it was six black women, bro, they would be cooked, cooked. 1.00

02:02:19.540 Other than a white woman's voice being heard. 1.00

02:02:22.420 Nigga. 1.00

02:02:23.060 There was not a man. 1.00

02:02:24.340 Get this bitch out of here, bro. 1.00

02:02:25.860 Man's voice, a man's perspective of any race, let alone any other race, especially a black voice, 1.00

02:02:33.380 considering just how, I don't even know what the word impactful is not even a good enough word to

02:02:40.180 describe, um, Diddy's, I want to say impacts, but that, again, that's not even a good enough word.

02:02:48.500 His chokehold, I'll call it, on the black community. 1.00

02:02:51.620 So when I look at, like, for example, R. Kelly, who, in my opinion, didn't do half as much

02:02:58.260 or a quarter as much as Diddy did, for him to be in jail for 25 years and Diddy to essentially

02:03:05.220 be getting possibly 10 to 20 years, um, 10 years max on each count, um, I, I, I don't understand it.

02:03:14.020 Tax day has passed, but for millions of Americans, that's where the trouble begins.

02:03:18.500 Everything, Diddy just sat in the corner watching them.

02:03:20.580 I mean, well, let's, let's be for real. Cassie didn't have her own money. 0.98

02:03:23.700 So if that was the case, why did her parents need to take out a loan to pay Diddy for that?

02:03:28.420 Right, but my question, right, but my question is, I'm not saying it's right or wrong.

02:03:33.300 I'm just saying, okay, but Ariel, Ariel, you're missing my point.

02:03:36.180 I'm not saying whether it's right or wrong.

02:03:37.540 I'm saying, do you feel like there's a different mood now about these cases?

02:03:41.860 I would hate, I was about to say, I was trying to get to what your question was, which is,

02:03:46.260 I would hate to think that the application of the law is on the whim of the attitude of the people.

02:03:52.580 So that's what you're implying, that because the wind has changed, there's an inappropriate application of law.

02:04:01.780 And I would hate to think that we live in a society where that is occurring.

02:04:06.060 Okay. Bruce Rivers, I mean, you were very confident.

02:04:09.100 There we go. I like hearing Bruce's opinion.

02:04:12.420 This bitch retarded, bro. 1.00

02:04:13.580 That he was going to go down to prison for the rest of his natural life. 1.00

02:04:16.520 That is clearly not going to happen.

02:04:18.040 So how do you feel about this verdict?

02:04:20.360 Well, I think the case was overcharged to begin with.

02:04:24.460 And what the defense did in this case, they really focused on the free will of Cassie Ventura.

02:04:30.240 When you have somebody that's a hanger on, somebody that is getting something out of this,

02:04:35.820 as opposed to somebody who's being forced into something,

02:04:40.520 you know, that's where I think the defense really won the day.

02:04:43.860 And, you know, I was going basically on the sensationalistic nature of the conduct.

02:04:51.320 Because it really is bad.

02:04:53.480 But when you really apply, I just tried one of these RICO cases here in Minneapolis on a gang case about a month and a half ago.

02:05:01.300 And it's really easy to prove.

02:05:03.720 And but the thing about it is here, the court can use some of this under this acquitted conduct in sentencing.

02:05:12.940 And so it's the final chapter hasn't been written.

02:05:18.080 You know, I mean, he may still get a substantial prison sentence, you think?

02:05:22.080 He could. He could.

02:05:24.160 The average person wouldn't.

02:05:26.100 But the average person doesn't have all this other conduct.

02:05:28.700 You know, that, you know, how much of that is relevant to to what a judge may decide should be a sentence.

02:05:35.700 I mean, you know, I don't think this judge is going to mean the judge, for example, can't bring in the appalling beating video

02:05:42.580 because the statute of limitations is over for that.

02:05:45.780 Right. It's not even relevant legally.

02:05:47.660 Well, sure it is.

02:05:49.000 All the conduct of Diddy throughout this whole thing is is is relevant.

02:05:53.160 You know, the judge will take into consideration the whole picture of Diddy, not not just the offense for which he's he's charged.

02:06:01.220 You know, he's got what what I think he's like seven months or something like that.

02:06:04.980 So if you just look at the low end of the guidelines, he's almost got that served.

02:06:09.140 And so a judge may say this is not what the message I want to send to the public, you know, and the judge very well.

02:06:15.780 He could send some consecutively.

02:06:17.600 I doubt that he's going to.

02:06:18.900 But but hasn't the jury told you guys are going to be concurrent?

02:06:23.760 I mean, isn't the bottom line here that the jury seems to have concluded and we may hear from some jurors.

02:06:29.740 But, you know, I've just seen a statement from Cassie Ventura's lawyer, Doug Wigdor,

02:06:34.040 says we're just pleased that he still faces substantial jail time or that remains to be seen by coming forward with her experience.

02:06:41.540 Cassie's left an indelible mark on both the entertainment industry and the fight for justice.

02:06:46.140 This guy says, Martin, don't let your bias turn you into lying. 1.00

02:06:50.640 Shut the fuck up, nigga. 1.00

02:06:51.520 You're a retard. 1.00

02:06:52.220 You don't know anything. 1.00

02:06:53.420 You are literally dumb, dumb as bricks. 1.00

02:07:01.400 The prosecution still got a conviction, dumb fuck on two counts, two serious counts. 1.00

02:07:06.000 That's still a W for them in the AUSA column. 1.00

02:07:08.040 You don't know how prosecutors evaluate their stuff.

02:07:10.420 They're going to be going to their database and put in.

02:07:12.920 We still got a conviction, two of them.

02:07:14.860 So it's a W for them.

02:07:15.760 If they lost the trial completely and he walked, yeah, that would be bad.

02:07:19.560 But the fact that they got a conviction on two counts is still a big deal. 1.00

02:07:22.540 You dumb retard. 1.00

02:07:23.720 Bade unquestionable strength and brought attention to the reality that powerful men in our orbit. 1.00

02:07:28.980 And it's always the YouTube chat. 0.99

02:07:30.480 Some of the dumbest niggas be watching on YouTube, bro. 1.00

02:07:32.640 Holy shit, man. 1.00

02:07:33.700 Conduct that's persisted for decades without repercussion. 0.99

02:07:36.260 I'm not sure she has established that in terms of the eyes of the jury.

02:07:41.080 You know what you should do, bro?

02:07:41.840 Change your name from Cap'n, C-A-P-N, to Cap'n Retard. 0.99

02:07:44.480 That's what you are. 0.95

02:07:45.600 You are literally the captain of the retards. 1.00

02:07:47.700 You know, I share the general view that that video of Diddy beating her up in the hotel corridor was disgusting. 1.00

02:07:57.180 He's clearly an appalling woman beater. 0.97

02:07:59.600 However, that's not what he was charged with. 0.85

02:08:02.080 And in terms of the charges, it just seems to me they didn't establish that any of this was non-consensual.

02:08:10.420 There's some truth to that.

02:08:11.760 But they could have decided the RICO on the fact that there wasn't an enterprise.

02:08:15.500 I mean, they could have just we don't know why they acquitted on the RICO.

02:08:20.400 On the sex trafficking, you know, it has to be forced fraud or coercion, but they could have acquitted on something else.

02:08:26.080 It's pretty.

02:08:26.800 But and I think one of the things, like you said, Pierce, is that they really focused on the free will.

02:08:33.500 And they had plenty of evidence to back that up.

02:08:36.820 You know, all the text messages saying, I can't wait for the freak off, you know.

02:08:40.040 Right.

02:08:40.320 I mean, but I thought, listen, as somebody, you know, just looking at it with a journalist's eye, I found that pretty persuasive for the defense.

02:08:48.180 You know, and again, I think it comes back.

02:08:50.240 I mean, I'll bring Matthew back in here.

02:08:52.420 The reason I mentioned the changing the changing mood, really, about these kind of stories is that I think that people have become a little bit more cynical about cases where women have stayed in touch with the alleged abuser in a very loving and apparently very consensual way for a long period after the abuse is said to have happened.

02:09:15.220 And then you add in the fact that there was a big settlement and Cassie took all that money and so on and so on.

02:09:21.280 You know, I think when you put it all together, a lot of people may feel differently now than they would have done, you know, in 2019, 2020. 0.96

02:09:30.120 Now, first of all, R. Kelly got convicted because he was screwing kids. 0.96

02:09:34.380 That's the big difference. 0.97

02:09:35.680 To equate R. Kelly with Puff, it's just it's wrong and it's silly and it's just it's almost it's it's nonsensical. 0.98

02:09:43.340 R. Kelly was guilty of screwing around with kids. 0.82

02:09:45.520 No one's no time 50 years ago or 50 years from now. 0.53

02:09:49.140 Will that be OK?

02:09:49.940 This was a bad case.

02:09:53.200 You know, no one believed Cassie.

02:09:54.580 Here's all you need to know.

02:09:56.100 Every single count in which the credibility of the alleged victims was put into question, the jury came back 36 times and said not guilty.

02:10:07.740 Every single case, every single charge that had anything to do with Cassie or with Jane.

02:10:14.160 The jury absolutely did not believe them, found them to not be credible, even to the extent to convict someone who's on a video beating the living snot out of the woman.

02:10:24.340 That tells you all you need to know about the case, the media and people, lawyers, plaintiff lawyers who wanted to sue him said, oh, she's so convincing.

02:10:32.840 It's hard to feel sorry for a woman who's instructing a sex worker on how to urinate in their mouth and telling her how to do it. 0.99

02:10:40.900 And the Punisher, who I think is just an absolute star, explained this to such a point of view.

02:10:48.380 I would threw my hands up because I literally go, I don't know.

02:10:51.940 You can't have better testimony than that, other than when Jane said she thought that P Diddy was a cuckold.

02:10:58.640 And if the prosecution, if they didn't think they had to do it, the defense didn't think they had to do it, they could have called, you know, any head of the human sexuality department and said, tell us about the swingers lifestyle. 0.98

02:11:10.500 Tell us about water games. Tell us about this. Put on the videos.

02:11:13.700 That's clearly what it was. We don't have to guess because the jury has told us they believed what the defense team put out there.

02:11:21.160 And Tenny Garagos, from the very beginning, set the stage for this. The tenor, this is all consensual.

02:11:28.660 It's nothing coerced. And the jury believed every single word of it.

02:11:32.960 Yeah. The two convictions are just based upon plane tickets and receipts. That's all.

02:11:37.920 It literally didn't need any testimony from any of the two alleged victims.

02:11:42.760 And I don't know why we're calling them other than the videotape.

02:11:46.260 In this case, they were found not to be victims. They were found to be incredible witnesses.

02:11:51.160 And the evidence from their own mouths and their own fingertips and their own text messages proved that they shouldn't be believed.

02:11:58.340 And the jury obliged them and didn't believe a word they said.

02:12:01.620 Yes, true. Ariel, in terms of the...

02:12:04.500 I don't want to hear her talk again. All right, let me read some chats here.

02:12:11.360 Oh, that's your girl says, what's the top three Ivex as you recommend?

02:12:14.880 Bro, there's a bunch. Plank, one thing that crunches you forward, then one thing raises your legs up or lower,

02:12:20.400 and then you hit the whole core, pretty much.

02:12:24.380 Like, so if you do a plank, nice static hold, then you do a leg raise, then you do a crunch.

02:12:28.380 That way you work the lower abs any time you bring your legs towards you.

02:12:33.440 And then any time you move your torso towards your legs, that works up, perhaps.

02:12:38.460 Master MrMikey788, subscribe for the year.

02:15:08.760 Okay.

02:15:38.760 all right all right let's see what's going on here with iran then we're going to get into your

02:15:59.880 boy jeff bezos our assessment of of the battle damage around fordo nantes and istephan remains

02:16:07.140 unchanged i mean we we believe and certainly all of the intelligence that we've seen have led us to

02:16:14.540 believe that iran's those facilities especially have been completely obliterated we have degraded

02:16:19.460 their program by one to two years that from the pentagon moments ago iran admitting that u.s

02:16:25.700 strike seriously damaged its nuclear facilities and is now refusing to cooperate with the un's

02:16:31.440 nuclear watchdog the chief foreign correspondent yeah and the reason why is because what's the

02:16:35.940 point they're going to keep trying to destroy them and they know that they need a nuclear bomb at this

02:16:39.800 point to keep the united states and israel off their back trey yinks is live for us in tel aviv with more 0.89

02:16:44.680 trey trace good afternoon today iranian president masoud pozashkian signed a law that was passed

02:16:51.980 last week by the iranian parliament suspending iran's participation in the iaea now the move was

02:16:58.800 done with the u.n nuclear watchdog stipulating that any future work with the agency would have to be

02:17:04.740 approved by tehran's supreme national security council the decision by iranian politicians came

02:17:10.340 after both israel and the united states bombed iran's three key nuclear facilities

02:17:15.040 the law to suspend cooperation with the international atomic energy agency was issued

02:17:23.480 for enforcement the president announced the law to government bodies for enforcement

02:17:28.880 the iaea responded to the news saying they are aware of the reports and are awaiting official

02:17:35.040 information from the iranian government yeah they're never gonna let them back in during martha's

02:17:39.520 interview with the iaea director general rafael grossi the director discussed the amount of damage

02:17:44.640 caused to iran's nuclear facilities amid questions about if and when the program could be rebuilt

02:17:50.020 i could agree in the sense that what we see is a very important degree of damage um in all in the

02:17:57.460 three facilities natans which was the first to be to be hit and sustained very very serious damage in

02:18:04.180 one of the important centrifuge halls where enrichment was being um carried out the current ceasefire

02:18:13.460 between israel and iran is holding for now but analysts say israel could strike again if it believes

02:18:19.300 iran is advancing its nuclear it will 100 hit them again guys by the way we only got 1500 likes but

02:18:24.820 we got what 3500 you guys in here man smash the like button guys let's get to 2000 i don't want to

02:18:29.060 hold the show hostage um so smash that like button if you're watching on youtube okay you don't have

02:18:35.540 to if you don't have the money to join oss no problem the only thing i ask is you like the video

02:18:38.980 so they can get pushed to the algorithm and more people can find this stuff clear program trace

02:18:44.580 yeah it's amazing have they given any kind of timeline to that at all trey when they say they

02:18:49.860 could take some action on their own israel absolutely they're waiting for the battlefield assessments

02:18:57.060 trying to understand just how much damage was done to these facilities following the american strikes

02:19:02.180 that were ordered by president trump we know there was a significant amount of damage but the reality is

02:19:07.540 many of these centrifuges are deep underground now buried by dirt and rubble and so the israelis

02:19:12.500 are looking for that information but also preparing for the possibility that iran could

02:19:16.820 launch more missiles into israel air defense systems across this country remain on high alert trace

02:19:22.740 trey we'll get back to you as the news warrants it's now late evening in tel aviv uh trey yanks

02:19:27.380 live for us on the ground hey everyone i'm emily all right so um you know still trying to sell bro

02:19:33.300 i told you guys already i did a whole explanation on this but um our intervention with iran was a big 0.97

02:19:38.020 fucking hell completely unnecessary and we ended up putting ourselves in a stupid position for israel 0.99

02:19:43.300 so um i would say iran won this conflict and the reason why they won is because the regime is still 0.99

02:19:48.980 there and they can rebuild their nuclear program so the fact that they still exist and they survived

02:19:53.700 the blows while simultaneously being united we basically just gave the indoor an endorsement to

02:19:58.420 the ayatollah um if you're going to go ahead and hit them like that you got to destroy everything and 0.98

02:20:02.100 since we didn't decapitate with the regime um it they look at it as a big w for them so not was 0.70

02:20:08.900 that's not good definitely definitely not good at all um okay so let's go ahead and uh and we're

02:20:17.700 gonna do uh fresh to fit guys and about what time we starting this thing i think 8 30 what time we start

02:20:25.860 8 15 is what it said okay all right let's talk about jeff bezels guys and i'm gonna end the show

02:20:33.540 a little bit early because i want to go get a workout in before we do uh fresh and fit and then

02:20:38.500 also i'm working guys to get you guys a um to definitely get you guys that 20 verse one i think

02:20:43.540 that'd be good if we did a 20 verse one in the studio we don't need fucking um we don't need jubilee 0.99

02:20:49.380 bro fuck them niggas so so all right let's get it to your boy jeff bezos so this is crazy 1.00

02:21:02.500 new jeff bezos 61 and lauren sanchez 55 officially get married spending an estimated 50 million on the 1.00

02:21:09.300 wedding the wedding took place at the san giorgio maggior island in northern italy an insider who spoke

02:21:15.540 web page six says sanchez was wearing jewelry which was worth in total an estimated of 20 to 30

02:21:22.340 million dollars her engagement ring alone is an estimated 20 carats worth about 2.5 million

02:21:29.620 guests of the wedding included the kardashian family bill gates oprah winfrey and many others

02:21:33.380 bro that is nuts it carries everything i've walked through to get here 0.99

02:21:39.860 bro this is crazy man absolutely nuts 0.99

02:21:45.540 so 0.89

02:22:15.540 Thank you.

02:22:45.540 Thank you.

02:23:15.540 Hold on one sec.

02:23:23.760 This is her on The View.

02:23:30.580 And the award-winning journalist and philanthropist Lauren Sanchez is adding author to her impressive list of accomplishments with the publication of her very first children's book, The Fly Who Flew to Space.

02:23:42.340 I think this chick is also a pilot. 1.00

02:23:43.960 The Fly Who Flew to Space.

02:24:13.940 And then you compare that to Bezos.

02:24:26.900 Net worth.

02:24:34.400 $237 billion.

02:24:35.780 Crazy, bro.

02:24:37.460 So, look, I'll tell you this. 0.97

02:24:38.920 That's quite a bit of money.

02:24:39.800 $30 million.

02:24:40.480 But, bro, I mean, let's see.

02:24:43.080 Did he get a prenup?

02:24:43.860 Okay, good.

02:24:55.580 So, yes.

02:24:56.040 Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez reportedly have a prenuptial agreement.

02:24:58.500 Reports indicate that the couple found out a prenuptial agreement before their recent wedding.

02:25:02.720 With some sort of calling it a watertight or ironclad agreement, news outlets reported that the agreement is designed to protect Jay.

02:25:08.260 Okay.

02:25:08.640 Estimated at $200 billion in case of divorce.

02:25:10.880 Um, yeah.

02:25:13.800 So, Bezos and Previous divorce with Mackenzie Scott, which resulted in receiving a large portion of his Amazon stock likely influenced the decision.

02:25:19.040 Oh, bro, I did not know that. 0.98

02:25:20.240 His last wife got some fucking, uh, Amazon stock. 1.00

02:25:24.780 And then, let's see here. 0.99

02:25:26.540 Complex financial holdings.

02:25:27.740 Okay, that makes sense.

02:25:28.700 Um, the agreement would likely distinguish between assets owned before the marriage and those acquired during the marriage as well as the defined joint property.

02:25:36.460 Alimony or prenup may include provisions regarding blah, blah, blah, blah.

02:25:39.040 Finlet the Replicate Evers.

02:25:40.040 The agreement may include provisions of protect.

02:25:42.060 Okay.

02:25:43.300 Okay, so that's good.

02:25:44.100 Alright, this isn't as bad, then.

02:25:45.840 This isn't as bad.

02:25:47.020 So, what it really comes down to is he just wanted to marry, uh, I mean.

02:25:50.760 I don't, I don't, bro, this chick is old, bro. 1.00

02:25:52.760 Like, 55 and, like, nigga, you could have got a way better bitch. 1.00

02:25:58.700 $200 million to get this? 1.00

02:26:05.320 I'm a little nervous.

02:26:06.400 $200 billion?

02:26:07.020 What?

02:26:07.580 I have to tell you, it's so funny.

02:26:09.640 I was, my hand was shaking, um, back there.

02:26:12.080 And my sister looked at me and she goes, uh, you're not auditioning this time.

02:26:16.900 You're a guest.

02:26:17.540 Yeah, you guys could see the surgery and the makeup.

02:26:19.660 That's right.

02:26:20.140 You're the last time auditioning together.

02:26:21.600 For your information, Lauren auditioned for this show twice. 0.99

02:26:25.300 And the powers that be decided, no.

02:26:28.400 $19.99?

02:26:30.340 Bruh. 1.00

02:26:33.020 Damn, these bitches are old, bro. 1.00

02:26:34.900 Not getting the job. 1.00

02:26:35.720 But look at you now.

02:26:36.880 I don't think that you.

02:26:37.700 $19.99.

02:26:39.100 He did the job.

02:26:40.040 No.

02:26:40.460 No.

02:26:40.680 And somehow you haven't aged a day.

02:26:43.620 First time I did it, I think it was, like, 20-some years ago.

02:26:47.540 Super young.

02:26:48.440 I think we, they were replacing Debbie Matanopoulos.

02:26:51.220 I'll tell you guys this.

02:26:52.180 For 55, she looks good.

02:26:54.260 For 55, she looks good.

02:26:56.020 But, um, I don't know, man.

02:26:59.960 I don't know.

02:27:00.460 I mean, maybe she has a great personality. 0.99

02:27:02.320 That's what Jeff Bezos liked.

02:27:04.180 But, you know, this is the thing, right?

02:27:06.640 Because, um, who was it?

02:27:08.580 I think it was Demetrius Rapp sent me a chat yesterday where the top comment, right, on,

02:27:13.940 uh, there was a post about Jeff Bezos marrying this chick. 0.72

02:27:17.520 And some chick commented, oh, see, ladies, see what's possible? 1.00

02:27:21.040 Don't let these podcasters get you down.

02:27:22.800 You can find yourself a man later on in life.

02:27:25.720 And here's the problem. 0.99

02:27:27.660 What's going to happen is because women are retarded, they're going to go ahead and they're 1.00

02:27:31.420 going to use this, right? 0.99

02:27:32.600 The fact that this chick got married to Jeff Bezos to rationalize and justify their poor

02:27:38.540 behavior when it comes to, you know, them not being able to find a guy or be taken seriously

02:27:42.860 by men.

02:27:43.520 And they're going to say, oh, well, you know what?

02:27:44.980 My millionaire's out there.

02:27:46.180 My billionaire's out there somewhere.

02:27:47.400 Look at her.

02:27:48.200 She was able to get Jeff Bezos.

02:27:49.820 So, um, the problem with a lot of this stuff is it sets really bad precedent because you guys

02:27:54.940 got to remember that with women, they go off of what's probable, not what, sorry, what's 1.00

02:27:58.720 possible and not what's probable. 1.00

02:28:00.700 So we already see these fucking dumb ass ratchet hoes saying, oh, yeah, she got Jeff Bezos. 1.00

02:28:05.780 So now I could go ahead and get a millionaire myself. 1.00

02:28:07.920 So we're going to see really bad precedent set here. 0.98

02:28:11.220 Now, I'm glad that he did the fucking, uh, prenuptial agreement. 0.98

02:28:14.140 He learned his lesson from his last chick, um, cause it looks like she got some Amazon 0.99

02:28:17.920 stock.

02:28:18.280 So she's probably a multi-billionaire herself just off this guy.

02:28:21.660 So it's good that he did that.

02:28:23.360 Um, and then also the other good thing too, which I guess is good for him to achieve,

02:28:28.720 agree.

02:28:29.080 Cause it would make her more likely.

02:28:30.500 So she's coming in with money herself, 30 million, even though her money wouldn't be

02:28:33.900 in risk whatsoever, marrying him.

02:28:35.580 She has money. 1.00

02:28:36.460 So she understands, okay, I got money too.

02:28:38.420 I understand why you want to go out and protect your assets.

02:28:40.520 So I get that because she's going to be far more, uh, you know, amenable to like signing

02:28:46.020 the prenuptial agreement because she's coming with some money as well, which I guess that 1.00

02:28:49.580 could be a plus, but you know, 55 wrote there, man, this bitch old, like goddamn, man. 1.00

02:28:54.800 And I look at it like, yo, you're worth 200 billion. 0.99

02:28:56.760 You could have definitely got yourself a younger, more hotter girl, um, and still got the 1.00

02:29:01.160 prenuptial agreement.

02:29:01.960 So we'll see.

02:29:03.020 I mean, obviously we don't know what the relationship was like.

02:29:05.960 I don't know if he can still have other chicks or whatever. 0.82

02:29:08.140 Um, I hope so. 0.99

02:29:09.280 You know, I hope he's not monogamous as fucking old hag, but, uh, we'll see what happens. 1.00

02:29:13.920 We'll definitely see what happens. 0.99

02:29:14.960 Um, and I auditioned.

02:29:20.560 It was so much fun.

02:29:22.160 And one time I actually saw the clip.

02:29:24.540 And this is nine months before the marriage, by the way, believe it.

02:29:27.020 Um, they pulled my hair back.

02:29:30.000 They made me dress a little more concert.

02:29:31.820 So she came to promote her book.

02:29:34.240 Um, and after the show, Barbara Walters pulled me aside and she goes, what are you doing?

02:29:41.300 Um, and I was like, what do you mean?

02:29:43.060 She goes, if you're going to go down.

02:29:44.240 And, and guys, the thing is, I know some of you guys are saying, why'd they get married?

02:29:47.520 I get it's for her, bro.

02:29:48.660 A hundred percent for her.

02:29:50.000 Was she married before?

02:29:50.980 Let's look this chick up. 1.00

02:29:51.740 Let's see if she had been married before this shit. 1.00

02:29:54.300 She had to have been married before. 1.00

02:30:00.060 Let's see.

02:30:00.580 Okay, so she had another guy from 2005, 2019.

02:30:11.800 He's an American businessman, uh, and a CEO for Endeavor and Entertainment Media Agency.

02:30:17.980 He joined Endeavor Talent Agency as a partner in 2001.

02:30:21.500 Bro, how much y'all niggas want to bet she got her money probably from this nigga too? 1.00

02:30:25.160 Okay, worked, uh, in her talent.

02:30:29.540 Okay.

02:30:30.580 So, yeah, so she was married before for a long time to this guy from 2005 to, to 2019.

02:30:39.700 Yeah, bro.

02:30:40.100 A hundred percent.

02:30:41.440 A hundred percent.

02:30:42.340 She, she got some dough from this guy.

02:30:46.640 Cause she was in broadcasting first and she married him 2005.

02:30:52.860 She got two kids.

02:30:58.640 Twenty-teen and had an affair with a businessman. 1.00

02:31:02.380 And, oh, shit. 1.00

02:31:03.300 Wait, she cheated on her, Ben? 1.00

02:31:05.560 Bruh.

02:31:07.360 While each were married to other people.

02:31:09.200 Okay, Mackenzie got released a joint statement that they would seek a divorce after 25 years. 0.88

02:31:14.920 Okay. 0.99

02:31:16.860 Okay, damn. 1.00

02:31:17.600 She cheated. 1.00

02:31:18.060 Bro, that's an even nigga. 1.00

02:31:19.440 Wait, what? 0.96

02:31:19.920 I mean, they might've been separated.

02:31:21.800 Who knows if they were separated before?

02:31:24.300 Cause in 2018.

02:31:25.360 So they're probably already separated at that point and they got divorced in 2019 officially. 0.97

02:31:28.480 But still, that's fucking weird. 0.90

02:31:30.660 But yeah. 0.93

02:31:31.020 So yeah, so she, this dude was definitely had some dough as well.

02:31:38.560 Hypergamy chat.

02:31:40.120 Hypergamy chat.

02:31:43.560 React to this clip about Jeff Bezos' wife.

02:31:45.660 It's about her ex-partners.

02:31:49.860 I'll take a look at it.

02:31:50.980 Let me see here.

02:31:51.860 Cause it's on topic.

02:31:53.760 Let me pull it up real fast.

02:31:57.380 Never gonna cover the big, beautiful bill, niggas. 1.00

02:32:01.020 All right. 1.00

02:32:05.500 Oh, shit. 1.00

02:32:06.120 These are all her guys? 1.00

02:32:08.100 Niggas got the, pulled out the files. 1.00

02:32:10.120 Jeff could have paid for anything and he chose this.

02:32:16.140 96 to 2000.

02:32:19.760 2000 to 2001, Tony Gonzalez.

02:32:21.660 Oh, yeah.

02:32:26.100 So there we got it for a year.

02:32:28.100 Oh, Derek Fisher?

02:32:29.420 Bruh.

02:32:31.020 2000, 2001.

02:32:34.500 Henry Simmons.

02:32:38.660 Bruh.

02:32:41.300 Okay, that's the guy that she actually married.

02:32:43.940 They were together for a minute.

02:32:45.860 And then Bezos now.

02:32:52.080 Bruh.

02:32:52.520 It's a rich man's world.

02:32:59.500 Yep.

02:33:00.720 Yep.

02:33:01.220 That's, uh, sounds about right, bro.

02:33:04.100 Sounds about right.

02:33:06.540 Sounds about right. 0.99

02:33:07.560 Cam Cook says, man, apologies for getting you mad, nigga. 1.00

02:33:17.260 It was all fun. 0.80

02:33:18.040 I love what you do.

02:33:18.720 Been following since you started FedEx.

02:33:20.120 Keep it up, ninja.

02:33:20.940 Now, I appreciate that, bro. 0.98

02:33:21.840 But like I said before, like you're over here talking out your ass saying that it's not a W for the prosecution. 0.94

02:33:26.880 Like I literally know AUSA is where they would consider this a W regardless. 0.99

02:33:30.180 So like when people say dumb shit like that and they're not, they don't know what's going on, that's where I get annoyed. 0.97

02:33:35.720 Because it's like, bro, you're literally pushing out fake information. 0.99

02:33:39.300 Like I literally know AUSA is where if they, if they get some of the counts on the trial, it's still a W for them. 0.99

02:33:45.920 So that's why I was like, what the fuck is this nigga talking about? 1.00

02:33:48.460 Um, Silver Slaps. 0.99

02:33:49.840 Uh, did you see Megyn Kelly's reaction to the Diddy verdict?

02:33:51.860 No, I didn't.

02:33:52.360 Why?

02:33:53.440 Does it matter? 1.00

02:33:54.460 She's a retard. 1.00

02:33:55.520 Bit the email for a wedding? 1.00

02:33:56.380 Why does that smell like money laundering?

02:33:57.860 Because ain't no way.

02:33:58.720 Bro, they spend that money.

02:34:01.100 Ed Polo says, hey, man, I signed for the year, but it shows that I'm only subscribed for a month.

02:34:04.420 Can you help me, please?

02:34:05.760 Uh, refresh your page.

02:34:06.920 You'll probably fix it, Ed Polo.

02:34:09.200 Andrew Graff says, that's not the real Jeff Bezos.

02:34:11.600 Jeff, Panda, I, Bezos, been executed and replaced.

02:34:14.740 All right, man.

02:34:16.960 Uh, Red Skin Trucker says, 10 just became a member now.

02:34:19.760 Shout out to you, bro.

02:34:20.400 Welcome to the OSS.

02:34:23.800 JP Pico says, uh, would you say that the result of the case for the AUSA is more hurtful to their public image slash public perception versus in the government itself?

02:34:32.300 I mean, uh, yeah.

02:34:33.600 I mean, it's not going to hurt them, um, government-wise.

02:34:37.200 It's still going to be a W for the AUSA's office.

02:34:39.240 It's not going to affect their stats.

02:34:40.840 Now, public image, oh, they didn't, you know, get the RICO, but it's still a W altogether.

02:34:45.180 Unforgiven with the gifted sub.

02:34:46.200 Thank you so much, bro.

02:34:46.820 I appreciate that, my friend.

02:34:47.800 Um, if you hire a hood rat, female lawyer, just guarantee, okay, cool. 1.00

02:34:58.660 But yeah, Cam Cook, I'm not mad at you, bro. 0.96

02:35:00.080 It's fine.

02:35:00.500 All good.

02:35:01.280 Just like I said, I just dislike it when people push out misinformation.

02:35:04.380 Because the AUSA's office, this is not going to hurt their record.

02:35:06.500 They're still going to have their 98% conviction rate.

02:35:08.880 You know what I mean?

02:35:09.320 Their 99% conviction rate.

02:35:10.940 So it's still a W for them.

02:35:11.860 That's what I'm trying to explain.

02:35:13.480 Shout out for all you do, Myron. 1.00

02:35:14.260 And all you broke bums on YouTube, like the fucking video. 1.00

02:35:16.280 Yes, all you broke niggas, like the video. 1.00

02:35:18.340 We got, uh, let's get to 2,000 likes, goddammit. 0.87

02:35:21.860 All right, um, yeah, dude.

02:35:23.560 So, look, Basil's got all that money.

02:35:26.880 He could have just, like, dated this chick. 0.79

02:35:28.200 I don't know why he married her.

02:35:29.220 There was no need to marry her.

02:35:30.660 But I guarantee you guys, he married her to make her happy. 0.99

02:35:32.960 Because, again, like I've said before, guys, women like to fucking get the emotional high 1.00

02:35:38.660 of having a wedding, okay? 0.99

02:35:40.520 You guys can see, she did a whole video and shit like that from her wedding, right? 0.96

02:35:43.700 In this video right here that you guys can see. 1.00

02:35:45.460 I just want the fuck in this moment. 1.00

02:35:47.900 It's all for her, bro. 1.00

02:35:49.740 Weddings are for women. 1.00

02:35:51.080 Feels like...

02:35:52.280 That's why I tell you guys, women want to get married, but they don't want to be wives. 1.00

02:36:05.120 Notice how she didn't talk about Jeff not one time.

02:36:07.200 It's, I mean...

02:36:08.400 Talking about herself.

02:36:09.420 Falcon!

02:36:10.680 Punch! 1.00

02:36:11.240 Cooked.

02:36:11.920 I just want the whole thing to feel full of love.

02:36:15.440 That's really what this is about. 1.00

02:36:21.520 If it's about love, why'd y'all drop that much money on a fucking wedding, bro? 1.00

02:36:24.400 I'm telling you, man. 1.00

02:36:25.080 I guarantee you, she wanted a marriage.

02:36:27.120 She wanted to make a big deal.

02:36:29.120 And that's what happened.

02:36:30.320 All right, let's get into the big, beautiful bill.

02:36:32.080 Maybe see...

02:36:32.600 Let me duplicate this real quick.

02:36:33.800 Let's see if there's some new...

02:36:35.200 We are in this...

02:36:37.460 I think I'm supposed to go back.

02:36:39.640 It did pass the Senate yesterday, though, which is huge.

02:36:44.760 Let's see what the latest is with it.

02:36:46.260 Okay, so it did clear the major hurdle.

02:36:58.820 Working to pass the big, beautiful bill ahead of President Trump's 4th of July deadline.

02:37:03.100 Can they do it?

02:37:03.800 Because the Senate made changes to it, and some of the House say this is not okay with us.

02:37:08.380 Peter Doocy is live at the White House with the latest.

02:37:10.420 Hey, Peter.

02:37:10.820 Good morning, and we'll see, but the big, beautiful bill did clear another procedural hurdle on its way here to President Trump's desk overnight.

02:37:19.980 The House Rules Committee passed its rule, which basically means the thing that passed the Senate is now good to go on the House floor for a vote as soon as today,

02:37:28.700 something that does work with President Trump's preferred Friday, July 4th deadline.

02:37:33.260 We had a big day today to build the house, and I think it's going to do very well in the House.

02:37:41.840 We'll see how that works out, but... 0.99

02:37:44.340 What the fuck? Why does he sound so weird? 0.99

02:37:45.860 Looks like it's ahead of schedule, so what happened...

02:37:48.260 That's got to be an audio issue for them.

02:37:50.120 ...happy about it.

02:37:52.280 But two Republicans voted against the bill in the Rules Committee, which is tiny, and Republicans can only lose three total votes in the full House, which is huge.

02:38:03.400 President Trump doesn't have anything public on the schedule today, so we would expect him to be working the phones, trying to feel out Republican holdouts to get this enormous package across the finish line.

02:38:12.700 Regardless of what happens, though, expect to see President Trump starting the countdown to America's 250th birthday tomorrow in Des Moines, Iowa, and then he's going to be back here at the White House on Friday.

02:38:21.800 There are various reports that the pilots who flew in and out of Iran to bomb nuclear facilities are going to be in attendance.

02:38:28.160 We know for sure that there will be a flyover of F-22s, B-2s, and F-35s.

02:38:33.320 Those are the same planes that the guys at the Fordow nuclear facility looked up and saw.

02:38:38.760 All right, so, um, okay, so let's go ahead and cover what the big, beautiful bill is actually going to do. 0.99

02:38:46.960 And as you guys know, Elon Musk is not happy about this shit. 1.00

02:38:50.700 Elon Musk has been pissed as fuck. 1.00

02:38:53.700 And this thing just got passed, so... 0.99

02:38:56.060 Hikes, rather, would be for the lower household income, so... 0.97

02:38:59.820 And also...

02:39:00.300 J.D. Vance came in and gave the tie-breaking vote, by the way.

02:39:03.380 You can see I'm right here.

02:39:04.340 The pro-growth aspect of this, right? We want to...

02:39:05.900 If there is any audio that we can take in.

02:39:07.800 Okay.

02:39:08.760 So, whenever a deadlock like that, guys, the vice president comes in and gives the tie-breaking vote. 0.98

02:39:17.600 Let's fast-forward this bitch a little bit. 1.00

02:39:20.680 Close enough, as Chip Roy, representative from Texas, was laying out that if they would promise to give Lisa Murkowski the money that she wanted... 1.00

02:39:29.440 I mean, could Democrats have tanked this in any way?

02:39:32.340 I'm just...

02:39:33.080 I'm baffled, because we're at a tie, so clearly it was close.

02:39:36.400 They didn't need Democrats to tank this. 0.87

02:39:38.620 They didn't.

02:39:39.280 The Republicans did it.

02:39:40.240 Yeah, a lot of Republicans didn't like it.

02:39:41.840 I know Thomas Massey did not like it.

02:39:43.860 It's all on their own, because...

02:39:44.400 He doesn't like the spending.

02:39:45.420 They thought the more comfortable margin would be in the Senate, because mathematically, in terms of the ratio of Republican votes, you have more of them in the Senate, and they lost three of them.

02:39:56.420 So, it's even tighter in the House.

02:39:58.940 So, how you go back with this to the House and come up with a compromise, because, you know, these are some pretty big issues.

02:40:05.180 This is still a pretty big gulf that they have to tightrope in order to pass this bill and have it signed.

02:40:10.880 Well, and the other reason, Jerry, that they thought it might do better or easier, might be an easier road in the Senate, was because the Senate had promised all the spending cuts and all those things.

02:40:19.600 But much of that, not much, but some of that got shaved to the point where Congressman Roy is talking about, maybe they're not all comfortable.

02:40:26.480 And then this is them live right now, chat.

02:40:30.060 Literally, they're discussing it.

02:40:31.700 No sound, though.

02:40:33.740 So, looks like it's going to get through, though. 0.99

02:40:36.620 So, okay, you guys are probably wondering, what the fuck is this bill? 0.98

02:40:38.660 So, Trump's one big, beautiful bill just passed the Senate after a marathon, 27-hour session. 0.97

02:40:44.840 Now, you might be wondering, what does that actually mean for me?

02:40:47.900 And that's one of the bigger hurdles, getting through the Senate.

02:40:50.940 Is it good?

02:40:51.800 Bad?

02:40:52.660 Complicated?

02:40:53.600 Well, it's a little of everything.

02:40:55.520 And what I'll share later might surprise you, especially if you're a senior on Medicaid, have kids, or work in a job that relies on tips.

02:41:03.740 So, yeah, stay with me, because understanding what's in this bill could make a real difference for how you plan the rest of this year, and maybe even the next decade.

02:41:12.920 Before we jump in, let me know in the comments.

02:41:15.220 All right, one chef just gave an update real quick.

02:41:18.100 He said, 635 members in the OSS Discord.

02:41:20.900 Let's go, baby.

02:41:21.740 Let's go.

02:41:29.940 Jump in there, guys.

02:41:31.540 The OSS Discord is free.

02:41:32.640 Guys, we're still at 1,800 likes, man.

02:41:59.920 Come on, bro.

02:42:00.960 Why do we got 50% engagement with 3,600 of you guys in here?

02:42:04.740 Smash that like button, chat.

02:42:06.840 Smash the like button.

02:42:09.100 Okay?

02:42:09.980 Let's get to 2,000 likes. 0.96

02:42:11.280 I don't want to have to hold the show hostage, goddammit.

02:42:13.520 But I will if I have to.

02:42:15.800 Smash that like button.

02:42:18.820 Speedy says, is it true that Israel's lacing flour and gos with opioids?

02:42:22.320 I did hear about that.

02:42:25.100 Texas Southlaw says, just went to JTube real quick and liked to help brother OSS bros do the same.

02:42:29.940 That's over 200 right there.

02:42:31.060 Also sent you a DM on XSAL.

02:42:32.640 Thank you, Texas Outlaw, so much.

02:42:33.980 I appreciate that, bro.

02:42:35.300 Thank you so much for going and liking the video real quick for me.

02:42:38.040 We're in 1925.

02:42:38.840 Send you 4 mile likes, guys.

02:42:39.820 Let's get to 2,000, bro.

02:42:43.320 Like.

02:42:45.440 Excuse me.

02:42:46.020 Captain Cook.

02:42:47.880 Yeah, they still got the conviction.

02:42:49.100 You're right.

02:42:49.400 So, it's a W for them.

02:42:50.600 We really appreciate your inside knowledge.

02:42:52.440 All my news I get from you.

02:42:53.860 Start the stream when I start work until you finish.

02:42:55.980 All right, I appreciate that, Captain Cook, even though I was roasting you.

02:42:58.000 But yes, bro.

02:42:59.000 Again, you can make the argument.

02:43:00.560 See, look, Captain Cook, you can make the argument that publicly it's a bad look.

02:43:04.500 Fair.

02:43:05.940 Then we can have a discussion if you want to go from a publicity standpoint.

02:43:09.640 But when it comes to like how the AUSA's office and the government's going to look at it, it's going to be a W in their column.

02:43:14.040 Because remember, the thing they care about the most is having that high conviction rate.

02:43:17.580 The feds have like a 98, 99% conviction rate.

02:43:20.580 So, as long as they're able to maintain that conviction rate, they don't care what they convict you of.

02:43:24.240 They just need to convict you of something.

02:43:25.780 Now, if we want to talk about image and publicity and the fact that they lost the RICO part or they lost the sex trafficking, the more serious charges, we can have a discussion on that.

02:43:32.900 But honestly, at this point, maybe in the public eye, you can make that argument.

02:43:38.440 But like when it comes to AUSA's office and the government, bro, they're still going to be cheering.

02:43:42.580 I guarantee you, Maureen Comey and all those AUSAs, they're at the bar right now drinking. 0.98

02:43:47.080 I guarantee y'all they're having a drink right now as we fucking speak. 0.96

02:43:50.220 So it's still going to be a W for them. 0.97

02:43:51.960 The USA is probably going to be there.

02:43:53.280 United States attorney, they're all going to be there partying and drinking.

02:43:55.800 And they're probably having a social hour right now as we speak alongside the case agents from HSI.

02:44:01.860 Bill, and honestly, that's not just branding.

02:44:04.660 This thing is huge.

02:44:05.780 When will you cover the 1975 Munich Olympic attack?

02:44:09.520 No one's ever asked.

02:44:11.360 I don't think about covering it because no one's ever asked.

02:44:13.460 Over 900 pages long.

02:44:15.540 And it's got something in it for just about everybody.

02:44:17.900 Whether that's good or bad depends a lot on where you stand.

02:44:21.640 Let's start with what's in it for working folks, because that's where a lot of attention is going.

02:44:26.060 All right, niggas, working guys. 1.00

02:44:27.240 Let's see how this bill affects you guys.

02:44:28.840 For starters, if you're someone who works in the service industry, maybe a restaurant, salon, hotel,

02:44:34.860 you'll now be able to deduct up to $25,000 in tip income from your taxable income.

02:44:40.060 That's huge.

02:44:40.780 That's a W. 0.50

02:44:41.540 That's a huge W for the working class, especially people in the service industry.

02:44:44.480 I know a lot of people who...

02:44:46.080 And Trump did run on this, no tax on tips, if you guys remember, in the 2024 campaign.

02:44:49.700 ...work double shifts and still feel like taxes eat away half their earnings.

02:44:54.440 So this helps.

02:44:55.620 But there's a catch.

02:44:57.440 If you make over $150,000 as an individual or $300,000 as a couple, the benefit starts to phase out.

02:45:04.980 So it's definitely targeted more at low to middle income earners.

02:45:08.860 Also, there's a new deduction for overtime pay.

02:45:11.740 And also, Cam Cook, thank you for being a member of OSS.

02:45:13.980 I see that you're...

02:45:14.740 A lot of you guys are on OSS, but you guys watch on YouTube.

02:45:16.640 And that's exactly why I still stream on YouTube, because I know a lot of you guys prefer it.

02:45:20.440 So for those of you that come over and support on OSS, even though you prefer to watch on YouTube, 0.97

02:45:24.840 I appreciate that, because you guys know YouTube is fucking, you know, shafting me. 0.94

02:45:30.640 Clearly, there's some bias here. 0.99

02:45:32.340 Man, if I could tell you guys all the story behind the scenes, you guys would fucking lose your minds. 0.97

02:45:37.120 But that's a whole other... 1.00

02:45:38.160 I'm not here to fucking complain about that shit is what it is. 0.99

02:45:40.820 Maybe one day I'll reveal it to you guys, or I'll do it on OSS only, not on YouTube. 0.98

02:45:44.640 But thank you guys.

02:45:45.420 Just wanted to say that.

02:45:46.960 Same deal.

02:45:48.140 If you're putting in those extra hours, you can write off more of what you earn.

02:45:51.960 That's something folks have been asking for, for years, especially with inflation,

02:45:56.660 making everyone stretch their paycheck a little further.

02:45:59.780 And guess what?

02:46:00.760 There's a new senior deduction, too.

02:46:02.640 If you're 65 or older, you may qualify for a $6,000 bonus deduction.

02:46:07.780 That's up from the $4,000 version the house was originally considering.

02:46:12.320 It starts phasing out for individuals who make over $75,000, or couples over $150,000.

02:46:19.880 But still, if you're on a fixed income, every bit helps.

02:46:23.440 Now let's talk kids.

02:46:24.740 If you have a child born between 2024 and 2028, they could get something called a Trump account.

02:46:30.280 It's a government-seeded savings plan with a $1,000 deposit, meant to grow over time in an index fund.

02:46:38.000 It's not cash you can spend now, but it's a financial head start.

02:46:41.380 Also, I think this is with American cars, if I'm not mistaken, this deduction for cars,

02:46:45.280 which is good because, you know, it's going to incentivize people to buy American.

02:46:50.200 And for families who never had the means to open a $529,000 or brokerage account,

02:46:55.440 this could be a pretty powerful tool.

02:46:57.660 It's automatic, too.

02:46:58.980 No application required.

02:47:00.720 That part's nice.

02:47:02.060 Also, a lot of people have asked, what about auto loans?

02:47:05.440 The bill includes a deduction for interest paid on certain U.S. assembled auto loans.

02:47:10.520 There you go.

02:47:10.960 I told you.

02:47:12.240 Which, that's good.

02:47:13.200 Ford, you know, Chevy, etc.

02:47:17.540 Capped at $10,000 and doesn't apply to every loan.

02:47:21.800 But if you bought a car recently, it might be worth taking another look at your paperwork come tax season.

02:47:26.800 So, on the surface, this all sounds pretty good, right?

02:47:30.120 But, and this is a big, but there's another side to the story.

02:47:34.160 Because to make room for all these tax cuts, the bill cuts spending, and not just a little,

02:47:39.840 we're talking about deep cuts to programs like Medicaid and SNAP, which is a supplement.

02:47:44.920 Okay, and this is what has a lot of the, um, the Democrats up in arms.

02:47:50.180 ...nutrition assistance program, commonly called food stamps.

02:47:54.040 So, here's what's changing.

02:47:55.580 First, Medicaid.

02:47:56.900 The bill adds a new federal work requirement for adults between 19 and 64 who don't have a disability.

02:48:04.060 You'll have to prove 80 hours a month of work, volunteering, or training.

02:48:08.440 And unless you have a child under 14, the exemption for parents no longer applies.

02:48:14.240 A lot of folks will be caught off guard by that one.

02:48:16.760 Also, eligibility checks, now, happen every six months instead of once a year.

02:48:22.540 That sounds small, but in practice it means more paperwork, more deadlines,

02:48:27.360 more chances to get kicked off coverage for missing a form or deadline.

02:48:31.120 And when you combine all of that, the Congressional Budget Office estimates that nearly 8 million people will lose Medicaid by 2034.

02:48:40.080 That's not nothing.

02:48:41.340 And then there's SNAP.

02:48:42.580 Some of y'all niggas are cooked. 1.00

02:48:43.920 Similar work requirements, but with a new twist.

02:48:47.260 If a state has a high error rate in its benefits distribution, they now have to pay part of the cost out of their own pocket.

02:48:53.460 That's going to hit poorer states the hardest.

02:48:55.860 And for some 600,000 low-income families, monthly food assistance could drop by about $100.

02:49:02.680 So you see the pattern.

02:49:04.020 The bill gives with one hand, through deductions and credits.

02:49:07.580 But it takes away with the other by scaling back government support for lower-income families.

02:49:12.540 So in other words, for those of you that work for your money, you're going to be able to keep more of it.

02:49:17.760 For you freeloader niggas, amen. 1.00

02:49:19.460 Amen.

02:49:22.620 Hey, you freeloader niggas are going to get less money, bro. 1.00

02:49:25.100 But if you decide to work, you're able to get more of your money and keep more of it because you're getting tax cuts.

02:49:29.980 Right?

02:49:30.360 For the working class.

02:49:31.320 But for the non-working class, amen. 0.91

02:49:36.000 Your time is coming.

02:49:38.480 You ain't going to be able to get as many of those hot Cheetos. 0.99

02:49:43.280 You fried chicken connoisseurs, you can't go to the KFC with your EBT card.

02:49:47.080 And depending on your personal situation, you might get a little...

02:49:52.480 So basically, if you're a freeloader, you're cooked, bro.

02:49:55.120 Keep it at $1,000.

02:49:57.300 Little help from the tax code, but lose a lot more in health care or food support.

02:50:02.240 And then there's energy.

02:50:03.620 This one stirred up a lot of conversation.

02:50:06.240 Under this bill, nearly all of the clean energy tax credits passed during the Biden years are being rolled back.

02:50:12.860 That includes incentives for...

02:50:14.440 So someone in the chat made a good point.

02:50:15.940 And I said a lot of people that use those programs also work.

02:50:17.980 Yeah.

02:50:18.260 So they'll keep more of their money.

02:50:20.160 They'll be able to keep more of their money, especially people in the service industry.

02:50:22.760 If you're a waiter or a waitress or something like that or a bartender, any of these jobs where you're getting tips, that's going to be huge for you.

02:50:28.740 Electric vehicles, solar panels, heat pumps, all the stuff you see in those home...

02:50:33.260 But for all the porch monkeys... 0.89

02:50:34.900 RIP to you, diggers, bro. 1.00

02:50:39.660 It's definitely going to be a big ass... 0.94

02:50:41.740 Meanwhile, the rest of us are going to be like... 0.99

02:50:47.060 Fatality.

02:50:52.500 ...upgrade ads.

02:50:53.500 They're gone or set to expire very soon.

02:50:56.000 So what's replacing them?

02:50:57.400 New tax breaks for fossil fuel production.

02:51:00.420 Coal, oil, gas.

02:51:01.980 Excise taxes on fossil fuels are being removed.

02:51:04.780 And credits are being introduced for coal production, especially in U.S. facilities.

02:51:10.740 If you work in energy or you live in a state like Texas or West Virginia, this might sound like a return to stability.

02:51:17.700 But for clean energy startups and solar companies, many of which had planned big expansions based on those credits, this is a serious reversal.

02:51:26.560 And here's something I didn't expect when I read the bill.

02:51:29.120 There's a section on space.

02:51:31.460 Yes, space.

02:51:32.660 $10 billion is going toward Mars mission planning.

02:51:35.940 Another $325 million to help de-orbit the International Space Station.

02:51:41.840 And $85 million is going to move the space shuttle from Virginia to Texas.

02:51:47.040 That last one sparked a lot of jokes online.

02:51:49.280 But space exploration is part of the broader defense budget in this bill, which also includes $29 billion for shipbuilding and $25 billion for missile defense.

02:52:00.780 And speaking of defense, the border provisions are one of the most heavily funded parts.

02:52:06.440 $46.5 billion is going to expand the border wall and install new surveillance.

02:52:12.420 $45 billion more is going toward detention centers and $30 billion to train new ICE agents.

02:52:19.280 There's also a $100 fee now for people seeking asylum.

02:52:23.960 So, while the tax cuts are getting most of the headlines, this bill is also massively ramping up funding for military and immigration enforcement.

02:52:32.920 That's a pretty clear reflection of the current administration's priorities.

02:52:37.520 But here's the part that a lot of people are still wrapping their heads around.

02:52:40.920 The cost.

02:52:41.520 The Congressional Budget Office estimates that this bill will add $3.3 trillion to the national deficit over the next 10 years.

02:52:50.600 Some estimates, once you factor in interest and extended provisions, say it's closer to $5.3 trillion.

02:52:58.040 Though, supporters say it's worth it.

02:53:00.380 They see it as an investment in growth, energy independence, and national security.

02:53:05.840 Critics say it's a wealth transfer.

02:53:07.860 And, guys, this is probably going to be Trump's, like, biggest bill that he passes while he's in office.

02:53:12.280 That's why he's pushing to do it now before the midterms.

02:53:14.880 Because the Democrats are going to take the House back, man.

02:53:17.500 It's going to be hard for him to get anything done.

02:53:19.480 So, there's a reason why he's trying to push this thing before July 4th.

02:53:23.120 Probably will be the biggest piece of legislation he passes on this administration this term.

02:53:28.080 Support for the poor and giving breaks to the wealthy.

02:53:31.060 And, the data does show that households making over $217,000 a year will get the biggest tax cut.

02:53:39.080 Around $12,500 on average.

02:53:42.240 Households making under $35,000 will see about $150.

02:53:47.460 It's a pretty stark difference.

02:53:49.440 Even though that sounds tough to hear, it's worth knowing.

02:53:52.260 Because when you understand the numbers, you can better plan for what's ahead.

02:53:56.300 One more thing before we wrap.

02:53:58.060 There's still one...

02:53:58.720 Yeah, AOC is 100% going to run in 2028.

02:54:01.060 It's either going to be her or Bernie.

02:54:04.780 But I predict she'll run for president and she'll have Bernie as a running mate. 0.99

02:54:07.880 That's what I predict.

02:54:09.440 2028.

02:54:10.160 And then I think...

02:54:10.880 I predict J.D. Vance is going to run in 2028 on the Republican side.

02:54:14.940 I think Thomas Massey should run.

02:54:16.560 I tweeted at him.

02:54:17.460 I said, bro, you need to run.

02:54:18.740 You'd get a huge amount of supporters.

02:54:20.040 And I do think he'd beat J.D. Vance if he ran.

02:54:21.920 But he's not going to do it.

02:54:23.880 Running for president is...

02:54:25.400 It's going to be tough.

02:54:27.600 One step left.

02:54:28.800 The House has to approve the Senate's version.

02:54:31.660 If they do that without changes, the bill heads straight to President Trump's desk.

02:54:36.340 Maybe even before the 4th of July.

02:54:38.680 Yeah, that's the goal.

02:54:39.500 But if they make edits, the Senate has to reconvene.

02:54:42.940 And with lawmakers heading home for the holiday, that could slow everything down.

02:54:47.420 So now you're probably thinking, what does this mean for you?

02:54:50.500 Well, if you're a senior, you might want to look into that new deduction.

02:54:54.800 If you're a tipped worker, keep records of your tips this year.

02:54:58.080 If you're on Medicaid or SNAP, it's time to stay alert for state-level changes.

02:55:02.580 If you're accounting on tax credits for solar or an EV purchase, maybe hold off for now and see what happens in the final version.

02:55:10.340 And also, this is one of those times where talking about it actually helps.

02:55:14.540 Because a lot of people don't know how much of this could affect them.

02:55:17.360 So share this with someone who might benefit.

02:55:20.240 Yeah, so who's it going to hurt?

02:55:23.000 Freeloaders.

02:55:23.640 Who's it going to help?

02:55:24.680 People that work.

02:55:27.440 So, bro, I'm telling you, man. 0.97

02:55:29.280 All you porch monkeys. 1.00

02:55:33.060 Hey, man, you won't be able to get those hot Cheetos. 0.97

02:55:35.460 Fatality.

02:55:40.740 Yo, that evil laugh is hilarious.

02:55:42.820 So Elon Musk is not happy about this.

02:55:44.580 He has been criticizing this bill for a very long time, guys.

02:55:50.200 And he's been adamantly against it.

02:55:54.440 Let's see here.

02:55:55.420 President Trump and Elon Musk have reignited their feud over Trump's legislative agenda, also known as the Big Beautiful Bill. 0.99

02:56:13.040 What the fuck? 1.00

02:56:14.940 Shit, act the trash. 1.00

02:56:15.860 Earlier this week, Elon Musk posted a number of criticisms to Trump's agenda on X and even threatened to start a new political primary and threatened to campaign against any House Republican that voted against the legislative agenda. 1.00

02:56:32.240 Yeah, he donated money to Thomas Massey, endorsed Thomas, or he said he was going to donate to Thomas Massey, or he did, if I'm not mistaken, because he hates this bill.

02:56:41.740 And obviously Trump fired back.

02:56:43.240 He's losing his EV mandate.

02:56:47.640 So he's mad about the EV mandate, according to Trump.

02:56:49.900 He said about things, but, you know, he could lose a lot more than that.

02:56:53.440 I can tell you right now.

02:56:55.880 Elon, Elon can lose a lot more than that.

02:56:58.500 I think what's going to happen is Doge is going to look at Musk.

02:57:01.320 And if Doge looks at Musk, we're going to save a fortune.

02:57:04.180 Thank you very much, everybody.

02:57:05.580 I don't think he should be playing that game with me.

02:57:08.040 Musk is showing no signs of letting up, even vowing to.

02:57:12.260 I'll tell you guys, this, Trump is the most entertaining president in American history.

02:57:16.180 Help President Trump.

02:57:17.200 By far.

02:57:18.040 Critic in Congress, Congressman Thomas Massey, who Trump has vowed to oust from his seat.

02:57:23.640 Yeah, he hates, he hates Thomas Massey.

02:57:25.800 I like Thomas Massey because Thomas Massey doesn't take a dollar of AIPAC money, bro.

02:57:29.400 Um. 0.96

02:57:41.220 Damn, it's already eight o'clock. 0.99

02:57:45.300 Elon Musk is ratcheting up his feud with President Trump. 0.97

02:57:48.600 And guys, just so you guys know, we're going to go ahead and cover your boy Tate, part two,

02:57:55.160 with him and Bonnie Blue.

02:57:56.760 And we'll also cover some of the ditty stuff you guys will be able to hear,

02:58:00.200 freshest take, bills, Moe.

02:58:02.520 So we'll talk about that with them as well.

02:58:04.620 Let me see how far along these guys are.

02:58:07.220 Vowing to support one of the president's arch nemeses, Congressman Thomas Massey.

02:58:11.860 Musk had posted on X that he would primary any congressman who campaigned on reducing

02:58:16.140 government spending, but still voted for Trump's big, beautiful bill.

02:58:20.180 Former Congressman Justin Amash then responded to Musk, writing,

02:58:23.960 please support Rep. Thomas Massey.

02:58:26.140 The establishment is working to primary him because he's a genuine fiscal conservative

02:58:30.500 and opposes the big, bloated scam.

02:58:33.260 To which Musk responded, I will.

02:58:36.100 President Trump's allies started a super PAC last month called Kentucky MAGA in an effort

02:58:41.260 to oist Massey.

02:58:42.520 The president has recently been torching Massey for opposing the big, beautiful bill,

02:58:47.140 calling the congressman a grandstander and a very bad guy.

02:58:50.960 Massey and Musk exchanged some kind words on X yesterday.

02:58:53.860 Musk told the congressman he was awesome, to which Massey responded,

02:58:58.320 you're too kind, but thank you.

02:59:00.320 A large part of my job is to keep governments from screwing things up for the engineers and

02:59:04.800 entrepreneurs who do make this world a better place.

02:59:08.340 I don't think enough people appreciate the contributions you and your teams have made to

02:59:12.760 civilization.

02:59:14.180 Goodness me.

02:59:14.920 The president addressed his ongoing beef with the tech titan yesterday.

02:59:18.500 Let's take a look at that.

02:59:19.420 We might have to put Doge on Elon, you know?

02:59:24.920 You know what Doge is?

02:59:26.780 Doge is the monster that might have to go back and eat Elon. 0.88

02:59:30.640 Wouldn't that be terrible?

02:59:31.940 He's upset that he's losing his EV mandate, and he's very upset about things, but, you know,

02:59:39.460 he could lose a lot more than that, I should tell you right now.

02:59:41.900 Well, that was really cute, with Elon and Thomas Massey sitting in a tree.

02:59:50.300 Unbelievable stuff.

02:59:51.580 You're awesome.

02:59:52.480 No, you're awesomer.

02:59:54.160 Oh, mad stuff.

02:59:55.440 The things you've done for civilization.

02:59:57.320 For civilization, no less.

02:59:59.080 Not merely the United States or the world, but civilization.

03:00:02.300 You know, look, I mean, I guess it's interesting, in Massey's case, the threat to primary him

03:00:09.220 for Trump, the threat, or the promise, rather, to defend him from Elon Musk.

03:00:13.520 I did look up Massey's campaign spending, and the last 2024, he had a primary that he won

03:00:20.260 easily, and then he had the most tokenistic of opposition in the general election, which

03:00:25.600 meant that he spent a grand total, apparently, of $1.3 million on his re-election campaign.

03:00:31.660 So, a Trump super PAC against him, or Elon Musk's largesse for him, could certainly make

03:00:38.200 it a rather more big spending Kentucky race, I suppose.

03:00:41.600 Sure, and he's been raising a lot of money organically since Trump has attacked him.

03:00:46.100 The way he described it to me last week was there's been three volleys in their sort of

03:00:51.380 view that's been going on, although he talks about it in a very funny, sort of, like, non-plussed

03:00:57.660 kind of way.

03:00:58.160 But he said in the first volley, he got $300,000-plus from donors.

03:01:04.900 The second one, I think he said he got $50,000, $60,000 in the latest, or $70,000, and in the

03:01:09.860 latest one, he's received $130,000.

03:01:13.860 So, he's already pulled in more than half a million bucks just every time the president

03:01:18.700 attacks him.

03:01:19.480 And the big challenge in Kentucky is that Kentucky is a state of, sort of, maverick voters.

03:01:25.340 They are not straight-line Republicans.

03:01:28.480 And Senator Rand Paul as well, right?

03:01:30.260 Exactly.

03:01:30.860 I mean, they—

03:01:31.480 Yeah, Thomas Massey, Rand Paul—these guys are all libertarians, chat, okay?

03:01:35.840 They're all libertarians.

03:01:36.900 So, libertarians tend to be a bit more central on certain things, right?

03:01:42.880 You know, it's more focused on, like, the utmost liberty for people, less spending, non-interventionalism,

03:01:50.380 especially when it comes to foreign affairs, stuff like that.

03:01:53.460 They like—they like Thomas Massey's position on ending foreign wars.

03:01:57.620 And, frankly, AIPAC has been going after him since 2012.

03:02:02.040 Yep, because he's, like, the only congressman.

03:02:04.080 I think, like, him and maybe one or two other people are, like, the only ones that don't

03:02:06.800 take money from AIPAC.

03:02:08.340 They don't love that the—

03:02:10.020 And we know that our government is run by them boys.

03:02:12.200 And if you guys don't believe me—

03:02:13.120 John F. Kennedy!

03:02:13.900 Let me show you guys.

03:02:14.540 I got a video here.

03:02:15.280 Let me show you guys this excellent video that your guy Brett made real quick.

03:02:20.860 Actually, you know what?

03:02:21.460 I'll do you guys even one better. 1.00

03:02:22.700 I want you guys to be able to see this shit. 1.00

03:02:26.160 Oh, oh, man. 1.00

03:02:27.220 Here we go.

03:02:30.860 Oh, no.

03:02:31.320 We'll go full screen on this thing.

03:02:35.860 Because we've been an occupied government for a very long time, niggas. 1.00

03:02:42.420 John F. Kennedy was anti-Israel having a nuclear bomb.

03:02:45.800 He was not a fan of Israel.

03:02:46.900 He did not like Ben-Gurion.

03:02:47.960 Ben-Gurion lied to him, said that they don't have a nuclear program when they really did.

03:02:51.140 When he sent inspectors in, he had, like, a fake nuclear facility set up that was not real.

03:02:55.200 JFK knew this.

03:02:56.100 He hated it.

03:02:56.680 So him and his brother effectively worked to not only get AIPAC, he tried to get them

03:03:00.400 to register into Pharaoh.

03:03:01.340 This was his brother, Robert F. Kennedy, RFK.

03:03:03.420 And John F. Kennedy, who's trying to get the nuclear inspections.

03:03:05.780 The next thing you know, both of them end up dead and assassinated through peculiar means.

03:03:09.100 We'll just say it that way.

03:03:10.040 So Israel ends up getting a nuclear bomb shortly after John F. Kennedy was killed in 1963.

03:03:14.220 Because the president that came and replaced John F. Kennedy was this guy right here, Lyndon B. Johnson.

03:03:20.100 You can thank him for the unequivocal support of Israel that we currently exercise now as part of our foreign policy.

03:03:26.320 Lyndon B. Johnson was the first president to come in and basically have this, we're going to give Israel whatever they want. 0.64

03:03:31.800 Foreign aid tripled, pretty much, under his reign.

03:03:34.220 We've stopped the nuclear inspections.

03:03:35.840 We stopped making them register into Pharaoh.

03:03:37.500 And Lyndon B. Johnson was the beginning of a very pro-Israel America.

03:03:41.180 And ever since after Lyndon B. Johnson, we've adopted this very unequivocal support of Israel and their greatest ally.

03:03:50.220 Boom.

03:03:50.840 Get in there, ninjas. 1.00

03:03:52.300 Shout out to my guy, Brett.

03:03:53.360 Making good stuff, man.

03:03:54.500 We're posting these clips all the time for you guys, by the way.

03:03:57.360 So make sure to show some love.

03:03:59.680 But yeah, dude, our government is occupied.

03:04:01.900 And Thomas Massey talked about this.

03:04:03.840 And that's why AIPAC, they've been going after him for years, bro.

03:04:06.620 Israel lobby is attacking their home state congressman.

03:04:10.940 And they also are people who have a heavy union presence.

03:04:15.280 The teachers union is one of the largest employers in Kentucky.

03:04:18.140 They are people who, for a long time, were really Dixiecrats before coming over to the Trump camp.

03:04:25.000 So this is a pretty movable and flexible coalition that we're talking about here.

03:04:30.220 The idea that they can just find this, like, MAGA-RA-RA state senator that's going to take out Thomas Massey is, I think, a fundamentally flawed political strategy.

03:04:39.720 Yeah.

03:04:40.520 A lot of people like Massey, especially since Israel is so unpopular right now. 0.99

03:04:44.400 And he was one of the first people to break this on the Tucker Carlson podcast, I think, last year, where he mentioned how people have, like, an AIPAC handler, which is fucking crazy for him to say some shit like that. 0.98

03:04:55.700 Guys, do me a favor. 0.97

03:04:56.840 We're at 2,200 likes.

03:04:58.160 Let's get to 3,000 before we end the stream.

03:05:00.180 3,000 ninjas.

03:05:01.360 Let's get to damn near 100% engagement on this thing.

03:05:05.820 I think that that is the case, even if Trump continues to sort of aim his fire at Massey.

03:05:10.780 I mean, obviously, I take the point that Massey has had a fundraising surge as a consequence of those attacks.

03:05:18.300 But even if Trump continues to place himself very much oppositionally to Massey, your bet would be that those sort of unusual political contours to Kentucky would enable Massey to survive.

03:05:30.300 Yeah, I think this is different than a Bob Goodes situation in Virginia.

03:05:33.020 And, I mean, the other problem of this, sort of the elephant in the room, is that Trump will notice if this challenge is not going well and he won't stick with it.

03:05:45.920 He cares very much about his record when it comes to endorsements.

03:05:50.400 And if the primary comes inching up and Trump's chosen horse is not performing well, he could very well back out of an endorsement and choose to back Thomas Massey again.

03:06:02.300 He's done this before.

03:06:03.420 Real quick.

03:06:05.020 SL says, Myron, hear me out. 1.00

03:06:08.340 There's no such thing as golden pussy. 1.00

03:06:09.820 All right. 0.99

03:06:10.060 Fair enough.

03:06:10.420 I agree.

03:06:11.340 Because out of every 20 to 40 women, only one might have it. 1.00

03:06:15.580 Yeah, fair.

03:06:16.100 Coco Manny says, Yo, Randy Fine just launched his own show on Rumble.

03:06:21.500 All of a sudden, he loves free speech.

03:06:22.840 Yeah, bro. 1.00

03:06:23.200 Fuck that nigga, man. 1.00

03:06:23.960 Randy Fine is definitely one of them boys calling for censorship. 1.00

03:06:27.880 Castle Club Clan, shout out to you, bro.

03:06:32.120 He sent in a dollar on OSS, but he said, I just sent the Rumble user MikeJBZ an annual subscription to the OSS.

03:06:39.320 Hopefully it worked.

03:06:39.980 If anyone wants a gifted OSS membership, send me your email to BamaSparks1984. 0.99

03:06:48.680 Guys, holy shit. 0.97

03:06:50.280 Castle Club Clan, thank you so much, bro. 0.98

03:06:52.540 He wants to support you guys. 0.99

03:06:53.780 If any of you guys want to become OSS members, he is going to gift you a fucking subscription. 0.96

03:06:59.480 Also, he's known as Sparks84, but on OSS, he's named his Castle Club Clan. 0.98

03:07:08.400 So, that is a big fucking W, guys. 0.93

03:07:10.580 His email is BamaSparks1984 at gmail.com. 0.98

03:07:14.960 Again, that is BamaSparks, B-A-M-A-S-P-A-R-K-S 1984 at gmail.com.

03:07:22.060 He will gift you guys an OSS sub.

03:07:24.300 So, bro, thank you so much for that, man.

03:07:27.500 He's really doing it for the people, bro.

03:07:28.940 You guys got to show him love.

03:07:31.800 So, yeah. 0.99

03:07:33.920 Oh, and just so you guys know, next week, because this dumbass nigga, Rafael Mendes, says I'm good, unk. 1.00

03:07:40.020 Okay, bitchass nigga, let me tell you this. 1.00

03:07:41.980 Next week, we're going to be having Corey Hughes on, and we're going to be talking about the Cookie Monster event. 0.97

03:07:48.340 We're definitely not doing that on YouTube, and we're not doing it even on Rumble, okay?

03:07:53.160 And the reason why is because that topic is illegal in, like, 20 countries.

03:07:56.500 So, we're going to go ahead and cover that on OSS only, okay? 0.94

03:08:01.680 Because I don't want people clipping in, making it go all crazy, shit like that. 0.81

03:08:04.360 It's only going to be for OSS. 0.80

03:08:05.380 That is going to be next week.

03:08:06.220 I'm shooting until next Tuesday.

03:08:08.240 Me, Corey Hughes, the guy that covered the JFK stuff, yes, he's also an avid researcher on the Cookie Monster event.

03:08:14.660 So, we're going to talk about that next Tuesday, more than likely, and that is going to be OSS only.

03:08:19.980 You guys don't want to miss that.

03:08:21.500 So, for the Rafael Mendes guy that said, oh, yo, we good on, all right, nigga, well, you're not going to be able to get into that stream, okay? 0.97

03:08:27.100 That is going to be an OSS exclusive with Corey Hughes, because a lot of you guys ask me all the time, bro, Europa, Europa.

03:08:34.100 Okay, nigga, we're going to give you guys Europa for real with Corey Hughes talking about it. 0.98

03:08:37.800 Mr. B, since I've been living, since living, I've been hating them able-bodied freeloaders. 0.89

03:08:44.080 Sometimes my fridge will be empty, and I couldn't ask for government help because I earned too much, 0.99

03:08:47.660 while the baby factory freeloaders have been receiving food stamps and shit with my taxes. 1.00

03:08:51.960 Time for them to fucking work. 0.99

03:08:53.000 Hopefully, moving makes them lose weight as a bonus, eh, bro? 0.99

03:08:56.160 That's facts, Mr. B.

03:08:58.580 That's facts, bro.

03:09:00.820 Since living alone, okay, got you.

03:09:02.280 Full message or after, depending on reading order.

03:09:03.900 I got you, Mr. B.

03:09:04.520 We got you.

03:09:04.920 We understood what you were saying.

03:09:05.820 But yes, guys, again, if you guys want to get gifted a sub, send an email to B-A-M-A-Sparks1984.

03:09:14.920 BamaSparks1984 at gmail.com.

03:09:17.000 I'll keep it up on screen for you guys if you guys want to see it.

03:09:21.140 Matter of fact, let me see here because it only shows up if you're watching on OSS.

03:09:30.760 BamaSparks1984 at gmail.com.

03:09:35.820 What's good, Myron?

03:09:39.140 Been a longtime supporter since your first Fresh and Fit studio.

03:09:41.320 I used to watch PBD, but he's a Zio cook. 1.00

03:09:42.940 Oh, my God.

03:09:43.880 Not only watch you for my news and politics, keep up the good work.

03:09:45.900 This is from Brown and Broke.

03:09:46.680 I appreciate that, bro.

03:09:48.100 Hey, man, you guys know I keep it real.

03:09:50.300 And like I told you guys before, look, guys.

03:09:56.780 Most political commentators, okay, that are in the right wing are not going to be good on foreign policy.

03:10:03.940 I've said it before, I'll say it again, all right, guys?

03:10:07.020 Just keeping it real with y'all.

03:10:10.080 Like 90% of political commentators on the right can't talk foreign policy.

03:10:14.380 And the reason why they can't talk foreign policy is because they have to cover for Israel. 0.50

03:10:17.420 If you cover for Israel, that means you can't keep it real. 0.95

03:10:19.520 Can't keep it real?

03:10:20.860 Bad analysis.

03:10:23.180 And that's because the right wing is controlled by them boys.

03:10:28.080 It's an ugly truth.

03:10:29.480 The right wing is absolutely controlled by them boys.

03:10:31.360 So all the biggest right wing commentators are cucked to Israel. 1.00

03:10:35.540 The only people that keep it real on that shit, bro, keep it a thousand with you on the right wing are me, Candace, and Nick. 1.00

03:10:40.660 That I can think of. 1.00

03:10:41.560 That are like actual, you know, right wing commentators.

03:10:44.280 Other people are like libertarians.

03:10:45.800 Like, you know, like Ian Carroll, Dave Smith, et cetera.

03:10:48.980 These guys are libertarians.

03:10:50.440 But as far as like right wing, me, Nick, and Candace, I can think of. 0.98

03:10:55.100 Like with video type podcast type shit. 0.91

03:10:57.640 You know, Twitter, of course, there's a bunch. 0.97

03:10:59.400 But I don't consider Twitter real.

03:11:00.800 I'm talking about people that actually got platforms that podcast, that stream.

03:11:04.280 Us three, I would say.

03:11:06.020 Everybody else, bro, is absolutely cucked when it comes to Israel and foreign policy in general.

03:11:10.960 You know, and it's interesting, too, because they'll sit there and oppose the Ukraine war.

03:11:15.400 Right.

03:11:16.000 But they won't oppose the Israel conflicts and how we give Israel all this money.

03:11:19.300 And I think Piers Morgan got PBD on that because he asked PBD about, you know, well, you oppose the Ukraine war, but you don't oppose the money that we give to Israel.

03:11:27.860 That doesn't make sense.

03:11:28.740 And he kind of got them there.

03:11:30.240 It went viral, I remember.

03:11:32.120 But yeah, guys, that's why.

03:11:33.580 Like, I'm sorry.

03:11:35.340 Conservatives are cucked to Israel. 0.52

03:11:37.540 Y'all are never going to get the real deal from them.

03:11:39.620 So, you know, I'm not saying don't watch them.

03:11:41.300 I like PBD.

03:11:41.820 I like Dom.

03:11:42.460 I like Bongino.

03:11:43.420 I like Dan.

03:11:44.700 Well, the biggest ones.

03:11:47.200 PBD, Crowder, Bongino.

03:11:49.500 Bongino doesn't do it anymore, but you guys get the idea.

03:11:52.140 You know, even Ben Shapiro, Daily Wire, Michael Knowles, Matt Walsh, all these guys, you know, they're good on social issues.

03:11:58.800 They're good on cultural issues.

03:12:00.220 Terrible on foreign policy.

03:12:01.760 All of them are terrible on foreign policy.

03:12:03.680 Terrible. 0.99

03:12:04.460 They're either going to have, they're going to be like super pro-Israel, like Ben Shapiro is damn near a fucking Mossad spy at this point. 0.91

03:12:11.060 Or they're going to be like Matt Walsh where they say, oh, I just don't want to be involved at all. 0.90

03:12:16.000 Right.

03:12:16.420 And they won't talk about it any more than that.

03:12:18.000 Or they'll be like guys like Michael Knowles who will just like stay away from it completely, not even talk about it.

03:12:22.660 Or, you know, be like Crowder and kind of try to take a more neutral stance or whatever, you know, because.

03:12:29.160 Since conservative media is owned by them boys, you can't go at them like that. 1.00

03:12:32.520 You can't like it'll fuck up your shit. 1.00

03:12:34.740 Right. 1.00

03:12:35.300 I know Brandon Tatum is like pro-Israel. 0.89

03:12:37.060 Everybody's pro-Israel pretty much on the right. 0.59

03:12:39.700 You know, like this is where I give the left wing commentators like more credit because they at least they'll criticize.

03:12:47.720 Israel from a humanitarian perspective.

03:12:49.900 But right wing, bro, cocked.

03:12:51.540 Absolutely cocked.

03:12:53.280 Does the BBB mention anything about reducing taxes on OTP?

03:12:56.700 Yeah.

03:12:57.880 You'll be able to collect some more of that money because you'll get taxed less.

03:13:03.240 Lostboy978.

03:13:03.720 Why didn't Iran get targeted? 0.98

03:13:05.580 Why didn't Iran targeted the red cows? 0.92

03:13:07.460 Maybe the world would be a better place if they set back Israel's plans. 1.00

03:13:10.160 Well, remember, bro, I see your perspective, but like most Israelis are not religious. 1.00

03:13:17.360 They're not, you know, radical Judaism followers.

03:13:21.940 Most Israelis are actually secular. 0.93

03:13:24.200 That's just that's just one side of the whole conflict, like the whole, you know, red heifers and shit like that. 0.93

03:13:30.600 That's just one portion of why Israel is, you know, doing the things that they're doing. 0.86

03:13:34.960 Well, most Israelis are most Israelis are secular.

03:13:40.660 A lot of them are atheists, man.

03:13:41.800 Before, there was a supposedly MAGA candidate in 2022 that was running against Thomas Massey.

03:13:50.380 And Trump was thinking about endorsing her because she was the, you know, red hat wearing person. 0.99

03:13:56.440 And Thomas Massey was kicking her butt. 0.98

03:13:59.340 And he called Thomas Massey and said, can I endorse you? 0.99

03:14:02.500 And recently in Arizona, Nile, Karen Taylor Robson got the Trump endorsement, 0.79

03:14:06.100 but hasn't been performing that well in the Arizona gubernatorial primary.

03:14:08.940 So he, a month later, co-endorsed Andy Biggs.

03:14:11.880 You just endorsed the other candidate as well.

03:14:14.140 The worst thing in Georgia as well, when he had endorsed, was it, Purdue against Brian Kemp?

03:14:18.840 And he didn't exactly abandon, well, I mean, he effectively abandoned him.

03:14:23.300 Yeah, and he's done it before, and he will again.

03:14:26.160 Two former presidents are reunited in a rare move to rebuke USAID's closure.

03:14:31.680 More on that after this. 0.99

03:14:34.860 Bro, that nigga's accent is the worst, man. 1.00

03:14:36.940 Holy. 1.00

03:14:38.940 So let's see here, chat.

03:14:46.600 All right, guys.

03:14:47.300 So the squad is here.

03:14:49.920 We're going to go ahead and get into some fresh and fit.

03:14:53.920 Going to cover the Tate stuff.

03:14:56.960 So cover some Diddy stuff as well.

03:14:59.560 So we're going to go ahead and set up that.

03:15:06.860 We're definitely going to set up that, that stream.

03:15:12.800 So.

03:15:15.260 All right, ninjas.

03:15:17.180 Let's see.

03:15:17.660 Let me make sure I didn't miss any other chats.

03:15:19.220 Candid Chris subscribed.

03:15:20.260 Welcome to the OSS, my friend.

03:15:22.440 Happy to have you here.

03:15:23.840 Jake, the man says, Nick was saying Massey should let the BBB pass.

03:15:29.860 Big, beautiful bill.

03:15:30.760 I was originally thinking Massey should block the big, beautiful bill. 1.00

03:15:33.260 But what do you think with Nick?

03:15:34.720 But do you agree with Nick that Massey should step away from trying to block the BBB and let the BBB pass since we need to stop immigration and the deficit isn't as important?

03:15:42.760 I'm a huge Massey fan, but Nick seemed to make a huge point here.

03:15:48.300 Yeah.

03:15:48.760 So the big, beautiful bill.

03:15:49.700 And I think that's also a big reason why Trump put everything in one bill.

03:15:53.400 You know, this guy kind of goes to show how smart Trump is.

03:15:55.840 He knew that there's a lot of stuff in there that people are going to oppose but also agree with.

03:15:59.560 So it's like, hey, you want this?

03:16:01.280 If you want that to be put in, you need to sign the entire bill.

03:16:04.900 So I do think that was a part of Trump's strategy was to put everything in one big, beautiful bill, as he calls it.

03:16:10.700 But that way, even dissenters that like some of the stuff in there, they're going to have to agree with it.

03:16:16.120 So, yeah, I mean, yeah.

03:16:19.620 Yes, I think I agree with Nick.

03:16:20.980 I think that he should let it pass because at the end of the day, dude, they're going to sign it.

03:16:28.220 You know, it's going to get passed.

03:16:29.840 You know, why fuck up your political, you know, capital that you have right now for something that's going to inevitably pass? 0.63

03:16:36.120 Right. 0.78

03:16:36.780 Oppose something that like that you 100 percent disagree with.

03:16:41.020 Versus something that you kind of disagree with and you want to go ahead and oppose and put yourself in a bad political standing for no reason.

03:16:46.460 Right.

03:16:46.660 And it's going to be the big the last big piece of legislation Trump passes anyway.

03:16:50.120 So, yeah, I mean, it was smart of Trump to.

03:16:55.320 To put everything in one bill, because I'm sure there's stuff in there that, you know, Massey's going to agree with because Massey's also big on border security.

03:17:01.920 Right.

03:17:02.280 And obviously, this bill covers hiring more Border Patrol agents, giving more money to DHS to facilitate the deportations, et cetera.

03:17:08.160 So, you know, he definitely had a strategy here.

03:17:10.280 We're putting everything in one place.

03:17:12.140 So, yeah.

03:17:13.660 But, yeah, it's going to it's going to pass anyway.

03:17:15.380 So he might as well.

03:17:16.060 Don't waste your political capital on opposing this thing and grandstanding when it's going to get passed.

03:17:21.100 So, yeah.

03:17:22.200 Anyway, guys, smash that like button, guys.

03:17:25.460 We're going to go ahead and the stream going over to Fresh and Fit.

03:17:28.600 We're going to continue the stream over there.

03:17:29.920 I'm going to cover Tate versus Bonnie Blue, and we're going to cover some Diddy stuff.

03:17:34.020 It's going to be a good time.

03:17:35.180 Come on over, guys.

03:17:36.340 I'm going to end the stream.

03:17:37.920 Well, at least here on Myron Gaines X, but the show goes on, niggas. 1.00

03:17:40.440 Show goes on.

03:17:41.700 So I'll catch you guys over there.

03:17:44.820 Grab some water and come back over.

03:17:46.860 Love you guys.
