00:14:20.880 Sean Combs.

00:14:36.860 Boom.

00:14:38.080 Right?
00:14:38.840 Oh, perfect.
00:14:39.740 Okay.
00:14:40.520 Right at the perfect spot.
00:14:41.800 Okay.
00:14:42.660 So, you guys can see here, right?
00:14:45.280 Hold on.
00:14:45.960 So, this is a case number.
00:14:49.660 Right?
00:14:49.820 So, to me, that looks like an MI.
00:14:51.020 So, guys, this is how...
00:14:51.920 All right.
00:14:52.880 So, I'm going to actually just let myself...
00:14:57.600 Actually, no, fuck it.
00:14:58.420 I'll just make this thing a bit bigger for you guys.
00:15:02.980 So, just like case number looks.
00:15:04.360 You're probably about to get a fucking exclusive.
00:15:06.260 All right.
00:15:06.860 So, I'm going to wait until I move this cursor out the way real fast.
00:15:10.800 Okay.
00:15:12.220 Let me pause this.
00:15:13.360 All right.
00:15:13.840 So, as you guys can see here, this is an HSI case number.
00:15:16.300 Okay?
00:15:17.760 So, MI.
00:15:20.620 That means that the case number...
00:15:22.660 Man, we bought it.
00:15:23.240 Bro, I need y'all niggas to like the video.
00:15:24.840 Because I'm about to explain to you guys how case numbers look.
00:15:29.020 So, like the goddamn video.
00:15:31.740 We got 1,100 plus you guys watching right now on YouTube.
00:15:34.300 Another 600 of you guys on Rumble.
00:15:36.940 Like the video, guys.
00:15:37.820 We're going at it earlier in time.
00:15:38.780 Let's get 1,000 likes.
00:15:39.760 Okay?
00:15:40.520 So, all right.
00:15:41.000 So, you guys can see here.
00:15:42.100 This is when they're doing the search warrant.
00:15:44.200 Right?
00:15:44.360 And I was able to actually zoom in on one of the photos.
00:15:47.280 So, we're going to break down this case number and it'll explain to you.
00:15:49.740 So, it goes MI.
00:15:50.500 That means Miami field office.
00:15:52.300 Right?
00:15:53.360 15.
00:15:53.880 15 is the investigation case code for human smuggling, human trafficking.
00:16:01.080 So, 15.
00:16:01.960 HQ.
00:16:04.920 That means that the case probably came from headquarters.
00:16:08.160 This is where it originated, chat.
00:16:09.980 Okay?
00:16:12.200 Then, I can't see what that is next.
00:16:15.280 But then I see NY.
00:16:16.600 So, the case...
00:16:17.200 This is where the case...
00:16:18.160 The case...
00:16:19.320 So, the field office that's running the case is here.
00:16:22.540 Okay?
00:16:22.840 So, first it goes...
00:16:25.160 Okay.
00:16:25.760 So, for this to make sense, I'm going to have to explain this to you guys.
00:16:28.240 So, let's really go through this.
00:16:29.460 Okay?
00:16:29.960 So, the first two digits that you guys see are the two first things you guys see.
00:16:34.600 That MI.
00:16:35.880 That means that this is where the case is now.
00:16:39.460 Okay?
00:16:40.080 Where the case is now.
00:16:41.200 MI.
00:16:42.100 All right?
00:16:42.760 Miami.
00:16:43.260 Because they did the search one in Miami.
00:16:45.100 All right?
00:16:45.300 So, they had to open up a Miami field office.
00:16:48.020 Okay?
00:16:49.060 Next is 15.
00:16:50.800 15 means human smuggling or human trafficking.
00:16:56.160 Okay?
00:16:57.780 Next, it says HQ.
00:17:00.200 HQ means the case originated...
00:17:04.680 Like, where the case originated from.
00:17:07.140 Okay?
00:17:09.300 So, it might have been headquarters.
00:17:10.760 But then again, it could be something else.
00:17:12.200 It could be another code.
00:17:13.120 I can't remember off the top of my head, guys.
00:17:14.680 It's been a few years.
00:17:16.540 Then, this is the fiscal year.
00:17:18.720 Okay?
00:17:18.940 So, I think that's 21 or 22.
00:17:21.180 Right?
00:17:21.860 Then, you say NY.
00:17:23.500 This right here means that this is the lead office that's running the investigation.
00:17:27.200 All right?
00:17:28.080 NY.
00:17:28.940 Then, OOO1.
00:17:31.180 All right?
00:17:31.580 So, MI-15 HQ, 21 or 22, NY-0001.
00:17:39.180 So, that case number means Miami field office has it.
00:17:43.080 Human trafficking.
00:17:45.000 HQ, which means it might have been originated from headquarters.
00:17:48.460 Fiscal year that the case was initiated.
00:17:50.300 So, the year 2021 or 2022.
00:17:53.740 NY, which is the office that's running the investigation now.
00:17:57.060 The lead office and then O-O-1.
00:18:00.400 So, that's how you know.
00:18:01.620 That's the case number for Miami.
00:18:03.300 Because what ended up happening was the New York field office that's running the case.
00:18:06.820 They sent a collateral.
00:18:08.440 When you sent a collateral, that means that the other office has to open up a case on their end and do something.
00:18:14.100 So, the New York field office is the original office that's running the investigation.
00:18:17.980 Right?
00:18:18.140 They got the lead.
00:18:18.860 They run the case.
00:18:19.900 Then, they say, okay, we need a search warrant done in Miami.
00:18:22.880 They sent a collateral to Miami agents.
00:18:24.960 The Miami field office opens up a case.
00:18:27.500 And they open it up and then it basically, that's why it starts with Miami.
00:18:31.500 But then, I guarantee you, there was New York agents there as well.
00:18:34.500 So, agents from the New York field office and agents from the Miami field office work together to do the search warrant.
00:18:39.500 Now, since it's in another area of responsibility, obviously, Miami is running the search warrant.
00:18:46.620 But the New York agents are there.
00:18:48.900 Right?
00:18:49.740 So, that's how this works, Chad.
00:18:51.520 That's how this works.
00:18:52.920 Down to mark for your audience, man.
00:18:55.120 Down to mark for your audience.
00:18:56.160 Because there ain't nobody else on the internet that can explain it like that.
00:18:59.240 But, yeah.
00:18:59.780 Now, we know the case number for Miami.
00:19:02.480 Case.
00:19:03.640 And then, New York one, the New York case number, just so you guys know, is going to be the same exact thing.
00:19:07.600 It's just going to say NY15 HQ 22 or 23 NY001.
00:19:12.840 Okay?
00:19:13.140 So, the New York case number is going to be almost identical.
00:19:15.780 It's just that this MI is going to be NY.
00:19:17.340 It's on tablets.
00:19:23.880 It's on phones.
00:19:25.120 Because, according to federal prosecutors, Sean Combs liked to film himself and others in sexual situations.
00:19:34.080 And a lot of these videos are going to be played at trial.
00:19:39.000 And so, prospective jurors are being...
00:19:42.320 Yeah, that's going to be interesting.
00:19:43.860 Because I know they probably found...
00:19:46.220 I know they probably found a lot of stuff during search warrants with the videos.
00:19:52.340 ...asked if they mind looking at all of this stuff because they may see quite a bit of it once the trial begins.
00:19:59.900 Right now, Sean Combs is being housed at the federal jail in Brooklyn.
00:20:03.880 It's called the Metropolitan Detention Center.
00:20:06.260 And he has been there since his arrest at a Manhattan hotel.
00:20:11.140 It's not a nice place.
00:20:12.740 Even federal judges.
00:20:14.440 Yeah, one of the worst prisons in America, guys.
00:20:17.720 It's really bad.
00:20:18.360 And, by the way, guys, we're about to hit 246,000 subscribers, man.
00:20:22.740 The channel's growing great.
00:20:24.460 We're at, like, 26K new subscribers for the month, man.
00:20:28.600 I'm glad that you guys are watching this type of content and you like it.
00:20:31.600 Give me ones in the chat if this is your first time watching a live stream, by the way.
00:20:34.560 Give me ones in the chat, guys, if this is your first time catching a live stream.
00:20:38.880 Give me ones in the chat.
00:20:40.680 ...have complained about inhumane conditions.
00:20:44.600 But Combs is in a special unit.
00:20:46.740 He's housed in a dormitory-style building.
00:20:50.520 Until recently, one of his dorm mates was Sam Bankman-Fried who was convicted.
00:20:54.700 I covered his case, too.
00:20:56.680 And if you're wondering, yes.
00:20:59.260 Him and his girl, both them boys.
00:21:03.120 ...in a crypto fraud scheme involving FTX.
00:21:08.720 Combs' trial...
00:21:10.120 All right, all you guys that are watching the live stream for the first time, welcome to...
00:21:13.920 Welcome, man. Welcome, welcome.
00:21:15.820 We do political, cultural commentary.
00:21:17.620 Sunday is normally when I do my true crime, but I'm going to cover the news as well, given the circumstance of how we're, you know, I'm going to be traveling tomorrow.
00:21:24.040 It's scheduled to begin on May 5th with jury selection.
00:21:27.600 The plan is to bring several hundred prospective jurors into the federal courthouse in lower Manhattan for as many days as it takes to seat a jury of 12 plus four alternates,
00:21:37.680 all of whom will swear they can be fair and impartial, even if they've heard of Sean Combs, and really, who hasn't?
00:21:46.020 There are no cameras in federal courts anywhere in the United States, and so this trial will not be televised, but we...
00:21:54.520 Yeah, this is all federal courts, guys, by the way, which is a big reason why I'm going over there, because with the federal system, they don't record the trials whatsoever.
00:22:02.700 That's why every time you see federal courts, like, when they're doing, like, the breakdown of what happened the day of court, it's always, like, with drawings and shit like that.
00:22:09.600 So I'm going to be in there reporting for you guys. I'm going to bring my notebook, and I'm going to be cooking.
00:22:14.180 And a lot of other reporters will be there covering it, and that's how the public will...
00:22:18.860 To include myself, I'll be in there, and I'm going to do a better job than all these motherfuckers. Trust me.
00:22:23.840 ...learn not only the evidence...
00:22:25.600 Bro, Michael Schrahan.
00:22:26.980 ...evidence against Sean Combs, but we'll be looking for how he reacts to it. We've seen him a lot in court, and he presents fairly upbeat.
00:22:35.380 He comes in with a smile on his face, hugs for his lawyers, gestures to members of his family who have sat in court there to support him.
00:22:45.160 He looks a lot grayer than he did.
00:22:47.060 Yeah, he... Yeah, this is the day before the arrest, because you guys know he got picked up late last year.
00:22:53.880 You know, he dyes his hair and everything else like that. Let me read some of these chats real fast, because they're piling up.
00:22:59.160 Okay, Myron, when in 2014, did you go through HSI Academy? I was at Fletzy for OFO from June to November 2014.
00:23:09.220 Our academy is a joke, but I heard HSI Academy is legit law enforcement academy.
00:23:12.160 Yeah, it's... I was there, bro, from August up until...
00:23:16.060 No, no, no, excuse me. I was there from February 2014 all the way to August 2014.
00:23:21.920 Mr. Huligan, be safe there. NYC, you know it, bro.
00:23:24.720 Alexia, is there a chance I'll be able to get my books on while you're in New York?
00:23:27.500 Maybe. I don't know, bro. I'm going to be very busy out there. I don't think I'm going to do a meetup.
00:23:30.600 Drewski says, it's crazy how Alejandro Mayorkas was the lead of the HSI when he did the raid, and we all know what he's into.
00:23:40.280 Possible cover-up? Eh, I don't know.
00:23:43.520 How long do you think the Israel lobby will allow Trump to have tension with Israel?
00:23:46.920 That's a good question. That's a very good question.
00:23:50.260 With Ghost, I think you definitely need to at least be there to watch the victim witnesses, especially Cassie.
00:23:55.900 I think she's going to go first, Chad.
00:23:57.060 But with Ghost, I think she's actually going to go first.
00:24:00.100 She's witness number one. I'm almost certain she is.
00:24:03.360 So she will probably go first.
00:24:06.440 Machaca says, yo, Marion, I'm two hours away from NYC.
00:24:08.460 Let me know if you're going to do a change of my mind table.
00:24:10.640 Okay, I'll let you know, Machaca.
00:24:12.620 We'll be doing a meetup in New York while you're there.
00:24:15.120 I don't know. I'll see if I have time.
00:24:19.100 Because I'm going to be spending all day in the courtroom, guys.
00:24:21.420 This is probably going to go from like 9 a.m. to all the way to like, you know, 5 p.m.
00:24:25.880 And I know I got to get there early because I know everyone and their mom is going to be in there.
00:24:28.580 So hopefully I can get in.
00:24:30.660 I'm hoping I can get in, Chad.
00:24:32.240 We'll see what happens.
00:24:33.640 Because no promises, no guarantees.
00:24:35.360 I'm not going into a press pass.
00:24:36.740 I'm just going in there with my notebook and seeing what I can get.
00:24:39.840 You know what I'm saying?
00:24:41.060 Myron, bring those Ray-Bans that can record.
00:24:43.780 Nah, they won't let me bring those in there, bro.
00:24:47.400 They will not let me bring those in there.
00:24:50.780 Let's see here.
00:24:52.120 It's fine. I'll take notes, man.
00:24:53.260 Trust me, guys.
00:24:54.060 I'll take notes and I'll be able to give y'all a better breakdown than anybody else in there, bro.
00:25:01.760 Kako West says, are you going to react to the Saint in a...
00:25:06.380 Dude, I didn't see that interview, so I don't know.
00:25:09.380 I'm not going to...

00:25:13.760 Way too much.
00:25:14.200 I'm literally about to...
00:25:15.100 I don't got time for that right now, bro.
00:25:16.920 I'll be honest with you.
00:25:17.480 Thank you, man.
00:25:20.780 I've been watching this since 2022 and first time catch you live.
00:25:23.320 Love your shit.
00:25:24.460 Niggas are stupid with hate crypto.
00:25:25.680 Fresh is the opposite.
00:25:27.340 Abuso is dynamic.
00:25:29.440 Hose would be scared.
00:25:30.140 Yeah.
00:25:30.500 No, absolutely, man.
00:25:32.820 All right.
00:25:33.100 I appreciate that.
00:25:34.120 Yeah, bro.
00:25:35.300 This cucko guy, whatever your name is, bro.
00:25:37.860 I didn't even see the...
00:25:38.820 I didn't even see the video that you're talking about, bro.
00:25:41.620 I've been so fucking slammed.
00:25:43.400 We're getting shit done, man.
00:25:45.060 So...
00:25:45.860 And then this week is going to be very, very busy.
00:25:52.560 When he was first arrested here in Jailhouse Bay...
00:25:57.940 What?
00:25:58.580 The volume...
00:25:59.180 You guys are complaining about some niggas saying bad audio.
00:26:02.100 Sound is low?
00:26:04.420 Bro.
00:26:08.780 Bro.
00:26:13.320 All right.
00:26:15.220 I just upped the audio.
00:26:22.920 Someone said audio been bad ain't going to fix it.
00:26:27.320 All right, bitch-ass niggas.
00:26:28.340 Is that better?
00:26:29.240 You fucking crybabies.
00:26:30.620 Is that better?
00:26:31.780 I just turned it up.
00:26:33.680 I just turned it up.
00:26:35.580 Should be fine now.
00:26:36.600 Jarrah from Dallas gifted us up.
00:26:37.720 Thank you so much, Jarrah.
00:26:38.560 Appreciate that.
00:26:39.160 All right.
00:26:43.320 Yeah, Mike should be fine now.
00:26:45.640 Although at trial, he may well be in civilian clothes.
00:26:50.240 But he's treated like any other criminal defendant that we've seen.
00:26:54.660 And we've been there for similar trials for Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein's former paramour.
00:26:59.400 We've been in that courthouse for Sam Bankman-Fried, the crypto fraudster.
00:27:03.320 For Bob Menendez, the former United States senator.
00:27:06.340 All measure of walks of life come in and out of that courthouse.
00:27:10.060 Sean Combs is only...
00:27:11.600 Yeah, and Southern District of New York, I've told you guys this before.
00:27:13.900 I'll say it again.
00:27:14.440 Southern District of New York is extremely aggressive.
00:27:16.320 They're a very, you know, strong United States attorney's office.
00:27:19.280 They don't really use...
00:27:20.560 Lose, excuse me.
00:27:21.800 So it's going to be tough.
00:27:23.940 It's going to be tough.
00:27:25.000 Now, with that said, Diddy has a big team.
00:27:26.860 He actually got, I think, Brian Steele is the guy's name.
00:27:29.840 The lawyer that defended...
00:27:31.300 The lawyer that defended Young Thug.
00:27:35.300 Let me just double check.
00:27:36.340 I think it's Brian Steele.
00:27:37.460 Young Thug, lawyer.
00:27:38.420 Brian Steele.
00:27:42.680 Damn, I'm good.
00:27:43.200 Yep.
00:27:43.480 Brian Steele is going to...
00:27:44.300 He's on the team.
00:27:45.260 Sean Combs adds Young Thug's lawyer to trial team Rolling Stone.
00:27:49.000 This was on April 15, 2025.
00:27:50.500 So he's on the team.
00:27:51.480 The latest.
00:27:53.160 Combs faces three federal charges.
00:27:56.060 Now, here's the thing that's a little interesting to me, Chad, right?
00:28:00.120 Which also has me a bit confused about Diddy's case.
00:28:04.040 Normally, when you get people for racketeering charges, right, and conspiracy, to have a conspiracy, two or more people.
00:28:10.580 The fact that no one else has been indicted in this case is extremely fucking strange to me.
00:28:15.220 That tells me that the government, pretty much everyone on this team that helped them do this shit, more than likely turned witness, is what I think.
00:28:24.740 Packeteering conspiracy.
00:28:26.720 A RICO case.
00:28:27.480 And guys, smash that like button.
00:28:28.720 We got almost 2,000 of you guys in here, man.
00:28:30.840 We're going to keep climbing.
00:28:31.900 Which is good, because we don't even stream it this time, ever.
00:28:36.120 So like the video, guys.
00:28:36.900 Let's get to 1,000 likes.
00:28:38.280 The case is probably the most serious and expansive and covers about 20 years of alleged criminal conduct.
00:28:47.400 He also faces sex trafficking and prostitution.
00:28:50.620 And that's very important, guys.
00:28:51.780 The reason why they did a RICO, you guys are probably wondering, what the fuck, why did they do a RICO?
00:28:55.360 The reason why they did a RICO, guys, is because the RICO is going to allow them to bring basically stuff in that they wouldn't have been able to bring before, okay?
00:29:03.660 When you use RICO, guys, the statute of limitations basically goes out the window.
00:29:07.040 And the reason why, chat, is because when you use RICO, what you're able to do basically is you're able to establish a pattern of racketeering activity.
00:29:18.000 And if you can establish that this activity happened at a certain time and it's still continuing on, what ends up happening is they can bring in crimes that might have been past the statute of limitations, okay?
00:29:31.360 This is why when they go after the mafia, they go after these organized crime groups, et cetera, they can use things that happened 10, 20, 30 years ago for RICO because what they're basically saying is,
00:29:42.320 hey, this racketeering activity started back then and it's still going on to now.
00:29:47.100 So it's a way to get around the statute of limitations, RICO, okay?
00:29:50.400 Uh, and we just hit 246,000, um, subscribers, man.
00:29:57.320 I appreciate that, guys.
00:29:58.760 I appreciate that.
00:29:59.880 As, uh, as a memento of my thank you for you guys, um, helping me cross this epic, uh, number,
00:30:06.300 I'm going to go ahead and show you guys something fucking hilarious.
00:30:10.260 Here are two of my biggest haters, Anus and Reach, the Somalian sodomite, and the homosexual Haitian.
00:30:15.720 Have you had a prostate orgasm?
00:30:17.500 Yeah.
00:30:18.020 You have.
00:30:18.880 Yeah, I'm open-minded.
00:30:19.780 You've had a prostate orgasm?
00:30:21.360 Yeah.
00:30:21.740 Tell me about it.
00:30:23.520 Prostate orgasm?
00:30:24.700 Yeah.
00:30:25.280 You have.
00:30:26.080 Yeah, I'm open-minded.
00:30:27.000 You've had a prostate orgasm?
00:30:28.540 Yeah.
00:30:28.900 Tell me more about it.
00:30:30.460 Well, I mean, for me, I'm going to be honest with you, even though, you know, it was intense.
00:30:34.100 It wasn't another level?
00:30:35.760 To me, it wasn't more intense than the level two I get from a really good blowjob.
00:30:40.200 Were you milked?
00:30:40.980 What, how did it happen?
00:30:42.360 I mean, so, all right, I've never talked about this in detail.
00:30:46.160 Let's go.
00:30:47.440 I'm feeling naked.
00:30:48.500 See, even the window-licking retard is confused.
00:30:50.820 Right now.
00:30:53.300 Essentially, no, I can't do it.
00:30:56.020 Okay, you got to tell me afterwards.
00:30:57.460 Yeah, we can tell you.
00:30:58.260 I just, I started thinking about it.
00:30:59.900 I was not expecting.
00:31:00.600 Here's the thing, okay?
00:31:02.200 And you know what?
00:31:02.920 I'm going to be honest.
00:31:03.660 I'm just going to be honest.
00:31:04.360 Let's talk about it.
00:31:05.260 Let's go.
00:31:05.780 You know, because I'm out here.
00:31:06.680 I came here.
00:31:07.280 I'm going to do it just for you because I love you, okay?
00:31:08.940 Yeah, this nigga was doing the diddler.
00:31:13.700 The fucking diddler, bro.
00:31:15.160 And he's made like, what?
00:31:16.120 70 plus videos talking shit about me?
00:31:17.580 This fucking guy, this sodomite?
00:31:19.220 On va uploader.
00:31:20.600 And then here's his partner in crime.
00:31:22.100 It's all this session that we've done with Roxy Torpedo on our Patreon.
00:31:26.000 There's a level of sadness that's been hit, which is inégalable.
00:31:30.460 In fact, it was really fun.
00:31:31.880 At the beginning, I was like, ah, I'm going to show you my sins, and preach, and all that.
00:31:34.920 And on the other hand, because you've got pasted on it, it's like if you were just a go pick.
00:31:39.880 So, subscribe to Patreon, and you'll see, it's going to be pretty surprising.
00:31:47.120 That's all.
00:31:48.180 That's all.
00:31:49.040 That's all.
00:31:49.500 That's all.
00:31:49.640 That's all.
00:31:50.140 Yeah, that, that, that guy's the one that...
00:31:52.080 That talk shit about me all the time.
00:31:54.680 On va uploader toute cette session-ci qu'on a faite avec...
00:31:57.920 Anus and Reed strike once again, bro.
00:32:01.360 And honestly, yo, real talk, I could end these niggas any day I fucking wanted to.
00:32:07.280 I just got better shit to do.
00:32:09.100 You know, but since you guys, you know, we reached 246,000 subscribers, despite all the hate, despite the shadow banning, etc.
00:32:15.140 You know what I mean?
00:32:15.540 I figured I'd show you guys, and we're covering Diddy, so I might as well show you these two fucking weirdos,
00:32:19.900 how they really move behind the scenes.
00:32:21.540 There's a reason why they don't tell you guys what the fuck they do in their free time.
00:32:24.460 There's a reason why these weirdo-ass niggas are not transparent.
00:32:27.260 Think about it.
00:32:27.720 These dudes been on YouTube since, what, 2012?
00:32:30.100 Nobody knows shit about them?
00:32:31.360 You want to know why?
00:32:32.320 Because they do weird shit like this.
00:32:34.400 That is why.
00:32:35.020 In honor of us covering the Diddy case, I figured I'd cover these two fucking sexual deviant weirdos here.
00:32:43.480 Yeah.
00:32:44.020 You have.
00:32:44.360 Sneaking out here getting fucking pegged.
00:32:46.000 Yeah, I'm open-minded.
00:32:47.020 You've had a prostate orgasm?
00:32:48.560 Yeah.
00:32:48.900 Tell me more.
00:32:49.480 And these bitch-ass niggas made 70 videos talking shit about me, bro.
00:32:56.280 Get the fuck out of here, man.
00:32:57.820 Anyway, carrying on, let's get back to the fucking show talking about Diddy.
00:33:04.880 I just figured since we're talking about Diddy, we might as well show these two weirdos as well.
00:33:08.660 Anus and reach.
00:33:09.400 Yeah, that's not a joke.
00:33:36.740 Yeah, freak-offs.
00:33:37.540 Yeah.
00:33:39.400 So it's very important for you guys to realize, right?
00:33:41.920 So the argument that the prosecution is going to make, right, is they're going to argue and say that Diddy wielded enormous power, he was extremely influential, and quite frankly, what he said goes.
00:33:55.920 And if people, if the women or even the guys in this case, because there was allegations of homosexual encounters as well, basically, if they didn't comply with what he said, there would be serious consequences.
00:34:07.800 So they're going to make the argument that uses power and influence and control to basically put these people in positions where, quite frankly, they couldn't refuse, right?
00:34:17.200 Now, what the defense is going to do is they're going to paint these victims as clout-chasing, money-hungry failures that want to basically get some attention and get some clout, maybe revive their career or whatever.
00:34:33.420 That's what they're going to say, that they had intentions or maybe they want to exert some type of revenge because their career didn't go the way that they wanted.
00:34:43.860 Basically, it sounds a lot like orgies.
00:34:48.460 Women, according to federal prosecutors, were put into these things.
00:34:52.980 The rooms were stocked with baby oil and other supplies.
00:34:57.960 There were cleanup crews in the end, IVs to help restore people physically after what they were made to do.
00:35:07.560 And also, there's allegations as well.
00:35:11.280 IVs is crazy.
00:35:12.120 I don't want to lie.
00:35:12.560 I just think it was wild.
00:35:14.660 The other thing also that's very important, guys, is that these things were like drug-fueled, alcohol-fueled, crazy sex parties.
00:35:24.720 And what he would do is he would get like strippers and girls and male prostitutes, and they would just do this stuff, and they would record it.
00:35:32.780 So what I think is some of this stuff is absolutely going to be shown in court.
00:35:37.560 It's going to absolutely be shown in court.
00:35:38.920 And the reason why IVs is because, guys, when you do IVs, you're able to quickly recover from drinking alcohol.
00:35:45.700 A lot of people would take IVs after a night of drinking.
00:35:48.140 It avoids hangovers.
00:35:49.400 According to the charges, and the jury is going to hear about all of that,
00:35:55.420 Combs' defense team has said that the evidence so far is just an interference in the private sex life of Sean Combs.
00:36:04.900 Yeah, so the defense team is making it as it was all consensual.
00:36:09.860 They knew what they were doing.
00:36:11.440 The sexual encounters were recorded.
00:36:14.860 You know, this is a guy that, you know, yes, he might be involved in a situation where he's having, you know, questionable affairs or whatever.
00:36:22.780 But at the end of the day, everyone's a consenting adult.
00:36:26.120 You know, they knew what they were getting into, blah, blah, blah.
00:36:28.920 That's what the defense is going to allege.
00:36:30.340 And what's depicted in videos or said by witnesses or alleged victims isn't crime.
00:36:39.540 It's consensual sexual activity.
00:36:43.940 There's not the slightest inkling, according to the interviews that I've done, of anything that's coercive, non-consensual.
00:36:50.240 And it was adults and consensual and everybody who was there wanted to be there.
00:36:55.040 Will the jury buy that?
00:36:56.340 We don't know.
00:36:57.400 It will depend in large part on how the alleged victims testify, how they're cross-examined.
00:37:02.280 But so far, the defense strategy seems to be to suggest that this was consensual activity, maybe until it wasn't.
00:37:10.720 But it is not the kind of criminal activity that prosecutors portray.
00:37:14.620 The only person we know for sure that will testify is Cassie Ventura.
00:37:19.480 And she is more than likely chatting.
00:37:21.040 I've been telling you guys this for, what, over a year now.
00:37:23.180 I think that she's going to be the government's star witness.
00:37:26.500 I think she is the one that presented a majority of the facts that probably established the probable cause that was used to search his homes.
00:37:34.340 Because, remember, she used to be married to him, so she had insider information on what he kept at the houses, who kept the place, where they were kept, how they were kept, what was to be kept.
00:37:45.180 So I'm sure that she got with the feds and gave them quite a bit of information to be able to get the probable cause to get into a home.
00:37:53.280 Because the reality is, when you're doing a search warrant to get into someone's house, you need quite a bit of evidence, guys.
00:37:58.600 I've read search warrants on this stream before and shown you guys, like, the ridiculous amount of detail that's required to get in, which, actually, I would love to read the search warrant affidavit that was utilized to get into the homes, which that will probably come out of court.
00:38:15.580 Because the search warrants were used to get into the homes.
00:38:19.620 Once they get into the homes, they were able to find evidence.
00:38:21.620 When they got into the homes and found this evidence, I'm sure a lot of video evidence was found.
00:38:25.040 I know they pulled surveillance footage from a lot of the homes.
00:38:27.700 I know they seized a gun when they went to one of the homes.
00:38:30.560 I think it was down here in Florida.
00:38:32.620 It was an AR-15, if I'm not mistaken, and the serial number was scratched off on it.
00:38:36.820 So, you know, I'm definitely going to be, you know, looking for all this stuff and, you know, trying to see if I can get it for you guys.
00:38:44.580 But she absolutely, probably the government's star witness.
00:38:48.320 Now, the other thing I want to also know is that, though I think Cassie provided information that probably led to the public cause that was relied upon for the search warrants,
00:38:56.520 I will also say that there had to have been people that were in the houses actively that gave information on the homes.
00:39:06.800 Because to be able to search someone's house, guys, you need real-time information.
00:39:10.580 And when I say real-time information, I'm talking about one to two weeks of the evidence being fresh.
00:39:16.400 Okay, now, when you do search warrants, there's something called, like, the PC needs to be fresh.
00:39:21.680 It can't be stale, okay?
00:39:22.840 Now, typically, when you want to search a home and you're looking for evidence of a crime, whether it's a drug crime or whatever else like that,
00:39:28.660 you're going to want somebody that had been in the house that could tell you where the stuff is, and it needs to be at least two weeks fresh, okay?
00:39:34.820 So, the fact that they got federal search warrants for these homes on a high-profile figure like this that they know has the ability to challenge these search warrants
00:39:43.300 and challenge the evidence tells me that they had someone that was in the house, real-time, giving them active information
00:39:49.960 that allowed them to get the probable cause on top of what Cassie gave them, okay?
00:39:54.080 So, obviously, this is all going to come out at trial, but something to keep in mind, Chad.
00:40:03.520 Hey, man, is there relevant material for EU people in CC?
00:40:06.200 WSB is always, fuck any of some bleach.
00:40:07.840 I appreciate that, TDF.
00:40:09.800 Fuck those niggas.
00:40:10.480 Is there relevant material for EU people in CC?
00:40:15.480 Yeah, of course, bro.
00:40:16.420 We've got content for all y'all niggas, man.
00:40:19.560 Of course.
00:40:20.560 Topshay says, hello, sir.
00:40:21.600 Pertaining to Diddy, do you think he's been gagged to not mention certain individuals like Kautz with FC?
00:40:26.600 And I know very well he's been silent based on his closed-door shenanigans.
00:40:30.100 Well, you've got to remember, guys, when you're on defense, you can't talk to the media.
00:40:33.600 So, we haven't been able to hear Diddy's side.
00:40:35.780 He's had to be quiet as people attack him.
00:40:37.460 So, but his defense is going to come out swinging on Monday.
00:40:41.340 I'll tell y'all that.
00:40:42.800 She is depicted, along with Sean Combs, in a video that...
00:40:47.240 Wait, this is him running after with the fucking towel on.
00:40:50.520 The interesting question is, why did they come after Diddy specifically, and why at this time, as if all of the industry aren't some pedos?
00:40:59.260 Yeah, it's weird, I know.
00:41:00.700 We'll see, though.
00:41:01.320 We'll see.
00:41:02.420 CNN first obtained that shows...
00:41:05.460 Wait, this was from 2016 when he threw on the ground.
00:41:07.560 This is Cassie again here.
00:41:08.640 Combs kicking and dragging her through the hallway of a Los Angeles hotel back in 2016.
00:41:15.140 Combs issuing an apology video.
00:41:16.960 I mean, I hit rock bottom.
00:41:18.120 But I mean...
00:41:48.100 People got mad at the Diddler.
00:41:49.480 Make no excuses.
00:41:51.160 My behavior on that video is inexcusable.
00:41:54.300 Combs and his legal team have a different view of how we should read that video.
00:41:59.880 Now, what they're going to argue when it comes to that video on Cassie, guys, is they're going to say that they had an abusive relationship, okay?
00:42:07.840 That they used to beat on each other.
00:42:10.980 And that the violence was bilateral.
00:42:14.060 They were basically attacking each other.
00:42:15.580 But two-way street when it comes to violence.
00:42:17.100 Now, statistically speaking, right?
00:42:20.980 Most domestic violence situations are, you know, bilateral.
00:42:25.760 They're beating on each other.
00:42:26.840 It's very rarely one party beats on the other.
00:42:30.700 And when one party does beat on the other, chat, it's the woman on the man, surprisingly enough.
00:42:34.900 I know a lot of people...
00:42:35.100 Yes, you heard that right.
00:42:38.320 When it comes to domestic violence and one party is beating on the other, a majority of the time.
00:42:44.320 Not all the time, okay?
00:42:45.340 I don't want the fucking feminist freaking out here.
00:42:46.940 But the reality is they don't want you to know this.
00:42:50.260 The majority of the time when one party is beating on the other in domestic violence situations, guys, it is the woman on the man, okay?
00:42:57.960 The woman beats on the man the majority of the times when it is one way.
00:43:03.860 However, most domestic violence situations are both parties beating on each other.
00:43:11.940 And that is what his defense is going to argue.
00:43:14.120 That it was a violent relationship on both ends where they both used to beat each other.
00:43:18.100 You should look at that video.
00:43:19.520 But we know Cassie is going to testify about it and other experiences she says she had while in the presence of Sean Combs.
00:43:27.200 There are also three other alleged victims whose testimony...
00:43:32.300 Now, I already got some niggas in the chat crying.
00:43:34.380 Bro, facts are facts, nigga.
00:43:35.400 Don't cry.
00:43:36.340 Like, I mean, you're fucking mad that the truth is that domestic violence is typically they beat on each other, you know?
00:43:44.020 I'm just telling you what his defense team is going to do.
00:43:46.040 Because the thing is that his defense team is going to have to answer for that video.
00:43:50.420 That video is very bad, optically.
00:43:52.720 So they're going to have to take it head on, right?
00:43:55.580 And the way they're going to take it head on is say, look, you guys saw an insulated incident of domestic violence.
00:44:01.340 But you need to understand that they both beat on each other.
00:44:04.340 And I guarantee you the defense is probably going to have videos of her hitting on him.
00:44:07.780 You know what I'm saying?
00:44:09.020 So keep in mind, guys.
00:44:12.100 All we've seen is the prosecution side.
00:44:14.800 We have not seen the defensive side.
00:44:16.200 So I predict not only is this team going to say that they beat each other, we know that's going to happen, but they're going to probably present evidence to show that Cassie hits him, too.
00:44:26.780 Okay?
00:44:27.040 And they're also going to do that.
00:44:27.880 I'll tell you another reason why they're going to do that.
00:44:29.520 The other big reason why they're going to do that is because they're going to do it to attack Cassie's credibility.
00:44:35.420 The whole time, right?
00:44:37.920 And this is what's going to happen.
00:44:40.580 This is how it's going to work.
00:44:41.800 They're going to put Cassie on the stand, right?
00:44:43.280 So Cassie is going to be the prosecution's star witness.
00:44:46.120 What's going to happen is they're going to give her what's called a direct examination, okay?
00:44:49.560 And a direct examination chat is where the prosecutor is going to ask her questions, leading questions.
00:44:55.120 You know, what is your name?
00:44:56.660 Oh, Cassie Ventura.
00:44:57.420 All right.
00:44:58.460 When did you meet?
00:44:59.460 Can you point out to Sean Combs in the courtroom?
00:45:03.700 Is he here?
00:45:04.360 Yes.
00:45:04.940 Can you please point him out for the record?
00:45:06.500 Boom.
00:45:06.760 She points him out.
00:45:07.420 Cool.
00:45:07.940 Okay.
00:45:08.560 How did your relationship begin?
00:45:09.660 It began in 2000, what?
00:45:12.040 2003, 2004.
00:45:13.100 I don't fucking know.
00:45:14.240 When I signed for Bad Boy Records, right?
00:45:16.360 He was my producer, and then we ended up having a relationship.
00:45:19.020 Boom.
00:45:19.260 Okay, cool.
00:45:19.940 And then they're going to go through the history.
00:45:21.540 As they go through the history, they're going to slowly build up to when did the abuse begin, etc., right?
00:45:27.480 This is on direct.
00:45:28.780 The prosecutor's going to lead her, and mind you, they're prepared her.
00:45:32.040 Just so you guys know, when you go to trial, you prepare the witnesses, okay?
00:45:36.400 What questions you're going to ask, etc., okay?
00:45:38.560 Because witnesses are regular people.
00:45:40.600 They don't know how the court system works and shit like that, so you have to prepare them.
00:45:42.960 This is what happens with trial prep, okay?
00:45:44.340 This is something a lot of people don't know.
00:45:46.700 So you're going to ask questions, get this stuff figured out, blah, right?
00:45:50.040 Then what's interesting is going to be the cross-examination because when the cross-examination happens, the defense is going to attack her hard, okay?
00:46:01.940 Like, I'll be honest with y'all.
00:46:03.500 The day that they cross-examine her, I'm going to have to be in there, okay?
00:46:07.580 And the reason why this is so important is because she's their star witness.
00:46:10.960 If they could destroy her, the rest of the case is more than likely going to falter to a degree.
00:46:17.340 Now, what they're going to do is they're going to paint her as an abusive girlfriend, jealous, vindictive, that beats him as well, consented to the sex, and they're going to say that she's promiscuous.
00:46:31.380 You're going to paint her as a 304, right?
00:46:34.420 And they're going to do this to hurt her credibility.
00:46:37.340 And the other thing that's very important, right, is they're going to basically show, hey, you beat on Diddy, too, and you lied to agents.
00:46:44.340 Now, why is this important?
00:46:45.380 The reason why this is important is because they're going to utilize, right, her statements that she gave to agents because best believe they read all the ROIs, okay?
00:46:54.560 Because she went and gave interviews with the agents, and she probably described their experiences.
00:46:59.560 They're going to poke holes in her story that she gave to agents and say, is it not true that you told agents that you didn't hit Diddy?
00:47:06.720 Yes, right?
00:47:07.820 Or she's going to say, I don't remember.
00:47:09.600 This is what's going to happen, right?
00:47:10.860 This is a prediction, right, of what I think that they might try, right?
00:47:14.120 Because they're going to go at her the hardest, Chad.
00:47:18.820 Is it true that you told agents that you never attacked my client?
00:47:25.220 She's either going to say no or I don't recall.
00:47:28.180 Oh, you don't recall.
00:47:29.000 Okay.
00:47:29.760 He's going to go.
00:47:30.500 He's going to grab the report of investigation, right?
00:47:32.620 Because remember, the defense has everything that the prosecution has through the discovery process.
00:47:37.420 They have all the reports.
00:47:39.620 Okay.
00:47:41.100 And he's going to grab the ROI.
00:47:42.400 He's going to bring it to her.
00:47:43.160 He's going to go, do you remember this?
00:47:43.960 Right here?
00:47:44.560 You said this to this agent on this day at this time?
00:47:47.340 Oh, yes, I remember now.
00:47:48.420 Okay.
00:47:49.080 So you said here that Diddy, that you never hit Diddy, that you never hit my client, Sean Combs.
00:47:56.280 No, I never hit him.
00:47:57.440 Okay.
00:47:58.860 You know, present defense exhibit 304, right?
00:48:02.780 They put a fucking tape in.
00:48:04.180 And then it's a video of her smacking the shit out of Diddy or something like that, right?
00:48:09.260 And the purpose here, right?
00:48:13.000 With this cross-examination is to paint her as a liar.
00:48:15.960 Okay?
00:48:16.880 That is your job as a defense attorney.
00:48:18.420 It's not necessarily to prove that Diddy's innocent.
00:48:22.680 It's to prove that the people that are testifying against him are lying.
00:48:26.920 Okay?
00:48:27.240 And then create some doubt.
00:48:28.860 Remember, guys, all you got to do is create doubt.
00:48:30.940 If you create doubt, reasonable doubt, you ain't going to fucking get convicted.
00:48:34.880 Okay?
00:48:35.040 Because the threshold is beyond a reasonable doubt.
00:48:36.760 So that is what the defense strategy is going to be in this trial.
00:48:41.680 And they're going to attack Cassidy so goddamn hard, it's going to be vicious.
00:48:47.260 It's going to be vicious.
00:48:48.120 I already know they're going to attack her for beating Diddy, being vindictive, being jealous, wanting money, being promiscuous.
00:48:55.500 They're going to say, is it not true that you had sex with a bunch of hookers, male hookers, and you enjoyed it, blah, blah.
00:49:00.940 And I guarantee you, they're going to have video of this chat.
00:49:03.440 Remember, this guy Diddy was a weirdo.
00:49:04.980 He had a lot of these videos, right?
00:49:07.380 When he's sitting there in the cuck chair, he had videos of this stuff when she was hooking up with these male prostitutes.
00:49:13.300 He has videos of it.
00:49:14.260 They're going to show those videos and say, oh, it looks like this is consensual to me, Cassie.
00:49:19.480 They're going to put all that out there.
00:49:21.460 FYI.
00:49:22.380 Okay?
00:49:23.120 They're playing for keeps.
00:49:24.340 Because keep in mind, guys, if Diddy loses his trial, he's going to die in prison.
00:49:28.760 Let me be explicit about that.
00:49:30.160 He's 55 years old, Chad.
00:49:32.000 Okay?
00:49:32.360 So his defense team is going to do everything in their power to attack the witness's credibility, make them out to be liars, scammers, vindictive, jealous, looking for money.
00:49:43.440 And Cassie, they're going to go at the hardest by far.
00:49:46.280 By far.
00:49:47.500 That's where they're going to attack her, Chad.
00:49:49.360 All right?
00:49:51.120 So I'll be honest with y'all.
00:49:52.600 When they cross-examine her, I'm going to definitely be in there.
00:49:55.040 I'm going to fucking find a way to be in there for y'all.
00:49:56.740 Because that's going to be crazy.
00:50:00.980 Right?
00:50:01.520 And now to Diddy's defense, right?
00:50:03.660 Not to his defense, but I guess to his benefit or probably to his dismay, he has a lot of this stuff recorded.
00:50:08.920 Right?
00:50:09.420 Now, only time will tell when we see those tapes.
00:50:13.420 Right?
00:50:13.780 But they're going to have to play portions of that video in court.
00:50:16.480 There's no way around it.
00:50:17.460 They're going to have to play portions of it in court.
00:50:18.820 And they're probably going to have to play a lot of it.
00:50:21.680 They're probably going to have to play a lot of it.
00:50:23.180 Which is going to be extremely disturbing.
00:50:26.720 Helps comprise the criminal charges.
00:50:29.020 They're going to be allowed to testify.
00:50:31.320 Give me one shot if that makes sense for you guys.
00:50:32.920 How direct and cross-examination works.
00:50:35.100 Give me one if that makes sense.
00:50:37.620 Because this is very important.
00:50:42.540 Super, super fucking important.
00:50:44.360 And that's what I predict the strategy is going to be for the defense.
00:50:47.580 They're literally going to put her on the stand and just...
00:50:49.420 I've got you in my sights.
00:50:51.140 And they're going to go off on her, bro.
00:50:53.720 They're going to go off on her.
00:50:54.900 She might cry.
00:50:56.140 To be honest with y'all.
00:50:58.040 Because they're going to...
00:51:00.200 Their job is they're going to make her out to be a big, jealous, vindictive 304.
00:51:10.020 Under pseudonyms.
00:51:11.660 And so they may not be publicly identified.
00:51:16.200 But it's possible we will know who they are once we...
00:51:19.700 She says she had while in the presence of Sean Combs.
00:51:22.500 The video is inexcusable.
00:51:24.380 Combs and his legal team have a different view of how we should read that video, how we should look at that video.
00:51:31.600 But we know Cassie is going to testify about it and other experiences she says she had while in the presence of Sean Combs.
00:51:39.300 There are also three other alleged victims whose testimony helps comprise the criminal charges.
00:51:47.020 They're going to be allowed to testify under pseudonyms.
00:51:50.600 And so they may not be publicly identified.
00:51:55.200 But it's possible we will know who they are once we see them in open court.
00:51:59.680 Yeah, they're going to know who they are, bro.
00:52:02.660 For people who have been following Sean Combs and the possible celebrity side of things,
00:52:08.980 I'm not sure how illuminating this is going to be.
00:52:12.640 You know, answering questions about Combs' relationships with people like Justin Bieber.
00:52:17.740 Yeah, that's going to be interesting, too.
00:52:19.680 Or Jennifer Lopez or others.
00:52:21.560 We'll see how deep into it the trial gets.
00:52:25.980 But for the most part, and we don't know who some of the alleged victims will testify.
00:52:30.600 We don't know who they are yet.
00:52:33.400 But for people who are hoping for a deep dive into the private sex life of Sean Combs,
00:52:40.420 we'll get some of that, no doubt.
00:52:42.760 At least as prosecutors say it was criminal.
00:52:46.320 But some of the other stuff, we're not sure.
00:52:48.760 Yeah, so it's going to be crazy, chat.
00:52:54.460 It's going to be crazy.
00:52:57.880 With this Diddy thing.
00:53:01.040 Let's see here.
00:53:05.040 Hold on.
00:53:07.780 Because I know law and crime is going to be out there.
00:53:09.660 They were out there before.
00:53:11.460 Let me see here if I can find this shit.
00:53:16.700 Okay, all right.
00:53:17.620 So.
00:53:19.340 Sean Diddy Combs is just dazed.
00:53:22.020 I'll give you guys a quick summary on what's happening.
00:53:23.760 So they've been doing jury selection, right?
00:53:25.200 And the jury selection guys should have been done on Friday, but they didn't get it done.
00:53:28.080 So they're going to finish the jury selection on Monday.
00:53:31.220 So I'll be honest with y'all.
00:53:32.360 I know how the federal system works.
00:53:34.460 We might not get opening statements until Tuesday.
00:53:37.520 We might not.
00:53:38.480 We'll see what happens.
00:53:39.300 But they were supposed to have the jury selection done on Friday.
00:53:44.200 Now, mind you, you're being careful because given the enormous amount of publicity that this case is going to get.
00:53:52.300 Obviously, the social profile of the defendant and even some of the accusers, right, Cassie, etc., you know, that makes things a bit harder with finding an unbiased jury.
00:54:05.760 So, yeah, let's play a little bit of this and then we're going to get into some of the other news.
00:54:10.420 He's away from the official start of his trial in federal court on charges that could send him to prison.
00:54:16.220 But, yes, the jury selection began last week, Chad.
00:54:19.340 For life, accused of running a violent sex trafficking ring massed by decades of celebrity, wealth, and influence.
00:54:25.500 Opening statements begin Monday and I'm going to chat with our very own law.
00:54:28.260 If we're lucky, opening statements begin Monday.
00:54:30.500 We'll see, though.
00:54:31.140 Crime reporter Elizabeth Milner, who is in that.
00:54:33.260 I'm going to be there anyway, but we'll see.
00:54:34.920 Courtroom today where apparently the jury is still.
00:54:37.840 Because I'll be honest with you, I don't give a fuck about jury selection.
00:54:40.160 It's a big waste of time.
00:54:41.340 Like, all right, bro.
00:54:42.480 Like, OK, you're qualified.
00:54:43.800 You're not qualified.
00:54:44.120 Like, it doesn't matter, right?
00:54:45.420 Opening statements is when shit really pops off.
00:54:47.500 Being selected.
00:54:48.400 Welcome to Sidebar, presented by Law & Crime.
00:54:50.460 I'm Jesse Weber.
00:54:53.100 The federal criminal trial of Sean Diddy Combs is officially on track to kick off Monday, May 12th,
00:54:57.540 where a jury is going to be seated.
00:54:58.860 Both sides will deliver opening statements in a case that could realist.
00:55:02.100 Now, opening statements is very important, right?
00:55:03.740 I think what's more than likely going to happen, I think the prosecution goes first, if I'm not mistaken,
00:55:07.320 and then the defense.
00:55:08.080 And the prosecution is going to, you know, go in there and show, hey, basically the lead prosecutor's got to get up there
00:55:14.120 and they're going to give a monologue about the case, how it started, the evidence that they have,
00:55:18.200 and what they intend to prove.
00:55:19.580 Then the defense is going to show, you know, what they have and attack the credibility of the clients
00:55:26.240 and why it's a lie and it's bullshit.
00:55:27.920 So opening statements are going to be very important.
00:55:31.220 I predict each of them, I would not be surprised, Chad, if each of them doesn't, each side,
00:55:36.840 the lead prosecutor and the lead defense attorney, each of them is probably going to give an opening statement
00:55:41.020 that's an hour-long plus.
00:55:42.820 Would not be surprised.
00:55:43.700 And I'll be there taking notes, ninjas.
00:55:45.000 This 55-year-old music titan to prison for the rest of his life.
00:55:48.580 Now, on May 7th, prosecutors, defense attorneys, they had narrowed down the jury pool to 45 qualified prospective...
00:55:53.920 45, bro, that is crazy, man. Crazy.
00:55:58.240 ...jurers, and actually earlier today, they were able to narrow it down a little bit further,
00:56:02.160 but the official jury is not going to be seated until Monday morning, which was a surprise to us.
00:56:05.160 We're going to get into why.
00:56:06.260 But Sean Combs, apparently dressed in court-approved civilian clothes, sporting white hair,
00:56:09.620 was present alongside his attorneys as potential jurors were questioned throughout this week.
00:56:13.300 Many admitted they had seen media coverage of the case, including the infamous surveillance footage
00:56:16.980 of Combs allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Cassandra Ventura,
00:56:19.600 in a hotel hallway back in 2016, a key piece of evidence that prosecutors plan to use.
00:56:24.040 We believe she's victim one in this case, and I'll tell you what,
00:56:26.480 based on what happened in court today, I think we can almost certainly say that it's Cassandra Ventura.
00:56:31.260 We'll talk about that, too.
00:56:32.340 But for decades, Combs was this larger-than-life figure,
00:56:35.280 producing hits for stars like Notorious B.I.G., Mary J. Blige,
00:56:38.760 launching his own fashion empire with Sean.
00:56:40.640 Now, I know a lot of you guys in here are younger, right?
00:56:43.600 A lot of you guys are like some Gen Zers or whatever.
00:56:45.960 For all my guys here that are born in the 90s, et cetera,
00:56:47.940 you guys remember how big Diddy was.
00:56:49.800 You guys know, in the early 2000s, you couldn't avoid this guy, bro.
00:56:52.740 He ran MTV.
00:56:54.000 He literally ran MTV.
00:56:55.380 A lot of you Gen Zers probably don't even know what MTV is.
00:56:57.720 But MTV1, MTV2, MTV3, he had Make in a Band,
00:57:01.460 he had Sean John Clothing Brands, Ciroc.
00:57:04.660 Like, the guy was, he was in music videos, dancing all over the place.
00:57:09.880 You could not escape this dude, bro.
00:57:11.640 You could not.
00:57:12.840 And like I explained before on another episode,
00:57:14.460 he literally was blending different, like, social groups, right?
00:57:18.820 He was hanging out with Ashton Kutcher one day.
00:57:20.560 Then he'd be hanging out with, you know,
00:57:23.480 Jay-Z and 50 Cent another day.
00:57:24.900 You couldn't escape this guy in the early 2000s.
00:57:27.780 John, hosting these lavish parties attended by Hollywood's elite.
00:57:31.440 But now, the man who once seemed invincible
00:57:33.860 sits in a Brooklyn federal jail.
00:57:35.900 His jet black hair, now nearly all gray,
00:57:37.780 die isn't even allowed in detention
00:57:39.220 as he faces charges of racketeering,
00:57:41.100 sex trafficking, transportation,
00:57:42.440 to engage in prostitution.
00:57:44.000 Federal prosecutors are alleging that Combs
00:57:45.440 ran a criminal enterprise where employees,
00:57:47.480 like perhaps security guards or assistants,
00:57:49.000 even higher-ranking staff,
00:57:50.100 help facilitate and cover up sex trafficking.
00:57:52.380 The accusations are incredibly chilling,
00:57:54.260 that women say that Combs controlled them
00:57:56.000 through violence, drugs, financial manipulation.
00:57:58.600 Prosecutors described freak-offs
00:57:59.860 as these drug-fueled sex marathons
00:58:01.680 that lasted for days,
00:58:02.620 where Combs allegedly coerced participation.
00:58:04.820 In one instance, he allegedly dangled a woman
00:58:06.480 over a balcony.
00:58:07.420 So this is a very, very high-stakes case
00:58:08.940 with incredibly distressing allegations.
00:58:10.460 Now, to get us caught up to speed
00:58:12.040 on what came out of today's proceedings,
00:58:14.220 I'm going to head over now
00:58:14.980 to our very own law and crime reporter,
00:58:16.500 Elizabeth Milner,
00:58:17.060 who is inside that courthouse today,
00:58:19.700 downtown federal court.
00:58:20.700 Elizabeth, thank you so much for coming on
00:58:21.900 and also braving the elements.
00:58:23.320 Yeah, 500 Pearl Street,
00:58:24.560 as you guys can see,
00:58:25.180 is the federal courthouse.
00:58:26.460 One of the worst rain days
00:58:27.760 we've had here in New York
00:58:28.600 in quite some time.
00:58:29.420 So she's braving the elements for us.
00:58:31.140 Elizabeth, so good to see you.
00:58:32.140 So let's start off how we always start off.
00:58:34.040 How did Combs appear in court
00:58:35.780 and what did you get from his demeanor?
00:58:37.600 Because we are right now the eve,
00:58:40.540 the eve of opening statements on Monday.
00:58:44.320 Oh yeah, opening statements are just a couple
00:58:46.260 hours at this point away.
00:58:48.640 And we expect a lot to come out
00:58:50.200 from opening statements.
00:58:50.880 But as far as Diddy,
00:58:51.420 how he appeared in court today,
00:58:52.260 I was honestly surprised
00:58:52.980 he appeared in just normal casual wear.
00:58:54.520 I thought because the jury
00:58:55.180 wasn't going to be present today
00:58:56.040 that there was a chance
00:58:56.940 that he could be in D.C. jumpsuit,
00:58:58.060 but it's official.
00:58:58.620 He's going to be in that casual sweater.
00:59:00.540 You know, it was Navy again today
00:59:01.500 with a white button-up undershirt.
00:59:02.780 He had Navy slacks on again.
00:59:04.020 He had no belts, no shoes with laces.
00:59:05.620 He didn't see his shoes
00:59:06.760 or if he was wearing loafers
00:59:07.600 or any of that type of story.
00:59:08.560 But considering, again,
00:59:09.480 that we are just hours away
00:59:10.340 from opening statements,
00:59:11.280 what, 72 hours now at this point,
00:59:12.820 that for the most part,
00:59:14.040 Diddy appeared in good spirits.
00:59:15.300 Now, I don't know if that's just
00:59:15.920 the kind of a mask that he's portraying
00:59:17.120 just so that way when we report
00:59:18.080 on these types of things
00:59:18.740 that we can say things like
00:59:19.840 Diddy seemed upbeat,
00:59:20.640 he seemed confident,
00:59:21.580 that type of thing.
00:59:22.160 But as far as whether or not
00:59:23.680 he appeared nervous or shaken
00:59:24.940 or anything like that,
00:59:25.480 that definitely wasn't the case at all today.
00:59:26.640 He came inside the courtroom,
00:59:27.640 a packed courtroom again today.
00:59:29.080 And that's just what to expect
00:59:29.980 is a little sliver
00:59:30.780 as far as what we can really expect
00:59:31.760 when opening statements
00:59:32.780 happened on Monday.
00:59:33.360 But as far as Diddy's appearance today,
00:59:34.640 again, upbeat.
00:59:35.220 He waved at everyone
00:59:35.700 inside the courtroom.
00:59:36.360 Not any of his family
00:59:37.120 was inside that courtroom
00:59:37.760 because likely they're in a long time
00:59:39.500 or they're going to be here
00:59:40.160 for a long time,
00:59:40.700 that two-month period,
00:59:41.480 which is pretty much
00:59:42.200 what the duration of the trial
00:59:43.080 is expected to be.
00:59:43.920 But he came inside the courtroom.
00:59:44.900 Hey, guys, we got a 940 license.
00:59:46.680 We got 2,600 guys in here, man.
00:59:48.200 Like the video, guys.
00:59:48.820 I don't want to stop the video.
00:59:50.320 Smash that like button, guys.
00:59:51.480 Let's get to 1,000.
00:59:53.060 Let's get to 1,000.
00:59:54.820 All right?
00:59:55.460 Streaming on a Sunday at 2 p.m.
00:59:57.520 You guys know
00:59:58.160 I don't normally go at this time.
00:59:59.780 I got a flight to catch
01:00:00.660 in a few hours, matter of fact.
01:00:03.020 So I'm going to be, you know,
01:00:04.520 going out there to New York.
01:00:05.460 I'm going to have to probably
01:00:06.040 wake up super early tomorrow
01:00:07.200 to get over to the courtroom.
01:00:10.320 You know what I mean?
01:00:10.920 I think court's probably
01:00:11.600 going to start around 8 or 9.
01:00:13.300 Courtroom, you know,
01:00:13.800 of course the marshals
01:00:14.400 escorted him inside.
01:00:15.380 They were also, you know,
01:00:16.200 up to the dappers
01:00:16.820 and looking like dapper dance
01:00:17.780 for the most part.
01:00:18.260 They're not in their normal
01:00:18.760 marshals uniform or anything like that.
01:00:19.860 They're in a full suit.
01:00:20.940 Then he comes in.
01:00:21.520 He waves at everyone
01:00:22.000 inside the courtroom.
01:00:22.780 He kind of makes eye contact
01:00:23.460 with a lot of us in the media.
01:00:24.240 Then he sits down.
01:00:25.160 For the most part,
01:00:25.560 he chatted with his attorneys,
01:00:26.700 maybe Kenny Garagos today.
01:00:27.680 A couple times with Brian Steele
01:00:28.500 because when he was sitting
01:00:29.320 at the defense table,
01:00:29.980 he was sitting between
01:00:30.440 those two attorneys,
01:00:31.180 Kenny Garagos and Brian Steele
01:00:32.120 over to his left.
01:00:33.040 But he seems in good spirits
01:00:34.060 considering hours away
01:00:35.180 from essentially the trial of his life.
01:00:36.880 By the way, I said it before,
01:00:37.520 I'll say it again.
01:00:38.020 We plan to cover every aspect
01:00:39.400 of this ditty trial for you
01:00:40.420 here on SOT.
01:00:41.140 For whatever reason,
01:00:42.120 as long as it's not based on race
01:00:43.020 or gender or ethnicity,
01:00:44.120 they don't have to provide a reason.
01:00:44.960 And I thought we were
01:00:45.340 going to get the jury today.
01:00:46.100 Yeah, and they can get rid
01:00:47.180 of the jury for anything
01:00:47.940 is what he's explaining, chat.
01:00:49.340 I'll slow this part down
01:00:50.360 because this is a bit more
01:00:50.920 important for you guys.
01:00:52.140 Not the case?
01:00:52.940 What happened?
01:00:55.540 Oh, not the case.
01:00:56.480 Oh, yes, yes, guys.
01:00:57.560 So I am going to, okay,
01:00:58.560 because we've doubled
01:00:59.660 the viewership now since.
01:01:00.880 Yes, guys.
01:01:02.800 I will be in New York City.
01:01:04.280 I'm going to fly out
01:01:05.140 to New York City tonight.
01:01:06.540 Okay, guys,
01:01:07.120 I'm going to be covering
01:01:07.840 this case live.
01:01:09.900 I'm going to get in that
01:01:10.520 fucking courtroom somehow.
01:01:11.480 I know a lot of media
01:01:12.580 is going to be there, guys.
01:01:13.460 It's federal,
01:01:14.100 so that means since it's federal,
01:01:15.680 they can't record
01:01:17.740 in the courtroom.
01:01:18.420 So you're going to have
01:01:19.200 a lot of reporters in there.
01:01:20.160 It's going to be crazy.
01:01:21.320 I'm going to try to get in there,
01:01:22.660 see what happens.
01:01:24.600 I don't got a press pass
01:01:25.660 or anything.
01:01:25.920 I'm just showing up
01:01:26.720 with my notepad,
01:01:28.420 going to, you know,
01:01:30.280 be taking notes,
01:01:31.360 paying attention
01:01:31.800 to what's going on.
01:01:33.000 And obviously,
01:01:34.080 what I'm going to do is
01:01:34.980 I'm going to be there
01:01:36.020 in the courtroom,
01:01:37.060 taking notes,
01:01:37.580 and then at the conclusion
01:01:39.020 of the day,
01:01:40.740 I will go ahead
01:01:41.300 and film a video
01:01:41.880 for you guys
01:01:42.500 and then drop it
01:01:43.760 on Myron Gaines X.
01:01:44.740 I was debating
01:01:46.140 whether I was going
01:01:46.620 to live stream it or not,
01:01:47.320 but I might just pre-record
01:01:48.120 and drop it on there
01:01:48.860 for you guys
01:01:49.300 so you guys will be able
01:01:50.360 to get the info
01:01:51.520 right then and there
01:01:52.180 so I can make sure
01:01:53.680 I gather all my thoughts
01:01:54.520 and stuff like that.
01:01:55.560 But yes,
01:01:56.080 I will be taking notes
01:01:57.360 and I'll be there.
01:01:58.920 I'm going to fly out
01:01:59.800 literally tonight
01:02:01.100 for you guys
01:02:02.460 to cover this stuff.
01:02:03.560 I'll be out there all week,
01:02:07.560 so I'll probably come back
01:02:09.080 on Friday
01:02:09.880 is what I'm thinking.
01:02:10.640 But if it sucks
01:02:11.200 and I can't get in there
01:02:12.140 and then I'll just
01:02:12.460 come back earlier.
01:02:13.520 So we'll see what happens.
01:02:15.060 Someone said
01:02:15.380 wear a suit and tie.
01:02:16.040 No, nigga,
01:02:16.360 I'm not wearing a suit and tie.
01:02:17.200 What the fuck do I look like?
01:02:18.760 No, I'm not doing that.
01:02:21.380 I'm not an agent.
01:02:22.200 I'm not a marshal.
01:02:23.480 No need to wear a suit and tie.
01:02:27.480 So, yeah.
01:02:28.180 The case at all.
01:02:35.180 And I did not wake up
01:02:35.940 at four o'clock this morning
01:02:36.900 for them not to have a jury today.
01:02:38.320 Yeah, see, here's the thing.
01:02:39.740 Yeah, she said
01:02:40.140 wake up at four o'clock.
01:02:41.040 The guys,
01:02:41.520 you guys are saying
01:02:42.080 live stream it.
01:02:42.700 The problem is
01:02:43.320 that if I live stream it,
01:02:44.080 bro, I don't know
01:02:44.460 what the connection
01:02:44.880 is going to be like.
01:02:45.380 If the connection is good,
01:02:46.100 then I'll live stream it.
01:02:47.260 But I won't be able
01:02:47.820 to live stream it
01:02:48.280 in the courtroom, bro.
01:02:49.340 I got to walk outside
01:02:50.540 the courtroom to do it.
01:02:52.600 there's a lot to do. But yet, I am here this afternoon. So, for the most part, we did get
01:02:58.260 some type of jury updates, and that being that two were actually struck for cause, that being
01:03:02.180 number 295 as well as number 146. As far as 295 goes, the jury department received an email in
01:03:08.180 these last few hours, and they wanted to strike her for cause, or this person for cause, excuse
01:03:11.600 me, because they expressed issues, you know, about personal well-being. The defense pretty much
01:03:15.380 kind of summarized it that this prospective juror, non-perspective juror at this point,
01:03:19.580 just didn't want to be on the case. Now, as far as number 146, let me clarify that,
01:03:24.360 they had an actual open lawsuit with the city of New York. And, you know, when we're talking about
01:03:28.260 those sequestered questions that came out of Monday or in just the duration of this week during jury
01:03:32.480 selection, some of these questions include, do you have any civil matters that are pending? Do you
01:03:37.060 have any criminal matters that you have been or done with in the past? And according to what was
01:03:41.460 said in court today, that this person didn't have yes on any of those types of answers. And so,
01:03:45.580 obviously, after doing some digging, it was found that this person has a pending lawsuit with the
01:03:49.040 city of New York. That person didn't disclose that when they were brought in for questioning
01:03:52.840 this week. And so, the judge did say that, you know, we're going to strike this person for cause,
01:03:57.440 and that was approved. Now, the defense kind of had an issue with that because it kind of bled into
01:04:00.700 a little bit about number 131. But the judge said that those two issues weren't the same. So,
01:04:04.800 the question when it came to prospective juror number 131, the defense wanted them to strike them
01:04:09.460 similar to the previous juror as well, too. But that didn't happen because, as far as this person,
01:04:14.860 number 131, the question was just about the engagement with law enforcement. Now,
01:04:18.120 this prospective juror worked in a legal aid office 20 years ago, and she was just an office
01:04:22.180 manager. So, the judge didn't find enough cause for them to strike that particular juror. So,
01:04:26.180 as far as when we came inside that courtroom today, we all thought that they were going to dwindle that
01:04:29.100 number down from now 43 to what was supposed to be 18. So, that's going to be 12 regular jurors and
01:04:34.700 six alternates. But then the judge even mentioned possibly having three extra ones just in case through
01:04:39.560 the weekend, because, again, we were thinking that this was going to happen today on a Friday,
01:04:42.400 that through the weekend, some of them might trickle down, some of them might, you know, come to the
01:04:45.400 conclusion over the weekend that they may not serve, or they may not want to serve on this
01:04:48.520 jury. And so, they ended up, you know, being like, look, we can get this done on Monday. We can get
01:04:52.780 this done relatively quickly on Monday. Now, the government objected about that. They were
01:04:55.940 completely opposed to it. They said that they want to begin this case as quickly as possible.
01:04:59.380 And even us in the media, we thought when we come Monday morning, we thought we were just going to
01:05:02.160 listen to jury instructions and opening statements we're going to get underway. So, now,
01:05:05.360 when we come in on Monday, because now these 43 jurors have to come in at 8.30 on Monday,
01:05:09.380 and then they will be asked the questions. You know, people will be struck more and more and more
01:05:13.420 and more. So, 8.30, I'll probably be there like six or seven, Chad.
01:05:17.180 ...down until we can get those, again, 12 regular jurors, those six alternates. So,
01:05:20.940 essentially, from the government's point of view, that they were strongly opposed to doing this
01:05:23.800 process on Monday. They were concerned. There were concerns if jurors needed to be heard,
01:05:28.140 you know, that it could possibly cause this type of domino effect. And Prosecutor Maureen Comey,
01:05:33.120 she said that this process could take a long time. And the defense, you know, they were pretty confident
01:05:36.880 that this process could take about 20 minutes. Now, why we couldn't get through this 20 minutes
01:05:40.060 today as opposed to Monday, you know, that's a question for them. But it seems like, from both
01:05:43.520 sides, that they were under the understanding that this would all get done by essentially 9.30,
01:05:47.740 take a little break. Then they would come back, do swear in the jury, do jury instructions. Then
01:05:51.520 openings would begin. And then, possibly, we could see a witness even testify on Monday. Now,
01:05:55.720 I don't know how that will change, given that this process has been delayed just a little bit
01:05:58.560 from Friday to now Monday. But apparently, according to both sides, that they can get this process done
01:06:03.440 in less than half an hour, then on to swearing them in, and then on to jury instructions,
01:06:07.660 then openings, which I think is something that a lot of people are looking forward to seeing.
01:06:10.460 Yeah, the jury instruction is going to be very important, too. That's what the judge tells the
01:06:13.540 jury, like, you know, what, you know, how to interpret the evidence, how to interpret the testimony,
01:06:18.180 you know, how to properly assess things, because obviously, you know,
01:06:23.620 they need to look at things from a more objective manner as the jury, right?
01:06:27.300 Okay, Wes says, by the way, did you, you know, Sneeko admitted to getting a rush?
01:06:34.720 All right, bro.
01:06:37.420 I don't know, bro, why are you asking me these stupid questions on the stream, bro?
01:06:41.980 Carter, Brian says, thank you for everything at the JQ Radio. Can you help get Mo's con story bigger?
01:06:49.460 I've talked about the MoCon thing, bro, multiple times. I've talked about it. It's fucking ridiculous.
01:06:53.980 Dave Portnoy is a fucking scumbag. He's literally a fucking scumbag.
01:06:59.220 Dave Portnoy is a degenerate, alcoholic, pot-smoking, gambling piece of shit.
01:07:04.160 The dude is fucking trying to get a kid canceled for a sign at his club that he didn't even pay for.
01:07:09.940 It's fucking ridiculous. Fuck Dave Portnoy.
01:07:11.900 Him and Barstool Sports, a bunch of degenerate losers.
01:07:14.560 A lot of people are looking forward to seeing it to maybe just get a little bit more clarity
01:07:17.520 about the prosecution's case, because so much, as we talked about already,
01:07:20.380 has been under seal, has been redacted.
01:07:22.460 We'll definitely now get a sense of what is this racketeering case?
01:07:25.260 Who potentially are these victims?
01:07:27.060 And let's get into that, or these alleged victims,
01:07:28.620 because I understand there was a lot of discussion about victim one in this case.
01:07:33.240 Victim one who plays a key role in arguably the whole case,
01:07:36.240 but there is a sex trafficking charge dedicated to her.
01:07:39.620 Diddy will definitely not testify. No fucking way of testifying.
01:07:43.160 The racketeering charge she's a part of.
01:07:45.180 Some of the chat asked if Diddy is going to testify. There's no fucking way.
01:07:47.780 The transportation to engage in...
01:07:49.520 The only time I've ever seen it make sense to testify in your own trial is for self-defense cases,
01:07:54.840 but for this, hell no.
01:07:56.500 ...prostitution charges related to her.
01:07:58.320 Now, talk to us about what the discussions were regarding victim one,
01:08:01.280 and would I be fair to say, Elizabeth,
01:08:02.960 that we learned a little bit more information about victim one today,
01:08:05.880 where we might really feel confident to say,
01:08:08.360 this is, in fact, Cassandra Ventura?
01:08:10.460 Well, what I can tell you about, Jessie, is that, you know,
01:08:13.560 obviously we are presuming that victim one is to be Cassandra Ventura Fine.
01:08:17.640 That is, a.k.a. Cassie.
01:08:19.000 I will say that I can confirm that I did see her attorney, Douglas Wigter,
01:08:22.580 inside that courtroom today, you know, just kind of eyeing all the proceedings and that type of story.
01:08:26.600 But, you know, victim one was brought up in court many times today.
01:08:29.520 For example, the government was talking about an exhibit,
01:08:31.780 and this particular exhibit was a photograph between victim one and another witness pretty much embracing.
01:08:36.180 Now, this photo, according to the government, was taken on May 19th of 2005.
01:08:39.840 This is when victim one was living in New York City,
01:08:41.880 and this photo with victim one and also another witness testifying in this case
01:08:46.080 kind of plays into their relationship and that source.
01:08:48.880 Now, as far as the government says, they said this photo is not prejudicial.
01:08:53.580 It does have probative value, you know,
01:08:55.760 and the judge essentially was questioning, like, what does this photo really kind of establish?
01:08:59.160 And so, as far as the government's answer to that,
01:09:00.820 they say that it establishes what victim one's life was prior to her relationship with the defendant,
01:09:05.120 and the defendant, obviously, being Sean Diddy Cohen.
01:09:08.040 Real quick, I'll read some chats.
01:09:09.560 Red Pill Knight says,
01:09:10.660 Hey, Myron, your Diddy case coverage is on point.
01:09:12.300 You should pitch to be a correspondent for a major live stream news channel.
01:09:14.640 Your expertise will bring serious insight into broadcasts.
01:09:16.400 They won't bring me out.
01:09:16.980 I'm too controversial, probably.
01:09:19.340 Bro, me on mainstream media, bro,
01:09:24.000 it's going to be really tough, bro, to be honest with you.
01:09:26.400 It's going to be really, really tough, which is fine.
01:09:28.180 I really don't give a fuck.
01:09:29.380 That's why we just do a pressure fit.
01:09:31.960 It is what it is.
01:09:35.120 Myron, can you give the backstory on slavery because it has so many lies about it?
01:09:39.560 This is all you need to know about slavery, my friend.
01:09:43.100 Yeah, those guys, they brought us slaves over, pretty much.
01:09:45.500 Most of the slave owners,
01:09:46.960 and the slave ships were owned by them.
01:09:50.280 That's what you need to know.
01:09:52.020 Everything you've been told on slavery is a fucking lie, bro.
01:09:55.180 TJ goes,
01:09:56.560 Yo, Myron, think we can react to this four-minute video of Kirk debating
01:09:59.020 Assad involvement in JFK?
01:10:00.540 If I have time, bro.
01:10:03.200 WithGhost says,
01:10:03.940 I know you think they'll go first,
01:10:05.720 but you think it's possible to have the victim witness go last,
01:10:08.060 especially Cassie.
01:10:09.420 So the last thing the jury hears prior to the defense starting
01:10:11.520 is a victim witness's testimony.
01:10:13.400 That could possibly be a strategy as well with Ghost.
01:10:19.200 Hey, Myron, your Diddy case coverage on point.
01:10:20.660 Oh, yeah, I read that one before.
01:10:22.360 Topshay, hello, sir.
01:10:23.160 Pretending Diddy.
01:10:23.800 I think he's been gagged.
01:10:24.900 Did I mention certain individuals?
01:10:26.200 I think I answered that before.
01:10:29.740 Sorry, I have to talk about what you mentioned in another video,
01:10:32.160 and I'm interested in learning more.
01:10:33.180 Can you talk about the polygraph and Dancing Jays?
01:10:35.060 What were the asks, and where is that discussed?
01:10:39.560 I did a whole video on this, but yeah,
01:10:41.100 they asked them if they had foreign knowledge of 9-11,
01:10:43.740 and they gave them polygraph tests, and they failed.
01:10:46.920 Open hands, abuse, backhand, is this one?
01:10:48.960 This nigga, bro.
01:10:50.240 That'd be hilarious if the defense impeachment exhibit was a 304 for Cassie.
01:10:54.460 Hamza says,
01:10:55.200 Just showing due homage.
01:10:56.720 Shout, Myron, for the daily quality.
01:10:58.600 I've spent more time chilling with the OSS than homeboys.
01:11:00.920 We got you, bro.
01:11:02.180 My best opening statement won't happen.
01:11:03.920 My best opening statement won't happen until after lunch.
01:11:06.160 Yep, I agree.
01:11:07.560 I actually agree with that.
01:11:09.060 It won't be until after lunch or Tuesday.
01:11:14.240 Diddy will testify.
01:11:14.860 He wants to guarantee death in jail for himself.
01:11:16.900 Exactly.
01:11:19.640 P.S.
01:11:20.080 You need to get arrested, my man.
01:11:21.140 Hey, bro.
01:11:22.060 There's no brakes on a train.
01:11:25.420 Let me see here.
01:11:26.100 Let me make sure I didn't miss any chats here.
01:11:28.600 All right.
01:11:31.060 Holmes.
01:11:31.500 Now, the defense says it has lower probative value.
01:11:34.140 You know, the defense also says that it shows victim one being super young, so it could come
01:11:38.840 off very prejudicial.
01:11:40.140 The government says that, you know, victim one will end up testifying that she had met
01:11:43.040 Holmes about six months after this photo was taken.
01:11:45.280 Again, this photo was taken in May 19th, May 19th of 2005, when she was just 19 years old,
01:11:49.820 before she signed with Diddy's label.
01:11:52.060 And this is very important.
01:11:53.220 Why?
01:11:53.520 Because we know that Cassandra Ventura used to be one of the signees or one of the singers
01:11:57.980 signed to Bad Boy Records.
01:11:59.400 And so, you know, it kind of paints this picture a little bit more, just that we can kind of
01:12:03.080 possibly...
01:12:03.800 That's why they think she's going to be witness one.
01:12:05.420 We presume, again, even though we already have been, that this alleged victim is Cassie Ventura,
01:12:10.320 Cassie Ventura, fine, I should say, but pretty much that the judge ruled not to exclude the
01:12:14.660 photo.
01:12:14.920 So this photo will be admitted into evidence.
01:12:16.480 Now, victim one was also brought up by a kind of a defense argument.
01:12:19.380 And this argument was a little surprising to me because, you know, for the most part,
01:12:22.560 it seems that the defense, at some kind of aspects and points of this case, have kind
01:12:26.360 of been trying to paint this picture that Holmes, in a way, you know, he lives an alternative
01:12:29.940 lifestyle.
01:12:30.680 This is just, you know, these are consensual relationships between, you know, his former
01:12:34.980 girlfriends and these escorts that are part of, you know, these freak-offs that the government
01:12:38.460 is painting kind of his, you know, discretions about.
01:12:42.360 But as far as how this has to do with victim one is that the defense is pretty much going
01:12:46.740 to tell these jurors, essentially, that there was mutual physical violence, domestic violence
01:12:51.120 between the defendant, that being Diddy, and victim one.
01:12:54.680 And then the defense was even trying to paint the picture that this couldn't fall under the
01:12:58.020 statute of sex trafficking because it wasn't coerced, or this wasn't under coercion or
01:13:01.800 anything like that because alleged victim one has strength and she is powerful.
01:13:05.020 So why would she be coerced into doing these types of activities when, you know, she's
01:13:08.800 the one who has been aggressors in these types of domestic spats, as the defense is kind of
01:13:13.360 trying to paint this as.
01:13:14.260 And so they're pretty much going to be honest with the jury that there was mutual physical
01:13:17.600 violence on both ends.
01:13:18.840 So the jurors will know that, you know, obviously we have seen some aspects of that, obviously
01:13:23.800 that being told you guys, that's exactly what, that's the angle they're going to go.
01:13:26.860 The CNN video, but it seems like from the defense's perspective, they have no choice but to essentially
01:13:32.200 say, you know, hey, there was mutual physical violence on both ends.
01:13:35.920 It wasn't just, you know, Combs against this alleged victim.
01:13:38.360 It was also this alleged victim against Combs, too.
01:13:40.620 And so I thought that was a pretty interesting argument that the defense was trying to make.
01:13:43.620 And, you know, whether or not these jurors will actually believe this or whether or not
01:13:47.380 or pretty much how they'll interpret this, that's kind of a wait and see, as it always is.
01:13:51.280 But there was another mention of victim one, as far as it goes with employee statements.
01:13:54.720 Now, obviously, under the racketeering conspiracy, you know, the government is essentially needing
01:13:58.260 to prove that, you know, Combs was like the head of this, you know, enterprise, this racketeering
01:14:02.600 enterprise and that sort.
01:14:03.780 But they were talking about these employee statements and kind of taking it by a message
01:14:07.500 by message basis.
01:14:08.500 So, essentially, the argument is that this witness worked for bad boy records and worked
01:14:11.640 with victim one, which is why we also can believe that this is Cassandra Ventura.
01:14:15.060 Because if you think back to the civil lawsuit, she had essentially said that if she didn't
01:14:19.280 do what Diddy had wanted, essentially, that he would stall her music career.
01:14:23.180 And so with this witness, the defense was saying that that's not necessarily right.
01:14:28.100 This witness had made oral statements, not written statements.
01:14:30.700 But this was essentially about her career and these conversations that they were having
01:14:33.940 about victim one's career.
01:14:35.640 And so the defense says that this could have been a personal conversation, but that is kind
01:14:39.340 of unclear.
01:14:40.340 You know, it was said in open court that this person named Mr. Cruz was victim one's manager.
01:14:44.120 The government says that his conversation with the alleged victim number one kind of falls
01:14:47.280 into the heartland of this issue that they are going to be presenting to these jurors.
01:14:51.080 And so, essentially, the objection was overruled.
01:14:53.400 So, we're going to be hearing a lot of things, which is why we can kind of presume, possibly,
01:14:58.660 that victim one is going to be one of the first witnesses that is going to be taking
01:15:01.180 the stand come Monday.
01:15:02.680 So, a couple of things.
01:15:04.000 That's another reason, too, why they think it's going to be, well, why they think it's Cassie
01:15:06.720 and why she's going to take the stand first.
01:15:08.120 But yes, some of them bring up a good point that, you know, it would make more sense to
01:15:12.080 have her testify on the last day of the trial to make it more potent for the jury.
01:15:18.880 But they could bring her back again, Chad.
01:15:20.320 They could bring her back to testify more than once.
01:15:22.320 ...things here.
01:15:23.320 Number one, the way I understand it is, the defense might be saying there was mutual violence
01:15:27.960 in this relationship.
01:15:28.960 And if that's the case, if I'm understanding that correctly, you know what I think?
01:15:32.120 That is called the Johnny Depp defense.
01:15:33.620 Now, that was a civil...
01:15:34.620 Yes, this actually is a good idea.
01:15:35.620 Yeah, that's a good call because the Johnny Depp situation took it from a very horrible
01:15:39.700 situation to, no, they beat the crap out of each other.
01:15:42.460 And it actually ended up making Johnny Depp witness case.
01:15:45.380 ... case, but you take a page out of that playbook, high profile defense, high profile
01:15:50.860 celebrity, you know, saying that this is a much grayer area because that was about domestic
01:15:54.860 assault.
01:15:55.860 That was about domestic violence as well.
01:15:57.080 Could be wrong, but that's something that I think is interesting.
01:15:58.960 And Elizabeth, one of the questions I had was, did they say that they couldn't question
01:16:03.200 her about her medical records or anything like that?
01:16:05.680 So, Jesse, this was essentially just a conversation because, you know, despite these lawyers, that
01:16:10.020 being the government and the prosecution versus, you know, the defense team, they've been very
01:16:13.480 cordial throughout these entire proceedings, giving each other these professional courtesies
01:16:16.920 as far as, you know, what they will talk about, what they won't talk about, you know, this
01:16:19.800 issue is coming up, that issue is coming up, et cetera, et cetera.
01:16:21.960 So, when it comes to victim one, they came under the, they came to the agreement essentially
01:16:26.040 that they, victim one will not be cross-examined on medical topics.
01:16:29.300 Now, as far as the full extent of what those...
01:16:31.300 Interesting.
01:16:32.300 Interesting.
01:16:33.300 Interesting.
01:16:34.300 ... medical topics are, you know, that is kind of unclear, but it seems like from the government's
01:16:37.280 perspective that the defense will kind of abide by this professional courtesy and not necessarily
01:16:41.140 cross-examine this particular witness just about these medical topics and medical records,
01:16:45.200 which is also interesting because, again, if you go back to the civil suit that Cassandra Ventura
01:16:49.700 filed against Diddy, you know, it did talk about, you know, him taking her medical records
01:16:54.000 or keeping them from her and that type of sort, so whether...
01:16:56.620 Oh, shit, son's off here.
01:16:58.240 ... or not these questions will be asked on whether or not the defense will bring these
01:17:02.200 up in cross-examination.
01:17:03.160 It doesn't seem like it, according to this kind of professional courtesy both sides of
01:17:06.500 giving to him.
01:17:07.000 Right.
01:17:08.000 Now, talking about alleged victims, aside from alleged victim one, I understand there was a discussion
01:17:13.200 today about alleged victim five, correct?
01:17:15.600 What was the...
01:17:16.600 What did we learn about alleged victim five?
01:17:17.600 So not much was really talked about, victim five, as far as what we could hear regarding
01:17:21.940 their testimony or anything like that.
01:17:23.360 As far as the conversation goes around alleged victim number five, it was really about whether
01:17:27.060 or not this person, this individual, will be using a pseudonym at trial.
01:17:30.280 So what we do know is that the judge ruled that victims, alleged victims two, three and four,
01:17:33.640 could use a pseudonym.
01:17:34.640 Obviously, we know there's been some issues and some hiccups with alleged victim number
01:17:37.260 three.
01:17:38.260 And so, you know, whether or not this or whether or not she will be testifying, that's still up
01:17:41.600 in the air.
01:17:42.600 The government's still saying that they are going to get an answer to both sides and to the court
01:17:45.300 by the end of the day today.
01:17:47.020 But as far as alleged victim number five goes, the judge pretty much says, you know, that
01:17:51.720 this person cannot testify under a pseudonym.
01:17:53.640 So what we will see is alleged victim five's real name whenever this individual testifies
01:17:58.320 in court, whenever they get that chance to do for the government.
01:18:00.860 And any idea about who that might be?
01:18:04.540 Because one of the questions that I believe also Lisa Bloom, who represents Dawn Richard,
01:18:09.100 who had her own separate lawsuit against Sean Collins, I wondered whether or not she's...
01:18:12.860 Also, keep in mind, guys, that a lot of these women, well, a lot of women came out and sued
01:18:18.360 Diddy as well.
01:18:19.280 I'd be surprised if they actually brought witnesses that have lawsuits against Diddy because then
01:18:24.500 the defense can actually attack them and say, well, is it not true that you're suing my
01:18:28.040 client for a bunch of money?
01:18:29.040 So you have personal incentives on this.
01:18:31.040 He's going to be a witness in some capacity in this trial.
01:18:33.900 So, but any idea who victim five might be?
01:18:37.540 Maybe you don't.
01:18:38.140 Yeah, I'd be shocked if the government actually brought witnesses in that have active lawsuits
01:18:42.760 against Diddy.
01:18:43.640 I'd be very surprised.
01:18:44.560 Maybe you don't.
01:18:45.560 I mean, I can't definitively say in the same way that we can feel fairly confident that
01:18:48.940 victim one is Cassandra Ventura.
01:18:50.940 Any idea who victim five is?
01:18:52.820 No idea, but I do expect, you know, Dawn Richard to possibly testify in some type of capacity
01:18:59.560 during this trial.
01:19:00.560 I mean, Lisa Bloom wasn't in the courtroom today, but we do know that one of her legal reps or somebody
01:19:04.380 who works with her at the office, at her law office, was inside that courtroom today.
01:19:08.260 So it could possibly be, you know, and of course I put possibly very big an emphasis there because,
01:19:12.800 you know, we just really don't know.
01:19:14.580 But as far as Dawn Richard goes, I feel like she could also possibly play a huge key kind
01:19:19.440 of role in this case as well, too, because even if you go back to her civil lawsuit against
01:19:24.000 Diddy, who she had worked with for a number of years, all the way from Danity Kane to Dirty
01:19:27.380 Money, she had said that she.
01:19:28.840 Yeah, and if you guys remember, Danity Kane was a group that Diddy actually formed through
01:19:34.420 like his TV, the MTV, like with Making a Band.
01:19:37.580 He did something with singers and he formed Danity Kane as well.
01:19:42.280 Shout out to Victor Benuel, bro, react to the JBP podcast covering Mark Lamont Hills debate
01:19:47.980 with you on Pierce Morgan.
01:19:49.780 Timestamp is 142.39.
01:19:52.140 That shit is my liberal content.
01:19:54.280 Oh, Joe Budden podcast?
01:19:59.140 Bro, I already cooked these niggas, bro.
01:20:01.720 He had witnessed.
01:20:02.940 It's very simple what the issue is with the whole Joe Budden thing.
01:20:06.260 I'll pull up one of my tweets, bro.
01:20:07.360 You guys got to follow me on X because I'd be covering all this shit on my X, bro.
01:20:10.740 When losers like this, yes, I was cooking these idiots earlier.
01:20:14.320 Bro, nobody is safe on X just so you guys know.
01:20:16.680 Like on X, I'd be frying people, bro.
01:20:19.020 I could say a lot of the shit that I can't say on YouTube for obvious reasons, right?
01:20:22.340 So let's go back to this Diddy shit.
01:20:29.200 This is more important right now.
01:20:30.280 In her suit that she had witnessed, this physical violence and just more from what was happening
01:20:34.980 behind closed doors while Diddy was in a relationship with Cassie.
01:20:38.500 And then obviously with Don Richard, she also had alleged that Diddy had kept her trapped
01:20:42.820 inside the back of a car for two hours.
01:20:44.500 She had called her dad.
01:20:45.260 It was a whole thing according to these allegations that were mapped out in her suit.
01:20:49.160 But I expect that she definitely will play a role in some capacity when it comes to this
01:20:53.780 trial.
01:20:54.020 Now, whether or not she's alleged that it's in five, that's unclear.
01:20:56.360 But I guess we'll see what happens when this trial comes.
01:20:58.920 So many twists and turns with that.
01:21:00.340 And let's preview a little bit for next week and for the continuing eight weeks of this
01:21:03.300 trial.
01:21:04.020 First, about Diddy's legal team.
01:21:06.500 For those who don't know, who comprises Diddy's legal team?
01:21:09.640 And also, if you can, Elizabeth, I know there's a lot of controversy regarding a lawyer who
01:21:15.040 may not necessarily be.
01:21:16.720 Guys, also do me a favor.
01:21:18.600 Let's get to 1,500 likes, ninjas.
01:21:20.220 1,500 likes.
01:21:21.500 On Diddy's legal team, but maybe they're in some capacity.
01:21:24.640 So talk us through who is on Diddy's legal team and the issue with one of Diddy's legal
01:21:29.860 friends.
01:21:30.000 Oh yeah, this is actually hilarious.
01:21:31.040 One of the lawyers, what he said.
01:21:32.120 Friends, shall I say.
01:21:35.480 Legal friends.
01:21:36.120 Just putting it a little, like, pretty loosely there, Jesse.
01:21:39.280 And of course, that being, you know, Mark Garagos.
01:21:41.060 We know that Mark Garagos, as far as we're recording this right now, isn't officially
01:21:45.000 a part of Diddy's defense team.
01:21:46.560 But, you know, he has known Diddy for a number of years.
01:21:49.300 His daughter, Tenny, is on the defense team.
01:21:50.920 So she is actually one of the retained attorneys that are going to be inside that courtroom every
01:21:55.500 single day and has been on this case in September when Diddy was first indicted and
01:21:58.620 also arrested as well, too.
01:21:59.960 But, you know, as far as Mark Garagos, he has been a kind of a controversial figure a little
01:22:03.640 bit since these pretrial things have been kind of going on.
01:22:06.980 And that is the sense that, you know, he had made these comments.
01:22:10.260 Hold on.
01:22:10.860 Y'all niggas got to hear this shit.
01:22:12.160 This shit is funny what he said.
01:22:14.220 On his podcast with TMZ, pretty much referring to the prosecution as, you know, a six-pack of
01:22:20.720 white women.
01:22:21.380 Oh, man.
01:22:30.200 Yo, niggas said it's a six-pack of white women.
01:22:33.540 Bruh.
01:22:37.720 Let me show you guys what he's talking about here.
01:22:40.340 Let me show you guys.
01:22:41.080 This niggas, he's not kidding around.
01:22:42.720 Hold on.
01:22:43.040 Diddy press conference.
01:22:44.040 So, hold on, bro.
01:22:53.960 Let me see if I can fight this shit.
01:22:56.140 Is this it?
01:22:58.040 Hold on, Jan.
01:22:58.880 Hold on.
01:23:00.300 I think this is it right here.
01:23:01.620 Okay.
01:23:08.040 Hold on.
01:23:10.140 Bruh.
01:23:10.540 Yeah.
01:23:14.800 This one's it.
01:23:17.940 Hold on, Jan.
01:23:18.780 I'm trying to find the part where he shows the girl.
01:23:21.600 Okay.
01:23:21.960 Here we go.
01:23:25.620 And Mitzi Steiner and their supervise.
01:23:28.060 So, he's going to, he's going to, these are the women that were involved in prosecuting
01:23:32.380 Diddy.
01:23:34.840 Provided tremendous assistance on.
01:23:36.560 I remember me and academics looked at this shit.
01:23:38.660 We said, this nigga Diddy cooked, bro.
01:23:40.240 This case.
01:23:41.780 Six white chicks.
01:23:42.660 I'm deeply grateful for their continued work.
01:23:45.900 And finally, I want to thank.
01:23:47.620 This is the United States Attorney, or was the United States Attorney for the Southern
01:23:50.580 District of New York at the time.
01:23:52.000 The outstanding career prosecutors from SDNY who were handling this case.
01:23:57.040 Meredith Foster, Emily Johnson, Christy Slavik, Madison Smyzer, and Mitzi Steiner.
01:24:03.580 And their supervisors, Jamie Backliebter and Jacqueline Kelly.
01:24:07.160 They are members of the Civil Rights Unit in our criminal division.
01:24:11.780 Yeah, this nigga cooked.
01:24:12.900 Look.
01:24:13.360 Look at that fucking squad.
01:24:14.240 Falcon Punch!
01:24:16.500 Bunch of fucking feminists.
01:24:18.500 And one of them is one of them boys, too.
01:24:20.900 One, two, three, four, five, six, seven.
01:24:24.120 God damn.
01:24:24.660 That's why I said it's a six-pack of white women.
01:24:26.240 Those were his words to the comments on his podcast with TMZ, pretty much referring to
01:24:32.900 the prosecution as, you know, a six-pack of white women.
01:24:36.640 And those were his words.
01:24:40.480 W misogyny, baby.
01:24:42.020 Not mine.
01:24:42.780 And that was something that the judge took pretty seriously when he had said that.
01:24:47.420 Of course the judge got mad.
01:24:48.620 It's New York, bro.
01:24:49.200 Diggas is pussy.
01:24:49.980 To me, it was an interesting thing for Mark Garrages to say in the first place because
01:24:53.680 after Anthony Rico quit and before Xavier Donaldson and Nicole Westmoreland were on the case,
01:24:58.600 you know, Diddy's defense team looked kind of similar to the prosecution there as far as
01:25:04.440 in terms of diversity.
01:25:05.680 So I don't know why he kind of made that statement in the first place, but the judge admonished him
01:25:11.780 because it's fucking funny.
01:25:13.240 Like, look at them, dude.
01:25:14.480 Come on, man.
01:25:15.780 These are all a bunch of fucking angry feminists here, clearly.
01:25:19.900 We created the civil rights.
01:25:21.020 That nigga's cooked.
01:25:21.800 I ain't gonna lie.
01:25:23.140 This, bro, man.
01:25:25.860 And I'll be honest with you guys, six AUSAs on a case is crazy.
01:25:28.940 Falcon Punch!
01:25:31.300 Six?
01:25:32.240 Bro, two was a lot.
01:25:34.320 Six is wild.
01:25:35.560 And you know, like, all of them probably have a very big vested interest in this case,
01:25:42.180 given who the target is.
01:25:44.820 For that, calling his comments essentially, like, he can't say those types of comments.
01:25:50.620 He can't say those types of things.
01:25:51.900 It kind of violates the rules that we have here at New York.
01:25:54.100 Shut the fuck up, bro.
01:25:55.700 Judge is soft.
01:25:56.440 York, as far as defendants playing some type of role in capacity inside the case and making
01:26:03.080 these types of comments to the media and that type of sort.
01:26:05.720 But as far as who was in the courtroom today, you know, it was the standard Mark Agnifolo,
01:26:09.640 Tinny Garagos.
01:26:10.600 It was Xavier Donaldson, who, by the way, I just want to give a public apology to, because
01:26:14.660 I believe I've been calling him Xavier Thompson this entire time.
01:26:17.580 But I just want to clarify that it is Xavier Donaldson.
01:26:21.080 We had Brian Steele inside that courtroom.
01:26:23.080 A lot of people are familiar with Brian Steele.
01:26:24.660 You guys know who he is.
01:26:25.640 That's Young Thug's lawyer that got him off.
01:26:27.160 He used to represent Young Thug.
01:26:29.100 Alexandra Shapiro, Jason Driscoll, Nicole Westmoreland was also in that courtroom today.
01:26:34.240 One defense attorney.
01:26:35.600 He's got an all-star squad.
01:26:37.900 But yeah, guys, so yeah, as far as the Diddy stuff goes, I'm going to be there.
01:26:42.300 I'm going to flout tonight.
01:26:43.660 Andrew will be going with me as well.
01:26:44.840 I'll have Frank.
01:26:45.880 It's going to be a good time.
01:26:47.820 You know, we're going to vlog it.
01:26:49.720 And we'll see, man.
01:26:50.720 Hopefully I can get in there tomorrow.
01:26:52.000 And, you know, it's going to be packed.
01:26:55.440 It's going to absolutely be packed.
01:26:56.580 So I'm going to try to get there early, see what happens.
01:26:58.220 Hopefully they'll let me in.
01:26:59.420 And we'll go from there, chat.
01:27:00.780 I've got a press pass.
01:27:01.560 Niggas just going in there and dole.
01:27:02.680 We'll see what happens.
01:27:03.940 But you guys know, if I get in there, I'm going to give you guys by far the best fucking coverage on this case.
01:27:10.240 Because like I said before, I used to actually do this stuff.
01:27:12.620 I'm the only one that's actually been in a trial as a case agent that could tell you guys how this shit really works.
01:27:17.320 So all these other reporters, cool, big networks, it don't matter.
01:27:21.240 They don't got the experience.
01:27:21.960 They don't got the MG.
01:27:22.980 So, okay.
01:27:24.120 Let's get into the next topic, guys.
01:27:26.800 Let's go ahead.
01:27:28.220 You guys want me to react to this Joe Budden shit?
01:27:30.920 Bro, these niggas are clowns, man.
01:27:32.600 I'll be honest with you all.
01:27:34.400 Joe Budden is a fucking failure.
01:27:36.860 And he does like weird shit with his dog.
01:27:38.680 And he's a pervert.
01:27:40.100 So let's get into the ceasefire, guys.
01:27:41.600 We're going to move on over to global affairs, a.k.a. geopolitics, okay?
01:27:44.600 Do me a favor, ninjas, and like the video.
01:27:48.820 Let's get to 1,500 likes because we cover everything on this channel.
01:27:51.080 True crime, politics, news, everything.
01:27:53.380 As you guys know, there was a ceasefire that was brokered between Pakistan and India.
01:27:58.440 Thanks, United States.
01:28:00.400 Let's go ahead and see.
01:28:01.580 I apologize that it's going to be this nigga that's going to be yapping.
01:28:04.220 And you guys already know how I feel about Indian accents.
01:28:06.000 They're the worst.
01:28:07.440 But, you know, what can you do?
01:28:09.460 We're covering India and Pakistan, so.
01:28:10.780 Today evening, both nations have reached a ceasefire agreement.
01:28:15.840 Currently...
01:28:16.560 Don't worry, I got the subtitles for you, ninjas.
01:28:18.200 I am here at Bamiyal on the Zero Line and standing just 200 meters away from the LOC.
01:28:25.220 I'm joined by some of the farmers because Punjab, as in state, which was one of the most impacted
01:28:30.880 by Pakistan strikes, which were failed, which were foiled by our India's air force
01:28:37.600 with their anti-missile and anti-drone system.
01:28:41.300 These people, those who live in Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Chamuk...
01:28:46.200 Now, what's interesting, what I will say about this conflict is both parties have, like, you know,
01:28:51.100 done a very good job of pushing out their propaganda and censoring it into censors.
01:28:54.400 Kashmir border were the most impacted.
01:28:57.440 You have seen just 200 meters away, the LOC line.
01:29:01.600 The farmers here have harvested wheat and they are going to start the sowing for the paddy crop.
01:29:08.940 And Punjab shares around 530 kilometer border.
01:29:12.340 And the people living on the borders are mostly rely on agriculture as their means to earn bread.
01:29:19.160 That accent is fucking brutal.
01:29:41.200 I'm giving you guys actual Indian news, so it's right from the source,
01:29:44.260 but we're going to have to switch off this.
01:29:45.440 This is painful.
01:29:46.040 Oh, shit, hold on, we got some breaking news from Fox.
01:29:59.880 Hold on, with the diddy shit.
01:30:01.800 Hold on, chat, let's see here.
01:30:04.000 What the fuck?
01:30:06.580 Welcome back here on Live Now from Fox 929 on the East Coast and 629 on the West Coast.
01:30:13.740 Viewer discretion is advised for this next story as the final stage of jury selection for the sex trafficking trial of Sean Diddy Combs has been postponed with opening arguments still slated for this coming week.
01:30:27.660 Prosecutors alleged the music mogul coerced and abused women for years with help from a network of associates and employees while silencing victims through blackmail, kidnapping, arson and beatings.
01:30:41.260 They accused Diddy of using his quote, power and prestige to force female victims into drugged up, elaborately produced sexual performances with male sex workers in events that were dubbed freak offs.
01:30:54.740 Diddy's attorneys are expected to argue that the government is demonizing and distorting the sexual activity of consenting adults.
01:31:03.460 Jury selection did begin last Monday with a federal judge ruling Friday on the postponement of the final phase of selecting that jury again expected to resume tomorrow.
01:31:14.520 Andrea Lewis is a former felony prosecutor and civil attorney who does handle sex crimes cases.
01:31:20.780 She joins us now live to break all of this down.
01:31:24.340 Thank you so much, as always, for taking the time to be here with us.
01:31:27.680 Thank you for having me.
01:31:28.760 All right.
01:31:28.900 So first off, I do want to ask you about the delay.
01:31:31.080 We heard, of course, from the judge on Friday, everything expected to resume tomorrow.
01:31:34.860 So what role does that play in shaking up the timeline?
01:31:37.820 Is there any sort of impact?
01:31:40.620 It's really it's a minor thing.
01:31:42.220 We're talking about do they finish picking the jury on Friday as opposed to Monday?
01:31:45.600 The reasons the judge cited for doing that was that he was afraid that if certain jurors were selected, that they may get cold feet over the weekend and have second thoughts and say, you know, maybe this isn't the trial for me.
01:31:56.320 So he just pushed it to Monday.
01:31:57.900 That's not a major inconvenience at all.
01:31:59.640 And I don't think it'll have much effect on the timeline.
01:32:02.180 Okay, that's good.
01:32:03.200 That's good.
01:32:03.580 Folks have asked about and discussed the sex trafficking aspect of this, but there's also this racketeering statute.
01:32:10.100 So can you break?
01:32:10.780 Okay, can we break and broken that down already?
01:32:13.360 Okay.
01:32:14.160 Uh.
01:32:15.600 So breaking, India claims Pakistan violated ceasefire tensions flare, which is the ceasefire that basically the Trump administration brokered.
01:32:22.480 Big news here.
01:32:23.880 India and Pakistan agreed to a ceasefire earlier today following recent clashes between the two nations.
01:32:29.680 The agreement comes after a long night of talks led by the Trump administration.
01:32:33.920 But one side says the other already has violated the ceasefire.
01:32:38.220 Stephanie Bennett, live in London with breaking details for us.
01:32:41.220 Stephanie.
01:32:41.460 Hey, John.
01:32:43.180 Yeah, the news of this ceasefire agreement from this morning was welcome news by residents on both sides.
01:32:49.520 But as night fell, well, India has already accused Pakistan of violating it.
01:32:54.940 Take a look at some of these images we're seeing.
01:32:56.740 The Indian foreign secretaries said there have been repeated violations of the deal of those on the ground.
01:33:03.020 Report hearing explosions and seeing flashing lights in the night sky.
01:33:07.080 You can just about make them out there.
01:33:08.900 Their armed forces have been told to deal strongly with the violations.
01:33:12.640 Meanwhile, Pakistan's information minister denied any violations.
01:33:16.700 Initially, President Donald Trump announced the deal earlier on Truth Social, saying in part, quote,
01:33:21.860 after a long night of talks mediated by the United States, I'm pleased to announce that India and Pakistan have agreed to a full and immediate ceasefire.
01:33:39.000 Congratulations to both countries on using common sense and great intelligence.
01:33:42.920 On X, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio wrote that he and Vice President J.D. Vance had been working for over 48 hours to get this done,
01:33:51.180 saying the two countries will now start talks on a broad set of issues at a neutral site.
01:33:56.340 Pakistan's prime minister thanked President Trump on X as well for his leadership,
01:33:59.980 saying Pakistan believes this marks a new beginning in the resolution of issues that have plagued the region.
01:34:05.920 By the way, guys, if you guys like politics, you guys should all be on fucking X, by the way.
01:34:09.540 I'm actually going to follow this guy right here so I can keep up with stuff.
01:34:13.880 X is where it's at when it comes to politics, guys.
01:34:20.840 On Wednesday, India carried out strikes on what it said was terrorist infrastructure in Pakistani Kashmir and Pakistan,
01:34:26.960 two weeks after 26 people were killed in an attack on Hindu tourists in Indian Kashmir.
01:34:33.180 Now, locals along the border today were initially elated to hear the news of this ceasefire and coming out with signs like that.
01:34:43.940 We found out via social media, via Donald Trump's tweet.
01:34:48.360 We are happy to see this.
01:34:50.480 This is a good thing.
01:34:51.740 Nobody wants war.
01:34:54.920 And, John, again, things are very much developing.
01:34:57.600 We're going to keep an eye on all those developments.
01:34:59.980 John.
01:35:00.160 Hopeful, hopeful sign.
01:35:02.620 Especially given how both powers literally have nuclear capabilities that can destroy each other.
01:35:08.640 So, not a good move.
01:35:11.180 Let's see if we have anything else with the latest.
01:35:13.740 Okay, so apparently this comes an hour ago from Fox, Los Angeles.
01:35:16.720 Look at this.
01:35:18.160 India and Pakistan agreed to a ceasefire today following escalating clashes.
01:35:22.780 Still hours later, the two South Asian enemies accused each other of violating the peace deal.
01:35:28.860 Fox News correspondent Stephanie Bennett reports.
01:35:34.200 Celebrations across Islamabad Saturday following the news of the immediate ceasefire deal between India and Pakistan.
01:35:40.720 President Donald Trump crediting the pause in military confrontation to a long night of talks mediated by the U.S.
01:35:49.680 Writing in part on Truth Social, quote, congratulations to both countries on using common sense and great intelligence.
01:35:57.560 It was agreed between them that both sides would stop all firing and military action on land and in the air and sea.
01:36:09.860 Now, it's interesting because both countries are running around saying that they beat the other one, which is also very funny and interesting as well.
01:36:15.380 And by the way, guys, we got only 1,300 likes, but we got 2,800 almost of you guys in here just on YouTube alone.
01:36:21.940 Then we got another 1,300 or so like that on Rumble.
01:36:24.740 So, we got like, what, 4,000 plus of you guys in here roughly.
01:36:27.260 Guys, do me a favor.
01:36:28.360 Like that fucking video.
01:36:29.460 Smash that like button.
01:36:32.340 Okay.
01:36:33.720 Hit it.
01:36:34.560 Let's get to 1,500.
01:36:35.340 In recent days, the fighting between the two South Asian countries has been the worst the region has seen in almost three decades.
01:36:44.240 A gun massacre killed.
01:36:46.420 Yeah, Pakistan attacked 26 of their military locations, guys, two days ago.
01:36:51.140 So, it would have been crazy.
01:36:52.720 World War poop probably would have happened.
01:36:57.540 26 people in India, administered Kashmir last month, triggered missile and drone strikes between the two nations.
01:37:05.580 We don't want collateral damage.
01:37:07.300 Civilians' lives matter more.
01:37:09.020 This was not from Pakistan.
01:37:10.320 This was caused from the Indian side.
01:37:12.140 Many in India and Pakistan are welcoming the news with a sigh of relief.
01:37:17.600 This is the best decision of the government.
01:37:20.020 If there was a war, our country would have gone back 10 years.
01:37:24.020 War is not the solution.
01:37:25.920 Peace is the solution.
01:37:27.420 War was declared, but when peace was achieved, it became much better.
01:37:31.260 However, hours after the peace agreement, multiple explosions were heard in Indian-controlled territory.
01:37:37.200 Residents there reported blackouts following the blasts.
01:37:41.160 India's foreign secretary is now accusing Pakistan of violating the ceasefire and is urging it to address the breaches.
01:37:48.460 In London, Stephanie Bennett, Fox News.
01:37:51.580 New tonight, Russian President Vladimir Putin has proposed peace talks with Ukraine starting Thursday in Istanbul.
01:37:58.580 Oh, shit.
01:38:00.280 That's huge.
01:38:01.000 The announcement comes after Ukraine's President Zelensky met with leaders from Germany, France, the U.K., and Poland in Kyiv.
01:38:08.500 They urged Putin to agree to a 30-day ceasefire by Monday or face major sanctions.
01:38:16.040 Bruh, you guys have been sanctioning them forever.
01:38:18.560 It doesn't matter.
01:38:19.320 Like, Russia's already figured this out, how to get around the sanctions at this point.
01:38:22.540 Like, the sanctions don't do shit.
01:38:24.400 Russia's been sanctioned since, like, 2014, dude, and they've been able to figure it out.
01:38:28.300 So, that doesn't mean shit.
01:38:31.000 All right.
01:38:32.200 So, real quick with the whole India story.
01:38:36.380 The danger for India and Pakistan has not gone away.
01:38:38.220 New developments in the nuclear power is harrowing four-day conflict.
01:38:40.660 This comes from the New York Times.
01:38:41.960 Along with entrenched religious nationalism on each side could signal more frequent battles ahead.
01:38:46.800 So, I'll read some of this, guys, and we're going to go right into the next topic we're going to cover.
01:38:53.460 We'll cover the mayor of Newark, New Jersey, getting arrested.
01:38:58.280 We'll cover that as well.
01:39:00.380 India and Pakistan have seemingly pulled back from the brink again, but so much was new about the nuclear-armed enemy's chaotic four-day clash,
01:39:07.000 and so many of the underlying accelerants remain volatile that there's a little to suggest that the truce represents any return to old patterns of restraint.
01:39:14.140 A new generation of military technology fueled the dizzying aerial escalation.
01:39:18.620 Waves of airstrikes and anti-aircraft volleys with modern weapons set the stage.
01:39:22.860 Soon, they were joined by weaponized drones en masse for the first time both along the two countries' extensive boundaries and deep into their territory,
01:39:31.140 hundreds of them in the sky probing each nation's defenses and striking without risk to any pilot.
01:39:36.500 Then, the missiles and drones were streaking past the border areas and deep into India's and Pakistan's territories,
01:39:42.740 directly hitting air and defense bases, prompting dire threats and the highest level of military alert.
01:39:47.080 Only then did international diplomacy, a crucial factor in past pullbacks between India and Pakistan,
01:39:53.860 seem to engage in earnest at what felt like the last minute before catastrophe.
01:40:00.120 In a new global chapter defined by perilous conflicts, distracted leaders,
01:40:03.580 and a retracting sense of international responsibility to keep peace, the safety net had never seemed thinner.
01:40:08.880 Going back historically, many of the India-Pakistan conflicts have been stopped because of external intervention,
01:40:15.760 said Srinath Raghavan, a military historian and strategic analyst.
01:40:20.200 You can see here, look, you can see all the fucking things in the sky.
01:40:24.560 Mr. Raghavan observed that neither country has a significant military industrial base
01:40:29.140 and the need to rely on weapons sales from abroad means outside pressure can have an effect.
01:40:34.140 As you guys know, they buy their weapons from us and from Russia and China.
01:40:37.340 But the positions of both sides appeared more extreme this time in India,
01:40:40.720 in particular seem to want to see if it could achieve an outcome different than in previous conflicts.
01:40:45.060 I think there's a stronger sort of determination, it seems, on the part of the Indian government
01:40:48.080 to sort of make sure that the Pakistanis do not feel that they can just get away or get even, he said,
01:40:53.240 which definitely is part of the escalatory thing.
01:40:55.520 Both sides seem to feel they cannot let this thing end with the other side feeling that they have somehow got the upper hand.
01:41:02.200 The political realities in India and Pakistan each gripped by an entrenched religious nationalism
01:41:05.960 remain unchanged after the fighting.
01:41:07.960 And that creates perhaps the most powerful push towards the kind of confrontation they could get out of hand again.
01:41:12.800 Let me summarize it for you guys, okay guys?
01:41:14.860 Very simple.
01:41:16.040 India and Pakistan are two different countries culturally and with different religions, right?
01:41:21.520 You got Hindus on one side, then you got Muslims on the other side.
01:41:24.140 In India, there are Muslims, but they are not the majority, okay?
01:41:27.560 And they're heavily persecuted by India.
01:41:31.600 In India, they have a caste system, which is brutal to those that are not Hindus.
01:41:34.900 Well, even people that are Hindus.
01:41:36.600 And Muslims tend to be at the bottom of that.
01:41:38.340 So do Christians.
01:41:39.540 Now, in Pakistan, they obviously are Muslim.
01:41:43.480 And this issue, when it comes to religious differences,
01:41:48.460 has created quite a bit of geopolitical tension for decades.
01:41:51.300 That whole region, guys, was basically controlled by the British.
01:41:55.660 And after World War II, right around 1947, they broke off.
01:41:59.540 And these two different factions had problems.
01:42:02.220 And a lot of it is attributed to religion.
01:42:04.500 Now, in the Islamic faith, guys, in Islam,
01:42:07.520 idol-worshiping and paganism is heavily, heavily frowned upon, okay?
01:42:12.860 And the same with the Hindu side.
01:42:14.380 They don't like the monotheistic Abrahamic religions either.
01:42:17.480 So this conflict isn't just a geopolitical problem where, you know,
01:42:21.900 they're fighting over water and the river and all this other stuff.
01:42:24.260 No, they're also fighting on religious lines as well.
01:42:28.220 So, you know, and the country of India is heavy with the censorship,
01:42:31.940 as you guys know.
01:42:32.860 A lot of political commentators on Twitter were literally banned.
01:42:36.320 It can't be seen in India for obvious reasons.
01:42:39.840 So this has been going on for a very long time, guys.
01:42:42.180 So hopefully, yeah, some dumbass in the chat says there's more to it.
01:42:46.600 Yeah, I know you bitch-ass nigga,
01:42:47.640 but I'm not going to go over the entire history
01:42:49.800 and watch a 30-minute video on this shit.
01:42:51.340 Ben, you fucking retard.
01:42:52.420 Some of y'all niggas are really stupid, bro.
01:42:53.940 Holy.
01:42:54.940 There's more to it, G.
01:42:55.940 Shut the fuck up, nigga.
01:42:56.800 You stupid.
01:42:57.980 Okay?
01:42:58.780 This is a little like I got fucking time
01:42:59.960 to go over the whole fucking Poop Gita Olympics over here, motherfucker.
01:43:02.700 No, we got, I got, I'm short on time.
01:43:04.220 I got to fucking catch a flight.
01:43:05.760 And we got other stories to cover.
01:43:07.520 All right?
01:43:08.500 Fucking Ragaj, whatever the fuck your name is, shut up.
01:43:12.260 More to it than that, G.
01:43:13.400 Shut the fuck up.
01:43:15.780 Anyway, so, so yeah.
01:43:18.780 Religious differences, you know, based on, you know, different ideologies,
01:43:25.960 especially when it comes to idol worshiping versus, you know,
01:43:30.100 Abrahamic religions create quite a bit of rift.
01:43:32.280 So we'll see what happens, man.
01:43:33.040 We'll see if the ceasefire lasts.
01:43:35.800 We'll see if it lasts.
01:43:37.020 But obviously, the religious tension has been going on for decades,
01:43:40.300 chat, for a very, very long time.
01:43:42.480 Okay, let's go on to the next story.
01:43:46.280 Outside a newly opened immigration detention facility in his city today,
01:43:50.800 Mayor Ross Baraka had been protesting the opening of that facility,
01:43:54.480 given the Trump administration is planning to use it
01:43:57.180 as part of the president's plan to sharply increase the number.
01:44:00.100 And this is the mayor of Newark, which real quick.
01:44:04.700 We'll go ahead.
01:44:06.720 His name is, I think, Ras Baraka or Baraka Ras.
01:44:12.440 Ras Baraka, I think.
01:44:15.520 Yeah, there we go in there, Newark.
01:44:17.520 Here he is, guys.
01:44:18.980 Okay.
01:44:20.920 Here he is.
01:44:21.380 Where's the nigga from?
01:44:21.920 He's a Newark native.
01:44:23.480 He's a son of an activist, Amiri Baraka, born in America.
01:44:26.220 Okay.
01:44:27.200 He was educated in Newark public schools,
01:44:28.840 attended university high school, earned a bachelor's degree,
01:44:32.000 and then he went to St. Peter's in New Jersey City, New Jersey.
01:44:35.940 He was a principal before this.
01:44:37.640 And let's see here.
01:44:40.660 Yeah.
01:44:43.100 Number of detention beds.
01:44:45.080 That's when this happened.
01:44:47.000 The man you see there being arrested, wearing a brown coat and a hat,
01:44:50.340 that is Mayor Ross Baraka.
01:44:52.160 Witnesses say that the mayor was arrested after he tried to join a tour of the facility
01:44:56.380 with three Democratic members of New Jersey's congressional delegation today.
01:45:00.880 There was yelling and pushing after federal officials were blocking his entry.
01:45:04.660 The mayor, who was running for governor, was arrested after he had returned to the public side of the gates.
01:45:11.020 In a statement that came after that arrest, the Department of Homeland Security said that the lawmakers had not asked for a tour of the facility
01:45:17.160 and that as a bus-carrying detainees was entering, quote,
01:45:20.700 a group of protesters, including two House members, stormed the gate and broke into the detention facility.
01:45:28.940 And Mayor Ross Baraka was just released from custody.
01:45:32.020 I'm surprised that he actually did an interview right after getting arrested, Chad.
01:45:35.200 And real quick before he gives this interview, here's the case against him, guys.
01:45:39.200 So he basically got hit with a trespassing case, right?
01:45:41.660 And here we go.
01:45:42.760 I got the actual pacer thing for you guys right here, by the way, so we can actually look at this.
01:45:48.520 That was easy.
01:45:49.700 So you can see here on May 9, 2025, there was a criminal complaint filed, okay?
01:45:55.280 And the charge is 18 U.S.C. Section 13, okay?
01:45:59.180 Now, this isn't common, guys.
01:46:00.400 I'll be very honest with y'all.
01:46:02.280 I've rarely, I've never seen this charge before.
01:46:06.400 And you go in here, boom, put the charge in.
01:46:09.880 So 18 U.S.C. 13 is the Assimilative Crimes Act, which makes state law applicable to conduct occurring on federal lands.
01:46:17.340 On the other hand, defines criminal trespass in New Jersey, specifically addressing the offense of unlicensed entry of structure.
01:46:23.980 So this is New Jersey law.
01:46:25.200 So basically what happened was the feds took a state law and basically absorbed it, right?
01:46:31.540 They assimilated it.
01:46:32.520 So here it is.
01:46:34.060 This section ensures that when a federal crime isn't defined by federal law, state laws will apply to federal lands.
01:46:39.040 It essentially incorporates state criminal law into federal jurisdiction for specific federal areas.
01:46:42.740 Now, this almost never happens, Chad, because nine out of ten times, the feds are going to waste their time.
01:46:46.920 They're going to say, yo, just take this shit state, right?
01:46:48.680 We're not going to fucking waste our time with this and have an AUSA.
01:46:51.260 But granted, since it's the governor, sorry, since it's the mayor, they want to send a clear message politically.
01:46:57.540 And I actually covered this here.
01:46:59.420 It looks like Newark Mayor Ross Bracco was arrested by HSI for trespassing on an ICE facility.
01:47:03.480 What's more interesting is the feds used a rarely used statute to charge him.
01:47:07.280 18 U.S.C. 13 laws of states adopted for areas within federal jurisdiction.
01:47:11.040 Another strange fact is the affian to the criminal complaint was the special agent in charge, SAC.
01:47:14.640 For those unaware of how federal law enforcement works, the SAC is the highest level agent in their jurisdiction,
01:47:19.280 and they do not participate in actual case management and or running investigations.
01:47:23.120 The fact they took this case federally, that is normally a state misdemeanor, with a SAC is the affian to clearly to send a message.
01:47:31.040 The left guards at rush ICE facilities won't be tolerated regardless if it's a mayor.
01:47:36.580 So here's the affidavit right here, guys.
01:47:39.180 Is my camera off here?
01:47:40.400 What the fuck?
01:47:41.200 Sorry.
01:47:41.460 Sorry.
01:47:44.640 So here's the document right here, guys.
01:47:50.300 You guys should be able to see this nice and clear.
01:47:52.300 Look, I, Ricky J. Patel, being duly sworn, state the following is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and beliefs the attachment.
01:47:56.880 Nay, I further state that I'm a special agent in charge with the United States Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Investigations,
01:48:02.360 and that this complaint is based on the following facts.
01:48:06.020 Okay, so this is rare, guys.
01:48:07.960 To have a SAC, be the affian is fucking crazy, bro.
01:48:11.400 So, but yeah, look, look how short the complaint, look, attachment A, honor about May 9th in Essex County and the District of New Jersey within or upon land reserved and acquired for use of the United States and under the jurisdiction of the United States' defendant,
01:48:23.280 Raz Baraka, dead knowing that he was not licensed or privileged to do so, enter and remain in a place as to which notice against trespass was given.
01:48:30.360 And then bam, invalidation title 18, session code 13, and then NJSA, and then that's the state code right here, right?
01:48:37.540 So here's the attachment, here's the affidavit, right?
01:48:39.920 I, Ricky J. Patel, and the special agent in charge of the New York Division of the Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Investigations, HSI.
01:48:46.760 The information contained in the complaint is based upon my personal knowledge as well as information obtained from other sources,
01:48:51.100 including statements made or reported by various witnesses with knowledge of relevant facts and my review of evidence.
01:48:56.560 Because this complaint is being submitted for a limited purpose, I have now set forth every fact that I know concerning this investigation.
01:49:02.240 Where the contents of the documents and actions and statements of others are reported, they are reported in substance and in part, except where otherwise indicated.
01:49:09.980 Where I assert that an event took place on a particular date, I am asserting that it took place on or about the date alleged.
01:49:15.580 On or about May 9th, 2025, Ross Brock arrived at the Delaney Hall Facility in Newark, New Jersey.
01:49:19.520 The Delaney Hall Facility currently operates as a federal immigration facility pursuant to a contract between GEO Group, Inc.
01:49:27.160 GEO normally has immigration ICE contracts.
01:49:31.180 The entity that owns the Delaney Hall Facility and U.S. Immigration Councils Enforcement, ICE.
01:49:35.280 As a result of this contract, the Delaney Hall Facility has been acquired for use of the United States and under the jurisdiction of the United States.
01:49:41.120 The Delaney Hall Facility is surrounded by chain link fences and is accessible only through granted access.
01:49:46.260 In addition to maintaining security, it likewise displays no trespass signage.
01:49:51.000 On or about May 19th, notwithstanding the above, Ross Brock was unlawfully entered and remained in the Delaney Hall Facility.
01:49:56.780 And that's the end.
01:49:58.080 So, very short affidavit, very rare to see this, that the feds would, you know, take a misdemeanor trespassing charge and do it.
01:50:06.200 But like I said before, this is 100% to send a message.
01:50:09.620 So here he is giving a statement on CNN post-arrest.
01:50:14.100 The city is my source tonight.
01:50:16.260 And, Mayor, thank you for joining me.
01:50:18.220 Can you just describe what has been happening over the last few hours while you were being held?
01:50:26.440 Well, I mean, I just want to first say that the guys from Homeland Security were very respectful.
01:50:33.140 They treated me with dignity, and I appreciate that, you know, while I spent my last few hours in the holding area inside of the, I believe it was the detention facility that they have here in the city of Newark, you know, that Homeland Security has.
01:50:51.060 So, you know, it wasn't...
01:50:53.100 Yeah, they probably brought him over to the main field office and stuff like that.
01:50:56.380 You know, he probably lured up immediately.
01:50:57.920 He's not stupid.
01:50:59.000 And they said, okay, cool, no problem.
01:51:00.460 We're just going to process you and let you go.
01:51:02.020 Bearable, but it was definitely, you know, a humiliating experience and uncomfortable for me overall.
01:51:07.120 But, you know, in the end, those guys did the best that they could to make me feel comfortable, and I appreciate that.
01:51:13.040 And you were there protesting the opening of this facility.
01:51:16.680 I know this has been something that you have been arguing against.
01:51:19.880 Can you just take us back to what happened earlier today when you showed up?
01:51:24.260 You were there on the ground with other members of Congress who are joining you.
01:51:28.200 And, I mean, we've seen this dramatic scene play out.
01:51:30.800 Tell me how...
01:51:32.020 I'm really surprised that he actually went ahead and he's giving a statement right after, but fuck it.
01:51:36.120 What happened from your perspective?
01:51:39.920 Well, I'm going to say as much as I can without violating...
01:51:44.020 Okay, I was wondering.
01:51:44.940 I was like, damn, this is going to really buy to give a full statement.
01:51:47.520 Oh, shit, what the hell?
01:51:48.340 Sorry, Chad.
01:51:48.920 Let me fix my camera here.
01:51:56.860 Anytime the camera comes off, it means I've got to turn the AC on.
01:52:01.860 My bad, Chad.
01:52:02.640 It's a Sony FX3, so overheat's kind of easy, but it's a good camera, damn.
01:52:07.040 Why do you guys think that shit is so crispy, goddammit?
01:52:09.800 Hey, man.
01:52:11.020 See how that looks, man?
01:52:12.640 See the grays?
01:52:13.900 Goddamn.
01:52:14.540 You know, what they asked me to do in court.
01:52:17.420 But, you know, I actually didn't come there to protest.
01:52:20.160 I was there that morning with the fire inspector trying to serve them, as we've been doing for the last few days.
01:52:26.480 We're in court with them now.
01:52:30.040 The fire inspector usually puts a tag on a gate, and we leave.
01:52:34.980 This happens every day.
01:52:36.580 At 1 o'clock, the congresspeople, Menendez, MacGyver, and Bonnie Watson Coleman, congresspeople from the state of New Jersey,
01:52:44.620 was going into the facility, and they said that they had been granted entry into the facility and was having a press conference.
01:52:52.700 Afterwards, I came to attend the press conference, as I was asked to.
01:52:57.100 So, you know, obviously, you know, ICE made, after a while, made a determination after somebody came and said that we shouldn't be there
01:53:05.500 and began to, after they told us to leave, we left, and they began to arrest, try to arrest me.
01:53:11.780 I shouldn't say us.
01:53:12.560 They targeted me and came after me specifically and arrested me.
01:53:18.160 Alina Haba, who, just for people who may not be familiar, she's President Trump's former attorney.
01:53:23.560 She is now the interim U.S. attorney in New Jersey, in your state.
01:53:27.700 The way she puts what happened today is she is accusing you of ignoring multiple warrants from Homeland Security investigations to remove...
01:53:34.660 Hold on, we're going to read this in a second.
01:53:35.820 We got SwearSwap says,
01:53:37.260 Hey, Martin, Ivy League grad who built a desktop called app called SwearSwap.com,
01:53:41.280 or AM model lets creators input videos and clean the language at YouTube sanctions.
01:53:44.980 I did Axe Hole 1.5 VA interview in 50 seconds.
01:53:48.180 How can I contact you for free access?
01:53:52.240 Uh...
01:53:53.560 I guess, uh, message me on Expro.
01:53:56.820 Um, that's probably the best way to reach me, because I'm banned on everything else.
01:54:00.180 I mean, now I've got an Instagram, but that shit probably, who knows how long that shit's going to last.
01:54:04.920 Um, so, yeah.
01:54:07.620 Um, uh...
01:54:10.620 Remove yourself and says that you chose to, quote, disregard the law.
01:54:20.100 Is-is that true? Had there been warnings? What-what had happened?
01:54:23.940 Well, absolutely not. I mean, I mean, we could-we could...
01:54:30.500 The reality is Alina Haber wasn't there. The U.S. Attorney wasn't there. She doesn't know what happened.
01:54:35.460 Uh, clearly that is not the context of what happened. I was there for over an hour in that space, and nobody ever told me to move.
01:54:44.020 I was in there for over an hour. Not a single person. Not an officer from ICE. Uh, not any of the security guards.
01:54:50.580 Nobody told me to leave that place. Uh, somebody from Homeland Security came in the end, uh, and began to escalate the situation, and we wound up being where we are today.
01:55:01.660 Uh, and that's, frankly, the extent of it. I didn't go there to break any laws. I didn't break any laws. Uh, I was there as the mayor of...
01:55:09.020 Well, technically, he did, but that's fine.
01:55:11.000 Um, With Go says, I bet this mayor was off for prosecution for January 6th. People probably...
01:55:16.240 Zelensky probably got told that Germany, UK, Poland are all not going to keep support of Ukraine very long, so he's ready for peace talks.
01:55:21.580 Of course, bro. Us, too. Everybody's tired of paying this shit.
01:55:25.700 Uh, my G on Space with Solomon, who has said, uh, Israel is friends with India. All those accusations from India do not know all history.
01:55:32.840 Smells of them boys for a fucking mile. Okay.
01:55:36.140 Uh, they got their own problems, bro.
01:55:37.300 Uh, Dumo says, can someone DM me on any platform how I can join CC Discord?
01:55:41.280 Uh, Kumo DTV. Okay.
01:55:43.440 Uh, someone hit this dude's dot and power him off. Okay.
01:55:47.380 Uh, Diddy's defense team needs to start sending, uh, the prosecution donuts, fan them up, and let Diddy walk.
01:55:52.880 And Diddy will walk. Okay.
01:55:54.880 Uh,
01:55:57.520 Emorphous says, Myron Gaines, despite attacking and possibly discrediting Jesse Ventura, didn't you say that when the feds bring up a case, they have 90% plus conviction rate?
01:56:04.900 Absolutely. But remember, he has an all-star team, man.
01:56:07.300 So we'll see what happens.
01:56:10.900 Of the city exercising my right and duty as an elected official, uh, you know, supporting our congresspeople, preparing for a press conference that was supposed to happen there.
01:56:21.780 Newark has a lot of illegal aliens chat, by the way. That's why he's doing all this monkey shit right here.
01:56:25.800 Uh, I did not.
01:56:27.320 Nigga doing that dumb shit showing up at the ICE facility like a fucking moron.
01:56:30.360 Denied.
01:56:30.860 Uh, entered that place unlawfully.
01:56:33.960 I did not break any laws, and so all of that is incorrect. So she was not there. So she should get some better information.
01:56:40.560 How did it get so heated? I mean, you can watch this playing out, and we see you, and everyone starts shoving, people start yelling.
01:56:48.560 Um, what did the Homeland Security official that you said came up, and the first one who tried to arrest you, what was said to you?
01:56:55.560 Well, they tried to arrest me. As you can see, well, they tried to arrest me. As you can see, I'm calm. I'm not, uh, doing anything. I'm just walking.
01:57:04.220 We got out of the gate. Uh, they, I guess, made a decision to come around the gate after we left to arrest me outside of the gate.
01:57:12.620 So, they did that. They arrested me outside of the gate. Uh, you know, I, obviously, protesters and the congresspeople were upset. They tried to intervene. Uh, and so, you know, we, I, I thought it would be, would be better for us to just go ahead with these guys and, and so we not, we not cause further kind of disruption there.
01:57:32.640 Were you trying to go into the gate?
01:57:36.900 No, I, I, I was already inside. I didn't have to try to go in.
01:57:40.340 Uh, okay. I was there for about over an hour.
01:57:44.360 I wonder what you, and you've been in detention, so you've been being held, so obviously you haven't seen any of the coverage. The response from others, including some people inside the administration, is pointing to the fact that you're a Democrat and you're running for governor in your state and accusing you of basically conducting a publicity stunt. And I, I wonder what you would say to them tonight.
01:58:03.000 Well, I, I think the publicity stunt is this idea that we should violate the court orders, violate the Constitution of the United States, that we should run roughshod over state and local laws. Uh, the reality in America is that if we're having a dispute, then we settle it in the court.
01:58:21.600 We were having, the city of Newark has a dispute with GEO about a certificate of occupancy, about them allowing our inspectors in the buildings, health inspectors and fire inspectors who they've been rejecting every day.
01:58:32.140 Uh, every day we go there, we put the thing on the door and we leave. We're in court right now.
01:58:36.220 They have a, they, they dispute that. They dispute that they should have an updated certificate of occupancy.
01:58:41.400 Thank you for-
01:58:41.820 They haven't had one in 20 years. Uh, we say that they need one because the local law demands that, that they have to get a change of use. They dispute that. And that's their right to dispute it.
01:58:51.880 But the person that settles that is a judge in a court of law, not the president of the United States, not the U.S. attorney, uh, not ICE or Homeland Security.
01:59:00.940 That is solved, uh, by a judge here, uh, in this state. And they even moved it to federal court, so the judge has to weigh in on this, and a magistrate.
01:59:09.440 They can't just take matters into their own hands and do what they want, uh, extra legal action outside of the courts. And that's exactly what's going on here.
01:59:17.200 What's your understanding of, of what happens next year? Were there conditions to your release? Uh, what was discussed before you left today?
01:59:27.400 Well, I mean, I, I, I obviously was charged with federal trespassing and, you know, uh, uh, which is a classy misdemeanor, but, you know, going through this is, uh, just really humiliating.
01:59:38.540 Like I told y'all before, it's a little weird that, that they took a state charge like that and made it federal. But like I said before, it's to send a message.
01:59:45.340 And like you said, it'd be humiliating and painful, but the reality is, uh, this is what the, this is what democracy is, right?
01:59:52.640 And so, you know, we are in dispute here and we just living in a time period now where if you are opposed to the ideas of people, you could be threatened with arrest or intimidation.
02:00:02.860 And that's exactly what's happening. And that's not the America that we want to be in.
02:00:06.220 That's not the America that people chose to move thousands of miles from around the world to this is not this place.
02:00:11.700 And they're turning it into an authoritarianist government.
02:00:16.040 Do you have any regrets about how today happened?
02:00:21.120 No, I don't, I don't have any regrets at all. Uh, I, I went down there to support my Congress people, my Congresswoman from my district, uh, Congresswoman Blonnie Watson Coleman as well, uh, who is like a, a mother to us here, uh, and Congressman Menendez, who's also from our district.
02:00:35.720 Uh, I went down there to support them in a press conference and I would do it again. I have a right to go to those facilities as the mayor of the city.
02:00:42.260 Uh, a fire inspector has a right to be on those facilities. Uh, and it is not federal property. It is in fact private property. Uh, uh, GEO is privately owned.
02:00:51.100 Uh, it's a private prison, uh, that these people are getting $63 million to do this work. Uh, and they have to abide by local laws. That's just a fact. I don't care what our political differences is.
02:01:03.880 They still have to abide by the law.
02:01:06.980 Bro's cooked. All right. Um, well, yeah, that covers that. Um, pretty big deal though, that a governor is getting arrested for being a mayor, the mayor of Newark being a retard.
02:01:18.580 Uh, breaking news. White House just announced that the United States has reached a deal, trade deal with China and the Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent announced a debriefing, a briefing tomorrow on the trade negotiations with China.
02:01:29.320 That led to a great deal of the productivity we've seen. Uh, we will be giving details tomorrow. Uh, but I can tell you that the talks were productive. We had the vice premier, two vice ministers who were
02:01:46.420 integrally involved ambassador Jameson and myself. And I spoke to president Trump as did ambassador Jameson last night. And he is fully informed of what is going on. So there will be a complete briefing tomorrow morning.
02:02:04.420 You think that led to a great deal of the productivity. So we'll see what happens with that. Um, Oh yeah, this is the, uh,
02:02:15.240 by the way, if you guys are wondering, I do go live on X. Okay. As you guys can see here, I go live on X guys. Every time I go live, you can find, you go on my Twitter profile,
02:02:29.100 I'm iron gains X. Make sure to follow me on here, bro. I'll be cooking. Okay. I'll be cooking on here. Um, and I, you know,
02:02:35.600 when I go live, I'll go ahead and I'll pin my, um, tweet at the top here. So you guys go ahead and check
02:02:40.840 it out and make sure. So let's go ahead and go over to, uh, updates with Trump and, uh, Netanyahu here, as you guys know, big
02:02:47.360 developments when it comes to this disagreement. Obviously I have my, um, doubts, but, uh, let's see what's the latest here.
02:02:55.000 For being here. Let's talk about the fact that president Trump's about to set off for his first
02:02:59.660 official foreign trip comes as he's grappling. Now this is a big deal. Cause he is going out there
02:03:03.980 to the middle East with all of these issues on the world stage. And as you have new reporting
02:03:07.700 about potential strains with his relationship with prime minister Netanyahu. Yeah, that's right.
02:03:12.140 The president's going to go to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. And this is a trip
02:03:16.300 that's going to focus on the economy. You'll see announcements about investments in the U S trade arms
02:03:20.720 deals, those sorts of things. But when it comes, when you step back and look at the broader world stage,
02:03:25.000 the president's bigger priorities in terms of ending the war in Ukraine, what's happening in Israel,
02:03:30.760 they're kind of stuck. And what we've learned in the president is not going to Israel on this trip
02:03:34.680 is that the president and prime minister Netanyahu have had some tensions over the way forward on
02:03:39.480 Gaza, on Iran. So while the president will be in the middle East touting all of these that he's
02:03:44.680 delivering economically for the American people, he's really struggling more to deliver on these
02:03:49.240 bigger challenges. It's going to create such a fascinating backdrop to that trip, Carol.
02:03:53.720 Thanks for watching stay updated. So obviously, and then other, uh, rumors came out with like,
02:03:59.960 uh, Mike Huckabee having problems or making a statement about, uh, Israel. So he went ahead
02:04:04.200 to dispel some of that stuff because, and I'll give some more of this backstory here in a second.
02:04:08.440 President Donald Trump will embark on a trip to West Asia, which includes stops in Saudi Arabia,
02:04:13.640 Qatar and the UAE. But Trump won't be visiting Israel, leaving many to believe that Trump's
02:04:20.040 relationship with Netanyahu may have soured. However, in a spate of interviews to Israeli media,
02:04:25.960 U.S. ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee has reaffirmed that the board, the bond between the
02:04:31.160 United States president and the Jewish state is as strong as it has ever been. Huckabee said that he
02:04:37.560 was sure the president would visit Israel in the coming year. Well, in an interview to Israel's
02:04:43.400 Channel 12 news, Huckabee said, Donald Trump loves you. There's no doubt about that. He's got your back.
02:04:50.040 Signaling Washington's ironclad supports to Israel, the U.S.
02:04:53.240 And just so you guys know, this dude is a hardcore, he's not one of them boys, but he's a hardcore
02:04:57.240 fucking Zionist, this guy Mike Huckabee. He might as well be Jewish.
02:05:00.120 Sonvoy further added that Trump had spent more time with Benjamin Netanyahu
02:05:04.840 than with any other world leader. Trump's West Asia trip comes at a time when the region is
02:05:10.120 embroiled in multiple crises, including the war in Gaza, the Houthi rebels in Yemen, Syria's post-Assad
02:05:16.440 turmoil, and the stalemate over Iran's nuclear program. Well, experts describe the region as Trump's
02:05:22.520 happening. Yeah. And just so you guys understand where a lot of this issues come with, right? So
02:05:26.840 Israel, guys, wants a Israel wants a total dismantlement of Iran's nuclear program all the
02:05:34.440 way. They want it gone. Nuclear reactors gone. Program gone. Not even for energy. Meanwhile,
02:05:39.640 the United States is maybe potentially entertaining them maintaining their nuclear program for energy
02:05:45.480 only and not for weapons level, and it would be maintained. But what you
02:05:52.440 know, Iran might play with that. But the thing is, is that, you know, then they kind of go back and
02:05:56.920 forth. Then the U.S. comes back and says, well, we want you to also disable your ballistic missile
02:06:00.520 program. Well, I'll tell you, Iran's like, no, that's a non-starter. We're not doing that. So
02:06:04.840 a lot of the pressure that's on the United States to negotiate comes like,
02:06:09.880 you know, with Israeli requests. And that's kind of why I think Trump has been like, dude,
02:06:15.960 these guys are derailing our negotiations. They're derailing our ability to, you know,
02:06:20.760 avoid a war because Israel wants them to, wants to strain and go into Iran and just bomb them,
02:06:26.920 okay, and destroy their nuclear program altogether. They don't want them to dismantle any of that.
02:06:31.320 They just want to attack and destroy it. And they proposed very wild. They've recently come up with
02:06:37.880 extremely wild and radical military strategies of what they think they would go in. They proposed
02:06:43.480 going with special ops, bombing the hell out of it. But the problem is that Israel doesn't have
02:06:47.080 the bunker buster bombs that, or the planes that could facilitate destroying Iran's nuclear program,
02:06:53.560 which is deep underground. They got to get that from us. And like I said before,
02:06:57.480 I've explained this before. If you guys want to know what would happen if we actually did attack Iran
02:07:02.360 and why Trump does not want to do this, I made a video on this. I'll show it to you guys real quick.
02:07:09.240 Hold on.
02:07:14.120 Uh, give me one sec.
02:07:21.960 This is it right here. So this video where the famous pager assault and this is, this is in this
02:07:28.040 video, I go over like detail, what would happen if we actually did attack Iran. Um, and you know,
02:07:33.800 Trump is smart to, to, you know, kind of cut BB out now at this point, because if we were to do
02:07:38.600 what Israel wants to do, um, it would send the economy. It's a free fall all over the country
02:07:43.960 and not, and not all over the world too. Uh, I dropped the link there for you guys. Feel free
02:07:48.520 to watch it. I go into detail. And I also got stamps in here as well for you guys. Um,
02:07:53.080 hold on one sec chat.
02:07:57.000 Yeah. So, um, what would happen guys is you would literally see, uh, a terrible conflict happen. So I
02:08:15.560 explain what happened on October 7th. Then I go into the scenario, um, of what would happen if,
02:08:21.400 um, if we actually got into the war. Okay. I'll drop the link again for you guys.
02:08:29.000 I don't want to be redundant here.
02:08:35.000 So yeah. Detail there, how it would happen, shutting down Shredder Hormuz, all this other
02:08:39.800 stuff, sending us into fucking economic freefall.
02:08:43.080 Happy place. Riyadh, Doha and Abu Dhabi are expected to pull out all the stops and mix
02:08:49.160 pomp and ceremony for Trump. Well, amidst worsening humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza,
02:08:56.040 U S ambassador to Israel Huckabee has said that Israel involved in food distribution in Gaza,
02:09:02.280 but would provide necessary military security. While the U S envoy did not provide a timeline for
02:09:08.520 the start of the U S led aid efforts. He clarified that Israel would not have any role in aid distribution
02:09:15.160 and urged the UN and other organizations to come on board.
02:09:18.440 Yeah. They guys, they have not allowed food in since like March. The Israelis have not left food
02:09:24.840 in since March, bro. Kids are fucking starving, man.
02:09:29.080 Well, on the ground, Israel continued with its military offensive.
02:09:33.240 And they're making us look terrible on the process. Like the problem here also is like with Israel's
02:09:39.320 foreign policy, like we're looking like clowns in the world stage, right? And we can't keep
02:09:43.560 covering for these assholes in the UN, every UN council. Like we're over here covering for Israel
02:09:48.120 whenever, uh, for their, for their war crimes. It's ridiculous. He wants that job. Keep playing video.
02:09:53.560 The Gaza civil defense agency reporting 15 Palestinian deaths in Israel strikes on Saturday.
02:10:00.200 According to the agency, at least five were killed in an Israeli strike on a tent in Gaza.
02:10:04.920 Palestinian debt toll has now climbed to 52,810 since Israel began its war against Hamas in October 2023.
02:10:13.800 Meanwhile, Hamas has released videos of two Israeli hostages, Elkanah Bobot and Yosef Haim Ohana,
02:10:20.680 speaking in Hebrew. In the latest video, Ohana is seen appealing to the Israeli government to end
02:10:25.640 the war and work towards releasing all the remaining captives.
02:10:29.240 Oh wow. Hamas releases a video of two Israeli hostages.
02:10:38.120 Well, we know that Netanyahu doesn't give a shit about the fucking, um,
02:10:42.120 he doesn't give a shit at all about the, uh, the hostages. We know that. What's up, Gil?
02:10:47.400 Yeah. Yeah. Set up wherever you need to. Just let me know when you're ready. My barber's here, chat.
02:10:52.760 So I will be probably leaving here pretty soon. Uh, let's see here. Actually.
02:11:00.600 Israeli officials, however, believe the video was recorded under pressure.
02:11:07.800 All right. So, uh, let's get into this. Uh, Glenn Greenwald breaks this down.
02:11:11.720 This is the, uh, split row fellow rumble guy. There's never really been a real breach between
02:11:18.200 an American president and an Israeli prime minister since you have to go back pretty much
02:11:23.400 to the very early 1990s under George H W. Bush, where his secretary of state, James Baker, and
02:11:28.120 his national security advisor, Brent Scowcroft were extremely angry with Israel about expanding
02:11:31.240 settlements in the West bank because the U S position always was that it's in the U S national
02:11:35.080 interest to achieve a two state solution between the Palestinians and the rally where they have two.
02:11:39.400 And Bill Clinton worked really hard to try to make it happen. And, uh,
02:11:42.920 and then, you know, sabotage that to state side by side, living in peace because the U S always
02:11:47.000 understood that tying itself at the hip to Israel while this conflict flared was creating a lot of
02:11:53.080 anti-American sentiment, making it much more difficult for the U S to operate in the Middle East.
02:11:56.040 So not even making more, it's impossible to operate in the Middle East. Thanks to Israel. The only
02:12:01.960 countries we could do business with really are like the Gulf states are the ones that have money. But
02:12:05.480 here's the problem. Like their countries still hate us. You know what I mean? Like, like, um,
02:12:10.680 just because the royal families are these, you know, um, you know, these royal families,
02:12:16.120 these monarchies like will deal with us. Doesn't mean that the country in whole doesn't like us.
02:12:20.520 And they have to be, you know, secretive about dealing with us and have to be secretive with
02:12:24.360 dealing with Israel. They can't openly accept us. Um, because the, the people dislike us because of
02:12:29.400 our support of Israel in response to these expanding settlements in the West Bank, the Bush 41 sought
02:12:34.760 to tell the Israelis, if you don't stop these settlements immediately, we're going to cancel
02:12:38.600 our loan guarantees. There was this insane bipartisan backlash calling Jim Baker and Brent Stowcroft,
02:12:46.040 you know what they called them anti-semites. And the settlements are illegal by international law.
02:12:50.840 Everyone knows the settlements are illegal. And they've been expanding them forever in the West Bank.
02:12:57.000 Clinton ran against George W. George H. W. Bush, Bush 41 in the 1992 election. Bill Clinton
02:13:03.960 strongly suggested or even explicitly said that President Bush and his administration were
02:13:10.360 anti-Semitic because of their refusal to support Israel. Just showing you this bipartisan dogma that
02:13:17.240 has existed for a long time. Reagan actually defied the Israelis, including when he withdrew marine barracks
02:13:22.200 from. Um, Abdul says, uh, why don't you cover the proxy war in Sudan between
02:13:26.920 the UAE and Iran, uh, considering his deadliest conflict in the 2020s? There's a bunch of very
02:13:31.720 good vids on it. I've already explained the Sudanese conflict on two or three different occasions,
02:13:35.640 bro. I already did it. I already did it. See, it's funny because you guys will sit there and say,
02:13:41.480 yo, bro, cover this. And I'm like, dude, I already covered it, man. I already covered it.
02:13:46.760 Um, Lebanon, after there was an attack by Hezbollah that killed, uh, close to 250 American soldiers,
02:13:51.160 and the Israelis said, now you have to go to war to get vengeance. And Reagan said, no,
02:13:54.600 actually, I don't even know why we're in Lebanon. Why do we have visas in Lebanon? He pulled them
02:13:57.240 back. There's been other times as well. But since then, there was a lot of tension between Obama and
02:14:00.680 Netanyahu and other than like this symbolic UN vote. Yeah. Uh, they didn't want the, they wanted,
02:14:05.400 uh, Obama. They pressured Obama to move, uh, the embassy to Jerusalem and he never did it.
02:14:09.080 At the end of Obama's term, it never really transformed into policy. It was
02:14:11.880 next. Dude. And you can see here, the trend here, guys, everyone's anti-Semite if Israel doesn't
02:14:15.800 get what they want. Obama, in fact, that signed a, uh, uh, $40 billion, uh, agreement,
02:14:21.640 $38 billion agreement to pay the Israelis $4 billion a year for the next 10 years. Uh,
02:14:25.640 some of that goes to buying American weaponry, but not all of it. And so you really have to be
02:14:31.400 very careful about any claim that the U S and the American, that the American and the, uh,
02:14:35.320 president of the Israeli prime minister are having a real split because there's not been a split for
02:14:40.120 it. And just so you guys know, Trump and Netanyahu, right? Trump's always had problems with Netanyahu
02:14:44.840 because what pissed him off the most was that this is guys, remember this one thing.
02:14:51.240 When Netanyahu called Joe Biden and congratulated him on winning the presidency, it sent Trump up
02:14:56.680 the fucking roof because Trump was one of the most pro-Israel presidents in a very long time.
02:15:01.000 And with embassy to Jerusalem, he had the Abraham Accords, um, getting the Arab world to recognize
02:15:05.240 Israel that, you know, other presidents couldn't do for a long ass time. He did a lot for Israel.
02:15:09.800 Okay. Megan and age, uh, Miriam Adelson love Donald Trump. So he ensured that he would get
02:15:15.960 them everything they need, despite the fact that Benjamin Netanyahu pisses him off. Right.
02:15:20.600 Benjamin Netanyahu is very snaky, very slimy, does things behind the scenes, doesn't tell anybody
02:15:24.200 versus versus Trump tends to be a bit more transparent to completely different guys.
02:15:27.720 And both of them have huge egos, but that situation where he, um,
02:15:32.280 congratulated Joe Biden on the election after Trump fell, he was slighted and, uh,
02:15:38.040 cheated in January six after January six, that pissed Trump off a lot. And he's never really
02:15:43.240 forgiven him for it for a long time between the two countries. They've almost merged.
02:15:47.880 And then on top of that, almost everybody who surrounds Donald Trump, we've talked about this
02:15:51.480 before. He has a lot of diversity of opinion and pluralistic ideology in his administration.
02:15:56.360 He has hardcore Hawks and neocons on the one end. Then he has like anti-interventionists and
02:15:59.800 isolationists and more like paleo conservatives and the path you can in Ron Paul, uh, strain of, of
02:16:05.320 conservatives. So he doesn't need homogeneity. He doesn't like homogeneity, except on the issue
02:16:10.760 of Israel. You don't have any people really questioning us support for Israel who are in
02:16:15.400 the administration at the top levels, every single person that he picked. That was basically a price
02:16:20.760 of admission through the door. And in part, that's because he was so heavily funded by pro-Israel
02:16:24.760 interests, starting with, uh, Mary Middleton, the Israeli American, uh, billionaire who inherited her
02:16:30.200 husband, Sheldon Adelson's massive wealth and uses it as she openly admits to make sure that
02:16:35.560 the Republican party stays vehemently and unyieldingly pro-Israel. There you go. The Adelson's don't,
02:16:42.440 bro, that's why she gave a hundred million. So it's not just any American president,
02:16:45.800 but particularly Trump. I want to see evidence before I believe this, but as I said, this is not
02:16:49.960 just some conspiracy theory invented out of nowhere. I want to show you the reasons why there may be
02:16:54.680 grounds to believe that this is real. Starting with the fact that Netanyahu and Trump have famously
02:16:58.680 had tension in their relationship going back to the Trump first president for the first Trump,
02:17:03.080 uh, presidency, but here from the New York times in April's last month, there was a report and
02:17:09.480 there's this reports everywhere in the media, not just the New York times quote, Trump waved off
02:17:13.400 Israeli strike after divisions emerged in his administration. You may remember that Netanyahu
02:17:19.640 went to the white house, not once, but twice since Trump in the three months since he was inaugurated.
02:17:23.720 And the second time when he went, we were told that the reason he was going was because
02:17:27.480 Trump had just imposed tariffs on Israel, which he did. But the real reason, it was very clear and
02:17:32.360 it turned out, including in what they said, the real reason was because Netanyahu wanted to meet
02:17:36.120 Trump about Israel's desire to bomb Iran, which they could only, yeah, had nothing to do with the
02:17:41.160 fucking tariffs. That was all cap. And Trump also didn't like that. He showed up kind of like that
02:17:44.600 just out of nowhere. Guys, do me a favor. Let's get to 2000 likes guys. I'm going to have to get
02:17:48.840 off here in a little bit. Um, get a haircut, get ready to go to New York. As you guys know,
02:17:52.440 do if the United States gets heavily involved, they need American support in order to do it.
02:17:57.320 So you have to get Trump's commission and all reports in the white house, which are never denied
02:18:01.960 was that Netanyahu was very much trying to convince Trump to give the green light to an Israeli attack
02:18:06.840 on Iran. And he used Mike Walz to try to pressure him to do it too. And Trump said, no, I don't want
02:18:13.480 to attack Iran. I want to see if we can get an agreement with them. I prefer an agreement.
02:18:17.240 And this is something Trump repeated today. In fact, in the white house,
02:18:24.680 as we're trying to work on, likewise, we're trying to work on Iran to get that solved without
02:18:29.320 having to get into any, any, yes, because Trump is not stupid. He understands the war with Iran
02:18:33.720 is not going to benefit us. And again, guys, I had this video. Israel wants to drag us into
02:18:38.600 war with Iran. Here's why. And I go into detail why it would be really fucking bad for us to go to
02:18:42.600 war with Iran, despite the fact that people sit there and say, oh, they don't have any weapons.
02:18:45.800 I can't do nothing. Okay, dude. We would win the war, but it would not be worth it. Trust me.
02:18:50.520 Any bombing, as we say, big bombing. I don't want to do that. I want them to work again. I want them
02:18:54.840 to be very successful. And there's been a very consistent position Trump has taken. Now,
02:18:59.720 who knows if he means it? Who knows if it will sustain the pressure that will obviously drop in?
02:19:06.040 He doesn't even need to mean it. The reality is, um, if, if, uh, if we were to attack Iran,
02:19:11.240 they would absolutely cripple our allies in the, in the Gulf. They'd fuck us up with oil,
02:19:15.480 oil prices would skyrocket overnight. We would be the, the economy, the oil economy would collapse,
02:19:21.000 would literally crater. And that's already being brought to him as we're about to show you.
02:19:25.640 And it's not that easy to get an agreement with the Iranians because the agreement that you need
02:19:29.400 the Iranians to agree to has to be substantially better, or at least somewhat better than the deal
02:19:35.480 that Obama got with the Iranians, because Trump has been saying for eight years now that that was
02:19:42.440 a terrible deal, a deal that was too weak. So if you can't get the Iranians beyond that to make
02:19:46.200 more concessions than they made to Obama, it's going to be very difficult to get a deal. He can't
02:19:49.800 get a deal that's identical to what Obama got. And people say, well, why did you withdraw in the
02:19:52.920 first place? I believe that Trump does want to get an agreement. I don't think he wants a new
02:20:05.320 mid East war, major mid East war. He's talked for years about the horrors and waste of Middle East
02:20:10.040 wars. Uh, but there's a lot of, a lot of powerful people in Washington and elsewhere who want that
02:20:16.680 war, including the people in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem and their network of funders and
02:20:22.920 influencers and activists, not just Jewish ones, but evangelical ones. Very yeah.
02:20:29.000 Guys, just so you know, the majority of Zionists are not Jewish. They're actually evangelical
02:20:33.320 Christians. Uh, shockingly enough, they're guys like Charlie Kirk, you know, that run around and
02:20:37.640 say Israel's our greatest ally, right? Neocon ones, pro military ones. There's a lot of
02:20:43.720 factions of Washington that consider this relationship with Israel to be of the highest priority.
02:20:47.560 And for Trump to simply defy that in the way that's being suggested, I want to see a lot more
02:20:51.640 evidence from that. Here is Israel's largest newspaper that reported today, Trump sidelines
02:20:56.520 Netanyahu in Middle East policy as relations deteriorate. So that's coming from the American
02:21:01.400 press or the Middle East. Yeah, because guys, these Middle Eastern countries don't like
02:21:04.440 Netanyahu. They don't like Israel. They only deal with Israel because they have to because of us,
02:21:07.960 but the reality is they don't like them. So, all right, cool. Um, so, and, and, and, you know,
02:21:14.280 Trump bringing Netanyahu along would absolutely derail and, or make it much harder for them to negotiate for peace.
02:21:20.040 Our Arab press is coming from. So he'll be able to make these deals happen,
02:21:24.840 right? With an America first fucking lens or a first America first lens, not a fucking Israeli
02:21:28.680 first lens, which is what our foreign policy has been for decades, right? So we'll see what happens,
02:21:33.000 man. I truly do think that Trump is still going to be under the Zionist control because of, uh,
02:21:38.840 how much money they gave him. Uh, you know, I think this situation with, with Netanyahu is just
02:21:43.640 a personal rift. Um, you know, because Trump does have an ego and so does Netanyahu, but they're
02:21:47.960 going to come back and play together because at the end of the day, um, Trump's gotten a lot of
02:21:53.000 money from the Israeli lobby guys. He's gotten a lot of money from them. So I think this is a personal
02:21:57.160 tip that will be fixed very soon. Um, I'm not, I I'm, I'm very skeptical, very, very skeptical. Um,
02:22:03.640 you know, Israel's still going to get what they want. They might not get everything that they want,
02:22:07.640 but they're going to get a lot of what they want. So we'll see what happens. Um, but anyway, guys,
02:22:11.480 I'm going to have to end the stream there. I got to get ready. It's already four 30.
02:22:15.800 So I got a, you know, come out here, get ready, head up, head, uh, head out to the airport.
02:22:19.480 I'm going to be, I might, uh, maybe I'll drop a video for you guys tonight or some shit like that.
02:22:23.400 When I land in New York, uh, we'll see, but I'm going to be at the courthouse tomorrow morning,
02:22:27.240 covering a Diddy case. Um, and then I will go ahead. I'm going to, I'm going to be there all day,
02:22:31.000 cover the case that I'm going to record a video for you guys, either a live stream or I'll drop
02:22:35.960 a pre-recorded video for you guys, summarizing everything for you guys on what happened to the,
02:22:41.960 um, during the trial. All right, guys. So, uh, and then we got Zai here last chat.
02:22:47.960 Your mind, a United States Marine general named Mike Langley to take out President Barik Faso.
02:22:52.520 I believe he might be funded by them boys. This president, they're going out there as an
02:22:55.880 actual positive influence in Africa. Interesting. I'm not familiar, dude. Not familiar.
02:22:59.880 Uh, but anyway, guys, love you. I hate to cut the stream short, but I truly do have to get ready,
02:23:05.640 um, to travel. Good content coming for you guys this week on the Diddy trial. It's going to be lit.
02:23:10.440 Love you guys. I'll be back tomorrow, tomorrow after the trial. I'll probably record a video for
02:23:15.880 you guys. Drop it tomorrow night after everything's done or hell. Maybe I'll feel frog and I'll
02:23:19.720 might record something for you guys during, uh, you know, in the lunchtime break or some
02:23:23.160 shit like that. But anyway, love you guys. Catch you guys back here, uh, in a couple of days. Peace.
02:23:28.840 Oh.
02:23:45.400 So,
