00:34:45.840The U.S. spent years tracking El Mencho with military investigators finally identifying and following a trusted associate of the cartel leader.
00:34:55.220Now, there is a lot to explain about what all of this means, what happened afterward, and what the future holds.
00:35:01.640And I'll tell you guys, when I was on the job, one of the easiest ways to track niggas is through their kids and their families, man.
00:35:48.100So, um, well, I see Tala Oliveira wrote a message to, uh, to Patreon, which, by the way, guys, we are going to go over to OSS to cover that.
00:35:59.020Um, because I don't want to react to that, um, video, obviously, on JTube, um, because on JTube, you know how niggas are.
00:40:45.380On the ground there in Mexico, because there are so many different nuances to all of this.
00:40:54.180Of course, Josh, it's great to be with you.
00:40:57.300So, the reason you're seeing widespread violence right now in different parts of Mexico after Almencho's killing is because the Jalisco cartel, which Almencho led and is the most powerful cartel in Mexico, is taking out retaliation in response to Almencho's killing.
00:41:12.180And so, in areas of Mexico where the Jalisco cartel has significant control, think Jalisco and other areas in kind of central Mexico, for instance, that's where you're seeing the most violence.
00:41:23.140It's unclear how long the violence will take place.
00:41:25.660You've got a leadership succession to be determined for the cartel, and as well, the Mexican armed forces are beefing up security and trying to prevent additional blockades of highways, burning of cars, and some of the other violence we've seen.
00:41:42.840But this is kind of an expected reaction in the past when key narco leaders like El Chapo were captured.
00:41:49.200You've seen this similar reaction from other cartels.
00:41:51.460But what I think I want to underscore for your viewers is this is a massive victory for the United States and Mexico, killing Almencho.
00:50:51.960Now, it's because of this, um, disparity in how they operate that, historically speaking, whenever you went after drug traffickers, intelligence agencies, we're not really able to help you too, too much.
00:51:06.860So, when I had a big drug case myself, right?
00:51:11.840I could contact the intelligence agencies, right?
00:51:15.780But the problem when I would contact the intelligence agencies is they can only give me limited information because they don't want to reveal their methods and sources.
00:51:24.720Because if they give me too much information, it's going to burn their informants, it's going to burn what they got going on, they're operating, um, internationally, right?
00:51:33.820So, so historically speaking, intelligence agencies have kind of always had like a kind of hands-off policy when it comes to going after drug traffickers, especially even international drug traffickers.
00:51:44.200And if they did deal with them, they wouldn't share too much with U.S. law enforcement because they don't want to give up their modes and methods because they know that law enforcement can't deal with classified information in a courtroom.
00:51:54.580So, very important, even though I was an agent and I had a top secret clearance, right?
00:51:59.820And I could receive the information, what I could receive versus what I can use to gather evidence in a criminal investigation are two different things, Chad.
00:52:07.560And it's because of this reason why a lot of U.S. law enforcement agencies, when it comes to drug traffickers investigations, where I'm being very clear, when it comes to terrorism, whatever, that's different.
00:52:20.860When it comes to drug trafficking, you cannot use intelligence agencies as much as you wish you could.
00:52:29.240Because you can't use classified information in a court of law.
00:53:10.240And they started asking him questions about the case.
00:53:16.060And he couldn't talk and he almost fucked himself up on the stand.
00:53:20.480Like, it was damn near they were trying to say, like, oh, this agent's a Giglio problem, whatever, which is like, you know, not being forthcoming all the way.
00:53:25.860And the guy almost got in fucking trouble, bro.
00:53:29.300So, they had to go to headquarters, go to the other agency that had the information, get it declassified so he could talk about it in court.
00:53:37.860But in the meantime, he almost fucked himself up.
00:53:39.960So, that is why, you know, classified information is fucking useless, bro.
00:53:47.220So, now that you guys understand how classified information and drug driving organizations used to work, and U.S. law enforcement, that whole trifecta,
00:53:53.960once Trump came into office, he designated them as terrorist organizations.
01:20:59.740Mike says, hey, Martin, don't know if you answered this already, but besides classified information not being able to be used in court, is there another reason why intelligence agencies don't reveal much information?
01:22:01.120Footage of Mexican content creator El Perita de Culiacán cursing out Almentra is going viral again after Almentra was killed by the Mexican government.
01:22:39.980Larry Wills says he doesn't support Myron Gates podcast after running against it fresh with his wife and going viral for skipping a prenup despite being a millionaire.
01:24:07.280I'm not buying what they're promoting.
01:24:10.180Well, you're not buying what we're promoting.
01:24:14.360Well, you're going to be buying a lot of money when it comes to alimony and divorce and all the other bullshit that's going to come down your way if you keep going in this route, my friend.
01:25:07.280So, yeah, bro, like, look, he got exposed, right, with, with, um, between Greg Doucette and, um, John Bravo, you know, and I'm really disappointed because, um, someone like Larry Wheels, man, was like a legend in the fitness space for many years.
01:25:26.480Um, and, uh, it's crazy to me how so many, um, guys just can't fucking stand up to their wife, dude.
01:25:43.220Oh, Fredo says, uh, hey, mine, I want to let you know that I scored an internship opportunity in accounting, and I wanted to thank you for helping me lock in through your content.
