02:30:01.600 waterman and costello that during the commission of those murders the the uh the defendant's wife

02:30:06.800 and children were out of new york state and he was alone in the tri-state area we also went back

02:30:12.000 and looked at his cell site records and we we compared his personal cell site records with that of

02:30:16.240 the four target phones and we saw that there was areas of commonality in other words that whenever the

02:30:21.120 target phones would uh would bounce off a cell tower if if the uh your personal phone uh bounced

02:30:27.520 off a tower it was always consistent and in close proximity uh with the target phones and at no bam

02:30:33.440 no time was there ever an instant where those target phones were for instance in new jersey

02:30:37.280 while uh the defendant was was on long island so that was completely bam um consistent the other

02:30:42.800 thing that we looked at was uh we looked at his use of burner phones uh and we we followed using
