And we are live. What's up, guys? Welcome to FedIt. Today, we're going to be breaking down the Buffalo mass shooting that happened back in May.
00:00:08.100
We got a lot to cover. Let's get into it, guys. New intro coming in.
00:00:13.520
I was a special agent with Homeland Security Investigations, okay, guys? HSI.
00:00:16.920
The cases that I did mostly were human smuggling and drug trafficking.
00:00:23.160
This is the arrest paperwork, okay? So he turned himself in on February 13, 2019.
00:00:27.460
This charge carries a death penalty. Florida is one of the states that still has the death penalty, guys.
00:00:32.060
You're facing two counts of humeditated murder.
00:00:37.200
Billy Seiko introduced 6'9 to your boy, Kifano Jordan, a.k.a. Shoddy.
00:00:41.460
No one else has these documents, by the way. I've been looking everywhere.
00:00:46.780
We're going to go over his past, the gang ties, so that this all makes sense.
00:00:57.460
Shout out to one of my guys that made that for me, man.
00:01:03.060
That's a really good intro. I think that one is a lot better than the last one.
00:01:06.840
Yeah, guys. I mean, welcome to FEDA 1811, guys.
00:01:09.400
On here, we break down criminal cases for you guys.
00:01:11.140
This is a little bit different than the normal, fresh and fit, where I debate girls.
00:01:14.060
On here, we break down criminal cases, whether it's terrorism, shootings,
00:01:19.000
RICO cases, gang cases, drug trafficking, human smuggling, whatever it may be.
00:01:22.820
If it has some type of law enforcement nexus to it, I could probably break it down for y'all.
00:01:27.320
As you guys know, I used to be a special agent with Homeland Security Investigations myself,
00:01:30.340
and I did a whole bunch of different kinds of cases, guys.
00:01:32.980
I've done everything from money laundering cases to drugs to organized crime to racketeering cases, gang cases.
00:01:39.600
I've done fraud, oil theft, human smuggling, human trafficking, firearms.
00:01:46.420
So I've done all kinds of cases, but I would say if I was to pick my main expertise that I know like the back of my hand,
00:01:52.900
definitely drug trafficking, human smuggling as well.
00:01:55.360
But I'm very well versed in all kinds of different crimes.
00:01:58.900
That's one of the benefits of Homeland Security Investigations is it's a very diversified agency.
00:02:03.120
You could pretty much get involved in any type of crime.
00:02:05.680
I've worked with so many different law enforcement agencies.
00:02:08.260
I've worked with, obviously, the FBI, ATF, DEA, the military agencies like OSI, Army CID, NCIS,
00:02:17.060
state and local law enforcement, whether it's state police and or county sheriff's offices.
00:02:21.800
So I'm very well aware of how all different facets of law enforcement work, whether it's federal, state, municipal.
00:02:28.000
So, yeah, man, on this channel, we break it down.
00:02:29.720
There's no other YouTube channel on here that breaks down criminal cases from the perspective of a former Fed guy,
00:02:34.980
because I actually used to do these cases myself.
00:02:36.880
So and another thing, too, just so you guys know, quick analysis for the channel.
00:02:40.220
So if I get enough likes, I'm going to go ahead and record an episode for you all,
00:02:45.040
because I noticed when I react to the documentaries, it's a lot better when I prerecord it and then release it for you guys.
00:02:49.300
So I don't get hit with like the copyright BS or whatever it may be.
00:02:52.420
So I might go ahead and record a special episode for you all and drop it on Tuesday right after this one.
00:02:56.520
And then on top of that, guys, I'm also going to be doing cases that I did when I was an agent myself.
00:03:02.120
I know some of you guys have asked, hey, Myron, we want to hear some of the cases that you did yourself.
00:03:05.660
When you were an agent, you know, winded up getting you bald and or the gray hairs.
00:03:09.800
I will be breaking down some of the investigations that I did myself.
00:03:12.160
I actually did one of them a couple of weeks back where I was involved team leader on a case where we arrested a dirty border patrol agent that was basically trying to have sex with some kids.
00:03:23.500
And, you know, I detailed that one and you guys really enjoyed that.
00:03:26.200
So there's going to be, you know, different types of format of content for y'all.
00:03:29.820
So, you know, I'll be doing my personal case that I did when I was an agent, which I have a million stories to tell you guys on that one.
00:03:34.120
I still haven't even given you guys the good stuff on that yet.
00:03:36.920
I'm also going to be reacting to documentaries.
00:03:38.740
You know, as you guys know, the FBI Files is a show that I really like.
00:03:44.580
But the documentary is solid because it goes over details that these newer documentaries don't necessarily cover.
00:03:50.940
And then I'll also be covering cases like this where, you know, it's going to be a more traditional breakdown of, you know, contemporary cases going on.
00:03:57.940
As you guys know, this case I've been following since it happened back in May.
00:04:03.940
I have a friend actually that lives in Buffalo.
00:04:05.300
She was able to help me gather some documents for this thing and give me some of the info of what was going on.
00:04:11.560
And as you guys know, he was arrested by the state first.
00:04:14.720
Then the feds ended up taking the case, as I predicted.
00:04:19.680
Other announcements real quick is I called it NBA Youngboy.
00:04:22.580
I told y'all that the feds did make a serious mistake in the California case.
00:04:25.360
But keep in mind, guys, that he also has another trial to deal with in Louisiana, which that one is going to be harder.
00:04:35.620
They have they have some things on camera with him holding the guns, but they might be able to get that suppressed.
00:04:44.180
Hope you guys enjoyed some of those quick announcements.
00:04:52.400
We got a couple of these chats real quick before we get into this thing.
00:04:56.780
And I got Christina in the house, by the way, as well.
00:04:58.740
Christina, you want to say what's up to the people?
00:05:37.800
OK, so anybody from New York that wants to help us out with that stuff, man, let us
00:05:46.680
Also a chinks and anthrax or anthrax from Sinaloa cartel.
00:05:50.980
I'm probably going to go ahead and do that Rich Porter Apple breakdown for y'all.
00:05:54.120
I'll probably pre-record it and then put it for you guys.
00:05:55.680
Because like I said, when I live stream, it causes issues when I react to the documentary.
00:06:03.560
Love to grind and hard work you put in for the FNF family road to 1 million.
00:06:11.840
Because and there's no one else doing this shit on YouTube.
00:06:14.080
So I really enjoy educating you guys on this stuff.
00:06:35.460
And then Nero Santana goes, out of Texas, we need you to do SPM, a.k.a.
00:06:48.300
And then shout out to all the members, by the way.
00:06:49.680
Christina's going to highlight all y'all's chats.
00:07:00.980
I can hear Myron, the Middle Eastern music coming from Father Myron's beard.
00:07:04.660
Yeah, I got a, I got a, yeah, I'm extra hairy right now, guys.
00:07:09.160
Don't worry, I'm going to cut my hair and my beard here very soon.
00:07:11.660
Deshaun Watson, yes, I will do that in the future, guys.
00:07:18.760
If they have any case that we want to cover, contact Instagram.
00:07:26.440
So if you guys have cases that you guys want us to cover as well, make sure to send her a DM on there.
00:07:31.380
And, yeah, you know, she helps me manage that account.
00:07:40.320
I appreciate you guys being here on a Sunday night.
00:07:41.840
You could be anywhere else in the world, but you're here with me.
00:07:44.880
So we're going to go ahead and cover the Buffalo Mass Shooter, a.k.a. Payton Gendron.
00:07:51.140
I'm going to start this thing with showing you guys a news article.
00:07:59.500
And this came out on May 15, 2022, pretty much the day after the shooting happened.
00:08:05.020
Of course, obviously, there's 10 pneumonia any time there's a shooting.
00:08:11.100
It's going to give a pretty good summary on the events that led up to the shooting.
00:08:15.260
And then we're going to go ahead and read some of the court documents.
00:08:24.120
So, guys, do like the video and let's get into this bad boy, man.
00:08:32.040
Actually, let me make it all the way big for y'all.
00:08:35.720
Already say the alleged shooter planned it all.
00:08:41.020
Yep, he pulled up with body armor, guys, and a bunch of tactical stuff.
00:08:47.920
It started around 2.30 Saturday afternoon in the parking lot of this Topps-friendly market
00:08:52.440
store in a predominantly black neighborhood in Buffalo.
00:08:57.880
Give me ones in the chat, by the way, guys, if the sound is good.
00:09:01.200
You know, we worked really hard to get that crinkle out of it.
00:09:03.620
I know there was, like, some static issues that we had before, but it should be completely
00:09:07.040
gone by now and you should not have any type of issues with that.
00:09:11.120
So, give us ones in the chat if the audio is good on this.
00:09:16.460
We're always working to make the sound quality great for y'all.
00:09:23.580
You can see he's here, tacked out, combat boots, fatigue, hunting shirts on.
00:09:32.580
And this is, you know, moments after he was arrested by Buffalo police after the shooting.
00:09:41.320
Zanetta Everhart's 20-year-old son, Zaire Goodman, worked at Topps and was helping an
00:09:45.380
older woman with her groceries in the parking lot.
00:09:47.360
He was shot in the neck, but the bullet didn't cause major damage.
00:09:50.780
I've protected him his whole life from the ills of the world.
00:09:56.840
And guys, he actually live streamed the shooting on Twitch.
00:09:59.860
Now, I have the footage, but there's no way I could play it for y'all on YouTube.
00:10:03.180
It would literally get, it would probably get shot, get sniped off YouTube.
00:10:11.120
But the dude literally live streamed himself doing this on Twitch like a fucking dummy.
00:10:17.360
A terrorist who came into my community, into our neighborhood.
00:10:40.000
And he drove guys from about two hours, no, almost three hours away.
00:10:48.260
He drove, my man drove all the way from Conklin, New York to Buffalo, which is 208 miles.
00:10:58.700
For all my international people, cause we got a lot of people that are international that
00:11:03.400
Uh, we're going to go into the state of New York guys.
00:11:08.220
Conklin is right here on the Pennsylvania border.
00:11:12.080
Um, and he basically drove all the way from here to Buffalo.
00:11:16.840
And for some of you guys that aren't aware, Buffalo is literally right on the, um, the
00:11:21.640
Uh, Niagara Falls is what separates the two countries.
00:11:23.980
And he pretty much drove three hours to commit this crime.
00:11:28.440
And we're going to talk a little bit more about Conklin here in a second, but that's
00:11:31.680
kind of gives you guys a perspective on, you know, the ridiculous, uh, effort this guy
00:11:43.360
The woman he was helping was killed right in front of him.
00:11:51.940
And that, you know, we came outside and it was just packed full of people.
00:12:04.080
Aaron Salter was a father of three and a Buffalo police officer for 30 years.
00:12:10.660
For the last four years, he worked as a security guard at the top.
00:12:13.700
He tried to, um, you know, he tried to return fire, but the guy had armor on.
00:12:19.160
And a superior weapon, which we're going to talk about in a little bit as well.
00:12:26.260
But because he had heavily armed, uh, armored plating on, uh, that bullet had no round.
00:12:31.660
The suspect engaged our retired officer and he was ultimately, uh, shot and deceased at the
00:12:44.340
He worked over 20 something years as a Buffalo police officer and lost his life at Tops.
00:12:52.180
Another who died, 86 year old Ruth Whitfield, who had stopped at the store after caring for
00:12:58.600
After all the carnage, the alleged shooter threatened to take his own life, but then dropped
00:13:05.260
Saturday, he was charged with first degree murder and pleaded not guilty.
00:13:08.720
So here he is in state court, guys, as you guys can see, look, you can see the sheriffs
00:13:13.860
Um, typically, especially in states like New York guys, um, the sheriffs right in the
00:13:17.860
South, the sheriffs are kind of like the, the main law enforcement agency, but in the
00:13:20.820
North guys, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, et cetera, sheriffs don't have as much authority
00:13:26.860
Typically in the North sheriffs act more as jailers.
00:13:30.440
They're the ones moving the, the, um, the prisoners around, uh, when you book them into the
00:13:34.660
jail, the sheriff, the sheriff's, uh, deputies go ahead and book them in and everything
00:13:39.580
So, um, in the North, you have a lot more, uh, the state police and the municipal police
00:13:44.420
and the regular, you know, city police, town police, whatever, maybe they typically have
00:13:47.980
more power and authority, but in the South, um, typically the sheriff is the most powerful
00:13:54.560
So, um, that's just a little bit of a distinction between, uh, sheriffs deputies in the North
00:13:59.320
The lone gunman armed with weapons of war and hate-filled soul shot and killed 10 innocent
00:14:12.640
People just wake up, the cops kill us whenever they feel like it, and that's not okay.
00:14:21.460
We can't allow, we cannot allow those people that are upset and mad about what happened
00:14:34.000
So, um, so some of you guys may be wondering, well, Hey, where was this place actually located?
00:14:38.480
So here is the, um, where the, it was 1275 Jefferson Avenue.
00:14:44.820
This is the actual supermarket tops right here where the shooting occurred.
00:14:49.160
Actually, you could see here, this was taken street view, made 2022.
00:14:52.420
So literally probably days after the shooting, as you guys could see here, there's a little
00:14:56.440
bit of a memorial here with flowers, uh, Buffalo police officers sitting there probably for
00:15:07.980
He gets out the vehicle and he starts shooting at people that are right, right in this area.
00:15:14.560
Um, like I said before, it's extremely graphic.
00:15:17.040
You know, I can't plan for you guys on YouTube, but I'm sure if you guys do some searching
00:15:20.620
on Twitter, you'll be able to find that he actually live streamed himself on Twitch doing
00:15:24.500
it, um, before Twitch took the stream down, uh, I think about two minutes or so later.
00:15:39.180
So, uh, let's go ahead and get into some of the, uh, um, now that we know he got charged
00:15:44.240
by the state, uh, and then at some point the feds came in and took over the case.
00:15:48.620
So what happened guys is here's his, his federal court case right here.
00:15:52.120
As you guys know, I tell you guys all the time how to find cases on PACER.
00:15:54.480
This is PACER, uh, public access, uh, for criminal electronic records.
00:15:59.960
Court, uh, court records, excuse me, court electronic records, PACER.
00:16:03.620
Uh, here's the guy's name, Peyton Gendron or Gendron, one of the two.
00:16:07.460
And these are all the charges that they hit him with.
00:16:09.760
Hate crime, including kidnap or attempt to kidnap, sexual assault or kill, um, violent crime,
00:16:14.520
drugs, machine gun, uh, including kidnap or attempt to kidnap.
00:16:20.540
So they ended up filing a complaint against him on June 15th, 2022.
00:16:25.500
So about a month later, the feds went ahead and took this case.
00:16:28.820
And we're going to read through this criminal complaint.
00:16:30.380
Cause it details a lot of, um, things on the, uh, in the case.
00:16:38.940
Typically you have, after you file a criminal complaint, guys, uh, you have about three weeks
00:16:45.620
Criminal complaint guys is typically in, uh, an affidavit, right.
00:16:51.500
Uh, some, a law enforcement officer that's, you know, has federal authority and they go
00:16:55.880
ahead and write up an affidavit and support of a arrest warrants, uh, to put someone into
00:17:02.400
There's a couple of ways that you can put someone in the federal court system, but there's
00:17:05.740
There's either you file a criminal complaint, get them, get an arrest warrant, boom, go pick
00:17:11.620
Which you go ahead and get an arrest warrant, go pick them up after that.
00:17:18.680
And then you get an arrest warrant, go pick the guy up.
00:17:20.620
Criminal complaints are typically done when there's a speed.
00:17:25.560
Now you want to get them as quickly as possible.
00:17:27.560
You know, the, the, the agent typically writes up an affidavit.
00:17:30.500
He becomes affiant, uh, you know, brings it to a judge.
00:17:33.580
You swear this is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.
00:17:37.100
And then next thing you know, he gets assigned by the judge, gets an arrest warrant, goes
00:17:41.800
So we're going to go ahead and read the criminal complaint filed by, um, by the FBI here.
00:17:46.580
Uh, so, and you know, reading criminal complaints guys is a very good as far as figuring out how
00:17:56.200
And it gives you a lot of things behind the scenes that you may not necessarily know just
00:18:06.620
Uh, United States of America versus Peyton Gendron.
00:18:08.900
And like I told you guys before, criminal complaints typically always look the same,
00:18:14.420
I've filed hundreds of these at this point, uh, you know, uh, when I was an agent myself
00:18:18.700
for, uh, seven years in the Western district of New York, I, the complainant in this case
00:18:23.740
state that the following is true to the best of my knowledge and belief honor about the
00:18:27.540
day of May 14, 2022 in the County of Erie in the Western district of New York.
00:18:31.440
The defendant violated 18 USC two 49 hate crime resulting in death 18 USC two 49, a one
00:18:36.700
hate crime involving bodily injury and attempt to kill 18 USC nine 24 C one a three use the
00:18:43.080
firearm to commit murder during and in relation to a crime of violence.
00:18:46.820
And then 18 USC nine 24 C and all the other things use and discharge of a firearm during
00:18:53.780
And real quick, just so you guys know where we're coming from here.
00:18:56.760
Uh, they're basically charging him with civil rights, uh, crimes here.
00:19:01.240
Uh, which right here, 18 USC code two 49 hate crime acts.
00:19:04.880
So, uh, as you guys can see, so the first charge, right?
00:19:14.460
In general one offenses involving actual or perceived race, color, religion, or national
00:19:19.400
Um, whoever, whether or not acting under color of law, willfully causes bodily injury to
00:19:23.920
any person or through the use of, of fire, a firearm, a dangerous weapon or an explosive
00:19:29.640
or incendiary device attempts to cause bodily injury to any person because of the actual or
00:19:34.780
perceived race, color, religion, or national, uh, national origin of any person.
00:19:40.520
Not more than 10 years filed in accordance with this title or both.
00:19:43.400
And B shall be in prison for any term of years or for life, find in accordance with this
00:19:49.360
If one death results from the offense or two, the offense includes kidnapping or an attempt
00:19:55.320
to kidnap aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt
00:20:00.360
to kill, which is where they're going to get him here for the attempt to kill.
00:20:03.920
So this is basic, uh, overview on, you know, 18 USC two 49.
00:20:08.640
And I tell you guys all the time, what is the title eight 18 title 18 guys, United States
00:20:12.060
code is typical, uh, typically the criminal side.
00:20:15.280
You know, like 18 USC three 71, for example, right?
00:20:18.060
I know like the back of my hand, that's conspiracy.
00:20:20.680
18 USC, uh, 1962, which is typically like, like the racketeering statutes, I think is 1962.
00:20:26.940
Um, you know, 18 USC, uh, nine 22 G that's found in possession.
00:20:30.660
So, um, eight, the title 18 is typically the criminal statutes.
00:20:34.920
But in this case, the two 49 are the, um, are the, uh, the civil rights ones, you know,
00:20:45.500
Typically guys, the feds don't get involved in murder.
00:20:47.600
The feds only get involved in murder when it affects some other type of what I call a
00:21:00.180
Look at like YNW Mellie, for example, the state of Florida is the one prosecuting him
00:21:05.920
Typically the state always takes lead in murder.
00:21:07.540
However, let's say the murder is related to gang violence or it's related to hate crime
00:21:13.040
or it's related to some other pattern of racketeering activity, or it's related to a drug offense.
00:21:18.920
Then one of these other crimes basically trigger, the feds can now kind of come in and then take
00:21:25.520
that murder over, but they typically can't do a murder investigation if it's just murder
00:21:29.040
by itself and needs to be triggered by some other type of stimuli, whether it's, you know,
00:21:33.980
affecting interstate nexus, racketeering, gang, affecting interstate commerce, whatever
00:21:41.460
These things have to also be in play for the feds to come in and charge murder.
00:21:45.320
So in this case, the feds were able to get in and take this investigation.
00:21:48.580
Because he did it as a hate crime, which does what affects interstate commerce, which is
00:21:54.160
Now the FBI has jurisdiction to take over the investigation that involved murder.
00:21:59.120
So that's something that I kind of want to make a distinction there because a lot of people
00:22:02.620
think, oh, does the FBI do murder, et cetera, or do the feds do murder?
00:22:07.080
It needs to be triggered by some other type of prerequisite crime for the feds to be able
00:22:12.940
So now that we got that, do we have any chats here that I missed?
00:22:21.540
And then we got the security guard was my cousin.
00:22:35.380
You guys are not going to get in-depth breakdowns like this anywhere else on YouTube or the internet,
00:22:46.420
Yo, can we get a breakdown on how Kwame Kilpatrick cheated on his wife, caused him to lose his
00:22:56.180
Anytime you work in politics, they're going to scrutinize everything you do with a microscopic
00:23:00.280
Like, you got to be damn near perfect to be a politician.
00:23:02.260
So they're going to pull anything out to make you look bad.
00:23:09.100
You always plead not guilty at your arraignment and at your initial appearance.
00:23:12.600
Like, you know, you always plead not guilty and then, you know, you wait until the prosecutors
00:23:15.580
draft up a plea agreement, you know, that you and your defense attorney can agree to and
00:23:32.760
Yeah, definitely no other YouTube channel doing this kind of stuff for y'all, man.
00:23:38.740
This is the first page of the criminal complaint, guys.
00:23:40.220
As you guys can see here, this was written, this complaint was filed by Special Agent
00:23:49.740
The Glinski, okay, Polish right there, Special Agent FBI.
00:24:01.740
Magistrate Judge on June 15, 2022 in Buffalo, New York.
00:24:06.440
And guys, you're probably wondering, okay, so a magistrate judge versus a district judge.
00:24:10.520
The difference, guys, is that magistrate judges typically, you know, when you file a criminal
00:24:14.120
complaint, right, it comes in first as an MJ case or magistrate.
00:24:18.120
Once it gets indicted, then it becomes a CR, aka criminal case, and then it goes to a district
00:24:22.840
But when you're filing a criminal complaint, you know, you just need to get the court
00:24:25.920
paperwork in to get this guy arrested to get him into the court system.
00:24:28.860
So you go ahead and take your case, your, you know, your criminal complaint, your affidavit
00:24:31.800
to a magistrate, magistrate reads it, sees that there's sufficient probable cause, signs
00:24:35.680
off on it, you get your arrest warrant, you go pick your guy up, then the case gets indicted
00:24:39.100
typically 14 to 21 days later, you know, depending on the jurisdiction, sometimes even a month
00:24:45.400
And then they go ahead and it gets, once it gets indicted by a grand jury, now it's formally
00:24:49.260
been charged and it gets a CR case number, okay?
00:24:54.760
Typically when you file a criminal complaint, it's just to get the guy into the system quickly.
00:24:58.720
All right, you got him in custody right then and there, you want to file your complaint
00:25:02.120
So, but I like criminal complaints because you can actually read the affidavit and see
00:25:05.480
what the probable cause was to actually go ahead and pick the guy up, right?
00:25:09.700
So, so now we know that a couple of things, we know what he's being charged with, number
00:25:17.800
Because you can see the complaint and signature right here, right?
00:25:20.640
That's very important to see who the lead agency is.
00:25:24.060
And then, and they typically do civil rights violations like this, all right?
00:25:33.700
Now we're going to get into the facts of the case, the juicy stuff, right?
00:25:36.840
And guys, before I get into this, like the video, all right?
00:25:44.720
Duglinski, being duly sworn deposed and state the following, okay?
00:25:47.840
I'm a special agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, FBI, United States Department
00:25:51.140
I've served as FBI special agent since May 2018 and I'm currently assigned to the FBI
00:25:54.860
Buffalo Division Joint Terrorism Task Force, JTTF.
00:26:02.580
Okay, you guys are probably wondering, Myron, what the fuck is the JTTF?
00:26:05.500
The JTTF, guys, is the Joint Terrorism Task Force, so basically, long story short, it's
00:26:10.060
a group of agents that work together under the FBI, who's a lead agency for terrorism.
00:26:14.780
And you have, you know, counterparts from Homeland Security, DEA, Department of Diplomatic
00:26:20.400
Security Service, Secret Service, every federal agency you could think of, every state and
00:26:24.500
local agency in that area, they're all sitting at the JTTF working together to combat domestic
00:26:32.280
Well, after 9-11 happened, guys, we pretty much figured out that the agency,
00:26:37.240
And the guys that committed the acts on 9-11, which I'll break down that case for y'all
00:26:40.540
as well, a bunch of different agencies knew about these guys, yet no one shared information.
00:26:45.280
Since no one shared information, they weren't able to stop the attacks.
00:26:48.860
And after 9-11, it pretty much showed a very big weak spot in the U.S. government law enforcement
00:26:53.800
agencies with having discrepancies in information and information sharing.
00:26:57.720
OK, so the JTTF, you know, it existed pre-9-11.
00:27:06.760
Became a lot more friendly with interagency cooperation and working together.
00:27:10.100
So every major city in the United States has a joint terrorism task force, and it's comprised
00:27:17.280
And they use each other's unique, you know, legal abilities, law enforcement powers, et
00:27:24.600
If you guys want me to give you an example of this, put ones in the chat.
00:27:27.540
If you guys want me to just keep reading the affidavit, give me twos.
00:27:29.340
If you guys want me to give you an example of how they can leverage each other's abilities,
00:27:33.300
If you guys want me to just keep reading the affidavit, give me a two.
00:27:35.680
I don't want to get two in the weeds here unless you guys want me to actually get in
00:27:42.560
The Glinski sounds like an evolved form of Doug Trio.
00:27:54.120
So I'll give an example, guys, of what I mean by this.
00:28:01.860
I used to be an agent with Homeland Security, as you guys know.
00:28:05.120
Homeland Security investigations, HSI special agents have a special power.
00:28:09.520
And what that is, is we can search you at the border without a warrant.
00:28:15.340
When you have customs authority, you can search someone at the border or it's functional
00:28:18.380
equivalent without a warrant because guess what?
00:28:20.400
You have no fourth amendment expectation of privacy when you're entering the United States.
00:28:25.280
When you're leaving and when you're coming in, you can be searched.
00:28:27.860
FBI does not have this power, but Homeland Security investigations and guys with customs
00:28:32.340
So, if someone comes into the country that you know is a criminal or involved in some
00:28:36.680
type of, let's say, they're involved in some kind of activity that might affect national
00:28:44.440
security or maybe they're a terrorist or maybe they're a spy, whatever it may be, you can
00:28:48.180
have an HSI agent go through all their shit and search it without a warrant.
00:28:52.460
And sometimes you can even do it surreptitiously where they don't even know because what?
00:29:05.280
It's very powerful to have agents from different agencies under the JTTF utilizing their different
00:29:11.800
skill sets, different abilities, different powers, right?
00:29:17.040
Let's say, you know, someone is involved in potential criminal activity that is a member
00:29:23.680
Well, the FBI isn't going to have access to Naval records.
00:29:29.500
So, if you have a member on the JTTF that's a part of NCIS, he can give you all his military
00:29:36.620
That guy, all his, you know, all his issues he might have had in the military, his whole
00:29:42.100
The NCIS agent could get all that and give it to the FBI agent.
00:29:54.860
This is why it's so important, guys, for the agencies to work together, leverage each
00:29:57.900
other's abilities, skills, and legal authority to combat terrorism, okay?
00:30:02.820
So, this is something that became very strong after 9-11.
00:30:06.220
So, that's just an example of what I mean as far as, like, utilizing other agencies, okay?
00:30:09.620
A bunch of agencies have different skill sets and powers that other agencies might not necessarily
00:30:14.320
So, for one, HSI, they can search you at the border without a warrant.
00:30:18.160
Army CID, NCIS, OSI, they can go ahead and get military documents or military records that
00:30:23.440
isn't necessarily open or available to the public, okay?
00:30:27.700
The IRS can go ahead and get you guys tax returns, okay, that you wouldn't be able to
00:30:31.660
get on your own, or you'd have to do a million grand jury subpoenas to get.
00:30:42.280
You can go ahead and get passport information or information on other types of people that
00:30:48.720
you wouldn't be able to get yourself as an FBI agent.
00:30:52.880
This is the power of having task forces, especially something like the Joint Terrorism Task Force,
00:30:58.780
Hope you guys enjoyed that explanation right there.
00:31:04.920
So, as an FBI special agent, I'm responsible for investigating violations of federal criminal
00:31:08.060
law, including violations of federal civil rights and firearms laws.
00:31:10.760
During my career at the FBI, I have participated in investigations involving violent crime,
00:31:14.680
drug trafficking networks, organized crime, and racketeering influence, corruption organizations,
00:31:18.480
aka RICO, street gangs, and national security matters, including international terrorism.
00:31:22.000
In addition, I have had the opportunity to work with numerous FBI agents and other law
00:31:25.240
enforcement agents and officers of varying experience levels who have also investigated
00:31:29.120
these crimes in the Western District of New York.
00:31:31.000
So, guys, in any criminal complaint, that first paragraph is what we call an I love me
00:31:35.560
Which is, they teach you in the academy, you pretty much have to write who you are, who
00:31:39.840
you work for, and your skill set, and what qualifies you to be the affiant, right, in this affidavit.
00:31:45.680
What qualifies you to go ahead and speak on this investigation?
00:31:49.080
So, that's why he's outlining his history, what he's done, and what makes him qualified to
00:31:54.100
Two, this affidavit is submitted in support of a criminal complaint charging Peyton Gendron
00:31:59.300
with violations of 18 U.S.C. 249 A.1, hate crime resulting in a hate crime involving bodily
00:32:04.580
injury and attempt to kill, use a firearm to commit murder during and in relation to
00:32:08.940
a crime of violence, and use and discharge of a firearm during and in relation to a crime
00:32:13.660
of violence, which, you know, you have all the statutes here, 924 C.1A, etc.
00:32:18.440
Paragraph three, I'm familiar with the facts and circumstances of this investigation, such
00:32:21.820
familiarity having been gained through my personal knowledge based upon my participation
00:32:25.540
in this investigation, statements, and or reports provided to me by law enforcement personnel,
00:32:30.500
federal, state, and local agencies, witness interviews, video footage from a GoPro camera
00:32:34.120
recovered from Gendron, which is what he used on Twitch, guys, information developed through
00:32:37.680
public sources to include social media accounts linked to Gendron, interviews of various witnesses,
00:32:42.680
review surveillance, camera footage, records checks of various public and law enforcement
00:32:47.100
databases, records obtained from Discord, Inc. Discord, pursuant to a federal search
00:32:51.680
warrant, and other information developed by law enforcement officers and intelligence
00:32:58.740
I have a bunch of information given to me from other law enforcement officers, analysts,
00:33:03.060
my own information that I developed, and I'm going ahead and gathering all this information
00:33:07.320
for you, judge, to go ahead and consolidate it into one digestible document that you can go
00:33:13.040
ahead and see why I have probable cause to arrest this individual for the crimes that
00:33:18.680
This guy, more than likely, the affian, is the case agent.
00:33:22.000
The case agent, guys, is the person that manages the investigation, the person that sees the
00:33:27.200
He's the one working directly with the prosecutor.
00:33:31.360
Typically, the complainant is the case agent, all right?
00:33:33.580
So they're the ones getting all the information given to them from all their different partners,
00:33:36.980
all the different people involved in the investigation, and they're running the thing,
00:33:40.260
because this affidavit is being submitted for a limited purpose, that is, to establish
00:33:46.600
probable cause that Gendron committed the specified offenses, I have not presented all
00:33:55.580
What he means by that is, I'm only putting enough in this affidavit to establish probable
00:34:02.460
I'm not going to put everything in this affidavit, which, another thing I'm going to tell you
00:34:06.480
guys, anytime there's national security information, right?
00:34:08.500
Sorry, national security investigations like this, where the JTTF is involved, etc., nine
00:34:12.580
out of ten times, there's going to be classified information involved in the investigation as
00:34:15.560
well, and they can't put that shit on an affidavit, all right?
00:34:18.820
Classified stuff can't go into the court system, period, all right?
00:34:22.240
There's a reason why they have the FISA court system, all right?
00:34:24.660
The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, okay?
00:34:28.220
That's a whole other world, which I've described on other cases.
00:34:30.760
Go ahead and check out my podcast I did on, who was it?
00:34:35.700
The FBI guy that, damn it, that sold secrets to Russia.
00:34:48.880
But the thing is, guys, when you have JTTF cases like this, cases that deal with national
00:34:54.300
security, terrorism, espionage, whatever it may be, nine out of ten times it's going to
00:34:59.200
So they can't put all that information to affidavit.
00:35:01.500
They're only going to put what, yes, Robert Hanson, guys, they can only put what is, how
00:35:11.060
So they're only going to give you the minimum required to get the probable cause, all right?
00:35:16.720
And this is basic boilerplate language that you put in every affidavit.
00:35:19.820
When I write my affidavits, too, whether it's a search warrant, arrest warrant, or sorry,
00:35:23.120
a criminal complaint like this in support of an arrest warrant, you would always put, hey,
00:35:27.460
this is just enough to establish probable cause, that's it.
00:35:30.120
This is not all the facts known to me, all right, on the investigation.
00:35:36.040
So he's going, so this is something, I guess, that the Western District of New York does,
00:35:40.980
Buffalo, because we don't normally do this in our complaints.
00:35:43.060
But every district is different, every AUSA, every prosecutor is different.
00:35:47.680
Title 18 United States Code 249 makes it a federal crime for a person to willfully cause bodily
00:35:51.080
injury to any person or through the use of a firearm to attempt to cause bodily injury
00:35:55.420
to any person because of the actual or perceived race or color of the person.
00:35:58.900
Section 249 provide for increased penalties when the offense results in death or when
00:36:06.200
Title 18 U.S.C., United States Code 924C, which if you guys remember, this is what they
00:36:11.820
Makes it a federal crime to knowingly use or carry a firearm during and in relation to a
00:36:15.060
crime of violence for which the person may be prosecuted in a court of the United States
00:36:18.500
and includes increased penalties when the firearm is discharged.
00:36:20.880
Section 924J1 provides for additional increased penalties when, in the course of a violation
00:36:26.160
of Section 924C, the perpetrator causes the death of another person and the killing is
00:36:34.520
Section 11111 defines murder as the unlawful killing of a human being with malice or afterthought.
00:36:40.120
But like I told y'all before, typically there needs to be some other type of crime attached
00:36:43.760
to it for the feds to go ahead and take over a murder investigation, okay?
00:36:46.280
Okay, you know, rest in pieces, so Jaime Zapata, okay, former HSI special agent, he was killed
00:36:52.580
That's what they charged the cartel guys that killed him, which were 18 U.S.C. 11111,
00:36:59.620
So typically that's the main statute and then they hit them with something else that's underlying.
00:37:05.260
Okay, so let's get into the facts of the investigation now, okay, guys?
00:37:07.920
If you guys are liking the video, liking this content, please like the video, subscribe
00:37:14.440
You ain't going to find content like this anywhere else, all right?
00:37:17.540
Now we're going to get into the actual meat and potatoes of the investigation of the facts
00:37:20.980
that led to the arrest of our guy Peyton Gendron, all right?
00:37:26.140
On May 14, 2022, at approximately 2.30 p.m., Gendron, an 18-year-old white male from Conklin,
00:37:30.520
New York, committed a mass shooting attack targeting black people at Topps Friendly Market
00:37:34.980
at 1275 Jefferson Avenue in Buffalo, New York, Topps, right?
00:37:39.120
Which we showed you guys, you know, the ridiculous driving that this guy did to get there, okay?
00:37:47.780
And then not only that, he also went ahead and, like I told you all before, he went to,
00:37:58.440
he basically came here to Topps, parked right here in the front, right in this, here, let
00:38:02.900
me show you guys exactly where he parked, because I saw the video myself, he parked right
00:38:08.860
Parked right around here, gets out the vehicle, all right?
00:38:12.280
He has an AR in his hand, starts shooting at people over here, starts shooting at people
00:38:16.200
over here, and then he shoots into the glass right here, and then he walks in and he starts
00:38:20.880
At 1275 Jefferson Avenue in Buffalo, New York, the mass shooting, which Gendron live-streamed
00:38:29.340
on the internet, resulted in the deaths of 10 black people and non-fatal gunshot wounds
00:38:36.620
Gendron's motive for the mass shooting was to prevent black people from replacing white
00:38:39.820
people and eliminating the white race, and to inspire others to commit similar attacks.
00:38:43.740
At the time of the attack, Gendron arrived at Topps in a blue Ford Taurus, drove to the
00:38:49.960
He emerged from the car wearing a tactical-style helmet, camouflage clothing, body armor, and
00:38:54.640
the GoPro video camera, and carrying a loaded Bushmaster XM-15 .223 caliber rifle and multiple
00:39:02.440
Okay, so you guys are probably wondering, what the hell is a Bushmaster X-15?
00:39:13.960
That holds, each of these magazines typically holds 30 rounds, okay?
00:39:17.840
If it's not, if it's one of the high-capacity magazines.
00:39:21.800
Um, after exiting the Taurus, Gendron aimed the rifle at a black person, victim 1, walking
00:39:29.320
in the parking lot, and shot and killed victim 1.
00:39:31.920
Gendron immediately started shooting at other black people in the parking lot and near the
00:39:36.160
During this rapid succession of shots, Gendron shot and injured one black person, victim
00:39:40.600
2, and shot and killed two black people, victim 3 and 4.
00:39:45.240
A black security guard, who had been standing near victims 2 and 3, retreated inside the
00:39:49.920
After Gendron shot victim 4, he fired several shots through the front window of the store
00:39:55.800
As he approached the entrance, he shot victim 3 again while victim 3 was on the ground to
00:40:01.460
Victim 2, who was lying motionless on the ground near victim 3, survived and was able to flee
00:40:08.500
After shooting the first 4 victims, killing 3 of them, Gendron entered the store and immediately
00:40:12.840
shined and killed 2 more black people, victim 5 and victim 6, who were on the ground.
00:40:20.320
Um, you could probably find it on, uh, Twitter.
00:40:23.000
Uh, like I said, I have the video, but I'm not gonna play it because it's, uh, you know,
00:40:26.240
just out of respect for the people that passed away.
00:40:28.500
And also, you know, YouTube would definitely not like that.
00:40:38.460
At the time, Gendron and the armed black security guard, victim 7, exchanged gunfire.
00:40:45.600
Okay, who was the retired police officer we spoke about.
00:40:48.800
Uh, after Gendron killed victim 7, he turned and aimed his rifle at a white male,
00:40:53.280
Topps employee, victim 8, who at some point during the attack had been shone the leg and injured.
00:40:57.620
Rather than shooting him, Gendron said, sorry, to victim 8, before moving on through
00:41:01.520
the rest of the store in search of more black people to shoot and kill.
00:41:04.660
So, guys, right here, this right here is what the prosecution is definitely gonna use to
00:41:09.120
articulate the fact that this was a racially motivated attack.
00:41:12.820
So, he goes in, right, and he shoots the people.
00:41:15.680
And then the, the, the Caucasian person that they're speaking about, right, they're, they're
00:41:19.520
kind of, and I'll, what I'll do is I'll kind of show you guys what it looked like, uh, so
00:41:24.560
So, the, the Caucasian guy was on the floor in between the registers, okay?
00:41:29.700
So, the guy's walking up, and he looks to his right, and he sees the guy there in between
00:41:39.300
So, and then he turns away, and he goes back towards the entrance of the store.
00:41:42.280
What the prosecution's probably gonna do is they're gonna use that to say, listen, this
00:41:46.180
dude went in there and was shooting only at the black people.
00:41:48.720
And when he had a chance to go ahead and, you know, shoot at a Caucasian, he didn't
00:41:54.300
Um, so that's gonna definitely be used by the prosecution, uh, to, to demonstrate that
00:41:59.380
this was a racially motivated attack, for sure, okay?
00:42:03.440
So, uh, so, be, be, um, I would not be surprised if the AUSA is not gonna use that as evidence.
00:42:08.940
Obviously, it's a very relevant fact, which is why they put in a criminal complaint.
00:42:18.840
Okay, FedIt, Myron18, uh, I can read that one yet, Fed1811, Myron's one of a kind.
00:42:38.200
Like I said before, this channel isn't necessarily about making money, it's about educating you
00:42:41.100
guys and giving you guys, uh, some cool content that no one else here.
00:42:51.480
I was suggesting your viewpoint or breakdown of the Kwame Kilpatrick Fed case.
00:42:55.860
All right, Christina, can you make a note of that one?
00:43:02.320
Oh, look, we got one, one, one, one, one, uh, viewers right now.
00:43:07.940
If they have suggestions, like, contact the Instagram.
00:43:21.020
So he said, sorry to the, to victim eight, who was Caucasian, right?
00:43:24.680
Um, uh, before moving on through the rest of the store in search of more black people
00:43:28.960
to shoot and kill at some point during the attack, one of the shots also struck a white
00:43:33.080
female Thompson play victim nine in the pharmacy area of the store, which is located
00:43:39.740
Next gender on walk through the store's checkout line and shot and killed a black person victim
00:43:44.860
Gender on then moved through the aisles of the store and shot and killed three additional
00:43:48.400
black people, victim 11, victim 12, and victim 13 gender on still armed with that rifle,
00:43:52.420
ultimately routine returned to the front of the store.
00:43:54.980
As gender on was shooting inside the store, numerous customers and Thompson plays ran to
00:43:58.880
the rear of the store and took shelter in a stock room, a conference room, a freezer
00:44:03.680
Many others fled the store through the rear door.
00:44:06.440
When gender on returned to the front of the store, members of the Buffalo police department
00:44:10.620
BPD encountered him and took him into custody, which is what you guys saw earlier
00:44:14.360
when they had him, uh, cupped up at that time, officers recovered the rifle used in the attack
00:44:19.840
from gender on the rifle had various writings on it, including, but not limited to the names
00:44:24.480
of others who have committed mass shootings, racial slurs, the statement, here's your reparations
00:44:30.000
and the phrase, the great replacement law enforcement later determined that gender on live stream
00:44:37.340
Ballistics evidence recovered at the tops indicates that gender on fired approximately 60 shots
00:44:44.220
After gender on was arrested, BPD officers, AKA Buffalo police recovered, a loaded 12 gauge
00:44:48.760
shotgun, a loaded bolt action rifle, and three loaded rifle magazines from the tourists.
00:44:54.180
On May 15th, 2022, the FBI executed a federal search warrant at gender on's home in Conklin,
00:44:59.800
During the search, the FBI recovered a hand ran note in gender on's bedroom in which gender
00:45:03.260
on apologized to his family for committing this attack and stated that he had to commit
00:45:07.540
this attack because he cares for the future of the white race.
00:45:11.520
The FBI also recovered from gender on's bedroom, a receipt for the purchase of a candy bar at
00:45:15.860
the tops on March 8th, 2022 and hit handwritten sketches of what appears to be the interior
00:45:23.220
So they were able to recover quite a bit of, uh, you know, evidence from his house.
00:45:28.440
And I go, I got some photos of the evidence that they got, that they recovered guys.
00:45:41.100
Uh, the, um, the, the FBI ended up, uh, um, searching his home and interviewing his parents.
00:45:46.240
The couple, Paul and Pamela Gendron are, are cooperating with the investigators, uh, sources
00:45:50.500
added, um, photos at the home showed agents sifting through items and large, uh, in a large
00:45:57.820
Payton 18 is accused of traveling about 200 miles from the family's home in Conklin, New
00:46:01.020
York to Buffalo tops friendly market on Saturday afternoon.
00:46:03.140
When he launched a slaughter that killed 10 people, paying specifically research neighborhood
00:46:06.840
demographics to target predominantly black community sources have said the team was a
00:46:10.420
former student at Bruin County community college, where he aspired to be an engineer
00:46:17.480
I think for the department of transportation, if I'm not mistaken.
00:46:21.740
Uh, Paul and Pamela Gendron, both civil engineers with the state department of transportation are
00:46:28.880
So here's some pictures of the FBI at the search.
00:46:45.020
Now at this point, here's the house guys was able to find it myself.
00:46:52.460
And there's the shed right there that the FBI was searching.
00:47:06.660
But this is where the FBI ended up doing their search.
00:47:11.420
Conklin residents and neighbors react following Buffalo mass shooting.
00:47:24.100
You can see, look, this is the front of the house.
00:47:31.100
So the town of Conklin with around 5,000 residents found itself in the national spotlight over
00:47:36.300
The mass shooter who murdered 10 people at the Buffalo supermarket on Saturday was one
00:47:39.460
of their own 18 year old Gaten Pat Gendron, a resident of Amber Hill drive in Conklin taken
00:47:43.380
into custody in his home, the site of FBI investigation from Saturday night through Monday morning.
00:47:52.600
And this is some more information that they have, but yeah, this, this is the, this is
00:48:00.460
Um, and let's see what they actually found in the house.
00:48:06.920
And I muted the song here guys, cause it's probably gonna hit what got to get what hit
00:48:10.380
So it says here, uh, paying gender on 18 spent months reflecting on his plans to conduct a
00:48:19.780
Um, so as you guys can see here, here's the rifle.
00:48:22.760
Let's backtrack that just a little bit and I'll enlarge it so you guys can see.
00:48:35.140
Uh, and then we got here, um, a bunch of other stuff written on here.
00:48:39.820
And then, um, some other derogatory terms on the ran on the rifle.
00:48:46.000
And said, so he said his exposure to fortune and online message board known as a hotbed
00:48:50.900
for extremism, kept him motivated to stick to his plans.
00:49:00.660
Here's the, the diagram that the FBI was referring to in the criminal complaint, the digital journal
00:49:05.760
primarily focused on the extensive measures gender on took to, uh, procure equipment for
00:49:11.680
And you guys can see here, this is a little, um, map of the grocery store.
00:49:21.140
So two months prior, he had went there, but some of the entries details plans to lose weight
00:49:27.080
ahead of the attack, his relationship with his family and how he sold his belongings to
00:49:36.880
And then this obviously the, um, the aftermath gender was arraigned to one counter murder
00:49:41.580
in Erie County, but could be upgraded to hate crime and domestic extremism charges, which
00:49:59.200
It's just long, but I don't want to put it on yet.
00:50:02.880
Why do they usually have expensive air for teens?
00:50:15.820
This is also why we can't let the libs ruin, uh, gun laws.
00:50:19.120
Because bad people always get guns, but law abiding citizens need our protection.
00:50:23.120
I'm, I'm definitely a, a firm believer in the second amendment.
00:50:26.680
The last thing we want is, uh, the only people to have guns be police and criminals.
00:50:32.720
Uh, and then we got, uh, Zeus, $2 react to computers, uh, by FBG whiskey.
00:50:40.320
One of the most disrespectful disc songs of all time.
00:50:42.500
Uh, I'll probably get hit with a copyright if I do that.
00:50:46.900
I wonder if deep down at the core, and I'm not joking,
00:50:48.880
this hate crime could have something to do with BBC.
00:50:52.320
George Carlin said a joke in the past about war starting because of D size.
00:51:00.900
Yeah, I think this guy just wasn't all the way there, gentlemen.
00:51:04.220
He definitely didn't have all his stuff, uh, there.
00:51:08.740
Uh, and then we got Khalil Butler here, five bucks.
00:51:10.500
When they seized his weapon, he had the hard ER version of the term of endearment painted
00:51:15.980
He had, uh, N-I-G-G-E-R definitely on the rifle.
00:51:24.080
Thank you guys so much for the, uh, by the way, I really appreciate all the support,
00:51:36.240
Uh, after Jen John was arrested, BPD officers recovered a little, oh yeah, this is the guns
00:51:45.000
They found the handwritten sketches, uh, of the, of the place.
00:51:51.340
Gendron's planning and preparation for the tops attack and months preceding the attack.
00:51:55.040
Gendron wrote a self-described manifesto containing a detailed plan to shoot and kill black people
00:51:59.160
at the tops at 1275 Jefferson Avenue using a Bushmaster XM 15 rifle, a diagram of the interior
00:52:05.280
layout of the store, a discussion of the clothing and equipment that he would use during the
00:52:09.360
attack, including a helmet, body armor, and GoPro camera, which I showed you guys in
00:52:12.820
the last video and statements that his motivation for the attack was to prevent black people
00:52:17.620
from replacing white people, eliminating the white race, and to inspire others to commit
00:52:23.560
Specifically, Gendron wrote the following in the manifesto.
00:52:27.060
And before we read what was in the manifesto here, Gendron signed a note and addressed it
00:52:31.380
And these are little footnotes that the, that the, uh, prosecutor put in here.
00:52:34.460
Law enforcement recovered a laptop computer and Gendron's tourists, which contained a draft
00:52:39.400
Additionally, law enforcement recovered a version of the self-described manifesto on the internet.
00:52:42.460
The manifesto referred to the plant attack taking place in the zip code of 14208 and
00:52:47.300
the tops location located at 1275 Jefferson Avenue is within zip code 14208.
00:52:52.300
In addition, as detailed herein, Gendron specifically identified the top 1275 Jefferson Avenue as
00:52:57.540
the target of the attack and post made to his discord account.
00:53:00.960
So they were able to get that information from doing a search warrant on his discord.
00:53:04.460
Now you guys are probably wondering, what is this manifesto that you're talking about,
00:53:08.500
Here's his manifesto, uh, uh, that he wrote, uh, you wait for a signal while your people
00:53:15.460
What you need to know that there's one thing I want you to get from these writings is that
00:53:21.480
The white population becomes fewer in number to maintain a population.
00:53:25.160
The world must achieve a birth rate that reaches replacement fertility levels in the Western
00:53:33.100
So I list of, uh, sovereign states and dependencies.
00:53:35.520
The only white country that reaches these levels is Argentina at 2.247, but not Europe,
00:53:41.340
not in the rest of the Americas, not in Australia or New Zealand.
00:53:43.820
White people are failing to reproduce, failing to create families, failing to have children.
00:53:47.020
But despite this sub replacement fertility rate, the population of the West is increasing
00:53:52.740
Mass immigration and higher fertility rates of the immigrants themselves are causing this
00:53:57.900
We are experiencing an invasion on a level never before seen in history.
00:54:01.680
Millions of people pouring across our borders legally, invited by the state and corporate
00:54:05.220
entities to replace the white people who have failed to reproduce, failed to create the
00:54:09.480
cheap labor, failed to create new consumers and tax base that the corporation and state
00:54:15.120
So this is the, like kind of the intro to his manifesto here, guys.
00:54:19.620
And, uh, he talks about, you know, in 2050, despite the ongoing effect of sub replacement
00:54:24.300
fertility, the population figures show that the population does not decrease in line with
00:54:28.720
the sub replacement fertility levels, but actual mind, uh, actually maintains.
00:54:32.300
And even in many white nations rapidly increases all through immigration.
00:54:41.400
And this is basically the basis of his manifesto here.
00:54:48.080
I think this thing is like 180 pages long here.
00:54:59.140
And he goes, he ends the, the, the last paragraph he writes here.
00:55:05.460
All I know is the certainty of my will and the necessity of my cause live or die.
00:55:11.980
My friends, my family, my people, my culture, my race.
00:55:19.000
And then he has, remember what you have to do, have what you have to save.
00:55:27.380
Um, and yeah, this thing is like a very long thing where he rants about, um, yeah.
00:55:48.160
Ballistic large multicam OC, OCP army combat shirt.
00:55:52.920
So this guy clearly wasn't all the way there, gentlemen, ladies and gentlemen.
00:55:57.040
He like literally, his parents would not pay attention to him.
00:56:01.020
This is probably one of the greatest incidences of fucking self-snitching I've ever seen in
00:56:12.780
My man is literally, has all his shit outlined here of what he's going to do.
00:56:42.180
Yeah, this nigga would probably lock himself in his room all day and fucking plan this shit
00:56:48.000
He literally has all, this is all evidence for the feds, by the way, guys.
00:56:51.760
Like, he literally has all this stuff, like, outlined in his manifesto.
00:57:04.300
So, let's, now that I showed you guys the manifesto, right, and it's complete, and it's, you know,
00:57:10.680
So, this is what the feds picked out of this manifesto, you know, in particular for this
00:57:15.340
Jendron wrote the following in the manifesto, that he is ethnically white, has never been
00:57:19.120
diagnosed with a mental disability or disorder, and that he was perfectly sane.
00:57:26.240
The state police actually, um, did a, um, interviewed him because he made threats while
00:57:30.700
he was in school, and they found that he had some, uh, he was perturbed mentally.
00:57:36.780
B, that he was a white man seeking to protect and serve my community, my people, my culture,
00:57:42.340
C, that he was the sole perpetrator of this attempted mass shooting.
00:57:47.000
D, that he had been preparing for the attack for a few years, and that he actually got serious
00:57:51.200
about the attack in the beginning of January 2022.
00:57:53.980
E, that the goals of the attack were to kill as many blacks as possible, avoid dying, and
00:58:00.220
F, that he was targeting black people because they are an obvious, visible, and large group
00:58:05.060
of replacers that seek to occupy my people's lands and ethnically replace my own people.
00:58:11.680
G, that he selected a target in the area code of 14, uh, 14208 because it has the highest
00:58:18.960
percentage of black people close enough to where he lives.
00:58:22.140
H, that he targeted the top store in area 14208 because it is where a high percentage
00:58:27.860
of high and high density of black people can be found.
00:58:30.920
I, that he made a map of the inside of the top store and decided the best plan of attack
00:58:36.740
J, that he was inspired to commit the attack by other racially motivated mass murderers.
00:58:41.700
And K, that he would live stream a video of the attack and publish the manifesto online
00:58:45.860
to increase coverage and spread his beliefs, which is this manifesto here that I showed
00:58:50.440
y'all, uh, which is extremely long and probably one of the worst cases of self-snitching I've
00:58:57.300
Uh, and he has some memes here, right, that he, that he's using to, to, um, kind of rationalize
00:59:10.740
Look, see, he has here the prison rates, equality facts.
00:59:27.300
And then he also has anti-Semitic stuff in here as well about Jewish people.
00:59:37.560
This dude is, is on some, uh, on some wild shit.
00:59:44.520
Jendron also chronicled the progress and development of his plan on his Discord account in the months
00:59:49.380
He stated that his motivation for the attack was to prevent black people from replacing white
00:59:52.940
people and eliminating the white race and to inspire others to commit similar racially
00:59:58.520
He also wrote about his acquisition of firearms, ammunition, firearms, magazines, body armor,
01:00:02.500
a GoPro camera, and other supplies for the attack.
01:00:04.620
His testing of the firearms, ammunition, firearm magazines, and GoPro camera in preparation
01:00:09.060
for the attack, his drafting of the above described manifesto, his selection of the
01:00:12.640
tops as the target of the attack, and his drafting of a goodbye letter to his family,
01:00:16.840
which is believed to be the apology letter found in his bedroom.
01:00:18.880
Based on Jendron's Discord entries and other evidence gathered, uh, during the investigation,
01:00:24.440
I determined that Jendron traveled to the tops to scout the location on several occasions
01:00:35.740
Alright, let's, uh, I'll read this paragraph, then we'll read the chats.
01:00:39.600
On March 8, 2022, he went to the tops at least three times.
01:00:42.900
During those trips, he created two sketches of the interior layout of the store, which are
01:00:46.380
believed to be the sketches found in his bedroom.
01:00:48.880
Counted the number of black people present inside and outside the store, observed the
01:00:51.560
presence of two armed black security guards, and noted the number of black people in the
01:00:56.600
In the afternoon, on May 13, 2022, the day before the attack, he went to the tops and
01:01:03.380
Finally, at approximately noon on May 14, 2022, only two and a half hours before the attack,
01:01:08.120
he went to the tops and observed a healthy amount of old and young black people in the
01:01:12.100
store and noted where the security guard was positioned.
01:01:15.920
He basically did some recon, went there a month before, went there days before, and
01:01:20.380
then went there the day of a couple hours before, scoped it out, then came back and
01:01:35.320
This is also why we can't let the libs, uh, no, read that one already.
01:01:42.840
You know, you gotta, you gotta get on point here.
01:01:44.040
We have a lot of chats that we, I can't put on slow mode.
01:01:49.400
At 32 years old, it seems like these shootings have been going on forever.
01:01:52.680
Myron, do you remember when they all started being so frequent?
01:01:57.700
I, there was a time, you know, I remember Columbine was a big deal back in the nineties.
01:02:01.580
Seems like Columbine happens all the time nowadays.
01:02:03.880
You know, uh, school shootings have definitely like been something it's, it's, it's common now,
01:02:08.460
sadly, you know, back in the nineties, it was like rare.
01:02:11.020
Like when Columbine happened, the whole country went into shock.
01:02:26.600
Uh, Anthony Lewis, can you explain fed and state prison condition differences?
01:02:30.180
Uh, isn't fed prison easier to deal with in comparison to state?
01:02:33.360
You know, it depends if you're like in a high security prison or a low security prison, you
01:02:37.780
know, if you're like in college, uh, Florence, right.
01:02:39.660
The, the eight, the max, that just sucks, you know, versus in a low, low, uh, security
01:02:44.680
federal prison, which is like basically like a college campus almost.
01:02:48.600
Do you remember that video that we watched that had like the federal prison and like,
01:02:57.220
If you watch the video about the, um, the prison, like prison.
01:03:01.900
I don't know what you're talking about right now.
01:03:08.300
Like the video while you pull these bad boys up.
01:03:16.300
The kid's manifesto is pretty detailed for a kid to come up with.
01:03:21.620
Probably stole it from, you know, other extremists.
01:03:25.320
Did you ever take down weirdos like that guy at your old job?
01:03:28.700
Um, yeah, I dealt with a few weirdos in my time.
01:03:32.300
A couple of neck beards and strange individuals.
01:03:40.380
I just saw a motherfucker playing a flute with a stick in his skivvies.
01:03:49.440
I should have paid him for my final English essay my sophomore year in college.
01:04:11.840
Um, going all the way down to the double check rate.
01:04:14.740
And speaking of hair guys, by the way, uh, the hair will grow here probably in about
01:04:19.000
As you guys can see, I still got some thin spots here, but the, the, um, the hair
01:04:23.440
transplant doesn't take full effect until about six months to one year.
01:04:26.220
So the hair fell out and it's going to start to re regrow.
01:04:29.600
Uh, Mark Hall, five bucks racism and, and what New York state is at an all time high.
01:04:39.320
He just, uh, he hit him in the body armor though.
01:04:42.940
So he knew that there were going to be armed security guards.
01:04:49.280
So, um, conclusion, I submit that based on the evidence described in this affidavit,
01:04:54.640
there's probable cause to believe that gender on violet, 18 USC nine to 49 by shooting and
01:04:59.040
killing victims one, three through seven and 10 through 13, because of their actual and
01:05:05.220
This could play alleges 10 counts of hate crimes resulting in death.
01:05:07.920
One for each of, uh, victims one, three, uh, one, three through seven and 10 through 13.
01:05:13.900
I further submit that based on the evidence described in this affidavit, there's probable
01:05:17.520
cause to believe that gender on violet, 18 USC two 49 by shooting and attempting to kill
01:05:20.900
victim two, because victim two's actual and perceived race and color.
01:05:24.000
And by causing the victim, the causing the shooting of victims eight and nine, while he
01:05:28.780
was attempting to kill black people at the tops because of their actual perceived race
01:05:32.680
See, they use that as, as further evidence to show that it was a racially motivated attack.
01:05:36.180
This complaint alleges three counts of hate crimes involving bodily injury and an attempt
01:05:39.760
to kill one for each of the victims two, eight and nine.
01:05:42.160
I further submit that based on the evidence in this affidavit, there's probable cause to
01:05:45.440
believe that gender on violet, 18 USC nine 24 C as to victims one, three through seven
01:05:51.320
There's probable cause that gender on during and in relation to the commission of a crime
01:05:54.240
of violence for which he may be prosecuted in a court of the United States.
01:05:57.160
That is the 10 counts of hate crimes resulting in death alleged in a complaint knowingly used
01:06:02.360
There's further probable cause to believe that gender on discharge a firearm.
01:06:06.180
During the course of each of the set offenses, I further submit that based on gender on
01:06:09.800
extensive efforts to plan or prepare for the attack at tops and his stage goal of killing
01:06:15.380
as many black people as possible during the attack.
01:06:17.480
There is probable cause to believe that gender on committed the killings with malice after
01:06:21.880
And therefore such killings constitute murders within the meaning of 18 USC one, one, one,
01:06:28.560
This complaint alleges 10 counts of use and discharge of farm to commit murder during and in relation
01:06:34.160
One for each of victims one, three through seven and 10 through 13.
01:06:38.360
I further submit that based on the evidence in this affidavit, there's probable cause to
01:06:41.380
believe that gender on violent 18 USC nine 24 C as the victims two, eight and nine.
01:06:46.400
There's probable cause that gender on during and in relation to commission of a crime of
01:06:55.700
Wherefore based on the foregoing, I submit there is probable cause to believe that honor
01:06:58.960
about May 14, 2022 in the Western district of New York, pay and gender on committed violation
01:07:05.760
I hate crime resulted in death and hate crime involving bodily injury and attempt to kill.
01:07:09.960
And then nine 24 C, uh, use of a farm to commit murder during and in relation to a crime
01:07:16.020
And here he goes, Christopher J the looks Skinsky, uh, FBI special agent, bam.
01:07:23.220
And then here's a judge signed on June 15th, 2022 Western district of New York.
01:07:30.380
Uh, and you guys can see right between the shooting, his manifesto, which gave the, this
01:07:34.740
right here is probably one of the strongest pieces of evidence that the feds have because
01:07:37.880
now they, they literally have written proof, right.
01:07:42.160
Uh, that this guy did these attacks and it was racially motivated.
01:07:46.500
Not only that, but the video that he had of himself on switch shooting at the black people
01:07:49.800
while sparing a white person, this is all evidence that's going to come in guys to show
01:07:59.480
Um, and you, as you guys know, an indictment is what a formal charge, uh, against someone
01:08:03.320
where a grand jury, basically, you know, a peer of citizens, your, your, your peers, right.
01:08:08.540
They hear a case, you know, the agent comes in and testifies, uh, and then, you know,
01:08:12.880
they go ahead and deliberate whether there should be a true bill of indictment or not.
01:08:16.520
And, you know, in this case, they returned a true bill, obviously, cause there's an abundance
01:08:25.060
Uh, United States of America versus Peyton Genders.
01:08:27.180
So this is the formal charge here, 18 USC, which we discussed before two 49 and nine 24,
01:08:32.100
Which is, you know, the hate crimes and then the use of a firearm during the commission of the
01:08:57.000
Uh, if I'm not mistaken, 18 USC, 13, 43 is wire fraud.
01:09:00.960
Let's see if I'm, if I'm accurate on that while we wait for the likes to get up.
01:09:20.900
See, this is how much this stuff is in the back of my mind guys.
01:09:29.660
This is one of the most common charges, by the way, guys, that the feds hit you with
01:09:46.960
I know it's an NY case, but it sucks when they convict them that they can send them to
01:10:12.200
Cause this one shows a little bit more information.
01:10:16.000
And this is from, uh, ABC news, another trash news network, but Hey, you know what?
01:10:20.700
When they cover stuff like this, that's like, you know, a political, you know, mass shootings,
01:10:28.340
President Biden is heading there to meet with the families of the victims as officials
01:10:33.920
And this morning we're getting an exclusive look at the moment the shooter was arrested.
01:10:39.900
They're obviously searching him after they arrest him, making sure he doesn't have any
01:10:52.340
President Biden and the first lady will be here in Buffalo this morning, paying their respects
01:10:56.800
here at the tops supermarket and also meeting with the families of the victims.
01:11:01.620
The president is expected to call for federal hate crime legislation so that what happened
01:11:07.660
This morning, chilling new details on how the gunman behind the deadly mass shooting at a
01:11:13.780
Buffalo, New York supermarket plotted his racist rampage.
01:11:17.660
The individual was here a few months ago back in early March.
01:11:24.340
And you guys know from, you know, reading the criminal complaint with me, it was March
01:11:31.580
There's a 1.3 K of you guys watching right now, but we only got 900 likes.
01:11:40.580
Because again, guys, these videos are really hard to make.
01:11:42.960
They take quite a bit of time for me to prepare.
01:11:44.360
You know, getting all the documents for you guys, reading through the case, making sure
01:11:47.220
that I have it in a certain way where I'm able to display to you guys and it's entertaining.
01:11:50.760
So the only thing I ask, man, you don't have to donate a dollar to the channel.
01:11:54.840
The only thing I ask is that you like the video, guys, because I genuinely do enjoy doing
01:11:59.120
And if you guys get me to 1300, how about this?
01:12:02.640
If you guys get me to the 1300, I will go ahead.
01:12:05.800
And as soon as I finish the stream, record another podcast for y'all where I'm going to break
01:12:16.540
I got a lot of requests on Instagram to cover that case.
01:12:20.080
If I get 1300 likes by the end of the stream, I will go ahead and record another episode
01:12:24.760
for y'all back to back and release it probably either tomorrow or Tuesday on Rich Porter,
01:12:31.580
Alpo Martinez and that the whole paid in full story.
01:12:35.600
OK, so like the video, guys, at least keep going.
01:12:39.240
Peyton Gendron visited Topps Supermarket two months.
01:12:44.960
...months before he shot and killed 10 people in what the FBI calls a racially motivated attack.
01:12:51.660
ABC News obtaining a 589 page document containing the suspect's alleged posts on the site discord.
01:12:58.700
Authorities say it appears to show how the gunman carefully planned out the massacre,
01:13:02.540
visiting the supermarket on March 8th, where he was questioned by a security guard.
01:13:07.460
The document also included sketches of the supermarket, outlining different aisles he could navigate quickly.
01:13:14.380
The shooter allegedly describing the store as his first location.
01:13:18.160
So, he was going to go ahead and attack other places as well, guys, which is crazy, OK?
01:13:28.200
Police say the shooter visited the store again the day before his deadly assault to conduct reconnaissance,
01:13:39.040
This exclusive video capturing the shock and terror in the shooting's aftermath as the gunman was arrested.
01:13:49.920
Julie Harwell seemed here falling to the ground, inconsolable.
01:13:54.540
Her partner and 8-year-old daughter were inside.
01:13:57.680
Overnight, her partner telling ABC News he and their daughter London had separated from Julie
01:14:02.720
because they wanted to buy ingredients for a surprise birthday cake.
01:14:06.820
I took my daughter so she can pick out what cake that we were going to make for her mother's birthday,
01:14:22.240
So I just grabbed my daughter right in the back.
01:14:25.380
Lamont and London hiding in a cooler as they recounted to our affiliate WKVW.
01:14:35.800
They were separated for 20 minutes, which felt like an eternity.
01:14:40.680
Like, you're, you know, at a grocery store and you find out that, like, there's a shooting going on
01:14:44.660
and you're separated from your kid and you don't know where your kid is and there's some crazy gunmen in there.
01:14:52.020
That's, that's literally probably one of the most awful things ever.
01:14:55.080
I mean, I can see why she's on the floor going crazy, you know?
01:15:00.640
And, and, and obviously the guy picked this area, um, for obvious for, you know, because it had probably one of the highest densities of, of, uh, black people in the, you know, in New York.
01:15:11.320
I mean, if he really wanted to, but you know what, probably because if he did it in New York city would have been way, you would have, he would have been, it would have been way worse.
01:15:21.680
My mom had that feeling not like when I was in high school.
01:15:25.160
Because we just like literally, like I went to Charleston high, which was just all black and Spanish.
01:15:29.480
And it was like, well, like probably like a few white kids, but like we had some white kids in the corner all the time, just like to themselves.
01:15:36.340
So they plan to come in to shoot all the Hispanics.
01:15:43.360
Um, I was like in, I don't know, when I was like probably 16.
01:15:49.060
So the police like uncovered a plot for some of the kids to come in and shoot the Hispanic kids?
01:15:57.600
And so my mom was like freaking out because they called, um, you know how they just called everybody's parents?
01:16:04.360
No, they just, they don't really tell you what's going on fully.
01:16:06.780
But since everybody knew who my father was, he found out.
01:16:26.440
While they made it out alive, the gunmen killing 10 people, Celestine Chaney, Roberta Drury, Andre McNeil, Catherine Massey, Marcus Morrison, Hayward Patterson, Aaron Salter Jr., Geraldine Talley, Ruth Whitfield, and Pearl.
01:16:44.540
Rest in peace to all these people, man, that passed away.
01:16:47.100
Obviously, this guy is a sick individual, you know, just going in there and shooting people based on nothing more than the color of their skin is fucking ridiculous.
01:16:54.860
But yeah, these are the 10 people that were killed during the mass shooting.
01:17:01.420
Joel Young, Hayward Patterson, had just been at his church's soup kitchen before he left for the supermarket.
01:17:07.920
He loved the community just as much as he loved the church.
01:17:12.820
He was encouraging people, you know, to be the best that they can be.
01:17:18.160
Authorities revealing the shooter was investigated last spring after writing a paper shortly before graduation that referenced committing murder suicide.
01:17:26.400
So, yeah, he was on their radar from before, as I was telling you guys, when he's saying like, oh, no, I'm perfectly sane or whatever.
01:17:31.800
No, they the state police asked him questions because he was on some weirdo type shit.
01:17:36.600
The school calling state police, but no charges were filed.
01:17:39.940
The individual was brought in for a mental health evaluation.
01:17:51.820
And keep in mind, guys, that they posted this on May 17th.
01:17:55.320
Like, I knew that the feds were going to 100 percent do a federal case on this guy.
01:18:02.320
Feds didn't come in and charge him until later.
01:18:04.120
You know, because like I told you before, the feds, when they come, they typically get all their ducks in a row, make sure that they, you know, have their paperwork right.
01:18:10.520
And then they come and get you so that you're not going to win most of the time.
01:18:13.640
So, you know, a month later, they ended up filing that criminal complaint on June 15th, like you guys saw in documents.
01:18:19.180
And then they indicted him literally a couple of days ago.
01:18:23.540
So they indicted him on, I think it was, when did they, that was literally last week on, last Thursday, they indicted him.
01:18:30.120
So we'll go through that indictment here in a second.
01:18:32.480
Sato telling ABC News the gunman dropped off ammo boxes at his house the day before the shooting, allegedly unannounced.
01:18:40.360
The friend's family calling authorities to have that picked up.
01:18:43.380
And, George, this is just one piece of evidence investigators are looking into.
01:18:47.640
And you guys, and we know this because, remember, the FBI did a search warrant at his house the same day, right?
01:18:53.700
That's how they were able to come up with all that evidence.
01:18:56.920
So here's the indictment, guys, filed on July 14th, 2022, okay?
01:19:02.160
Honor about May 14th, 2022, the defendant paying gender on an 18-year-old white male drove to the Topps grocery store at 1275 Jefferson Avenue, Buffalo, New York, okay?
01:19:11.500
When the defendant arrived at the Topps, he got out of his car wearing a tactical-style helmet, camouflage, clothing, body armor, and a GoPro camera,
01:19:18.580
and carrying a loaded Bushmaster XM15 .223 caliber rifle and multiple loaded magazines.
01:19:25.220
The defendant paying gender on, gender on, shot four black people in front of the stops, killing Robert Drury, Roberto Drury, Pearl Young, and Hayward Patterson,
01:19:33.700
and injuring ZG, a person whose identity is known to the grand jury.
01:19:42.340
Entered tops and shot multiple people, killing seven more black people, Ruth Whitfield, Celestine Chance Chaney, Aaron W. Salter, Andre McNeil, Marcus Morrison, Catherine Massey, and Geraldine Talley,
01:19:57.480
and injuring two white people, CB and JW, persons whose identities are known to the grand jury.
01:20:02.800
Hate crime actor, and when they say persons whose identities are known to the grand jury, basically, they said the names in the grand jury, guys,
01:20:09.600
but they're not going to put them in the actual document because the people are alive, and they're probably going to be witnesses and testify against them.
01:20:14.760
So that's why they didn't want to put their names in it.
01:20:16.820
They put the people that deceased, but not the survivors.
01:20:20.260
Counts one through ten, hate crime resulting in death.
01:20:22.460
Paragraphs one through four of the introduction are hereby incorporated as the counts one through ten of the indictment on or about May 14, 2022.
01:20:31.900
And you guys can see, again, they basically, in the Western District of New York, the defendant Payton Gendron willfully caused bodily injury to the below list of victims because of their actual and perceived race and color.
01:20:44.920
The offenses resulted in the death of each of the victims identified in counts one through ten.
01:20:51.840
And here, let me see if I can pull up that video for y'all again.
01:21:14.200
Get us to 1,300 likes, and I will go ahead and do that video for you guys on the real story behind Payton Full.
01:21:24.720
Because I know you guys definitely probably want that one.
01:21:41.540
I guess we're going to go ahead and give you all that episode then.
01:21:57.180
We all need to keep fucking each other so we will be the melting pot this nation was supposed to become.
01:22:13.420
And then we got, I will dig and agree with the BBC, Colin Parker.
01:22:32.720
And then real quick for you guys, because we got the 10 victims here, right?
01:22:41.840
So, you know, you got the 10 victims, Roberta Drury, Pearl Young, Hayward Patterson, Ruth Whitfield, Celestine Chaney, Aaron Salter Jr.
01:22:49.480
Andrea McNeil, Marcus Morrison, Catherine Massey, Geraldine Taly.
01:22:56.520
We're going to give them a moment of silence because I want you guys to know who these people are.
01:23:02.120
Because these are human beings that, you know, literally lost their life because some fucking idiot decided, oh, yeah, well, you know, I don't like black people.
01:23:09.400
So, I'm just going to go ahead and start shooting a bunch of people.
01:23:11.420
So, let's take a quick moment of silence because no one deserves to lose their life in such a, you know, relationship.
01:23:52.060
You know, because at the end of the day, you know, we see names here, like, on an indictment, but these are real people, man.
01:23:57.480
These are real people, as you guys can see here.
01:24:12.940
You know, it's the police that are, you know, that pretty much stand between you and crazy fucks like this, man.
01:24:18.580
You know, thankfully, you know, Buffalo police was able to respond in a timely manner before he could kill more people.
01:24:24.220
The FBI went ahead and, you know, did a fantastic investigation.
01:24:29.180
They're able to get this guy indicted and get him charged.
01:24:31.780
He's probably going to get the death penalty, if not life, for this.
01:24:34.400
So, um, you know, people always talk shit about the blue, but, um, the blue is what keeps you from, you know, idiots like this doing crazy shit, you know?
01:24:47.880
Uh, paragraphs one through four of the introduction and counts one through 10 are hereby incorporated as counts 11 through 20 of the indictment.
01:24:55.300
And then they go ahead and they put the victim's names.
01:25:00.900
So basically, um, he knowingly used, carried, and discharged a firearm and in relation to a crime of violence for which he may be prosecuting the court of the United States.
01:25:08.700
That is violation 18 USC section 249 is charging counts one through 10.
01:25:13.100
And in course, the violation caused the death of each victim listed below through the use of firearm in such a manner as the constitute murder as defined in 18 USC 11111.
01:25:22.460
And that the defendant paying gender on with malice afterthought did knowing unlawfully kill each of the victims listed below with a firearm, which we talked about this guys.
01:25:30.080
He did it with malice and afterthought because of what this manifesto here that we went over.
01:25:34.100
We obviously didn't go over the whole thing because it's extremely long, but, um, this is all evidence that the feds are going to use, right.
01:25:41.120
To show that this guy clearly wasn't all the way there.
01:25:49.120
Hate crime involving an attempt to kill, right?
01:25:51.920
Because these are the people that he, that he, with the initials here, these are people that he tried to kill that he wasn't successful in.
01:25:57.780
Uh, hate crime involving an attempt to kill again.
01:26:00.800
And then, uh, these are the two victims that they list them out and then use and discharge of firearm during, in relation to a crime of violence.
01:26:09.320
Again, have those individuals count 27 and then they chart further charge.
01:26:19.660
And then the grand jury alleges upon a conviction of one or more of the offenses set forth in counts 11 through 20 and 24 through 26 of this indictment.
01:26:27.300
The defendant Payton Gendron shall forfeit his right title and interest to the United States of any foreign magazine ammunition involved in using the commission of the offense or found in his possession or under his immediate control, including, but not limited to.
01:26:38.620
So this is the guns that they seized from him guys.
01:26:40.760
They took the Bushmaster XM 15, uh, two, two, three caliber rifle.
01:26:46.800
One loaded cartridge, uh, Mossberg, uh, purse persuader retro gate, 12 gauge loaded shotgun, uh, one Savage Arms Inc loaded bolt action rifle, three loaded, uh, fire magazine seized by law enforcement from a Ford Taurus.
01:27:00.120
This was the vehicle that he was driving with the VIN number, 16 rounds of 30, uh, SPRG federal premium ammunition in a box seized by law enforcement from a Ford Taurus, four boxes containing rounds of ammunition, one round of two, two, three rem ammunition seized by law enforcement from a Ford Taurus.
01:27:17.540
Just slinging ammunition accessories, plastic bag containing five rounds of ammunition, 10 rounds of ammunition on clip seized by law enforcement, 20 rounds of 12 gauge federal ammunition buckshot.
01:27:27.040
Uh, this guy was coming with the, with the fire, man.
01:27:29.940
One green ammunition box containing rounds of ammunition seized by law enforcement, ammunition boxes slash medical supplies seized by law enforcement, speed loader for M4 magazine seized by law enforcement, ammunition clip seized, uh, black protector series gun model, a gun case model, 1501 seized by law enforcement, firearm accessories, green magazine pouch, uh, plastic bucket containing shotgun shells, Oakley industry ink, uh, magazine cartridge seized by law enforcement.
01:27:53.340
Uh, one Mossberg box will label 50, uh, four, two, nine, 12 gauge model, 500 persuader pump, BBL 18.5 CB bed site, walnut stock and Cognom forearm.
01:28:07.460
Um, two high capacity, uh, two, two, two, three caliber cartridges, uh, stripper clip seized by law enforcement.
01:28:18.160
He came with literally the fact that he came with medical equipment goes to show that he was prepared to get in a full on shootout, but he puts that when the police showed up, um, as the cat.
01:28:28.100
Uh, and then paying again, draw is 18 years of age or older at the time of the offense, uh, intentionally killed the victims.
01:28:36.520
And then they go ahead and go into more detail.
01:28:47.660
So civil rights attorney, civil rights division, um, out of Buffalo and then Sean Patel trial attorney, United States Department of Justice, 950.
01:28:54.840
So they basically, so this right here, this Sean Patel, just to give you a little bit of game here, this person is, uh, probably more than likely a special AUSA.
01:29:02.620
And a special AUSA is someone that specializes in something or comes from another district to help.
01:29:11.080
So the fact that they got a DOJ attorney there means they got, they mean fucking business.
01:29:14.980
So this is the AUSA that's handling the case out of Buffalo, right?
01:29:18.820
The actual AUSA assigned to the Buffalo, uh, Western district of New York.
01:29:22.540
And then this right here, Sean Patel is a trial attorney from Department of Justice.
01:29:26.060
So I'm not surprised that they brought in an attorney from, uh, you know, DOJ Maine.
01:29:31.360
Uh, I had a DOJ Maine attorney and dude, they, they mean business when they show up, right?
01:29:36.560
They typically get involved when the cases are, um, really serious, you know, whether it's like a mass shooter, terrorism, uh, public corruption with dirty cops or whatever it may be.
01:29:47.560
I had a DOJ attorney, uh, for one of my cases, which I'll break down for you guys, uh, in the future.
01:29:54.800
Um, it's definitely one of the cases that led to me having, uh, gray hair.
01:30:07.120
So we can go ahead and give y'all that heat that you guys are looking for.
01:30:23.260
Rest in peace to all the people that passed away.
01:30:32.820
The thing is, is that, uh, that case, that case I know is going to take a lot of time.
01:30:36.640
I'm going to have to do a two-parter on that one, or it's going to be one of those like
01:30:40.140
four or five hour streams because 9-11 guys was extremely extensive.
01:30:44.860
I mean, between hell, we discussed it a little bit now with, with, you know, the agencies working
01:30:49.700
I mean, between the intelligence agencies, you know, the NSA, CIA, and, you know, an FBI
01:30:54.700
now sharing information, you know, uh, these guys getting issued visas from the department
01:30:59.900
of state, uh, there were just so many issues, um, there that we need to go over and talk
01:31:05.460
about, um, and then, you know, what led to, you know, how bin Laden was actually caught
01:31:11.320
We got to go from 9-11 all the way to 2011 when they actually found him and killed him
01:31:20.900
It's just that that one's going to be very extensive.
01:31:27.460
Like people who told the story, it's like who they are.
01:31:29.580
We might have to react to a documentary on that one, but we'll see.
01:31:32.420
Because, like, my aunt, yeah, my aunt walked in the towers.
01:31:41.320
But, like, we went to the site afterwards and we have pictures of how it looked afterwards
01:31:50.700
We need to love and learn from one another instead of choosing hate.
01:31:55.660
Um, you know, there should never be, you know, violence on someone just because of the way
01:32:01.560
that they look, you know what I mean, or their skin color or whatever.
01:32:05.160
Uh, it should have looked to the RP to help people clown the RP, but it saves men's lives
01:32:08.460
and prevents this and a brotherhood of all races.
01:32:11.780
I mean, we're more, we're way more alike than we are, uh, different.
01:32:16.760
Have you studied the police and the Uvalde shooting?
01:32:21.120
Um, I know, I'm, you know, I'm very well aware that like Uvalde guys was only about
01:32:24.420
a hour and a half from where I used to live when I was in Laredo, Texas.
01:32:30.960
People don't know that there's a lot of gang activity in Uvalde, a lot of Lion Kings out
01:32:33.600
there, but, um, you know, uh, I could definitely cover the Uvalde shooting as well.
01:32:40.180
Oh, and my, please do a no savage breakdown at the Tyson's corner mall in Arlington VA,
01:32:52.560
I'm trying to find it, but we have like so many.
01:32:55.060
What are the likes at, by the way, guys, do me a favor.
01:33:03.300
If I hit 1300, remember guys, if we had 1300 likes, I will go ahead and do the painful
01:33:11.980
Uh, reacting to the documentary and post it for you guys this week.
01:33:15.220
It's probably going to take like, uh, you know, probably be like an hour, hour and a
01:33:18.780
But I noticed that you guys like the longer videos a lot more than just the clips.
01:33:22.720
So I might make it a weekly thing if it does well.
01:33:32.040
I just, it's just, there's so many regular shots that I'm trying to find it.
01:33:43.500
You have like a lot of like, I can't do slow mode.
01:33:47.700
I think, I think we're, I think we're caught up on the, on the chat.
01:34:08.980
Oh, I pray this dude drops his soap every night and then burns in hell.
01:34:20.580
And then Mike's World goes, I read that one before.
01:34:33.520
Watch Mr. Untouchable about Nikki Bonds, the first guy that Rico was used on and blind jury.
01:34:48.340
I think, uh, guys, with that said, did we hit the likes?
01:34:56.380
Guys, get us a 1,300 and we will go ahead and do, like I said before, 1,300 likes.
01:35:02.340
I'm going to go ahead and cover the, you know, Rich Porter, Alpo Martinez story, aka from the movie Pain in Full.
01:35:10.760
Matter of fact, I think you guys should all watch the movie Pain in Full right after this broadcast so that it makes sense to you guys when I give you guys the real story on Pain in Full in about two days from now when I go ahead and react to the documentary.
01:35:23.080
And I also want you guys to go ahead and check out last week's episode on Operation Shattered Shield.
01:35:29.780
I went ahead and re-uploaded it on YouTube for you guys.
01:35:32.280
I had to do it on Twitch because I got hit with a bunch of, like, weird copyright bullshit.
01:35:35.700
But even though it didn't affect the channel, but they were basically saying, like, they said, oh, yeah, this thing is, like, spammers, phishing, or some shit like that.
01:35:44.280
So it seems to be the way to do it is you have to pre-record it and then upload it versus, like, live streaming it.
01:35:53.980
So go ahead, guys, and check out the episode I did on Shattered Shield.
01:36:00.120
I broke down Operation Shattered Shield, which is basically the biggest police corruption case in New Orleans history.
01:36:05.340
Back in the 90s, there were a bunch of police officers that were, you know, extorting drug dealers, beating them up, you know, loan shark, a bunch of crazy crimes.
01:36:15.360
And what the FBI did was they found out about this issue, and they went ahead and put an undercover agent posing as a large-scale drug trafficker that was holding drugs in a warehouse.
01:36:23.940
And the police officers were actually guarding the drugs for several months.
01:36:27.800
And they were able to do wiretaps and put bugs into the vehicles of the police that were watching it.
01:36:32.660
They were banging hookers and watching the drugs and, you know, trying to get the undercover agent killed who was posing as a drug, a big-scale drug dealer.
01:36:40.960
One of the police officers actually ordered a hit on a woman and got her killed.
01:36:46.860
It was from the early 90s, Operation Shattered Shield.
01:36:49.360
One of the biggest police corruption cases ever in U.S. history.
01:36:58.080
The stream went down in the middle of the show, but people went ahead and, you know, watched it now that I've put it up on YouTube, man.
01:37:13.020
Christina, definitely can you make sure to write that down, Big Meech, BMF.
01:37:23.080
So I'll do that one for y'all, too, especially since drugs are one of my expertises, drug investigations.
01:37:37.820
I'm going to go ahead and record the real story and paint them full for y'all and then release
01:37:44.800
After I end this stream, I'll go ahead and record that episode for y'all.
01:37:50.960
No, honestly, just, like, if you guys want me to, like, look up cases, just contact the
01:37:59.120
Because you guys are writing a lot in the chats and we can't slow it down.
01:38:10.160
Hit FEDA 1811, guys, if you got case requests that you guys want us to cover.
01:38:20.120
It's literally a pain trying to find the case numbers, the bond numbers.
01:38:36.000
She was the one that got the Tory Lanez report.
01:38:39.020
First ones on the Internet to break down, to break that story that Meg the Stallions was
01:38:47.780
We're working right now on getting the Young Dolph stuff, man.
01:38:52.940
We're still working on the Young Dolph stuff for y'all.
01:39:00.940
You can't just call the courthouse and be like, hey, I need this documents because
01:39:07.260
You don't want to give too much detail on that.
01:39:09.980
So if you live in the Memphis area and want to help us out, hit up Christine on the side.
01:39:14.660
Hit her up on Instagram and she'll she'll tell you what to do.
01:39:19.060
But on the net, man, I hope you guys enjoyed this episode.
01:39:33.720
Can you do a video on the Texas killing fields?
01:39:36.220
About 30 bodies found across a stretch of Highway 45.
01:39:39.760
Can you make a note of that, Christine, as well?
01:39:44.280
Just double checking because everything's coming in.
01:39:52.140
We're going to go ahead and record this episode for y'all on the real story behind Paid in Full.
01:39:59.400
I'll leave you guys with this new intro slash outro I got.
01:40:03.640
And yeah, other than that, man, guys, don't forget to like the video on your way out.
01:40:12.180
I was a special agent with Homeland Security Investigations.
01:40:15.480
The cases that I did mostly were human smuggling and drug trafficking.
01:40:23.600
OK, so he turned himself in on February 13, 2019.
01:40:27.880
Florida is one of the states that still has the death penalty, guys.
