00:00:52.480 You know, I'm Bobby Mahala. 0.99

00:00:53.700 Hey, this shit lit. 0.99

00:00:54.580 But at the same time, I'm pausing. 0.99

00:00:56.060 Oh, wait, who this?

00:00:57.300 Right?

00:00:57.740 Oh, who's that in the back?

00:01:13.520 Here's your boy, 42 Doug, right here on the left. 0.88

00:01:15.760 Okay, sex trafficking and sex crimes.

00:01:47.940 The days of the police are gone.

00:01:49.740 So he was in this bad boy.

00:01:51.120 We're going to go over his past, the gang guys, so that this all makes sense.

00:02:01.160 All right.

00:02:01.960 Welcome, guys, to Fed It.

00:02:02.960 I know that intro is long, but hey, man, it gives me time to get some stuff organized on my end as well.

00:02:07.660 So someone said L music, L intro.

00:02:12.080 Okay, thank you, guys.

00:02:12.820 I appreciate that.

00:02:14.480 Okay, and we got, you know, Myron, keep up with the great content.

00:02:17.360 Much love.

00:02:17.700 Thank you so much.

00:02:18.180 I appreciate it, man.

00:02:19.200 Before we get into today's show, I got a special guest with me.

00:02:21.780 Mia, you want to introduce yourself to the people?

00:02:23.800 Hello, I'm Mia.

00:02:25.380 I'm an entrepreneur slash artist.

00:02:27.720 A little bit of what I do on the entrepreneurial side.

00:02:30.620 I have a jewelry business.

00:02:32.040 I manage models, occasionally teach dance classes in my free time.

00:02:40.080 But yeah, in a nutshell, that's that.

00:02:42.840 Cool.

00:02:43.000 And where are you from originally?

00:02:44.640 South Texas by the border, but I live in Austin right now.

00:02:47.500 Yep.

00:02:48.240 And you, are you going to move out here or what?

00:02:51.460 I'm like 99% sure I am.

00:02:54.020 Okay.

00:02:54.460 How's Austin doing right now?

00:02:55.520 Because Austin is wild with all the people moving over there from Google and Silicon Valley, etc.

00:03:00.000 I mean, it's still fun being out there.

00:03:02.220 It's just, it's changed a little bit.

00:03:04.820 I just have grown a little bit bored of it, but it's a cool city.

00:03:08.540 It's still fun.

00:03:09.160 It's definitely a good like party destination.

00:03:12.080 Fair enough.

00:03:12.940 Fair enough.

00:03:13.580 And she leaves tomorrow, guys.

00:03:14.460 Thank God.

00:03:15.320 So, and also guys, just so you guys know, we're going to go ahead and film another video for you guys.

00:03:21.940 As far as like a documentary, as you guys know, the schedule pretty much now is I do a stream on Sunday night,

00:03:27.320 and then I go ahead and give you guys an episode on Tuesday that's pre-recorded where we react to a documentary.

00:03:33.780 Okay.

00:03:34.620 So, yeah.

00:03:35.660 Other than that, let's see here.

00:03:36.940 Okay, guys.

00:03:37.560 So, today we're going to talk about the Trump search warrant.

00:03:39.820 Okay.

00:03:40.120 And we've got quite a bit to discuss here.

00:03:43.060 What happened, literally unprecedented, what happened.

00:03:46.640 As you guys know, Donald Trump's estate over there by West Palm Beach in Mar-a-Lago was searched by the FBI,

00:03:53.360 a.k.a. the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

00:03:55.800 So, we're going to go ahead and start breaking this bad boy down real fast.

00:04:00.800 So, let me go ahead and give me one second.

00:04:03.720 I'm going to move some of my stuff around, guys.

00:04:05.420 And I actually have the affidavit here as well.

00:04:08.620 Now, I have – not the affidavit, excuse me.

00:04:11.760 I have the search warrant documents.

00:04:13.220 They did not release the affidavit yet for obvious reasons because if they do,

00:04:17.400 that's going to reveal a lot of stuff that's going on in the investigation.

00:04:20.320 They probably want to go ahead and keep that going.

00:04:24.140 But quick little intro as to our boy who he is, Donald Trump here.

00:04:30.720 So, okay.

00:04:31.480 For some of you guys, because we've got a lot of foreign people that watch our show,

00:04:34.200 so I'm going to go ahead and give you guys a quick little summary on who Donald Trump is,

00:04:37.020 and then we'll get into it, okay?

00:04:37.800 So, Donald John Trump, born June 14, 1946, is an American politician, media personality,

00:04:42.920 and businessman who served as the 45th president of the United States from 2017 to 2021.

00:04:47.540 And I'll never forget, when he won that election, bro, everybody was shocked.

00:04:50.220 Nobody thought he was actually going to get it.

00:04:51.700 I mean, he won Texas, didn't he?

00:04:54.640 Definitely.

00:04:55.380 Yeah.

00:04:56.240 Without a doubt.

00:04:57.160 Yeah, without a doubt, won Texas.

00:04:58.420 That's why Texas is a great state.

00:05:00.760 Trump graduated from the Warren School of the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in 1968.

00:05:05.940 He became president of his father, Fred Trump's real estate business in 1971,

00:05:10.920 and renamed it the Trump Organization.

00:05:12.820 Trump expanded the company's operations to building and renovating skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses.

00:05:18.960 He later started side ventures, mostly by licensing his name from 2004 to 2015.

00:05:23.880 He co-produced and hosted the reality television show's series, Apprentice.

00:05:26.900 If you guys remember that one, I remember that show.

00:05:30.200 Trump and his business has been involved in more than 4,000 state and federal legal actions,

00:05:34.400 including six bankruptcies, which does not mean you're broke, by the way, guys.

00:05:37.660 It's something that the wealthy do to not necessarily have to pay.

00:05:41.440 Let me see if I can enlarge this for you all real quick.

00:05:44.500 It's a little bit easier to read.

00:05:45.860 I think that's a little bit easier now.

00:05:50.160 Trump's political positions have been described as populist, protectionist, isolationist, and nationalist.

00:05:54.800 He won the 2016 presidential election as the Republican nominee against Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.

00:05:59.840 You guys remember that?

00:06:00.820 Lock her up! 1.00

00:06:01.940 When he was running around saying that.

00:06:04.320 Where's the emails?

00:06:05.520 Lock her up! 1.00

00:06:06.500 Crooked Hillary! 1.00

00:06:07.680 You know?

00:06:07.980 Crooked Hillary. 1.00

00:06:08.600 I remember that one. 1.00

00:06:09.500 Remember that shit? 1.00

00:06:10.220 Oh, my God, bro. 1.00

00:06:11.500 This dude literally had me dying when he did his campaign.

00:06:14.880 And honestly, the thing is, is that people don't get it like Trump is a great businessman

00:06:19.420 because can you even think of anything, any slogans that Hillary had?

00:06:23.380 Can you think of any?

00:06:25.080 I mean, she had one that was like for her presidency, but it was like stronger together, better together.

00:06:31.420 No one remembers it.

00:06:32.440 But everybody remembers Make America Great Again, though.

00:06:35.320 Yeah.

00:06:35.520 You had the hats.

00:06:36.360 You know, you had the funny slogans.

00:06:38.760 Crooked Hillary. 1.00

00:06:39.780 Where are the emails? 1.00

00:06:40.620 She's a crook. 1.00

00:06:41.880 Blah, blah, blah. 1.00

00:06:42.520 It was hilarious.

00:06:43.680 And that's how people like remembered him so well, you know, versus like Hillary, you

00:06:47.300 don't remember, you know, what the hell she said, you know?

00:06:49.740 So marketing was a big part of his campaign.

00:06:52.960 It was hilarious.

00:06:56.220 But lots of popular vote, he became the U.S. president with no prior military or government

00:06:59.820 service.

00:07:00.260 His election and policy sparked numerous protests.

00:07:02.940 A 2017-2019 special counsel investigation led by Robert Mueller established that Russia

00:07:08.320 interfered in 2016 election to benefit the Trump campaign, but did not establish that

00:07:12.320 members of the Trump campaign conspired or coordinated with Russia.

00:07:15.540 Trump promoted conspiracy theories and made many false, misleading statements during his

00:07:19.280 campaigns of presidency to a degree unprecedented in American politics.

00:07:22.180 Many of his comments and actions have been characterized as racially charged or racist, as many and many

00:07:28.960 as misogynistic.

00:07:31.460 How dare you? 0.61

00:07:32.580 Yeah, you know, you know, anytime the feminists go ahead and say, oh, you're a misogynist 1.00

00:07:37.640 or whatever, you already know that you're probably telling the truth about something.

00:07:41.240 Trump ordered a travel ban on citizens from several Muslim majority countries, diverted

00:07:45.360 military funding towards building a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border and implemented a policy

00:07:49.340 of family separations for apprehended migrants.

00:07:51.920 He signed the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, which cut taxes for individuals and businesses

00:07:56.660 and rescinded the individual health insurance penalty of the Affordable Care Act, a.k.a.

00:08:01.480 Obamacare, if you guys remember, he got rid of Obamacare. 1.00

00:08:03.900 He's like, no, fuck that shit. 1.00

00:08:05.860 He appointed 56 federal appellate judges and three United States Supreme Court justices 1.00

00:08:10.040 in foreign policy.

00:08:10.860 Trump initiated a trade war with China and withdrew the U.S. from the proposed Trans-Pacific

00:08:15.400 Partnership Trade Agreement, the Paris Agreement on Climate Change and the Iran nuclear deal.

00:08:20.860 Trump met with North Korean leader Jim Kong Kim Jong-un three times, but made no progress

00:08:26.540 on denuclearization.

00:08:27.740 He reacted slowly to the COVID-19 pandemic, ignored or contradicted many recommendations

00:08:32.740 from the health officials in his messaging, and promoted misinformation about unproven

00:08:36.340 treatments and the need for testing.

00:08:38.340 Trump lost the 2020 United States presidential election to Joe Biden, but refused to concede

00:08:42.600 defeat, falsely claiming widespread electoral fraud and attempting to overturn the results

00:08:47.020 by pressuring government officials, mounting scores of unsuccessful legal challenges and obstructing

00:08:51.340 the presidential transition.

00:08:52.940 On January 6, 2021, Trump urged his supporters to march to the Capitol, which many of them then

00:08:57.360 attacked, resulting in multiple deaths and interrupting the electoral vote count.

00:09:01.580 Trump is the only president of American history to have been impeached twice after he pressured

00:09:04.700 Ukraine to investigate Biden in 2019.

00:09:06.980 He was impeached by the House of Representatives for abuse of power and obstruction of Congress

00:09:10.680 in December.

00:09:11.760 The Senate acquitted him of both charges in February 2020.

00:09:14.780 The House of Representatives impeached Trump a second time in January 2021 for incitement of

00:09:19.280 insurrection.

00:09:20.240 The Senate acquitted him in February after he had already left office.

00:09:23.760 Following his presidency, Trump has remained heavily involved in the Republican Party, including

00:09:28.120 by making over 200 political endorsements, scholars, and historians rank Trump as one of the

00:09:33.040 worst presidents in American history.

00:09:36.100 OK, wow.

00:09:37.520 Wikipedia trying to stay unbiased, I see.

00:09:41.060 Man, hating on your boy Trump.

00:09:44.120 And that is not true.

00:09:45.300 He definitely did not incite an insurrection.

00:09:47.220 He told them to protest peacefully.

00:09:48.620 So, you know, people going to hate, man, they're going to hate.

00:09:51.820 But my thing is, Trump did a lot of things well.

00:09:55.540 He did a lot of things bad.

00:09:57.040 But I think overall, he did a good job in office, personally, I think.

00:10:01.100 But I'm going to keep my personal opinions out of this.

00:10:03.620 I'm going to just give you all kind of the facts of the case and what's going on here.

00:10:08.260 But yeah, as you guys can see here on Wikipedia, they're kind of all over the place here.

00:10:13.000 A little bit biased whoever wrote this article here.

00:10:14.680 But now we know who the president is.

00:10:16.620 And like I said, this was kind of an intro.

00:10:17.840 So you guys know who Donald Trump is.

00:10:19.280 Are you got anything, Mia?

00:10:21.780 No comment.

00:10:22.720 No comment.

00:10:23.640 Did you vote in the election or no?

00:10:25.420 I did not.

00:10:26.140 You did not?

00:10:26.780 OK, fair enough.

00:10:27.640 I mean, the first time the first time I wasn't old enough to vote.

00:10:30.420 And then the second time I just didn't I wasn't happy with either candidate.

00:10:34.300 So I just decided not to vote.

00:10:35.840 Well, she's only 23, guys.

00:10:37.160 So that's why.

00:10:38.480 Yep.

00:10:38.680 OK, so so next, guys, we're going to go ahead and talk about what is a search warrant.

00:10:46.140 OK, guys, because as you guys know, they went ahead and raided his house into the search warrant on the Mar-a-Lago estate.

00:10:51.360 OK, a search warrant is a warrant signed by a judge or magistrate authorizing a law enforcement officer to conduct the search on a certain person, a specified place or an automobile for criminal evidence.

00:11:01.360 A search warrant usually is the prerequisite of a search, which is designed to protect individuals' reasonable expectation of privacy against unreasonable governmental physical trespass or other intrusion.

00:11:11.560 The origin of this right is from the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution to protect people from unlawful government searches and seizures.

00:11:18.040 The amendment reads the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated.

00:11:26.760 And no warrant shall issue but upon probable cause supported by oath or affirmation and particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized.

00:11:37.740 OK, so that is what a search warrant is in general.

00:11:41.320 OK, guys, so now we're going to go ahead and look at this article.

00:11:45.560 Actually, no, we're going to go ahead.

00:11:47.020 Shout out to Stephen Crowder.

00:11:49.260 He had a Mayor Giuliani come on his show.

00:11:52.220 This was right after Trump had his place raided in the.

00:11:56.760 On August this past Monday, I think it was August 10th or 9th.

00:12:01.160 Hold on. I'll tell you guys right now.

00:12:02.320 It was on August 8th. Excuse me.

00:12:04.580 On August 8th, they just went ahead and they raided his house.

00:12:08.220 OK, and it was crazy.

00:12:10.240 It was crazy over there at Mar-a-Lago.

00:12:11.520 And he wasn't in town at the time.

00:12:12.840 And, you know, we'll just pull up a article real fast for y'all.

00:12:16.360 So that because I got to update the article.

00:12:18.080 But you know what? We'll go ahead and put Trump search.

00:12:22.540 And I actually have the document as well, which we'll go over that.

00:12:25.260 Let's go to the first one.

00:12:32.840 Let's see here.

00:12:33.800 I'm trying to go to an older one, guys.

00:12:36.720 These are all more recent.

00:12:42.120 OK, you know what?

00:12:43.860 We'll go Fox News. 1.00

00:12:44.700 Fuck it. 1.00

00:12:49.860 Hold on. Y'all probably can't hear that, right? 1.00

00:12:51.200 Give me a second.

00:12:51.620 Oh, it's because the tab is muted.

00:12:58.180 You know what? No.

00:12:59.260 August 8th.

00:13:08.880 There we go.

00:13:12.900 Unmute it.

00:13:14.120 This one's a little bit older.

00:13:15.080 So I want to kind of give you guys the vibe of what was going on when it first happened.

00:13:25.740 So that's a huge estate that you guys can see right there.

00:13:28.340 And this up at West Palm Beach, guys, is huge.

00:13:42.000 I'm going to fast forward here a little bit.

00:14:02.440 That's a nice pool right there.

00:14:03.720 That's pretty.

00:14:05.040 I wonder if they caught...

00:14:05.800 Did they catch the agents anywhere here?

00:14:07.340 That thing is huge.

00:14:12.400 Yeah.

00:14:13.220 It's huge.

00:14:14.900 It's pretty.

00:14:15.540 That's the Mar-a-Lago estate, guys.

00:14:19.080 And surprisingly, they didn't do the search warrant how they normally do.

00:14:22.220 It's not like they showed up and, like, you know, broke a door down or whatever.

00:14:25.060 They showed up in suits.

00:14:26.220 You know, they kind of, hey, we have a search warrant, blah, blah, blah.

00:14:29.260 Like, they tried not to make it too much of a spectacle.

00:14:31.420 So, which I'll give the FBI that.

00:14:34.180 I'll give them that.

00:14:34.980 They didn't, like, go in there, like, and, like, raid it, like, and knock the door down 0.98

00:14:37.800 and all this other shit. 0.95

00:14:47.800 Didn't they not catch the agents in here? 0.99

00:14:51.320 Well, at least you guys know what the house looks like now.

00:14:56.920 I think it's huge.

00:15:00.800 Hold on.

00:15:01.420 There we go.

00:15:05.660 The extraordinary development is believed to be part of an investigation

00:15:09.220 into Donald Trump's removal of official presidential records from the White House.

00:15:13.960 KTLA's Chris Wolfe has been tracking late developments live in our news center.

00:15:17.380 Chris.

00:15:17.840 That's right, Micah and Court.

00:15:19.180 Neither the FBI nor the Justice Department is commenting.

00:15:23.500 But the search at Donald Trump's Florida estate is historic, unparalleled,

00:15:28.100 signaling a dramatic escalation in the investigations into the final stages of his presidency.

00:15:34.960 What are they looking for and why?

00:15:39.720 Former President Donald Trump says the FBI searched his Palm Beach, Florida estate,

00:15:45.520 known as Mar-a-Lago, and had broken open a safe.

00:15:48.840 My initial thoughts are that this is absolutely historic.

00:15:51.840 There is no historic corollary to having the FBI execute a search warrant on the private residence of a former president.

00:16:00.000 According to reports, the National Archives discovered in January that at the end of his presidency,

00:16:06.300 Donald Trump took 15 boxes from the White House that contained government documents, mementos, gifts, and letters.

00:16:13.720 The boxes included classified documents, which are subject to the Presidential Records Act.

00:16:19.980 It requires that all documents and records involving official business be turned over to the archives.

00:16:26.420 Mr. Trump returns the boxes to the National Archives.

00:16:29.960 So why the search in Florida now?

00:16:32.580 What happened here is that federal law enforcement officers swore under oath that there was probable cause of two things.

00:16:39.680 One that affects...

00:17:09.660 And just so y'all know, the investigative agency in this is the FBI.

00:17:14.620 Federal crime occurred, and two, that the evidence of that crime was at Mar-a-Lago, where they wanted to execute the search warrant.

00:17:22.980 Then a federal judge, a magistrate judge, had to independently look at that and make an assessment.

00:17:29.980 The former president was seen leaving Trump Tower in New York Monday.

00:17:34.120 He was not in Florida when federal agents searched his property.

00:17:37.900 Trump described his home as being under siege.

00:17:41.500 Quote, it is prosecutorial misconduct, the weaponization of the justice system,

00:17:46.940 and an attack by radical left Democrats who desperately don't want me to run for president in 2024.

00:17:53.800 It doesn't mean that the former president will face criminal indictment, criminal charges.

00:17:59.080 If we are, in fact, looking at the former president improperly taking documents, classified documents with him and not handing them over when he left office,

00:18:09.400 one of the potential punishments here would be that he could not serve in office again, that he would be ineligible to serve in federal office.

00:18:17.960 Obviously, that has huge political implications.

00:18:21.400 Yeah, and that's where the conspiracy theory kind of comes in, that they're doing this on purpose.

00:18:27.840 Okay.

00:18:28.960 A bunch of conspiracy theorists are running around saying, hey, they're doing this on purpose, so he can't run for office in 2024, etc.

00:18:34.040 because, as we all know, Biden is doing a terrible job in office, and, you know, I think if Trump ran, he would probably win in 2024.

00:18:43.460 So, yeah.

00:18:44.380 What do you think?

00:18:45.660 Think about, as far as, like, if he ran?

00:18:47.620 I think he would win.

00:18:48.280 The conspiracy.

00:18:49.140 Oh, the conspiracy. 1.00

00:18:49.960 Oh, damn. 1.00

00:18:51.860 You would have asked me that on air, wouldn't you? 0.99

00:18:57.420 I think the U.S. government as a whole probably does not want Trump in office.

00:19:05.580 Because, I mean, I'll tell you guys from, I mean, I can tell you from a law enforcement angle, we all love them.

00:19:11.140 You know, we like Trump.

00:19:13.020 Well, most guys like Trump in law enforcement, but guys that are in law enforcement tend to be a little bit more conservative.

00:19:18.200 They tend to swing more right or libertarian.

00:19:22.180 They tend not to be like these, you know, raging wokies. 1.00

00:19:25.260 So I can say, at least from my side of the GOV when I was on the job, a lot of guys supported Trump.

00:19:34.540 A lot of guys liked Trump.

00:19:35.920 You know, to include myself.

00:19:37.280 I mean, you know, personal feelings outside.

00:19:39.380 I think he did a good job as president, personally.

00:19:41.520 I think the economy did well.

00:19:43.380 There's a lot of misinformation out there about him.

00:19:46.360 Is he perfect?

00:19:46.960 No. 1.00

00:19:47.200 Did he do a lot of bad, did he do a lot of stupid things? 1.00

00:19:49.700 Yes. 0.98

00:19:50.280 But there's no doubt that he definitely helped the U.S. economy and we were in a better state when he was in office than right now.

00:19:56.120 So, yeah.

00:19:57.260 What's your thoughts?

00:19:57.980 What's your thoughts on a conspiracy?

00:20:00.160 I don't know.

00:20:00.840 I feel like I've been learning a lot and unlearning a lot, too, in the last couple months slash weeks about Trump and how his presidency went.

00:20:09.200 So, as far as the conspiracy, there's definitely something a little bit sus about it.

00:20:16.540 The timing's weird, right?

00:20:17.760 Yeah, the timing's weird.

00:20:18.780 I also don't know enough.

00:20:19.720 Why did this document end up with him?

00:20:21.760 You know, there's some other questions that I don't know enough to.

00:20:25.220 Understandable.

00:20:25.880 All right.

00:20:26.180 OK, so we'll keep going.

00:20:28.940 We'll start here on this one.

00:20:30.360 It certainly does.

00:20:31.260 The White House says it was unaware of the search prior to Mr. Trump publicizing it.

00:20:36.880 Professor Levinson says that, barring any leaks, we may not know for some time what the FBI found at Mar-a-Lago, substantial or not.

00:20:47.020 OK, well, we do know what they found at Mar-a-Lago, and I'm going to reveal that to y'all a little bit later.

00:20:51.260 But first, I'll hit some of these chats.

00:20:52.780 And can you show the chats on screen, by the way?

00:20:55.180 Yeah.

00:20:55.620 How do I do that?

00:20:56.420 Oh, just click the colored things like this.

00:20:59.640 We got here.

00:21:00.300 Age of consent is a social construct.

00:21:02.060 I'm moving to Europe.

00:21:02.840 Infinite slick.

00:21:03.480 OK, bro.

00:21:04.560 OK.

00:21:04.880 OK.

00:21:06.200 Just don't get in trouble.

00:21:07.660 All right.

00:21:08.580 18 and up, my friends.

00:21:09.860 Myron, all this sounds illegal, sir.

00:21:12.140 Well, it's actually very legal, man.

00:21:15.240 They were able to get a search warrant from a judge.

00:21:17.180 So they've been looking at Trump for a very long time, guys.

00:21:20.900 I mean, I remember since 2016 with the Russian stuff.

00:21:23.880 Mr. Beast and Oracle, 20 bucks Sunday night church has started.

00:21:26.040 Do you think this will only be tried in FISA court or will we get more information later?

00:21:31.300 No, it's not in a FISA court, guys, because the thing is, is that

00:21:34.940 it's not in a FISA court because the court documents that I'm looking at, those are in

00:21:40.320 the Southern District of Florida, man, which is a regular criminal court.

00:21:43.740 So it is not a FISA court, my friends.

00:21:46.160 And for some of you guys that are wondering, FISA stands for the Foreign Information Surveillance

00:21:51.300 Act, FISA, right?

00:21:53.700 Or did I have the I proportion correctly?

00:21:55.580 But basically, I talked about this with the Robert Hansen case.

00:21:59.120 It's mostly done for foreign intelligence guys, foreign intelligence and national security

00:22:05.820 investigations.

00:22:07.000 Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978, FISA.

00:22:09.320 That's what it is.

00:22:10.360 OK.

00:22:11.720 And if you guys want like more espionage type stuff, check out the episode I did with Robert

00:22:15.420 Hansen on FISA and him selling secrets to the Russians.

00:22:18.220 I break that down in really deep detail as to like clearances, classified information

00:22:23.960 on espionage, et cetera.

00:22:27.140 And one of the statutes actually that they used to support this search warrant was actually

00:22:31.740 an espionage statute, which we're going to talk about that here later on when I read

00:22:34.880 the search warrant with you guys.

00:22:37.500 OK.

00:22:39.540 So.

00:22:40.160 All right.

00:22:40.920 So right after the search warrant, Crowder went ahead and did an episode on his podcast

00:22:45.360 on his channel, Steven Crowder, and he actually had Rudy Giuliani on as a guest.

00:22:51.000 OK.

00:22:51.520 And Rudy Giuliani, guys.

00:22:53.600 There's one more comment.

00:22:54.940 Oh, yep.

00:22:56.300 It's MMP 200.

00:22:57.740 Meyer, thank you once more for this great content.

00:22:59.400 Was curious if you do the Ezra Miller non-binary cult case, because that's a dangerous example 1.00

00:23:03.180 of child abuser-sized molesters using non-binary rights to attempt at evading law.

00:23:07.040 Also, Franklin Credit Union covered by Nick Bryant is a must.

00:23:10.800 OK, I will check that out.

00:23:12.280 I'm actually going to I might do I'm either going to do the Unabomber for you guys today

00:23:16.380 or I'm going to do a serial killer episode.

00:23:19.320 Me and me, I watched two episodes before this for y'all.

00:23:22.580 That's kind of why we're a little bit late.

00:23:23.740 We're doing some research on those two episodes for you guys.

00:23:25.620 But we'll go ahead and give you all one of those two.

00:23:28.000 And I'll do a vote at the end of the show.

00:23:29.780 But thank you so much, MMP.

00:23:31.520 So Rudy Giuliani, man, former mayor of New York City, used to be a United States attorney

00:23:35.400 in New York City as well in the Southern District of New York.

00:23:37.680 So he was a former federal prosecutor and he actually spent, you know, he actually

00:23:42.620 prosecuted the mafia and a lot of organized crime, organized syndicates.

00:23:48.180 So he went ahead and came on Crowder's show here.

00:23:52.640 OK, and gave his take on the whole Trump thing, which I thought was very interesting

00:23:56.020 what he gave here.

00:23:56.780 So, Mr.

00:23:57.620 Julie, how do you prefer to be referred to Mr.

00:24:00.200 Giuliani?

00:24:00.660 You prefer mayor?

00:24:01.720 Rudy.

00:24:03.060 Rudy.

00:24:03.960 Well, Mayor Giuliani.

00:24:05.500 She likes Mayor Giuliani and I like Rudy.

00:24:08.100 OK, I just heard her say Mayor Giuliani.

00:24:10.020 And this was a day after the raid, guys.

00:24:11.720 So this is still when it's fresh.

00:24:13.560 But I think he had a very interesting take on the situation.

00:24:16.000 So and this is someone that's obviously very close to Trump, someone that also was had

00:24:21.040 his stuff seized by the FBI as well and ended up no charges being filed, former federal

00:24:26.140 prosecutor, et cetera.

00:24:26.860 So someone who knows what's going on here, you know, an attorney himself.

00:24:30.640 I don't want to say Rudy, because then Gerald's going to get all aroused.

00:24:34.220 He went to Notre Dame and think of that.

00:24:35.580 Crappy film where the guy didn't deserve to be on the field.

00:24:37.600 Come on, call me Rudolph like my mother did.

00:24:39.380 There you go.

00:24:39.960 Oh, did she do that when you were in trouble?

00:24:42.600 No.

00:24:43.160 No, she called me that all the time. 0.99

00:24:45.200 She said, that's what I named you and that's what I'm going to call you.

00:24:47.980 Well, that's actually was a distinct name until that little prick reindeer had to ruin 1.00

00:24:51.440 it for the rest of you.

00:24:52.820 Made my kindergarten very tough.

00:24:55.320 I can imagine.

00:24:56.340 Yeah.

00:24:56.580 Just ask Blitzen.

00:24:57.740 Now, Mayor Giuliani, you're in the same office, I believe, one time when we, one of the times

00:25:02.760 you were a guest on this program and we last spoke.

00:25:05.280 And by the way, people can, of course, you can listen to his podcast at Rudy Giuliani's

00:25:08.660 Common Sense.

00:25:09.200 You can listen to where our podcasts are.

00:25:10.440 You can follow him on Twitter at Rudy Giuliani.

00:25:13.960 Rudy Giuliani.

00:25:14.560 Cs.com.

00:25:15.420 Okay, there you go.

00:25:16.600 Because I didn't want to say Mayor Giuliani and then get the plug wrong.

00:25:21.180 Let me first ask you something before we get to you having been raided.

00:25:24.480 This is why I wanted to have you on because you have firsthand experience.

00:25:27.720 Is this unprecedented?

00:25:30.120 Pardon me?

00:25:30.720 Is this unprecedented what they've done with?

00:25:35.260 Incredibly unprecedented in many different ways.

00:25:37.980 First of all, it's the first time that a president has authorized, and of course, his administration,

00:25:44.520 a criminal action against his predecessor.

00:25:48.000 Right.

00:25:48.320 Yeah.

00:25:48.540 And that is crazy.

00:25:49.840 Never been done before.

00:25:51.540 I mean, we've had a couple of centuries of history and we've avoided the practice in

00:25:57.320 banana republics and fascist states of the practice of putting your predecessor in prison.

00:26:03.780 And this is the first time any president has ever done that.

00:26:07.060 I mean, even when Trump was confronted with, lock her up, lock her up, lock her up, every

00:26:12.880 place he went, he never restarted the criminal case against Hillary Clinton.

00:26:18.160 Right.

00:26:18.560 And she wasn't president.

00:26:21.100 And that is true, guys.

00:26:22.800 Even though he was running around saying, lock her up, lock her up, lock her up, he never

00:26:26.160 actually did go ahead and push to try to get her charged.

00:26:30.320 And as you guys know, you guys are probably wondering, what are you talking about?

00:26:32.480 You know, it's because Hillary was involved in a scandal with the Benghazi attack. 1.00

00:26:38.920 OK.

00:26:40.340 And there were a bunch of emails that were classified that she had in her personal email,

00:26:45.300 which obviously is a gross violation of a bunch of security laws and acts.

00:26:51.260 So that's why where that all came from.

00:26:54.840 And it was a big part of his campaign.

00:26:56.080 Lock her up, you know, but he never actually went ahead and pushed through with it.

00:27:00.120 She was just not sleeping with him. 0.96

00:27:02.220 But I mean, she was the secretary of state and the wife of the president and his president

00:27:05.760 and his opponent.

00:27:07.320 So we're breaking an unwritten rule that has kept us a democracy and kept us different than

00:27:14.980 a fascist state.

00:27:15.840 Also, you can't see this in a vacuum, right?

00:27:19.040 They've been hounding him for they've been trying to frame him for a crime for seven years.

00:27:24.760 Yes.

00:27:25.100 They're not able to articulate what this crime is.

00:27:29.200 This is he's talking about the Russian probe.

00:27:31.580 Jacob Herbert goes, you missed my super chat.

00:27:33.280 Two bucks.

00:27:33.680 Did I miss it?

00:27:34.820 I'll double check.

00:27:37.320 Some kind of alleged record violation.

00:27:41.000 Yeah.

00:27:41.160 They said mishandling of classified information.

00:27:43.240 I want to make sure the audience hears it from you, a former, you know, a former president,

00:27:47.500 right?

00:27:47.660 Just to be clear, of course, many former presidents still have access to classified information.

00:27:52.220 The media has tried to imply that that is somehow illegal.

00:27:54.920 It's not.

00:27:55.500 Their claim is that he wasn't handling it properly, right?

00:27:59.960 Which I would imagine every single president putting together a presidential library makes

00:28:05.500 that mistake a hundred times.

00:28:07.240 Yes.

00:28:07.520 This has never been pursued criminally ever before.

00:28:11.520 This is, again, one of these things where they never have pursued anyone criminally but Trump

00:28:17.700 people.

00:28:18.860 I mean, the same thing was true with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act until they got

00:28:21.940 to Manafort.

00:28:23.060 People got to pay fines for that.

00:28:25.280 Manafort went to jail and was put in solitary confinement for doing something that had just

00:28:30.600 about never been prosecuted criminally.

00:28:32.720 Here's the real issue.

00:28:34.320 They've investigated this man for seven years and they can't find a real crime.

00:28:37.620 A crime that you and I would relate to as stealing money, like Biden did, like taking

00:28:43.240 bribes.

00:28:44.260 Right.

00:28:46.740 Oh, yeah.

00:28:47.800 And this is also something, too, where, you know, it kind of gets a little weird here

00:28:53.820 because, yes, with Biden.

00:28:55.520 Right.

00:28:55.800 Like my thing is this.

00:28:57.420 If you're going to do investigations right after people, you know, for public corruption

00:29:02.340 or whatever, because that's what the FBI does is for public corruption.

00:29:04.940 You've got to look at everybody, man.

00:29:08.480 I mean, Biden's son is no saint, you know, and neither is Biden.

00:29:11.940 You know, Biden accepted money from the Chinese, which that in itself can be looked at as an

00:29:17.220 issue.

00:29:17.540 So my thing is, if you're going to investigate people, especially politicians, you need to

00:29:21.500 investigate everybody equally.

00:29:23.400 Right.

00:29:23.660 Like carrying around a 38 revolver when you're a drug addict, which is a 10-year felony.

00:29:30.120 And throwing it in a trash can by a school.

00:29:32.820 That's a real crime.

00:29:33.680 Yeah, you cannot have a weapon, guys, by the way, when you're a drug addict.

00:29:37.480 It's you become something you become.

00:29:39.700 It's basically 18 U.S.C.

00:29:41.660 922, which is you're a prohibited person.

00:29:43.920 You cannot have a firearm when you are a drug user.

00:29:46.940 OK, you lose your Second Amendment right when you use drugs and carry firearms.

00:29:50.400 It's this.

00:29:51.140 It's the same as if someone was a felon with a firearm.

00:29:53.460 That is a crime.

00:29:54.860 Federal punished federally.

00:29:58.240 Being involved in a three point one million dollar money wandering transaction with Biden

00:30:03.020 on record gets eight hundred thousand dollars when he's the vice president of the United

00:30:06.740 States.

00:30:07.340 That's called bribery.

00:30:08.480 That's a real crime.

00:30:09.240 I can call.

00:30:09.820 I can I can describe those crimes.

00:30:11.760 This is a dispute over records are classified or not or who gets to classify whether they're

00:30:18.160 presidential.

00:30:18.640 The reality is he could by taking him from the White House, that that mere act alone could

00:30:24.760 declassify all the Chelsea Clinton got that. 0.91

00:30:27.040 But you know, through diglets, you guys, you always got like these hilarious ass comments, 0.98

00:30:32.560 man. 0.98

00:30:34.440 Oh, man.

00:30:37.100 Right.

00:30:37.700 The president gets to classify and declassify.

00:30:40.800 Right.

00:30:41.060 When he ordered their removal, he was the president.

00:30:43.320 Number two, they stayed.

00:30:46.540 The FBI padlocked this room a few weeks ago.

00:30:50.420 They just went.

00:30:51.460 Oh, wait.

00:30:51.680 The FBI padlocked that room. 1.00

00:30:53.540 Oh, shit. 1.00

00:30:54.680 And broke the padlock. 1.00

00:30:55.880 They put there.

00:30:56.500 I know.

00:30:58.960 They lost the key.

00:31:01.220 Just like flowers in the attic. 1.00

00:31:02.480 The idiot in front of Gates, Representative Gates, who lost a hard drive. 1.00

00:31:07.260 I know that. 1.00

00:31:07.980 I sent out a tweet.

00:31:09.360 I said, if you want a hard drive, I got a couple of extra copies.

00:31:12.400 Right.

00:31:12.700 I tried to give it to you when you rated my house and you didn't want it.

00:31:16.900 Now they lost the hard drive.

00:31:18.720 They went there a few weeks ago.

00:31:20.920 They searched the whole place.

00:31:22.800 They saw everything.

00:31:24.560 They said it wasn't secure enough.

00:31:27.140 So they put in an additional padlock, their own.

00:31:30.620 Yeah.

00:31:31.300 And when they came in, they didn't bring the key for it.

00:31:33.540 So they had to crack it open.

00:31:34.840 They took the same things they looked at a couple of weeks ago.

00:31:40.280 Well, to be fair, it may not have been secured well enough if the FBI were, in fact, the one securing it.

00:31:45.720 You know, they probably.

00:31:47.340 Absolutely.

00:31:48.100 That's absolutely true.

00:31:48.680 Like a gym school lock.

00:31:50.180 Yeah.

00:31:50.360 Let's just put that on there for the.

00:31:51.800 Let's call it a day.

00:31:52.820 And by the way, Hillary. 1.00

00:31:53.980 Hilarious.

00:31:54.840 Jacob Herbert goes, Myron, can you tell Christina I message fed it?

00:31:57.160 We want Young Dolph.

00:31:58.040 Yes, guys.

00:31:58.460 I know you guys want one, Young Dolph.

00:32:00.220 I'm working on it.

00:32:01.940 It's just that it's going to take a little bit of time because the thing is, guys, the Memphis Police Department does not want to release any documents on the Young Dolph case because it's gang associated.

00:32:11.380 We've been trying for months now.

00:32:13.120 I've had several people go to try to go ahead and get the content or sorry, the documents.

00:32:18.620 But they're making it very difficult to get because it has gang ties to it.

00:32:22.700 OK, so I'll read some of these chats real quick that came up before.

00:32:24.820 So make sure I don't miss any of them.

00:32:56.140 That pronunciation.

00:32:57.240 Try again.

00:32:58.220 Yeah.

00:32:58.480 Well, what does that mean?

00:32:59.820 I don't know.

00:33:00.500 You pronounced it really badly.

00:33:02.980 He goes,

00:33:03.780 Oh, he said he's looking for you.

00:33:09.960 He's in Florida.

00:33:10.800 OK.

00:33:21.300 No, it is not Mia Khalifa.

00:33:22.460 You triggered my trap card.

00:33:24.440 The same J. Edgar Hoover. 0.79

00:33:26.940 That's one dirty. 0.98

00:33:30.280 BBC two hours from Big Troll.

00:33:31.460 Again, Big Troll.

00:33:32.500 I don't want a president. 0.95

00:33:33.320 They can't move.

00:33:33.960 Merch.

00:33:34.360 OK, I was hoping you'd cover this one from I mean, Daniel.

00:33:38.200 We got five bucks from Jacob Herbert.

00:33:40.300 Oh, no.

00:33:40.540 We got the young Dolph.

00:33:41.700 Mr. Beast Snorkel.

00:33:42.500 Sunday night church has started.

00:33:43.760 Do you think this will.

00:33:44.740 OK, from the FISA court.

00:33:45.820 Yeah, I answered that one earlier.

00:33:48.080 And then MMP.

00:33:49.100 Thank you so much again for the super chat from before.

00:33:52.860 Age of consent. 0.86

00:33:53.920 OK, myron.

00:33:54.440 All this sounds illegal, sir.

00:33:55.640 Biden 2024.

00:33:56.600 That's from blank space.

00:33:57.600 20 bucks from hip hop conspiracy.

00:33:59.140 Thank you so much.

00:33:59.860 You missed my super chat.

00:34:00.760 No, we got you now.

00:34:01.500 Three diglets.

00:34:02.020 And then Chelsea Clinton got that. 1.00

00:34:03.040 But all right, cool.

00:34:03.540 Let's keep going.

00:34:04.940 Clinton didn't just take that.

00:34:06.040 And then right here.

00:34:06.740 Infinite Slick 10 bucks.

00:34:07.980 What did most homeland agents think about Epstein's end?

00:34:10.720 Did they think it was sus?

00:34:11.880 Also, my home equity is like 150K.

00:34:13.740 How do I cash out without selling my house or paying taxes?

00:34:17.520 You do a cash out refinance, my friend.

00:34:19.200 That's how you do it.

00:34:20.220 Infinite Slick.

00:34:20.780 Do a cash out refinance or you could do a home equity line of credit.

00:34:23.800 So you can go ahead and tap into the equity in your home.

00:34:25.800 If you do a cash out refinance, it is a non-taxable event, baby.

00:34:28.920 So you can get that money out and go ahead and, you know, invest it into another property.

00:34:32.220 Do not take the equity and go buy a boat. 1.00

00:34:33.760 Don't do no dumb shit with that equity, man. 1.00

00:34:37.840 I think that's it, right? 1.00

00:34:39.020 Yes.

00:34:39.520 Okay, cool.

00:34:40.700 Shout out to me on the ones and twos.

00:34:43.800 She took the W's off the keyboard when they were leaving, which is kind of funny.

00:34:48.200 It is kind of funny.

00:34:50.720 It's a combination.

00:34:51.860 One of them just forgot the five.

00:34:53.280 Yes, exactly.

00:34:54.080 Kind of funny.

00:34:55.840 And real quick, I hate to ask for this, guys, but please like the video.

00:34:58.920 All right.

00:34:59.520 Get me to 100% engagement.

00:35:00.900 We've got 2,000 y'all in here.

00:35:01.960 You guys could be anywhere else in the world, but you're here with me.

00:35:04.060 Thank you so much.

00:35:04.960 We're reacting to the Donald Trump search warrant and Mar-a-Lago.

00:35:07.660 Please like the video.

00:35:08.780 I got me in the house.

00:35:10.060 Say something for the people.

00:35:11.320 Something for the people.

00:35:12.780 Okay, fantastic. 1.00

00:35:13.840 Stupid. 1.00

00:35:14.140 Like the video, guys. 1.00

00:35:15.680 All right.

00:35:15.940 Oh, it is unprecedented, and it's a very, very damaging thing to do.

00:35:22.920 I mean, we're just about at the end of really saying we have a fair system of justice.

00:35:28.120 I think we are at the end.

00:35:29.000 We have two standards.

00:35:30.220 We have two standards.

00:35:34.280 We've had for five years outstanding criminal cases against the Bidens.

00:35:39.820 Yeah.

00:35:40.340 Not just the son and the president, but the brother.

00:35:43.600 None of them have been raided.

00:35:44.960 None of them have been searched.

00:35:46.920 None of them have been brought before a grand jury.

00:35:50.700 None of them have been arrested.

00:35:51.560 Meanwhile, the Trump people get searched, and they don't find anything.

00:35:58.600 Well, here's my question, because they haven't apologized to me.

00:36:02.100 Well, I wouldn't hold your breath for that, but let me ask you this.

00:36:05.700 You, on this program, actually, was the first time the public saw the Hunter Biden laptop,

00:36:10.400 and then we had you back on when the FBI raided your private offices.

00:36:15.300 They didn't.

00:36:15.900 Funny fungus goes.

00:36:16.800 Five bucks.

00:36:17.080 Trump's lawyers claim all investigations will be dropped.

00:36:19.520 The CIA agrees not to run in 2024.

00:36:21.100 I didn't hear that.

00:36:22.140 That's crazy.

00:36:23.700 All right.

00:36:24.820 Take that laptop.

00:36:26.380 What did they take?

00:36:29.400 They took all of the electronics in my house.

00:36:34.260 Okay.

00:36:34.520 And all of the electronics, and this is really a constitutional violation, in my law office.

00:36:40.120 Ah, yeah.

00:36:41.140 Much of which didn't relate to Donald Trump.

00:36:43.860 Of course.

00:36:44.260 That is a gross violation of the Sixth Amendment.

00:36:47.440 Yes.

00:36:47.640 And the reason why, guys, is because that is privileged information, okay?

00:36:53.620 Anytime, any communication between an attorney and their client is considered privileged,

00:36:58.360 and the government cannot look at that stuff.

00:37:01.080 So, for example, when I was an agent myself, right, if I was wiretapping someone, and I listened 0.99

00:37:05.340 to their phone calls, and they called their lawyer, I had to turn that shit off. 0.96

00:37:07.840 Or if we were going to go ahead and talk to a bad guy, and he wanted to talk to his lawyer, 0.99

00:37:12.380 we had to leave the room.

00:37:14.080 Attorney-client privilege is for real, okay?

00:37:16.500 It's considered privileged, and you cannot use any of that stuff in a criminal proceeding. 1.00

00:37:20.320 Even if I was to overhear him say, yeah, I killed all those motherfuckers. 1.00

00:37:24.300 Yeah, yeah, I definitely did it. 1.00

00:37:25.920 It can't be used, because it's privileged.

00:37:29.300 Yeah.

00:37:29.940 And the only lawyers who get searched are Trump lawyers.

00:37:33.400 I never searched a lawyer when I was in the Justice Department.

00:37:36.160 No.

00:37:36.260 I always thought there was a Sixth Amendment called attorney-client privilege.

00:37:39.760 Well, Biden has done away with that.

00:37:41.680 No attorney-client privilege for Trump.

00:37:43.400 Think about that double standard.

00:37:45.000 People search here, and they search my law office.

00:37:47.620 Yeah.

00:37:48.140 And they returned everything to me.

00:37:50.380 Right.

00:37:50.600 I have everything back.

00:37:52.580 Because as I told them then, have me come in and ask me questions, and I'll answer them.

00:37:57.960 It took a year and a half to say yes to that.

00:38:00.760 I finally went in.

00:38:01.760 I spent four hours with them.

00:38:03.780 And what I told them at the beginning is true. 0.54

00:38:07.620 I'm not stupid.

00:38:08.460 I don't commit crimes.

00:38:09.760 Right.

00:38:09.960 I was a U.S. attorney.

00:38:11.840 Josh Z, $10.

00:38:13.060 Myron, love all you do, brother.

00:38:14.040 What is the best credit card for a guy with a credit score of 800 plus?

00:38:16.360 I can't remember what I recommended months ago.

00:38:18.080 I'll put a video in the – I'll put a link in the chat with all the – some of the best credit cards.

00:38:23.540 For 17 years, I know what crimes are and what they're not.

00:38:27.680 Now, you're going to go make up crimes on me.

00:38:29.340 I can't do much about that.

00:38:30.840 Right.

00:38:31.060 But I don't commit crimes.

00:38:32.520 I just don't.

00:38:33.160 Well, think of the double standard.

00:38:34.280 You have Republicans.

00:38:34.880 You have conservatives out there.

00:38:35.540 And this is what we're talking about.

00:38:36.440 I mean, for crying out loud, Dinesh D'Souza had to wear an ankle bracelet because he gave money to a friend's campaign beyond the maximum allowable amount.

00:38:44.420 Who lost?

00:38:45.560 Just to be clear.

00:38:46.040 Again, these are things where usually someone gets fined.

00:38:48.220 And if you're a Democrat, you don't get fined.

00:38:49.600 But think about this.

00:38:50.240 You're talking about attorney-client privilege, and it's something that I know very well.

00:38:53.500 Conservatives Republicans out there right now are afraid to even keep notes or what they discuss with their lawyer because even though it's their constitutional right, there are concerns that that could be raided.

00:39:03.060 Meanwhile, Hunter and Ashley Biden leave a paper trail longer than a Circuit City receipt of every misdeed they've committed because there's no fear of retribution whatsoever. 0.97

00:39:15.020 They'll walk right past the hard drive in your office to grab shit they have no right to grab from you. 0.98

00:39:20.080 Pardon my language. 0.96

00:39:21.480 And they go out and say, I never spoke to any of my son's foreign clients.

00:39:28.140 And there are 17 pieces of evidence of 17 different meetings with foreign clients, including Chinese communists. 0.99

00:39:36.900 Oh, shit. 0.99

00:39:39.380 With Joe Biden when he was the vice president, disgustingly selling his office. 1.00

00:39:46.360 This guy got 30.

00:39:47.400 Speaking of which, by the way, let me tell you guys something.

00:39:49.920 When you have a clearance and you have communication with foreign nationals, that comes up in your background check, guys.

00:39:56.360 You have to disclose all foreign contacts when you have a top secret clearance or above, which I'm assuming anyone in the Biden circle is probably going to need, at least Biden himself, is going to need an SCI or actually higher than that, probably a White House clearance because they call it a Yankee hat clearance.

00:40:13.760 And you got to declare that when you communicate with foreign officials, especially foreign government officials.

00:40:21.220 Okay.

00:40:23.360 So that's a big no-no right there.

00:40:25.620 One million dollars from China.

00:40:27.740 I know.

00:40:28.340 China's our enemy. 1.00

00:40:29.380 That's not a national security problem.

00:40:31.600 And a couple of papers sitting behind padlocks in Mar-a-Lago that nobody even knows what they are.

00:40:38.040 What kind of national security right could they be?

00:40:40.220 Right.

00:40:40.680 Well, to be fair also to Joe Biden was just, he was loaning his office to Eric Swalwell for his practices with the Chinese spies.

00:40:48.080 Look, I want to – and we'll actually talk about that.

00:40:50.640 He actually went after me on Twitter, Eric Swalwell.

00:40:53.560 Think about this.

00:40:54.340 Like, you're talking – I'm going, what wormhole did I fall into where Eric Swalwell has anything?

00:40:58.320 He went after him or his Chinese comedy business.

00:41:02.060 Well, I don't know.

00:41:03.020 She could be running his social media at this point.

00:41:04.900 I think he's dating a Russian spy now.

00:41:07.100 She's actually more of a patriot.

00:41:08.740 Yes.

00:41:09.240 Oh, yeah. 0.98

00:41:09.680 There was someone in the camp that was dating a Chinese spy, and she ran back to fucking China after she, like, smashed the guy and got some information. 1.00

00:41:19.160 Holy shit, man. 1.00

00:41:20.340 Holy! 1.00

00:41:21.420 Infinite Slick, $10 goes,

00:41:22.500 Myron, I got a CCW and a G19 with a red dot.

00:41:24.640 Can I walk around Miami with a Rolex and be good?

00:41:26.900 Also, is it illegal to bait violent criminals and to rob you so I can clap them just wondering?

00:41:31.360 Sir?

00:41:31.720 Florida is a stand-your-ground state, so I guess you could do what you want, but I would not –

00:41:39.100 He just outed himself.

00:41:45.840 Yeah, bro.

00:41:46.420 Don't do it.

00:41:47.080 Don't do it.

00:41:47.460 If someone robs you, do what you got to do, but don't bait people with your Rolex.

00:41:50.080 Don't go ahead and get it busted down just because.

00:41:52.060 And, guys, we got 2,156 of you guys in here.

00:41:55.120 Please like the video, man.

00:41:56.320 We need – we only got – we don't even have 1,000 likes yet.

00:41:58.660 If you guys get me up to 2,000 likes, I really appreciate it.

00:42:01.640 Videos like this need to get pushed up in the algorithm.

00:42:03.720 For some odd reason, some of my videos have been getting the yellow check because, obviously, sometimes it's violent.

00:42:10.100 I did the FBI shootout last week, and, obviously, that one was fairly violent, so they gave me a yellow check and didn't get hit up.

00:42:17.160 So we need the likes up so that we can get the engagement up so that way the videos can get recommended.

00:42:24.300 We're going to go here because I want to ask you about next steps to Mug Club, so we're not on YouTube.

00:42:28.940 So that way we don't need to worry about any hot water.

00:42:30.660 Again, the Twitter is at Rudy Giuliani, and the podcast is – let me make sure I get this right.

00:42:36.380 I want to make sure I read everything correctly.

00:42:38.020 It is Rudy Giuliani's Common Sense.

00:42:41.560 Right now, YouTube, thank you so much.

00:42:43.280 This is a day that is going to live in infamy, and I'm no longer comfortable discussing it.

00:42:46.960 All right.

00:42:47.300 Shout out to Stephen Crowder, by the way.

00:42:49.180 I'm subscribed to his channel.

00:42:50.640 Like the video, guys.

00:42:51.540 We got to show that love, okay?

00:42:52.620 Just like I did it for him.

00:42:53.680 I need you guys to do it for me.

00:42:55.040 So now we're going to go ahead and read this Fox article here.

00:42:58.720 Chris, 20 bucks goes, you said most law enforcement is conservative.

00:43:01.600 What are they doing?

00:43:03.100 What are they doing our boy Trump like this for so long, Democrat Congress?

00:43:06.480 That could be a part of it, my friends.

00:43:08.000 That definitely could be a part of it.

00:43:10.000 So we're going to go ahead and read this article.

00:43:12.520 And this came out today, guys, by the way.

00:43:14.280 August 14, 2022, from 4.06 earlier today, FBI sees classified records from Mar-a-Lago

00:43:20.440 during raid of Trump's Florida residence, okay?

00:43:24.860 And actually, you know what?

00:43:25.980 Yeah, DHS and FBI Bulletin warns of dirty bomb threat, increasing general calls for civil war.

00:43:32.800 Just so you guys know, a guy out in Cincinnati actually went ahead and actually, you know what?

00:43:39.420 Quick little diversion real quick.

00:43:44.280 Some guy attacked the FBI in Cincinnati right after they raided the house.

00:43:48.280 So we could go ahead and break this thing down as well.

00:43:52.880 Okay, and this was at the office.

00:43:56.240 This is in relation to the—

00:43:57.880 Yeah, it happened right after the Trump search warrant.

00:44:02.000 We can confirm from the Ohio State Highway Patrol that that suspect is dead.

00:44:06.300 Three law enforcement sources telling our colleagues Bryn Gingras and Josh Campbell that he is identified as Ricky Schiffer.

00:44:13.820 The suspect was killed after a standoff with police lasting several hours.

00:44:18.720 Now, here's what I can tell you from our reporting at this moment here about the suspect.

00:44:25.040 An account bearing the name of the suspect in this standoff made a post on former President Donald Trump's social media platform

00:44:32.560 referencing an attempt to storm an FBI office.

00:44:35.620 It also encouraged others online to prepare for a revolutionary-type war.

00:44:39.660 On the Truth Social account, that is President Trump's account, the user claimed he was present in Washington on January 6th,

00:44:46.980 but he did not say whether he was actually on Capitol Hill and or entered the Capitol at that time.

00:44:52.680 And authorities have not yet confirmed that the account is the suspect.

00:44:56.220 But what we can tell you, Wolf, is that the suspect is confirmed.

00:44:59.120 And, guys, the Homeland Security, so the Federal Protective Service, FPS, they protect government buildings, okay?

00:45:05.640 So that's their job.

00:45:06.640 So more than likely, they're going to be the ones to go ahead and launch an investigation, right,

00:45:10.320 into this guy's background and everything else like that.

00:45:12.660 Anytime you throw in a government building or whatever, maybe these are the guys that take lead.

00:45:16.240 They have their own, actually, they do have their own 1811s, a.k.a. their own special agents that do investigations,

00:45:21.660 since the FBI building is a government facility.

00:45:23.860 The name is confirmed, Ricky Schiffer, and that investigators are combing through his social media presence as we speak,

00:45:30.200 as we just told you about what they've been able to tell us about his claims to have been at the Capitol.

00:45:35.720 Now we can tell you a little bit more detail also about how this attack and the pursuit played out.

00:45:41.700 He entered the FBI Cincinnati field office at about 9.15 this morning, according to law enforcement.

00:45:47.360 He had a standoff there, some kind of a confrontation with people at a security checkpoint there.

00:45:54.480 Then he fled in a car.

00:45:56.880 At the front desk, the FBI, they have like a little check-in desk.

00:46:00.560 That's where the first altercation happened.

00:46:02.620 Drove north on Interstate 71 from Cincinnati.

00:46:05.720 He exited the highway at least once.

00:46:07.960 He then turned at least once with officers in pursuit, and they were firing.

00:46:12.420 He was firing at them, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

00:46:15.580 He was firing at them during that pursuit and after his car came to a stop.

00:46:20.740 Now, just a short time ago, Lieutenant Nathan Dennis talked about what happened after that standoff with police

00:46:26.340 and when they tried to move in and take him into custody.

00:46:31.100 Bam.

00:46:32.560 And then this, guys, is the FBI Cincinnati statement real fast.

00:46:37.940 Mass shooting in Jerusalem this morning left eight people.

00:46:40.680 So here, let me go back.

00:46:45.580 So these are some of the Bureau agents right after the situation happened.

00:46:48.840 They're obviously securing the scene.

00:46:50.600 And then you've got the evidence response team in the back as well.

00:46:54.200 Now, this is the FBI's official website.

00:46:56.160 This was their statement after the attack.

00:46:58.940 And it goes, on August 11, 2022, at approximately 9.15 EST,

00:47:02.360 an RML subject attempted to breach the visitor screening facility at the FBI,

00:47:05.900 which their visitor screening, guys, is right here, this hut right here that you guys see. 0.98

00:47:11.500 God damn it. 1.00

00:47:15.580 So trash. 1.00

00:47:17.540 Hold on, guys. 0.99

00:47:20.080 It's this right here.

00:47:22.540 There you go.

00:47:23.640 So that little...

00:47:24.840 Well, we can confirm from...

00:47:26.240 That's basically where you go in when you're like a visitor.

00:47:28.880 We can confirm from the Ohio State Highway Patrol if that's... 0.99

00:47:31.520 Shut up. 0.97

00:47:33.440 All right. 1.00

00:47:34.520 God damn it. 1.00

00:47:35.060 Hold on. 0.99

00:47:35.880 Let me stop sharing screen.

00:47:36.780 My bad, guys.

00:47:37.260 I got a million tabs open, as you guys can see.

00:47:41.140 But I will say the good thing is we no longer have all that noise. 0.99

00:47:46.240 God damn it. 1.00

00:47:46.720 We finally got that shit fixed. 1.00

00:47:48.020 So, okay. 0.99

00:47:49.560 So this was the statement from them.

00:47:52.080 And again, this happened right after the Trump search warrant.

00:47:55.920 Two days later, or three days later.

00:47:57.720 The subject...

00:47:58.340 Okay.

00:47:59.080 So the subject eventually fled and was encountered by the FBI, Ohio State Patrol,

00:48:02.500 and local law enforcement near Wilmington, Ohio.

00:48:04.660 The subject shot law enforcement officers during an incident.

00:48:06.520 Law enforcement also fired their weapons.

00:48:07.800 At approximately 345, the subject was shot and is deceased.

00:48:11.220 The FBI is now reviewing this agent-involved shooting.

00:48:13.360 The FBI takes all shooting incidents involving our agents or task force members.

00:48:17.140 Seriously, and of course, the FBI policy of the shooting incident is now under investigation

00:48:19.800 by the FBI's inspection division, which for you guys that are wondering, that's their

00:48:23.580 internal affairs.

00:48:24.300 That's what they call their internal affairs is the FBI's inspection division.

00:48:26.960 They're FBI agents as well.

00:48:28.780 The review process is thorough and objective and is conducted as expeditiously as possible

00:48:32.800 under the circumstances.

00:48:33.720 And then this is the original statement, and this is the updated one, okay?

00:48:38.820 So, and this is from their public affairs person.

00:48:41.360 And then, yeah.

00:48:43.800 And this is their page right here.

00:48:46.380 And this is the special agent in charge.

00:48:47.840 Like, each office actually has their own page.

00:48:50.960 So, yeah.

00:48:52.860 Like I told you guys before, what's the special agent in charge?

00:48:55.200 That's the SAC, right?

00:48:56.420 Or an FBI calls it the SAIC.

00:48:58.520 And then here are the assistant special agents in charge.

00:49:00.820 And then this is, like, the stuff that they got going on in this particular office.

00:49:04.840 But you can always look at every different field office has their own website.

00:49:08.420 So, anyway.

00:49:10.700 I'll hit stop share right there.

00:49:12.780 Okay.

00:49:13.040 So, let's go ahead.

00:49:14.180 And now we're going to continue with this here.

00:49:19.480 This Fox News article from today.

00:49:21.600 Just had a little quick side thing right there for y'all because I knew that Cincinnati shooting 0.84

00:49:26.660 might come up.

00:49:27.260 So, okay.

00:49:31.920 Trump reacts to FBI taking some documents covered by attorney-client privilege.

00:49:35.440 Oh, great.

00:49:36.920 Former President Donald Trump reacted to exclusive reporting from Fox News that some of the documents

00:49:40.800 taken in FBI raid on his – and let me enlarge your free hour real fast.

00:49:45.460 Hey, you guys should read that now.

00:49:46.860 Okay.

00:49:47.560 We're covered by attorney-client privilege Sunday, which we talked about earlier with Rudy Giuliani.

00:49:51.420 Trump commented on the news on his Truth social site, requested that the documents be returned.

00:49:56.140 Fox News first reported on Saturday that attorney-client privilege documents had been seized.

00:50:00.120 Oh, great.

00:50:00.920 It has just been learned that the FBI and its now-famous raid of Mar-a-Lago took boxes of

00:50:04.440 privileged attorney-client material and also executive privilege material, which they knowingly

00:50:08.580 should not have taken, Trump wrote.

00:50:10.080 By copy of this truth, I respectfully request that these documents be immediately returned

00:50:14.660 to the location of which they were taken.

00:50:16.380 Thank you.

00:50:19.220 Oh, man.

00:50:20.460 Okay.

00:50:21.300 Is there something that can be done about that?

00:50:24.100 Like, if they get access to something that isn't the attorney-client privilege, other than

00:50:29.260 just requesting for the documents to get back?

00:50:31.460 Can they take anything from it?

00:50:32.840 I mean, like, the person who had this violated, like, this privilege violated, what can they

00:50:38.620 do?

00:50:39.420 Like, can you, like, sue?

00:50:39.860 Oh, they can't use it against him.

00:50:41.240 They can't use it against him criminally.

00:50:42.960 And then, yeah, he could potentially come back after the government with a civil suit if

00:50:45.860 you wanted to.

00:50:46.340 Yeah.

00:50:46.760 If it was, like, egregious, for sure.

00:50:50.340 Okay.

00:50:50.880 So, let's see here.

00:50:53.280 Let me make sure I didn't miss anything.

00:50:59.980 Okay.

00:51:00.380 So, they pinned this.

00:51:03.280 Okay.

00:51:03.760 Senator, okay.

00:51:04.500 He calls for the repeal of the Espionage Act.

00:51:06.860 That's not relevant to that.

00:51:08.120 Okay.

00:51:11.000 Over the past 40 years, 10,000 animals have been killed in very strange ways.

00:51:15.700 It's the greatest unsolved crime spree in this group. 1.00

00:51:17.940 Fucking ads. 1.00

00:51:18.580 Cattle mutilations streaming now. 1.00

00:51:21.300 The hell? 0.78

00:51:21.940 Who cares about cows, bro? 0.98

00:51:24.120 Merrick Garland.

00:51:25.060 Talk about the search warrant.

00:51:26.380 He said that he signed it personally.

00:51:28.140 Let's listen to this.

00:51:28.960 I personally approved the decision to seek a search warrant second.

00:51:36.820 That is the, um, that's the Attorney General for the United States, by the way, guys.

00:51:42.520 All right.

00:51:43.100 Who is the Chief Law Enforcement Officer in the United States.

00:51:46.580 All right.

00:51:47.240 The Department does not take such a decision lightly.

00:51:52.200 He said they don't take the decision lightly, yet there was such an escalation here, right?

00:51:55.940 President Trump says there was cooperation.

00:51:57.940 He was handing things over.

00:51:59.120 He was working with the agents that were in charge of this case.

00:52:01.500 Yet they went from zero to 60 within a matter of weeks.

00:52:05.360 That's right.

00:52:05.760 Your take on who we are right now.

00:52:07.800 You know, Jackie, I think he's, he was goaded into saying that he reviewed it personally because

00:52:13.580 he, we went through several days where the coverage of it was as if he was a spectator,

00:52:19.080 as if he was a passenger on the ship, not, not the captain of the ship, which the Attorney

00:52:23.020 General is supposed to be.

00:52:24.040 So I think a lot of his statement the other day was theater in that regard to correct that

00:52:28.860 impression.

00:52:29.360 Ultimately, I think he's going to be sorry.

00:52:31.720 He said that he personally reviewed this warrant.

00:52:35.340 Yeah, I agree.

00:52:36.960 Because he probably didn't, he probably looked at it to some degree, but you know, he's going

00:52:42.800 to leave that to the, you know, the United States attorney's office guys.

00:52:46.480 That's, that's what he's going to, that's, that's what he's going to do because at the

00:52:50.440 end of the day, he's so high up that it's like, ah, you know, it is what it is.

00:52:55.760 Right. 0.99

00:52:56.360 And then also guys, do me a favor, go ahead and like the goddamn video. 0.99

00:52:59.360 All right. 0.93

00:53:00.060 And then we're going to go ahead and start reviewing the search warrant as well here

00:53:03.020 very soon.

00:53:04.200 And the reason why I'm going through line by line, breaking down number one, who Donald

00:53:07.680 Trump is, the search, what a search warrant is, the search of Mar-a-Lago talking about

00:53:11.640 what happened in Cincinnati, et cetera.

00:53:12.880 Is that so that when I read the search warrant for y'all is going to make sense, which I'm

00:53:15.960 going to pull that up here in a second, right after this.

00:53:17.680 Because, you know, we're talking a lot about the classified information.

00:53:22.000 Three Douglas goes, a hundred bucks, save the cows. 0.73

00:53:24.720 Thank you so much.

00:53:27.700 Oh man.

00:53:28.620 I see some of you guys are saying free Assange.

00:53:30.480 I was actually watching a documentary on him.

00:53:32.800 You know, the UK is going to turn him over guys.

00:53:34.760 He's definitely going to come to the United States and face some pretty serious charges.

00:53:38.140 Kwame Hayes, five bucks.

00:53:38.940 I put Christ first and the rest don't matter.

00:53:40.620 Two way on me. 0.57

00:53:41.580 Run up. 0.99

00:53:42.000 I'm going to blast you.

00:53:43.180 Go on ultra MAGA. 0.53

00:53:44.240 Yeah.

00:53:44.460 I mean, hey man, second amendment is a beautiful thing, isn't it?

00:53:47.040 So that's what it's about.

00:53:49.960 Information aspect of it.

00:53:51.620 This warrant is so open-ended and it so defies the fourth amendment's requirement that a warrant

00:53:58.660 specifically describe the things that the agents are allowed to seize.

00:54:02.740 This is a general warrant.

00:54:04.120 This is basically what we have the fourth amendment to prevent.

00:54:08.700 It's so, I mean, you just mentioned before, every shred of paper,

00:54:12.000 paper that was generated by the Trump administration is, can be collected under this warrant.

00:54:17.600 It doesn't have to have an iota of connection to.

00:54:21.440 Okay.

00:54:21.780 So this is where he's kind of wrong.

00:54:23.240 And I'll tell you why we don't have the affidavit, right?

00:54:27.340 So since we don't have the affidavit, we don't know exactly what led them to say what they

00:54:33.600 wanted.

00:54:34.080 All right.

00:54:35.000 In, in their, uh, in, in what they're looking for.

00:54:37.900 And this is why it's so important.

00:54:39.780 Alien abduction. 1.00

00:54:40.700 What the fuck are these fucking ads? 1.00

00:54:42.420 This is why it's so important guys to be able to look at the affidavit because the affidavit 1.00

00:54:46.840 will tell you exactly.

00:54:49.020 Number one, the facts of the case.

00:54:50.440 And it's also going to tell you why they believe that there's going to be evidence of a certain

00:54:54.760 crime at a location and what they're looking for.

00:54:57.780 But since we don't have the affidavit, we don't know the basis for which they're trying

00:55:03.140 to get these documents.

00:55:04.140 Okay.

00:55:05.000 So I get what he's saying.

00:55:06.640 Like he's saying, Oh, it's a very open-ended warrant, et cetera.

00:55:09.200 But the reason why the FBI can write it in an open-ended way like that is because classified

00:55:14.020 documents need to be held and stored in a certain way.

00:55:18.240 So their argument is we're looking for anything that's classified.

00:55:21.780 So that in itself makes it easy because it's not a government building Mar-a-Lago.

00:55:25.380 Okay.

00:55:25.760 But we don't have enough information because we don't have the affidavit.

00:55:30.920 Which, you know, my little conspiracy theory here is that I think, here, I'll play this 0.99

00:55:36.300 stupid-ass ad while I, okay. 0.99

00:55:40.760 My personal thing on it, right, my little conspiracy theory on this is I think that what's 1.00

00:55:46.580 going to happen is they're going to, the affidavit is going to reveal that there was

00:55:52.320 probably an informant or someone close to Trump that provided this information.

00:55:56.080 That's what I think this is going to reveal.

00:55:58.720 I personally approved the decision to seek a search.

00:56:02.120 Maybe it was marked.

00:56:03.500 Maybe it wasn't.

00:56:04.460 But essentially that attorney would be putting his entire career reputation.

00:56:07.800 And if you look at the warrant, they not only were able to take every shred of paper,

00:56:11.760 the way this worked was if they found a box that had one low-level classified document

00:56:17.000 in it, they were able to take the whole box, its contents, and any boxes that were next

00:56:21.420 of the box.

00:56:22.460 So there was no limitation on this whatsoever.

00:56:25.260 It's not about classified information.

00:56:26.680 Well, the reason why, again, is because classified information should not be at a private residence.

00:56:33.020 That's why they were able to take everything.

00:56:35.040 You know, I'm trying to be objective here.

00:56:36.240 Like I said, you know, you guys know I like Trump.

00:56:39.280 But the reason why they were able to take everything is because classified documents 0.98

00:56:43.280 are not supposed to be, I don't know why they keep doing this shit, classified documents 0.95

00:56:47.040 are not supposed to be at a private residence. 0.93

00:56:48.400 Okay.

00:56:49.040 So I'm going to go ahead and play this thing all the way through and then react to it 0.99

00:56:51.660 after, guys, because I can already tell that Fox News is on some bullshit right now. 0.96

00:56:54.640 We keep trying to play ads.

00:56:56.080 So let me fast forward to where we were before.

00:56:59.280 Okay.

00:57:00.980 Andy, I want to start with you first.

00:57:02.460 And then we'll just let it play all the way through.

00:57:04.020 It was all about America.

00:57:05.200 That this guy would be the one who's...

00:57:06.760 And I'll pause every now and then just so we don't get hit with the copyright.

00:57:08.900 Unbelief, I think, even for Democrats.

00:57:10.940 But to your point, and to Andy's point as well, this search warrant was so broad, it said

00:57:17.720 in the warrant, this is indicative of what they were actually looking for.

00:57:20.060 It says, all physical documents and records constituting evidence, contraband, and fruits

00:57:25.060 of a crime.

00:57:25.620 Now, if you want to go after classified information, they could have specified classified information.

00:57:32.220 They didn't.

00:57:33.000 They're looking for fruits of a crime.

00:57:34.200 So what does that mean, Jackie?

00:57:35.520 It means that this is really an extension of the January 6th hearings.

00:57:39.780 They're looking for more evidence of crimes for Donald Trump.

00:57:42.540 And this is the umbrella in which they're doing it, saying it's classified information.

00:57:46.420 Donald had secret information regarding nuclear weapons.

00:57:49.660 We're going to use that pretense to get information to try to convict him in regard to something else.

00:57:55.080 And it's so broad-based.

00:57:56.820 One last point.

00:57:57.460 It's not just boxes.

00:57:59.160 They can get pieces of paper.

00:58:00.540 They could look in teacups all throughout his house, little crannies and nooks all over

00:58:05.240 the house they could search, because that's where Donald Trump could have stashed one little

00:58:08.520 slice of paper that could have been top secret, and therefore they can search it.

00:58:12.340 They had carte blanche in this whole house.

00:58:13.980 Right.

00:58:14.400 And we also have a soundbite from John Solomon.

00:58:16.860 But that's for almost anything, even for drugs.

00:58:19.280 If you have a drug search warrant, you can search in every nook and cranny.

00:58:24.720 So you can search anywhere where that potential evidence can be, okay?

00:58:30.160 So, I mean, that wasn't really a good argument by that guy.

00:58:34.880 And he's talking about how Trump's office essentially said that he had a standing order

00:58:39.460 that the documents taken to his residence were declassified.

00:58:42.640 Let's listen.

00:58:43.040 This is from President Trump's office.

00:58:46.580 It just came in a few minutes ago.

00:58:48.060 President Trump, in order to prepare the work the next day, often took documents, including

00:58:53.400 classified documents, to the residence.

00:58:55.920 He had a standing order that documents removed from the Oval Office and taken to the residence

00:59:00.720 were deemed to be declassified.

00:59:02.960 The power to classify and declassified documents rests solely with the President of the United

00:59:07.480 States.

00:59:07.820 The idea that some paper-pushing bureaucrat, the classification authority delegated by

00:59:13.260 the President, needs to prove that the classification is absurd.

00:59:17.800 Tammy?

00:59:18.600 That is true.

00:59:19.440 The President does reserve the right to classify documents as he wishes, okay?

00:59:24.020 That is an authority that the President enjoys.

00:59:26.040 So, he's right with that one.

00:59:28.360 Your reaction?

00:59:29.080 Well, I think that that speaks to kind of the heart of the matter here, right?

00:59:32.460 Is that people can't forget that Donald Trump was the President.

00:59:36.280 Someone like Hillary Clinton was not the President. 0.96

00:59:39.300 Sandy Berger was not the President.

00:59:41.400 Everyone else does not fall under this framework.

00:59:44.620 What I think they don't want to admit, maybe can't stand, is that Donald Trump was the most

00:59:48.860 powerful man in the world, and he was the decision-maker.

00:59:52.280 And so, I think these arguments are going to come down to that kind of a push about whether

00:59:57.260 or not you can deem something that way that's still stamped, that it's not classified, if

01:00:02.140 there's some paper-pushing that needs to happen, or things need to be crossed out, if that's

01:00:07.760 our argument, this wasn't. 1.00

01:00:09.680 Oh, this fucking clown. 1.00

01:00:11.860 Bro, you're not even covering this shit. 1.00

01:00:13.820 You just go over Trump's defense. 0.99

01:00:15.580 I've said both negative and positive things about Trump on this show.

01:00:19.160 Did you just tune in, bro?

01:00:20.440 Are you just tuning in? 1.00

01:00:21.540 Stupid. 1.00

01:00:21.900 What the fuck, man? 1.00

01:00:26.120 Goddamn, man. 1.00

01:00:27.600 We're covering this thing objectively, my friend. 1.00

01:00:29.520 If you don't like it, get the fuck out of here. 0.96

01:00:31.040 Like, I'll never understand people that don't, like, if you don't like the content, get the 1.00

01:00:35.280 fuck out of here. 0.99

01:00:35.960 Let them waste their time. 1.00

01:00:36.520 That this warrant was approved, I believe, three days before the raid.

01:00:40.600 So, full 72 hours seems like not so urgent at some point with that regard.

01:00:45.940 But also, remember, I think it was the day before he was set to go into the New York

01:00:50.260 Attorney General's office for a deposition regarding another issue.

01:00:53.980 Within 90 days of an election, it seems like so many things happening so conveniently as

01:01:00.040 a distraction in some sense of like...

01:01:01.800 It is a weird time for this to be happening.

01:01:03.360 I ain't gonna lie.

01:01:04.540 Because this stuff with these documents, they've been going back on it for a while.

01:01:08.600 Piling on.

01:01:10.120 And the American people notice this.

01:01:12.800 This becomes the issue for the FBI, is legitimacy and how much this piles on to what we've been

01:01:18.040 dealing with for the past seven years.

01:01:19.820 And we're noticing that he has not been affected so much before.

01:01:24.620 And even the Democrats have noticed that unless this was some huge smoking gun, this was too

01:01:30.540 much.

01:01:31.420 I'm going to read a little bit from the Espionage Act because it was included in the warrant.

01:01:35.700 And it reads specifically, whoever being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control

01:01:41.520 of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative,

01:01:47.420 blueprint, plan, map, model, note, or information relating to the national defense through gross

01:01:53.040 negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered

01:01:57.940 to anyone in violation.

01:01:59.120 And this is 18 USC, uh, seven 93 guys.

01:02:02.120 You can see it's extremely broad.

01:02:03.800 It's ran that way for a reason.

01:02:05.460 Okay.

01:02:05.860 So that they can go ahead and go after traitors of his trust or to be list stolen, abstracted,

01:02:11.940 destroyed, or shall be punished by a fine of not more than $10,000 or by imprisonment for

01:02:17.080 not more than two years or both.

01:02:18.760 Andy.

01:02:20.300 No.

01:02:23.440 Well, look, that sounds like it covers everything, right?

01:02:25.960 And the warrant covers everything.

01:02:27.440 So we got everything covered.

01:02:29.680 They are not going to prosecute him on the Espionage Act.

01:02:33.000 And I would again point out that there were three statutes that are cited in the warrant.

01:02:36.820 Two of them have nothing to do with classified information.

01:02:40.000 And we're going to talk about those two statutes that are in the warrant here in a second when

01:02:43.480 I pull it up.

01:02:44.860 It's just government records.

01:02:46.420 So I think the objective here was to gather as much information as they could.

01:02:53.340 They used, I'm not, when I say pretextual, I'm not saying that they lied to get the warrant,

01:02:57.900 but the, they had the excuse of going in to get the classified information.

01:03:02.040 So they exploited it to get everything.

01:03:04.680 So if they went in and they found something else that they deemed to be in the commission

01:03:08.620 of another crime, it wasn't necessarily with respect to these documents, they could take

01:03:12.600 it.

01:03:12.760 They could use their judgment at that point and take it.

01:03:14.880 The law says that.

01:03:16.480 So for example, if the agents go in and they are looking for crime A and they see obvious

01:03:20.520 evidence of crime B, if I go in on a gun case and I see a pile of narcotics on the table,

01:03:25.460 I can take the narcotics.

01:03:26.560 And that's called the right to be right to see guys.

01:03:30.300 So plain view doctrine.

01:03:31.800 Okay.

01:03:31.960 So like the many times where I did search warrants myself, you'd go in looking for something

01:03:35.980 and then you see, you know, evidence of another crime.

01:03:39.540 Well, you're able to go ahead and seize that other evidence because you were lawfully there

01:03:43.320 at the residence.

01:03:44.040 So therefore now anything that you see, right.

01:03:46.700 Cause you're lawfully there right to be means right to see you can go ahead and add charges

01:03:51.500 to it.

01:03:51.800 That's how they're able to get young thug right on those gun charges, et cetera. 0.57

01:03:55.680 When they went ahead and raided his house because, uh, they found that there were other

01:04:00.320 violations there, even though they went there on one type of, uh, violation, they're able 1.00

01:04:04.280 to go ahead and, um, they were able to go ahead and, um, oh my God, this fucking shit. 0.99

01:04:11.640 They were, they were able to, um, to go ahead and get other fruits of another crime. 1.00

01:04:16.780 Okay.

01:04:17.500 So that's how they're able to do it.

01:04:18.880 So we've got the last few seconds, a few minutes here of this thing. 0.99

01:04:21.700 Where the hell is the goddamn video that we're watching? 0.99

01:04:24.700 Yeah. 1.00

01:04:25.020 Fox news is really bad with the, with these ads, man.

01:04:28.120 But Hey, that's what happens.

01:04:29.120 The news is dying.

01:04:29.820 They need all the ads they can get, baby. 0.72

01:04:31.000 Why is Roger happy?

01:04:32.060 That's the little things, Carvon.

01:04:33.540 Okay. 0.99

01:04:33.820 We'll pause that shit. 1.00

01:04:34.820 So yeah. 0.99

01:04:35.540 So that's, that's what it is guys.

01:04:37.060 Right to be means right to see.

01:04:38.460 And that's how guys get extra charges added to them.

01:04:40.960 Whenever the police go ahead and do a search warrant, you know, they go in there looking for fraud

01:04:44.100 and then they find some other stuff there.

01:04:46.220 Next thing you know,

01:04:47.140 now you get hit with the superseding indictment with new charges that you didn't anticipate coming

01:04:51.340 because they were able to find fruits of another crime there.

01:04:54.620 Okay.

01:04:55.220 Or if they find information on, let's say another conspirator or whatever it may be that you're

01:04:58.940 involved in some other stuff, they can go in and collect that evidence and use it against

01:05:01.420 other people as well, because that search warrant was lawfully obtained.

01:05:04.780 So now everything that they see while they're there is, is open.

01:05:09.440 And I think we're right around here.

01:05:13.180 So they exploited it to get everything.

01:05:15.560 So if they went in and they found something else that they deemed to be in the commission

01:05:19.760 of another crime, it wasn't necessarily with respect to these documents, they could take it.

01:05:23.960 They could use their judgment at that point and take it.

01:05:26.040 The law says that.

01:05:27.640 So for example, if the agents go in and they are looking for crime A and they see obvious evidence of crime B,

01:05:32.680 if I go in on a gun case and I see a pile of narcotics on the table, I can take the narcotics

01:05:37.600 and that required to turn a blind eye to it.

01:05:39.800 But here they had a warrant that told them they could take everything.

01:05:43.840 And it's not tied to particular crimes.

01:05:46.480 And it's certainly not tied only to classified crimes.

01:05:50.180 So I don't see this ever resulting in a classified information indictment.

01:05:55.780 And I think what they're trying to do is they're trying to make a fraud on the government

01:05:58.820 or obstruction of Congress case on Trump in connection with January 6th.

01:06:02.840 And they're hoping they hit a home run.

01:06:04.240 It's a fishing expedition.

01:06:05.240 And it proves his argument that it's him against a system that's after him and that this was political.

01:06:11.180 We're going to have to leave it there.

01:06:12.360 All right.

01:06:13.320 Fair enough.

01:06:16.820 All right.

01:06:17.420 So I'll hit some of these chats and then we're going to go ahead and look at the document.

01:06:21.340 All right, guys.

01:06:22.840 So we got here.

01:06:27.000 I thank you guys so much for donations.

01:06:28.420 I really appreciate it, man.

01:06:30.940 We got a few haters in the chat, which is great.

01:06:32.860 That's amen.

01:06:33.520 I'm wrong with people with different opinions, right?

01:06:35.980 Jeremy Pierre goes, I hate Trump and Biden, but don't argue with burner accounts.

01:06:39.000 LOL.

01:06:39.440 Yeah, you know, it is what it is.

01:06:40.660 People are going to hate, man.

01:06:42.760 I knew doing this episode that, you know, I was going to get people like, oh, I hate Trump.

01:06:47.180 And that's what other people say.

01:06:48.100 And I love Trump or whatever.

01:06:49.560 Listen, man, we're just looking at the facts here.

01:06:51.340 I got to do a video on Tax Stone, Troy Ave case, the Irving Plaza shooting. 0.99

01:06:55.600 Sulu Myron, the show hard as fuck. 0.97

01:06:56.840 Thank you so much. 0.99

01:06:57.300 I appreciate that.

01:06:57.900 Guys, by the way, I already did Tax Stone and Troy Ave.

01:07:01.620 I did it on DJ Academics show off the record.

01:07:05.800 Go ahead and go on Spotify.

01:07:07.920 Search DJ Academics, Myron Gaines or, you know, DJ Academics and Tax Stone.

01:07:12.600 And the episode is going to be there.

01:07:13.780 I broke it down with academics a couple of months ago.

01:07:16.380 So if you guys want that Tax Stone and Troy Ave joint, check it out on Off the Record with DJ Academics.

01:07:22.160 Okay.

01:07:23.720 And then we got Amin here. 0.53

01:07:25.340 Will you cover 9-11 on this channel someday?

01:07:27.360 Yes, we will.

01:07:28.420 Matter of fact, you know, that's another one, too, because we got the World Trade Center bombing.

01:07:32.600 We got the Unabomber. 0.87

01:07:33.480 You know what?

01:07:33.840 I'll take a vote at the end of the show for you guys, okay?

01:07:36.580 We'll either do the World Trade Center bombing, the Unabomber, or a serial killer case for this coming Tuesday.

01:07:43.280 I'll do it at the end of the show.

01:07:44.120 We'll take a vote, okay?

01:07:45.500 By the way, guys, like the video.

01:07:46.500 I think we got only, what, 1,000-something likes on this bad boy right now.

01:07:49.940 There's 2.3K of you guys watching, so please do me a favor and like the video.

01:07:54.680 Okay?

01:07:54.900 It really helps with the algorithm.

01:07:55.860 Helps push the channel.

01:07:56.920 You know, help us get to 100,000 subscribers on this bad boy.

01:08:00.580 Let's see here if we got anything else.

01:08:02.080 We got Desmond Montgomery.

01:08:04.660 Are you going to cover Brittany Griner's case?

01:08:08.160 No.

01:08:08.920 No.

01:08:09.220 That's Russian law.

01:08:10.200 Probably not.

01:08:11.640 She got nine years, which I think, honestly, a big reason why she got nine years is because of the sanctions and the conflict we got going on in Ukraine. 0.98

01:08:18.960 You know, Putin's kind of like, fuck the United States, so that's why they gave her so much time. 0.98

01:08:23.260 Miss Lance Lewis, super chat, allegedly. 1.00

01:08:25.460 Infinite Slake.

01:08:26.000 Thank you so much.

01:08:27.220 And then we got Michael Meastro, two bucks, super sticker.

01:08:29.220 Thank you so much, my friend.

01:08:30.080 And let's see here if I got anything else.

01:08:35.520 And then three Diglets earlier with Save the Cows. 0.96

01:08:37.920 You guys are fucking hilarious, bro. 0.94

01:08:40.100 Three Diglets with the funny chats. 0.98

01:08:41.880 And then I think we got, let's see.

01:08:45.040 I think we're caught up.

01:08:46.160 Are we caught up?

01:08:47.260 I think so.

01:08:47.740 Last one here.

01:08:49.040 Infinite Slate goes, Myron, if I modify a tactical shield to hold itself up in front of me, hooked onto a backpack, I can't lose a self-defense encounter, right?

01:08:55.760 I literally would not lose a single gunfight.

01:08:57.680 Am I wrong?

01:09:00.080 I don't know if you're trolling or not, man.

01:09:01.760 But, bro, how about this?

01:09:03.180 The best conflict is not getting into a conflict in the first place, my friend, all right?

01:09:07.420 Don't try to sit there and get in gunfights.

01:09:09.040 It's not a smart move.

01:09:10.320 The best gunfight is no gunfight, all right?

01:09:13.280 Talk nice when you cover the twins falling down. 1.00

01:09:15.040 They're expecting you to be an asshole. 1.00

01:09:24.320 Myron's growing. 1.00

01:09:26.220 Look at his fucking Osama bin Laden. 1.00

01:09:27.880 Like, bro. 1.00

01:09:28.400 And it's a photo of it.

01:09:29.720 Yeah.

01:09:36.100 That's a good one. 0.98

01:09:37.180 Bro, I can't even fucking, like. 0.99

01:09:39.880 Ha ha! 0.99

01:09:40.880 Ha ha! 0.86

01:09:41.200 Ha ha! 0.86

01:09:41.880 Ha ha! 0.86

01:09:42.360 Ha ha! 0.86

01:09:42.880 Ha ha! 0.86

01:09:42.920 Ha ha! 0.86

01:09:43.040 Ha ha! 0.86

01:09:43.160 Ha ha! 0.86

01:09:44.040 Ha ha! 0.86

01:09:45.020 All right. 0.97

01:09:45.820 I mean, that's actually pretty fucking funny. 0.99

01:09:48.700 That's pretty fucking funny. 0.98

01:09:50.380 Amara, one of your mods put me on timeout for replying to the leftards that are talking smack in the chat. 0.97

01:09:54.920 What's that all about?

01:09:55.900 They ain't timed out.

01:09:56.740 Guys, let's not time anybody out, mods.

01:09:58.740 You know, let people say what they want to say. 0.99

01:10:00.180 If we got people in there talking shit, 0.99

01:10:01.540 Oh, Byron, you're breaking down the case, bro. 1.00

01:10:04.320 Just looking at Fox News.

01:10:06.120 Guys, the reason why we're going through the Fox News articles is so that you guys can understand what the hell is going on

01:10:11.100 before I actually read the search warrant, which I'm going to pull up right now.

01:10:13.840 I got it here on the side here.

01:10:15.560 Okay.

01:10:16.320 I got a basketball practice, Myron and Mia Rock fam.

01:10:18.740 Yeah, shout out to Mia. 1.00

01:10:19.860 Thank you.

01:10:20.680 She's a good co-host.

01:10:22.120 And I think we're caught up now.

01:10:23.200 Okay.

01:10:23.440 So let's go ahead and start reading this search warrant.

01:10:26.180 Okay, guys.

01:10:27.280 And we're going to go through this thing line by line.

01:10:30.040 All right.

01:10:30.440 So first, actually, you know what?

01:10:33.200 Let's go into Pacer and pull it up.

01:10:34.760 So I'm going to go ahead and share the screen with you guys real fast.

01:10:40.400 We're going to go share.

01:10:41.880 Bam.

01:10:42.660 So as you guys know, I use Pacer for everything.

01:10:45.400 All right.

01:10:46.380 And this is the search warrant case.

01:10:48.980 Okay.

01:10:49.200 Case title, USA versus sealed search warrant.

01:10:51.600 Okay.

01:10:52.400 Here's, I think, Trump's lawyer right here, Andrea Flynn Mogensen.

01:10:56.320 Okay.

01:10:56.620 And then here is the plaintiff, Juan Antonio Gonzalez Jr.

01:11:00.100 He's the United States Attorney's Office, Haida, which is strange that they have it out of this address.

01:11:05.420 That doesn't make sense to me because Haida is high incentive drug trafficking area.

01:11:11.960 So it's weird to me that the USA's office, Haida, is the one that filed this thing.

01:11:16.800 This has got to be some kind of typo or whatever, but that's a whole other situation.

01:11:19.940 And these are all the actions that took place with this warrant.

01:11:25.520 Okay.

01:11:26.000 So this is the general, as you guys can see, a lot of activity on this thing.

01:11:30.540 Okay.

01:11:31.820 And you know what?

01:11:32.480 Let me enlarge it for you guys just so you can kind of see what the hell is going on here.

01:11:36.720 So I'll go ahead and scroll through it, which you guys real fast, and then I'll actually pull up the document in itself.

01:11:42.100 All right.

01:11:42.560 But it was filed on the 5th Sealed Magistrate Matter Search Warrant issued on 8-5.

01:11:47.520 Okay.

01:11:47.860 And then Motion to Unseal was on the 10th.

01:11:51.200 All right.

01:11:51.500 That's after they executed it on the 8th.

01:11:54.460 All right.

01:11:55.160 And then this is all the stuff that's been going on after the fact.

01:12:00.020 All right.

01:12:00.280 CBS obviously trying to get it.

01:12:01.920 The New York Times.

01:12:03.360 Okay.

01:12:04.120 All these people.

01:12:05.160 E.W. Scripps Company.

01:12:06.720 Right.

01:12:07.040 Everyone is trying to get this thing unsealed.

01:12:09.240 All right.

01:12:09.520 Dow Jones Company.

01:12:10.500 E.W. Scripps.

01:12:11.600 Boom.

01:12:11.980 Right.

01:12:14.180 And then Notice of Appearance by Andrea Flynn.

01:12:17.500 Morgan said on behalf of the Florida Center for Government Accountability, Inc.

01:12:20.900 Okay.

01:12:22.460 So, yeah.

01:12:23.120 Everyone and their mom was looking at this thing.

01:12:25.660 Right.

01:12:26.460 So here is the document, guys.

01:12:30.000 And I have it right here for y'all.

01:12:32.180 Went ahead and took the liberty of getting it.

01:12:35.380 So as you guys can see, United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.

01:12:39.400 Here's the case number.

01:12:40.200 22 MJ 8332 BER.

01:12:42.580 Okay.

01:12:43.120 This is the actual case number for this search warrant.

01:12:46.300 All right.

01:12:47.500 Notice of filing of redacted documents.

01:12:51.840 The United States hereby gives notice that it is filing following document, which is a redacted version of material previously filed in this case number under seal.

01:13:01.240 The search warrant, not including the affidavit, signed and approved by the court on August 5, 2022, including attachments A and B.

01:13:07.500 See, what we really need, though, guys, is attachment fucking C. Attachment C is the affidavit.

01:13:13.840 The affidavit is written by the case agent. 0.93

01:13:16.640 Okay.

01:13:17.300 The affidavit is going to be a special agent with the FBI, and he's going to go ahead and document all the facts that led to them getting the probable cause to be able to get the search warrant.

01:13:26.340 And go back to my conspiracy theory here, okay?

01:13:29.340 For them to be able to go ahead and get a search warrant on a former president's home, I know 99% chance that there was probably a cooperator that went in there and gave them information, detailed information, that told them what kind of documents they were looking for, where the documents were held, etc.

01:13:49.600 So that the FBI can go ahead and get a search warrant.

01:13:52.880 Because as much as you know, I know on Fox News, again, this is me being unbiased here.

01:13:56.600 As much as Fox News is saying this is a fishing expedition, they're just hating on Trump, etc., etc., the fact of the matter is this.

01:14:03.460 The Department of Justice clearly has a hard-on for Trump.

01:14:05.940 Therefore, since they have a hard-on for Trump, they're going to make sure that their T's are crossed and their I's are dotted.

01:14:11.840 So I already know that this affidavit was probably written really well.

01:14:16.300 It was probably extremely thorough, probably had a bunch of facts in there to substantiate them searching because they know it's going to be challenged.

01:14:22.560 They know that Trump has the ability to hire the best lawyers that money can buy.

01:14:25.640 They know that it's going to be challenged.

01:14:28.000 They know that anything they do when they file against Donald Trump is going to be challenged by a whole team of attorneys.

01:14:34.460 So I know at the highest levels of the Department of Justice, this thing was reviewed a million times by a bunch of different attorneys.

01:14:40.720 And for them to go ahead and get assigned by a judge meant that a million people already looked at it, okay?

01:14:47.680 And that it's probably extremely thorough and there's probably informants involved.

01:14:51.140 And I guarantee you it's probably not just one, probably multiple people went ahead and cooperated with the FBI and gave information on this for them to be able to get a search warrant on a residence.

01:15:00.500 To get a search warrant on a residence, guys, is extremely difficult, okay?

01:15:02.860 So if you look at, like, thresholds, all right, let's say I arrest you and I catch you with a cell phone, right?

01:15:10.920 And I know you're a drug trafficker.

01:15:12.120 I need a search warrant for your phone, all right?

01:15:14.760 That's going to be easy to get because I caught you committing a crime.

01:15:19.020 All I need to say is this subject is a drug trafficker.

01:15:21.280 I know the cell phones are used a lot of the times to commit drug trafficking activity, et cetera.

01:15:25.160 It's going to be easy for me to get that search warrant, right?

01:15:27.600 Then let's say I want to search your car.

01:15:29.420 I get a search warrant for your car because I believe that you're involved in some criminal activity and your vehicle was used in the commission of said activity.

01:15:35.160 Let's say you're a bank robber and I think that there's going to be masks and gloves and duct tape and guns and everything else like that in your car.

01:15:40.580 Well, it's going to be fairly easy for me to go ahead and get a search warrant of that vehicle.

01:15:44.700 It's going to be a little bit harder than that phone, obviously, but it's still going to be fairly easy because it's a vehicle.

01:15:50.880 A house, guys, is at the top of the echelon when it comes to difficulty of getting a search warrant.

01:15:55.300 Why?

01:15:55.480 Well, because a home is considered to be your castle.

01:15:58.780 It's considered to be the grossest invasion of privacy when someone searches your home.

01:16:04.720 The two hardest search warrants to get, guys, are a search warrant for a home and then a little bit above that is a Title III intercept, which is what?

01:16:11.400 A wiretap listening to someone's phone because when you listen to someone's phone, not only are you impeding on their freedom, right?

01:16:17.240 You're also impeding on other people that are calling them.

01:16:19.280 So those are the two hardest warrants to get signed because you need quite a bit of probable cause to be able to justify, all right, going into someone's home and or listening to their phones.

01:16:32.820 All right.

01:16:33.600 Now, if it's a FISA warrant, right, and you suspect the person of some type of terrorism or espionage or like some kind of national security threat, well, that goes through the FISA court.

01:16:44.540 That's that's a little bit different.

01:16:45.580 That's a whole other world.

01:16:46.580 So, OK, are you saying there was an informant or there had to be informants that were connected to Trump in order for this to happen?

01:16:52.720 I believe so.

01:16:53.700 For them to be able to get a search warrant of his house, they had to have had people on the inside that were able to that had went in the residence and saw the documents.

01:17:01.580 Had to.

01:17:02.660 Had to.

01:17:04.220 So.

01:17:06.960 But, yeah, that's a good question, because it's not nine out of ten times when you get a search warrant for a home, you're able to get the search warrant because someone went inside and it knows that there's come activity.

01:17:15.940 Exactly.

01:17:16.740 So that's what makes me think that someone cooperated with the FBI to give them that information.

01:17:21.980 Now, I'm not dumb.

01:17:23.440 The reason why they don't want to release the affidavit is because if they release the affidavit, it's going to be extremely obvious as to who revealed the information, because I guarantee you, Trump probably has a close circle of people that have that that would know information like that.

01:17:36.640 So he would be able to quickly identify whoever is cooperating with the FBI.

01:17:40.740 Him and his legal team would be able to quickly identify and that would compromise that person's maybe not their safety, so to speak, but it would compromise their sources and they would no longer be able to do their investigation.

01:17:51.080 Because it's probably an active investigation that they got going on and that source will no longer be able to cooperate because, bam, now that source is burned. 0.97

01:17:57.880 So, guys, like the fucking video because ain't nobody going to give you all sauce like that. 0.93

01:18:03.940 And just so you guys know, all right, when I was an agent myself, I've written hundreds of search warrants, okay? 0.99

01:18:09.980 I wrote them for phones.

01:18:11.320 I wrote them for cars.

01:18:12.700 I wrote them for houses.

01:18:14.080 I wrote them for wiretaps.

01:18:15.620 I wrote them for, man, all kinds of situations, all right?

01:18:21.220 Those are the most common.

01:18:22.620 I've done it for laptops, iPads.

01:18:24.880 I've done a bunch of search warrants, guys.

01:18:26.620 So, me reading through this, I already know what time it is when they get a search warrant for a house.

01:18:31.020 I already know, all right?

01:18:33.920 The property receipt listing item C is pursuant to the search filed with the court on August 11, 2022.

01:18:38.700 And who is this?

01:18:39.560 Juan Antonio Gonzalez, United States Attorney.

01:18:41.780 The United States Attorney, guys, is the chief law enforcement officer, okay, of the district.

01:18:48.960 So, in the Southern District of Florida, the USA is a top U.S. attorney, and then everybody underneath him are called Assistant United States Attorneys, AUSAs, okay?

01:18:58.740 And then the USA, there's one in every district.

01:19:01.940 And then on top of the USA is the Attorney General, who is the guy that I showed you guys before that said that he had looked at the warrant, et cetera, which he probably did take a look at it.

01:19:09.460 But at the end of the day, the AUSAs and the USA are the ones that are going to be the most responsible, all right?

01:19:16.380 So, obviously, this is a high level here.

01:19:18.220 And if I'm not mistaken, the USAs are presidentially appointed, which is interesting because, anyway, okay.

01:19:27.200 So, here's the United States District Court, all right?

01:19:29.000 Southern District of Florida search and seizure warrant, all right?

01:19:31.480 So, and here, in the matter of the search of, this is where you go ahead and you put the premises of where you're going to look at.

01:19:37.640 And we know 1100 South Ocean Boulevard is Mar-a-Lago.

01:19:41.180 Here's a case number.

01:19:42.460 This is the search warrant.

01:19:43.560 And to any authorized law enforcement officer, an application by a federal law enforcement officer for an attorney for the government across the search of the following person or property located in the Southern District of Florida, see attachment A.

01:19:54.160 I find that the affidavit or any recorded testimony established for all the cause of search and seizure, the person or property described above, and that such person will reveal.

01:20:03.920 So, you see attachment B.

01:20:04.920 So, you never actually put all your facts here, guys.

01:20:06.800 It just says see attachment A, see attachment B, okay?

01:20:08.640 This is just one paper.

01:20:10.120 You won't be able to fit all your facts on this, okay?

01:20:11.860 So, as you guys can see, what do I always tell you guys?

01:20:15.360 The feds always get search warrants typically at 6 a.m., right?

01:20:18.700 So, you are commanded to execute this warrant on or before August 19th, not to exceed 14 days, in the daytime, 6 to 10 p.m., at any time of day or night because good cause has been established.

01:20:28.780 So, this is kind of like any time warrant, right?

01:20:31.580 This is harder to get.

01:20:32.620 You need to establish that the person is destroying evidence or whatever.

01:20:34.880 This is where you mostly get your warrants in this time span right here, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

01:20:40.080 Unless delay notice is authorized below, you must give a copy of the warrant and a receipt for the property taken to the person from whom or from whose premises the property was taken or leave the copy and receipt at the place where the property was taken.

01:20:52.960 Okay, what the hell do they mean by this?

01:20:54.400 So, when you execute a search warrant, guys, when you take the stuff and you seize the evidence, you have to leave an inventory of what you took at the location.

01:21:03.680 If there's no one there, let's say you hit the house and nobody's there, you go ahead and you leave the inventory there at the residence so the people that, when they do get back and they see that they were raided, they'll know exactly what the government took from them, okay?

01:21:17.560 Or, if there is someone there, you give them a copy of their inventory so that they have it and they know what was taken from them, okay?

01:21:24.140 The officer executing this warrant or any officer present during the execution of the warrant must prepare an inventory as required by law and properly return this warrant and inventory to the duty magistrate.

01:21:34.680 So, after you do a search warrant, guys, right?

01:21:36.200 So, like, let's say I seized someone's phone and I got a bunch of information from the phone, okay?

01:21:41.400 Oh, I've also done, like, tracking warrants as well and I've also done ping warrants.

01:21:44.500 Those are considered search warrants as well.

01:21:45.760 A tracking warrant is when you put a tracker on a car and you follow the person and then a ping warrant is when you, like, get, like, every 15 minutes you get a notification of where that person's phone is.

01:21:55.060 So, I've done every type of search warrant you can think of, all right?

01:21:57.840 So, you always do something called, like I said, the inventory and then the return, right?

01:22:02.160 So, not only do I have to give a copy of the inventory to the person from which I took the stuff, I also have to give a copy of that inventory of what I took to the judge that signed the warrant in the first place, okay?

01:22:12.880 Or, in this case, it's a duty judge.

01:22:14.560 Every week, there's a new judge that's on duty, that's on call that you have to give them the return to, okay?

01:22:19.960 But, typically, I would just give it to the judge from which I originally got the search warrant for.

01:22:24.560 But, if he's not available, you can give it to the duty magistrate.

01:22:26.980 I know we're getting in the weeds here a little bit, but, hey, I'm giving you guys literally a very detailed explanation on how federal search warrants actually work. 0.90

01:22:35.120 Nobody else on fucking YouTube can break this down to this level. 0.58

01:22:37.380 So, like the video. 0.98

01:22:41.040 Because we're going line by line on this search warrant right here, okay?

01:22:45.720 Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 3103 AB, I find the immediate notification may have an adverse result listed in 18 U.S.C. 2705,

01:22:53.460 except for delay of trial and authorize the officer executing this warrant to delay notice to the person who or whose property will be searched and or seized.

01:23:00.240 Okay, so this right here, guys, rarely is checked off.

01:23:03.080 This is like when you're dealing with someone that's extremely dangerous, you've got informants involved, people are going to die, etc.

01:23:07.720 Then you don't notify the person of what you took, okay?

01:23:10.480 But you have to check that box and get the judge to sign it, okay?

01:23:15.580 So the warrant was issued on August 5th, 2022 at 12, 12 p.m., and here's the judge, Bruce Reinhart, U.S. Magistrate Judge, West Palm Beach, Florida.

01:23:27.680 Now, I know some of you guys are wondering who is this judge.

01:23:29.700 Well, I think this judge, if I'm not mistaken, was on the Jeffrey Epstein defense team back in the day, all right?

01:23:36.720 Okay, do we have any chats, by the way?

01:23:39.980 Yes.

01:23:40.500 Mia? Okay, let's look at them real fast.

01:23:42.240 I think just one.

01:23:43.060 All right, can you pull it up real fast?

01:23:44.620 Theodore Wintergreen, five bucks.

01:23:46.140 Within how many days do you have to serve a search warrant?

01:23:48.500 Excellent question.

01:23:49.820 It depends on the district or how long the judge signs it for, but it's typically somewhere between five to 14 days, okay?

01:23:56.580 You have to serve the search warrant, at least federally, all right?

01:24:01.380 Good question, my friend.

01:24:03.960 Did you see this one?

01:24:05.360 And then we got, can you do Summer Sam or Casey Anthony case?

01:24:10.280 I don't know who those people are, but can you make a note of that real quick, Mia?

01:24:14.240 All right, so attachment A.

01:24:15.640 So, guys, attachment A is always property to be searched, okay?

01:24:19.420 The premises to be searched, 1100 South Ocean Boulevard, Palm Beach, Florida, is further described as a resort club and residence located near the intersection of Southern Boulevard and South Ocean Boulevard.

01:24:28.580 It is described as a mansion with approximately 58 bedrooms, 33 bathrooms, on a 17-acre estate.

01:24:34.000 The locations we searched include the 45 office, all storage rooms, and all other rooms or areas within the premises used or available to be used by F-P-O-T-U-S. 1.00

01:24:44.860 What this pretty much means, guys, is former President of the United States.

01:24:48.580 POTUS is what the government typically uses.

01:24:50.360 It's an acronym that the Secret Service actually uses quite a bit, and anyone that works at the White House.

01:24:55.880 POTUS is the President of the United States, and in this case, it's the former President of the United States.

01:24:59.660 And its staff, and in which boxes or documents could be stored, including all structures or buildings on the state.

01:25:05.280 It does not include areas currently, i.e., at the time of the search, being occupied, rented, or used by third parties, such as Mar-a-Lago members, and otherwise used or available to be used by former President of the United States and its staff, such as private guest suites.

01:25:20.160 So attachment A, guys, is always what's going to be searched.

01:25:23.480 So let's say, rest of the money, I want to search their phone.

01:25:25.760 Attachment A, I'm going to go ahead and attach a picture of the phone that I'm going to search.

01:25:29.320 Let's say I want to go ahead and put a tracker on a car.

01:25:32.520 I describe the vehicle that I intend to search because a tracker is considered a search, okay?

01:25:38.040 Let's say it's a ping warrant where I want to go ahead and see where that guy is going, right?

01:25:45.620 It's called a location warrant or a GPS warrant or a ping warrant.

01:25:50.120 I'm going to go ahead and put this is the phone that I intend to track, okay?

01:25:53.340 So attachment A, guys, in a search warrant is always what is going to be searched.

01:25:59.560 And you describe it.

01:26:00.380 Sometimes you put a picture of it as well, all right?

01:26:02.840 Now we're going to get into attachment B, property to be seized or what you intend to get from the search.

01:26:11.520 All physical documents and records constituting evidence, contraband, fruits of a crime, or other items illegally possessed in violations of 18 U.S.C. 793-2071 or 1519, including the following.

01:26:22.260 Okay, what the hell is 18 U.S.C. 793-2071?

01:26:27.040 What is that?

01:26:27.960 Okay, so let's go ahead and have a little bit of fun with this, guys, because these are some pretty serious statutes, all right?

01:26:37.720 This is the espionage act, guys, all right?

01:26:42.260 18 U.S.C. code 793, gathering, transmitting, or losing defense information, okay?

01:26:47.480 Now, real quick, whenever you do a search warrant, guys, you have to use violations of law to substantiate the search, okay?

01:26:56.660 So again, I'll give you an example.

01:26:58.540 Let's say I search someone's house, and I think that they're a drug trafficker.

01:27:02.220 Well, I'm going to go ahead and cite something called 21 U.S.C. 841, which is possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, all right?

01:27:09.060 Let's say I think they're involved in a conspiracy.

01:27:12.240 It's going to be 18 U.S.C. 371, which is a conspiracy statute.

01:27:16.280 So you need to always have underlying crimes, right, that will substantiate your search of a particular residence, phone, structure, car, whatever it is.

01:27:28.440 You need violations of law.

01:27:30.700 So in this case, the FBI is using these three different statutes under 18 U.S.C.

01:27:36.980 18 U.S.C., guys, United States Code, is the criminal, okay, section of the U.S.C., or the United States Code, 18 U.S.C., all right?

01:27:46.880 So let's get back into it.

01:27:49.280 So basically, they're saying that he – they're alleging in this search warrant that there are potential violations of this statute right here, okay?

01:27:57.800 Whoever, for the purpose of obtaining information respecting the national defense with intent or reason to believe that the information is to be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation goes upon, enters, flies over, or otherwise obtains information concerning any vessel, aircraft, work of defense, Navy yard, naval station, submarine base, fueling station, fort, battery, et cetera.

01:28:18.360 And you guys get the picture here, right?

01:28:19.960 It's an extremely broad statute, okay, that encompasses many different situations under which someone can be gathering, transmitting, or losing defense information, okay, which typically is going to be classified to some degree, all right?

01:28:38.060 And then the other statute that they had was, what, 793, and then 27 – 2071.

01:28:45.280 And here's the other thing, too, that's also very interesting, guys.

01:28:47.600 If you notice, they just have 793.

01:28:50.660 They're not putting which version of 793 because, look, there's 793, but you got an A, a B, a C, a D, E, F.

01:28:59.460 So they didn't actually, like, clarify particularly what section of 793 they're alleging, all right?

01:29:08.080 So it was written pretty broadly, which is a little bit of a – in my eyes.

01:29:13.060 Because even me, when I know that they're, you know, drug trafficking, right?

01:29:16.480 Look, bam, 21 U.S.C. 841 A.

01:29:22.340 What the fuck? 0.99

01:29:28.300 21 U.S.C. 841 A. 1.00

01:29:34.120 I hate when I do this on – actually on the site.

01:29:37.840 Look, when I put you in here, 21 U.S.C. 841, all right?

01:29:46.580 See, like, so this is easy.

01:29:48.460 This is prohibited acts, right?

01:29:49.840 So A1 is to manufacture, distribute, or dispense, or possess with intent to distribute – manufacture, distribute, or dispense a controlled substance or, you know, et cetera.

01:29:59.740 And normally when you do your search warrant, you're supposed to put, like, you know, the particular sections of the violation, all right?

01:30:06.720 And the 21 U.S.C., guys, 21 is the Controlled Substances Act, all right?

01:30:11.900 So Prohibited Controlled Substances Act.

01:30:14.080 So it's interesting to me how this search warrant doesn't specify what it is.

01:30:17.900 It just goes 793, which is pretty broad.

01:30:19.800 So let's go ahead and look at what the other one is, which is 2071, right?

01:30:25.880 18 U.S.C.

01:30:29.240 2071.

01:30:34.500 All right.

01:30:35.200 Concealment, removal, or mutilation, generally.

01:30:38.240 Another very general statute.

01:30:39.540 Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or with intent to do so, takes and carries away any record proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States or in any public office or with any judicial or public officer of the United States shall be fined under this title or in prison no more than three years or both.

01:31:05.100 Or whoever having the custody of any such record proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing willfully or unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same shall be fined under the title of imprisoned not more than three years.

01:31:25.280 So, as you guys can see, another very general statute, okay?

01:31:29.260 And then, now we're going to go into 18 U.S.C.

01:31:31.740 1519. 0.97

01:31:33.060 Oh, goddammit.

01:31:34.720 Give me one second, guys. 0.93

01:31:35.880 I accidentally...

01:31:39.640 Here, I'll pull it back up for y'all.

01:31:48.040 All right.

01:31:48.880 My bad.

01:31:49.960 Any chats coming?

01:31:51.260 Yeah.

01:31:52.000 Oh, okay.

01:31:52.700 Can you pull them up?

01:31:55.280 All right.

01:32:02.920 And we'll do the last one right now, 1519.

01:32:07.500 Okay, we got SKB highlights.

01:32:09.240 Myron, can you, can the informant by the click, can the informant be the chick that testified last minute on the January 6th hearings?

01:32:16.860 And what is your thoughts about Trump hiring the baby lawyer?

01:32:21.760 It could be.

01:32:22.540 I don't know.

01:32:23.040 I'd have to read the affidavit to truly know.

01:32:24.720 And then, as far as, like, Trump hiring the baby's lawyer, I don't know.

01:32:27.360 I mean, you know, he's definitely going to need some kind of lawyer.

01:32:31.120 Theodore Wintergreen, because, you know, obviously these are fairly serious statutes that they're alleging in this search warrant.

01:32:36.840 Theodore Wintergreen goes $2.

01:32:38.000 How about in the state of Florida under state law?

01:32:39.840 The state is not going to be involved in this, guys.

01:32:42.800 This is 100% federal.

01:32:44.240 This is not a state case whatsoever.

01:32:46.520 Josh, oh, logic, $10.

01:32:48.600 What if they aren't releasing attachment C because there wasn't any informants and they were tipped off by National Archives?

01:32:53.640 Trump's team say they had been cooperating.

01:32:56.240 I don't know if this is new DOJ.

01:32:57.820 I don't know if this new DOJ is as prudent.

01:33:02.640 No, man.

01:33:03.300 They don't want to release attachment C because I guarantee you they have insider information that they probably don't want to reveal.

01:33:09.560 At this point in the investigation, it will compromise the investigation because whoever is providing them the information is probably more than likely close to Trump.

01:33:15.460 And Trump and his people will be able to identify who that individual is.

01:33:19.540 Because you can tell who an informant is a lot of the time when you're a defendant just off the information they provide because they know who knows certain types of stuff.

01:33:27.220 So they're not going to release attachment C anytime soon.

01:33:31.520 And they purposely didn't release it because it's an ongoing investigation.

01:33:36.120 And then with how many days do you have to serve a search warrant?

01:33:38.340 We read that one earlier.

01:33:39.180 I think it was between five to two weeks, five days to two weeks.

01:33:43.180 OK, so now we're going to go ahead and look at 18 U.S.C. 1519 Destruction Alteration and Falsification.

01:33:49.540 Of records and federal investigations of bankruptcy, whoever knowingly alters, destroys, mutilates, conceals, covers up, falsifies or makes a false entry in any record document or tangible object with the intent to impede, obstruct or influence the investigation of or proper administration of any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the United States or any case filed under Title VIII or in relation to or contemplation of such matter or case shall be fined under this title in prison, not more than 20 years or both.

01:34:17.340 That's broad.

01:34:18.220 Yeah, extremely broad.

01:34:19.140 So as you guys can see, right, the the charges that they have on Trump or that they're excuse me, the charges from which they're using to substantiate the search warrant are extremely broad.

01:34:33.560 OK, so this is the property to be seized.

01:34:37.680 Any physical document with falsification.

01:34:40.840 If it is, it goes five bucks.

01:34:42.120 So I'm going to be charged or what?

01:34:43.200 Oh, can you pull it back up?

01:34:44.280 Also, is my clapping that cutie?

01:34:45.840 Please let her know I'm buying a yacht. 1.00

01:34:47.140 You guys, I fucking hate you guys. 1.00

01:34:52.720 All right. 0.99

01:34:54.240 Here, let me enlarge this for you a little bit so you guys can see.

01:34:57.460 OK.

01:34:57.740 So now that we know, again, we're on attachment B, just so you guys are just joining us that are wondering, and we're looking at the laws that they're using, right, to substantiate the search.

01:35:07.360 Now, A, any physical documents with classification markings along with container slash boxes, including any other contents in which such documents are located, as well as other containers and boxes that are collectively stored or found together with the aforementioned documents and containers slash boxes.

01:35:21.400 Information, information, information, including communications in any form regarding the retrieval storage or transmission of national defense information or classified material, any government and or presidential records created between January 20th, 2017 and January 20th, 2021, or D, any evidence of the knowing altercation, destruction or concealment of any government and or presidential records or of any documents with classification markings.

01:35:43.820 So now you guys can see why they use 20, 20, 71 and 15, 19.

01:35:47.140 These are statues that basically, you know, have to do with the mutilation or the change of any type of rock records or concealment, whatever it may be.

01:35:54.640 Right.

01:35:59.300 And the reason I know some of you guys are wondering, wow, Myron, that's really broad.

01:36:02.340 How are they able to do that?

01:36:03.740 The reason why they're able to do it in such a broad way, guys, is because when you're dealing with classified documents, it gives the government a little bit more leeway to go ahead and look at things.

01:36:12.180 Because classified documents should not be a private residences.

01:36:15.300 All right.

01:36:15.720 And I'm going to give my final conclusion on this and what I think here at the end.

01:36:19.720 So now we're going to get into the receipts of property.

01:36:23.600 OK, so this is FBI form five ninety seven.

01:36:26.860 OK.

01:36:28.300 United States Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation receipt for property.

01:36:31.840 All right.

01:36:32.040 Here's their case number, which is WF.

01:36:34.720 OK.

01:36:35.220 And then here's a case number here.

01:36:36.500 And they're they're redacting it. 0.98

01:36:37.920 God damn it. 0.98

01:36:38.440 But you know what? 0.99

01:36:41.320 Let's have a little bit of fun with this.

01:36:42.520 Let's see if we can figure out what WF means, because FBI case numbers are different.

01:36:48.120 If it was a Homeland Security case number, I'd be able to read it.

01:36:50.420 But FBI case numbers, guys, they're very they're ran in code.

01:36:55.320 Normally, the numbers and the digits signify what type of investigation it is.

01:36:59.940 So WF code, FBI case number.

01:37:07.580 Let's see if we can find it.

01:37:10.020 Hmm. 1.00

01:37:12.340 Oh, what the fuck? 1.00

01:37:18.880 What's that? 0.99

01:37:21.600 This is one of their databases, Sentinel, which I'm familiar with this database.

01:37:27.420 Hmm.

01:37:28.220 Let's see if we can find it.

01:37:29.940 So Sentinel might be.

01:37:38.960 What was used.

01:37:41.020 To generate that case number, but.

01:37:44.780 See, because I was an FBI agent, guys, I was a I was a Homeland Security investigations agent.

01:37:48.160 And every agency has different case numbers, case codes, et cetera.

01:37:54.800 Hmm.

01:37:57.420 Abbreviations used.

01:37:59.940 OK, I don't know.

01:38:01.280 That's we don't care about that.

01:38:03.960 Justice that gov.

01:38:05.800 Hmm.

01:38:06.080 Oh, is this it right here?

01:38:18.060 Let's see here.

01:38:18.760 initial FOIA for this name results only 23 pages CRS found it through file number.

01:38:30.500 OK, WF, which is very similar to that WF dash.

01:38:36.000 Right.

01:38:36.620 You can see it right there.

01:38:38.680 Hmm.

01:38:38.960 And FOIA for you guys, you guys are probably wondering what the hell is FOIA.

01:38:43.080 FOIA is the Freedom of Information Act.

01:38:44.800 OK, and what it allows you to do is it allows you to basically file a FOIA so that you can go ahead and get government records.

01:38:51.100 OK, on yourself, on other people, whatever the hell it may be.

01:38:55.060 So trying to see here what WF means, if we can get like the.

01:38:59.440 OK, so here's the example of like an FBI like what an FBI report looks like.

01:39:07.880 OK.

01:39:09.140 Is this is this a 302?

01:39:12.820 OK, as you can see, they redact a bunch of stuff as well.

01:39:18.300 Let's see here.

01:39:20.120 Trying to see here where WF is.

01:39:22.440 Hmm.

01:39:24.780 Hmm.

01:39:25.780 Hmm.

01:39:26.440 Hmm.

01:39:29.440 Can you try searching on your side, Mia, while I go through this?

01:39:39.180 On the desktop?

01:39:40.780 Yeah, you could do it on the do it on bottom screen.

01:39:42.540 Yeah.

01:39:43.660 All right.

01:39:44.220 So, OK, let's keep going here, though.

01:39:45.960 So but this is the case number, right?

01:39:48.500 And items listed below were collected slash sees.

01:39:51.000 But I know that this WF guys.

01:39:53.540 More than likely, that's like it's going to be a code for the type of case.

01:39:59.080 That they're doing.

01:40:00.520 OK.

01:40:02.380 So here's the name, Mar-a-Lago address city.

01:40:05.960 So here's the description of what they took.

01:40:08.200 All right.

01:40:09.220 Box labeled a 14 box labeled a 26 box label a 43 box label a 13 box label a 33.

01:40:16.080 Right.

01:40:16.720 And then four documents.

01:40:18.060 And then these are the boxes.

01:40:20.120 Right.

01:40:20.800 And now here it goes.

01:40:23.280 Received by.

01:40:25.080 It's I don't know who this is.

01:40:27.040 I can't like read the name and signature.

01:40:29.300 Right.

01:40:29.940 And then printed name and title.

01:40:32.020 All right.

01:40:32.560 So this is the attorney for Donald Trump here.

01:40:34.620 OK.

01:40:34.940 So they gave this receipt to her.

01:40:39.900 But it was received from this agent right here who they redacted the agent's name.

01:40:44.900 So and this SSA, this stands for supervisory special agent.

01:40:48.680 So the supervisor, the 14, the first line supervisor is the one that gave this document over to the defense attorney.

01:40:55.560 And that was at 619 p.m. on August 8, 2022.

01:40:59.820 OK.

01:41:00.640 Then you keep going through it.

01:41:02.680 More documents.

01:41:03.720 Executive Grants of Clemency.

01:41:05.220 Roger Jason Stone, Jr.

01:42:05.560 oh sci documents maybe is that what this says they made a little thing here you need me to find

01:42:40.000 and guys do me a favor we got 2300 you guys watching right now let me see what the likes

01:42:45.940 right we got me in the back trying to find out what the hell wf stands for all right let me see

01:42:52.460 here uh we got 1.6 guys if you could get me the 2 000 likes i'd really appreciate it all right

01:43:03.080 because like i said before no one on youtube is going to be able to break down a search warrant

01:43:07.920 to this meticulous level of detail um so and and no guys it he they they didn't have the box i doubt

01:43:17.020 that um trump had the boxes labeled as top secret what probably happened is they looked in the box

01:43:21.660 and they saw top secret documents that's what happened now what i'll probably have to do here

01:43:26.580 guys is i'm going to go ahead and give you guys the breakdown of classifications all right when it

01:43:31.920 comes to secret top secret etc because some of you guys may not know um um

01:43:37.920 all right break this down for you guys all right

01:43:45.800 i'm going to go ahead and uh

01:43:49.840 okay so here we are cornell right which is a so you got

01:43:58.120 so for so there's different categories right classification of official information

01:44:03.600 all right so we're going to go ahead and start with number one topsy actually no we'll work our

01:44:08.420 way up so first it goes official official use only which is what most law enforcement documents

01:44:14.720 go at guys official use only this designation is used to identify information which does not

01:44:19.800 require protection in the interest of national security requires protection in accordance with

01:44:23.720 statutory requirements or in the public interest and which is exempt from public disclosure under 5

01:44:28.280 usc 552 and 388 105 so this right here guys for official use only is typically like what my

01:44:34.960 you know uh reports are written under like you know when i write like my reports when i was an agent

01:44:39.860 um intel documents etc that aren't like necessarily classified or not classified so official use only is

01:44:45.840 the most common in the government right then you got uh confidential okay so confidential refers to

01:44:53.820 national security information or material which requires protection but not to the

01:44:57.160 degree described in paragraphs a1 and 2 of this section the test for assigning confidential

01:45:01.640 classification shall be whether it's authorized disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause

01:45:06.360 damage to national security okay so confidential is is is the low one of the lower lower ends okay

01:45:14.120 then you got secret secret first to national security information or material which requires a

01:45:18.040 substantial degree of protection the test for assigning secret classification shall be whether it is

01:45:23.160 unauthorized disclosure it's unauthorized disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause

01:45:29.320 i'm working for you so you guys can read it um expected to cause serious damage to national security

01:45:37.400 examples of serious damage include disruption of foreign relations significantly affecting national

01:45:42.120 security significant impairment of a program or policy directed related to the national security

01:45:46.440 revelation of significant military plans or intelligence operations and compromise of significant

01:45:51.080 scientific or technological developments relating to national security the classification secret

01:45:55.480 shall be sparingly used and then obviously you got top secret here which is top secret refers

01:46:00.360 to national security information or material which requires the highest degree of protection

01:46:04.520 the test for assigning top secret classification is whether it's unauthorized disclosure could

01:46:08.840 reasonably be expected to cause exceptionally grave damage to the national security national security

01:46:13.800 examples of exceptionally grave damage include armed hostilities against the united states or its allies

01:46:18.200 disruption of foreign relations of vitally affecting national security the compromise of vital national

01:46:23.320 defense plans or complex cryptological crypto cryptologic and communications intelligence

01:46:28.760 systems the revelation of sensitive intelligence operations and the disclosure of scientific or

01:46:33.720 technological developments vital to national security this classification is to be used with the utmost

01:46:38.040 restraint so when i was an agent myself guys i had a top secret clearance okay um and that means

01:46:42.680 that i can go ahead and look at information up to top secret all right um fortunately for me i didn't have to deal

01:46:48.840 with none of that bullshit because i did criminal cases the problem with you know secret and non top secret and 0.93

01:46:54.200 top secret sci which stands for secret compartmentalized information right which is a step higher than top secret by the way 0.70

01:47:00.760 it's basically top secret but it's like you it's a little it's it's a further threshold you really need to be read into it

01:47:05.560 um and it's all of this is obviously on a need to know right to do your job but you can't use secret

01:47:12.760 top secret not even confidential information a lot of times in criminal cases so it was like it's useless

01:47:16.760 information and the reason why guys a lot of the times information gets constituted as like secret or

01:47:22.040 top secret is because the way it was gathered okay well myra what the what are you talking about like

01:47:28.040 what what the hell does that mean like what do you mean the way it was gathered

01:47:30.520 what it means is that a lot of the times the way the information is gathered is what makes it

01:47:38.920 classified at a certain level for example let's say the cia decides to go ahead and take a human source

01:47:46.200 and waterboard him right and you know give him a couple of punches and slaps and everything else

01:47:50.520 like that to get some information out of them if you know what i'm saying

01:47:53.320 yoga fire the person goes ahead breaks gives information well since they went ahead and got

01:48:01.560 that information through enhanced interrogation techniques it's going to be considered a lot

01:48:07.480 of times to be secret top secret and or secret compartmentalized with top secret sci because the

01:48:13.160 way they gathered the information is sensitive even if he says some that isn't even

01:48:17.880 really like like that like uh secrets or that um how do i say this like not that revolutionary like

01:48:25.160 it might be information hell it might be information that we already knew okay but the way that they

01:48:30.040 they gathered it is going to be a large component as to how it's classified all right let's say they

01:48:36.280 gather information through drones or they gather it through enhanced interrogation techniques or they gather

01:48:41.160 it through an informant that can't necessarily be compromised right because that informant is the only

01:48:45.480 person that may know that information right especially when it comes to national security

01:48:49.640 that is going to be a big dictator on how that information is classified okay so there you go guys

01:48:57.480 like the video because i don't think anyone else is going to give you all a thorough breakdown

01:49:05.480 on classifications in the u.s government okay like that you would have to watch some documentary

01:49:11.400 or some other boring thing to be able to learn that stuff um and guys do me a favor like the video

01:49:17.000 give me the 2k so i guess we'll give the the conclusion now as far as far as like what i think

01:49:23.800 about this any chats came in yes okay let's uh pull them up real fast

01:49:30.200 hope you guys are enjoying the video by the way uh the chosen one x air force honor guard with the top

01:49:34.360 sphere clearance when my wife asked me if i cheated i told her it's classified there you go my friend

01:49:37.800 that's what you always do all right they say oh uh tell me about this information um

01:49:44.360 no we will not uh kyle has five bucks this channel is dope also you got me on high protein diet working

01:49:49.720 out no smoking now can focus more on getting seven figs now across 700k at 24. that's what we're talking

01:49:54.520 about my friend keep getting that money man okay as we're talking about uh juan willanueva uh 20 bucks

01:50:01.720 mexican wf stands for washington field office okay are you sure that could be that could be true

01:50:07.480 actually because he tipped in pesos is that a thing yeah it's in pesos yeah washington field

01:50:13.400 office okay that could be the office code um i vape too much and now i feel sick please pray for

01:50:22.040 me also does mia have an instagram just wondering you want to drop her for them real quick mia 0.99

01:50:25.720 sure i don't really use instagram but it's mia lily zero one x 0.98

01:50:29.160 all right go ahead and send your dick pics over there wayne 10 bucks goes hey myron does that 0.98

01:50:36.840 statue regarding mutilation of documents include wiping a hard drive with bleach bit sounds to me 0.99

01:50:41.400 like it would yeah yeah anything anything that's going to be used to like you know destroy evidence

01:50:46.280 or whatever they'll go ahead and constitute under that statue um let's see anything else that's it

01:50:52.200 yeah there there's her instagram right there in finnest lake uh mia lily zero one x

01:51:00.280 uh chosen one goes which clearance requires a polygraph um any clearance bro you go to you

01:51:04.440 could go to a police department where you don't even get a clearance and they're going to polygraph

01:51:07.240 you so um they're going to polygraph you for a lot of times for almost any clearance 0.99

01:51:13.640 they're not even valid in court why do they still do those i don't know i think it's stupid 1.00

01:51:17.160 it's it's very stupid um polygraphs or not polygraphs really all they do is they um 0.99

01:51:24.680 they test their biological responses to questions they don't really tell you if you're lying they 0.99

01:51:27.960 just tell you you like how you respond to questions um okay uh all right so what i'll go ahead and do

01:51:35.480 here is let me make sure i look at my notes here make sure that we covered everything that we're

01:51:39.720 supposed to and guys do me a favor like i said before i don't ask for much you guys don't have

01:51:43.640 to donate a dollar to this channel i do this channel purely for enjoyment educate you guys

01:51:48.920 give you guys some sauce that you aren't going to get on other youtube channels i don't think

01:51:52.040 there's any other youtube channels out there that has a former special agent giving this kind of

01:51:55.080 information to y'all obviously i don't cover classified information on here right we talk

01:51:59.400 about general criminal cases or whatever but i can definitely explain to you guys how the

01:52:02.760 classification process works um and we got 1.8k likes guys give me the 2000 there's 2300 you guys

01:52:10.920 watching right now so please go ahead and like the video so mia i'll turn it to you first before

01:52:16.120 i give my take on it uh after reviewing right this this case and everything else like that what do you

01:52:20.840 think is going to happen to trump do you think he's going to be charged do you think he's not

01:52:23.560 going to be charged i think he'll be fine right by the looks of it you don't think so i think he will

01:52:28.760 be fine i don't know like he'll be okay not fined um it just doesn't seem like they have enough

01:52:35.320 going on there to actually charge him with anything plus uh the client attorney privilege

01:52:41.800 thing seems like a pretty big deal yeah pretty big mess up on their end and that that just kind

01:52:46.200 of destroys whatever they could have put against him it seems like okay um what i well my take on

01:52:54.040 this guys is um yeah i i mean it's it's up in the air i'm not gonna lie to y'all it's it's really

01:52:59.880 really up in the air and the thing is is that the statutes that they're citing in the search warrant

01:53:05.400 are fairly serious especially 18 usc 793 which is like you know defense information um

01:53:13.560 the thing is is that there are so many different moving parts this is not the first time that they've

01:53:18.280 tried to come after trump i mean hell there's uh other jurisdictions as well i know in georgia and new

01:53:23.400 york they have you know grand juries convening against them and everything else like that so

01:53:29.560 what i think is they have the information what he's going to have to do to avoid getting in any

01:53:35.080 any real uh serious trouble here is he's gonna have to prove that he declassified these documents

01:53:41.000 before he left office i think that's going to be a key point here as to whether he um ends up

01:53:47.640 getting charged or any type of you know criminal action taken against him he's going to need to prove

01:53:52.760 right or the fbi is actually is going to have to prove because it's actually going to be upon the

01:53:56.040 government to prove this not on donald trump the government's going to have to prove that he did

01:53:59.880 not declassify those documents before he took them out of office okay and you guys heard from the

01:54:05.480 statement over there that anything that he took with him to mar-a-lago was declassified according to

01:54:09.880 trump so it doesn't sound like it's going to be hard to prove for i think for the government or for for

01:54:16.120 trump well here's the thing the government's going to have to prove it

01:54:19.160 oh because you're innocent until proven guilty yeah right in the court of law and um

01:54:25.400 the it's going to be it be incumbent upon the president the government

01:54:29.800 to prove that he you know number one he didn't declassify the state the the documents he recklessly

01:54:35.880 went ahead and took the documents and took them down to mar-a-lago with him and you know whatever it

01:54:39.480 may be uh so it's going to be on the government they're really gonna have to prove their case

01:54:43.720 um trump has the money and the resources to fight this thing so uh so yeah so we'll see what

01:54:50.280 we'll see what happens i mean i think that's going to be a very important component is him proving

01:54:55.000 that the documents are declassified or the government proving that he did not declassify them

01:55:01.240 and yeah that's really what it is i mean it's still the early stages as you guys can see they took a

01:55:05.400 bunch of documents from his house you know somewhere between you know almost like 20 boxes of documents

01:55:11.560 so yeah gonna be very very interesting to see what happens here um and you know it clearly wasn't the

01:55:18.840 miami fbi field office that did this it was the washington dc office so yeah man i need to see this

01:55:24.760 affidavit that's what i want to see i want to see the goddamn affidavit on this thing so that i can go 0.53

01:55:29.800 ahead and really see how they came up with this information how they got the intel to go to his 0.92

01:55:35.800 house how they knew the documents were there who the informant was that gave them the information

01:55:39.800 because i'm willing to bet nine out of ten and like 99 chance that there was an informant involved in

01:55:44.760 this to some degree to be able to give them the detailed information they needed to go ahead and be

01:55:48.280 able to get a search warrant for a house keep in mind guys to get a search warrant for a home

01:55:52.040 the information needs to be fresh it needs to be within like a week like hey i saw these documents there

01:55:57.560 a couple days ago it needs to be extremely fresh that that that uh you know the evidence of crime

01:56:04.440 is there at the house especially for a federal search warrant so yeah we'll see what happens man

01:56:09.960 we'll see what happens uh okay so let me go ahead and make sure that i didn't miss any of your guys's

01:56:15.240 chats uh we got charlie jones hi i love funny can you read that one uh me while i pull up these uh

01:56:20.680 other things will be interesting to see as apparently the agents involved are under investigation from

01:56:25.720 russiagate via john durham spanish i speak spanish i don't know how to say that durham durham uh okay

01:56:37.240 and then we got uh i think i think i caught all the chats yep i think i got them all

01:56:46.680 okay i got basketball practice myron and mia uh rock fam thank you so much that's from michael me stroke

01:56:51.400 and then uh we got john doe said obama took 30 million pages of documents really i don't know

01:56:56.680 that's a lot of pages my friend uh let's see here i think we're caught up yeah i think we're caught up

01:57:03.880 on everything all right um guys hope you guys enjoyed that episode you know um like i said before

01:57:10.360 i like trump i'm a trump fan but i tried to keep this thing objective for y'all and give you guys both

01:57:14.360 sides the pluses and the negatives and um we'll go from there man hell maybe you guys can you guys will hear

01:57:20.120 hear me have a conversation with destiny about it um but other than that guys i love you guys i'll

01:57:24.120 have you oh we got a three-peat so quick little announcement for tomorrow okay

01:58:35.080 we'll see man we'll see what happens because we don't know what kind of documents he has or what
