00:38:16.280 Yo, Bills, I'm on live right now.
00:38:18.860 They can hear you.
00:38:19.860 Yeah.
00:38:24.780 Okay, let me flip this.
00:38:26.260 Yeah, it won't let me highlight it.
00:38:27.580 Like, it won't let me, like...
00:38:32.060 No, it won't let me do that either.
00:38:39.460 Well, that defeats the purpose.
00:38:43.800 Yeah, yeah, the other shit does work.
00:38:45.500 I could pin to other chats, but I can't pin donations.
00:38:51.680 Yeah.
00:38:54.020 No, no, no, I appreciate it, bro.
00:38:55.340 Yeah, if you could just let them know for me.
00:38:57.580 All right, peace.
00:38:59.320 Sorry, guys.
00:39:00.520 I'm doing a million things at once.
00:39:02.120 Talking to you guys, running the show,
00:39:04.180 hitting up Bills.
00:39:04.920 Hey, we need some help with this thing, blah, blah, blah.
00:39:07.100 So I apologize for that.
00:39:08.600 But yes, going back to the Candace thing,
00:39:11.640 you know, prayers go out to her, and I hope she's okay.
00:39:13.040 I reached out to her after, you know, anyway I can help.
00:39:16.500 So, yeah.
00:39:19.060 Let's see any other chats we have here before we get into the show.
00:39:22.720 What do you think about Candace's death threats?
00:39:24.340 This comes from Ricky D.
00:39:25.660 I think it's credible.
00:39:27.000 I think it's 100% credible.
00:39:29.600 That's what I was just answering now.
00:39:30.840 I think it's 100% credible.
00:39:32.600 When you got 200,000 plus people watching you live, bro.
00:39:35.160 Guys, do y'all understand that she gets more views than, like, Fox News, nigga?
00:39:39.280 Like, I want y'all to let that sink in real quick.
00:39:42.280 She gets more views than mainstream TV networks.
00:39:48.000 Okay?
00:39:48.240 Like, to put things in perspective for you guys,
00:39:55.580 like, Patrick Beddavid gets more views than, like, CNN and shit.
00:40:00.660 Okay?
00:40:02.100 Patrick Beddavid gets more views than a lot of mainstream outlets.
00:40:05.980 Candace gets more than that.
00:40:06.980 Just so you guys understand the scale that we're talking about here.
00:40:26.620 Okay.
00:40:27.020 Shaquan said he made a song called Six Million Reasons.
00:40:38.540 Okay.
00:40:41.880 All right.
00:40:42.500 So, today, guys, we're going to be covering the Amazon Review Killer.
00:40:46.920 Okay?
00:40:48.780 The Amazon Review Killer.
00:40:49.980 We're going to be reacting to this video right here from the channel Explore With Us.
00:40:53.460 This documentary is a little bit on the longer side.
00:40:57.180 It's about an hour and a half.
00:40:59.400 We'll cover this.
00:41:00.560 And then we're going to jump on with Clavicular and talk with him for a bit.
00:41:07.820 I think we'll have a discussion on, like, looks maxing and stuff like that.
00:41:11.560 So, yeah.
00:41:15.740 While we were here, all right, my sergeant served a search warrant on your property.
00:41:22.300 Okay?
00:41:23.460 We have Caleb.
00:41:25.520 Okay.
00:41:26.000 So, this is the Amazon guy right here.
00:41:27.880 Todd is his name.
00:41:29.680 Okay?
00:41:31.900 And here he is at his house.
00:41:32.980 You can see he's handcuffed.
00:41:34.080 We have Caleb in your property.
00:41:37.860 She was locked in a container.
00:41:40.280 Okay?
00:41:41.720 She has told us that you shot and killed Charlie.
00:41:45.940 Okay?
00:41:46.400 So, at this time, I'm going to need you to stand up and put your hands behind your back.
00:41:49.860 He's already killed.
00:41:51.160 Okay.
00:41:51.400 You're under arrest.
00:41:52.460 Now, the reason why they're at his house, guys, is they were there to serve a search warrant.
00:41:55.440 And, you know, normally when you serve a search warrant, you handcuff everybody in the house.
00:42:00.080 You know, for obviously officer safety reasons.
00:42:02.880 That's right now for kidnapping.
00:42:04.280 But they got a crazy phone call while they were doing the search warrant, which is why he's cuffed, and they're just keeping him cuffed at this point.
00:42:09.800 What's up, EWU crew?
00:42:11.160 It's the Raven here to share another shocking, interesting, or just strange but very true story with you.
00:42:16.700 So, this is Todd Colab, between 2003 and 2016.
00:42:21.540 And Todd Colab, by the way.
00:42:29.920 Here he is.
00:42:32.660 Known as the Amazon Review Killer.
00:42:36.820 And you guys are going to see why he was called that here in a second.
00:42:41.820 Crazy-ass name.
00:42:43.540 He murdered at least seven people in South Carolina.
00:42:46.740 And his story is one of the most bizarre I've ever heard.
00:42:49.540 All right.
00:42:49.700 We're going to go at 1.25 speed, niggas.
00:42:51.220 What you're seeing is Todd's taped confession.
00:42:53.200 And less than a minute in, he says this.
00:42:56.040 I'm just thinking it's kind of funny.
00:42:57.480 What?
00:42:59.460 At the beginning of all this?
00:43:00.720 Right.
00:43:02.100 You've helped us when you get back to my mom.
00:43:04.280 Right.
00:43:04.780 And I'm helping you solve the problem that you just cleaned the books up.
00:43:09.260 You see, Todd agreed to tell the truth about his crimes in exchange for a few things.
00:43:13.280 First, he wanted to talk to his mother and give her a photograph.
00:43:15.580 Hey guys, do me a favor.
00:43:16.360 Smash that like button for me, please.
00:43:17.680 Got 1,500 plus of you guys watching on YouTube.
00:43:21.240 Smash that like button for me.
00:43:22.460 Second, he wanted to transfer money to the college fund of a friend's child.
00:43:26.540 There's probably not a lot we're going to be able to do for you.
00:43:28.460 I know.
00:43:29.220 Giving you a clear conscience is one of the only things we can.
00:43:31.820 Honestly, I'm not worried about my conscience.
00:43:33.300 You gave me what I wanted.
00:43:34.900 What I wanted was to have the opportunity to take care of my mom,
00:43:40.440 whether my girlfriend accepts it or not,
00:43:42.300 to at least attempt to take care of her and her kids.
00:43:44.360 Do you still want me to reach out?
00:43:45.780 I have not yet.
00:43:46.500 But do you still want me to reach out and talk to her
00:43:48.360 to see if she wants to come to your apartment and talk to you?
00:43:51.280 If she would, please.
00:43:52.480 Okay, I will.
00:43:53.040 The biggest thing is please let her know that whether I screwed up,
00:43:57.120 I can't fix it.
00:43:58.640 You'll notice he seems pretty friendly and gregarious on the outside,
00:44:01.300 and the more I learned about this case, the more I realized.
00:44:03.700 That's kind of his whole persona.
00:44:05.180 You see, if there was one word that I could use to describe Todd, it's cocky.
00:44:08.260 He likes getting his way and receiving praise for his actions.
00:44:11.060 In fact, many people theorize that the only victim who managed to escape Todd with her life
00:44:14.500 realized this very personality trait and used it to stay alive until help could arrive.
00:44:18.760 Her name is Kayla Brown.
00:44:20.420 On August 31st, 2016, 30-year-old Kayla and her 32-year-old boyfriend,
00:44:24.100 Charles David Carver, went missing.
00:44:25.680 They just decided to move in together after a few months of dating,
00:44:28.240 and in order to start building their new life together,
00:44:30.060 the pair was looking to pick up some extra work on the side.
00:44:32.680 Kayla goes,
00:44:33.260 Oh, I know the perfect job.
00:44:34.640 There's this guy, a real estate broker who I met through one of my exes a few years back.
00:44:38.140 I'm sure he'll have something for me.
00:44:39.720 And he did.
00:44:40.720 Todd was a very successful man in the area, after all,
00:44:42.940 and he put Kayla to work cleaning houses for his listings.
00:44:45.220 She was stoked to have the additional income,
00:44:46.720 and the deal only got sweeter when Todd said he had a job that both she and Charles could take on together.
00:44:50.700 This time, it was clearing brush at his own 95-acre property,
00:44:53.160 which was only about eight miles away from his actual residence.
00:44:55.900 When Kayla and Charles arrived,
00:44:56.960 Todd simply instructed them to wait outside while he went into a garage on the grounds to get something.
00:45:00.680 As they stood alone in the creeping silence,
00:45:02.640 neither one had any idea that these few quiet moments out in the middle of nowhere
00:45:06.140 were the last they'd ever spend together.
00:45:08.700 And he was able to build that trust over a period of time, guys,
00:45:11.340 because he's a realtor as well.
00:45:12.640 So, um, she was working for him.
00:45:15.520 Everything was all good and dandy.
00:45:17.800 She goes out there with her man to the woods thinking,
00:45:20.740 Oh, I'm going to be fine.
00:45:22.460 And then you guys are going to see what's going to come up next.
00:45:24.760 In a few days, the couple's loved ones started to grow concerned.
00:45:27.420 Kayla's friend knew something was off when all her calls and texts went unanswered.
00:45:30.220 But even when she visited Kayla's home and left notes on her car,
00:45:32.660 there was no response.
00:45:33.980 Charles was very close with his mother and they talked every day.
00:45:36.460 So when she stopped hearing from him after August 31st,
00:45:38.900 she quickly reported him missing.
00:45:40.560 Soon enough, the couple's apartment was checked.
00:45:42.180 And although they were nowhere to be seen,
00:45:43.900 their poor dog was inside all alone without any food or water.
00:45:46.860 This just wasn't like Kayla or Charles.
00:45:48.740 Something was seriously wrong.
00:45:50.660 But even when the two were reported missing,
00:45:52.140 there was virtually no trace of where they could have vanished.
00:45:54.400 And then something really weird happened.
00:45:56.260 Charles posted on Facebook.
00:45:57.300 That's right.
00:45:58.420 All of a sudden, just like nothing had even happened,
00:46:00.340 Charles was back on social media with posts informing his friends
00:46:02.680 that he and Kayla were expecting child,
00:46:04.520 that they had bought-
00:46:04.980 What the fuck, bro?
00:46:07.300 Imagine like killing and kidnapping people
00:46:08.860 and then posting on Facebook about it.
00:46:11.740 ...house together and that they were now married.
00:46:14.400 He apparently also shared out-of-character posts
00:46:16.300 about digging holes, sword violence for some bizarre reason,
00:46:19.100 and chillingly the final lyrics to the Eagle Song Hotel, California,
00:46:22.200 which finishes, you can check out anytime you like,
00:46:25.380 but you can never leave.
00:46:26.700 Be sure-
00:46:27.040 Bruh.
00:46:29.420 Yo!
00:46:30.300 ...strange posts like,
00:46:31.240 I wonder if I said hello,
00:46:32.200 how many people would say it back?
00:46:33.400 Let's try it.
00:46:34.140 Hello.
00:46:35.080 What color ribbon supports the cure for people who can't keep-
00:46:37.260 And this is one of the victims, by the way, as you guys know.
00:46:39.640 ...nose out of other people's-
00:46:40.380 Weird Facebook posts.
00:46:41.580 ...business.
00:46:42.480 And sometimes late at night,
00:46:43.780 I dig a hole in the backyard
00:46:44.780 and keep my nosy neighbors guessing.
00:46:46.860 These all seem to be aimed towards deliberately provoking Charles' friends.
00:46:49.460 And on this last post, people commented,
00:46:51.360 is that what you did to Kayla and the real Charlie?
00:46:53.500 And are you hinting at what you did with them?
00:46:55.760 To make things even weirder,
00:46:56.960 Charles' account was sharing and liking the missing persons pages
00:46:59.380 set up by the couple's families.
00:47:00.760 Bruh.
00:47:01.880 Yo, think about this for a second.
00:47:04.080 Right?
00:47:04.580 Think about this.
00:47:05.980 Right?
00:47:09.280 You kill a dude,
00:47:11.580 kidnap the girl,
00:47:13.360 you have the guy's phone,
00:47:15.680 he's logged into his Facebook,
00:47:17.620 you go on his Facebook,
00:47:18.820 and you make a bunch of posts
00:47:20.380 pretending to be him on Facebook.
00:47:26.460 And not only do you pretend to be him on Facebook,
00:47:29.120 you troll on his Facebook account.
00:47:35.120 Bro, what?
00:47:37.240 Who, what?
00:47:40.280 And then to add insult to injury,
00:47:42.580 you're posting the missing photos
00:47:45.240 and, like, the missing posters
00:47:48.200 on your dead victim's Facebook.
00:47:54.380 Yo, what the fuck?
00:47:59.740 It's like, it's like,
00:48:02.020 it's like, bro wants to be a serial killer,
00:48:05.140 but at the same time, he's like,
00:48:06.100 damn, man, I'm trying to get a little bit of clout, man.
00:48:08.900 Like, what the fuck?
00:48:13.060 Even promoting a fundraiser
00:48:14.300 that hoped to hire a private investigator
00:48:15.840 to look into the disappearance...
00:48:17.040 What?
00:48:21.040 None of this sat right with, well, anyone.
00:48:26.920 The grammatically incorrect and mean-spirited post
00:48:28.800 didn't sound like Charles at all.
00:48:30.300 Not to mention the real Charles
00:48:31.260 was barely ever active on Facebook
00:48:32.540 before all these sudden posts.
00:48:34.320 The account at one point even posted
00:48:35.460 an old picture of the couple captioned,
00:48:37.000 we're fine, which was soon deleted.
00:48:39.320 Wow!
00:48:40.680 On October 1st,
00:48:41.880 a concerned friend commented,
00:48:43.240 where the hell is Kayla Brown?
00:48:44.660 To which Charles' account responded,
00:48:46.440 Kayla is with her husband, Charlie.
00:48:48.200 Why can't she have any contact with us?
00:48:49.660 And who is this?
00:48:50.600 She doesn't want to.
00:48:55.440 I don't believe that.
00:48:56.460 I know, Kayla.
00:48:57.080 She's not going to just run away from everyone.
00:48:58.860 You or her should at least
00:48:59.680 let someone know she's alive.
00:49:01.120 The people that need to know
00:49:01.980 that we are okay know that.
00:49:03.640 If you look at the timestamps
00:49:04.840 on these comments,
00:49:05.740 they're only minutes apart.
00:49:07.020 Whoever was replying
00:49:07.740 wasn't even taking the time
00:49:08.700 to carefully think out
00:49:09.580 these cryptic responses.
00:49:10.940 One friend shared that they were sent
00:49:11.920 a disturbing message
00:49:12.720 from the account reading,
00:49:14.020 I'm just missing everyone else.
00:49:15.320 We are both okay.
00:49:16.220 There's only one person
00:49:16.940 that knows where we are.
00:49:17.880 The person that means the most to me
00:49:19.000 and Kayla.
00:49:19.700 She knows where we are
00:49:20.580 and we are coming that way forever.
00:49:22.540 Bro.
00:49:27.740 Well, as you can probably guess,
00:49:29.240 this wasn't Charles
00:49:29.880 using his account at all.
00:49:31.220 It was Todd trying to throw people
00:49:32.420 off his trail,
00:49:33.260 buy himself some time
00:49:34.060 or maybe, just maybe,
00:49:35.620 he was doing this purely
00:49:36.680 for the fun of it.
00:49:37.620 Like a little performance.
00:49:38.440 It had to have been
00:49:39.000 for the fun of it.
00:49:39.620 There's no benefit to doing this.
00:49:41.720 Like, guys,
00:49:43.240 like they can track
00:49:43.900 your social media.
00:49:45.400 Okay?
00:49:46.000 So like,
00:49:46.560 when you log into your Facebook account
00:49:47.820 or when you log into Instagram
00:49:48.860 or whatever,
00:49:49.380 what ends up happening is
00:49:50.280 they're able to track
00:49:52.020 where he logged in from.
00:49:53.660 So not only can they track him
00:49:55.080 from the phone,
00:49:55.500 they can track him
00:49:56.040 from where he accessed
00:49:57.040 the social media profile from.
00:50:00.940 Okay?
00:50:02.640 I remember I used to use this
00:50:03.880 when I was an agent.
00:50:05.800 You could do like,
00:50:06.360 ask for like,
00:50:06.820 it's what's called
00:50:07.280 a historical ping warrant
00:50:09.000 and you could do one
00:50:10.560 and serve it
00:50:11.120 to social media platforms.
00:50:13.200 So let's say
00:50:15.480 you don't have the phone
00:50:16.060 or you don't know
00:50:16.460 the phone number
00:50:16.980 or any of the device
00:50:17.940 details of the phone
00:50:18.660 but you know
00:50:19.500 that they're utilizing
00:50:20.200 social media,
00:50:21.180 they're using,
00:50:22.140 utilizing a social media account
00:50:24.160 that probably is on a phone
00:50:25.400 or some other location.
00:50:27.040 They can track
00:50:28.040 where that social media account
00:50:30.880 logged in from
00:50:31.580 whether it was a desktop
00:50:32.480 at a house
00:50:32.960 or a mobile device
00:50:35.220 outside somewhere.
00:50:36.900 They can track
00:50:37.340 all that shit.
00:50:39.100 So this was retarded
00:50:40.180 that this guy did this.
00:50:41.080 He got to put on
00:50:43.240 and the further we dive
00:50:44.280 into his life,
00:50:44.840 the more you'll see
00:50:45.440 that Todd definitely cares
00:50:46.440 a lot about having
00:50:47.260 all the attention on him.
00:50:48.740 But now let's go back
00:50:49.820 to what really happened
00:50:50.580 that last day of August
00:50:51.560 when Charles and Kayla
00:50:52.280 showed up on the property.
00:50:53.500 After going inside,
00:50:54.520 Todd had suddenly reemerged
00:50:55.480 from the door
00:50:55.960 but the friendly facade
00:50:56.860 that he was known for
00:50:57.580 in town had completely drained.
00:50:59.280 Now he-
00:50:59.720 Uh, they can't really
00:51:00.780 ping your phone too much
00:51:01.600 if it's off.
00:51:02.940 If the phone's off.
00:51:05.500 But what they could do
00:51:06.460 is they could find
00:51:07.060 where it lasts attached
00:51:07.860 to a tower
00:51:08.320 and give it
00:51:09.400 an approximate location.
00:51:11.820 Was dead serious
00:51:12.580 and as Kayla and Charles
00:51:13.560 looked down,
00:51:14.300 their hearts sank
00:51:14.900 at the realization
00:51:15.460 that he was holding a gun.
00:51:16.980 Before they even had-
00:51:17.560 So a bro comes out
00:51:18.260 with a gun.
00:51:18.640 So he tells them
00:51:19.120 to meet him out in the woods.
00:51:20.600 They go out there.
00:51:21.900 They're waiting for him
00:51:22.480 to come out.
00:51:24.020 He go-
00:51:24.440 I think he went in
00:51:25.060 and comes back out
00:51:25.700 or he comes out
00:51:26.380 the first time
00:51:27.320 and has a gun.
00:51:28.260 Time to process
00:51:30.540 what was happening,
00:51:31.280 scream for help
00:51:31.860 or run.
00:51:32.720 Kayla says that
00:51:33.220 three bullets were fired.
00:51:34.560 So a bro shot
00:51:35.180 right into the gun
00:51:35.900 and shot the guy
00:51:36.460 and killed him.
00:51:37.520 ...to Charles' chest.
00:51:39.000 Kayla's whole world
00:51:39.680 screeched to a halt
00:51:40.420 and she could do
00:51:40.920 nothing but watch.
00:51:41.980 She knew in this moment
00:51:42.800 she was trapped
00:51:43.540 all alone
00:51:44.280 on the expansive property
00:51:45.160 of an unpredictable killer.
00:51:46.640 One who absolutely
00:51:47.360 nobody in town
00:51:48.140 would ever suspect
00:51:48.840 to be hiding
00:51:49.320 such a horrible secret.
00:51:50.780 She was utterly silent
00:51:51.620 and still from shock
00:51:52.560 as Todd grabbed her,
00:51:53.560 placed her in handcuffs
00:51:54.340 and then led her
00:51:54.860 inside of a dark
00:51:55.560 metal shipping container.
00:51:56.820 This would become
00:51:57.640 her prison.
00:51:58.700 She was chained
00:51:59.140 by the neck,
00:51:59.700 ankles and hands
00:52:00.460 and would spend
00:52:00.940 all day inside the box
00:52:02.200 except for 1-3pm
00:52:03.720 and 5-7pm.
00:52:04.980 At those times
00:52:05.480 each day
00:52:05.900 like clockwork
00:52:06.680 Todd would come
00:52:07.220 retrieve her,
00:52:07.840 bring her inside
00:52:08.340 of a two-story garage
00:52:09.200 on the property
00:52:09.720 and force her
00:52:10.580 to perform sexual acts.
00:52:12.200 She would be fed,
00:52:12.840 allowed to use
00:52:13.280 the bathroom once
00:52:14.020 and given a small
00:52:14.620 container of water
00:52:15.280 to clean herself.
00:52:16.280 She looked for
00:52:16.680 any opportunities to escape
00:52:17.920 but they never came.
00:52:19.200 For Kayla,
00:52:19.800 time was running out.
00:52:21.220 This was the hell
00:52:21.780 she lived in
00:52:22.340 while authorities
00:52:22.800 were trying to piece
00:52:23.400 together the puzzle
00:52:24.080 of where she and Charles
00:52:24.960 had disappeared to.
00:52:26.020 All the while,
00:52:26.580 Todd's post on
00:52:27.140 his own Facebook account
00:52:27.900 were getting weirder
00:52:28.600 and weirder
00:52:29.100 and looking back
00:52:29.920 his strange and cynical
00:52:30.640 words are very telling.
00:52:32.120 He had some generally
00:52:32.800 questionable posts
00:52:33.620 like this one
00:52:34.180 from September 15th,
00:52:35.320 two weeks after
00:52:35.920 Kayla and Charlie
00:52:36.540 went missing.
00:52:37.640 Reading the news,
00:52:38.300 this person is missing,
00:52:39.180 that person is missing,
00:52:39.980 another person is missing.
00:52:41.080 Oh wait,
00:52:41.740 that person just went
00:52:42.440 to the beach with a friend,
00:52:43.500 another person found
00:52:44.180 with her parole
00:52:44.640 violation boyfriend.
00:52:45.880 In the event
00:52:46.240 I become missing,
00:52:46.940 please note no one
00:52:47.760 would take me.
00:52:48.520 I eat too much
00:52:49.180 and I'm crabby,
00:52:50.000 they would just bring me back.
00:52:51.460 On September 26th,
00:52:52.480 he once again
00:52:52.940 took to Facebook to rant.
00:52:54.460 In my family,
00:52:55.060 you get backhanded
00:52:55.660 for talking back
00:52:56.260 or being disrespectful.
00:52:57.420 Wonder what the punishment
00:52:58.080 would have been
00:52:58.480 if I had looted,
00:52:59.180 burned cop cars
00:52:59.820 and threw stuff at people.
00:53:00.980 When I messed up,
00:53:01.720 mom beat my ass.
00:53:02.700 Stepfather beat my ass
00:53:03.640 when he got home.
00:53:04.500 Next time I went
00:53:05.020 to my grandparents,
00:53:05.740 I got my ass beat.
00:53:06.880 You just didn't act up.
00:53:08.040 These kids...
00:53:08.520 Controversial take,
00:53:09.480 I do think it's good
00:53:10.360 to discipline your kids.
00:53:12.640 I know people say
00:53:13.360 all the time,
00:53:14.140 oh, beating your kids
00:53:14.940 is bad.
00:53:15.900 Bruh,
00:53:16.320 my parents used to
00:53:17.040 smack the shit out of me
00:53:17.780 and I turned out fine.
00:53:19.540 I truly do think
00:53:20.640 that the only way
00:53:22.400 that kids end up
00:53:24.140 growing up properly
00:53:25.200 is they need to fear
00:53:26.440 their parents.
00:53:28.200 Hot take.
00:53:31.160 But I think your kids
00:53:33.180 need to be scared of you
00:53:33.920 as a parent.
00:53:35.040 I truly do think
00:53:35.880 they need to be scared of you
00:53:36.820 because when they're scared of you,
00:53:38.540 then they're going to understand
00:53:40.280 that there's going to be
00:53:41.200 serious consequences
00:53:41.960 if they do dumb shit.
00:53:43.540 And I think,
00:53:44.500 you know,
00:53:44.740 we live in an era now
00:53:45.560 where children don't fear
00:53:46.960 their parents,
00:53:47.480 which is why they do
00:53:48.020 the dumb shit that they do.
00:53:49.240 Bro, I remember,
00:53:50.240 if I ever talked back
00:53:51.040 to my parents,
00:53:52.120 I knew off-rip.
00:53:53.880 Let's say I talked back
00:53:54.500 to my mom,
00:53:54.940 I felt froggy.
00:53:55.900 I knew I was going
00:53:56.560 to get slapped later
00:53:57.120 that day when my dad
00:53:57.780 came home.
00:53:59.800 You know?
00:54:00.980 So there was always
00:54:01.840 consequences to the bullshit.
00:54:05.260 So I think
00:54:06.420 with kids, bro,
00:54:08.260 the only way to deal
00:54:08.980 with children properly
00:54:09.740 is they got to be scared of you.
00:54:11.340 Other than that,
00:54:12.680 they're not going to listen.
00:54:13.880 One of the biggest reasons
00:54:14.860 I never smoked weed,
00:54:17.040 never did drugs,
00:54:17.700 did none of that bullshit
00:54:18.380 was because I was like,
00:54:19.200 damn,
00:54:20.140 you know,
00:54:21.480 if my parents find that,
00:54:22.540 they're going to fuck me up.
00:54:25.440 So,
00:54:26.380 hey, man,
00:54:27.160 some people might say
00:54:27.760 that's offensive,
00:54:28.420 that's weird,
00:54:29.220 but I think
00:54:30.040 smacking your kids around
00:54:32.320 is important,
00:54:33.380 right?
00:54:33.500 Obviously,
00:54:33.860 within reason.
00:54:34.400 I'm not telling you guys
00:54:35.000 to full-on beat up your kids,
00:54:36.260 but what I am saying
00:54:36.880 is that, like,
00:54:37.340 the threat of violence
00:54:38.180 and a spanking
00:54:39.480 does wonders
00:54:40.520 to a child's ability
00:54:42.340 to behave.
00:54:43.760 And adults
00:54:44.480 just don't know.
00:54:45.480 Damn shame, too.
00:54:46.340 They might learn
00:54:46.760 to appreciate if they did.
00:54:48.520 Needless to say,
00:54:49.100 the hypocrisy of this post
00:54:50.100 is pretty ironic
00:54:50.840 considering all the horrible things
00:54:52.220 Todd's done in his life.
00:54:53.740 On September 30th,
00:54:54.540 he posted,
00:54:55.460 just admit it,
00:54:56.080 you look at the news,
00:54:56.780 you see the political crap
00:54:57.760 and the school shootings
00:54:58.520 and just general WTHs going on.
00:55:01.180 Zombie apocalypse
00:55:01.860 is starting to look better
00:55:02.640 and better every day.
00:55:03.860 On November 3rd,
00:55:04.540 he shared a post
00:55:05.080 that really shows
00:55:05.660 just how quick his fuse was,
00:55:07.020 how he viewed
00:55:07.500 almost every interaction
00:55:08.460 through an angry lens,
00:55:09.580 and really,
00:55:10.100 how much he loathed others
00:55:11.200 or maybe just felt better
00:55:12.420 than everyone else.
00:55:13.680 We need Ebola
00:55:14.160 to come as a huge snowstorm,
00:55:15.420 wipe out half the population,
00:55:16.520 then melt away.
00:55:17.440 Just tired of entitlement,
00:55:18.560 rude-ass people for no reason,
00:55:20.180 people who race to cut
00:55:20.900 in front of you
00:55:21.300 to slam on the brakes
00:55:22.100 to make right turns,
00:55:23.260 and that mother f***er
00:55:23.920 that stands in the aisle
00:55:24.620 at the grocery store,
00:55:25.460 and dude,
00:55:25.780 you know who you are,
00:55:26.720 that blocks the aisle
00:55:27.420 checking out the micro-brews
00:55:28.620 and blocking everyone
00:55:29.300 on their way
00:55:29.720 to their Michelob.
00:55:30.860 What the f***er move?
00:55:32.920 Notice how incredibly furious
00:55:34.220 Todd gets
00:55:34.680 when he feels
00:55:35.100 that he's been personally
00:55:35.940 slighted by random strangers.
00:55:37.860 Remember this
00:55:38.360 because it will become
00:55:39.000 extremely important later on.
00:55:40.840 But despite Todd-
00:55:41.360 We all know that guy
00:55:42.280 that, um,
00:55:43.920 you, you, you,
00:55:44.440 we all have that friend chat.
00:55:45.940 You, you guys all,
00:55:47.380 you guys know,
00:55:47.900 you guys are about to,
00:55:48.700 about to speak
00:55:50.200 to a lot of you right now.
00:55:51.380 Yo, we all have that friend
00:55:53.260 that whenever you drive
00:55:55.020 with this dude,
00:55:55.560 it's guaranteed
00:55:56.200 he's gonna,
00:55:56.780 he's gonna lose his mind
00:55:58.020 on the road at some point.
00:55:59.700 We all know that guy.
00:56:01.380 Some of you guys
00:56:01.800 in the chat
00:56:02.100 might be that guy.
00:56:03.960 You're f***ing driving
00:56:04.700 on the road,
00:56:05.480 you're trying to get around them
00:56:06.500 on the left lane,
00:56:07.320 they're sitting in the left lane,
00:56:08.400 and your friend freaks out,
00:56:10.900 or that person
00:56:11.500 that won't turn on red
00:56:12.400 when they can turn on red
00:56:13.400 losing their minds,
00:56:14.140 and you're like,
00:56:15.740 bro, chill,
00:56:16.220 it's not that serious, bro.
00:56:17.180 Like, we,
00:56:17.600 we're an hour early.
00:56:19.240 I don't care.
00:56:21.640 You know,
00:56:22.380 we all have that f***ing friend
00:56:24.080 that flips their s***
00:56:25.560 over minor s***, man.
00:56:28.860 So, imagine
00:56:29.940 having that friend,
00:56:31.640 but
00:56:32.020 they're,
00:56:33.020 they use it to like
00:56:34.020 justify killing niggas, bro.
00:56:36.160 That would be wild.
00:56:38.020 That would be wild.
00:56:38.960 But we all have that friend
00:56:40.000 that literally
00:56:41.040 freaks out
00:56:42.620 over little things.
00:56:44.140 Todd's obvious temper online,
00:56:47.320 nobody would have expected
00:56:48.200 in a million years
00:56:49.000 what skeletons
00:56:49.580 he had tucked away
00:56:50.260 in his closet.
00:56:51.200 It wasn't until authorities
00:56:52.160 got a search warrant
00:56:52.900 to access Kayla's Facebook account
00:56:54.320 that the picture
00:56:55.000 would come together
00:56:55.580 all at once.
00:56:56.940 Investigators began
00:56:57.560 searching the online profile
00:56:58.620 for clues,
00:56:59.520 and that's when they saw
00:57:00.160 conversations between
00:57:01.040 Kayla and Charlie
00:57:01.700 about the job
00:57:02.320 on Todd's property
00:57:03.020 on August 31st.
00:57:04.460 Now police knew
00:57:05.160 what they were doing
00:57:05.840 on that crucial last day,
00:57:07.200 and when they went
00:57:07.740 to trace the pair's phones,
00:57:08.740 their worst fear.
00:57:09.260 There you go.
00:57:10.060 How'd they track it back?
00:57:10.940 Social media there.
00:57:11.560 Everybody get the conversations.
00:57:12.380 Get a search warrant
00:57:13.800 for her Facebook profile,
00:57:15.820 which is pretty easy to get
00:57:17.520 of a missing person,
00:57:18.560 by the way.
00:57:19.940 ...were confirmed.
00:57:21.160 Neither Kayla nor Charles
00:57:22.240 had ever left
00:57:22.780 the area of Todd's property.
00:57:24.160 Ooh.
00:57:25.340 So they were able
00:57:25.780 to also get a historical ping
00:57:26.880 and figure out
00:57:27.360 that that was the last place
00:57:28.180 the phone pinged.
00:57:29.560 Police now knew exactly
00:57:31.360 what they had to do,
00:57:32.140 but not one person
00:57:32.860 was fully prepared
00:57:33.520 for what they might find.
00:57:34.760 At about 8 a.m.
00:57:35.500 on November 3rd,
00:57:36.280 one group of investigators
00:57:37.240 went to Todd's house
00:57:38.240 where they spoke
00:57:38.940 for a while with the man,
00:57:40.180 both sides remaining
00:57:40.960 a bit guarded,
00:57:41.860 unsure what the other side
00:57:42.900 was hiding.
00:57:43.780 As Todd was questioned
00:57:44.420 about what he knew
00:57:45.040 concerning the missing couple,
00:57:46.160 Kayla and Charlie,
00:57:47.000 he didn't know
00:57:47.380 that another team
00:57:47.920 of investigators
00:57:48.500 was simultaneously arriving
00:57:49.720 at his 95-acre property
00:57:50.860 a few miles away
00:57:51.600 to scour it for evidence.
00:57:52.700 Now this is actually
00:57:53.260 a very smart tactic,
00:57:54.580 so what they basically did
00:57:55.820 was they sent out
00:57:56.680 more than likely
00:57:57.640 the case detective.
00:57:59.700 So the case detective
00:58:00.320 is going to be the detective
00:58:01.100 running the case, right?
00:58:03.240 He's one writing the reports,
00:58:04.500 dealing with informants,
00:58:05.540 dealing with the prosecutor
00:58:06.200 directly, etc.
00:58:07.140 So the case detective,
00:58:08.220 and it looks like
00:58:08.680 probably two of his colleagues,
00:58:10.120 right,
00:58:10.280 or if it's a really big case,
00:58:11.240 he might have two detectives on it,
00:58:12.940 go to talk to him directly
00:58:14.560 to see what he has to say.
00:58:16.700 While they're talking to him,
00:58:18.380 they're simultaneously
00:58:19.380 executing a warrant
00:58:20.500 on his locations
00:58:21.740 and getting real-time info,
00:58:23.860 right,
00:58:24.900 from what they're finding
00:58:25.960 as they're talking to him.
00:58:27.140 Why are they doing this?
00:58:28.660 They're doing this
00:58:29.360 because what it does is
00:58:30.320 it allows them
00:58:31.240 to enter the interview
00:58:32.220 from a position of power
00:58:33.620 and to catch him in lies
00:58:34.640 because when the police
00:58:35.760 come to your house
00:58:36.260 like this, guys,
00:58:37.320 nine out of ten times,
00:58:38.260 they already have
00:58:39.020 a good amount of information
00:58:40.960 and they just want you
00:58:42.260 to kind of fill in holes,
00:58:43.540 right,
00:58:43.780 and they'll ask you questions
00:58:44.740 that they kind of
00:58:45.280 already know the answer to.
00:58:46.520 In a situation like this
00:58:47.520 where you have a missing person
00:58:48.480 and you're executing
00:58:49.400 a search warrant,
00:58:49.980 this is actually
00:58:50.420 a really interesting
00:58:51.500 investigative technique
00:58:53.320 where you don't have
00:58:54.720 enough probable cause
00:58:55.360 to arrest the guy
00:58:55.840 right then and there
00:58:56.480 but you show up
00:58:57.560 to his house
00:58:58.020 while a search warrant
00:58:59.200 is being done
00:58:59.720 somewhere else
00:59:00.740 that belongs to them
00:59:01.940 and then you're actively
00:59:03.180 gaining probable cause
00:59:04.260 while you're talking to him
00:59:05.400 and other investigators
00:59:06.400 are collecting evidence,
00:59:07.560 right?
00:59:08.460 Now,
00:59:08.800 I do want to say this.
00:59:10.180 There's a big,
00:59:11.140 big difference
00:59:12.060 with how the state
00:59:13.580 does things
00:59:14.080 and how the feds
00:59:14.740 do things,
00:59:15.120 okay,
00:59:15.320 and let me explain
00:59:15.800 what I mean by this
00:59:16.460 and I don't see anyone else
00:59:17.740 talking about this
00:59:18.280 on YouTube.
00:59:19.220 Now,
00:59:19.920 here's a dirty secret
00:59:21.000 that no one will tell y'all.
00:59:22.780 The feds
00:59:23.520 don't have as much
00:59:24.860 latitude
00:59:25.860 as the state
00:59:27.420 and locals.
00:59:28.660 Let me explain.
00:59:30.500 At the federal level,
00:59:32.720 special agents,
00:59:33.840 postal inspectors,
00:59:35.440 criminal investigators
00:59:36.400 in general,
00:59:37.380 right,
00:59:37.660 the 1811 job series,
00:59:38.820 let's just say that,
00:59:39.880 right,
00:59:41.000 that is the job series
00:59:41.740 for special agents
00:59:42.400 as criminal investigators
00:59:43.160 in the federal government.
00:59:46.360 They really can't do anything
00:59:47.800 without working
00:59:48.560 with what's called
00:59:49.120 the Assistant United States
00:59:50.060 Attorney,
00:59:50.460 AUSA.
00:59:51.780 Right?
00:59:52.600 If they want to do
00:59:53.440 a warrant,
00:59:54.600 if they want to arrest
00:59:55.380 somebody,
00:59:55.780 et cetera,
00:59:56.880 feds can't really do
00:59:57.780 what's called
00:59:58.180 a probable cause arrest,
00:59:59.300 which means
00:59:59.680 they're just
01:00:00.660 hooking the guy up
01:00:01.500 right then and there.
01:00:03.000 Right?
01:00:05.040 At bare minimum,
01:00:06.740 most feds are going to
01:00:07.420 have to have
01:00:07.800 a criminal complaint
01:00:08.600 approved by an AUSA
01:00:10.940 to arrest someone
01:00:11.600 or be on the phone
01:00:12.880 with the AUSA
01:00:13.680 before they make
01:00:14.240 the arrest.
01:00:15.640 Okay?
01:00:17.240 And the reason for that
01:00:18.240 is because
01:00:18.640 at the federal level,
01:00:20.300 federal prosecutors
01:00:20.840 are far more selective
01:00:21.760 on which cases
01:00:22.400 they take.
01:00:23.560 The average AUSA
01:00:24.500 in America
01:00:24.920 handles somewhere
01:00:25.820 between
01:00:26.280 1 to 20 cases
01:00:29.660 on their docket sheet.
01:00:31.660 Right?
01:00:32.340 That's not that much
01:00:33.260 in the grand scheme
01:00:33.720 of things.
01:00:34.620 Right?
01:00:35.740 Criminal cases
01:00:36.500 at least.
01:00:38.220 Now,
01:00:39.160 at the state level,
01:00:41.280 law enforcement
01:00:42.320 at the state level
01:00:42.920 has way more latitude
01:00:43.680 to make arrests
01:00:44.260 because why?
01:00:45.260 They're coming into
01:00:45.920 contact with people
01:00:47.180 way more.
01:00:48.540 Right?
01:00:49.700 So,
01:00:50.300 at the state level,
01:00:51.440 everything from a
01:00:52.260 disorderly conduct
01:00:53.540 all the way up
01:00:54.300 to capital murder
01:00:55.040 is investigated
01:00:55.860 and prosecuted
01:00:56.460 by who?
01:00:57.520 State investigators
01:00:58.420 and
01:00:59.700 the state attorney.
01:01:01.860 So,
01:01:02.420 whether it's
01:01:03.380 a disorderly conduct
01:01:04.360 or DUI
01:01:05.400 or some other bullshit,
01:01:06.960 minor drug possession
01:01:07.820 all the way up
01:01:08.320 to capital murder,
01:01:09.080 they're taking everything
01:01:09.980 because
01:01:10.780 local cops
01:01:12.280 have way more
01:01:12.980 discretion
01:01:13.520 and way more latitude
01:01:15.660 to make arrests
01:01:16.360 right there on the spot
01:01:17.100 for what they observe.
01:01:18.860 Federal agents
01:01:19.380 don't have this latitude.
01:01:20.980 We have to go ahead
01:01:22.000 and call the United States
01:01:22.760 Attorney's Office
01:01:23.200 and get concurrence
01:01:23.880 before we even
01:01:24.480 put cuffs on anybody.
01:01:26.340 Now,
01:01:27.340 what are the plus
01:01:28.160 and negatives of this?
01:01:29.660 Well,
01:01:30.880 at the positive level
01:01:31.960 for the,
01:01:32.680 let's say the state,
01:01:34.060 law enforcement
01:01:34.360 is able to make an arrest
01:01:35.060 right then and there.
01:01:36.280 They're able to kind of,
01:01:37.460 you know,
01:01:38.740 shoot first,
01:01:39.460 ask questions
01:01:39.900 later,
01:01:40.420 right?
01:01:41.060 Not literally,
01:01:41.660 but you guys get the idea.
01:01:43.440 But the negative of this is
01:01:45.060 state cases get dropped a lot.
01:01:47.700 They're typically not as strong
01:01:48.940 because,
01:01:49.820 you know,
01:01:50.680 maybe
01:01:51.160 a state trooper
01:01:53.440 pulls somebody over,
01:01:55.180 smells weed,
01:01:56.420 arrests them,
01:01:56.860 et cetera.
01:01:57.760 But then when that case
01:01:58.560 goes to trial
01:01:59.280 or faces a bit of scrutiny,
01:02:01.160 it'll be easier
01:02:02.260 to dismantle that case
01:02:03.260 because it's not like
01:02:04.300 it was a planned investigation
01:02:05.540 for many months
01:02:06.520 or many years
01:02:06.960 like a federal case is.
01:02:08.220 So it can get thrown out easily.
01:02:09.340 Maybe the trooper
01:02:10.040 didn't have enough
01:02:10.800 probable cause to stop him.
01:02:12.280 Maybe he violated something else.
01:02:14.280 Didn't follow the rule here.
01:02:15.600 Maybe he didn't read
01:02:16.100 a Miranda right here.
01:02:16.960 Whatever the hell it is,
01:02:17.760 right?
01:02:18.380 And those cases get thrown out
01:02:19.560 a lot more at the state level.
01:02:21.340 Now at the federal level,
01:02:22.360 the reason why the feds
01:02:23.180 win so much
01:02:23.740 and they don't lose cases
01:02:24.540 is because typically
01:02:25.620 you're working with
01:02:26.520 an assistant United States attorney
01:02:27.640 from the beginning of the case
01:02:28.860 and you're building evidence
01:02:29.840 over a period of time
01:02:30.740 and when you do eventually
01:02:31.900 get the criminal complaint
01:02:33.400 or the indictment
01:02:34.140 which generates an arrest warrant,
01:02:36.080 you've been looking at this guy
01:02:37.040 for a while.
01:02:37.880 That's why when the feds
01:02:39.400 come,
01:02:40.420 they show up at six o'clock,
01:02:41.600 they knock your door down
01:02:42.540 and they arrest you
01:02:43.160 in your fucking underwear
01:02:43.840 because they've been
01:02:44.560 watching you for a while
01:02:45.320 and when they do got you,
01:02:47.140 they're probably not going to lose
01:02:48.100 because they have
01:02:48.680 a ridiculous amount of evidence
01:02:49.840 because AUSAs
01:02:50.740 are far more selective
01:02:51.720 than ADAs.
01:02:53.580 Say that again.
01:02:55.040 Assistant United States attorneys
01:02:55.960 aka AUSAs
01:02:57.260 are far more selective
01:02:58.420 than Assistant District Attorneys
01:02:59.560 ADAs.
01:03:00.520 Okay?
01:03:04.020 So with that selectivity
01:03:05.260 on the cases that they take,
01:03:06.800 obviously,
01:03:07.860 this is why federal cases
01:03:08.840 are far more airtight.
01:03:11.200 So it's a gift and a curse.
01:03:13.200 It's a give and a take.
01:03:14.520 So federal agents
01:03:15.380 have way less latitude
01:03:17.560 to effectuate
01:03:18.880 probable cause arrests
01:03:20.200 but their cases
01:03:21.820 tend to be stronger
01:03:22.480 because they tend to be
01:03:23.160 more long-term investigations
01:03:24.820 versus the state
01:03:27.260 has more latitude
01:03:28.300 to make probable cause arrests
01:03:29.800 right there on the spot
01:03:30.860 but that ability
01:03:32.920 to shoot first,
01:03:33.680 ask questions later
01:03:34.360 sometimes might create
01:03:36.560 a flurry
01:03:37.700 where the case
01:03:39.400 is not as strong
01:03:39.920 because maybe evidence
01:03:40.680 wasn't collected
01:03:41.140 in an appropriate manner,
01:03:42.180 maybe rights were violated,
01:03:43.560 maybe some other issue occurred.
01:03:47.720 Right?
01:03:48.720 So this is why
01:03:51.040 federal cases
01:03:52.100 and state cases
01:03:52.620 are a lot different.
01:03:53.200 So like in this case,
01:03:53.880 this is a murder case, right?
01:03:55.400 Typically murder investigations
01:03:56.380 like this
01:03:57.020 end up premeditated.
01:03:58.480 Murder cases
01:03:59.780 are typically state cases.
01:04:01.640 So the state guys
01:04:03.480 did a good job here
01:04:04.260 or the county sheriff's office
01:04:05.820 it looks like
01:04:06.260 did a good job here
01:04:07.200 where they had a search warrant
01:04:08.340 being done on one side
01:04:09.420 while simultaneously
01:04:10.460 going to talk to the individual
01:04:11.640 on the other side.
01:04:12.640 He doesn't know
01:04:13.140 his property is being searched
01:04:14.040 so they're developing
01:04:15.100 probable cause
01:04:15.700 on their end
01:04:16.160 talking to him.
01:04:17.560 Simultaneously
01:04:17.960 the guys that are doing
01:04:19.040 a search warrant
01:04:19.540 are giving them relays
01:04:20.440 of this is what we found,
01:04:21.120 this is what we found,
01:04:21.540 this is what we found
01:04:22.000 and that makes everything
01:04:23.620 that they're doing
01:04:24.300 back at the house
01:04:25.020 stronger.
01:04:25.680 So it was a ballsy move
01:04:28.980 to talk to him
01:04:29.820 at the same time
01:04:30.360 that a search warrant's happening
01:04:31.160 cause other people might say
01:04:32.340 no let's just do the search warrant
01:04:33.480 then talk to him after
01:04:36.600 but if you do the search warrant
01:04:38.380 then you have to notify them
01:04:39.940 that you took their property
01:04:41.260 and give them
01:04:41.700 what's called
01:04:41.980 the search warrant return.
01:04:43.200 So when law enforcement
01:04:44.460 does a search warrant
01:04:45.080 at your house
01:04:45.600 right
01:04:46.000 and they complete it
01:04:48.280 they have to give you
01:04:49.240 a log
01:04:49.720 of everything they took
01:04:50.820 from your house.
01:04:51.320 Well that would
01:04:52.300 kind of give the case away
01:04:54.400 so they probably looked at it
01:04:55.580 like you know what
01:04:56.140 let's interview him
01:04:57.980 while the search warrant's happening
01:04:59.380 so we can serve him
01:05:01.260 with the document
01:05:02.000 the document that shows
01:05:03.120 what was taken
01:05:03.720 while we're here right now
01:05:05.960 and see what we can get.
01:05:07.440 So it was a ballsy move
01:05:08.620 but they probably felt
01:05:10.440 pretty confident
01:05:11.020 that A
01:05:11.840 they'd catch him in a lie
01:05:12.600 or B
01:05:13.200 they'd find something
01:05:15.500 at the house
01:05:15.920 and also keep in mind guys
01:05:16.900 when they're going to go
01:05:17.840 talk to him at this point
01:05:18.700 they know
01:05:19.800 that the cell phones
01:05:21.140 were pinging in that area
01:05:22.460 that's why they were able
01:05:23.580 to get the search warrant
01:05:24.220 in the first place.
01:05:26.960 All right
01:05:27.440 give me once in a chat
01:05:29.340 if that all makes sense
01:05:29.980 for you guys.
01:05:30.480 We went over a lot
01:05:31.200 we went over the difference
01:05:31.980 between the state and federal
01:05:32.820 then we also went into
01:05:34.220 investigative techniques
01:05:35.120 we went into search warrants
01:05:35.940 all that other stuff
01:05:36.440 give me once if that all makes sense.
01:05:44.360 And if it doesn't make sense
01:05:45.380 give me a two and tell me why.
01:05:48.700 I threw a lot out there.
01:05:54.420 No question is stupid guys.
01:05:56.700 I want y'all to really
01:05:57.820 understand this stuff.
01:06:00.240 Intimately pause.
01:06:01.340 And I know that we have
01:06:01.900 a lot of new viewers here
01:06:02.740 that might not be familiar
01:06:03.520 with my true crime content
01:06:04.560 or
01:06:04.820 my law enforcement background
01:06:07.020 whatever.
01:06:09.760 All right awesome
01:06:10.440 I see only once.
01:06:11.680 All right.
01:06:12.420 Perfect.
01:06:12.980 Okay.
01:06:14.280 Perfect.
01:06:14.700 Perfect.
01:06:16.920 Hey guys this is honestly
01:06:17.820 one of my
01:06:18.240 this is one of my
01:06:20.280 favorite things to do
01:06:21.020 is like kind of
01:06:22.180 pull the curtain back
01:06:24.360 and teach you guys
01:06:25.020 how investigations
01:06:25.800 are really run
01:06:26.420 at a state level
01:06:27.200 federal level etc.
01:06:30.880 I really do enjoy
01:06:31.780 teaching you guys this stuff.
01:06:33.480 So
01:06:33.600 if you missed it
01:06:36.700 just rewind.
01:06:37.540 I went over the details
01:06:38.480 of difference
01:06:39.540 between state and federal
01:06:40.240 and how investigators
01:06:42.920 conduct investigations
01:06:45.340 and some strategies
01:06:46.060 that they might utilize.
01:06:46.860 All right cool.
01:06:49.180 Awesome.
01:06:49.580 All right.
01:06:50.200 That makes me very happy.
01:06:52.120 Pause.
01:06:53.840 However at this time
01:06:54.700 the authorities who were
01:06:55.400 Yeah who else
01:06:55.860 Yeah like the goddamn video bro.
01:06:57.420 Yeah who else
01:06:58.120 on the internet
01:06:58.740 has this knowledge?
01:07:02.320 Bro who else
01:07:03.020 could teach you guys
01:07:03.560 about women?
01:07:04.600 Teach you guys about
01:07:05.320 you know
01:07:05.920 geopolitical affairs
01:07:07.020 like with what's going on
01:07:07.820 in the Middle East.
01:07:08.500 Who could help you guys
01:07:09.240 with the noticing
01:07:09.880 as you guys can see.
01:07:10.960 Hoodie and stories by the way.
01:07:12.700 Who else could explain
01:07:13.420 to you guys
01:07:13.920 law enforcement techniques
01:07:15.280 bro
01:07:17.820 top streamer man
01:07:19.140 I need a fucking
01:07:20.540 top streamer award
01:07:21.460 I need to be nominated man
01:07:22.720 most diversified
01:07:24.360 fucking streamer
01:07:25.040 on the fucking internet bro
01:07:26.280 fitness
01:07:27.760 teach y'all how to make
01:07:28.680 how to get in shape
01:07:29.840 come on man
01:07:32.100 we are literally
01:07:33.640 we do it all baby
01:07:34.540 we do it all over here
01:07:35.800 with and did reveal to Todd
01:07:39.060 that they knew
01:07:39.520 the cell phones
01:07:40.060 of the missing persons
01:07:40.820 had last pinged
01:07:41.600 on his property
01:07:42.240 Todd responded
01:07:43.240 you're trying to find
01:07:44.160 the girl
01:07:44.500 the detective corrected him
01:07:45.820 that they were looking
01:07:46.280 for both her
01:07:46.760 and her boyfriend
01:07:47.520 guess Todd slipped up
01:07:48.660 oh he fucked up
01:07:49.640 oh are you looking
01:07:50.380 for the girl?
01:07:51.500 uh
01:07:51.800 yeah we're also
01:07:53.160 looking for the dude
01:07:53.820 oh fuck
01:07:54.520 nigga fucked up
01:07:58.400 he fucked up
01:08:00.080 there
01:08:00.680 as he was the only one
01:08:01.620 who knew Charlie
01:08:02.200 was already gone
01:08:03.060 um we have a search warrant
01:08:04.640 okay
01:08:05.500 for your residence
01:08:06.460 in your car
01:08:07.180 okay
01:08:08.000 we are mainly
01:08:09.180 looking for your cell phone
01:08:10.680 okay
01:08:11.640 okay
01:08:12.280 well
01:08:12.800 so notice how they said
01:08:13.920 they have a search warrant
01:08:14.460 for his car and his house
01:08:15.480 they didn't tell him
01:08:16.560 that they also have
01:08:17.500 a search warrant
01:08:18.060 for his um
01:08:19.980 for his shed out there
01:08:22.140 in the woods
01:08:22.620 me or
01:08:24.120 and at least him
01:08:24.740 need to go in with you
01:08:26.280 mama call out
01:08:28.160 me
01:08:29.900 so now since they have
01:08:30.880 a search warrant
01:08:31.260 for the house
01:08:31.620 it's effectively their house
01:08:32.800 he can't go in there
01:08:34.040 without them now
01:08:34.700 while not long after
01:08:35.920 arriving on Todd's
01:08:36.700 expansive rural land
01:08:37.760 the other team of deputies
01:08:38.780 drove down its long
01:08:39.560 gravel road
01:08:40.060 and came upon
01:08:40.540 the two-story garage
01:08:41.460 when they went inside
01:08:42.460 they were immediately
01:08:43.120 concerned to see
01:08:43.820 that the makeshift
01:08:44.400 living space
01:08:44.940 was adorned by shackles
01:08:46.060 but then they came upon
01:08:47.120 the thing that fully
01:08:47.840 stopped them in their tracks
01:08:48.860 in the bathroom
01:08:49.780 inside of a lone
01:08:50.440 wastebasket
01:08:50.940 was a pile of hair
01:08:51.640 clippings
01:08:51.980 reddish brown in color
01:08:53.040 they warily headed
01:08:53.980 back outside
01:08:54.520 to continue this
01:08:55.100 boom
01:08:55.580 that's important
01:08:56.300 because they know
01:08:56.960 that the victim
01:08:57.760 that they're looking for
01:08:58.540 has red hair
01:08:59.100 that's all more
01:09:00.280 probable cause for them
01:09:01.100 search
01:09:01.560 but as the investigators
01:09:02.360 came across Todd's
01:09:03.320 looming shipping container
01:09:04.140 and went to take a closer look
01:09:05.300 they were suddenly chilled
01:09:06.080 to the bone
01:09:06.560 by a strange noise
01:09:07.440 someone was banging
01:09:08.400 on the walls
01:09:08.840 from the inside
01:09:09.460 and they were screaming
01:09:10.080 desperately for help
01:09:10.960 okay so in that case
01:09:12.460 let's say guys
01:09:13.840 they had a search warrant
01:09:14.540 for the house
01:09:15.080 right
01:09:15.620 but they didn't have
01:09:16.360 a search warrant
01:09:16.840 for this big connex thing here
01:09:20.660 right
01:09:21.080 this thing
01:09:22.440 if they hear banging
01:09:25.040 this is what's called
01:09:26.440 an exigent circumstance
01:09:27.380 they can break in
01:09:29.140 and go in there
01:09:29.860 okay
01:09:30.840 this is one of the
01:09:32.180 this is one of the exceptions
01:09:33.820 to the fourth amendment
01:09:34.600 where you don't need
01:09:35.340 a search warrant
01:09:35.860 right
01:09:36.820 so there's a couple of exceptions
01:09:38.200 to getting a search warrant
01:09:40.960 that doesn't necessarily
01:09:42.100 violate the fourth amendment
01:09:42.980 so hot pursuit
01:09:44.400 which is where
01:09:45.300 if I'm chasing a bad guy
01:09:46.940 and he's running for me
01:09:47.840 and he goes into a house
01:09:49.280 I can run into the house
01:09:51.300 to pursue him
01:09:52.060 right
01:09:52.700 without a warrant
01:09:54.180 and another one is
01:09:55.300 where
01:09:55.900 there's like
01:09:56.760 an intense risk
01:09:58.120 of bodily injury
01:09:59.980 where someone's life
01:10:01.160 is in danger
01:10:01.620 so if you're executing
01:10:02.660 a search warrant
01:10:03.220 at a house
01:10:03.700 looking for a missing person
01:10:04.740 and then the structure
01:10:06.820 next to the house
01:10:07.460 you hear fucking banging
01:10:08.500 like
01:10:08.700 help
01:10:10.460 help
01:10:10.820 you don't need
01:10:13.340 a search warrant
01:10:13.840 for that fucking thing
01:10:14.760 you just open that shit
01:10:16.300 you just open that shit
01:10:17.280 because now
01:10:18.080 we're talking about
01:10:19.240 someone's
01:10:20.280 someone's life
01:10:21.720 could be in danger
01:10:22.300 and you don't have time
01:10:23.920 to fucking say
01:10:24.700 hey
01:10:25.000 hey ADA
01:10:26.420 I'm here
01:10:27.420 I need a search warrant
01:10:29.100 because I can hear
01:10:29.460 someone banging
01:10:30.040 in this fucking structure
01:10:30.920 over here
01:10:31.280 and I don't have
01:10:31.620 a warrant for that
01:10:32.280 so can I
01:10:33.860 you know
01:10:34.520 can you guys get
01:10:35.240 this sign by the
01:10:35.680 hell no
01:10:36.340 hell no
01:10:37.740 is the exigent circumstance
01:10:39.740 they're gonna fucking
01:10:40.940 cut that shit open
01:10:41.640 right then and there
01:10:42.300 that is an exception
01:10:43.560 to the fourth amendment
01:10:44.360 moment the whole
01:10:47.260 atmosphere changed
01:10:48.320 deputies rushed
01:10:49.300 to open the doors
01:10:49.980 but the container
01:10:50.740 was tightly sealed
01:10:51.500 shut by five
01:10:52.320 heavy padlocks
01:10:53.140 see and they're
01:10:54.060 taking all that
01:10:54.580 as evidence
01:10:55.080 this unforgettable
01:10:56.800 video captured
01:10:57.540 the few tense minutes
01:10:58.400 where everyone
01:10:59.040 held their breath
01:10:59.860 as a few men
01:11:00.580 cut and pry
01:11:01.200 open the locks
01:11:01.780 and then finally
01:11:02.540 they were in
01:11:03.520 but but here's
01:11:08.000 the important thing
01:11:08.500 so um
01:11:09.300 once they go in
01:11:11.240 and they get her
01:11:12.880 they pretty much
01:11:14.780 that's kind of
01:11:15.300 where it ends
01:11:15.860 does that make sense
01:11:16.500 so so
01:11:17.420 once they get in there
01:11:19.400 and they get her out
01:11:20.120 and she's safe
01:11:20.700 and they establish
01:11:21.740 that there's no other
01:11:22.520 human beings in the
01:11:23.320 structure
01:11:23.640 right that
01:11:24.720 are at risk
01:11:26.040 of life and limb
01:11:26.700 the searching
01:11:28.020 has to stop right there
01:11:28.980 call the prosecutor
01:11:30.200 get a search warrant
01:11:30.900 they can't just like
01:11:32.920 fucking start opening up
01:11:34.020 drawers and all this
01:11:34.640 other bullshit
01:11:35.060 right that
01:11:36.400 that could lead to
01:11:37.820 a fourth amendment
01:11:38.320 violation
01:11:38.840 so once they pull her
01:11:40.480 out
01:11:40.840 and she's safe
01:11:42.080 and it's reasonable
01:11:43.700 that there's no other
01:11:44.580 human being in that
01:11:45.540 fucking container
01:11:46.440 right
01:11:48.400 that the exigent
01:11:50.220 circumstance has
01:11:50.980 dissipated
01:11:51.500 now they must get
01:11:53.140 a judicial warrant
01:11:54.400 now
01:11:55.080 if they do see things
01:11:56.780 while they're there
01:11:57.220 cutting
01:11:57.480 helping her
01:11:58.320 right trying to save her
01:11:59.180 they see a gun here
01:12:00.300 maybe some bullets here
01:12:01.280 whatever
01:12:01.540 there's a law in the books
01:12:03.560 or a phrase that we used
01:12:04.460 to say
01:12:04.780 right to be means
01:12:05.960 right to see
01:12:06.440 so they have a right
01:12:07.440 to go in there
01:12:07.940 because they're saving her
01:12:09.140 with the exigent
01:12:09.680 circumstance
01:12:10.060 and if they observe
01:12:11.180 other items
01:12:12.280 in plain view
01:12:13.460 that's all fair game
01:12:15.480 so in this case
01:12:16.140 if they see a gun there
01:12:17.320 this guy's a convicted felon
01:12:19.780 he's not supposed to have a gun
01:12:20.780 that's legit evidence
01:12:22.620 however
01:12:23.660 if there's a safe in there
01:12:24.960 they can't cut open
01:12:27.520 that safe too
01:12:28.220 and then pull
01:12:29.420 and find the guns
01:12:30.700 that would be a violation
01:12:32.200 so if they go in
01:12:34.480 get her
01:12:35.160 lawfully there
01:12:36.060 exigent circumstance
01:12:37.160 and an exception
01:12:38.900 to the fourth amendment
01:12:39.600 once the exigent circumstance
01:12:43.440 is done
01:12:43.840 the search is done
01:12:44.660 unless they see things
01:12:46.620 in plain view
01:12:47.260 that are illegal
01:12:48.200 they see drugs
01:12:48.860 they see some guns
01:12:49.500 etc
01:12:49.760 fine
01:12:50.360 photograph them in place
01:12:52.460 call the prosecutor
01:12:55.280 maybe get a warrant
01:12:56.980 to be safe
01:12:57.940 what I would do is
01:12:58.660 if I went in there
01:12:59.820 got her out
01:13:00.380 and I see things
01:13:01.280 that are illegal
01:13:01.720 I'm not going to search
01:13:02.720 I'm going to walk outside
01:13:03.760 secure the structure
01:13:05.380 call the prosecutor
01:13:06.140 hey
01:13:06.780 we rescued this woman
01:13:08.100 from this structure
01:13:09.260 to me
01:13:11.860 I don't think
01:13:12.220 that there's any
01:13:12.860 any other people here
01:13:14.140 but I did see some bullets
01:13:15.760 and everything else like that
01:13:16.620 I want to write up a warrant
01:13:17.440 perfect
01:13:17.940 what did you see
01:13:18.920 I observed the gun
01:13:20.020 I observed some ammunition here
01:13:21.160 I observed what seemed to be
01:13:22.340 a powdery white substance
01:13:24.340 awesome
01:13:25.500 the AU ADA
01:13:27.940 write up the search warrant
01:13:29.760 for you
01:13:30.080 give it to the judge
01:13:31.360 judge signs it
01:13:32.420 you send someone over there
01:13:33.180 to swear to it
01:13:33.800 judge signs it
01:13:35.020 now you can search
01:13:35.940 that fucking container
01:13:37.080 that's what I would do
01:13:39.120 to be safe
01:13:39.600 always get a search warrant
01:13:41.440 if you can
01:13:41.880 always
01:13:42.920 because
01:13:43.720 if they were to like
01:13:45.080 you know
01:13:45.360 just take the guns
01:13:46.060 and take the shit
01:13:46.720 and be like
01:13:47.000 oh well plain view doctrine
01:13:48.080 yeah that works and all
01:13:50.380 but
01:13:51.180 now you open yourself up
01:13:52.720 to
01:13:52.920 liability
01:13:53.980 now
01:13:54.460 the defense attorney
01:13:55.420 can fucking
01:13:55.960 you know
01:13:56.560 do what's called
01:13:57.040 the suppression hearing
01:13:57.720 oh my god
01:13:58.820 bro
01:13:59.360 I've testified
01:14:00.600 to so many goddamn
01:14:01.360 suppression hearings guys
01:14:02.280 that's why I have like
01:14:03.040 that's why I know
01:14:04.560 all this shit
01:14:05.060 a suppression hearing
01:14:08.180 is basically where
01:14:08.860 the defense
01:14:09.820 questions how you
01:14:11.920 collected evidence
01:14:12.640 and they call in
01:14:14.760 the law enforcement guys
01:14:16.380 who collected the evidence
01:14:17.200 to challenge how they
01:14:17.880 collected it
01:14:18.260 so that they can
01:14:18.840 get that evidence
01:14:20.000 thrown out
01:14:21.180 and after testifying
01:14:22.500 against so many
01:14:22.980 different suppression
01:14:23.540 hearings
01:14:23.820 I've learned this shit
01:14:25.060 ironclad
01:14:25.620 when in doubt
01:14:26.720 get a fucking search
01:14:27.820 warrant
01:14:28.000 every single time
01:14:28.680 I don't care if you
01:14:29.240 have a fourth amendment
01:14:29.780 exception
01:14:30.160 I don't care if you
01:14:30.800 got whatever
01:14:31.660 obviously in a situation
01:14:33.720 like this where
01:14:34.240 someone's life is in
01:14:34.900 danger
01:14:35.060 that's one thing
01:14:35.700 but as soon as you
01:14:36.600 secure her
01:14:37.000 get her out
01:14:37.480 bruh
01:14:38.000 call your prosecutor
01:14:39.780 get the search warrant
01:14:41.100 it costs you nothing
01:14:41.860 you already have the
01:14:42.500 probable cause
01:14:43.100 you literally found
01:14:44.220 the fucking body
01:14:44.820 in there
01:14:45.200 you literally found
01:14:46.880 somebody in there
01:14:47.340 chained
01:14:47.740 right
01:14:49.400 that's fucking
01:14:50.900 spectacular evidence
01:14:52.220 write the warrant up
01:14:54.420 get a sign by the judge
01:14:55.840 bam
01:14:56.280 now you're covered
01:14:56.880 you leave yourself
01:15:00.940 less headaches
01:15:01.680 in the future
01:15:02.200 and you know
01:15:03.840 a lot of the times
01:15:04.640 these guys do fucking
01:15:05.300 Slavi police work
01:15:06.120 and they fuck their shit up
01:15:06.940 like the OJ Simpson case
01:15:08.220 for example
01:15:08.620 y'all know that they had
01:15:09.980 OJ fucking locked dead
01:15:11.340 right
01:15:12.020 they had that boy
01:15:12.720 dead to rights
01:15:13.480 but why did the OJ Simpson case
01:15:15.040 fail
01:15:15.340 because the credibility
01:15:17.020 of the investigators
01:15:17.680 and the evidence
01:15:18.180 they were able to attack
01:15:19.360 the evidence
01:15:19.780 therefore they were able
01:15:21.140 to destroy the case
01:15:22.940 and then OJ walked
01:15:24.400 that's a perfect example
01:15:27.600 of attacking the evidence
01:15:28.460 and attacking the character
01:15:29.420 of the
01:15:29.900 of the official
01:15:31.460 officials
01:15:32.280 Mark Furman
01:15:33.140 etc
01:15:33.400 so
01:15:36.740 this is a unique situation
01:15:39.000 where obviously
01:15:39.580 this circumstance exists
01:15:40.940 but
01:15:42.120 you don't want to run
01:15:43.140 with that
01:15:45.340 give me once in the chat
01:15:46.000 that don't make sense
01:15:46.580 this is obviously
01:15:47.020 this is a very
01:15:48.120 info based episode here
01:15:52.340 some dumbass nigga
01:16:02.640 named Shrik says
01:16:03.260 bro let us watch
01:16:03.880 the fucking thing
01:16:04.420 how about you
01:16:05.160 shut the fuck up bro
01:16:06.120 I'm giving commentary

01:16:26.420 watch it on your own time
01:16:27.380 shut the fuck up
01:16:28.280 fucking retard
01:16:30.660 I'm adding an enormous amount
01:16:34.180 of context and information
01:16:35.320 so that people better
01:16:36.520 understand this shit
01:16:37.240 dumb fuck
01:16:37.780 you see one episode
01:16:39.860 of Forensic Files
01:16:40.420 you think you've known everything

01:16:43.620 let me find this nigga
01:16:44.260 real quick
01:16:44.700 I think it's gotta be

01:16:47.640 let me see
01:16:48.180 oh no he's some fucking
01:16:54.520 beaner ass nigga
01:16:55.760 fucking retard
01:17:02.080 hey bro shut the fuck up
01:17:04.500 if you don't like it
01:17:05.340 nigga go open up
01:17:05.920 another tab
01:17:06.480 anyway back to the show
01:17:09.380 watch out
01:17:15.060 stupid ass nigga
01:17:15.980 in the YouTube chat
01:17:16.700 shirig or whatever
01:17:17.480 the fuck his name is
01:17:18.580 the dark box was littered
01:17:23.880 with supplies and crime novels
01:17:25.040 and in the very back
01:17:25.940 chained to the wall
01:17:26.700 by her neck
01:17:27.220 sat a despondent Kayla
01:17:28.220 on top of the dog bed
01:17:29.480 she'd been made to sleep on
01:17:30.480 for the past two months
01:17:31.400 barely able to move
01:17:32.380 nigga said
01:17:32.740 middle eastern bro
01:17:33.400 come on
01:17:33.760 shut the fuck up nigga
01:17:34.560 as if that's much better
01:17:36.880 shut your dumb ass up
01:17:39.380 you could literally
01:17:40.300 open up another tab
01:17:41.160 and watch this thing
01:17:41.780 on your own
01:17:42.260 the title's right there
01:17:43.320 dumb ass with the
01:17:43.920 YouTube channel
01:17:44.480 nigga saying
01:17:45.800 oh stop
01:17:46.220 stop in the video
01:17:47.120 now I'm stopping it
01:17:48.140 to cook your dumb
01:17:48.740 monkey ass
01:17:49.380 fucking retard
01:17:53.900 you fucking goat fucker
01:17:55.500 holy shit man
01:17:57.880 goofy dumb fuck
01:17:59.500 as her restraints
01:18:01.020 had forced her to stay
01:18:01.720 sitting up almost all the
01:18:02.820 time during her
01:18:03.700 captivity
01:18:04.060 the investigators
01:18:05.080 try their best to
01:18:05.840 console Kayla
01:18:06.380 as they get bolt cutters
01:18:07.240 to set her free
01:18:07.920 but despite the
01:18:25.740 extended trauma
01:18:26.340 Kayla had just
01:18:26.880 endured
01:18:27.180 her immediate response
01:18:28.200 to being rescued
01:18:28.740 was clear
01:18:29.240 coherent
01:18:29.660 and calmer
01:18:30.380 than anyone
01:18:30.840 could have expected
01:18:31.520 her strength
01:18:32.300 in this footage
01:18:32.900 is beyond admirable
01:18:34.060 do you know where
01:18:35.120 your buddy is
01:18:35.800 Charlie
01:18:36.660 yes
01:18:37.020 he shot him
01:18:38.000 he shot him
01:18:38.660 who did
01:18:39.280 Todd Kohlhepp
01:18:40.780 shot Charlie Carver
01:18:41.760 three times in the chest
01:18:42.660 wrapped him in a blue
01:18:43.400 tarp
01:18:43.680 put him in the bucket
01:18:44.260 of the tractor
01:18:45.420 locked me down here
01:18:46.680 and I've never seen him
01:18:47.240 again
01:18:47.460 he says he's dead
01:18:48.540 and buried
01:18:48.860 he says there's
01:18:49.440 several bodies
01:18:49.920 dead and buried
01:18:50.340 out here
01:18:50.780 and he says
01:18:51.260 that the dog
01:18:51.700 will be ruined
01:18:52.140 if they go look
01:18:52.600 into the red pepper
01:18:53.300 we're gonna step you
01:18:53.920 out sweet
01:18:54.220 tell the dog
01:18:54.600 there's what
01:18:54.880 red pepper
01:18:55.540 tell the dog
01:18:56.420 people that
01:18:56.820 he says there's
01:18:57.980 pepper everywhere
01:18:58.580 around the car
01:18:59.260 the car's presently
01:19:00.020 a ravine
01:19:00.860 the investigators
01:19:03.140 at Todd's house
01:19:03.700 were alerted
01:19:04.200 of the shocking
01:19:04.580 discovery
01:19:04.980 and they quickly
01:19:05.760 confronted Kohlhepp
01:19:06.620 letting him know
01:19:07.300 the jig was up
01:19:08.020 they had Kayla
01:19:08.700 and there was
01:19:09.080 no weaseling
01:19:09.580 his way out
01:19:10.020 of it now
01:19:10.520 all right
01:19:11.060 this is where
01:19:11.460 we're at
01:19:11.700 Mr. Kohlhepp
01:19:12.160 well we were here
01:19:14.320 all right
01:19:15.020 my sergeant
01:19:16.020 sir
01:19:16.200 and kudos
01:19:17.800 to her
01:19:18.220 for being able
01:19:18.880 to recall
01:19:19.440 all those facts
01:19:20.200 immediately
01:19:20.600 bro she was
01:19:21.220 on point
01:19:22.180 she was stutter
01:19:23.680 she was waiting
01:19:24.820 for that day
01:19:25.260 when the cops
01:19:25.700 showed up
01:19:26.120 now
01:19:27.600 the guy here
01:19:29.460 the case officer
01:19:30.500 he's
01:19:31.120 or the case
01:19:31.640 detective
01:19:31.920 in this case
01:19:32.320 he's letting him
01:19:33.120 know
01:19:33.440 that hey
01:19:34.260 just so you know
01:19:34.940 we found a woman
01:19:35.920 at your house
01:19:36.480 and this is great
01:19:38.000 whenever as the
01:19:38.900 investigator you got
01:19:39.600 like a fucking
01:19:40.260 smoking gun evidence
01:19:41.120 and you confront
01:19:41.660 the bad guy
01:19:42.120 with it
01:19:42.440 it's always hilarious
01:19:43.980 I can't tell you guys
01:19:44.960 how many times
01:19:45.380 I've done that
01:19:45.880 when I was on the job
01:19:46.780 oh bro
01:19:48.900 I didn't do nothing
01:19:49.800 I didn't do nothing
01:19:51.880 I didn't do nothing
01:20:00.500 and then I hit him
01:20:02.760 with the fucking
01:20:03.320 hey well
01:20:04.400 well okay
01:20:05.340 you know
01:20:06.960 become like
01:20:08.320 one of these niggas
01:20:08.800 slide the piece
01:20:12.540 of paper over
01:20:13.160 you didn't do nothing
01:20:15.060 what's this
01:20:15.640 nigga flips it over
01:20:17.060 nigga sits there
01:20:27.840 in silence for a bit
01:20:28.660 then you gotta decide
01:20:36.340 is he gonna cooperate
01:20:39.380 or is he gonna go
01:20:41.580 to fucking jail
01:20:42.340 and then the nigga
01:20:45.520 knows that after
01:20:46.400 he fucking goes to jail
01:20:47.540 he's gonna get sent
01:20:48.180 back to Mexico
01:20:48.780 he's like damn
01:20:54.480 I don't wanna go back
01:20:55.360 alright I'll talk
01:20:58.400 boom got him
01:20:59.580 so
01:21:02.540 it's a great feeling bro
01:21:04.700 telling y'all man
01:21:05.680 you confront the
01:21:06.180 background with that
01:21:06.720 evidence
01:21:07.120 that nigga cooked
01:21:08.820 fatality
01:21:11.540 okay
01:21:14.980 we have Kayla
01:21:16.160 we have Kayla
01:21:18.120 he's like
01:21:19.500 oh man
01:21:20.980 we got Kayla
01:21:23.700 that nigga's like
01:21:24.280 oh shit
01:21:24.980 in your property
01:21:26.280 she was locked
01:21:27.880 in a container
01:21:28.360 okay
01:21:29.440 ooh
01:21:30.280 she has told us
01:21:33.100 that you shot
01:21:34.100 and killed Charlie
01:21:34.660 oh
01:21:35.120 oh
01:21:35.700 punk
01:21:36.020 punk
01:21:36.060 punch
01:21:36.880 okay
01:21:38.920 so at this time
01:21:39.640 I'm gonna need you
01:21:40.060 to stand up
01:21:40.580 and put your hands
01:21:41.340 behind your back
01:21:41.800 he's already cooked
01:21:42.700 okay
01:21:43.080 you're under arrest
01:21:43.980 right now for kidnapping
01:21:44.840 alright
01:21:46.120 they're gonna continue
01:21:46.700 to search your property
01:21:47.740 they're gonna continue
01:21:49.180 they got cadaver dogs
01:21:50.660 down there
01:21:51.060 okay
01:21:51.660 if you wanna help yourself
01:21:52.900 tell me where Charlie's at
01:21:54.540 so we can go find his body
01:21:56.240 now I will say this
01:22:01.000 um
01:22:01.980 I don't know if they read
01:22:03.580 him his rights earlier
01:22:04.420 but at this point
01:22:06.160 you definitely need to be
01:22:07.520 fucking reading them
01:22:08.320 their rights
01:22:08.820 cause he's not free to go
01:22:10.500 no more
01:22:10.800 and he's officially
01:22:11.480 like under
01:22:12.180 in custody
01:22:12.800 so I'm assuming
01:22:14.420 they read him his rights
01:22:15.120 earlier
01:22:15.540 that's pretty much
01:22:18.620 where we're at right now
01:22:19.460 okay
01:22:20.780 do you wanna help
01:22:22.300 yourself
01:22:22.820 and tell me where
01:22:23.680 the body's at
01:22:24.320 so we can go recover
01:22:25.100 Charlie's body
01:22:25.700 no sir
01:22:26.380 you don't want
01:22:27.320 so notice how he's
01:22:28.400 framing the question
01:22:28.980 in an assumption manner
01:22:30.660 they like
01:22:31.680 hey we know he's dead
01:22:32.560 but where can you
01:22:33.160 help us find the body
01:22:33.900 says you don't want to
01:22:36.740 no sir
01:22:37.400 okay
01:22:37.840 no thanks
01:22:38.840 why'd you shoot him
01:22:40.060 another good question
01:22:41.560 why'd you shoot him
01:22:42.180 he makes the assumption again
01:22:43.740 wait sir
01:22:44.840 okay why'd you
01:22:46.000 he makes that
01:22:46.300 and shoot him
01:22:46.800 why'd you lock her
01:22:47.360 in a container
01:22:47.700 in your property
01:22:48.200 I don't know what you're talking about
01:22:49.480 why'd you lock her
01:22:52.680 in your container
01:22:53.180 uh
01:22:53.800 I don't know
01:22:55.700 I don't know
01:22:56.700 she's on your property
01:22:58.320 right now
01:22:58.700 locked in a container
01:22:59.420 they just got her
01:23:00.520 out of a
01:23:00.900 like a
01:23:01.480 nigga should have been
01:23:02.360 said I want a lawyer
01:23:03.100 um they called her
01:23:04.320 this
01:23:04.440 connex box
01:23:06.180 she was locked
01:23:07.520 in a container
01:23:07.980 in a connex box
01:23:08.720 they got her
01:23:09.360 we have investigators
01:23:11.000 we have like 20 investigators
01:23:12.020 on your property right now
01:23:13.880 now it's starting to hit him
01:23:15.080 that he's cooked
01:23:16.380 and they have found her
01:23:22.480 in the connex box
01:23:23.320 so she never left
01:23:25.720 your property
01:23:26.160 ooh
01:23:27.420 cause remember guys
01:23:28.180 they know that her phone
01:23:28.980 her phone
01:23:29.600 the last place it pinged
01:23:30.740 was at that place
01:23:31.700 that's how they were able
01:23:32.320 to get the search warrant
01:23:32.860 in the first place
01:23:33.440 I guarantee you
01:23:34.460 that was a big part
01:23:35.020 of the probable cause
01:23:35.760 okay you locked her
01:23:37.040 in the connex box
01:23:37.880 and she just told
01:23:38.640 the investigator
01:23:39.100 that you shot
01:23:40.080 and killed Charlie
01:23:40.720 okay so I'm trying
01:23:42.820 to give you an opportunity
01:23:43.700 to help yourself
01:23:44.740 and help us
01:23:45.440 help you
01:23:46.500 find this body
01:23:47.280 because she's saying
01:23:48.500 Charlie's body
01:23:49.040 you buried Charlie's body
01:23:50.220 on that property
01:23:50.840 so you're saying
01:23:54.100 you didn't lock her up
01:23:55.620 you didn't put her
01:23:56.340 in the connex box
01:23:56.940 or anything
01:23:57.340 I'm going to need an attorney
01:23:59.500 yeah you should have
01:24:01.660 said that in the beginning
01:24:02.380 dumb fuck
01:24:03.040 now this is a perfect
01:24:05.900 example of
01:24:06.820 you know
01:24:07.740 I would respond
01:24:09.340 if I was the guy
01:24:10.160 I'd be like
01:24:10.360 alright cool
01:24:10.700 we don't need your statement
01:24:11.360 anyway you're cooked
01:24:12.060 I used to say that
01:24:13.960 to people before
01:24:14.680 bro there were times
01:24:16.300 where I'd have them
01:24:16.880 so dead to rights
01:24:17.640 and I'd be like
01:24:18.940 hey do you want to talk
01:24:19.680 they'd be like
01:24:20.560 nah I want an attorney
01:24:21.760 I'd be like alright
01:24:22.180 just so you know
01:24:23.360 this is what we got
01:24:23.960 you're cooked anyway
01:24:24.720 just like that
01:24:26.060 nigga just sits there like
01:24:28.200 and then what I would do is
01:24:32.140 funny story
01:24:33.160 like I
01:24:35.180 you know
01:24:35.580 we'd have them dead to rights
01:24:36.480 catch them with the drugs
01:24:37.280 catch them with the illegal aliens
01:24:38.180 whatever
01:24:38.480 alright I walk in
01:24:39.580 to interview them right
01:24:40.200 because at this point
01:24:40.860 I interviewed all the witnesses
01:24:42.660 etc
01:24:43.020 I come into the jail cell
01:24:43.980 talk to him
01:24:44.500 you know
01:24:45.220 hey
01:24:45.720 you know
01:24:46.300 they found this
01:24:47.060 blah blah blah
01:24:47.480 do you want to talk to me
01:24:49.080 no I want a lawyer
01:24:50.600 okay
01:24:51.040 cool
01:24:51.560 just so you know
01:24:52.980 I'm going to take you down
01:24:53.580 to the fucking
01:24:54.100 Webb County Jail
01:24:54.840 we don't really need
01:24:56.380 your statement
01:24:56.740 you're cooked
01:24:57.200 and I just walk out
01:24:58.080 and then I fucking
01:24:59.820 take them
01:25:00.560 to the jail
01:25:01.900 drop them off
01:25:02.460 I'll come like
01:25:03.380 two or three days later
01:25:04.280 read him his rights again
01:25:06.520 hey you want to cooperate
01:25:07.260 I know it sucks in here
01:25:08.040 a lot of the times
01:25:09.160 they say yeah
01:25:09.840 I want to cooperate
01:25:10.400 boom
01:25:11.260 got him
01:25:12.660 Falcon
01:25:13.260 punch
01:25:14.760 so that was one of the things
01:25:16.180 I used to do back in the day
01:25:17.140 um
01:25:18.560 when I was on the job
01:25:20.100 gotcha bitch
01:25:20.800 um
01:25:23.720 probably
01:25:24.100 I'll tell you bro
01:25:24.640 a few days in jail
01:25:25.520 oh lord
01:25:26.680 that changed niggas' minds
01:25:28.100 good thing
01:25:28.920 go ahead and put him
01:25:29.420 in the back of your car
01:25:29.980 sir
01:25:30.400 watching this clip
01:25:32.200 Todd seems almost frozen
01:25:33.260 by disbelief
01:25:33.960 like he never thought
01:25:34.740 he'd actually get caught
01:25:35.360 yo like the video bro
01:25:36.160 where you guys gonna get
01:25:36.880 fucking commentary
01:25:37.840 like this anywhere else
01:25:38.820 smash that fucking
01:25:40.240 like video bro
01:25:41.080 I'll be number one
01:25:43.460 streamer 2026 bro
01:25:44.400 we taking over man
01:25:45.140 we taking over niggas
01:25:47.300 smash that like button
01:25:48.500 we got what
01:25:49.000 765 likes
01:25:50.060 2,000 plus you guys
01:25:50.940 watching on YouTube alone
01:25:51.880 then we got another
01:25:52.400 like 1,000 you guys
01:25:53.100 on Rumble
01:25:53.480 so we got like
01:25:54.320 3, 4k y'all watching
01:25:55.360 shout out to you ninjas
01:25:56.780 yeah that was reckless
01:26:19.380 that he did that shit
01:26:20.180 I might have to agree
01:26:21.220 as she rode in the ambulance
01:26:22.620 Kayla would reveal
01:26:23.280 more heartbreaking details
01:26:24.340 of her time trapped
01:26:25.080 with Todd
01:26:25.520 one of the things
01:26:26.360 I found most disgusting
01:26:27.280 was the harrowing way
01:26:28.100 she described the sexual assaults
01:26:29.980 most of the time
01:26:31.040 he would ever run
01:26:32.300 me when it's actually again
01:26:33.840 I heard you used to do
01:26:35.880 any things that you wanted
01:26:36.700 if I said no
01:26:42.580 he didn't force himself on me
01:26:43.920 so if
01:26:44.780 when he was assaulting her
01:26:46.840 if she said no
01:26:48.080 he wouldn't grape her
01:26:50.180 and then he would tell her
01:26:52.660 because he doesn't believe
01:26:53.360 in grape
01:26:53.780 bro isn't that crazy
01:26:55.440 hey
01:26:56.480 hold on lady
01:26:57.900 I know you don't want
01:26:59.160 to have sex with my fat ass
01:27:00.200 so I'm not going to
01:27:01.340 force myself on you
01:27:02.300 I don't believe in grape
01:27:03.380 however
01:27:03.740 I do believe in
01:27:05.420 kidnapping and murder
01:27:06.240 okay but grape
01:27:07.900 is where I draw the line
01:27:08.740 bro these niggas
01:27:10.080 are crazy
01:27:10.560 like a lot of these
01:27:11.300 criminals have like
01:27:11.860 these weird delusions
01:27:12.600 to make themselves feel
01:27:13.380 better about the shit
01:27:14.000 that they're doing
01:27:14.500 but then he indirectly
01:27:22.580 uh
01:27:23.760 tells her
01:27:24.940 hey
01:27:25.360 just so you know though
01:27:26.500 if you no longer
01:27:28.540 serve use
01:27:29.380 this is seriously
01:27:37.560 one of the most evil
01:27:38.380 things I could ever
01:27:39.100 imagine
01:27:39.460 not only did he do
01:27:40.540 unspeakable things to her
01:27:41.480 without her consent
01:27:42.240 but it seems like he
01:27:43.060 somehow managed to
01:27:43.700 convince himself that
01:27:44.400 this was not assault
01:27:45.220 probably in order to
01:27:46.220 feel less guilty
01:27:46.980 and pathetic
01:27:47.500 and in turn
01:27:48.220 and here I notice guys
01:27:49.060 a lot of criminals
01:27:49.680 like do this sometimes
01:27:50.660 where they'll um
01:27:52.100 try to justify their
01:27:53.920 actions uh
01:27:55.120 by saying oh well
01:27:55.940 I won't stoop to that
01:27:56.680 level or I won't do this
01:27:57.780 um and you guys are
01:27:58.760 going to see this play
01:27:59.360 out here in a little bit
01:28:00.480 when he talks with the
01:28:01.280 investigators
01:28:01.740 Kayla feel even more
01:28:03.040 worthless
01:28:03.440 simply unbelievable
01:28:04.840 and it just goes to show
01:28:06.200 once again the mental
01:28:07.140 gymnastics a narcissistic
01:28:08.280 person like Todd would do
01:28:09.300 to believe that his
01:28:10.100 victim genuinely wants
01:28:11.120 to be intimate with him
01:28:11.960 even though he's
01:28:12.740 literally putting Kayla's
01:28:13.640 life on the line
01:28:14.420 if she doesn't comply
01:28:15.360 he apparently also told
01:28:16.760 her that Stockholm Syndrome
01:28:17.640 would kick in and
01:28:18.260 she'd be happy with him
01:28:19.120 and that he
01:28:19.580 bro
01:28:19.740 imagine telling a chick
01:28:21.300 hey I know you don't
01:28:22.960 want to have sex right now
01:28:23.780 but you will fall in love
01:28:24.660 with me because of
01:28:25.280 Stockholm Syndrome
01:28:25.960 at some point
01:28:26.660 okay lady
01:28:27.260 yo imagine like
01:28:28.660 using that
01:28:29.260 on your fucking
01:28:30.280 uh captive
01:28:31.180 got that Stockholm Syndrome
01:28:33.900 game
01:28:34.340 hey you gonna love me
01:28:35.220 eventually
01:28:35.680 plan to build a
01:28:36.960 soundproof room for her
01:28:37.820 to live in long term
01:28:38.900 Kayla also revealed
01:28:40.000 that Todd liked to brag
01:28:40.860 that he was a serial
01:28:41.600 killer and a mass murderer
01:28:42.640 and that his dream
01:28:43.500 was to get his body
01:28:44.140 count in the three digits
01:28:45.040 since it was supposedly
01:28:45.820 only in the high
01:28:46.660 two digits so far
01:28:47.740 just listen to these
01:28:48.660 bizarre claims that
01:28:49.420 Todd allegedly boasted
01:28:50.300 about to Kayla
01:28:50.920 so way more people
01:28:52.180 and this happens a lot
01:28:53.860 with these killers bro
01:28:54.580 um they kill way more
01:28:56.140 people we just catch
01:28:57.080 them um at a
01:28:58.820 certain number
01:28:59.200 but a lot of times
01:28:59.780 these guys have
01:29:00.220 killed way more
01:29:00.720 people
01:29:01.100 this fat ass nigga
01:29:14.980 was no paramility
01:29:15.820 that nigga was a
01:29:17.560 fucking pair of
01:29:18.320 buffet contractor
01:29:19.140 get the fuck out
01:29:19.820 of here
01:29:20.100 bro wasn't killing
01:29:23.960 nothing but buffets
01:29:24.780 what is he talking
01:29:25.280 about man
01:29:25.740 I really don't know
01:29:29.560 where the whole
01:29:30.020 killing people for the
01:29:30.820 government thing comes
01:29:31.480 from but I'd guess
01:29:32.400 it was just a fabrication
01:29:33.260 Todd made up just for
01:29:34.200 the sake of attention
01:29:34.920 so this was the big
01:29:36.300 case that finally put
01:29:37.220 Todd Colehead behind
01:29:38.000 bars but as authorities
01:29:39.320 continued speaking with
01:29:40.240 him they would discover
01:29:41.080 that the rabbit hole
01:29:41.760 of Todd's life was far
01:29:42.980 deeper and darker
01:29:44.160 and more evil than
01:29:45.440 they could have ever
01:29:46.040 imagined
01:29:46.460 first of all shortly
01:29:47.760 after being taken into
01:29:48.680 custody Todd would
01:29:49.580 lead police to a site
01:29:50.440 on his property where
01:29:51.140 two more corpses were
01:29:51.940 found
01:29:52.260 authorities were shocked
01:29:53.420 to unearth Johnny Coxie
01:29:54.500 and his wife Megan
01:29:55.480 McGraw Coxie a young
01:29:56.780 couple who had been
01:29:57.320 missing since December
01:29:58.160 2015 autopsies revealed
01:30:00.000 that Megan died from a
01:30:00.800 gunshot wound to the
01:30:01.460 head while her husband
01:30:02.240 received a fatal wound
01:30:03.100 to the torso to make
01:30:04.180 matters even worse
01:30:04.840 while it was determined
01:30:05.460 that Johnny had been
01:30:06.100 killed immediately
01:30:06.760 Megan had been kept
01:30:07.680 alive for six days
01:30:08.760 before Todd brutally
01:30:09.860 murdered her on
01:30:10.460 Christmas upon further
01:30:11.840 research it appears
01:30:12.600 Megan and Johnny had
01:30:13.480 just been released from
01:30:14.160 jail shortly before
01:30:14.920 they went missing
01:30:15.480 and with various sources
01:30:16.500 reporting that they had
01:30:17.260 a history of panhandling
01:30:18.240 and that their baby
01:30:18.860 tested positive for
01:30:19.640 heroin you kind of get
01:30:20.720 the feeling that Todd
01:30:21.340 specifically preyed upon
01:30:22.240 people he knew were at
01:30:23.080 a bad place in life
01:30:24.060 and particularly
01:30:24.900 vulnerable
01:30:25.400 now Megan and Johnny
01:30:26.540 may have had problems
01:30:27.240 of their own
01:30:27.720 but of course when Todd
01:30:28.480 told the story of how
01:30:29.180 they died he framed it
01:30:30.060 in a way that made him
01:30:30.840 look like the good guy
01:30:31.680 in the situation
01:30:32.340 well sort of
01:30:33.600 Todd gave investigators
01:30:34.800 this play by play
01:30:35.760 in his confession
01:30:36.440 you picked them up at
01:30:38.000 Blackstock and you know
01:30:39.200 what you picked them up
01:30:40.220 at Blackstock and
01:30:41.200 Reville Road
01:30:42.240 and then that's well
01:30:44.880 okay let's start I met
01:30:48.020 her there okay got her
01:30:49.560 number we talked on the
01:30:50.780 phone for a brief moment
01:30:51.540 okay then I met them
01:30:53.200 later on at that
01:30:54.920 next to Ricky's Hot Dogs
01:30:55.980 Beachy's parking lot
01:30:56.720 they walked across okay
01:30:58.560 and spoke to me there
01:30:59.360 okay I almost thought she
01:31:00.760 was going to hit on me
01:31:01.320 they actually come on
01:31:02.860 I shouldn't know that
01:31:03.280 was in our car um but
01:31:05.100 that's not what I was
01:31:05.600 there for I betcha
01:31:06.640 I'm gonna tell you
01:31:07.080 I'm eating a little
01:31:07.480 shady as shit
01:31:08.000 I understand I mean I
01:31:10.080 got you told you to
01:31:10.600 show up with that
01:31:11.420 in that parking lot
01:31:13.140 yeah in her kind of
01:31:14.440 the way she was I
01:31:15.040 understand what you're
01:31:15.440 talking about um
01:31:16.320 basically offered her
01:31:17.640 the job offered to
01:31:18.340 let him go in and do
01:31:19.060 it could work as well
01:31:20.160 the next day she was
01:31:21.760 next day this was
01:31:22.440 over several days the
01:31:23.480 next day she was in
01:31:24.400 the paper mug shots I
01:31:26.100 guess you guys had
01:31:26.660 arrested her for um
01:31:28.080 meth or some shit um
01:31:29.980 hair I don't know
01:31:30.860 something was in her
01:31:31.320 bloodstream and you
01:31:32.040 took her kids away
01:31:32.600 okay I asked her about
01:31:34.020 it and she informed
01:31:34.600 that yeah she had
01:31:35.280 drug issues and
01:31:36.980 with that what is
01:31:38.400 he doing like a lot
01:31:39.880 of killers do um
01:31:41.300 picking on people that
01:31:42.900 are uh you know
01:31:46.140 easy victims drug
01:31:47.900 addicts homeless people
01:31:49.080 vagrants okay I
01:31:51.260 still don't give a
01:31:51.820 chance you know I
01:31:55.040 get someone said
01:31:56.140 bro someone said
01:31:56.920 hey bro's not in
01:31:57.580 cuffs yeah guys when
01:31:58.540 you want to build a
01:31:59.060 rapport and you're
01:31:59.460 doing an interview with
01:32:00.180 a criminal you don't
01:32:00.900 want them cuffed got to
01:32:02.980 build rapport with them
01:32:03.680 so having them
01:32:04.740 cuffed and
01:32:05.120 uncomfortable doesn't
01:32:05.900 work uh crypto zoo
01:32:08.660 myron did you see the
01:32:09.300 post of candace sorry I

01:32:49.340 it is but you're

01:33:17.480 California uh I'll
01:33:19.160 have to research it

01:33:29.500 uh great um hangout
01:33:32.320 session with them
01:33:32.760 yesterday
01:33:33.120 Kron says uh
01:33:38.880 myron gains ex you
01:33:40.540 grew up in the
01:33:40.960 charter oak school too
01:33:41.780 just as I did you all
01:33:42.700 know too well this
01:33:43.400 crazed lunatic earned
01:33:44.360 learned in elementary
01:33:45.340 school that he wasn't
01:33:46.400 one of the cool kids
01:33:47.220 I just got bullied
01:33:48.440 starting in fifth grade
01:33:49.120 okay uh corporates says
01:33:56.360 um myron what if you
01:33:59.560 would have used the
01:34:00.560 TOR to log in their
01:34:01.480 Facebook accounts how
01:34:02.500 hard would it have been
01:34:03.200 to track they probably
01:34:03.940 could have still tracked
01:34:04.440 it bad says it's a hot
01:34:07.120 take for a reason bro
01:34:08.120 your kids don't need to
01:34:09.740 fear you but to respect
01:34:10.600 you I used to get beat
01:34:11.880 down a lot when I was
01:34:12.680 little but it made me
01:34:13.580 uh worse if someone
01:34:15.000 stood to me level and
01:34:17.120 tried to explain it
01:34:19.120 okay search warrant to
01:34:21.380 search your account so
01:34:22.260 they need uh so they
01:34:23.780 give access to the
01:34:24.400 entire account depends
01:34:25.300 on what they ask for
01:34:26.280 in the search warrant
01:34:26.700 but yes last a great
01:34:28.040 uh dare myron a
01:34:28.780 parenting future great
01:34:29.600 father okay uh farm
01:34:31.260 fatale says that's why
01:34:33.020 we can't see the autopsy
01:34:34.280 for charlie utah state
01:34:35.420 will only unseal a
01:34:36.200 family specifically
01:34:36.800 releases so yes they
01:34:38.280 had got more control
01:34:38.980 that makes sense king
01:34:40.040 cold he says shout out
01:34:40.800 to you myron you
01:34:41.340 deserve all the success
01:34:42.100 you have in a greater
01:34:42.660 success to come thank
01:34:43.600 you bobby trauma
01:34:44.580 solid breakdown so the
01:34:45.600 fed versus stays
01:34:46.360 essentially like a
01:34:47.180 sniper versus shotgun the
01:34:48.740 sniper federal is long
01:34:49.600 range one shot kill
01:34:50.460 extremely precise okay
01:34:51.920 that's a good analogy
01:34:52.800 the shotgun has a
01:34:53.620 widespread but it hits
01:34:54.320 more people yeah yeah
01:34:55.500 that's a very good
01:34:56.160 analogy giggity says
01:34:58.340 crime watch end of show
01:34:59.800 stop shooting cup
01:35:01.140 shooting
01:35:01.460 alajandro ramirez says
01:35:05.480 mario do you think
01:35:05.900 we'll ever get a nick
01:35:06.500 fuente's america first
01:35:07.740 and oss merge
01:35:08.440 collaboration uh maybe
01:35:09.980 um i'd be open to it
01:35:14.460 if nick wanted to do
01:35:15.080 it uh last of the
01:35:16.680 great one uh that
01:35:17.740 overweight white guy is
01:35:18.740 guilty and we are
01:35:19.560 sure he didn't eat any
01:35:21.260 of those people okay
01:35:22.000 library dumb documents
01:35:23.460 videos are mind-blowing
01:35:24.580 yep recipes dumb
01:35:25.500 documents
01:35:25.900 kirko i don't believe
01:35:27.220 in grape professionals
01:35:28.200 have standards i guess
01:35:29.220 so uh last of the great
01:35:31.500 one says i'm happy that
01:35:32.640 i've been on the journey
01:35:33.500 with you before the good
01:35:34.360 hair and becoming the
01:35:35.140 number one podcaster
01:35:35.840 you'll go to history
01:35:36.880 myron thank you for
01:35:37.480 everything i got you bro
01:35:38.320 all right let's get back
01:35:39.940 to it here
01:35:40.940 bam so what is he trying
01:35:57.200 to say here oh i killed
01:35:58.420 him because he was his
01:35:59.560 self-defense
01:36:00.160 so i think this detective
01:36:17.000 right here is the main
01:36:17.780 guy if you guys notice
01:36:18.480 he was the one that
01:36:19.200 said uh you know you're
01:36:20.600 under arrest blah blah
01:36:21.280 this is the probably more
01:36:22.480 than likely the case
01:36:23.140 detective because he's the
01:36:24.220 one running the interview
01:36:25.000 and he was the one that
01:36:26.280 was doing most of the
01:36:26.900 talking when they were at
01:36:27.660 the house so this guy is
01:36:29.380 the dude that's running
01:36:29.960 this case
01:36:30.580 there was there was no
01:36:32.860 oh yeah uh johnny what
01:36:35.000 are you doing this was
01:36:36.420 her actions were she knew
01:36:38.520 he was doing that they saw
01:36:40.340 a guy who had a load of
01:36:41.380 money from a car they
01:36:42.260 can't afford they didn't
01:36:43.640 have a car and they were
01:36:45.360 going to get something so
01:36:46.680 then you shot him how many
01:36:47.580 times shot him twice okay
01:36:50.760 in the chest okay he
01:36:52.040 dropped forward he dropped
01:36:53.440 forward i went around him
01:36:55.320 and put another one through
01:36:58.280 a spinal cord okay
01:36:59.360 you shot her not exactly
01:37:01.940 do you believe todd's
01:37:03.060 version of events to me it
01:37:04.200 seems like he could have
01:37:04.760 easily done the exact same
01:37:05.780 thing to this couple as he
01:37:06.640 did to kayla and charles
01:37:07.520 just attack them unprovoked
01:37:08.860 in order to keep the female
01:37:09.740 party to himself even the
01:37:11.220 way he tells the tale seems
01:37:12.180 like an excuse to humble
01:37:13.060 brag about how much money he
01:37:14.180 has after all the heartless
01:37:15.540 crimes todd has committed
01:37:16.560 against innocent people i
01:37:17.820 just don't know if i can
01:37:18.520 buy this but it is true that
01:37:20.000 megan and johnny had a
01:37:20.820 sketchy record and it's not
01:37:21.920 too unbelievable that they
01:37:22.900 could have tried something
01:37:23.740 either way i really doubt that
01:37:25.380 todd was very upset when he
01:37:26.460 got the opportunity to kill
01:37:27.520 next todd goes on some
01:37:29.080 random tangents about how
01:37:30.120 his property and storage
01:37:31.160 container was never
01:37:31.860 supposed to be used for such
01:37:33.000 gruesome purposes which is
01:37:34.440 just a pretty bizarre topic
01:37:35.380 to ruminate on after
01:37:36.360 everything he's done
01:37:37.180 okay and it's easy to claim
01:37:45.360 self-defense when the other
01:37:46.280 person isn't alive but he was
01:37:48.480 the one that lured them there
01:37:49.260 so we know that this is cat
01:37:50.240 bro if anything he might have
01:37:55.580 pulled out the knife because he
01:37:56.520 saw that this guy was a weirdo
01:37:57.660 and probably trying to kill
01:37:58.380 them if anything
01:37:59.640 and my weapons and secure my
01:38:03.200 floor with it before i have
01:38:03.960 the building built okay the
01:38:05.980 back area that's all wood that
01:38:08.160 wasn't designed for them that
01:38:09.980 was designed for my stuff okay
01:38:11.360 until last week there was no
01:38:12.640 ceiling on that okay i put that
01:38:14.500 in because she was cold
01:38:16.100 kayla was cold and todd just
01:38:18.420 loves talking about so why is
01:38:19.660 he saying that he wants to show
01:38:20.720 that he has a little bit of
01:38:21.380 compassion he's he's a good
01:38:22.720 kidnapper all this stuff i went
01:38:25.560 down to the connex cleaned out the
01:38:27.160 back area because i had all in
01:38:28.880 there um and at one time those
01:38:31.920 ammo racks weren't there the
01:38:33.780 ammo rack was here and here
01:38:35.440 pistol rifle okay you know i had
01:38:38.280 chain around there's lots of
01:38:39.280 chain in the building i use
01:38:40.900 chain for all kinds of there's
01:38:41.900 chain in the woods where i've got
01:38:43.120 trees that come along that are
01:38:44.100 certainly lean towards my fence
01:38:45.260 and i'll put a chain around i
01:38:46.600 hook it come along to it and
01:38:47.420 start running this way and over
01:38:48.400 a period of time it'll fall
01:38:49.220 below my fence okay uh so chain
01:38:51.620 cable and that kind of stuff i got
01:38:52.720 a lot of okay let's pause right
01:38:54.900 here todd is obviously very proud
01:38:56.340 of all his gear and he clearly
01:38:57.380 has kidnapping down to a science
01:38:58.700 but before we go any further with
01:39:00.100 megan's story you need to see the
01:39:01.280 backstory to all this equipment
01:39:02.400 and it's actually probably the
01:39:03.820 most bizarre thing about this
01:39:04.860 entire case the amazon review
01:39:06.460 all right this is crazy what you
01:39:07.640 guys are about to see here in a
01:39:08.540 second bro use yep that's right
01:39:11.000 when investigators looked into
01:39:12.240 todd this is why he has this name
01:39:13.900 guys this is hilarious internet
01:39:15.440 activity they discovered
01:39:16.340 something absolutely insane
01:39:17.640 todd had been buying the tools
01:39:19.040 for his crimes out in the open on
01:39:20.340 amazon and he left public
01:39:21.620 reviews where he described
01:39:22.480 exactly what he was using them
01:39:23.620 for the crazy part is anybody
01:39:25.400 who read these creepy reviews
01:39:26.460 probably laughed it off as just
01:39:27.540 some dark humor on a master
01:39:29.200 padlock review the review read
01:39:30.560 solid locks have five on a shipping
01:39:32.200 container won't stop them but
01:39:33.660 sure we'll slow them down till
01:39:34.600 they're too old to care
01:39:35.360 bro wait what what the fuck and
01:39:41.560 these are some of the locks that
01:39:42.540 they found when they open up the
01:39:43.820 connex if you guys saw they saw
01:39:46.320 some of these locks uh when the
01:39:48.160 woman with kayla on a fixed blade
01:39:50.760 haven't stabbed anyone yet yet but i am
01:39:53.080 keeping the dream alive and when i do
01:39:54.420 it will be with a quality tool like
01:39:55.740 this
01:39:56.120 bruh
01:39:56.820 yo this is unheard levels of self
01:40:10.840 snitching dude
01:40:11.680 haven't stabbed anyone yet yet but i'm
01:40:18.700 keeping the dream alive and when i do
01:40:20.360 it will be with a quality tool like
01:40:21.880 this
01:40:22.820 yo
01:40:25.500 on a master lock works great also if
01:40:29.740 someone talks back go old school on
01:40:31.160 them by putting this in a sock and
01:40:32.260 beating them they will not appreciate
01:40:33.500 the hardened steel like you will works
01:40:35.000 great on looks like he said
01:40:36.120 shipping container
01:40:37.500 what
01:40:38.980 eating them they will not appreciate
01:40:41.120 the hardened steel
01:40:41.980 go old school but by putting this in a
01:40:43.860 sock and beating them
01:40:44.780 they'll not appreciate the hardened steel
01:40:47.000 like you will work great on a shipping
01:40:48.880 cut up
01:40:49.660 bro this is what he used on the
01:40:53.160 shipping containers you guys remember
01:40:54.500 back at the fucking what are we at
01:40:55.780 226
01:40:56.400 whatever
01:40:56.960 bro
01:40:58.840 what
01:41:00.460 here's the locks right here
01:41:06.400 yo snitching on yourself on the
01:41:12.360 internet is crazy
01:41:13.460 it will be with a school on them by
01:41:21.260 putting this in a sock and beating
01:41:22.300 them they will not appreciate the
01:41:23.540 hardened steel like you will works
01:41:24.860 great on looks like he said
01:41:25.980 shipping container
01:41:26.620 works great on shipping uh
01:41:31.620 keep in car for when you have to
01:41:35.040 hide the bodies and you left the
01:41:36.180 full-size shovel at home does not
01:41:37.760 come with a midget which would have
01:41:38.820 been nice
01:41:39.280 bro what the fuck is this man
01:41:52.980 this is this is like a whole other
01:41:55.400 level
01:41:55.840 works excellent getting the neighbor
01:41:58.100 to stand still while you chase him
01:41:59.220 with it is hard enough without having
01:42:00.320 an easy to use chainsaw
01:42:01.440 bro
01:42:09.280 this chainsaw review is wild bro
01:42:29.940 does not come with a midget which would have been nice works excellent getting the neighbor to stand
01:42:34.280 still while you chase him with it is hard enough without having an easy to use chainsaw it's
01:42:38.000 blacker than my soul and priced right there was even a review that read easy to use chainsaw
01:42:43.280 it's blacker than my soul and priced right what
01:42:46.460 there was even a review that read now my locks have locks place is hotel california now
01:42:59.940 yo this is unprecedented levels
01:43:03.760 of self-snitch
01:43:07.260 unprecedented levels of self-snitch bro
01:43:11.940 guess todd was a big fan of that song what would you have thought if you saw these on amazon would
01:43:18.740 you have been concerned or just brushed it off either way all of todd's reviews just further
01:43:21.980 demonstrate how smart and funny he fancies himself as and how much he wanted to brag about his crimes
01:43:26.080 even if he had to do it in this roundabout way but moving forward with todd's 2015 crime this
01:43:30.720 next clip is very disturbing and disgusting as todd describes how he decided what to do with megan
01:43:34.880 it really feels like he views his victims as nothing more than objects which he can dispose of
01:43:38.600 whenever it gets inconvenient for him i don't know what to do with it man um one side i really want
01:43:43.480 to drop her the next side i really it's not i kind of want to save her ass let me back up real quick
01:43:49.980 before we go that far because we were talking about johnny the girl that was with johnny did you
01:43:53.400 shoot her not at that time but they laughed with her she panicked but then she said i told her to
01:43:58.280 sit down she sat down uh went ahead and cuffed her padded her down uh she calmed down and i
01:44:06.000 actually took her to the connex no that's not true i had her later for a while i didn't have to do
01:44:10.540 with her um i didn't want to my connex because i had stuff he's switching the story up a little
01:44:14.340 bit you guys saw how he's like uh he's kind of switching it on the fly to make himself look
01:44:18.140 better criminals do this a lot of the times especially when there's no witness to refute what
01:44:22.520 they're saying first it was self-defense now it's like look at me i'm being a compassionate
01:44:25.860 kidnapper i don't know what the hell to do with it put her right with my guns it's not a big deal
01:44:29.460 but i understand that um i actually had to go for the first time i ever had a little bit of
01:44:34.800 what the hell i did with her uh put her here put her there drop her what the hell they do
01:44:38.780 i got legal guns i told her i wasn't going to touch her wasn't going to tour uh just calm the
01:44:44.600 hell down and let me sort this out somewhere between i did that when i shot him set the back
01:44:50.460 tight in the back got her to calm down and kept coming back and forth trying to figure out what
01:44:54.700 to do but i had her cuffed and she wouldn't go anywhere eventually i went and i want to say i
01:45:00.000 left her on the floor for a while i left her on that floor cuffed because i didn't know what
01:45:03.460 he'll do with her i didn't want in the building okay got the tractor got it out of there picked the
01:45:08.420 body up and was trying to figure out what the hell to do with it and listen to how much more
01:45:15.900 concerned he is about losing his sanctuary than he is about murdering people the land was supposed
01:45:20.160 to be my sanctuary yeah not my killing field right you don't understand not that be my killing field
01:45:25.940 um it was supposed to be the place where i go to relax and get away from people and not deal with
01:45:29.980 this um this is killing me because it's such needless uh hell is giving money why are you
01:45:37.660 he thinks this violence was all needless and stupid pretty ironic considering all the people
01:45:42.280 he's killed out of petty personal grudges you'll see what i mean yeah he's the one getting pissed
01:45:46.000 off at them like making fun of him and shit and inconveniencing him soon enough it's all about what
01:45:50.160 works for todd he goes on to nonchalantly describe burying johnny saying it was a lot more work than you
01:45:55.000 think then he wasn't sure what to do with megan all right quick uh word from our sponsor guys

01:47:56.560 me travel to these colleges do interviews with people like candace etc guys that's all
01:48:00.680 funded by me you know what i mean so i cover all that stuff so in order for me to do that uh the
01:48:05.740 oss is what powers it man so if you guys want to see me do more collabs go out do interviews with
01:48:09.700 like steven crowder canis owens go to these colleges set up a table debate all this other stuff it costs
01:48:14.540 money guys costs a lot of money so if you guys want me to be able to do that keep doing that stuff
01:48:18.880 um that is how you support because you know me man i'm i'm diverse we debate we go to we go to these
01:48:25.580 liberal shitholes and we debate these idiots but obviously it's not free so that's how i'm able
01:48:29.900 to do what i do guys you guys know i invest everything right back into the business i'm
01:48:32.660 definitely not fucking spending it on some bullshit um spending it on making the show better
01:48:36.600 but you're there well i'm trying to figure out what oh youtube is a code guys click the link join
01:48:41.460 first month is dollar
01:48:43.260 um got rid of johnny came back left of there went and got food fed the girl
01:48:53.060 uh i shot her after she tried to rob you man what are you gonna do with that i don't want to
01:48:59.160 shoot her i understand i mean i can't have some crazy bad woman going back i mean she was gonna
01:49:02.460 buy a whole left and right she wouldn't calm down like oh she'd probably calm down but she
01:49:07.820 would she was talking to me and first she had drug issues right and then she kept going off the
01:49:14.160 deep end with weird and kept talking and then she kept telling me that she had manic mode or some
01:49:19.120 sort of bipolar lithium crap i don't know what the hell it was where she was up down up down up down
01:49:26.660 so she didn't mellow out like kayla did no not at all she did probably calm down but she wasn't upset
01:49:33.860 what made you decide to shoot her i'll get to that okay it's clear from the way todd tells this story
01:49:38.860 almost with a sort of glee that he has no remorse even here when the investigator tries to get him
01:49:43.420 to cut to the chase and tell them why he shot megan he just said i'll get to that like this is some
01:49:47.480 juicy drama he's been dying to share then he complains about all the stuff he bought for megan
01:49:51.200 while keeping her captive uh i wasn't a shooter okay i was gonna give her money i don't know why
01:49:56.040 the hell she went the hell off i held her i hate the kidnapping part i did another one i held her
01:50:03.000 there for a couple days how many days five or six every every other damn day she wanted
01:50:08.760 little caesar's pizza i hate that shit look at me heartburn little caesar's pizza mountain did not
01:50:14.680 mountain did dr pepper susan rolls and freaking reports another thing too guys with these guys is like
01:50:20.140 they like reliving the um the murder like they like to relive it that's why a lot of the times
01:50:26.200 people like ted bundy when they would um kill somebody they'd go back to the crime scene
01:50:30.080 and then this part is just kind of weird while telling the investigators where they can find
01:50:46.120 the cigarettes he bought megan in the storage container he says something extremely weird
01:50:49.940 and unprompted oh there's a collar in there that collar was careless what the fuck oh yeah my bad
01:50:58.420 dog i forgot to tell you guys about that collar that that chick had that collar yeah she had me
01:51:03.060 ordering she asked you she cap get the fuck out of here bro like i said oh yeah she asked me to order
01:51:10.560 that collar okay so let me explain the backstory for this one because it's really strange and i was
01:51:36.300 very confused the first two todd actually claimed that kayla had been writing letters to him while
01:51:40.060 she was in captivity asking for intercourse with todd himself even telling a reporter i'm not saying
01:51:44.680 she's not a victim she's not the victim she portrays i mean it turned into 50 shades of gray with
01:51:48.660 bodies so i guess that's where this supposed yeah okay collar comes in because you made this comment
01:51:54.060 to me sorry to interrupt but you made this comment to me and i believe you you didn't do it and i
01:51:59.340 believe you and i talked to the solicitor about that and and i told him what you told me i said he's
01:52:03.980 he's made the comment to me solicitor he'll plead to everything but he's not pleading because he didn't
01:52:08.600 do it i said he told me that he's admitted to everything he's done he's willing to take the
01:52:14.280 responsibility for it but he will not take responsibility because of the kidnapping i said
01:52:18.220 but he will not take responsibility for it because he did not her that anytime they had sex it was
01:52:23.360 consensual she had the choice and she actually admitted it at times and he said okay i said so
01:52:28.640 we're going to need to re-interview her and we're setting that up we're going to do that this week
01:52:34.180 i told him i said i gave him my word that we would re-interview him and i want to or we want to
01:52:38.460 re-interview her because that thing needs to be done she had to get her vibrator the tv the dvd player
01:52:46.760 the mv3 player the coloring books i said coloring books i don't calling books okay
01:52:53.880 dude i didn't question i just it got her to shut up it got her to roll over
01:53:00.260 that led me to something else you said the satanic book yeah what the hell man i've never
01:53:06.280 let me ask you this the mattress it's up against the law and we did that looking to see if there
01:53:11.280 was back yeah did you ever spend the night there with her in the bed like stay the night you and her
01:53:17.480 overnight never sleep at night okay um we spent one time on bed she wanted the the the counter
01:53:25.800 things on the floor that was her idea that was her all right so what he's doing here guys he's
01:53:29.920 kind of minimizing you guys noticing that like um everything that he does that's that's like a you
01:53:35.580 know conveys more evidence that he's a kidnapper or a sexual deviant whatever he kind of either a
01:53:40.620 minimizes it it's like oh i put that there for her or b blames it on her for putting these things
01:53:45.860 in place while not refuting the fact that she's there in the first place against her will because
01:53:51.000 of him see how he's able to reframe everything and a lot of criminals do this to feel better in
01:53:57.520 their minds as to what they're doing because guys the reality is human beings know what's right and
01:54:02.060 wrong like inherently to a degree okay like we all feel guilt to some level even the most psychopathic
01:54:08.240 of people still will feel guilt or know that they're what they're doing is wrong so we have ways to
01:54:13.080 kind of cope with what we're doing this is why a lot of serial killers right ted bundy um some of
01:54:19.620 the most prolific serial killers ted bundy john wayne gacy um samuel little torso killer all these guys
01:54:26.280 uh david berkowitz aka the son of sam a lot of the times you'll notice the people they kill they don't
01:54:33.020 know who they are they're random right or they're or uh escorts or hookers or something like that because
01:54:38.460 in their mind allows them to feel like oh i'm doing something good for the people i'm killing people
01:54:42.580 that are bad these women are whores they deserve to die that's what's in their mind right so this is
01:54:48.040 how they're able to kind of cope with the very disturbing fact that they're killing another
01:54:52.900 human being they don't know them they're involved in some kind of profession which could be looked at
01:54:56.900 as bad and that's how they justify their actions very common with serial killers to do this very common
01:55:03.520 because we all inherently know that killing someone is wrong so these whack jobs who are mentally ill
01:55:10.940 need to use something to cope for them doing that
01:55:14.400 submissive kitty bed her kitten bed man it's her man all of a sudden i put the collar thing on her
01:55:22.960 yeah they found me they were like what they thought it was for a dog you know well now the cage that
01:55:28.100 was up there is in pieces that i built and it was originally meant for my dogs yeah no i'm talking
01:55:32.260 about the collar the metal collar thing you told me about that i ordered off of one of the websites
01:55:37.200 delivered and i got it because she requested that as opposed to me putting the chain around
01:55:41.300 and i got that and went i i went okay that ain't going on no way uh but she wanted that and then
01:55:48.720 the the kitty bed and she went this whole thing of it explained to me that i had to
01:55:52.140 give her permission to speak to me give her permission to look at me dude i'll do all that
01:55:57.380 you know i'm like ask ashley ashley's never had to deal with that crap that's his ex-girlfriend
01:56:04.300 hey she's painting me in the wrong light about my sexual deviancy i never told her to do that stuff
01:56:10.880 yeah it's just he's always like focusing on like the minuscule details versus the overall problem
01:56:16.420 of what he's doing you guys notice that now a lot of times these criminals you got to play along
01:56:21.860 which is what the detective is doing he's playing along she had all this stuff she asked him for this
01:56:25.300 kind of stuff i got it and she wanted it's a big black book about that deep like 23 all of that
01:56:29.700 damn book and it's the enchanted sorcerer sorcery it's the how-to guide to be a witch dude i just
01:56:37.780 figured she'd leave the damn book Kayla has before so wait is he saying that even when women are
01:56:44.260 captives they're still annoying oh man fatality i guess you can't escape the female annoyingness
01:56:51.720 regardless whether they're chained up or not ask me to beat up people for her or use my resources
01:56:58.580 which she thinks my resources are to go get someone killed really yeah with people that she doesn't
01:57:04.320 like a have you do or have you hired somebody to do it yes both yes okay um i gotta read my facebook
01:57:11.260 you may be on there really yes yeah i don't know if it was this you know well i blocked her after all
01:57:17.260 this so they wouldn't know because i mean literally what do you have her facebook page then you have it
01:57:21.420 okay uh it'll take you forever damn day to go through it okay but go ahead and message really uh
01:57:27.020 in her phone message she supposedly had money in her car and the guy took her money but that's full
01:57:32.620 and then she wanted me to either use my resources to either have him killed um or beat up i believe he was
01:57:38.140 beat up but she wanted me to use my resources to have him hand him off or to do it kayla uses that
01:57:43.820 thing between her legs to get dumbasses to go do stupid and that's what i'm trying to say that she's
01:57:49.420 going to use that to get dust and hurt so yeah i'm just going to leave it at that out of respect for
01:57:54.540 the victim but i haven't seen any of those letters or anything to suggest kayla was there consensually
01:57:59.020 what i will say is that even if such letters existed who's to say that kayla wasn't just appealing
01:58:02.620 to todd's ego to stay in his good graces and save her own life after all she herself has stated
01:58:07.580 i realized it was easier if he thought things were going his way so i made him think whatever
01:58:11.180 i had to plus i had reportedly warned kayla yeah that's more than likely the real reason if any of
01:58:16.860 these conversations actually occurred why it occurred that there was a woman who he'd kidnapped
01:58:20.620 before her who hadn't been so lucky them these guys have huge egos these criminals man and the
01:58:24.700 thing you guys also got to understand when it comes to like serial killers and individuals that
01:58:28.860 do this type of shit one of their main things if you if you watch interviews with jeffrey
01:58:33.100 darmer ted bundy um john way gacy whatever because i've watched a lot of their interviews
01:58:38.380 it's all about control they love feeling like they're playing god that's what they that's what
01:58:43.580 they really strive for and them and this is why they strangle their a lot of these serial killers
01:58:48.140 the number one way that they kill their victims is strangling why because it's a very personal way to
01:58:54.220 kill somebody um you control everything you can watch as they pass out and then you can bring them back
01:58:59.260 to life ted bundy used to famously do this him and gary ridgeway used to do this so they enjoy the
01:59:04.060 control that comes alongside the um the strangling and the murdering which this guy's no different
01:59:11.660 make it out with her life which brings us back to megan unsurprisingly todd said a gross and totally
01:59:16.300 unnecessary sexual remark about megan too during his confession told her basically that if she would
01:59:20.700 just chill the hell out you don't know me you don't know very much about me you don't have and last
01:59:26.780 time i could check from what was online she had a warrant really looking for her ass uh i'll give
01:59:31.660 you what four thousand dollars i'll drive you up to damn tennessee i'll drop your ass off somewhere
01:59:35.580 if you got any common sense on this planet you'll go left and i'll go right what did she say oh she
01:59:40.380 got so excited i got my d sucked she did what the fuck she got so excited i got my d sucked bro this
01:59:47.820 nigga it's cringy and horribly sickening at the same time to hear him talk so proudly about these
02:00:02.300 things it's like he thinks the investigators are his buddies which just shows how large his ego truly is
02:00:06.700 he goes on to say that he thought his plan to set megan free would work since she didn't really know
02:00:09.900 who he was and because of her sketchy background she probably wouldn't want to go to law enforcement
02:00:13.580 for help but somewhere along the line todd changed his mind so with megan you you made her the offer
02:00:19.020 of the four thousand dollars keep your mouth shut i'll take you to tennessee drop you off and leave
02:00:23.340 you go one way i'll go the other way what made that change what happened what do you mean what made
02:00:27.900 that change well she ended up dead oh you mean what what we're proceeding yeah that makes sense i
02:00:33.580 wanted to get rid of her the weather uh we were having sleep it's right before christmas man they
02:00:38.300 were having sleep they're having rain okay and i still had to find a way to get away from
02:00:43.660 ashley my girlfriend long enough to get up out of work get this person to tennessee drop her off
02:00:50.380 and get home that's not that's not just a couple hour trip no and i'm dropping her and i'll be at work
02:00:55.340 we're going north nashville i want her way away from me she was going to take she was happy she was
02:00:59.500 happy as hell for like two days she's happy so i just couldn't get past the weather okay the last day i
02:01:06.780 went over there uh opened the connects up she burned half the freaking building uh this i mean
02:01:13.660 she took my ammo racks so what is he doing he's building up why he killed her she pissed me off
02:01:17.980 look at all this she did and grabbed them and did this oh i'm gonna tell you i'm not
02:01:24.540 damn so then what happened uh well there's ammo everywhere and stuff everywhere and she broke the
02:01:29.740 thing i got her fan she broke the fan prime man you just can't be that two-day shipping bruh

02:03:07.420 i could to make it right somewhere livable got her blankets got her pillows she lit the damn thing on
02:03:11.980 fire i'm surprised she didn't fix the gate that's what i was thinking i'm surprised she didn't uh when i
02:03:17.180 walked in the building i mean i was choking went to get out and then all of a sudden it's like i had
02:03:20.780 a caged animal on my hand oh what the hell she went from i'm so freaking happy in the world to be
02:03:25.980 i'm going to go to tennessee with money and i'm going to restart my life and thank you thank you thank
02:03:29.180 you and to bed free at that point i tried to walk her out of the building i just had enough i walked
02:03:36.060 outside i was trying to calm down from what the hell to do with it what to do with what to do with it i didn't
02:03:38.940 know i came back in the building um she was going nuts it wasn't like she was emotional about
02:03:45.180 situation this is the day it wasn't like that it was just like serious chemical and she walked
02:03:51.180 outside i walked i walked her outside i walked her outside i put a foot in the back of her head
02:03:54.620 what gun did you shoot her with same one did you shot johnny red and that's a glock and that's the
02:04:00.780 same one you shot charlotte charlotte it's my favorite gun just it's just it's a handy handy one
02:04:07.180 it's very effective so she could shoot 108 rings and sadly that's how things ended for megan todd's temper got
02:04:12.540 out of control and just like that mr nice guy was no more later on a former co-worker of megan
02:04:17.580 actually revealed that the victim had met todd while working at her waffle house job and when
02:04:20.860 authorities started digging deeper they were told that todd would act so creepy at the restaurant
02:04:24.380 inviting waitresses to his home and leaving large tips in a bid to get their attention that a male
02:04:28.700 cook actually started taking todd's orders whenever he'd come in just to keep the waitresses
02:04:32.060 safe and more comfortable another detail concerning todd's romantic life that will send a shiver down
02:04:36.060 your spine is something kayla revealed when rescued so apparently todd had had an ongoing
02:04:39.900 relationship with a woman named holly for about 10 years sources say it was an affair and that she
02:04:44.060 was actually the person who paid for the storage container kayla was trapped in but holly never
02:04:47.740 suspected that her lover was hiding a gruesome second life from her saying only that he gave her a
02:04:51.500 lot of attention and made her feel very important however when holly found out about
02:04:54.940 kayla's kidnapping and watched the footage of her being transported to the hospital she was left
02:04:58.700 speechless at this line who knows how many more victims could have fallen prey to caught if
02:05:05.100 authorities hadn't stepped in to stop him even kayla could have been days or hours away from
02:05:08.620 becoming another voiceless victim of todd's unpredictable wrath but you know all these
02:05:12.460 stories of how creepy todd was while also simultaneously being a respected businessman in
02:05:16.140 the area really caught my attention but to understand how this masked monster was made i had to take a
02:05:20.780 look back at his early years and although the unspeakable things he did even uh we'll skip this
02:05:25.580 guys uh basically he was a uh long story short weirdo didn't went to jail when he went to jail he was
02:05:33.900 put on a sex offender list ends up getting a job as a realtor hiring a bunch of people does well for
02:05:38.300 himself financially but he was still a pervert on the low um he lied about his um conviction
02:05:45.260 framing it as some kind of like oh yeah it was a dispute with a girlfriend that's why i'm a
02:05:48.380 convicted felon slash on the sex offender list they weren't able to go back and double check his stuff
02:05:52.860 um so he was able to get that job as a real estate agent um which i allowed him to kind of you know
02:05:57.820 build up quite a bit of money and wealth so yeah that's his backstory in general and then he actually
02:06:04.060 did pretty well as a real estate agent as well got a lot of good ratings because he was able to kind
02:06:08.380 of you know play the role as a top-selling rookie agent in his region at one point all in all his
02:06:13.100 strange habits and unusual quirks were chalked up to well just that so it wouldn't be until his 2016
02:06:18.300 confession that authorities would find out a brutal and high-profile quadruple homicide that
02:06:22.300 they'd been struggling to solve since 2003 had been all todd's doing now now this is going to be
02:06:28.140 another homicide that he was involved in what you do is tell me from the very beginning about super
02:06:35.100 bikes it was a warm afternoon in november 2003 spartanburg county when an unsuspecting customer
02:06:39.820 walked into the store superbike motorsports only to be faced with a horrifyingly gruesome scene
02:06:44.300 all the employees stabbing the shop had been shot to death terrified the customer quickly called
02:06:48.300 the police who hurried over to inspect the bloodbath okay what's the problem apparently
02:06:52.220 everybody's been shot up here everybody's laying down we're in a pool of wood his mama's been
02:06:57.580 shot the mechanic's been could you imagine you go to a bike store to get a fucking you know
02:07:02.620 a yamaha bike and then you see a bunch of people dead holy man um real quick let me read
02:07:08.780 some of these chats we got here alejandro amirez myron did you react to andrew schultz mentioning
02:07:13.500 on flagrant that they need to address the shit you akash on bro your spelling is atrocious man
02:07:21.100 but he wasn't on pod because he was in india for a trump l-o-m-r and we bullied him so much he had
02:07:26.140 to go to his hometown to humble himself again yeah i didn't i didn't see that andrew schultz talked about
02:07:30.380 me on this uh the thing let's see here i mean look bro i've been calling the calling these niggas out
02:07:40.140 i called them out three years ago that they were losers i'm just glad people are finally like
02:07:45.340 seeing what i've been saying when's the last time they posted three days ago all right give me the
02:07:51.900 uh link in the timestamp bro i'm not about to watch all this shit fuck that um okay your mind is this
02:07:57.740 you bro levier adams don't know what you're talking about dominicano uh the guys i met this weekend in
02:08:01.020 oss 300 were great we stayed up all night yesterday laughing and talking i haven't uh laughed that hard
02:08:04.940 in a long time all right awesome yeah bro the oss 300 is where it's at man we got real niggas in
02:08:09.980 there that are successful too got their together so let's get back to it
02:08:20.700 the victims were quickly identified as the shop's owner his mother and two young workers but as much
02:08:24.620 as their devastated loved ones grieved and hoped for justice the killer behind such an audacious
02:08:28.460 and reckless shooting somehow managed to slip through the cracks and as years went by and
02:08:31.740 authorities racked their brains fruitlessly for answers going down a few dead ends in the process
02:08:35.260 they had no idea that the real monster behind this notorious unsolved crime was hiding right under
02:08:38.940 their noses the whole time as a respected member of the community and so in this 2016 interrogation
02:08:43.900 they're finding out the full extent of what really happened that dark day at the motor shop and the
02:08:47.660 real motive was probably the last thing they ever expected so go ahead you bought the bike bought the
02:08:52.460 bike uh tried to ride it didn't wear it anyway um key points um had it 14 days and it got stolen from
02:09:01.580 the front of the apartment complex you said you went back to them before it got stolen i had gone back to
02:09:06.060 them uh she inspired it being stolen and told them i was having a hard time writing it and i was not
02:09:11.020 so sure i had made a wise decision then you went back to them because you were experienced and what
02:09:15.500 else did you say i thought it was a bad decision i was trying to see if i could possibly trade it in
02:09:19.100 for a smaller bike or something of that nature maybe i just i don't know how to ride it uh they were
02:09:26.060 in the car but understand this has been many many years um they've said to give me more on the rude
02:09:32.540 side about uh my inability to drive that kind of bike no one ever taught me so i mean i'm not afraid
02:09:40.060 of clutch and the possibility they came by at some time with the trailer and maybe i had to make up my
02:09:44.300 mind that they they had dropped it off at the apartment okay so they knew they knew exactly where it
02:09:48.940 was stored because the guy brought it over to me so you said they knew where it was stored they knew
02:09:54.380 it was stored okay because they had dropped it off there okay uh two three days later it came up
02:10:00.220 missing it was a police report as far as i know they never found it like it's pretty obvious that
02:10:05.420 todd's anger stems from him being miffed at what he saw as the employees looking down on him and for
02:10:09.100 some reason that seems to be the one thing todd just can't tolerate watch here as he even gets
02:10:12.860 sidetracked to complain about the police not taking him seriously when he reported the motorcycle theft
02:10:17.180 you said i made a police report i did actually the law enforcement officer made fun of me he informed
02:10:23.020 me that that's that's a shame that got stolen before i did before i got a chance to write you a ticket
02:10:27.980 that was the one time i didn't like you guys todd says a little while after that incident cooled
02:10:31.820 down he was once again making visits to the motorcycle shop got to jones again for motorcycle
02:10:36.700 and started going back to the shop during one of my times over there sitting on one of the i believe
02:10:42.940 it was the manager the owner's friend guy was a bit of an asshole i was putting the bikes and trying
02:10:48.380 to let the earlier part go and the manager started making some comments about the last one being
02:10:54.060 stolen and he said something there's something about mine was on its way mine was on its way to
02:10:58.780 florida i have no idea it was in florida why he said that when he said it was obviously he was not
02:11:04.060 talking about so basically he's pissed off that they didn't want to help him out with his bike that got
02:11:07.740 stolen and uh he was having a hard time riding it well i think a big part of the reason was because
02:11:11.660 he's fat as fuck i mean i'm pretty confident that's a big reason why he had issues with this
02:11:17.020 shit i mean bro i'd look at you sideways too if you come back in a store like oh i'm having trouble
02:11:24.540 riding his bike uh have you looked at yourself you looked in the mirror recently i asked about
02:11:29.340 possibly selling it it was implied that we took your i let it slide the time being got mad about it
02:11:35.660 i kept going out there why i kept going to the same bike place i don't really know
02:11:40.060 but i'd go out there sit on the bikes and listen to these two the owner and the manager basically
02:11:45.740 talk trash i find this part so intriguing because even todd himself admits he doesn't know why he
02:11:50.220 would keep going back to the bike shop if the employee's attitudes bothered him so much exactly
02:11:54.220 which which i'm trying to say he's just trying to come up with a justification for why he killed
02:11:58.940 them as you guys are going to see here in a second part of me feels like he just wanted a reason
02:12:02.220 to get more and more agitated so he'd feel justified in what he was about to do to the
02:12:06.140 workers todd was just some weird customer who kept coming in and acting strange but they never
02:12:09.980 could have predicted the absolutely evil plan that was simmering just below the surface
02:12:14.860 autobird 92 fs
02:12:16.780 vereda 92 fs
02:12:19.820 fs uh 9 milliliters at the time it was only had 10 round mags because they had slight limitation
02:12:25.100 and the aftermarket pro max got awful so how many max so you had a 10 round magazine yes
02:12:30.300 three of them three 10 round magazines although i've got quite a few of those kydex they work very
02:12:36.140 well uh bravo consumer i highly recommend them he gives a long-winded explanation about suppressors
02:12:42.860 a suppressor would shoot on a semi-automatic requires a nielsen device also as a rad
02:12:48.300 recoil assist if you have a little barrel okay otherwise you have to use a spacer and lock it
02:12:53.100 so you're not just probably the suppressor you're going to say that
02:12:55.100 i'm understanding it and you're just going okay and then declares that he made his own
02:12:59.180 dependability surpasses everything else okay years later i actually don't have to make it myself
02:13:04.940 and actually behind them they're coming down then what happened uh it's almost funny how the
02:13:09.580 investigators just cut todd off whenever he starts to ramble about his accomplishments i feel like a
02:13:13.500 big motivator for todd was getting the recognition he felt he deserved so these utter dismissals during
02:13:17.660 his big moment to tell his story probably feel like a big letdown anyways here's where todd finally
02:13:21.580 tells the methodical timeline from the day of the crime and they love it because what ends up happening
02:13:25.340 is they're able to relive that event it's a big reason why a lot of serial killers like keep
02:13:31.740 pieces of evidence from the crime from their victims i left college left my class okay
02:13:37.100 drove the ball in springs put the shoulder holster on at the cbs parking lot i'm not going to go to
02:13:41.980 school i got there not everybody was there went and uh sat on a few bikes did my usual and doing my best
02:13:49.660 to make sure that the pain customers came out there collateral damage is not cool todd really harps on
02:13:54.620 the point that he didn't want to kill paying customers which seems to be his way of painting
02:13:57.660 himself as oh what a nice guy a sort of anti-hero like he really seems to relish in viewing himself
02:14:02.620 through this lens you said you were waiting on what this was during a time as you know that it was not
02:14:07.260 busy and that's just time that was not after work when i would have a lot of people in there um did not
02:14:13.180 want to shoot other people kind of funny cable thrown her paperwork when she was writing stuff out to me
02:14:17.180 that she found a killer with a conscience and a kidnapper with morals whatever the hell that
02:14:21.420 meant you remember that yeah so you said i did not after she said wow okay so as todd waited for
02:14:28.700 who he judged as innocent people to leave he was also waiting for one of the employees who he felt
02:14:32.140 wronged him to show up once he was alone with the workers todd says he asked to buy a bike so that
02:14:35.900 the mechanic would take it back to prep it and then he says one of the most outrageous things the police
02:14:39.660 have probably ever heard that was one big building yeah i cleared it under 30 seconds
02:14:46.940 bruh i cleared that building under 30 seconds clear that building that means basically he was able to
02:14:52.700 get through the building and you know clear it where removing individuals that are threats in 30 seconds
02:14:59.100 right and he's saying that to the police officers because obviously law enforcement when they conduct
02:15:02.700 the search warrant or they're doing a raid or anything else like that they got to clear the house
02:15:05.580 right away obviously his clearing is a bit different because they're clearing by to kill
02:15:09.020 but law enforcement they're clearing it to make sure they remove threats by you know subduing them
02:15:13.100 putting them in handcuffs etc you got a little bit proud i'm sorry that you got a little bit proud
02:15:19.340 the interrogators brush off his comment and his story continues he says he first went to the back
02:15:23.260 where the mechanic was prepping a bike okay walked up pulled out the beretta put the safety off
02:15:30.140 shot the mechanic twice downward angle he was he was beneath me he was down cramps down on this side of the bike
02:15:36.140 the bike the bike was here i'm on this side so i lean over the bike and i believe it was two shots
02:15:42.620 here he brags about how good his shots were i got him two long two long shots okay i got each one
02:15:48.620 you got him in two long shots yes sir if you can get up for a minute
02:15:54.380 this guy literally um bragging about his aim killing innocent people i'm impressed
02:16:02.620 then unprompted he offers up the reason why authorities weren't able to find fingerprints
02:16:07.260 in order to brag once again the reason why you didn't get any fingerprints is on the door i use
02:16:13.020 my knuckles instead of my hand my hand to open the door and the reason you have no points on any
02:16:18.140 showcases is i wear two pairs of gloves when loading every firearm even in practice
02:16:22.940 okay even my practice name doesn't get fingerprints that's why i don't have to work
02:16:27.260 not picking up showcases if you wear one pair you can't still have a lame print because the
02:16:32.220 ass is your thing in regard to that when they talk now he's covering how he uh covered up his um
02:16:37.260 his crime too late those clubs you still get that you get any chemicals on the outside
02:16:42.220 that whether you touch first before you touch it you can't put a print on it even though you didn't
02:16:45.100 you had gloves if you wear gloves on top of the glove it causes friction between the two of them
02:16:49.580 in the gate center so when you're talking about gloves on i like it's gloves yes sir but if you
02:16:54.140 wear two pairs not one uh one pair won't work so you use two pair of gloves yes golden boy says
02:17:01.020 martin i dropped out of high school back in 2018 i'm trying to apply for ice race side do you think
02:17:04.140 i may go that a high school diploma or i really need it in order to apply i love the work out doing
02:17:08.460 uh yeah bro you will not get you you will not it's going to be hard for you to get the job even
02:17:12.060 with a bachelor's degree high school diploma is not bro you won't you won't get any law enforcement
02:17:15.900 job without a high school diploma get your ged or high school diploma bro
02:17:19.420 that's bare minimum you need to go back to school like most jobs are not going to hire
02:17:24.780 you if you're a high school dropout you got to go back and definitely not law enforcement
02:17:29.340 feds typically want a bachelor's degree but most law enforcement agencies want a community college
02:17:33.900 or some of them now also want bachelor's degrees as well like local and state so you got to go back
02:17:38.460 to school bro there's no way around that you have to have at least a ged bare minimum there's no way
02:17:42.300 you're getting hired by ice or hsi's high school dropout uh gorethair says uh there's a chicken
02:17:47.580 whatever it says she read that she was called hometown
02:17:53.340 from gorethair one i don't know what you're saying
02:17:58.700 they fix gloves after that todd went to find the other victims okay at that time all three manager
02:18:05.100 moza and mom they heard the gunshots in the back and were coming this way to figure out what had
02:18:09.180 happened i had all of a sudden i had three people in front of me mom was closest and i shot her two
02:18:13.980 three times in the chest not my best work her pattern was horrible she was actually surprised
02:18:21.180 her being around the pattern was horrible
02:18:23.260 this guy and the detective is writing all this down
02:18:26.380 to show how fucking crazy this guy is
02:18:31.820 chest not my best work the pattern was horrible you can truly see tom rah the pattern is horrible
02:18:38.060 probably what he's referring to is the grouping when you shoot someone the grouping was all over
02:18:42.140 the place you want it nice and tight that shows that you're accurate that's a narcissistic side
02:18:46.140 coming out in these words especially the whole thing was just like a game to him and he really
02:18:49.900 wants these officers to be impressed she she fell the son and manager son the owner and the manager
02:18:58.780 ran from the door at that range they should have ran to me out of the way they were way too close
02:19:03.980 when i came around that door it was boom three people right there okay so then what happened they
02:19:08.220 ran to the door they ran the door um in the process of that i emptied popped a few rounds
02:19:15.900 top one in the in the process process of running watch you guys gonna see he gets annoyed by this
02:19:27.500 shit because he wants to tell his story give me one second ninjas you can almost see todd's impatience
02:19:33.820 here he really wants to tell his story it's like this confession is the performance of his lifetime
02:19:37.900 and he doesn't look too happy to get interrupted luckily anytime he tries to go off on a tangent
02:19:41.820 the investigators pretty much ignore it and bring him back to the straight backs of the case
02:19:45.900 then proceeded to go did a reload while this guy was still running this guy but when i hit him
02:19:52.780 he crumbled into the door okay wanted my reload before this guy got out i put two in him before
02:19:59.900 and he actually fell outside that was a very fast reload Todd says he might have put an extra round in
02:20:05.980 the guy who fell by the door as he walked over him but he's not sure and then he says something so
02:20:09.900 chilling and insensitive i almost couldn't believe my ears at any point did anybody i mean was there
02:20:15.340 there was nobody else okay there was nobody else but did anybody as they were falling i mean did
02:20:22.380 they did they look at you did they face you did did they say anything to you was there any conversation
02:20:29.420 don't please whatever no sir with any of this i don't remember any of that i will tell you once i
02:20:34.700 engaged i was engaged um so it's like that one sounds like a video game it's not a game but it's
02:20:41.420 almost you you're focused on you've been there sir you know what i'm talking about absolutely insane
02:20:48.460 i can't imagine what must have been going through the detectives heads at this point
02:20:51.500 Todd says he then walked around and put one last round in each victim's forehead got in his car and
02:20:55.580 drove home he took the gun apart put its parts into parts of his trash and even cat litter and then disposed
02:21:00.300 of that evidence in the dumpster meticulous man it's been so long you guys could actually pull
02:21:04.860 records and actually come and figure out where to put it but at this point it's kind of good
02:21:08.620 when the detectives go on to clarify some points todd just finds every opportunity to make it about
02:21:12.620 himself moving targets multiple moving targets i don't think i missed if i did it wasn't more than once
02:21:18.780 okay um but i mean it's not an easy shot when you got two moving targets running faster they can
02:21:23.820 yeah he even makes a point to say he wasn't initially planning on shooting the mom like
02:21:34.780 that gives him some sort of brownie points or something i actually wasn't meaning to hit the
02:21:38.140 mom you actually what i was not meaning to hit the mom i prefer not to yeah okay bro
02:21:44.220 i'm gonna refuse to shoot a kid but then todd's dark see once again um trying to moll grandstand oh
02:21:52.780 i refuse to shoot children sense of humor comes through every now and then to remind us how he
02:21:57.500 really feels about his actions they give you a t-shirt they did i get it i'm not a trophy guy
02:22:04.780 you're not a trophy guy when do you give a trophy that's what that is actually i got you um
02:22:12.620 but at this point nothing is too shocking coming from the man famous for saying my golf game was
02:22:16.460 weak my kill game is strong what might be most frustrating about the superbike case in the end
02:22:21.340 is that during the 13-year-long investigation one asset that police gained was a sketch of a
02:22:25.020 potential suspect that a witness presumably a customer who had been one of the last people at
02:22:28.780 the bike shop that day had described the witness remembered this man filling out paperwork to buy a
02:22:32.940 particular bike in 2012 the sheriff held up a newly revised sketch and said i'm going to be bold
02:22:37.500 enough to say this is my man right here this is that picture as accurate as it may be it
02:22:41.980 unfortunately wasn't able to catch todd before he committed his other atrocities now to be honest
02:22:46.060 the raw footage of todd's whole confession was tedious to watch at times you see todd didn't want
02:22:49.580 to write out his statement because he said he writes for a living and his hands hurt and so
02:22:52.940 the detectives had to stop him after every sentence and bear also it makes them feel a bit
02:22:56.940 safer when they don't lock themselves into a written statement he slowly transcribed his confession
02:23:01.100 at one point even saying todd uses big words and talks fast here's where things get super
02:23:05.180 intriguing though many people argue that this was actually a deliberate interrogation tactic
02:23:09.020 and when you think about it it makes sense by playing dumb and making god feel like he's
02:23:12.460 smarter than them they subtly encourage him to keep talking freely and bragging about his
02:23:15.820 accomplishments not to mention repeating key details over and over again and on the same
02:23:19.820 token while some people have questioned why detectives even needed to write down his answers
02:23:22.940 in the first place since the interview was being taped others assert that suspects often don't really
02:23:27.100 they feel better about that um you know when you're not writing down anything uh
02:23:31.260 it kind of gives away that you're more than likely recording it um which you know whenever
02:23:35.580 people are being recorded they tend to tense up a bit more so writing it down is always um
02:23:42.220 very important also helps you it helps with keeping the facts straight to the lies they are being
02:23:47.260 recorded and having someone write down their words in front of them would make them feel even more
02:23:50.380 secure that this conversation is not being permanently taped therefore yep or making them feel comfortable
02:23:54.780 sharing more risky details or side comments that they might not otherwise divulge okay now this next part has
02:23:59.900 nothing to do with crime but it is super interesting to me because it feels like todd is really basking
02:24:03.820 in the feeling of being catered to while trying to seem humble and friendly with the detectives
02:24:07.100 at the same time i don't know the whole thing just gives me a weird vibe because of how casual
02:24:11.580 unbothered and almost giddy he's acting while confessing murders
02:24:16.060 what do you want for dinner you missed dinner over there that barbecue wasn't enough what do you want
02:24:20.940 what do you have for me no i'm asking you what do you want
02:24:26.380 uh i don't want to be an asshole um shut that door man you're not being an
02:24:31.340 asshole oh now he doesn't want to be an asshole hey man i can't pick what i want to eat but uh
02:24:34.780 you know i don't want to be an asshole i'm telling i'm asking you what do you want for dinner
02:24:39.180 uh i don't know we've got what are you doing around here we've got mommy grill around here we've
02:24:46.460 got we've got whatever you want man building springs cookout whatever butcher what do you like to eat
02:24:51.980 cookout work i just that'll work what do you like from cookout never been there
02:24:55.980 they have a really good it's called a giant cheeseburger um giant fries and a giant tea see they
02:25:01.340 both can uh go ahead and um relate to this because they're both fat they're really good
02:25:08.140 again this is the case detective this is the the clear the backup here he wants to build a report
02:25:11.900 get as much information you can right so that's why they're having this very candid conversation
02:25:16.380 you have to when you're talking these bad guys guys you have to almost like minimize their role
02:25:20.700 make them feel more comfortable right so you get all the facts out and i know a lot of people are
02:25:24.540 like oh my god i can't do this but um that's how you really put these guys away because when
02:25:29.900 they're comfortable and they tell you everything that's what you're able to use
02:25:32.780 to gather evidence there are actually a lot of moments sprinkled throughout where todd seems just
02:25:47.100 a bit too comfortable given the subject matter at hand but to be honest there were times during the
02:25:57.260 confession when i did feel like i was watching buddy's talk and it was a little surreal
02:26:02.300 is that good
02:26:02.780 yeah now eating with the crook is good i used to do this too because they'll offer up even more
02:26:32.700 information as they're you know sitting there shooting the with you
02:26:38.220 it's a very good investigative technique by this detective or yeah
02:26:43.900 patria says martin do you think we could do a money monday we'll cultivate crypto address the
02:26:46.780 bleeding in the markets or nah um i think they're busy bro they might still be doing their their own
02:26:52.380 stuff right now because their kids today you know they call them a lady and they want everything
02:26:59.100 handed to them had a buddy
02:27:03.180 and this is when i first realized it but we didn't expect it from my generation
02:27:07.660 but if being friendly with todd was enough to butter him up to spill the whole truth
02:27:10.620 and put him behind bars for life it was worth it in the end i think this statement from the
02:27:14.460 investigator best sums up how authorities were able to treat todd with kindness and respect
02:27:18.140 despite the things he's done the thing about it is like you said there are cops in the world that
02:27:22.460 are bad there are cops in the world that are good i should not like you i should want to nail you to
02:27:27.100 the cross you know but i'm going there anyway well it's not that but yeah i get it i want to do the
02:27:34.060 right thing for you i want to make sure the right thing is done for you and by you uh chris still
02:27:39.180 says what age is a good age to start a family i think 35 and up ty says uh when myron hears the thing
02:27:44.540 you know he about to cook you know it mr clapcheek says how would you make an example of this abuse
02:27:49.020 of this obese nigga on w and wbn my furor um yeah we would torture him by making him work out
02:27:56.220 and then after that be waterboarding i don't do this job just to put people in jail do stuff like
02:28:01.340 that i do this job because that's the way i'm gonna be this next part of the conversation might
02:28:05.820 give us the most valuable insight into todd's headspace so i'll let it play without commentary
02:28:10.140 i wonder how this is going to play out what is it they're either going to put me on turn
02:28:17.740 which is what i'm expecting that's what i'm expecting or they're going to put me in a little
02:28:24.060 box somewhere away from anybody and everybody which i don't expect i actually said it early
02:28:29.180 what do you want
02:28:32.620 i mean i'm jumping aside i'll tell them what do you want take me out of that
02:28:35.340 should you back in the head i wouldn't and study psychology a little bit in college
02:28:41.420 i'm working on finish college but people at superbacks make you angry
02:28:46.860 i don't know you tell it but people at superbacks make you angry and and not just angry but i mean
02:28:52.700 just so you guys know we're going to wrap up here soon then we're going to jump on with clavicular
02:28:55.980 and talk about uh look smaxing and some other stuff we're going to go to party only for that portion
02:29:00.220 um and oss of course so um that's coming up soon they belittled you they humiliated you they made
02:29:07.980 you angry enough to do what happened and then you had the situation last this last christmas and then
02:29:13.100 this most recent situation the time span what kept the anything from and it's on discord which god i
02:29:23.820 fucking hate discord but all these young bucks like to use discord patriot says it's wild how a big
02:29:28.780 mac and fries opens up a psychopath's fat obese mouth this is why we need the fear and the fat
02:29:33.900 labor can i'm telling y'all bro i'm telling you man happening you know because that's a question
02:29:40.380 i don't need to kill well i'm not saying you do i mean you know that's a that's a human question i
02:29:45.900 mean for your legal definition i'm serial but i'm not okay honestly if johnny had pulled a knife
02:29:53.820 uh lying again he'd seen the knife you left your ass off really oh god what black and white
02:30:00.940 tighters quite it was a little handle yeah the last time you buy a little community store are you
02:30:06.860 serious i'm going my ammo costs more than you're getting your damn knife are you kidding me
02:30:12.540 you're costing me money but you're going to stab me at least i'm with a butt knife or something
02:30:16.060 yeah
02:30:17.660 i'm just messing with a little history you don't know
02:30:20.940 get the thing up i'm doing
02:30:26.140 i'm guessing that you johnny okay
02:30:28.620 lots of ground says once the food starts flowing the truth comes out fat
02:30:31.580 motherfuckers yeah bro he put that thing out and i went here's how it's going to go okay let's dance
02:30:40.540 and the other problem is that they don't put me on the ground
02:30:46.060 when the people inside realize the people i hunt is
02:30:51.500 don't let me scare you that to you
02:30:55.180 because i'm gonna rush my life never heard of a person i'm entirely okay with that
02:30:57.980 it's just like with super bikes with it it's just a reactional situation
02:31:05.020 i've never heard of a person again yeah okay yeah bro i'd never kill anybody again yeah duh
02:31:11.580 because you're about to go to jail for life dummy and for me to take myself
02:31:16.860 it's not hard i mean you slam the throat on a desk somewhere and crush the air if you don't die
02:31:21.500 a shitty death yeah but you can do it hey guys smash that like button by the way
02:31:25.980 we only got 1 000 likes despite the fact that we got 2 000 plus you ninjas over here watching
02:31:32.220 smash that like button for me hurt the people if i did any of that and i won't
02:31:38.140 it would probably cause my mother to have a heart attack not yeah as todd was sealing his fate
02:31:43.100 investigators were conducting a thorough search of his property they found a multitude of weapons
02:31:46.540 and ammunition such as handguns with silencers and rifles but as there was no record and this
02:31:50.300 dude is a felon can't have those guns by the way have a background check under todd's name
02:31:54.060 for firearm purchases it is believed that he illegally obtained these which just adds to
02:31:57.980 the laundry list of his crimes in 2017 todd colehead pleaded guilty to seven counts of murder two counts
02:32:03.340 of kidnapping and one count of criminal sexual assault he entered a plea bargain that spared him from
02:32:07.500 capital punishment and yeah um happens often this is exactly what they did with um brian
02:32:14.060 coleberger if you guys remember the guy that killed the uh those innocent college students at the um
02:32:18.380 um was university idaho if i'm not mistaken but yeah he was going to get the death penalty they were
02:32:25.580 going to give his dumb ass the shooting squad probably and he was able to negotiate um not
02:32:31.900 being executed by um confessing we're pleading guilty instead was sentenced to seven consecutive
02:32:38.300 life sentences without the possibility of parole plus 60 years relatives of the superbike shooting
02:32:43.180 victims filed a wrongful death lawsuit against him and kayla has also filed her own civil lawsuit
02:32:47.260 against todd she was awarded 6.3 million dollars oh lord however even behind bars todd has not been
02:32:55.180 silent in late 2017 he wrote to the spartanburg herald journal claiming that he had more victims
02:32:59.580 who have yet to be discovered which would go along with what he told his mother right after he was now
02:33:03.020 this happens a lot of times with these serial killers where they'll like you know finally come out
02:33:06.380 before they get executed or after um to try to get more attention uh ted bundy did this actually to try
02:33:12.220 to extend um his life so that he wouldn't get executed uh like he did um where he started talking
02:33:18.620 to detectives from all different places because you guys know ted bunny went on a killing spree killing
02:33:22.220 women in like seven or eight different states so um i i wouldn't be surprised if his kill count isn't
02:33:27.900 above if it's above seven i would not be surprised caught when she asked how many other victims there were
02:33:34.140 besides the ones he confessed to he apparently said you do not have enough fingers in the eight
02:33:38.620 page letter to the publication todd wrote yes there is more than seven i tried to tell investigators and
02:33:43.420 i did tell the fbi but it was blown off it's not an addition problem it's a multiplication problem
02:33:48.140 leaves the state and leaves the country thank you private pilot's license yes todd apparently earned
02:33:52.380 his pilot's license at some point and could have potentially traveled to commit more
02:33:55.580 bro 100 was killing people 100 that's the samuel little slash ted bundy um strategy flying to
02:34:04.780 different areas and killing killing uh women in different places and solved murders but he has
02:34:09.260 also expressed that at this point he doesn't see any reason to give numbers or locations of other
02:34:13.260 victims at the same time though todd reassured investigators in 2016 that he hadn't in fact
02:34:18.060 killed anyone else have you killed anybody else in spartanburg have you killed anybody else in south
02:34:26.460 carolina no sir other than the purple boy in arizona and super bikes and the ones that we have on the
02:34:33.900 property have you killed anybody else and this is where i ask you this
02:34:38.700 this is not to drive any out home or anything like that okay you had your moment in here with
02:34:50.140 you all and this is your opportunity to get everything it's not you know what i'm saying
02:34:55.100 it's an opportunity to get everything out of the way you know because you're going to be sitting in a
02:34:59.100 cell and there's going to be lonely times and and you're a compassionate person i'm a compassionate
02:35:05.580 person okay in the heat of the moment when somebody pisses you off you may want to beat
02:35:10.060 the out of them shoot inside and kill them okay so um what he's doing here is uh minimizing and kind
02:35:16.380 of almost giving him an out as to what he's doing this is another technique that you would utilize
02:35:20.060 when you talk to these criminals to not make them feel as bad to get them to confess but when you're
02:35:25.420 laying there at night it's gonna it may bother you you see what i'm saying and that's the only reason
02:35:31.180 i'm asking that's the only one you shot okay um i didn't want to have to explain numbers on the phone
02:35:38.220 i sure didn't want to get numbers of four so when you told mom she didn't have enough standards
02:35:43.260 i just didn't know what to tell them on the phone okay so that was kind of not an
02:35:46.140 i don't want to say embellishment but it was just something to didn't want to give her phone numbers
02:35:49.820 i gotcha gotcha okay more than one hand but um it's not really a bragging kind of
02:35:54.540 all right somebody's enough of his may call that oh that's cool i i don't really call that cool
02:35:58.860 hey todd a while ago you made a statement that said that when you just said those are the only
02:36:02.860 people i've shot any other means okay what do you think on one hand it does seem a little
02:36:09.660 suspicious that there would be a 13 year lull in between the superbike shooting and todd's next
02:36:13.100 victims but i can also see how todd yeah i i i think i think he killed other people in that time
02:36:17.740 span i think he killed other people in that time span 13 years for someone like him and he doesn't
02:36:23.660 have a family normally whenever there's a cooling off period with these serial killers they have a
02:36:27.260 family they have kids something like that like btk for example dennis raider the thing that calmed him
02:36:31.980 down a lot because he went on a killing sprint in the 1970s then he stopped for a few years or a few
02:36:35.340 decades he had a kid and then when his daughter was old enough to go to college that's actually how
02:36:39.500 they caught him he wanted to get back into the killing and he got caught in the early 2000s with dna
02:36:45.580 but a lot of the times uh serial killers will chill out if they have a family or whatever and that's
02:36:50.540 a perfect example of what i mean so this guy didn't get a family he had a girlfriend or whatever
02:36:55.260 but i doubt that he gave up the killing for 13 years i just be showboating in a bid to get more
02:37:00.460 attention now that his case has died down but get this some people actually think that todd may not
02:37:04.940 have even really committed the superbike murders all right strap in because now i'm going to yeah
02:37:09.020 now you guys are going to get into some theories here of what they're saying they think that he didn't
02:37:13.260 commit the thing uh i'll play this real quick guys gonna take a quick piss for you on and just
02:37:16.460 take you through some then we're going to jump on with clever killer here in a second some of the
02:37:20.140 more controversial internet theories and conspiracies that have arisen around this case
02:37:24.220 just a disclaimer i'm not endorsing these theories in any way but i think it's really fascinating to
02:37:28.060 see the information people have dug up and the wildly different conclusions they've come to
02:37:32.060 so about the superbike murders a woman named pat brown who is a profiler claiming to have worked
02:37:36.060 on this case in the past has written about her doubts she says a serial killer that is also a
02:37:39.980 mass murderer is not what you would normally expect because serial killers like to have complete
02:37:43.660 control over their victims she also feels that there is no actual evidence beyond a potentially
02:37:47.500 false confession that todd was the perpetrator in this case and she even asserted that the sheriff
02:37:51.420 was up for re-election around the time todd confessed and this may have been a convenient
02:37:54.620 way to solve that cold case in the nick of time however a counterpoint to this idea is that todd
02:37:58.780 mentioned a detail in his confession that apparently was never released to the public before
02:38:02.300 when he said that he shot each of the victims in the forehead so investigators feel pretty confident
02:38:05.980 that he was the one behind the crime but still pat refutes this claim and actually says that none
02:38:10.140 of the victims were shot in the forehead there's honestly so much to go into here but to me it
02:38:14.620 seems like todd's motive and explanation of this crime were clear so i'll let you decide what you
02:38:18.540 think really happened and then another conspiracy theory people have posited centers around kayla
02:38:22.540 herself this one is rather sensitive and i again want to emphasize that i don't subscribe to these
02:38:26.780 beliefs and would never do anything to blame the victim as what she had to go through was
02:38:30.220 undoubtedly unimaginable with that being said here is the theory some people propose when kayla
02:38:35.260 appeared on dr phil to talk about the case she said that she met todd on facebook several years before
02:38:39.100 and they had had little contact besides a few messages here and there where he would ask how
02:38:42.460 she's doing before he ultimately contacted her about the job opportunity however according to
02:38:46.620 the newberry observer an initial interview at todd's residence between todd and an investigator
02:38:50.700 suggested that there may have been more to the relationship the alleged transcript of that
02:38:54.380 exchange shows the investigator asking todd if kayla was a stripper who would also sleep
02:38:57.900 with todd for money which todd claims is true he also apparently claimed that he'd taken her to
02:39:02.380 dinner and that she'd spent the night at his house before among other physical encounters so these
02:39:06.460 details have apparently led some online circles to speculate that kayla could have known more than
02:39:10.060 she was letting on about the whole situation especially considering those letters she had
02:39:13.500 allegedly written to todd during her capture other updates that have added fuel to this fire include
02:39:17.180 the fact that kayla in 2019 was charged with third-degree criminal domestic violence after a fight
02:39:21.500 between her and her boyfriend kayla claimed that during an argument the man bucked his chest into
02:39:25.340 her then she struck him in the face with a closed fist and then he allegedly slammed her to the
02:39:28.860 ground and put her in a headlock the charge was her first criminal charge in south carolina
02:39:32.940 also um he definitely i think he did the shooting at the bike shop guys because you guys know um
02:39:37.900 shooting the subjects in the forehead was not disclosed to the public right police do that often where
02:39:44.460 they'll have a couple of facts that they don't disclose to the public um because what ends up happening is
02:39:49.420 it verifies uh the strength of the person's you know information or uh testimony if they are able to
02:39:57.020 present facts that only the police and law enforcement knew so they tactically do this to um
02:40:03.900 to verify the validity of the person coming forward to provide the information does that make sense
02:40:09.660 it's a technique that they've always done like let's say they're looking for somebody okay the
02:40:14.460 killer is xyz he did this at the crime scenes whatever a couple of the facts they leave behind
02:40:19.740 so that when people do call and say oh i got a tip okay well tell us about your tip okay did he say
02:40:25.820 anything that we only know no they didn't okay makes the tip less credible but if they mention
02:40:31.500 something that only cops knew bam that's a big one and was eventually dismissed however people still
02:40:39.500 drew attention to another tragedy that occurred in her life about five months before this incident
02:40:43.660 at that time her then fiancee shockingly died of a self-inflicted stab wound to the chest
02:40:47.980 all of these factors that's interesting yc welcome to the oss my friend some internet
02:40:52.860 communities to turn a suspicious eye on kayla but at the same time most recognize that she is
02:40:56.940 still trying to heal from the traumatic experience she endured at the hands of todd colehepp i think
02:41:01.500 everyone can agree that even if we don't have the full picture of kayla's life she was still a victim
02:41:05.100 who did not deserve any of the horrible things that happened to her during that kidnapping
02:41:08.540 and i hope she is doing well today or at least getting the help she needs to work back towards a normal
