Edwin says, Myron, will the debate be on the seventh live stream?
00:41:12.860
But I'm going to be there talking about immigration and a bunch of other stuff.
00:41:22.860
Come meet me if you are in the Pennsylvania area.
00:41:25.860
Right here in Virginia, living half an hour outside of Washington, D.C.
00:41:40.860
And he will not be living in our country much longer.
00:41:47.860
Now, this was actually something that I wanted to find out watching this with you because I
00:41:53.860
watched a little bit of this press conference and I kind of caught the tail end of it.
00:41:58.860
But she's kind of confirming and saying that he's an illegal alien.
00:42:02.860
And we're going to talk about this here in a second.
00:42:10.860
One of the top leaders right here near our nation's capital.
00:42:15.860
I just cannot thank Governor Youngkin enough for his leadership in this effort.
00:42:21.860
This has been a joint effort with state and local agencies.
00:42:28.860
Terry Cole, Virginia Secretary of Public Safety.
00:42:34.860
DHS Secretary Noem, of course, who is in El Salvador, the home country currently of our illegal alien.
00:42:45.860
All of the members of our task force who have been working tirelessly.
00:42:49.860
We were out at that scene this morning and what we saw was second to none.
00:42:52.860
And you can actually see, I don't know if you guys can see it.
00:42:55.860
It's really hard to see, but I see ATF right here.
00:43:24.860
And this is kind of a dirty secret in the law enforcement world.
00:43:29.860
So, there is a lot of ego in law enforcement, guys.
00:43:32.860
You're talking about a bunch of high testosterone, A-type guys, A-type personality guys, because
00:43:37.860
obviously the job draws a certain type of people.
00:43:40.860
Um, where, um, you know, a lot of guys are like, I'm the best.
00:43:47.860
And what's happening a lot of times, guys, in these law enforcement operations, or in law enforcement
00:43:51.860
general, is there's fighting between agencies for stats or arrests or, you know, getting the recognition for certain cases.
00:43:58.860
So, um, to them, obviously this is something that you, the general public's not going to go fuck about.
00:44:04.860
But in the law enforcement world, working together is very important.
00:44:10.860
Because a lot of agencies are difficult to deal with.
00:44:12.860
I'll be honest with y'all, like the FBI, for example, they're not easy to deal with.
00:44:21.860
Maybe Cash Patel and Bongino coming in has hopefully solved that.
00:44:24.860
But, you know, the FBI has a notorious reputation for being very, um, difficult to work with.
00:44:36.860
They show up on the arrest day with their red jackets.
00:44:49.860
Like, every agency has, like, their kind of insider stereotype, if that makes sense, Chad.
00:44:56.860
And the most important thing, all of our agents were safe this morning.
00:45:06.860
America is safer today because of one of the top domestic terrorists in MS-13.
00:45:13.860
Now, I think it's also very important they're going to talk about this.
00:45:16.860
Notice that she's using the word terrorist, domestic terrorist.
00:45:18.860
When Trump came into office, he signed an executive order targeting certain, um, transnational criminal organizations as terrorist organizations.
00:45:27.860
Because it gives the government a lot more latitude to conduct investigations in a more aggressive manner.
00:45:33.860
Also, because they don't have as much red tape.
00:45:35.860
If you can go ahead and make a case on national security grounds, you're not going to have as much red tape in your way to do what you need to do.
00:45:44.860
Now, the negative of that is the government is better able.
00:45:49.860
One of the, and that's one of the clips we're going to react to later.
00:46:02.860
This has been an ongoing directive of President Trump.
00:46:05.860
His directive to me when I became Attorney General of the United States was very simple.
00:46:12.860
And that's what these men and women have been doing tirelessly every single day since Donald Trump took office.
00:46:25.860
This guy was living in a neighborhood right around you.
00:46:28.860
Thanks to the great men and women of law enforcement.
00:46:31.860
This task force that we have created is remarkable using incredible technology that we will not discuss
00:46:38.860
to catch and apprehend these horrible, violent, worst of the world.
00:46:47.860
Let me see if it's, if it's public information.
00:47:20.860
I'm about to give you all some sauce right now.
00:47:24.860
Cause you guys actually are getting a fucking, uh, crash course on law enforcement here.
00:47:31.860
Cause what I'm about to share with you guys now is actually really cool.
00:47:39.860
Let's get to 2,000 likes then just so I can share this shit.
00:47:41.860
I'm going to drop the YouTube link in the chat for you guys.
00:47:53.860
If you're watching on X, if you're watching on Rumble.
00:48:00.860
If you're watching on Rumble, I dropped the link in there for you guys.
00:48:02.860
Rumble and Castle Club and X, I dropped the YouTube link in there.
00:48:07.860
So even though this is kind of public information, the reason why she doesn't want to talk about
00:48:19.860
it is cause it's kind of like, uh, it's kind of something that isn't like talked about that
00:48:25.860
If you go looking for it, if you know where to look.
00:48:27.860
So basically, I guarantee you guys and the giveaway is that there's a Marshall guy right
00:48:32.860
And as you guys know, first, let's explain what the U.S.
00:48:36.860
Marshal service guys is a law force agency in the United States that basically has three
00:48:49.860
Think of them as like the jailers or the sheriff's county office for the federal government.
00:48:53.860
You arrest the bad guy, you bring them to the marshals and that puts them in the court
00:48:58.860
Second, they do courtroom security in federal court houses.
00:49:01.860
When you walk into the courthouse, you're going to see marshals there, right?
00:49:04.860
In suits or whatever, doing protection for the judges, et cetera, making sure that the
00:49:08.860
And then number three, um, oh, there's four things.
00:49:12.860
Number three, they also do, um, witness protection.
00:49:16.860
So if you got someone that let's say they were an informant on a gang in a federal case,
00:49:22.860
uh, nine out of 10 times, they're going to need to go into witness protection after they
00:49:31.860
Give you a new name, identity, move you somewhere far that you've never been to before.
00:49:37.860
And then the fourth thing, which most people know them for is fugitive apprehensions.
00:49:41.860
And that's what we're going to get into this topic that we're going to talk about.
00:49:43.860
So fugitive apprehensions guys, when it comes to marshals, is they typically have something
00:49:53.860
SWAT teams in major cities, fugitive task force in major cities, JTTF in major cities.
00:49:58.860
Then there's also HIDA, High Incentive Drug Trafficking Task Force area.
00:50:02.860
But the point I'm trying to make to you guys is that there are different law enforcement
00:50:07.860
task forces in major cities on different types of enforcement, um, groups.
00:50:13.860
So the marshals have this fugitive task force where it's them and other agencies that work
00:50:21.860
And the reason why is because if someone ends up becoming a fugitive, whether state or federal,
00:50:26.860
um, the law enforcement agency that did the investigation is responsible for getting that guy.
00:50:31.860
But what you could do is you can actually delegate that warrant to the marshals and let them go get
00:50:35.860
So I say that to let you guys know that when it comes to getting fugitives and finding people,
00:50:41.860
the U S martial service is the best agency in the country when it comes to locating and
00:50:49.860
So now that we know that let's talk about how they more than likely found this fucking gang
00:50:56.860
There is a, uh, technology called the trigger fish.
00:51:00.860
It's the first time I've ever talked about this shit.
00:51:04.860
And what the trigger fish is guys, and this public information now, but for many years,
00:51:08.860
So the trigger fish is a, and it's kind of like a slang term used in the law enforcement
00:51:14.860
Uh, like a cell site locator or whatever, but in law enforcement world, we call it a
00:51:18.860
And what a trigger fish is, is basically it behaves like a tower.
00:51:23.860
And what ends up happening is if you got a bad guy's phone number, you get like a van
00:51:30.860
And you could drive around in the area that you think he's at.
00:51:32.860
And what will happen is that the trigger fish will tell you where he's at because the van
00:51:36.860
itself almost acts like a magnet, like a cell phone tower.
00:51:40.860
So you will get collect all the phone numbers in the area.
00:51:44.860
Now, obviously this is a very controversial way to locate people for obvious reasons, but
00:51:50.860
it is a technique that law enforcement uses to capture people.
00:51:53.860
And that's actually very, uh, successful as well.
00:51:56.860
And the way I know that they use the trigger fish 99% chance is number one, she's reluctant
00:52:03.860
And then number two, I see this fucking Marshall guy in the back.
00:52:05.860
Well, Marshalls don't have title aid authority.
00:52:09.860
It's because more than likely it was the Marshalls that assisted with finding where the
00:52:16.860
And this is shit guys that, you know, no one else would be able to tell y'all because
00:52:23.860
I could just tell this shit from the way that she's speaking and the fact that there's
00:52:30.860
Now I need you niggas to fucking like the goddamn video.
00:52:32.860
You guys are not going to get insider information like this anywhere fucking else on the internet,
00:52:42.860
Just off of her saying a sentence and me looking in the background, I was able to tell
00:52:49.860
Like this was one of my, this is like my wheelhouse, man.
00:52:52.860
When I was on the job, I always enjoyed learning about different agencies, knowing
00:52:57.860
which agencies are good at what, what agencies are bad at what, right?
00:53:00.860
Leveraging different relationships to get my cases done.
00:53:03.860
So I've worked with almost every federal law enforcement agency.
00:53:07.860
And the trigger fish is one of the Marshall's bread and butters.
00:53:17.860
They are committing homicides throughout our country.
00:53:20.860
They're one of the most dangerous gangs in our country.
00:53:23.860
And just so you guys know, there is a Wikipedia page on this which I'm fucking shocked there
00:53:29.860
Trigger fish describes this analogy of cell phone interception and surveillance using
00:53:35.860
The device are also known as cell site simulators or digital analyzers.
00:53:38.860
Try to get a cell phone by a mobile FBI van that seeks to locate cell phone lacking
00:53:46.860
Neither the user nor the cell phone provider need to know about the trigger fish for it
00:53:51.860
But the device circumvents provisions of CALEA barring use of pen register or trap and
00:53:55.860
The device is similar but distinct of an IMSI catcher.
00:54:00.860
So for years, this technology, you couldn't talk about it.
00:54:11.860
I'm not going to fight until they are completely dismantled.
00:54:14.860
What I want to do, I want to have other governors, other law enforcement officers come here to
00:54:20.860
Virginia and see this amazing task force governor that is led by our agencies and Governor Youngkin
00:54:29.860
Arrests have increased 468% from the same period last year.
00:54:34.860
We didn't need new laws as President Trump always said.
00:54:40.860
We have great leadership standing behind him to fight to keep America safe and make America
00:54:47.860
We will keep your community safe and we will continue to do that.
00:54:50.860
It is my honor to introduce to you your governor, Glenn Youngkin.
00:54:59.860
What this task force over the course of the last four weeks represents is the model.
00:55:07.860
Now, the reason why they're bringing the governor in, guys, is because as you guys know, though
00:55:11.860
governors don't really do, you know, they're not involved with the feds like that.
00:55:23.860
A lot of governors and mayors and city officials don't like to enforce it.
00:55:27.860
This is why you have things like the sanctuary city.
00:55:32.860
So the reason why the AG is praising the governor is because when it comes to immigration enforcement
00:55:37.860
and using state and local resources, because they're the ones that are able to 10x your fucking presence,
00:55:43.860
a lot of cities and states are reluctant to give their state police, their city police, etc.
00:55:48.860
So the fact that they're, you know, praising the mayor here is because a lot of mayors or, excuse me,
00:55:54.860
a lot of governors from certain states don't want to be involved in immigration enforcement,
00:56:00.860
So that is why she's giving the guy flowers and giving him the ability to speak and shit like that,
00:56:04.860
even though governors typically almost never get involved in immigration enforcement.
00:56:08.860
But with the Trump administration, etc., people are getting on board.
00:56:13.860
Stately resources and local resources coming together in order to eradicate the drug and terrorist networks that exist.
00:56:20.860
And I use the word terrorist because the illegal drug gangs, MS-13, Trende de Aragua,
00:56:25.860
they are international terrorist organizations.
00:56:27.860
Now they are, under Trump designating them that way.
00:56:31.860
And they are residents right here. They're residents across the country.
00:56:35.860
And it requires this kind of task force, this collaboration of Virginia resources,
00:56:40.860
our great Virginia State Police led by Colonel Hanley, our Department of Corrections led by Judge Chad Dotson,
00:56:46.860
along with our leadership at the administration level led by Secretary Terry Cole and our Attorney General Jason Meares
00:56:53.860
to come together with tremendous resources from the federal government.
00:56:56.860
And systematically, over the last four weeks, we have gone to work.
00:57:00.860
Gone to work untangling, gone to work putting together the cases, and arresting these horrific criminals.
00:57:07.860
These criminals that live in our neighborhoods.
00:57:09.860
The arrest this morning was in Dale City, in Prince William County.
00:57:13.860
Right here in Northern Virginia, one of the best areas in America.
00:57:16.860
Filipino Graper says, you should react to Ye's new single, World War III.
00:57:20.860
Here's the thing, bro, that's copyright shit, and we're on YouTube.
00:57:22.860
America. And it was one of the top leaders of MS-13 living here. An illegal immigrant. And that illegal immigrant's going to go back to where he came from.
00:57:31.860
But most importantly, it's this effort that has been enabled by the Trump administration.
00:57:36.860
President Trump said, get the bad guys. I've been working on this literally for the first three years of our administration with little to no help from the senior leadership in the federal government and the Biden administration.
00:57:47.860
On day one, we went to work signing a 287G memorandum. It took us 20 hours to get it done. I was able to deputize our state.
00:57:53.860
Okay. So 287G, guys. So this is a, this basically allows state and local law enforcement officers to get immigration authority.
00:58:03.860
And ICE gives it a, um, ICE is the one that gives it away. So 287G of the U.S. Immigration National Act authorized the DHS to deputize selected state and local law enforcement officers to enforce federal immigration laws.
00:58:14.860
Section 287G allows the DHS and law enforcement agencies to make agreements which require the state and local officers to receive training and work under the supervision of ICE.
00:58:21.860
ICE provides the officers with authorization and identified process and when appropriate detained immigration offenders they encounter during the encounter daily law enforcement activity.
00:58:28.860
Okay. So this is a big deal because most state and law enforcement, state law enforcement agencies, none of them have immigration authorities.
00:58:35.860
State police and our department of correction members to go to work in this task force. I want to thank General Bondi from the second sheet from the second.
00:58:43.860
You know, we'll keep going. She assumed her position. She was here with us.
00:58:48.860
I want to thank director Patel from the second he assumed his position. He was here with us, resources, capabilities.
00:58:54.860
But I most importantly want to thank the men and women who every day put their lives on the line.
00:58:59.860
These folks go to work with a bulletproof vest on and they so rarely have anyone say thank you.
00:59:04.860
And today they deserve a huge thank you, but they deserve a thank you every single day.
00:59:08.860
Over the last four weeks, 340 horrific criminals have been arrested here in Northern Virginia.
00:59:15.860
Local jurisdictions that claim sanctuary city status are absolutely unacceptable.
00:59:21.860
All right. W rule governor, man. W governor. I'll give him that.
00:59:27.860
See, now you guys see why Pam Bondi wanted to bring him up.
00:59:30.860
Because, guys, this is a political play, too. I don't know if you guys are seeing what's going on here.
00:59:33.860
She's bringing the governor up during this big press conference because he's going to look really good.
00:59:38.860
Saying, yeah, I'm working with our federal partners. We're making the city safe.
00:59:40.860
We're going after these fucking bad guys. I'm giving the feds everything that they need.
00:59:43.860
Because most state law enforcement agencies don't want to get involved in immigration. Right?
00:59:48.860
So she's kind of throwing him a bone, making him look good, coming up and getting credit for deputizing his guys under 287G,
00:59:56.860
a program that most law enforcement agencies don't want to deal with at the state and local level.
01:00:00.860
And then now he's able to get up on the stand and talk his shit about, you know, sanctuary cities and sanctuary governors and states and all this other shit.
01:00:07.860
Right? So this is kind of setting a precedent, letting other left leaning or Democratic state officials know that you need to get on board.
01:00:19.860
You need to get on board at this point. This whole sanctuary city shit is bullshit.
01:00:22.860
So they're hoping that they get to get a domino effect.
01:00:26.860
Because at the end of the day, all these motherfuckers are politicians. Right?
01:00:29.860
So if it's going to help them stay in office, they will do it, even if it's something as taboo as immigration.
01:00:35.860
But under the Trump administration, immigration is a more – how do I say this?
01:00:42.860
It's more endurable for state officials to conduct in.
01:00:47.860
But typically, when Democrats are in office, they stay away from immigration.
01:00:50.860
But when Republicans is in, they'll take it a bit more seriously.
01:00:56.860
Look who's in your community. Look who's living around the corner from citizens that are going to work trying to build their lives in a place that's the best place in America to live and work and raise a family.
01:01:05.860
And yet we have one of the top three operatives from one of the most dangerous gang in America in the world living around the corner.
01:01:11.860
And you sanctuary cities want to give refuge to them.
01:01:14.860
Listen, it's time for us to recognize that Virginia is not a sanctuary state.
01:01:18.860
We are working to get the bad guys out of here.
01:01:21.860
And if you are a local jurisdiction and not helping us and not cooperating with us, you are working against the safety of all of those men and women that call your jurisdiction home.
01:01:31.860
He's also saying that because there are some parts of Virginia guys that are super fucking woke.
01:01:36.860
So he's kind of calling out, you know, certain counties, Fairfax County, et cetera.
01:01:39.860
The closer you get to D.C., the more woke it gets.
01:01:47.860
We get to continue to work together to, yes, General Bondi, make America safe again and make Virginia the safest state in America.
01:01:55.860
I just want to thank everyone for their tremendous efforts.
01:01:57.860
And now I want to hand it over to the U.S. Attorney of Virginia's Eastern District, Eric Sieber.
01:02:02.860
Okay, and as you guys know, you guys from watching this channel, I've taught you guys about this.
01:02:08.860
United States Attorney, the U.S.A. presidentially appointed position, they run an entire prosecutor's office.
01:02:15.860
Okay, so this is the head of the prosecutor's office in the Eastern District of Virginia.
01:02:19.860
Real quick, I'll read these chats before he makes his announcement.
01:02:22.860
Myron, can you make it so leave Coe and FNF fresh fight for co-hosts on FNF?
01:02:27.860
P.S., you don't get a dollar tomorrow because that's two today.
01:02:31.860
You forgot to mention that the ATF just wants to murder your dog.
01:02:36.860
Myron, what are your thoughts on the current president of El Salvador?
01:02:39.860
If that's the guy that I'm thinking about, he's done a pretty good job.
01:02:43.860
He's like modernized it with cryptocurrency and shit like that.
01:02:49.860
You could tell that she was hot when she was younger.
01:02:51.860
Myron, Mexico actually died of big narco bosses like Z40 and old schoolers like Rafa, Caro, Quintero.
01:02:59.860
They're arguably bigger names than this MS-13 leader, yet it received a little coverage.
01:03:05.860
But the reason why is because these guys are legends from the 80s, bro.
01:03:12.860
And real quick, for those of you that don't know who he is, I got y'all ninjas.
01:03:20.860
Bro, they've been looking for this nigga since like the 80s, bro.
01:03:47.860
He was on FBI's Time Most Wanted, Criminal Career.
01:03:55.860
I actually met Kiki Camarena's family when I was in Laredo.
01:04:02.860
But he was accused of involvement of murder of U.S. DEA agent Enrique Kiki Camarena Salazar
01:04:07.860
The Mexican authorities raised a 1,000-rated, a 1,000-acre or Hecatari ranch.
01:04:18.860
Carl Quintero, guys, this dude is like a legend in the fucking narco world.
01:04:22.860
But yeah, the reason why I didn't get much coverage lighter than some
01:04:25.860
is precisely because he's so old and people forgot about this case.
01:04:30.860
You know, you gotta be like a real true crime buff to remember the Kiki Camarena case.
01:04:39.860
I know I've been talking about Mexican cartels and shit like that that I'll do it.
01:04:43.860
But we will definitely cover this at some point.
01:04:50.860
For those that are wondering, that's one of the Trevino's if I'm not mistaken.
01:04:57.860
This guy was the head of the Losetas in Mexico.
01:05:01.860
And the Losetas guys, well, they don't exist anymore.
01:05:06.860
Man, we're doing a fucking education clinic today, man.
01:05:28.860
And across the river, because this is the Rio Grande River right here.
01:05:45.860
So the Trevinos, the heads of the Losetas, which is like damn near paramilitary.
01:05:49.860
They used to be Mexican Marines, was run by this guy, Miguel Trevino Morales.
01:05:54.860
And the Zetas, in their heyday, they were the most violent Mexican cartel because they
01:05:58.860
were the only ones that were specially trained.
01:06:05.860
But yeah, these guys are legends in the criminal world.
01:06:08.860
But yeah, lighter than some, bro, the young people are not going to know this shit.
01:06:12.860
But thank you for bringing that up, because we just went down memory lane a little bit.
01:06:15.860
With some of these old school narcos you're mentioning.
01:06:27.860
Yamaya, did you ever cover The Four Soldiers in Lithuania?
01:06:30.860
If any man is feeling sad or depressed right now, just look at...
01:06:35.860
Yamaya, please react to Amazon documentary, The Last Narc, where a highly decorated D-agent
01:06:38.860
tasked by investigating Kiki's murder found out it was a Cuban guy with a CIA.
01:06:50.860
You know, a lot of it is for, you know, comedic effect.
01:07:05.860
Sorry, the USA statement on this MS-13 gangster getting caught.
01:07:15.860
If you guys don't mind, I'd really appreciate it.
01:07:20.860
Also, guys, give me ones in the chat if you guys are getting, like, if you guys are learning
01:07:25.860
Give me ones if you guys are learning some stuff.
01:07:30.860
If you guys like this educational type shit more, I could do this, you know, at least once a stream if you guys want.
01:07:36.860
March 3rd, we officially launched the operations as part of this Homeland Security Task Force.
01:07:40.860
And this is the first of its kind in the nation.
01:07:44.860
And it combines federal, state, and local resources to identify and arrest the most violent gang offenders in the Eastern District of Virginia.
01:07:50.860
So working with our partners of all four divisions in the Eastern District of Virginia, we have created an intelligence-based model.
01:07:55.860
And that's the focus is intelligence base that drives this moving forward.
01:07:58.860
So we can focus our attention on the transnational organized groups such as MS-13 that have long plagued our communities.
01:08:05.860
So in less than a month, we have identified 575 targets.
01:08:08.860
We've arrested 342 of those targets, many of them with illegal status.
01:08:13.860
And of the 342 arrested, we've identified 81 individuals with gang or transnational crime affiliation.
01:08:20.860
The Eastern District of Virginia U.S. Attorney's Office has already done 73 federal criminal complaints charging these individuals.
01:08:29.860
It's an affidavit that when someone is arrested on the spot.
01:08:33.860
You guys know the difference between a criminal complaint and indictment if you watch this channel.
01:08:37.860
Unlike most people that, to this day, they still bring pundits on and they mistakenly refer to criminal complaints as indictments.
01:08:44.860
When we did the big U case, guys, remember that?
01:08:47.860
You guys know what the difference between a criminal complaint and an indictment versus people that are bringing on law and crime don't even fucking know.
01:09:00.860
Between federal and state partners, we've obtained and executed 39 search warrants.
01:09:04.860
We're already hearing in the community that our efforts are having a deterrent effect on these gangs.
01:09:08.860
And so moving forward with the information that we've obtained from our arrests and search warrants,
01:09:13.860
we plan to use the task force model to continue to identify these bad actors and prioritize.
01:09:17.860
Now, I'm a little confused because I don't think the U.S. Attorney's Office is going to be involved in this guy getting charged,
01:09:23.860
because I think they picked up this MS-13 guy on immigration charges only, which I'm going to talk about that here in a second.
01:09:30.860
I want to thank Attorney General Bondi, Governor Youngkin, FBI Director Patel, D.A. Administrator Waltz, and Secretary Cole for your trust on this and support of this Virginia task force.
01:09:40.860
And I also want to thank the hard work of the agents and the special agents of Virginia State Police and the federal agents.
01:09:46.860
And also the AUSAs, my prosecutors have been working around the clock to support this task force.
01:09:51.860
AUSA stands for Assistant United States Attorney. So he's the USA United States Attorney.
01:09:55.860
He has subordinates under him that actually tried the cases. Those are Assistant United States Attorneys.
01:09:59.860
This is the functional equivalent of a district attorney and an ADA or an Assistant District Attorney.
01:10:04.860
They just are federal prosecutors versus state prosecutors.
01:10:06.860
And despite the tremendous success of this task force, I want the public to know this is just the beginning of our efforts.
01:10:12.860
We have a sense of urgency on this. And we do not plan on stopping until every one of these violent gang members is off the streets.
01:10:17.860
And to the criminals, I just have to say, we're coming. So at this time, I'd like to turn this over to FBI Director Patel.
01:10:26.860
This is what happens when you let good cops be cops. And we're going to continue to let good cops be cops across this country.
01:10:30.860
President Trump gave us the executive decision to go after and safeguard our communities.
01:10:33.860
General Bondi is our warrior of justice leading that charge. Governor Youngkin, it's an honor to be a partner in this operation with you and U.S. Attorney Siebert.
01:10:38.860
This is a mandate we have. And you guys already know, right, Cash Patel, he kind of has a chip on his shoulder, right?
01:10:43.860
They beat his ass up at the Senate hearings. You know what I mean?
01:10:48.860
They dragged their feet with confirming him as FBI Director. They did not want Cash Patel to be FBI Director, Chad.
01:10:53.860
Right? He went on a bunch of podcasts, Sean Ryan and shit like that bashing him.
01:10:58.860
Right now we have an American dying every seven minutes from a drug overdose.
01:11:03.860
That is a national security crisis we have not seen ever before.
01:11:06.860
We have a woman or child being raped every six and a half minutes in this country.
01:11:09.860
We have a homicide twice an hour. No part of that metric is a safe and secure America.
01:11:15.860
But thanks to the brave leadership of this Administration and the folks that you see here, we are returning our communities to safety.
01:11:21.860
As you heard, we took down this morning a top leader of MS-13. That is not done easily.
01:11:26.860
That is done with brilliant law enforcement. And right here I'm proud, and I think the Governor knows I'm biased,
01:11:30.860
having graduated from the University of Richmond, to have this here in the State of Virginia,
01:11:33.860
here in our Northern Virginia Resident Agency, with our partnership with our Washington Field Office
01:11:37.860
and our special agents, our SOS folks, our intel analysts, and our supporters.
01:11:40.860
And keep in mind, guys, Patel was never law enforcement prior. He was a federal prosecutor and a lawyer.
01:11:48.860
Never a gun-toting law enforcement guy, a lawyer.
01:11:53.860
There already has been law enforcement across the country, and that will not change.
01:11:56.860
But law enforcement across the country cannot be done just by Washington, D.C. and the federal government alone.
01:12:00.860
This task force was stood up one month ago. In one month, the brave men and women on this task force
01:12:05.860
from state, local, and federal authorities have arrested 342 criminals in the State of Virginia alone.
01:12:11.860
We wanted this to be a successful model. It is a successful model because of you, because of your men and women on the streets.
01:12:17.860
We have the easy job in Washington, D.C. You take it to the max every single day.
01:12:22.860
You put your safety on the line. You put your selfless desires ahead of going home and seeing your families at night,
01:12:28.860
because you care more about safeguarding our schools and our community than you do your own safety.
01:12:33.860
So we will always have the backs of good cops because you have the backs of the American people.
01:12:37.860
And this task force is going to go everywhere as needed across the United States to bring the form of justice
01:12:43.860
and measured security and safety that our American citizens deserve.
01:12:46.860
It is an America First model because we live in the United States of America.
01:12:50.860
And if you are here illegally, you will not be here any longer.
01:12:53.860
And if you are going to continue to commit acts of violent crime, you will meet the same fate that this individual did this morning.
01:12:59.860
We've got roughly 5,000 of you guys in here, man. Welcome to the stream, guys.
01:13:02.860
Like the video if you guys are just joining in. Welcome to the fucking stream.
01:13:05.860
We're breaking down right now the arrest of the top MS-13 guy.
01:13:09.860
I'm explaining immigration, law enforcement, how things work, capture people, etc.
01:13:13.860
So, you know, this is kind of a treasure trove right now of me explaining to you guys how law enforcement works in America
01:13:20.860
We're going to respond to our hater here after this press conference and then break down some other news as well.
01:13:25.860
And I just want to reiterate what our partners said behind it.
01:13:29.860
Guys at Calc Club, do me a favor. I got my Discord open as well.
01:13:32.860
Drop some videos in there that you guys want me to react to as well in the Discord.
01:13:38.860
So, Calc Club, guys, go into my live Discord and drop some stuff in there that you guys might want to see.
01:13:45.860
This is not possible without the folks that do the job every single day.
01:13:50.860
Yeah, sorry, guys. I'm sorry for the quality here. I don't know what the fuck Fox News is doing.
01:13:54.860
They streamed this live earlier this morning, so the quality kind of sucks.
01:13:59.860
How is it that CNN, bruh, fucking, you know, has better quality than these niggas every time?
01:14:05.860
It's a privilege to lead some of these brave men and women.
01:14:08.860
And the only ask that I have of you in the community is the next time you see a cop, thank them.
01:14:13.860
The next time you see someone safeguarding our schools, shake their hand.
01:14:16.860
The next time you see our brave men and women of the FBI and the local...
01:14:20.860
Somebody said I just came from the short of you roasting DDG.
01:14:22.860
Bro, y'all fuck, bro. Welcome to the stream then, nigga.
01:14:24.860
We about to roast somebody else right after this.
01:14:29.860
Federal State Police take down a violent terrorist.
01:14:33.860
Because those guys, those gals, are the ones that are going to continue to keep our city safe.
01:14:37.860
And we will not stop until this national security crisis is recognized, brought into check, and eliminated.
01:14:49.860
First question is how long was this individual living in the United States illegally and operating as a leader of MS-13?
01:14:55.860
And then two, MS-13 has been a huge problem in Virginia for several years now.
01:14:59.860
How many members of that gang do you believe are currently operating in the state?
01:15:09.860
And because of operational security, we won't get into too many of the details about this individual.
01:15:13.860
But if you're here for a minute, a day, a month, or a year, you've been here far too long.
01:15:17.860
And General Bondi has made it a priority at this FBI that we manhunt every single person committing an act of violent crime.
01:15:23.860
And it should speak volumes that the leader for the entire East Coast was living right here in Virginia, right among us.
01:15:36.860
I just want to reiterate that, first of all, President Trump's executive order declaring the drug gangs and cartels international terrorists is critical underpinning to the work today.
01:15:47.860
And the reason for that, which he's not going to admit, is because it allows them to kind of circumvent things that might have been in place and basically gives them more latitude to do shit.
01:15:55.860
They could violate their rights a bit more when they're designated as terrorists.
01:16:00.860
Whenever the government designates you as a terrorist, they're able to utilize certain resources, FISA courts, national security type warrants, emergency warrants on the basis of national security.
01:16:10.860
They're basically able to infringe on the bad guys' rights more when they designate them as a terrorist.
01:16:16.860
And this is me just shooting straight with y'all.
01:16:18.860
Right now, obviously the politicians aren't going to say it that way.
01:16:20.860
They're going to say, yeah, we utilize this tool to go after the most dangerous people in combat.
01:16:26.860
Like, I know how the government's going to fucking phrase certain things.
01:16:27.860
But to be very candid with y'all, when they say we're making them a terrorist organization, we're going to go after them aggressively, what that really means is we're violating these niggas' rights.
01:16:38.860
They're not afforded the same levels of protections as your common, you know, bank robber.
01:16:43.860
We're going to go after these guys a bit more aggressively and we're going to use resources that our national security apparatuses have to go after enemies of the state and terrorists.
01:16:53.860
We're going to use that now for these international criminals that run these big international gangs.
01:16:57.860
He doesn't want to say that, but that's what it really means.
01:17:00.860
I'm decoding the government bureaucracy language for you guys.
01:17:03.860
Now it's available because we have a 287G memorandum in place.
01:17:10.860
RICO still has to go through a bunch of shit, like in the court system.
01:17:15.860
Bro, when you talk about national security and terrorism, the game changes.
01:17:22.860
And it allows us then to bring the intelligence together to go pursue.
01:17:28.860
Oh, it allows us to bring the intelligence together.
01:17:30.860
Politically correct way of saying we're about to violate these niggas' rights.
01:17:38.860
And I just want to reiterate again, this is new.
01:17:40.860
And the capabilities that are being displayed right now are capabilities that are now available, not just to Virginia, but to the rest of the country.
01:17:47.860
Translation, these resources have always been available.
01:17:51.860
It's just that they're going to go ahead and make it available now for traditional law enforcement.
01:18:02.860
But now, intelligence agencies are able to assist law enforcement in a more effective manner when it comes to going after certain individuals.
01:18:10.860
Because here's the dirty secret that they won't tell you.
01:18:12.860
When it comes to the intelligence community, CIA, NSA, etc., they can be collecting information on American citizens or work domestically.
01:18:20.860
But when you have executive orders, when you have MOUs in place, etc., they allow the intelligence agencies to go ahead and basically overstep their boundaries.
01:18:29.860
How do you guys think Edward Snowden became so fucking famous?
01:18:33.860
It's because he exposed an operation where they were collecting data on American citizens from phones.
01:18:40.860
That's unconstitutional and illegal because intel agencies are supposed to do that only with foreign individuals.
01:18:46.860
But thanks to the Patriot Act, post 9-11, the Patriot Act, if anyone actually reads it, allows the U.S. government and law enforcement officials a certain degree of latitude to do things where, quite frankly, they can violate your rights if it matches certain things.
01:19:03.860
And you guys are wondering, who wrote the Patriot Act?
01:19:34.860
But anyway, yes, chat, the Patriot Act has basically been the slippery slope that's allowed the police state and the surveillance state to exist in the United States.
01:19:45.860
Like the goddamn video, niggas. You ain't gonna get sauce like this anywhere else.
01:19:49.860
Because of the administration's forward-leaning vision on how to use state and federal resources in collaboration in a way that has not been done, I have to say, Terry Cole has been leading our efforts in the Commonwealth brilliantly.
01:20:04.860
But until we were able to bring in the federal resources in this way, bringing down somebody like this would not really have been possible.
01:20:11.860
And Governor Youngkin and I, once again, are going to offer this to every governor in our country. Let's see who takes us up on this.
01:20:17.860
And just so you guys know, if you were wondering, just to add on insult to injury, remember those dancing Israeli guys? Remember that?
01:20:39.860
So when they were caught on 9-11, that guy was responsible for getting them deported and sent back to Israel.
01:20:48.860
I mean, there's hundreds of these arrests happening so quickly. Have these individuals been identified under the Biden administration?
01:20:54.860
I mean, was there a paper trail of these people? Were they all identified as targeted with the Trump administration in place?
01:21:00.860
And I also wanted to hear from the governor, too.
01:21:01.860
Once they were back to the time, we have heard in recent years issues about the same terror policies there.
01:21:06.860
People were dangerous, illegal aliens, suspected being set free to be made of information from the Trump administration.
01:21:14.860
Andrew Hernandez says, Amir, thanks for the great information.
01:21:17.860
Before Glenn Youngkin became governor, a lot of MS-13 members took advantage of Virginia's easy immigration standards, which led to a lot of their members living in Northern Virginia.
01:21:26.860
It's very common for gang members and stuff like that.
01:21:29.860
Their heads will live in blue states. Very common. Yeah.
01:21:34.860
They had been living here. Many had been identified.
01:21:36.860
Living here, they were left freely into our country.
01:21:39.860
All of these illegal aliens. I had gone to that border in September.
01:21:44.860
Passports stacked everywhere. Everywhere. From every country you can imagine.
01:21:53.860
And this is the result of Joe Biden's open border policy.
01:21:57.860
I love how everybody from the Trump administration always takes a chance to shit on Biden.
01:22:04.860
I don't know if you guys caught on, but like every time Trump goes and does a speech, I don't think he's done a speech once or like addressed the media without shitting on Biden.
01:22:17.860
And Caroline Levitt, the White House press secretary, she also takes every chance he can to attack the Biden administration.
01:22:26.860
It's actually kind of funny how unprofessional these niggas are.
01:23:03.860
But from the second Donald Trump took office, he said he is going to make America safe.
01:23:08.860
And now it's our job to get these people out of our country as fast as we can.
01:23:20.860
Even if niggas talk shit, let them say what they want to say.
01:23:23.860
As long as these dudes aren't like getting us banned, let niggas say what they want to say, bro.
01:23:30.860
No spamming and don't fucking troll on the audio.
01:23:32.860
If you troll on the audio and say some dumb shit like,
01:23:37.860
Because we always derail the show with some dumb ass that got some shitty ass fucking headphones.
01:23:41.860
Some fake air pods that he got from fucking Chinatown in New York City.
01:23:49.860
This task force that has been put together is making a difference here and it will make
01:23:55.860
That's why you're seeing so many arrests so fast because we will not have another Lake
01:24:01.860
We are going to apprehend them and they are not going to like where they are going.
01:24:04.860
Governor Youngkin, did you want to answer the second part?
01:24:07.860
First and foremost, this task force was designed in the White House with this team around the
01:24:15.860
What do we need to do in order to go after the gangs, the cartels, and of course the drugs
01:24:20.860
in a community like Northern Virginia, like Fairfax County that has seen county leadership
01:24:26.860
not pursue the necessary steps in order to fight this crime.
01:24:30.860
And this task force was architected in a very quick period of time and stood up immediately.
01:24:36.860
And in fact, when Director Patel was confirmed within a day he authorized this facility and
01:24:41.860
these capabilities, General Bondi immediately came to lead it and we found ourselves with
01:24:49.860
And I just want to emphasize the pace and the focus.
01:24:52.860
And so, no, these were not lists that were available in the previous administration because
01:24:57.860
And the minute that we had partners that would do this with us, then lists of five, six,
01:25:02.860
hundred targets could be put together in collaboration with state police and federal authorities and
01:25:07.860
Critically important, and I cannot emphasize enough, the collaboration and support and
01:25:12.860
leadership out of the new administration that is so different than what we saw in at
01:25:15.860
least the previous three years of my administration.
01:25:17.860
Finally, with regards to counties that are demonstrating resistance to cooperates with federal authorities,
01:25:24.860
and particularly with ICE, this is why I have put in a budget amendment in our budget that
01:25:29.860
if they're not going to cooperate with ICE, then we will withhold funding.
01:25:32.860
Now, I need a General Assembly to vote for this.
01:25:34.860
And I need a bunch of Democrats to step up and say, hey, we believe in public safety.
01:25:39.860
See, so what he's basically doing, like I said before, this not only is a press release,
01:25:43.860
but it's to also get the state of Virginia on board to get everyone to support immigration
01:25:49.860
Because, like, guys, I'm telling you guys, as someone that used to work in immigration,
01:25:52.860
a lot of these states don't fucking help you, man, when it comes to immigration enforcement.
01:25:56.860
So the fact that they got the governor there for an immigration press release is a big
01:26:09.860
If you do it, they say you're a family wrecker.
01:26:11.860
If you don't do it, they say you're not doing your job.
01:26:14.860
So this is why so many state officials don't even want to touch it.
01:26:20.860
But I'm also asking for help from our federal partners to make sure that jurisdictions that
01:26:25.860
are not cooperating with ICE, we can, in fact, step in.
01:26:28.860
And that's why the 287G memorandum that we've signed with the federal government is so important.
01:26:32.860
It allows me to deputize our state police and our Department of Corrections folks,
01:26:36.860
and we can then step in and make sure that we're taking custody of these folks and handing
01:26:54.860
Because a lot of state officials are fucking scared of the 287G program.
01:27:01.860
Myron, all I said was RIP Edward, that's Nick Puntz's rabbit that just died and I was
01:27:19.860
There's an invitation for everyone to come together and recognize that criminals, literally,
01:27:25.860
that one of the top operatives in MS-13 is in a community that would have never thought
01:27:30.860
And if we continue to have sanctuary city philosophies, that's where they're going to
01:27:35.860
And I don't believe any community in Virginia...
01:27:40.860
Ray, we don't want to hear no more bitches, bro.
01:27:42.860
We want someone like this living in their community.
01:27:44.860
And that's why it's so important that we come together, put down all the politics, and work
01:27:57.860
I have one question on topic and one question off topic.
01:28:03.860
Can someone describe what this suspect role was in MS-13 in terms of what kind of activity
01:28:09.860
All we're saying now, for certain reasons, we're not identifying him by name.
01:28:13.860
He was one of the top members, top three in the entire country, head of the East Coast.
01:28:17.860
One of the three leaders, and I will say very violent crimes.
01:28:24.860
Yeah, I mean, your typical Rico, drug trafficking, extortion, you know...
01:28:48.860
But he is no longer tough because he is behind bars.
01:28:52.860
In terms of the signals chat controversy that's going on, is DOJ involved at this point?
01:28:59.860
Well, first, it was sensitive information, not classified, and inadvertently...
01:29:10.860
In terms of the signals chat controversy that's going on...
01:29:13.860
Which, by the way, guys, I do want to cover the signals chat a little bit again.
01:29:18.860
We covered it over the past two days, but this thing is starting to blow up.
01:29:21.860
And this guy, Legal Eagle, is going to talk about the legality of it.
01:29:25.860
Because this is actually one thing where I was like, damn, I wonder what's going to happen.
01:29:28.860
Because as you guys know, with the signals situation, summarize this one up.
01:29:32.860
Long story short, there was a signals chat with Pete Exet, the Vice President, J.D. Vance, Marco Rubio,
01:29:38.860
a bunch of top brass in the government and the Trump administration concerning the airstrikes that they did on the Houthis in Yemen, okay, a couple of weeks ago.
01:29:47.860
Now, the problem is that not only did they talk about this airstrike in the signal chat,
01:29:53.860
they went over specific details of how they would do it, what resources would be used.
01:29:59.860
So, Mike Waltz, the National Security Director, or security...
01:30:06.860
Yeah, hold on, Mike Waltz, let me just pull him up for you ninjas real quick, so you guys...
01:30:12.860
Right, this guy right here. National Security Advisor.
01:30:20.860
He accidentally brought in this fucking journalist from the...
01:30:28.860
But the point is he had a journalist in there accidentally, and the journalist was in there for like two days seeing all this shit.
01:30:32.860
And the journalist went ahead and leaked that information after the strike, of course.
01:30:37.860
But, obviously, a gross negligence of allowing someone without a clearance to be involved in a chat where they...
01:30:47.860
Guaranteed, we're talking about stuff that is top secret, okay?
01:30:51.860
Military plans are almost always a TS or TS-SCI, top secret compartmentalized information.
01:30:56.860
Some of the highest levels of clearance are required.
01:30:59.860
So, they're asking her right now about the signal chat.
01:31:08.860
They're asking her, hey, translation, because this dude's a pussy and he asked the question the wrong way.
01:31:15.860
Is the Department of Justice going to prosecute any of these members in this chat that leaked this information?
01:31:28.860
Well, first, it was sensitive information, not classified, and inadvertently released, and what we should be...
01:31:43.860
Even if it's sensitive, it's still military information, which falls under something called NDI, National Defense Information.
01:31:53.860
But, you know, she's gonna judo this shit, is my estimation.
01:31:57.860
Because remember, guys, as the Attorney General, she's responsible for prosecuting people in the United States.
01:32:02.860
She oversees the FBI, who is the lead agency when it comes to espionage.
01:32:08.860
Violation of the Espionage Act fall under the FBI.
01:32:25.860
If I'm not mistaken, that is the Espionage Act.
01:32:38.860
Gathering, transmitting, or losing defense information.
01:32:43.860
What I'm talking about is it was a very successful mission.
01:32:47.860
Our world is now safer because of that mission.
01:33:05.860
Talk about what was at Hillary Clinton's, um, home that she was trying to-
01:33:23.860
She's- she's- she's loyal to the- to Trump, right?
01:33:25.860
Bro, she fuckin' matrixed that shit, like, woo-hoo!
01:33:32.860
Talk about the- the classified documents in Joe Biden's garage that Hunter Biden had access to.
01:33:44.860
This was not classified information, and we are very pleased with the results of that operation,
01:33:49.860
and that the entire world is safer because of it.
01:33:53.860
We're not gonna talk about this, but, while we're on it, uh, Hillary Clinton did the same shit.
01:34:04.860
But, I am interested to see what's actually gonna happen.
01:34:06.860
So, let me go ahead and go to, uh, texting more plans.
01:34:10.860
This is from Legal, cause I am actually intrigued.
01:34:12.860
So, I've never seen this video, guys, so we're gonna watch it and learn together.
01:34:19.860
Take a piss, get a- get a bottle of water, guys, or whatever the hell.
01:35:18.500
We're going to watch this together and learn together,
01:35:20.040
because I am actually intrigued to see what type of legal consequences we're talking about here.
01:35:23.780
I think it's going to be a violation of the Espionage Act, but let's see.
01:35:27.240
First time watching this video alongside you guys.
01:35:30.660
Luckily, that party didn't make national security the cornerstone of their existence,
01:35:44.100
It's always funny to watch liberals that hate Trump.
01:35:58.440
We've been really consistent, going live every time at 5, cooking.
01:36:03.400
So, um, I really appreciate if you guys could do that.
01:36:08.440
If there was anyone other than Hillary Clinton, they would be in jail right now.
01:36:11.800
But this month, the president's highly qualified team of national security experts...
01:36:32.840
All right, knuckle-drager says, Myron, Crowder, uh, mentioned in his show yesterday that Walt
01:36:39.940
has a guy working in his staff whose wife worked to prosecute Jay Sixers.
01:36:43.680
Guy added is the suckers and loser hoaxer journalists, and I think the judge has signed the case.
01:36:48.940
Current lawsuit on the books is the one who blocked this deportation executive order.
01:36:54.100
Yeah, I think the Asian guy, right, if I'm not mistaken?
01:37:02.120
Which, by the way, I am planning, guys, on watching the documentary Adolescence.
01:37:06.740
As you guys know, that's all over fucking Netflix right now.
01:37:10.560
Um, I think I'm gonna watch that on Castle Club for you guys, for obvious reasons, because
01:37:14.920
Um, but I might react to that documentary for you guys.
01:37:17.320
The Vital Breast says, Your explanation on these groups being designated to this organization
01:37:20.140
is a reminder of what they were trying to do while putting you guys on a DHS watch list,
01:37:23.480
shadow banning, and saying the Manosphere radicalized young men designated you guys
01:37:31.520
Speaking of Snowden, is there any chance we can get him on the show, uh, get a show
01:37:47.740
We're going to respond to, uh, Mr. Welch, um, after this video chat.
01:37:52.880
...got together on Signal for a super-secret conversation about a military strike in Yemen,
01:37:57.320
and they invited a journalist from the Atlantic into the text thread.
01:38:01.020
No, this wasn't a rare effort to create more transparency by an administration that seems
01:38:04.860
bent on secrecy, nor was it an effort to reach out to the so-called liberal media that
01:38:09.100
Trump has banned from the White House press room.
01:38:11.140
Instead, it was a colossal, monumental screw-up, compliments of Michael Waltz, the president's
01:38:15.300
national security advisor, and seemingly the entire Trump cabinet, including Secretary
01:38:19.780
Yeah, Pete Hegseth was given very detailed information in there, bro.
01:38:23.960
This is a national embarrassment and an unbelievable breach of national security.
01:38:30.600
Well, apparently on March 11th, Jeffrey Goldberg, the editor-in-chief of The Atlantic magazine,
01:38:43.860
Luckily, that party didn't make national security the cornerstone of their existence,
01:38:47.720
...from someone who shared a name with President Trump's national security advisor, Michael Waltz.
01:39:15.900
Mr. Goldberg wasn't sure if it was really that Michael Waltz, but he was hopeful that it
01:39:19.580
actually was the national security advisor, and that Waltz might want to discuss Ukraine,
01:39:22.580
Iran, or some other important national security-related matter.
01:39:26.540
Jeffrey Goldberg had good reason to be skeptical that President Trump's national security advisor
01:39:29.220
would reach out to him for a friendly chat, because Mr. Goldberg has been the subject
01:39:34.160
In 2020, Mr. Goldberg attracted Trump's attention with a story he wrote reporting that Mr. Trump
01:39:37.800
had called members of the American military who died in wars, suckers, and losers.
01:39:41.140
Then, last year, Mr. Goldberg reported that Mr. Trump had said, quote,
01:39:49.300
Which, funny enough, forbidden history for you guys, Hitler did have Jewish generals in
01:39:58.960
I bet you guys didn't fucking know that bombshell.
01:40:03.140
Yes, Hitler had high-ranking officials in his military that were Jewish.
01:40:09.540
And that is some of the censored history they will never tell you guys.
01:40:13.440
In response, then-candidate Trump called The Atlantic a, quote, failing magazine run by
01:40:19.660
So it was weird that Waltz had reached out, but things were about to get weirder still.
01:40:23.220
Two days later, the person purporting to be Michael Waltz added Jeffrey Goldberg to
01:40:26.040
a Signal group chat called Hoofy PC Small Group.
01:40:29.900
It is an open-source, encrypted messaging app popular to people who want more privacy than
01:40:35.060
It is not, however, approved by any government agency for the transmission of secret or classified
01:40:39.320
Signal allows users to set deletion deadlines for text messages, so all messages will be
01:40:42.720
automatically deleted once a specified amount of time has passed, which also makes it ill-suited
01:40:46.040
for government work because deleting messages is a violation of federal records laws.
01:40:50.840
Now, soon after inviting Mr. Goldberg, the putative Michael Waltz texted the Hoofy PC Small Group
01:40:54.640
and said, quote, team establishing a principals group for coordination on Houthis.
01:40:57.760
Waltz was presumably referring to a principals committee spelled P-R-I-N-C-I-P-A-L-S, not
01:41:02.680
P-R-I-N-C-I-P-L-E-S, which is a group of the senior most national security officials,
01:41:07.040
including secretaries of defense, state, and the treasury, as well as the director of the
01:41:10.580
But honestly, the typo was probably the least of their worries.
01:41:12.960
If Waltz was looking to find principals L-E-S in this administration, he's probably
01:41:17.580
But Waltz's statement about starting a principals group also raised red flags for Mr.
01:41:21.680
As Goldberg pointed out in The Atlantic, quote, it should go without saying, but
01:41:24.640
I'll say it anyway, that I have never been invited to a White House principals committee
01:41:27.160
meeting, and that in my many years of reporting on national security matters, I've never heard
01:41:30.200
of one being convened over a commercial messaging app.
01:41:32.300
Nonetheless, Waltz asked the other group members in the chat to identify the best people on
01:41:36.540
Mr. Goldberg watched as several group members, which appeared to include White House Deputy
01:41:54.640
Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Vice President J.D. Vance, I still can't believe it Director
01:42:08.860
of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, Treasury Secretary Scott Besant, Secretary of Defense
01:42:12.200
Pete Hegseth, and numerous others chime in, volunteering various members on their staff.
01:42:15.560
Even the director of the Central Intelligence Agency offered to name an active CIA intelligence
01:42:19.440
And Mr. Goldberg couldn't believe that the top national security officials would really engage
01:42:22.900
in an unsecured group chat, let alone carelessly include a journalist in the chat, so he quite
01:42:26.320
reasonably assumed that this was some kind of elaborate hoax or disinformation campaign.
01:42:29.520
He watched, though, as a surreal policy conversation unfolded between these-
01:42:34.680
This is a big out by the Trump administration, I ain't gonna lie, bro.
01:42:37.500
You guys know I like Donald Trump, but I, you know, I have been very critical of him,
01:42:43.180
I voted for him, but that doesn't mean that I'm not gonna fucking tell the truth when it
01:42:45.960
comes to this shit, because as you guys know, I am not a political commentator as my main
01:42:56.400
So, thankfully, since I am not just a political commentator, I don't have an allegiance to
01:43:02.880
I tend to align far more with Republicans than Democrats on most subjects.
01:43:08.440
However, I have my own viewpoints and I'm not subscribed to a party because I'm not being
01:43:12.720
paid by a certain administration, a lot of political commentators on YouTube and Rumble
01:43:17.300
and Central, let's be honest here, you know that they're getting a kickback from the Trump
01:43:20.780
They never say anything bad about the Trump administration.
01:43:25.200
So, with me, you know you guys are gonna get it raw and real.
01:43:29.100
If Trump does something good, I'm gonna praise him.
01:43:31.500
If he does something stupid, I'm gonna cook him.
01:43:48.480
Because that speaks to the bigger problem of free speech in this country.
01:43:51.440
I find it absolutely ridiculous that a college student can come to America, talk shit about
01:43:57.060
Donald Trump, burn the American flag, no consequences.
01:43:59.920
But if that same student comes and participates in a Gaza protest, they'll get deported.
01:44:06.040
So that's why I think this anti-Semitism bill that he passed, to try to curb some of these
01:44:14.320
Because it infringes on our First Amendment right for a foreign nation.
01:44:19.320
I don't necessarily care so much about the deportations as I have the wherewithal to understand that
01:44:23.600
when they take your rights away, this is how they start.
01:44:25.600
Today it's a visa holder, tomorrow it's a green card holder, the next day it's going to be
01:44:31.360
That's why I don't like this anti-Semitism bill, because the First Amendment is there
01:44:38.260
to protect all speech, even speech I don't like or agree with.
01:44:42.520
I don't have to like Mahmoud Khalil, who was the green card holder that was arrested in
01:44:47.520
I don't have to like him to fight for his right to say what he wants to say.
01:44:53.700
And the reality is, if you want to protect free speech, the type of speech that needs
01:44:58.880
to be protected at the highest level is political speech, which is what Mr. Khalil and what a
01:45:03.460
lot of these college students are participating in.
01:45:06.000
Political speech is quite literally the reason why this country was founded, man.
01:45:16.580
Our forefathers traversed the Atlantic Ocean to come to the United States to create a whole
01:45:21.620
constitution to make a new country because they were tired of living under a dictatorship,
01:45:26.500
monarchy-based fucking government that didn't allow them to say what they wanted to say to
01:45:35.500
So they went ahead and went across the Atlantic, dying from scurvy and shit on the high seas,
01:45:43.320
traveling for months to come here to make a new country where we have the constitution.
01:45:49.880
There's a reason why the First Amendment is the First Amendment, and there's a reason why
01:45:52.620
the Second Amendment is the Second Amendment. The ability to speak freely, criticize your
01:45:56.300
government and assemble, and then the right to bear arms to be able to protect that First
01:45:59.600
Amendment right. That's what it is. That's what this country is founded upon.
01:46:04.020
So this anti-Semitism bill that Trump put into power is completely antithetical to why this
01:46:11.740
Now, I know some people might sit here and say, Myron,
01:46:19.500
do you support Hamas? These students were talking about Hamas. They support Hamas. How dare you
01:46:27.080
support them? Listen, motherfucker. I don't agree with them. I think a lot of them are radical leftist
01:46:33.740
idiots. And I don't agree with their political ideology. But I understand that the First Amendment
01:46:41.740
needs to be protected. And that means that I'm going to have to align myself with individuals
01:46:47.260
that I disagree with or even dislike to protect their ability to speak freely. Because I know
01:46:53.180
that once they take their rights, I'm next. And last time I checked, this isn't fucking 1996 WCW,
01:46:59.940
and I don't see Goldberg anywhere. So I'm not trying to be next. So I need to go ahead and make sure
01:47:06.020
that I defend even people I disagree and dislike.
01:47:14.260
And for some odd reason, idiots will sit there and try to say, Oh, you sympathize with these students?
01:47:21.620
I sympathize with the Constitution. And deporting people for political speech is 100% counterproductive
01:47:35.380
to what this fucking country was founded upon. That's my problem. I am a free speech absolutist slash
01:47:42.420
maximalist. And political speech is at the top of the hurricane when it comes to speech that needs to be
01:47:56.500
Supposed Trump administration officials, as they discussed on Signal, how and when to stage an
01:48:01.860
Now, of course, some of you already see some people, Oh, but they're violently protesting and
01:48:05.140
shit like that. You're right. Those people know. But here's the thing, bro. For all you guys saying
01:48:09.700
that there's violent... A majority of these Gaza protesters, it's peaceful protest, bro.
01:48:13.620
Obviously, there's idiots that are destroying property. That's not acceptable. But most of these
01:48:21.380
pro-Palestine protesters are peaceful. It's just that you guys see the violent stuff because that's
01:48:26.340
going to be the news story. Okay? Basically, you're seeing a fraction of the protesters that
01:48:33.460
are acting like complete idiots. Because that's what sells the newspapers. That's what sells the stories.
01:48:38.260
That's what gets coverage. But 80, 90% of these protesters? Peaceful, bro.
01:48:45.060
They just arrested a girl up in Boston today. She was walking to class. And ICE guys came up and
01:48:50.180
grabbed her. Right? Matter of fact, I'll show y'all real quick what I'm talking about. I made a meme
01:48:55.780
on it. It was actually kind of funny. Let me show y'all ninjas.
01:48:58.740
So, arrest pedos on the Epstein list? Nope. Arrest campus students for anti-Semitism? Yup.
01:49:08.660
And then look. You got ICE-arrested Tufts graduate Ramesa Ozturk a year after she co-authored
01:49:15.220
a pro-Palestinian op-ed and was flagged for anti-Israel activism. Bro, she wrote a paper!
01:49:24.820
Here she is. Walking to class. Or walking somewhere. Home, maybe. I don't know. This guy walks up to
01:49:32.660
her in a hoodie. This was in Boston, if I'm not mistaken. I think she's a tough student.
01:49:41.140
This guy comes up with a badge on his neck. He pulls his out.
01:49:58.340
Making it bigger for you guys. You can see here on the bottom left corner.
01:50:02.980
In the white. So, a couple of different officials come.
01:50:13.300
I mean, this is crazy, guys. She wrote an op-ed and she got flagged and now they're gonna
01:50:18.500
put her in deportation proceedings. Again! I might not agree with what she says,
01:50:26.100
but bro, this is a violation of the First Amendment to the highest degree.
01:50:29.940
Because if she was talking shit about Trump, nobody would care.
01:50:32.260
It's only because she was critical of Israel that they're picking her up.
01:50:35.540
We have our immigration guys picking up students on behalf of a foreign nation, bro!
01:50:45.700
...to the public about the attack. As a lawyer, one of the more interesting legal aspects of
01:50:48.980
it is that Goldberg makes it clear throughout this article that at no time did he possess the
01:50:52.740
requisite mens rea to be liable for possessing national security information himself.
01:50:56.260
Obviously, a lawyer read this piece before it went live. But on the morning of March 14th,
01:51:01.380
Team, you should have a statement of conclusions with taskings for the president's guidance this
01:51:04.260
morning in your HiSide inboxes. HiSide, by the way, is a special segregated computer or
01:51:08.180
communication system. I've talked about this before. HiSide is a slang term that they use for
01:51:11.700
classified stuff. It's called HiSide. Which is specifically set up to manage classified or
01:51:16.420
sensitive information. Unlike Signal, HiSide systems must comply with the rigorous requirements and are
01:51:20.420
specifically designed to protect sensitive information from cyber threats. So Waltz's message
01:51:24.100
indicates that the information being discussed was sensitive.
01:51:26.100
We're at 2K likes, guys. We've got almost 6,000 of you guys watching. Welcome to the show.
01:51:31.620
You guys can be anywhere else here, but you're here anywhere else in the world, but you're here with
01:51:34.340
me. Welcome. We're covering the Signal stuff and legal culpability, because I am actually interested
01:51:39.220
in this with what went on. We covered the MS-13 stuff. We're going to also respond to a hater,
01:51:45.940
Jordan Welch, making videos talking smack. You guys have been asking for a minute,
01:51:50.420
so I'll do that after this. But like the video, guys, we've almost got between the platforms,
01:51:55.780
we've got about almost 6,000 of you guys in here, man. So shout out to all you ninjas.
01:51:59.380
...enensitive enough to merit the use of these super secret secure computer systems. And we can
01:52:03.140
surmise the President's HiSide message apparently instructed the United States military to strike
01:52:06.260
the Houthis, an Iran-backed terrorist organization that had been attacking cargo ships in the Red Sea.
01:52:09.860
J.D. Vance, who so far publicly has made a point of genuflecting to everything that President Trump
01:52:13.300
has said, interestingly appeared to actually disagree with the President's instruction. Vance responded,
01:52:16.820
quote, I think we are making a mistake, end quote, I'm not sure the President is aware how inconsistent
01:52:20.740
this is with his message on Europe right now. What Vance was referring to was Trump's policy of
01:52:24.020
abandoning our European allies by refusing to provide any more American funded support for
01:52:27.220
them. Hank Seth, the Secretary of Defense, disagreed with Vance stating, quote,
01:52:29.780
if I had a final go or no-go vote, I believe we should. Vance replied saying, quote,
01:52:33.220
if you think we should do it, let's go. I just hate...
01:52:35.060
Now, just like, and I read this for you guys yesterday, that goes to show like how much power the
01:52:38.740
Secretary of Defense has, guys. Like, basically, the Vice President was like, okay,
01:52:43.780
if you think it's a go, let's fucking do it. You know, because at the end of the day, guys,
01:52:47.140
Pete Hexeth is the one that's directly over our entire armed forces. Yeah,
01:52:51.140
the Commander-in-Chief is the President, but Pete Hexeth is really the one making things happen.
01:52:57.380
The President says, I need this done, Pete Hexeth gets it done the way he wants to get it done.
01:53:04.340
Nolan Billy said, correct me if I'm wrong, I thought they fought off the Brits because
01:53:07.620
of taxation without representation. That was part of it too.
01:53:09.940
Bailing Europe out again. As an aside, one of the most terrifying, but perhaps not strictly speaking,
01:53:14.900
legal issues here is that these people are deciding to bomb another country and they don't
01:53:19.140
have clear instructions from the President of the United States. Not great, but Hexeth agreed with...
01:53:23.460
That's not true because they said that basically Trump already gave the green light. That's why
01:53:26.980
they didn't need him to add him to the chat. Trump was already like, we're bombing him. It doesn't matter.
01:53:31.060
So that's not true. That's disingenuine, Mr. Legal Eagle.
01:53:34.340
...and to sentiments regarding America's European allies, proclaiming, quote,
01:53:36.980
BP, I fully share your loathing of European freedom. Because we went over the text messages
01:53:40.020
thread yesterday, guys, and I showed you guys that basically Trump said, get it done. I don't
01:53:43.140
care how, just get it done. So he basically deferred the authority to Hexeth to get it done.
01:53:47.300
It's pathetic, but Mike is correct. We are the only ones on the planet, on our side of the ledger,
01:53:51.140
who can do this. Then SM, who Mr. Goldberg assumed was White House Deputy Chief.
01:53:54.180
And we knew that Trump was going to hit the Houthis hard. Because the reason why he's hitting the
01:53:57.780
Houthis hard, guys, is because the Houthis were boarding on ships, kidnapping cargo
01:54:03.460
teams and shit. Here, I'll show you guys what I'm talking about.
01:54:22.980
So Yemen's Houthis rebels have released footage purportedly showing that men seizing a cargo
01:54:26.500
ship in the Red Sea. And again, just for a geographic perspective here, so you guys,
01:54:33.380
because I really want you guys to understand this from a...
01:54:42.580
So here is Yemen, right? Yemen is right here. Here's the Gulf of Aden and the Red Sea here.
01:54:48.980
Okay? The Houthis are based out of this area here of Yemen, Western Yemen. So they'll
01:54:56.420
basically come into the Red Sea here and board these ships, like you guys are about to see right now.
01:55:13.060
So the footage is released by the Movement TV channel, uh, Al Masira on Monday.
01:55:19.860
This is their military media. Niggas literally jump out on some fucking Call of Duty shit.
01:55:43.220
So they answer the ship's cockpit, ordering crew members to lie down. This is all real shit, man.
01:55:47.060
The vessel purportedly shows the variables successfully seized control of the vessel. Now,
01:56:06.900
the reason why Trump went out to these guys, that's billions of dollars that are going to be lost, chat.
01:56:11.380
That's why when he came into office, I knew he was going to bomb the fuck out of these guys and get
01:56:14.500
rid of them. Because they're not just a nuisance to Israel, they're a nuisance to, um, international
01:56:18.900
trade for Europe, for the United States, for China, etc. That's why they bombed the Houthis,
01:56:23.060
because they were doing this shit all throughout the Biden administration after October 7th.
01:56:27.140
Hegseth, Stephen Miller, chimed in stating, quote,
01:56:30.340
As I heard it, the president was clear, green light, but we should soon make clear to Egypt and
01:56:34.180
Europe what we expect in return. We also need to figure out how to enforce such requirement.
01:56:37.540
E.g., if Europe doesn't remunerate, then what? If the US successfully restores freedom of
01:56:41.220
navigation at great cost, there needs to be some further economic gain extracted in return.
01:56:44.660
At this point, Mr. Goldberg says he still remained unconvinced that these were really
01:56:47.540
the nation's top national security and defense officials arguing policy in a signal chat without
01:56:51.140
ever taking the time to consider who else was in the chat. The next day, though,
01:56:53.460
Secretary of Defense Hegseth sent the Houthi PC small group chat a very specific message about
01:56:57.140
the attack that would take place that afternoon in Yemen, including operational details like targets,
01:57:00.900
weapons that would be deployed, and attack sequencing. Vice President Vance replied, quote,
01:57:04.340
I will say a prayer for victory. Two hours later, at the time when Hegseth had specified the attacks
01:57:08.020
would begin, Mr. Goldberg waited in his car at a grocery store parking lot. He checked Twitter and
01:57:11.380
confirmed that at that moment, explosions were being heard all across Sana'a, the capital city of
01:57:14.660
Yemen. And back in the Houthi PC small group chat, the leaders of the US were celebrating
01:57:18.020
with exclamations and emojis. They then moved on. And they specifically talked about how the Houthis were
01:57:22.100
hurting commerce and trade for certain countries. In this chat, they mentioned that.
01:57:25.620
On to discussing assessments of damage done, including the likely death of a specific individual.
01:57:30.260
At this point, Mr. Goldberg had come to the startling conclusion that the signal group chat
01:57:33.220
really was populated by the leaders of US intelligence agencies who were openly discussing
01:57:36.580
presumptively classified and sensitive national defense information on an unapproved channel.
01:57:40.260
He removed himself from the group, which triggered an automatic notification to the group's
01:57:43.140
creator, Michael Waltz. No one seemed to notice and no one followed up with Mr. Goldberg about his
01:57:46.500
presence and subsequent absence from the group. Now, if you're using an unsecured device to discuss
01:57:50.420
classified in national defense information with the editor of the Atlantic, you'll probably want
01:57:59.060
in a hearing before Congress. So you were the John Ratcliffe on that chat?
01:58:02.900
And Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, who some have now started to call whiskey leaks,
01:58:06.260
apparently did not get the memo of the administration.
01:58:08.740
That's kind of funny because you guys know Pete Hegseth did have an alcohol problem. Probably still does.
01:58:12.740
The administration had owned up to the text chain because in a conversation with reporters,
01:58:15.380
he said, quote, you're talking about a deceitful and highly discredited so-called journalist who's
01:58:21.540
made a profession of peddling hoaxes time and time again. So this is the guy that pedals
01:58:25.860
in garbage. And you see, we've been managing four years of deferred maintenance under the Trump
01:58:30.420
administration. And J.D. Vance's spokesperson confirmed that Vance had returned to his usual
01:58:33.700
spineless field position saying, quote, Vice President Vance unequivocally supports this
01:58:36.660
administration's foreign policy. The president and vice president have had subsequent conversations
01:58:39.620
about this matter and are in complete agreement. And when asked about the Houthi PC small group chat
01:58:42.980
in a meeting on March 24th, President Trump gave a characteristically thoughtful and level-headed
01:58:46.340
response. I don't know anything about it. I'm not a big fan. Hey, that's the way to do it though,
01:58:50.980
man. Man of the Atlantic, it's to me, it's a magazine that's going out of business. I think it's
01:58:54.820
not much of a magazine, but I know nothing about it. And Mike, hot dog man, Waltz,
01:58:58.180
vowed to get to the bottom of how Goldberg could have possibly gotten on the text chain after Waltz had
01:59:01.540
added him to the text chain. It's embarrassing. Yes. Uh, we're going to get to the bottom of it. We have,
01:59:05.940
I just talked to Elon on the way here. We've got the best technical minds looking at how this happened,
01:59:10.100
but I, and it's me, Devin from the future. Tulsi Gabbard testified under oath that there were no
01:59:13.860
war plans discussed and whatever was discussed, wasn't classified. And White House spokesperson,
01:59:17.780
Caroline Levitt also leaned into a typo-ridden response and claimed there were no war plans
01:59:21.940
discussed, but she still objected to the release of the full text. So Jeffrey Goldberg just released
01:59:26.180
the entire text message chain. And yeah, it's basically exactly what he described, inclusive of
01:59:30.020
a whole bunch of classified top secret war plans. As Goldberg wrote, on the day of the attack,
01:59:34.260
Saturday, March 15th, the discussion veered toward the operational. At 1145 AM Eastern time,
01:59:38.260
Hegseth posted in the chat, in all caps, team update. The text beneath this began,
01:59:42.020
time now, 1144 ET, weather is favorable. Just confirmed with CENTCOM, we are go for a mission
01:59:46.660
launch. CENTCOM, or Central Command, is the military's combatant command for the Middle East.
01:59:49.860
The Hegseth text continues, 1245 ET, F-18's launch, first strike package. 1345, trigger-based,
01:59:55.220
F-18, first strike window starts. Target terrorist is at his known location, so should be on time.
01:59:59.780
Also, strike drones launch MQ-9s and Goldberg opines. If this text has been received by someone
02:00:03.380
hostile to American interests or someone merely indiscreet and with access to social media,
02:00:06.500
the Houthis could have had time to prepare for what was meant to be a surprise attack on their
02:00:09.140
strongholds. The consequences for American pilots could have been catastrophic. The Hegseth text
02:00:12.420
then continued. 1410, more F-18's launch, second strike package. 1415, strike drones on target,
02:00:17.060
this is when the first bombs will definitely drop, pending earlier trigger-based targets. 1536,
02:00:21.140
F-18 second strike starts, also first sea-based tomahawks launched. More to follow per timeline,
02:00:25.620
we are currently clean on OPSEC. Godspeed to our warriors. But to say this isn't classified or
02:00:29.540
sensitive national defense information is to make the joke from airplane real.
02:00:32.740
My orders came through. Yeah, that is crazy, him saying that we got OPSEC,
02:00:36.980
which is completely hilarious because there was no operational security at all.
02:00:40.020
Squadron ships out tomorrow. We're bombing the storage depots at Daiquiri at 1800 hours.
02:00:44.420
We're coming in from the north, below their radar.
02:00:46.180
When will you be back? I can't tell you that. It's classified.
02:00:52.180
Uh, knownbilly says, it's wild to me that this story about the U.S. bombing bad guys is worse
02:00:56.100
than when Biden left billions of dollars of equipment, um, and some Americans in Afghanistan,
02:01:01.540
apparently our lives don't matter as much as some terrorist L goat lovers. Yeah, it is a big L.
02:01:06.660
Well, the Democrats, the reason why Democrats are jumping on this story, Chad, is remember they,
02:01:09.940
I mean, you just saw it with Pam Bondi. They, um, because the, um, Hillary Clinton email stuff.
02:01:16.820
The conservatives have never let Hillary Clinton live down the fucking email scandal.
02:01:20.340
So that, that's why they're like, oh, you want to talk about emails with Hillary Clinton? All right,
02:01:24.420
cool. Let's talk about you guys and your signal problem.
02:01:29.220
I'm intelligence. Including at 2 p.m., Waltz responds, the first target, their top missile
02:01:32.580
guy, we had positive ID of him walking into his girlfriend's building. It's now collapsed.
02:01:35.860
Vance responded a minute later, excellent. 35 minutes after that, Radcliffe, the CIA director,
02:01:39.620
wrote a good start, which Waltz followed with a text containing a fist emoji, an American flag
02:01:43.140
emoji, and a fire emoji. The Houthi-run Yemeni health ministry reported that at least 53 people
02:01:47.060
were killed in the strikes, a number that has not been independently verified.
02:01:49.700
Steve Whitcoff replied, prayer emoji, prayer emoji, arm emoji, American flag emoji,
02:01:53.460
American flag emoji. This chat is kind of funny though, I ain't gonna lie.
02:01:56.180
The timing is also incredible. Goldberg released the first article the day of the Senate Intelligence
02:01:59.860
Committee hearing on worldwide threats, which allowed Gabbard and Radcliffe to be grilled just
02:02:03.060
hours after the release. And because these are the dumbest people, their denials allowed Goldberg to
02:02:06.820
release the full text chain the next morning and allow Gabbard and Radcliffe to be grilled again
02:02:10.180
in the second day of the hearing. And they did not disappoint.
02:02:12.900
So it's your testimony that less than two weeks ago, you were on a signal chat that had all of
02:02:17.620
this information about F-18s and MQ-9 Reapers and targets on strike. And you in that two-week
02:02:24.100
period simply forgot that that was there. That's your testimony?
02:02:26.580
My testimony is I did not recall the exact details of what was included there.
02:02:30.100
That was not your testimony. Your testimony was that you were not aware of anything related to
02:02:35.460
weapons packages, targets, and timing. Halimi says, if the Red Sea route seems to be the problem for
02:02:41.380
the US and Israel, why can't they take the Mediterranean route? Probably because it's
02:02:44.340
going to take longer. It's going to take way longer, cost more money. Experts, lawmakers,
02:02:49.300
and honestly, anyone with a brain were very alarmed when Mr. Goldberg's story broke on the Atlantic.
02:02:52.900
It's very expensive, man, to run these ships, guys. Very expensive.
02:02:56.820
Because the unauthorized release of classified or sensitive material is a serious crime. As
02:03:00.420
signal chat participant and director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, pointed out on
02:03:03.940
Twitter just a few weeks ago. Now, there are two especially large legal issues with this signal
02:03:07.620
group chat. The first is the issue of carelessly sharing classified or sensitive information.
02:03:10.500
Okay, now we're going to get into the illegality, which I'm actually curious about what could
02:03:13.780
potentially come from this. Information with an unvetted outsider. Now, I was surprised when
02:03:17.300
I saw this story, so I reached out to our resident military law expert, Spencer the Scowl Owl. Now,
02:03:20.500
Spencer, you've been actively deployed in combat before, and you've actually ordered airstrikes
02:03:23.780
yourself, right? Yeah, Devin, that's correct. I was a JTAC in western Iraq, and I dropped many warheads
02:03:28.260
on ISIS foreheads. And what are your thoughts here? Can you... All right. Text active war plans to a journalist over an
02:03:33.860
unsecured app on a personal phone? What the f... My thoughts exactly. Now, when the Trump national security team carelessly
02:03:38.500
included Mr. Goldberg in their signal chat, they likely violated the Espionage Act, which protects
02:03:41.940
documents... Oh, I'm good, bro. Did I not call it? I... Boom. Bro! Come on, man.
02:03:49.140
I told you guys this. I literally showed this to you guys like 20, 30 minutes ago,
02:03:52.340
and I did not watch the video before. I assumed that they would violate the 793,
02:03:57.620
and they did. All right, let's see how. The Trump national security team carelessly
02:04:02.260
included Mr. Goldberg in their signal chat. They likely violated the Espionage Act, which through
02:04:05.620
gross negligence permits the same to be removed from his proper place of custody delivered to
02:04:09.140
anyone in violation of his trust. Protects documents, materials, or information related
02:04:12.340
to national defense. But don't worry, Donald Trump knows a thing or two about unauthorized disclosure
02:04:15.780
of national defense information. Oh my god. But the Espionage... Oh yeah, that's when they found the box at
02:04:19.620
his house. The Espionage Act 18 U.S.E. Section 793F makes it illegal for someone who lawfully
02:04:24.340
possesses information relating to national defense to allow that information to be released through
02:04:27.620
unauthorized parties through gross negligence. Michael Waltz carelessly added Mr. Goldberg to the group...
02:04:31.620
Yeah, that's pretty much... That's a right, yeah. ...without ever bothering to confirm who he was or ask
02:04:36.100
whether he was cleared to receive that information. That certainly seems grossly negligent. That same
02:04:39.780
provision of law section 793F also specifies that if someone who lawfully possesses information relating to
02:04:45.940
the national defense finds out that the information has been wrongly shared with an unauthorized
02:04:49.140
person, they have to report that leak. It's notable that even after Mr. Goldberg emailed several of the
02:04:52.900
people on the Houthi PC small group chat to inform them of his accidental inclusion, it doesn't appear
02:04:56.980
as though anyone acted on the information. But they were legally obligated to under section 793F. Both
02:05:01.780
of these violations of 793F carry the possibility of a fine of up to 10 years of imprisonment. And in a
02:05:06.260
contentious hearing the day after the Goldberg article came out, CIA Director John Ratcliffe confirmed
02:05:10.340
that it was indeed him in that signal chat. Director Ratcliffe, along with the Director of the
02:05:13.780
Office of National Intelligence, I still can't believe it, Tulsi Gabbard, claimed that the information exchanged in that chat,
02:05:17.620
which again included a lot of Dems hate Tulsi Gabbard because they look at her like a like a turncoat
02:05:21.940
because she was a former Democrat, just like RFK, another person that the Democrats hate.
02:05:27.940
Joe says, Myron, do you remember a couple of weeks ago when I said that Egypt and Jordan
02:05:31.860
want to take one of the Palestinians that China would back them? You guys called me a retard.
02:05:36.500
Next thing I predict, China will sail a could of warships near Yemen. A warning?
02:05:48.340
...tack plans wasn't classified and thus none of this was a problem.
02:05:51.460
So my communications, to be clear, in a signal message group were entirely permissible and lawful
02:06:00.100
Well, we will make that determination because if it's not classified, share the text with the committee.
02:06:05.140
Now that's not necessarily true though, because neither provision of 793F requires that the
02:06:16.820
I told you guys this earlier, national defense information,
02:06:23.860
NDI, if it's NDI, it's got to be dealt with in a certain way. I literally just called this.
02:06:28.500
I feel vindicated. I ain't no lawyer though, but I just kind of know how the Espionage Act works.
02:06:34.580
The information just has to be related to the national defense. Specific times, dates...
02:06:38.020
Because I did a... I actually did a national security case back in the day.
02:06:42.180
A lot of you guys are new viewers, so I'll go ahead and just show you guys.
02:06:45.700
This was a case that I worked on that I learned a lot when it comes to Espionage Act.
02:06:48.580
Um, I think his name was like Mozaffar, um, Arrest, New Haven, Connecticut.
02:07:02.500
This guy right here. This was a case that I was heavily involved in.
02:07:06.260
A former Connecticut resident arrested after attempting to ship sensitive military documents to Iran.
02:07:10.980
So this case right here, guys, um, really got my feet wet with, um, and this is back from 2014, 11 years ago.
02:07:18.740
This is one of the first cases I worked on where, um, where I dealt with the Espionage Act.
02:07:23.460
It was the HSI and FBI case. HSI led it, um, but the FBI was involved as well.
02:07:30.660
I was in a lot of those meetings. Actually, I was the one that found out where he was.
02:07:34.260
So he tried to ship fighter jet schematics to Iran through California,
02:07:41.460
and I was able to track him down to where he was in Connecticut.
02:07:44.260
So, this case right here, man, you guys can read all about it if you guys want.
02:07:50.740
I'll drop the link in here if you guys want to read about this case.
02:07:53.780
But this is the case that taught me a lot about the Espionage Act.
02:07:59.300
I literally can pull up fucking press releases of cases I've done.
02:08:08.340
Literally, I could report cases I've done, man.
02:08:14.260
Feel free to read it out. I dropped the link for you guys in the chat if you guys want to read it on your free time.
02:08:23.380
I'll drop it for you guys on Twitter as well. Hold on.
02:08:32.340
...locations and weapons used in attacks would certainly seem to fit into the ordinary understanding
02:08:35.940
of sensitive information related to the national defense. Senators, including Senator Mark Warner,
02:08:39.220
vice chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee, weren't buying their arguments.
02:08:41.940
There was no classified material that was shared in that signal attack.
02:08:44.500
If there was no classified material, share it with the committee.
02:08:48.660
You can't have it both ways. These are important jobs. This is our national security.
02:08:53.940
Bobbing and weaving and trying to, you know, filibuster your answer. So please answer the question.
02:08:58.820
And the argument that improperly handled information wasn't actually classified has been tried.
02:09:02.020
I dropped the link for you guys on Twitter as well. It's in Twitter, Rumble, YouTube.
02:09:05.380
I dropped the link if you guys want to read that case.
02:09:07.140
It goes, uh, former Connecticut resident census over eight years in prison for
02:09:10.660
attempting to send U.S. military technology to Iran.
02:09:15.060
Four, by Hillary Clinton when the Republicans were hounding her about emails before the 2016 election.
02:09:19.460
So it's odd that Republicans are making the same argument now.
02:09:21.460
And as Pete Hegseth pointed out during a 2016 appearance on Fox News,
02:09:24.020
If there was anyone other than Hillary Clinton, they would be in jail right now.
02:09:26.740
Marco Rubio, who also appeared to be included in the Houthi PC small group chat,
02:09:29.700
also criticized Hillary Clinton for her information handling practices.
02:09:31.940
It was less than truthful about it, uh, repeatedly.
02:09:34.100
And it goes to the issue of both competence and credibility.
02:09:36.180
It is irresponsible for an elected official in her capacity to be discussing highly sensitive things
02:09:42.100
That's crazy, man, that they would use us against them.
02:09:47.860
Yo, Ahmad, thank you for getting rid of this idiot.
02:09:58.980
But if you guys are going to just spam random shit, we're going to ban you.
02:10:01.540
Like, the chat is about having discourse and having fun and trolling and shit like that.
02:10:07.460
Texts not only important national security interests,
02:10:09.220
but also the lives of allies and members of the US military and intelligence community.
02:10:12.500
Military experts pointed at the obvious danger created by the Trump team's carelessness.
02:10:15.540
The plans leaked by Secretary of Defense Hegseff contained details about attack locations and timing,
02:10:19.780
which, had they fallen into enemy hands, could have put service members at risk.
02:10:22.820
And the CIA director named an active CIA agent, which also could have put that person at risk.
02:10:26.820
And Goldberg also refrained from publishing excerpts that he deemed particularly sensitive.
02:10:30.420
And here, Ratcliffe and Gabbard are seemingly daring him to release the rest of the text messages.
02:10:34.180
Senator Jack Reed, ranking member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, said,
02:10:36.820
If true, this story represents one of the most egregious failures of operational security
02:10:41.220
Military operations need to be handled with utmost discretion,
02:10:46.580
The carelessness shown by President Trump's cabinet is stunning and dangerous.
02:10:49.220
I will be seeking answers from the administration immediately.
02:10:51.460
Senator Tammy Duckworth, a veteran, was unsparing in her criticism of Secretary of State Hegseff,
02:10:56.100
Pete Hegseff, the most unqualified Secretary of Defense in history,
02:10:59.620
By literally leaking classified war plans in the group chat,
02:11:01.700
Hegseff and Trump are making our country less safe.
02:11:04.820
Now, the second legal issue raised by the Houthi PC small group signal chat
02:11:09.780
The use of signal itself potentially implicates another provision in the Espionage Act,
02:11:14.500
which makes it illegal for lawful possessors of national security information
02:11:16.900
to willfully transmit that information in a way that could allow an unauthorized person to obtain it.
02:11:21.860
In fact, the Department of Defense recently issued a warning about signals and security.
02:11:24.980
That warning stated explicitly that signal can only be used for, quote,
02:11:29.380
but are not approved to process or store non-public unclassified information.
02:11:32.820
Typically, classified or sensitive information has to be conveyed only in high-side systems.
02:11:36.420
And there are specific DOD platforms that are used for classified and secret communications.
02:11:39.620
One, called the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System,
02:11:42.020
is a top-secret network used to gather and analyze data.
02:11:44.260
The other, called the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network,
02:11:46.260
is used for day-to-day communication and information sharing of secret information.
02:11:49.140
The government has specifically designed systems for handling sensitive information.
02:11:51.300
Also, guys, just real quick. If you guys want, I have the affidavit right here for this case
02:11:56.660
that goes over 1790. Well, they got them for interstate transportation of stolen property,
02:12:03.140
but we ended up upgrading the charges to 793 later on because the stuff had moved through LA,
02:12:08.980
so we just needed to get them in custody quickly, so we did a criminal complaint on this.
02:12:11.780
But yeah, there's an affidavit on this case too and everything,
02:12:17.540
...information because traditional cell phones are quite insecure.
02:12:20.100
Foreign adversaries and hackers can use cell site simulators and other devices
02:12:23.140
to collect cell phone data in transit. These devices have also been used by Russia
02:12:25.780
to send threatening text messages to soldiers in Ukraine, to block phone use in British prisons,
02:12:29.300
to track... Joe says, also, bro, I was diagnosed with lymphoma today.
02:12:32.980
I told my family what you advised to do on Monday, Monday, Monday,
02:12:36.660
I think you mean Monday, Monday call, and they'll be taking care of my mom.
02:12:39.540
You've kept me alive while I've been stressed over this for weeks. Keep cooking, bro,
02:12:42.100
America first. I appreciate that, Joe. And, you know, hopefully, you know,
02:12:46.340
speed of recovery, my friend. Speed of recovery.
02:12:48.180
...members in Canada and allegedly to eavesdrop on protesters in Chicago.
02:12:50.900
And whether Signal can even be installed on a government phone varies agency by agency.
02:12:54.820
And certainly the use of Signal here seems to indicate that everyone on this chat
02:12:59.380
And using regular smartphones to convey sensitive information
02:13:01.540
exposes that information to foreign adversaries and hackers.
02:13:03.700
That's why during the March 25th hearing, Senator Mike Bennett had a fiery exchange with CIA
02:13:07.140
Director Ratcliffe about the fact that one of the people in the Houthi PC
02:13:09.620
Small Group Signal Chat was in Moscow at the time the chat was occurring.
02:13:12.980
Is it appropriate? Did you know that the President's Middle East advisor
02:13:17.220
was in Moscow on this thread while you were as Director of the CIA participating in this thread?
02:13:26.260
Were you aware of that? Are you aware of that today?
02:13:30.820
This sloppiness, this incompetence, this disrespect for our intelligence agencies
02:13:36.660
and the personnel who work for him is entirely unacceptable.
02:13:46.260
But using Signal wasn't just a problem from a national security standpoint,
02:13:48.820
but also a record keeping standpoint, especially since Michael Waltz sent some of the messages in
02:13:52.340
the Signal group to disappear after one week and some after four.
02:13:55.300
Under the Federal Records Act, government records have to be retained for specified periods of time.
02:13:58.900
Records created by senior decision-making officials often have to be permanently retained.
02:14:02.580
And this is because they have great historical value and shed light on the essential activities
02:14:06.180
The Presidential Record Act also requires record retention and only allows for the destruction
02:14:09.140
of records belonging to the President and his immediate staff, like the Vice President or
02:14:11.860
Deputy Chief of Staff, who were included in the Signal Chat with the express written
02:14:16.260
But I guess since Marco Rubio is technically acting as the National Archivist after Trump sacked
02:14:19.540
the previous Archivist, this is all totally fine.
02:14:21.460
But given the insanity of this entire situation, I really wanted to talk to an expert.
02:14:25.060
So I reached out to Kel McClanahan from National Security Counselors
02:14:30.340
Now, is it illegal to include a journalist in your war planning signal discussions?
02:14:35.060
There are, of course, exceptions to including a...
02:14:42.020
...journalist in classified discussions, such as if they're embedded,
02:14:44.660
for instance, in the field, they have to know where they're going that day.
02:14:47.300
But when you're talking about something like a Signal Chat that is done in the United...
02:14:53.220
...the states talking about bombing somebody else.
02:14:58.340
There's no law that would authorize this in any kind of chat.
02:15:02.020
The fact that it was on Signal raises a host of different arguments over record keeping.
02:15:07.380
What laws were likely broken when this information was disclosed to Jeffrey Goldberg?
02:15:10.500
And do the people on the Signal Chat have the authority to disclose that information?
02:15:13.460
Now, that being said, what liability does Waltz have?
02:15:17.460
The fact that he's bringing in attorneys that literally specialize in this?
02:15:27.620
Like, the fact that he's bringing in lawyers, because clearly this isn't his wheelhouse.
02:15:30.980
But he's bringing in national security lawyers?
02:15:34.740
As much as if a hater of Trump he is, he's, well, good stuff I can't hate, man.
02:15:40.980
Because there are two possible crimes in play here.
02:15:44.340
The one is sharing information with Jeffrey Goldberg.
02:15:53.140
Most of the Espionage Act requires that it be knowing and willful.
02:15:58.260
And remember, guys, 18 USC, this is the code that's criminal.
02:16:01.860
So any time you see 18 USC, that means it's criminal in the United States code,
02:16:09.780
So 793 is simply the Espionage Act under 18 USC.
02:16:14.420
So all the crimes, 18 USC 371, that's conspiracy.
02:16:22.340
So 18, anytime you see the number 18, guys, think of it, that's automatically gonna be criminal.
02:16:32.660
You cannot be sharing it with someone that you think is supposed to be there.
02:16:37.540
However, 18 USC 793 F talks about gross negligence.
02:16:44.420
So 793 is a general, and then you have little substatutes within it.
02:16:48.260
National defense information to be given to somebody through gross negligence.
02:16:58.180
He shared information through gross negligence with Jeffrey Goldberg.
02:17:02.100
And he allowed that information to be shared with Jeffrey Goldberg.
02:17:07.860
Because the other part of 793 F is that once you learn the information has been spilled,
02:17:16.180
So after the fact, when Jeffrey Goldberg contacted them and said,
02:17:26.340
Every single person in that chat had a duty to go and report.
02:17:30.980
Hey, I think I gave classified information to Jeffrey Goldberg.
02:17:34.740
Or even national defense information, which doesn't have to be classified.
02:17:41.700
Now, the second crime that Walsh could have committed is 793 D.
02:17:46.740
And 793 D is when an authorized holder of classified information or national defense information
02:17:52.500
disseminates it generally to a place that was not supposed to get it.
02:17:57.620
But also disseminates it through a means that's not supposed to get it.
02:18:01.940
So if you imagine that there are two coworkers in a classified facility and they go down the street to a restaurant for lunch.
02:18:10.100
And they decide to talk about work at the table.
02:18:12.980
They are violating 793 D if they talk about national defense information over the lunch table.
02:18:19.940
Even if nobody is around because they don't know for sure that nobody is listening.
02:18:24.980
They don't know that there isn't a CCTV camera.
02:18:29.060
But I see what he's- he's being very black and white here because that's the law.
02:18:33.620
But that gets violated all the time in practicality.
02:18:36.020
Niggas talk about classified shit at work all the time.
02:18:39.620
Niggas be on subway talking about the fucking classified shit, man.
02:18:43.780
They don't know for sure that they weren't followed there by a reporter or a Russian spy trying to
02:18:50.820
And so they have put the information out there into the universe
02:19:01.060
Technically, you're supposed to have these conversations in SCIF and process
02:19:16.340
So the SCIF can refer to sensitive compartmentalized information.
02:19:19.380
Facility SCIF, a secure room for handling classified information.
02:19:21.700
Or a Santa- well, it's the- it's the first one.
02:19:29.140
Basically, where you're in there and you can talk about classified stuff with no issues.
02:19:32.020
Here you can see here, Donald Trump, Steve Bannon, a couple other people here.
02:19:44.420
So they set up a SCIF at Mar-a-Lago to discuss sensitive stuff.
02:19:51.700
You cannot talk about classified information over unsecure lines.
02:19:55.860
You can't talk about classified information on the phone, on the cell phone,
02:19:59.700
You have to talk about it on special lines that are set up, for instance, in the embassies,
02:20:03.380
and in the House of the SecDef, and the House of the Secretary of State,
02:20:08.420
To me, one of the scariest things about this is that no one on the Signal chat said,
02:20:11.220
hey, we should move this discussion to a secure channel.
02:20:13.620
It really seems like they use Signal all the time.
02:20:16.020
Is the use of Signal itself a violation of any laws?
02:20:19.620
does any of this comply with federal records-keeping requirements?
02:20:21.860
So the standard for deciding whether or not you had the requisite sort of mental
02:20:29.060
reasoning to commit the crime in the Espionage Act is not mandatory.
02:20:32.900
It is more of this, you should have known better idea.
02:20:44.580
The idea that they would have to have known better than to use Signal would be critical
02:20:52.100
And the answer is, yes, they should have known better than to use Signal.
02:20:56.180
In fact, just last month, an email went out to every person in the DoD saying,
02:21:04.900
It is probably the most secure thing that we on the outside can use,
02:21:11.220
And so they should have known better than to use Signal because at least
02:21:15.300
Pete Hegseth received an email saying that he should have known better.
02:21:18.500
We've talked previously about Hillary's emails.
02:21:20.020
Can you give us a quick refresh of that situation and how it compares to this one?
02:21:27.300
And when she was secretary of the state, she stored emails on it.
02:21:32.580
And it was in a private server that was in her house.
02:21:43.940
And they were all extremely polite and thoughtful, as one would expect.
02:21:57.700
Chris says, why do they keep using the words war plans?
02:22:03.060
Who was fired from the 13 Marines being killed?
02:22:08.340
After hopping in my truck, then turn the volume up.
02:22:13.460
I literally had to park the truck on the side of the road again.
02:22:19.780
I'm glad that I made you laugh, bro, but don't crash.
02:22:30.900
So, for the government officials, are they allowed to use regular iPhones to talk and connect family,
02:22:37.780
I think they could easily give it to whoever they need to.
02:22:44.820
The way the government works is it's always on need to know.
02:22:46.500
Does this person need to know this information to make things happen?
02:22:49.940
Yeah, there were speeches given by people running against her for president
02:22:59.940
And, as a result of this thoughtful inquiry into her email service,
02:23:07.220
She was not elected president of the United States.
02:23:09.940
So, that was what happened when you had some emails that were not known to be classified at the time,
02:23:15.060
but were still arguably sensitive, were found on a device that was outside of the government control.
02:23:20.100
This is text messages that are known to be sensitive, if not outright classified.
02:23:27.140
I guarantee you that if people filed a FOIA request for these records, they would be denied as classified.
02:23:35.060
And, regardless of what the White House press secretary says, they...
02:23:39.780
And FOIA is the Freedom of Information Act, where you can request documents to be given to you from the government.
02:23:45.540
They were not the type of thing that you blast into the open.
02:23:53.700
The key difference, though, between the two scenarios is that one was heavily investigated and interrogated,
02:24:05.860
Why do we have laws like the Espionage Act that protect government secrecy?
02:24:08.660
For all that there is a ton of information overclassified and kept secret,
02:24:13.300
and pretty much anyone who knows anything about anything will tell you that,
02:24:17.140
there are still some things that we all agree should be kept secret.
02:24:20.420
And that is because when you're talking about warfighters, when you're talking about military plans,
02:24:27.460
when you're talking about nuclear weapon designs...
02:24:29.860
And that's precisely why I did that case that I told you guys about.
02:24:32.340
The guy was shipping out schematics of national defense information, fighter jets.
02:24:38.340
Even though it wasn't classified, it was still national defense information
02:24:41.220
so that we were able to charge them under the Espionage Act.
02:24:43.620
That's a common misconception that people think that, oh, if it's not classified, I'm safe.
02:24:50.500
If it is national defense information or NDI, you can still be charged under the Espionage Act.
02:24:54.500
And this is why I was actually very concerned with the Trump case.
02:24:57.380
The reason why, you know, because Trump would say,
02:24:59.620
oh, well, I declassified the documents, I declassified the documents.
02:25:02.820
If it's military information that concerns national defense,
02:25:05.540
it still needs to be handled as if it were classified information.
02:25:09.700
That's a common misconception that people always fuck up, right?
02:25:14.260
When you're talking about what computers we have bugged in the Kremlin and what ministers
02:25:23.380
we have on our payroll in the Ministry of State Security in China,
02:25:27.140
those things need to be kept secret because if they get out, people die.
02:25:32.820
What's the point of federal records retention laws?
02:25:34.660
The Freedom of Information Act, while not a records preservation law,
02:25:37.300
is illustrative in this because the Supreme Court has said that the point of it
02:25:41.620
is so that the people can know what their government is up to.
02:25:45.300
That is critical in a democratic form of government.
02:25:49.220
In a democracy, you have to know what your leaders are doing in your name.
02:25:53.300
The flip side of that is if they destroy the records of what they are doing in your name,
02:26:02.180
Does any of this matter if the Trump administration just decides not to prosecute anyone?
02:26:07.140
It will have no substantial effect whatsoever because the executive branch...
02:26:11.460
This is why Pam Bondi was reluctant to answer those questions,
02:26:13.940
because she would be in charge of potentially charging anyone by the FBI.
02:26:20.260
They can choose not to prosecute someone who is buds with the president,
02:26:24.740
and they can choose to prosecute someone who is buds with the other guy.
02:26:28.660
As a practical matter, it will be much more difficult going forward for people
02:26:37.620
on the Republican side to continue to say how much they value classified information.
02:26:44.020
As always, you can support the good work that the National Security Councilors are doing,
02:26:46.580
including filing FOIAs and representing government whistleblowers,
02:26:53.300
As much as the guy was sus, that's good information.
02:26:57.300
...questions like what other meetings have they had outside of secure channels?
02:27:00.740
Are there other instances where non-cleared individuals have been invited
02:27:03.140
to classified or national security conversations?
02:27:06.420
the Trump administration witnesses indicated that the National Security Council
02:27:10.020
but it seemed unlikely that there will be any accountability.
02:27:12.020
But hopefully Congress takes this issue up, as they promised in the hearing,
02:27:14.660
and hopefully Kel gets access to a whole bunch of more messages
02:27:17.140
and finds out if they were actually using their personal cell phones or not.
02:27:19.700
But I guess all of this is a lesson that you can never be too careful online.
02:27:22.100
And if you care about online security more than the Secretary of Defense,
02:27:34.420
It might be better answered on a Money Monday, though.
02:27:38.020
But yeah, if it's a money question, uh, ask it on Money Monday, bro.
02:27:42.740
Um, okay, so we're gonna get into the next topic here.
02:27:47.220
I'm gonna take a quick piss chat, and we are going to, uh...
02:27:53.060
I'm gonna take a quick piss, and I'll be right back.
02:28:12.740
All right, let me just get this stuff set up right here, ninjas.
02:28:58.180
Bro, I need at least 3,000 likes before we cook, man.
02:29:02.180
Guys, I need the likes up to 3,000, and I will...
02:29:09.380
You guys have been asking for this for literally, like, a week plus.
02:29:17.780
You guys have been asking for this shit for about a week.
02:29:22.340
Let's hit, uh, 3,000, and then we are going to respond to Jordan Welch's stupid video
02:29:27.620
where he said, why I stopped watching Fresh and Fit.
02:29:32.580
Um, which to me is very funny that he made this video.
02:29:44.260
We're going to attack the ideas, not necessarily attack the man as much.
02:29:48.420
Um, but I do think that it's important to make note of some of the stuff.
02:30:56.420
I'm going to drop the YouTube link here for you guys.
02:31:05.700
We need 3,000 likes, and we will continue the show.
02:31:07.460
I hate to do this, man, but you guys never fucking like the videos.
02:31:10.500
And I got to do this annoying shit, even though I don't want to do it.
02:31:15.780
I just dropped the YouTube link in there, guys.
02:31:17.220
As much as I hate YouTube, I understand that it is a tool for growth.
02:31:41.300
Was it easy to track him down because you're from the same state?
02:31:43.700
Or was there a process to a second time sending question?
02:31:49.860
That's how I found him, was through family members.
02:32:32.980
Let's get 3K Ninjas, 3Ks, and we are going to start to cook.
02:32:52.980
I hate to do this, but you guys always force my hand.
02:33:29.760
Smash that like button so we can get going with the show.
02:33:33.360
I hate to do this shit, but you guys always put me in this weird position, man.
02:33:39.440
Always put me in this weird position where I gotta get you Ninjas to like the goddamn video, man.
02:34:03.440
And see, I'm just going to try it through the okay button.
02:34:05.040

02:34:58.080

02:35:06.080

02:38:03.680
all right there you go see bro here's the thing man
02:38:10.860
where a lot of these guys a lot of niggas watch the show with like a fucking
02:38:14.960
bro i swear to god half you motherfuckers are just sitting there like this watching a fucking podcast
02:39:32.980
bro i hate y'all niggas man you fucking ninja watchers
02:39:50.480

02:40:20.680
bro i had to make a whole t-shirt because you niggas bro
02:41:23.300
But real talk, bro, this is you guys fucking watching the show.
02:41:39.400
It's like, I don't want to like the fucking video, man.
02:42:01.760
All right, let me get this fucking banner off the screen.
02:42:15.400
All right, I'm going to refresh the page real quick.
02:43:12.860
And a bunch of you guys sent me this video saying,
02:43:18.300
But I think it's important before we watch this video
02:43:37.240
and he basically bashed the war room in this video.
02:43:55.980
if you think you can just pay a membership fee,
02:44:00.480
and the absolute top tier of that organization,
02:44:02.700
you're just going to jump to the top of the hierarchy
02:44:19.180
And he'd say that for the first like three weeks
02:44:37.040
I'm going to first put you through the fire to see.
02:44:42.160
Andrew, what's your thought on Sneeko's friend, Jordan?
02:44:47.340
That's very important that I showed you guys that
02:45:14.500
He's a young guy trying to figure shit out, right?
02:45:28.400
So let's go ahead and look at this video that he made.
02:45:35.460
is we will go ahead and react to the short version first.
02:45:43.440
I used to actually watch Fresh and Fit all the time.
02:46:15.500
I was able to have casual things here and there,
02:46:26.200
the way that I was able to attract my dream woman
02:47:07.520
I think we're all thinking the same things here.
03:25:52.140
deadly accurate, man. We need to boycott this shooting range, bro. Damn. They can turn people
03:25:59.000
into criminals. It's fucked. FBI agent. Oh, well, Mr. Welch, did he ever tell you to go out there
03:26:07.920
and rob a bank with your skill set? No, but like, I just did. Like, you know, it's a game, bro. It's
03:26:13.260
a game. I'm just too good at a shooter. So I just said, fuck it. I'm going to go in the bank with
03:26:17.100
AR and rob it. I mean, what? Bro, you know what's going to happen? FBI agent going to look at him
03:26:21.020
like, you stupid. And next thing you know, you're going to fucking jail.
03:26:30.120
Stu sounds crazy. And I played the game. I promise you, I did that game. And it's fun for a while.
03:26:37.400
Oh, so you had a good time, but now you want to come in and blame me for it and say, nah,
03:26:43.300
nah, the rest of y'all shouldn't have the fun that I had. Nah, nah, y'all shouldn't go ahead and,
03:26:47.760
you know, do it, get the experiences that I got. Just listen to what I got to say now.
03:26:52.360
Don't fuck these niggas. Just listen to what I say now.
03:26:59.580
But very quickly, after you play that game for a couple months, sometimes a couple years,
03:27:04.540
you reach a level where you realize that this is just taking from your soul. It's taking from
03:27:10.480
whatever purity. But you had to get to that level to even realize it, bro.
03:27:18.480
You had to get there first to realize it's not what you want.
03:27:28.260
The reason why we have a crisis in the dating marketplace right now
03:27:32.460
is because men are grossly unaware of their value and what they're supposed to do
03:27:40.500
and how to deal with women appropriately. Why do you guys think we have a simp epidemic?
03:27:45.180
We have a simp epidemic because men don't know how to properly deal with women, right?
03:27:50.220
So if you're able to figure this skill set out, you're at a crossroads.
03:27:54.760
Do I have a bunch of fun with it and do what every other guy wishes they could do?
03:28:04.040
What Jordan is basically telling y'all, you know what?
03:28:06.480
I don't even want y'all niggas to have the option.
03:28:09.280
Just figure it out and get a wife, bro, like I did.
03:28:12.840
But what he doesn't understand is that the whole reason why he even came to the crossroads,
03:28:18.100
the fork in the road, the only reason he was even able to get there was because of us.
03:28:30.480
But he doesn't realize that y'all aren't even at the crossroads yet.
03:28:34.160
You guys aren't even at the fork in the road to make that decision.
03:28:48.040
It got me to a certain level, so I was able to make this decision.
03:28:55.900
And you're just glossing over like, yeah, but that's not that important.
03:28:58.680
Like, you guys don't have to get to that point.
03:29:09.040
I heard my brother Hamza say one time that every time.
03:29:11.920
My brother Hamza, this guy right here, who literally can't stick to any decision he ever makes.
03:29:19.120
Another young nigga that thinks that he knows it all.
03:29:21.020
As you'd expect, Hamza's audience wasn't very pleased with his indecisive attitude and constantly changing opinions.
03:29:28.800
Making bold claims to his audience and immediately going back on his word or changing his opinion was becoming a very common occurrence in Hamza's videos.
03:29:49.640
In the past, Hamza claimed men should focus on finding a, quote, high-quality woman and settle down.
03:29:55.160
But now that he was faced with the same reality, he backed out.
03:29:58.640
And his other opinions on men dedicated themselves to improving their minds and body gave way to telling men to make as much money as possible by paying for his monthly membership.
03:30:06.940
Speaking of which, by early 2024, one of Hamza's former students would come out with less than positive opinions about their time in his paid community.
03:30:18.740
Another mid-20-year-old guy that can't make a fucking life decision.
03:30:29.660
And I really hate to harp on this, but I think it's important to note here, right?
03:30:44.680
Al Pacino, who played Tony Montana, famously said,
03:30:48.840
All I have in this world is my balls and my word.
03:31:02.840
There's a reason why the phrase is called, I'm a man of my word, and I'm not a woman of my word.
03:31:06.940
There's a reason why integrity is the cornerstone of masculinity.
03:31:16.340
When you're not able to stick to your word, you effectively become a woman.
03:31:24.060
And when their emotions change, constantly, their opinions change.
03:31:27.920
When their opinions change, their decisions change.
03:31:35.420
All I have in this life is my balls and my word.
03:31:43.200
And unfortunately, when you're young, like these guys, internet gurus,
03:31:48.100
you're not really in a position to make concrete decisions yet,
03:31:53.760
Remember how I told you guys earlier I had to grow up quick?
03:32:02.100
You guys want to know why I'm able to stand 10 toes down on a lot of the decisions that I make
03:32:16.820
when I make the comments that I make that are controversial,
03:33:21.740
this is why you guys always got to have a light on your weapon.
03:33:36.320
am I going to shoot this fucking guy right now?
03:34:16.360
We had information that he was going to kidnap this dude.
03:35:01.760
And I remember fucking screaming at him in Spanish,
05:18:38.760
federal government I mean Brian there was at least one case reported this week of one of a so-called member of this vile Venezuelan gang where there was
05:18:47.100
Trendeo yeah Trendeo I think and there's one guy who's a sort of you know who looks like the least likely member of a Venezuelan gang ever who's this sort of gay quite artistic bloke who seems to be rounded up here
05:18:57.420
it seems on the face of it to be a complete miscarriage of any kind of justice without any due process it's those kind of stories which I think are concerning people about the due process
05:19:07.380
a hundred percent and and it was all because he committed the crime of having a tattoo I mean the reality is that that if we're in a situation where even one of these one of these people was some one single person who's who should not be there get sent off that is a massive fuck up yet again in an administration that's shown that it's perfectly willing to commit them over and over and over again but look this is this is the
05:19:27.400
this is what so that none of us so that Anna doesn't get rounded up so that I don't get rounded up so that Benny doesn't get rounded up we cannot be in a situation
05:19:34.220
are you a legal American citizen we cannot be in a situation where we're just allowing people to get deported because because they have tattoos on their arms this is why
05:19:42.500
this is really important Benny Piers this is really because he just brought in something that is
05:19:46.460
a berserker mode this is bizarre world so are you are you asserting that the that the administration is deporting
05:19:54.760
Americans naturalized American citizens or native-born American citizens is that what you're
05:19:58.940
asserting I'm asserting that they are deporting are you are you so you're saying that Anna is here and
05:20:05.540
I totally agree with your last point by the way and I need to take an aside here Anna's done incredible
05:20:10.180
reporting on some of the horrific crimes that have been allowed to happen in this country some of them
05:20:14.520
by criminal aliens some of them by American citizens that don't get prosecuted and so I just want we cover
05:20:18.320
that on my program I just want to say thank you for doing that because um it's an awful society it's a zero trust
05:20:22.760
society when you let criminals out of jail uh to do heinous crimes um Elon Musk stroke doge um there's a lot to
05:20:29.320
unpack here because they are finding a lot of evidence of waste they are finding a lot of evidence
05:20:33.800
but I also think that in large part this is well Elon Musk is incompetent is he I mean let's be clear he's one of the
05:20:38.440
most brilliant minds in America and after two years and if they haven't reduced the debt after two years
05:20:42.980
then they're going to get a shellacking in the midterm first term where are these fiscally
05:20:45.960
conservative Republicans yeah I don't want anyone to add anything to the debt the vast majority of that
05:20:50.740
came during COVID we all know what a bizarro time that was and I don't think that there's that anyone's
05:20:55.780
trying to defend that Donald Trump has proven time and time again he wants to cut government spending
05:20:59.800
and cut efficiency cut government spending add efficiency and cut our deficit the deficit is a
05:21:05.000
killer you cannot run a household or a business when you are in he's literally you're spending four
05:21:09.040
dollars you take in one dollar you spend four dollars that's what the country is doing right
05:21:12.380
he's never done it you can't you can't he's never done it you keep saying that he's never done
05:21:16.940
it's like amazing it's like amazing he's been in office for two months well he didn't have four
05:21:20.380
years hold on hold on he didn't he didn't have four years he had three years and a pandemic
05:21:24.580
revenues it would have been the highest revenues without the pandemic Trump's economic record in
05:21:30.980
the first term would have been a lot better I've always said Trump would have won that yeah and
05:21:33.680
without without 9-11 George W Bush's okay so events events knock off your agenda very quickly if
05:21:40.400
you're not careful and I want to bring you in on another part of all this uh again the D's
05:21:44.020
deportations but a slight variant which is student deportations we've seen this big uh row obviously
05:21:49.040
recently uh about the Columbia University all right now we're on the real fucking debate here
05:21:52.720
because the other shall be honest with y'all they don't know what they're talking about
05:21:55.040
a student who was alleged to be pro-hammas it seems to be a bit of a foggy picture as to whether
05:22:00.660
he was or not but this principle of deporting students for their political allegiances or views
05:22:06.540
where do you sit on that Bernie Sanders uh says uh this is this is not democracy you can't exile
05:22:12.080
political dissidents not the United States well I mean our government will certainly try to do that
05:22:18.280
as long as the government of Israel demands it and uh government whether you're talking about
05:22:23.480
Democrats or Republicans is completely controlled by the Israeli government and they're gonna do
05:22:27.220
the Israeli government's bidding that's what this is really about that's all it is
05:22:35.200
so uh protesters who are legal residents permanent residents who have green cards
05:22:43.180
will be deported simply for exercising their freedom of speech and criticizing how the Israeli
05:22:48.920
government is prosecuting this war in Gaza slaughtering tens of thousands of innocent women
05:22:53.200
children elderly people civilians they're going to continue the slaughter they don't want any backlash
05:22:58.100
uh from anyone in the United States about it including American citizens including permanent
05:23:02.520
residents and remember Miriam Adelson and the Adelson family overall gave Donald Trump hundreds of
05:23:07.400
millions of dollars she gave her she gave him 100 million on this go around and 100 million on the
05:23:13.260
last one uh to not do what's right for the United States but to do what's right for Israel so
05:23:18.440
Donald Trump is going to do that he's transactional money talks for him and uh he doesn't care he'll go
05:23:23.800
ahead and revoke green cards and deport uh valedictorians you know students who have been in this country
05:23:29.240
since they were seven years old were valedictorians in high school but god forbid they ever ding or
05:23:34.000
criticize the Israeli government because that's when they'll become a what if they actively
05:23:37.580
I didn't hear one lie told what if they actively support Hamas
05:23:44.860
look I despise Hamas and it disgusts me that anyone would say anything positive about Hamas
05:23:51.340
but our freedom of speech indicates that we are allowed to even be supportive of the KKK be supportive
05:24:06.620
to American naturalized citizens if you've come in on a green card right right if you say on your
05:24:14.980
green card you support a organization that is a prescribed terror group in the United States
05:24:19.420
you don't get your green card that is the argument Marco Rubio made I thought it was quite a good one
05:24:23.220
you know I haven't got a green card but I have a visa and they're very stringent about all these
05:24:27.720
kind of things right if you if you aligned yourself with a terror group you know that
05:24:31.780
if you aligned yourself with a terror group you wouldn't get in so why should you um but here's
05:24:37.140
the thing um when he came in there was no conflict in Gaza like what's going on now I mean there was
05:24:42.800
shit going on but there wasn't a full-fledged war where they're bombing and killing them indiscriminately
05:24:48.200
like now so things changed when he came in that's the simple argument for that I mean what bro
05:24:57.040
the dude came and he's been in the United States for years this conflict happened what not even two
05:25:06.040
years ago so yeah now he's speaking about it because it occurred while he was here not a good
05:25:11.380
excuse staying well visa and a green card is hold on Pierce hold on visa and green card is different
05:25:16.340
as you know someone who's a permanent legal resident um is you know it's like one tiny step
05:25:21.280
lower than a naturalized citizen and the point is whatever allegation the Trump administration is
05:25:25.920
making against these green card holders it needs to be adjudicated by a judge again it goes back to
05:25:30.780
the issue of due process if you guys are comfortable with an executive branch official simply one person
05:25:36.460
unilaterally deciding without any due process that someone has done something wrong and now their green
05:25:41.100
card should be revoked I think that's setting a really really bad and dangerous agreed this precedent
05:25:46.700
again that concentrates too much power among a very small group of people and I think people deserve
05:25:51.120
and those people are controlled by Israel which is also why it's problematic due uh due process okay
05:25:55.980
have a judge weigh in and determine whether or not this person is actually a threat to the United
05:25:59.680
I can't believe I'm agreeing with Anna Kasperian this is fucking wild states are a national security and
05:26:04.280
then make that decision but for some reason they don't want to do that all right Benny you know
05:26:07.600
Trump has banned the AP from the White House refusing to rename the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of
05:26:11.260
America uh he's kicking out student protesters for having views he doesn't like you want CNN to be
05:26:15.600
banned from the airwaves and so on a lot of people saying hang on aren't you supposed to be
05:26:18.240
Mr. Free Speech Mr. President aren't you and Elon Musk the standard bearer of free speech what
05:26:22.680
happened to free speech is it only free speech when you like what you're hearing I love the way
05:26:27.400
that you ask these questions Piers you're like my schizophrenic aunt it's like Thanksgiving dinner
05:26:32.240
after a box of wine because at one second you're like Anna this scum should have been deported as a
05:26:36.800
member of Hamas this scum said that they need to be out and he said the end of western civilization
05:26:41.540
is what they are here for which in fact they did and then in the same question you're like
05:26:44.920
Trump's just deporting students because he doesn't like what they say right you can't have it both
05:26:47.780
ways Piers is this guy a supporter of a terrorist group as actually as somebody asking the questions
05:26:52.220
I can ask you all difficult questions phrased in different ways the one the one thing you just
05:26:56.360
said that really offended me I would never drink wine out of a box ever ever well that's that's how
05:27:01.880
we know Piers didn't go to college in America no I did not that what the fuck for me crosses a
05:27:07.380
massive fuck what are these niggas talking about bro red line I'm a bottle man anyway um
05:27:12.380
is Brian Brian and Benny are going to team up and gang up on Piers do we have we have I think
05:27:18.720
the most ambitious crossover event in American history the one thing you'll get buy-in from me
05:27:23.260
on is that I will I will uh I will defend Franzia wine till my dying day well then what the fuck are
05:27:27.760
these niggas talking about wine for bro you're gonna lose me immediately but Benny back to slightly
05:27:31.400
less serious matters free speech respect but on this issue of free speech it has the trumpet
05:27:35.300
shark does she have anything to do Israel I know she's more pro-Palestine but who knows
05:27:39.860
administration being consistent we might find this the student uh Mahmoud Khalil's views loathsome
05:27:45.500
there's no apparent so far hard evidence he has been pro-Hamas and he disputes that if it turns out
05:27:51.540
he's not been actively pro-Hamas and we can't find actual words coming out of his mouth to show that
05:27:57.100
um is it right that a green card holder in America should be thrown out the country listen you know I'm not
05:28:02.760
an expert on this case I'm not a green card expert either so I'm just gonna go very quickly to the
05:28:07.180
simple example of you're a guest here all right and if you go to another country and Americans go
05:28:12.400
and travel abroad to tons of countries every country on earth right now has an American traveling abroad
05:28:16.560
if that American decided to support a terrorist faction or behave in a way that was criminal and
05:28:23.620
illegal right which is what was happening when you were barricading and yeah uh Benny no no bro um
05:28:29.580
because unlike these other countries they don't have freedom of speech so if I go to Saudi Arabia
05:28:33.760
and I criticize the government over there yeah they could fuck me up because they don't have freedom
05:28:37.000
of speech over there but here we do in America we got freedom of speech and green card holders are
05:28:42.500
entitled to that first amendment privilege and right like the rest of us we don't have to agree or like
05:28:48.740
it but they have the right to it so no bro 100% wrong on this one Benny um
05:28:57.580
and that's the problem when you bring people in quite frankly that like don't know immigration or
05:29:02.640
don't know um visa standards anything else like that and there's case law actually that shows this
05:29:09.700
I've literally you know what here let me find it for you guys
05:29:29.060
basically um the order for the deportation of the petitioner issued under the act of june 28 1940
05:29:37.580
providing for deportation of a alien who was at the time of his entry to the united states or has been
05:29:41.620
any time thereafter member or affiliated with an organization that believes an advisor advocates
05:29:45.640
or teaches to overthrow this government by force of violence rests upon a misconstruction of the
05:29:49.300
term affiliation as used in the act and upon unfair hearing on the question of his membership in the
05:29:53.940
communist party now this this basically this guy wixen
05:29:58.720
right uh the court ruled that a lawful permanent resident a non-citizen could not be deported solely
05:30:05.320
for political speech affirming that first amendment protections extend to non-citizens
05:30:08.620
here's the case law now this was the communist party but the communist party is the functional
05:30:13.380
equivalent to terrorism today okay they were terrified of communists back then we're terrified
05:30:19.520
of terrorists now same shit so here is the fucking case law right there
05:30:25.240
sorry benny you're wrong i like you bro but you're wrong on this one
05:30:30.760
we have the freedom of speech so yes they could come in here and be critical of our government
05:30:38.000
or any government for that matter but the thing that makes us even more egregious is they're being
05:30:45.040
burning down and harming students and threatening students then expect to be kicked out of that
05:30:53.860
country sure if you commit acts of violence yes get out but if you're peacefully protesting like most of
05:31:00.360
these students are because israel is indiscriminately bombing and killing children then that is protected
05:31:08.200
speech and here's the other thing too make no mistake about it guys hamas is the political um governing body in gaza
05:31:19.400
okay so when people advocate for the people of gaza
05:31:25.800
it's almost impossible to advocate for the people of gaza without also advocating for hamas i'm going to say that one more time
05:31:40.200
it is almost impossible to advocate for the innocent people of gaza without also inadvertently advocating for hamas
05:31:55.000
why because hamas is the governing body of gaza so in other words the two are nearly inseparable
05:32:03.420
the innocent people being killed and the governing body
05:32:22.140
the the the law that marco rubio is trying to use to deport this guy uh mahmoud khalil
05:32:27.020
it's very ambiguous and that ambiguity allows different interpretations
05:32:35.900
but in this specific situation where hamas is designated terrorist organization which is true
05:32:46.140
almost inevitably every single time will mean that you're also advocating for hamas to agree or it
05:32:52.140
could at least be conscrued that way you guys see where i'm going here
05:33:41.820
our support of israel and our foreign policy that supports israel which
05:33:46.140
inevitably puts us in a situation where we're attacking muslim countries
05:33:50.940
for the benefit of israel and we've talked about the clean break memo etc i won't go through that again
05:34:11.820
into the twin towers and kill almost 3 000 americans that were innocent
05:34:24.540
that pay for the bombs that get dropped on muslims in muslim countries
05:34:35.980
the same thing we condemned osama bin laden for
05:34:45.100
collective punishment or in this case collective terrorism
05:34:55.020
and punishing them for their fucking government
05:35:09.420
for attacking the united states and killing 3 000 innocent americans
05:35:18.300
that the people that are suffering in gaza right now are suffering because of their government
05:35:21.900
just like our citizens died because of our government
05:35:29.020
and that's the problem i have with this stupid anti-semitism law
05:35:39.980
fifty percent of the population in gaza is under 18
05:35:45.820
fifty percent of the people in gaza roughly are fucking minors
05:35:52.300
most of the innocent people that have been killed are children
05:35:59.820
matter of fact i'm going to drop this link in in the chat for you guys
05:36:02.700
because i could talk this all day but i think you guys seeing what i'm talking about is going to be
05:36:09.500
much more impactful so what i want you guys all to do
05:36:18.860
i'm going to drop a link for you guys give me one second
05:36:32.700
click this link that i'm dropping in the chat i'm dropping it in all the chats right now
05:36:56.940
i'm going to look at the chat i'm going to open up all the chats right now put them on screen i want
05:37:42.460
no it's definitely available bro clicked it myself
05:38:03.260
all right try that link chat that link should work
05:38:15.660
you know what here let me give you guys this link this link won't be better
05:38:41.420
you got to be logged in probably guys that's why you got it you got to be logged in
05:38:59.740
you have to be logged in you have to have a twitter account and just if you don't got a twitter
05:39:03.660
account i don't know what you're doing anyway you should be having a twitter account but the point
05:39:12.940
the point i'm trying to make guys is what you guys see right there is collective punishment
05:39:17.660
innocent people suffering for the behaviors of their government if we can condemn osama bin laden for
05:39:24.860
killing innocent americans which rightfully so he should be condemned that's unacceptable to kill
05:39:30.300
we also have to understand that the innocent people of gaza shouldn't be punished for their government
05:39:38.380
that's what i'm saying and speaking out against it shouldn't get you fucking deported
05:39:44.700
because you support hamas because a lot of these students actually don't
05:39:51.580
they just don't want kids getting blown up every day
05:39:55.740
free it's pretty logical right and i don't think that free speech has anything to do with it and as
05:39:59.740
you stated free speech applies to american citizens either native born or naturalized
05:40:04.380
that the constitution applies yeah i can see you guys in the chat holy crazy this is crazy yeah bro
05:40:09.180
i'm telling you bro there's a reason why they don't show you guys this on the news
05:40:12.460
you guys are never gonna see what i just posted in the mainstream news if the american public saw that
05:40:19.180
they would stop funding israel immediately as to us not to guests here so it's the same thing
05:40:27.020
as the criminal alien argument all right yeah you don't get the same rights if you are a guest
05:40:31.740
here especially if you came here illegally right although funny enough funny enough i did discover
05:40:36.620
when alex jones tried to have me deported for my views on gun control i did discover that first
05:40:41.100
amendment rights apply to me even though i'm not a citizen if i'm in america and yes they do pierce
05:40:47.500
yes they do that's why benny's wrong so barack obama saved me for the gleeful american nation
05:40:53.660
by saying i was entitled under my first amendment rights even though i'm not a citizen uh to be
05:40:57.740
critical of the second amendment and so i was allowed to stay so i thought you were allowed to
05:41:03.020
stay and that's why we're the best country in the world man i did get exactly the same right to free
05:41:11.740
speech that you did in your country uh and i was very grateful by the way right i thought you were
05:41:15.500
allowed to stay correct and it's a classic yeah if you guys can't see the page that means you don't
05:41:19.820
have fucking twitter make a twitter account i don't even know how you guys are on here watching
05:41:23.260
my political content you don't got twitter make a twitter account niggas
05:41:29.660
right benny benny's wrong the supreme court has ruled that that guests here are entitled to to
05:41:33.820
rights under a constitution while they're here as well i will warn you the video is extremely graphic
05:41:37.660
chat and and look the truth is that if we are but that's happening every day in gaza every day that
05:41:43.660
shit's happening if if i'm saying if we are actually abiding by this idea attacking students
05:41:49.980
right and like attacking universities and barricading yourself i mean that that's not
05:41:53.100
a right under the constitution i'm saying that the guy these physically i'm saying it's bad behavior
05:41:57.740
if you're a guest in the country that's all i'm saying you know like i am a massive freak it
05:42:01.020
doesn't matter in america they have freedom of speech maybe another country you're right benny
05:42:05.180
it's a problem but the united states they have the first amendment right to
05:42:10.460
speech proponent i'm not going to sit here and say you know you should be kicked out
05:42:13.260
because of your speech it's i'm talking about but you kind of a series of criminal
05:42:17.180
i was gonna say you are bro you are come on you are a series of you're saying if you're a guest
05:42:21.420
in the united states bro see these guys are here because they got club but bro they're not really
05:42:27.900
like they're not versed on this topic man they're just not versed on this topic bro you say something
05:42:33.100
we don't want to get caught man i didn't want to get caught in this because i do not know i'm i will
05:42:38.060
tell you straight out there's a lot of people that are experts in the what's his name and that's the
05:42:41.420
problem mind you got banned again on instagram but it's never your fault but when we have been
05:42:46.780
prosecuted by 100 whatever many countries that you claim when you spew with your anti-semitic rants
05:42:51.660
then apparently that's our fault you speak nothing but jew hatred that's from david levy
05:42:56.780
all right with david levy how do i spew jew hatred bro god tell me how i spew jew hatred and you don't need
05:43:03.500
a dollar by the way which i'm not surprised which thanks for confirming the stereotypes
05:43:17.980
bro comes in the chat confirms the stereotypes man
05:43:24.620
okay well so there's a lot of people that are experts in everything he's ever done i'm not one
05:43:27.260
of them all right so and and there's a lot of you know so i'm not one of them so i'm not really
05:43:30.780
going to argue like for or against this guy to be honest with you no but you're saying if a guest
05:43:34.220
behaves badly i'm saying in generality you should be allowed to throw them out and as brian rightly
05:43:37.740
points out you are kind of saying if you don't like what he says you can kick him out the riots
05:43:42.380
at the schools were criminal the barricading of the schools well that's different it's the
05:43:45.180
threatening of teachers that's different smashing of the doors like this is criminal behavior if you
05:43:47.740
break the law here if you break the law no hang on if you're a guest if you're a guest in america
05:43:51.900
and you break the law absolutely that's grounds for deportation there is no evidence that
05:43:55.980
mamu khalil has broken the law which is a pretty significant part of this yeah he didn't he didn't
05:44:01.900
he asserted his first amendment right and that's it that is protected speech he should not be deported
05:44:10.220
for that he's just been targeted and marco rubio hasn't even tried to use our yes and they targeted
05:44:15.980
him because he they want to make an example of him and scare everybody else it's called the chilling
05:44:21.020
effect make an example out of one guy they don't honestly they might lose this case he might not
05:44:25.900
get deported but the process is the punishment guys all he said is if he had said on his green
05:44:32.700
card application that he supported hamas he wouldn't have been allowed in but then it comes
05:44:36.780
to is it shout out to squat says myron you changed my life after listening to you since 2021 i've leveled
05:44:41.900
up in every way i'm a nuclear engineer and started building a following on instagram but i have a q
05:44:45.420
clearance any tips moving forward don't get in trouble q clearance is very hard to get my friend
05:44:49.500
congratulations that's huge bruce lee says bro that post already removed no you gotta have a twitter
05:44:55.420
account bro uh baby trauma says our relationship with them boys has gone from symbiotic to parasitic
05:45:00.300
the same way ukraine will give us minerals in exchange for support them boys need to start pulling
05:45:04.140
its own weight any actual evidence he has openly supported hamas that doesn't so far seem to be any
05:45:11.180
right that's for investigators man you know i'm not the expert on this guy well at least he admits that
05:45:16.620
i mean i mean i think you put it perfectly the the reality is that that you cannot both claim that
05:45:21.100
you are a free speech absolutist while claiming that if somebody says something that uh doesn't
05:45:24.700
comport with your political ideology that they should just be kicked out of the country this is
05:45:27.500
that's true that's true you got you got to be consistent when it comes to free speech i'm consistent
05:45:34.220
regardless of political ideology or whether i agree or not that's the problem a lot of these maga
05:45:39.340
retards right like they don't get it you know they cry about censorship all the time but this guy is
05:45:47.740
opposing israel oh no we got to get him out of here nah man you can't do that can't do that even if he
05:45:55.180
says things that we dislike that is what this country was founded upon this is uh and green card
05:46:00.060
holders despite what idiots try to tell you guys enjoy all the same rights and privileges as american
05:46:04.940
citizens i just showed you guys the case law bridges versus wickson this has been established
05:46:13.660
you know the hypocrisy being put on full display there's really no other no other way to cut it
05:46:17.260
i'm even if even if you are diametrically opposed to what he advocates for if you are in favor of our
05:46:22.860
first amendment if you are a free speech absolutist there's one way to show it and what this administration
05:46:26.460
is doing is showing that they're not they only want it's true that's facts and here's the difference
05:46:30.860
right look i'm you guys can call me a conservative some people might call me a alt-right far-right some
05:46:36.380
people call me a uh republican whatever the fuck you want to call me look this is something that i'm
05:46:41.500
not bending on whether it defends a democrat or a liberal or a progressive freedom of speech or freedom
05:46:45.900
of speech so um no trump is wrong on this one not a maga retard that's the difference between me and a lot
05:46:54.620
of these fucking guys that are like super trump supporters like no this amatite semitism bill is
05:46:58.220
bullshit fucking bullshit man i want people who are going to uh echo or mirror political ideology
05:47:06.060
that comports with their own views okay i want to end by asking all of you to sum up trump's first
05:47:11.020
10 or so weeks back in the white house with three words so benny i'll start with you three words to
05:47:15.900
summarize it yep here we go you ready yeah i've been thinking about this for a while all right so glad
05:47:20.780
you asked deport piers morgan well alex jones tried he failed it was deemed that i was too essential
05:47:27.660
to the well-being of americans and had to be kept no but to be serious how would you summarize
05:47:31.420
give me three words to summarize how you think trump has done so far uh uh golden era energy
05:47:40.220
okay anna i'm so tired that's the way to describe it it is exhausting i mean for anyone in the media
05:47:48.300
business it is relentless and exhausting it's great for business we can all pretend it isn't but it is
05:47:52.700
fantastic for business if we had kamala harris running over the united states i wouldn't have
05:47:56.140
a show by now um so it is incredibly good for everyone in our game but my god it is exhausting
05:48:01.500
brian three you would have been deported under kamala i would brian ready ready fire aim ready
05:48:07.340
fire aim what do you mean by that i mean that he's not thinking through what he's doing he would rather
05:48:11.740
just fire before he actually aims and we're seeing things get broken as a result okay it's going to be
05:48:16.460
really i think it's going to be fascinating to see where this it all looks in like a year's time
05:48:20.060
uh i do detect methods of the madness i might be completely deluded but we shall see but either
05:48:23.980
way a great panel thank you all all right i think i would have done way better on there
05:48:30.620
but it's okay guys we're going to build the platform up we're going to get back on there
05:48:48.140
so this is what we're going to do i want you guys to all go raid nick's chat right now because i think
05:48:53.740
he's the only person live right now that um buddies with or his fresh life let me see if fresh is live
05:49:04.540
oh they're alive let's see what these niggas are talking about
05:49:09.180
it's a free meetup brother hold up hold up hold up hold up it's a free meetup
05:49:14.220
i'm saying i gotta i gotta i gotta put some some barriers there um but we're gonna have uh a meet
05:49:18.940
and greet we're gonna do if you have some double d's you can get it a ferrari
