00:03:03.000 Thank you.

00:03:05.000 Thank you.

00:03:07.000 Thank you.

00:03:08.000 Thank you.

00:03:09.000 Thank you.

00:03:10.000 Every single time, every single crime, every single lie, early lie.

00:03:33.420 Every single hour, every single day, every single night, early lie.

00:03:41.120 I know it's hard to believe it's the whole forest, not one tree, and it's every branch and leaf, they're born to the sea. 0.97

00:03:49.120 But I'm telling you the truth, it's not just one or two, it's every single Jew, they all hate you. 1.00

00:03:56.640 And it really breaks my heart, but their lies are off the charts, and they only bring us harm. 0.95

00:04:02.240 You gotta get smart, so if you want to be safe, and don't want to get replaced, it's best you start being based, or you'll get erased.

00:04:11.180 Every single time, every single crime, every single lie, early lie.

00:04:18.480 Every single hour, every single day, every single night, early lie. 0.99

00:04:26.040 I know it's hard to accept that all the ones you've met lie with every single breath, they want you dead.

00:04:49.100 But you must not be weak, just open your eyes and see, they always exploit the me, see their vampire tea.

00:04:56.860 And it can make you cry, learn your life was full of lies, and their face was a disguise.

00:05:02.520 But you must lie.

00:05:04.080 So if you want to live and protect all of your kin, you have to grow thick skin, or we want it.

00:05:11.160 Every single time, every single crime, every single lie, early lie.

00:05:18.140 Every single hour, every single day, every single night, early lie.

00:05:25.780 All right.

00:05:26.680 We'll be right back.

00:05:30.160 There we go.

00:05:31.100 Let's go.

00:05:31.560 We'll be right back.

00:05:34.460 Bye.

00:05:43.880 Bye.

00:05:47.100 Bye.

00:05:55.580 Okay.

00:05:55.780 and we're live what's up guys welcome to the stream welcome to the stream welcome to the

00:06:08.280 stream got uh you know short concise banger coming up right here so let's go ahead and

00:06:14.560 kind of get right into the show guys we got after hours later tonight with austin dunham it's going

00:06:18.440 to be a good time so uh welcome to the show ninjas let me look at some of these chats

00:06:23.880 we got from oss did you see roseanne barr talk about nick how do them boys feel so comfortable

00:06:31.940 talking about americans like that ridiculous i can't believe people go to jail for manslaughter

00:06:36.200 they must have told a really funny joke okay so uh let's get you know let's get the red pill in for 0.97

00:06:42.620 the day for you guys so this is from desirable truth okay could you see yourself dating a man 1.00

00:06:50.820 you met out here fuck no fuck no why not guys wait you want to hear no wait how famous are you 1.00

00:06:57.760 i'll tell you i can tell a story but if you're not that famous i'll tell it if you are famous and i 1.00

00:07:02.480 won't tell it let's hear it okay guys i had a threesome on thursday first time it's so fun

00:07:10.880 but yeah that's why i couldn't date anyone from out here because they're so easy you had two girls 0.89

00:07:16.440 two guys two guys and you yeah and you're proud of that i'm not proud but that's why i'm saying i 0.97

00:07:23.580 can't date men from out here they're easy i don't i don't live here so you had one in your mouth and 1.00

00:07:28.460 one in yeah basically okay hold on it was a fun time how did that even happen i met them i met them

00:07:37.280 on six actually give me the story though like from your perspective my friend actually set us up she's

00:07:43.280 not here she set us up she's like you know the eiffel tower she's like you guys ever been to paris 0.80

00:07:49.860 and they're like yeah and like you want to go to paris with her like yeah and i was like yeah

00:07:55.040 and they were just random guys that you met yeah that's that's why i couldn't date anyone from here

00:08:02.980 you see they're easy what made you even comfortable to let two men inside you at the same time i think

00:08:08.740 i was a little drunk i was very drunk actually was it consensual yeah it was consensual i had a great

00:08:14.640 time would you do it again definitely but i two women i i love me a white man how old are you

00:08:23.100 okay i wanted that to all play out so you guys can hear it with no interruptions now we're going

00:08:30.500 to play this back and go through it um

00:08:33.840 cub with the five gives it thank you so much bro appreciate you uh

00:08:41.060 oh man all right let's go through this again 21 could you see so 21 years old

00:08:53.340 peak sexual market value for more than likely yourself dating a man you met out here

00:08:58.040 okay can you date a guy out here in austin 6th street for those of you that are not familiar with

00:09:04.060 austin texas this area in texas is a big uh party city right well austin's always been a party city

00:09:09.100 but this neighborhood is specifically this street is known for the bars people walk around they

00:09:14.020 typically close it down for the weekends very big party area so where does she she's at a party area 1.00

00:09:18.340 right fuck no why not guys wait you want to hear no wait how famous are you okay how famous are you 0.98

00:09:27.340 i'll tell you what's 10 i can tell a story but if you're not that famous i'll tell it if you are famous 0.99

00:09:31.520 and i won't tell it yep

00:09:36.440 i'll tell you this she's famous now let's hear it okay guys i had a threesome on thursday first time 1.00

00:09:47.400 and let me tell you also and this is all real because i know desirable truth personally actually

00:09:51.500 i've done his um his interviews a couple of times uh this is all real bro guy travels all across the

00:09:56.780 country go to events like this ask questions uh ladies questions on the street and you get a lot

00:10:03.240 of this stuff and to be honest with you guys it's a very good channel because it shows you guys the 0.66

00:10:08.060 ugly side of hypergamy it really does dude it really fucking does so shout out to him we got to get him 0.56

00:10:14.160 on the show our schedules never line up when he's in town like he'll be in miami and then i'll be 0.97

00:10:18.780 traveling or we'll have an open spot but he's leaving like it's just we haven't been able to line up the

00:10:23.120 schedules but we are definitely going to have him on the show um but i think uh you know this channel

00:10:28.860 puts out some really good content and uh and i know it's real this is not staged this is not cap

00:10:35.600 he actually be out there asking these questions um so that i can verify with you guys um it's it is

00:10:42.820 all real it's so fun but yeah that's why i couldn't date anyone from out here because like they're so easy

00:10:48.500 okay notice how she says they're so easy now some of you might have glossed over that but that stuck

00:10:55.420 out to me immediately because when she said they're so easy what she's doing is she's conflating um

00:11:04.680 she's conflating the female sexual strategy with the male sexual strategy the male sexual strategy 0.97

00:11:14.620 is to get as much sex as they can and have as many partners as they can okay quality comes second

00:11:24.060 to quantity okay

00:11:26.220 so in her eyes she's looking at it like oh men are so easy because what she's doing

00:11:34.660 is is she's using the um male paradigm that men put the lens on women with does that make sense

00:11:42.180 let me let me really like lucid is for you guys she said men are easy the only reason why she's saying 0.88

00:11:49.960 that is because she thinks men and women are equal all right what you guys got to understand with when

00:11:57.020 it comes to liberalism and feminism and all the isms especially the one um anything between

00:12:01.260 intersectional dynamics right with the male and the female a lot of modern women's worldviews stem 0.99

00:12:07.780 from the concept of what's called the blank slate equality okay blank slate equality tells women

00:12:16.380 that though they're biologically different though they're different in every other way it tries to

00:12:22.220 cram down their throats that they're equal to a man despite the fact that all the physical evidence

00:12:27.480 shows otherwise okay so and i've noticed this is kind of a thing with younger women by the way there's 1.00

00:12:34.120 a reason why i'm making sure that we stop on this women from like you know my generation or older 1.00

00:12:39.820 would never say something so retarded oh they're easy because they understand that men getting sex is 1.00

00:12:47.180 not the same as women getting sex for a man to get sex to some level he has to have a skill set 0.99

00:12:52.180 right woman to get sex she needs no skill set however what women do is they try to take the 1.00

00:12:58.560 credit for skill set in other words women will play the game on easy mode but tell you that they beat 1.00

00:13:06.080 the game on legendary does that make sense they get recruit level difficulty recruit level benefits 0.97

00:13:18.020 they're using a fucking game shark they got all the cheat codes they beat the game and they think 0.96

00:13:24.600 that they're equal to you right and and and you know obviously i'm saying my generation whatever 1.00

00:13:31.340 there's obviously stupid women in my generation too that think that you know blank slate equalism is 1.00

00:13:36.000 cool whatever i would argue my generation actually is one of the worst generations ever the millennials 1.00

00:13:40.160 uh for pushing this stupid liberalism we we all put obama in like my generation is not safe 0.99

00:13:45.860 but what i've realized is that i've seen more women right more young women in their 20s use this 1.00

00:13:52.580 vernacular this almost interchangeable this gender this interchangeable gender ideology where women are 1.00

00:13:59.800 calling men hoes women are calling men thoughts women are calling men um you know uh pejorative terms 0.95

00:14:06.440 that have to do with promiscuity right which is ludicrous because that assumes men and women are equal 1.00

00:14:12.800 which they're not right but the the problem here is that um a lot of young women buy into this 1.00

00:14:24.460 so therefore this is how they cope with being 304s they look at it like oh i'm hooking up with guys

00:14:30.100 right but what's the difference between me hooking up with a guy or a guy hooking up with me

00:14:34.480 we're the same i could have a high body count too right and that's where um

00:14:42.800 sorry guys frank's uh here he's um anyway uh i think bro farted man studio smells 0.55

00:14:52.300 uh but anyway yeah so that that's kind of uh what it is so i've noticed this especially with younger

00:15:01.060 women that are in their 20s they conflate the male sexual strategy to female sexual strategy and 0.99

00:15:07.220 they try to make it and cope to themselves that oh these men are hoes too when it couldn't be further 0.98

00:15:12.360 from the truth you had two girls two guys two guys and you and notice how she called it a threesome 0.62

00:15:20.520 and not a train that's another example of her trying to equate the two yeah and you're proud of that

00:15:26.960 i'm not proud but that's what i'm saying i can't date men from out here they're easy

00:15:31.080 there we go they're easy threesome see how she's using the male paradigm to describe her promiscuity 1.00

00:15:38.640 as if it's an accomplishment this is something unique to only young women by the way okay this

00:15:46.540 is something unique to pretty much only these younger women born in the 2000s i don't live here 0.99

00:15:51.800 so you had one in your mouth and one in yeah basically whoa okay hold on it was a fun time

00:15:58.160 how did that even happen i met them i met them on six actually give me the story so she met them on

00:16:05.020 this street right here which i told you guys everyone's walking around drunk as hell on this 0.77

00:16:07.720 shit though like from your perspective my friend actually set us up she's not here she set us up 0.97

00:16:13.900 she's like you know the eiffel tower she's like you guys ever been to paris and they're like yeah 0.93

00:16:20.000 and like you want to go to paris with her like yeah and i was like yeah bruh

00:16:24.920 and they were just random guys that you met yeah that's that's why i couldn't date anyone from here

00:16:33.180 you see they're easy what made you even comfortable to let two men inside you at the same time i think

00:16:38.940 i was a little drunk i was very

00:16:40.920 very drunk actually was it consensual yeah it was consensual i had a great time

00:16:47.800 would you do it again definitely but uh two white men i i love me a white man

00:16:54.420 cooked man cooked and this is where we're going in society chat this is where we are headed okay

00:17:03.040 this is where we are headed all right i told you guys this before lots of like regular chicks be 304s 1.00

00:17:11.040 and you don't even know um and here's literally a perfect example right here perfect example

00:17:16.560 but yeah uh let me read some of these chats i pacheco says um thanks marn uh thanks to you

00:17:34.060 the goal here man i'm you know all you guys when you send me your success stories it's it's really

00:20:20.500 survivors this came out this morning and i was like oh shit oh shit right um and let's see here 0.88

00:20:29.420 because i think cnn just put out something 0.73

00:20:32.740 um

00:20:42.580 by law the justice department now has just a week left to release everything it has

00:21:18.820 comics ontario.ca on jeffrey epstein today democrats on the house oversight committee made their own

00:21:24.200 contribution to the public record putting out several dozen photos that were provided by the

00:21:29.100 jeffrey epstein estate now these are just some of the more yeah these are some crazy pictures bro they got

00:21:34.780 that boy with a picture of bannon for those of you that don't know rich uh steve bannon

00:21:42.720 you know a trump supporter what worked with uh worked for trump in the first administration

00:21:48.440 um he's he's a hardcore i would consider him a conservative populist right a lot of people like

00:21:57.480 him respected in the in the in the industry but one of the things that he can never live down

00:22:01.560 um is he kind of was a advisor for jeffrey epstein and he actually sat down guys and did several um

00:22:11.080 several interviews right several interviews with jeffrey epstein and he has hours of footage

00:22:18.200 but he's never released it notable one i think this one might this might be him right here actually

00:22:24.120 with epstein let's see though oh no and they took a selfie right here i know this picture

00:22:27.140 came out today crazy a ranking committee democrat congressman robert garcia calls them quote disturbing

00:22:33.860 and says they quote raise even more questions about epstein his relationships with some of the

00:22:38.940 most powerful men in the world to be clear though while the photos certainly do include photos of

00:22:44.260 powerful men the president included the committee provides absolutely no captions or descriptions

00:22:49.980 to put what we're seeing in any kind of context and none of the men has ever been charged with

00:22:55.220 any wrongdoing related to epstein none of the released images depict any sexual misconduct nor

00:23:00.660 believed to depict underage girls for instance there's this photo of then citizen trump with a woman on

00:23:06.260 a plane but no clue as to whose plane or which woman or when and where this was taken there's also an

00:23:12.420 image of him surrounded by women all of whose faces have been obscured again no information about who

00:23:18.420 these women are in the photo nor when and where this was taken the president weighed in on the photos tonight

00:23:25.220 well i haven't seen it but i mean everybody knew this man he was all over palm beach he has photos

00:23:29.780 with everybody i mean almost uh there are hundreds and hundreds of people that have photos with him

00:23:34.820 so that's no big deal i know nothing about it i'll give him credit that he um you know trump lets the

00:23:44.340 press come in and ask questions i give him credit for that we know biden would never let that happen

00:23:47.940 here we go here's the picture i'm talking about here's steve bannon alongside uh epstein the epstein was a

00:23:52.580 tall nigga bro because bannon's tall guys i've seen him in person a few times at uh these tpusa events 0.89

00:23:59.380 um so yeah i mean bannon's not short there are photos as well of epstein and conservative

00:24:06.420 podcaster steve bannon the president's former white house strategist and long-time booster but again

00:24:11.700 no context to the photos in one of them we see a framed photo on epstein's desk of a woman her face

00:24:17.540 is concealed apparently sprawled on a couch or the edge of a bed other photos show several more

00:24:23.140 well-known epstein acquaintances this film director woody allen with epstein apparently a filming

00:24:27.620 location there's epstein with the british billionaire sir richard branson there's a shot of bill gates

00:24:32.660 with britain's then prince andrew brah though again like all these photos no context this photo shows

00:24:42.420 former president bill clinton jeffrey epstein accomplice galaine maxwell and two other people

00:24:47.060 we should note that late tonight republican house oversight committee chairman james comer

00:24:51.300 threatened contempt proceedings against bill clinton and hillary clinton if they don't appear

00:24:55.540 for depositions on epstein next week also among the photos this one of a satirical trump condom made by

00:25:01.780 a new york novelty shop one of those condoms is actually on the smithsonian though it's not on display

00:25:07.700 and more photos of epstein himself one in a tub apparently taking a bubble bath another at a bookstore

00:25:13.300 barnes and noble apparently holding a book about himself over his face finally there's this unclear where

00:25:19.700 it was taken a gx 99 massage therapy system for those of you that are wondering the reason why he 0.99

00:25:26.740 he got so much money is because les wexner a hardcore is not you know what fuck it bro 0.97

00:25:32.660 i know it's hard to believe it's the whole forest not one tree and it's every branch 0.98

00:25:38.580 and leaf they're born to the sea but i'm telling you the truth it's not just one or two it's every 0.97

00:25:48.580 single jew they all hate you and it really breaks my heart but their lies are off the charts and they 1.00

00:26:35.060 all right

00:26:39.220 this used to be the guy that would get the girls for your boy 1.00

00:26:41.620 join me now democratic congresswoman melanie stansbury who sits on the committee that released

00:26:49.540 the photos congresswoman why did democrats on your committee choose to release these photos now and

00:26:55.300 can you give any context around them do you know the context of them yes so um i was briefed on this

00:27:02.180 release this afternoon as and as i understand it uh on thursday afternoon the estate notified the committee

00:27:09.940 that they had additional documents to produce in response to the subpoena that the committee had

00:27:15.620 issued this would be the fourth trunk of documents that have been released as you recall the first was

00:27:21.140 the birthday book the second was um flights schedules and a series of documents and the third were the

00:27:27.780 emails that were these explosive documents a few weeks ago and so the latest is a set of photographs

00:27:33.860 that seemed to come from an icloud account that jeffrey epstein held as well as um photos that were

00:27:40.580 attached to emails and as was explained to me by the attorneys from the committee there was no context

00:27:45.860 all right you guys want to have a little bit of fun we got this guy made an account uh 0.99

00:27:52.100 talking shit he says martin whenever i hear you talk 1.00

00:27:55.140 you try to sound cogent but you're just an idiot with a low iq audience 1.00

00:27:58.580 it's it's fucking hysterical by the way that you use the word cogent but then 1.00

00:28:04.340 literally a word later you misspell the word you are and you spell it with a you 0.97

00:28:09.780 if you're gonna go ahead and use vocabulary like that to insult me and then make a bunch of typos 1.00

00:28:16.420 sir you stupid you always generalize everything but you always fail to serve 1.00

00:28:22.580 the topic you are talking about is due justice okay stupid nigga how so 1.00

00:28:32.260 huh the guy that can't spell you correctly please explain how i generalize everything and i fail 0.99

00:28:40.980 to serve the topic and give it its due justice retard you're getting the pin of shame for today 0.96

00:28:46.820 it's been a while since we've done this so please explain that to me retard 0.97

00:28:57.300 anyway

00:28:59.460 sabrina ob says hey martin i want to clip your work can i clip osss only portions uh i just

00:29:03.460 want to respect your wishes thanks for all you do um if you're good at it go for it um beautiful

00:29:08.580 rachel wilson debating she hulk okay um lastly great good to see you martin

00:29:13.380 uh kamala harris yeah kamala harris uh says that she's gonna run again guys

00:29:20.900 she's gonna run again yeah i'll never understand bro um

00:29:25.940 like if you don't like me why are you watching like what's wrong with you guys a lot of you guys

00:29:33.220 dislike me but you guys are here it's very strange i don't watch streamers i don't like

00:29:38.340 i just don't do that it's weird but hey maybe i'm crazy provided by the estate so uh so these

00:29:48.660 there are 95 000 photos released by the estate the attorneys went to new york to meet with the estate

00:29:54.820 to authenticate oh y'all are cooking him in the rumble chat that these were indeed from the estate and

00:30:02.260 they were released to the committee as the attorneys explained to me they are only about 10 percent

00:30:07.620 through the entire photograph cache and that there are many more very very disturbing photographs

00:30:14.260 including potentially uh photographs of sex acts and other disturbing um photos in this cache of

00:30:21.700 documents and so um i don't know the specifics as to why the committee chose this representative few

00:30:27.700 photographs but certainly the photographs are quite disturbing and and just to be clear um what you

00:30:34.020 just said you said that there are other photographs that attorneys are still going through uh which may

00:30:40.900 show actual sex acts um are those attorneys for your committee or those from the epstein estate

00:30:47.380 it has the epstein estate actually handed over those images already yes they have so this is an actual

00:30:52.980 document production pursuant to the congressional subpoena so we subpoenaed these documents uh from

00:31:00.020 the estate and they've been producing various documents and various tranches so like i said this is the fourth

00:31:05.540 production and the attorneys for the committee which is a bipartisan set of attorneys so both democratic

00:31:12.340 and republican attorneys went to authenticate the the release of these documents so do you know how many

00:31:19.220 more photos your committee has and do you know when they they may be released um as was explained to me

00:31:26.740 by the attorneys today there's about 40 or sorry excuse me 95 000 photographs were released by the estate

00:31:33.540 yesterday so you have i mean i mean there's only been i don't know a dozen or so photographs released

00:31:42.740 now so you have almost 94 000 or plus photos still to go that's crazy go through or are going through

00:31:50.340 as i understand it that is what the staff and attorneys on the committee are going through right

00:31:54.820 now yes all right congresswoman melanie stansbury i appreciate it thank you thank you joining me now

00:31:59.780 former federal prosecutor professor at the cardoza school of law jessica roth and julie k brown award-winning

00:32:04.900 investigative reporter for the miami herald her work was vital in exposing the extent of epstein's

00:32:08.900 sex trafficking ring she's also the author of perversion of justice the jeffrey epstein story julie when

00:32:12.020 you hear that there are some 90 i mean it sounds like almost still 95 000 or 90 hey speaking about

00:32:16.260 a book guys me and aaron clary working on a book right now okay

00:32:24.340 hold on my computer's acting crazy um me and aaron clary are working on a book right now chat um

00:32:32.340 it's called why women deserve even less coming out february 14th 1.00

00:32:38.820 okay february 14th book coming out why women deserve even less i'm going to sell the book for

00:32:47.860 less and it's going to be less pages it's going to be hilarious

00:32:50.980 okay it's literally going to be hilarious so um stay tuned for that one i'm actually excited for

00:33:01.140 that one february 14th new book why women deserve even less book number two and then book number three 0.99

00:33:08.740 is why women deserve nothing they'll probably come in the next two years stay tuned ninjas 1.00

00:33:14.980 before more plus photos thousand photos still be released what what do you make i mean that's

00:33:19.540 that's a huge amount well they probably encompassed quite a number of years when he was in you know

00:33:25.300 doing his um sex trafficking in palm beach we know from my interviews with those victims that maxwell

00:33:30.660 giland maxwell his accomplice was taking a lot of photographs of those underage girls uh they had 0.97

00:33:34.420 reported that they were instructed at several points to pose provocatively in various sorry guys my

00:33:40.020 monitor acted crazy for a second sorry about that you guys got the black screen ages of undress and

00:33:45.140 part of it sometimes was just to give jeffrey a a present you know a birthday present or some kind

00:33:49.380 of a gift by with these pictures she she was with a camera all the time um i was told from some of

00:33:54.180 these victims so they could go back quite a ways that you know that was 20 years ago so um and the police

00:33:59.060 by the way when they raided his home back in 2005 his computers were already pulled out in other words

00:34:03.940 he was tipped off so they never got their hands on the uh the photographs back then they never got

00:34:08.740 their hands on his computers which presumably contain some of these photographs so it's a long

00:34:13.540 period of time probably that they have this information jessica why do you think some of

00:34:17.540 the faces were redacted by the committee and others not we haven't been provided with a full

00:34:20.900 explanation of that i mean that's among the many things that we don't have about the context for

00:34:23.540 these photographs i think the implication is that these may be redactions to protect the privacy of

00:34:27.300 the survivors we know that that is something that yeah that's the main reason that's really and then

00:34:31.380 grand jury material too that's why they've been so slow rolling uh slow rolling this out this

00:34:35.620 is appropriately concerned about the department of justice under the epstein transparency act is

00:34:38.740 permitted to make redactions for but there hasn't been a clear statement and they have not put

00:34:41.940 they have not said these faces are redacted because of because they are survivors that's my

00:34:46.740 understanding that certainly was not put out with the photographs to my understanding thus far

00:34:49.860 but again we don't have so much of the context for these photographs we don't have the dates

00:34:52.340 on which they were taken we don't have where they were taken or information about what was

00:34:55.380 happening at that moment when the photographs were taken sort of outside of the frame right

00:34:58.340 i mean some of these could be you know public events that people are just being photographed

00:35:01.060 with to the point that the president made i mean i think it's a fair point many people

00:35:03.940 had photographs of jeffrey epstein okay um we'll see what happens things getting declassified as

00:35:08.980 you guys know um the epstein thing is epstein is like the gift that keeps on giving bro

00:35:15.620 it really is man uh no guys we do have fresh and fit after hours don't worry 11 o'clock

00:35:21.220 11 o'clock we got after hours that's why i'm being very efficient with this episode today

00:35:25.460 we're not you know we're not covering too many different topics but yeah jeffrey epstein guys

00:35:31.140 um he's been in the game for a minute everyone knows who he is um and quite frankly

00:35:41.460 knew a lot of powerful people he had a scheme that he was doing with glade maxwell

00:35:45.060 who knows if we're going to get everything bro who knows so

00:35:51.220 let me see read some other chats here

00:35:55.460 when are the oss kippahs dropping from benjamin netanyahu okay bb uh for y'all jmar and after

00:36:03.380 hours tonight uh if you have time for the husband's store skit and we'll see bro we got a guest in

00:36:09.540 the house today we got um austin dunham so it might be a little bit different uh get big

00:36:14.100 will push us myron i know that you'll never be fake to your friends and i respect you for that but

00:36:17.940 it's discouraging here you say men say it out is then you never call fresh out on his

00:36:21.540 bullshit he doesn't practice what he preaches you know that still has work to do in the gym 0.95

00:36:26.020 that he's been saying he'd put in for the last five years chases women's and loves your items and 1.00

00:36:29.540 just doesn't represent red pill telling your friend to tighten the fuck up isn't being fake

00:36:33.300 it's being real um i've already spoke more fresh plenty of times behind the scenes bro 0.99

00:36:38.580 about this shit okay i don't know what you're talking about because he's getting in the gym he's 0.98

00:36:43.620 been training really hard he's lost weight he downsizes car fleet he doesn't wear jewelry 0.99

00:36:49.300 anymore i don't know what your criticism is bro or why are you complaining he literally is doing all

00:36:54.820 the things that you're complaining about right now maybe you don't watch pressure fit you haven't seen 0.81

00:36:59.220 him in a while i don't know but he's already done all that shit bro so yeah dude he's been on a 0.85

00:37:08.100 self-improvement journey for a while now so i don't know where this is coming from i'll give you the 0.70

00:37:12.980 benefit of the doubt and assume you haven't seen him recently um marion got me watching uh anderson

00:37:20.100 cooper hey it happens bro okay so this story i want to cover next guys um this one actually hits very

00:37:27.300 close to home okay i don't know if i told you guys this before um but eric conover for those of you

00:37:34.340 that don't know is a very popular youtuber um his channel has like

00:37:40.100 let me look here

00:37:45.460 like probably two or three million subscribers

00:37:48.820 yeah 2.81 right here he is right here

00:37:52.980 2.81 million uh subscribers now you guys are probably wondering why are we talking about this

00:37:58.420 guy so before i go into that he runs a real estate channel right covers uh luxury real estate he'll go in

00:38:06.180 there look touring the most expensive house uh you know top seven travel travel incredible things

00:38:12.740 whatever it's basically like a vlog slash real estate channel right and lifestyle uh you can see here he

00:38:21.060 battled alcohol stopped drinking throwing the most expensive mansion

00:38:25.540 gilad in america throwing a 400 year old gothic new york city mansion

00:38:30.180 right and i remember his videos started right with him the internet moving to new york city as a

00:38:38.260 broke college grad and kind of working his way up and he was able to build a life for himself you

00:38:43.780 know he was able to get on youtube and you know really grow his channel and really start you know

00:38:48.020 taking this thing to the next here so again it's a sunken entrance going below street level

00:38:52.900 which back in the day i'll head on inside this would be the entrance for he did a workout with um

00:39:00.580 um who did he do a workout with the guy that eric on over who was it the guy that plays fucking thor 0.97

00:39:08.820 where is it where's the guy there we go boom with chris emsworth right this is working out for 90

00:39:22.420 probably wondering why are we talking about this random guy well i'll tell you why i know eric very

00:39:28.260 well right it actually kind of bothers me to see him going through this um he was my teammate guys

00:39:33.540 when we rode on the northeastern rowing team falcon punch right this is a guy that i used to go to

00:39:40.500 practice with every morning this is a guy that i knew very well this is a guy i trained alongside

00:39:45.380 right uh competed with competed alongside and obviously when you play a sport with someone at

00:39:52.740 a division one level um you really get to get a different side right um and it's really uh

00:40:02.660 unfortunate to see what he's going through right now because this is a guy that had it all chad

00:40:09.300 6364 probably a multi-millionaire at that point doing these types of videos right doing workouts

00:40:17.460 with a-list celebrities right and i remember i'll never forget he started his youtube channel when 0.85

00:40:24.500 he first started his youtube channel all of us were like what the fuck this guy just because he moved to 0.56

00:40:29.220 new york city right after graduated from northeastern i think he was a year above me right he was a year 0.90

00:40:34.420 older than me he graduates from northeastern and just like moves to new york city with no job

00:40:38.580 and just starts vlogging himself walking around living in a cramped ass apartment with his girlfriend 0.57

00:40:44.900 being broke and bro literally vlogged himself and built up a channel and built up his audience

00:40:53.940 and you can see the growth as he was um climbing and i was happy for him bro we actually it's funny

00:41:03.620 man like two years ago i had hit him up i said bro we need to bring you on the show 0.65

00:41:08.740 what are the fucking chances that two former uh northeastern rowing alumni are now big youtubers 0.87

00:41:13.140 right um and he was like yeah i'm down i'm down blah blah etc even though it would be a huge brand 0.97

00:41:19.060 risk for him as you guys can see he makes normie content right so um but we we were very cool you

00:41:24.500 know we were very cool um so i ain't gonna lie to y'all man this is this is a little uh disturbing for

00:41:30.740 me to see what he's going through um we'll kind of go through it real quick but this is the background

00:41:35.220 um between me and eric okay not to be confused my other buddy eric that you guys saw me uh pictures

00:41:43.540 like oh you're gay blah blah this is another eric but um yeah situation for everyone present that

00:43:17.380 youtuber eric conover built his name on luxury tours and viral videos but now

00:43:35.380 for is absolutely nuts guys you're gonna see here in a second hit an officer and sparked a miles long

00:43:40.500 chase and now in a dramatic courtroom turn conover has entered a new plea and has learned his fate

00:44:07.300 million subscribers and by the way you may watch his videos you may know him from his glamorous tours

00:44:31.780 spotted speeding and it's alleged that during that chase he intentionally plowed into a bartlett

00:44:36.420 police officer who was thrown 40 feet and then led police on another pursuit now at first he was

00:49:58.860 Conover was charged with attempted murder, among other felonies.

00:50:01.700 In court, he made explosive...

00:50:02.800 Milo says, I hope everyone enjoys y'all Friday night.

00:50:04.540 Absolutely.

00:50:05.200 Claims, vowing to eviscerate anyone who questioned his mental competency.

00:50:08.760 And actually, with that in mind, the case became a battle over his mental state.

00:50:12.040 Yeah, so after he got arrested, man, he made this really strange video saying, I would eviscerate any of you that come after my competency.

00:50:18.660 I'll use my intelligence. 0.99

00:50:19.620 I was like, what the fuck, bro? 1.00

00:50:21.280 Crazy. 1.00

00:50:22.060 Defense claiming that he suffered from this severe bipolar... 0.84

00:50:24.940 Because I know this guy personally.

00:50:26.380 So, like, for him to act crazy like this, this goes to show, man, I guess you never really know what people are going through.

00:50:33.180 He never gave an inkling of craziness.

00:50:37.080 And I was around this guy every day, all day.

00:50:40.980 Right? 0.99

00:50:41.360 Anyone that's played a Division I sport knows, like, you're around your teammates all the fucking time, dude. 0.99

00:50:45.160 So this guy never gave me an inkling of being crazy. 0.98

00:50:50.240 Manic episode at the time this all happened.

00:50:52.260 The prosecution, the state alleged that he was plotting to use that as a legal strategy and was kind of making it up.

00:50:56.620 And that high-stakes legal battle has now reached a sudden and dramatic conclusion.

00:51:01.180 Why?

00:51:01.820 Because Eric Conover appeared in court.

00:51:03.960 And this time, his tone was completely different than what we heard before.

00:51:08.120 And that was a difficult situation for everyone present.

00:51:09.800 Yeah, the buzz is coming from the courtroom, guys.

00:51:12.340 So you're going to hear a buzz.

00:51:12.980 I'm going to unmute this.

00:51:13.620 You guys are going to hear a buzz.

00:51:14.360 Yeah.

00:51:15.160 But it's from the courtroom, not me.

00:51:17.220 That is a stunning shift.

00:51:21.460 The YouTuber who once vowed to fight these charges, claiming police lied on paperwork, that this was a sting against him,

00:51:26.880 he now stood before a judge and changed the course of his case forever.

00:51:30.080 To understand why what happened in court is so significant,

00:51:33.100 and what, by the way, we can expect his life to look like now, I mean, how many years in prison is he going to get,

00:51:37.280 we have to really understand the full story of this case.

00:51:40.140 Because honestly, at times, it's stranger than fiction.

00:51:42.480 You have Eric Conover, 36 years old, big presence on YouTube, star, nearly 3 million subscribers.

00:51:48.140 His whole channel is about luxury.

00:51:49.740 He tours these insane multi-million dollar mansions.

00:51:51.840 He makes lifestyle videos about living in expensive cities.

00:51:54.480 His whole brand is about glamour and aspiration.

00:51:56.320 And it was that brand that was shattered on March 15th of this year in rural New Hampshire when, according to police,

00:52:01.880 Conover was spotted speeding in his Jeep going 55 in a 35.

00:52:05.660 When officers tried to pull him over, he took off, leading them first on an eight-mile.

00:52:09.720 That's nuts, bro.

00:52:11.280 Taking off from the cops?

00:52:12.500 Now, Chase.

00:52:13.340 Now, authorities say he eventually stopped,

00:52:15.200 and that is when Bartlett police officer Cameron Emmett approached the vehicle on foot.

00:52:18.800 And prosecutors claim the Conover then intentionally drove into officer Emmett, rolled up on the hood. 0.98

00:52:25.180 When this story broke, I was fucking shocked, man. 0.96

00:52:27.520 Police reports say the officer was thrown 40 feet, suffered significant injuries. 0.98

00:52:31.880 Thankfully,

00:52:32.080 Imagine you get hit by a car and you fly 40 feet.

00:52:38.940 Bruh.

00:52:39.700 He's alive.

00:52:40.380 But instead of stopping, Conover took off again, leading police on a second 28-mile chase.

00:52:44.900 At one point, witnesses said he was pumping his fist in the air through the sunroof.

00:52:48.100 Now, police were finally able to stop him.

00:52:49.500 They used

00:52:49.680 What?

00:52:51.560 Bro.

00:52:52.800 Spike strips to end the pursuit.

00:52:54.260 So first, the charges were very severe.

00:52:56.220 Attempted murder, first-degree assault, and reckless conduct.

00:52:58.700 Now, I mentioned that prosecutors initially said that this was intentional.

00:53:01.580 What he did with the officer, as reported by WMUR,

00:53:04.520 it appeared that the attempted murder charge was actually thrown out months ago.

00:53:07.540 As Carroll County attorney Keith Blair explained,

00:53:09.500 there wasn't enough evidence to prove that he had the intent to kill the officer that he ran over.

00:53:13.860 So they move over with the other charges.

00:53:15.340 But from the very beginning, Conover's own words in the courtroom,

00:53:18.480 that is what became the big part of this story.

00:53:20.940 He was defiant.

00:53:22.280 He made claims about police conspiracies.

00:53:24.360 He talked about his celebrity status.

00:53:25.840 And then he issued this statement to the court during his arraignment.

00:53:28.480 If anyone dares try to test my mental confidence,

00:53:30.720 I will eviscerate every single person with my intelligence right now. 0.99

00:53:34.340 Bro. 0.99

00:53:36.940 I don't know, guys.

00:53:37.920 It's surreal. 1.00

00:53:39.200 Because it's one thing to see someone doing this shit. 0.99

00:53:42.360 It's another thing when you know them in person, bro. 1.00

00:53:45.040 Like, bro.

00:53:57.440 Here he is.

00:53:58.180 Here he is.

00:54:00.720 Like, it's crazy, man.

00:54:27.040 Here I am right here.

00:54:28.740 People use this picture against me all the time.

00:54:30.520 And I'm like, okay.

00:54:31.660 I was an athlete. 0.99

00:54:32.360 You got a fucking problem with that? 0.99

00:54:34.700 But yeah, man. 0.99

00:54:35.680 We're literally on a team at the same time, dude. 0.99

00:54:37.860 Fucking nuts. 0.99

00:54:43.300 And that's not being egotistical. 0.99

00:54:44.660 He claimed he was the target of a police sting, denied the claim, stating that he'd been sober

00:54:48.420 for over 1,500 days, insisted police had falsified the paperwork.

00:54:51.660 The judge ordered him held without bail, by the way.

00:54:53.500 And what followed was a...

00:54:54.460 And that's something new because when we were in college, when we were training, he didn't

00:54:59.280 drink like that.

00:54:59.980 None of us really drank like that.

00:55:01.240 This guy was never an alcoholic in college.

00:55:03.760 Right?

00:55:05.800 Which is always very disappointing.

00:55:08.040 You know, you make it through college without being an alcoholic, then you graduate, and then

00:55:10.940 you become an alcoholic. 1.00

00:55:11.680 It's like, bro, what the fuck? 1.00

00:55:13.560 Unslong fight over his mental competency. 1.00

00:55:15.620 In other words, does a criminal defendant know what's going on?

00:55:17.460 Can they participate in their defense?

00:55:18.920 Do they understand the legal process as it's happening?

00:55:20.820 And as reported by WMUR, there was first a competency hearing held in March.

00:55:24.420 Then Conover was ordered to be sent to a mental health institution for 30 days.

00:55:27.680 And in April, he was deemed competent.

00:55:29.120 But then you had the second mental health issue.

00:55:31.000 And this is different than competency.

00:55:32.700 Insanity.

00:55:33.280 So it was reported that his defense was preparing an insanity defense.

00:55:37.360 The problem was, it seemed the prosecutors were skeptical from the start about any sort of

00:55:40.780 mental health crisis that he may have suffered.

00:55:42.520 Because they introduced recorded conversations that he had with his father in jail.

00:55:48.060 Where he allegedly said, quote, mental health crisis is our go-to.

00:55:51.620 We plead mental illness and get me to Dartmouth Hitchhawk Medical Center to a nice facility.

00:55:57.160 Yeah.

00:55:58.380 Cooked.

00:56:00.220 Cooked.

00:56:01.580 Bro, bro's not a criminal.

00:56:03.300 So I guess he doesn't know that they record those phone calls.

00:56:05.800 Now, by the way, that was all introduced during the competency issue.

00:56:08.580 But again, general issue nonetheless about is his mental health struggles, these alleged

00:56:12.480 mental health struggles, are they real?

00:56:13.820 Can he assert an insanity defense?

00:56:15.160 This is probably going to come up.

00:56:16.160 But now we go back to what just happened.

00:56:17.620 The trial's on the horizon, okay?

00:56:19.420 And Eric Conover walks into a Carroll County courtroom and made a choice that changed everything.

00:56:24.260 He took a plea deal and pleaded guilty to two felony charges.

00:56:27.560 First degree assault and reckless conduct.

00:56:29.680 And in exchange for that, he was sentenced to a range of four to ten years in state prison.

00:56:34.720 Conover addressed the court.

00:56:35.760 Yeah, I mean, they probably got him on body cam and everything. 1.00

00:56:38.780 Like, he's not going to win this shit, bro. 0.99

00:56:40.760 And they're not going to give him the insane defense. 1.00

00:56:42.900 So, yeah, he's got to fucking take the deal. 0.97

00:56:45.440 The man who once promised to eviscerate people had a very different tone. 0.99

00:56:49.780 I know it was a difficult situation for everyone present that day.

00:56:52.420 And I deeply regret my actions.

00:56:53.820 And by the way, that officer that he hit, Cameron Emmett, provided a victim impact statement.

00:56:57.940 Oh.

00:57:01.260 Bro, you know it's going to be bad when the victims show up and give a victim impact statement, man.

00:57:05.240 You can clearly see he has an arm and a sling here because he can't get it through the jacket.

00:57:12.380 Bruh.

00:57:13.100 The court's saying that what happened to him permanently changed him.

00:57:16.360 Okay, so to help us understand the legal strategy here, the surprising conclusion, by the way, what we can expect for his prison term to actually be.

00:57:22.400 We are joined right now by seasoned trial attorney, friend of the show, Rich Schoenstein.

00:57:26.140 Rich, thank you so much for coming on.

00:57:27.180 It's good to see you.

00:57:27.940 Okay, why do you plead guilty?

00:57:28.880 I don't know about seasoned, though.

00:57:30.760 But otherwise, my pleasure.

00:57:31.540 Isn't that a good thing?

00:57:32.240 I don't think it's an age thing.

00:57:34.560 I think it means you're so experienced and so well-read.

00:57:36.740 And you're like our-

00:57:37.620 Listen to a little bit of commentary on this on the next topic.

00:57:39.700 Wealth of knowledge.

00:57:40.380 I think it's a good thing.

00:57:40.940 That's how I want people to plead guilty, wants people to avoid going to trial.

00:57:45.520 And so there is some benefit to doing that if you feel like you have no chance.

00:57:49.340 Yeah, and I'll get into what the potential person sentence could be now.

00:57:51.600 But, you know, there is a shift here.

00:57:53.100 There is a shift in the strategy.

00:57:54.400 I mean, for months, the defense seemed to have been building up this mental health issue,

00:57:57.560 right?

00:57:57.680 It was a case first around competency, and then it was potentially an insanity defense,

00:58:02.100 two different things.

00:58:02.900 But the state was alleging at the beginning that this was a calculated move.

00:58:06.120 And that all changed with a guilty plea.

00:58:08.500 And I'm curious, let's start here.

00:58:10.520 If you were pushing forward with this, it was a manic episode, you know, it wasn't in control,

00:58:15.400 there was an insanity issue here.

00:58:17.000 And I'll talk about what New Hampshire law says about insanity.

00:58:19.140 Does that mean if he pleads guilty now that all that wasn't true?

00:58:22.580 Or does that he's probably going to get somewhere between

00:58:24.740 two to five years or probably serve one or two and get out on good behavior?

00:58:31.900 I just mean, hey, that's what I predict.

00:58:33.900 He's pleading guilty.

00:58:34.960 We just didn't think that that was going to be a successful defense or didn't want to try

00:58:37.420 that defense.

00:58:38.020 It doesn't take away what we really believe happened.

00:58:39.480 If you're the defense, I mean, how do you reconcile it?

00:58:41.620 Well, I think it means you didn't think you could prevail on that argument at trial.

00:58:45.380 If you had a defendant and you thought you had a really solid insanity defense or some

00:58:49.740 related defense, you probably wouldn't be inclined to settle and have your client be

00:58:54.520 incarcerated.

00:58:55.340 So it tells me they didn't think they were going to prevail on that issue.

00:58:58.620 Does he seem troubled and disturbed from the facts?

00:59:01.280 Absolutely.

00:59:02.180 But we face this all the time.

00:59:03.620 You know, to me, somebody who would do what he did seems at a minimum imbalanced.

00:59:09.520 When does that become insane to the extent that it would be a defense in a criminal case,

00:59:14.560 right?

00:59:14.940 There's a line somewhere.

00:59:15.960 But what I get from this is that his lawyers didn't think they were going to prevail one

00:59:20.140 way or another.

00:59:21.140 By the way, insanity loss.

00:59:22.260 I did a little quick research on New Hampshire law on insanity.

00:59:24.740 It is a little different in this state than it is in other jurisdictions, as far as I'm

00:59:27.920 seeing.

00:59:28.180 So from what I could find, it seems like they follow a different rule, that a criminal defendant

00:59:31.940 is not criminally responsible if what they did was a product of a mental disease or defect.

00:59:36.360 It doesn't require, my understanding, it doesn't require an official diagnosis of a mental

00:59:40.300 illness or disorder.

00:59:41.420 So it feels like those questions are decided at trial.

00:59:43.260 Still tough to prove, but it's arguably more broad than what we typically see in other

00:59:47.320 jurisdictions.

00:59:47.780 So I do wonder what that would have even looked like trying to argue that at trial.

00:59:51.600 Hey guys, if you ever smash that like button, by the way, we got 547 likes.

00:59:55.500 We got like three or 4,000 of you guys watching.

00:59:57.300 And could it potentially have been successful?

00:59:59.360 I mean, maybe, maybe not.

01:00:00.820 Yeah, I don't know if it was going to be.

01:00:02.220 From what I know about this case, you have somebody who leads a productive life, is successful

01:00:07.000 on a level who seems to be pretty smart and capable.

01:00:09.760 And he wants to say, I just had this one manic incident and I drove recklessly and could

01:00:14.980 have killed a bunch of people. 0.73

01:00:16.100 And it's a product of this mental condition I have. 0.73

01:00:19.400 That seems to me to be a stretch.

01:00:20.680 I mean, that would seem to be hard to get a jury to believe that this otherwise...

01:00:24.540 Bro, this just goes to show, you might know someone so well, but you don't know the demons

01:00:27.800 that they're dealing with behind the scenes, bro. 0.99

01:00:30.660 Never saw this fucking coming with this guy. 0.99

01:00:32.900 It's surreal. 1.00

01:00:33.960 Like, looking at this and seeing him go through this and it's like, what the fuck happened? 0.98

01:00:38.400 Like, what happened? 0.96

01:00:46.760 ...as competent person, like him or not, had a break that led to this.

01:00:51.780 No sympathy for this guy.

01:00:52.740 Let me be clear.

01:00:53.140 No sympathy for this guy.

01:00:53.960 But, you know, driving so fast, going on a first eight mile, you know, chase, then a

01:00:58.620 28 mile chase, running over an officer, hand in the air.

01:01:01.600 It seems like the product of somebody who's...

01:01:04.080 Cash says, interview him in jail.

01:01:05.600 No, he didn't incriminate himself, bro.

01:01:06.720 It would have to be after he gets out.

01:01:09.400 Definitely doesn't want to talk now.

01:01:13.720 Not in their right mind.

01:01:14.760 But then again, you couple that with the recorded phone calls in jail with his father.

01:01:18.500 Now, on one hand, you say, oh my gosh, the state's right.

01:01:20.360 He's been faking all of this, deliberately trying to put forward this mental health excuse,

01:01:23.640 which doesn't work.

01:01:24.340 Or, I mean, I guess the other way of looking at it is maybe he really did have a manic

01:01:27.200 episode and saying, hey, that's my best defense.

01:01:28.840 It's true.

01:01:29.200 That's my best offense.

01:01:29.940 That's what I have to go with.

01:01:30.740 But I don't know if a jury would have saw it that way, if those phone calls would have come in.

01:01:33.460 Yeah, I would have asked if I was the prosecutor and that had gone to trial.

01:01:37.640 Can't anybody who's ever had a high-speed chase now say this?

01:01:40.820 Isn't a high-speed chase inherently a manic incident?

01:01:44.020 And so are we just going to say that anyone who would engage in a high-speed chase,

01:01:47.740 therefore, must be suffering from some kind of mental condition that acquits them of responsibility

01:01:52.200 of engaging in the high-speed chase, that doesn't make any sense.

01:01:55.520 But you talked about the phone calls with the father, and that gets to another issue,

01:02:00.240 which is it seems like this whole argument may have been manufactured.

01:02:04.740 By the way, talking about why he might have pled guilty, very big personality on social

01:02:09.760 media, well, on YouTube, almost over, you know, we're talking about 3 million subscribers.

01:02:13.640 I wonder if any of that could have come into evidence in any way, aside from jury selection.

01:02:17.180 Hey, do you know this guy?

01:02:17.760 Do you follow his videos?

01:02:18.460 Do you think any of his content could have come in?

01:02:22.360 No, not unless it was somehow related to the facts at issue.

01:02:25.980 You know, we don't show much of the regular life of a criminal defendant, partially because

01:02:31.260 it might prejudice the jury against him to show that this is the kind of person he is.

01:02:35.080 I guess the defense sometimes can show that kind of stuff if they want to prove that he's

01:02:39.460 a great dude and he has this productive life and he's successful on YouTube, if that's a

01:02:43.440 thing you want to show a jury.

01:02:44.760 But I don't think it would have been used by the prosecution at all.

01:02:47.460 Well, four to 10 years, what does he get?

01:02:49.340 And that's a range right there, right?

01:02:51.520 First of all, when you think about the overall case, the original attempted murder charge could

01:02:54.960 have meant decades in prison, if not life in prison.

01:02:57.420 But as I mentioned before, prosecutors seemingly dropped that they could improve intent to kill.

01:03:01.440 It feels like a victory for him, four to 10 years in prison, considering what he was

01:03:05.440 originally facing and what the charges were here.

01:03:08.040 But what do you think he would serve?

01:03:09.880 I mean, that is a range there.

01:03:11.300 Yeah, it is a range.

01:03:13.360 And I don't know specifically what the rules are there for when he would get a parole opportunity,

01:03:17.840 if it could even come in under that range.

01:03:19.820 But this is his idea, right?

01:03:21.340 Plead guilty to a charge that's less drastic.

01:03:24.320 I mean, I think the attempted murder charge in this case was a stretch anyway.

01:03:27.100 I don't think he was trying to kill somebody on the road like that.

01:03:30.140 He put him on the hood and drove with him and pushed him 40 feet.

01:03:33.020 The guy's lucky to be alive.

01:03:34.300 Yeah, but I mean, I agree.

01:03:35.660 Listen, I agree he shouldn't have done it.

01:03:37.600 Was he trying to kill the officer?

01:03:40.520 I don't know.

01:03:40.940 But put that aside.

01:03:41.580 Go back to your original question.

01:03:42.900 Yeah.

01:03:43.120 He's making a good deal here to get four to 10 years, presumably if he behaves himself

01:03:47.680 and he does what he can do and he engages in rehabilitation efforts and blah, blah, blah.

01:03:51.720 He's a model citizen.

01:03:52.520 At a minimum, he gets out at the low end of that range and possibly he even gets out sooner.

01:03:57.680 So maybe this guy could be out three or four years and then resume with his life.

01:04:02.020 And that to him probably is a victory because if he had taken this case to trial,

01:04:06.240 I don't think he had a path to victory and he could get a very severe sentence.

01:04:09.680 I also wonder, though, his comments.

01:04:10.980 So even putting aside the recorded jailhouse phone calls,

01:04:13.940 which I imagine would come into the analysis later on if he's ever released.

01:04:16.880 But we had these two versions of Eric Conover in the record.

01:04:19.680 The one who vowed to eviscerate the system, said that this was a plot against him,

01:04:24.040 that there was false records against him.

01:04:25.860 And then the one who stood in court expressing regret.

01:04:28.320 And first, you know, for a judge weighing a sentence, I did wonder, let's start there.

01:04:31.520 How much does that affect, you know, if you have a defendant who is

01:04:34.900 acting one way and then apparently showing remorse another way,

01:04:37.740 is that why you saw the four to ten range?

01:04:39.320 And I wonder if that affects whether he gets the lower end or the higher end.

01:04:43.380 Yeah, I don't know about that.

01:04:44.360 I have a wildly speculative theory, if you want to hear it,

01:04:47.360 about his initial comments that the system was against him.

01:04:51.020 I think he was testing, workshopping, so to say, a defense of everybody's out to get me.

01:04:56.220 I mean, we've seen now there's this tendency for parts of the public to get behind criminal

01:05:01.400 defendants, even contribute money to their defenses, protests, their proceedings against

01:05:06.500 them.

01:05:07.080 And maybe he was hoping he could tap into some of that by saying this was rigged against

01:05:11.760 him.

01:05:12.280 You mean like followers showing up to the court?

01:05:14.220 Yeah, exactly.

01:05:15.320 Maybe he thought he could be the next Karen Reed.

01:05:17.380 All right. 0.99

01:05:19.600 Fucking insane. 0.99

01:05:20.520 Let me read some of these chats. 0.99

01:05:33.860 made in the past.

01:05:34.820 I won't lie.

01:05:35.340 There have been moments where I've thought about pulling the plug.
