00:00:00.920 And we are live. What's up, guys? Welcome to Fed It. Sorry for the delay, guys. I just came from the gym and I was getting some things in place to make sure that this broadcast comes off nice and smooth and we don't have any issues as far as sound or anything else.
00:00:16.000 Quick, I'll hit the super chat real fast. We got a peanut in the house. Shout out to you. Peanut Patootie, five bucks all the way from Great Britain.
00:00:21.720 Welcome back, Miami Myron. How does it feel to be back after spending a couple days of NY in NY?
00:00:27.380 Guys, it was good. Don DeMarco for you. It was a lot of fun out there in NYC.
00:00:33.480 For some of you guys that don't know, I'm originally from Connecticut, so I'm very familiar with New York City, even though I think it sucks.
00:00:39.480 And yeah, you know, it was cold as hell, but you know, it is what it is. You got to do what you got to do, right?
00:00:43.540 We went and we did an interview with Flay Grant and then we did two podcasts with our boy DJ Academic. Shout out to him.
00:00:49.340 We did one with him. We talked about, you know, getting canceled from everyone being all mad at us.
00:00:54.480 And then we also did one with Brittany Renner, which is actually a very good, constructive conversation.
00:00:59.320 She is actually really cool in person. And honestly, she kind of understands if you guys, I think the episode is probably out by now, but she's not delusional.
00:01:08.060 She understands that, you know, her social media prowess and her past is going to come back to haunt her, unlike a lot of other girls who think,
00:01:14.200 Oh, well, I still deserve, you know, a top tier guy, regardless of my past. And like for her, she at least accepts it.
00:01:19.460 So that's, you know, and that's the thing with me. Like I always tell girls, do whatever you want, but just understand that there's consequences.
00:01:24.820 And she definitely understands there's consequences. But other than that, what else?
00:01:29.300 We had a, we had the broadcast of flagrant academics. We hung out with some, with some ladies at a club.
00:01:35.160 Oh, I got to switch the branding up. My bad guys. It's not fresh or fit after hours. It's a fetid.
00:01:38.820 Oh man, my bad. Let me switch this back up. So we are here. Yeah. After hours like, wait, where's the girls? What's going on here?
00:01:49.320 So let me see here. Let me know guys, if audio and everything is good. Give me ones in the chat and then we're going to get this bad boy going here.
00:01:55.400 We got two other shows for you guys, by the way. I'm doing three shows today. I got this one for you guys with Push Icy, which I apologize last time I couldn't do it.
00:02:01.040 We didn't have time because we had to catch the plane. And then we got, today we're going to break down Columbia game.
00:02:06.920 And then we're also going to break down, you know, after, obviously, and after our show, but the Brit, the Columbia game is going to be huge for you guys.
00:02:13.700 Okay. Marion, you was cooking on that off the record. Shout out to you standing on your beliefs. Yeah, bro. You know, people are going to hate, man.
00:02:20.020 It is what it is. Okay. We got ones in the chat. Awesome. But I just have to say it, bro. I'm tired of everyone having a victim mindset.
00:02:25.020 Everyone wants to cry. Oh my God. It was a racist bias. Oh my God. It's like, bro, just shut up. Like you cannot control how people perceive you.
00:02:33.340 And on top of that, the world doesn't owe you understanding. People are going to be racist.
00:02:36.540 People are going to be biased. It is what it is. You either can accept it and adapt and move on, or you can cry about it and try to cancel them.
00:02:42.380 But it's like, bro, it ain't going to work. And it's funny because our biggest attractors right now are a demographic that we don't even care to appease to.
00:02:49.800 You know what I'm saying? It's keep it all the way. 1,000. It's typically African-American women that are coming at me all angry.
00:02:54.660 Like you're so messed up. You're racist. You hate your own colors. Like, bro, this content is not for you guys.
00:02:59.640 So get the hell out of here. We don't care what y'all think. But anyway, that's not what we're here to talk about.
00:03:04.000 We're not here to talk about intersexual dynamics. Today, we're here to break down the Pooh Shiesty case, guys.
00:03:08.920 And a lot has been going on with this one. He recently accepted a plea deal, actually.
00:03:15.180 Which, you know what? I will pull up that plea deal as well for you guys.
00:03:18.400 But I was going to go over the case with you guys, give you my predictions of what I think is going to happen.
00:03:22.400 Because there are so many things on this case, man, that have me a little concerned.
00:03:28.760 But yeah, we'll break it down. We'll go through the actual affidavit that was used.
00:03:35.000 And we'll go through the indictment, as you guys know.
00:03:36.740 On this channel, we break down criminal cases, whether it's a celebrity, rappers, whatever it is.
00:03:42.860 And we read the documents. And I actually walk you guys through probably what the investigators were thinking as they were running the case.
00:03:50.560 And yeah, so hold on. Let me pull up this case.
00:03:53.760 We're going to walk through a couple of things because there was a couple of things that went down with the King of Diamonds incident.
00:03:59.000 And then the Bell Harbor shooting, et cetera. And we're going to put it all together.
00:04:02.660 But first and foremost, before I pull up this guilty stuff, let's go over who is Pooh Shiesty.
00:04:08.300 Because some of you guys might say, yo, who is this guy? What's going on here?
00:04:11.260 So let's break this down, all right? So let's start getting into this bad boy.
00:04:16.580 Let me pull this up. And I'm going to make sure you guys can actually see the screen here.
00:04:20.500 So here's the Wikipedia page, guys. Nice and simple. Okay, this is Pooh Shiesty.
00:04:23.880 Lontrell Donnell Williams Jr. Memorize that name, guys, because when we read all the court documents, it's going to be Williams, okay?
00:04:30.420 Born November 8, 1999. Young guy in his early 20s. Better known by his stage name.
00:04:34.580 Pooh Shiesty is an American rapper from Memphis, Tennessee.
00:04:37.640 He has signed a Gucci Mane 1017 Records and Atlantic Records.
00:04:40.120 He rose to fame in 2020 from his collaborations with the rapper and other artists within the label.
00:04:45.900 He is perhaps best known for his 2020 single, Back in Blood, featuring rapper Lil Durk.
00:04:50.360 Pooh Shiesty released his debut commercial mixtape, Shiesty Season, on February 5, 2021,
00:04:55.020 which peaked at number three on the U.S. Billboard 200.
00:04:58.520 His stage name was given by his late brother, and it comes from his childhood nickname, Mr. Pooh.
00:05:02.940 And the name Shiesty, referring to his lifestyle, he received a co-sign from fellow Memphis rapper, Juicy J.
00:05:08.260 Hey, okay, so this is him in 2021.
00:05:10.800 You know, brr, brr, you know what I'm saying?
00:05:12.200 Mr. Burr himself signed with 1017.
00:05:14.740 Well, yo, which is crazy.
00:05:15.660 Everybody that signed under 1017 with Gucci is in jail right now.
00:05:19.560 It's crazy, bro.
00:05:20.640 Coach DeGose, Pooh Shiesty.
00:05:22.060 There was another guy that, like, I forget his name exactly, but he cut off his ankle monitor.
00:05:26.120 So, yeah, so he had the legal issues, guys.
00:05:28.220 So, and we're going to read the news article as well, but since they have it summed up here.
00:05:32.200 On October 13, 2020, Williams was arrested in connection to a shooting in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida.
00:05:37.200 He faced several charges, including armed robbery, aggravated assault, and battery in criminal theft.
00:05:41.460 He was released in custody on the same day of his arrest.
00:05:43.780 On June 9, 2021, Williams arrested again, this time in connection to a shooting at a strip club in Northwest Miami-Dade.
00:05:49.620 Williams was held with no bond and stayed jailed despite the victim of the shooting recanting.
00:05:54.660 On June 29, he was indicted over the Bay Harbor Islands robbery.
00:05:57.400 And on July 8, he was ordered by the federal judge to be held without bond pending trial.
00:06:02.080 And then on January 4, 2022, Williams pleaded guilty to federal conspiracy charges, which we will break those down today, actually, guys.
00:06:09.560 We're going to go through the documents.
00:06:11.080 But that's just, I guess, at a bird's eye view.
00:06:13.580 Who is Pooh Shiesty now that you guys know?
00:06:16.120 Let me see here if we got any chats.
00:06:18.920 And, guys, I'm going to do a Q&A at the end of this, so don't worry.
00:06:22.160 And I will be, anything that's, any super chats that come in, I will put them on screen.
00:06:26.600 And I will read them as well during the show.
00:06:30.580 And we got here at Mo Marizzo, five bucks.
00:06:32.360 What's good, Myron?
00:06:33.060 Ready for a dope stream?
00:06:33.980 Enjoyed the Off the Record podcast and you roasting that big chick LMAO.
00:06:37.020 Yeah, bro.
00:06:37.660 This girl called into the, while we were, before we were going on the show, Fresh was on live.
00:06:42.180 And this girl got on his live, was waiting there for a minute, too, just to talk smack to him, to call him, like, a bunch of derogatory terms.
00:06:48.300 And I was like, bro, you're huge.
00:06:49.860 Why are you even here talking, like, we don't make content for you?
00:06:51.900 And I just started roasting her, bro, because, you know, we weren't on YouTube and I wasn't on my Instagram.
00:06:56.080 So I'm like, oh, boy, I'm about to let her have it, man, because I've been waiting to make fun of a fat chick.
00:06:59.860 And, yeah, it was the end of it there.
00:07:01.240 But anyway, without me going off topic here, it was hilarious.
00:07:06.380 Okay, cool.
00:07:06.940 So we know who Push Ice is, sign of 1017 to, you know, obviously the legend Gucci Mane.
00:07:12.740 So let's break this down as well.
00:07:15.020 And as far as, like, the song goes, this is what they were talking about, about Back in Blood.
00:07:19.060 I'll show you guys real quick.
00:07:19.940 I can't play the music, guys, for obvious reasons.
00:07:22.780 But I will show you guys the music video a little bit here, which this was his big hit here.
00:07:28.040 You guys can see it.
00:07:29.640 Back in Blood, right?
00:07:30.580 This is them.
00:07:31.080 They shot this bad boy.
00:07:32.020 I think it's Chicago.
00:07:33.000 This is him and Dirk.
00:07:33.600 Yeah, obviously a panel of astute gentlemen here.
00:07:40.780 And, yeah, and he famously says this on the songs, don't need security, got my own fire in the club.
00:07:45.860 And he was not kidding, gentlemen.
00:07:47.620 He was not kidding at all.
00:07:49.260 You can see Fred O'Bang in the music video.
00:07:51.260 I think they shot this over by O'Block somewhere.
00:07:54.760 And the sad part is when they were filming this, guys, fun little fact, while they were out in Chicago filming this,
00:07:59.880 this was back in November, I think, of 2020.
00:08:03.600 Or 2019.
00:08:04.960 No, hold on.
00:08:05.540 When did this come out?
00:08:06.140 This came out.
00:08:07.220 Does it show here?
00:08:08.780 It doesn't.
00:08:09.360 Well, I got to look at it here.
00:08:11.160 It has all this stuff here.
00:08:12.220 But either way, the point is Vaughn actually got shot this weekend, guys.
00:08:17.140 That's when he passed away, unfortunately.
00:08:19.180 Rest in peace to King Vaughn.
00:08:20.780 While they were filming this, Vaughn was down in Atlanta.
00:08:24.460 And that's when he had that incident and got shot by those guys during that altercation, which is unfortunate, you know.
00:08:33.000 But, yeah.
00:08:33.480 So this is the other reason, too, I want you guys to see this.
00:08:36.060 As you guys can see, flashing money, chains, all that other stuff.
00:08:39.820 And this is going to lead into the King of Diamonds thing.
00:08:42.440 And Pusha Isis does this thing where he always has money in his pockets when he's performing, okay?
00:08:47.360 He, like, a bunch of cash that he has in his pockets.
00:08:50.920 It's like a little thing that he does.
00:08:52.800 And you know what?
00:08:53.420 Matter of fact, I'll show you guys exactly what I'm talking about here.
00:08:57.380 Because this is going to be relevant to the fact so you guys kind of understand what happened here.
00:09:00.980 He actually performed on Jimmy Fallon, which was hilarious.
00:09:04.180 Because I don't know if Jimmy Fallon knew what this song is about.
00:09:09.580 But, yeah, guys.
00:09:10.960 Basically, here, I'm going to show this to you guys right now.
00:09:14.220 Let me share the screen real fast.
00:09:16.000 The song Back in Blood is basically he's talking about stealing some guns and some property from his ops out there in Memphis.
00:09:25.820 And the song is kind of based on a true story.
00:09:28.160 And the fact that they had him on Jimmy Fallon, the Tonight Show, is actually very funny.
00:09:34.600 But, yeah, here he is.
00:09:35.320 So the reason why I want to show you guys this, as you guys can see, when Shaisi performs, this is what he does.
00:09:39.700 He has a bunch of cash in his pockets, okay?
00:09:42.780 And it's just wads of cash.
00:09:44.160 He puts it in his front pockets, back pockets.
00:09:47.000 It's something that he does.
00:09:48.000 And when he was performing at King of Diamonds, he also had this money in his pocket just like that.
00:09:52.720 He was wearing white pants, and he had a bunch of U.S. currency in certain denominations.
00:10:00.180 And it was around $40,000 I think he had on him in person.
00:10:04.060 But, yeah, this is what he does when he performs.
00:10:05.580 He has all this money in his pockets, okay?
00:10:07.020 Very common.
00:10:07.940 And he had to blurt out a lot of the swears in the song.
00:10:11.120 But the song is basically, guys, him talking about, hey, I stole your stuff.
00:10:14.960 Come back and get it in blood if you're so tough, okay?
00:10:17.260 And this was a song at some of his ops.
00:10:19.160 I forget the guy's names out there in Memphis, but it's another rap group.
00:10:21.900 I think EBGK or something like that.
00:10:24.540 And he does this all the time.
00:10:26.880 You know, he has the money.
00:10:28.140 He does, like, the little thing, the spread, right, on his arms.
00:10:31.980 And he's always, like, counting the money like this.
00:10:34.080 You know what I'm saying?
00:10:34.480 It's, like, part of his performance.
00:10:35.740 You know, he does this all the time.
00:10:37.420 So, all right.
00:10:37.860 So, we know who he is.
00:10:39.100 Showed you guys the Tonight Show performance.
00:10:42.560 Okay, so let's read this article real quick, which summarizes it up.
00:10:45.180 And then we're going to start going through the legal documents and going through some footage, okay?
00:10:48.520 Because, yes, guys, they got him on video robbing the people, which is kind of unfortunate.
00:10:57.240 But let's see here.
00:10:58.640 Pulling up that video for you guys.
00:11:00.620 It is.
00:11:00.920 Oh, yeah.
00:11:01.240 Okay.
00:11:01.540 So, this article here.
00:11:02.820 Okay, so this is the Sun article, okay?
00:11:07.080 So, this summarizes everything.
00:11:08.560 We'll go through the video.
00:11:09.220 So, behind bars, rapper Pusha Isi arrested after shooting at King of Diamonds, Miami Strip Club, injured one person, okay?
00:11:14.480 So, rapper Pusha Isi handed himself into cops on Tuesday to reportedly face, and this was put out on June 8, 2021, to face charges for a shooting in a Miami-Dade Strip Club over Memorial Day weekend.
00:11:25.120 So, there's two separate shootings here, guys, okay?
00:11:26.740 Okay, the 21-year-old rapper, whose real name is Lontrell Williams, allegedly shot a security guard in the leg, okay?
00:11:32.280 It was at the ankle, but that's close enough, son.
00:11:34.440 The incident happened at the King of Diamonds Strip Club in Northwest Miami-Dade on May 30th, the Miami Herald reports.
00:11:40.160 During footage reportedly posted to social media of the shooting, the man behind the camera says Shiesty is at the venue and claims someone stole the musician's money.
00:11:47.780 The crowd then appears to scatter as shots are reportedly fired.
00:11:50.340 TMZ claims that at around 4 a.m., a dispute broke out between Shiesty and security staff as he was being escorted out the building.
00:11:57.460 The security manager reportedly said it was because money fell out of Shiesty's pocket.
00:12:00.760 As you guys know, that's how he does his music.
00:12:02.820 He puts a bunch of money in his pockets.
00:12:05.080 It was not clear how much, if any, money was involved.
00:12:07.060 TMZ adds that the rapper reportedly took out his gun and fired into the crowd, but that the shot hit off a guard's ankle and he was taken to the hospital.
00:12:14.100 Shiesty had reportedly fled the scene before the cops arrived.
00:12:17.220 The rapper faces an aggravated battery charge, the Herald states.
00:12:21.940 Shiesty has faced previous gun charges.
00:12:23.800 He was arrested in October 2020 for a shooting in Harbor Bay Islands in which two people were injured.
00:12:29.000 The rapper was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and arm battery in that incident.
00:12:33.360 Dramatic footage.
00:12:34.100 Remember, guys, the state took it first originally.
00:12:36.060 OK, when he got arrested and charged with these things, it was a state that took it.
00:12:38.880 And then the feds came in later and took over.
00:12:41.520 Dramatic footage from the shooting allegedly showed the gunfight erupted after one of the victims tried to sell high-end sneakers and marijuana.
00:12:46.820 OK, here he is with Gucci Mane performing, and this is from the surveillance video.
00:12:53.020 And the surveillance video shows a McLaren sports car, a Mercedes-Benz Maybach, and another Mercedes pulling into a parking lot of a Bay Harbor Islands condo.
00:13:00.180 The drivers and passengers then get out of the cars, and just minutes later, a man in a white shirt and another in a black sweatshirt begin firing.
00:13:07.060 They then run back to the Maybach, which speeds away with the McLaren following.
00:13:10.880 Another man could be seen hobbling back to the other Mercedes.
00:13:13.300 That's because Boushaiste shot the guy in the ass, which is funny and alarming at the same time.
00:13:18.860 So this is a summary of what happened.
00:13:21.820 So there's two different shootings.
00:13:23.220 OK, guys?
00:13:24.040 So he was not kidding around when he says he got his own fire in the club and outside the club.
00:13:28.880 And we got here, cardboard knife, $5.
00:13:31.200 My Superchats weren't processing, but I originally wrote that.
00:13:33.340 I've been waiting on this stream since Sunday, LMAO WTF.
00:13:36.680 Yeah, sorry, guys.
00:13:37.540 Like I said, I had to catch the plane, so I didn't have time to do the stream, and I didn't want to rush it.
00:13:42.180 Because I knew you guys were probably going to have a bunch of questions, so I wanted to make sure that I get you all the sauce.
00:13:48.560 We got Black Wolf Inc., $5.
00:13:50.880 Dynamite.
00:13:51.360 Thank you so much.
00:13:52.100 I appreciate that, Black Wolf Inc.
00:13:53.780 And let's see here.
00:13:54.860 Anything else?
00:13:55.520 And then also, I want to bring this to your attention as well.
00:14:00.060 So just so you all know, Boushaiste, in this song right here.
00:14:04.800 Okay, and I want to show this to you guys, because Boushaiste came from kind of a messed up background, guys.
00:14:10.120 He grew up very poor in Memphis, didn't have a dad, okay?
00:14:13.300 And we always talk about the importance of father figures, right?
00:14:15.980 So this song right here, and you guys can listen to it on your own time, because I can't play it here for obvious reasons.
00:14:22.220 But this song right here, this is actually one of my favorite Gucci Mane records right here.
00:14:25.220 This is called Gucci Mane, Still Remember, okay?
00:14:27.180 And Gucci talks about, you know, his upbringing, you know, how he got evicted and growing up poor.
00:14:33.340 And here, Boushaiste, right, says, was the man of the house, had to figure shit out every time my pops went to the feds.
00:14:39.920 And I actually did some research.
00:14:42.540 He was not kidding around, guys, okay?
00:14:44.600 So I'm going to show you guys this court document here real fast that, you know, I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree here.
00:14:53.320 Good song.
00:14:53.920 Check it out, guys, in your free time.
00:14:54.900 Stop sharing.
00:14:56.600 So what I'm going to do here, I'm going to show you guys his dad's federal case, which I found, okay?
00:15:05.320 I have it here somewhere.
00:15:09.000 It is this one.
00:15:13.940 Okay, boom.
00:15:15.560 So the apple does not fall far from the tree, gentlemen.
00:15:18.960 This is his father, Lontrell Williams Sr., Enrico Johnson.
00:15:24.640 This is back from 2007, if I'm not mistaken.
00:15:29.380 You know, and as you guys can see, 18 U.S.C. 2, which this is misprison of a felony.
00:15:34.080 And then 21 U.S.C. 841 and then 846.
00:15:37.320 So for you guys that – and we broke this down a little bit.
00:15:40.120 But 21 – title 21, guys, of the U.S. Code is drug violations, okay?
00:15:44.160 And then 18 U.S.C. is criminal violations.
00:15:46.440 So this is possession with intent to distribute 841A1.
00:15:49.580 This is like the general charge that people always get hit with when it comes to the feds and drugs.
00:15:53.380 And then 846 is conspiracy.
00:15:54.940 And I know this because I used to charge these charges all the time when I was an agent myself.
00:15:58.300 And then this one I think is aiding and abetting or misprisoning a felony, one of the two.
00:16:02.280 But either way, beginning at a time unknown to the grand jury and continuing until on or about July 20, 2007,
00:16:09.520 in the Western District of Tennessee, the defendants, Lontrell Williams and Enrico Johnson,
00:16:12.720 did unlawfully, knowingly, and intentionally conspire, combine, confederate, and agree with each other
00:16:18.060 and with other persons both known and unknown to the grand jury to possess what they tend to distribute
00:16:21.660 at least 500 grams of a mixture and substance containing a detectable amount of cocaine.
00:16:25.960 A controlled substance is classified by Title 21.
00:16:28.160 United States Code 812 as Schedule 1 controlled substance.
00:16:31.360 At least 5 grams of the mixture of substance containing a detectable amount of cocaine-based.
00:16:34.760 A controlled substance is classified by Title 21.
00:16:37.520 United States Code Section 812 as a Schedule 1 controlled substance.
00:16:40.660 A mixture of substance containing a detectable amount of marijuana.
00:16:43.280 A controlled substance as classified by Title 21 United States Code Section 812
00:16:47.600 is a Schedule 1 controlled substance.
00:16:48.880 and a mixture and substance known containing a detectable amount of three, four, methylene.
00:16:55.360 Okay, methamphetamine, guys, commonly known as MDMA and or ecstasy.
00:17:00.780 I can't pronounce it correctly, but you guys get what I'm saying.
00:17:03.060 But MDMA or ecstasy, a controlled substance is classified by Title 21 United States Code 812
00:17:08.340 as a schedule controlled substance and all violations of Title 21 and 846.
00:17:12.760 So, yeah, he went to jail, guys, for basically selling dope.
00:17:16.940 All right, him and his buddy Rico here.
00:17:18.280 And this is the indictment count for, you know, these are the different counts.
00:17:22.440 And remember, guys, the indictment is a formal charge when you've been indicted by a grand jury for crime.
00:17:28.600 And then this is the foreperson assigned it.
00:17:30.040 Anytime you go and anytime something gets indicted, the agent goes in with the U.S. attorney.
00:17:35.400 He presents his case.
00:17:37.140 The grand jury asks questions, whatever it is, is to establish probable cause.
00:17:40.980 Agent steps out.
00:17:42.340 U.S. attorney stays there with the grand jury.
00:17:43.820 They deliberate and then, boom, they return a true bill of indictment.
00:17:46.140 And then, bam, as you guys can see here, the foreperson, a.k.a. the leader of the grand jurors,
00:17:50.440 signs it, dates it.
00:17:51.920 And then, you know, in this case, the United States attorney signed it.
00:17:55.780 Every district is different.
00:17:57.280 But, yes, they got a true bill.
00:17:58.740 And he ended up doing quite a bit of time for this.
00:18:01.360 And I think I looked at his case.
00:18:02.560 Even to now, he's still dealing with some stuff as far as this case goes because he, like, evaded bond or whatever.
00:18:08.300 But the point I wanted to show was that the apple does not fall far from the tree, my friends, is what is basically the main point.
00:18:17.260 So stop screen sharing.
00:18:18.580 Okay.
00:18:19.160 So he wasn't kidding around.
00:18:20.240 He really lives his raps, guys.
00:18:21.180 When he talks about, you know, got my own fire, don't need security in the club, talking about, you know, robbing people back in blood, you know, because he really did.
00:18:28.920 Him and his boys really did go ahead and steal the stuff from their ops house.
00:18:33.220 Right.
00:18:33.580 And then he's basically taunting them.
00:18:35.080 Hey, come back.
00:18:35.720 Come and get it back in blood.
00:18:36.700 Okay.
00:18:37.000 So you hear people say that term.
00:18:38.320 He was the one that made that pretty common.
00:18:41.020 So.
00:18:42.000 So, yeah, a little interesting tidbit there that I want to share with you guys.
00:18:44.840 So, okay.
00:18:45.480 So let's look at some of this footage here.
00:18:46.880 Okay.
00:18:47.200 So now that we know who Push Icy is, we know who his dad is.
00:18:53.180 Okay.
00:18:54.200 Because remember, he's Lontrell Williams Jr. and his dad is Lontrell Williams.
00:18:57.460 Right.
00:18:58.060 And we know the two shootings that he's involved in.
00:19:00.760 One at King of Diamonds here in North Miami.
00:19:02.360 Right.
00:19:02.540 So it's a pretty popular strip club here, by the way, guys.
00:19:05.180 And then at Bay Harbor Islands right here in Miami.
00:19:08.240 Right.
00:19:09.080 Now we're going to look at some of the footage.
00:19:11.200 Right.
00:19:11.380 So first, let me pull up this, um, the footage from the news, uh, here that I have.
00:19:20.140 Uh, the footage.
00:19:22.080 And let me know, guys, if this plays and it plays okay and it doesn't give y'all an echo.
00:19:26.120 All right.
00:19:26.860 I'm going to play it.
00:19:27.820 Video shows Bay Harbor Islands shootout involving rapper Poo Shiesty.
00:19:30.640 Okay.
00:19:31.680 So they got the crime in pretty good quality, guys.
00:19:35.800 Goddamn 1080p.
00:19:37.280 So, uh, let's play this bad boy.
00:19:38.940 Broad daylight bullets.
00:19:40.780 Two hit.
00:19:41.720 Over half a million bucks in exotic cars.
00:19:44.600 All of it on surveillance video obtained exclusively by 7 News.
00:19:48.560 Give me ones in the chat.
00:19:50.000 Guys, give me ones in the chat if it's not echoing.
00:19:51.860 Let me make sure we're good here.
00:19:53.920 Uh, ones in the chat.
00:19:56.020 Oh, there is an echo?
00:19:56.920 All right.
00:19:57.180 No problem.
00:19:57.720 I'm already prepared, baby.
00:19:59.160 I'm already prepared.
00:19:59.820 All right.
00:20:00.200 Don't even worry.
00:20:00.680 I'm going to close this tab.
00:20:01.900 Stop sharing.
00:20:02.540 I already got it ready on Firefox, baby.
00:20:04.400 I knew that might happen.
00:20:05.920 I got y'all.
00:20:07.160 All right.
00:20:07.600 Share screen.
00:20:12.060 Um, I had it here.
00:20:15.340 All right.
00:20:15.620 Let me open it up.
00:20:17.020 All right.
00:20:17.420 Cool.
00:20:19.380 All right.
00:20:20.120 You guys got that bad boy?
00:20:22.920 All right.
00:20:23.940 So, now, we'll play it for y'all.
00:20:26.660 Broad daylight bullets.
00:20:31.040 Two hit.
00:20:31.940 Over half a million bucks in exotic cars.
00:20:34.820 All of it on surveillance video obtained exclusively by 7 News from October in ultra-quiet Bay Harbor Islands.
00:20:41.880 I got that knife because I'm finding it.
00:20:44.040 And it involves a recording artist, Pooh Shiesty.
00:20:47.000 Except, unlike this clip, what happened here was no music video.
00:20:52.100 The footage shows a McLaren sports car.
00:20:54.780 Mercedes Maybach and another Mercedes pull into this East Bay Harbor.
00:20:58.320 By the way, these are rented cars, just so y'all know.
00:21:02.040 Which, if you're going to commit a felony, don't come in with rented cars, guys.
00:21:05.140 All right?
00:21:05.480 That's step number one.
00:21:07.180 ...drive condo parking lot.
00:21:09.100 Men from the...
00:21:09.640 And don't do it in bright, foreign cars like this that are exotic.
00:21:13.160 ...vehicles eventually get out and meet.
00:21:15.360 And then this.
00:21:16.500 The man in the white shirt has a pistol.
00:21:18.520 The man in the black sweatshirt has a longer gun.
00:21:20.840 And at about the same time, they begin firing before retreating back to the Maybach.
00:21:25.860 So, this guy gets shot in the ass here.
00:21:28.100 Okay?
00:21:29.160 And the other guy had a Draco.
00:21:30.880 So, I think Pooh had a pistol and his buddy had a Draco.
00:21:33.600 ...the fancy getaway cars speed off, and one of two victims then hobbles to the car.
00:21:39.180 Sky Force 836.
00:21:40.340 The victims ended up at Aventura Hospital with injuries.
00:21:43.320 But back to the...
00:21:43.980 Also, guys, keep in mind that you don't...
00:21:45.780 You never want to...
00:21:46.360 This area that they're in is a very nice area of Miami.
00:21:49.140 Okay?
00:21:49.620 Or South Florida and General Bay Harbor.
00:21:52.140 A lot of money up here.
00:21:53.340 Okay?
00:21:53.840 This was not a good place to do this.
00:21:57.180 ...seen for a moment.
00:21:58.500 Police say the famous rapper was in that McLaren.
00:22:00.940 If I shoot my gun, 300 shots...
00:22:02.940 Police.
00:22:03.480 Okay.
00:22:03.880 Some prosecutors say Pooh Shiesty was part of the group that ended up in this parking lot
00:22:07.840 that October afternoon where the shots flew, and it happened right across the street from
00:22:12.740 the police department and town hall here in Bay Harbor Island.
00:22:16.160 Oh, Lord!
00:22:16.740 ...days before...
00:22:17.580 Across the street from the police department?
00:22:19.740 Come on, man!
00:22:21.120 Oh, Lord, man.
00:22:22.660 Like, what the...
00:22:24.000 Woo!
00:22:24.220 Woo!
00:22:24.380 Woo!
00:22:24.720 Woo!
00:22:24.880 Woo!
00:22:25.380 Woo!
00:22:25.820 Woo!
00:22:25.880 Woo!
00:22:26.000 Woo!
00:22:26.380 Woo!
00:22:26.880 Woo!
00:22:26.920 Woo!
00:22:27.000 Woo!
00:22:27.380 Woo!
00:22:27.460 Woo!
00:22:27.800 Woo!
00:22:27.880 Woo!
00:22:27.960 Woo!
00:22:28.880 Woo!
00:22:29.000 Woo!
00:22:29.880 Woo!
00:22:29.920 Woo!
00:22:30.000 Woo!
00:22:31.000 Woo!
00:22:31.880 Woo!
00:22:32.000 Woo!
00:22:33.000 The town of Bay Harbor Island says you're wanted for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
00:22:37.560 He's also charged with armed robbery.
00:22:40.060 Bay Harbor Police names one other for aggravated battery in their affidavit, saying the two left
00:22:45.560 the state in a private jet.
00:22:47.320 Police also using these Instagram photos, showing Shiesty with an assault-style rifle and cash
00:22:53.840 as part of their case.
00:22:55.620 They said...
00:22:56.020 I think that was a Draco.
00:22:57.600 And then as you guys can see, that's kind of like his thing that he does, flashing the
00:23:01.720 money.
00:23:03.100 And you guys are going to see that this picture was actually critical for the Fed case.
00:23:06.600 I'm going to talk to you guys about that in a second.
00:23:08.180 Don't worry.
00:23:09.380 They say the shooting came as one of the victims tried selling high-end sneakers and marijuana.
00:23:14.300 Who?
00:23:14.800 They got the right guy?
00:23:16.560 Sheldon Fox, 7 News.
00:23:18.520 And yeah, fair use right there, baby.
00:23:21.480 So, yeah!
00:23:23.480 Oh, God.
00:23:25.080 So, yeah.
00:23:25.720 Not only did he do it in an area that isn't a good place to do it, he also did it...
00:23:30.520 He also...
00:23:33.360 It was across the street from the police department, man.
00:23:37.760 Oh, man.
00:23:38.480 Guys, do me a quick favor, by the way, before we get into the court documents here.
00:23:42.220 Like the video.
00:23:43.300 Comment below after the video is done saying, you know, for the algo or whatever.
00:23:47.940 But like the video and subscribe to the goddamn channel because ain't nobody about to break
00:23:51.200 this stuff down like I'm going to break it down for y'all because, yeah, we're doing
00:23:55.120 some research on this one, bad boy.
00:23:56.700 Okay.
00:23:57.300 So, let's see here.
00:23:59.800 So, we broke down...
00:24:01.180 Okay.
00:24:01.600 So, I'll hit the superstars real quick.
00:24:03.160 Cardboard knife.
00:24:03.740 This is so idiotic.
00:24:04.500 It's like having a shootout on Beverly Hills.
00:24:05.960 Stupid.
00:24:06.260 Yeah.
00:24:06.480 It wasn't really the best thing to do.
00:24:08.320 And, you know, the thing that kills me is I like Pooh Shicey.
00:24:12.460 I listen to his music, man.
00:24:13.440 All these rappers that we break down, I listen to their music.
00:24:15.860 And it just like sucks that it's like, bro, come on, man.
00:24:18.200 Like, bro.
00:24:18.940 Like, argh.
00:24:23.680 All right.
00:24:24.480 Back at it again.
00:24:25.320 Putting us up with legal game.
00:24:27.500 Thanks, Maren.
00:24:28.260 FNF fam.
00:24:28.880 We up, baby.
00:24:29.300 I got y'all, man.
00:24:30.000 I got y'all, man.
00:24:30.680 Ain't nobody going to break these cases down for you guys at this level, you know?
00:24:34.580 We're the best out here.
00:24:35.600 And then what else here?
00:24:36.460 And then...
00:24:37.000 All right, cool.
00:24:37.420 I think we're caught up on the chats.
00:24:39.360 Thank you guys so much.
00:24:41.120 Okay.
00:24:41.920 So let's go over now to...
00:24:45.900 All right.
00:24:46.200 So I don't need this tab anymore.
00:24:48.180 All right.
00:24:48.980 Okay.
00:24:49.300 Oh, now let's look at the other video as well that I want to show you guys.
00:24:53.180 And what I'll do is I'll put this in the Firefox tab as well.
00:24:56.540 So it doesn't have...
00:24:58.040 Because now I'm going to show you guys the King of Diamonds shooting.
00:25:01.080 Okay?
00:25:01.300 Give me one second, guys, while I get this ready for you guys.
00:25:09.020 All right.
00:25:11.260 I'm going to just queue it up.
00:25:12.760 So I'm going to queue it up for y'all.
00:25:14.820 Okay.
00:25:15.640 So time to share the screen.
00:25:19.500 Now this is the King of Diamonds joint.
00:25:23.720 All right.
00:25:25.380 Bang.
00:25:26.100 So as you guys can see, this is him and King of Diamonds.
00:25:29.840 All right.
00:25:31.800 And this is someone that caught him on Instagram while he was walking out.
00:25:35.380 Right?
00:25:36.700 Hey, what's up, y'all?
00:25:37.520 Y'all know my slogan.
00:25:38.740 I don't know it all, but...
00:25:40.840 Bam.
00:25:41.080 As you guys can see right there, here he is with the firearm while leaving the area.
00:25:44.600 And this is him after performing.
00:25:46.100 As you can see, because I saw the footage from before, he had a bunch of money in his pockets.
00:25:49.820 Now today, I'm coming to y'all to just give you a short video.
00:25:54.780 Put y'all up on game.
00:25:56.400 Now it's been reported that in Miami at the King of Diamonds strip club last night, Pooh Shiesty was robbed out of.
00:26:02.700 So yeah.
00:26:03.380 So whether the money fell out of his pocket or whatever it was, there was some issue with that.
00:26:08.620 And then that was him walking out of the club with the firearm, clearly on footage, which is, yeah.
00:26:15.920 Anyway, once again, man, unfortunately.
00:26:19.820 Oh, having him on camera walking out with a gun like that, you know.
00:26:24.120 And I'm almost, I'm not surprised.
00:26:25.680 I think he might be a felon too, guys.
00:26:27.580 So he shouldn't even be having a gun.
00:26:29.440 But that's a whole other situation.
00:26:31.220 So, all right.
00:26:31.600 Let's start going over the court documents here.
00:26:33.380 All right.
00:26:33.560 And there's, we got 1,000 y'all in here.
00:26:35.480 Do me a favor.
00:26:36.680 Like the video, guys.
00:26:38.100 Subscribe to the channel.
00:26:39.260 Okay.
00:26:39.760 Help me get that engagement up.
00:26:41.060 Because like I said, ain't nobody else doing this kind of stuff for you guys.
00:26:45.780 All right.
00:26:46.540 So, and we're going to put, we're going to break down this plea agreement as well.
00:26:50.740 Um, so, all right.
00:26:52.840 So let's start reading this document here.
00:26:55.780 40,000.
00:26:57.280 My bad.
00:26:58.040 Okay.
00:26:58.280 Close this.
00:26:59.120 I learned from last time, guys.
00:27:00.460 I'm starting to close these tabs down.
00:27:01.940 God damn it.
00:27:02.480 So that you guys don't get confused.
00:27:04.540 All right.
00:27:05.540 So, here, guys, is the criminal complaint.
00:27:12.080 All right.
00:27:13.780 So, we're going to break this bad boy down and read through it.
00:27:17.960 So now you guys know the facts, right?
00:27:19.320 So you guys, we know, we went over who Pushaisti is, right?
00:27:22.160 Then we read the Sun article that talked about his two shootings, one at Bay Harbor Islands,
00:27:25.700 then one at King of Diamonds.
00:27:27.100 Then we talked about, um, then we talked about, uh, the, the, we showed the footage,
00:27:32.500 we showed the news article, et cetera.
00:27:33.700 So now we're going to break down this case with the actual court documents.
00:27:37.380 Now, just so y'all know, this was a criminal complaint, right?
00:27:40.320 So you got 121 MJ.
00:27:42.360 Whenever there's an MJ, that means it hasn't been indicted yet.
00:27:45.880 Okay.
00:27:46.300 It means that someone basically wrote a criminal complaint, which, uh, you know, is basically
00:27:50.260 like an affidavit, right?
00:27:51.640 So, uh, showing facts of, of a crime happening, right?
00:27:54.720 The affiant is typically a sworn law enforcement officer, whether it's a federal agent or a task
00:27:58.260 force officer, which we broke down a difference between a federal agent versus a task force
00:28:01.780 officer.
00:28:02.040 If you guys watched my earlier episode.
00:28:03.700 Episodes where I break all that down.
00:28:05.520 Um, and, uh, this is basically what happened was they had the facts.
00:28:09.960 They wrote a criminal complaint, sent to the United States attorney, the prosecutor, and
00:28:13.780 then, uh, you know, and then they got him arrested.
00:28:16.260 And then once they got him arrested, they came back and indicted him later, which I have
00:28:19.220 the indictment as well.
00:28:19.940 And we'll read that.
00:28:20.820 So, okay.
00:28:21.720 So let's see here.
00:28:23.640 This is, uh, okay.
00:28:25.000 So Juan Antonio Gonzalez, this is the United acting United States attorney.
00:28:27.900 He signed it.
00:28:28.680 Um, this is basically, you know, just to go to the criminal complaint cover sheet.
00:28:31.500 I remember this.
00:28:32.000 Cause I actually, um, I worked with the U S attorney's office guys.
00:28:35.200 When I was an agent myself, I worked here in Florida, in Miami.
00:28:37.960 So this is a district, Southern district of Florida.
00:28:39.800 All right.
00:28:40.240 And as you guys, you can see they're charging Lantra Williams, AKA push, I see Bobby Brown
00:28:43.700 and Jaden DeRosa.
00:28:44.940 Okay.
00:28:45.480 The defendants.
00:28:46.280 Now here's a cover sheet.
00:28:47.980 Criminal complaint by telephone or other reliable electrical means.
00:28:50.340 Remember guys, this was in the middle of the pandemic.
00:28:51.740 So they couldn't go in and swear with the judge.
00:28:53.440 You had to call them in and actually do a FaceTime call, which I actually did that right
00:28:56.540 before I resigned on one of my cases, uh, honor about the dates of October 9th, 2020
00:29:00.240 in the County of Miami Dade in the Southern district of Florida.
00:29:02.720 The defendants violated 18 USC, 1951 conspiracy to commit Hobbs act robbery, 18 USC, 1951
00:29:08.740 a, uh, Hobbs act robbery.
00:29:10.400 And then 18 USC, nine 24 C discharging a firearm and furtherance of a crime of violence.
00:29:14.540 God damn, not good.
00:29:16.880 Okay.
00:29:17.540 And the complainant is FBI task force officer, Elio Garcia.
00:29:22.380 They did it via FaceTime.
00:29:24.160 And the judge was Alicia M.
00:29:25.980 Atazo Reyes, which funny guys, I've actually, I've, I've went to her for some of my cases
00:29:30.520 before as well.
00:29:31.220 Really nice judge.
00:29:31.940 But anyway, like the goddamn video, ain't nobody else giving you all this kind of goddamn,
00:29:37.440 uh, uh, content right now.
00:29:40.080 Okay.
00:29:40.460 Before I resign, you know, shout out to them.
00:29:42.560 So, okay.
00:29:43.520 So affidavit in support of criminal complaint, your Afi and Elio Garcia being duly sworn to
00:29:47.700 pose and States as follows.
00:29:50.340 I'm a task force officer TFO for the federal Bureau of Investigation FBI currently assigned
00:29:54.140 to the violent crime slash fugitive task force in the Miami division.
00:29:57.220 I've been an FBI TFO since May, 2019.
00:29:59.480 I'm also a homicide detective for the Miami-Dade Police Department and have been assigned to
00:30:03.660 the Homicide Bureau since May, 2021.
00:30:05.860 Prior to my Homicide Bureau assignment, I served in the Miami-Dade Police Department
00:30:09.420 Robbery Bureau from March, 2003 to March, to May, 2021.
00:30:13.020 I have received training in the investigation of robbery-related crimes and identification
00:30:16.820 of subjects.
00:30:18.060 As a task force officer for the FBI, my current duties involve investigating various violations
00:30:21.980 of federal offenses, including bank robberies, Hobbs Act robberies, extortion, and other
00:30:26.040 violations of federal law.
00:30:28.580 So what does this first paragraph do?
00:30:31.160 The first paragraph, guys, is always establishing who you are, what you investigate, what your
00:30:39.860 background is, and it's basically what we call an I love me paragraph, where you talk about
00:30:43.980 why you are qualified to write this affidavit and you talk about your experience, okay?
00:30:49.380 So that's what that first paragraph is about.
00:30:52.640 All right, so this guy's a task force officer, which real quick, just to sum it up for y'all,
00:30:56.180 and I broke this down in detail, but just so you guys kind of understand what a TFO is,
00:31:01.620 it's basically the guy works for Miami Police Department, right, as a homicide detective,
00:31:05.820 but he's also sworn and deputized as a federal law enforcement officer as well under the FBI.
00:31:12.100 So he basically has his Miami-Dade badge, but he also has an FBI badge that he does
00:31:16.580 federal criminal cases on under the FBI badge, right?
00:31:20.360 So he has authority on both.
00:31:22.220 So he could charge you state and federal, which is awesome.
00:31:24.980 This is why you want task force officers on your team, because they have, I hate to say
00:31:30.320 it, they have more, people don't want to admit this, but they have more authority than you
00:31:32.920 as a special agent, because they can do, they can enforce state law and federal law, and
00:31:37.520 they have access to the state databases, they can call the police department to do traffic
00:31:41.440 stops, whatever it may be.
00:31:42.700 So they have a lot of utility, man.
00:31:45.560 Task force officers are fantastic to have on your squad, because they add a lot of utility,
00:31:50.320 and also they don't mind working overtime.
00:31:52.400 I'll tell you guys this from working with them, they don't mind working overtime, because
00:31:55.420 they get paid on, typically hourly, versus federal agents don't get paid, they get paid
00:31:59.940 on a salary, and they get something called LEAP, law enforcement availability pay, which
00:32:03.260 basically is 25% of your base salary.
00:32:05.600 So, you know, let's say you make a base salary of $50,000 per year, right, as a Fed.
00:32:09.940 Well, that means you're going to get $62,500, because you get that 25% added, because that
00:32:15.180 accounts, because they already assume that you're going to be out investigating crime and
00:32:17.940 working weird hours.
00:32:18.880 So it's already built into your salary.
00:32:20.940 So after that, there's no real overtime.
00:32:22.880 It's very difficult to get overtime as a Fed, guys.
00:32:24.760 But the state and locals can get overtime easy.
00:32:27.520 And on top of that, they get reimbursed by the federal agency, typically, right?
00:32:31.760 So he'll work overtime for the FBI.
00:32:33.700 He'll, you know, put in his hours.
00:32:35.560 Miami-Dade Police Department will pay him, and then the FBI or Department of Justice will
00:32:38.420 pay Miami Police Department.
00:32:40.440 They'll reimburse them for the overtime that he works on behalf of the FBI.
00:32:44.160 Does that make sense?
00:32:44.680 So that's why task force officers are so great, because you get the utility of being
00:32:49.840 able to use the state, and they still have the federal authority, and they can work more
00:32:54.240 hours because they're compensated for overtime, right?
00:32:58.440 So they're more incentivized to work.
00:32:59.700 You know, let's be honest here.
00:33:00.760 This is the reality of the world that we live in.
00:33:02.680 Money isn't incentivized, a huge incentivization for people to do things.
00:33:06.740 So, you know, I'm not saying that feds don't work weird hours or whatever, but, you know,
00:33:11.180 state and local is always, anytime I was sitting on surveillance, doing, like, a lot of hours
00:33:15.420 on surveillance, I would always want a task force officer with me because they wouldn't
00:33:17.660 complain.
00:33:18.400 Like, you know, the feds, oh, man, I've got to go home and shit, blah, blah, blah,
00:33:21.060 complain, because they don't get overtime like these guys do.
00:33:23.520 So anyway, just want to make that important distinction for you guys.
00:33:25.940 So he's a TFO, but he still has all the same authorities as an FBI agent because he's
00:33:30.580 deputized under the FBI as a TFO.
00:33:33.600 All right?
00:33:33.880 So all the same things.
00:33:35.700 Cardboard knife, five bucks.
00:33:36.840 Are task force officers usually state police?
00:33:38.260 How can a law enforcement officer qualify to be a task force officer?
00:33:41.380 It depends.
00:33:42.120 You apply, you know what I'm saying, or, you know, word of mouth or whatever it is, or
00:33:46.100 the department or your department will just, you know, you know, they'll pick some of their
00:33:50.640 guys and send them over as task force officers.
00:33:53.220 But no, it could be anything.
00:33:54.400 It could be a city department.
00:33:55.720 It could be a constable.
00:33:57.420 It can be another federal agency can be a task force officer, right?
00:34:02.160 Like, for example, like you got Homeland Security Investigation Special Agents that sit
00:34:05.800 over at the Joint Terrorism Task Force.
00:34:07.380 They're task force officers, even though they're feds themselves because they also have, you
00:34:12.900 know, now they can do the terrorism investigations, right?
00:34:16.340 So, yeah.
00:34:19.100 Okay.
00:34:19.820 So what else do we got here?
00:34:23.280 So, yeah.
00:34:23.980 So it could be any sworn law enforcement officer can be a task force officer.
00:34:27.360 Hell, sometimes you don't even have to have sworn officers.
00:34:29.740 We've had people before that aren't necessarily sworn officers, but they have a certain expertise.
00:34:33.380 They can be made task force officers and deputized to help out with investigating things.
00:34:38.340 All right.
00:34:38.980 So, cool.
00:34:39.800 So that was the first paragraph.
00:34:41.980 So here we go.
00:34:43.840 Paragraph two.
00:34:44.600 The information set forth in this affidavit results from my own investigation and that of other law enforcement agents.
00:34:51.060 Okay, guys.
00:34:51.420 So hearsay is admissible in criminal complaints like this.
00:34:54.260 This affidavit is submitted for the limited purpose of establishing probable cause that on or about October 9th, 2020.
00:34:59.260 Lontro D. Williams.
00:35:00.560 That's Pusheisty, by the way, guys.
00:35:01.820 Williams is Pusheisty.
00:35:03.280 Bobby Brown and Jaden DeRosa collectively, the defendants, committed the offenses of conspiracy to commit Hobbes Act robbery in violation of Title 18 United States Code Section 1951A.
00:35:13.160 And these are just the statutes, right?
00:35:16.680 And remember, guys, they're only putting enough information for probable cause.
00:35:20.420 There's more information, right?
00:35:21.540 That you always put the least amount of information required to just establish probable cause because you don't want to give everything away.
00:35:29.740 So because the affidavit is submitted for the limited purpose of setting forth probable cause for the proposed criminal complaint, it does not contain every fact known to me about the investigation.
00:35:37.420 All right.
00:35:37.880 So now we're going to get into the case.
00:35:39.020 Like the video, by the way, guys.
00:35:44.180 All right.
00:35:44.780 Help us with that engagement because we're going to break this bad boy down.
00:35:47.880 Okay.
00:35:48.040 So these are the actual facts of the case.
00:35:49.940 October 9th, 2020, at approximately 1.50 p.m., three males later identified as Williams, Brown, and DeRosa.
00:35:54.820 Remember, guys, Williams is Pusheisty.
00:35:56.880 Arrived at the Landon Hotel, the hotel, located at 9700 East Bay Harbor Drive in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida.
00:36:03.940 Okay.
00:36:04.220 Which is a very nice place, like I told you guys before.
00:36:06.000 One of the nicest malls down here in Miami-Dade County is in that area.
00:36:11.480 Williams was driving a green McLaren with brown in the passenger seat.
00:36:15.580 DeRosa was driving a black Mercedes Maybach.
00:36:18.260 Williams had arranged to meet the victims at that location to purchase a pair of high-end athletic sneakers and marijuana.
00:36:25.280 Williams had rented the McLaren from victim one and was hoping to negotiate an extension of this vehicle rental part of this vehicle rental as part of the transaction.
00:36:34.100 Okay.
00:36:35.020 So Pusheisty rented the car from one of the victims.
00:36:39.200 And I guess they were also coming to do a marijuana and sneaker deal.
00:36:42.120 From what I understand, I think it was for some Jordans, from what I was told.
00:36:46.820 During the transaction, Williams and Brown brandished firearms and shot both victims.
00:36:50.200 Specifically, Brown shot victim one in the hip and Williams shot victim two in the ass, or the buttocks.
00:36:55.180 Sorry.
00:36:56.520 All right.
00:36:58.200 The victims then drove to MD urgent care for medical assistance and were later transported to Aventura Hospital for further treatment.
00:37:05.380 As part of the investigation, law enforcement reviewed video surveillance, which depicts Williams arriving at the hotel in the green McLaren, where Brown is the passenger, and DeRosa arriving in the black Maybach.
00:37:15.540 Williams was wearing a yellow shirt, Brown was wearing a white t-shirt, and DeRosa was wearing a purple hooded sweatshirt.
00:37:22.120 Shortly after Williams arrived at the hotel, victim one approached Williams and handed him a bag of marijuana.
00:37:27.820 Victim two then approached and gave Williams a shopping bag.
00:37:30.760 Williams opened the shopping bag and removed the pair of athletic sneakers and began examining them.
00:37:35.400 So let's go back to the video, okay, so that we can – and I'll pull it alongside the criminal complaint.
00:37:40.720 So I'll read this paragraph again for you guys with the video playing so we can actually get the full picture on this bad boy, all right?
00:37:46.460 So stop here, and then let me pull up that video real fast for you guys while we're here.
00:37:53.980 So there was a deal that they went down with some sneakers and some weed and extending the McLaren, and I guess it ended up in a shootout.
00:38:05.040 So, okay, so here it is again.
00:38:11.860 Okay, so we're going to fast forward here.
00:38:18.800 Okay, so I'm going to share the screen with y'all now, and bear with me here, guys.
00:38:28.100 Boom.
00:38:29.060 All right, so – and I'm going to pull up the criminal complaint as well and read it, okay, on my end while we see this.
00:38:38.560 So – all right, so they're saying – so it goes here.
00:38:46.960 As part of this investigation, law enforcement reviewed video surveillance, which is this video right here, by the way, guys, okay,
00:38:52.000 depicts Williams arriving at the hotel in a green McLaren with Brown as the passenger, okay?
00:38:56.600 An ultra-quiet Bay Harbor Island.
00:38:58.380 So here's Pooh right there.
00:39:00.380 All right.
00:39:00.820 So Pooh's in there.
00:39:13.120 You can see him.
00:39:13.680 He's right in here wearing a yellow – because in the affidavit, it goes,
00:39:16.820 Williams arriving at the hotel in a green McLaren with Brown as the passenger and DeRosa arriving in the black Maybach.
00:39:22.020 Williams, a.k.a. Pooh, was wearing a yellow shirt, Brown was wearing a white T-shirt,
00:39:25.460 and DeRosa was wearing a purple hooded sweatshirt.
00:39:27.780 All right, so you can see it right – here he is coming out the car.
00:39:30.640 Pooh's right there, and then I think his homeboy is going to get out the car in a second.
00:39:34.320 He'll eventually get out and meet, and then this.
00:39:36.500 Oh, boom, right there.
00:39:37.620 The man in the white shirt has a pistol.
00:39:39.860 The man in the black sweatshirt has a longer gun, and at about the same time, they begin firing.
00:39:45.940 Okay.
00:39:46.880 So this guy gets shot in the butt.
00:39:48.180 Before retreating back to the Maybach.
00:39:50.700 The fancy getaway cars speed off, and one of two victims then hobbles to the car.
00:39:55.980 Sky Force 836.
00:39:57.240 Yeah.
00:39:57.440 So this is the video that law enforcement reviewed.
00:40:02.480 All right, so let me move this back to where it was.
00:40:05.120 Let me stop sharing a little fast.
00:40:07.740 All right, so now you guys got a better picture of exactly what these guys were looking at when they were there.
00:40:14.560 Give me one second here, guys, as I'm moving this stuff around.
00:40:17.740 God damn it.
00:40:23.380 Okay.
00:40:27.280 And also, guys, while I do this, do me a favor and like the goddamn video.
00:40:32.480 All right?
00:40:33.220 Like the video, because this is not easy to do all this research and come up with this fire content for y'all.
00:40:39.280 All right, so we're going to go back and pull up the affidavit for y'all.
00:40:42.220 Boom.
00:40:43.400 All right.
00:40:44.480 Okay.
00:40:45.840 Like the video.
00:40:46.860 All right, let me check the chat real fast.
00:40:50.020 All right.
00:40:51.040 And then I got here $20 super chat from Native Arrain.
00:40:55.580 What's good, Myron City boys?
00:40:56.640 We out you.
00:40:57.160 Damn right, baby.
00:40:59.900 All right.
00:41:01.340 Okay, Cardboard Knight, five bucks.
00:41:06.060 Local police or union, does the chance to become a task force officer come by seniority or is it a whole separate thing?
00:41:10.700 It depends on a bunch of things.
00:41:12.340 Seniority, skill level, relationship with the feds.
00:41:15.760 You know what I'm saying?
00:41:16.220 So there's a bunch of things that go into it.
00:41:17.680 If you have a certain skill, like let's say you got a canine, you're going to be highly sought after as a task force officer.
00:41:23.860 BX Native, five bucks.
00:41:24.940 Hey, Myron, does the government consider the KKK a national threat?
00:41:27.040 But it depends.
00:41:28.660 Every year they come out with a new list, but I wouldn't be surprised if they're on a domestic terrorist list somewhere.
00:41:33.800 Robertson, Asmire, a guy has owned five.
00:41:35.220 Don't need security in the pod.
00:41:36.240 Facts.
00:41:36.940 Y'all know that.
00:41:38.440 Okay.
00:41:39.960 Okay.
00:41:40.440 So let's go back to the affidavit here, guys.
00:41:42.780 So we were on paragraph five, I think, or six.
00:41:48.820 Okay.
00:41:49.140 So you guys saw the video.
00:41:50.300 So, Brown was wearing a white shirt and DeRosa was wearing a purple hooded sweatshirt.
00:41:55.460 Shortly after, Williams arrived at the hotel.
00:41:57.260 Victim one approached Williams and handed him a bag of marijuana.
00:42:00.160 Victim two then approached and gave Williams a shopping bag.
00:42:02.420 Williams opened the shopping bag and removed a pair of athletic sneakers and began examining them.
00:42:06.840 Okay.
00:42:08.240 So now we're going to get into paragraph seven.
00:42:10.340 There's a shady, there's a lady in the chat called Hippie Chick that's trying to get your attention, Myron.
00:42:13.840 Be gentle on her.
00:42:14.540 She's shy.
00:42:15.320 Okay.
00:42:16.100 I didn't see it, but let's continue on with the pod.
00:42:18.900 All right.
00:42:19.820 So paragraph seven.
00:42:20.800 Victim two then walked around the McLaren and sat in the passenger seat where Brown had previously been seated to collect payment from Williams.
00:42:27.940 As victim two held one of the sneakers in his hand, Williams pointed a Draco subcompact weapon at him and demanded that he leave the sneakers in the car.
00:42:37.520 Oh, my God, bro.
00:42:40.980 DeRosa stepped out of the Maybach, approached victim two, and attempted to take victim two's jewelry from his person.
00:42:47.040 Moments later, as victim two attempted to stop DeRosa from stealing his jewelry, Williams shot victim two in the buttocks.
00:42:53.980 Victim two then retreated towards the vehicle.
00:42:56.160 Ultimately, DeRosa could not take the jewelry from victim two's person, but Williams maintained the sneakers without paying for them.
00:43:02.340 Victim two operates a shoe sales business that involves the shipment of products in interstate commerce.
00:43:07.640 Williams never paid either victim for the shoes or marijuana.
00:43:11.280 Oh, God.
00:43:22.660 Let's read that one more time because this is craziness, man.
00:43:26.140 Victim two then walked around the McLaren and sat in the passenger seat where Brown had previously been seated.
00:43:30.060 Okay, so Pooh's buddy gets out the car, gets in the car with Pooh, and he's like, all right, man, let's do the deal, and he wants to get the money.
00:43:38.120 Victim two held one of the sneakers in his hand, and Williams, a.k.a.
00:43:41.400 Pooh Shisey, pointed a Draco subcompact at him and demanded that he leave the sneakers in the car.
00:43:46.240 DeRosa stepped out of the Maybach, approached victim two, and approached to attempt to take victim's jewelry from his person.
00:43:52.180 Moments later, as victim two attempted to stop DeRosa from stealing his jewelry, Williams shot victim two in the buttocks.
00:43:58.160 Victim two then retreated towards his vehicle, which you guys saw, the long-haired guy that got shot in the ass that, like, was limping.
00:44:03.960 Okay?
00:44:04.440 They couldn't get the jewelry, but they ended up running away.
00:44:09.260 And here's the other thing, too.
00:44:10.080 This sentence is very important.
00:44:12.180 Victim two operates a shoe sale business that operates the shipment of products in interstate commerce.
00:44:17.520 Williams never paid either victim for the shoes or marijuana.
00:44:21.480 Guys, that is key right there.
00:44:23.700 That establishes venue.
00:44:25.100 This is what gives the feds jurisdiction now to do this robbery case because victim two operates his business online, essentially.
00:44:33.040 Okay?
00:44:33.640 And anytime you have a business online, it affects interstate commerce.
00:44:37.180 And that's all the feds need to come in and now take this case.
00:44:40.300 Why the state didn't have – why it could go federal.
00:44:44.080 All right?
00:44:44.800 So – because as we know, a lot of sneaker resale type people, right, especially, like, high-end sneakers, they sell it online,
00:44:51.180 which internet, a.k.a. interstate commerce, done.
00:44:55.680 You know what I'm saying?
00:45:00.560 So he never paid the victim for the shoes or for the weed, okay?
00:45:05.680 Because obviously they can't talk about the weed robbery because, like, weed's illegal.
00:45:08.780 But the sneaker business is legal.
00:45:11.480 All right?
00:45:11.800 So – oh, my God.
00:45:14.940 All right.
00:45:15.200 I'm just going to keep reading this affidavit.
00:45:16.800 But a big rapper robbing you of your jewelry and your sneakers.
00:45:21.740 Oh, God, dude.
00:45:23.340 All right.
00:45:24.220 Paragraph eight.
00:45:24.820 Moments after Williams shot victim two, Brown shot victim one in the hip.
00:45:29.060 Video surveillance shows victim one fell to the ground in the area between the green McLaren and the victim's vehicle.
00:45:35.020 Victim one then observed Williams point a Draco subcompact weapon at him and state in substance,
00:45:40.220 don't you try it.
00:45:41.800 Shortly thereafter, Williams, DeRosa, and Brown returned to their respective vehicles and drove away.
00:45:47.880 Williams never stepped out of the driver's seat of the McLaren.
00:45:49.720 As you guys can see, he was sitting there in the yellow shirt the whole time.
00:45:52.340 So he robs one guy and then he shoots the other guy.
00:45:54.720 All right?
00:45:56.180 The surveillance captured a Louis Vuitton bag falling out of the driver's seat of the McLaren as Williams drove away after the shooting.
00:46:02.920 Law enforcement recovered the bag, which contained $40,912 in U.S. currency.
00:46:08.580 Williams' publicly available Instagram account, Pooh Shiesty, contains photographs that depict him displaying several long rifles and a plethora of $100 bills days before the robbery.
00:46:18.680 One of the $100 bills from the picture displayed the full serial number of the bill, which was LB730664781.
00:46:27.260 Law enforcement recovered a $100 bill with the same serial number from the Louis Vuitton bag.
00:46:32.220 Williams' Instagram account also contains tagged photographs where he's depicted posing with a green McLaren like the one from the video surveillance.
00:46:39.820 Holy crap.
00:46:44.780 So let's talk about this photo that they're talking about here, guys.
00:46:48.680 So the photograph that they're speaking about is the one that was in that video, right?
00:46:53.260 And let's pull that bad boy up again, right?
00:46:58.220 And it was, we'll just go, da-da-da, history.
00:47:03.900 Nope.
00:47:04.220 Actually, we'll just say, Pooh Shiesty, right?
00:47:09.720 Pooh Shiesty, video surveillance, video surveillance, right?
00:47:16.120 And then this is it right here.
00:47:18.760 Inappropriate.
00:47:19.280 Yes, I get that.
00:47:20.780 And then where is the photograph?
00:47:22.780 It was here.
00:47:23.340 I remember when we were going through it.
00:47:24.940 Boom, right here.
00:47:25.480 This is the photo in question, guys.
00:47:27.340 All right?
00:47:28.500 And this is what the feds used to charge them because they were able to get this picture and look at the serial numbers from this photograph.
00:47:38.600 Okay?
00:47:38.900 And this is what hurt them.
00:47:41.080 And here's the other thing, too, guys, you got to understand as well, is that when you have a verified account, right, which if we go and look at his Instagram account, you know, matter of fact, let's go ahead and pull that bad boy up.
00:47:54.240 Let's look at his Instagram account.
00:47:55.720 We'll open up another tab here, right?
00:47:58.060 We're going to go, Pooh Shiesty.
00:48:03.640 Let me just go, Pooh Shiesty Instagram, right?
00:48:07.080 Here's his Instagram.
00:48:20.200 As you guys can see, this is his account, right?
00:48:22.980 And it's verified, all right?
00:48:24.920 And the reason why I want to bring this to your guys' attention is that so he posted from his Instagram account that photo that I just showed you, which I think he took it down by now.
00:48:33.420 I wouldn't be surprised.
00:48:34.300 Oh, yeah, here he is if you guys want to write him, by the way.
00:48:36.140 Oh, I won't let me open it.
00:48:37.980 All right.
00:48:39.200 Let's see here.
00:48:40.620 Yeah, did they?
00:48:41.660 Let's see.
00:48:42.020 Did they have more?
00:48:42.780 Oh, okay.
00:48:43.740 Whatever.
00:48:44.520 Either way, I think he took that picture down.
00:48:47.120 But they were able to subpoena it.
00:48:48.180 And this is here.
00:48:48.680 You can write him.
00:48:49.120 Oh, this is his stuff right here if you want to write him, by the way, guys.
00:48:52.280 But so anyway, the reason why I want to show you guys this is when you have a verified account, guys, like this, right, with the blue check,
00:48:57.520 you have to send a photo ID in to verify you are who you say you are, okay?
00:49:02.140 So they need to know that you are, because the whole purpose is a verified guy.
00:49:07.120 So a lot of you guys see this blue check and you think, oh, man, this is cool.
00:49:09.700 Like, you know, blue check, I get girls.
00:49:11.480 No, the reason why people, why you get verified, guys, is to establish that you are the main person.
00:49:17.760 Because when you're a celebrity or somebody, you might have a business, you might have a service, you might be releasing some kind of product.
00:49:24.340 And the people need to be able to trust that this is your real account if they're going to do business with you.
00:49:28.960 So that's why having the verification is very important if you're a public figure or a celebrity, right?
00:49:35.000 But in order for you to get the verified account, besides, you know, having articles written on you, et cetera, and actually being somebody,
00:49:40.220 you need to send in an ID and they need to be able to verify that you are who you say you are.
00:49:44.800 So since this account is verified and the FBI went ahead and pulled up his account,
00:49:49.660 they can basically say, we know that he's a controller of this account because it's a verified account.
00:49:54.300 So if you commit a crime, right, and you post something on your Instagram and it's a verified account,
00:49:58.820 don't post it on your verified account, guys, because they're going to know what's going on.
00:50:02.940 They're going to know that it's really you.
00:50:04.760 Because to get verified, Instagram requires identification.
00:50:07.820 When I got verified, when Fresh got verified, we had to send in our stuff, all right?
00:50:11.840 So that's number one.
00:50:13.220 So, okay, let me minimize this.
00:50:15.800 So let's get back into the affidavit because this is very important for you guys to know
00:50:18.860 that they used his Instagram and the fact that he was tagged in a location to put him in the area
00:50:23.900 and they found the money, okay?
00:50:26.580 So now law enforcement later identified DeRosa's publicly available Instagram page by the name Dread Montana.
00:50:32.600 The account contains several photographs where DeRosa is depicting holding a Draco firearm
00:50:37.800 like the one used by Williams during the shooting, which we also just saw in the picture, right?
00:50:41.820 Let me see if this guy's Instagram is still around, Dread Montana.
00:50:44.760 Let's pull him up too.
00:50:45.520 Why not?
00:50:46.240 Dread Montana.
00:50:52.700 Let's see if it comes.
00:50:53.500 Oh, okay.
00:50:54.060 It's gone.
00:50:55.260 Smart guy.
00:50:56.260 It's down.
00:50:56.780 It's down, which happens pretty often, right?
00:50:59.840 Yeah.
00:51:00.080 Dread Montana.
00:51:00.860 Oh, no.
00:51:01.260 With two A's.
00:51:01.860 Oh, hold on.
00:51:02.380 Let's go back.
00:51:02.980 Let's try that again.
00:51:04.200 With two A's.
00:51:05.060 Oh, okay.
00:51:09.960 Which I'm not surprised.
00:51:12.140 Okay.
00:51:13.280 And then paragraph left.
00:51:14.540 After recovering the video surveillance, law enforcement responded to Aventura Hospital
00:51:18.180 to speak to the victims and present them with still photographs from the video surveillance.
00:51:23.120 Victim one stated he was certain that the person driving the green McLaren was the rapper Pooch
00:51:26.740 Icy.
00:51:27.180 Well, that's obvious, right?
00:51:28.520 And the victim one said he had several encounters with Pooch Icy, including when victim one rented
00:51:34.160 him the green McLaren.
00:51:35.940 Victim one explained that when he was shot, the closest person to him was Pooch Icy's road
00:51:40.460 manager, Bobby Brown.
00:51:41.940 Victim one described Brown as wearing a white t-shirt, which was corroborated by video surveillance.
00:51:46.580 Law enforcement also presented victim one with a photograph of DeRosa and victim one
00:51:49.660 identified DeRosa as the driver of the Mercedes Maybach and the person wearing the purple hoodie.
00:51:58.520 Oh, man, this is not looking good.
00:52:02.820 All right, let me look here and see any chats.
00:52:07.360 I want to make sure I catch any chats and I miss any of you guys.
00:52:10.600 Yo, you guys enjoying the video?
00:52:12.040 Hope you guys are enjoying this thing.
00:52:13.540 Would someone please put these animals behind bars?
00:52:16.800 Hey, man.
00:52:17.740 Well, they're in jail now.
00:52:18.840 He's going to do some time on this one, guys.
00:52:21.540 And then let's see here.
00:52:24.140 And guys, thank you so much for the super chats.
00:52:25.820 I really appreciate it, man.
00:52:26.680 Like I said, all this money goes right back into the show, making it better.
00:52:31.120 I got an intro coming out very soon as well that I'm going to use on the next episode.
00:52:34.360 And I'm going to break down the KFlock episode for you guys this Sunday.
00:52:37.780 So stay tuned.
00:52:39.240 I was just weighing on some court documents.
00:52:41.920 And I think they're finally...
00:52:43.680 How close are we to having them here?
00:52:47.280 Woman.
00:52:48.060 Woman.
00:52:49.180 She's listening to the video.
00:52:50.740 All right.
00:52:51.420 Hold on.
00:52:51.760 How close are we to the...
00:52:55.260 Or do we have the stuff for KFlock?
00:52:56.960 Or how far are we?
00:53:00.320 Waiting on one more thing?
00:53:01.400 Yeah.
00:53:01.780 Okay.
00:53:02.420 Yeah.
00:53:02.720 I got the complaint for it, guys.
00:53:04.340 I'm just waiting on...
00:53:05.920 Basically, he had a court hearing, what, January 4th, I think it was?
00:53:09.140 Yeah.
00:53:10.100 And we're getting the transcripts on it for y'all.
00:53:12.400 So we can actually go through it.
00:53:14.700 So, okay.
00:53:15.280 All right.
00:53:16.880 So let's keep on going here with this document.
00:53:19.120 So basically, guys, here's some of the facts.
00:53:23.680 They show up.
00:53:24.220 They rob him.
00:53:25.240 They shoot him in the process.
00:53:26.720 The guys go to the hospital.
00:53:28.200 The police show up, interview the guys, ask them, hey, you know, who are these individuals?
00:53:32.440 And they were able to positively identify Pooh Shiesty because they had dealt with him before
00:53:36.480 because he rented the vehicle from him.
00:53:38.100 They knew who he was.
00:53:39.040 He was a rapper.
00:53:39.760 He was obviously driving a McLaren that they gave to him.
00:53:43.060 You know what I'm saying?
00:53:44.180 And yeah.
00:53:46.500 So we're on paragraph 12 now.
00:53:47.800 Law enforcement then contacted Victim 2 while he was being treated at Aventura Hospital.
00:53:51.840 Law enforcement presented still photographs from Video Surveillance 2 to Victim 2, who also
00:53:55.220 identified Williams as the driver of the Green McLaren.
00:53:57.640 Victim 2 identified DeRosa as the male wearing the purple hooded sweatshirt.
00:54:01.520 Lastly, Victim 2 identified Brown as road manager.
00:54:04.640 So you got two people that positively identified all three of them.
00:54:07.500 And then on now we're on paragraph 13.
00:54:15.380 Now, on Sunday, May 30th, 2021, Williams performed as a rap artist at the King of Diamonds Club,
00:54:21.340 located at 7020 Northwest 72nd Avenue in Miami, Florida.
00:54:25.580 After this performance, Williams was paid the outstanding balance of his performance in cash.
00:54:29.260 And a person from the crowd slapped his hand, causing Williams to drop the cash on the ground.
00:54:33.720 Williams then retrieved a black semi-automatic pistol from his waistband
00:54:36.740 and began waving it to prevent club patrons from taking his money.
00:54:39.960 Upon seeing Williams with a firearm, club security sought to remove him from the venue.
00:54:44.500 Video Surveillance captured Williams walking with the firearm in his hands.
00:54:48.060 Williams then fired one shot, striking the club security guard in the ankle.
00:54:52.240 Williams fled in a dark-colored vehicle.
00:54:59.820 Conclusion.
00:55:00.860 Based on the information provided above, I respectfully submit that there exists probable cause to believe
00:55:05.800 that on or about October 9th in Miami-Dade County in the Southern District of Florida,
00:55:09.340 Williams, Brown, and DeRosa committed the offenses of conspiracy to commit Hobbs Act robbery
00:55:14.340 in violation of Title 18 U.S. Code 1951A, in violation of Title 18 United States Code 1951A,
00:55:20.560 and discharged a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence in violation of Title 18.
00:55:26.000 And then further, your affiance sayeth not, which basically means I don't have anything else to say.
00:55:31.220 And this is Elio Garcia, Task Force Officer, Federal Bureau of Investigation,
00:55:34.240 which, you know, this is something that the Southern District of Florida does, by the way, guys.
00:55:37.640 You know, every district is different, but AUSA's here tend to say that.
00:55:41.100 And then, bam, that is Alicia M. Otazo Reyes that signs it.
00:55:44.960 And next thing you know, they get an arrest warrant for him, and they go and pick him up.
00:55:48.600 Because in the process, guys, Pushaisti was already in jail when they filed this.
00:55:53.920 So they took him from the state jail and brought him over federal, okay?
00:55:57.680 So that was the criminal complaint, right?
00:56:00.460 So we know the facts of the case.
00:56:02.840 So let me stop sharing this.
00:56:04.820 Now we're going to go over the indictment, and then we'll go over the plea agreement, all right?
00:56:10.400 Gaines Podcast 2020, women in the studio 2022, the same.
00:56:13.620 Yeah, man, you know how it is.
00:56:15.100 Ain't nothing change.
00:56:17.040 And then we got, and that's from Robert Sinanis.
00:56:19.240 Thank you so much.
00:56:19.700 Two bucks.
00:56:20.320 And then we got Junior.
00:56:21.360 Can you do YFN Lucci case?
00:56:22.580 I will do it.
00:56:23.260 That's a state case, though, guys.
00:56:24.500 And state cases, I'm not going to lie, are a pain.
00:56:26.780 Just like right now with the K-FLOC case, it's a state case.
00:56:29.060 So I have to manually go through and get everything through the state of New York, which is no fun.
00:56:34.460 But we're going to get it for y'all.
00:56:35.880 Because I got the complaint.
00:56:36.660 I'm just waiting on those court transcripts.
00:56:38.700 One to the three.
00:56:39.740 One to the three.
00:56:40.160 So basically, he threw away his career for some weed and shoes.
00:56:42.340 Super L, man.
00:56:43.100 Yeah, man.
00:56:43.500 It was not good at all.
00:56:45.580 And the fact that he, like, why are you going to rob them, bro?
00:56:48.080 You have all this money, man.
00:56:49.260 Like, what the?
00:56:50.280 God damn, bro.
00:56:51.540 Like, you don't need weed and sneakers.
00:56:53.820 But that's what happens, bro.
00:56:54.900 I mean, he really lives his raps.
00:56:56.780 So, all right.
00:56:57.880 Cool.
00:56:58.720 So now let's look at the indictment, guys.
00:57:00.380 All right.
00:57:01.360 And also, like the goddamn video.
00:57:03.500 Okay.
00:57:04.000 And make sure you subscribe to the channel.
00:57:05.500 Shout out to Pina.
00:57:08.780 So now we're going to do the indictment here.
00:57:11.420 All right.
00:57:12.080 And this one is going to be pretty cut and dry, especially now that we know the facts.
00:57:16.420 All right.
00:57:16.800 So they wrote that criminal complaint.
00:57:18.260 And they charged them with those three charges.
00:57:20.020 Robbery, conspiracy, et cetera.
00:57:21.340 So now we're going to go over the indictment.
00:57:25.740 Okay.
00:57:26.440 So, like I told you guys before, remember how there was the MJ case number?
00:57:30.760 Now we have the CR case number.
00:57:34.640 Okay.
00:57:35.300 Because now it's officially become a criminal case because it has been indicted by a grand jury.
00:57:39.980 All right.
00:57:40.280 After the true bill comes out.
00:57:42.140 So United States of America versus Lontrell D. Williams, Bobby Brown, and Jaden DeRosa.
00:57:46.580 Count one.
00:57:47.380 Conspiracy, possessed, firearm, and furtherance of a violent crime.
00:57:49.460 18 U.S.C. 924.
00:57:51.220 From on or about October 6, 2020 through or on about October 10, 2020 in the Miami-Dade County, in the Southern District of Florida, and elsewhere, the defendants, right, did knowingly and willfully combine, conspire, confederate, and agree with others known and unknown to the grand jury to use, carry, and possess firearms and furtherance of crimes of violence.
00:58:09.900 That is, a violation of Title 18 United States Code 1951 for interference with commerce by robbery is set forth in count three of this indictment, which is an offense.
00:58:19.460 Forced to defendants may be prosecuted in a court in the United States and to possess firearms and furtherance of such crimes in violation of 18 U.S. 924.
00:58:27.040 C. All in violation of, you know, Title 18 United States Code.
00:58:30.180 It is further alleged that the conspiracy involved the following firearms and the BIM, the 9mm semi-pistol and then the other 7.62 semi-automatic pistol, which I think this is the Draco.
00:58:41.620 So, um, and then we got count two, Hobbs Act robbery conspiracy from on or about October 6, 2020 through on or about October 10, 2020 in the Miami-Dade County, the Southern District of Florida, and elsewhere, the defendants, right, obviously, Pushayci, Bobby Brown, and Jaden DeRosa, did knowingly combine, conspire, confederate, and agree with each other and others known and unknown to the grand jury to obstruct, delay, and affect commerce.
00:59:04.740 And the movement of articles and commodities and commerce by means of robbery, as the terms commerce and robbery are defined in Title 18 United States Code, in that the defendants did plan to take United States currency and other property from persons engaged in interstate and foreign commerce, namely persons employed by businesses and companies operating in interstate commerce and foreign commerce, and persons engaged in illegal interstate and foreign commerce, namely unlawful sale of narcotics against the will of those persons by means of actual and threatened force, violence, and fear of injury to said person.
00:59:34.740 Person is a violation of violation of Title 18 Code 1951, which again, guys, going back.
00:59:42.840 That's why it was so important for the feds to establish that the guy that was selling the sneakers operates his business, and it affects interstate commerce.
00:59:50.120 He sells his sneakers pretty much, probably more than likely what was done online, or even if they use a phone to facilitate the deal, it affects interstate commerce, guys.
00:59:57.740 It is not hard to trigger that interstate commerce nexus to make it federal.
01:00:05.000 It's not hard to trigger that.
01:00:06.240 So them talking on the phones, them being on the internet, facilitating the deal online, whatever it is, through text message, Instagram, whatever, it all affects interstate commerce, which as you guys know, that was very big on the Casanova case that we broke down because a lot of it was done online.
01:00:19.840 So that was why in that affidavit that I showed you guys from the task force officer, he said that the guy owns and operates a sneaker sale business that affects interstate commerce.
01:00:28.940 That's how the feds were able to come in and take this bad boy federal, all right?
01:00:32.120 Because normally, I'll be honest with you guys, feds rarely take burglary cases or robberies, okay?
01:00:38.160 Burglary, robbery, whatever it is, because that's all Hobbs Act stuff is typically robbery and burglaries.
01:00:43.800 Feds rarely take it unless it's egregious, which in this case, it's a big rapper.
01:00:47.800 He robbed them.
01:00:48.960 It was on surveillance footage.
01:00:50.600 People got shot in the case.
01:00:51.900 So these were all aggravating circumstances that made them take this case.
01:00:55.180 Also, the shooting at the King of Diamonds, which was also referred to in the affidavit, also made it like, all right, man, this dude is too hotbox now.
01:01:04.700 So where were we?
01:01:07.000 We read this one.
01:01:09.080 Okay.
01:01:09.700 And then count three.
01:01:10.560 On or about October 9th, 2020, the Miami-Dade County Southern District of Florida, bam, the defendants again, did knowingly and unlawfully obstruct, delay, and affect interstate commerce and the movement of articles and commodities and commerce by means of robbery.
01:01:23.060 As the mean, it terms robbery and commerce are defined in Title 18 United States Code, and the defendants did take property from persons and in the presence of persons employed by businesses and companies operating interstate and foreign commerce and persons engaged in interstate and foreign commerce, namely unlawful sale of narcotics against the will of those persons by means of actual and threatened force, violence, and fear of injury to set persons a violation of Title 18, right?
01:01:46.540 And then obviously them stealing the drugs as well, affected interstate commerce, even though drugs are illegal.
01:01:49.920 So, and then count four, discharging a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence.
01:01:54.980 On or about October 9th, in Miami-Dade County Southern District of Florida, the defendants did knowingly use and carry a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence and did knowingly possess a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence, an offense for which the defendant may be prosecuted in a court of the United States.
01:02:10.280 That is, in violation of Title 18 United States Code, section 1951, in violation of Title 18 United States Code 924C, which is also a similar charge as what you guys know what Casanova is getting hit with, right?
01:02:25.100 Pursuant to Title 18 United States Code, section 924C, it is further alleged that the firearm was discharged and that forfeiture of allegations.
01:02:31.960 And this is, this forfeiture stuff, guys, is typically like them taking money and seizing things from him, right?
01:02:38.100 And here we go, boom.
01:02:40.340 This is the acting United States Attorney.
01:02:42.080 This is Ariel P. F. Klepac.
01:02:44.840 She probably is the prosecutor on the case.
01:02:47.340 And then Ignacio J. Vasquez, also AUSA on the case.
01:02:50.840 So this one was done by two different AUSAs, which I'm not surprised.
01:02:53.940 When it's a big artist like this that's going to have the money to hire private counsel, et cetera, you know, you're going to want, you know, two AUSAs on it, right?
01:03:02.040 And then obviously here's the foreperson that signed.
01:03:04.240 They, you know, redacted his name.
01:03:05.880 But this is, you know, the foreperson that signed it that got the true bill of indictment, okay?
01:03:12.140 So now, so you got the criminal complaint that was filed by the FBI affidavit, task force officer.
01:03:18.680 Then you have about, after you guys file a criminal complaint, you have about, I think it's either 10 or 14 days to indict.
01:03:24.100 So when was this done?
01:03:25.020 Yeah, boom, June 24th.
01:03:26.180 That makes sense.
01:03:27.160 So about two weeks later, boom, they're indicting the case because a criminal complaint can't stand on its own.
01:03:32.460 You need a true bill of indictment to formally bring charges.
01:03:35.640 A criminal complaint is just something that you can get in the wind, right?
01:03:39.620 Sorry.
01:03:39.760 You file it so they can get an arrest warrant and get the guy into custody quickly, you know?
01:03:43.160 And what I'm thinking is more than likely since they filed a criminal complaint while he was in state custody, there was probably some kind of circumstance that they needed to get him into custody quickly to hit some kind of timeline.
01:03:52.120 So, yeah, so as you guys can see, this thing got indicted fairly quickly right after.
01:03:57.540 So now, we're going to go and find the case, guys.
01:04:02.180 We're going to go ahead and, here, let me stop this real quick.
01:04:06.740 We're going to go ahead and look at the plea agreement as well.
01:04:10.560 And since I'm going to, you know what, since I got you guys here, I might as well teach you guys how to use Pacer.
01:04:14.340 So we're going to give you all some sauce right now.
01:04:15.900 So get the likes up.
01:04:17.520 Let me look right now how many likes we got because I will not continue unless we have enough likes.
01:04:22.780 Let's see here.
01:04:23.420 There's 1.4K, you guys, in here watching.
01:04:25.820 I need you guys to like the video right now.
01:04:28.320 We got only 1,000, guys.
01:04:30.640 Plus, I don't want to have to put this annoying Who Wants to Be a Millionaire song on, but I will do it if you guys don't like the goddamn video.
01:04:38.920 Just like the video.
01:04:39.900 Hit that like button.
01:04:40.820 It helps a lot with the engagement, okay, because making this kind of content is not easy.
01:04:46.140 Obviously, a lot of research goes into it, getting the videos and everything else for you guys, and then going through and reading through it, making sure I know all the facts.
01:04:54.520 You know what I'm saying?
01:04:55.060 It ain't easy.
01:04:56.200 So help a brother out here.
01:04:57.220 Okay, so, all right, where are we at here?
01:05:02.140 Let me look here before we continue.
01:05:03.360 I will not continue until we get at least 1,300 likes.
01:05:10.100 Nope, I only see 1K likes.
01:05:12.080 Guys, I will not continue until we get that goddamn 1.3K, all right?
01:05:18.220 I need 1.3K likes, and we will continue on with the show.
01:05:23.140 But in the meantime, while we wait, I'll teach you guys how to look up cases, all right?
01:05:30.160 So here you go.
01:05:31.400 You know, you got pacer.
01:05:32.200 This is available to the public, guys, by the way, right?
01:05:35.160 And you're going to go here.
01:05:37.040 You're going to hit criminal, all right?
01:05:39.540 And then you're going to go, you know, we're going to go advanced case search, all right?
01:05:48.640 All right.
01:05:49.380 So what you're going to do is you're going to type in the region, right?
01:05:52.820 This is very important for you guys to know the region.
01:05:54.660 So Florida Southern District, right?
01:05:56.820 Boom.
01:05:57.580 Then we're going to go ahead, and we're going to go, no, we could probably just go Williams, okay?
01:06:04.620 Because we know that's Pooch Icy's name, and that's not relevant, all criminal.
01:06:11.260 All right.
01:06:12.240 Boom.
01:06:12.840 Do I need the number?
01:06:13.680 I don't think.
01:06:13.880 I got the...
01:06:15.620 Is it showing?
01:06:23.540 Okay.
01:06:25.620 Okay.
01:06:27.220 Get me there, damn it.
01:06:28.220 Yeah, and this, this, I ain't going to lie to you guys.
01:06:33.800 It's, uh, anytime you, uh, yeah, save search.
01:06:42.260 Anytime you're using a government database, guys, it's not always the friendliest and most, uh, efficient.
01:06:48.500 But that's how it be sometimes.
01:06:52.020 Yeah, like the video just for that, that I got to always do this crap when I pull up cases for y'all.
01:06:55.920 At least one is, you know what?
01:06:57.820 Let me just type in the goddamn 21.
01:07:02.500 Normally, I don't want you guys to learn how to do it this way because, you know what, maybe, because you're not always going to have the criminal case number, especially if you're looking it up.
01:07:12.840 Right?
01:07:13.500 Because I could type in the case number, but that's not the best way to do it.
01:07:22.060 All right.
01:07:22.840 This thing is being a pain.
01:07:24.140 All right, let me stop sharing this thing real quick.
01:07:26.760 Okay.
01:07:27.520 What are we at for likes, by the way?
01:07:31.420 Are we at that 1,300?
01:07:33.320 1.1.
01:07:34.060 Guys, get us a 1,300 while I pull this thing up for y'all real fast.
01:07:37.400 Because now what we're going to do is we're going to go over the, um, we're going to go over the, uh, the guilty plea.
01:07:45.500 Okay?
01:07:45.940 Because he pled guilty recently.
01:07:47.260 Um, oh, we do that.
01:07:52.680 Get the goddamn legs up.
01:08:03.480 But Pacer, guys, just so you guys know, to give you guys a quick little background, Pacer is the, um, for federal cases, it's how you find federal cases, basically.
01:08:12.780 Um, even, even, um, civil cases is how you, as well.
01:08:17.800 So, you know what?
01:08:18.560 Let me just type in the case number here.
01:08:19.900 Because it's typically typed, it's typically, um, fiscal year, case number, and then CR, which means the case was indicted by a grand jury and it's officially criminal.
01:08:39.400 So, this thing is being a pain in the ass.
01:08:45.660 Oh, pro tip also, it's always better to just go through the, uh, the district that you, um, uh, that you're trying to find the case.
01:08:53.660 Versus, like, doing it, like, generally like this, how I'm doing it.
01:08:57.640 And let me see if I can get on the website for the Southern District of Florida.
01:09:00.220 And that's the other thing too, guys, also always keep in mind that when you're trying to find a case, you have to find the district in which it was, it was done.
01:09:10.160 Because if you, if you don't know, then you were not going to be able to find it.
01:09:12.620 And there's a bunch of, I think if I'm not mistaken, there's like, there's like, no, that's not, that's not what it is.
01:09:19.860 It's, um, there's a bunch of different districts in the United States, right?
01:09:22.740 Like, there's a Southern District of Florida, Northern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida, Southern District of New York, et cetera.
01:09:28.880 So, you need to be able to, um, to find it based on the, the jurisdiction.
01:09:43.920 Okay, here we go.
01:09:45.640 All right.
01:09:46.460 So, now if I got a bunch of different ones here.
01:09:52.740 Um, what, what are we at with the likes, by the way, get, get us up to, uh,
01:10:22.740 what do you mean you didn't return any?
01:10:39.220 Apologize for this, guys.
01:10:41.960 This thing is extremely cumbersome.
01:10:45.840 So, I'm putting in the name, but it's giving me an error.
01:10:51.440 And this happens all the time with databases like this that have a ridiculous amount, like, a lot of information on them.
01:11:00.800 Where you'll run into, like, whether system updates, errors, whatever it is.
01:11:06.920 Obviously, it's, it's a government website as well.
01:11:08.900 So, you guys already know that it's going to be cumbersome.
01:11:10.640 You know what I'm saying?
01:11:11.060 And, uh, we always make a joke, uh, when I used to work for the Uncle Sam back in the day.
01:11:15.880 You know, the government's always, like, you know, a year or two behind modern technology.
01:11:20.080 You know what I'm saying?
01:11:20.780 Like, it's like, come on, man.
01:11:22.660 Like, you know, we're still using CD-ROMs here.
01:11:24.400 I remember I was using a typewriter one time when I was first on the job.
01:11:27.500 And I was like, what the hell?
01:11:28.500 A typewriter, bro?
01:11:29.340 Are you serious?
01:11:31.180 Y'all are fucking crazy, man.
01:11:33.060 Um.
01:11:33.460 All right, we got a criminal.
01:11:41.220 No.
01:11:51.740 I'm going to check the chat here in a second as well.
01:11:58.640 All right.
01:11:59.240 And also, guys, tune in tonight.
01:12:03.580 We have a, uh, a very special episode with our boy Casey.
01:12:08.360 We're going to break down, um, running game in Columbia.
01:12:14.420 Which I know you guys are going to love that one.
01:12:18.700 Because
01:12:19.100 that one is going to be lit.
01:12:26.140 You know what?
01:12:26.700 Let me try
01:12:27.360 this last name instead, then.
01:12:42.900 No.
01:12:43.380 Let me try this.
01:12:48.160 I'm going to try doing it with the,
01:12:49.620 with the Southern District of, of, uh, Florida.
01:12:51.920 Okay.
01:12:56.700 So now, hold on.
01:13:09.080 Some district of Florida.
01:13:11.120 Here we go.
01:13:16.320 All right.
01:13:17.100 God damn, man.
01:13:17.960 This is such a pain.
01:13:19.420 All right.
01:13:19.700 So I'm going to share my screen with y'all real fast.
01:13:21.280 And guys, do me a quick favor.
01:13:24.200 Like the video.
01:13:25.400 So I was able to, I was able to get it up.
01:13:28.160 What are we at here?
01:13:29.220 We're at 1.2.
01:13:29.940 All right.
01:13:30.160 Awesome.
01:13:30.540 Okay, cool.
01:13:31.520 So now I'm going to share my screen with y'all real fast.
01:13:34.760 Apologize for that guys.
01:13:36.240 But as you guys know,
01:13:37.420 government websites are always
01:13:38.860 extremely cumbersome.
01:13:41.720 So here we go.
01:13:42.700 U.S.
01:13:42.940 District, Southern District of Florida,
01:13:44.100 official court electronic document filing system.
01:13:47.140 Right?
01:13:47.440 So we're going to go here.
01:13:48.240 We're going to type in Williams.
01:13:51.660 Right?
01:13:53.000 Lontrell.
01:13:57.860 All right.
01:13:58.340 Boom.
01:13:58.660 Here he is.
01:13:59.240 Defendant.
01:13:59.640 This is how we know it's him.
01:14:01.400 All right.
01:14:02.160 Now, as you guys can see,
01:14:04.540 it has, it has both right here
01:14:05.940 because there's multiple defendants on a case.
01:14:07.860 Either one is, it's the same case.
01:14:09.540 We could just go USA versus Williams at all.
01:14:12.100 Right?
01:14:12.660 And then you're going to hit Docker report.
01:14:14.840 Then you're going to hit run report.
01:14:16.760 All right.
01:14:17.180 And then bam, here it is.
01:14:18.320 Okay.
01:14:20.140 Which, like I said,
01:14:21.280 this is why it's so important to know the district
01:14:22.880 that the case is in, guys.
01:14:23.820 Because as you guys can see,
01:14:24.700 I was manually typing it in
01:14:25.940 and it wouldn't give me the answer
01:14:27.180 even though I knew it was Southern District of Florida,
01:14:29.440 criminal case,
01:14:30.360 putting in Williams
01:14:31.000 and they still weren't giving me anything.
01:14:32.100 So if you know the district that's in,
01:14:34.240 Google the district
01:14:35.060 and then type in PACER right behind it.
01:14:37.080 Right?
01:14:37.280 So let's say Southern District of Florida,
01:14:39.080 PACER, boom.
01:14:40.500 And then log in through that,
01:14:42.860 log in through PACER through that court system
01:14:45.400 and then bang, you're in.
01:14:46.860 And this is here we are.
01:14:47.600 This is the case.
01:14:49.680 So as you can see,
01:14:50.380 here's his defense attorney in Fort Lauderdale.
01:14:53.140 Okay?
01:14:53.900 And then here's the fire.
01:14:54.920 Here's the charges that we read earlier in the indictment.
01:14:57.500 Right?
01:14:58.060 And guys, he was looking at up to life, by the way.
01:15:00.340 You know what I'm saying?
01:15:01.540 With all these charges.
01:15:02.380 And then here's his two defendants with him, right?
01:15:05.260 And Jaden and then Bobby, right?
01:15:07.020 All hit with the same charges.
01:15:08.740 Here's the AUSAs, the plaintiffs.
01:15:12.100 They are Silvero, Ignacio, Jesus Vasquez Jr., Ariel Klepek.
01:15:16.380 Okay.
01:15:16.580 So there's a couple of AUSAs on this one, which I'm not surprised.
01:15:19.360 They got one, two, three, four AUSAs on this one
01:15:22.020 because it's obviously a big case.
01:15:23.780 Right?
01:15:24.100 And then this is how you find a criminal complaint.
01:15:26.160 So the criminal complaint right here is how I pulled it up from there.
01:15:29.340 And then this was the motion to seal,
01:15:31.620 which typically, guys,
01:15:33.160 they did this probably because he was in state custody
01:15:36.640 and they didn't want it out there
01:15:38.180 so that they could affect the arrest, you know,
01:15:40.540 without necessarily having to worry about, you know,
01:15:43.040 a lot of media coverage, whatever.
01:15:44.260 So they sealed the case first, right?
01:15:46.720 And then this is the indictment that we read earlier.
01:15:49.100 And then we're just going to scroll down, right?
01:15:53.840 So this is all the stuff that's been going down on the case, right?
01:15:56.420 If you guys want to follow the case,
01:15:57.760 all the stuff that's been going on.
01:15:59.040 But what we want to do
01:16:00.340 is we just want to go down to the plea agreement, right?
01:16:04.320 As you guys can see, look at this, all this crap going on.
01:16:06.600 All right.
01:16:07.260 Plea agreement.
01:16:09.260 No, factual proffer.
01:16:11.620 Hmm.
01:16:13.720 Okay.
01:16:14.040 That definitely has my attention right there.
01:16:18.180 All right.
01:16:18.580 Let's look at the plea agreement
01:16:19.380 and then we'll look at that one.
01:16:20.880 Very interesting.
01:16:22.280 All right.
01:16:24.900 Okay.
01:16:25.600 So here's a plea agreement.
01:16:27.720 Oh, no, I don't want this one for Bobby.
01:16:30.720 I want the plea agreement for...
01:16:32.760 Okay.
01:16:33.460 Oh, sorry.
01:16:34.200 We need the plea agreement for our boy, Williams.
01:16:36.960 But they all probably took us a very similar plea.
01:16:40.500 All right.
01:16:40.960 So it looks like...
01:16:42.040 Yeah, I think all three of them pled by now.
01:16:44.040 All right.
01:16:44.360 So here's a plea agreement, right?
01:16:45.640 United States Attorney's Office for the Sun District of Florida.
01:16:48.900 Can you guys see the screen?
01:16:50.200 Let me make sure.
01:16:51.020 Okay.
01:16:51.300 Yeah.
01:16:51.500 Yeah, I can see it.
01:16:52.140 All right.
01:16:52.260 Yeah, I can see it.
01:16:54.680 For the Sun District of Florida.
01:16:55.900 Let me enlarge it a little bit.
01:16:58.440 All right.
01:16:58.660 And Lantra Williams, here and after referred to his defendant, enters the following agreement.
01:17:04.440 And the defendant agrees to plead guilty to count one of the superseding indictment, which charges the defendant with conspiracy to possess a firearm and furtherance of violent and drug trafficking crimes in violation of 18 U.S.C. 924.0.
01:17:13.960 The United States agrees to dismiss the remaining counts as to this defendant after sentencing.
01:17:18.940 The defendant is aware that the court will impose a sentence after considering the advisory federal sentencing guidelines and policy statements herein.
01:17:25.620 After sentencing guidelines, the defendant acknowledges and understands that the court will compute an advisory sentence under sentencing guidelines and that the applicable guidelines will be determined by the court relying in part on the results of pre-sentence investigation by the court's probation office, which investigation will commence after the guilty plea has been entered.
01:17:43.380 So long story short, guys, putting that into English, there's something called a pre-sentence investigation, a.k.a.
01:17:49.740 A PSI, where they go when they look into his background, talk to his family, all this other stuff, and they're going to figure out what the best sentence would be for him based on a bunch of other circumstances.
01:18:00.900 All right.
01:18:02.040 The defendant is also aware that under certain circumstances, the court may depart from the advisory sentencing guideline range that is that is it has that it has computed and may raise or lower that advisory sentence under the sentencing guidelines.
01:18:15.000 The defendant is further aware and understands that the court is required to consider the advisory guideline range determined under the sentencing guidelines, but is not bound to impose a sentence within that advisory range.
01:18:25.540 The court is permitted to tailor the ultimate sentence in light of other statutory concerns, and such sentence may be either more severe or less severe than the sentencing guidelines advisory range.
01:18:35.740 OK, so in plain English, what they're basically saying is, hey, asshole, we can pretty much send it to you to whatever we want within these guidelines.
01:18:43.140 OK, it might be less, it might be more.
01:18:45.520 It depends on our pre-sentence investigation.
01:18:48.340 All right.
01:18:48.540 Knowing these facts, the defendant understands and acknowledges that the court has the authority to impose any sentence within and up to the statutory maximum authorized by law for the offense identified in paragraph one, and that the defendant may not withdraw the plea solely as a result of the sentence imposed.
01:19:02.240 So in other words, he's pled guilty, done, and whatever they sent him to sentence him to is what he's going to get.
01:19:08.000 And he can't retract his plea after this.
01:19:10.640 OK, the defendant also understands and acknowledges that as to count one, the court may impose a statutory maximum term of imprisonment of up to 20 years, followed by a term of supervised release of up to three years.
01:19:21.280 In addition to a term of imprisonment and supervised release, the court may impose a fine of up to a quarter million dollars, $250,000.
01:19:27.220 And most of the time, guys, supervised release is about five years of up to three years.
01:19:34.140 OK, every time I got some guy, it was always five years.
01:19:36.580 OK, so for this charge, I guess it's up to three years.
01:19:38.740 The defendant further understands and acknowledges that in addition to any sentence imposed under this agreement, a special assessment of $100 will be imposed on the defendant.
01:19:47.020 I never understood that, but that's all other things.
01:19:49.740 The defendant agrees that any special assessment imposed shall be paid at the time of sentencing.
01:19:55.380 If the defendant is financially unable to pay the special assessment, the defendant agrees to present evidence to this office and the court at the time of sentencing as to the reasons for the defendant's failure to pay, which definitely isn't going to work in this situation.
01:20:06.940 That back in blood money is going to have to go over to Uncle Sam in some way.
01:20:11.960 This office reserves the right to inform the court and the probation offices of all facts pertinent to the sentencing process, including all relevant information concerning the offenses committed, whether charged or not, as well as concerning the defendant and the defendant's background, subject only to express terms of any agreed upon sentencing recommendations contained in this agreement.
01:20:31.700 This office further reserves the right to make any recommendation as to the quality and quantity of punishment, okay?
01:20:39.440 And then let's see here.
01:20:40.460 How much more do we have?
01:20:42.740 Okay.
01:20:43.640 And you guys could see that USA signs it, and then he signs it, right?
01:20:51.020 And his attorney signs it.
01:20:52.420 But we can keep going.
01:20:55.000 Where were we at?
01:20:55.880 We were at...
01:20:57.160 Okay.
01:21:01.180 Here we go.
01:21:02.280 We'll go into 10.
01:21:03.240 The defendant further agrees to forfeit the United States voluntarily and immediately all property constituting or derived from proceeds obtained directly or indirectly as a result of the violation and any property used or intended to be used in any matter or part to commit or facilitate the commission of the violations.
01:21:18.340 The defendant further agrees to forfeit to the United States voluntarily and immediately all firearms or ammunition involved in or used or intended to be used in offense.
01:21:26.400 The defendant also agrees to fully cooperate with the United States in all proceedings, whether administrative or judicial, involving the forfeiture to the United States of all rights, title, interests, regardless of their nature or form, and all assets, including real and personal property, cash, and other monetary instruments, wherever located, which the defendant or others to the defendant's knowledge have accumulated as a result of the illegal activity.
01:21:48.500 So I'll tell you guys this.
01:21:49.200 That $40,000 that the government sees, they're probably going to take that.
01:21:51.400 Such assistance will involve the defendant's agreement to the entry of an order enjoining the transfer or encumbrance of assets that may be identified as being subject to forfeiture.
01:22:04.160 Additionally, the defendant agrees to identify as being subject to forfeiture all of such assets and to assist in the transfer of such property to the United States by delivery to this office upon the office's request,
01:22:16.300 all necessary and appropriate documentation concerning said assets, including consents of forfeiture, quitclaim deeds, and other documents necessary to deliver good and marketable title to said property.
01:22:28.000 So I don't know if he's actually going to give up any real estate property or anything like that, but this is typically like, you know, general language that the government uses to, um, and we hit that 1.3k likes guys.
01:22:38.380 So thank you so much for that.
01:22:39.380 Appreciate it.
01:22:40.020 Um, so they can basically see how it's written very broadly guys.
01:22:43.640 The big thing I want you to take away from this is look at how it's written so broadly, where basically what the government is telling them is, yo, you're pleading guilty.
01:22:50.160 We can, you know, give you the minimum, but we can also give you the maximum.
01:22:53.800 We basically have every right as to send it to you to whatever we want within the guidelines.
01:22:58.940 And you can't do anything about it because you're agreeing to plead guilty.
01:23:02.260 And on top of that, any of the money that you made from committing said crime is now going to be forfeited to the United States.
01:23:08.280 So that 40 grand that was involved in the shooting at King of Diamonds, uh, and that other 40 grand that he left in that Louis Vuitton duffel bag at the scene, that is probably all going to be seized by the government.
01:23:19.820 Okay.
01:23:20.400 Uh, and forfeited since it is cash.
01:23:22.140 All right.
01:23:23.360 Um, let's see here.
01:23:24.520 The defense where that, okay.
01:23:25.720 So defendant further agrees that forfeiture is independent of any assessment fines, costs, restitution orders, or other penalty that the court may impose.
01:23:33.860 So yes, he could still be liable for other things, you know, whether it's covering that dude's, you know, medical bills from getting shot in the ass, et cetera.
01:23:42.320 And on top of that, guys, they can still come and sue Pusheisty civilly after this.
01:23:46.460 Okay.
01:23:46.920 This is criminal.
01:23:48.140 Those guys can still come after him civilly.
01:23:49.920 The defendant is aware that title 18 United States code section 372 and title 28 United States code section 1291 afforded defendant the right to appeal the sentence opposed in this case.
01:23:59.940 Acknowledging this in exchange for the undertakings made by the United States in this plea agreement, defendant hereby waives all rights conferred by sections 3742 and 1291 to appeal any sentence imposed, including any restitution order, or to appeal the sentence imposed in this case.
01:24:15.340 So he can't appeal it.
01:24:45.340 That the court establishes a sentencing, which that's not going to happen.
01:24:48.100 They're probably going to give him a certain range.
01:24:49.320 They're not going to go above because he played guilty.
01:24:51.180 They only throw the book at you guys typically when you go to trial.
01:24:55.280 When you go to trial, then yeah.
01:24:57.200 And he was facing life, guys.
01:24:58.460 With all these charges, he was definitely facing life.
01:25:00.680 And he obviously played guilty because he was like, bro, I can get out between two to eight.
01:25:04.860 I'll just do that.
01:25:05.660 You know, because he can still get out in his 20s, maybe even early 30s, and be able to live a life versus going to jail for life and not being able to do anything.
01:25:13.740 You know, because remember, his music is still making money.
01:25:16.280 He's still getting streams.
01:25:18.020 Yeah, he's not making show money, but he's still at least getting some of that money from his publishing, et cetera.
01:25:24.360 All right.
01:25:25.220 The defendant further understands.
01:25:27.340 Let's see here.
01:25:28.120 Where were we?
01:25:28.920 Okay.
01:25:29.140 The defendant further understands that nothing in this agreement shall affect the government's right or duty to appeal as set forth in Title 18 United States Code 3742 and Title 28.
01:25:37.500 So the government can appeal something if they don't like it.
01:25:39.460 So if the judge gives a ruling that they don't like, the government can appeal, but he can't.
01:25:43.420 However, if the United States appeals the defendant's sentence pursuant to 3742 and 1291, the defendant shall be released from the above waiver of appellate rights by signing this agreement.
01:25:51.380 The defendant acknowledges that the defendant has discussed the appeal waiver, set forth in this agreement with the defendant's attorney.
01:25:57.540 The defendant further agrees.
01:25:58.820 Together with this office, the request that the court enter a specific finding that the defendant's waiver of his rights to appeal the sentence imposed in this case was knowing involuntary.
01:26:08.620 Okay, let's see.
01:26:09.480 Do we need to read the rest of the stuff?
01:26:10.540 Okay.
01:26:10.680 In the last paragraph, the defendant recognized that pleading guilty may have consequences concerning the defendant's immigration status if the defendant is not a citizen of the United States.
01:26:16.980 Yeah.
01:26:17.220 So, guys, if you're a green card holder or you have a visa here or whatever, you plead guilty to felony charges, you're getting deported.
01:26:23.160 Automatic.
01:26:24.120 Automatic.
01:26:24.500 ICE is going to show up as soon as you're done with your charge.
01:26:26.720 But he's a U.S. citizen, so he doesn't have to worry about that.
01:26:29.060 Under federal laws, many crimes are removable offenses, including the offenses to which the defendant is pleading guilty.
01:26:33.940 Removal and other immigration consequences are subject to a separate proceeding.
01:26:37.300 However, and the defendant understands that no one, including the defendant's attorney or the court, can predict to a certainty the effect of the defendant's conviction on the defendant's immigration status.
01:26:45.720 That's very true.
01:26:46.500 But he's a U.S. citizen, so this doesn't really apply.
01:26:49.800 This is the entire agreement and understanding between the office and the defendant.
01:26:52.780 There are no other agreements, promises, representations, or understandings.
01:26:55.960 Bam.
01:26:56.340 Done.
01:26:57.160 This was signed on 1-4-2022.
01:26:59.560 And as you guys can see, it was filed.
01:27:03.240 So he pled guilty, guys.
01:27:05.300 Now, here's the other thing, too, that I want to kind of see.
01:27:08.740 Let's go back to this thing here that I want to show y'all because there's something that had me a little interested, piqued my interest.
01:27:18.820 So as you guys can see, right, so as we said before, you know, this is how you find the case, right, and this shows everything here.
01:27:23.300 So we're going to go all the way to the bottom here.
01:27:26.280 Factual proffer as to Bobby Brown.
01:27:28.980 Let me look at this.
01:27:36.180 Okay.
01:27:37.000 Factual proffer.
01:27:38.440 All right.
01:27:38.920 All right.
01:27:39.240 Okay.
01:27:39.520 So this is the official story of what happened, basically.
01:27:48.300 All right.
01:27:48.860 So, and they're probably going to do this for Push Icy as well.
01:27:50.860 The United States of America, Bobby Brown defendant and defendant's counsel agree that had this case gone to trial, the United States would have proven the following facts, among others, incurred in the Miami-Dade County and the Southern District of Florida and elsewhere beyond a reasonable doubt in that such facts are sufficient to establish defendant's guilt to the offenses charged in the indictment.
01:28:06.680 And then from on or about January 2019 or earlier and continuing to at least July of 2021 or later, Bobby Brown participated in a group with Lantra Williams Jr.
01:28:14.800 and others that conspired to carry firearms during and in relation to and possess firearms in furtherance of drug trafficking crimes and crimes of violence.
01:28:23.200 Brown met Jaden DeRosa through his participation in a conspiracy when Brown traveled with Williams Jr.
01:28:27.960 and other associates in Miami-Dade County in October 2020 during a conspiracy.
01:28:32.500 Brown co-conspirators use social media platforms to discuss distribution of marijuana along with the group's access to firearms and ammunition.
01:28:40.620 And then this is, okay, examples on October 9th.
01:28:43.000 Yeah, boom.
01:28:43.560 Okay.
01:28:43.780 So basically, this is the factual proffer.
01:28:47.160 So this is how the story is.
01:28:48.560 This is basically the government saying, hey, if we went to trial, you would have taken an L.
01:28:52.560 It is what it is.
01:28:53.180 And he's agreeing to that.
01:28:54.160 And that's a part of the plea agreement as well.
01:28:56.240 Okay.
01:28:56.960 So as you guys can see, the federal government definitely crosses their T's and dots their I's.
01:29:03.460 And this is why they have such a high win rate.
01:29:05.300 You know what I'm saying?
01:29:05.980 And they don't lose.
01:29:07.140 So, okay.
01:29:08.520 Now, predictions.
01:29:09.860 All right.
01:29:10.120 And I need you guys to like the video.
01:29:12.200 All right.
01:29:12.800 Because we got 1335 of you guys in here.
01:29:14.600 Let me look through the chat real quick.
01:29:17.720 And then I'm also going to open it up for Q&A.
01:29:19.820 So if you guys got questions, shoot your questions in right now through Super Chat.
01:29:24.220 And I will answer them.
01:29:26.760 Because we're going to get wrapping up here in a second.
01:29:29.200 Okay.
01:29:30.920 So let's see here.
01:29:33.000 I saw one chat here.
01:29:34.820 Okay.
01:29:35.360 Cardboard knife.
01:29:36.540 Like the damn video, guys.
01:29:37.660 It's free.
01:29:38.120 Facts.
01:29:38.520 Like the video, guys.
01:29:39.440 Get over here.
01:29:40.560 Like it.
01:29:41.300 All right.
01:29:42.060 And also, subscribe to the channel.
01:29:45.340 Let's see here.
01:29:46.100 Okay.
01:29:46.400 Ten bucks, native of rain.
01:29:47.660 Push Icy is hell damn.
01:29:49.820 His music is fire, though.
01:29:51.540 I think he means hella dumb is what he means.
01:29:53.100 Yes.
01:29:53.440 It was very stupid what happened.
01:29:55.980 You know what I'm saying?
01:29:56.660 Like stupid.
01:29:57.380 I wish he didn't do that.
01:29:58.100 But, bro, this is what happens when you're young and you have money and he's like, you
01:30:01.760 know, he's just not used to.
01:30:02.680 He robbed a dude for sneakers and weed, bro.
01:30:04.220 Like what?
01:30:04.700 Come on, man.
01:30:06.620 Green Junkies DIY.
01:30:08.520 Can you do a segment on Chino Anthrax, the CDS Sicario that hot caught by flexing on his
01:30:13.360 IG?
01:30:14.600 Yeah.
01:30:14.940 I'll make a note of that.
01:30:15.840 Can you make a note of that one?
01:30:17.420 What else here do we have here?
01:30:18.600 Anything else?
01:30:20.880 I want to make sure I didn't miss anybody.
01:30:23.740 And guys, thank you so much for the donations, man.
01:30:25.380 And thanks for bearing with me as I was finding it, man.
01:30:28.420 Freaking, as you guys can see, Pacer is extremely cumbersome.
01:30:32.340 So, all right.
01:30:33.200 So here's my predictions, man.
01:30:35.140 He's going to probably do somewhere between two to eight years for this.
01:30:38.520 And the thing that sucks about feds, guys, is that with the feds, you got to do at least
01:30:43.840 80% of your time.
01:30:44.860 There's no early release.
01:30:46.020 There's no parole.
01:30:46.760 There's none of that crap.
01:30:48.020 You have to do a majority of your time when it comes to the feds.
01:30:50.720 Maybe he can negotiate with his attorney and the government to get like, you know, when
01:30:55.660 he gets sent over to the Bureau of Prisons to to be able to, you know, get maybe a lower
01:31:00.740 security prison so that he is not as restricted because some of the lower security prisons,
01:31:06.020 you'll be able to like it's kind of like a college campus almost like they walk around,
01:31:09.060 they work, they do should they hang out.
01:31:10.660 So if he gets on like that, that won't be so bad.
01:31:13.040 And then he might be able to even record music while he's in jail.
01:31:15.380 It's probably going to be tough.
01:31:17.000 But that'll be as he continues on with his senses.
01:31:19.780 And also, he had he had he wanted to get on on bail.
01:31:23.320 Right.
01:31:24.820 Since he pled guilty.
01:31:25.980 But the way the government's looking at it like, bro, you pled guilty already.
01:31:28.700 You're going to go to jail.
01:31:29.820 We're not going to let you go.
01:31:30.880 And then since the crimes that he committed were violent in nature that, you know, the judge
01:31:35.560 denied it, which I'm not surprised that the judge denied it because it was a crime of
01:31:39.860 violence.
01:31:40.440 And then on top of that, you know, they're like, yo, why are we going to let you out
01:31:44.600 when you already pled guilty and you're going to do the time anyway?
01:31:47.060 And what happened was Pusha Stee's legal team tried to structure something like they did
01:31:51.760 for NBA Young Boys.
01:31:52.840 You guys know NBA Young Boy was released.
01:31:54.240 And I'll break down his case, too.
01:31:56.420 He was released and they basically like he put up like, I think, two million dollars,
01:31:59.980 two and a half, two to two and a half million dollars.
01:32:02.420 They put him in a house.
01:32:03.900 He's he's he's on house arrest.
01:32:06.080 He can only have a certain amount of people that come to his place.
01:32:08.560 He has security there.
01:32:09.860 He's in like Utah.
01:32:11.420 He's not associating with certain members that are involved in criminal activity.
01:32:14.980 So Pusha Stee's team tried to put some kind of package together like that and argue to
01:32:19.440 the judge, hey, let my client come out so that he can at least record music, you know,
01:32:24.100 and before he does his sentence.
01:32:25.660 But the way the judge looked at it is like, no, well, he already pled guilty.
01:32:28.240 He's going to go to jail anyway.
01:32:29.220 Why am I going to let him out?
01:32:30.420 You know what I'm saying?
01:32:30.900 It's going to be.
01:32:31.980 And then and then he could be a danger to the community.
01:32:34.100 Is it based on his crimes?
01:32:35.300 The thing with NBA Youngboy was NBA Youngboy was able to get out on bond pending his case.
01:32:40.380 So they didn't necessarily have to let him go.
01:32:43.700 Yeah, I'm sorry.
01:32:44.120 They were able to let him out because he wasn't convicted yet.
01:32:47.360 You know what I'm saying?
01:32:47.680 He's been indicted, but he hasn't been convicted.
01:32:50.240 And obviously, you know, his record label and everything else like that, because Youngboy
01:32:54.240 is assigned to a major label, right?
01:32:56.560 Not like 1017 is assigned to like a major.
01:32:59.340 But no, you know what?
01:32:59.880 No, Poo's because 1017 is under a major.
01:33:02.560 So but regardless, his execs came in, testified on his behalf.
01:33:06.660 They put up a lot of money.
01:33:07.820 They built him a recording studio.
01:33:09.320 They did all these things to show, hey, he's not going to get in trouble.
01:33:12.060 We're going to guarantee the fact that, you know, he's going to show up to court.
01:33:15.320 You know, you guys are going to be monitoring him and everything like that.
01:33:17.460 And they tried to do a push I see and it didn't work because push I see already pled guilty.
01:33:20.400 So the judge was like, yo, you're going to go to jail anyway.
01:33:23.060 You're going to be a risk for me to try to get you back.
01:33:26.300 So that's why I didn't do it.
01:33:29.500 So Big Burr is in trouble.
01:33:31.440 You know what I'm saying?
01:33:32.100 Unfortunately, because like I told you before, when the feds come, bro, it's not good.
01:33:39.300 As I spill my water all over the place.
01:33:42.180 Sorry, do we got any questions here?
01:33:43.520 Let's see here.
01:33:44.700 You guys got any questions, man?
01:33:46.020 Ask him away.
01:33:47.780 Two years is a slap on the wrist for such a crime.
01:33:49.900 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:33:50.720 I mean, but I'm saying I think he's going to get closer to eight, to be honest with you guys, based on his criminal history.
01:33:55.920 And then the fact that he actually discharged a firearm and shot these dudes.
01:33:58.860 So I think he's going to get closer to the eight.
01:34:02.800 But hey, man, like, honestly, he did the smart thing pleading guilty because if he didn't plead guilty, bro, he would have definitely they would have found him guilty, man.
01:34:10.580 I told y'all the feds don't lose, bro.
01:34:12.080 They do not lose.
01:34:13.000 And the fact that they had him on Hobbs, Hobbs robbery, Hobbs act.
01:34:17.400 Nah, man, that ain't good.
01:34:19.220 That's definitely not good.
01:34:21.360 Um, so let's see here.
01:34:24.120 Uh, we got, uh, okay.
01:34:28.580 Uh, Tesla guy things, five bucks.
01:34:30.380 Can you break down the Irv Gotti case?
01:34:31.700 They beat the feds.
01:34:32.720 Yes, I will break the Irv Gotti case down.
01:34:35.000 Um, the thing you guys got to remember, though, is that Irv Gotti case?
01:34:37.160 They didn't care about Irv Gotti in them, bro.
01:34:38.640 They were, they were more concerned with going after, uh, Ken McGriff, AKA Supreme.
01:34:43.180 That's who they were more concerned with going after.
01:34:44.920 But I will, uh, I'll break that case down for y'all too.
01:34:47.140 That one will take a little bit of time because that one was a big one.
01:34:49.700 Um, but yeah, I think what they hit Irv Gotti and his brother with, if I'm not mistaken,
01:34:53.200 was they were trying to say they were laundering, uh, Supreme's money is what they were trying
01:34:58.040 to say through Murder, Inc.
01:34:58.940 records and they were able to actually beat it, but they, they weren't even high up on a
01:35:03.060 totem pole.
01:35:03.460 They didn't really care about, about Irv and his brother.
01:35:06.140 They, they just were famous.
01:35:07.500 They were the most famous guys, but they didn't really care about them.
01:35:09.680 They wanted McGriff.
01:35:11.020 You know what I'm saying?
01:35:11.720 Um, let's see, let's see here.
01:35:14.720 Uh, if any other questions, if not, uh, Gipper, I'm going to get ready for the, uh, for the
01:35:23.540 show, um, with Columbia, uh, six pound bass fishermen.
01:35:28.700 Uh, he said, don't read.
01:35:30.960 I see you trying to appreciate it.
01:35:32.280 I had, okay.
01:35:33.260 Don't read.
01:35:33.880 Thanks for adding Latino to the chat.
01:35:35.800 Bad calculator.
01:35:37.020 I see you trying to appreciate it.
01:35:38.720 I know census categories is the issue.
01:35:40.520 Not y'all.
01:35:40.900 Okay.
01:35:41.200 Thank you.
01:35:42.200 And then, uh, we got, uh, Oh, cardboard Brody.
01:35:45.100 Okay.
01:35:45.240 I think I read that one as well.
01:35:46.400 Let's see here.
01:35:46.860 What else do we got here?
01:35:47.620 Any other questions guys?
01:35:50.620 Uh, yo, can somebody give Robert Sinanis a wrench by the way, guys?
01:35:55.140 Um, yeah.
01:35:56.980 And yes, pleading guilty definitely does help you.
01:35:59.400 Uh, it's you negotiating so that you don't like do more time because he would have went
01:36:02.580 to jail for life guys.
01:36:03.360 If, if he trying to fight this one, Hanun Ali, 20 hours Canadian.
01:36:06.380 Thank you so much.
01:36:06.980 Appreciate that, my friend.
01:36:08.780 Um, let's see here.
01:36:10.600 I'm looking here for any questions that are good.
01:36:15.220 Uh, yeah.
01:36:16.600 Pleading, yeah.
01:36:17.300 Uh, pleading guilty definitely does help you with your sentence.
01:36:19.360 A hundred percent, bro.
01:36:19.980 Especially with the feds.
01:36:21.680 Um, what do, what do feds do with seized assets?
01:36:24.260 Uh, it goes into their treasury fund, bro.
01:36:26.080 And then that's how the government collects their money.
01:36:28.200 You know, taxes and seizing it from criminals.
01:36:31.700 Uh, thought that was your place.
01:36:36.380 The way you spilled that water.
01:36:37.820 Yeah.
01:36:38.800 Yeah.
01:36:39.200 They were knocking on, on my door guys.
01:36:41.420 Uh, did you ever use a Stingray device?
01:36:45.540 Do you think it's unconstitutional?
01:36:46.740 If you're talking about what I think you're talking about, no comment.
01:36:53.080 I think I know what you're talking about.
01:36:54.600 Well, actually, I know, definitely know what you're talking about.
01:36:56.160 No comment.
01:36:57.120 Ha, ha, ha.
01:36:58.420 Uh, push IC new verse.
01:37:00.800 Went and hit that jury and the judge had to get it back in blood.
01:37:03.960 Yeah, man.
01:37:05.580 Yeah, the U.S. government definitely getting it back in blood.
01:37:07.700 They're making them pay money to them.
01:37:10.460 Oh, man.
01:37:12.540 Uh, yeah, big burr, man.
01:37:14.920 Fame is a hell of a drug.
01:37:17.040 Uh, let's see here.
01:37:19.320 Yeah, man.
01:37:19.760 It sucks, bro.
01:37:20.780 I, I honestly, like, I did not, um, when he, when he got picked up by the feds, I was
01:37:26.540 like, it's a wrap.
01:37:27.400 And then I looked at who did it.
01:37:28.640 It was FBI, uh, robbery squad.
01:37:30.740 I was like, this, this, this is a wrap, you know?
01:37:34.700 So, uh, and yo guys, do me a favor.
01:37:37.280 Shout out to peanut, by the way, in the chat, go ahead and like the goddamn video.
01:37:41.020 All right.
01:37:41.380 Because making this content isn't easy.
01:37:43.960 Cause, uh, you know, obviously we broke that bad boy down from all angles.
01:37:50.900 Um, but yeah, other than that mass.
01:37:52.600 Okay.
01:37:53.140 So, now, before I get off the air, we got our show coming up at, um, 8 p.m.
01:37:58.280 We're going to talk about how to get girls in Columbia.
01:38:00.620 Uh, and then we're going to have a nighttime show with some lovely ladies as well.
01:38:03.940 And then I'm going to do the K-Flock case this Sunday.
01:38:08.060 Um, shout out to Christina.
01:38:09.440 She's been helping me a lot with, um, with getting the stuff.
01:38:12.420 Uh, we're waiting on some transcripts right here.
01:38:15.380 You want to tell the people real quick what's, what's, uh, going on with that?
01:38:17.840 Hold on.
01:38:22.600 All right.
01:38:24.080 Yeah.
01:38:24.260 Tell them, tell them what's going on.
01:38:25.620 Um, so pretty much.
01:38:27.100 Talking to Mike, woman.
01:38:28.200 Oh.
01:38:28.920 This is why I don't go on the show.
01:38:30.240 Okay.
01:38:31.040 Tell them real quick.
01:38:31.760 Um, what you, what you've been doing behind the scenes so they know that we're not messing
01:38:34.440 around.
01:38:34.460 So pretty much calling the courthouse, like, multiple departments, going back and forth
01:38:38.600 with them throughout, like, multiple days.
01:38:40.340 And then having people go to the courthouse to watch the cases.
01:38:43.940 Mm-hmm.
01:38:44.440 But it's just honestly dealing with.
01:38:47.420 Yeah, we're sending people for the, for the hearings too, guys.
01:38:50.080 We ain't messing around.
01:38:50.980 It's just dealing with them.
01:38:52.020 It's just, they're so short staffed and just, it's difficult to get ahold of.
01:38:55.900 Yeah.
01:38:56.020 This is a city of New York, by the way, that we're talking about.
01:38:58.680 So right now, so right.
01:39:00.140 Cause I've been wanting to break down this K-Flock case for you guys for a while.
01:39:02.820 It's just that, um, we want to make sure we have all the facts, right?
01:39:06.020 And then recently they just found out that they got, uh, fingerprints pulled off the gun
01:39:09.420 that, uh, that was used in a shooting.
01:39:12.200 So I'm going to get that information as well as the court documents.
01:39:15.020 Well, I have the, I have the criminal complaint written by the detective, but we're waiting on
01:39:18.940 the, the hearing transcripts.
01:39:20.780 What?
01:39:21.040 When did that happen?
01:39:22.500 Like recently, like a couple of days ago.
01:39:24.100 That means I have to recall them and get the court documents, those ones.
01:39:27.520 No, no, no.
01:39:28.220 You might get that in a police report.
01:39:30.840 You might get that off of the actual police report.
01:39:32.980 So.
01:39:33.240 I'll have some go to the police report.
01:39:34.460 Yeah.
01:39:35.000 But, uh, but yeah, guys, we got people going and going in and like, you know, going
01:39:38.140 in and getting documents for us and everything else like that.
01:39:40.120 Cause we want to make sure we give y'all everything, bro, because you know, we don't want to misreport
01:39:44.260 anything.
01:39:44.580 That's why I'd be reading the court documents with you guys on air.
01:39:47.600 You know what I'm saying?
01:39:48.160 So you guys can actually, so you guys can learn how to find them, learn how to read
01:39:50.880 them and then basically get an idea of how the case was done.
01:39:53.840 Obviously, as you guys can see with this push, I see one, it was very simple, man.
01:39:56.300 Like they, they got the video footage.
01:39:58.340 They interviewed the defendants, the defendants positively identified them.
01:40:00.960 And then on top of that, they had the money and they matched it up with the serial numbers
01:40:03.840 with the picture that I showed y'all.
01:40:05.180 It was just a wrap on that point.
01:40:06.820 It was just like, damn, son, where'd you find this?
01:40:13.360 Very easy case, man.
01:40:15.100 So, uh, so yeah, we're going to have a Sunday, uh, push icy case and, uh, the chat saying
01:40:19.720 thanks to Christina for, for, uh, for helping with that.
01:40:22.260 Yeah.
01:40:22.400 Yeah.
01:40:22.580 She's been working a lot behind the scenes.
01:40:23.820 Also Tori lanes.
01:40:25.200 You want to tell them on that?
01:40:26.800 She's been helping me with Tori lanes case to case as case as well.
01:40:29.640 Just doing that while you're doing this.
01:40:31.540 Um, we have his case number.
01:40:34.080 I'm going to get his court records.
01:40:36.720 Uh-huh.
01:40:37.120 Hopefully the police report though.
01:40:38.700 I had to send somebody.
01:40:39.640 Yeah.
01:40:39.960 Okay.
01:40:40.380 So they fill out a form.
01:40:41.320 Yeah.
01:40:41.900 And, and, uh, yeah, man.
01:40:43.340 I mean, I, I, I honestly, bro, that, that whole Tori case thing, man, like bro, Meg the
01:40:48.100 Stein, I think she was capping, bro.
01:40:49.660 I ain't, I ain't gonna lie to y'all, man.
01:40:50.740 Like Tori, Tori, uh, like they, they, they over sensationalize it and it's crazy how, you
01:40:56.620 know, the court of public opinion, you know, believe all women, all this,
01:40:59.620 other stupid bullshit, like was used and they blackballed them.
01:41:02.500 And now it's coming to light that like, he didn't even shoot the gun and there's a bunch
01:41:05.000 of other facts coming out.
01:41:06.120 So, so yeah, what, what happened?
01:41:08.660 Oh yeah.
01:41:09.240 And this just in actually too, um, his girlfriend, Christina just brought this to my attention.
01:41:13.940 Um, uh, Meg the Stein's boyfriend, uh, what's, uh, and her boyfriend party have called it
01:41:19.020 quits.
01:41:19.320 And it's alleged that the breakup was made possible because Megan had bad temper when drunk.
01:41:23.160 Sources tell MTO news that party loves Megan, but then when she's drunk, things get messy,
01:41:28.340 which party party is unable to deal with.
01:41:30.740 And guys, just so y'all know, they were really lit that night, uh, at the, uh, the day, the
01:41:35.940 night that, you know, Tori allegedly shot her and she was drunk as well.
01:41:39.000 So we'll see what happens guys.
01:41:40.960 You know what I'm saying?
01:41:41.860 So all I got to say is that don't believe all women, man, because anyone can get, anyone
01:41:46.140 can lie men, women, you know, anyone is capable of lying, bro.
01:41:49.120 This whole believe all women thing is, is bullshit.
01:41:51.180 That's a whole other thing.
01:41:52.260 We'll break down that case for real, cause you guys have been asking me on the court
01:41:54.400 Tori case.
01:41:55.180 K flock is this Sunday.
01:41:56.260 We're just waiting on the Tori lanes, uh, documents.
01:41:58.500 And then I know you guys had given me a bunch of other people that you want me to break
01:42:01.620 down as well.
01:42:02.700 Uh, let me look at that list real quick.
01:42:04.280 You got it.
01:42:06.440 It's it's on the notes.
01:42:07.800 Okay.
01:42:08.800 Um, yeah.
01:42:10.320 So let me look here.
01:42:11.420 Cause I'll tell you guys what other episodes I have.
01:42:13.560 Okay.
01:42:14.020 So I got, we did push.
01:42:15.300 I see a guy.
01:42:15.720 K flock next week.
01:42:16.700 I'm going to do a NBA young boy for y'all wife and Lucci.
01:42:19.960 Um, I will do the six nine case.
01:42:21.600 I know you guys want, uh, Epstein and Ghislaine, which, uh, that was going to take me a little
01:42:25.760 bit of time, but I will do that one for you guys as well.
01:42:27.760 And then you guys want, uh, some of my old stories from that.
01:42:30.660 I used to do when I was on job.
01:42:31.720 You guys want the old block case, Fetty Wap.
01:42:34.020 I got a request for the TI gun case.
01:42:36.160 And also someone asked me for Aaron Hernandez.
01:42:39.260 Um, so yeah, no, I have that list.
01:42:41.980 A new one.
01:42:44.020 Oh, you've been watching it with the people said.
01:42:45.680 Look at that.
01:42:46.220 She was watching the chat.
01:42:47.000 Okay.
01:42:47.620 We got, let's see here.
01:42:49.200 El Chapo's wife, El Chapo's sons, Jody Araris, Tony Soprano, Rallo and Ami.
01:42:55.260 Oh, okay.
01:42:56.020 Yeah.
01:42:56.160 I know Ami, uh, they're on car cartel, mass murderers, whitey bulger, whitey bulger.
01:43:01.580 Yeah.
01:43:01.980 We could definitely talk about the whitey bulger one there.
01:43:04.020 I'm very familiar with that one.
01:43:05.200 Lincoln burrows, tax stone, Fujiano, or if God, if I'm not mistaken, is the one that was
01:43:10.240 in, uh, that's the guy, I think that was in 1017 team that got arrested for the ankle
01:43:14.580 bracelet.
01:43:15.000 Everyone at 1017 is in jail, bro, which kind of sucks.
01:43:17.900 Um, and then Irv Gotti.
01:43:19.940 Yeah.
01:43:20.260 Okay.
01:43:20.460 So you took notes of what they were saying in the chat.
01:43:21.980 All right.
01:43:22.300 She's listening to y'all.
01:43:24.060 So yeah, I, I just, uh, Hydra, I just said, well, Tori, yeah, I'm going to do Tori lanes.
01:43:28.460 Don't worry.
01:43:29.280 I will do it.
01:43:29.840 We're just weighing on some, on some stuff for it, but the more we look into it, the
01:43:32.500 more it looks like he ain't shooting out nobody, bro.
01:43:35.040 Um, and then, yeah, I will do Jeffrey Epstein, Aaron Hernandez too.
01:43:38.480 And then, yeah.
01:43:39.640 And then, no, I'm going to be doing one case per week right now.
01:43:42.440 I might bump it up to two, but this week I'm going to give you guys two since I missed last
01:43:45.940 week, uh, because of, uh, having a fly out and everything like that.
01:43:50.140 So, okay.
01:43:50.860 Let's see here.
01:43:51.480 If I missed any, I want to make sure I didn't miss anybody.
01:43:54.100 Uh, please do fast and furious.
01:43:55.640 I will do.
01:43:56.360 Can you write that one down fast and furious?
01:43:58.400 That's ATF, uh, the ATF, uh, mess up right there.
01:44:02.440 I sent you an email.
01:44:03.320 Can I pay you to post a video?
01:44:04.620 I created that world star rejected.
01:44:06.860 Uh, okay.
01:44:08.060 I mean, send, send it over to, uh, unplugged fit at gmail.com and let me know.
01:44:11.240 I don't know if I'll post it, but, uh, you know, we'll see.
01:44:14.680 I'll, I'll look at the video and make sure it ain't crazy.
01:44:17.440 Um, and then what else do we got here?
01:44:20.140 Uh, I want to make sure I didn't miss any of you guys.
01:44:24.860 Um, it's crazy how you can attempt to commit murder and only get two years LOL at the justice
01:44:28.720 system.
01:44:29.120 Remember guys, he pledged to just like basically using a gun.
01:44:31.520 So that's going to, you know, it is what it is.
01:44:34.100 Uh, okay.
01:44:36.780 Six pound fishermen, a six.
01:44:38.300 I've read that one earlier.
01:44:39.100 Thank you so much.
01:44:40.540 Uh, what else do we got here?
01:44:41.900 I just want to make sure I didn't miss any of you guys.
01:44:43.920 Hanun Ali.
01:44:44.580 Thank you.
01:44:46.060 Super sticker.
01:44:46.740 Uh, grease junkies.
01:44:49.060 Do it yourself.
01:44:49.680 If they got Jim Jones on tape conspiring to kill six, nine, why is he not in jail?
01:44:53.660 Good question.
01:44:54.660 I don't know.
01:44:55.480 I mean, I got to listen to that phone call explicitly to know, but, um, yeah, I've been
01:44:59.620 hearing a lot about that, that, uh, that, um, remember guys, when they call Jim, the dude
01:45:05.340 just called Jim to come to talk about it.
01:45:07.280 Jim didn't necessarily agree if I'm not mistaken or say that he was going to do anything about
01:45:10.620 it.
01:45:10.740 Um, Hanun Ali, 20 bucks respect on your hard work, Myron doing this podcast with two more
01:45:15.840 today.
01:45:16.120 Also coming from NY and doing a couple of shows there.
01:45:18.740 Aside having personal motivation, what do you do to keep up this pace?
01:45:23.380 Uh, a deep hatred for my haters, bro.
01:45:25.460 I told you guys all the time, man, I'm motivated to destroy competition and just putting out
01:45:30.320 better content than everybody else.
01:45:31.700 That's really what motivates me.
01:45:32.860 Honestly, you know, like I love the fact that like we work really hard.
01:45:36.100 You guys really enjoy the content.
01:45:37.480 And that's what I, that's, that's what I strive to do.
01:45:39.320 You know what I'm saying?
01:45:39.700 And we went to New York, we did three podcasts back to back.
01:45:42.240 I barely slept.
01:45:42.860 I was tired as hell.
01:45:43.780 Came in last night, fell asleep.
01:45:45.900 Tired as hell.
01:45:46.920 Uh, went to the gym just now, came in, did this for y'all.
01:45:49.180 And then we got the night, the two shows coming up and yeah, man, really you guys motivate
01:45:53.540 me, man.
01:45:53.940 A deep hatred for the haters, right.
01:45:55.380 And wanting to prove them wrong and putting out good content.
01:45:57.580 And then you guys, because you guys send me really motivating DMS every single day,
01:46:02.000 you know?
01:46:02.740 So like, I can't let y'all down, bro.
01:46:05.460 You know, the hate fuels me.
01:46:06.860 And then you guys keep me going.
01:46:08.020 Um, so let's see here.
01:46:13.140 Uh, all right, cool.
01:46:14.060 And then we got do hunter B Richard Hennes.
01:46:16.180 Thank you for that suggestion.
01:46:18.400 Um, and other than that, yeah, I'll have timestamps here and, uh, uh, guys in a bit and other
01:46:24.360 than that guys, thank you so much.
01:46:25.240 This was a great show.
01:46:26.040 I hope you guys enjoyed it.
01:46:26.860 I hope you guys learned from it.
01:46:27.900 Um, you know, if you want to write push, I see, you know, obviously you guys have his
01:46:31.600 FDC number and everything else like that.
01:46:32.980 He's here in Miami right now, as a matter of fact.
01:46:34.920 And yeah, man, I hope he doesn't get a lot of time.
01:46:37.640 Uh, but we'll see when he gets sentenced.
01:46:39.020 I anticipate that he'll be sentenced sometime by February, sometime in February.
01:46:42.280 They're probably going to send to some, hopefully he gets a lower sentence.
01:46:44.880 And, uh, you know what I'm saying?
01:46:46.740 I wish him the best man.
01:46:47.740 Cause I do genuinely love his music.
01:46:48.980 I was listening to it right before the show.
01:46:50.560 Uh, Joe, Joe exotic.
01:46:51.600 Yes.
01:46:51.800 I will do the Joe exotic case too.
01:46:53.420 I will do that one.
01:46:54.520 And the reason why I'm interested in doing that one is because, uh, that case actually
01:46:58.340 was investigated by fish and wildlife, which is rare.
01:47:01.160 They don't do many criminal investigations.
01:47:03.500 So that is going to definitely be interesting.
01:47:05.420 I will look at that one as well.
01:47:06.540 They did that one with the FBI.
01:47:08.120 So I'll check it out.
01:47:09.300 So we got a nice show guys.
01:47:10.260 Uh, in 20 minutes, we're going to have, uh, this episode on definitive guide on how to get
01:47:14.300 girls in Columbia.
01:47:14.920 And then we got an after hour show with some lovely ladies.
01:47:17.540 Uh, thank you guys so much.
01:47:19.000 Uh, Christina saying thank you for doing all your research, uh, helping me out.
01:47:22.100 Yeah.
01:47:22.200 She's been really helpful as far as like getting me the K flock stuff and everything else.
01:47:25.000 Cause as y'all know, I'm so focused on the shot.
01:47:27.060 I don't have time to chase down these stupid ass clerks and get this information because
01:47:30.740 with the state courts, you actually have to go and deal with the clerks.
01:47:35.440 Like with the feds, you could pull it up in the system, even though you guys could see
01:47:37.900 the system sucks and it's annoying.
01:47:39.580 I can at least pull it up with the state.
01:47:41.380 It's a pain.
01:47:42.080 So yeah.
01:47:42.700 Shout out to Christina.
01:47:43.300 She's been helping me quite a bit.
01:47:44.920 Um, yeah, guys, other than that, man, love you guys.
01:47:47.280 Hope you guys, uh, catch you guys here in about 20 minutes.
01:47:49.700 We're going to talk about Columbia, how to get girls there and the crypto course will
01:47:52.340 come back out.
01:47:53.280 We're going to bring it back out for 24 hours for you guys.
01:47:55.620 Uh, because we're out in New York and we didn't get to, uh, advertise it as much as
01:47:59.020 we wanted to because I've been getting a bunch of requests from you guys saying, Hey, is
01:48:02.820 the crypto course closed?
01:48:03.660 Is it closed?
01:48:04.240 We will open it back up for you guys.
01:48:06.300 Um, because we're so busy in New York and we didn't have time to really like put it out
01:48:09.180 there.
01:48:09.320 And I know a lot of you guys want to get in that crypto mindset course.
01:48:11.280 So we'll put that back out for y'all.
01:48:12.800 Love y'all.
01:48:13.300 Peace.
