02:00:24.800monkey calling you a monkey that's crazy work yo they are calling him a monkey though i ain't
03:06:12.100Because this is pretty, this is going to be red pill
03:06:16.200quite a bit of you guys on this stuff.
03:06:20.020Because one thing about, before I get into this, right,
03:06:23.040um as you guys know one of the things that i really pride myself on is being authentic with
03:06:27.180you guys right um and one thing that annoys me with a lot of these streamers is like um
03:06:32.240a lot of these guys are just not honest right with um with the way that they do shit a lot of
03:06:40.220streamers uh sell out etc uh so oh i know what i gotta do
03:06:53.040all right there we go i'll fix it okay so one of the things that i really pride myself on guys
03:07:01.220is uh being as authentic as i can be right and honest um and one thing i've learned is that when
03:07:07.320it comes to streaming making content whatever it may be um that's the best way to go now with that
03:07:12.880said um if you have any type of viewpoints that you know tend to err on the truth or are critical
03:07:18.740of certain topics or whatever it may be um you're gonna get censored you're gonna get banned
03:07:22.960And that's just kind of something that's happened, right?
03:07:25.040It's happened, whether it's my views on, you know, politics or social issues or, you know, the way the country is run and feminism, all the other stuff.
03:07:35.960People are going to get pissed off and butt hurt.
03:07:39.020But one thing I pride myself on is, you know, a lot of you guys, I meet you guys in person and you guys tell me all the time, like, yo, you know, Iggy Azalea hit with a federal case class action lawsuit over a mother token.
03:07:51.700Yeah, bro, these bitches always be scamming.
06:19:05.420does that do? That increases the price of energy. It doesn't help, bro. Like, it doesn't help.
06:19:12.700And naval and air assets to help defeat further Iranian aggression against commercial shipping.
06:19:19.980I'd like to share a little bit more about U.S. capabilities, but for operational security
06:19:25.900purposes, I'm not going to get into specific details out there. On the surface, guided missile
06:19:31.580destroyers and other warships are detecting and defeating Iranian threats. This includes fast
06:19:37.560boats and one-way attack drones. In the air, more than 100 fighters, attack aircraft, and other
06:19:44.440manned and unmanned aircraft synchronized by the 82nd Airborne Division are in the air 24 hours a
06:19:51.740day providing defensive overwatch for the enhanced security area and its approaches that I discussed.
06:19:58.420These forces are comprised of over 15,000 American service members and have established localized air and sea control to protect against Iranian threats.
06:20:11.740Commercial vessels that transit through the area will see, hear, and frankly feel U.S. combat power around them on the sea, in the skies, and on the radio.
06:20:22.900And as of this morning, as was mentioned prior, two U.S. flagged merchant vessels have transited, and we anticipate more to transit over the coming days.
06:20:33.460Further up the Gulf, U.S. Naval Forces Central Command continues to work to identify and mitigate any threats.
06:20:41.260Beyond Project Freedom, CENTCOM and the rest of the Joint Force remain ready to resume major combat operations against Iran if ordered to do so.
06:20:50.700No adversary should mistake our current restraint with a lack of resolve.
06:20:55.840And the President has said, as the Secretary has, that now is the time for those with equity stake in the strait to come assist.
06:21:03.980Before I turn it back to the Secretary, I want to take a moment to highlight part of our joint force today.
06:21:09.880And today I want to talk about the paratroopers of the United States Army 82nd Airborne Division.
06:21:14.780When the President or the Secretary need immediate, scalable, and lethal combat power in CENTCOM or elsewhere, the All-American Division answers the call.
06:21:25.560The 82nd is the core of our nation's immediate response force and ready to deploy within hours of notice.
06:21:32.160These paratroopers are capable of accomplishing any mission in any environment,
06:21:37.220constantly training constantly ready to jump from air force aircraft into ground combat and
06:21:43.240seize key terrain if ordered to do so just like their predecessors did in sicily and normandy in
06:21:49.640world war ii or to secure or enable the follow-on forces to flow into theater as they did in grenada
06:21:57.120or panama they can do the range of missions from now whenever you guys watch these press conferences
06:22:03.240as usual right this is what they always do they glaze each other they glaze the capabilities and
06:22:08.140everything else like that which is great look i get it um we have a fantastic and very powerful
06:22:13.480military um but we have to be very honest that um you know we can't continue uh or we're not gonna
06:22:21.180there's not much more we can do militarily which is why they're trying to transition over now
06:22:24.400into this like you know operation freedom they know military there's not much else they can do
06:22:29.580So, again, all Iran has to do is hold on.
06:22:35.320And I'm telling you guys, they have more time than we do.
06:22:39.560And here comes this faggot rapist back into the chat,
06:23:00.880It's funny how your name is Rapist, but you keep getting raped every time you come in here, faggot.
06:23:04.100From counterinsurgency to counterterrorism operations to power projection, as they have many times over the course of the history of this great division.
06:23:13.900They can do all these things because they're incredibly well-trained, well-equipped, and well-led, but also because of the indomitable spirit of the all-American paratrooper.
06:23:25.960Every single one of them volunteered for this role, volunteered to go to airborne training, and volunteered to serve.
06:23:32.800But this division is now more than just a formation that we use for forcible entries.
06:23:37.820For example, just today, they are out there coordinating, integrating, and synchronizing land, air, space, sea, and cyber forces using joint all-domain command and control.
06:23:51.320They use next-generation tactical networks that are AI-enabled to augment intelligence and operations, and they seamlessly synchronize all of these effects and are doing so in support of Project Freedom as we speak.
06:24:06.400The relentless focus on technical innovation allows the commanders out there in the field to see, sense, and understand the opportunities that are in front of them, along with the associated risks, and make smart decisions out on the objective.
06:24:24.000With incredible courage, tenacity, and grit, they are going all the way every day.
06:24:30.220And whenever the nation calls on them, they are there to answer the call.
06:24:33.960We are grateful for their service and their leadership.
06:24:37.900Lastly, before I close, as I often do, I want to remember some of our fallen.
06:24:42.860Today, we remember Sergeant William Rivers, Specialist Breonna Moffitt, and Specialist
06:24:49.080Kennedy Sanders of the 718th Engineering Company, U.S. Army Reserves, out of Fort Benning, Georgia.
06:24:56.780they were tragically killed on january 28th 2024 when attacked by an iranian-backed proxy force
06:25:05.020at tower 22 in jordan we continue to carry on their memories interesting they didn't mention
06:25:11.600that before did they we remember their names we remember their family yeah more soldiers
06:25:16.860dying for no reason in a pointless fucking war bro families and the secretary and i are deeply
06:25:23.220grateful for all of our deployed forces who are out there doing our nation's work. And sir,
06:25:28.160with that, I'll kick it back over to you. Very good. We'll take a few questions. Go ahead.
06:25:34.240Thank you. Alexandra Angersol, One America News. Do you assess, Mr. Secretary, do you assess what's
06:25:41.220left of this small boat fleet to be a significant threat or a nuisance to be managed? And then
06:25:47.560secondly, what is your message to critics who say that the U.S. doesn't have a strategy in this
06:25:52.300mission. They don't. Well, any threat needs to be taken seriously. And just like those six attack
06:26:00.580boats that the chairman mentioned were taken seriously and dealt with before there were any
06:26:04.620real threat to the American military vessels that they were approaching. And small craft like that
06:26:12.200are all that Iran has left. Their ability to get close with a destroyer of the capabilities that
06:26:19.080we have is limited, but we're going to take it very seriously and kinetically, quickly. We're
06:26:24.960not going to allow a threat to gather. And I can tell you, even from just this morning,
06:26:30.480the strategy remains laser focused. In fact, what I think you see from Project Freedom is that we're
06:26:35.720not allowing ourselves to get distracted. This is a separate and distinct effort, temporary nature
06:26:40.360that we plan to hand over the world. The world has expressed a desire to be a part of this,
06:29:21.520There were some small coastal cruise missiles shot down as well.
06:29:25.260So there's been, I think there's some frothiness in the beginning aspects of this that were dealt with very directly by our destroyers.
06:29:32.580And we're communicating both overtly and quietly to the Iranians to allow this defensive operation to happen on behalf of the world.
06:29:41.700There are some actions the IRGC takes sometimes that are outside the bounds of what maybe Iranian negotiators would like.
06:29:48.820That's their job to rein that in and ultimately create a condition for a deal, right?
06:29:52.840That's not something I talked about in these remarks, but that's happening in real time.
06:29:57.360Iran has an ability to make that deal.
06:30:00.020But what we're demonstrating with Project Freedom is they don't control the strait.
06:30:04.800I mean, we know Iran is embarrassed by the fact that our blockade is holding and we can run ships through and we're going to help the world run ships through.
06:30:12.300And if they hold it at issue, the whole world knows who's doing it.
06:30:15.720It's not us. We're willing to open it up.
06:30:17.680It's Iran. And that creates a dilemma for them.
06:33:04.640And I would like you both to address it.
06:33:06.500On the first day of this conflict, President Trump addressed the Iranian people directly
06:33:11.300said when we're finished take over your government it'll be yours ha yeah because that was the goal
06:33:17.700was regime change in the beginning was to take and then on the i'm glad he's saying that seventh
06:33:22.580day of the conflict in a truth social post the president said quote there will be no deal with
06:33:28.640iran except all caps exclamation mark unconditional surrender what happens to that pledge to the
06:33:37.520Iranians. And when did the president? Yeah, he thought he would get that regime change with
06:33:43.160them rebelling on the inside, and it didn't work. It backfired. Decide to capitulate on his demand
06:33:50.480for unconditional surrender. James, I wouldn't. I wouldn't. You started out nicely, but you ended.
06:33:57.340Of course, he doesn't like the question because he's telling the truth. You did capitulate on
06:34:01.060your demand. Exactly where we knew you would end. The president hasn't capitulated on anything.
06:34:06.000Actually, he has. He's capitulated several times.
06:34:10.320Power plant day, sending back to the Stone Age.
06:34:14.120He holds the cards. We remain, we maintain the upper hand and Project Freedom only strengthens that hand.
06:34:20.080And so he will ensure that whatever deal is made or whatever end state is reached creates ensuring that Iran never has a nuclear weapon, which is a number one.
06:34:29.280And he's been focused on that. And the deal and discussions are centered on that.
06:34:32.320And what the Iranian people take advantage of after the fact is up to them.
06:36:31.820How can this be after so much bombing?
06:36:33.320And for General Cain, going on back onto what you're talking about, the Strait of Formos,
06:36:37.100the President recently said that the blockade is even more effective than bombing.
06:36:40.900So why didn't we start the campaign with the blockade?
06:36:43.700initially how many planned ships do you plan to escort or take through commercial ships to the
06:36:48.980straightforward moves today or in the coming days well we don't discuss the specifics about intel
06:36:54.580and anybody that does shouldn't be and i can't confirm or deny whether that is indeed correct
06:37:00.500speculation as far as i'm concerned coming coming from you but ultimately what operation midnight
06:37:04.820hammer did in the obliteration of those facilities was set back their program and then because of the
06:37:10.020efforts of that 12-day war, the president was able to recognize that this threat, while they
06:37:15.260continued to seek nuclear capabilities, their will was still there to seek a nuclear bomb.
06:37:20.340Ultimately, they were creating a conventional umbrella of so many missiles and so many
06:37:24.400capabilities that no one would want to challenge them. Think of the North Korea. This is the North
06:37:28.440Korea strategy. We have so many conventional capabilities, you won't do something about it,
06:37:32.560and underneath that, we're going to develop more nuclear capabilities. So the will was still there.
06:37:36.940President Trump had the courage to say we have to dismantle and take on those conventional capabilities while the dust, while the nuclear facilities are watched 24-7.
06:37:46.860Yeah, this is like the, you know, the same exact bullshit lie with the ballistic missile shield that Rubio tried to push to.
06:37:54.880overwatched and we will ensure one way or another hopefully iran chooses a deal that they give up
06:38:01.600those ambitions give up those capabilities uh and and we're able to confirm that every step of the
06:38:07.340way so that has been president trump's been focused on it he's set them back like no other
06:38:11.740president he ripped up the terrible deal that would have given them a bomb he took care of it
06:38:16.840in midnight hammer we're watching it right now uh and ultimately feel good about the fact that
06:38:21.260the end state it's crazy it's like okay you bombed them during operation midnight hammer
06:38:25.060you said yourself it was obliterated and you said the back years then you came back six months later
06:38:30.680and attacked them again because their nuclear program it doesn't make sense bro it doesn't
06:38:34.260make sense will ensure that iran never has a nuclear weapon go ahead sure i'll let uh centcom
06:38:39.360talk to the number again that is the lie that they tell the mainstream media we don't want
06:38:44.380iran to have a nuclear bomb that is not what the issue is the issue is that they're a threat to
06:38:49.140Israel. That's the real issue. Even this guy
06:38:51.180and on money doesn't understand this. He's in the
06:38:53.160Navy. He doesn't even understand that Iran
07:01:27.480Susan Hudson is not only the first female sheriff of Orleans Parish, she's also the state's first black woman to occupy the sheriff's office in the state period.
07:01:49.520We're going to talk about history. When you do break a glass ceiling, you've got to celebrate it.
07:01:54.100a new sheriff in town susan hudson breaking barriers indeed as the first african-american
07:01:59.860female sheriff in the state's history a few moments later breaking news orlean sheriff susan hudson is
07:02:07.380indicted on 30 felony counts so bro 30 felony counts like oh man that's wild oh the first
07:02:18.260black female sheriff in the state of louisiana has been indicted on 30 felony counts you can't
07:02:25.940make this stuff up here's a quick message from our sponsor rumble wallet you already know why
07:02:35.360people are moving the crypto all right shout out to emmy's on rumble that's what actually
07:02:39.100gives you some more account hole without ass is wallet and this is shout out to rumble wallet
07:02:44.040Susan Hudson, and she's about to make history being the first black female sheriff in Louisiana's history.
07:03:10.580I would argue, in today's day and age, being a woman or being, like, being a woman or being colored actually helps you with getting more opportunities, okay?
07:03:21.780This whole glass ceiling thing is a fucking lie, all right?
07:03:25.140It's a scam, it's a lie, it's used often by leftists and feminists.
07:03:31.400New sheriff in town, Susan Hudson breaking barriers indeed as the first African-American female sheriff in the state's history.
07:03:39.160I was looking at how long Louisiana's been a state, right, 200-plus years, and now at that time, not one African-American woman has been able to get to this position.
07:03:48.900Yeah, because women just don't make good cops most of the time.
07:09:25.260District Chief Judge Tracy Flemings-Davalier says that Sheriff Susan Hudson is ignoring a court order to transport recent arrestees from jail to magistrate court on weekends and holidays.
07:09:36.240Now, during the pandemic, that process was paused, going to Zoom and then doing transports during the week.
07:09:42.180However, on June 18th, the judge issued an order for Hudson to resume those weekend and holiday transports beginning this past Saturday.
07:09:58.140Sentence her to like six months in prison with a five hundred dollar fine.
07:10:02.280But the appeals court last second stepped in and said, let's slow it down because she is the sheriff.
07:10:08.240Last Friday, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals temporarily suspended Sheriff Susan Hudson's contempt of court ruling at the last minute and WWL exclusively received the documents supporting that stay by the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
07:10:25.260Sheriff Susan Hudson was said to face up to six months imprisonment or a fine of up to $500.
07:10:30.740That's because the chief judge of Orleans Parish Criminal Court held the sheriff contempt of court for failing to provide a staff of deputies for magistrate court for weekend sessions.
07:10:40.300Now, if being found to get tempted to court is not enough, the money started becoming a little funny.
07:11:33.620Information from the New Orleans Office of Inspector General about Sheriff Hudson's hotel reservations during Mardi Gras.
07:11:41.040The rooms were supposed to be used by law enforcement who had to drive into town to help the NOPD during parades.
07:11:47.880But in a new report, the inspector general finds that the sheriff reserved 13 rooms at the Omni Royal Orleans for her command staff, not for any out-of-towners.
07:19:32.780Those convicts were returned back to prison.
07:19:35.860In another development months in the making, the last of 10 inmates who escaped from a Louisiana jail in May was captured today in Atlanta.
07:19:44.180Officials say a Crime Stoppers tip this summer led them there, and they found a fugitive hiding in a crawl space.
07:19:50.04010 men who escaped from a Louisiana jail in May by crawling through a hole cut in the wall behind a toilet.
07:19:56.640Above the hole, someone had written messages to the jailers, including this.
07:20:00.680that's just crazy bro niggas wrote too easy and they couldn't misspell it properly
07:20:05.020and look at the person taking a picture probably a woman right here this looks like a woman's arm
07:20:10.540misspelled one too easy lol groves was the last of the 10 escapees to be found and also the most
07:20:18.020violent he was convicted of murdering two men on what was this oh yeah louisiana yeah of the 10
07:20:23.520escapees to be found and also the most violent he was convicted of murdering two men on mardi gras
07:20:28.740in 2018. The New Orleans prosecutor says he is facing multiple life sentences. So obviously it
07:20:35.320seems like we had a bigger problem at play here. So state investigators looked at the whole
07:20:40.220department to see how things were being run. And after the investigation, they decided it was time
07:20:45.620to indict the sheriff. We start with some major breaking news. Orleans Parish Sheriff Susan
07:20:51.100Hudson indicted in connection with an investigation. Oh, it looks like it was a state case to last
07:20:57.080year's jailbreak in New Orleans. So this indictment comes in connection with a state
07:21:01.040investigation by Attorney General Liz Merrill's office into last year's mass escape by 10
07:21:06.500inmates. The bombshell news came down within just the last hour. Arrest warrants released
07:21:11.780Thursday outlined some of the state's evidence. Okay, so the state ran it. Alleging Hudson ignored
07:21:17.440years of federal monitors, repeated warnings. During this investigation, LBA agents learned
07:21:22.240that this massive escape was not an unforeseeable event. Instead, it was a combination of years of
07:21:26.120documented warnings, operational neglect, and leadership fears within New Orleans Parish.
07:21:29.440Sheriff's Office records disclosed that federal monitors had repeatedly warned Watson about
07:21:32.760systemic problems within the jail, including serious deficiencies in staffing, supervision,
07:21:37.000security protocols, and internal controls. These warnings were not vague suggestions.
07:21:41.240They identified the exact vulnerabilities that later enabled 10 dangerous inmates to escape and
07:21:44.920remain undetected for hours. That quote enabled 10 dangerous inmates to escape and remain undetected
07:21:52.080for hours. The warrant describes the jail as understaffed and inmates unsupervised,
07:21:57.880often relying on one staff member to monitor multiple pods from a control room
07:22:02.700rather than inside the pod. The warrant also alleges security logs were falsified
07:22:08.620and the prison's high security unit dissolved. During hours of unsupervised time,
07:22:14.460a federal monitor found inmates were, quote, assaulting other inmates, assaulting staff,
07:52:35.340She's hired an attorney and they set some future court days.
07:52:39.020But what we learned from some documents today is that even though this officer is charged with unauthorized use of just three vehicles,
07:52:47.180the investigation which led to her was touched off when the rental car company realized that they had 30 cars stolen from their lot at Reagan National Airport.
07:52:58.320And I'm going to tell you, after this hearing today, the officer was in no mood to answer our questions.
07:53:05.840Ms. Alston, is there anything that you would like to say?
07:53:08.380Yes, get those cameras in my face. You're going to have to cash you.
07:58:19.800to address some of the theories some of the speculation that has come up during the course
07:58:31.640of this investigation and see now that we have more information see if we can figure out how
07:58:35.980true this is based on what we now know so yes we have more information not all the information but
07:58:41.140more information and i want to get into it address some of the theories about this because yes
07:58:46.160prosecutors and the ME's office and law enforcement have come forward with more details about what
07:58:52.880they allegedly found. And this is after there being so much being closed off, so much being
07:58:58.620sealed. And so this is a good time to do this. And let's be clear, I have to imagine this is not all
07:59:04.120the evidence that they have, all the information that they have. We know that there's a preliminary
07:59:07.620hearing scheduled for the end of the month where prosecutors will present the bare minimum,
07:59:12.700sufficient amount of evidence to establish probable cause to support these charges.
07:59:16.980They don't have to present the entire case.
07:59:18.820They don't have to present everything that they're going to present at a trial,
07:59:22.240and particularly if an investigation is ongoing, but we do get a sense of where they're at.
07:59:26.520Okay, so the first one, was 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez pregnant at the time that she died?
07:59:35.540Now, the reason that this has come up is because-
07:59:37.680Yeah, because people talk about that as potential motive.
07:59:39.880Because in the prosecution's pre-trial brief, they write, they go to the alleged text messages between David and Celeste.
07:59:48.080Quote, text exchanges between the victim and defendant contain references to sex, pregnancy, abortion, and use of the Plan B emergency contraceptive.
07:59:57.860There are also explicit photographs documenting and corroborating their sexual relationship.
08:00:02.680In November 2024, a defendant and the victim broke up, although they continue to communicate
08:00:07.480and text messages suggest they also continued to have sexual relations.
08:00:12.600And then just a few days ago, her death certificate was amended.
08:00:16.300It was amended to suggest that it was unclear if she was pregnant when she was killed.
08:00:21.280In other words, it was changed from not pregnant to unknown.
08:00:25.780Now, I spoke to forensic death investigator Joseph Scott Morgan about this on my News
08:00:29.820Nation show, Jesse Weber Live. And he said this could just be the medical examiner's office
08:00:35.440acknowledging the police investigation, acknowledging the findings of that
08:00:39.800investigation, the text messages. And since the state of her body, right, we're talking decomposed,
08:00:45.280dismembered, maybe they just have to put unknown. Even though, by the way, there's nothing in the
08:00:51.340actual coroner's report, right, the medical examiner's findings to indicate that she was
08:00:55.980pregnant i mean you go to that here's what it says uterus present and not enlarged joining us
08:01:01.340now is professor robert pape of the university of chicago he also
08:01:04.680also uh cover some political shit want to cover this as well for you guys um some political stuff
08:01:15.420endometrial lesions and hemorrhage ovaries and fallopian tubes appropriate for age
08:01:22.060private area without lesions breast tissue without lesions other female reproductive
08:01:27.080track findings severe post-mortem changes noted and again i confirmed this with joseph and he
08:01:32.320said he looked through it and he basically said there's no indicating in there that she was
08:01:35.800rose idiot bro and he met this girl he was uh she was 11 and he was 18 chat craziness pregnant and
08:01:42.020also i have to say if prosecutors believed that celeste was pregnant wouldn't they have included
08:01:48.660that in the filings remember there's special well they couldn't say for sure that he was uh that she
08:01:54.700was pregnant because obviously the they didn't know they found the body so late after the fact
08:02:00.060circumstances allegations here prosecutors are not only claiming that david murdered celeste but
08:02:04.600he did it to keep her quiet that he lied in wait that he did it for financial gain i mean what
08:02:10.100better way to prove yeah that's the matter chad she was uh she was he was 18 and she was 11 when
08:02:14.660he met her prove motive what better way to prove he silenced a witness killed and he killed her
08:02:19.600when she was 14 or to protect his they had been together for three years his career then if she
08:02:24.620were pregnant a 14 year old pregnant with his child that that would be a killer for his career
08:02:30.300is strong proof of the sex charge that he faced absolutely speaking of which guys we're going to
08:02:37.100have jamar rudolph on the show on thursday we're going to talk about the cookie monster event
08:02:42.260aka the lola cost okay we're going to talk about that on thursday night
08:02:48.320oss only we'll start up on all the platforms but it's going to be oss only
08:02:51.820so i'll cover the news and then we're going to get into that cases that's strong proof he's 21
08:02:57.500now chat he's 21 now of the he was 18 when he met her she was 11 she died 14 he's 21 now
08:03:05.440special circumstances allegations right for the alleged murder but they don't mention that they
08:03:11.620didn't mention that in the indictment they didn't mention that in the brief they didn't mention that
08:03:15.520at the press conference now true she was apparently in such a state of decomposition and dismemberment
08:03:19.840it could get complicated but again yeah um he killed her in april guys of 2025 and they found
08:03:27.440her in september of 2025 at this point nothing to say so the body was badly decomposed when they
08:03:34.960found her also the body was chopped up head gone torso gone legs cut off all that hey the
08:03:41.540she was pregnant. And I do believe if prosecutors had that piece of information, they probably
08:03:45.740would have gone forward with that. But let's see what happens. By the way, talking speculation,
08:03:50.800talking theories. Speaking of that report, here's another theory. Did David and Celeste
08:03:55.440share tattoos? I got to say, I feel like the answer is yes here, because TMZ initially reported,
08:04:01.580this was all the way back in September of 2025, how the singer has a tattoo on his finger,
08:04:06.660allegedly reading now you go and we know why because he was with a minor the whole time stupid
08:04:12.880nigga and she had a tattoo that said david the prosecution's brief they write in order to
08:04:20.520distance himself from the victim he amputated her left ring and pinky fingers because her ring
08:04:25.520finger contained a tattoo of his name her fingers have not been recovered you go to the medical
08:04:31.380examiner's report quote the left ring and pinky fingers appear to have been mutilated and i did
08:04:35.780not locate them during my scene examination she has a tattoo that reads on the inside of her right
08:04:44.480index finger or it has his name one of the two i forget which one it was and we learned but either
08:04:49.940way is bad for him was through that tattoo and dental records that's how investigators were able
08:04:56.400to id the body in the tesla as that of celeste and just focusing upon her body for a minute this
08:05:02.460came up during the course of the investigation, there was a theory out there. Was Celeste's body
08:05:08.360frozen? What complicated this was the ME's office, their findings were sealed by the court for all
08:05:13.920this time until recently. So a lot of this was guessing as to what happened. Now, we remember
08:05:18.200months ago, the LAPD Robbery Homicide Division released a statement addressing this saying,
08:05:22.600quote, the Los Angeles Police Department is aware of the recent stories posted by various
08:05:26.760media outlets about the David Celeste Rivas investigation and would like to dispel some
08:05:31.280misinformation contained in their reporting. The body of Celeste Rivas was not frozen when it was
08:05:37.060discovered on September 8th, 2025. Now, to be clear, we don't know if at any point before that,
08:05:42.960that her body was frozen. However, there is nothing that has been presented by prosecutors,
08:05:47.960as far as I could see, to suggest her body was frozen. You go back to their filing,
08:05:51.760quote, moreover, defendant took horrifying measures to destroy and discard the victim's body. After
08:05:56.200placing her body into the blue inflatable pool to prevent her blood from spilling onto his garage
08:06:00.900floor defendant used a chainsaw and perhaps other tools to cut off her limbs small blue plastic
08:06:07.220fragments were found embedded in the victim's remains which were collected by the los angeles
08:06:11.700county medical examiner's department the fragments were analyzed by the lapd's forensic science
08:06:16.660division trace analysis unit an expert was able to match a physical fit match from the blue fragments
08:06:22.420to the blue inflatable pool purchased by defendant in may 2025. in order to distance himself from the
08:06:28.180victim. He amputated her left ring and pinky fingers because her ring finger contained a
08:06:32.360tattoo of his name. Her fingers have not been recovered. Defendant then placed her head and
08:06:36.900torso into the cadaver bag he purchased. He placed her limbs into a garbage bag,
08:06:41.720which he deposited into his front trunk, laying the cadaver bag on top for several weeks or
08:06:46.960possibly months. Fucking insane, dude. Defendant left the victim's body to decompose inside his
08:06:54.120Tesla. He lied to friends, business associates, and others who noticed the strong smell of decay
08:07:00.040in and around his home and vehicle. Before leaving on his concert tour at the end of July,
08:07:04.460he parked his Tesla on the street around the corner from his home. LAPD served a search
08:07:09.060warrant of defendant's home at 1368 Tahini Place on September 1st, 2025, after the victim was
08:07:14.480identified by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner on September 16th, 2025. Inside the
08:07:19.300garage, detectives discovered evidence consistent with the dismemberment of the victim's body in
08:07:23.820the inflatable pool which contained multiple linear cuts several biological samples which
08:07:28.560tested positive for blood were collected wow within the garage area dna analysis determined
08:07:35.340that various samples match the victim's unique genetic profile this nigga's cut bro on december
08:07:42.5809th 2025 the medical examiner ruled the victim's death a homicide caused by two penetrating injuries
08:07:48.060to the torso on january stabbed her nigga goy shout out to you he said that head bonk noise is
08:07:54.980funny as hell got you you eat gyros i just got me some and that lamb is delicious also you're
08:07:59.960made on oss um we're good now um david eco says not only does uh betty frieden's books and me too
08:08:07.280piss me off but the double standard women have where society doesn't shame them for their
08:08:11.680incompetence yeah that never does bro was going through expo to look for this yeah i know that's
08:08:15.220funny ass meme, bro. I've used it for a minute. That shit is hilarious. 17, 2025, the victim's
08:08:21.560U.S. passport card was found by a Caltrans worker off SR 154 in Santa Barbara County. So again,
08:08:27.500this goes to the idea of they were very, very thorough and very, very specific in what happened
08:08:32.800to Celeste, what happened to her body, what they claim happened. But the idea that her body was
08:08:37.760frozen, nothing to suggest that at this point. Of course, there's going to be questions about
08:08:42.520where her body was at all times, but it seems at this point there was no physical evidence when the
08:08:48.860body was recovered to indicate it being frozen or thawing or anything like that. Okay, here's another
08:08:53.800one. Were others involved if these allegations are true? Now, this is something that we've all
08:08:59.020wondered about, we've all speculated about, particularly Steve Fisher, the private investigator
08:09:03.280who has been looking into this case from the very beginning. Remember, he represents the owner of the
08:09:07.840property where David had reportedly been staying that was near where the Tesla was found. I mean,
08:09:11.960for a 20-year-old singer to murder and dismember and dispose of her body all by himself, some may
08:09:18.040say that is difficult to believe. It's difficult to process. Yeah, I don't know. He had to have
08:09:22.640had a little bit of help, bro, something. I don't know. But there is nothing, nothing in the
08:09:30.040statements from law enforcement, from prosecutors, nothing in the indictment, nothing in the brief.
08:09:35.740Bro, that nigga guilty, man. He knows he's cooked. Filed by prosecutors. That indicates
08:09:39.760there is someone else who conspired with or aided or abetted david in any of this no one else is
08:09:46.220charged i mean neil langston david's purported friend who was reportedly arrested for failing
08:09:50.740to appear as a witness in the grand jury proceedings he's not been criminally charged
08:09:54.000that nigga might have helped charged directly in connection with celeste's death i keep going back
08:09:58.420to when i interviewed nathan hockman the los angeles county da on my news nation show jesse
08:10:02.960webber live and asked him point blank about others being involved and others being potentially
08:10:07.240charged. And he said, we have an ongoing investigation. If anyone has information come
08:10:12.260forward and if, and when we charge anyone else, you'll be the first to know. And by the way,
08:10:18.000I mentioned that point that David had allegedly lied to people about the smell, right? Well,
08:10:23.600TMZ published this video. It's reportedly from a July 4th, 2025 live stream. So a few months
08:10:29.540after the alleged murder. Oh, and according to the, Oh yeah. And like someone, he, he, he says,
08:10:34.580oh sorry my bathroom smells he literally admits like yo sorry my bathroom smells
08:10:39.760prosecution brief this was only a few weeks later july 29th surveillance video and other evidence
08:10:45.040confirmed defendant was the last person to drive the vehicle on july 29th 2025 before he left los
08:10:50.220angeles on a concert tour anyway in this clip david appears to be with neil langston and sukana
08:10:55.500and he apologizes for the way his bathroom smells yeah i saw this clip but blames it that he went to
08:11:01.740the bathroom a couple hours earlier so yeah then he took a dump is it possible another girl says
08:11:06.640me too which is disgusting but that's a whole other conversation if these allegations are true
08:11:10.880and he's innocent until proven guilty is it possible he kept it hidden from everyone maybe
08:11:15.740now it's one thing to talk about the alleged murder and the alleged disposal of celeste's
08:11:20.300body it is another thing to talk about the alleged sexual abuse of celeste remember that sex charge
08:11:25.940that he faces and there are those who may find it difficult to believe that no one else knew
08:11:29.840about this purported illegal sexual relationship
08:11:32.980between him and Celeste, she being a minor,
08:20:46.700You know, prosecutors say we know the date that he drove that Tesla, but did anyone else move it?
08:20:51.380But I will say, in terms of whether or not the theory he's framed, it is the combination of the evidence that may be tough for the defense.
08:21:41.860fucking dumb faggot five defendant ordered and subsequently fucking retard the amazon delivered
08:21:47.500two chainsaws i barely leave my house what the fuck are you talking about to his home on may 3rd
08:21:52.5802025 defendant ordered and amazon subsequently delivered a body bag heavy duty laundry bags
08:21:57.420and a blue inflatable pool to his home he made these purchases under the fake name victoria
08:22:01.420mendez and i've heard this idea before maybe well this was all for a music video these purchases but
08:22:06.820Those particular items at that time, especially if the digital data will in fact show Celeste's
08:22:13.500movements to his house and the lack of cell phone activity from her after April 23rd,
08:22:18.340questionable. If they're able to track him to Santa Barbara, questionable. And the timing of
08:22:23.960this is key too, because remember, prosecutors allege he killed her by lying in wait to silence
08:22:28.180her as a witness, killed her for financial gain, keep her from coming forward with information
08:22:32.320about their alleged relationship to prevent her from ruining his career and per the prosecutors
08:22:36.920in their brief quote april 23rd 2025 is the likely date of the victim's death and when all her
08:22:41.620cellular activity ceased the night prior april 22nd 2025 defendant the victim engaged in a lengthy
08:22:47.040argument described in detail in their text messages the messages revealed the victim's
08:22:51.320jealousy over defendants relationships with other women as defendant led her to believe they had a
08:22:55.480future together she became a son of dream to a minor retard extremely upset threat to disclose
08:23:01.360damaging information about her relationship yeah i still am going to do tectone don't worry but
08:23:05.600defendant to end his career and destroy his life defendants first studio album was due to be
08:23:09.840released on april 25th 2025. he had an emerging multi-million dollar career already in progress
08:23:15.920he also had multiple product endorsements which were highly profitable and when it comes to
08:23:20.560evidence of the relationship aside from the text messages that i mentioned from the evidence list
08:23:25.360in the prosecution's brief quote the description of photographs depicting the victim naked as well
08:23:30.000while she was engaged with defendant in sexual activity when she was 13. As this evidence
08:23:34.260constitutes child sexual abuse material, the photographs themselves will not be presented.
08:23:39.060While all possible charges that could be proven were not filed, the CSAM is proof of their ongoing
08:23:43.500sexual relationship while the victim was 13 and 14 years old. And then it says, through March 2025,
08:23:48.780proved defendant continued to manipulate the victim as she messaged, all we do is have sex
08:23:52.960and just hang out. Man, I want more than that for myself. These messages were obtained from
08:23:57.540defendant's iCloud data. And then I just go to everything that I mentioned to you, right? The
08:24:01.060digital data, the cell phones, the surveillance footage. And look, you can make the argument from
08:24:04.940a defense perspective. There's a lot of evidence here about the cleanup and the disposal and the
08:24:09.960dismemberment rather than the killing itself. So you can make the argument, maybe this is just a
08:24:14.740circumstantial murder case. Maybe yes. And we'll see what the defense does and we'll see what more
08:24:19.200the prosecution has. But in terms of the reliability, the accuracy of this data, the
08:24:24.520sufficiency of this evidence again here's matt irvine first of all to your first question i think
08:24:30.200the uh investigate all right let's uh i don't know i they did an interview with professor pape and i
08:24:36.980want to get into this as well um we gotta go dude this is a this is a banger stream bro yo you guys
08:24:42.760better fucking yo we cover it all politics in-depth analysis breaking down the hezbollah lies

08:25:16.160with the escalation trap which we all and it's actually good that we watch this because this
08:25:19.580going to be even easier when we debunk uh the dumbass nakatako retard because he's so fucking
08:25:24.380stupid which don't worry we're going to talk about that here in a second always look forward to link
08:25:30.860down in the description that you can go ahead and sign up for professor thank you so much for joining
08:25:34.320us as always we appreciate you uh yeah thank you very much for having me thank you well let's go
08:25:40.080ahead and start sir with all of these developments in the straits of hormuz initially we have this
08:25:45.500announcement from the Secretary of Defense this morning, or sorry, Secretary of War this morning,
08:25:50.660Pete Hegseth, about Operation Freedom to try and to guide ships out of the Straits of Hormuz. Not
08:25:57.700to get them back in, but at the very least, in the initial time, out. Here is his announcement
08:26:02.280about a red, white, and blue dome. Let's take a listen. As a direct gift from the United States
08:26:07.960to the world, we have established a powerful red, white, and blue dome over the strait.
08:26:13.340American destroyers are on stations supported by hundreds of fighter jets, helicopters, drones, and surveillance aircraft, providing 24-7 overwatch for peaceful commercial vessels, except Iran's, of course, which is why our ironclad blockade remains in full effect as well.
08:26:33.600In fact, six ships tried to run the blockade out of Iranian ports as Project Freedom commenced, and they were all turned around.
08:26:43.040What do you make of this Project Freedom, sir, of this red, white and blue dome and this rhetoric now coming from the Pentagon?
08:26:49.960This is a high risk bet that the Trump administration is making, and it's a bet they really cannot afford to lose.
08:26:57.920The goal here is fairly straightforward. What you are seeing is an effort by the United States to run the blockade.
08:27:05.920They're trying to break Iran's grip on the Strait of Hormuz by literally running ships
08:27:48.400So the Trump administration has not lost the bet yet, but it is right on the edge of that.
08:27:56.300And if, in fact, as we're hearing from Secretary Higgs this morning, we're going to run that blockade, there is an extremely good chance that Iran is going to respond.
08:28:08.660And then, yeah, and they can only take it for so long.
08:28:11.180And that puts our boys and girls in some serious danger, bro, on the over at the Strader Homoose.
08:33:12.560I want to get your reaction to another clip from that press conference, this one from
08:33:16.160General Cain, because to your point, yesterday after our show, we were watching these strikes
08:33:21.320from Iran on the UAE, the damage to the South Korean ship, and we were saying, oh boy, this
08:33:25.600may be, we may be looking at, you know, back to total war.
08:33:29.540Trump administration seems to have taken the decision to downplay the significance of those attacks.
08:33:35.060That trend continued with General Cain here. Let's take a listen to that.
08:33:37.780The map shows the examples and samples of Iranian attacks against commercial vessels in the strait, as well as the Gulf of Oman and up in the Arabian Gulf.
08:33:49.420Since the ceasefire was announced, Iran has fired at commercial vessels nine times and seized two container ships.
08:33:57.080And they've attacked U.S. forces more than 10 times, all below the threshold of restarting major combat operations at this point.
08:34:06.780You can also see the group of tankers and cargo vessels in the U.S. blockade line.
08:34:11.900So, yeah, so Trump basically, due to significant progress, so it's a complete and final agreement with Iran.
08:34:16.700So basically, like the Iranians said, we're not going to do anything with you until we figure out, you know, we don't want a blockade.
08:34:27.080And as I mentioned, as a result of Iran's indiscriminate attacks across the region, there are currently 22,500 mariners embarked on more than 1,550 commercial vessels trapped in the Arabian Gulf, unable to transit.
08:34:47.020So the key line there, he says all of those attacks were, quote, below the threshold of restarting major combat operations at this point.
08:34:53.740What do you make of this type of language?
08:34:56.100So this is what I was anticipating when I said an attack on a U.S. Navy ship. And also,
08:35:02.500this is what I published yesterday morning on the Substack before all this really unfolded,
08:35:07.860is the key threshold here for the Trump administration is likely going to be Iran
08:35:14.260attacking U.S. Navy ships directly, hitting one of those ships. Now, of course, they're not
08:35:21.460oblivious to the attack on the UAE, and they're not going to be oblivious to attack on the tankers.
08:35:27.140But in order for this to go forward, if we're really going to have this operation run,
08:35:32.580the United States can accept damage to the ships and can accept damage to our allies.
08:35:38.580The real, where this will get America's attention for real, is when those sailors are killed.
08:35:45.140The first time those ships are hit, the first time there's a fire on those ships,
08:35:49.620The first time there's actually dead sailors on those ships.
09:31:13.160What do you see as the pressures that are likely to build over the coming days that could lead to the next step in this conflict?
09:31:22.940Yeah, so I think you already saw the pressures last week.
09:31:27.460We talked a bit about this on the breaking points last week that I was on.
09:31:31.800I published again. I'm traveling a lot on these airplanes now to do all these mega podcasts, which gives you lots of time, believe it or not.
09:31:40.780And so I was explaining and amplifying what I said on the on the Breaking Points podcast.
09:31:46.860So if you look at the pressures on Donald Trump, it's not just the pressure of what's happening in the Strait of Hormuz.
09:31:53.660You see the disintegration of NATO right in front of our eyes.
09:31:57.180This is what we were talking about last week with Chancellor Meretz, the leader of Germany.
09:32:01.500And that's a big reason, guys, why they're trying Operation Freedom or whatever the fuck it was called, which they just abandoned.
09:32:07.100the whole purpose of that was to kind of build a framework so that europe can come in and take
09:32:11.560over trump wants to get the fuck out of this thing situation asap no day woe day appreciate
09:32:16.620you with the five for all you guys that are broken in the chat say you're broken in the chat someone

09:33:00.960another big sign of disrespect. And then on May 14th, in just about 10 days, you're going to see
09:33:07.660President Trump is supposed to be meeting with President Xi. Well, my goodness gracious,
09:33:12.120the amount of embarrassment here where Trump is a failed war going to President Xi, almost on
