00:02:03.460 You want to introduce yourself to the people real quick?
00:02:06.880 Hey guys, it's me,
00:02:09.060 Miss Green,
00:02:10.140 the OG.
00:02:10.640 You already know me.
00:02:12.860 That intro was wild though.
00:02:14.320 You liked it?
00:02:14.760 I liked it.
00:02:15.440 Yeah.

00:02:26.180 I'm Susie.
00:02:27.880 You already know me,
00:02:29.000 Miss Green,
00:02:29.880 the OG.
00:02:32.200 I'm 28.
00:02:33.400 I'm from LA.
00:02:35.780 I'm in a music group,
00:02:37.920 always changing genre.
00:02:39.380 So I was doing rap
00:02:40.700 and now I'm doing something else.
00:02:42.980 What was the name of your rap crew again?
00:02:45.680 Show me the deed or what?
00:02:47.480 Yes.
00:02:47.860 We actually had a song called
00:02:49.180 Show Me the Deed for Mr. Organic.
00:02:51.240 Shout out to Mr. Organic.
00:02:52.840 Yeah.
00:02:53.260 We miss you.
00:02:55.740 Yeah.
00:02:56.300 So I think I'm going to like
00:02:57.580 step away from rap
00:02:58.480 and do something else
00:02:59.340 because 1.00
00:02:59.600 everybody said that I suck. 1.00
00:03:01.820 So. 0.99
00:03:02.420 Oh, really?
00:03:02.960 You don't say.
00:03:04.420 But I think that was pretty good.
00:03:06.080 I think it was pretty good.
00:03:08.760 Well, if that helps you sleep at night,
00:03:10.240 then then yes.
00:03:11.420 No, I wasn't good.
00:03:12.460 So I should do something else.
00:03:13.680 Yeah.
00:03:13.800 I think you should move into another genre.
00:03:15.400 Maybe country music.
00:03:17.380 I'd give it a shot.
00:03:18.460 Blake Shelton,
00:03:19.180 where you at?
00:03:19.960 There you go.
00:03:21.900 Or you speak Spanish too,
00:03:23.440 right?
00:03:23.780 Maybe reggaeton?
00:03:24.720 Si, si habla espanol.
00:03:25.640 Yeah.
00:03:25.960 Guys, you didn't know that.
00:03:26.760 Did you?
00:03:27.120 Si.
00:03:27.880 Yeah.
00:03:28.140 She speaks Spanish.
00:03:29.360 Everyone thinks I'm a white girl
00:03:30.320 for some reason.
00:03:31.120 I'm Latina.
00:03:32.200 Yeah.
00:03:32.360 Nothing white in me.
00:03:33.560 Sorry, guys.
00:03:34.380 Mexican, right?
00:03:35.320 Mexican and Colombian.

00:03:37.900 The worst combination ever.
00:03:39.140 My dad's Mexican.
00:03:40.280 What's up?
00:03:42.220 All right.
00:03:42.640 Well, welcome to the show.
00:03:43.720 She came out to help out, guys.
00:03:45.000 So shout out to her. 0.82
00:03:47.340 So I hope you guys enjoyed that intro.
00:03:49.240 I'll read some of these.
00:03:50.480 We go three diglets here. 0.68
00:03:51.600 It goes, I miss rich dolls,
00:03:52.860 which is hilarious.
00:03:53.600 Oh, you got it.
00:03:53.960 I miss them too.
00:03:56.080 That's her gang right there, 1.00
00:03:57.800 by the way, guys.
00:03:59.340 Yeah.
00:03:59.940 Shout out to you three diglets. 1.00
00:04:00.980 I appreciate that.
00:04:01.760 And then what else?
00:04:02.260 What else do we got here?
00:04:04.580 I think someone else had something earlier.
00:04:06.700 I might have missed it.
00:04:08.140 But thank you.
00:04:08.920 Oh, and then we got SEO 971.
00:04:11.080 Good evening, Fedit, and chat.
00:04:12.640 Hit that like button for my own.
00:04:13.660 Yeah, guys, do me a favor.
00:04:14.440 Like the video, man, because
00:04:15.380 and shout out to, you know,
00:04:17.160 Agent Fit, by the way,
00:04:17.980 who made that intro.
00:04:19.300 Shout out to him.
00:04:20.060 Took it forever, though.
00:04:20.760 He's the reason why we're late.
00:04:21.600 So if y'all want to blame anybody, man,
00:04:23.000 give them the quick
00:04:23.620 because he's the reason
00:04:26.640 we started this bad boy late.
00:04:27.680 But I wanted to really have that
00:04:28.700 for you guys.
00:04:30.420 And I know.
00:04:31.040 See, I know you guys
00:04:31.660 were going to say this.
00:04:32.180 Oh, you're my smash, bro.
00:04:34.080 I'm not smashing, man.
00:04:35.100 I don't know what y'all talking about.
00:04:36.140 All right.
00:04:36.480 We just saw each other
00:04:37.480 at the Brickle City Center.
00:04:38.640 You guys.
00:04:41.180 Miami's so small.
00:04:42.340 And here's the thing.
00:04:43.180 I know.
00:04:43.480 I know the we got the perverts 1.00
00:04:45.280 in the chat that are probably
00:04:46.000 going to want to see
00:04:46.560 what you're working with, Susie.
00:04:47.520 So you might stand up
00:04:48.480 for the people real quick.
00:04:49.140 I'll be the Chris.
00:04:49.840 Do you guys want to see?
00:04:51.160 Yeah, I think they want to see.
00:04:52.400 OK.
00:04:54.460 All right.
00:04:55.020 She's been doing some some squats. 0.97
00:04:57.460 What you saw at the Brickle City Center.
00:04:59.460 Yeah.
00:05:00.380 When you when I said,
00:05:01.980 can I come on your show?
00:05:03.360 There you go.
00:05:04.060 Can I come on your show or no?
00:05:05.700 See, is that is that is that you too?
00:05:07.700 Oh, yeah.
00:05:08.560 You might have to move.
00:05:09.120 There you go.
00:05:09.520 Bam.
00:05:10.740 See, see, I knew you guys
00:05:11.700 were going to want that.
00:05:12.400 So there you go right there.
00:05:13.460 All right.
00:05:14.180 Now we can focus on the show.
00:05:15.420 All right.
00:05:18.200 All right.
00:05:18.640 You're good.
00:05:18.940 You're good, Susie.
00:05:19.420 All right.
00:05:19.780 You're good.
00:05:20.300 OK.
00:05:20.900 I think they like to see the assets.
00:05:22.660 If if if you know what I'm saying,
00:05:25.080 we can talk about that.
00:05:28.780 All right.
00:05:29.260 Cool.
00:05:29.900 So all right.
00:05:31.960 So, yes, I knew these guys
00:05:33.880 are going to because
00:05:35.260 they're going to say it in the in the pod.
00:05:37.120 So I was like, oh, you know what?
00:05:38.000 Just just can you stand up
00:05:38.960 for the people real quick?
00:05:39.640 Because I know you guys love your content,
00:05:42.180 bro.
00:05:42.300 Ryan, thank you so much.
00:05:43.760 Michael Mestro.
00:05:44.380 Thank you so much.
00:05:44.840 Two bucks.
00:05:45.280 I appreciate that, man.
00:05:46.200 And then we got three diglets.
00:05:47.560 Hold up, Susie. 0.98
00:05:48.120 Shake that booty before the show. 0.78
00:05:49.440 See, he did it.
00:05:51.580 Do you have dollar bills
00:05:52.580 so I can shake it?
00:05:53.920 Throw some dollar bills.
00:05:55.220 Hello, man.
00:05:56.760 Sorry, I missed it.
00:05:57.460 She say 28 was her age
00:05:58.820 or her IQ. 0.63
00:05:59.580 This you have anything
00:06:01.740 you want to say back to SEO 971?
00:06:04.380 My IQ is high, baby.
00:06:06.820 OK, very high.
00:06:08.740 There you go.
00:06:10.040 Cool.
00:06:11.560 Cool.
00:06:12.020 So anyway, guys,
00:06:12.600 so today we're going to cover
00:06:13.720 basically a case that I did myself
00:06:16.300 when I was on the job.
00:06:17.740 OK, so we're going to go ahead
00:06:19.700 and basically get right into it.
00:06:22.280 OK, as you guys know,
00:06:23.260 quick little intro.
00:06:24.560 I used to work for
00:06:26.220 for Homeland Security Investigations.
00:06:27.620 OK, guys, which is HSI.
00:06:29.400 And it's the principal law enforcement
00:06:31.260 agency for the Department
00:06:32.520 of Homeland Security.
00:06:33.780 I was a special agent with them.
00:06:34.960 I was an agent from 2013 to 2020.
00:06:37.020 I was an intern from 2010 to 2013.
00:06:38.980 Then I became an agent in 2013,
00:06:40.400 went to the Academy in 2014,
00:06:41.920 went to my first duty station,
00:06:43.120 Laredo, Texas, from 2014 to 2018.
00:06:45.480 And then in 2018,
00:06:46.440 I went to Miami
00:06:47.940 and I was an agent there
00:06:49.340 until December 5th of 2020.
00:06:51.440 I resigned.
00:06:52.640 You know, I left on good terms, 1.00
00:06:53.880 guys, for any idiots out there, 1.00
00:06:55.020 you go for it. 1.00
00:06:55.800 No, I fucking didn't. 0.99
00:06:57.160 I was a very good agent 0.99
00:06:58.300 when I was there.
00:06:58.840 I did a lot of big cases,
00:06:59.740 as you guys know,
00:07:00.300 with the title threes,
00:07:00.980 everything else.
00:07:01.700 The reason I'm even able
00:07:02.700 to speak with such knowledge
00:07:03.860 on this channel
00:07:04.580 is because I did so many
00:07:05.820 different types of cases
00:07:06.500 from different types of backgrounds.
00:07:09.060 But yeah, I resigned
00:07:09.840 because as you guys know,
00:07:10.620 the YouTube channel
00:07:11.060 started to take off
00:07:11.860 and they were pretty much,
00:07:13.260 you know,
00:07:13.460 they brought me in the office
00:07:14.240 and were like,
00:07:14.600 hey, you got a choice to make.
00:07:16.220 You know, it's either
00:07:16.860 the YouTube or the job.
00:07:20.120 And, you know,
00:07:20.500 at that point,
00:07:20.960 we had employees,
00:07:21.620 we had people
00:07:22.020 and there were people
00:07:22.540 depending on me.
00:07:23.160 So I couldn't turn my back on them.
00:07:25.540 So I ended up choosing the YouTube.
00:07:27.940 And I'm not going to lie to you guys.
00:07:29.060 I think about that job every day.
00:07:31.100 I miss it.
00:07:32.120 And yeah, even though it's,
00:07:34.680 you know,
00:07:35.720 a fraction of what I make now,
00:07:37.120 like it's not all about the money.
00:07:38.100 As you guys know,
00:07:38.500 I'm a hardcore minimalist.
00:07:39.720 So I was making six figures,
00:07:40.800 which is more than enough money for me.
00:07:42.960 But it was a great job
00:07:44.000 and it was a lot of fun.
00:07:44.700 So I miss it every day.
00:07:45.880 I think about it every day, man.
00:07:46.800 I'm not going to lie to you guys.
00:07:47.800 But this channel, right,
00:07:48.920 my haters thought they could dox me
00:07:50.140 and they thought it would work out,
00:07:51.220 which I'm actually going to dox myself
00:07:52.380 because I'm going to give you guys
00:07:53.100 one of the cases I did.
00:07:54.520 And it ended up actually like
00:07:55.780 reigniting a passion
00:07:57.140 and doing a whole YouTube channel
00:07:59.060 based around what I used to do.
00:08:00.420 So all the haters out there,
00:08:02.540 thank you very much
00:08:03.260 because you definitely gave yourself a big.
00:08:06.620 So, yeah, you helped me do what I wanted to do
00:08:09.980 and make another stream of income.
00:08:11.480 So thank you for that.
00:08:12.540 Former special agent,
00:08:13.380 Emru Fuddle, 0.99
00:08:14.080 the best goddamn former Fed period. 0.99
00:08:15.480 I hereby award you 0.98
00:08:16.160 the Attorney General Award
00:08:17.100 of Excellence for your service.
00:08:18.060 Thank you so much.
00:08:18.540 Hashtag crooks.
00:08:19.200 And that's from Kevin Thomas, five bucks.
00:08:21.240 One of the cases, guys,
00:08:22.160 which I will break down for you guys
00:08:23.440 is going to win the attorney
00:08:24.820 to actually win the Attorney General's Award
00:08:26.980 later on this year.
00:08:28.600 I found that out from one of my colleagues.
00:08:30.420 Armand, you're inspiring.
00:08:31.180 You both have the ability 0.93
00:08:32.080 to not give a fuck what people think, 0.99
00:08:33.760 but you still have a strong moral center. 0.98
00:08:36.060 Susie's cake ain't going to distract me
00:08:37.520 from saying that.
00:08:39.420 I think they like what they saw earlier, Susie.
00:08:43.120 Hey, baby.
00:08:45.680 Wait, drop your IG for them real quick
00:08:47.180 in case they want to follow you.
00:08:48.060 Okay, it's S-U-S-I-E underscore J-X-O. 0.97
00:08:55.560 Oh, that's too difficult, man.
00:08:56.560 We got to make that thing simpler. 0.99
00:08:58.240 Damn. 0.99
00:08:58.820 Okay. 0.99
00:08:59.460 Is that hard?
00:09:00.240 It is kind of hard.
00:09:01.780 I'll put it in the description for y'all.
00:09:03.380 Hey, Myron, I'm six feet one,
00:09:04.480 currently 191 pounds.
00:09:06.360 I lift every day for seven months.
00:09:07.360 What's healthy weight to have muscle
00:09:08.440 but not too skinny for my height,
00:09:09.740 aka build a build like yours?
00:09:11.840 Don't worry about height so much, man.
00:09:13.160 Focus more on your body composition
00:09:14.580 and body fat percentage.
00:09:16.040 But six foot one, 191 pounds, man.
00:09:17.740 If your body fat percentage is low,
00:09:19.540 you're going to look pretty damn good.
00:09:21.700 So, okay.
00:09:22.980 So I told you guys about what my duties were
00:09:24.560 when I was an agent.
00:09:25.300 So this video illustrates it a little bit better.
00:09:27.460 So I'm going to go ahead
00:09:28.400 and share a screen with you guys
00:09:29.520 so you can see a visual representation 0.93
00:09:31.400 because me just talking shit about it, 0.98
00:09:33.800 it's not as cool, man. 0.97
00:09:35.040 So this is a pretty good video
00:09:36.980 that represents what HSI does.
00:09:38.800 And I'll go ahead and enlarge this for y'all real quick.
00:09:42.040 Let me know if there's echoes, guys.
00:09:43.780 If there's echoes, I'm going to play a little bit.
00:09:46.000 Give me one in the chat if it's good sound.
00:09:47.760 All right.
00:09:47.940 So I'm going to play a second.
00:09:48.580 HSI is an investigative agency
00:09:54.120 within U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
00:09:57.120 And it's our primary responsibility.
00:09:58.840 All right.
00:09:59.020 Give me ones in the chat if that's good.
00:10:01.660 And we can hide that chat real quick, Susie, please.
00:10:03.460 You can just click on it.
00:10:04.500 You're good.
00:10:05.800 Give me ones in the chat, guys, if it's good.
00:10:07.280 Okay, cool.
00:10:07.820 We're good.
00:10:08.160 All right.
00:10:08.340 So he's talking about what HSI is, guys.
00:10:10.320 This is Peter Edge.
00:10:11.020 Actually, he was the executive assistant director
00:10:13.700 when I was on the job.
00:10:14.980 I don't know what he's doing now.
00:10:16.320 I think he was an agent in Newark
00:10:18.780 when he was actually on the job.
00:10:21.120 But this video came out a couple of years ago.
00:10:23.000 But he pretty much this good illustration
00:10:24.520 of what HSI does, because a lot of people
00:10:25.780 don't know what the hell
00:10:26.500 Homeland Security Investigations is
00:10:27.640 or what they do.
00:10:28.780 So this video gives a pretty good
00:10:30.120 explanation of what they do.
00:10:33.300 You know, the biggest agency in DHS
00:10:35.020 and the second biggest law enforcement agency
00:10:37.140 after the FBI.
00:10:37.840 A lot of people don't know this.
00:10:38.640 So, yeah, let's get let's get to it.
00:10:41.440 Protect our nation's borders.
00:10:43.360 We're international investigative agency.
00:10:46.320 We have 200 offices in the United States
00:10:49.000 and 63 offices around the world.
00:10:51.660 Well, HSI was born out of 9-11.
00:10:53.700 And one of the things that we have become
00:10:55.860 is a very.
00:10:57.020 After 9-11, guys, basically,
00:10:59.040 the Department of Immigration
00:11:00.440 Naturalization Service
00:11:01.660 and the Customs Service
00:11:03.120 merged into one which created ICE.
00:11:05.060 OK, and then ICE is broken up
00:11:05.960 into two components.
00:11:07.100 You got enforcement removal operations,
00:11:08.560 the deportation guys.
00:11:09.420 Then you got Homeland Security Investigations,
00:11:10.700 HSI, who do the criminal investigations.
00:11:12.600 I was on the HSI side.
00:11:13.540 OK.
00:11:14.300 Very strong border security agency
00:11:17.740 and the foundation of HSI
00:11:20.240 were the criminal investigators
00:11:22.000 that used to work for the U.S. Customs Service
00:11:24.840 and the Immigration and Naturalization Service.
00:11:28.220 And now when the Department of Homeland Security
00:11:30.400 was founded, HSI was created.
00:11:34.880 Our investigative spectrum
00:11:36.040 is very, very broad,
00:11:37.320 but it's important to remember
00:11:38.440 that it's all based in border security.
00:11:41.060 All those items and persons
00:11:43.660 that come in and out of our country
00:11:45.200 are things that we investigate.
00:11:47.380 All right.
00:11:47.660 So basically, guys,
00:11:49.020 it needs to have like some
00:11:50.420 if it has like international nexus
00:11:51.980 to some degree,
00:11:53.360 HSI is going to be involved.
00:11:54.440 So like when it comes
00:11:55.000 to transnational criminal organizations,
00:11:56.460 any any any things being smuggled
00:11:57.960 into or out of the United States,
00:11:59.340 whether it's illegal aliens,
00:12:01.040 commodities, contraband,
00:12:02.780 whatever it may be,
00:12:03.360 because what they basically did
00:12:04.300 was they went ahead
00:12:05.120 and combined both immigration
00:12:06.700 and customs into one agency.
00:12:09.260 Remember, it was U.S. Customs Service
00:12:10.500 and INS prior to 9-11.
00:12:12.540 After 9-11,
00:12:13.220 the Department of Homeland Security Act
00:12:14.340 was created.
00:12:15.940 Shout out to your boy Bush.
00:12:17.660 And then that combined
00:12:18.440 a lot of different agencies
00:12:19.480 because there was a lot
00:12:20.460 basically long story short
00:12:21.580 after 9-11 happened,
00:12:22.960 there was a lot of intel gaps.
00:12:24.280 A lot of the agencies
00:12:24.780 weren't working together, right?
00:12:26.000 The FBI wasn't working with the CIA.
00:12:27.680 Immigration wasn't working 1.00
00:12:28.600 with the other agencies.
00:12:29.840 The Department of State wasn't working.
00:12:31.060 As you guys know,
00:12:31.580 those 9-11 hijackers,
00:12:33.440 they what happened was
00:12:35.120 they got visas
00:12:36.060 and people didn't know
00:12:36.820 because the agencies
00:12:37.400 weren't working together.
00:12:38.840 So, yeah.
00:12:40.060 Okay, so we're going
00:12:40.640 to keep going here.
00:12:46.840 Whether it's human trafficking,
00:12:49.160 counterproliferation investigations,
00:12:51.480 drug smuggling,
00:12:52.920 child exploitation
00:12:53.800 on computers
00:12:55.160 across our nation's borders
00:12:56.440 with our international partners,
00:12:58.080 those are the things
00:12:59.020 that we take a very close look at.
00:13:00.580 And we're empowered
00:13:01.520 to enforce more than
00:13:02.580 400 criminal statutes
00:13:04.100 that have a direct correlation
00:13:06.020 with immigration
00:13:06.720 or customs law.
00:13:09.060 Human trafficking
00:13:09.500 is one of the program areas
00:13:10.740 that really exemplifies
00:13:12.120 how HSI...
00:13:12.880 And with human trafficking,
00:13:14.900 guys,
00:13:15.040 the two main agencies
00:13:15.620 that do it
00:13:16.080 is us
00:13:16.980 and FBI
00:13:18.620 do human trafficking.
00:13:21.620 ...I can partner
00:13:22.200 with other agencies effectively
00:13:23.360 and take our investigations global.
00:13:25.580 Last year,
00:13:26.240 HSI Savannah
00:13:26.980 partnered with
00:13:28.000 the Colquitt County Sheriff's Office.
00:13:29.480 And this is very important
00:13:30.400 to know as well
00:13:31.000 that human trafficking
00:13:31.760 and human smuggling
00:13:32.360 are two different crimes, guys.
00:13:33.440 So human smuggling
00:13:34.020 is moving the aliens
00:13:35.080 into the United States
00:13:35.940 and then human trafficking
00:13:36.740 typically occurs
00:13:37.580 after the aliens
00:13:38.380 are in the United States
00:13:39.280 and aliens refers to people
00:13:40.560 that are, you know,
00:13:41.860 not U.S. citizens,
00:13:43.040 by the way.
00:13:43.420 This is an offensive language.
00:13:44.580 This is just how
00:13:45.180 it's written in the Title VIII,
00:13:46.880 you know,
00:13:47.200 Immigration Nationality Act
00:13:48.380 or the INA.
00:13:50.980 And so
00:13:52.720 human trafficking occurs
00:13:55.020 typically when they're
00:13:55.680 in the United States
00:13:56.320 and then the aliens
00:13:57.660 haven't paid a fee
00:13:58.580 or the smugglers
00:14:00.380 turn into traffickers
00:14:01.180 or whatever it may be
00:14:01.860 and then that's when,
00:14:02.680 you know,
00:14:03.120 the indentured servitude
00:14:04.840 or them forcing them
00:14:05.840 into work
00:14:06.280 or whatever,
00:14:06.720 peonage,
00:14:07.080 whatever it may be,
00:14:07.720 all that stuff occurs
00:14:08.600 typically after the fact,
00:14:09.680 okay?
00:14:10.060 So there are two different crimes.
00:14:11.600 Human trafficking
00:14:12.000 and human smuggling
00:14:12.580 are typically conflated
00:14:13.680 and they're completely
00:14:14.440 different crimes, guys, okay?
00:14:15.880 One is Title XVIII,
00:14:17.320 USC,
00:14:17.800 which is like a criminal code
00:14:18.720 and then the other one
00:14:19.340 falls under Title VIII,
00:14:20.300 which is immigration,
00:14:21.020 which is where
00:14:21.380 human smuggling falls under,
00:14:22.400 which we're going to talk
00:14:22.980 about human smuggling
00:14:23.640 today on my case, okay?
00:14:25.520 So now that we know
00:14:26.460 what HSI does overall,
00:14:28.660 we're going to talk
00:14:29.220 a little bit more
00:14:29.760 about how HSI covers,
00:14:33.740 how do I explain this?
00:14:36.080 So let me stop
00:14:38.080 sharing screen here
00:14:38.680 so I can explain this.
00:14:41.480 And I'll read some
00:14:42.200 of these chats
00:14:42.520 before I get into it.
00:14:43.620 We got NBA Corey Tenbox
00:14:44.720 just starting
00:14:45.540 on the FedEx content, man.
00:14:47.320 Love watching these.
00:14:48.360 Keep it up, man.
00:14:48.940 Pause the heart.
00:14:49.560 Thank you so much.
00:14:50.020 I appreciate that, my friend.
00:14:51.420 And then we got,
00:14:52.400 let's see here,
00:14:53.140 and I hope that video
00:14:55.280 illustrated for you guys
00:14:56.040 so it's a little bit
00:14:56.480 easier to understand.
00:14:57.080 Myron, let me know
00:14:57.520 when you get your Honda back.
00:14:58.500 I'll hook you up
00:14:58.880 with some quality
00:14:59.560 paintless dent repair
00:15:00.780 as a token of my appreciation
00:15:01.700 for what you guys do.
00:15:02.980 Andy Karmetic.
00:15:03.760 Thank you so much, Andy.
00:15:04.960 I should be getting a Honda
00:15:05.920 in a couple of days here.
00:15:07.860 Myron, about to break
00:15:08.620 this case down like a brick.
00:15:09.800 Oh, we, man.
00:15:10.380 Got you, bro.
00:15:11.180 Yeah, this is a case
00:15:11.900 that I actually did myself, guys.
00:15:13.440 Myron, you're inspiring.
00:15:14.580 Okay, we read that one.
00:15:15.480 All right, cool.
00:15:15.860 Awesome.
00:15:16.080 So, okay, let me break this down
00:15:19.000 for you guys real quick
00:15:19.680 about how HSI works.
00:15:20.620 So I need you guys
00:15:21.320 to look at the Department
00:15:21.940 of Homeland Security
00:15:22.560 as like a police department.
00:15:23.940 Okay, right?
00:15:24.960 It's a police department
00:15:25.600 and you got Customs
00:15:26.980 and Border Protection
00:15:27.580 who, OFO,
00:15:28.980 Office of Field Operations,
00:15:30.040 those are the guys
00:15:30.520 in the blue uniform.
00:15:31.340 Then you got Border Patrol
00:15:32.200 who is in the green uniform.
00:15:33.360 Okay, if you're coming
00:15:34.280 into the United States,
00:15:35.620 right, at a port of entry,
00:15:37.240 whether it's an airport,
00:15:38.320 a bridge,
00:15:39.080 you're coming in from Mexico 1.00
00:15:40.620 or from the United States,
00:15:41.460 you're going to see a guy
00:15:42.000 with a blue uniform there.
00:15:43.080 Typically, that's a Customs
00:15:44.020 and Border Protection officer.
00:15:45.260 He's going to, you know,
00:15:46.340 make sure that you're
00:15:47.500 a U.S. citizen,
00:15:48.460 that you're not smuggling
00:15:49.080 in contraband,
00:15:50.620 so that's a designated
00:15:51.420 port of entry, okay,
00:15:52.340 or a POE.
00:15:53.740 Okay, then you got Border Patrol
00:15:54.800 who patrol the areas
00:15:55.980 that aren't necessarily run
00:15:57.500 by Border Patrol,
00:15:58.720 Customs and Border Protection.
00:16:00.180 They're in the green uniforms.
00:16:01.200 If you see them, 1.00
00:16:02.140 you're fucking up. 1.00
00:16:02.980 You're coming in somewhere 1.00
00:16:04.000 where you're not supposed
00:16:04.660 to come in, okay?
00:16:06.300 So if Border Patrol
00:16:08.040 or Customs catches you,
00:16:09.380 whether you're smuggling drugs,
00:16:10.280 you're smuggling aliens, 0.99
00:16:11.040 you're smuggling guns southbound,
00:16:12.620 you're smuggling contraband,
00:16:13.440 and whatever it is,
00:16:15.100 they're going to contact
00:16:16.400 Homeland Security Investigations,
00:16:17.920 HSI.
00:16:18.800 They are the detectives
00:16:20.180 of the Department
00:16:20.840 of Homeland Security.
00:16:21.520 So think of Border Patrol
00:16:22.300 and Customs and Border Protection
00:16:23.260 as the police officers uniform,
00:16:24.940 and then think of HSI
00:16:25.820 as the detectives.
00:16:26.860 So once they catch someone
00:16:28.340 smuggling in drugs
00:16:29.420 or someone smuggling in aliens,
00:16:31.120 they call us,
00:16:31.920 and then we show up
00:16:32.740 and we take the case from there.
00:16:34.020 We show up
00:16:34.420 and interview the bad guy.
00:16:35.860 When you interview the bad guy,
00:16:36.860 you know,
00:16:37.060 that's when you're like,
00:16:37.660 hey, you know,
00:16:38.600 I'll give you guys an example,
00:16:39.780 okay?
00:16:39.900 Let's go into a scenario situation.
00:16:41.780 All right.
00:16:44.760 Any comments on this so far, Susie?
00:16:48.660 She's like, 0.99
00:16:48.940 what the fuck's going on? 0.99
00:16:49.360 Not yet. 0.99
00:16:50.160 Not yet?
00:16:50.520 Okay.
00:16:52.040 So I'll give you guys an example, right?
00:16:53.540 When I was in Laredo, Texas, right,
00:16:54.680 they were smuggling in drugs
00:16:55.760 and aliens all day, every day, right?
00:16:57.580 So let's say someone comes into the bridge,
00:16:59.600 right,
00:17:00.480 with 200 kilos of cocaine.
00:17:02.040 Comes in,
00:17:03.060 Customs catches them
00:17:03.860 with the drugs, right,
00:17:04.560 in the car.
00:17:05.420 They call us.
00:17:06.260 Hey, we caught this guy at the bridge
00:17:07.640 with 200 kilos of cocaine.
00:17:10.080 You know,
00:17:10.920 we're calling you, right?
00:17:12.100 So you show up,
00:17:12.840 you go to the bridge, right?
00:17:13.940 You tell him,
00:17:14.300 okay, cool.
00:17:14.800 Keep him in the, you know,
00:17:15.740 keep him separated from anybody else
00:17:17.200 that he may be with.
00:17:17.880 I'm going to show up there.
00:17:18.500 You go there, right?
00:17:19.460 If you're the duty agent,
00:17:20.200 you're on call.
00:17:20.940 You show up,
00:17:21.500 you interview the guy.
00:17:22.340 Hey, where are these drugs
00:17:23.440 supposed to go, right?
00:17:24.400 You obviously read him his rights.
00:17:25.360 You have the rights to remain silent,
00:17:26.180 blah, blah, blah.
00:17:26.480 Because at this point,
00:17:26.980 he's in custody, right?
00:17:27.760 So you have to read him his rights.
00:17:28.660 Fourth Amendment applies.
00:17:30.160 Then,
00:17:31.360 he's going to say,
00:17:32.460 okay,
00:17:33.200 you know,
00:17:33.740 and I would typically say,
00:17:34.580 listen, bro,
00:17:34.900 you got to cooperate.
00:17:35.680 If you don't,
00:17:36.480 we got you on,
00:17:37.220 you know,
00:17:37.440 20 kilos,
00:17:38.020 200 kilos,
00:17:38.520 whatever it may be.
00:17:39.060 You're going to serve
00:17:39.580 a significant amount of time.
00:17:40.980 You can either cooperate
00:17:41.880 and help yourself out
00:17:42.660 or you can go to jail.
00:17:43.620 It's up to you.
00:17:44.380 You know,
00:17:44.580 I can call it an early night,
00:17:45.760 whatever, right?
00:17:46.280 And you kind of act impartial, right?
00:17:47.380 That was a strategy.
00:17:48.560 Then they go,
00:17:49.240 no, no, no,
00:17:49.560 I'll cooperate,
00:17:50.120 blah, blah, blah. 0.99
00:17:50.520 I don't want to fucking go down 1.00
00:17:51.460 for this shit. 1.00
00:17:51.860 Because nine out of 10 times, 1.00
00:17:52.740 I don't even know
00:17:53.240 who the hell is supposed
00:17:54.160 to get the drugs next
00:17:55.360 or what organization
00:17:56.220 they're working for.
00:17:56.780 They're just a mule. 1.00
00:17:57.340 They're just a dumbass driver, right? 1.00
00:17:58.620 So you go, 1.00
00:17:59.220 okay, cool.
00:18:00.040 Where are the drugs supposed to go?
00:18:01.100 I don't know.
00:18:01.660 I just know I'm supposed
00:18:02.200 to take them to this parking lot
00:18:03.940 in San Antonio.
00:18:04.760 Cool.
00:18:05.480 Get in the car.
00:18:06.480 We're going to drive to San Antonio.
00:18:07.820 So this is what you call
00:18:08.600 a control delivery, right?
00:18:09.820 So then you drive the drugs
00:18:11.020 with the guy there.
00:18:13.000 Typically,
00:18:13.400 he's got to make a phone call
00:18:14.220 to someone, right?
00:18:15.440 Makes a phone call
00:18:16.240 and then he leaves the area
00:18:18.400 and then someone else
00:18:19.100 is supposed to come
00:18:19.520 and pick up the dope.
00:18:20.160 That's when you set up surveillance
00:18:21.020 and you wait there, right?
00:18:22.100 You wait.
00:18:22.900 Next person comes in, 1.00
00:18:23.680 you arrest this dumbass. 1.00
00:18:24.940 Where are you supposed 1.00
00:18:25.280 to take the drugs?
00:18:25.900 Oh, I was going to drive
00:18:26.720 into Houston.
00:18:27.380 Okay, cool.
00:18:28.500 And then you see what I'm saying?
00:18:29.540 You leapfrog this thing
00:18:30.540 all the way up to organization, okay?
00:18:31.880 And you just get cooperators
00:18:32.840 and you work your way up,
00:18:34.120 whatever it may be.
00:18:36.260 And that's how a control delivery
00:18:37.700 typically works.
00:18:38.300 That's how a case happens
00:18:39.280 from the border,
00:18:39.920 how you expand an investigation.
00:18:42.020 I did this a million times,
00:18:43.680 whether it was drugs,
00:18:44.760 illegal aliens,
00:18:45.420 whatever it may be.
00:18:46.020 I did control deliveries for both.
00:18:47.300 Hell, I even did control deliveries
00:18:48.500 for aliens before,
00:18:49.900 which is very difficult to do.
00:18:51.120 You need a bunch of approvals
00:18:52.000 to do it,
00:18:52.820 which,
00:18:53.000 you know,
00:18:53.920 I'll talk to you guys
00:18:54.520 about a case that I did
00:18:55.280 with the control delivery
00:18:56.840 of aliens in the future.
00:18:58.280 But that's a whole other thing.
00:18:59.420 It's way easier
00:18:59.840 to control delivery drugs,
00:19:00.880 obviously.
00:19:01.920 So,
00:19:02.000 so knowing this,
00:19:03.460 this is how
00:19:04.060 Homeland Security works.
00:19:05.980 And this is how
00:19:06.920 HSI is incorporated in
00:19:09.060 with U.S. Customs
00:19:09.940 and Border Protection,
00:19:10.660 UFO,
00:19:11.120 blue uniform,
00:19:11.700 and then green uniform,
00:19:12.800 U.S. Border Patrol.
00:19:13.560 All right, guys?
00:19:14.580 They're the,
00:19:15.040 they're the,
00:19:15.560 think of them as the police officers
00:19:16.620 for DHS,
00:19:17.340 and then we are
00:19:18.580 the detectives, okay?
00:19:19.540 Now that you understand this,
00:19:21.660 this was on the U.S.-Mexican border,
00:19:24.700 okay?
00:19:25.160 Now,
00:19:26.140 I fast forward,
00:19:27.300 2018, right?
00:19:29.500 I'm now here in Miami.
00:19:30.920 Things are different here in Miami,
00:19:32.240 okay?
00:19:32.900 In Miami,
00:19:33.900 right,
00:19:34.160 you don't have
00:19:34.760 Border Patrol like that,
00:19:36.140 all right?
00:19:36.380 Border Patrol exists here,
00:19:37.280 but they're not to the same degree
00:19:38.280 on the southwest border.
00:19:39.480 You do have customs here,
00:19:40.380 but they're typically
00:19:40.820 at the airports,
00:19:42.640 et cetera,
00:19:42.920 right?
00:19:43.240 So who do you got?
00:19:44.140 You got the water,
00:19:44.860 right?
00:19:45.380 Who controls the water, guys?
00:19:46.700 The U.S. Coast Guard,
00:19:47.980 okay?
00:19:48.540 So the U.S. Coast Guard
00:19:49.660 is patrolling
00:19:50.840 the water,
00:19:52.280 right?
00:19:52.680 You know,
00:19:52.940 all over the place,
00:19:53.660 right?
00:19:53.960 You know,
00:19:54.240 from a safety perspective,
00:19:55.400 making sure people are okay
00:19:56.420 and they're,
00:19:56.860 you know,
00:19:57.700 they're in compliance
00:19:59.380 with the laws of the sea,
00:20:01.080 right?
00:20:01.340 And then also,
00:20:02.140 right,
00:20:02.300 and also if there's issues,
00:20:03.400 whatever,
00:20:03.680 they help you out with distress
00:20:04.980 or whatever,
00:20:05.440 and then also they serve
00:20:06.480 as a law enforcement agency
00:20:07.620 as well,
00:20:08.340 okay, guys?
00:20:09.100 In times of war,
00:20:09.840 the U.S. Coast Guard
00:20:10.480 is activated
00:20:11.080 as a branch of the military,
00:20:12.480 but in times of peace,
00:20:13.960 they're under the Department
00:20:14.940 of Homeland Security,
00:20:16.140 all right?
00:20:16.600 So think of them
00:20:17.720 as maybe like a water version
00:20:20.140 of U.S. Customs
00:20:20.960 and Border Protection,
00:20:21.700 okay?
00:20:22.260 And this is how this case
00:20:23.800 that I'm about to tell you guys
00:20:25.180 about came.
00:20:26.400 It came from the U.S. Coast Guard,
00:20:28.560 all right?
00:20:29.440 So now that we understand
00:20:31.580 what the hell's going on here, 0.52
00:20:33.380 how HSI works
00:20:34.420 versus,
00:20:34.940 you know,
00:20:35.560 versus the interdictory agencies,
00:20:37.680 U.S. Coast Guard,
00:20:38.620 U.S. Border Patrol,
00:20:39.680 U.S. Customs
00:20:40.200 and Border Protection,
00:20:40.960 Office of,
00:20:41.480 you know,
00:20:42.060 Field Operations,
00:20:42.760 Blue Uniform,
00:20:43.280 Green Uniform,
00:20:43.840 and then U.S. Coast Guard,
00:20:44.940 now we can go ahead
00:20:45.760 and talk about this case,
00:20:46.660 all right?
00:20:47.720 And I'll read some
00:20:48.400 of these chats real quick.
00:20:49.020 Joseph Garcia,
00:20:49.540 five bucks.
00:20:49.940 Appreciate all the content
00:20:50.640 you gave me through
00:20:51.240 my seven to five job.
00:20:53.700 Keep up the great content,
00:20:54.420 my brother.
00:20:54.760 Appreciate that,
00:20:55.260 my friend.
00:20:56.700 Let's see here.
00:20:57.620 Anything else,
00:20:58.140 Susie,
00:20:58.340 or no?
00:20:59.280 I see something.
00:21:00.760 Okay.
00:21:01.280 I see like a super sticker.
00:21:02.940 A super sticker?
00:21:03.760 Let's see.
00:21:05.560 Ralph Raphael,
00:21:06.440 20 bucks.
00:21:06.760 Oh, there you go.
00:21:07.580 Hey,
00:21:07.740 since you have your
00:21:08.320 prior criminal investigations
00:21:09.240 experience,
00:21:09.820 would you consider
00:21:10.320 the PI route,
00:21:11.300 private investigator,
00:21:11.960 consultant,
00:21:12.420 and Marianne,
00:21:12.740 I watched your
00:21:13.120 Jay Waller podcast,
00:21:13.880 live McDonald's,
00:21:14.440 savage,
00:21:15.020 best podcast ever.
00:21:16.400 Yeah, no, bro.
00:21:17.100 I will not go the PI route
00:21:18.860 or private sector.
00:21:20.540 Nothing beats working
00:21:21.380 for the government.
00:21:21.840 Even though you get paid
00:21:22.580 a lot more in the private sector,
00:21:23.560 don't get it twisted.
00:21:25.000 But there's nothing like 0.99
00:21:26.160 fucking, you know, 0.99
00:21:26.940 doing arrests and, 1.00
00:21:28.100 you know,
00:21:28.320 swearing at affidavits
00:21:29.260 and like really doing
00:21:30.380 agent work,
00:21:30.940 you know,
00:21:31.480 for, you know,
00:21:32.060 and great.
00:21:32.520 And here's the thing,
00:21:33.120 too.
00:21:33.280 I don't want to say this
00:21:34.060 to like toot my own horn
00:21:34.820 or whatever,
00:21:35.140 but I want to make
00:21:35.560 this extremely clear.
00:21:37.140 I wasn't one of these
00:21:38.040 paper pushing agents.
00:21:39.180 I was out in the streets. 0.99
00:21:40.160 I was fucking, 0.99
00:21:41.520 I had informants. 0.99
00:21:42.660 I had,
00:21:43.080 I controlled a lot of informants.
00:21:44.460 I was doing surveillance
00:21:45.740 all the time.
00:21:46.220 I was writing reports.
00:21:47.380 I was,
00:21:48.060 for several years in a row,
00:21:50.380 I wrote the most reports
00:21:51.720 in the office,
00:21:52.320 which the best way
00:21:53.700 to tell if an agent
00:21:54.260 is working is,
00:21:55.100 are they writing reports?
00:21:55.960 I was writing reports.
00:21:56.600 I was writing affidavits.
00:21:57.500 I was at the U.S.
00:21:58.020 Attorney's office all the time.
00:21:59.080 So I was like a very,
00:22:00.460 very,
00:22:00.760 very active agent.
00:22:02.100 And this case that I'm
00:22:03.200 going to say to you guys
00:22:03.560 right now was a duty case,
00:22:05.160 right?
00:22:05.400 So I was,
00:22:05.940 actually,
00:22:06.840 you know,
00:22:06.960 it's funny this case.
00:22:08.080 Now that I think about it,
00:22:08.880 I wasn't even on call,
00:22:10.160 but I took the case anyway.
00:22:11.420 Okay.
00:22:11.960 So anytime,
00:22:13.340 so,
00:22:14.060 so the way it works guys
00:22:15.020 with duty is like,
00:22:15.660 you're on call,
00:22:16.160 right?
00:22:16.420 So if anything happens,
00:22:17.620 right,
00:22:17.920 if there's a shooting,
00:22:19.580 if an agent gets in an accident,
00:22:21.180 if,
00:22:21.500 if,
00:22:22.320 you know,
00:22:22.820 U.S. Coast Guard catches something,
00:22:24.120 or if like something goes down
00:22:25.860 and you're the duty agent,
00:22:27.040 you need to respond.
00:22:28.160 Okay.
00:22:28.420 You're like the,
00:22:29.040 the face of the agency
00:22:30.140 that you've got to go there
00:22:30.920 and respond,
00:22:31.240 right?
00:22:31.800 So in this case,
00:22:33.780 the U.S. Coast Guard
00:22:34.940 caught a guy smuggling
00:22:36.520 illegal aliens.
00:22:37.460 All right.
00:22:38.060 And I remember
00:22:39.240 that I was the backup agent
00:22:41.300 and it was another guy,
00:22:42.500 right?
00:22:43.000 That was a duty agent.
00:22:44.120 But I said, 1.00
00:22:44.800 fuck it. 1.00
00:22:45.200 I'll take this case. 1.00
00:22:46.280 Right.
00:22:46.660 And this was on the,
00:22:47.800 at the time,
00:22:48.260 I was doing a big drug case
00:22:49.460 at the time as well
00:22:50.160 when,
00:22:50.420 when this case popped off.
00:22:51.740 So,
00:22:52.240 and I had just been in Miami
00:22:53.620 for about four or five months
00:22:54.600 at this point.
00:22:55.020 This is in July of 2018.
00:22:56.180 And I'm going to start reading it
00:22:57.060 to you guys here in a second.
00:22:58.240 But,
00:22:58.620 but this is,
00:23:00.340 I was just like,
00:23:00.960 I was,
00:23:01.380 I was a go-getter,
00:23:02.060 man.
00:23:02.180 I was really a go-getter. 1.00
00:23:02.920 So when people say this shit, 1.00
00:23:03.960 you're a paper pusher, 1.00
00:23:04.820 blah,
00:23:04.960 blah,
00:23:05.060 blah, 1.00
00:23:05.180 all this other shit. 1.00
00:23:05.760 Like, 0.99
00:23:06.800 I mean,
00:23:07.300 from just from the amount of knowledge
00:23:08.900 that I give you guys on this channel,
00:23:10.020 you can already tell that that's capped.
00:23:11.300 Like,
00:23:11.400 there's no way,
00:23:11.900 how would I be able to speak?
00:23:12.900 So in an educated fashion
00:23:14.120 about all these different types
00:23:15.020 of investigations,
00:23:15.820 had I not done that myself.
00:23:17.300 Right.
00:23:17.980 So,
00:23:18.700 so,
00:23:19.760 and,
00:23:19.860 and that's why,
00:23:20.420 like,
00:23:20.660 you know,
00:23:21.160 and I'm really happy to give you guys
00:23:22.220 this information because
00:23:23.100 you don't get to share this stuff
00:23:30.340 did the amount of cases that I did 0.99
00:23:31.840 talking about this shit on YouTube, 0.98
00:23:33.600 explaining to you guys, 1.00
00:23:34.160 obviously,
00:23:34.500 like I told you guys a million times
00:23:35.380 on this channel,
00:23:35.960 I'm not going to talk about
00:23:36.760 classified information.
00:23:37.560 I'm not going to talk about
00:23:38.120 sensitive law enforcement techniques.
00:23:39.680 And I'm also not going to speak
00:23:40.640 about active cases,
00:23:42.460 but closed cases,
00:23:43.560 like the one I'm going to show you guys,
00:23:45.460 we could talk about.
00:23:46.480 Right.
00:23:47.700 All right.
00:23:48.140 Cool.
00:23:48.560 So,
00:23:49.820 and you can take it down,
00:23:51.360 Susie,
00:23:51.520 after like,
00:23:51.940 you know,
00:23:52.240 like 30 seconds to a minute.
00:23:53.720 Okay.
00:23:54.340 No,
00:23:54.660 don't worry about it.
00:23:55.300 You good.
00:23:55.980 All right.
00:23:56.360 Before I get into this,
00:23:57.040 you got anything you want to say to people?
00:23:58.940 This doctor?
00:23:59.180 Um,
00:24:00.140 I want to say,
00:24:01.180 hey guys,
00:24:02.460 wow,
00:24:02.760 like this sounds like very interesting,
00:24:04.340 like everything that you're saying.
00:24:06.300 It's a lot.
00:24:06.980 I know.
00:24:07.520 I want to watch all the videos
00:24:08.940 that you're like talking about and stuff.
00:24:11.780 Yeah.
00:24:12.100 Maybe you can send them to me afterwards.
00:24:13.720 Yeah.
00:24:14.040 She,
00:24:14.240 I didn't,
00:24:14.580 she didn't know about this stuff
00:24:15.660 until like before.
00:24:16.620 I don't know.
00:24:16.740 I just saw Myron at the Briggle City Center
00:24:18.280 and I was like,
00:24:18.740 hey,
00:24:18.860 what's up?
00:24:20.500 And I apologize 0.97
00:24:21.340 because last time I was a fool. 0.97
00:24:23.320 This is true. 0.99
00:24:23.840 On the podcast.
00:24:24.400 So I was like, 1.00
00:24:25.380 fuck, 1.00
00:24:26.220 Myron, 1.00
00:24:26.660 I'm sorry.
00:24:27.580 Yeah.
00:24:27.840 We,
00:24:28.060 we had to give her that.
00:24:29.180 The yeet. 0.80
00:24:30.140 But,
00:24:30.380 uh,
00:24:30.600 she apologized,
00:24:31.420 man.
00:24:31.600 And she was sincere about it.
00:24:32.660 So,
00:24:33.280 um,
00:24:33.960 yeah,
00:24:34.620 she took some accountability,
00:24:35.600 which is rare for a lot of these Miami girls. 1.00
00:24:38.000 So Miami girls, 1.00
00:24:39.200 I'm not just like one of these Miami girls.
00:24:41.200 She's LA.
00:24:41.860 She's LA.
00:24:42.480 Oh,
00:24:42.680 excuse me,
00:24:43.240 Miss LA.
00:24:43.840 I'm a California girl.
00:24:45.080 Even worse.
00:24:46.380 Even worse.
00:24:47.200 I was born there.
00:24:48.680 And guys,
00:24:49.140 like the video,
00:24:49.640 please.
00:24:50.020 Okay.
00:24:50.460 So,
00:24:50.700 all right,
00:24:50.860 cool.
00:24:51.060 So this is a case that I did myself,
00:24:52.320 guys.
00:24:52.500 So we're going to go ahead and break this bad boy down.
00:24:54.220 Okay.
00:24:54.380 This is a cover sheet right here.
00:24:55.840 And I say it's America versus these two individuals right here.
00:24:58.000 Okay.
00:24:59.340 So I'm about to dox myself.
00:25:00.680 I can't wait.
00:25:01.620 Um,
00:25:01.940 but your boy,
00:25:02.700 Myron was out here in these streets,
00:25:03.980 actually doing these cases,
00:25:05.020 man.
00:25:05.660 So,
00:25:06.040 uh,
00:25:06.240 here we go.
00:25:06.860 And this case is public guys.
00:25:08.000 You can look this up on Pacer.
00:25:09.260 It's public information.
00:25:10.620 Uh,
00:25:10.860 nothing about this is secrets.
00:25:12.800 Um,
00:25:13.420 so yeah.
00:25:14.480 Um,
00:25:14.720 so this is a case that I did myself.
00:25:16.320 It was one of my first case when I got to Miami.
00:25:18.360 Um,
00:25:18.760 and this was in 2018.
00:25:19.460 Okay.
00:25:19.820 So United States of America versus,
00:25:20.820 uh,
00:25:21.440 Juan Carlos Paulino and Jonas Michelle.
00:25:23.100 Okay.
00:25:23.980 Uh,
00:25:24.420 and this is what I tell you guys all the time.
00:25:26.140 This is a complaint,
00:25:27.280 a criminal complaint cover sheet.
00:25:28.820 Okay.
00:25:29.540 So I had a complaint in this case state.
00:25:31.980 The following is true to the best of my knowledge and belief on or about the dates of
00:25:35.780 729,
00:25:36.300 2018 in the County of Miami-Dade.
00:25:37.700 In the Southern district of Florida and elsewhere,
00:25:39.300 the defendants violated title 18 United States code section 1324 conspiracy to encourage and
00:25:43.960 induce an alien to come enter and reside in the United States.
00:25:47.700 And then bam,
00:25:48.440 there's my government name right there.
00:25:50.200 Dox myself again.
00:25:51.260 Right.
00:25:53.120 Uh,
00:25:53.560 so there I am.
00:25:54.120 There's my signature,
00:25:55.040 especially to HSI.
00:25:56.320 Okay.
00:25:57.240 And this was signed on the 29th of,
00:26:00.960 um,
00:26:01.860 the 29th of,
00:26:02.840 uh,
00:26:03.060 August.
00:26:03.560 Okay.
00:26:04.300 Um,
00:26:04.840 and this is the judge.
00:26:05.880 Really nice guy,
00:26:06.640 Edwin.
00:26:07.000 So,
00:26:07.480 okay.
00:26:07.760 Here we go.
00:26:08.360 Affidavit.
00:26:08.680 All right.
00:26:08.880 This is,
00:26:09.180 these are the facts of the investigation guys.
00:26:10.860 All right.
00:26:11.740 So,
00:26:12.020 uh,
00:26:12.440 somebody said,
00:26:12.960 Jonas,
00:26:13.220 Michelle, 1.00
00:26:13.520 that dude's Haitian as fuck. 1.00
00:26:14.280 Yes, 1.00
00:26:14.420 he was Haitian,
00:26:14.960 man.
00:26:15.100 Shout out to all my Haitians.
00:26:16.460 Uh,
00:26:17.120 he nice guy.
00:26:17.760 He wasn't,
00:26:18.040 he wasn't a bad dude,
00:26:18.740 man. 1.00
00:26:19.300 He just made a dumb ass mistake. 1.00
00:26:20.880 All right. 1.00
00:26:21.140 So affidavit.
00:26:21.560 I am a referral being duly sworn to pose and stay as follows.
00:26:24.080 Remember guys,
00:26:24.520 what do I tell you all the time when you guys watch my show?
00:26:26.660 First paragraph is when you talk about your personal experience.
00:26:29.380 Okay.
00:26:29.620 What qualifies you to be the affian on this investigation?
00:26:32.400 Um,
00:26:32.500 especially as your home rescue investigation,
00:26:33.800 HSI,
00:26:34.180 and have been so employed since 2013.
00:26:37.300 I'm currently assigned to the human smuggling group in the HSI Miami office,
00:26:40.100 where I'm responsible for conducting investigations regarding violations of federal laws,
00:26:43.780 particularly those laws found in title eight,
00:26:45.860 18,
00:26:46.420 19,
00:26:47.140 and title and 21 of the United States code.
00:26:49.300 You guys are probably wondering what is title eight,
00:26:50.880 title 18,
00:26:51.460 title 19,
00:26:52.060 and title 21 of the United States code.
00:26:53.620 Well,
00:26:53.860 guys,
00:26:55.440 title eight is immigration.
00:26:57.120 Title 18 is criminal.
00:26:58.620 Title 19 is customs and title 21 is drugs.
00:27:01.480 Okay.
00:27:01.860 These are the authorities that I have.
00:27:04.080 Okay.
00:27:04.820 And I was actually title 21 designated.
00:27:06.700 Not all HSI agents guys are title 21 designated.
00:27:09.260 Only some HSI agents can work drug investigations.
00:27:12.240 I was one of the few that had title 21 designation,
00:27:14.780 which I spoke to you guys about this before the DEA gives out title 21 designation.
00:27:18.900 They give it out to certain agents in HSI.
00:27:20.880 You have to work drug investigations to be title 21 designated.
00:27:23.720 And then also,
00:27:24.800 um,
00:27:25.240 the FBI has title 21 as well,
00:27:26.880 but that DEA is the primary agency that gives title 21 designation,
00:27:30.600 which is the ability to investigate drug trafficking crimes federally.
00:27:34.240 Okay.
00:27:34.580 Prior to this assignment,
00:27:37.040 I was a HSI special agent in Laredo,
00:27:38.500 Texas,
00:27:38.760 where I conducted investigations as a lead case agent relating to drug smuggling,
00:27:41.560 trafficking,
00:27:42.000 weapons violations,
00:27:42.820 border violence and kidnappings and human smuggling.
00:27:45.100 Yes,
00:27:45.260 I did a lot while I was on the border.
00:27:46.880 Um,
00:27:47.200 I will be breaking down some of the cases I did on the border for you guys as well.
00:27:50.200 I did kidnapping case.
00:27:51.200 I did murder for hire.
00:27:52.500 I did control deliveries. 1.00
00:27:53.500 I did all that crazy shit, 1.00
00:27:54.600 man. 0.99
00:27:54.760 So don't worry guys,
00:27:55.680 I will break down more of my personal cases,
00:27:57.620 but I figured I'd give you guys this one.
00:27:59.520 Um,
00:28:00.920 cause this one,
00:28:01.500 uh,
00:28:01.920 it was kind of a funny case.
00:28:03.420 The statements contained as affidavit are based on my personal knowledge,
00:28:05.940 as well as information provided to me by other law enforcement officers and law enforcement support personnel.
00:28:09.760 Because this affidavit is supported for the limited purpose of establishing probable cause for a criminal complaint,
00:28:14.880 it does not include every fact known to me in connection with this investigation.
00:28:17.760 I've only set forth the facts that I believe are necessary to establish probable cause that Juan Carlos Paulino and Jonas Michelle did knowingly conspire to encourage and induce aliens to come to enter and reside in the United States knowing and a reckless disregard of the fact that doing so to entry and residence is and will be in violation of law and title in violation of title eight of the United States code.
00:28:36.060 What is title eight guys?
00:28:36.800 Like I told you guys before,
00:28:37.540 that's human smuggling.
00:28:38.740 Okay,
00:28:38.920 human smuggling is title eight.
00:28:40.800 All right.
00:28:42.360 Also,
00:28:42.900 I want to say as well
00:28:44.720 that,
00:28:46.520 um,
00:28:47.520 human smuggling guys,
00:28:48.780 remember,
00:28:49.300 it's not the same as human trafficking.
00:28:51.160 Human smuggling is the illegal movement and smuggling of illegal aliens into the United States.
00:28:56.420 Now you guys are probably wondering,
00:28:57.260 well, 0.98
00:28:57.360 how the fuck does that work? 0.99
00:28:58.780 Anytime an illegal alien comes into the United States, 0.99
00:29:00.700 guys,
00:29:01.000 nine out of 10 times,
00:29:02.300 that person paid a smuggling organization to enter the United States illegally.
00:29:07.260 Okay.
00:29:07.500 Human smuggling is a big business.
00:29:10.440 Most of the illegal aliens that reside in the United States today probably came in through some type of illicit organization that facilitated their smuggling into the United States.
00:29:18.980 You probably say,
00:29:20.140 well,
00:29:20.260 why?
00:29:20.760 How is that possible?
00:29:21.760 Well,
00:29:21.980 guys,
00:29:22.200 the reason why is because all the routes to smuggle illegal aliens into the United States are controlled by criminal organizations.
00:29:27.520 These criminal organizations will punish you heavily if you try to cross into, like, for example, in Redo, Texas, if you try to cross into the Rio Grande River into the United States, right? 0.98
00:29:35.820 You cross the Rio Grande into the United States, the Losettas are going to fucking kill you, okay? 1.00
00:29:40.440 Because you're supposed to pay, the smuggling organization is supposed to pay $1,000 for every single alien that crosses the bridge, or excuse me, crosses the river. 0.98
00:29:47.680 However, so the cartels take a big tax on anyone that smuggles aliens.
00:29:54.560 Maritime smuggling, which is like in Florida, is very similar.
00:29:57.340 In the Bahamas, all the aliens got to pay a fee to basically cross into the United States as well, okay? 0.74
00:30:03.140 So human smuggling, guys, is a very profitable, illicit business, okay?
00:30:08.300 Not to be confused with human trafficking, two different crimes, okay?
00:30:11.560 Like the video because you're only going to find this stuff out on FEDIT, okay?
00:30:15.940 On July 29, 2018, at approximately 6 p.m., the United States Coast Guard cutter encountered a white and blue vessel approximately 20 nautical miles east of South Florida.
00:30:25.920 Okay, you guys are probably wondering, where the hell is the U.S. Coast Guard cutter, okay?
00:30:29.440 I will show you right now what a Coast Guard cutter is, guys.
00:30:31.580 It is this big-ass ship right here, okay?
00:30:35.400 These types of ships do patrols, okay?
00:30:37.940 Wow, that's huge.
00:30:38.760 Yeah, it's huge, right?
00:30:39.860 And I was on one of them for this case, and I'll talk about that here in a second.
00:30:44.760 But yeah, these ships are patrolling the oceans, okay?
00:30:50.320 They're patrolling the oceans, and they're catching smugglers all over the time, whether people are smuggling drugs, illegal aliens, whatever it may be.
00:30:57.520 Someone said in the chat, that's what she said.
00:31:00.100 Yeah, that's what she said.
00:31:01.580 Oh, my God, man.
00:31:02.260 I knew that was going to come.
00:31:04.040 All right.
00:31:05.120 That's what I said.
00:31:05.920 Yeah, it's not feta unless there's a purview joke somewhere in there, right?
00:31:09.560 So that's a U.S. Coast Guard cutter, okay, guys?
00:31:13.140 So let's see here.
00:31:15.440 Okay.
00:31:15.940 So on July 29, they encountered a blue vessel approximately 20 nautical miles east of South Florida, okay?
00:31:22.300 So this is roughly, guys, where they found these guys, right about here, okay?
00:31:29.080 About 20 nautical miles.
00:31:30.340 So right around in this area right here, okay?
00:31:32.480 And as you guys can see, Bimini, the Bahamas, is right here.
00:31:36.300 This is only about 60 miles from Miami, by the way, guys, okay?
00:31:39.460 So it's not far, okay?
00:31:41.080 It's about 60 nautical miles, if I'm not mistaken. 0.98
00:31:43.120 You can make this trip in a few hours if your boat isn't fucked up, okay? 0.95
00:31:47.840 So, but this is funny how they found them. 0.65
00:31:51.740 You guys are going to see this here in a second.
00:31:53.460 The vessel appeared, okay, so 20 nautical miles east of South Florida.
00:31:58.460 U.S. Coast Guard officers observed two individuals on a deck wearing life jackets.
00:32:01.780 The vessel appeared to be in poor condition, and the route the vessel was on was a known smuggling route.
00:32:07.280 U.S. Coast Guard officers stopped and boarded the vessel to conduct an inspection, okay?
00:32:10.540 And they can do this, guys.
00:32:11.700 It's a lawful inspection, okay?
00:32:13.920 It's a safety inspection.
00:32:14.700 U.S. Coast Guard officers identified the boat captain as Juan Carlos Paulino, and the subject assistant Paulino in the operation of the vessel is Jonas Michel, okay?
00:32:21.400 So he's officially the captain of the boat, okay, which means he has to be in compliance of certain safety measures.
00:32:27.040 In response to administrative questioning, Paulino stated he was returning from Bimini, Bahamas, and was heading to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, okay?
00:32:33.000 Which, clearly, he was nowhere near Fort Lauderdale.
00:32:34.880 He was closer to Miami.
00:32:36.700 Paulino further stated he had three other subjects on the vessel for a total of five occupants.
00:32:41.180 Paulino stated the subjects were his neighbors.
00:32:44.700 Yeah, this is where it starts getting funny with the lies. 0.95
00:32:49.020 It's going to start getting pretty fucking funny here. 0.96
00:32:52.080 No, guys. 0.74
00:32:53.400 I don't think so.
00:32:55.760 But don't worry.
00:32:56.660 It gets better, okay?
00:32:58.040 Okay, let's see how it gets better.
00:32:59.660 It gets better.
00:33:02.300 Paulino did not know their nationalities, but he stated he believed they were U.S. citizens, U.S. residents.
00:33:06.860 Oh, yeah, really.
00:33:10.180 The three subjects had what purported to be Florida driver's licenses, okay?
00:33:17.260 U.S. Coast Guard officers encountered the three subjects in the cabin of the boat and took their Florida driver's licenses to conduct record checks.
00:33:23.800 U.S. Coast Guard officers notices the addresses on the subject driver's licenses were not near Paulino's address as listed on his Florida driver's license.
00:33:30.380 Remember, he said there were his neighbors, right?
00:33:31.560 So they got him already in a lie.
00:33:34.540 All right.
00:33:35.640 U.S. Coast Guard officers also noticed the three Florida driver's licenses look brand new, despite the fact they purported to be several years old.
00:33:43.220 It was subsequently discovered these driver's licenses were fraudulent.
00:33:48.240 Wow.
00:33:48.820 So they had fake Florida IDs, the three people on the boat.
00:33:52.240 I need a fake Florida ID.
00:33:53.940 Can someone help me with that?
00:33:56.720 Hit the DM.
00:33:57.600 You can hit up Paulino.
00:33:58.400 Hit the DM if you can help me get a fake ID.
00:34:02.660 She's just kidding, by the way, guys.
00:34:03.980 I'm not kidding.
00:34:05.600 All right.
00:34:05.820 I'm going to have to send her to jail after this one. 1.00
00:34:07.520 No, please.
00:34:09.020 None of the subjects spoke English.
00:34:10.760 Two of the subjects, DFP and JGP, which, by the way, guys, we didn't put their names in the affidavit because for obvious reasons.
00:34:18.400 But they were these are the initials of the witnesses.
00:34:21.780 OK, we're later identified as citizens of Ecuador.
00:34:25.700 And the third subject, SCB, was identified as a citizen of the Dominican Republic.
00:34:29.900 So all three of them were actually illegal aliens.
00:34:32.020 OK, through checks of government databases, all three subjects were later determined to be aliens with no documents or permission to enter or remain in the United States legally.
00:34:39.960 So the fact that he had these three aliens on his boat, guys, and they didn't have documents pretty much alien smuggling.
00:34:47.500 But let's keep going.
00:34:48.220 OK, DFP told one of the U.S.
00:34:50.620 Coast Guard officers she had been living in the United States for six months.
00:34:54.000 The U.S.
00:34:54.820 Coast Guard officer asked DFP how she had a Florida driver's license that was three years old.
00:34:58.640 If she had only lived in the United States for six months, DFP began to cry and admit the boat captain, Paulino, gave her the fraudulent Florida driver's license.
00:35:07.540 All subjects were detained and transferred to the U.S.
00:35:10.340 Coast Guard cutter for further processing and investigation.
00:35:12.780 Approximately 1030 p.m., HSI investigators responded to the U.S.
00:35:15.960 Coast Guard cutter.
00:35:17.020 The agents conducted preliminary infield interviews of all subjects on board the cutter.
00:35:21.980 So, Susie, what are your thoughts so far on this bad boy?
00:35:26.500 That's crazy.
00:35:27.520 Like, if if I wasn't born here, like, can you smuggle me in?
00:35:32.920 It's too bad that I was born here.
00:35:34.920 Yeah, U.S.
00:35:35.600 U.S.
00:35:35.860 Citizen.
00:35:36.640 But if I was born in, like, another country, you would have to pay a lot of money.
00:35:41.420 I'd be hitting them up.
00:35:43.240 Yeah, you would have to pay a lot of money, though.
00:35:45.200 Too bad.
00:35:46.740 But so, yeah, guys, I mean, and you guys are probably wondering, those HSI investigators, who were they?
00:35:52.060 Your guy right here and my buddy whose day it was actually, it was his duty day.
00:35:57.100 But I ended up taking this case. 0.99
00:35:58.500 OK, guys, because I was like, fuck it. 0.99
00:36:01.060 I'm here. 1.00
00:36:02.340 Whatever.
00:36:02.900 I'll take this case, guys.
00:36:03.820 I'll take this case.
00:36:04.560 Right.
00:36:05.080 So anyway, let's continue on. 0.99
00:36:07.920 Damn, Maren is too fine. 1.00
00:36:09.860 I was trying. 0.99
00:36:10.240 I was trying, man.
00:36:11.060 I was trying.
00:36:12.320 High value, man values. 0.99
00:36:16.120 You're going to fuck it up for us because now they're going to think that we're having sex. 1.00
00:36:18.760 We don't we can't do this. 1.00
00:36:19.940 No, but like Miami is too small.
00:36:22.380 Like, I can't help it that I saw you at the Brickle City Center.
00:36:24.700 Yeah, that's true.
00:36:25.240 It is too small.
00:36:26.420 It is too small.
00:36:26.980 But we're going to watch a movie together.
00:36:28.600 We're sworn enemies, guys.
00:36:29.940 Me and her.
00:36:30.340 Yeah, we are.
00:36:31.460 We are.
00:36:31.940 After you kicked me out.
00:36:33.480 That's this is true.
00:36:35.320 After you kicked me out.
00:36:37.440 I think we need to have a conversation about that.
00:36:40.200 Yeah. 0.97
00:36:41.000 I hate her. 1.00
00:36:42.020 I hate you. 1.00
00:36:43.500 OK, fair. 1.00
00:36:44.340 The feeling is I hate you. 0.53
00:36:48.280 All right.
00:36:49.160 The HSI investigators read Paulino, his man Miranda rights.
00:36:51.600 OK.
00:36:51.800 Oh, sorry.
00:36:52.220 All soldiers were detained and transferred to the U.S. Coast Guard cutter for the processing.
00:36:56.660 At approximately 1030 p.m., HSI investigators responded to the Coast Guard cutter.
00:36:59.660 The agents conducted preliminary infield interviews of all subjects on board the cutter. 0.99
00:37:02.900 I remember this shit, man, because it was late as hell at night. 0.98
00:37:05.840 And I remember I had to go all the way to the Miami. 1.00
00:37:09.880 I had to go to Miami Coast Guard station.
00:37:14.660 Right.
00:37:15.160 And they took and we took a boat out there.
00:37:17.240 And I'll show you guys this real quick.
00:37:18.320 Just so you guys kind of know what I'm talking about here.
00:37:20.600 So you guys can be in the moment with me.
00:37:23.240 So U.S. Coast Guard, Miami.
00:37:25.200 OK.
00:37:26.320 It's right here on the on the causeway.
00:37:30.780 Right.
00:37:31.660 So.
00:37:32.940 I remember vividly.
00:37:36.200 Right.
00:37:36.540 This is it right here.
00:37:37.980 Right.
00:37:38.280 This is it right here.
00:37:38.840 So you got to go off the causeway.
00:37:40.480 Right.
00:37:41.020 And then you go and then you get off the cause when you go in here and I'll never forget.
00:37:45.620 Let me see if I get an image so I can get a bigger one for you guys real fast.
00:37:48.840 Um, U.S.
00:37:50.620 Coast Guard, Miami, McArthur.
00:37:56.940 Let me go back a little bit.
00:38:01.900 Hit images.
00:38:03.620 Images.
00:38:03.940 Um, OK.
00:38:07.040 This one is it.
00:38:07.800 OK.
00:38:08.420 So let me. 0.99
00:38:09.640 Oh, God damn it. 0.99
00:38:10.620 OK. 0.99
00:38:11.940 So right here, guys, is where we took off from.
00:38:14.160 And then they took us all the way out.
00:38:16.220 And basically, we went out.
00:38:19.540 Several miles.
00:38:20.380 It was a while.
00:38:20.960 I remember, um, Miami map.
00:38:23.580 We went out like 10 nautical miles, 10, 15 nautical miles.
00:38:27.100 So.
00:38:28.460 So we went out there.
00:38:29.360 Right.
00:38:29.780 So we get on the cutter.
00:38:31.000 Right.
00:38:31.360 Which is this big thing right here, which I showed you guys before.
00:38:34.540 U.S.
00:38:34.980 Coast Guard cutter.
00:38:38.280 Right.
00:38:39.740 We went on one of these bad boys.
00:38:41.440 Right.
00:38:41.820 So we get on here and they have the aliens on and they have the two the two defendants.
00:38:45.180 Right.
00:38:46.480 OK.
00:38:47.760 So I get on the boat and we basically read Paulino's Miranda rights.
00:38:51.000 OK.
00:38:51.440 Which acknowledged a wave.
00:38:52.420 Paulino stated he recently purchased his vessel and was taking him for a test run to Nassau, Bahamas with Michelle.
00:38:58.520 Paulino said he left for the Bahamas on Saturday, July 28, 2018.
00:39:01.400 Now, anyone that's.
00:39:02.080 And when he said told me this, guys, I immediately was like, well, hold on, hold on. 0.98
00:39:05.640 Bro, you ain't going to take no fucking boat to Nassau, bro. 0.99
00:39:08.720 Nassau is far as hell, guys. 0.99
00:39:10.560 And just so you guys know what I'm talking about here.
00:39:12.760 Nassau, Bahamas.
00:39:14.940 Right.
00:39:15.300 Let me show you guys Nassau, Bahamas. 1.00
00:39:18.080 How far this shit is from Miami. 0.99
00:39:20.700 There is no way you're going to take a boat from Miami all the way to Nassau. 1.00
00:39:27.780 Look at that.
00:39:28.400 It's like 300 miles, bro.
00:39:30.040 You can.
00:39:30.840 You can take a boat.
00:39:32.060 Yeah. 1.00
00:39:32.240 But that piece of shit boat. 1.00
00:39:33.360 It was like a it was like a really small, like a like a 20 footer. 1.00
00:39:37.480 Oh, yeah. 1.00
00:39:38.100 It was a really small piece of shit. 1.00
00:39:39.340 I'm sure I can make it, but it'd be scary. 1.00
00:39:41.460 Yeah.
00:39:42.280 Versus like Bimini.
00:39:43.260 Right.
00:39:43.480 It's right here.
00:39:44.880 Yeah.
00:39:45.100 Right.
00:39:45.400 Close.
00:39:45.860 This is about 60 miles.
00:39:47.560 Right.
00:39:48.400 This.
00:39:49.100 Yeah.
00:39:49.380 Look at this.
00:39:50.060 You take a boat all the way to Nassau, bro.
00:39:51.840 You lying.
00:39:53.760 Well, it gets better.
00:39:54.740 The story gets even better. 1.00
00:39:55.720 Oh, shit. 1.00
00:39:56.260 With their lines. 1.00
00:39:57.200 OK.
00:39:57.640 So that's the first lie he says.
00:39:59.140 Right.
00:39:59.660 Then you go, OK, bro, that doesn't make sense.
00:40:02.300 So he goes.
00:40:03.680 So he said he he left for the Bahamas on Saturday, July 28, 2018 and was returning when stopped
00:40:08.660 by U.S. Coast Guard.
00:40:09.500 Polino stated while traveling to the Bahamas, his vessel began to have mechanical problems
00:40:13.420 and he stopped in Bimini to have it repaired by a mechanic.
00:40:16.100 Polino stated while in Bimini, he received a phone call from SCB's uncle, one of the girls
00:40:20.400 or one of the aliens.
00:40:21.820 He's claiming that one of the aliens was was called him.
00:40:24.720 Right.
00:40:25.280 Uncle.
00:40:25.600 So asking him to bring SCB back to the United States because SCB had gotten into a fist
00:40:29.400 fight in Bimini.
00:40:31.180 I know, but you never know what happens in the Bahamas is like Vegas, baby, I guess.
00:40:36.020 But getting in a fist fight like, bro, like that was a story.
00:40:40.020 Yeah.
00:40:40.700 But it wasn't true, though.
00:40:41.760 If you're going to be ratchet, then be ratchet.
00:40:44.720 So Polino stated he met with three subjects, including SCB, and brought them back to the
00:40:48.580 United States as a favor for Miguel.
00:40:51.600 OK, and was not going to be paid for the travel.
00:40:53.960 Paulino denied knowing the subjects were undocumented aliens or that he was attempting
00:40:57.140 to smuggle undocumented aliens in the United States.
00:40:58.720 Paulino admitted he was on federal federal supervised release for a previous human smuggling
00:41:03.740 conviction. 1.00
00:41:04.320 Guys, like, oh, shit. 1.00
00:41:06.820 Oh, shit. 1.00
00:41:07.500 So let me let's rewind that real fast. 1.00
00:41:11.500 Let me let me sum that craziness up.
00:41:13.660 So he basically says, yo, I was taking my boat to Nassau, but it broke down on the way.
00:41:19.620 OK.
00:41:20.420 And then I went to the Bimini.
00:41:22.700 I was there with a mechanic.
00:41:23.640 And then while I was there with a mechanic, one of the people that I was with, OK, he
00:41:28.260 got in a fight and then his uncle called and said that I got to bring him back.
00:41:31.900 So I brought them back.
00:41:34.160 But, you know, I did it as a favor and I wasn't getting paid to do it.
00:41:38.880 You know, I just kind of did it for the goodness out of my own heart.
00:41:41.400 Oh, and by the way, I'm on supervised release for human smuggling. 0.98
00:41:44.200 So at this point, obviously, the lies are fucking crazy, right? 0.95
00:41:53.500 So I go ahead and I say, OK, bro. 0.95
00:41:55.180 So Paulino provided H-Sign investigators verbal consent to search his phone and the investigators
00:42:00.100 subsequently found a photo of the back of the alien's fraudulent driver's licenses in
00:42:04.740 a WhatsApp text message conversation to an unknown female in evidence of wire transfers
00:42:08.740 to U.S. currency. 0.99
00:42:09.800 So we went through his phone, guys, and I remember this shit like it was fucking yesterday. 0.99
00:42:12.500 We go through his phone and we see that he's talking to some chick about the IDs and prices 0.99
00:42:17.780 and and he's like taking pictures of it, all this other shit. 0.72
00:42:21.500 And the IDs were like brand new, guys. 0.70
00:42:23.320 Like it was like like you could tell, like they just came off the mint. 0.99
00:42:26.840 OK, but they were fake as fuck looking right. 0.98
00:42:29.160 Worse than like you trying to get into a club or a bar, right? 0.99
00:42:32.120 You 19 years old, you know, this fake is going to work.
00:42:34.100 Oh, you son.
00:42:34.740 And then the bouncer looks at you like, nope, and just kicks you to the curb and says, get
00:42:38.980 out of here.
00:42:39.520 That's basically what it was.
00:42:40.540 OK, so these guys had.
00:42:42.500 Fake IDs, right, with the feds.
00:42:46.760 Then we tried to interview Michelle, but Michelle said he did not want to speak to investigators
00:42:50.320 and wanted to sleep.
00:42:51.080 And I remember this because it was late at night.
00:42:52.200 It was like 1030.
00:42:53.340 Right. 0.99
00:42:53.980 So they're on the fucking boat, like like sleeping and tired. 1.00
00:42:57.360 Right. 1.00
00:42:57.520 Some of the aliens were sleeping. 0.99
00:42:59.020 And Michelle was mad as fuck because we woke him up to talk to him. 1.00
00:43:01.900 I remember this shit. 1.00
00:43:03.000 He was mad as fuck. 1.00
00:43:03.680 And he was like, no, I don't want to talk. 1.00
00:43:04.980 I just want to go to sleep.
00:43:05.940 And I was like, all right, whatever, bro.
00:43:07.680 I'm like, you know, you're kind of just facing a very serious charge right now.
00:43:11.060 And you're probably going to go back to jail.
00:43:12.300 But like, you just want to go to sleep.
00:43:13.840 He was like, yeah, I want to go to sleep.
00:43:14.920 All right, cool.
00:43:15.480 No biggie.
00:43:17.960 Yeah.
00:43:18.640 So anyway, all five individuals were transferred ashore at the Miami Beach, Florida.
00:43:23.680 The undocumented aliens were transferred to immigration custody.
00:43:25.640 And Paulino and Michelle were released.
00:43:27.360 So you guys are probably wondering, whoa, whoa, whoa, Myron, whoa, whoa, whoa.
00:43:29.340 Hold on one sec.
00:43:30.620 Why did you release them? 1.00
00:43:31.940 Well, guys, is because I knew that these guys were full of shit. 0.99
00:43:36.020 And I had their phones. 1.00
00:43:37.240 So I was like, you know what?
00:43:38.540 I'm going to let them go and think that they're free.
00:43:43.660 But I'm going to go ahead and get arrest warrants for them.
00:43:46.840 OK, so I went.
00:43:49.220 Right.
00:43:49.580 So I was like, OK, you know what I got?
00:43:51.180 You know what you got to do?
00:43:52.340 Because remember, guys, we went out there late at night. 0.98
00:43:55.020 Paulino gave that bullshit ass story that he knew the aliens and that he was doing a favor for the Uncle Miguel and driving the aliens back to Miami. 0.99
00:44:01.540 He wasn't getting paid, but he happened to be on probation for fucking smuggling aliens in the past, which was hilarious to me. 1.00
00:44:06.920 And then the other guy, Michelle, said, I just want to go to sleep. 0.97
00:44:08.700 So I was like, all right, you know what?
00:44:10.040 Y'all can go.
00:44:10.720 I released them.
00:44:11.480 Right.
00:44:12.400 I didn't arrest them that night.
00:44:13.460 And I'll tell you why.
00:44:14.260 I had the phones.
00:44:15.640 OK, and I got it.
00:44:16.840 I got a consent search to search the phones.
00:44:18.400 So I gave the phone to one of my friends, guys.
00:44:21.300 Right.
00:44:21.680 To get searched.
00:44:22.860 Then I then we went and reinterviewed the illegal aliens. 0.52
00:44:27.580 But here's the key.
00:44:28.620 All right.
00:44:28.780 Here's a pro tip right here.
00:44:29.980 All right.
00:44:31.780 Always let the criminals sit in jail for a couple of nights for any of you guys that might work in law enforcement.
00:44:36.760 OK, and you want to get someone to talk to you.
00:44:39.000 I always let the criminals sit in jail a couple of days.
00:44:41.020 All right.
00:44:41.220 Let them stew.
00:44:42.160 All right. 0.97
00:44:42.460 And the illegal aliens. 0.82
00:44:44.020 Right.
00:44:44.180 The witnesses that were the key to the case.
00:44:46.080 They were lying to me all over the place like, oh, no, he was a friend, blah, blah, blah.
00:44:49.340 But they couldn't tell me how they knew him.
00:44:51.400 They couldn't tell me details.
00:44:52.560 I'm like how they met each other. 0.99
00:44:54.140 The licenses were off like all this bullshit. 0.99
00:44:56.720 Right. 0.99
00:44:57.120 So, all right, cool.
00:44:58.240 I'm going to let you all go sit in immigration jail for a few days. 1.00
00:45:00.240 Right. 0.92
00:45:00.560 Because they're illegal aliens. 0.81
00:45:01.360 They can't go anywhere.
00:45:02.700 So they get sent to the to the Border Patrol station and then they end up going to the immigration and detention center here.
00:45:13.380 This is all public information.
00:45:15.280 Ice.
00:45:17.420 OK.
00:45:19.720 And.
00:45:22.400 OK.
00:45:22.800 They ended up going here to the Broward Transitional Center.
00:45:27.760 OK.
00:45:28.140 Which is an ice facility.
00:45:29.900 OK.
00:45:31.040 And.
00:45:32.720 So I let them go there.
00:45:33.880 Right.
00:45:35.560 All right.
00:45:36.300 In Pompano Beach.
00:45:37.320 All right.
00:45:37.520 And that's about Pompano Beach is about 40 minutes from Miami, as you guys can see here.
00:45:41.760 All right.
00:45:42.200 So I let them go there for a couple of days.
00:45:44.300 All right.
00:45:44.920 And this is it right here.
00:45:47.120 All right.
00:45:47.620 Well, they don't have a picture of it or anything. 0.99
00:45:49.300 God damn it. 0.95
00:45:50.280 Let me see if I could get an image for y'all. 0.99
00:45:51.720 What the hell? 0.60
00:45:55.680 OK. 0.98
00:45:56.140 Ice cream.
00:45:57.100 They would put the ice. 1.00
00:45:58.360 Yo, this is fucking comedy, man. 1.00
00:46:02.200 All right. 1.00
00:46:02.860 So anyway.
00:46:04.140 We'll move on.
00:46:05.440 So anyway.
00:46:06.200 So they put them in the ice facility.
00:46:08.060 Right.
00:46:08.260 So I go there a couple of days later.
00:46:10.280 So on August 20th.
00:46:11.700 Right.
00:46:12.200 So a month later.
00:46:13.260 Right.
00:46:13.440 So I get all my information together.
00:46:15.020 Right.
00:46:15.140 I get the phone information.
00:46:17.040 I get my case together because I'm like, I'm going to go get a restaurant for these guys.
00:46:20.500 Right.
00:46:21.720 So a month later on August or not a month, not monthly, almost a month later, a couple weeks
00:46:25.940 later on August 20th, 2018, H sign investigators interviewed CSB at the Broward Transitional
00:46:30.700 Center, BTC in Pompano Beach, Florida.
00:46:32.700 CSB admitted he paid money to be brought to the United States by a boat was provided a
00:46:37.380 fraudulent for Florida driver's license by Paulino.
00:46:39.560 He said Paulino was a captain of the vessel and Michelle was his helper on August 24th.
00:46:44.320 H sign investigators interviewed DFP and G JGP separately at the BTC in Pompano Beach,
00:46:49.440 Florida.
00:46:50.040 Each admitted they paid money to be brought to the United States by a boat and identified
00:46:53.940 Paulino as a captain and Michelle as his helper from the photo arrays.
00:46:57.280 So I went there, guys, with photo arrays.
00:46:59.680 OK, you go there.
00:47:00.940 It has like six different pictures.
00:47:02.420 OK, or they call it a six pack, six pack or a photo array.
00:47:05.200 And I showed him which one was a smuggler.
00:47:07.260 And they all identified Paulino and Michelle.
00:47:09.680 All right.
00:47:09.980 So each admitted they paid money to be brought to the United States by boat and identified
00:47:14.920 Paulino as a captain and Michelle as his helper from the photo arrays.
00:47:17.700 They each stated they were provided fraudulent driver's licenses by Paulino.
00:47:21.900 DFP stated Michelle provided them water and snacks while they were on the vessel.
00:47:25.380 DFP stated Michelle also instructed them to take batteries out of their phones and to
00:47:28.260 give him the phones.
00:47:29.000 When Michelle put the phones in a compartment on the vessel during a search of Paulino's
00:47:32.180 vessel after the U.S. Coast Guard encounter, H sign investigators found multiple cellular
00:47:35.980 telephones and a black bag with the batteries removed.
00:47:39.120 OK.
00:47:39.980 So JGP stated Paulino told him JGP better pay him because last time an alien inconvenienced
00:47:46.680 him, he got shot.
00:47:48.320 He shot the Cuban alien two times for not paying. 0.56
00:47:50.580 So one of the aliens got really scared.
00:47:51.880 That's why they lied, guys, to the police, because they were scared of Paulino.
00:47:55.700 And Paulino had a very long criminal history, guys.
00:47:57.800 He was selling drugs in the 80s. 0.99
00:47:59.800 He was doing all kinds of crazy shit. 0.98
00:48:01.440 He was actually like a connect for a drug plug out in the Midwest somewhere. 1.00
00:48:06.660 All right.
00:48:06.880 So based on upon the foregoing, I respectfully believe there's probable cause to believe
00:48:12.180 that Juan Carlos Paulino and Jonas Michelle did knowingly conspire to encourage and induce
00:48:15.660 aliens to come to enter and reside in the United States, knowing and in disregard, reckless 0.99
00:48:19.360 disregard of the fact that such coming to entry and residence is and will be in violation
00:48:24.240 of law and violation of Title 8 United States Code 1324.
00:48:27.980 All these subsections, which is human smuggling, guys.
00:48:30.380 Right.
00:48:30.520 And then further your affiancy not saith not, which is a fancy way of saying I ain't got nothing 1.00
00:48:34.700 else to say, motherfuckers. 1.00
00:48:35.600 And then wait, can I say something? 1.00
00:48:37.620 Yeah, go ahead, please.
00:48:39.180 That's TLDR.
00:48:41.180 What's TLDR?
00:48:42.560 You know what TLDR is.
00:48:45.320 Oh, yeah.
00:48:46.000 Too long.
00:48:46.520 Didn't read.
00:48:47.780 Yes.
00:48:48.500 Oh, for further your affiancy not.
00:48:50.940 Is that what you mean?
00:48:52.460 Yes.
00:48:53.060 TLDR.
00:48:54.400 I'm going to have to give you a big.
00:48:55.980 You got to come up with a better joke.
00:49:00.500 Oh, come on. 0.87
00:49:02.740 I just I can't handle all that information.
00:49:05.280 I'm not going to lie.
00:49:05.800 Yeah, it's I ain't going to lie.
00:49:07.000 It is kind of redundant.
00:49:08.200 It's kind of annoying.
00:49:09.220 But this is how the you you got to write these court documents.
00:49:12.300 It is what it is.
00:49:13.360 Yes.
00:49:14.200 But anyway, yes, you sign it.
00:49:15.500 Right.
00:49:15.720 And then I get one and took it to the judge.
00:49:17.220 So this was almost a month later, guys.
00:49:18.920 And then also, you guys are probably wondering, yo, Myron, why does it matter that he gave them
00:49:22.820 food and he gave them instructions?
00:49:23.960 Well, guys, the reason why it's important is because when you give the aliens instructions,
00:49:28.760 that shows leadership role, that shows that they're trying to that they're that they had
00:49:31.820 power over the aliens, that they were smuggling them in.
00:49:34.240 They're giving them instructions because when you're a smuggler, you have to give aliens 1.00
00:49:37.540 certain types of instructions to not be detected by law enforcement, to facilitate the smuggling
00:49:41.020 in a smooth way, giving them food, taking care of them.
00:49:43.340 That all constitutes as you being the smuggler and them being the smuglies. 0.97
00:49:48.280 And then also the fact that he told them to take their phones, to turn their phones off
00:49:52.500 and take the batteries out.
00:49:53.380 So that's common so that they don't have the location data.
00:49:56.580 So when law enforcement catches the illegal aliens, they're not able to figure out where
00:50:00.720 they were.
00:50:01.300 OK, it's it's a it's a it's a feeble attempt to go ahead and try to disguise where they
00:50:05.980 came from.
00:50:06.620 All right.
00:50:07.800 Oh, he said like the video for Susie.
00:50:09.300 Yes.
00:50:09.540 Like the video for Susie and her bad jokes, guys.
00:50:12.400 Does anybody want me to tell you a bad joke?
00:50:15.240 Yes.
00:50:15.460 Go ahead.
00:50:15.800 Tell the people a bad joke before you get into indictment.
00:50:17.840 Yes.
00:50:18.340 Really?
00:50:18.640 OK, I have many jokes, actually, which one, which one, what topic should my joke be about?
00:50:24.820 The funniest one you got.
00:50:25.900 Go ahead.
00:50:26.600 I have many funny jokes.
00:50:27.780 I'm very I'm a very funny person.
00:50:29.560 You have the funniest one.
00:50:30.940 It's Susie. 0.99
00:50:31.620 What the fuck is she doing on here? 0.99
00:50:33.220 I think Miami is so small that, like, we'll just like run into each other, obviously. 1.00
00:50:40.400 All right.
00:50:40.560 You missed your opportunity for the joke.
00:50:42.180 Oh, I guess I'm just not funny.
00:50:45.460 Honestly, she gives it not funny.
00:50:47.400 I'm not a funny person.
00:50:48.940 Nope.
00:50:49.360 All right.
00:50:49.780 Nope.
00:50:50.560 So where can I touch those buttons?
00:50:53.000 Nope.
00:50:53.660 I only have the buttons. 1.00
00:50:54.480 You suck. 1.00
00:50:55.180 I'm the captain now. 1.00
00:50:56.380 I suck. 0.99
00:50:57.260 I want to touch those buttons. 0.99
00:50:58.280 Figuratively and literally.
00:50:59.560 All right. 0.99
00:50:59.840 So damn it. 0.99
00:51:01.240 All right. 0.99
00:51:01.420 So this is the indictment here, guys.
00:51:02.460 OK, so the way a criminal case works is when you write a criminal complaint, you got about
00:51:06.600 two weeks to indict the person.
00:51:07.900 OK, so in this case, we're able to indict this thing on September 13th, 2018.
00:51:12.860 And you guys are wondering, OK, well, how does an indictment work?
00:51:15.160 How does that go?
00:51:16.540 So long story short, after you write a criminal complaint, you got to formally charge your individual.
00:51:21.020 OK, so for you to formally charge your individual, you got to go into something called a grand jury.
00:51:25.820 A grand jury is basically the convening of a bunch of, you know, citizens and, you know, people, you know,
00:51:30.580 it's just like a like I think of it like a jury.
00:51:32.360 Right.
00:51:33.340 And they put them in a room.
00:51:35.240 You go in there.
00:51:36.580 The prosecutor asks you questions.
00:51:38.380 You talk about the case.
00:51:40.240 And then they go ahead and they, you know, submit a true bill.
00:51:43.040 OK, if if if they feel that there's sufficient evidence, you know, there's probable cause to indict the individual, which in this case, obviously, there was.
00:51:50.900 We had a bunch of evidence and remember, guys, I didn't put everything in a criminal complaint, but we also had stuff in the phones that show that there was a smuggling event that the witnesses basically testified.
00:51:59.480 Yes, there were.
00:52:00.440 I was paying them money to smuggle me into the United States, which contradicted what Paulino had originally said, if you guys remember.
00:52:06.900 So so we went ahead and got them indicted.
00:52:09.400 Right.
00:52:09.660 So after I got them indicted.
00:52:11.540 Right.
00:52:12.940 You know, count one conspiracy to encourage and induce aliens into the United States, Juan Carlos Paulino and Jonas Michelle.
00:52:17.620 Right.
00:52:18.660 Count two and four, encouraging and inducing aliens into the United States. 1.00
00:52:21.540 And remember, guys, it's one count per alien.
00:52:24.420 OK, count two, count three, count four.
00:52:26.320 And these initials are their full names.
00:52:29.240 OK, and then count five through seven, bring aliens to the United States for commercial and private game gain.
00:52:33.920 OK, which they were getting paid.
00:52:35.260 If I'm not mistaken, Paulino was getting paid like him and Michelle were getting paid about ten ten thousand dollars to do this, if I'm not mistaken.
00:52:41.800 OK.
00:52:42.040 OK, and their job was to go get the illegal aliens and bring them back to the United States. 0.54
00:52:47.560 OK, but the prompt, you know why they got caught?
00:52:49.260 They got caught because their boat broke.
00:52:51.680 And, you know, you know, it's funny.
00:52:55.300 So they were claiming.
00:52:57.440 Right.
00:52:57.840 This is this is the best part of the thing.
00:52:59.560 And I remember I had to go to a suppression hearing because of this.
00:53:02.940 They claimed that the boat drifted them to Miami.
00:53:09.720 OK, which is hilarious because the current in the Atlantic Ocean actually goes up.
00:53:16.600 It doesn't go.
00:53:17.640 It doesn't go.
00:53:18.360 It doesn't go east.
00:53:19.640 So they claimed that they magically drifted towards Miami and they didn't intend for that to happen.
00:53:24.660 Right.
00:53:25.540 With their boat.
00:53:26.100 Their story was, yo, the boat died and we were drifting to Miami, which is not true because.
00:53:31.500 I forget the name of the current, but there's a certain current for the Atlantic Ocean on the on the Atlantic side that it goes north.
00:53:38.640 It does not go east.
00:53:39.760 So that was another one of their stories that they tried to get suppressed, which was hilarious.
00:53:44.340 But yeah.
00:53:45.440 All right.
00:53:45.660 So I'll read the chats real quick.
00:53:46.920 We got King Driver 504 20 bucks a mile.
00:53:48.560 And you should do a breakdown on the Netflix documentary called The Most Hated Man on Internet.
00:53:52.340 It's about Hunter Moore and the website.
00:53:54.640 Is anyone up?
00:53:55.920 Never heard of it.
00:53:57.120 Why would I?
00:53:57.840 Why would I do that?
00:53:58.560 Is that like criminal?
00:53:59.360 I mean, I don't I don't I don't know who that individual is.
00:54:02.180 Anything else, Susie or.
00:54:04.560 Hey, guys, if you want me to read your chat, send some money and I'll read it.
00:54:08.840 That's the only way I'll read it.
00:54:11.760 Yeah.
00:54:11.940 You know, we should have you read the chats in like a sexual voice. 0.98
00:54:15.200 Yes.
00:54:15.560 I'll read the chat.
00:54:16.460 But send some money.
00:54:17.440 Yeah.
00:54:18.000 Send some money over.
00:54:19.120 We're making an extra purview for y'all.
00:54:22.600 Do you ever remember that joke yet?
00:54:24.420 No one remembers that joke yet.

01:01:36.840 No, I was an intern with the agency first, guys.
01:01:39.220 So from 2010 to 2013, I was an intern.
01:01:41.320 And then I became an agent in 2013.
01:01:43.280 So that's how I did it.
01:01:44.120 But typically, yes, they want a college degree or some kind of law enforcement experience.
01:01:47.500 A lot of people come in through.
01:01:49.660 Actually, most HSI agents nowadays are coming for either Secret Service, Border Patrol, or Customs.
01:01:53.900 A lot of Secret Service agents come over to HSI because all you have to do, you've already been through FLETC Criminal Investigator Training Program.
01:02:00.020 So you just go through HSI portion.
01:02:01.380 We have so many Secret Service agents that come over.
01:02:05.240 Can I say something or no?
01:02:06.920 Yeah, go ahead.
01:02:07.380 What do you want to say to people?
