All right, and we are live. What's up, guys? Tonight, we're going to talk about a case I actually did.
00:00:07.540
This is going to be the debut of the Storytime series. Let's get into it, guys.
00:00:18.520
Okay, guys, I used to be a special agent on Lance King Investigations.
00:00:25.480
So here is the booking. Cases that I did mostly were human smuggling and drug trafficking.
00:00:31.580
Those are like two crimes that I'm a very good agent, very strong agent.
00:00:35.180
I did a lot of big cases. I've done Title III Intercepts, which is basically listening to phones.
00:00:39.240
I've written hundreds of affidavits to arrest people.
00:00:42.420
I've been a grand jury and testified a million times. I've done big cases.
00:00:51.560
Welcome to Fed It, man. I am happy to be here, and this is going to be the debut of me talking about actually doing a case myself.
00:01:03.380
I'm going to start a series where I'll basically probably call it Storytime, and I'm going to break down cases that I personally was involved in and or I was the case agent on.
00:01:13.140
And I'll go basically, and these cases are all closed or done at this point.
00:01:16.160
They're public information, so it's not like I'm talking about anything classified or anything that's active or sensitive or still going on or anything like that because, obviously, I would not do that.
00:01:24.980
But, yeah, I've been getting the inspiration for this game because, as you guys know, I break down celebrity cases.
00:01:32.220
You know, we did WNW Melly. We did Push Ice-D, O-Block indictments, et cetera.
00:01:35.820
And a lot of people were like, oh, you know, these are cool and all, but, like, we kind of want to see, like, what did you actually do?
00:01:41.860
And I was like, oh, okay, well, you know what? I'll, you know, I'll go and dig in my brain and remember a lot of the cases that I did.
00:01:47.700
And the one that I'm about to go over with you guys was probably one of the most disturbing ones I've done.
00:01:54.860
And, you know, and especially since it's a case that I did myself, I'm going to be able to give you guys intimate details, pause, that you might not necessarily get from the other cases because those other cases, I can only read the documents, speculate from an agent perspective what the agent was thinking when he did such and such thing.
00:02:12.820
But on this one, I'll be able to tell you guys, like, real time what the hell was happening.
00:02:18.280
So, okay, so let's start first with who the hell am I?
00:02:22.840
Because since I'm going to be talking to you guys about a case that I did, you guys are going to have to know who I was, what my authorities were, you know, what type of authority or what my position was, okay?
00:02:38.960
Starting real estate school this week in BR, LA Police Academy in December.
00:02:44.460
No excuse to not be a six-figure earner for Form 23.
00:02:51.820
Los Angeles Police Department is a fantastic department.
00:02:54.640
You're going to definitely get a lot of good experience.
00:03:00.120
And, actually, one of our YouTube guys, guys, is a former LAPD investigator.
00:03:05.260
So, yeah, so I'll probably have him on the show as well.
00:03:13.100
So, I see you guys are asking me about special agent shirts.
00:03:18.300
I don't know if I'm going to do special agent shirts, guys, because I don't want y'all getting in trouble for impersonating a police officer, which that's another case that I did as well, which I'll do that for y'all probably on the next go-around.
00:03:28.420
I arrested some guys for impersonating federal agents, man.
00:03:37.160
So, let me go ahead and give you guys a quick little introduction to myself.
00:03:40.680
So, I was a special agent, guys, with an agency called Homeland Security Investigations, a.k.a. HSI, okay?
00:03:50.480
And HSI, guys, and I'll show you guys kind of a visual representation here instead of me just yapping my gums off here and putting you out of sleep.
00:03:58.520
So, Homeland Security Investigations, guys, is the biggest investigative body in the Department of Homeland Security.
00:04:05.460
And they're the second biggest investigative agency after the FBI, okay?
00:04:10.200
The FBI has, I think, something around like 10,000 special agents in the United States.
00:04:16.280
HSI, before I left, had around, I think, 5,000 or 6,000, if I'm not mistaken.
00:04:22.240
So, let me go ahead and share a screen with y'all real fast so you guys can kind of get a visual representation of who they are, okay?
00:04:40.720
We're going to play this cheesy little video, their recruiting video.
00:04:43.420
This is one thing that I wish HSI did better at was advertising.
00:04:49.000
Like, their marketing needs to be a little bit better because, dude, they do a lot of cool shit that other agencies can't do.
00:04:59.020
It's a little cheesy, but we'll play it just so y'all kind of get an idea of what the agency is, okay?
00:05:04.080
Can y'all – here, let me make sure that the sound is good on this.
00:05:12.420
And, guys, let me know if it gives you guys any type of feedback or anything.
00:05:30.900
And I was with the agency, guys, from 2010 to 2020.
00:05:34.720
I was an intern first, and then I became an agent in 2013.
00:05:38.260
So, I served as a special agent for seven years.
00:05:40.700
And that's where the name 1811 comes from, Fed1811.
00:05:44.340
As you guys know, I had it as Fed, F-E-D-D-I-T, but then it kept getting confused for Reddit.
00:05:50.800
And 1811, guys, is the job series code, okay, for a special agent in the U.S. government.
00:05:56.640
And I'll show you what I mean by that in a second.
00:06:37.340
Bro, those intellectual property theft cases, oh, Lord.
00:06:49.420
Yo, if you bootleg, they're going to come after you, bro.
00:07:05.020
I mean, yeah, if y'all don't believe me, here's some proof right here, guys.
00:07:09.380
I mean, this is your boy back in the day, okay?
00:07:15.240
After an operation that we did, basically, like, a little sting.
00:07:22.840
And then, also, a big thing they do that I want to bring to your guys' attention is they do,
00:07:27.140
which I'm going to break down one of these cases for y'all, too, one day.
00:07:45.860
I don't know why YouTube acting whack like this.
00:08:58.100
These are a bunch of the cases I got coming for y'all.
00:09:09.640
See, the thing always acts crazy when you need it to work appropriately.
00:09:17.520
I'm just going to play it the whole way through.
00:09:22.260
I'm just going to play it the whole way through.
00:11:08.980
You can tell us the US Government when it's like
00:11:12.980
HSI uses its broad legal authority to investigate
00:11:16.980
Issues such as drug smuggling, money laundering, bulk cash smuggling, weapons trafficking,
00:11:22.980
Financial crimes, human smuggling and trafficking in human rights violations, cybercrime and export enforcement issues
00:11:30.980
HSI special agents also conduct investigations aimed at protecting critical infrastructure industries that are vulnerable to sabotage, attack or exploitation
00:11:42.980
Boy, I remember raiding those kinds of houses and having like
00:11:49.980
Commodity or money illegally entering or leaving the US
00:11:59.980
Are you up to the challenge of becoming a Homeland Security Investigation Special Agent?
00:12:21.980
I know you guys saw like police and ICE and everything
00:12:24.980
So you got Department of Homeland Security up top
00:12:27.980
You got the Immigration and Customs Enforcement
00:12:34.980
You got Homeland Security Investigations on one side
00:12:37.980
And then you got something called ICE ERO on the other side
00:12:40.980
ERO guys is the deportation officers that removes illegal aliens from the United States
00:13:01.980
But they don't necessarily conduct investigations
00:13:04.980
1811 is special agent slash criminal investigator
00:13:23.980
So you want a job with the US government, right?
00:13:49.980
Criminal Investigator for United States Postal Service
00:13:52.980
Inspector General Criminal Investigator for CIA
00:14:04.980
You're going to be doing internal investigations on the employees
00:14:09.980
Yeah, you're going to be investigating those kinds of people
00:14:11.980
Anyone that's like leaking classified information
00:14:13.980
So I could only imagine what kind of clearance you need to do this
00:14:30.980
And you can see Secret Service under Homeland Security as well
00:14:38.980
Supervisor, criminal investigators, section chief
00:14:46.980
They're the ones that do internal investigations on HSI agents
00:14:50.980
They're the Office of Professional Responsibility
00:15:20.980
General Inspection, Investigation, Enforcement, and Compliance Series
00:16:54.980
One of the most dangerous places in Mexico, guys
00:17:36.980
Most of the drugs that come to the United States
00:20:19.980
Even though I was only an agent for seven years
00:20:28.980
I worked in two field offices that were very busy
00:21:13.980
So, let's go deep dive into San Antonio real quick
00:21:54.980
Not knowing why anyone would want to go to Minneapolis
00:22:09.980
And this is, we're pretty much right near Canada at that point
00:23:18.980
Because San Antonio was the main transition location
00:25:27.980
I just pulled up a bunch of the court documents beforehand
00:25:37.980
I went up there one time to arrest a fugitive, bro
00:26:08.980
Yeah, and the reason why the traffic is so bad in Austin, guys
00:26:10.980
Is because the infrastructure never caught up with the population explosion
00:26:15.980
Austin, Texas has been like one of the fastest growing cities in the United States
00:26:37.980
Is basically, you know, the possession of, you know, child pornography
00:26:44.980
Trying to entice minors to, you know, for sexual activity
00:27:23.980
But, so, let me explain first what a case agent is
00:27:26.980
Okay, so guys, when you investigate a case, right?
00:27:35.980
Or even if you're local police, state police, whatever
00:27:38.980
There's always someone called a case agent or case officer, okay?
00:27:42.980
And that person is the person that controls the case
00:27:47.980
He's getting, he's securing funding for the case
00:27:55.980
Telling the informant what he needs the informant to do
00:28:00.980
He's basically the manager of the investigation
00:28:08.980
He's the one writing the affidavits to get wiretaps
00:28:11.980
He's managing the entire case along with the AUSA, okay?
00:28:27.980
Federal prosecutors, aka assistant United States attorneys
00:28:37.980
There's a reason why Takashi went on Breakfast Club
00:28:51.980
You're not going to get no good release on good behavior
00:29:02.980
And depending on what kind of crime you committed
00:29:32.980
They come and get you at 6 o'clock in the morning
00:29:52.980
From criminal investigator training program, okay?
00:30:53.980
For example, they have something called HSI SAT
00:30:55.980
Which is another three months tacked on to the academy
00:31:31.980
CIA is not a law enforcement agency guys, alright?
00:31:48.980
Because this is actually a very big programmatic area
00:32:08.980
He was talking with an undercover agent, right?
00:32:14.980
So let me read the press release for y'all first
00:32:16.980
And then we'll go ahead and read the criminal complaint
00:32:24.980
And I'm gonna walk you guys through the arrest and everything
00:32:30.980
Former federal agent convicted of attempting to entice a child
00:32:33.980
A 50 year old former border patrol agent was admitted
00:32:35.980
He attempted to entice a minor to engage in sexual activity
00:32:42.980
But Salvador Contreras was a former agent stationed in Del Rio
00:32:45.980
Contreras has been in contact with an undercover agent
00:32:54.980
And then HSI is right underneath it as the investigative arm
00:32:57.980
Whom he believed was a parent of two daughters ages 8 and 14
00:33:03.980
Contreras transmitted numerous images of child pornography
00:33:07.980
Believing that he would be engaging in sexual activity with both minor children
00:33:11.980
Contreras was arrested upon his arrival in Catula
00:33:31.980
Customs Board of Protection Office of Inspector General
00:33:48.980
This is bringing back really, really good memories
00:33:53.980
So, let's get into the fun part of this broadcast
00:34:11.980
You guys are really about to learn about Myron Gaines
00:34:19.980
Catula is a city in the county seat of LaSalle County, Texas
00:34:23.980
This population was 3,700 as of the 2020 census
00:34:43.980
I was spending all my time in this fucking town, bro
00:35:24.980
I told you guys before how San Antonio is like a hub city
00:35:33.980
Like I told you before San Antonio is a transit city
00:36:39.980
That were involved in a bunch of different crimes
00:43:23.980
I'm gonna open up all the tabs on the side right here
00:43:44.980
Y'all didn't see nothing the whole fucking time?
00:43:54.980
I will always have an assistant from this point forward
00:44:24.980
We couldn't see a thing when you mentioned Cthulhu
00:44:26.980
So did y'all hear the San Antonio thing at least?
00:44:30.980
Give me a one in the chat if you guys saw San Antonio
00:44:32.980
If y'all just missed Cthulhu then that's not nothing
00:44:37.980
Okay, so y'all saw Laredo and you saw San Antonio
00:44:40.980
Give me a one in the chat if you saw Laredo and San Antonio
00:44:58.980
I'll throw in a bonus story that I wasn't gonna tell y'all
00:45:29.980
That becomes San Antonio's area of responsibility
00:45:41.980
Where no one's gonna wanna drive an hour up there
00:50:53.980
Like I had been there for about five months at that point
00:50:55.980
Cause I got the I got down there in 2014 August
00:50:59.980
I'm doing like my first like big proactive case
00:51:07.980
And they're also doing this other stuff with illegal aliens
00:51:11.980
So I ended up partnering with them on this case
00:51:13.980
And that's how this big drug investigation started
00:51:15.980
It started off as like an oil theft slash illegal alien case
00:51:21.980
So yeah that's my memory of being in Cthulhu Texas
00:51:33.980
Man this brings back a lot of good memories bro
00:51:37.980
Let's see here if they got pictures of this joint
00:51:46.980
It's like the only federal building in that area
00:51:54.980
So it's not like I'm out here like fucking exposing anything
00:52:26.980
So that's how I started the case there in Cthulhu
00:52:32.980
This is what I missed showing you guys before too
00:53:46.980
Continue on with this Border Patrol agent story
00:53:55.980
That you guys missed all that stuff in the thing
00:53:57.980
And I'll make sure to put that in the timestamps
00:54:26.980
The Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force
00:54:28.980
OCEF is an independent component of the U.S. Department of Justice
00:54:31.980
OCEF is the centerpiece of the Attorney General's strategy
00:54:35.980
And to reduce the availability of illicit narcotics in the nation
00:54:38.980
By using a prosecutor-led multi-agency approach to enforcement
00:54:41.980
OCEF leverages the resource and expertise of its partners
00:54:44.980
In concentrated coordinated long-term enterprise investigations
00:54:47.980
Of transnational organized crime money laundering
00:55:07.980
I was in the middle of two different judicial districts
01:02:53.980
Trying to come in and walk into the United States
01:03:46.980
Is who you see when you come into the United States legally
01:03:56.980
They're both under the umbrella of customs and border protection
01:04:44.980
Because you're the only person that knows the area
01:04:54.980
Because he didn't want to come all the way down to Laredo
01:05:02.980
And I had at the time I was working very closely with DEA
01:05:20.980
So he brought them out to help us do surveillance
01:09:48.980
You guys can see there ain't nothing out here baby
01:10:11.980
Yeah so this is the main road to Cthulhu here guys
01:10:13.980
As y'all can see there ain't nothing out here baby
01:10:22.980
I used to drive down this road all the time man
01:10:49.980
Unless COVID made them tear it down or something
01:11:09.980
Oh I've done so many drug deals at this gas station by the way
01:11:11.980
I got a lot of shit for y'all that we're gonna talk about
01:11:29.980
Okay so the hotel is actually like back over here
01:12:14.980
Because I want to show y'all where they were supposed to meet
01:12:19.980
And then I was going to show you guys where it is
01:12:54.980
I had just remembered that they were supposed to meet at the hotel
01:13:34.980
Yeah here's the Taco Palenque that he was talking about earlier
01:14:14.980
So anyway they were supposed to meet at that hotel
01:14:31.980
Oh yeah guys do me a quick favor like the video please
01:14:44.980
That like was doing like the main case because he was an employee
01:14:48.980
Cause what happened was they were investigating
01:14:54.980
Then they found out the guy was a border patrol agent
01:14:55.980
And then when they found out he was a border patrol agent
01:14:57.980
They had to bring in the Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General
01:15:01.980
Office of Inspector General guys is basically the guys that oversee
01:15:10.980
The Office of Inspector General is coming after you
01:15:13.980
So since this guy was a Department of Homeland Security
01:15:50.980
Give me ones in the chat if everything is good for y'all
01:16:11.980
I'll make sure I get an assistant on the next one guys
01:16:19.980
Cause remember guys, before every single arrest
01:16:34.980
Oh, you guys are just jaw dropping at how rural this is
01:16:50.980
So I'm all tacked out with my vest and shit like that
01:19:30.980
And then we speed it right around where this red truck is
01:20:44.980
Is that that's a technique that they teach you in the academy
01:21:57.980
I'll never fucking do this shit with a loaded gun
01:22:13.980
That's another reason why I knew he was armed too
01:22:33.980
Cause he sees a bunch of people coming at him with guns
01:28:47.980
Anything you say could be used against you in a court of law
01:33:05.980
Uh, bro, you should catch Piddles on this child
01:33:26.980
I always, like, took these kind of cases personal
01:36:24.980
And they're gonna probably put him on the sex offender list too
01:37:17.980
But yeah, this is a case that I remember vividly
01:37:37.980
You know, not pulling up the video and everything
01:38:04.980
Because I think you guys really enjoy this stuff
01:38:39.980
We'll move him down to Florida in a couple months
01:38:55.980
And I'm so glad he doesn't do that line of work anymore
01:39:36.980
And these are all me getting roasted for fucking up
01:39:56.980
But I'm gonna make sure I put the timestamps in there for y'all
01:40:24.980
So I think I'm caught up on the super chats on that
01:40:28.980
Do you think OnlyFans will shut down like the back page
01:40:32.980
And the reason why is because OnlyFans has already taken steps
01:40:38.980
If you're gonna make any type of content on OnlyFans
01:40:43.980
To make sure that they're at least 18 years old
01:41:05.980
Have you ever done the good cop bad cop routine during an interrogation?
01:41:11.980
I was always very nice when I did my interviews guys
01:41:13.980
I was actually very very nice with with suspects
01:42:23.980
So you've got to really be able to control your emotions
01:43:07.980
I got like a million stories like this by the way
01:43:10.980
So if y'all want me to start doing my own personal cases more like this
01:43:46.980
Do you think 11 years was too little time Maren?
01:43:55.980
Because I think I went to one of the court proceedings
01:44:22.980
How was today's show with my personal history of a thing
01:44:40.980
And I'm gonna make sure from this point forward
01:45:01.980
Yeah I'm able to give a little bit more insight
01:45:25.980
And I remember just fucking getting scared as fuck
01:45:28.980
Am I really about to get into shooting right now?
01:45:30.980
Is cause I saw other agents closing in on him too
01:46:07.980
I'll give y'all another case that I did personally
01:47:10.980
And I probably shouldn't be admitting that on air
01:47:47.980
No it's not that San Antonio agents are cray cray guys
01:47:54.980
And this agent that I work with was assigned to San Antonio
01:48:02.980
But the organization was based out of San Antonio
01:48:10.980
The guy that was supposed to help me on the case in San Antonio
01:48:17.980
So when I needed surveillance done and shit like that
01:49:13.980
It's like just even thinking about it right now
01:50:21.980
I was confident that nothing happened to him physically
01:50:24.980
I knew that was a matter of time until they grabbed him
01:54:05.980
So they might have hit him with some criminal charges
01:54:27.980
They're not going to kill an American citizen, bro
01:55:37.980
Yo, you know it's bad when they pull flights up
01:56:14.980
And I'll make sure that I have assistance with me next time
01:56:21.980
What made you stop doing criminal case to get into YouTube?
01:59:45.980
Myron is story guilty after reading the documents
02:00:11.980
Like sometimes I'll be reading a document with you guys
02:00:32.980
You're only gonna know that from being in the field
02:01:16.980
I know people are asking you questions about the world
02:01:34.980
I'm really glad you guys enjoy these personal case breakdowns
02:01:54.980
We got Brandon Carter coming in for Money Monday
