On this episode of the FreshFit Podcast, we are breaking down the O'Block Racketeering Indictment and RICO case against King Von O'Boyle and his co-conspirators in the case.
00:01:59.880Oh, yeah. And then patreon.com slash freshfit right there below down there if you guys want to get behind-the-scenes content with the, you know, getting ladies, whatever.
00:02:07.380Now that you guys know that I'm, you know, involved in this career field as well, I get a lot of questions about law enforcement, whatever.
00:02:12.420So I'd be happy to answer those questions.
00:03:19.120So we got a Ricoh case against Oblock.
00:03:20.880But for you guys to understand how this, how we got to the point where FBG Duck got pretty much killed in broad daylight, right, in a very nice part of Chicago, a very nice shopping area, right?
00:03:32.960Think if it is like the 5th Ave of Chicago or the Rodeo Drive in L.A., et cetera.
00:04:06.080You got Oblock and then you got Tookaville.
00:04:07.760And obviously, you know, so we don't go into crazy detail because this – just so y'all know, there's a whole Reddit called, like, Chiracology that breaks all this stuff down in detail, okay?
00:04:18.040And there's other YouTube channels that do a fantastic job of breaking it down as well, which we're going to actually react to a video.
00:04:25.880He did a fantastic, fantastic two-hour breakdown of the murder of FBG Duck.
00:04:33.340For purposes of not, you know, watching the entire thing, the entire two hours, we're going to go into the most relevant parts of the video that lead up to FBG Duck getting murdered, which then subsequently leads to the federal indictments, et cetera.
00:04:47.040But I want you guys to all go subscribe to my man, Traplor Ross, and his other channel, Traplor Ross.
00:04:52.080He was on our Fresh to Fit podcast, like, two weeks ago.
00:09:06.460So, when people do this gang sign right here, right, that's throwing the rakes up, right?
00:09:11.240The gangster disciples are an African-American street and prison gang, which was formed in the south side of Chicago in the late 1960s by Larry Hoover, leader of the Supreme Gangsters, and David Barksdale, leader of the Black Disciples.
00:09:21.700The two groups united to form the Black Gangster Disciple, BGDN, basically, the Black Gangster Disciple Nation, the BGDN, divided into different factions, known today as the Gangster Disciples and the Black Disciples.
00:09:36.680Today, the two gangs are bitter rivals, okay?
00:09:39.460And Larry Hoover, for you guys that don't know, is pretty much the leader of the GDs.
00:09:45.600Kanye tried to get him out of jail, and Drake, I think they did a concert for him, actually, recently.
00:09:50.720And he's actually housed right now at the worst federal prison in the United States, in Florence, Colorado, sentenced to 150 to 200 years for a 1973 murder.
00:10:04.540And I think while he was in prison, the feds did another case on him as well.
00:10:09.340But the GDs were established on the south side of Chicago in 1969.
00:10:13.320Larry Hoover was the leader of his own gang called the Supreme Gangsters, while David Barksdale was leader of his own gang called the Devil Disciples.
00:10:18.760They later united the two gangs in 1969 and called themselves the Black Gangster Disciples.
00:10:23.640The Gangster Disciples are active in 110 cities and in 31 states, predominantly in the Midwestern and Southeastern United States,
00:10:29.800and also maintaining a significant presence in the U.S. prison system.
00:10:33.380The gang has between approximately 50,000 to 90,000 members.
00:21:59.920And then that's how people found out who Chief Keef was.
00:22:02.400They found out who Tuca was, et cetera.
00:22:04.340And we're going to talk about Tuca and all that other stuff as well.
00:22:06.400So, but let y'all know kind of where this all originated and how this even came into the limelight for you guys to find the Little Dirks, the, you know, the Little Dirks, the Mugwaps, the King Vons, et cetera.
00:40:12.260Who is apparently a bit of a dynamic duo along with Von.
00:40:14.760The close bond between these two becoming very relevant later in the story.
00:40:18.100And, in fact, this is the exact reason why even right up until his death in 2020, King Von used to go by the name V-Roy on Twitter.
00:40:25.420And the fact that he comes from Wick City is why his Twitter handle still is at King Von from Da Wick.
00:40:30.360Basically, King Von and T-Roy loved their gang and they loved their block.
00:40:33.900Holding it down with other Wick City members like Big A, OD, Trey5, Patoon, Boss Money, Sharoid, Duke, who's actually been mentioned in numerous King Von lyrics.
00:40:42.940Ra Ra, a.k.a. Reezy, and Boss Top, who also became a rapper like Keith.
00:40:47.200Wick City BDs were very well known for throwing up GDK hand signs repeatedly to show the world that they were GD killers who were very much indeed down to ride and kill.
00:41:22.980Yes, they were building a case, absolutely, but they wouldn't have been able to build it as quickly and they wouldn't have had the same urgency to build it had it not been done in broad daylight in that area.
01:24:05.100It's truly hard to believe that this kind of thing is going on on American soil.
01:24:08.960Six people were hit in this incident, and Wooski himself was shot in the head, miraculously surviving.
01:24:13.680With some initially believing that Wooski had passed, FBG Duck confirmed on IG Live that Wooski had indeed survived the attack.
01:24:20.100Von would tweet after the funeral shooting that they have won the beef, with MooWop retweeting and agreeing.
01:24:24.900From here, Von would go on to drop numerous lyrics over the course of his career, disrespecting and making fun of Wooski's shooting at their funeral.
01:24:32.000With Von's lyrics on the track back again, literally saying that he slides at funerals, shoots everyone outside, and Wooski is going to feel it.
