Transcript

00:00:00.000 The Blaze Radio Network, on demand, love, courage, truth, Glenn Beck, even in the middle
00:00:15.760 of justice being served, still, the government has to say, well, we're not going to do everything
00:00:23.780 the right way, even in the middle of people being made whole after having suffered for
00:00:30.300 years at the hands of the government.
00:00:33.280 Still, the government has to step in and say, well, not quite.
00:00:39.940 Hey there, it's Doc Thompson in for Glenn Beck today.
00:00:41.720 I appreciate you joining me.
00:00:43.060 Over the last couple of months, some things have been going on with regards to a story
00:00:47.720 that I'm sure you have felt very passionately about, but maybe you haven't thought a whole
00:00:52.380 lot about in the last couple of years, because it just kind of slowly faded away.
00:00:57.700 But there are people who still lived the stories every day, who still suffered at the hands
00:01:03.720 of the government.
00:01:05.640 And finally, they are getting some justice.
00:01:09.020 I'm talking about the Tea Party targeting scandals of the IRS.
00:01:14.200 If you don't recall what happened, it started in February and March of 2010.
00:01:18.660 The government decided they were going to treat conservative organizations that were looking
00:01:27.140 for a tax-exempt status, which was certainly within their right, but ones that were based
00:01:32.060 on conservative ideology, they were going to give them extra scrutiny.
00:01:37.060 Now, the motivation for why they did that has still not been proven, but I think it's pretty
00:01:42.580 obvious it was done for political reasons.
00:01:44.660 Why wouldn't it have been political reasons if the party in power, both the White House,
00:01:51.440 the House, and Senate, had a different ideology than those groups?
00:01:58.460 Why wouldn't it have been politically motivated that they said, we're going to target those
00:02:05.140 groups and delay or deny their tax-exempt status?
00:02:09.360 Why would they do that?
00:02:13.000 Well, I think it's pretty obvious they were being punitive.
00:02:15.800 They were trying to punish those groups for having a different ideology and then maybe
00:02:19.660 even gain a political advantage in the midterm elections of 2010.
00:02:26.200 Before we go any farther and tell you the update on the story, I do want to check in with
00:02:31.180 Tom Zawotowski from the Portage County, Ohio Tea Party.
00:02:34.440 Hey, Tom, how are you?
00:02:35.980 Good morning, Doc.
00:02:37.100 How are you this morning?
00:02:38.020 Doing well.
00:02:38.420 Well, Tom's group just settled with the government, right?
00:02:41.900 They finally have admitted wrongdoing and there was a settlement?
00:02:47.140 Absolutely.
00:02:47.820 There were two cases that were settled.
00:02:50.000 One in the district court in Washington, D.C.
00:02:52.760 The other one in Cincinnati in a class action lawsuit.
00:02:56.620 And in those two suits, we got the IRS to admit that they actually did target us, that that
00:03:03.820 was wrong, that they would never do it again.
00:03:06.580 And we got them to apologize.
00:03:08.200 And now I can also announce, because it wasn't clear when those just that was settlement was
00:03:14.080 announced, that we are also going to get a three point five million dollar settlement from
00:03:19.240 the government that will go to some of these Tea Party groups that were targeted.
00:03:22.260 Now, is that that that three million dollar settlement that is strictly for your group or is that all
00:03:27.220 Tea Party groups, this is just yours, right?
00:03:30.160 No, no.
00:03:30.900 I wish I wish that were true.
00:03:33.780 No, it's for all the groups that were in the class action lawsuit.
00:03:37.200 OK.
00:03:37.380 There's literally hundreds of groups.
00:03:39.280 But but again, you know, that's the point I want your listeners to know.
00:03:42.660 We never we never filed these suits because we wanted to make money because think about
00:03:47.980 it.
00:03:48.160 You know, you're a conservative.
00:03:49.480 I'm a conservative.
00:03:50.800 Where's this money coming from?
00:03:51.980 It's coming from us.
00:03:53.020 It's like suing yourself.
00:03:54.380 Right.
00:03:54.900 So, you know, we really weren't interested in this settlement, though.
00:03:58.680 A lot of people felt that it wouldn't mean anything if there wasn't some penalty.
00:04:02.840 So we're happy for that.
00:04:04.300 The most important thing we wanted to do is stop them from ever doing this to anyone else
00:04:09.840 again.
00:04:10.320 And because of the suit in D.C. in the district court where you basically have a federal judge
00:04:16.740 that has said you can never target citizens because of their political beliefs again or
00:04:26.080 their name like Tea Party, if anybody is targeted in the future, they can go to a federal court
00:04:32.280 and wave our settlement right in the face of the judge and say, you've got to stop this.
00:04:36.340 They're coming after me because I have Patriot in my name of my group or I stand for the
00:04:41.080 Constitution or I have a political ideology that government doesn't like.
00:04:45.020 And so that's a great victory for us.
00:04:48.520 And we're happy about that.
00:04:49.960 But we're not so happy about what's going on with Lois Lerner and the people who are behind
00:04:54.100 this.
00:04:54.700 Yeah.
00:04:54.860 So real quick, yours is not the only set.
00:04:57.680 There are other Tea Party groups that have organized and sued and objected differently.
00:05:02.140 And there are still settlements unfolding with them, too, right?
00:05:05.060 Well, they are just about done.
00:05:08.280 All the suits are coming to a conclusion.
00:05:10.440 And what's good is that the government admitted that not only didn't Mrs. Lerner stop the targeting,
00:05:17.580 OK, contradicting Obama administration's claim that there was no targeting, but they also
00:05:22.120 that she, Mrs. Lerner, hid it from her superiors.
00:05:25.800 And that's just BS, Doc, because she didn't hide it from anybody.
00:05:30.140 She was part of the Obama political machine.
00:05:33.640 And that's why she doesn't want her testimony to become public.
00:05:37.100 So the big update is this has been rolling on over the last couple of weeks and the settlements
00:05:40.940 are all coming to a head.
00:05:42.520 Lois Lerner now has filed to keep her materials, the transcripts of her depositions and also
00:05:50.880 Holly Paz.
00:05:52.020 Keep those secret from the American public.
00:05:54.300 Is that right?
00:05:54.860 That's exactly right.
00:05:57.180 And I love the statement they said, or else.
00:06:00.240 So if these became public or else they could spur an enraged public to retaliate, does that
00:06:06.680 make you want to see what the heck's in that testimony?
00:06:09.160 Right.
00:06:09.400 OK, first, yeah, it makes me want.
00:06:11.260 In fact, it's telling me there's something in there.
00:06:13.440 Otherwise, why would you care?
00:06:15.000 And number two, not telling me also is enraging me.
00:06:18.640 Absolutely correct, because this is this is a public employee.
00:06:24.700 This is someone we paid.
00:06:26.760 And that makes it different.
00:06:28.280 We have a right to know what they did.
00:06:31.120 And this entire, quote unquote, investigation that the Tea Parties have tried to facilitate
00:06:36.300 really hasn't gone to the point of who did it?
00:06:40.500 Why did they do it?
00:06:42.140 What, for instance, what happened, Doc, to all that opposition research, which is exactly
00:06:47.420 what it was when they said to Tom Zalostowski and the Ohio Liberty Coalition, we want to
00:06:52.440 know who gives you money, which members, which people are members of your group, who speaks
00:06:56.860 to your group?
00:06:57.500 What did they tell you?
00:06:58.840 You know, what is your political plan for the future?
00:07:03.080 Where did that information go after Lois Lerner and Holly Paz got a lot of Tea Party groups
00:07:08.600 to submit that?
00:07:09.620 Who got that information?
00:07:11.520 Well, no one's ever investigated that.
00:07:13.340 And that's why we need Jeff Sessions to get his head out of his posterior and understand
00:07:18.380 that this woman needs to be not only investigated by the FBI, but prosecuted.
00:07:23.580 Yeah, I still that that's the part that even if they apologize to all the Tea Party groups
00:07:28.460 and if there were a way what there's not to to truly make everybody whole because there
00:07:32.720 were individuals that were targeted as well for for extra audits and all this stuff, even
00:07:37.320 if they were able to give them their pain, suffering and money back somehow all through all
00:07:41.780 these years and admit wrongdoing.
00:07:43.700 And even if it never happened in the future, there still is something missing that is punishment
00:07:48.400 for the people that are responsible for this.
00:07:52.400 Absolutely.
00:07:53.140 You know, when she's worried, you know, Lois Lerner's lawyer saying she's worried about
00:07:57.040 physical harm.
00:07:58.440 The only physical harm those of us in the Tea Party want to see to come to Lois Lerner
00:08:02.360 is that she'd be forced to wear an orange jumpsuit and serve some hard time.
00:08:06.480 That's the physical harm that we want to see imposed upon her because they what they did
00:08:12.220 were criminal acts.
00:08:14.000 There's no doubt about it.
00:08:15.660 So the cover up is what's really the story here.
00:08:18.740 And so far, we haven't been able to get to the real details of this case.
00:08:23.320 Talking with Tom Zeef in the Portage County, Ohio Tea Party.
00:08:25.860 Tom, who is question 26?
00:08:28.360 It was mentioned as question number 26.
00:08:30.820 There was somebody that was sent out.
00:08:32.520 The IRS gave these forms to everybody, to a bunch of different people.
00:08:36.780 They said, tell us, it is question after question.
00:08:40.540 This affiliation with this group in your past, all of these weird things.
00:08:45.040 And one of them, and I can't remember his name, specifically mentioned as question number
00:08:49.360 26.
00:08:50.220 How do you know this person?
00:08:51.860 Because they were involved in other tea parties.
00:08:55.120 They just targeted an American citizen saying, how do you know this person?
00:08:58.600 Well, see, now this, and again, now that's a really interesting twist.
00:09:03.140 And it only happened one time.
00:09:04.860 And that was the Liberty Township Tea Party in Ohio got a question about a guy named Justin
00:09:12.540 Benick, who, uh, that's right.
00:09:14.360 Who is Justin Benick Thomas.
00:09:16.800 Right.
00:09:17.500 Justin Benick Thomas was a, basically he did seminars for tea parties about public relations
00:09:23.520 and things, you know, like, here's how you message, here's how you do a press release
00:09:26.380 and all that.
00:09:27.200 And he had spoken to their group and in the IRS questions about whether that group should
00:09:32.940 get their, their, you know, C4 status, their tax exempt status, they specifically ask him,
00:09:39.340 do you know this person and, and what's your involvement with him?
00:09:43.660 As if he was, you know, Putin, right?
00:09:46.400 Or Bin Laden or somebody, right?
00:09:48.360 Right.
00:09:48.720 Exactly.
00:09:49.300 Right.
00:09:49.660 Joe, give it up.
00:09:51.040 And that's the kind of crazy stuff that happened.
00:09:53.500 And, and, and we also, you mentioned that people were targeted and George Brenneman
00:09:57.860 and his wife were audited personally by the IRS and the IRS agent said to them, they were
00:10:04.760 audited because his wife was the, the, uh, tea party Cincinnati tea parties treasurer and
00:10:11.240 she was keeping their books.
00:10:12.400 And so they audited them personally and admitted it.
00:10:16.320 So this is what we've been fighting.
00:10:18.420 And, and doc, I want your audience to know we've been winning, right?
00:10:22.340 You know, it's not easy to take on the federal government, let alone the IRS and win.
00:10:27.700 We spent five years, tens of millions of dollars in legal fees fighting this to do, to get,
00:10:33.540 to get the right outcome.
00:10:35.620 Tom, it must've been 2013 or possibly 2014.
00:10:40.680 And I went to speak at a Northern Virginia, uh, gathering of tea party Patriot groups.
00:10:47.900 And I was in this restaurant.
00:10:49.480 We had had the side room as a meeting space, let's say, uh, roughly 50 or so people in there.
00:10:56.140 And it was one of the most profound moments for me personally through this entire thing,
00:11:00.220 because I was speechifying talking about some of the failures.
00:11:02.980 And in the middle of it, I headed down a road and then paused and said, you know what, let
00:11:08.200 me ask, because I've heard stories about people being targeted for audits.
00:11:12.160 And I said, just, you know, how many people in here have been audited, you know, recently
00:11:17.360 within the last couple of years that had never been audited before.
00:11:21.080 And I mean, I knew a couple of people were going to hold up their hand.
00:11:23.800 It was virtually everybody in the room.
00:11:25.960 I was, I was so shocked that it included almost everybody that came from all different places
00:11:33.160 in the meeting, different Patriot groups that they had all been audited and many of them
00:11:37.380 twice.
00:11:39.240 See, and doc, these, these aren't people who are, you know, Dick Nixon going after, you
00:11:45.420 know, some head of some big corporation or some money.
00:11:48.420 These are moms and dads, aunts and uncles, grandmas and grandpas.
00:11:52.440 This is common American citizens who were doing what simply expressing their political
00:11:59.900 views and fighting for the constitution.
00:12:02.400 And they were treated like criminals.
00:12:05.640 And so folks, you know, when you're listening to doc, he knows, and we know this was all
00:12:11.240 done so that Barack Obama could win reelection in 2012, because they saw what we did in 10.
00:12:17.500 The tea party was responsible for that sweep of taking over the house that surprised them.
00:12:22.440 And so this was their plan.
00:12:24.120 And again, we had people literally close their organization, just shut down.
00:12:29.340 We had board members resign from the groups because their lawyers were saying, Hey, I think
00:12:34.920 you're going to come after your company because you're on the tea party board.
00:12:38.720 So how do fundraising just completely disappeared doc because people didn't want to give us money
00:12:44.280 because they were afraid the IRS would find out and then target them.
00:12:47.720 So how do, how do we get the federal government to say, no, release the information, the depositions
00:12:53.020 of Lois Lerner and Holly Paz?
00:12:55.520 Well, I understand that the justice department is on our side with this.
00:13:00.080 The Trump administration backs making the documents public.
00:13:03.020 I've, I understand from the attorneys in the case that, that really Lerner and Paz have
00:13:09.540 not even come close proving that there's any real danger to that.
00:13:13.680 All right.
00:13:13.840 Okay.
00:13:14.160 And so, so the Cincinnati inquirer, the newspaper in Cincinnati, they have been fighting this
00:13:19.540 very hard because this is a public employee.
00:13:22.600 We have a right to know.
00:13:24.840 And boy, when she says, you know, it's, she's afraid it's going to spur enraged public to
00:13:29.480 retaliate.
00:13:30.460 Now I want to know anymore.
00:13:32.240 So, so these are going to be pushing for it.
00:13:34.160 So these are the low level employees out of Cincinnati, right?
00:13:36.500 That's right.
00:13:39.160 All right.
00:13:39.520 I also want this stuff out because they feel their reputation for that.
00:13:43.840 They want this out too.
00:13:45.140 All right.
00:13:45.460 Tom's out.
00:13:45.960 House key, buddy.
00:13:46.460 Thanks so much for joining us with the update.
00:13:48.500 Happy Thanksgiving, doc.
00:13:49.800 Happy Thanksgiving to everyone at the blaze and to all your listeners.
00:13:53.540 We have a lot to be thankful for as crazy as this world is.
00:13:56.660 Thanks so much.
00:13:57.140 Tom Z from the Portage County Tea Party.
00:13:58.920 Get a break and back with more.
00:14:00.140 It's Doc Thompson in for Glenn Beck today.
00:14:04.700 Glenn Beck.
00:14:14.060 Glenn Beck.
00:14:15.380 Doc Thompson in for Glenn today.
00:14:16.780 Thanks for joining me.
00:14:17.440 If you want to join the program via the telephone, 888-727-BECK.
00:14:21.660 888-727-BECK.
00:14:24.300 You can also join me on Twitter.
00:14:26.380 I'll interact with you on Twitter.
00:14:27.620 Just follow at Doc Thompson show at Doc Thompson show.
00:14:30.900 And if you want to use the hashtag, what I learned today, that's what we used
00:14:33.620 throughout the, throughout our morning broadcast on the blaze radio network
00:14:36.560 to interact with you.
00:14:37.980 I'll peruse those as well.
00:14:39.540 So it's at Doc Thompson show hashtag.
00:14:41.160 What I learned today.
00:14:41.800 The Lois Lerner situation right now where she is arrogantly, brazenly asking for that information
00:14:50.600 not to go public is, I think, the biggest problem.
00:14:55.040 The, the, the biggest problem is not that they targeted.
00:15:01.900 It's the attitude.
00:15:03.280 Where they think they have the right to target, where they believe they're above the law,
00:15:11.620 where Congress or members, because remember Lois Lerner was the director, members of the
00:15:16.040 government, the directors believe they can do whatever they want.
00:15:20.640 It's virtually impossible to get fired from a government agency.
00:15:24.340 You know how many, how many things you have to screw up and how many times there are stories
00:15:28.440 of people doing really significant, I mean, stealing and not showing up to work and all
00:15:34.180 kinds of stuff for years, sometimes, uh, having been reprimanded dozens of times and still
00:15:40.000 not fired.
00:15:40.860 Well, look at the veterans administration.
00:15:42.740 Perfect example.
00:15:44.260 Veterans admin.
00:15:44.980 My buddy, Chris Cruz is here now.
00:15:46.900 He's regularly on the morning blaze as well with me.
00:15:49.260 Uh, the veterans administration, you're right.
00:15:51.360 They actually killed people, killed people, veterans.
00:15:55.500 And then the people who lost their jobs, some of them sued and got their jobs back recently.
00:16:01.860 Or someone went on leave or on suspension, paid, paid suspension.
00:16:05.840 And some of them got taken out of their position, but still got their, uh, retirement.
00:16:11.140 Retirement.
00:16:11.640 Yeah.
00:16:12.080 So, well, a couple of the people that Donald Trump fired essentially when he took over,
00:16:18.060 he said, these people who killed veterans, they got to go sued and ended up there working
00:16:23.300 again in the veterans administration.
00:16:24.760 Some of them get moated.
00:16:26.540 They want to pretend it's a demotion.
00:16:28.060 It's not a demotion.
00:16:29.140 It's a motion.
00:16:29.760 They just move them somewhere else.
00:16:31.520 Then you've got the fast and the furious program.
00:16:33.760 Some of those cats got promoted.
00:16:36.160 They moved them to back to DC as opposed to the field offices in the Southwest.
00:16:40.120 And they got, they got promoted.
00:16:41.940 Lois Lerner.
00:16:44.080 She was allowed to retire a couple of months later.
00:16:49.020 When all this broke, she stayed on because that extra couple of months, she reached a
00:16:55.040 new threshold with the amount of years worked and got a higher retirement.
00:16:58.860 She got more of your money.
00:17:00.940 But the attitude where they say, we can do this and you shouldn't know, throw out everything
00:17:09.820 else, folks, throw out who they targeted or why, left versus right, Democrat versus Republican,
00:17:16.380 throw it all out.
00:17:17.620 Throw out the details of what Tom Z and I just talked about, all of that, and boil it down
00:17:23.420 to this moment, Lois Lerner is suing to keep you from having information about your government.
00:17:36.420 Information that is not a national security matter.
00:17:40.040 It's not the movement of the Sixth Fleet.
00:17:42.720 It's not the nuclear launch codes.
00:17:46.340 She's suing so you don't know how your government operates.
00:17:53.420 Do you think less or more transparency is a good thing?
00:17:59.560 Garbage in, garbage out.
00:18:01.700 Our representative style government relies, demands that we be involved.
00:18:09.460 And if we're not, we will get garbage.
00:18:13.860 If you do not have information and you're asked to make a decision, what are the likely,
00:18:18.920 what's the likelihood you're going to get that decision right?
00:18:21.340 If you only have 2% of the information, then you get all the information.
00:18:26.560 You're like, oh, okay.
00:18:28.720 Well, I would have made a different decision then.
00:18:31.720 How can you be expected to vote and make a good choice next time?
00:18:37.880 When a politician, because by the way, we are just months away from the campaigning for
00:18:42.900 the midterm elections because spring starts primaries.
00:18:49.060 This spring, you're just months away from primaries.
00:18:52.000 These politicians are going to speechify.
00:18:54.220 They're going to send you emails.
00:18:56.400 They're going to stand in front of you at town hall gatherings and tell you, vote for
00:19:00.280 me because here's my plan.
00:19:01.500 We need to do this, this, this, and that.
00:19:03.160 How do you know if they're right that that's what needs to be done?
00:19:07.320 How do you know if you can trust them?
00:19:09.040 How do you know who to vote for?
00:19:11.420 If you don't have good information, Lois Lerner is asking you to have less information.
00:19:17.880 That by itself is an absolute and outright failure.
00:19:24.860 Glenn Beck.
00:19:25.960 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:19:33.080 Hi there.
00:19:33.640 I'm Doc Thompson in for Glenn today.
00:19:35.900 We've got some calls to get to.
00:19:37.020 888-727-BECK.
00:19:38.620 It's 888-727-BECK.
00:19:40.280 We're talking about finally there is some justice with the tea parties being targeted five,
00:19:46.600 six years ago.
00:19:47.380 Well, that's when we found out about it anyways.
00:19:49.500 Some justice, but still, who is going to be held accountable?
00:19:52.980 Let's go to Connecticut now.
00:19:54.220 Line 51.
00:19:54.920 Barbara, how are you?
00:19:56.260 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:19:59.640 Hey, Barbara.
00:20:02.040 Hi.
00:20:03.300 How are you?
00:20:05.120 I'm fine.
00:20:05.720 How are you?
00:20:06.300 Doing well.
00:20:06.860 What are your thoughts on Lois Lerner?
00:20:09.920 Well, I'm appalled after reading some of her emails and the way she spoke about conservatives.
00:20:16.960 You mean throughout the process when they started targeting?
00:20:20.660 Yeah, well, somehow, I don't know whether it was through WikiLeaks or what,
00:20:24.460 but I read some of her emails and they were horrific.
00:20:27.940 And I'm also shocked that the IRS employees are all unionized and you cannot hire them.
00:20:34.960 And they don't have to testify.
00:20:37.000 They don't have to answer any questions.
00:20:38.520 I am appalled that our government is run by these people.
00:20:42.740 And most of the government employees tend to be Democrats and they all protect each other.
00:20:47.940 Well, because ideologically, yeah, supporting big government is going to keep your job.
00:20:54.720 And so, yeah, so there's a breakdown.
00:20:57.500 I mean, our our civil servant system is better than the spoil system of the 1800s.
00:21:02.440 It had even worse problems.
00:21:03.840 But I still don't think we've solved the system or come up with the proper system.
00:21:09.400 No, no, we haven't.
00:21:10.260 And the Obama culture, because this is the Obama culture targeting people.
00:21:14.460 And this is what the Clintons also did.
00:21:16.500 Barbara, I really appreciate your call.
00:21:18.080 Thank you so much.
00:21:18.800 Let me give people an update of how this whole thing played out as well.
00:21:23.020 Just the beginnings of the Tea Party targeting.
00:21:25.300 And it does tie in not just to government workers and wrongdoing, but specifically the unions.
00:21:34.900 The chronological layout of how this happened, the timeline, began from what we can tell in early 2010.
00:21:47.240 February, March 2010.
00:21:49.880 An email from an exempt organization's determinations manager.
00:21:57.040 So somebody who decides or works in the department who decides who's exempt, who gets that tax exempt status.
00:22:04.480 Discussed via email the Tea Party applications.
00:22:09.820 We know the manager wrote.
00:22:11.380 Please let Washington know about this potentially embarrassing political case involving a, quote, Tea Party organization.
00:22:21.060 Recent media attention of this type of organization indicates to me that this is a high profile case.
00:22:28.360 Remember, the Tea Parties were really getting attention in early 2010.
00:22:32.320 Having started in the final year of the George W. Bush administration, even prior to the announcement of TARP.
00:22:40.040 But that's what really fanned the flames.
00:22:43.320 In 2008, during the campaign, when President Bush said,
00:22:48.360 I'm a free market guy, ha ha ha, I don't want to do this TARP thing, but we got to.
00:22:51.100 Ha ha, I'm a free market guy.
00:22:52.600 But I'm going to do something that's not free market, ha ha.
00:22:54.900 Which, by the way, we don't know what would have happened if we would have survived.
00:22:58.980 You don't understand, Doc?
00:22:59.860 It'll be apocalyptic for the economy if we don't just spend a really big number, as they said.
00:23:05.980 And they did.
00:23:06.740 Almost $800 billion.
00:23:11.020 And the Tea Parties popped up, and they started getting attention.
00:23:15.840 A co-worker responded to that in February or March, saying,
00:23:20.100 I think sending it up here, meaning to D.C., is a good idea, given the potential for media interest.
00:23:26.260 Then, just weeks later, March 31st and April 1st of 2010,
00:23:36.260 Colleen Kelly, who is president of the National Treasury Union,
00:23:40.300 Employees Union, the NTEU,
00:23:42.660 That's the union that represents the IRS employees and dozens of other government agencies.
00:23:51.480 She went on March 31st to the White House to meet with President Obama.
00:23:57.460 The next day, April 1st, IRS employees began targeting the Tea Party groups.
00:24:06.320 Isn't that awfully coincidental?
00:24:11.460 The next day, it just played out.
00:24:14.960 She visits Obama.
00:24:16.440 And the next day, they start targeting them.
00:24:20.660 It was April 1st, 2010.
00:24:22.340 IRS employees began applying that extra scrutiny to the tax-exempt status application from all the conservative groups.
00:24:28.440 And when they first began, they sought any group and gave them extra scrutiny that had the word Tea Party, Patriot, or 9-12.
00:24:38.380 Anybody that had the phrases like,
00:24:40.200 Take back our country, we the people, or mention constitutional, or the Constitution.
00:24:47.180 9-12.
00:24:48.180 The 9-12 groups.
00:24:49.420 As started partially by Glenn Beck.
00:24:53.920 June 6, 2010.
00:24:56.220 Just a couple months later.
00:24:57.280 IRS official, Holly Paz, sent an email to an IRS lawyer called Stephen Gradinsky.
00:25:05.380 And he's based in D.C.
00:25:07.760 In the email, she wrote,
00:25:09.760 Let Cindy Sharon know how we have been handling Tea Party applications in the last few months.
00:25:15.940 And then he replied and confirmed that the Exempt Organization Technical Unit, the EOTU, was designing the targeting.
00:25:25.380 They have made the plan on how to target.
00:25:29.720 The EOTU is, he wrote, working on the Tea Party applications in coordination with Cincy.
00:25:36.500 Remember those low-level employees out of Cincinnati?
00:25:38.480 We are developing a few applications here in D.C.
00:25:41.800 And providing copies of our development letters with the agent to use as examples in the development of their cases.
00:25:49.760 Meaning cases to deny them tax-exempt status.
00:25:54.200 A couple months later, August of 2010, the IRS issued its first BOLO alert.
00:25:59.600 That's be on the lookout for various Tea Party movement.
00:26:03.920 Quote, the various in the Tea Party movement that are looking for 501c3 and 501c4 status.
00:26:10.940 The IRS then started flagging applications by organization that, A, addressed any issue as a government spending, government debt, or taxes issue as part of their ideas.
00:26:23.220 B, anybody that was promoting the use of education, advocacy, or lobbying to, quote,
00:26:28.540 make America a better place to live, better America, take back our America, any of these things.
00:26:33.220 And C, criticizing anyone, or criticizing a country, or anything that the Obama administration is doing.
00:26:41.600 You know, it's funny because, well, it's just not funny, but as you're going down that list, my military mindset is like, we're targeting terrorists or something?
00:26:50.200 Right.
00:26:50.600 That's all I could think of.
00:26:51.240 Chris Cruz served in both Iraq and Afghanistan.
00:26:54.160 And the way you're running it down, it's like, oh, we're going to target this, we're going to look for this keyword.
00:26:58.360 Well, even take the word target out, but just, we're going, we're scrutinizing, we're investigating.
00:27:03.640 What is this, the mob?
00:27:04.920 You would think that these people, you know, the Tea Party, or so these people, they're a terrorist.
00:27:10.560 Right.
00:27:10.960 From those emails.
00:27:12.440 What bad were they doing?
00:27:15.000 It was a different political ideology.
00:27:17.060 That's it.
00:27:17.440 It wasn't even based on race, where nowadays they're like, you don't understand that's supporting racism and white supremacy and whatever.
00:27:23.060 I mean, eventually they labeled the Tea Parties that.
00:27:25.260 But the Tea Party didn't even have that.
00:27:26.700 You know, they hadn't had enough time to brand it all of those horrible ways yet.
00:27:31.060 Those inaccurate but horrible ways.
00:27:33.200 This was still, if you criticize Obama, want lower taxes, believe in free markets and freedom, go after them.
00:27:42.180 A couple months later, October 2010, Jack Smith of the Department of Justice,
00:27:48.280 specifically the public integrity section of the Department of Justice,
00:27:51.700 arranged a meeting and asked Lois Lerner to help him build criminal cases against conservative non-profit groups.
00:28:02.400 Because they were conducting political activity.
00:28:05.340 Now, remember, there are different statuses, and that's why there's a 501C3 and C4 and whatever.
00:28:11.880 Some can be more political, less political, whatever.
00:28:13.780 But he wanted criminal cases against them.
00:28:16.940 Winter of 2010, just weeks later, Judith Kindle, who's a senior advisor to Lois Lerner,
00:28:22.940 she told the IRS attorney Carter Hull, who was overseeing the review of some of these tax-exempt applications for Tea Party groups,
00:28:30.180 that the IRS's chief counsel office will henceforth need to review all applications from conservative groups
00:28:37.640 before they can be approved.
00:28:40.340 So not only were they doing the extra scrutiny, you can't even approve them.
00:28:44.920 It has to go through this new chain of command.
00:28:47.340 According to Carter Hull, the attorney, that was the first time in his 48-year career at the IRS
00:28:52.460 that he had been instructed to forward any tax-exempt applications to another office.
00:28:58.020 In almost 50 years, that had never happened.
00:29:04.200 February 2000, and by the way, the reason that's significant,
00:29:07.260 there are claims that during the George W. Bush administration,
00:29:10.620 they used the IRS to target people.
00:29:13.280 It was never proven.
00:29:14.300 It was just a claim because people wanted to misdirect.
00:29:17.360 But here's a guy who worked in it and said that's never happened in almost 50 years.
00:29:20.200 February 2011, Lois Lerner advised her staff via email that the Tea Party matter is, quote,
00:29:27.880 very dangerous, and Tea Party groups seek tax-exempt applications could end up being the, quote,
00:29:34.000 vehicle to go to court to get more clarity on the 2010 Supreme Court ruling on campaign finance rules.
00:29:41.560 So at very least, that shows she was aware that this was going on, proven right there.
00:29:46.460 February 11th then, a year after all this began,
00:29:51.300 an FCC, Federal Elections Commission investigator,
00:29:56.920 asks Lois Lerner about the status of tax-exempt applications of the American Future Fund,
00:30:03.060 that's a conservative group.
00:30:04.860 He asked about their tax-exempt status.
00:30:07.740 They began a communication, sharing information.
00:30:09.860 The American Fund, Future Fund, got a questionnaire from the IRS asking additional information.
00:30:18.780 But here's the thing.
00:30:20.200 The FEC and the IRS are not allowed to share information like that.
00:30:27.420 It's illegal.
00:30:28.900 Under Section 6103 of the Internal Revenue Code.
00:30:31.560 They cannot do it.
00:30:32.740 But they did.
00:30:33.720 This shows conspiracy,
00:30:35.480 not just with multiple employees,
00:30:37.060 but multiple branches of the government.
00:30:38.700 A Republican chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee at the time, David Camp,
00:30:44.360 at that point, June 3rd, 2011, more than a year later,
00:30:48.120 after hearing from a bunch of people,
00:30:49.740 sent a letter to the IRS's commissioner at the time, Douglas Shulman,
00:30:53.540 and said, hey, what's going on with all of this stuff?
00:30:56.520 In total, members of Congress sent at least seven letters.
00:31:00.000 Still, no answers.
00:31:01.860 A couple weeks later, June 13th, 2011,
00:31:03.980 Lois Lerner's computer allegedly crashed,
00:31:06.620 causing all emails that she had sent and received between January 2009 and April 2011
00:31:13.440 to go missing.
00:31:15.100 Now,
00:31:15.920 this began in February of 2010.
00:31:22.620 Those are the first inklings we have.
00:31:25.400 Her computer allegedly crashed in June of 2011.
00:31:28.900 What time frame crashed?
00:31:31.000 2009 to just weeks before.
00:31:37.100 That was all lost.
00:31:38.540 Wow.
00:31:39.540 Such a terrible break for people trying to prove that they were wrong in this.
00:31:45.680 January, about six months later, 2012,
00:31:48.460 the IRS began sending follow-up letters,
00:31:50.680 all those, you know,
00:31:52.220 extra questionnaires,
00:31:53.280 asking things.
00:31:54.280 In some cases,
00:31:54.900 they asked about their prayers,
00:31:56.800 wanted to know what their prayers were at their meeting.
00:31:59.120 They asked them all names of all their donors.
00:32:02.140 They wanted the donor lists,
00:32:03.580 an explanation of where the groups stand on issues,
00:32:06.640 asking them about specific issues.
00:32:08.700 What is your political philosophy about this?
00:32:12.740 February 22nd, 2012,
00:32:15.080 a year later,
00:32:16.520 Lois Lerner sent an email to the IRS,
00:32:18.540 or an email to an IRS information technology specialist,
00:32:23.660 the IT people there,
00:32:25.260 with the message line,
00:32:26.900 virus on home PC.
00:32:28.300 She indicated that she keeps work information on her home commuter,
00:32:32.980 and that some of it had been lost, too.
00:32:35.780 I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to keep that stuff in your home computer.
00:32:38.540 I think that's a violation as well.
00:32:39.900 Yeah, because I remember when in the military,
00:32:41.520 there's some things that you couldn't bring home.
00:32:44.700 Even if you wanted to bring home,
00:32:46.440 your computer was not set up with security,
00:32:49.260 you know,
00:32:50.260 protocols,
00:32:51.120 so people don't hack you in.
00:32:52.720 This goes on and on and on over the course of years.
00:32:55.220 I'm not going to give you,
00:32:55.780 I'm going to share one more.
00:32:56.780 February 24th,
00:32:57.680 then,
00:32:57.900 two days after she told the information on her home computer was lost,
00:33:01.040 during a briefing on the follow-up letters
00:33:02.940 at an oversight and government reform committee,
00:33:06.460 staffers asked Lois Lerner
00:33:07.880 whether the criteria for evaluating tax-exempt application
00:33:11.120 had changed,
00:33:12.480 and she said no.
00:33:14.520 Clearly lying,
00:33:15.400 because she knew it was.
00:33:16.300 I just proved it to you over and over.
00:33:18.420 Quick break,
00:33:18.920 back with more.
00:33:19.540 Doc Thompson in for Glenn Beck.
00:33:23.800 Glenn Beck.
00:33:34.400 Glenn Beck.
00:33:36.560 We have to demand that we have,
00:33:38.920 that we get the information that Lois Lerner is trying to keep.
00:33:42.060 her actions,
00:33:45.360 activities,
00:33:46.340 what she did,
00:33:47.540 and what others did,
00:33:49.040 what we know.
00:33:50.020 Listen,
00:33:50.200 there's going to be plenty we don't know
00:33:51.540 that is probably going to be pretty bad,
00:33:53.040 but the stuff we do have,
00:33:54.500 the stuff that is contained in the documents,
00:33:56.660 the depositions,
00:33:57.840 we must have.
00:33:59.320 It is a matter of America's survival.
00:34:01.820 When we start heading down the road,
00:34:03.660 Democrat,
00:34:04.260 Republican,
00:34:04.980 liberal,
00:34:05.340 conservative,
00:34:06.260 where some people can act inappropriately,
00:34:09.040 possibly illegally,
00:34:10.900 and we never get that information,
00:34:14.240 the whole system is at risk.
00:34:17.220 The entire thing is at risk.
00:34:19.860 What we have is a very fragile,
00:34:23.220 a delicate system of government
00:34:25.500 that requires us to be informed,
00:34:28.640 make the best choices we can,
00:34:31.160 and hopefully get some moral people
00:34:34.260 to actually serve.
00:34:40.100 If it starts to break down,
00:34:42.160 it's not going to stop.
00:34:45.760 For you liberals out there,
00:34:47.360 for you Democrats that are still playing the game
00:34:49.240 and saying,
00:34:49.760 of course,
00:34:51.260 gee,
00:34:51.500 we shouldn't have that information,
00:34:52.720 don't release that information,
00:34:54.160 simply because you don't want
00:34:56.360 Obama's legacy tarnished,
00:34:58.540 because you politically agree with Lois Lerner,
00:35:01.180 you're setting yourself up
00:35:03.200 for a whole lot of bad.
00:35:15.020 Glenn Beck.
00:35:22.520 Love.
00:35:24.100 Courage.
00:35:25.480 Truth.
00:35:26.780 Glenn Beck.
00:35:27.800 Hi there,
00:35:28.200 it's Doc Thompson in for Glenn,
00:35:29.680 regularly heard on the Blaze Radio Network.
00:35:31.180 More information about me
00:35:32.240 by going to theblazeradio.com.
00:35:34.440 Throughout my morning broadcast,
00:35:36.580 we have a couple of running themes
00:35:38.400 and things we like to do,
00:35:39.260 and one of them is to promote America
00:35:41.500 and the idea of entrepreneurship,
00:35:43.640 day in and day out.
00:35:45.520 It's been one of the keys to America's success,
00:35:48.060 and I think it's also one of the keys
00:35:50.860 to returning America
00:35:52.300 to some of the past glory we've had,
00:35:54.400 some of the economic success.
00:35:56.140 If you've paid attention
00:35:57.000 and looked at studies
00:35:57.840 over the last 20, 30 years,
00:35:59.380 our level of freedom has dropped.
00:36:02.320 Our economic power has dropped.
00:36:06.060 Our educational standards have dropped.
00:36:09.240 And they continue to.
00:36:11.240 Now, we had built up so much steam
00:36:13.600 in the previous couple of hundred years
00:36:16.200 that we had a long way to drop.
00:36:18.460 And in some of these categories,
00:36:19.600 we still are competitive.
00:36:20.780 But it's going to keep dropping
00:36:24.600 unless we do something.
00:36:26.500 Dance with the one that brung you.
00:36:28.280 And what brought us to where we are
00:36:30.480 is freedom and free markets,
00:36:34.720 entrepreneurship,
00:36:35.940 something that we have boiled down
00:36:38.020 to the entrepreneurial spirit,
00:36:39.460 dreaming and doing.
00:36:41.720 Lots of people dream.
00:36:42.960 You probably dream every day.
00:36:44.380 You drive down the street,
00:36:45.480 and you're like,
00:36:45.760 you know, I've always wanted
00:36:46.660 to open that hot dog stand.
00:36:47.960 I've always wanted to go and do this.
00:36:49.920 I've always wanted to start
00:36:50.860 that company that does this.
00:36:52.360 And you don't do it.
00:36:54.700 But for some,
00:36:56.360 they're actually driven,
00:36:58.780 obsessed, passionate about something
00:37:00.480 where that idea
00:37:01.880 grows and grows
00:37:06.040 that they just have to act on it.
00:37:09.200 And they do.
00:37:09.980 Many times failing.
00:37:11.460 You know the stories of people
00:37:12.540 like Milton Hershey
00:37:13.360 who start company after company
00:37:15.020 after company before they started.
00:37:16.480 You know the story of Edison
00:37:18.040 and the light bulb
00:37:18.680 trying 5,000 times
00:37:20.380 before he found the right filament
00:37:22.500 for the incandescent light bulb.
00:37:25.340 For whatever the reason,
00:37:27.420 they're just driven to do.
00:37:31.160 We need to teach that.
00:37:32.520 We need to grow that.
00:37:33.580 We need to understand it.
00:37:35.340 So how can I help you?
00:37:37.700 Well, one of the biggest challenges
00:37:39.540 we face when starting a company,
00:37:42.720 even if it's just a side business
00:37:44.440 to supplement your income
00:37:45.560 for your family
00:37:46.280 is marketing,
00:37:49.180 is promotion.
00:37:50.340 How do you get attention
00:37:51.660 without having millions of dollars
00:37:53.680 to advertise and cut through?
00:37:57.040 Well, once you get some attention,
00:37:58.880 a little bit of the word out there,
00:38:00.720 you know, it can grow.
00:38:01.700 Word of mouth.
00:38:02.340 It's such a good product
00:38:03.220 or an idea or service
00:38:04.400 that it can grow.
00:38:05.460 But how do you start?
00:38:06.940 Well, social media, great.
00:38:08.340 There's a million other people
00:38:09.340 trying as well.
00:38:11.280 Well, on our morning broadcast,
00:38:12.280 we offer people some free airtime.
00:38:14.840 Free.
00:38:15.720 Just to promote their products.
00:38:17.320 We call it Building America.
00:38:19.060 In fact, if you go on Twitter
00:38:20.200 and look up the hashtag
00:38:21.220 Building America,
00:38:21.960 you can go back and find
00:38:22.720 great products and services.
00:38:24.800 Sometimes those people
00:38:25.760 have such success,
00:38:27.060 they end up becoming advertisers
00:38:28.080 on our program.
00:38:29.640 Sometimes they don't.
00:38:30.500 But we try to help them.
00:38:34.700 And along the way,
00:38:35.760 our listeners get
00:38:36.720 some good content.
00:38:38.640 They get to hear
00:38:39.320 about good products and services.
00:38:41.180 They hopefully get to hear
00:38:42.860 about companies
00:38:44.480 and a good story
00:38:45.940 about how they started.
00:38:47.360 I mean, how many movies
00:38:48.180 have been made about people
00:38:49.200 who've started companies
00:38:51.000 and musicians and actors
00:38:54.080 and how they made it
00:38:55.000 and their climb and rise to fame?
00:38:57.320 Well, you get a good story
00:38:58.180 along the way
00:38:58.680 and hopefully some inspiration.
00:39:00.940 We are just days away
00:39:02.480 from Black Friday,
00:39:03.520 one of the biggest capitalist days
00:39:05.720 of the year in America
00:39:06.920 where everybody runs out
00:39:08.360 to their retailers
00:39:09.180 and starts buying things.
00:39:10.900 And then Cyber Monday,
00:39:12.120 a little under a week from now.
00:39:13.460 We're at that time of the year
00:39:14.840 when a lot of people
00:39:15.720 in the retail world
00:39:17.100 make their money
00:39:18.260 that sets them up
00:39:19.420 for the next year or don't.
00:39:21.700 So this Friday,
00:39:22.740 as I fill in on the Glenn Beck program,
00:39:24.100 as I've done in the last couple of years,
00:39:25.660 I'm going to extend
00:39:26.260 my Building America idea
00:39:27.540 for my morning broadcast
00:39:28.620 and I'm going to offer you
00:39:30.340 free air time
00:39:30.980 on Glenn Beck's program
00:39:32.060 as long as he doesn't stop me.
00:39:34.420 And as far as I know,
00:39:35.620 he's held up in a bunker
00:39:36.440 somewhere right now
00:39:37.200 roasting a turkey.
00:39:38.560 As long as he doesn't stop me,
00:39:39.940 I'm going to give away
00:39:40.740 free commercials
00:39:41.400 on this program
00:39:42.060 and all you have to do
00:39:42.820 is call up Friday morning
00:39:44.060 and I'll give you 60 seconds
00:39:45.560 to promote your business.
00:39:47.360 Now, if you don't get through,
00:39:48.600 still use the hashtag
00:39:49.560 Building America
00:39:50.200 and tell us about your business,
00:39:51.460 your products or services.
00:39:52.780 And if you hear good stuff
00:39:54.000 and you don't remember,
00:39:55.140 look it up.
00:39:55.740 Hashtag Building America.
00:39:57.500 That's my commitment to you.
00:39:59.660 How can I help you
00:40:00.780 promote your business?
00:40:02.000 How can we together
00:40:03.120 grow America
00:40:04.800 and again,
00:40:06.340 become leaders
00:40:07.260 in the world of development,
00:40:10.180 entrepreneurs,
00:40:10.920 and just fostering good ideas?
00:40:14.240 Joining me now
00:40:14.840 is Michael Sonnenfeld,
00:40:15.960 author of Think Bigger
00:40:17.440 and 39 Other Winning Strategies
00:40:19.600 from Successful Entrepreneurs.
00:40:21.980 He's also the founder
00:40:22.700 of Tiger 21 Investment Group.
00:40:24.740 Hi, Michael.
00:40:25.160 How are you, sir?
00:40:26.520 Great.
00:40:26.940 Thanks for having me, Doc.
00:40:28.340 I enjoyed having you so much
00:40:29.780 on my morning broadcast
00:40:30.760 a few months back.
00:40:31.560 I'm like,
00:40:31.840 I've got to get you on this week
00:40:33.300 as we start talking
00:40:34.160 about entrepreneurs.
00:40:35.900 I don't know if you could
00:40:36.780 hear me discussing just now
00:40:38.320 before I went to you
00:40:40.160 the idea of entrepreneurship
00:40:41.620 and it's just so lost
00:40:42.860 in America now.
00:40:44.560 Yeah.
00:40:45.320 It's, you know,
00:40:46.120 there's an interesting study
00:40:47.680 of all-time low rates
00:40:50.220 of formation
00:40:51.020 between 25 and 30-year-olds
00:40:53.220 of entrepreneurship
00:40:54.720 and in the last five years
00:40:56.700 we had three years
00:40:58.460 where business deaths
00:41:00.220 exceeded business births
00:41:02.200 and the one that's most interesting
00:41:03.980 is the average new company today
00:41:06.060 employs 25% fewer people
00:41:09.380 than a new company did a decade ago.
00:41:11.780 That may be because of technology
00:41:13.360 but it all leads to the crisis
00:41:15.420 that we're having
00:41:16.240 in creating working
00:41:17.840 and middle-class jobs
00:41:19.000 that we so desperately want.
00:41:21.820 You know, it's funny too
00:41:22.540 when you look around
00:41:23.140 and see all the other problems
00:41:24.420 whether it's crime
00:41:25.580 or, you know,
00:41:27.320 shiplessness
00:41:27.900 or whatever it is.
00:41:29.340 You know,
00:41:29.620 one of the things
00:41:30.280 that gets you out of that
00:41:31.360 is when you have something
00:41:32.260 you can feel passionate about
00:41:33.420 when you have a reason
00:41:34.120 to get up in the morning
00:41:34.920 so you have this idea
00:41:36.280 and you start that cookie company
00:41:37.660 or whatever it is.
00:41:38.980 If you're young,
00:41:39.860 I don't even think
00:41:40.580 they get the joy
00:41:41.700 that can come out
00:41:42.500 of creating something.
00:41:43.620 Yeah, it's so interesting
00:41:46.000 because, you know,
00:41:47.380 we're facing a crisis
00:41:48.960 that's unique in human history.
00:41:51.960 Some people believe
00:41:52.880 that technology
00:41:53.840 is now advancing
00:41:55.160 so that for the first time
00:41:57.360 20% of everybody
00:41:59.620 might be able to build
00:42:01.020 everything that's needed
00:42:02.260 for 100%.
00:42:03.320 What are we going to do
00:42:04.480 with the other 80% of people?
00:42:06.940 And we have this middle-class
00:42:09.060 and working-class problem.
00:42:10.780 We have low unemployment
00:42:11.960 but we have even low rates
00:42:14.560 of participation
00:42:15.600 so the low unemployment
00:42:17.320 masks it.
00:42:18.740 And the problem isn't China
00:42:20.320 or India or Mexico.
00:42:22.740 It's computerization,
00:42:24.420 automation,
00:42:25.460 artificial intelligence.
00:42:28.560 And these are really
00:42:29.500 where the job stresses are.
00:42:31.440 Take Amazon.
00:42:32.440 Fantastic company
00:42:33.580 puts a shopping center
00:42:35.000 on everybody's desk
00:42:36.240 but 46% of retail jobs
00:42:38.780 have disappeared
00:42:39.420 in the last decade.
00:42:40.480 And we have automation
00:42:42.040 coming with cars
00:42:43.660 and autonomous driving.
00:42:45.660 And with all of these changes
00:42:47.040 the only thing
00:42:47.840 that's going to save us
00:42:49.060 is entrepreneurs
00:42:50.220 creating new
00:42:51.180 and exciting companies
00:42:52.760 that employ
00:42:53.520 the next generation
00:42:54.540 of working
00:42:55.780 and middle-class folks.
00:42:57.080 Yeah, and it's
00:42:58.020 not just the company.
00:42:59.180 It's creating,
00:42:59.960 you know,
00:43:00.380 from ideas,
00:43:01.680 products or services
00:43:02.980 you know,
00:43:03.860 that eventually
00:43:04.300 may be gobbled up
00:43:05.100 by the big guys
00:43:05.700 or done more efficiently.
00:43:07.540 But it is about ideas.
00:43:10.040 That's one of the things
00:43:10.660 that makes us human
00:43:11.580 is thinking,
00:43:12.580 is dreaming
00:43:13.000 and then sharing.
00:43:15.060 Yeah, in fact,
00:43:15.800 one of the things
00:43:16.580 that's most concerning
00:43:17.660 for me is
00:43:18.740 there's a proposal
00:43:20.080 called universal income.
00:43:21.960 The idea is
00:43:23.000 that if technology
00:43:25.180 is taking all the jobs
00:43:26.800 maybe we should
00:43:27.540 pay people
00:43:28.520 just to do nothing.
00:43:30.200 And I can't think
00:43:31.340 of a worse program
00:43:32.480 precisely because
00:43:33.780 of what you're talking about.
00:43:35.080 People want to work.
00:43:36.240 They want to be productive
00:43:37.340 and they want to have
00:43:38.700 a society
00:43:39.280 in which they can
00:43:40.240 be productive.
00:43:41.380 The last thing
00:43:42.020 I want to do
00:43:42.740 is give people money
00:43:44.220 not to work.
00:43:45.340 Use all those dollars
00:43:46.460 if they're going to be spent
00:43:47.980 on creating great jobs
00:43:49.840 and infrastructure
00:43:51.440 in our country.
00:43:52.460 But don't pay people
00:43:53.200 not to work.
00:43:53.980 No, it doesn't work.
00:43:54.800 Trust me.
00:43:55.140 I have members of my family
00:43:56.100 and some of my producers.
00:43:57.620 I pay and they do nothing
00:43:59.660 and it's a failed process.
00:44:01.820 Excuse me.
00:44:02.040 I take highly of those.
00:44:02.480 Okay, very little.
00:44:03.380 They do very little.
00:44:04.640 So, Michael,
00:44:05.300 how do we first of all
00:44:07.620 inspire?
00:44:08.440 I think telling stories helps
00:44:09.920 but how else do we inspire?
00:44:11.980 What would some of the
00:44:12.760 successful entrepreneurs say?
00:44:15.160 You know,
00:44:16.040 first of all,
00:44:17.280 successful entrepreneurs,
00:44:18.720 the title of the book
00:44:19.600 Think Bigger
00:44:20.280 comes because
00:44:21.420 the great entrepreneurs
00:44:22.940 just naturally
00:44:24.840 constantly think bigger.
00:44:26.500 They go from one
00:44:27.340 falling ladder
00:44:28.120 to the next.
00:44:29.200 They have this grit
00:44:30.200 that keeps them going.
00:44:31.860 So, part of it
00:44:32.600 is personality
00:44:33.460 and one of the things
00:44:34.180 that I just want to stress
00:44:35.480 is not everybody
00:44:36.600 is cut out
00:44:37.280 to be an entrepreneur.
00:44:38.920 You have to have
00:44:39.340 a certain kind of
00:44:40.220 fortitude
00:44:41.260 and if your career anchor
00:44:43.380 is security,
00:44:44.820 you probably shouldn't
00:44:45.760 be an entrepreneur
00:44:46.440 because there's
00:44:47.420 a lot of risks.
00:44:48.780 But most entrepreneurs
00:44:49.840 start a business
00:44:51.220 because they have
00:44:52.340 an idea for a product
00:44:53.700 or a service.
00:44:54.840 It's not just
00:44:55.440 to make money.
00:44:56.560 They're passionate
00:44:57.260 about making a difference,
00:44:59.080 about delivering something,
00:45:00.500 doing something better.
00:45:01.600 So, I think coming up
00:45:03.040 with these ideas,
00:45:04.520 look around.
00:45:05.200 Everywhere you turn,
00:45:06.800 you can do something better
00:45:08.140 if you think about it
00:45:09.240 or envision it
00:45:10.040 and sometimes we get confused
00:45:11.740 because you mentioned Edison
00:45:12.960 but you could have said Apple.
00:45:14.900 These are the inventor entrepreneurs
00:45:16.880 but not all businesses
00:45:18.580 are inventor entrepreneurs.
00:45:20.360 Take Five Guys Hamburgers,
00:45:22.380 2,500 franchises.
00:45:24.400 It's incredible.
00:45:24.740 They just felt
00:45:25.280 they could make
00:45:25.900 a better hamburger
00:45:27.040 that was the best quality
00:45:28.960 and they didn't want
00:45:29.920 to focus on anything
00:45:31.020 but the food.
00:45:32.000 So, the stores
00:45:32.780 are red and white tile.
00:45:35.420 They spent the least amount
00:45:36.600 of money possible
00:45:37.420 and put everything
00:45:38.500 into making the best food
00:45:40.900 and the best hamburger
00:45:41.880 and in poll after poll
00:45:44.140 they're voted,
00:45:45.200 you know,
00:45:45.480 best hamburger
00:45:46.180 in the community.
00:45:47.840 They do great.
00:45:48.440 Yeah, they're good.
00:45:49.740 So, that's just,
00:45:50.620 you know,
00:45:50.880 one of thousands
00:45:52.520 of stories
00:45:53.320 of people
00:45:53.860 who have these ideas.
00:45:56.140 One of the stories
00:45:56.980 I like is in the book
00:45:58.540 I feature Robert Oranger
00:46:00.320 who is fascinated
00:46:02.640 by diabetes
00:46:03.700 and helping people
00:46:04.720 with diabetes
00:46:05.440 do better
00:46:06.160 in their lives
00:46:08.340 and lead normal lives
00:46:09.500 and lo and behold
00:46:10.400 in the weird irony
00:46:11.580 of life
00:46:12.180 he has two kids
00:46:13.480 who end up
00:46:14.020 having diabetes
00:46:14.860 and now he's able
00:46:15.980 to provide a life
00:46:18.140 for his kids
00:46:18.920 with better products
00:46:20.300 and new innovations
00:46:21.380 that give them
00:46:23.120 a completely normal life
00:46:24.480 and they're doing great.
00:46:25.860 It's funny
00:46:26.100 because I extend
00:46:26.960 the entrepreneurial spirit
00:46:28.140 even to things
00:46:28.840 that aren't,
00:46:29.440 you know,
00:46:29.700 traditionally entrepreneurs
00:46:30.660 because we think
00:46:30.980 entrepreneurs
00:46:31.580 meaning capital,
00:46:32.760 free markets,
00:46:33.400 you know,
00:46:33.560 for profit.
00:46:34.580 Even people
00:46:35.100 that have ideas
00:46:35.680 for non-profits
00:46:36.600 it's, you know,
00:46:37.540 it still takes
00:46:38.080 that passion
00:46:38.820 number one
00:46:39.580 or an idea
00:46:40.940 and then number two
00:46:42.140 that you actually
00:46:43.340 step off of safe ground
00:46:44.500 at some point
00:46:45.440 and try it.
00:46:47.000 You know,
00:46:47.700 you're so right.
00:46:48.720 One of the pleasures
00:46:49.840 of having written
00:46:50.640 Think Bigger
00:46:51.320 is that a lot
00:46:53.140 of social entrepreneurs
00:46:54.440 that's who you're
00:46:55.120 talking about
00:46:55.640 are reading it
00:46:56.300 and we found
00:46:57.800 that it exhibits
00:46:58.780 many of the same
00:46:59.920 challenges
00:47:00.720 when you're
00:47:01.240 a social entrepreneur.
00:47:02.400 You're starting
00:47:02.940 with nothing
00:47:03.540 one way or another.
00:47:04.580 You have to raise
00:47:05.300 the capital.
00:47:06.380 You have to have
00:47:07.200 an idea
00:47:07.800 and you have to
00:47:08.460 throw it out
00:47:09.120 into the competitive
00:47:09.980 landscape
00:47:10.660 and you have to
00:47:11.680 have people get buy-in
00:47:12.920 and whether you're,
00:47:13.880 you know,
00:47:14.440 running a community center
00:47:15.900 or you have an idea
00:47:17.060 to help people
00:47:18.400 make,
00:47:18.780 get healthier
00:47:19.480 or running a hospital
00:47:20.960 or a for-profit business.
00:47:22.760 You need many
00:47:23.580 of the same skills
00:47:24.840 that it takes
00:47:26.300 to be successful.
00:47:27.540 And you've certainly
00:47:28.100 had your share
00:47:29.000 of businesses as well.
00:47:30.320 Tell us about Tiger 21.
00:47:31.660 What is that?
00:47:32.740 Sure.
00:47:33.220 Tiger 21
00:47:33.880 is the premier network,
00:47:35.860 I think,
00:47:36.400 in the world today
00:47:37.300 of first-generation
00:47:39.200 wealth creators
00:47:40.360 that have been
00:47:41.120 enormously successful.
00:47:42.960 So today,
00:47:43.820 we have 580
00:47:45.120 of the top
00:47:45.980 entrepreneurs
00:47:47.060 from across
00:47:48.460 North America.
00:47:49.200 we just opened
00:47:50.020 in London
00:47:50.520 and our first meeting
00:47:51.480 in Hong Kong
00:47:52.080 is coming up
00:47:53.180 this month
00:47:53.720 and these members
00:47:54.780 joined together
00:47:56.100 in groups
00:47:56.800 of 12 to 15
00:47:58.340 totally confidential
00:48:00.000 settings
00:48:00.680 and these are people
00:48:02.460 who are so successful
00:48:03.700 they're about
00:48:04.320 1 in 10,000
00:48:05.580 by level of success
00:48:08.240 and the group
00:48:09.400 as a whole
00:48:09.960 manages
00:48:10.520 tens of billions
00:48:11.840 of dollars
00:48:12.500 of assets.
00:48:13.800 We're not a manager.
00:48:14.760 Each member
00:48:15.820 manages their own assets
00:48:17.160 but when you sell
00:48:17.900 your business
00:48:18.560 and you now
00:48:19.420 become a wealth
00:48:20.240 preserver
00:48:20.820 that's a completely
00:48:21.880 new challenge.
00:48:23.740 An entrepreneur
00:48:24.240 is totally different
00:48:25.720 than an investor.
00:48:27.220 Entrepreneurs
00:48:27.700 milk one opportunity
00:48:29.220 for everything
00:48:29.940 it has.
00:48:30.860 It's like their child
00:48:31.800 they don't want
00:48:32.340 to give it up
00:48:32.940 an investor
00:48:33.540 is dispassionate
00:48:34.860 and has a price
00:48:36.020 for everything
00:48:36.560 they want to sell
00:48:37.380 and you can be
00:48:37.840 a great investor
00:48:38.680 and a lousy entrepreneur
00:48:40.260 or a great entrepreneur
00:48:41.580 and a mediocre investor
00:48:43.120 and this is the place
00:48:44.560 this is the place
00:48:45.600 where we have
00:48:46.200 a personal board
00:48:47.180 of directors
00:48:47.800 and each member
00:48:50.280 looks around the table
00:48:51.600 to peers
00:48:52.380 whose only objective
00:48:54.300 is to help one another
00:48:55.900 it's totally confidential
00:48:57.440 people are totally vetted
00:48:59.120 we don't want any skunks
00:49:00.240 in the room
00:49:01.280 it's a great idea
00:49:02.020 and it's just magic
00:49:03.660 what people can do
00:49:05.000 when they're learning
00:49:05.640 from one another
00:49:06.300 and teaching
00:49:06.860 what they know
00:49:07.740 to one another.
00:49:08.460 It's a fantastic idea
00:49:09.380 I'll tweet out a link to it
00:49:10.400 it's tiger21.com
00:49:12.000 and that's the numbers
00:49:12.960 2-1
00:49:13.660 not spelled out
00:49:14.380 tiger21.com
00:49:15.580 and I'll also tweet out
00:49:17.160 a link to your Twitter account
00:49:18.700 it's M.W. Sonnenfeld
00:49:19.980 is that right?
00:49:21.180 Exactly.
00:49:21.860 Alright Michael
00:49:22.320 thanks so much for joining us
00:49:23.460 appreciate it.
00:49:24.140 Thanks for having me
00:49:24.840 have a great day.
00:49:25.660 Michael Sonnenfeld
00:49:26.260 author of
00:49:26.820 Think Bigger and 39
00:49:27.780 Other Winning Strategies
00:49:29.140 from Successful Entrepreneurs
00:49:30.440 and also founder of Tiger 21.
00:49:35.000 Glenn Beck
00:49:36.140 Glenn Beck
00:49:49.660 Well I've learned one thing
00:49:52.840 paying attention to the news cycle
00:49:55.060 the last 24 hours
00:49:56.100 that apparently
00:49:56.740 either PBS or CBS
00:49:59.020 offers Viagra
00:50:00.440 as part of their
00:50:01.120 employee health care package
00:50:02.480 as part of the insurance
00:50:04.060 that must be part of the deal
00:50:05.980 that they've worked out
00:50:06.700 I don't know who they get it through
00:50:07.640 United, Blue Cross, Blue Shield
00:50:08.980 I don't know
00:50:09.360 but they obviously
00:50:10.140 offer Viagra
00:50:11.560 because Charlie Rose
00:50:12.600 has been accused now
00:50:13.960 of inappropriate
00:50:15.440 sexual conduct
00:50:17.840 Charlie Rose
00:50:19.400 who is
00:50:20.300 by all accounts
00:50:21.640 2,000 years old
00:50:23.980 you know what?
00:50:28.820 No
00:50:28.940 that's not fair
00:50:29.820 I'm not sure
00:50:31.360 he's actually still alive
00:50:32.520 he may not be
00:50:34.520 just
00:50:35.260 seriously
00:50:36.320 they're pulling a week
00:50:36.820 into Bernie's with him
00:50:37.680 that's what I'm wondering
00:50:38.960 right?
00:50:39.860 because I mean
00:50:40.200 Charlie Rose
00:50:43.560 acts like he's dead
00:50:45.620 I get
00:50:47.960 you know
00:50:48.640 well he's on PBS
00:50:49.400 so you have to
00:50:50.220 well even that
00:50:50.960 but then CBS
00:50:51.520 hires him
00:50:52.320 yeah that's true
00:50:53.200 he is so
00:50:54.220 boring
00:50:55.240 like I get
00:50:56.140 anybody can
00:50:56.980 do anything bad
00:50:58.060 I mean
00:50:58.440 you can't judge a book
00:50:59.560 by its cover
00:51:00.180 so apparently
00:51:01.220 Charlie
00:51:01.680 you know
00:51:02.660 according to the allegations
00:51:03.620 anyways
00:51:04.000 and these are still
00:51:04.560 just allegations
00:51:05.300 likes him some ladies
00:51:07.160 and likes to
00:51:09.160 target them
00:51:09.840 if that's true
00:51:11.640 Charlie Rose
00:51:14.700 the guy is so
00:51:16.940 slow
00:51:17.940 and
00:51:18.400 boring
00:51:19.740 and
00:51:20.160 if this guy
00:51:21.420 can be accused
00:51:22.280 of sexual harassment
00:51:23.140 or actually take part
00:51:24.260 in it
00:51:24.580 it truly
00:51:25.740 anybody can
00:51:26.660 I mean
00:51:27.720 he's like
00:51:28.120 the last person
00:51:30.080 is there anybody
00:51:31.640 more boring
00:51:32.460 than Charlie
00:51:32.920 Charlie Rose
00:51:33.560 that's what I'm
00:51:34.180 thinking
00:51:34.400 I'm sitting here
00:51:35.340 thinking
00:51:35.580 I cannot think
00:51:36.140 of anybody else
00:51:36.940 is it right
00:51:38.520 am I
00:51:38.780 you're like
00:51:39.080 yep
00:51:39.300 okay good
00:51:39.980 good
00:51:40.540 good for you
00:51:41.620 Charlie
00:51:41.840 you're right
00:51:42.200 I mean
00:51:43.440 thank God
00:51:44.720 for Charlie Rose
00:51:45.480 that's what
00:51:46.100 Ryan Seacrest
00:51:46.740 has to say
00:51:47.380 because if it
00:51:47.980 weren't for
00:51:48.340 Charlie Rose
00:51:49.040 Ryan Seacrest
00:51:50.220 boring levels
00:51:50.820 getting real
00:51:51.660 high on that
00:51:52.480 I'd rather
00:51:52.820 listen to my
00:51:53.740 grandmother
00:51:54.040 talk about her
00:51:54.700 knitting club
00:51:55.260 than listen to
00:51:55.780 Charlie Rose
00:51:56.440 by the way
00:51:57.300 I think
00:51:58.020 yesterday
00:51:58.520 he interviewed
00:51:59.300 your grandmother
00:52:00.040 about her
00:52:00.740 her knitting club
00:52:01.820 I think so
00:52:02.880 right before
00:52:04.740 the Antique Rose
00:52:05.480 show
00:52:05.760 and after
00:52:08.080 Sesame Street
00:52:08.840 Charlie Rose
00:52:11.160 alright
00:52:11.800 here's the basic
00:52:12.620 idea
00:52:13.100 and if these
00:52:14.400 allegations
00:52:14.900 and again
00:52:15.440 these are just
00:52:16.200 allegations
00:52:16.800 they have not
00:52:17.300 been proven yet
00:52:17.940 although he has
00:52:18.580 been suspended
00:52:19.220 from both PBS
00:52:21.100 and CBS
00:52:22.160 at this point
00:52:23.080 the allegations
00:52:24.480 are pretty
00:52:25.640 awful
00:52:26.180 if true
00:52:27.200 eight women
00:52:28.160 have come out
00:52:29.060 and accused
00:52:29.760 him
00:52:30.080 the Washington
00:52:31.100 Post
00:52:31.660 interviewed
00:52:32.160 three of them
00:52:32.680 on the record
00:52:33.220 five of them
00:52:33.760 off the record
00:52:34.500 ages
00:52:35.160 ages range
00:52:35.940 from 21
00:52:36.520 to 37
00:52:37.100 so
00:52:37.680 Charlie had
00:52:40.100 a
00:52:40.380 type
00:52:41.260 he's had
00:52:42.360 a pretty wide
00:52:43.060 I guess he's
00:52:44.680 old
00:52:44.900 it's like
00:52:45.180 anybody younger
00:52:45.880 I like younger
00:52:46.820 women
00:52:47.160 which means
00:52:47.600 yeah I was
00:52:48.800 going to say
00:52:49.120 I like younger
00:52:49.740 women
00:52:50.020 that's a good
00:52:52.540 range
00:52:52.920 he's like
00:52:53.200 I like younger
00:52:54.040 women
00:52:54.340 so
00:52:54.800 I like women
00:52:56.280 and Nancy Pelosi
00:52:58.860 she's looking pretty
00:52:59.460 hot isn't she
00:53:00.100 that younger
00:53:00.820 Nancy Pelosi
00:53:01.740 anyways
00:53:03.180 of the eight
00:53:04.880 women
00:53:05.180 and some of
00:53:05.840 their accusations
00:53:06.820 overlap
00:53:07.500 so don't be
00:53:08.100 confused by the
00:53:08.820 numbers I threw
00:53:09.420 out but
00:53:09.800 most of them
00:53:10.680 said he
00:53:11.260 alternated between
00:53:12.200 fury and
00:53:12.920 flattery in his
00:53:13.640 interactions with
00:53:14.320 them
00:53:14.580 five described
00:53:15.640 him as putting
00:53:16.180 his hand on
00:53:16.700 their legs
00:53:17.080 sometimes their
00:53:17.760 thigh or breast
00:53:18.680 two said that
00:53:19.780 while they were
00:53:20.240 working for him
00:53:20.980 at his home
00:53:21.620 or while
00:53:22.320 traveling with
00:53:22.880 him on business
00:53:23.480 he walked
00:53:24.220 around naked
00:53:25.160 in front of
00:53:25.700 them
00:53:25.960 sometimes having
00:53:27.040 gotten out of
00:53:27.520 the shower
00:53:27.900 sometimes I'm
00:53:28.620 just going to
00:53:28.900 put on a
00:53:29.320 robe but
00:53:29.720 not tie it
00:53:30.500 I mean you're
00:53:32.680 sitting there on
00:53:33.120 the computer
00:53:33.560 I done that
00:53:35.160 I forget to
00:53:35.820 tie it
00:53:36.500 yeah when
00:53:37.320 one of your
00:53:37.860 co-workers is
00:53:38.520 there
00:53:38.800 one lady said
00:53:41.300 he groped her
00:53:41.840 buttocks at a
00:53:42.380 staff party
00:53:42.920 one said that
00:53:43.680 he tried
00:53:44.720 repeatedly to
00:53:45.400 put his hands
00:53:45.920 down her pants
00:53:46.660 and she began to
00:53:47.420 cry and then he
00:53:48.020 was like hey
00:53:48.480 baby what's you
00:53:49.340 crying for
00:53:49.980 I'm paraphrasing
00:53:51.500 that by the way
00:53:52.160 but that was the
00:53:52.780 sentiment anyways
00:53:53.420 one of the women
00:53:54.400 said that he
00:53:55.400 groped her
00:53:55.960 when she was an
00:53:57.200 intern
00:53:57.560 she said
00:53:58.220 everybody's
00:53:58.640 terrified him
00:53:59.300 he creates the
00:53:59.920 environment of
00:54:00.560 constant fear
00:54:01.440 one woman said
00:54:02.660 he repeatedly
00:54:03.180 called her at
00:54:03.920 night and early
00:54:04.560 in the morning
00:54:04.940 to describe his
00:54:05.600 fantasies of her
00:54:06.400 swimming naked
00:54:07.740 in a pool
00:54:08.600 his pool by the
00:54:09.720 way and his
00:54:11.280 longtime producer
00:54:12.280 they said knew
00:54:13.260 about this and
00:54:14.560 just said oh
00:54:15.140 that's basically
00:54:16.000 just Charlie
00:54:16.580 being Charlie
00:54:17.220 just Charlie
00:54:18.880 being Charlie
00:54:19.580 so now
00:54:20.760 allegations against
00:54:21.700 him and it
00:54:22.140 doesn't show
00:54:22.940 any sign that
00:54:24.280 it's slowing
00:54:25.420 wow crazy
00:54:27.380 Charlie Rose
00:54:28.140 now accused

00:55:02.700 we're talking
00:55:03.760 about the
00:55:04.360 latest allegations
00:55:05.400 when I spent
00:55:06.120 a lot of time
00:55:06.640 on it today
00:55:07.000 but a little
00:55:07.400 bit of
00:55:08.480 sexual
00:55:09.020 improprieties
00:55:10.240 and the
00:55:12.120 big one
00:55:12.420 last night
00:55:12.820 was Charlie
00:55:13.280 Rose
00:55:13.720 it's pretty
00:55:14.440 awful
00:55:14.820 if true
00:55:15.400 there's a
00:55:16.780 there's a lot
00:55:17.220 of salacious
00:55:17.620 stuff
00:55:17.920 some of the
00:55:18.260 other ones
00:55:18.640 have been
00:55:18.860 less significant
00:55:19.700 you know
00:55:20.400 people like
00:55:20.760 Ben Affleck
00:55:21.260 oh he
00:55:21.960 may have
00:55:22.560 touched me
00:55:23.320 inappropriately
00:55:24.040 as we
00:55:24.540 passed
00:55:25.020 you know
00:55:25.400 on the
00:55:25.660 set
00:55:25.860 or something
00:55:26.380 Charlie
00:55:27.300 seems
00:55:27.740 systematic
00:55:28.140 again
00:55:28.680 if
00:55:29.120 proven
00:55:29.960 true
00:55:30.380 then we
00:55:31.180 also heard
00:55:31.780 that John
00:55:32.220 Conyers
00:55:32.860 may have
00:55:33.580 settled
00:55:33.820 a case
00:55:34.140 for $27,000
00:55:35.360 when he
00:55:36.100 was a
00:55:36.540 sitting
00:55:36.780 congressman
00:55:37.460 in
00:55:37.620 Michigan
00:55:37.940 John
00:55:39.080 Conyers
00:55:39.420 do you
00:55:39.580 remember
00:55:39.880 they say
00:55:41.160 you gotta
00:55:42.460 pass
00:55:43.100 the bill
00:55:43.960 they say
00:55:45.880 vote for
00:55:46.660 I don't know
00:55:47.180 was it
00:55:47.540 study the
00:55:47.980 bill
00:55:48.200 research the
00:55:49.400 bill
00:55:49.720 read the
00:55:50.340 bill
00:55:50.480 you have to
00:55:51.380 read the
00:55:51.700 bill
00:55:52.480 how are
00:55:53.980 how are we
00:55:54.100 gonna read
00:55:54.600 the bill
00:55:55.240 that was
00:55:55.840 John
00:55:56.100 Conyers
00:55:56.540 back in
00:55:56.940 the day
00:55:57.240 served for
00:55:58.040 you know
00:55:58.360 200 years
00:55:59.060 or whatever
00:55:59.380 it was
00:55:59.760 John
00:56:00.400 Conyers
00:56:00.880 accused of
00:56:02.040 settling for
00:56:02.460 $27,000
00:56:03.440 the interesting
00:56:04.160 thing
00:56:04.580 Conyers
00:56:05.420 settlement
00:56:05.780 comes out
00:56:06.280 of his
00:56:06.860 or came
00:56:07.540 out of
00:56:07.860 his
00:56:08.040 budget
00:56:08.420 his office
00:56:08.880 budget
00:56:09.320 in DC
00:56:10.300 unlike
00:56:12.380 the other
00:56:13.280 264
00:56:14.380 allegations
00:56:15.060 for sitting
00:56:15.700 members of
00:56:16.160 congress
00:56:16.540 over the
00:56:17.220 last 24
00:56:17.840 years
00:56:18.420 or 20
00:56:18.920 20 years
00:56:19.620 over 20
00:56:21.060 years
00:56:21.500 congress
00:56:22.320 has paid
00:56:22.860 off
00:56:23.200 264
00:56:24.540 people
00:56:24.920 from a
00:56:25.680 special
00:56:26.080 slush fund
00:56:27.120 that they've
00:56:27.500 created
00:56:27.900 can I
00:56:28.360 correct you
00:56:28.720 on that
00:56:29.040 yes
00:56:29.460 because I
00:56:30.180 was in
00:56:30.480 congress
00:56:30.900 we pay
00:56:31.540 for that
00:56:31.940 thank you
00:56:32.540 thank you
00:56:33.320 Chris Cruz
00:56:33.760 thank you
00:56:34.800 we have
00:56:35.780 paid
00:56:36.160 into this
00:56:36.740 slush fund
00:56:37.340 where congressmen
00:56:38.440 get to act
00:56:39.060 in many cases
00:56:40.060 it's probably
00:56:40.580 going to be
00:56:41.040 true
00:56:41.320 inappropriate
00:56:41.940 people
00:56:42.940 challenge
00:56:43.500 them
00:56:43.840 on it
00:56:44.380 and we
00:56:45.220 have paid
00:56:45.600 $17
00:56:46.360 million
00:56:46.820 to
00:56:47.940 264
00:56:49.040 cases
00:56:49.580 that
00:56:50.980 averages
00:56:51.420 about
00:56:51.760 $64,000
00:56:53.180 every
00:56:55.180 four
00:56:55.520 weeks
00:56:55.920 every
00:56:57.200 four
00:56:57.560 weeks
00:56:57.860 for the
00:56:58.140 last
00:56:58.580 20
00:56:59.660 years
00:57:00.160 we
00:57:00.780 have
00:57:00.980 paid
00:57:01.180 $64,000
00:57:02.260 because
00:57:03.720 congressmen
00:57:04.460 acted
00:57:04.880 inappropriately
00:57:05.600 or were
00:57:06.040 accused
00:57:06.440 of it
00:57:06.860 just
00:57:09.960 another
00:57:10.420 perk
00:57:10.820 they get
00:57:11.360 let me
00:57:12.340 go to
00:57:12.520 the
00:57:12.620 phone
00:57:12.820 lines
00:57:13.180 now
00:57:13.540 in
00:57:13.900 Illinois
00:57:14.200 Kevin
00:57:14.720 thanks
00:57:15.040 for
00:57:15.180 holding
00:57:15.380 you're
00:57:15.540 on
00:57:15.600 the
00:57:15.680 Glenn
00:57:15.840 Beck
00:57:16.020 program
00:57:16.300 how
00:57:16.500 are
00:57:16.680 you
00:57:16.840 hey
00:57:17.820 I'm
00:57:18.040 doing
00:57:18.220 pretty
00:57:18.480 good
00:57:18.640 how
00:57:18.780 are
00:57:18.880 you
00:57:19.020 doing
00:57:19.220 well
00:57:19.420 sir
00:57:19.540 thank
00:57:19.760 you
00:57:20.640 well
00:57:20.820 let
00:57:20.980 me
00:57:21.080 first
00:57:21.400 state
00:57:21.800 in
00:57:22.060 full
00:57:22.240 disclosure
00:57:22.780 I
00:57:23.480 am
00:57:23.820 a
00:57:24.000 liberal
00:57:24.340 oh
00:57:25.160 my
00:57:25.320 gosh
00:57:25.740 I
00:57:28.840 appreciate
00:57:29.240 the
00:57:29.460 disclosure
00:57:29.840 sir
00:57:30.200 that's
00:57:31.160 fine
00:57:31.420 so
00:57:31.760 everybody's
00:57:32.440 going to
00:57:32.640 see
00:57:32.840 this
00:57:33.080 through
00:57:33.340 the
00:57:33.540 lens
00:57:33.920 of
00:57:34.120 me
00:57:34.300 being
00:57:34.520 a
00:57:34.660 liberal
00:57:34.880 which
00:57:35.140 is
00:57:35.300 fine
00:57:35.640 because
00:57:35.860 I
00:57:36.060 see
00:57:36.260 things
00:57:36.780 through
00:57:36.960 the
00:57:37.140 lens
00:57:37.380 of
00:57:37.540 you
00:57:37.680 being
00:57:37.880 a
00:57:38.040 conservative
00:57:38.400 real
00:57:39.440 quick
00:57:39.660 side
00:57:39.920 note
00:57:40.060 Kevin
00:57:40.320 that's
00:57:41.160 how
00:57:41.300 it's
00:57:41.480 supposed
00:57:41.740 to
00:57:47.820 their
00:57:47.920 biases
00:57:48.360 because
00:57:49.460 it's like
00:57:50.140 they're
00:57:50.260 trying to
00:57:50.520 trick
00:57:50.700 people
00:57:51.100 whereas
00:57:51.580 just
00:57:52.080 lead
00:57:52.300 with
00:57:52.420 your
00:57:52.520 bias
00:57:52.760 just
00:57:52.960 tell
00:57:53.100 me
00:57:53.200 who
00:57:53.300 you
00:57:53.420 are
00:57:53.660 you
00:57:53.840 know
00:57:54.100 which
00:57:54.940 is
00:57:55.080 exactly
00:57:55.420 what
00:57:55.640 I
00:57:55.760 did
00:57:55.940 so
00:57:56.180 I'm
00:57:56.320 going
00:57:56.400 to
00:57:56.480 tell
00:57:56.660 you
00:57:56.840 that
00:57:57.800 my
00:57:58.240 liberal
00:57:58.700 bias
00:57:59.100 says
00:57:59.640 that
00:58:00.320 Al
00:58:00.780 Franken's
00:58:01.600 infracture
00:58:02.420 is not
00:58:03.000 so bad
00:58:03.920 that he
00:58:04.640 should be
00:58:04.980 kicked out
00:58:05.380 of
00:58:05.500 Congress
00:58:05.800 because
00:58:06.020 I
00:58:06.240 want
00:58:06.600 him
00:58:06.820 in
00:58:07.200 because
00:58:07.520 I'm
00:58:07.660 a
00:58:07.760 liberal
00:58:08.040 okay
00:58:08.660 now
00:58:09.640 my
00:58:09.880 liberal
00:58:10.220 bias
00:58:10.640 says
00:58:11.300 that
00:58:12.020 Ray
00:58:12.320 Moore's
00:58:12.820 infractions
00:58:13.520 are
00:58:14.080 severe
00:58:15.900 because
00:58:16.200 you don't
00:58:16.500 want
00:58:16.680 him
00:58:16.840 in
00:58:17.020 Congress
00:58:18.020 and
00:58:18.740 now
00:58:19.120 we
00:58:19.720 have
00:58:19.940 to
00:58:20.080 weigh
00:58:20.300 these
00:58:20.640 things
00:58:21.080 about
00:58:21.700 how
00:58:22.020 bad
00:58:22.420 the
00:58:22.600 infractions
00:58:23.120 are
00:58:23.320 if
00:58:23.540 it
00:58:23.680 were
00:58:23.860 found
00:58:24.160 out
00:58:24.520 that
00:58:24.940 Ray
00:58:25.140 Moore
00:58:25.360 were
00:58:25.660 a
00:58:26.020 Jeffrey
00:58:27.220 Dahmer
00:58:27.760 well
00:58:28.180 clearly
00:58:28.600 that
00:58:29.220 of
00:58:29.500 Trump's
00:58:29.960 all
00:58:30.340 political
00:58:31.040 mass
00:58:32.020 murder
00:58:32.380 absolutely
00:58:33.060 okay
00:58:34.000 but
00:58:34.220 Kellyanne
00:58:34.700 Moore
00:58:34.980 implied
00:58:35.980 that
00:58:36.920 it's
00:58:37.420 sort
00:58:37.720 of
00:58:37.880 okay
00:58:38.500 to
00:58:39.220 assume
00:58:39.820 he
00:58:40.060 might
00:58:40.480 be
00:58:40.800 because
00:58:41.140 we
00:58:41.380 need
00:58:41.700 his
00:58:41.920 vote
00:58:42.300 she
00:58:44.360 did
00:58:44.580 that
00:58:44.800 just
00:58:44.980 a
00:58:45.100 couple
00:58:45.240 days
00:58:45.480 ago
00:58:45.680 I
00:58:46.620 would
00:58:46.860 say
00:58:47.120 with
00:58:47.300 Al
00:58:47.540 Franken
00:58:47.820 it's
00:58:48.180 sort
00:58:48.380 of
00:58:48.520 okay
00:58:49.100 that
00:58:49.420 he
00:58:49.560 did
00:58:49.780 these
00:58:49.960 little
00:58:50.180 jokes
00:58:50.820 and
00:58:51.100 faux
00:58:52.560 groping
00:58:53.580 and
00:58:53.840 maybe
00:58:54.300 kissing
00:58:54.860 because
00:58:55.480 I
00:58:55.840 need
00:58:56.120 his
00:58:56.360 vote
00:58:56.780 so
00:58:57.140 we
00:58:57.680 really
00:58:57.940 have
00:58:58.220 to
00:58:58.340 see
00:58:58.520 this
00:58:58.740 through
00:58:58.900 that
00:58:59.100 lens
00:58:59.460 no
00:59:00.500 and
00:59:00.660 I
00:59:00.780 agree
00:59:01.000 I
00:59:01.180 think
00:59:01.380 we
00:59:01.620 have
00:59:02.060 to
00:59:02.180 be
00:59:02.360 consistent
00:59:02.820 with
00:59:03.120 this
00:59:03.300 and
00:59:03.440 that's
00:59:03.780 the
00:59:03.860 reason
00:59:04.000 I
00:59:04.200 break
00:59:04.420 down
00:59:04.640 each
00:59:04.820 case
00:59:05.120 and
00:59:05.280 I
00:59:05.700 mean
00:59:05.820 Al
00:59:06.060 Frank
00:59:06.340 half
00:59:07.260 of
00:59:07.420 his
00:59:07.660 have
00:59:07.860 been
00:59:08.200 proven
00:59:08.840 because
00:59:09.240 of
00:59:09.420 the
00:59:09.600 photo
00:59:10.340 half
00:59:11.040 of
00:59:11.180 them
00:59:11.340 the
00:59:11.500 kiss
00:59:11.940 is
00:59:12.100 not
00:59:12.300 proven
00:59:12.560 that's
00:59:12.820 still
00:59:12.960 just
00:59:13.160 an
00:59:13.300 allegation
00:59:13.840 Roy
00:59:14.480 Moores
00:59:15.520 have
00:59:16.140 not
00:59:16.400 been
00:59:16.660 proven
00:59:17.340 although
00:59:17.880 it's
00:59:18.160 looking
00:59:18.360 real
00:59:18.600 sketchy
00:59:19.040 for
00:59:19.160 the
00:59:19.280 guy
00:59:19.500 and
00:59:19.660 I
00:59:19.780 think
00:59:20.100 he
00:59:20.220 probably
00:59:20.560 did
00:59:20.820 based
00:59:21.260 on
00:59:21.520 the
00:59:21.760 well
00:59:22.600 I
00:59:22.760 always
00:59:22.980 ask
00:59:23.240 their
00:59:23.420 mom
00:59:24.260 it's
00:59:24.980 like
00:59:25.180 you
00:59:26.760 know
00:59:27.020 that
00:59:27.200 Ray
00:59:27.380 Moore
00:59:27.520 is
00:59:27.640 guilty
00:59:27.920 you
00:59:28.200 know
00:59:28.640 it
00:59:29.000 well
00:59:29.200 no
00:59:29.340 Kevin
00:59:30.680 this
00:59:30.940 is
00:59:31.040 what
00:59:31.180 I'm
00:59:31.280 saying
00:59:31.500 I
00:59:31.800 believe
00:59:32.460 he
00:59:32.780 is
00:59:33.040 although
00:59:33.360 still
00:59:33.760 allegations
00:59:34.280 half
00:59:34.860 of
00:59:35.000 Al
00:59:35.220 Frank
00:59:35.580 I
00:59:36.200 just
00:59:36.420 admitted
00:59:36.740 I
00:59:37.100 believe
00:59:37.680 he
00:59:37.860 probably
00:59:38.240 kissed
00:59:38.620 her
00:59:38.740 but
00:59:38.960 that's
00:59:39.280 still
00:59:39.400 just
00:59:39.580 an
00:59:39.720 allegation
00:59:40.260 the
00:59:40.700 only
00:59:40.860 difference
00:59:41.220 with
00:59:41.420 the
00:59:41.640 picture
00:59:42.580 is
00:59:42.980 we
00:59:43.220 have
00:59:43.440 proof
00:59:43.740 of
00:59:43.860 that
00:59:44.060 now
00:59:44.600 Kevin
00:59:44.960 Spacey
00:59:45.480 still
00:59:46.000 an
00:59:46.160 allegation
00:59:46.760 much
00:59:47.420 of
00:59:47.740 Harvey
00:59:48.120 Weinstein
00:59:48.520 still
00:59:49.040 allegations
00:59:50.100 most
00:59:51.160 of
00:59:51.320 those
00:59:51.500 are
00:59:51.640 still
00:59:51.860 allegations
00:59:52.360 I
00:59:52.760 don't
00:59:52.880 know
00:59:52.960 if
00:59:53.080 there's
00:59:53.300 any
00:59:53.680 proof
00:59:54.380 of
00:59:54.560 his
00:59:54.800 and
00:59:55.220 by
00:59:55.580 the
00:59:55.660 way
00:59:55.780 Kevin
00:59:55.960 I
00:59:56.220 would
00:59:56.400 even
00:59:56.580 accept
00:59:57.000 proof
00:59:57.720 in
00:59:57.920 a
00:59:58.040 court
00:59:58.220 of
00:59:58.360 law
00:59:58.600 so
00:59:59.220 if
00:59:59.520 Harvey
00:59:59.840 Weinstein
01:00:00.380 gets
01:00:00.840 convicted
01:00:01.420 of
01:00:01.640 something
01:00:01.980 I
01:00:02.220 go
01:00:02.340 that's
01:00:02.660 proof
01:00:03.000 if
01:00:03.940 Roy
01:00:04.320 Moore
01:00:04.520 does
01:00:04.740 too
01:00:05.020 I
01:00:05.100 don't
01:00:05.240 have
01:00:05.400 time
01:00:05.760 to
01:00:05.920 deal
01:00:06.120 with
01:00:06.300 that
01:00:06.460 with
01:00:06.620 Ray
01:00:06.820 Moore
01:00:07.000 the
01:00:07.160 election
01:00:07.480 is
01:00:07.640 coming
01:00:07.820 in
01:00:07.960 three
01:00:08.140 weeks
01:00:08.440 right
01:00:08.740 there's
01:00:08.940 no
01:00:09.100 chance
01:00:09.500 for a
01:00:09.780 court
01:00:09.920 of
01:00:10.040 law
01:00:10.180 at
01:00:10.300 that
01:00:10.420 point
01:00:10.580 we
01:00:11.040 have
01:00:11.360 to
01:00:11.480 decide
01:00:11.820 that
01:00:12.040 right
01:00:12.260 now
01:00:12.860 I
01:00:13.380 know
01:00:13.600 it's
01:00:13.780 frustrating
01:00:14.260 it's
01:00:15.520 likely
01:00:16.000 going
01:00:16.460 I
01:00:16.760 mean
01:00:16.900 he's
01:00:17.280 his
01:00:17.820 competitor
01:00:18.300 Doug
01:00:18.660 Jones
01:00:18.960 is
01:00:19.200 leading
01:00:19.580 by
01:00:19.880 a
01:00:20.100 pretty
01:00:20.260 good
01:00:20.460 margin
01:00:20.820 by
01:00:21.000 most
01:00:21.240 polls
01:00:21.620 look
01:00:22.540 Roy
01:00:22.880 Moore
01:00:23.140 is
01:00:23.320 guilty
01:00:23.680 this
01:00:23.960 is
01:00:24.120 clear
01:00:24.540 look
01:00:24.820 at
01:00:24.920 the
01:00:25.040 handwriting
01:00:25.500 all
01:00:25.840 these
01:00:26.020 handwriting
01:00:26.500 experts
01:00:26.920 give
01:00:27.160 me
01:00:27.260 a
01:00:27.420 break
01:00:27.820 he
01:00:28.220 wrote
01:00:28.480 that
01:00:28.660 in
01:00:28.780 the
01:00:28.900 yearbook
01:00:29.280 that's
01:00:29.580 obvious
01:00:29.960 okay
01:00:30.540 maybe
01:00:31.280 the
01:00:31.660 woman
01:00:31.920 added
01:00:32.300 a
01:00:32.540 line
01:00:32.820 about
01:00:33.080 where
01:00:33.320 it
01:00:33.480 was
01:00:33.820 exactly
01:00:34.340 but
01:00:34.940 this
01:00:35.200 is
01:00:35.380 just
01:00:35.640 a
01:00:35.800 red
01:00:35.980 herring
01:00:36.400 and
01:00:36.600 you
01:00:36.720 know
01:00:36.960 it
01:00:37.100 and
01:00:37.340 everyone
01:00:37.680 well
01:00:38.060 wait a
01:00:38.260 minute
01:00:38.340 but
01:00:38.520 you
01:00:38.700 have
01:00:38.900 to
01:00:39.020 admit
01:00:39.200 it's
01:00:39.420 still
01:00:39.660 an
01:00:39.840 allegation
01:00:40.480 though
01:00:40.780 okay
01:00:42.300 it is
01:00:43.400 it can
01:00:43.860 be
01:00:44.000 proven
01:00:44.280 I
01:00:44.520 don't
01:00:44.680 know
01:00:44.860 why
01:00:45.140 Gloria
01:00:45.520 Allred
01:00:45.960 doesn't
01:00:46.360 submit
01:00:46.680 that
01:00:46.920 to

01:00:49.560 that
01:00:50.020 it's

01:01:05.140 my

01:01:18.300 you

01:01:23.680 serving

01:01:25.500 it
01:01:25.940 depends

01:01:37.140 it's
01:01:38.540 bad
01:01:38.920 but

01:01:42.220 seem
01:01:42.700 more

01:01:46.740 exactly
01:01:47.160 right
01:01:47.460 more

01:01:49.720 however
01:01:50.280 based

01:02:12.000 even

01:02:12.960 he
01:02:14.600 does

01:02:16.900 absolutely
01:02:17.920 look
01:02:18.740 I
01:02:19.060 am
01:02:19.220 not
01:02:19.500 so
01:02:19.820 partisan
01:02:20.340 that
01:02:20.980 I
01:02:21.160 don't
01:02:21.380 think
01:02:21.600 a
01:02:21.780 wrong
01:02:22.040 is
01:02:22.200 a
01:02:22.320 wrong
01:02:22.640 when
01:02:22.820 it's
01:02:23.000 wrong
01:02:23.360 okay
01:02:28.060 so
01:02:28.280 if
01:02:28.620 that
01:02:28.780 were
01:02:28.920 true
01:02:29.180 then
01:02:29.380 half
01:02:29.620 the

01:02:30.060 would

01:02:30.360 kicked
01:02:30.540 out
01:02:30.800 okay
01:02:31.160 yeah
01:02:32.420 well
01:02:32.680 listen
01:02:33.180 I'm
01:02:33.560 fine
01:02:33.820 with

01:02:34.200 like
01:02:34.380 that
01:02:34.520 again
01:02:34.700 I
01:02:34.860 Kevin
01:02:35.340 I'm
01:02:35.540 just
01:02:35.720 looking
01:02:35.960 for
01:02:36.240 the
01:02:36.400 consistency
01:02:36.880 person
01:02:37.500 to

01:02:38.040 so
01:02:38.620 if
01:02:38.840 you

01:02:39.260 with

01:02:39.520 philosophy
01:02:40.080 that
01:02:40.380 it's
01:02:40.440 not
01:02:40.580 the

01:02:41.340 it's
01:02:42.140 the

01:02:42.960 of
01:02:43.280 the
01:02:43.720 severity
01:02:43.900 well
01:02:44.500 there's
01:02:44.780 consistency
01:02:45.260 within
01:02:45.800 the
01:02:46.460 severity
01:02:46.860 of all
01:02:47.240 that
01:02:47.420 if
01:02:47.480 what
01:02:47.620 Bill
01:02:47.860 Clinton
01:02:48.240 did
01:02:48.540 was
01:02:48.720 true
01:02:49.020 then
01:02:49.540 he
01:02:49.740 should

01:02:58.060 my

01:02:58.600 they

01:03:05.520 I
01:03:05.720 know
01:03:05.900 that's

01:03:06.640 that's
01:03:07.020 what
01:03:07.260 bothers

01:03:15.720 with

01:03:16.700 can
01:03:16.900 find
01:03:17.200 common
01:03:17.560 ground
01:03:17.940 if

01:03:25.060 as
01:03:25.300 possible
01:03:25.860 and

01:03:29.840 now
01:03:30.120 you're

01:03:38.080 between

01:04:06.940 I
01:04:07.120 don't
01:04:07.260 know
01:04:07.400 I'm
01:04:07.560 just
01:04:07.700 saying
01:04:07.880 overweight
01:04:08.320 for
01:04:08.600 his
01:04:08.780 own

01:04:09.600 you know
01:04:10.440 for
01:04:10.580 his
01:04:10.700 own
01:04:10.820 health
01:04:11.100 I'm
01:04:11.300 concerned
01:04:11.720 about
01:04:12.020 this
01:04:12.240 well
01:04:13.440 I
01:04:13.600 couldn't
01:04:13.860 start
01:04:14.100 with
01:04:14.260 one
01:04:14.440 of
01:04:14.520 the
01:04:14.600 more
01:04:14.760 nuanced
01:04:15.220 ones
01:04:15.440 you
01:04:15.520 got
01:04:15.640 to
01:04:15.700 go
01:04:15.780 to
01:04:15.880 the
01:04:16.000 obvious
01:04:16.400 thing
01:04:16.900 right
01:04:17.220 I
01:04:17.820 mean
01:04:17.980 okay
01:04:18.260 we
01:04:18.800 can
01:04:19.020 all
01:04:19.480 admit
01:04:20.040 that
01:04:20.780 the
01:04:21.040 fourth
01:04:22.200 Indiana
01:04:22.640 Jones
01:04:23.020 should
01:04:23.280 not
01:04:23.600 exist
01:04:23.960 in
01:04:24.100 his
01:04:24.220 reprehensible
01:04:24.920 Cal
01:04:25.340 am I
01:04:25.620 right
01:04:25.900 I
01:04:26.460 don't
01:04:26.620 even
01:04:26.800 speak
01:04:27.140 of
01:04:27.260 it
01:04:27.340 I
01:04:27.420 don't
01:04:27.520 know
01:04:27.640 any
01:04:27.800 fourth
01:04:28.000 exactly
01:04:28.420 see
01:04:28.660 that's
01:04:28.900 what
01:04:28.980 I'm
01:04:29.080 saying
01:04:29.180 you
01:04:29.280 got
01:04:29.440 to
01:04:29.500 go
01:04:29.580 with
01:04:29.680 those
01:04:29.840 big
01:04:30.040 ones
01:04:30.180 then
01:04:30.380 you
01:04:30.480 get
01:04:30.600 closer
01:04:31.000 to
01:04:31.580 the
01:04:31.680 more
01:04:31.820 difficult
01:04:32.160 ones
01:04:32.560 I
01:04:32.760 disagree
01:04:33.080 with
01:04:33.280 your
01:04:33.400 last
01:04:33.600 statement
01:04:33.780 completely
01:04:34.240 our
01:04:35.560 boss
01:04:35.920 is
01:04:36.060 not
01:04:36.240 fat
01:04:36.420 he
01:04:36.580 looks
01:04:36.820 great
01:04:37.340 he's
01:04:38.420 not
01:04:38.800 overweight
01:04:39.080 at all
01:04:39.400 he's
01:04:39.880 fantastic
01:04:40.700 he's
01:04:41.140 awesome
01:04:41.480 he's
01:04:41.740 good
01:04:42.280 just
01:04:43.500 letting
01:04:43.740 you
01:04:43.860 go
01:04:44.060 his
01:04:45.580 hands
01:04:45.960 are
01:04:46.140 very
01:04:46.440 slender
01:04:47.320 as
01:04:48.040 he
01:04:48.180 writes
01:04:48.420 my
01:04:48.600 paycheck
01:04:48.940 yes
01:04:49.760 and
01:04:50.300 when
01:04:50.420 he
01:04:50.520 gives
01:04:50.700 me
01:04:50.840 that
01:04:51.020 hug
01:04:51.360 I
01:04:51.840 literally
01:04:52.160 can
01:04:52.360 get
01:04:52.560 all
01:04:52.860 around
01:04:53.200 him
01:04:53.620 he
01:04:54.340 can
01:04:54.520 get
01:04:54.660 around
01:04:54.920 me
01:04:55.180 I
01:04:55.260 don't
01:04:55.360 know
01:04:55.400 about
01:04:55.520 that
01:04:55.760 but
01:04:56.000 oh
01:04:57.280 really
01:04:57.500 so
01:04:59.500 you're
01:04:59.940 saying
01:05:00.180 Glenn Beck
01:05:00.520 is
01:05:00.680 thin
01:05:00.880 then
01:05:01.140 yes
01:05:01.640 he's
01:05:01.880 thin
01:05:02.120 Cal
01:05:02.880 do
01:05:04.080 you
01:05:04.180 say
01:05:04.320 he's
01:05:04.580 thin
01:05:04.920 I'm
01:05:05.320 sorry
01:05:05.460 what
01:05:05.660 is
01:05:06.020 Glenn Beck
01:05:06.440 thin
01:05:06.820 okay
01:05:07.860 all right
01:05:08.300 let's
01:05:08.560 move on
01:05:09.020 then
01:05:09.260 all right
01:05:10.560 well I was
01:05:11.200 trying to
01:05:11.540 start with
01:05:11.860 something that
01:05:12.320 was more
01:05:12.640 obvious
01:05:13.000 perhaps I
01:05:13.780 made a
01:05:14.240 mistake
01:05:14.540 there
01:05:14.840 all right
01:05:15.480 let's
01:05:15.660 go to
01:05:16.020 line
01:05:16.340 11
01:05:16.700 now
01:05:17.020 Bill
01:05:17.360 in the
01:05:17.660 great
01:05:17.820 state
01:05:18.040 of
01:05:18.200 Florida
01:05:18.460 thanks
01:05:18.860 for
01:05:19.040 calling
01:05:19.240 the
01:05:19.380 Glenn
01:05:19.520 Beck
01:05:19.680 program
01:05:20.020 how
01:05:20.180 are
01:05:20.360 you
01:05:20.720 I'm
01:05:22.560 doing
01:05:22.720 fine
01:05:23.080 I have
01:05:23.620 a
01:05:23.740 question
01:05:27.500 hit the
01:05:28.060 lotto
01:05:28.520 or
01:05:28.880 have
01:05:29.140 a
01:05:29.400 successful
01:05:30.060 business
01:05:30.660 and
01:05:31.000 someone
01:05:31.220 can
01:05:31.380 come
01:05:31.520 from
01:05:31.620 the
01:05:31.720 past
01:05:31.980 and
01:05:32.080 just
01:05:32.220 to
01:05:33.820 make
01:05:33.980 money
01:05:34.240 and
01:05:34.600 nothing
01:05:34.820 really
01:05:35.060 happened
01:05:35.360 yeah
01:05:37.020 we've
01:05:37.900 given
01:05:38.100 women
01:05:38.340 way
01:05:38.560 too
01:05:38.740 much
01:05:38.940 power
01:05:39.340 I
01:05:39.640 mean
01:05:39.740 that
01:05:39.880 whole
01:05:40.040 suffrage
01:05:40.440 thing
01:05:40.680 that
01:05:40.860 started
01:05:41.340 the ball
01:05:41.640 rolling
01:05:41.980 Bill
01:05:42.220 I
01:05:42.340 mean
01:05:42.440 that
01:05:42.600 was
01:05:42.780 the
01:05:42.980 no
01:05:43.780 I'm
01:05:43.960 just
01:05:44.100 joking
01:05:44.340 I
01:05:44.600 know
01:05:44.940 what
01:05:45.040 you
01:05:45.120 mean
01:05:45.320 though
01:05:45.480 you're
01:05:45.680 right
01:05:45.860 when
01:05:46.140 if
01:05:47.160 you
01:05:48.000 go
01:05:48.140 back
01:05:48.380 30
01:05:48.680 40
01:05:48.960 years
01:05:49.320 or
01:05:49.440 whatever
01:05:49.700 women
01:05:50.140 and
01:05:50.580 many
01:05:50.820 people
01:05:51.120 have
01:05:51.520 a
01:05:51.960 legitimate
01:05:52.400 beef
01:05:53.220 when
01:05:53.400 they
01:05:53.540 say
01:05:53.740 women
01:05:54.080 were
01:05:54.420 never
01:05:54.660 believed
01:05:55.280 you
01:05:55.980 know
01:05:56.100 that
01:05:56.220 they
01:05:56.360 automatically
01:05:57.020 didn't
01:05:57.380 believe
01:05:57.700 them
01:05:57.980 and
01:05:58.200 that's
01:05:58.380 the
01:05:58.460 reason
01:05:58.580 now
01:05:58.780 they
01:05:58.940 keep
01:05:59.100 saying
01:05:59.380 every
01:05:59.980 woman
01:06:00.200 deserves
01:06:00.500 to
01:06:00.680 be
01:06:00.820 heard
01:06:01.140 the
01:06:01.780 problem
01:06:02.120 is
01:06:02.340 now
01:06:02.520 the
01:06:02.680 pendulum
01:06:03.040 has
01:06:03.320 swung
01:06:03.660 completely
01:06:04.280 the
01:06:04.520 other
01:06:04.700 way
01:06:04.980 where
01:06:05.220 as
01:06:05.360 long
01:06:05.520 as
01:06:05.660 you
01:06:05.760 accuse
01:06:06.200 somebody
01:06:06.700 you're
01:06:07.160 believed
01:06:07.780 and it's
01:06:08.180 believed
01:06:08.500 to be
01:06:08.820 true
01:06:09.160 and that's
01:06:09.860 a bigger
01:06:10.120 problem
01:06:10.640 yep
01:06:13.080 that's
01:06:14.960 all I
01:06:15.200 had
01:06:15.400 but
01:06:15.600 you guys
01:06:16.180 are doing
01:06:16.360 a great
01:06:16.660 job
01:06:16.940 and have
01:06:17.200 a nice
01:06:17.460 Thanksgiving
01:06:17.760 thanks buddy
01:06:18.220 really appreciate it
01:06:18.860 happy Thanksgiving
01:06:19.460 you understand what I'm saying there
01:06:20.640 it's a bigger
01:06:23.220 problem
01:06:23.740 to accuse
01:06:24.660 people
01:06:25.160 and have
01:06:26.820 that accusation
01:06:27.920 be
01:06:28.500 believed
01:06:29.660 with no
01:06:30.460 proof
01:06:30.820 no
01:06:31.740 rule of law
01:06:32.540 no justice
01:06:33.380 system
01:06:33.900 now a lot of this
01:06:35.220 stuff is just
01:06:35.660 tried in the
01:06:36.080 court of
01:06:36.360 opinion
01:06:36.720 but that's
01:06:38.780 a bigger
01:06:39.080 problem
01:06:39.680 nowadays
01:06:40.580 the court of
01:06:41.100 opinion
01:06:41.520 matters
01:06:42.300 because we
01:06:43.320 live on
01:06:43.700 social media
01:06:44.380 Cal
01:06:44.760 everything
01:06:45.320 you can't
01:06:46.240 even have
01:06:46.500 a restaurant
01:06:47.100 without having
01:06:47.780 it rated
01:06:48.200 by four
01:06:48.740 different
01:06:49.000 apps
01:06:49.400 everything
01:06:50.600 is judged
01:06:51.500 like that
01:06:51.940 and we
01:06:52.180 share this
01:06:52.640 information
01:06:53.160 the court
01:06:53.560 of
01:06:53.680 public
01:06:54.280 opinion
01:06:54.640 is now
01:06:55.200 as valuable
01:06:56.660 important
01:06:57.140 or powerful
01:06:57.720 than it
01:06:58.080 ever has
01:06:58.740 been
01:06:59.060 yes I
01:07:00.140 recognize
01:07:00.680 as Mitt
01:07:01.780 Romney
01:07:02.180 said
01:07:02.620 that
01:07:03.620 you know
01:07:04.500 innocent
01:07:04.760 until proven
01:07:05.380 guilty
01:07:05.760 is for the
01:07:06.800 justice
01:07:07.080 system
01:07:07.500 the legal
01:07:07.860 system
01:07:08.320 but shouldn't
01:07:09.980 it also
01:07:10.340 apply in the
01:07:10.960 court of
01:07:11.300 public
01:07:11.620 opinion
01:07:12.060 shouldn't
01:07:13.500 it
01:07:13.700 so while
01:07:14.720 women were
01:07:15.200 not believed
01:07:15.960 and they
01:07:16.300 were victimized
01:07:17.240 some men
01:07:18.400 were not
01:07:18.740 believed
01:07:19.100 and victimized
01:07:19.860 over the
01:07:20.240 years
01:07:20.600 and they
01:07:21.420 said
01:07:21.700 oh well
01:07:22.380 I'm not
01:07:23.440 even going to
01:07:23.800 entertain what
01:07:24.400 you're saying
01:07:24.860 about so and so
01:07:25.580 touching you
01:07:26.040 inappropriately
01:07:26.660 because I like
01:07:27.400 that guy
01:07:27.760 and blah blah
01:07:28.160 blah and just
01:07:28.640 go away
01:07:29.200 and that was
01:07:29.740 horrible
01:07:30.180 that person
01:07:32.180 who was guilty
01:07:33.420 of something
01:07:34.140 got away with
01:07:35.280 it that's
01:07:35.680 horrible
01:07:36.140 but worse
01:07:37.680 to convict
01:07:38.860 somebody even
01:07:39.460 in the court
01:07:39.800 of public
01:07:40.160 opinion
01:07:40.560 when they
01:07:41.200 are innocent
01:07:41.700 I would
01:07:42.600 rather when
01:07:43.220 we're dealing
01:07:43.540 with the
01:07:43.880 justice system
01:07:44.740 set free
01:07:45.680 a hundred
01:07:46.340 guilty people
01:07:47.220 than send
01:07:48.060 one innocent
01:07:48.900 person to
01:07:49.540 jail
01:07:49.880 maybe you
01:07:51.240 disagree
01:07:51.680 I think that's
01:07:53.580 a pretty good
01:07:54.020 system
01:07:54.400 so that's the
01:07:55.500 reason when we
01:07:55.940 discuss this
01:07:56.600 please keep
01:07:58.020 recognizing
01:07:58.840 which claims
01:08:00.460 are allegations
01:08:01.180 and which ones
01:08:01.900 are proven
01:08:02.340 half of Al
01:08:03.460 Frankens are
01:08:04.120 proven
01:08:04.520 she said he
01:08:05.820 kissed her
01:08:06.400 without her
01:08:07.620 permission
01:08:08.100 forcibly
01:08:09.320 whatever
01:08:09.720 and then number
01:08:10.560 two
01:08:10.940 he groped
01:08:11.900 the groping
01:08:12.860 is on
01:08:13.400 film
01:08:14.040 that part
01:08:14.980 is
01:08:15.700 proven
01:08:16.280 quick break

01:08:43.040 let's go to
01:08:43.660 North Carolina
01:08:44.280 now
01:08:44.680 Bill
01:08:45.020 line 18
01:08:45.820 thanks for
01:08:46.280 holding
01:08:46.500 how are you
01:08:47.060 hey Bill
01:08:48.600 how you doing
01:08:50.580 sir
01:08:50.820 I'm doing
01:08:51.560 well
01:08:51.740 thank you
01:08:52.640 I wanted to
01:08:53.380 say thank you
01:08:53.920 so much
01:08:54.400 because
01:08:54.760 your heavyweight
01:08:56.400 other partner
01:08:58.260 there Mr. Beck
01:08:59.020 I don't think
01:08:59.500 he would ever
01:08:59.900 take on these
01:09:00.460 challenging questions
01:09:01.360 I don't think
01:09:02.000 so either
01:09:02.480 I don't think
01:09:03.140 so but thank
01:09:03.680 you for recognizing
01:09:04.420 I got the
01:09:04.920 hard hitting
01:09:05.320 stuff right
01:09:05.880 here
01:09:06.160 so and I
01:09:08.240 wish we could
01:09:08.660 talk about
01:09:09.060 other things
01:09:09.620 because I'm
01:09:10.240 from Flint
01:09:10.780 Michigan and
01:09:11.500 nobody seems
01:09:12.120 to care anymore
01:09:12.800 about our
01:09:13.260 water not
01:09:13.860 being any
01:09:14.260 good but
01:09:14.840 on this other
01:09:16.020 issue that
01:09:16.640 seems like the
01:09:17.420 media wants to
01:09:18.080 talk about
01:09:18.660 on these women
01:09:20.320 and stuff that
01:09:20.900 are coming
01:09:21.260 forward if
01:09:22.080 I hate to
01:09:23.000 say it but
01:09:23.580 if they could
01:09:23.960 show me you
01:09:24.600 know not me
01:09:25.140 I guess if
01:09:25.600 they could show
01:09:26.060 documentation that
01:09:27.260 hey I called
01:09:28.300 the police I
01:09:29.120 went to the
01:09:29.700 doctors I did
01:09:31.360 something because
01:09:32.160 it hurt me so
01:09:33.060 much
01:09:33.680 and they
01:09:34.280 wouldn't listen
01:09:34.960 but they
01:09:35.320 have documentation
01:09:36.240 because just
01:09:37.420 to come out
01:09:38.220 and say this
01:09:39.700 happened I
01:09:40.860 know when I
01:09:41.400 was young I
01:09:42.260 was in junior
01:09:42.960 high and I
01:09:43.800 went out and
01:09:45.420 this girl from
01:09:46.300 high school we
01:09:47.080 made out and
01:09:47.740 stuff and she
01:09:48.960 had me touch
01:09:49.560 her breast I
01:09:50.140 almost felt now
01:09:50.800 like Forrest Gump
01:09:51.620 and she gave me
01:09:52.920 a huge hickey which
01:09:53.940 embarrassed me so
01:09:55.640 much because I
01:09:56.340 had to go in
01:09:56.760 front of my
01:09:57.120 parents should I
01:09:58.860 find out she's
01:09:59.620 running for
01:10:00.080 Congress or she's
01:10:01.000 a senator today
01:10:01.860 oh I see what
01:10:03.740 you're saying
01:10:04.100 you're right and
01:10:04.620 anybody can gin
01:10:05.360 up anything from
01:10:06.140 the past Bill
01:10:06.780 thank you so
01:10:07.280 much for the
01:10:07.660 call we were
01:10:08.360 discussing that
01:10:08.960 off the air I
01:10:10.060 don't know if
01:10:10.480 20 years ago I
01:10:11.860 said something as
01:10:12.620 a joke or flirted
01:10:13.780 with somebody in
01:10:14.340 the office they
01:10:15.620 took it the wrong
01:10:16.520 way and all these
01:10:17.240 years have
01:10:17.760 harbored you know
01:10:19.240 and felt bad
01:10:20.080 about it you know
01:10:20.940 I wouldn't want
01:10:21.660 them to feel bad
01:10:22.300 about that we
01:10:23.680 have to speak up
01:10:24.760 if something
01:10:25.220 happens to you
01:10:25.940 speak up in a
01:10:26.820 nice way avoid
01:10:27.640 situations but speak
01:10:28.780 up and if
01:10:29.560 somebody does
01:10:30.120 speak up not
01:10:31.260 in some crazy
01:10:32.140 ridiculous way but
01:10:33.120 if they speak up
01:10:34.020 and just say hey
01:10:34.700 Pete can you not
01:10:35.400 you know while I'm
01:10:36.060 here whatever
01:10:36.540 recognize it and
01:10:38.400 say okay and
01:10:39.980 move about your
01:10:40.640 business don't get
01:10:41.480 offended by that
01:10:42.400 just move on
01:10:43.380 Glenn back
01:10:47.640 Glenn back
01:10:53.840 Jim was walking
01:10:56.040 with a family
01:10:56.700 friend and his
01:10:57.760 daughter on a
01:10:59.160 sunny day along a
01:11:00.560 pier in San
01:11:01.200 Francisco if you've
01:11:03.700 you've ever been to
01:11:05.620 the the piers in San
01:11:06.680 Francisco man that
01:11:07.940 is it's a really
01:11:09.380 nice experience
01:11:10.360 that's where Jim
01:11:11.860 was walking with
01:11:13.440 his daughter and a
01:11:14.080 family friend just a
01:11:16.640 great day at the
01:11:17.440 pier all of a sudden
01:11:19.920 there was a loud
01:11:20.620 bang and suddenly
01:11:23.820 something was wrong
01:11:24.680 with his daughter
01:11:25.280 she threw her arms
01:11:27.640 around him and she
01:11:31.760 whispered help me
01:11:34.520 dad she then
01:11:38.620 collapsed in front
01:11:39.460 of him he couldn't
01:11:42.680 figure out what was
01:11:43.420 wrong and she didn't
01:11:45.020 have any health
01:11:45.620 problems she was a
01:11:48.000 healthy girl and she
01:11:51.020 fell to the ground and
01:11:52.180 he struggled to find
01:11:53.080 out what was going
01:11:54.060 on with his daughter
01:11:54.880 a passerby stopped
01:11:56.920 to help suggested
01:11:59.980 they turn her over
01:12:01.100 onto her back so
01:12:03.500 they did and as
01:12:05.060 they rolled her onto
01:12:06.780 her side and then to
01:12:07.740 her back they could
01:12:08.480 they could see blood
01:12:10.240 then they noticed a
01:12:12.380 hole in her back
01:12:13.660 that hole turned out
01:12:16.580 to be a bullet hole
01:12:17.480 the loud bang was a
01:12:19.900 gun being fired
01:12:20.740 paramedics arrived
01:12:22.860 they rushed her to
01:12:23.920 the hospital and she
01:12:27.260 was declared dead
01:12:28.140 in just minutes his
01:12:32.440 father was walking
01:12:34.380 with his daughter
01:12:35.080 minutes later she was
01:12:39.120 dead that is the
01:12:42.600 story of how Kate
01:12:43.520 Steinle died after being
01:12:45.640 shot by Jose
01:12:46.520 two years ago
01:12:48.840 yesterday attorneys
01:12:51.380 began their final
01:12:52.420 arguments in the
01:12:53.680 murder case against
01:12:54.560 Jose
01:12:54.920 also yesterday a
01:12:59.200 federal judge
01:12:59.860 permanently blocked
01:13:00.860 president Trump's
01:13:01.860 executive order to
01:13:02.900 cut funding from
01:13:04.260 sanctuary cities
01:13:05.420 judge William
01:13:07.360 orrick said
01:13:08.700 president Trump
01:13:09.400 cannot set new
01:13:10.500 conditions on
01:13:11.340 spending approved by
01:13:12.320 Congress
01:13:12.920 ironic
01:13:14.840 that while final
01:13:17.780 arguments are
01:13:18.540 unfolding
01:13:19.080 for her killer
01:13:21.540 a federal judge
01:13:24.380 blocked president
01:13:25.260 Trump's
01:13:25.880 attempt
01:13:26.820 to somehow
01:13:29.460 stop
01:13:30.340 sanctuary cities
01:13:31.540 now we can debate
01:13:33.780 back and forth
01:13:34.600 in fact
01:13:35.560 we could get
01:13:36.500 great legal minds
01:13:38.620 on
01:13:39.060 constitutional
01:13:41.540 experts
01:13:42.720 to say
01:13:44.440 whether or not
01:13:45.200 it was within
01:13:45.960 the power of
01:13:46.800 the president
01:13:47.360 to withhold
01:13:49.560 funds
01:13:50.240 from somebody
01:13:51.840 who is violating
01:13:52.580 federal law
01:13:53.420 even though
01:13:54.700 Congress has
01:13:55.280 allocated those
01:13:56.060 funds
01:13:56.500 in fact
01:13:59.020 I'll even
01:13:59.820 right now
01:14:01.400 say
01:14:03.340 he doesn't
01:14:04.460 have the
01:14:04.780 authority to
01:14:05.380 do that
01:14:05.840 I'll just
01:14:07.000 give that
01:14:07.620 to you
01:14:08.120 federal judge
01:14:09.680 orrick
01:14:10.340 if that
01:14:11.580 is the
01:14:11.860 case
01:14:12.240 so be
01:14:13.740 it
01:14:14.000 but at
01:14:16.640 least
01:14:16.800 president
01:14:17.220 trump
01:14:17.540 tried
01:14:17.880 to do
01:14:18.180 something
01:14:18.600 which is
01:14:20.360 more than
01:14:20.740 I can
01:14:21.120 say
01:14:21.460 for most
01:14:22.480 people in
01:14:22.980 washington
01:14:23.420 dc
01:14:23.900 now or
01:14:24.640 in the
01:14:24.940 past
01:14:25.380 at least
01:14:26.440 he attempted
01:14:27.100 to do
01:14:28.160 something
01:14:28.640 at least
01:14:29.580 he tried
01:14:30.120 to do
01:14:30.440 something
01:14:30.880 that
01:14:31.260 he made
01:14:32.460 a significant
01:14:33.860 campaign
01:14:34.580 issue
01:14:35.120 while he
01:14:36.680 was running
01:14:37.020 for president
01:14:37.720 kate
01:14:39.540 steinley
01:14:39.940 and others
01:14:40.500 have been
01:14:41.640 killed
01:14:42.060 murdered
01:14:42.860 at the
01:14:43.740 hands of
01:14:44.140 illegals
01:14:44.660 this is a
01:14:47.180 national security
01:14:48.120 threat
01:14:48.520 as well as
01:14:49.600 a domestic
01:14:50.040 security threat
01:14:50.920 once they're
01:14:51.780 around
01:14:52.200 once they're
01:14:54.000 in america
01:14:54.720 and while
01:14:56.760 people will
01:14:57.240 cite statistics
01:14:57.940 and tell you
01:14:58.660 well there's
01:15:00.100 a bunch
01:15:01.860 of studies
01:15:02.720 that show
01:15:03.520 you that
01:15:04.320 illegals
01:15:05.240 commit less
01:15:05.840 crimes
01:15:06.440 than others
01:15:07.160 than american
01:15:08.320 citizens
01:15:09.160 does that
01:15:11.320 matter
01:15:11.760 if only
01:15:13.940 one illegal
01:15:14.740 commits one
01:15:15.480 murder
01:15:15.840 you're okay
01:15:17.200 with that
01:15:17.760 how about
01:15:19.220 if it's
01:15:19.620 your daughter
01:15:20.320 you're walking
01:15:20.920 with on a
01:15:21.500 sunny day
01:15:22.120 that gets
01:15:23.520 murdered
01:15:23.940 then i'll bet
01:15:25.660 you're not as
01:15:26.260 okay with it
01:15:27.020 the truth is
01:15:29.860 it is absolutely
01:15:30.820 within the power
01:15:31.800 of the united
01:15:32.740 states to decide
01:15:33.700 who enters
01:15:34.500 our country
01:15:35.380 it is absolutely
01:15:37.400 within our
01:15:38.000 power
01:15:38.400 it is moral
01:15:40.080 it is reasonable
01:15:41.500 and it is logical
01:15:42.800 to know who's
01:15:44.060 coming into
01:15:44.700 america
01:15:45.240 it is also
01:15:46.480 reasonable
01:15:47.080 and logical
01:15:48.300 and certainly
01:15:49.400 not hateful
01:15:50.340 to limit
01:15:51.600 who comes in
01:15:52.260 america
01:15:52.760 we should
01:15:55.760 have an open
01:15:57.120 and active
01:15:58.480 yet
01:15:59.140 monitored
01:16:00.280 border
01:16:01.980 a border
01:16:04.000 that allows
01:16:04.540 people to
01:16:05.100 go back
01:16:05.640 and forth
01:16:06.160 coming and
01:16:07.860 going for the
01:16:08.400 purpose of
01:16:08.860 commerce
01:16:09.360 and travel
01:16:10.580 vacations
01:16:12.220 absolutely
01:16:15.080 but we got
01:16:18.020 to know who
01:16:18.400 it is
01:16:18.840 we live in
01:16:20.220 an increasingly
01:16:20.820 dangerous world
01:16:21.900 and it's ironic
01:16:23.880 that so many
01:16:25.320 people that
01:16:26.420 support the
01:16:27.060 idea of
01:16:27.560 sanctuary cities
01:16:28.660 and tell me
01:16:30.300 that
01:16:30.580 you know
01:16:31.740 they commit
01:16:32.340 less crimes
01:16:33.460 than american
01:16:34.020 citizens
01:16:34.780 are the same
01:16:37.040 people who tell
01:16:37.780 me that
01:16:38.760 guns are a
01:16:39.400 problem
01:16:39.880 they're the
01:16:42.060 ones going
01:16:42.540 after specifically
01:16:43.320 just guns
01:16:44.100 they're willing
01:16:45.660 to go after
01:16:46.220 one
01:16:47.640 one
01:16:48.980 way you can
01:16:50.460 kill people
01:16:51.080 one way you
01:16:52.480 can be violent
01:16:53.200 because of their
01:16:55.180 agenda
01:16:55.600 but in typical
01:16:56.920 lack of consistency
01:16:57.940 aren't willing to
01:16:58.840 go after
01:16:59.240 sanctuary cities
01:17:00.380 that help
01:17:01.740 protect and
01:17:03.560 promote illegals
01:17:04.920 who quite often
01:17:05.940 perpetrate
01:17:08.320 violence on
01:17:08.940 american citizens
01:17:09.920 jose had been
01:17:12.080 deported five
01:17:12.900 times
01:17:13.400 he was awaiting
01:17:15.220 his sixth
01:17:15.800 deportation
01:17:16.680 he was homeless
01:17:18.460 in san francisco
01:17:19.420 at the time of
01:17:19.940 the shooting
01:17:20.300 he had just
01:17:21.800 finished a prison
01:17:22.640 sentence for
01:17:23.540 illegal re-entry
01:17:25.200 when he was
01:17:26.620 transferred
01:17:27.180 not out of
01:17:28.400 the country
01:17:28.880 but to the
01:17:29.920 san francisco
01:17:30.540 county jail
01:17:31.160 to face a
01:17:31.680 20-year
01:17:32.340 pot charge
01:17:33.380 that's when
01:17:35.320 they decide
01:17:36.000 to let him
01:17:36.560 go
01:17:36.920 why
01:17:38.040 did the
01:17:39.080 sheriff let
01:17:39.560 him go
01:17:39.980 because of
01:17:41.240 their sanctuary
01:17:41.780 city status
01:17:42.860 because of that
01:17:45.560 policy
01:17:46.160 it limits
01:17:47.500 cooperation
01:17:48.320 with federal
01:17:49.000 immigration
01:17:49.520 authorities
01:17:50.080 so if he
01:17:51.200 was held
01:17:51.780 on some
01:17:52.940 immigration
01:17:53.580 issue
01:17:55.240 he was in
01:17:56.620 the country
01:17:56.960 illegally
01:17:57.400 they were
01:17:57.920 not going
01:17:58.460 to keep
01:17:58.920 him
01:17:59.140 they were
01:17:59.720 not going
01:18:00.080 to turn
01:18:00.440 him over
01:18:00.720 to the
01:18:00.980 federal
01:18:01.220 government
01:18:01.660 they were
01:18:02.320 not going
01:18:02.860 to cooperate
01:18:03.560 so you
01:18:06.680 don't support
01:18:07.240 sanctuary
01:18:07.740 cities
01:18:08.340 fine
01:18:09.100 how do
01:18:11.360 you propose
01:18:12.000 we protect
01:18:13.780 the Kate
01:18:14.180 Steinleys
01:18:14.660 of the
01:18:14.880 world
01:18:15.180 and what's
01:18:16.500 it going
01:18:16.720 to take
01:18:17.060 for you
01:18:17.360 to get
01:18:17.720 it
01:18:17.940 do you
01:18:19.220 have to
01:18:19.560 be walking
01:18:20.020 with your
01:18:21.260 daughter or
01:18:21.940 son on a
01:18:22.600 sunny day
01:18:23.140 and see
01:18:25.520 them get
01:18:25.960 murdered in
01:18:26.580 front of
01:18:26.880 you
01:18:27.080 is that
01:18:28.100 what it's
01:18:28.400 going to
01:18:28.600 take
01:18:28.900 I'll bet
01:18:31.860 for some
01:18:32.240 people it
01:18:32.660 wouldn't even
01:18:33.020 take that
01:18:33.620 that even
01:18:34.840 if that
01:18:35.220 happened
01:18:35.560 they still
01:18:36.120 wouldn't
01:18:36.460 get it
01:18:36.900 so while
01:18:40.500 we're debating
01:18:41.620 what should
01:18:42.420 happen to
01:18:42.840 Jose
01:18:43.140 Congress
01:18:45.560 is floating
01:18:46.140 the idea
01:18:46.820 of
01:18:47.420 amnesty
01:18:48.220 in the
01:18:50.740 middle of
01:18:51.000 all of
01:18:51.360 this
01:18:51.660 her killer
01:18:54.140 has still
01:18:54.460 not been
01:18:54.840 brought to
01:18:55.320 justice
01:18:55.800 and by the
01:18:57.240 way her
01:18:57.540 story is
01:18:58.320 not
01:18:58.620 unique
01:18:59.220 I mean
01:19:01.080 you could
01:19:01.300 go to
01:19:01.480 the
01:19:01.600 remembrance
01:19:02.000 project
01:19:02.720 they
01:19:03.600 calculate
01:19:04.260 or excuse
01:19:04.880 me
01:19:05.120 record
01:19:07.320 they record
01:19:08.860 and
01:19:10.340 promote
01:19:11.260 the stories
01:19:12.720 of people
01:19:13.200 who were
01:19:13.600 killed
01:19:14.020 or had
01:19:14.580 violence
01:19:14.940 perpetrated
01:19:15.460 against
01:19:15.780 them
01:19:16.020 by
01:19:16.300 illegals
01:19:16.960 fighting
01:19:17.960 against
01:19:18.320 this
01:19:18.560 narrative
01:19:18.980 that oh
01:19:19.600 they're
01:19:19.840 just here
01:19:20.220 illegally
01:19:20.560 nothing
01:19:20.820 else
01:19:21.060 bad
01:19:21.340 happens
01:19:21.800 trying to
01:19:24.340 keep those
01:19:24.720 people's
01:19:25.080 memories
01:19:25.380 alive and
01:19:25.980 telling the
01:19:26.380 world that
01:19:26.800 hey this
01:19:27.280 is a
01:19:27.720 problem
01:19:28.260 it's not
01:19:30.400 unique
01:19:30.820 it's not
01:19:31.340 rare
01:19:31.800 whether it's
01:19:32.680 a hit and
01:19:33.080 run and
01:19:33.460 somebody is
01:19:33.920 killed
01:19:34.260 which I
01:19:36.260 remember when
01:19:36.700 I was still
01:19:37.020 working in
01:19:37.320 WRVA in
01:19:38.000 Virginia a
01:19:38.920 couple of
01:19:39.240 nuns were
01:19:39.740 killed another
01:19:40.720 guy in the
01:19:41.200 community was
01:19:41.780 killed and I
01:19:42.340 had interviewed
01:19:43.100 his brother
01:19:43.540 about it
01:19:44.140 by drunk
01:19:44.980 drivers
01:19:45.520 there has
01:19:49.360 to be a
01:19:49.780 way we
01:19:50.640 monitor these
01:19:51.440 people and
01:19:51.980 make sure
01:19:52.400 they're not
01:19:52.820 here doing
01:19:53.640 bad things
01:19:54.580 that's not
01:19:55.980 immoral it's
01:19:56.740 not hateful
01:19:57.440 but Congress
01:19:59.440 and it's
01:20:00.760 also
01:20:01.220 Republicans
01:20:01.860 aren't even
01:20:03.760 considering
01:20:04.320 that
01:20:04.720 you've got
01:20:07.160 the courts
01:20:07.620 that are
01:20:07.880 fighting against
01:20:08.460 President Trump
01:20:09.260 and his
01:20:10.420 actions against
01:20:11.160 sanctuary cities
01:20:12.020 and members of
01:20:13.840 Congress are not
01:20:14.600 saying hey
01:20:15.640 let's come up
01:20:16.760 with some sort
01:20:17.300 of sanctuary
01:20:17.760 city bill
01:20:18.660 because we're
01:20:19.640 the ones that
01:20:20.580 appropriate money
01:20:22.600 and say if you
01:20:24.800 do this you
01:20:25.460 will not have
01:20:26.040 money appropriated
01:20:27.000 to you
01:20:27.440 where is
01:20:29.000 Congress on
01:20:29.900 this
01:20:30.320 their silence
01:20:33.640 is deafening
01:20:34.580 instead
01:20:37.300 they're working
01:20:39.180 on amnesty
01:20:40.260 being floated
01:20:42.500 right now
01:20:43.140 around Capitol
01:20:44.660 Hill
01:20:44.980 is another
01:20:47.180 round of
01:20:47.980 amnesty
01:20:48.500 now we know
01:20:49.820 they've been
01:20:50.900 fighting for
01:20:51.680 amnesty for
01:20:52.640 the so-called
01:20:53.220 dreamers
01:20:53.940 see if they
01:20:55.000 can make
01:20:55.360 them legal
01:20:56.820 giving them
01:20:57.800 a pathway
01:20:58.260 to citizenship
01:20:58.920 but there's
01:21:01.400 a bunch
01:21:01.720 of Democrats
01:21:02.260 and even
01:21:03.540 some Republicans
01:21:04.280 that are
01:21:04.780 quietly
01:21:05.420 trying to
01:21:06.580 come up
01:21:06.900 with the
01:21:07.200 proper way
01:21:07.840 to craft
01:21:08.520 a new
01:21:09.120 amnesty
01:21:09.740 message
01:21:10.280 look for
01:21:11.280 this
01:21:11.480 expect this
01:21:12.300 in the next
01:21:12.680 couple of
01:21:13.080 months
01:21:13.400 they may
01:21:14.500 try to
01:21:14.920 tie it
01:21:15.280 to some
01:21:15.540 other big
01:21:15.920 bill
01:21:16.240 you know
01:21:17.020 a debt
01:21:17.360 ceiling
01:21:17.680 raise
01:21:18.180 or something
01:21:18.600 like that
01:21:19.180 but they
01:21:21.120 are working
01:21:21.600 on it
01:21:22.080 now
01:21:22.860 I am
01:21:24.120 willing to
01:21:24.820 move
01:21:26.020 a great
01:21:27.680 distance
01:21:28.240 off of my
01:21:29.860 beliefs and
01:21:30.560 what I know
01:21:31.060 is right
01:21:31.540 the belief
01:21:32.440 that we
01:21:32.700 should not
01:21:33.440 reward
01:21:34.580 bad
01:21:35.320 and I
01:21:36.940 will
01:21:37.160 reluctantly
01:21:37.960 begrudgingly
01:21:38.940 give up
01:21:42.820 the idea
01:21:43.380 of legal
01:21:44.000 of
01:21:44.520 children
01:21:45.600 those so-called
01:21:46.320 dreamers
01:21:46.720 that were
01:21:46.940 brought here
01:21:47.640 by others
01:21:48.200 being
01:21:49.140 deported
01:21:49.700 I will
01:21:51.640 begrudgingly
01:21:52.700 come up
01:21:53.040 with
01:21:53.360 some way
01:21:55.220 we can
01:21:56.200 give them
01:21:56.620 a pathway
01:21:57.160 because
01:21:58.560 after all
01:21:59.420 they didn't
01:22:00.460 commit the
01:22:00.840 crime
01:22:01.200 somebody else
01:22:02.500 did
01:22:02.780 but that
01:22:05.280 has to be
01:22:05.780 part of a
01:22:06.180 deal
01:22:06.460 where we
01:22:07.740 kick out
01:22:08.120 everybody else
01:22:08.880 that is here
01:22:10.020 illegally
01:22:10.400 I'm not
01:22:12.260 willing to
01:22:12.780 give an
01:22:13.420 inch on
01:22:13.920 that
01:22:14.220 somebody
01:22:16.100 has to be
01:22:16.640 held
01:22:16.800 accountable
01:22:17.200 for coming
01:22:17.700 here
01:22:17.880 illegally
01:22:18.260 and for
01:22:19.440 those
01:22:19.660 dreamers
01:22:20.160 who brought
01:22:20.680 them here
01:22:21.100 illegally
01:22:21.480 Congress
01:22:23.320 is working
01:22:23.860 on amnesty
01:22:24.700 be prepared
01:22:26.020 to fight
01:22:26.520 that fight
01:22:27.100 in the coming
01:22:27.600 couple of
01:22:28.040 months
01:22:28.340 your call
01:22:29.740 is coming
01:22:29.980 up next
01:22:30.360 on the
01:22:30.580 Glenn Beck
01:22:30.900 program
01:22:31.380 Glenn
01:22:34.460 Beck
01:22:35.140 Glenn
01:22:53.260 back
01:22:53.780 it's
01:22:55.100 Doc Thompson
01:22:55.560 in for
01:22:56.000 Glenn
01:22:56.180 back
01:22:56.360 today
01:22:56.560 you want
01:22:56.740 to find
01:22:57.000 out about
01:22:57.320 me
01:22:57.620 the show
01:22:58.920 I host
01:22:59.300 weekday mornings
01:23:00.140 on the
01:23:00.300 blaze radio
01:23:00.740 network
01:23:01.000 just go to
01:23:01.560 the blaze radio
01:23:02.240 dot com
01:23:02.900 and you can
01:23:03.920 find out about
01:23:04.440 our programs
01:23:05.220 right after
01:23:07.820 Kate Steinle
01:23:08.560 was
01:23:08.960 was murdered
01:23:10.160 CNN
01:23:13.540 had a headline
01:23:15.660 that said
01:23:16.600 Kate Steinle's
01:23:17.480 family files
01:23:18.180 lawsuit after
01:23:19.020 her death
01:23:19.580 on a San
01:23:20.180 Francisco
01:23:20.560 pier last
01:23:21.220 summer
01:23:21.500 they file a
01:23:24.140 suit after
01:23:24.780 her death
01:23:25.460 on us
01:23:26.160 are you
01:23:27.300 missing
01:23:27.720 like a
01:23:28.520 significant
01:23:28.940 part of
01:23:29.440 the story
01:23:29.860 there
01:23:30.100 she was
01:23:30.600 killed
01:23:31.140 murdered
01:23:31.660 not after
01:23:32.420 her death
01:23:32.960 and also
01:23:34.440 who was
01:23:34.860 they filed
01:23:35.580 a suit
01:23:35.880 after her
01:23:36.360 death
01:23:36.660 oh so
01:23:37.880 it was
01:23:38.140 like a
01:23:38.580 like a
01:23:39.440 lawsuit
01:23:39.760 because there
01:23:40.340 was like
01:23:40.540 a loose
01:23:40.800 board
01:23:41.200 she slipped
01:23:41.700 on ice
01:23:42.120 or something
01:23:42.620 they didn't
01:23:43.300 is that what
01:23:43.960 it was
01:23:44.320 had a bad
01:23:44.600 taco
01:23:44.940 no she
01:23:46.400 was murdered
01:23:46.960 by an
01:23:47.580 illegal
01:23:48.000 who was in
01:23:49.680 possession of a
01:23:50.440 stolen government
01:23:51.060 firearm
01:23:51.640 he committed
01:23:53.260 multiple felonies
01:23:54.320 wait government
01:23:54.980 firearm
01:23:55.380 yeah
01:23:56.100 he was
01:23:56.700 he still
01:23:57.240 got out of a
01:23:58.080 cop car
01:23:58.700 if I remember
01:23:59.140 right
01:23:59.440 how
01:24:00.100 I know
01:24:01.800 right
01:24:02.060 seriously
01:24:03.220 yeah
01:24:03.660 so all of
01:24:04.640 that
01:24:04.900 these guys
01:24:05.680 just leave
01:24:05.960 their windows
01:24:06.420 open
01:24:06.800 in fact
01:24:07.800 just weeks
01:24:09.820 after she
01:24:10.400 was shot
01:24:10.880 there
01:24:11.900 let's talk
01:24:13.580 about the
01:24:14.120 straining at
01:24:15.700 the gnat
01:24:15.960 and swallowing
01:24:16.440 the camel
01:24:16.860 you're missing
01:24:17.320 the point
01:24:17.960 here
01:24:18.240 and certainly
01:24:19.600 a double
01:24:19.980 standard
01:24:20.420 bit of
01:24:20.760 hypocrisy
01:24:21.340 just weeks
01:24:23.500 after her
01:24:24.220 murder
01:24:24.500 bunch of
01:24:26.440 people called
01:24:26.960 for the
01:24:27.280 end of
01:24:27.520 sanctuary
01:24:27.880 cities
01:24:28.280 of course
01:24:28.680 right
01:24:28.960 I talked
01:24:29.980 about it
01:24:30.400 of course
01:24:30.740 it's probably
01:24:31.080 something we
01:24:31.420 had talked
01:24:31.700 about for
01:24:32.080 years
01:24:32.460 San Francisco
01:24:33.680 supervisor
01:24:34.540 that's the
01:24:35.360 legislative body
01:24:36.540 for San
01:24:36.860 Francisco
01:24:37.220 Mark Farrell
01:24:38.320 had another
01:24:39.020 idea
01:24:39.520 he wanted
01:24:41.220 a law
01:24:41.740 that he
01:24:44.080 believed
01:24:44.640 would have
01:24:45.300 prevented
01:24:46.440 or helped
01:24:46.960 this situation
01:24:47.620 he wanted
01:24:48.880 a law
01:24:49.260 that would
01:24:49.700 require
01:24:50.280 the
01:24:51.220 videotaping
01:24:52.160 of
01:24:52.720 what do you
01:24:54.520 think it was
01:24:54.860 videotaping
01:24:55.720 what would you
01:24:57.740 have videotaped
01:24:58.400 video cameras
01:24:58.960 in the streets
01:24:59.520 okay right
01:25:00.440 okay so maybe
01:25:01.520 the high traffic
01:25:03.240 areas
01:25:03.600 no ammo
01:25:04.440 purchases
01:25:04.900 here's the
01:25:10.460 thing it
01:25:10.840 wouldn't
01:25:11.380 but he
01:25:12.000 believed it
01:25:12.520 would he
01:25:12.940 said even
01:25:13.780 though San
01:25:14.200 Francisco has
01:25:15.080 some of the
01:25:15.760 toughest gun
01:25:16.420 laws on the
01:25:17.040 books in the
01:25:17.600 country there
01:25:18.940 is more we
01:25:19.540 can do to
01:25:19.960 protect the
01:25:20.460 public
01:25:20.840 to videotape
01:25:23.360 ammo purchases
01:25:24.100 he said easy
01:25:25.160 access to
01:25:25.840 guns he said
01:25:26.720 at the time
01:25:27.180 easy access to
01:25:28.460 guns and
01:25:28.840 ammunition
01:25:29.220 continue to
01:25:29.960 contribute to
01:25:30.600 senseless violent
01:25:31.420 crime here in
01:25:32.160 San Francisco
01:25:32.620 and across the
01:25:33.340 country as part
01:25:34.820 of the law that
01:25:35.340 he proposed he
01:25:36.680 also wanted to
01:25:37.400 mandate videos
01:25:38.200 of any place
01:25:39.560 where guns or
01:25:40.220 ammunition is
01:25:40.920 stored
01:25:41.360 handled
01:25:43.040 transferred
01:25:44.820 carried
01:25:46.300 there had to
01:25:48.180 be a videotape
01:25:49.040 of it and
01:25:50.000 then firearms
01:25:51.880 dealers who
01:25:53.040 are videotaping
01:25:53.820 this stuff
01:25:54.360 had to keep
01:25:56.000 those videotape
01:25:56.880 records for
01:25:57.840 five years
01:25:59.140 good five
01:26:01.340 years okay
01:26:01.980 and then
01:26:02.760 they had to
01:26:04.620 transmit their
01:26:05.680 weekly data
01:26:06.400 sales you
01:26:08.200 know the data
01:26:08.580 about their
01:26:08.920 sales to the
01:26:09.820 San Francisco
01:26:10.200 Police Department
01:26:10.960 because that
01:26:13.760 would make a
01:26:14.540 difference make a
01:26:15.360 big difference
01:26:15.820 not gonna bog
01:26:16.480 them down in
01:26:17.040 paperwork and
01:26:17.680 videos or
01:26:18.140 anything else
01:26:18.800 yeah because
01:26:19.320 when I'm gonna
01:26:19.920 buy a gun
01:26:20.740 and kill
01:26:21.880 somebody I'm
01:26:22.580 gonna do it
01:26:22.880 within five
01:26:23.460 years just
01:26:25.020 to let you
01:26:25.620 guys know
01:26:26.220 when I buy
01:26:27.220 my next gun
01:26:28.180 I'm waiting
01:26:28.700 till five
01:26:29.380 years and
01:26:29.900 one month
01:26:30.500 before I
01:26:31.020 gun people
01:26:31.620 down
01:26:32.100 you're right
01:26:33.060 that's why
01:26:34.700 not four
01:26:35.180 years why
01:26:35.980 not 3.7
01:26:37.000 why not a
01:26:37.580 hundred years
01:26:38.200 why not
01:26:38.600 lifetime
01:26:39.080 right okay
01:26:41.020 he's dead
01:26:41.400 you can
01:26:41.600 destroy that
01:26:42.100 now right
01:26:43.840 silly this
01:26:44.880 is what he
01:26:45.220 wanted again
01:26:46.540 nothing about
01:26:47.680 the sanctuary
01:26:48.240 cities it
01:26:49.080 was let's
01:26:49.780 go after the
01:26:50.380 method of
01:26:51.100 killing not
01:26:52.020 the person
01:26:52.640 who killed
01:26:53.200 it's
01:26:55.340 incredible
01:26:55.880 how they
01:26:56.920 missed this
01:26:57.320 on police
01:26:58.700 cars might
01:26:59.600 might help
01:27:00.220 might help
01:27:00.660 right windows
01:27:01.160 could be
01:27:01.560 something like
01:27:02.060 that some
01:27:02.640 trackers on
01:27:03.280 their own
01:27:03.600 guns by the
01:27:04.340 way the law
01:27:04.940 he proposed
01:27:05.560 this was in
01:27:06.160 July of
01:27:06.880 2015
01:27:07.560 Chicago had
01:27:09.680 already tried
01:27:10.200 that in
01:27:10.900 2014 how
01:27:12.200 did it work
01:27:12.620 for them it
01:27:12.980 worked fantastic
01:27:13.760 right yeah
01:27:14.580 crime race down
01:27:15.600 there right
01:27:15.940 Chicago is
01:27:19.440 about to set
01:27:20.220 another record
01:27:21.360 for murders
01:27:22.840 they'll be
01:27:23.760 back up
01:27:24.420 they haven't
01:27:25.260 seen this
01:27:25.600 many murders
01:27:26.080 I'm going
01:27:26.840 from an
01:27:27.620 article I
01:27:28.000 read a couple
01:27:28.360 of weeks
01:27:28.640 ago I think
01:27:29.480 in five years
01:27:30.240 they will top
01:27:31.200 so they've
01:27:32.780 been for the
01:27:33.360 last whatever
01:27:33.980 10 years the
01:27:35.300 highest they've
01:27:35.780 ever been and
01:27:36.960 then it's
01:27:38.180 dipped a little
01:27:38.860 bit the last
01:27:39.500 few years just
01:27:40.320 a little bit
01:27:40.800 still very high
01:27:41.760 but this year
01:27:42.720 they'll be back
01:27:43.220 up over the
01:27:43.700 top if trends
01:27:44.560 continue so
01:27:46.140 didn't really
01:27:48.240 help them a
01:27:49.280 whole lot did
01:27:50.040 it it didn't
01:27:51.720 work the way
01:27:52.300 they thought it
01:27:53.040 would work
01:27:53.540 all right
01:27:54.380 it's just
01:27:55.640 incredible you
01:27:56.280 don't get it
01:27:57.000 that you're
01:27:58.660 you're not
01:27:59.500 realizing the
01:28:00.500 guy was on
01:28:01.520 the street
01:28:02.100 because you
01:28:03.180 let him go
01:28:04.140 and I love
01:28:06.440 when they try
01:28:06.760 to blame the
01:28:07.220 gun as a
01:28:07.880 excuse me
01:28:08.680 he stole the
01:28:09.520 gun so it's
01:28:10.320 not like he
01:28:10.740 went out and
01:28:11.680 bought the
01:28:12.100 gun you're
01:28:12.520 right are
01:28:13.100 they also
01:28:13.480 going under
01:28:14.060 his proposal
01:28:14.560 were they
01:28:14.860 going to
01:28:15.080 videotape
01:28:15.700 the point
01:28:16.340 where people
01:28:16.780 steal guns
01:28:17.500 exactly
01:28:18.200 any point
01:28:19.080 where somebody's
01:28:19.800 getting ready
01:28:20.200 to steal a
01:28:20.680 gun you got
01:28:21.040 to have a
01:28:21.280 videotape
01:28:21.900 and then they
01:28:22.640 could have
01:28:22.840 gone after
01:28:23.260 the cop or
01:28:23.820 whoever where
01:28:24.240 they stole
01:28:24.560 the gun
01:28:25.000 right how
01:28:26.380 can we
01:28:26.640 have a
01:28:26.960 videotape
01:28:27.560 up there
01:28:27.920 would that
01:28:28.460 have stopped
01:28:28.820 him from
01:28:29.080 stealing it
01:28:29.540 no but
01:28:30.200 we'd be able
01:28:31.820 to see it
01:28:32.160 on TV and
01:28:32.660 that would be
01:28:32.980 really cool
01:28:33.580 wouldn't it
01:28:34.040 maybe this is
01:28:35.440 just a media
01:28:36.000 ploy we
01:28:37.180 really want a
01:28:37.980 record of
01:28:39.160 when everybody
01:28:39.640 commits a crime
01:28:41.040 so we can
01:28:41.700 show it
01:28:42.700 get us
01:28:43.860 ratings and
01:28:44.420 whatnot
01:28:44.820 nonsensical
01:28:46.900 so here are
01:28:48.520 your solutions
01:28:49.260 demand Congress
01:28:51.820 get rid of
01:28:52.940 sanctuary cities
01:28:53.900 ban them
01:28:54.760 use whatever
01:28:55.620 methods they
01:28:56.240 have
01:28:56.660 withhold federal
01:28:58.120 funds
01:28:58.540 listen when I
01:28:59.660 learned to drive
01:29:00.320 and for 10 or
01:29:01.020 whatever years
01:29:01.560 after that I
01:29:02.860 had to suffer
01:29:03.400 with 55 mile
01:29:04.460 an hour limits
01:29:05.640 speed limits
01:29:06.200 on the highways
01:29:06.880 why
01:29:07.580 because Congress
01:29:09.100 mandated a 55
01:29:10.200 mile per hour
01:29:11.140 speed limit
01:29:11.720 not within their
01:29:13.620 power to do
01:29:14.460 they simply
01:29:15.720 said if you
01:29:17.140 want money for
01:29:17.660 transportation then
01:29:18.760 you're going to
01:29:19.040 go along with it
01:29:19.660 and every state
01:29:20.160 of course did
01:29:20.860 so they certainly
01:29:23.160 can get this
01:29:23.760 stuff done
01:29:24.360 how come you're
01:29:25.960 not getting it
01:29:26.440 done when it
01:29:26.780 comes to
01:29:27.100 sanctuary cities
01:29:28.060 all you have
01:29:30.180 to do is say
01:29:31.100 you cannot
01:29:32.160 thumb your nose
01:29:33.180 at the federal
01:29:33.680 government when
01:29:34.660 it comes to
01:29:35.320 illegals
01:29:35.960 something that
01:29:36.780 is within
01:29:37.180 their power
01:29:37.900 certainly
01:29:39.360 to monitor
01:29:41.020 that's within
01:29:42.840 the power of
01:29:43.280 the federal
01:29:43.560 government
01:29:43.980 funny about
01:29:44.840 this that the
01:29:45.260 progressives now
01:29:46.260 are all about
01:29:46.720 states rights
01:29:47.400 right it's all
01:29:48.500 about local
01:29:48.940 government when
01:29:49.480 it comes to
01:29:50.100 illegals
01:29:50.720 wait a minute
01:29:51.660 federal government
01:29:52.580 no no I'm all
01:29:53.340 about the
01:29:53.700 state's rights
01:29:54.440 gotta make sure
01:29:55.740 where people like
01:29:56.880 me are consistent
01:29:57.760 about what is
01:29:58.500 federal power
01:29:59.220 and what is
01:30:00.140 state power
01:30:00.800 the solution is
01:30:02.080 demand that
01:30:02.640 Congress get rid
01:30:03.620 of sanctuary cities
01:30:05.280 and demand
01:30:06.600 that illegals
01:30:07.960 are expelled
01:30:08.720 from America
01:30:09.800 there's your
01:30:10.660 solution
01:30:11.160 Glenn Beck
01:30:15.960 you're listening
01:30:25.040 to the Glenn
01:30:25.560 Beck program
01:30:26.300 all right I
01:30:28.080 just tweeted out
01:30:28.740 a link to
01:30:29.420 succeed
01:30:30.140 succeed act
01:30:31.900 S-U-C-C-E-E-D
01:30:33.900 solutions for
01:30:35.360 undocumented children
01:30:36.320 through careers
01:30:37.320 employment and
01:30:38.380 education one of
01:30:39.160 the new amnesty
01:30:39.700 plans the Senate's
01:30:40.540 working on
01:30:41.060 tweeted out a link
01:30:42.140 to it so you
01:30:44.000 can read it for
01:30:44.820 yourself
01:30:45.380 all right I gotta
01:30:48.140 I gotta go off
01:30:49.360 the board here
01:30:50.020 I'm gonna throw
01:30:51.240 out the schedule
01:30:52.160 and you're okay
01:30:53.120 yeah I need some
01:30:55.600 help here
01:30:56.100 this is really
01:30:58.440 some
01:30:59.120 this is something
01:31:03.000 I have talked
01:31:03.760 about over the
01:31:04.240 years from time
01:31:04.800 to time on my
01:31:05.380 little radio
01:31:05.860 broadcast on the
01:31:06.640 blaze radio
01:31:07.200 network and
01:31:08.280 in the last
01:31:09.520 couple weeks
01:31:10.000 brought it up on
01:31:10.640 my little show
01:31:11.180 there a couple
01:31:11.700 times and
01:31:12.640 during this
01:31:13.100 broadcast mere
01:31:14.260 moments ago I
01:31:14.940 got a text
01:31:15.440 message from my
01:31:16.280 wife that
01:31:17.900 started triggering
01:31:18.880 me again and
01:31:20.320 I know she's
01:31:21.540 pregnant so is
01:31:22.500 there anything
01:31:22.720 with the baby
01:31:23.160 oh everything's
01:31:23.620 fine with that
01:31:24.080 that's fine or
01:31:24.820 whatever
01:31:25.120 she has a job
01:31:27.180 she does a job
01:31:28.220 all that's fine
01:31:28.860 it has to do
01:31:29.440 with the dog
01:31:31.720 oh your dog
01:31:33.120 not my dog
01:31:34.120 my step dog
01:31:35.520 oh your step
01:31:36.020 dog okay
01:31:36.540 and by that I
01:31:38.380 mean that effing
01:31:39.940 effing dog
01:31:40.920 oh wow you
01:31:41.660 sound like you
01:31:42.000 love him
01:31:42.320 this dog has
01:31:43.520 been the bane
01:31:44.740 of my existence
01:31:45.540 I have had
01:31:48.040 countless pets
01:31:48.840 growing up
01:31:49.460 just about every
01:31:50.260 type of dog
01:31:50.980 seriously my
01:31:52.800 parents we had
01:31:53.480 a farm we had
01:31:54.140 whatever I mean
01:31:54.820 lots of German
01:31:56.300 Shepherds Doberman
01:31:57.160 Pinchers Great
01:31:58.060 Danes Schnauzers
01:32:00.060 Giant Schnauzers
01:32:01.080 Irish Shedders
01:32:01.820 Irish Wolfhounds
01:32:02.640 I mean get on the
01:32:03.100 list we've had
01:32:03.760 these dogs right
01:32:04.440 I like some of
01:32:05.500 them a lot great
01:32:06.200 we had cats all
01:32:07.780 kinds of them
01:32:08.180 like the Milan
01:32:08.660 this dog though is
01:32:10.760 a yappy little
01:32:11.820 giant Yorkie
01:32:12.840 that's not an
01:32:13.580 official breed
01:32:14.220 no but I know
01:32:15.860 which one you're
01:32:16.240 talking about
01:32:16.540 it's just he's
01:32:17.120 just a really fat
01:32:18.200 Yorkie really big
01:32:19.780 Yorkie and he's
01:32:22.360 such a pain
01:32:23.280 whizzes all over
01:32:24.800 the house
01:32:25.240 doesn't listen
01:32:26.120 just is horrible
01:32:28.620 anyway I have
01:32:30.900 suffered with this
01:32:31.700 dog for years
01:32:33.340 now and I knew
01:32:35.960 this day was
01:32:36.600 coming but I
01:32:38.460 kept secretly
01:32:39.440 hoping that it
01:32:42.620 wouldn't because
01:32:43.380 something else
01:32:44.020 would happen do
01:32:44.900 you know where
01:32:45.240 I'm going the
01:32:46.640 dog is now
01:32:47.300 getting sick
01:32:48.080 but the dog is
01:32:50.160 old yes he's
01:32:52.500 getting sick and
01:32:53.740 while I feel bad
01:32:54.680 for my wife
01:32:55.460 because she
01:32:56.900 somehow in
01:32:59.360 some deranged
01:33:00.400 state believes
01:33:02.520 that the dog is
01:33:04.060 a person
01:33:05.700 likable dog
01:33:07.180 oh and I
01:33:09.660 really feel bad
01:33:10.620 for her I don't
01:33:11.980 want her to not
01:33:12.720 have her doggy
01:33:13.540 and she's upset
01:33:14.780 by it but the
01:33:16.840 money I knew
01:33:17.760 this day would
01:33:18.300 coming did come
01:33:19.100 do you know
01:33:19.380 how many times
01:33:19.980 people have
01:33:20.380 pets get old
01:33:21.080 and they just
01:33:21.840 the ching ching
01:33:22.780 ching ching
01:33:23.360 ching well the
01:33:24.300 ching ching is
01:33:25.000 starting right now
01:33:25.920 so a couple of
01:33:27.380 weeks ago and
01:33:27.940 again I don't want
01:33:28.560 to even see the
01:33:29.080 dog suffer I don't
01:33:30.040 want any of that
01:33:30.620 stuff but it
01:33:32.460 started a couple
01:33:34.920 Saturdays ago she
01:33:36.540 says gotta take the
01:33:38.880 dog to the hospital
01:33:39.620 or to the doctor
01:33:40.340 it's sick all
01:33:41.180 right she comes
01:33:43.280 down a few minutes
01:33:43.880 later she goes we
01:33:44.420 gotta take him now
01:33:45.220 she goes he's
01:33:46.580 not doing well
01:33:47.240 take him to the
01:33:48.020 doctor and they
01:33:49.580 say gotta give him
01:33:50.960 a doggy cat scan
01:33:51.880 how much is that
01:33:54.340 gonna cost
01:33:54.840 $1,500 to $2,000
01:33:56.540 and I was like
01:33:58.500 okay don't flinch
01:33:59.780 don't make a move
01:34:00.540 because I don't
01:34:01.360 want to be the
01:34:01.940 the jackass
01:34:03.140 you know what I
01:34:04.260 mean seriously I'm
01:34:05.200 out there working
01:34:05.760 every day trying to
01:34:06.640 put money on for
01:34:07.300 the kids you know
01:34:08.220 money on food on
01:34:09.080 the table for the
01:34:09.660 kids and her and
01:34:10.280 whatever I got
01:34:11.160 responsibilities that's
01:34:12.340 fine work hard and
01:34:13.900 I don't flinch
01:34:16.320 because again I
01:34:17.200 feel bad for her
01:34:18.240 $1,500 to $2,000
01:34:21.760 I don't flinch she
01:34:22.540 goes well they said
01:34:23.240 they could do blood
01:34:23.740 work and try to
01:34:24.240 determine what's
01:34:24.700 wrong with him it's
01:34:26.160 only gonna be a
01:34:26.560 couple of hundred
01:34:26.980 dollars I said okay
01:34:28.000 fine get the bill
01:34:30.560 or he finishes up the
01:34:32.040 day get the bill
01:34:32.740 it's $300 okay
01:34:34.060 what'd they say he
01:34:35.500 likely had a stroke
01:34:36.400 what are they gonna
01:34:38.380 do they're gonna
01:34:39.860 monitor him so
01:34:43.080 just monitor him
01:34:45.040 then nothing they
01:34:45.960 can do she said
01:34:47.220 but they're not
01:34:47.560 100% sure it was a
01:34:48.440 stroke could be one
01:34:49.060 of these other
01:34:49.460 things and I said
01:34:50.160 how will they know
01:34:51.600 the difference well
01:34:52.400 they asked again if
01:34:53.700 they could give him
01:34:54.200 a cat scan so they
01:34:56.200 determine what's
01:34:56.740 wrong with him and
01:34:59.900 I said well if it
01:35:01.420 is something else how
01:35:02.680 do the treatment
01:35:03.800 methods differ they
01:35:05.900 don't so no matter
01:35:08.320 what we just monitor
01:35:10.600 him there's no doggy
01:35:12.060 rehab stroke rehab
01:35:13.260 apparently not not in
01:35:15.580 this case I know
01:35:16.300 what's going on but
01:35:17.000 this is what I'm
01:35:17.560 hearing the solution
01:35:19.740 is monitor him and
01:35:21.000 I said okay so we
01:35:21.860 monitor him and then
01:35:22.600 what what happens if
01:35:24.180 it gets it gets
01:35:25.140 better obviously he's
01:35:25.960 better but if it
01:35:26.560 gets worse or
01:35:27.300 continues what
01:35:28.080 happens then they
01:35:30.000 watch him some more
01:35:30.800 so there's no
01:35:33.700 solution out of this
01:35:35.140 he's just marching to
01:35:38.880 the grave and that's
01:35:39.560 it one way or the
01:35:40.260 other I know it's a
01:35:41.600 day 17 years from
01:35:43.300 now I don't know
01:35:43.900 what it is but that's
01:35:44.580 where he's heading
01:35:45.020 okay so I tried to
01:35:48.940 poo-poo the the cat
01:35:50.100 scan because I'm like
01:35:51.220 if the treatment
01:35:52.160 methods are different
01:35:53.120 who the hell cares
01:35:54.060 right what does it
01:35:56.360 matter what's wrong
01:35:57.100 with him if there's
01:35:57.640 nothing you could do
01:35:58.380 there's nothing you
01:35:58.840 could just take my
01:35:59.580 2000 listen I'll find
01:36:01.160 out at the autopsy if
01:36:02.100 you're really that
01:36:02.580 curious you know yes I
01:36:04.820 know I'm the jackass
01:36:05.800 because of that right
01:36:06.760 all right three
01:36:09.200 hundred dollars and I
01:36:09.920 said okay fine three
01:36:11.200 hundred dollars peace
01:36:11.960 of mind wife happy or
01:36:13.840 happier or whatever
01:36:15.120 okay and they've been
01:36:18.480 monitoring during this
01:36:19.940 broadcast I get a text
01:36:22.120 message dogs in the
01:36:24.000 hospital he has to he
01:36:26.220 has to be in the
01:36:27.040 hospital for a while I'm
01:36:28.680 like hospital stay but
01:36:30.140 well he's having some
01:36:32.460 kidney troubles and
01:36:33.220 whatnot and they got to
01:36:34.060 flush them out or
01:36:34.740 whatever and that's
01:36:35.540 it's gonna be 218
01:36:36.640 dollars said okay is
01:36:40.120 that for the hospital
01:36:41.840 stay too they didn't
01:36:44.880 get an answer to that
01:36:45.560 yet so I'm out already
01:36:47.960 518 dollars mind you
01:36:51.780 nothing has changed from
01:36:57.040 the moment before she
01:36:58.920 said we got to take him
01:36:59.560 to the doctor a couple
01:37:00.160 weeks ago to now nothing
01:37:03.040 has changed he's still
01:37:05.360 sick just getting
01:37:07.560 sicker the only thing
01:37:10.180 that has changed is
01:37:11.100 518 dollars left in my
01:37:13.580 checking account that's
01:37:14.840 it now am I the ass for
01:37:18.180 putting a number on
01:37:18.880 this I mean come on
01:37:20.840 what is what is the
01:37:22.980 limit I mean what is
01:37:24.420 I'm sorry I don't view
01:37:26.680 pets as humans I don't
01:37:28.680 want them to suffer I'll
01:37:30.080 do what I can within
01:37:31.060 reason but how much is
01:37:32.940 too much Cal if they
01:37:34.000 said you can save him
01:37:34.960 for 14 million dollars
01:37:36.480 I don't even I don't
01:37:38.360 even have a million
01:37:38.940 dollars sorry you know
01:37:40.000 I don't have 1,400
01:37:40.880 dollars he lived a good
01:37:42.060 life so but so there
01:37:43.520 is there is a limit is
01:37:44.860 what do most people out
01:37:46.280 there going with 500
01:37:47.140 dollars is nothing doc
01:37:48.120 okay fine what's the
01:37:49.260 limit for you I mean if
01:37:50.080 it's like if they're
01:37:50.920 going to do something
01:37:51.360 something that'll you
01:37:52.400 know give him some
01:37:53.820 longevity and that's
01:37:55.000 the first thing 10
01:37:56.440 years or whatever yeah
01:37:57.320 then I'd be like okay
01:37:58.080 it might be worth the
01:37:58.980 money I would even do
01:37:59.900 that for my wife even
01:38:00.820 though I suffer every
01:38:01.700 day that he exists in
01:38:02.620 my house but okay fine
01:38:03.820 I would do that for
01:38:04.800 telling me nothing's
01:38:05.500 going to happen we're
01:38:06.380 just going to monitor
01:38:06.880 him so if nothing can
01:38:08.200 happen isn't even 500
01:38:09.900 dollars worthless yeah I
01:38:11.440 mean or pointless
01:38:12.400 might as well just put
01:38:13.080 on the table and set it
01:38:13.900 on fire okay fine you
01:38:15.300 mean the money not the
01:38:16.200 dog clarify before
01:38:17.340 Peter calls you okay
01:38:18.300 fine yeah yeah okay so
01:38:20.460 that but even if they
01:38:22.740 could fix him because
01:38:24.220 he's still old not going
01:38:25.660 to live another 100
01:38:26.300 years even if you got
01:38:29.420 a clean bill of health
01:38:30.080 today it's still five
01:38:31.720 years 10 years I mean
01:38:32.600 he's old okay fine
01:38:33.720 talking dog ears or
01:38:34.920 human ears so should I
01:38:36.500 take a mortgage out on
01:38:38.100 the house if they say
01:38:38.980 well it's going to cost
01:38:41.080 you $50,000 to you
01:38:42.620 know you know keep going
01:38:44.460 through this process
01:38:45.100 every couple of weeks
01:38:45.940 50,000 what's the limit
01:38:48.800 10 10,000 4 million I
01:38:51.500 don't have 4 million am I
01:38:52.940 supposed to just take out
01:38:53.640 a loan for 4 million and
01:38:54.640 pay it off five
01:38:55.340 generations from now I
01:38:56.300 mean what what do you
01:38:57.280 do in this scenario
01:38:58.300 because it's not ending
01:39:00.040 down it looks like I
01:39:01.800 realized this second time
01:39:03.400 this has happened every
01:39:04.660 week or two he's gonna
01:39:05.980 have to go in for this
01:39:06.680 little process whatever
01:39:07.540 they're doing to him
01:39:08.160 flush him out or
01:39:08.780 whatever it is so it's
01:39:11.060 like little doggy
01:39:11.700 dialysis or something so
01:39:13.020 it's a flushing to make
01:39:14.660 him live longer or is it
01:39:16.300 just because I think it's
01:39:17.980 extending his life okay
01:39:19.340 I mean if you have
01:39:20.240 something wrong with
01:39:20.720 your kidneys there but
01:39:22.960 all it is doing is
01:39:23.860 extending it's not
01:39:24.480 fixing the problem so
01:39:26.140 it's a maintenance
01:39:26.640 program so is it gonna
01:39:28.020 be is it gonna be $200
01:39:28.860 every week or 218 or
01:39:31.260 whatever it is gonna be
01:39:32.060 a thousand bucks a
01:39:32.760 month can you spend an
01:39:34.400 extra thousand bucks a
01:39:35.180 month Cal do you got
01:39:35.860 that kind of cash
01:39:36.580 no but you Chris oh no
01:39:38.880 sorry just thousand
01:39:39.760 laying around yes I
01:39:41.120 don't know that one so
01:39:42.800 I don't know what you do
01:39:43.480 here number one yes I
01:39:45.180 don't like the dog and
01:39:45.900 it's it frustrates me and
01:39:47.100 I would rather he didn't
01:39:47.800 exist at my house he
01:39:49.040 whizzes all over the
01:39:49.720 place he doesn't listen
01:39:50.480 he's a pain but okay
01:39:51.660 fine for my wife it's
01:39:53.540 the reason I have just
01:39:54.380 gritted my teeth all
01:39:55.580 these years and move on
01:39:56.720 ignore it because she
01:39:58.040 likes the dog good I
01:39:59.320 care about my wife I
01:40:00.280 want her to be happy so
01:40:01.180 be it fine right um I
01:40:05.220 don't have the money we
01:40:06.200 got another baby on the
01:40:07.100 way in a couple of
01:40:07.700 months this is this is so
01:40:11.580 frustrating to me I don't
01:40:14.000 know what to do what would
01:40:16.980 you do Cal right now
01:40:18.780 you're my situation I
01:40:20.160 tell him listen honey I'm
01:40:21.140 sorry the dog had a good
01:40:22.660 life it's time to say
01:40:24.180 goodbye Chris I challenge
01:40:26.660 you would he tell his
01:40:27.600 wife that you will not
01:40:28.980 Cal I would absolutely
01:40:29.760 tell that Cal okay for a
01:40:31.660 couple grand a month what
01:40:32.900 do you want me to do is
01:40:33.720 it's either we feed our
01:40:35.080 kids and they go to
01:40:36.280 school and live a good
01:40:36.860 life or we take care of
01:40:37.860 this dog you choose he's
01:40:39.860 not tell and if he did
01:40:40.760 tell her he would
01:40:41.640 absolutely buckle under
01:40:43.140 you're not telling that to
01:40:44.500 your wife you're crazy
01:40:45.540 sorry I know you Chris I
01:40:47.080 literally don't have the
01:40:48.320 money for this we're you
01:40:49.460 want to put us out of the
01:40:50.200 house put us on the
01:40:50.700 street I don't have to
01:40:51.900 take out a loan no I'm
01:40:53.680 not taking out a loan for
01:40:54.680 a dog Chris if you are
01:40:56.160 still married sorry uh what
01:40:58.600 would uh what would you do
01:40:59.600 in that situation oh and
01:41:01.140 that one since I was a dog
01:41:02.400 handler and I and dogs
01:41:03.960 were my thing listen what
01:41:04.840 you do in the privacy of
01:41:05.860 your own home oh you mean
01:41:08.000 it's part of your military
01:41:09.000 service you're a cop you're
01:41:10.960 canine you're okay wow I
01:41:12.800 thought we were gonna have
01:41:13.440 some weird Harvey
01:41:14.400 Weinstein thing where the
01:41:15.420 dogs are all testifying
01:41:16.540 against you okay show us
01:41:19.440 Lassie he's trying to tell
01:41:20.800 us something Chris touched
01:41:21.980 you where he touched you
01:41:23.380 where by the old mill show
01:41:26.360 us on this smaller Lassie
01:41:27.740 stuffed dog where Chris
01:41:28.660 touched you okay anyway so
01:41:30.420 you're a canine unit yeah
01:41:31.660 basically is well since I
01:41:33.780 was the one in charge of
01:41:34.480 the dogs I'll be like all
01:41:35.560 right buddy let's go to
01:41:36.200 McDonald's get you a big
01:41:37.960 double cheeseburger and and
01:41:40.920 that was it that was it and
01:41:42.520 you put him down put him
01:41:43.420 down I don't know I want to
01:41:44.880 know how you put him down
01:41:45.820 I'm not gonna ask that but
01:41:47.020 wow he just told you
01:41:48.760 double cheeseburger double
01:41:49.640 cheeseburger no what's the
01:41:51.380 method of putting him down
01:41:52.820 it's in the double
01:41:54.320 cheeseburger oh it's in the
01:41:55.680 cheeseburger cheeseburger by
01:41:57.320 the way I keep getting
01:41:59.780 older here and Chris is
01:42:00.940 significantly younger than
01:42:02.020 me if he ever takes me to
01:42:03.000 McDonald's and says hey
01:42:04.160 buddy ready to go to lunch
01:42:05.820 doc you want a cheeseburger
01:42:07.260 doc no I want a double
01:42:09.260 cheeseburger here you go buddy
01:42:11.880 I don't want to see it
01:42:13.680 coming by the way all right
01:42:14.700 right here right behind the
01:42:16.000 ear I don't want to see it
01:42:16.880 coming okay trust me as long
01:42:18.040 as you're eating the double
01:42:18.820 cheeseburger you're not gonna
01:42:20.060 see it coming well listen I
01:42:21.320 don't want it in the
01:42:21.980 cheeseburger I don't want to
01:42:22.740 taint it if it's my last meal I
01:42:24.320 want it clean I know it's gonna
01:42:25.520 taste fine okay yeah it's fine
01:42:27.600 I'm serious this is so
01:42:29.860 frustrating but you know
01:42:31.300 honestly have you sat down with
01:42:32.680 you and I and said hey honey
01:42:33.960 you know what is the limit like
01:42:36.480 you just asked I just texted her I
01:42:38.200 just texted her and said I need
01:42:41.480 to know like it's a serious
01:42:43.420 conversation right I mean if I
01:42:45.580 knew you know a month from now I
01:42:48.440 look back and I go wow it cost me
01:42:50.200 five hundred and eighteen dollars
01:42:51.320 it was an end-of-life thing is
01:42:52.560 whatever fine done I move on I'm
01:42:54.720 not upset by it I I'd rather have
01:42:56.500 the five hundred eighteen dollars
01:42:57.460 but I can just okay fine whatever
01:42:59.120 what if he's got to go for kidney
01:43:00.500 flushes it's gonna cost you five
01:43:01.720 hundred bucks a month and he'll
01:43:02.800 live for another five six seven
01:43:04.340 years okay in my opinion you
01:43:08.180 yeah I didn't want him there
01:43:09.240 when his kidneys worked fine and
01:43:10.600 I wasn't paying the five
01:43:11.560 hundred bucks a month okay I'm
01:43:13.600 sorry it's cheeseburger time but
01:43:16.260 to make her happy fine but
01:43:17.640 there's got to be some okay so I
01:43:19.420 look at it this way then honey you
01:43:21.740 want five hundred dollars a month
01:43:22.900 to go to this fine I got no
01:43:24.120 problem where are we getting it
01:43:25.420 from that means you got to cut
01:43:27.000 back on something else yeah
01:43:28.960 clothes are we gonna keep the
01:43:30.520 thermostat down at 58 you doc have
01:43:32.900 to come there's nothing back
01:43:33.820 there's I'm into the bone
01:43:34.920 already sorry about that I got a
01:43:36.800 cut back I don't look at how I
01:43:39.920 dress look at it it's homeless guy
01:43:42.580 chic I cut my own hair I have a
01:43:45.040 flobie for Pete's sake right I'm
01:43:48.460 serious I'm doing my own dental
01:43:49.720 work I'm serious this is what I'm
01:43:52.560 there's nowhere else to cut for me I
01:43:54.340 do for them go buy what you want and
01:43:56.600 I'm happy to provide that way now on
01:43:58.820 you'll need breakfast and dinner we're
01:44:00.580 gonna skip lunch here what he does I
01:44:02.780 skip lunch I don't know what are you
01:44:04.260 talking about I'm out I'm out I mean
01:44:07.460 it's really getting down to it's you
01:44:09.620 know we just raided GB's fridge I know
01:44:12.200 I got if I don't eat his stuff I've
01:44:15.060 been I've been making my own clothes
01:44:16.780 out of GB's couch cover here I mean I'm
01:44:20.040 in his dressing room taking off the
01:44:21.620 fabric from the back he hasn't even
01:44:23.080 pulled the couch out yet to see it this
01:44:26.380 is where I'm at all right I gotta get a
01:44:27.800 break in try to figure this out well
01:44:29.060 more texts are coming in cha-ching
