00:00:00.000 All right, let me tell you about American Financing.
00:00:02.220 American Financing is a place you can go if you're looking to save money.
00:00:06.240 You could save $100, $200, $500, even $1,000 every single month.
00:00:12.440 Is that you or me?
00:00:13.600 I think you've got some computer issue going on over there.
00:00:16.400 If you want to save a lot of money, it's plain and simple.
00:00:20.700 All you have to do is refinance your mortgage,
00:00:23.580 or you can get a consolidation loan without resetting your mortgage term.
00:00:30.000 And you can fold them all in, get a lower rate for interest,
00:00:33.840 and save yourself a bunch of money.
00:00:36.020 I mean, because you're probably going to save, I mean, if you're paying 14%,
00:00:39.280 you're probably going to be saving 12% every single month.
00:00:43.320 That's a lot of money over the year.
00:00:45.600 Make sure you call American Financing now, 800-906-2440, 800-906-2440.
00:00:52.940 They're open for you right now, AmericanFinancing.net.
00:01:00.000 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment.
00:01:28.560 It is a full duct tape alert.
00:01:43.400 This is not a drill.
00:01:45.560 I repeat, this is not a drill.
00:01:49.020 Wrap your head with duct tape because we go into Georgia where the devil has gone down to in 60 seconds.
00:02:03.860 Yeah, and you know what?
00:02:05.400 It really is the Glenn Beck program, and we're thrilled to be here.
00:02:08.540 Let me tell you about Bilt Bar.
00:02:09.680 If you are looking for something, you know, I've always said, I'm going to have a talk with God.
00:02:16.880 When I cross over to the other side, assuming that I'm facing him, I'm going to say, love it.
00:02:22.700 Love what you did with the planet, the trees, the sky, beautiful.
00:02:27.060 I mean, Seattle and Cleveland might need some explaining.
00:02:31.080 All of Minnesota, but I really want to talk to you about how come everything I like is fattening.
00:02:38.680 Why?
00:02:39.360 I want to know why is everything that is good, that tastes good.
00:02:44.000 You gave me a tongue.
00:02:45.680 That everything that tastes good sucks for your health.
00:02:50.160 Well, I think he has answered my prayer.
00:02:53.980 Bilt Bar.
00:02:54.880 Bilt Bar.
00:02:55.780 It is three to five net carbs, low in calories, protein, very high, high in fiber, and it tastes like a candy bar.
00:03:04.520 It really does.
00:03:06.120 Try it.
00:03:06.800 Bilt Bar.
00:03:07.340 If you're looking for something to snack on, something to get you through the day, but something doesn't have any aftertaste.
00:03:12.860 I mean, it doesn't taste like a chemical is even, I mean, it doesn't taste like it's ever met the people at Dow, and that's the way it should be.
00:03:23.280 It's healthy for you, and it tastes good, made with real chocolate.
00:03:26.820 It's BiltBar.com.
00:03:28.500 That's BiltBar.com.
00:03:29.860 That's Bilt Bar.com.
00:03:41.000 I want to thank, first of all, before we go on, the two clowns that filled in for me yesterday and the day before.
00:03:48.260 And what about the day before that?
00:03:50.140 Thank you for doing that.
00:03:52.300 Are you alive?
00:03:53.160 Will you make it through this?
00:03:54.460 I don't know if that is, I don't know if I'm going to make it through it.
00:03:57.640 I'm going to try.
00:03:58.340 Do you want to be alive?
00:04:00.060 Considering the pain you're in?
00:04:01.140 No, I don't.
00:04:01.780 I can explain the pain in my back, and today is the first day I can really explain, and I'm willing to, probably because of the high drug content, but willing to explain the pain in my ass, too.
00:04:14.760 And I think it comes from the left and the media.
00:04:18.640 I don't understand.
00:04:20.700 Now, help me out, because you've been here.
00:04:24.540 But as an objective viewer from afar, I don't seem to really connect with this America hates Asians story.
00:04:35.760 For some reason, that just doesn't ring true to me, especially coming from the people who have now said Asians aren't really a minority, that Asians, there are too many Asians in our Ivy Leagues.
00:04:52.720 It doesn't seem to ring true to me from the progressives that were the ones that put Asians in camps.
00:05:02.620 Now, is there hatred among Asians and other races?
00:05:10.900 Sure.
00:05:11.460 Why?
00:05:13.260 Because racism is not a white problem.
00:05:18.180 Racism is a human problem.
00:05:21.880 You want to know where the biggest collection of Asian haters really is?
00:05:28.060 I can lead you right to their camp.
00:05:31.000 It's called the Communist Party of China.
00:05:34.380 Oh, how could you say that?
00:05:37.940 Because in China, you really have to be Chinese.
00:05:43.380 And not all the people that are born in China are Chinese.
00:05:46.880 You know what I'm saying?
00:05:47.940 Wink, wink.
00:05:48.700 Dog whistle.
00:05:51.820 There are places, if you're not really Chinese, according to their definition, you can't stay at a certain hotel.
00:06:01.640 You can't go to certain restaurants.
00:06:04.380 Now, I'm not even talking about the Uyghurs.
00:06:09.100 I'm talking about those who have been deemed not Chinese enough.
00:06:15.020 You and I would say they're Chinese, but the Chinese don't.
00:06:19.320 They were born in China, which would kind of make them Chinese, wouldn't it?
00:06:22.540 No.
00:06:23.980 What a racist.
00:06:28.140 Here's why this doesn't connect.
00:06:31.240 First, I haven't heard until recently.
00:06:36.840 And why is it that these things keep being sprung on us and we're like, wow, did you know that, Bill?
00:06:42.000 No, I didn't know that.
00:06:43.040 We're all racist against Chinese people.
00:06:45.620 Apparently so.
00:06:47.100 Gee, that takes me by a total shock to me.
00:06:50.660 You know, I'm really, really glad that, you know, the media is here.
00:06:56.340 That's right.
00:06:57.020 And the left.
00:06:58.040 Now that the media and the left, they get it.
00:07:01.460 They get it.
00:07:02.580 And they get it way before we do.
00:07:05.460 It's almost like they're softening the ground.
00:07:08.280 I hadn't heard any of this stuff in the last five years.
00:07:14.160 Have you, Sarah, can you turn my computer down so it doesn't keep sending alerts?
00:07:19.100 Uh, I keep, I keep hearing recently about all of this Asian hatred.
00:07:25.640 And it's blamed on Donald Trump for saying, Jeddah, the Jeddah flu.
00:07:33.740 Okay.
00:07:34.800 How much of a moron do you have to be to take it out on your Asian neighbor that the Jeddah flu came from Jeddah?
00:07:45.800 How?
00:07:46.500 You're a moron.
00:07:48.500 First of all, here's a little safety tip.
00:07:51.800 Not all Asians are Chinese.
00:07:53.920 What?
00:07:55.860 Yeah.
00:07:57.040 Yeah.
00:07:57.500 And even if you are Chinese, it doesn't mean that you made the flu and you were on the phone with your Chinese handlers.
00:08:05.820 Okay.
00:08:06.380 Here's the time to release it.
00:08:10.500 That's just, you're just a stupid, insane person.
00:08:13.720 If you believe in any of that.
00:08:18.360 Here's the other reason why this doesn't work.
00:08:20.360 Have you noticed they keep calling the place where these, these women were unfortunately at where they were killed?
00:08:29.080 They keep referring to them as spas.
00:08:34.780 And I think to myself, a spa.
00:08:37.340 The guy walked in where one of those, you know, Kenny G albums are playing and must have been the Kenny G, right?
00:08:47.640 They're not spas.
00:08:53.420 They're, let me put it, less politely.
00:08:57.820 What?
00:08:58.260 I don't know what they are.
00:08:59.540 At least what they're insinuating they are.
00:09:01.780 Not that I've attended any of these particular establishments.
00:09:05.280 So you say, but notice you're sticking out.
00:09:06.700 It does seem like they're being very clear that there is additional, additional services.
00:09:12.400 Why are they calling, why are they calling them spas?
00:09:15.640 They're massage parlors.
00:09:17.160 Sure.
00:09:17.740 Okay.
00:09:18.220 Massage parlors.
00:09:19.420 They're not, again, they're not massage parlors really either.
00:09:22.340 No, they're not.
00:09:23.040 I mean, at least that's, again, what they're insinuating in all the coverage.
00:09:26.080 Because they're saying that these women are being fetishized and that they are there to only provide a service to, you know, evil white men.
00:09:36.720 Okay.
00:09:37.180 But again, like if it's like, if it's an actual spa, that wouldn't be how you described it, right?
00:09:41.660 You describe it as a.
00:09:44.060 As a place to relax.
00:09:45.620 Right.
00:09:46.280 There's plenty of actual spas.
00:09:48.240 Yeah.
00:09:48.480 A place to get a massage that doesn't have a happy ending.
00:09:52.240 There you go.
00:09:52.920 Right.
00:09:53.580 That would be the, that would be a spa.
00:09:56.200 The rest of it is just a guise for some sort of prostitution.
00:10:01.480 That's what, that's what it is.
00:10:03.360 So why are we conjuring up?
00:10:05.320 It's a spa.
00:10:06.380 It's a spa.
00:10:07.960 When I first heard the story, I thought it was a nail salon.
00:10:10.480 Why did this guy got into us?
00:10:13.340 Shot up a nail salon?
00:10:15.580 Oh, it's a spa.
00:10:16.840 Spa?
00:10:18.920 Really?
00:10:20.120 No.
00:10:20.280 The only, only hesitation I would put on this, because the media is absolutely insinuating
00:10:25.400 this is just a front for prostitution.
00:10:27.560 But they, they keep saying spa anyway.
00:10:29.960 So I, the only thing I would, I listened to NPR this morning.
00:10:33.240 Ah, no, they're saying it's an out and out spa.
00:10:35.820 It's a spa.
00:10:36.020 It's just an out and out spa.
00:10:36.880 Out and out spa.
00:10:37.720 Because I mean, I think you get the, they keep saying, you know, it's, well, he said
00:10:40.580 it was about a sexual addiction.
00:10:42.240 It's like a sexual addiction.
00:10:43.280 That's right.
00:10:43.860 That's why I thought, why would you, why would you, if you were sexually addicted, why would
00:10:48.800 you shoot up a spa unless you were expecting a happy ending and you didn't get one?
00:10:53.500 Why would your target be a spa?
00:10:55.760 And that would be my only hesitation here, right?
00:10:58.020 In that maybe this guy is just going around to places he believes are, maybe he's never
00:11:04.220 been to this place before.
00:11:05.200 He's just shooting people randomly.
00:11:06.700 Look at how many hoops.
00:11:08.260 I know.
00:11:08.900 I know.
00:11:09.240 Look how many hoops.
00:11:10.680 First of all, even if they were prostitutes, you don't shoot them.
00:11:14.100 Of course not.
00:11:14.700 But I just don't want to, I don't want to extra malign them and say that they were involved
00:11:18.400 in this if we just don't know for sure.
00:11:20.320 So, but that is definitely what the media is saying.
00:11:23.160 Again, again, look at the hoops.
00:11:26.520 Now it may be the drug.
00:11:28.460 Should I go home?
00:11:29.480 You should definitely not be here today.
00:11:30.880 That's not, there's no question about that.
00:11:32.340 Because I mean, I thought I could do it without medicine today.
00:11:35.020 I've been sitting here for about two hours and no, so I'm on medicine.
00:11:39.420 So at any time you can tell me to go home because I've got a lot to say.
00:11:44.780 I'm just, the only reason I'm making any qualifications here is because I don't trust the media.
00:11:49.860 I just don't, I don't think it's, I don't, I don't trust anybody.
00:11:53.740 They're giving you the insinuation that this is what was going on there.
00:11:56.980 This guy, okay, okay, wait a minute.
00:11:59.280 This guy is a sex addict.
00:12:01.560 He even said, he's in, he's in, now he's in jail.
00:12:04.920 And he's like, wait a minute, it was a race crime?
00:12:06.920 No, I was a sex addict.
00:12:08.740 I mean, even he's surprised.
00:12:12.220 How do you make this?
00:12:13.740 If the guy says, even, even the officials are reporting, you know, who's not reporting that?
00:12:21.180 You want to talk about a president just going off, uh, half cocked, no pun intended is Joe Biden and Kamala Harris immediately just saying, this is, this is, you know, violence against Asians.
00:12:34.340 Well, technically it is violence against agents technically, but that doesn't make it a hate crime.
00:12:41.180 Now, did he, did he not shoot?
00:12:45.840 Were there a bunch of white people?
00:12:47.440 He's like, move out of the way, move out of the way, move out of the way.
00:12:49.780 Oh, we know 25% of the people he killed were not Asian.
00:12:53.300 Oh, wait a minute.
00:12:54.460 So is he just a bad shot too?
00:12:56.400 It could be, could be that person.
00:12:57.780 He could have gone there.
00:12:59.000 Look, he could have gone there just to kill Asians.
00:13:01.700 And maybe a white person jumped out at him and he shot them.
00:13:04.160 I don't know.
00:13:04.500 Or he was a sex addict, like he says, and he saw that sex parlor and people that were in there as a contributor or something he couldn't kick.
00:13:20.120 And so he was going to take it on because he was pissed at them because he's a sex addict.
00:13:24.660 That's, it's certainly the explanation that is most likely, right?
00:13:29.180 Most likely, but not the one that the administration and the media is pushing.
00:13:34.500 Right.
00:13:34.740 The media, the media keeps saying basically like, don't believe the officer because all he's doing is telling you what the, what the murderer said.
00:13:43.220 Ah, okay.
00:13:43.960 But it's like, first of all, the murderer confession is a good starting point.
00:13:48.740 Yeah.
00:13:48.940 He's, you know, he was there.
00:13:50.360 Secondly, the police tend not to blurt out these things unless they have additional evidence, right?
00:13:56.980 They tend to look at this and say, okay, we have this piece, this piece, and he's saying it's this.
00:14:03.260 This does make sense.
00:14:04.880 Are these the police officers that just were awarded a gold medal up at the Capitol?
00:14:09.700 Are they?
00:14:10.300 Are they?
00:14:10.740 No.
00:14:11.300 No, they weren't.
00:14:11.800 Those are the only good police officers.
00:14:12.660 Those are the only good police officers.
00:14:14.140 Are the police officers who were at the Capitol the day of January 6th.
00:14:17.260 Nancy Pelosi is honored to give them a gold medal, the nation's highest honor from Congress, which fine.
00:14:24.980 That's totally fine.
00:14:25.960 All the other people who are oppressors.
00:14:27.420 All the other cops, you can't believe.
00:14:29.500 No, they're all terrible except for the ones that defended them on that one day.
00:14:32.980 Cops, do you know who your friends are?
00:14:35.140 Military, do you know who your friends are?
00:14:36.960 Because it's certainly not these people.
00:14:38.640 My gosh, now you can't believe the cop, even though cops are great and we're handing out gold medals, and we've never said a bad thing about a cop ever.
00:14:48.600 Oh, wait a minute.
00:14:49.340 I've got to get to my press conference about how all these Asians are being killed by Trump supporters.
00:14:55.220 This is insanity.
00:14:58.180 Insanity.
00:14:59.160 And it stops by people standing up.
00:15:03.060 I have no problem with Asians.
00:15:06.240 Why would I?
00:15:08.640 Every Asian I've ever met is likable, and that is racist.
00:15:15.760 Because I'm sure there's some perfectly horrible Asians as well.
00:15:20.260 Probably are, just like every other group.
00:15:22.480 Every other group, as good as bad.
00:15:26.340 Why would you?
00:15:27.660 First of all, if we didn't learn our lesson after FDR threw people into prison camps, we never will.
00:15:37.120 It was the progressives that threw them into internment camps.
00:15:44.720 The military didn't want to do that.
00:15:50.840 FDR went and said, you know, I've got to keep it on the QT here, but they're not white.
00:15:57.840 And I know I'm a big progressive hero, and everybody loves me, and I'm hiding my wheelchair, by the way, because the people who would vote for me, they're so bigoted that they wouldn't be able to see a strong man in a wheelchair.
00:16:11.300 But let's leave that aside.
00:16:13.520 Let's just talk about the Asian problem.
00:16:16.120 Pentagon said, what Asian problem?
00:16:17.800 The problem on the West Coast.
00:16:20.140 What problem on the West Coast?
00:16:21.820 There are a lot of Asians there.
00:16:23.380 So, I think we should scoop them up and put them, they might be working with Japan.
00:16:30.120 Pretty sure that's not the deal, FDR.
00:16:33.280 Well, you're probably, I'm assigning you a task to go out there.
00:16:36.800 You get a task force together, you go out there, you talk to a bunch of them Asians and find out.
00:16:42.160 They came back, they reported, there's no Asian problem.
00:16:45.440 Then December 7th happened, and he pulled something out of his bag of tricks that most people don't even know.
00:16:57.120 Another huge progressive lie that another big progressive told in World War I.
00:17:08.300 Oh, the appearance of Woodrow Wilson, is he back?
00:17:11.500 Oh, yeah.
00:17:12.700 Oh, yeah, he's back.
00:17:13.880 You want real, you want real lies from real presidents that the left reveres?
00:17:23.340 Stick with me for 60 seconds.
00:17:28.300 Remind me, because I'm...
00:17:29.880 Anyway, Relief Factor.
00:17:32.480 Relief Factor is here.
00:17:33.980 Relief Factor has kept my pain at bay for a very, very long time.
00:17:38.980 Right now?
00:17:40.600 Not so much.
00:17:42.480 But Relief Factor can help people.
00:17:45.940 It helped me stay out of pain for three years, three solid years.
00:17:51.700 And my pain will come back once in a while.
00:17:53.920 You know, I'll have flare-ups or whatever.
00:17:56.000 I do something stupid like I did this weekend with my back.
00:17:59.640 And then, you know, I got real problems.
00:18:02.520 But I had problems where I didn't even think I could paint anymore.
00:18:07.520 I could write anymore.
00:18:09.560 Relief Factor has taken all of that pain and has made it go away.
00:18:14.500 Relief Factor.
00:18:15.860 ReliefFactor.com
00:18:16.900 Or call 800-500-8384.
00:18:20.700 ReliefFactor.com
00:18:22.160 10 seconds.
00:18:22.900 Station ID.
00:18:23.460 So, there was another real racist progressive president.
00:18:37.940 His name was Woodrow Wilson.
00:18:41.500 Woodrow Wilson, he won a second term because he was promising,
00:18:46.200 We'll never go to war.
00:18:48.400 I'm not going to involve the American troops into some crazy war in some far-off land called Europe.
00:18:59.840 If they want to fight, they can fight.
00:19:02.080 A vote for me is a vote to stay out of war.
00:19:04.400 Oh, kind of like Biden's.
00:19:07.340 A vote for me will ensure that no one who is making under $400,000 a year will ever get a tax increase.
00:19:16.880 Eh, lie.
00:19:18.720 Woodrow Wilson, eh, lie.
00:19:23.500 Woodrow Wilson, there was something called the Black Tom incident.
00:19:27.220 Now, Woodrow Wilson is the guy who said, as the head of Princeton, that the goal of every university is to make a young man the most unlike his father as possible.
00:19:48.360 So, you don't think it's an indoctrination camp?
00:19:51.060 It's been an indoctrination camp since Woodrow Wilson was the head of Princeton.
00:19:57.220 He gets in, and he doesn't want to go to war, but there's something called the Black Tom incident, where we had a munitions dump right on, just right behind the Statue of Liberty.
00:20:14.360 And the Germans had infiltrated, and they were pissed at us for sending munitions over to our allies and not to Germany, and so they decided to blow it up.
00:20:24.320 It was an elaborate scheme, yada, yada, yada.
00:20:26.780 It was such a huge explosion that it broke every window from southern tip of Manhattan up to about 40th Street.
00:20:36.240 It broke every window.
00:20:37.280 It registered a 2 on the Richter scale in Baltimore.
00:20:41.280 It pierced the Statue of Liberty.
00:20:44.960 You can't go up into its arm anymore.
00:20:47.940 Do you even know why you can't go up into the arm?
00:20:49.660 I've always heard it was hurt.
00:20:50.680 I always heard it cracked or something was it was weak.
00:20:53.480 It was weak because of Black Tom.
00:20:56.560 The day before Black Tom, anybody could go up into the arm of the Statue of Liberty.
00:21:01.200 Afterwards, it was so weakened that no one is allowed up into the arm anymore.
00:21:07.080 Woodrow Wilson, he covered it up.
00:21:09.380 He blamed it on giant companies that were too greedy to protect the country and also to protect their own workers.
00:21:18.840 He said it was a mishap.
00:21:20.720 It wasn't.
00:21:21.380 It was German spies.
00:21:22.580 He knew it at the time, but he buried it.
00:21:24.600 And it was only pulled out after December 7th, 1941.
00:21:32.400 And FDR starts a campaign about Black Tom.
00:21:35.340 Hey, by the way, we did all that research.
00:21:37.960 You know, we told you we're going to get back to you on Black Tom.
00:21:40.260 We've just heard the final report.
00:21:43.720 It turns out it was Germans.
00:21:45.780 Mm hmm.
00:21:46.480 They were here.
00:21:47.080 They infiltrated.
00:21:47.920 Now, if the Germans could do that, can you imagine what could happen here?
00:21:53.080 With the Japanese, the Pacific.
00:21:59.080 These guys have lied from the beginning.
00:22:04.900 These guys, the progressives, have hated minorities.
00:22:10.460 They are talking down to all minorities.
00:22:14.620 And now, now, they're trying to say that all white people not only hate blacks,
00:22:23.080 but hate the people that they have been targeting themselves in schools.
00:22:30.660 Really, I'm having a hard time swallowing this.
00:22:33.960 Back in a minute.
00:22:38.580 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:22:40.780 Well, it seemed like a good idea at the time.
00:22:46.060 This line is applied for by all of us for many different things.
00:22:50.720 Going to that youth summer camp where the teenagers got murdered 10 years ago.
00:22:55.960 Telling your wife that, yeah, you do kind of look fat in that dress.
00:22:59.860 And, of course, the granddaddy of all bad ideas, buying into a timeshare.
00:23:05.580 Now, you're stuck owning a portion of a property that you don't control.
00:23:09.980 You probably can't visit most of the time, especially with COVID.
00:23:13.560 And the locations that you actually want to visit, yeah, we can't get you in there this time.
00:23:19.300 But, and you're still paying the maintenance fees all the while.
00:23:22.500 Now, it's time to call Timeshare Termination Team.

00:24:09.840 White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki.
00:24:13.920 I refuse.
00:24:14.800 I refuse to follow in her footsteps and the footsteps of her family for generations trying to silence the P.
00:24:22.360 It will not be silenced.
00:24:24.520 Jen Psaki has blamed the Trump administration's rhetoric on the corona pandemic for elevating threats against Asian Americans
00:24:32.520 as investigators probed the motives of a suspect in a shooting spree that killed six Asian women in and around Atlanta, Georgia.
00:24:41.740 So are those the only ones killed were the six Asian women?
00:24:45.480 No, there was two other people who were killed.
00:24:49.540 But they don't even, they're not even, they're not even part of this story.
00:24:52.300 It's just he killed six Asian women.
00:24:53.960 Yes, no, he killed eight people.
00:24:55.200 And there's another person in, I believe, serious condition or critical condition.
00:24:58.920 Okay.
00:24:59.480 Which was not Asian.
00:25:00.600 Well, I guess we don't care about those people because this is only talking about six Asian women.
00:25:04.860 I tend to care about all of them, but that does seem to be what the story is indicating.
00:25:09.180 Yeah, me too.
00:25:09.520 Okay.
00:25:11.080 President Biden has come out and said, I think there's no question that some of the damaging rhetoric that we saw during the prior administration calling COVID the Wuhan virus or other things led to perceptions of the Asian American community that were inaccurate, unfair.
00:25:24.560 And it is elevated threats against Asian Americans that we're seeing around the country.
00:25:29.480 We'll go into that a little more, a little later.
00:25:33.760 Last week, he denounced crimes against the group during a prime time address describing the violence as un-American.
00:25:39.720 I 100% agree.
00:25:41.800 However, on Wednesday, he said he would not be speculating on the motive behind the Atlanta shooting.
00:25:48.000 But wait a minute.
00:25:48.540 Didn't you just say that it's the rhetoric of Donald Trump that is making no connection at the moment of the motivation of the killer?
00:25:58.380 Robert Aaron Long has been charged with killing eight people.
00:26:01.740 Investigators said he told the police that the attack was not racially motivated, that he claimed to have a sex addiction.
00:26:09.540 Listen to this next paragraph.
00:26:11.800 Even so, the deaths immediately provoked fears among local Asian Americans that the attack was directed against them following an apparent surge in assaults coinciding with the coronavirus pandemic.
00:26:25.000 Wait a minute.
00:26:27.320 We should not be spreading fear.
00:26:30.360 We should be spreading fact.
00:26:34.740 Pat Gray joins us now from Pat Gray Unleashed.
00:26:37.740 Hello, Pat.
00:26:38.440 Hello, Glenn.
00:26:38.980 How much do you hate the Asian community?
00:26:41.980 Not at all.
00:26:43.020 Not even one iota.
00:26:44.900 It's so bizarre that this is because it's the China flu or the Wuhan flu.
00:26:53.540 Do you remember that after the German measles came out, we got so pissed at Germans and went to war against them?
00:27:00.220 Amen, brother.
00:27:01.260 Remember when we went to war against them because of the German measles?
00:27:04.500 Exactly right.
00:27:05.460 Remember that?
00:27:06.040 It's just so acidity.
00:27:07.620 Remember when we all said, I'm having more bacon than I've ever dreamt after the swine flu?
00:27:14.000 Do you remember that?
00:27:14.820 Yeah.
00:27:14.900 We're like, slaughter them hogs.
00:27:16.420 Kill the pigs.
00:27:17.600 Well, actually, they did kill the pigs.
00:27:19.220 Yeah, they did.
00:27:19.620 That's a different...
00:27:20.240 They did.
00:27:20.880 I know.
00:27:21.120 They also said that he was having a really bad day, and that was one of the motivations for it.
00:27:27.080 So, wait.
00:27:27.700 He was killing them because, in his own interpretation, they were temptations that he couldn't refuse.
00:27:36.220 Yes.
00:27:36.480 And so he was going to kill them.
00:27:37.580 And he was at the end of his rope and having a really bad day.
00:27:40.780 Now, I've had really bad days before.
00:27:42.960 Stu, have you had really bad days?
00:27:44.640 I have.
00:27:45.280 Yeah.
00:27:45.580 Not that bad.
00:27:46.580 Not that bad.
00:27:47.300 How many people did you guys kill?
00:27:50.360 None.
00:27:51.020 Zero people.
00:27:52.520 I mean, I've had bad days.
00:27:54.000 Now, I don't know what his day was like, but I've had some pretty whopper bad days.
00:27:57.560 Yeah.
00:27:58.000 And not once did I say, let's go kill a bunch of people.
00:28:01.140 No.
00:28:01.460 No.
00:28:02.040 You know what?
00:28:02.740 That is an indication of absolute insanity.
00:28:05.580 Total and complete insanity.
00:28:07.840 Not hatred for Asians, but absolutely out of your mind nuts.
00:28:12.700 Just like...
00:28:14.020 So you think insane, you think the word loss of perspective might be a little light?
00:28:24.020 Quite.
00:28:24.680 Quite light.
00:28:25.460 Okay.
00:28:25.640 Quite light.
00:28:25.960 Because I was thinking, maybe it's just a loss of perspective.
00:28:29.040 Yes, you're having a bad day, but they don't get perspective there.
00:28:33.760 Yeah.
00:28:34.180 Yeah.
00:28:34.360 Wait till tomorrow and maybe it gets a little better.
00:28:36.660 Right.
00:28:37.400 Right.
00:28:37.840 Perhaps.
00:28:38.700 Right.
00:28:39.100 Go see a doctor.
00:28:40.600 I mean, it's reminiscent of, you know, the Boomtown Rats song.
00:28:45.920 It's based on a 1979 shooting.
00:28:48.580 Right?
00:28:49.520 I don't like Mondays.
00:28:50.940 It's the...
00:28:51.200 I'm sorry.
00:28:52.200 It's based on the...
00:28:53.180 What?
00:28:53.380 The Boomtown Rats song.
00:28:55.580 I don't like Mondays.
00:28:57.160 If you've been listening already today, you've already learned a history lesson.
00:29:00.960 Maybe you didn't know about Black Tom.
00:29:02.500 Why we don't go into the Statue of Liberty.
00:29:04.040 How that was used to round up Asian Americans, you know, 20 years later.
00:29:10.600 Why are you still blabbing?
00:29:11.500 He was about to tell us this Boomtown Rats story.
00:29:13.080 Right.
00:29:13.360 I just want to point out, now you're learning even deeper history with...
00:29:16.740 Yes.
00:29:17.240 Yeah.
00:29:18.120 Boomtown...
00:29:18.720 Boomtown Rats.
00:29:19.660 Is that the name of the...
00:29:20.700 That's the name of the rock band.
00:29:21.380 Don't act like you don't know the song, I Don't Like Mondays.
00:29:23.900 You were on FM radio for a hundred years.
00:29:26.560 I don't ever remember playing the Boomtown Rats.
00:29:29.120 Come on.
00:29:29.560 I Don't Like Mondays?
00:29:30.680 You've never played that?
00:29:31.620 Big song, wasn't it?
00:29:32.480 Yes.
00:29:33.160 It was a pretty big song.
00:29:34.380 I think I would remember Boomtown Rats, even with all of my alcohol use.
00:29:38.640 So they write this song, I Don't Like Mondays, based on what this killer said.
00:29:43.860 She was 16 years old and she was having a bad day.
00:29:46.880 She didn't like Mondays.
00:29:48.460 And so a reporter asked her why she shot eight children and wounded them and killed two adults.
00:29:54.640 Oh my gosh.
00:29:55.220 And her response was, I don't like Mondays.
00:29:58.140 And this livened up the day.
00:30:00.060 I mean, that's insanity.
00:30:03.880 It wasn't because of anybody's race.
00:30:06.040 It's just a person who's lost their mind.
00:30:09.940 Did we really look?
00:30:10.700 I mean, that was in the time when we...
00:30:12.520 No, we didn't look.
00:30:13.240 We didn't look.
00:30:13.540 That was at the time.
00:30:14.820 Look it up right now.
00:30:16.000 Who were the people that they killed?
00:30:18.300 Because this is a time where we had systematic racism that we all denied.
00:30:22.840 That's true.
00:30:23.660 You know what I mean?
00:30:24.280 So, and I don't like systematic racism.
00:30:30.840 Race of people in San Diego.
00:30:36.600 I'm not sure how to put it.
00:30:38.120 Vice President.
00:30:38.960 Keep looking.
00:30:40.400 You'll be surprised what will come up with Google.
00:30:43.580 Vice President Kamala Harris said yesterday, we do not yet know.
00:30:48.640 We're not yet clear about the motive.
00:30:51.320 And I don't want to say our Asian American community.
00:30:55.780 I just want to tell you that we all stand together with you and understand this is how frightening and shocked and outraged you are.
00:31:02.580 And how frightened, shocked and outraged all people are.
00:31:06.100 Yeah.
00:31:06.680 Except I don't think you mean all people.
00:31:10.080 I don't think Kamala Harris would include me in that.
00:31:13.300 And why are...
00:31:14.340 Because I'm with her 100%.
00:31:15.640 I'm outraged.
00:31:17.400 I'm shocked.
00:31:17.900 I'm horrified.
00:31:19.120 If this was a target of the Asian community, that's got to stop.
00:31:23.680 That's got to stop.
00:31:25.260 If it was just because the guy was insane, that's got to stop.
00:31:29.600 Okay.
00:31:30.260 This time, you'll notice it's not the gun's fault.
00:31:33.800 This time, it's the hatred for Asian Americans who...
00:31:39.120 Those people who harbor those kind of hatreds have a lot of guns.
00:31:42.360 You watch.
00:31:42.920 It will come together quickly.
00:31:46.360 So, why is it that she is...
00:31:49.180 I want to make it clear.
00:31:50.020 I want to say to our Asian American community that we stand with you and understand how this is frightened and shocked and outraged you.
00:31:56.780 Well, yes, I agree with that 100%.
00:31:59.840 But is it too much to say it looks like he might have been targeting massage parlors?
00:32:05.660 And so, if you're a massage parlor worker, we also understand that you might be shocked and outraged and horrified as well, and we stand with you.
00:32:16.880 Except it's more important for them to fear monger right now.
00:32:21.020 It is.
00:32:21.500 Well, it's the tone, right?
00:32:22.480 Like, we've been having...
00:32:23.360 We made it...
00:32:23.780 We had all these statements from these companies.
00:32:25.600 This has been the narrative bubbling under for months, and now this is the narrative.
00:32:31.740 This is the event that proves it, right?
00:32:33.960 But again, it doesn't prove it.
00:32:35.460 And even, like, there's this thing that's happening now with these statements where the guy came out and he said, like, I'm a sex addict and the police are coming out and indicating that's what they believe this was.
00:32:45.520 Not an Asian hate crime, but someone who has some very strange guilt about getting massages and God knows what else and is trying to, you know, do some terrible thing related to that.
00:33:02.200 So, the fallback position, here's one example of it.
00:33:05.080 There's no reason to take it face value in the first place, this guy's word.
00:33:08.280 He's a suspect who just confessed to a mass murder.
00:33:10.620 But it's beyond absurd to parse it out as it's not racial.
00:33:13.740 He just sees women at these very specific places as sexual objects who exist for his own gratification.
00:33:20.440 So, they're saying that's the racial thing is that we're sexualizing Asians and fetishizing Asians, which, again, okay, let's just take that at face value and say that's true.
00:33:31.440 It's a totally different narrative than Donald Trump said the coronavirus was the Wuhan virus, right?
00:33:38.340 Like, it's a totally different argument.
00:33:41.000 It has nothing to do with the thing you've been telling us has been going on, and you're acting as if it's a continuation of that.
00:33:47.520 And you also might want to include one of the big purveyors of that, Japan.
00:33:55.140 Have you seen Japanimation?
00:33:59.180 Have you seen the way women are sexualized in Japan?
00:34:06.340 I mean, it's not a white problem.
00:34:08.880 It's a human problem.
00:34:10.860 Sex and fetish is a human problem.
00:34:13.480 Not a white, not a black, not an Asian problem, not a Hispanic problem.
00:34:17.280 A human problem.
00:34:18.600 So, if you want to talk about fetishization of women, why don't we start at the Grammys?
00:34:26.120 Why don't we start with Cardi B and what she did?
00:34:29.440 Oh, my gosh.
00:34:31.160 Oh, I was going to say, Stu looked at me like, I have no idea.
00:34:34.120 Don't ask me.
00:34:34.860 I have no idea.
00:34:36.080 I was going to give you a compliment for being one of the people that I know that has no idea what happened on the Grammys.
00:34:40.920 I did not watch a second of it, nor have I read a story about it.
00:34:45.360 But did you hear about it with Cardi B?
00:34:47.360 I heard something about Cardi B.
00:34:49.500 I don't know exactly what she did.
00:34:50.640 Full-fledged lesbian grinding scenes.
00:34:55.280 Okay?
00:34:55.880 Oof.
00:34:56.360 Like.
00:34:57.060 Man.
00:34:57.460 Yeah.
00:34:58.300 And so, don't talk to me about who's fetishizing women.
00:35:03.600 That's just freeing.
00:35:04.960 That's just freeing.
00:35:05.780 That was just freeing.
00:35:06.520 It's liberating.
00:35:07.660 It's liberating.
00:35:08.500 Yeah.
00:35:08.620 There's nothing degrading about that at all.
00:35:11.000 You know, they're also making this into sort of a religious thing, because supposedly this guy's super religious.
00:35:15.900 Really?
00:35:16.680 So, wait.
00:35:17.480 He was removing one temptation that he has in.
00:35:23.400 He didn't want to have sex with these women, I guess.
00:35:25.740 But he's willing to ignore the greatest commandment and not murdering somebody, but he's super religious?
00:35:32.900 I don't think so.
00:35:33.980 Let's work on one sin at a time.
00:35:35.700 Okay.
00:35:36.000 You know, so let's just, let's, I can't do all ten at once.
00:35:40.360 God, that's unreasonable.
00:35:42.020 Like, give me two or three.
00:35:43.600 All right?
00:35:44.360 Not going to fetishize women and have crazy sex and covet and I think there's a lot.
00:35:48.840 But killing them, that's okay, right?
00:35:49.980 Well, I'm still working on, you know, the first and second.
00:35:53.940 Mm-hmm.
00:35:54.280 And because I swore, I swore while I was, I was thinking about killing them.
00:35:58.600 I swore and I thought, I got to stop that.
00:36:01.380 And then I got, you know, I was having a bad day.
00:36:04.080 I lost my focus.
00:36:05.360 I loaded the gun.
00:36:06.320 I shot them.
00:36:07.900 None of this makes sense.
00:36:09.300 And unfortunately, the media has zero credibility when it comes to this.
00:36:14.840 Oh, but wait, there is a great editorial in the Wall Street Journal today about this and
00:36:21.600 about the progressives and their love of the Asian community.
00:36:26.200 I'll give you that here in a second.
00:36:30.280 Oh, my gosh.
00:36:31.340 Real estate agents, I trust.
00:36:33.720 So, you've announced to your family you're going to be moving soon.
00:36:37.000 And as you feared, your sister's kid has offered to become your full-time real estate agent.
00:36:42.340 You know, I mean, he's been doing it on the side for a while now and he's had three or
00:36:45.760 four clients total.
00:36:47.460 But, you know, you got to give him a chance.
00:36:49.500 Uh-huh.
00:36:50.240 Uh-huh.
00:36:50.760 I would like to advise you to take a good hard look at that kid or anybody.
00:36:56.140 Be honest with yourself.
00:36:58.120 If he, you know, if all he's ready to do is flip the hamburger, you might ask, you know,
00:37:05.120 I don't want fries with my house.
00:37:07.700 Maybe it's time you look elsewhere.
00:37:09.060 Maybe it's time you go to the professionals.
00:37:11.760 Professionals are all that we work with at realestateagentsitrust.com.
00:37:17.080 The agents who work with us know the best practices.

00:37:26.180 But don't take my word for it.
00:37:28.080 Interview one for yourself.
00:37:29.360 That's Real Estate Agents I Trust.
00:37:31.020 The name says it all.
00:37:33.040 Realestateagentsitrust.com.
00:37:35.520 Realestateagentsitrust.com.
00:37:36.840 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:37:43.320 There is a great editorial in the Wall Street Journal.
00:37:48.000 The North Thurston Public Schools in Lacey, Washington, made headlines in November when
00:37:53.980 their equity report classified, not equality, equity report classified Asian Americans along
00:38:01.580 with whites instead of students of color.
00:38:05.240 Apparently, the Asian Americans were doing too well academically to be students of color.
00:38:11.500 After what the district said was an overwhelming public response, it admitted its category choices
00:38:17.760 had racist implications and dropped the equity report from its website.
00:38:22.820 To normal Americans, it makes no sense.
00:38:25.760 How are Asian Americans not people of color?
00:38:28.560 But give the North Thurston folks credit for following progressive logic to its conclusion.
00:38:34.220 This is why this is so important, because most people don't understand what's happening.
00:38:40.560 You probably do, but this is a great explanation to share with your friends.
00:38:45.080 Modern progressive theory.
00:38:46.560 This is beyond progressives now.
00:38:49.280 Modern progressive theory more or less divides the nation between the oppressors, defined as
00:38:55.020 whites, and the oppressed, defined as everyone else.
00:38:58.840 In this framework, achieving success puts you on the side of the oppressors, and thus makes
00:39:05.500 you white or white adjacent, even if your family came from China or India.
00:39:11.340 Calling it progressive to send children of color the message that achievement is white is an
00:39:18.140 irony lost on the woke.
00:39:20.620 Bigoted laws such as the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882 or actions such as the internment
00:39:26.320 of Japanese Americans during World War II were once thought among the worst stains on American
00:39:32.340 history left by anti-Asian racism.
00:39:35.020 But these days, the characterization of Asian Americans as the model minority triggers the
00:39:42.580 woke.
00:39:43.800 Asian Americans are caught in a bind, condemn the system of white supremacy and privilege
00:39:49.580 along with other people of color, or be banished from the victim group as white adjacent.
00:39:56.120 Now, this is according to Wenyan Wu, the executive director of Californians for Equal Rights.
00:40:01.040 The end goal here is to pit people against each other as if our hyphenated identities are bigger
00:40:08.380 than our common destiny as Americans.
00:40:11.960 The principal reason for this is the fact of Asian Americans' achievement.
00:40:17.340 This is an embarrassment to progressives because it undermines the claim that structural racism
00:40:23.400 dooms non-white citizens to the margins of the American dream.
00:40:27.560 So Asian American achievement must either be dismissed or somehow made to be white and sacrificed
00:40:35.220 at the altar of equity.
00:40:37.840 I urge you to read that and share it with a friend from the Wall Street Journal while we
00:40:42.340 are allowed to share things like this.
00:40:45.880 More in a minute.
00:40:48.780 I have to tell you, I am so glad that I feed Uno Rough Greens.
00:40:52.400 We are having our house redone, and he is all over the house and the yard and everything
00:40:58.940 else.
00:40:59.400 He's like, he's such a great dog.
00:41:01.840 He is on guard all the time, and he gets to bed at night at 8 o'clock, and I've never
00:41:07.380 seen him sleep like this before.
00:41:09.020 He just is worn out.
00:41:10.720 It's like when we're up at the farm, and he's just running the farmland all day, and he just
00:41:17.040 is worn out.
00:41:18.040 I can't imagine what he'd be like without Rough Greens.
00:41:20.400 Yeah, it makes a big difference.
00:41:21.560 It does.
00:41:22.140 It does.
00:41:22.580 Huge difference.
00:41:23.460 How long did it take before you saw a difference in your dog?
00:41:26.560 I mean, eating, it's instant.
00:41:28.140 You just see them.
00:41:28.800 They just dive into it.
00:41:30.180 But I would say, I don't know, a week or two maybe?
00:41:32.940 Really?
00:41:33.320 I don't know.
00:41:33.700 Maybe.
00:41:34.420 I think it took me, because I think I put a lot into the food, I think it probably took
00:41:39.120 me about a...
00:41:39.900 Did you use Rough Greens?
00:41:40.740 Did you give portions like you do with ice cream for humans?
00:41:43.020 I do.
00:41:43.360 I do.
00:41:44.640 They're going to run out at the factory if you do this.
00:41:46.560 You will see.
00:41:47.440 Just keep feeding your dog this.
00:41:49.060 You will see massive changes in your dog.
00:41:51.600 Listen, you have to make sure that the dog likes it first.
00:41:54.440 Our dogs love it.
00:41:55.760 But they want to give you a free bag of Rough Greens just to try.
00:41:59.720 All you pay is for the shipping.
00:42:01.540 Go to roughgreens.com slash Beck.
00:42:03.780 Make sure slash Beck to get the free bag.
00:42:06.600 Roughgreens.com slash Beck.
00:42:08.420 Or you can call 833-GLEN-33.
00:42:11.500 That's G-L-E-N-N-33.
00:42:13.500 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:42:39.720 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:42:47.640 Hello, America.
00:42:49.920 Back in the saddle, ready for another day today.
00:42:55.600 Asians under attack?
00:42:59.100 Was it a crazy man or was it a Donald Trump supporter that was just wound up by the Wuhan
00:43:07.500 virus?
00:43:10.040 We've covered that.
00:43:10.880 We have more to cover.
00:43:12.560 But we also have two other things.
00:43:14.980 One relating to COVID.
00:43:16.740 A woman who is likely to be arrested today because she refused to close her business for
00:43:24.300 COVID.
00:43:25.840 She's from Poland.
00:43:27.860 I'm interested to hear what she has to say about the way America is dealing with this
00:43:35.100 and if there is any reflection on how Poland used to deal with things like this when they
00:43:41.280 were under Soviet rule.
00:43:42.840 We'll talk to her in a half an hour and also an update on something that is happening in
00:43:49.580 Texas that I'm telling you will happen all over the country.
00:43:53.220 And it may not be on this particular item, but it could be, especially if you live in
00:43:59.080 the South.
00:44:00.340 FEMA has just rented our convention center for months.
00:44:06.320 And they're going to be housing 3,000 teenage males that have come across our border.
00:44:13.620 They have no place to put them.
00:44:16.160 How did this happen?
00:44:18.460 We've been investigating.
00:44:20.580 We'll give you some of that in 60 seconds.
00:44:27.120 The Glenn Beck Program.
00:44:29.540 All right.
00:44:30.480 Our commercial sponsor this half hour is Relief Factor.
00:44:34.520 I want to tell you about Bill.
00:44:35.520 He's a type of runner who regularly places second or third in his age group at races.
00:44:40.240 He lives in Colorado.
00:44:41.920 A lot of the races he participates in are in the mountains.
00:44:45.260 I mean, geez.
00:44:47.420 I mean, it's bad enough to run in the mountains.
00:44:51.980 This exercise stuff.
00:44:53.340 It's way overrated.
00:44:55.000 Anyway, Bill started having problems with his hips and his legs, and he had to cut down
00:44:58.840 on the racing for a while.
00:45:00.280 Looked like he might not be able to do it even anymore.
00:45:02.980 He had to find some way to manage the pain because he loves this.
00:45:08.180 Everything he did take that would manage the pain made him feel sluggish and not himself.
00:45:13.120 Then he heard about Relief Factor and decided to give it a try.
00:45:17.040 Within a few weeks of taking it, Bill's pain had basically disappeared.
00:45:21.040 Bill got his life back.
00:45:22.780 And so can you.
00:45:24.100 Relief Factor.
00:45:24.560 It's not a drug, but it was developed by doctors, and 70% of the people who try Relief
00:45:28.620 Factor go on to buy more because it works for them.
00:45:31.760 Try the three-week quick start trial pack right now for $19.95.
00:45:36.760 Three weeks.
00:45:37.480 You should know if it's going to work for you or not by then.
00:45:40.640 Go to relieffactor.com or call 800-500-8384.
00:45:45.400 That's relieffactor.com, 800-500-8384.
00:45:49.880 What are we turning into?
00:46:01.480 What is happening to our country?
00:46:06.100 Well, if you're a longtime listener, you know what's happening and you've seen it coming.
00:46:10.140 We have some shocking updates on the Great Reset that we have received this week, even
00:46:19.020 though I was gone, was working with the producers, and they had a chance to follow up on a lot
00:46:26.260 of things.
00:46:27.120 And we've had a couple of breakthroughs that are remarkable.
00:46:30.060 We'll talk to you about early next week, but also something else that is happening, and
00:46:36.320 that is on the border.
00:46:37.600 I've told you before, many people have.
00:46:41.100 I mean, it's only common sense.
00:46:42.420 You start to open up the border and you start to say, you know what?
00:46:47.300 We're going to give away American citizenship if you're here and you're going to have problems.
00:46:53.880 Well, now the Biden administration is saying, don't come yet because we're going to change
00:47:00.600 some of the ways you can come in and make it much, much easier.
00:47:04.060 So don't come in yet.
00:47:05.360 Just wait.
00:47:06.100 Oh, my gosh, that's in step with the American people.
00:47:11.420 One of the reasons I moved to Texas is because, A, I've lived here before.
00:47:16.400 I lived in Corpus Christi years ago in the 80s.
00:47:20.600 That's when Texas was really Texas.
00:47:23.300 It was all boot and hats and belts.
00:47:26.580 It was an amazing place.
00:47:28.680 It had a pride of its own.
00:47:30.920 It still does in some places.
00:47:33.240 In the bigger cities, however, things have changed, and I don't think for the better.
00:47:39.520 I always liked Texas because, I don't know, it was just its own place, and it never degraded
00:47:45.420 any other state.
00:47:47.120 It was never, oh, your state sucks.
00:47:49.060 It was always, oh, that's a great place.
00:47:52.720 Of course, it's not Texas, but not every place can be.
00:47:57.520 It had a pride, and it had an understanding of common sense.
00:48:01.320 This is the only state in the Union, when the Verona files were opened up, this is the only
00:48:09.120 state that is on the border that Russia didn't have a plan for invading.
00:48:15.960 They had a way to invade in Washington State and in Maine and Michigan.
00:48:22.040 They had a plan over invasion, California, Arizona, strangely, not Texas, and that's
00:48:31.020 because they knew that Texans knew the Constitution, knew the enemies, and had guns, and they would
00:48:39.140 defend their land because they were Texans.
00:48:42.080 We are now being overrun because the people in Washington have so convinced anybody and
00:48:58.200 everybody that if you are for secure borders, you're a racist, and they've shocked enough
00:49:07.380 people into being quiet in the 1980s, and I lived here again, I lived in Houston in the
00:49:14.920 1990s, they would have never put up.
00:49:19.800 There would have at least been, I don't know, a couple of angry letters to the editor.
00:49:26.300 There would have been people outside of the mayor's office demanding answers.
00:49:32.160 So far, it feels like we're alone.
00:49:36.520 Let me tell you the story.
00:49:38.480 Citing strain on the immigration system at the border, the U.S. government plans to house
00:49:43.640 up to 3,000 immigrant teenagers, all male, at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center
00:49:51.320 in downtown Dallas.
00:49:53.640 According to a memo sent to the Dallas City Council starting this week, possibly today, immigrant
00:50:00.360 teenage boys aged 15 to 17 will be bussed in and housed at the convention center for up
00:50:08.400 to three months.
00:50:11.260 The Border Patrol is generally supposed to detain children no more than three days, but there
00:50:17.540 is currently almost no space in the health and human services system.
00:50:22.420 They've used all of the cages that they were so outraged by.
00:50:27.060 Last week, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Macorris ordered FEMA to help manage and care
00:50:38.300 for children crossing the border.
00:50:41.280 One tent facility in the town of Donna, Texas, already has over 1,000 teens and children.
00:50:49.020 You ever heard of the town, Donna?
00:50:50.640 Look up its population.
00:50:51.720 What is what is 1,000 teenagers done to Donna, Texas?
00:50:57.380 Border agents are apprehending over 400 children a day on average, far more than the number
00:51:03.880 of children that HHS is processing and releasing to sponsors.
00:51:09.420 This is a really big deal.
00:51:11.540 3,000 teenage boys living in a convention center for potentially three months.
00:51:17.160 The Biden administration is going to wear out the thesaurus, trying to come up with ways
00:51:22.820 to avoid calling this a full-blown immigration crisis.
00:51:26.320 But they're still using all kinds of other words other than crisis on the border that we
00:51:34.100 caused.
00:51:36.000 Now, we have some questions.
00:51:38.860 And we've started to ask them.
00:51:40.600 Why did HHS apparently sidestep Governor Abbott's office and go directly to the city of Dallas?
00:51:49.500 Now, the office of Dallas County Commissioner J.J.
00:51:54.460 Koch has showed us correspondence between his office and a member of Governor Abbott's office
00:52:00.580 from Monday, in which the governor's office says, and I quote,
00:52:04.320 We were made aware of this late last night, that FEMA was dealing directly with Dallas.
00:52:11.720 The state is not involved, end quote.
00:52:15.740 So, why isn't the state involved?
00:52:20.100 Why was there apparently no discussion nor debate among the Dallas County commissioners
00:52:25.840 about whether to approve the lease with FEMA?
00:52:28.160 Were any of any rational person's concerns addressed about COVID-19 testing for the teenagers?
00:52:37.840 Did anyone from the city of Dallas or Dallas County speak with Governor Abbott's office before
00:52:42.540 approving this plan?
00:52:45.520 My producer has posed these and other questions to the city of Dallas.
00:52:50.260 Let me give you our first report.
00:52:52.500 At first, we only received this generic message from the city manager, and I quote,
00:52:59.700 We are committed to working with our federal partners to accommodate the request to utilize our facilities, period.
00:53:06.240 Collective action is necessary, and we will do our best to support this humanitarian effort, period.
00:53:14.440 We didn't like that response.
00:53:17.660 Seemed too easy.
00:53:20.020 So, we pressed.
00:53:23.900 We said, We have a lot of unanswered questions here.
00:53:26.460 And they offered, finally, some semi-answers late last night.
00:53:31.160 On the question of whether the city council members discuss this arrangement first, the city says,
00:53:36.820 Quote,
00:53:37.640 The request from FEMA to rent space at the convention center is being handled as requests from any other vendor through convention center management.
00:53:47.860 Now, this is interesting.
00:53:50.740 So, you're treating them just like the balloon convention?
00:53:56.940 Or the convention of clowns?
00:53:59.200 Or the NRA?
00:54:00.900 Or a car convention?
00:54:04.060 A car show?
00:54:06.300 Really?
00:54:07.240 FEMA is just another vendor?
00:54:10.780 Because I've been to a lot of, like, auto shows and stuff.
00:54:14.660 I've never.
00:54:15.100 Have you stayed overnight at the convention center on those?
00:54:17.600 I have not.
00:54:18.180 I've been to an auto show at that convention center, but we did not sleep there.
00:54:21.200 You didn't sleep there.
00:54:22.180 No.
00:54:22.320 Or not even for a few months.
00:54:23.820 Let alone.
00:54:24.780 Did you shower in the bathrooms there?
00:54:27.040 Because.
00:54:27.400 No.
00:54:28.660 Huh.
00:54:29.080 Saw some cars.
00:54:30.180 Saw some cars.
00:54:30.900 Yeah, they're parked inside.
00:54:31.920 We walked around and looked at them.
00:54:32.500 But once you were in, you could stay there for as long as you wanted?
00:54:35.860 Until they closed that evening, yes.
00:54:37.660 Huh.
00:54:38.060 That's weird.
00:54:39.340 That's weird.
00:54:40.580 On the question who gave the final approval for the city to host the lease, the city of
00:54:45.440 Dallas says, quote, convention center space uses agreements that are authorized by convention
00:54:53.380 center management.
00:54:55.700 Wow.
00:54:56.240 So the city is throwing the convention center under the bus.
00:54:59.320 I would think that somebody at the convention center would say, well, we don't really have
00:55:03.720 people live here, you know, when the clown convention comes.
00:55:08.060 Uh, the clowns all go home and we lock the doors.
00:55:11.920 Uh, we're not really a hotel or anything like that, but apparently no, huh?
00:55:18.560 Nope.
00:55:18.940 The convention center was just like, yep, you got it.
00:55:21.460 We just have this regular old lease.
00:55:24.020 It covers all of that.
00:55:26.240 We've asked to see a copy of the lease, but the city says, quote, the final use agreement
00:55:31.880 has not yet been signed and this information is not yet available.
00:55:36.440 Wait a minute.
00:55:38.320 So they're shipping these guys in beginning possibly today and you don't have a signed
00:55:46.200 lease.
00:55:48.240 Wow.
00:55:50.080 That's quite a breakthrough.
00:55:52.480 It's, it's like, I don't really have a lease for the theater that we're going to go do
00:55:58.980 our show at, but we're pretty sure it's going to be okay.
00:56:02.500 So we're just going to start unloading the trucks.
00:56:05.900 Never would happen.
00:56:07.760 As for whether the city spoke with governor Abbott's office about this arrangement, the city says,
00:56:14.820 quote, staff is not aware of any conversations with governor Abbott's office related to this
00:56:20.900 initiative.
00:56:22.180 Really?
00:56:23.300 The Dallas city manager's office told us to refer any other questions to HHS.
00:56:28.000 So we did questions like, will these teenagers be tested for COVID before they are moved to Dallas?
00:56:37.100 What will happen to anyone who is testing positive?
00:56:41.940 HHS tells us, yes, we're going to test the teenagers for COVID-19, but didn't respond to
00:56:50.200 when will it be done at the border or after the long bus trip and the standing in a convention
00:56:58.840 center in the middle of a giant American city?
00:57:03.800 They also refuse to answer the question, what will be done with anyone who tests positive?
00:57:11.060 Maybe we'll send them up to a nursing home in New York.
00:57:14.460 We also asked how long these teens are going to be housed at the convention center and will
00:57:19.860 they be allowed to leave the convention center at any time during their stay?
00:57:23.960 Like, I just want to go take a walk.
00:57:26.300 Just want to go shopping.
00:57:28.700 Oh, well, do you promise you'll be right back?
00:57:31.920 Sure, I do.
00:57:35.520 HHS tells us that the site is, quote, intended for use as a temporary measure.
00:57:41.900 Well, I'm glad we're not building condos in it.
00:57:44.460 We also asked which government leadership in Texas was consulted before making this
00:57:49.560 arrangement, who approved the arrangement to house them at the convention center in
00:57:53.160 Dallas.
00:57:54.020 HHS has yet to respond to any of our questions.
00:57:58.960 Still a lot of questions surrounding such a major undertaking.
00:58:03.880 FEMA went directly to the Dallas convention center and nobody apparently thought maybe I
00:58:09.680 should run this by somebody in the city.
00:58:11.880 Nobody, nobody, nobody was involved except the convention center.
00:58:19.200 Now, that seems like quite an impossibility unless the convention center is completely inept,
00:58:28.040 which I don't tend to believe.
00:58:31.240 But unless somebody at the convention center disputes what the city says, I guess we have
00:58:39.180 to go with the convention center is run by a bunch of morons.
00:58:43.200 It's interesting that a convention center can make a decision to host 3000 migrant teenagers and have
00:58:53.920 them live at the city's convention center for 90 days just like that.
00:58:58.660 Everybody should know we have submitted an open records request for all correspondence between the federal
00:59:06.780 government and the city of Dallas.
00:59:10.880 And I think we should open it to for the governor's office, because this is really unusual.
00:59:16.040 Maybe that will provide better answers.
00:59:22.360 But we're coming more in a minute.
00:59:28.360 My Patriot Supply, as you know, we're partner with my Patriot Supply, because unlike a lot of their competition,
00:59:34.640 they are focused on delivering the highest food quality store storage.
00:59:38.400 When I first started doing my research on food storage, I was amazed at how many companies just don't give a flying
00:59:44.880 crap what it tastes like, how many calories it actually is providing, what it tastes like 10 years down the road.
00:59:52.440 This is the thing I really love about my Patriot Supply, because they really care about the taste and the
00:59:58.760 nutrition they care.
01:00:00.680 They expect that you're going to use this at some point when there is something going wrong.
01:00:05.560 Every single American should have some food storage on hand, and my Patriot Supply makes it super easy.
01:00:13.860 It's been over a year since they were able to offer a discount because the supply lines were so strained
01:00:20.380 throughout the COVID, but they have a special for you right now.
01:00:24.940 You can save $50 off a four-week supply when you go to preparewithglenn.com.
01:00:31.280 preparewithglenn.com.
01:00:32.440 Maybe you're not thinking about this, but I urge you to do it now.
01:00:37.760 These are the times that I have told you were coming.
01:00:43.540 This is the beginning of a brand new phase in America.
01:00:48.080 It's a month's worth of breakfast, lunches, dinners, averaging 2,000 calories per day,
01:00:52.980 plus the peace of mind that comes with a My Patriot Supply name.
01:00:56.820 Order before 3 p.m., and it will ship today, discreetly, right to your front door.
01:01:01.720 So don't wait.
01:01:02.740 Go to preparewithglenn.com.
01:01:05.920 Preparewithglenn.com.
01:01:07.480 10 seconds.
01:01:08.160 Station ID.
01:01:08.640 Thank you for listening to the program, and thank you to the two clowns.
01:01:25.120 We hired some clowns yesterday and the day before to fill in.
01:01:29.340 Never hired clowns before, but I hear they did an okay job.
01:01:33.380 The reviews are in.
01:01:36.420 They are mediocre.
01:01:38.260 You're right.
01:01:39.020 Anyway, thanks so much for filling in for me the last few days.
01:01:42.220 I've had serious issues with my back.
01:01:44.940 You still have them, and it's clear by looking at you, you're in incredible pain throughout the entire program.
01:01:50.200 But I'm here like a trooper.
01:01:52.760 All right.
01:01:53.460 Enough with the mask thing.
01:01:58.340 I want you to, let's see, who printed this story?
01:02:02.180 This is from the Daily Caller.
01:02:04.200 I want you to print this story out.
01:02:06.160 I want you to keep it.
01:02:06.940 I want you to keep a digital copy of it.
01:02:08.580 And anybody who says anything at all about you not wearing masks, and you don't care, and it's you, Trump supporters, and you conservatives that just don't care.
01:02:17.120 The House Democrats blocked a proposal Tuesday that would have required all illegal immigrants to test negative for the coronavirus before they were released into the U.S.
01:02:34.420 The requiring every alien receive a COVID test or react was introduced by the Republican Iowa freshman Miller Meeks.
01:02:47.700 They're trying to rip her out of Congress, by the way.
01:02:49.840 Of course they would.
01:02:50.880 They're so racist.
01:02:51.780 Well, she won her election by six votes, and they're trying to literally get a House vote to remove her and just give it to the Democrat.
01:02:59.080 That is literally in process as we speak.
01:03:01.240 The people who are sitting here saying, oh, well, you know, don't question those election results.
01:03:06.520 It's unbelievable.
01:03:07.080 She's been in office for months, and they're trying to remove her so the Democrats can vote her out.
01:03:12.380 Well, one of the reasons I'm sure why is because she's saying, hey, if we care so much about COVID and you're saying it's so dangerous, which it is, maybe instead of lecturing everybody about masks and everything else,
01:03:25.640 you should just make sure that anyone coming into the country, because I know I can't come into the country if I have COVID, you know, I go to Mexico, they're going to test me if I have it.
01:03:36.540 I'm not coming.
01:03:37.140 Why aren't you doing that with the people who are coming across the border?
01:03:41.240 You should require it.
01:03:42.720 Nah.
01:03:43.660 Some of them have tested positive, and they're still letting them out.
01:03:48.040 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:03:52.220 Melanie lives in Georgia.
01:03:54.020 Oh, sorry about that.
01:03:56.080 She writes in about her dog's experience with rough greens.
01:03:58.900 She writes, I was skeptical about trying rough greens.
01:04:02.180 I wasn't sure my dog would even eat it.
01:04:04.380 Boy, was I wrong.
01:04:05.360 My dog loves rough greens.
01:04:07.740 Now he will only eat the food I put rough greens on, and he has so much more energy.
01:04:12.480 Thank you so much, rough greens.
01:04:14.880 Sounds like Melanie's dog had a pretty good experience with rough greens, as did mine, as did Stu's.
01:04:19.940 It's great.
01:04:20.760 It's great.
01:04:21.280 A great thing that he did because rough greens is chock full of vitamins and minerals, as well as things like omega oils, antioxidants and probiotics.
01:04:29.580 All the stuff that contributes to a much happier and healthier life for your dog.
01:04:33.820 So how about you?
01:04:34.520 If you're skeptical about whether your dog is going to eat it or love it as much as our dogs do, most dogs go crazy.
01:04:41.980 They love it so much.
01:04:43.380 But what about your dog?
01:04:44.920 Well, right now you can get a free bag of rough greens for your dog just to try out.
01:04:50.000 All you pay is shipping.
01:04:51.260 If he loves it as much as our dog does, continue to feed him rough greens, and you're going to see remarkable results in your dog's health and attitude and activity level.
01:05:02.120 Roughgreens.com slash Beck.
01:05:04.360 There's so much division in our society today, but we can all agree that Nancy Pelosi sucks.
01:05:09.120 Get your Nancy Pelosi sucks pen at NancyPelosiSucksPen.com.
01:05:13.000 Bringing us together.
01:05:19.640 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:05:21.640 Thank you so much for tuning in today.
01:05:23.500 More COVID nonsense coming from Michigan.
01:05:28.140 There is a Michigan bistro and pizzeria that has vowed to stay open, but there has been a bench warrant issued for Marlena Hockney.
01:05:39.820 How do you say it?
01:05:40.520 Hockney?
01:05:41.060 Hockney.
01:05:41.880 Marlena Hockney.
01:05:42.700 And she is with us now, and she may be going to jail today.
01:05:49.900 Marlena, how are you?
01:05:51.680 Wonderful.
01:05:53.180 You're wonderful.
01:05:54.180 You may be going to jail today.
01:05:56.060 Yes, I stay strong because I'm not going to let the government intimidate me or put fear in me.
01:06:03.380 I'm going to stay strong.
01:06:04.980 I'm not going to surround myself.
01:06:07.040 I'm going to keep fighting for American freedom and for us constitutionally protected rights.
01:06:14.840 Your maiden name, if I'm not mistaken, is Pavlos, right?
01:06:20.340 Yes.
01:06:20.880 And you are an immigrant from Poland?
01:06:24.480 Yes, that's correct.
01:06:25.960 I escaped communists in 1983.
01:06:28.880 I went to Greece, and I was there in a refugee camp.
01:06:32.640 I went through Red Cross to, you know, apply to be able to come to U.S.
01:06:38.940 And I came to U.S. 1988 and become citizen in 1992.
01:06:45.220 So, Marlena, I just want to concentrate on this for just a second.
01:06:50.140 When you were in Poland, what was the view of America behind the Iron Curtain for you?
01:06:56.940 This is the greatest country in the whole world.
01:07:00.840 This is the freedom and better life that every human being in the whole world is dreaming to come to America.
01:07:10.800 So, this was my biggest dream.
01:07:14.040 And did you feel that you, when you got here, that you were part of that country?
01:07:19.660 Did you feel like you found the dream?
01:07:24.140 Yes, I did.
01:07:25.320 Because this country has got opportunity.
01:07:28.040 If you work hard, which I always have two jobs, you can accomplish a lot of things.
01:07:34.260 People who want to work, you can do it.
01:07:37.240 People who don't, they don't.
01:07:39.000 But you have the capability to make something better than in my country.
01:07:44.180 In my country, I can work two jobs for minimum pay, and I will never be able to have what I have in this country.
01:07:51.860 So, you're in Michigan, and COVID happened.
01:07:57.440 Did you at first, you know, for the 15 days, did you at all ever close your bistro and pizzeria?
01:08:04.140 The first round, like everybody else at the beginning, which was, I think, February or March 15th, I closed for three, four years like everybody else.
01:08:13.200 I followed the rules because we know that everybody say was pandemic and the virus and so on.
01:08:22.440 So, I closed for three months?
01:08:24.760 Yes, like everybody else.
01:08:25.960 I followed the rules, which we opened, I think, was, if I'm correct, June 14th.
01:08:31.780 Right.
01:08:32.100 And what happened then that made you say, I'm not going to follow the rules anymore?
01:08:38.560 Because, in my opinion, the government, Whitmer, we have here in Michigan, she overstands her power.
01:08:45.780 She don't have no rights to impose those rules and regulations, and we as a people, we have to stand up because that's not right.
01:08:55.180 She's abusing the power.
01:08:56.800 So, I decide, we, the small business owners, we have to take control against this tyranny because we, the people, we have to have jobs to be able to survive.
01:09:11.320 Government and government agency, they have a job security.
01:09:15.860 They are our servants.
01:09:17.600 And we, the people, we have to fight for our existence and keep working.
01:09:23.180 So, I decide, they don't going to close me down.
01:09:26.360 They don't going to rule me because I'm in charge of my property.
01:09:30.280 I pay the property taxes.
01:09:32.360 I didn't see that the government will give me any break or any business, small business, that say, oh, guys, it's COVID-19.
01:09:39.800 Everybody don't have to pay property taxes.
01:09:42.640 No, she don't impose that.
01:09:44.460 So, we, the people, we have to take control because we have enough.
01:09:49.020 We, the people, cannot see sign of tyranny.
01:09:53.160 We, the people, and unfortunately, lose the blessing of the liberty and freedom of a republic from the government.
01:10:01.900 There's a guy who was thinking about running for governor here in Texas.
01:10:07.140 He's a movie star.
01:10:08.400 And I just read a quote from him.
01:10:10.580 He said, I don't understand the problem.
01:10:12.620 So, you're asked to give up a little freedom for the time being, but you get more freedom if you just do what you're told to do, and you get more freedom in the end.
01:10:25.520 How would you answer that?
01:10:27.560 I will not give up my freedom.
01:10:31.040 Like I told you, government protects Antifa doings.
01:10:35.040 Antifa destroys other people's property, business, and they don't keep them accountable.
01:10:41.000 So, bad things become good.
01:10:43.480 The good things like me running my business and serve community, make a living, become bad.
01:10:52.560 And they keep me accountable, and they want to put me in jail.
01:10:56.220 Something wrong with this picture.
01:10:58.500 So, the judge gives the order for bench warrant for my arrest without the ban.
01:11:04.240 That's, I guess, the constitutional protected rights that I do have.
01:11:08.520 So, I will not follow.
01:11:10.340 Like I told you, under Mordick, Visa, Pennsylvania, number 319, U.S. dot 105, no state may license a right and a charge a fee for it.
01:11:23.800 So, I can run my business without a license.
01:11:28.000 This government agency, they create, because as you know, we have, America was a republic.
01:11:34.540 And in 1871, they switched to cooperation.
01:11:39.200 So, now we have all this government and government agency.
01:11:43.280 They create new branches.
01:11:44.600 They create new jobs.
01:11:46.140 And we, the people, pay more taxes.
01:11:49.440 They keep increasing.
01:11:51.060 And they get the money without doing the job they should.
01:11:54.660 And we get slim because we have to give up our rights because they impose all those rules and regulations.
01:12:02.840 They want to increase more taxes.
01:12:05.140 That's not right.
01:12:06.460 We have to stand up and fight for our freedom.
01:12:09.480 Our constitutional protected rights.
01:12:11.980 Marlene, I will tell you this.
01:12:13.100 I'm not sure about the 1871 thing, but we are entering a time where corporations and the government are one.
01:12:22.180 And you can see that because the small businessman is shut out.
01:12:27.040 But I can open up a Target or a Walmart or a Home Depot right next to your pizzeria.
01:12:34.560 And everybody can go in and be fine there.
01:12:36.640 It seems the big businesses are not having to play by the same rules the small businesses are.
01:12:41.540 No, because you see, different rules for different people, they discriminate against the small business owners.
01:12:48.240 So you go to Target, you go everywhere, place.
01:12:51.120 They don't have to follow those rules like we do.
01:12:53.820 We have to do the, take the names and the phone number and all other rules, masking.
01:13:00.540 Everyone does over there anything they want.
01:13:03.020 And they don't go after them.
01:13:04.520 They only go after us.
01:13:06.560 And that's not right.
01:13:08.120 We have to stop this.
01:13:09.240 So let me ask.
01:13:10.820 Marlena, now that you're here and you have to find it, I mean, for lack of a better word, ironic that America is doing this.
01:13:23.340 Are you seeing similarities at all that Americans wouldn't see with what you experienced under Soviet rule?
01:13:30.720 What's going on right now, this is just the bikini of the communist regime.
01:13:36.680 They try to take control.
01:13:39.760 They try to give fear.
01:13:43.120 They intimidate us.
01:13:45.140 And that's wrong.
01:13:47.160 We have to start producing goods because in my country the stores will be empty.
01:13:54.120 There will be no jobs.
01:13:55.280 We will have only government-created jobs, which was not many.
01:14:01.240 Private business owners, they'll be not able to run the business because they will charge them the tax extremely high.
01:14:08.760 So it's not going to be even able to run the business.
01:14:13.380 And the shelves will be empty.
01:14:16.600 And it was just, I mean, poor conditions.
01:14:22.360 And if you wanted to buy, like, we will be giving, like, one kilo of meat per person.
01:14:26.900 We'll have, like, stamps, food stamps.
01:14:29.800 So you can only get one kilo of meat, 17 packs of cigarettes, one bowl of vodka.
01:14:35.720 And if you wanted to buy anything, you will go in the front of the store and you will wait all night.
01:14:40.520 And you don't know if you're going to be able to buy anything because most of the time nobody will do delivery because nothing will come.
01:14:48.980 So where do people like you run if the United States continues to go down this path?
01:14:56.620 I don't know.
01:14:57.820 We have to create new leadership that will stand up and do the job right.
01:15:06.260 But the greatest of the nation can only be measured by the virtue of its freedom and integrity of its authority to protect that freedom.
01:15:20.240 Who's in the background there?
01:15:21.580 Is that your husband?
01:15:23.340 Yes.
01:15:24.060 I have Rick Martin, who is my counsel, assistant of counsel.
01:15:29.520 Well, Marlena, you make sure that if you're arrested, you let us know or he lets us know right away.
01:15:36.800 We want to follow your story.
01:15:38.520 Can I give you him for a moment so he can speak?
01:15:40.920 Real quick.
01:15:41.640 I've only got about a minute left.
01:15:43.340 This is Rick Martin.
01:15:44.580 I'm your assistant of counsel.
01:15:46.120 How are you?
01:15:46.740 Very good.
01:15:47.500 I've only got a minute here.
01:15:48.840 Anything to add on the chances of the state getting away with this?
01:15:55.260 No, absolutely not.
01:15:56.520 The Constitution is a contract, and it's a limited contract.
01:16:00.940 And we, the people, we made that contract for one reason.
01:16:04.420 That was to protect our rights.
01:16:06.200 And we only delegated.
01:16:07.660 The word is delegated, limited rights to the government.
01:16:11.300 And they have no authority.
01:16:13.300 And that's the question we always ask in the courtrooms, is show me by what authority you have to trespass on the rights of an American.
01:16:22.060 And they can't answer that question.
01:16:23.660 Well, but it doesn't seem in a lot of places that the courts even care about the Constitution that much anymore.
01:16:30.020 Well, that's where we have to teach the American people how to get into the courtroom and ask the right questions.
01:16:37.080 And that's what the Constitutional Law Group has been doing since 1996.
01:16:41.480 I have personally put more judges, prosecutors, and dirty politicians behind prison walls than any other group I know of in the country.
01:16:49.900 And we're going to continue this fight.
01:16:51.500 This fight is for the survival of our republic.
01:16:56.220 And if we just sit on our hands and wait for somebody else to do it, it's not going to get done.
01:17:02.500 So our prayer and our wish is to get everyone standing up and flexing those rights.
01:17:09.440 I have traveled across the country and spent just under a quarter of a million dollars of my own money filing cases.
01:17:15.380 Now, the courts are closed for a reason, because they're trying to deny us redress of our grievances.
01:17:22.100 And we need to start cleaning up the court system.
01:17:24.920 And I have Remedy.
01:17:26.240 My team, I have Dr. Judy Michalowicz.
01:17:29.140 I've got Dr. David Martin.
01:17:31.320 I've got a very powerful team of 30 doctors and lawyers that are all over the time.
01:17:39.800 Over 80,000 hours a week to stop this tyranny.
01:17:44.160 Give me the name of your group again.
01:17:45.500 I want to look into it.
01:17:47.180 Constitutional Law Group.
01:17:48.300 Our website is ConstitutionalLawGroup.us.
01:17:53.080 And definitely get people to look into the resources.
01:17:55.620 I will.
01:17:55.940 We're showing how to get Remedy.
01:17:57.620 Thank you so much.
01:17:58.400 We'll look into it, and we'll talk again, I'm sure.
01:18:00.580 Thank you so much.
01:18:01.320 By the way, if you would like to support Marlena, you can go to GoFundMe.
01:18:08.900 Support Marlena's Bistro and Pizzeria is where you will find a GoFundMe page to support her in all that she is going through right now.
01:18:20.920 Our sponsor this half hour is LifeLock.
01:18:23.660 The IRS just issued an urgent warning about a new scam to steal the electronic filing identification numbers from tax professionals over email.
01:18:32.080 Now, here's the good news.
01:18:33.420 They've said we don't have to file them in April.
01:18:37.560 We have to file them, I think, in May, right?
01:18:39.200 Isn't it May 15th?
01:18:40.040 They pushed it back a month?
01:18:41.920 Yeah.
01:18:42.320 Yeah.
01:18:43.140 So, you know, they've extended the time, which is great for us,
01:18:47.840 but unfortunately also great for hackers and people that are trying to get your information to file fraudulent tax returns,
01:18:54.780 because you won't know until after you filed your taxes.
01:18:59.300 Somebody else may have already filed and gotten your refund.
01:19:02.240 It is really important to understand how cybercrime and identity theft are affecting our lives.
01:19:07.520 Every day we put information out on the Internet, and it's at risk.
01:19:12.020 No one can watch all of it at all times, but LifeLock is there.
01:19:15.840 They're the best at watching, and they have a team dedicated to solving the problem.
01:19:21.900 If you eventually do run into a problem, they will help you get your good name and ID back.
01:19:27.760 Right now, you can save 25% off your first year at LifeLock.com.
01:19:31.520 Use the promo code BECK.
01:19:32.680 That's LifeLock.com, or call 1-800-LIFELOCK, 1-800-LIFELOCK, or LifeLock.com, promo code BECK.
01:19:41.260 You're listening to the Glenn Beck Program.
01:19:45.840 Hello, and welcome to the program.
01:19:48.400 I just want to ask.
01:19:54.900 The U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said yesterday that the Department of Defense will prioritize lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and intersex people in its decision-making process.
01:20:13.660 What?
01:20:14.580 They're going to prioritize that?
01:20:19.320 How about, are you good at shooting a gun?
01:20:22.800 How about, are you sane, and you want to fight for your country?
01:20:28.800 How about that one?
01:20:29.860 We should prioritize those guys.
01:20:31.140 Are you smart and maybe could be, you know, a captain or, you know, a strategy guy?
01:20:38.420 Are you really good at being a pilot?
01:20:42.000 Are you really good at, you know, computer hacking?
01:20:45.280 Whatever it is, are you good at that?
01:20:48.180 Not, well, I don't know.
01:20:49.900 So, I first want to ask you, are you queer?
01:20:54.020 Are you transgender?
01:20:55.880 Are you an intersex person?
01:20:58.280 Because that's my priority here.
01:21:00.080 We have, we have turned our whole nation upside down.
01:21:06.620 And you know what?
01:21:08.060 I was driving in today, and it might be the medication speaking here.
01:21:12.160 So, check on me next week if I'm still here.
01:21:16.040 But I have to tell you, there's a story about a transgender woman wins the qualifying round for Miss Nevada USA.
01:21:27.200 Okay, well, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute.
01:21:35.040 You have to be a woman.
01:21:38.400 Well, he says he's a woman.
01:21:41.380 Doctor said he's a woman.
01:21:43.000 That's not scientifically possible.
01:21:45.180 And I, I'm not going to play this game anymore.
01:21:48.620 I'm not going to play this.
01:21:49.720 Bruce Jenner is still a man.
01:21:51.900 And I feel for him.
01:21:53.540 I really do.
01:21:54.840 I, if that makes him happy, fine.
01:21:56.900 If you've gone through the surgery, you know, you've made a commitment to it.
01:22:00.880 But you're still not a woman.
01:22:03.860 You're still not a woman.
01:22:05.060 I, we, I reject this anti-science nonsense.
01:22:08.760 It's the Glenn Beck program.
01:22:10.320 I want to talk to you a little bit about Rectech.
01:22:12.140 If you are looking to, to have a great, great barbecue, griller, or, you know, a smoker, all in one.
01:22:22.740 This thing can even bake.
01:22:24.280 It is so good.
01:22:25.260 It has smart grill technology.
01:22:26.900 So it keeps a constant temperature.
01:22:29.100 You can start it when you're away from the house.
01:22:31.880 You can, you know, start it from your living room.
01:22:34.760 Just, it's an app and you can control it.
01:22:37.420 And it watches the temperature here and here in Texas.
01:22:40.220 It's important because it could be 70.
01:22:41.900 And then within an hour, it's like 35 degrees.
01:22:45.120 Rectech is the way to go.
01:22:46.520 And don't take my word for it.
01:22:47.700 I want you to go look for the best grill out there.
01:22:49.920 You know, Home Depot or wherever you look for your grills.
01:22:52.580 You go and look for the best one they have.
01:22:54.400 Then I want you to A, B compare that with a Rectech.
01:22:58.760 They've cut out the middleman.
01:23:00.180 And all the money that they would have been splitting with Home Depot, they've put into it.
01:23:04.820 So it blows the competition away.
01:23:07.280 No competition.
01:23:07.900 It's R-E-C-T-E-Q dot com.
01:23:11.720 Rectech with a Q dot com.
01:23:14.780 Do it now.
01:23:16.160 Final hour of the radio broadcast coming up.
01:23:19.420 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
01:23:50.420 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:23:58.720 Hello, America.
01:24:00.100 It's Thursday.
01:24:01.840 Coming up this hour, it's all about immigration.
01:24:06.380 Or is it?
01:24:07.680 It's about illegal immigration and what our government is doing.
01:24:11.860 We've got a couple of people I want to introduce you to.
01:24:14.580 Later in the hour, I'm going to introduce you to the guy who found the money.
01:24:18.000 He was in the office.
01:24:19.720 He was a former director of the Office of Management and Budget, the OMB, under Donald Trump.
01:24:24.840 He's the guy who, with help from somebody else in the office, found the money to be able to fund the border wall construction.
01:24:32.280 Something that Biden has stopped.
01:24:34.660 We're going to talk about Biden's border policy.
01:24:38.260 But first, we want to stop in Dallas.
01:24:41.600 Something is going on in Dallas, and we can't seem to get really a straight answer.
01:24:46.600 And it's something that doesn't make sense.
01:24:49.400 How does a convention center, and we all know what a convention is.
01:24:54.520 You know, you go to an NRA convention.
01:24:56.620 You go to a car show.
01:24:57.780 You buy a ticket.
01:24:58.640 You go in.
01:24:59.320 And then you leave when they're closing the doors.
01:25:03.160 It's not a hotel.
01:25:04.940 It's not some place where you can just house 3,000 or 4,000 teenagers for up to three months.
01:25:12.200 But the Dallas Convention Center apparently just made that lease with FEMA.
01:25:18.740 FEMA did not go through the governor.
01:25:21.700 Didn't go through the mayor's office.
01:25:23.180 They apparently had authority to do all that on their own, and they didn't think twice about doing it, apparently.
01:25:31.640 Well, we're going to see if we can get some more answers.
01:25:35.460 We have the Dallas County Commissioner for District 2 who knows a little something about this.
01:25:42.520 We're going to talk to him about 3,000 male teenagers housed at our convention center before, I guess, they're released into the general population from the border.
01:25:58.220 We do that in 60 seconds.
01:26:02.760 The Glenn Beck Program.
01:26:04.440 All right.
01:26:05.940 If you're ready to save some money, really save some money, be fiscally responsible, I urge you to do it.
01:26:16.360 The Fed just came out and said that they are, for some reason, not going to be raising interest rates.
01:26:23.620 Stu, does this make sense to you?
01:26:24.900 They're saying that inflation is coming, but they don't want to raise interest rates over the next two years.
01:26:32.400 Two years is a long time.
01:26:34.320 It's a very long time.
01:26:35.400 You could understand maybe coming out of the pandemic.
01:26:37.880 Yeah.
01:26:38.420 But coming out of the pandemic with all of this money washing in, you're going to have inflation.
01:26:46.780 The job of the Fed, I've always been told, is to keep inflation under control.
01:26:51.880 I don't know what they're doing, but it doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
01:26:55.980 I want you to get your financial house in order by looking at your mortgage and seeing if you can refinance now.
01:27:05.280 If you can refinance your mortgage and you're paying three or four or five, six, any percentage, really only over 3%, you owe it to yourself to see how much money you can save by calling American Financing.
01:27:18.000 Without resetting the term of your loan, you could save hundreds of dollars a month.
01:27:22.980 If you roll in, if you have big credit card bills, you're not going to pay them off if you're paying 15, 16, up to 20% interest every single month.
01:27:31.680 You're never going to get behind, get up from under the pressure.
01:27:35.880 It's going to be there.
01:27:37.780 What you need to do is roll it into your mortgage.
01:27:40.560 Call American Financing.
01:27:41.860 You could save up to $1,000 a month.
01:27:44.480 American Financing, 800-906-2440.
01:27:47.860 800-906-2440.
01:27:49.840 It's AmericanFinancing.net.
01:27:52.760 American Financing, NMLS, 182334, www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org.
01:28:05.120 Dallas County Commissioner for District 2, J.J. Koch.
01:28:09.220 He has been an active member of the Dallas County community for 18 years.
01:28:12.680 He came to Dallas in 2002 after graduating from Duke.
01:28:17.140 He has been with law enforcement.
01:28:19.960 He has, he clerked for the law firm that had the Dallas Police Association as one of their clients.
01:28:28.760 He began his legal career in the Dallas County District Attorney's Office.
01:28:33.020 When he went into private practice, he was with the Dallas FOP.
01:28:39.180 So he's a guy who likes law and order.
01:28:41.960 At least that's what, that's what his resume would give me the impression.
01:28:47.160 I have not spoken to J.J. myself.
01:28:49.700 Welcome to the program, J.J. Koch.
01:28:54.400 I'm sorry, Koch.
01:28:55.160 Thank you, Koch.
01:28:56.580 That's okay, Glenn.
01:28:57.340 Thank you for having me.
01:28:58.600 And, you know, it's great to be able to talk through these issues.
01:29:01.600 So, I'm trying to understand here what is happening with the Dallas Convention Center.
01:29:09.600 We've got 3,000 males apparently could be started to be bussed in as of today.
01:29:18.040 And these are all males that have come from Mexico or someplace south of our border.
01:29:24.620 And they have been caught at the border trying to come into our country illegally.
01:29:28.820 And now, because we don't have space, I guess, we're done flooding all of the communities at the border.
01:29:35.260 We're bringing them to Dallas and putting them in the convention center.
01:29:40.380 How's that process work?
01:29:42.760 Not well.
01:29:43.980 And I think the first problem is that you're trying to understand it, right?
01:29:47.040 There's no understanding this.
01:29:48.400 This is not a policy.
01:29:49.580 This is something based on emotions.
01:29:51.100 This is Joe Biden from the top saying, hey, listen, we're going to feel good about how generous we are in America.
01:29:58.540 We're going to let all these folks in.
01:30:00.020 If you're an unaccompanied minor and you're at the border, you're coming in without any real policy or planning behind what the implications of that are.
01:30:09.120 And we are seeing the implications in gross detail.
01:30:12.960 They're being delivered to our doorstep here in Dallas County.
01:30:16.140 But, you know, there on the border, you have the administration now trying to cover up and hide the mess that it's made.
01:30:24.080 So when it comes to the mess that's being made here in Dallas County, I'm sure myself and a great many others here in Dallas County are interested in saying, OK, what are we really doing here?
01:30:33.220 And we're going to be asking for transparency.
01:30:34.660 And so far, that's been shortcoming from the feds.
01:30:37.720 So it's been shortcoming really from a lot of people.
01:30:41.640 We asked the city manager, I mean, who did this?
01:30:47.080 Who was involved in this?
01:30:48.720 They're making it appear as though FEMA called the convention center themselves.
01:30:54.640 And it was just between FEMA and the convention center.
01:30:57.740 Nobody had to run this up the flagpole.
01:31:00.100 Do you buy that, JJ?
01:31:01.280 Um, I'd buy it in that technically that they can do it like that.
01:31:08.620 Um, but, you know, functionally as a matter of working with your partners and actually getting stuff done, you never, ever do that.
01:31:16.180 You don't blow past your county folks, your city folks.
01:31:19.940 And you most certainly, most certainly do not blow past your partner at the state level.
01:31:25.640 I mean, I don't care how acrimonious the relationship is between a governor's office and that of the presidency.
01:31:31.100 If you are bringing in FEMA, this is an emergency.
01:31:33.800 This is something that we are saying is important.
01:31:35.820 So if it is so important, you sure as heck better get it right by having all the people there at the table to make it work.
01:31:42.340 And they're not interested in making it work.
01:31:44.260 They got their feel good sugar rush.
01:31:46.300 We let the people in.
01:31:47.360 We did the thing that all the liberals love.
01:31:49.180 And you know what, Texas, you're just going to have to clean up after the mess.
01:31:52.220 Well, let's not go to the federal level yet.
01:31:55.120 I kind of want to stay at the local level here.
01:31:58.400 I I find it just breathtaking that a city that was arresting literally hairdressers for keeping their business open during covid is allowing all of these illegals into the center of the city, into our convention center.
01:32:20.840 We don't even know if they were tested.
01:32:22.540 Apparently, those who are testing coming across our border have a high infection rate.
01:32:28.440 Mexico, we know, is looking at a rate of 40 percent of the population in fact infected and a city that was arresting hairdressers is bringing three thousand people into the convention center that let's just let's buy into the bull crap that they've not been tested at all.
01:32:47.900 So, yeah, there's there's certainly a lack of justice and a lack of moral equivalency, if you will, really doing the moral things with every decision.
01:32:58.160 But, you know, just take a step back, you know, that that contract.
01:33:01.420 Right.
01:33:02.000 So the feds came and asked to use the K.
01:33:05.280 Bailey Hutchinson Center.
01:33:06.060 The K.
01:33:06.300 Bailey Hutchinson Center in many aspects of itself is a private entity.
01:33:10.460 It's owned by the city.
01:33:11.340 It's owned by the city.
01:33:12.120 But it acts as a private body.
01:33:13.620 And it's a really firm reminder for those of us that consider ourselves conservatives that governments are not to own things.
01:33:21.140 You know, that needs to be entirely in the hands of a private entity, a convention center, a hotel room.
01:33:26.180 So when things like this happen, you don't have the perversion of what should be a private thing for this public cause.
01:33:34.040 Now, clearly, the folks, you know, the city manager, you know, those that were in the city administration, wink and a nod.
01:33:40.280 Of course, they were, you know, given the OK by those they care to listen to.
01:33:47.080 And, you know, so that this type of thing is going to continue to happen unless we do a better job of constantly bird dogging these issues when our local governments decide to to get in private venture.
01:33:56.220 Would the city have allowed a hotel to take a bunch of people that were possibly infected and say, we're going to give them the whole the whole hotel and they've got it for three months and we're not sure if they can come and go.
01:34:13.780 But we're they're saying that not that they're not going to.
01:34:17.060 We don't know who's been tested and who isn't.
01:34:19.340 Would our city have allowed in covid with all the restrictions that they've done, would our city allow that if it was private?
01:34:27.640 I know for a fact the answer is no, because they were pushing back against having the Republican National Convention here for three days, not 90 days.
01:34:37.860 And they were doing everything they can to make sure to let folks know that if the convention had to be moved, it was not going to come to Dallas.
01:34:44.700 Dallas was going to do everything they could to stop that from happening.
01:34:47.320 So, you know, the hypocrisy is just astounding.
01:34:51.420 So what are you doing at the county commissioner level?
01:34:55.120 What can be done?
01:34:56.980 Ask questions.
01:34:57.940 Make sure that we get the transparency.
01:34:59.380 I mean, you know, this is merely a county commissioner seat, but I represent, you know, well over 700,000 folks and they're going to get their answers.
01:35:08.360 And I'm going to keep parsing for those answers.
01:35:10.240 You know, what do we do with these folks?
01:35:11.460 Where are they going to be after they're here?
01:35:12.980 Who are they really?
01:35:14.200 You know, what kind of testing regime are we going to have?
01:35:17.280 You know, are they victims?
01:35:18.460 Are they those that are going to victimize those in our population?
01:35:21.340 I want answers.
01:35:22.120 And, you know, for the vast majority of folks in my district, they want answers as well.
01:35:27.140 Well, we sure would like them as well.
01:35:30.120 We seem to be getting the runaround between all of the city agencies and the convention center there.
01:35:38.380 The city is putting everything on the convention center, saying that they're handling this just as any other request from any other vendor.
01:35:45.840 But I don't think other vendors say, can we rent it for three months and and we're going to have all the people that are attending live there, shower there, eat there, go to the bathroom there.
01:35:58.680 I don't think that's a usual contract, but apparently apparently it is, according to the city and the convention center.
01:36:06.100 Do you know when these people are coming in to Dallas?
01:36:10.860 When does this begin?
01:36:12.860 It should be arriving within the week.
01:36:14.460 Which is extremely disturbing because I don't think they have all the things they need stood up already.
01:36:22.420 So, I mean, this is really snake bit from the onset.
01:36:27.000 And I've got, you know, I think we all have a bad feeling about this, but I just think regarding logistics, if, you know, I'm sure you've been around teenage boys.
01:36:37.600 I don't want to be around 15 teenage boys, let alone 3000.
01:36:41.480 I mean, they're going to be searching.
01:36:42.500 I mean, just if we're talking about, you know, normal teenage kids, right?
01:36:46.160 Let's just go under that assumption because, you know, maybe there's plenty of that there.
01:36:49.640 I mean, what are they going to do?
01:36:50.400 They're going to be looking for alcohol.
01:36:51.440 They're going to be looking, you know, for women.
01:36:54.020 I mean, these things are going to happen.
01:36:56.200 What could possibly happen at a convention center, you know, if you're not prepared for it?
01:37:02.560 I mean, does anybody remember the debacle of New Orleans?
01:37:06.920 Yeah, exactly.
01:37:08.020 And, you know, we've proven some pretty major failures within the city of Dallas when, you know, picking up folks or helping folks that were coming from the coast after hurricanes.
01:37:18.720 So, there had been temporary, you know, replacements at the K-Billy Hudson Center.
01:37:24.020 But let's be clear, like, that was very temporary.
01:37:27.060 Usually, it was, you know, a processing station.
01:37:29.720 You know, you get people there.
01:37:31.000 You get them, you know, their Red Cross funds, a couple other things.
01:37:36.080 And then they were probably being shipped to hotels and other places once they got themselves, you know, set, basically for what the next step would be, the next couple months.
01:37:44.840 So, they were there for five days in transit.
01:37:46.640 There's not, this was not meant to be a detention center.
01:37:49.740 And it's not going to act as that.
01:37:51.040 It's going to basically, you know, we'll have 3,000 kids dumped there and, you know, maybe 1,000 will be left after the 90 days.
01:37:56.840 Are they going to be allowed just to come and go as they please?
01:38:01.380 From what I understand, I think that may be the case.
01:38:03.760 Oh, my gosh.
01:38:04.720 Oh, my gosh.
01:38:06.420 Because we're not getting answers on the security piece.
01:38:09.380 You know, we're getting the assurances that it's not going to be a strain on DPD.
01:38:14.200 Well, does that mean they're not, you know, barring the doors, if you will?
01:38:18.540 And, you know, there's still a real question of whether or not everyone in this cohort is actually 15 to 17.
01:38:22.880 I'm sure there's some people that are, you know, the 20-year-old that looks young and they're going to find themselves in Dallas and then, you know, up.
01:38:30.020 And just as I'm sure that there are some really, really good cases.
01:38:35.640 Kids in this, there are also really, really bad kids there.
01:38:40.440 And we don't know, are they going to be tested for COVID or not?
01:38:44.620 Do you know?
01:38:45.460 From what I understand, they're not.
01:38:46.980 I mean, they're expecting privacy violations.
01:38:50.020 And, well, we don't want to get too into their business.
01:38:52.780 But screw my privacy, my privacy on COVID.
01:38:57.320 Yeah, there's a whole host of instances where the federal government stepped right and said, no, no, no.
01:39:00.800 We need to know if you have COVID or not.
01:39:02.580 All right.
01:39:03.000 This is a tremendous double standard again.
01:39:05.640 Tremendous hypocrisy.
01:39:07.100 Thank you for, again, letting us know exactly who you are.
01:39:10.560 It is quite amazing.
01:39:11.540 Thank you so much.
01:39:12.460 We'll be following this, JJ.
01:39:14.280 And if there's any information that you can turn us on to, we sure like to hear it one way or another.
01:39:20.620 I can't believe that the governor's office is not all up in arms on this and stopping this.
01:39:30.600 I mean, this is crazy.
01:39:32.160 I saw the governor's press conference yesterday live.
01:39:36.240 The governor is not happy about this.
01:39:38.040 But, you know, we're in a situation where the federal government is holding a lot of local governments and state governments hostage.
01:39:43.820 There are things they can't do to make our lives much more difficult, whether it's holding vaccine or dropping more folks within our cities.
01:39:50.120 Sure.
01:39:50.260 So, you know, I'm sure the governor probably has some pretty choice words to use, but has to choose his words carefully unless he wants to make it worse on the state of Texas.
01:39:58.340 Well, I would just like to remind the governor and everyone involved in politics all across the country, it is our policy that we do not negotiate with terrorists.
01:40:11.940 And if you are holding a country or a state or a community hostage and forcing them to do something or you're going to do something terrible to them, no negotiation with you.
01:40:25.580 You've already revealed that you are not an honorable person.
01:40:28.960 This is reprehensible, reprehensible.
01:40:32.760 Thank you so much, JJ.
01:40:33.960 I appreciate it.
01:40:35.040 Thanks for having me.
01:40:35.720 Have a great day.
01:40:36.240 You bet.
01:40:40.000 So, Goldline, do we have the gold?
01:40:42.820 No, we don't.
01:40:43.560 Next week, Goldline sent a gold bar and they were like, this is a loner.
01:40:51.300 And it's for something I'll show you next week.
01:40:53.440 It is.
01:40:53.960 How many pounds is that?
01:40:55.100 Let's do it.
01:40:55.860 It's worth $300,000.
01:40:58.760 It was fun to hold.
01:41:00.360 It's definitely really heavy, very dense.
01:41:02.140 Crazy, crazy.
01:41:04.020 The financial institutions right now are out to win.
01:41:07.960 And no matter how many people, average Americans are screwed and how many people they have to step over to get their way, they will get their way.
01:41:18.140 And it doesn't look like a lot of change is coming in your favor soon.
01:41:23.300 A $400,000,000,000,000,000.
01:41:25.300 A $400,000,000,000 stimulus package went out in direct checks.
01:41:28.780 $400,000,000,000.
01:41:30.560 The rest of it, the government will spend.
01:41:33.580 I don't even know what it'll actually do besides enrich really bad people.
01:41:38.480 The best part is it's a loan.
01:41:41.380 All this money is a loan from the Fed.
01:41:44.860 Oh, okay, okay.
01:41:48.240 Your great-grandkids are going to be paying this off.
01:41:51.080 We could be enslaved because of all of this money.
01:41:54.420 The U.S. dollar is in serious trouble.
01:41:57.200 And that's why physical gold means something.
01:42:01.000 It was amazing.
01:42:02.000 $300,000,000 bar of gold.
01:42:04.160 It was stamped on it.
01:42:05.660 What was it?
01:42:06.200 $1,266.
01:42:08.080 When it was made, that's what was stamped on it.
01:42:10.560 Something like that.
01:42:11.360 It's crazy.
01:42:14.420 Gold only goes up as the dollar goes down.
01:42:17.420 They are directly tied to each other.
01:42:19.900 Don't wait.
01:42:21.380 Call Goldline now and see if gold or silver is right for you.
01:42:25.460 866-GOLDLINE.
01:42:26.700 866-GOLDLINE or goldline.com.
01:42:30.820 10 seconds.
01:42:31.960 Station ID.
01:42:45.900 So the DOJ, I told you last hour, promoting and protecting the human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender,
01:42:55.340 queer, and intersex persons around the world.
01:42:58.980 The Secretary of Defense.
01:43:01.380 Priority number one.
01:43:04.620 The priority of the DOJ now.
01:43:07.520 Promoting and protecting the human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and intersex persons around the world.
01:43:13.840 So, you know, I just maybe call me old fashioned, but I always thought the Pentagon's number one priority was to fight and win wars.
01:43:24.900 That's okay, Boomer.
01:43:27.340 Okay.
01:43:27.840 I mean, you know, back there was a time.
01:43:30.640 Yeah, well, sure.
01:43:31.840 Way back in the day where the military was trying to defend the homeland.
01:43:36.960 Yeah.
01:43:37.220 And win wars.
01:43:38.860 Yeah.
01:43:38.960 But that's long gone.
01:43:40.140 We already, in fact, even in the distant past, you can still remember when it changed to making sure Muslims felt confident about their math skills.
01:43:49.560 That is an old priority now.
01:43:51.440 Yeah, it is.
01:43:51.840 We've now moved on to new and exciting things.
01:43:55.020 Well, we didn't want to classify a whole group of people as terrorists, right?
01:44:00.260 You didn't want to do that.
01:44:01.160 You wanted to make sure you were very, very specific.
01:44:03.780 Those old timey days, they're not coming back.
01:44:06.120 Those are long gone.
01:44:06.940 Those are long gone.
01:44:08.360 Because apparently we know who a violent, homegrown terrorist is.
01:44:13.180 Wait until tomorrow.
01:44:15.120 I'm going to read something that's from NPR that will boggle your mind.
01:44:20.740 I'm directly comparing ISIS members to Trump supporters.
01:44:28.320 I mean, it's obscene what's going on.
01:44:33.400 And don't think our enemies aren't noticing.
01:44:40.260 More in just a second.
01:44:42.700 Oh, by the way, Don Lemon says he knows what Christ really looked like.
01:44:46.880 And he was black.
01:44:47.820 So, Don Lemon's theology is, the Church of Don is an interesting place to be.
01:44:55.680 Not really.
01:44:57.300 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:44:59.800 Melanie lives in Georgia.
01:45:01.320 She writes in about her dog's experience with Rough Greens.
01:45:06.840 It's Hustler.
01:45:07.420 Well, Rough Greens had her dog out there pooping and watering the lawn.
01:45:12.740 And it was a beautiful, beautiful lawn.
01:45:14.740 And then somebody had to come and mow it.
01:45:16.440 That's where Hustler Turf comes in.
01:45:18.420 Wow.
01:45:18.700 Mowing your lawn is kind of a pain in the butt.
01:45:21.240 Even if you have a riding lawnmower, you're out in the heat, which seems like hours.
01:45:26.220 How about if we cut that time in half?
01:45:29.320 Half in half.
01:45:31.580 We can do it with a Hustler Turf zero-turn lawnmower.
01:45:35.400 Now, these are the people that invented the zero-turn, you know, before everybody's like,
01:45:39.340 Oh, there's this newfangled thing called zero-turn.
01:45:41.860 Really?
01:45:42.420 They've been doing it since, like, 1960.
01:45:45.500 They are the ones that pioneered it.
01:45:47.640 They're the ones that have built these things for some of the biggest lawns in the world,
01:45:51.360 like the ones that are in between our highways.
01:45:55.020 Before you buy a mower, do me a favor.
01:45:57.660 Do yourself a favor.
01:45:59.400 Go out and look at all the best lawnmowers out there.
01:46:02.100 Then find yourself a Hustler dealer and go test drive one.
01:46:05.980 You will see the difference.
01:46:07.880 Hustlerturf.com.
01:46:09.040 That's Hustlerturf.com.

01:46:26.840 Continuing our theme on the border,
01:46:29.920 we have somebody that is going to give us a lot of stats on what's really going on on the border,
01:46:35.900 but I would love to have him back again.
01:46:38.420 He is currently the president of the Center for American Restoration,
01:46:41.900 but he was the former director of office and management and budget.
01:46:46.200 He was involved in a few things.
01:46:48.340 He had a big hand in helping Trump slow down the disbursement of hurricane aid to Puerto Rico when there were all those problems.
01:46:55.820 He also was the guy who held up the aid to Ukraine where everybody said it was so bad.
01:47:04.540 It turns out no,
01:47:06.060 the president was right to do that.
01:47:08.920 He is also the guy who helped find the money to build the border wall as the director of office and management and budget.
01:47:17.920 And the last thing he's known for is he's the guy that Biden's people said were obstructing his team from knowing anything on the transition.
01:47:30.060 And he wrote and he said,
01:47:31.540 I'm giving you everything that I can give you.
01:47:33.920 My office is working with your office,
01:47:35.840 but I'm not going to help you destroy everything that we've worked for.
01:47:40.040 So you're going to have to wait until the inauguration on that.
01:47:43.240 His name is Russ Vogt,
01:47:44.720 and he joins us now.
01:47:46.380 Hi, Russ.
01:47:47.720 Hey, Glenn.
01:47:48.580 Thanks for having me on.
01:47:49.520 You bet, man.
01:47:50.240 I've got so many questions,
01:47:52.060 but I know we want to because of our limited time,
01:47:54.340 I want to focus on the border.
01:47:56.560 First of all,
01:47:57.700 there is a compelling story out of Cochise County where the the sheriff there is saying this is an absolute nightmare.
01:48:08.720 They were building the fence and then soon as Biden got in,
01:48:12.620 they stopped construction.
01:48:13.860 So all the roads that were built for construction are all now being used by drug cartels and nobody's doing anything about it.
01:48:23.180 And they've made the problem much,
01:48:25.700 much worse by stopping the construction.
01:48:29.080 It is a complete mess.
01:48:31.340 This administration has taken an ideological approach in which they have refused to account for all the steps that we put in place to be able to control the border.
01:48:41.440 After dealing with our own surges,
01:48:43.280 it was the border.
01:48:44.460 It was the remain in Mexico.
01:48:45.920 It was the changes to asylum.
01:48:48.420 And all of these things were done to deal with the imperfect nature of current law.
01:48:54.400 And they have wiped those away.
01:48:56.800 And now they have a massive problem on their hands.
01:48:59.220 One of the main aspects is the border.
01:49:01.340 And it is make no sense.
01:49:03.620 During the Obama years,
01:49:05.240 the border was always a problem.
01:49:06.820 And we were always getting these groups that were,
01:49:10.020 you know,
01:49:10.340 marching people up.
01:49:12.320 Trump had one group start to march up,
01:49:14.860 but he dismantled that.
01:49:17.440 Can you go into,
01:49:18.140 were you part of that?
01:49:19.140 Did you help turn those people around those,
01:49:21.680 what was it,
01:49:22.080 three or 4,000 people that were marching to the border?
01:49:24.700 And he helped,
01:49:25.680 he turned them around.
01:49:26.600 Were you part of that?
01:49:28.980 It was a team effort.
01:49:30.240 My responsibilities were mainly to help with getting the resources for the wall,
01:49:35.000 helping them to get some of the rules done that were needed to change the policies that were in place.
01:49:40.000 But you're right,
01:49:40.780 Glenn,
01:49:41.520 the president dealt with similar surges that were coming from the Central American countries.
01:49:49.240 And he was able to put policies in place that dealt with them.
01:49:54.280 This is not rocket science,
01:49:56.460 particularly because we demonstrated over the last four years how to do it,
01:49:59.780 what you can't do is then say to the entire world with a neon light,
01:50:04.480 come to this country and,
01:50:07.360 you know,
01:50:07.840 we won't arrest you.
01:50:09.100 It would be like me saying and putting out a public service announcement that says,
01:50:12.720 I'm going on vacation and my house is unlocked,
01:50:15.720 but don't come to my house and steal anything.
01:50:18.180 I heard NPR today say that Joe Biden is giving $5 billion to these countries south of the border.
01:50:26.020 And Trump's policy was he would deal with anything,
01:50:30.640 just keep your people from coming up here.
01:50:33.940 And so he was giving money to the shadiest dictators and everything else down there where,
01:50:39.000 where Biden,
01:50:40.100 he's going to spend the money honorably.
01:50:42.640 Can you tell me how the president,
01:50:47.660 President Trump was giving money to dictators and didn't care where that money went?
01:50:53.740 Yeah,
01:50:54.300 no,
01:50:54.520 he actually put a hold on a lot of foreign policy that he felt had some serious issues,
01:51:00.780 whether that was Pakistan,
01:51:02.760 whether that was funding in Gaza.
01:51:04.180 And that was one of the things that we took quite a bit of heat on from the Hill and the media is because we said,
01:51:11.520 look,
01:51:11.680 we're going to pause it.
01:51:12.940 And these are wide open accounts,
01:51:15.500 unlike the current funding for the wall,
01:51:18.120 where there's not a lot of flexibility for the administration in foreign aid,
01:51:21.500 you have quite a bit of flexibility.
01:51:23.660 And so we put pauses on that funding to figure out where,
01:51:27.380 what's a better use of the money with regard to Central America.
01:51:30.740 We put a pause on it and said,
01:51:32.180 look,
01:51:32.320 we're not going to give you this money unless you deal with the fact that you're sending huge swaths of your people north to our border.
01:51:41.220 And that's what caused it to be able to negotiate agreements with those three countries in particular,
01:51:48.240 and then to get Mexico to start enforcing their southern border.
01:51:53.300 And the threat of tariffs also helped with that matter.
01:51:56.880 I want to talk to you a little bit about the beds and the room for all of these.
01:52:00.740 These illegals.
01:52:04.140 When when President Obama was in office,
01:52:08.160 I went down to the border.
01:52:10.000 I was the first person to talk about these cages that they were keeping children in.
01:52:14.040 And I thought it was wrong.
01:52:15.440 I talked about it.
01:52:16.460 No,
01:52:16.680 I called Chuck Todd myself and said,
01:52:20.000 look,
01:52:20.660 this is what's going on in the border.
01:52:22.640 It's a huge problem.
01:52:23.740 And and children are being separated and just put in cages.
01:52:26.620 They didn't care.
01:52:29.640 Then Trump got in and it was a big deal.
01:52:32.420 Now they're saying,
01:52:33.220 no,
01:52:33.340 those cages have been removed.
01:52:35.160 Those cages don't even exist anymore.
01:52:37.540 We've got them in in really nice trailers now.
01:52:40.600 But they're going to places like our convention center here in Dallas.
01:52:45.320 Can you tell me the real situation on the ground?
01:52:48.740 Do you have any idea?
01:52:50.940 Yeah.
01:52:51.580 So the process is this.
01:52:53.440 When they come across the border,
01:52:55.320 they're only the kids are only allowed to be in these in custom border patrol facilities for about 72 hours.
01:53:02.480 So they have that shot clock that they're dealing with,
01:53:05.040 but then they are transferred to HHS.
01:53:10.860 And in terms of unaccompanied alien children,
01:53:15.700 and that's what you're seeing the rush to be able to figure out how to scale up with,
01:53:21.460 with those that in those,
01:53:25.460 those sets of individuals to be able to make sure that they can live while they,
01:53:31.300 HHS goes and tries to find a sponsor for them.
01:53:34.300 And of course,
01:53:35.160 you know,
01:53:35.460 there is significant things that we do.
01:53:39.240 We don't make that.
01:53:40.160 We make it comfortable for them.
01:53:41.900 So the American taxpayer makes it so that those,
01:53:44.840 those kids,
01:53:46.360 once they're out of the customs and border facility stations,
01:53:52.560 sometimes it's trailers,
01:53:54.280 sometimes it's retrofitting an arena,
01:53:57.460 but we that's when the federal government steps in to try to scale up the way station while we look for,
01:54:03.740 for sponsors and it can be,
01:54:05.240 you know,
01:54:05.580 pretty costly.
01:54:07.080 And it's something that you don't have resources for in the moment.
01:54:11.500 When you have a surge come across,
01:54:13.060 it's much more of something that needs to scale over time,
01:54:16.500 because if you're not dealing with a,
01:54:18.440 you know,
01:54:19.520 a hard facility,
01:54:21.080 you're,
01:54:21.600 you're dealing with tent cities.
01:54:22.700 So what do we have coming our way?
01:54:25.940 I mean,
01:54:26.200 we're already in the convention center business and I'm not seeing this administration do anything to discourage.
01:54:33.540 They're saying don't come yet.
01:54:35.780 Don't come right now.
01:54:37.480 Come later.
01:54:38.880 But I'm not seeing anything that is discouraging people or,
01:54:43.460 or,
01:54:43.880 you know,
01:54:44.780 hurting the drug cartels business at all.
01:54:48.380 If they continue down this road,
01:54:50.420 what are we facing?
01:54:51.280 I think we're going to see more of the same,
01:54:55.080 Glenn.
01:54:55.280 I don't,
01:54:55.640 I don't think,
01:54:56.600 you know,
01:54:57.060 real change requires real change and they have an ideological problem.
01:55:02.600 It's not just that they don't like the policies that we put in place to deal with,
01:55:05.960 but they believe that everyone should be able to come to this country.
01:55:10.520 And they have a built in view that it's all as a result of fleeing persecution and violence.
01:55:16.940 And that's not always the case.
01:55:18.640 And when it is the case,
01:55:20.460 it doesn't mean that there isn't better solutions on your way to America,
01:55:24.260 that America doesn't have to be the final destination for everyone in this world.
01:55:28.200 And those,
01:55:29.340 the combination of those two worldview issues on a policy and promote from the theory is going to make it very hard for them to get a handle on this.
01:55:37.900 And so my concern is that they're going to need resources at some point to pay for these beds,
01:55:44.680 to pay for these facilities.
01:55:45.700 They're going to come calling to Congress.
01:55:47.420 And at that point,
01:55:48.080 my hope is that the slim majorities in the House and the Senate allow us to change policy to make it so that we can get a handle on the border,
01:55:56.960 even if they don't want to.
01:55:57.980 Well,
01:55:58.240 you've got a group of people that want to abolish ICE.
01:56:01.720 What happens if they abolish ICE?
01:56:03.540 What does that even mean to the average American?
01:56:06.700 It's another example of how far left and extreme their views are.
01:56:13.840 And,
01:56:14.400 you know,
01:56:14.600 if they're coming calling to Congress for,
01:56:16.960 for resources and the AOC contingency,
01:56:20.840 the quad is saying,
01:56:22.100 look,
01:56:22.260 we're not going to give them another dollar.
01:56:24.320 Hopefully that gives Republicans a little bit of leverage to say,
01:56:28.100 well,
01:56:28.240 you're going to change our,
01:56:29.260 our border policies so that we don't have these magnets in current law that attract illegal aliens from across the country.
01:56:36.700 across the world.
01:56:39.320 As a guy who was the director of the OMB and that job,
01:56:43.780 if I'm not mistaken,
01:56:45.700 is to implement,
01:56:47.180 find the money and find the way to implement the policies that the president wants.
01:56:52.220 It's a very powerful office.
01:56:55.260 And as we have seen really over the years,
01:56:58.980 especially with Obama,
01:57:00.380 once you institutionalize stuff,
01:57:02.840 it's hard to claw it out.
01:57:04.840 I don't think Donald Trump institution.
01:57:06.840 I don't think he got it.
01:57:08.060 He was fighting so many fires.
01:57:09.740 I don't think he had time or got it fully until maybe the,
01:57:13.200 maybe until the,
01:57:14.440 the stuff with Ukraine.
01:57:17.200 But as a guy who sat there and watched all this,
01:57:20.640 when they were coming in,
01:57:22.860 what was,
01:57:23.500 what is the thing that worries you the most about the changes or the,
01:57:28.720 the switches that they are flipping?
01:57:31.260 Yeah,
01:57:33.300 they have a capacity to move with such speed and energy because the media doesn't
01:57:39.220 report on anything that they're doing and they don't get the leaks from their
01:57:42.820 own staff that many of us face.
01:57:45.480 For those of us had to live in a fishbowl.
01:57:48.360 That's the job we signed up for.
01:57:50.020 We're happy to do it,
01:57:50.940 but it is,
01:57:51.780 it is much harder to control the message and to move forward and to get a hold of your
01:57:59.220 agencies.
01:58:00.460 It took me about three years to really figure out all of the,
01:58:05.340 the tools that in my toolbox to,
01:58:07.920 to be able to maneuver and to accomplish the president's agenda.
01:58:11.820 So,
01:58:12.540 you know,
01:58:12.700 the things I'm most,
01:58:13.860 they don't,
01:58:14.380 so they were able to move very quickly once they came in.
01:58:16.620 But the things that I'm most worried about is their ideological disposition to put equity
01:58:23.240 and critical race theory in as part of every single decision they make.
01:58:28.140 And so they can use a place like OMB,
01:58:30.460 which is involved in everything to say,
01:58:33.360 we're going to deal with equity and we're going to deal with climate to so-called
01:58:37.160 emergencies that in my view do not exist.
01:58:39.960 And use that agency to push it out for on every policy that the federal government is
01:58:47.780 involved with.
01:58:48.960 We have something that we,
01:58:51.740 that we,
01:58:52.920 that happened to us this week that we've been doing investigations along those lines
01:58:56.500 and we're going to be revealing it next week,
01:58:58.680 but it is,
01:58:59.500 they are moving at lightning speed and it is terrifying.
01:59:03.720 If people don't understand what's really going on,
01:59:06.940 Russ,
01:59:07.120 I want to thank you so much for your service.
01:59:08.740 I hope I,
01:59:09.480 I know you're with the American restoration center that I'd have you on again and,
01:59:13.840 and we can talk about that.
01:59:15.420 But thank you so much for everything you're doing and have done in the past.
01:59:20.480 I,
01:59:20.780 I got to believe in some ways it probably was the best times of your life,
01:59:25.300 but also just total and complete L.
01:59:28.380 It was a full on blast.
01:59:30.260 I love working for the president.
01:59:31.460 I appreciate you getting our backs when,
01:59:33.060 when it was necessary.
01:59:33.780 Thanks for having me on.
01:59:34.780 Thank you.
01:59:35.280 I appreciate it,
01:59:35.940 Russ.
01:59:36.120 Thanks.
01:59:36.320 So how long have you had your current mobile service?
01:59:40.500 Are you one of those people who've bounced around,
01:59:42.540 uh,
01:59:43.340 from seemingly good deal to seemingly good deal,
01:59:46.200 one carrier to the next,
01:59:47.600 only to find out that you're still paying through the nose,
01:59:50.660 no matter where you land.
01:59:52.440 Or are you the type of the person that's been with the company since forever
01:59:55.820 ago,
01:59:56.160 despite the fact that you also are paying through the nose.
01:59:59.940 All of this is to say that if you're one,
02:00:04.740 if you're with one of the big mobile companies,
02:00:07.120 you're likely not only paying way too much,
02:00:10.620 but you also are funding leftist causes like planned parenthood while you're at
02:00:15.920 it.
02:00:16.120 If we're going to change the country,
02:00:19.000 we have to put our money where our mouth is.
02:00:22.900 And the left has done this for a very long time.
02:00:26.060 Can you imagine if everyone today canceled within the sound of my voice,
02:00:30.340 canceled their Verizon or their,
02:00:32.180 their big mobile company and switched over to Patriot mobile.
02:00:36.060 Do you know what an earthquake that would be?
02:00:39.140 Do you know how these companies would respond?
02:00:41.780 We never do this.
02:00:45.880 It's time this month,
02:00:48.320 get free premier activation where they set up the phone for you.
02:00:52.000 You'll get a special gift with the offer code back,
02:00:54.020 same service,
02:00:54.880 lower price and the values you believe in.
02:00:57.420 Go to Patriot mobile.com slash back.
02:01:00.080 That's Patriot mobile.com slash back or call nine seven two Patriot.
02:01:04.780 I think there's no question that some of the damaging rhetoric that we saw during the prior
02:01:15.840 administration,
02:01:16.740 totally blaming,
02:01:18.000 you know,
02:01:18.820 calling COVID you know,
02:01:20.560 the Wuhan virus or other things led to,
02:01:24.720 you know,
02:01:25.720 perceptions of the Asian American community that are inaccurate,
02:01:29.640 unfair,
02:01:30.020 have raised,
02:01:32.140 you know,
02:01:33.640 threatening has elevated threats against Asian Americans.
02:01:38.080 And we're seeing that around the country.
02:01:40.900 That's why even before the events of horrific events of last night,
02:01:44.800 he felt it was important to raise this issue,
02:01:47.840 elevate it during his first prime time address,
02:01:50.260 why he signed the executive order earlier in his presidency.
02:01:54.580 And he will continue to look for ways to elevate and talk about this issue.
02:01:58.500 Okay,
02:01:58.940 great.
02:01:59.660 You know,
02:02:00.020 it's funny.
02:02:00.380 We've gone through all the details on the Asian American crime surge that really doesn't show any evidence whatsoever of white supremacy at all across the country.
02:02:12.900 But we are getting some really good updates to this storyline new from the root today,
02:02:20.100 an online publication,
02:02:21.780 a story.
02:02:22.660 Whiteness is a pandemic.
02:02:24.880 Whiteness is a pandemic.
02:02:27.120 Whiteness is a public health crisis.
02:02:28.700 It shortens life expectancies.
02:02:30.620 It pollutes air.
02:02:31.960 It constricts equilibrium,
02:02:35.120 which I can't tell you how many times I walk around town and constrict someone's equilibrium.
02:02:39.720 It's basically my hobby.
02:02:40.880 It is an unbelievable piece that if written about any other group of people would be the biggest story in America.
02:02:48.540 But let me give you the end of it.
02:02:49.560 White supremacy is a virus like other viruses will not die until there are no bodies left for it to infect,
02:02:55.860 which means the only way to stop it is to locate it,
02:02:59.640 isolate it,
02:03:00.800 extract it,
02:03:01.860 and kill it.
02:03:05.120 Imagine substituting a different color for white in a story like this.
02:03:11.280 Brand new Stoodo's America tonight.

02:03:15.440 We'll see you tomorrow.
02:03:18.000 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
