00:49:46.340 And he, Waldron said that there were 570,000 votes for Biden in one batch and 3,200 for Trump.

00:50:32.440 what that indicates is there is a spike in loaded votes, 337,000 plus or minus of some

00:50:40.440 votes that were added in there in one big batch.

00:50:47.980 Normally you would expect to see a smooth curve going up, not any big spikes.

00:50:55.660 That's kind of what Greg was talking about, the anomalies of loading and uploading those votes.

00:51:03.320 So that big spike that occurs there is a prime indicator of fraudulent voting.

00:55:19.160 And so Rudy jumps in, and he says, well, that's 766,000 ballots that are unaccounted for.

00:55:28.540 So I got an email from somebody saying, no, this data is not correct.

00:55:41.700 And looking at the information that's up there now, they're now claiming that there were 3.1

00:55:50.300 And Glenn, on Election Day, CNN, Fox, everyone told us, no, it was like 1 or 2 million ballots.

00:55:57.300 And they're saying there was 3.1 million.

00:56:00.560 And I'm sorry about all these numbers.

00:56:02.560 I know this is confusing.

00:56:03.480 But of the 3.1 million that this Pennsylvania Department of State is now claiming was sent out,

00:56:10.260 they're claiming that about 90% of them were returned, were filled out.

00:56:15.320 I mean, that's an extraordinary rate of return.

00:56:17.820 Everybody that I talked to who got a mail-in ballot chucked it and ended up going in and voting in person on Election Day.

00:56:25.620 So I don't know that I can believe that.

00:56:28.780 And by the way, when I had to vote in person in Pennsylvania, Mercer County, Pennsylvania, on Election Day,

00:56:33.840 I had to show up with my ID.

00:56:36.760 I had to write my signature in the little thing there.

00:56:39.460 And the little old lady from the League of Women Voters, she knew who I was, but she made me show an ID anyway.

00:56:44.840 And instead, you have millions of ballots that are sent in in Pennsylvania that you can't even verify.

00:56:52.640 And they pull them out of the envelope, but then I think they throw out the envelope.

00:56:56.340 So you can't even go back and double-check them.

00:56:59.500 And this is what Donald Trump and his team warned about from the beginning, that mail-in balloting is just rife with fraud.

00:57:05.720 But it's why, Glenn, something like two-thirds of the countries in the European Union banned mail-in balloting,

00:57:11.600 because the potential for fraud is absolutely enormous.

00:57:14.640 Well, just so everybody knows that this is not some conspiracy theory about, you know,

00:58:42.080 The real clear politics average for Pennsylvania the Tuesday morning of the vote was Biden by 1.2.

00:58:58.500 and he ended up winning it by like 3.5.

01:10:03.320 And, you know, we also had this problem with a different machine, the Agilis machine, which was supposed to verify the signatures of people who did this massive amount of mail-in voting.

01:10:15.620 Remember, in Nevada, half the people, approximately half the people voted by mail.

01:10:19.860 And the state law says human beings have to check that envelope and that ballot to make sure that person is legally on the rolls.

01:10:28.520 They decide in Clark County to use the machine, and now we find out the machine was essentially dumped down to do nothing.

01:10:35.340 So you have hundreds of thousands of ballots that were mailed in with no verification that they are legal votes.

01:10:42.980 So it's unprecedented amounts of illegal ballots.

01:10:46.960 So it's not just the possible illegal ballots.

01:11:00.600 But also Nevada is big on one of these states where people moved in from California or moved away from Nevada, and they're still voting in both states.

01:11:57.860 It lost something like 130,000 culinary workers because the casinos and restaurants were shut down by the governor.

01:12:18.080 Well, the—some of the things that were going on that you say, the court will now hear testimony that Native Americans were offered bribes of TVs and gas cards for their vote.

01:12:38.240 One—a blind woman or a blind person claimed that somebody else voted for her, and she was barred from voting as a result.

01:12:47.280 And apparently, you have thousands on mail-in fraud and at least 15 individuals that will testify that these things were going on.

01:13:02.640 The judge essentially, you know, let's level set here.

01:13:06.940 Mark Elias was the attack dog lawyer for Biden that helped set up all of—as much mail-in voting as possible across the land, as much early voting as possible, and as much after the election day voting as possible.

01:13:20.200 And he showed up at the hearing in Nevada to say that we didn't have a case.

01:13:23.960 And the judge pushed back and said, no, actually, I think they should be allowed to depose 15 people and present their case.

01:13:31.220 So that was—that's one of the reasons why this is an important first step, because who knows what's going to happen in that courtroom, Glenn.

01:13:38.540 We're going to have 15 spectacular witnesses, and we're going to have evidence that any fair-minded person would say, actually, Joe Biden didn't win Nevada.

01:13:52.580 And this thing about the Native Americans being used by these liberal groups and being put forward to offer bribes, payoffs, financial benefit for voting, which is clearly illegal.

01:15:06.880 I think that it's really basic, which is we have the names and addresses of thousands of people in every category who are in the count for Joe Biden in Nevada.

01:15:24.300 That's the Las Vegas County.

01:15:26.260 This is where most of this activity happened that with no checks and with whistleblowers saying these are illegal ballots.

01:15:33.900 So in each of these categories, dead, people outside of Nevada voting, people voting in two counties, people who aren't on the rolls voting, we're going to present to the court this evidence.
