The Glenn Beck Program - Are Mexican Cartel Members Building Their Own Texas Town？! ｜ Guests： Rep. Brad Wenstrup & Todd Bensman ｜ 9⧸20⧸23

00:00:00.000 Let me tell you about GRIP6. I am a big fan of making things here in America.

00:00:05.100 We have to make things in America.

00:00:07.720 And quite honestly, we need a parallel economy because this economy is intentionally being collapsed

00:00:13.640 and you're being boxed out of more and more things.

00:00:17.520 And the Treasury Department yesterday just did something really, really super special for ESG.

00:00:24.020 We'll get into that later. GRIP6 is a company that makes everything here in America.

00:00:28.260 For instance, when you buy their socks, for instance, you're supporting the American ranchers

00:00:33.400 who raise the specially bred sheep that produce the modern world wool.

00:00:38.140 Then they shear the sheep. Then that wool goes to an American manufacturer who washes the wool,

00:00:44.200 processes it, and then weaves it into socks that will keep your feet warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

00:00:51.000 This is modern American wool.

00:00:53.000 The American business owners who have accepted the risk that comes along with only using

00:00:57.820 American-made products and American labor, we need to support.

00:01:09.220 GRIP6.com slash Beck.

00:01:28.020 GRIP6.com slash Beck.

00:01:33.880 We got no room to compromise.

00:01:38.400 We got to stand together, it's going to survive.

00:01:44.360 Stand up, stand, and hold the light.

00:01:49.300 It's a new day, I'm tired to rise.

00:01:55.800 What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

00:02:00.860 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

00:02:08.100 Hello America, welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.

00:02:10.780 Today, we're going to talk about your rights.

00:02:13.260 What rights have you lost?

00:02:15.600 Oh, you know, that was hard to say in 2009.

00:02:20.020 You just see them setting the stage for the loss of rights.

00:02:23.620 It's not hard today.

00:02:25.200 In fact, one of the most important rights that you have really going away in California.

00:02:35.120 And California is no longer the place you ought to be.

00:02:40.320 California is a real problem.

00:02:43.980 They, in fact, are crossing one of my red lines.

00:02:47.520 I have said for years, I will not be a part of this.

00:02:52.940 I won't be a part of this.

00:02:54.040 If this happens, I don't know what.

00:02:58.400 But it's a red line for me.

00:03:00.620 Okay, now what?

00:03:02.440 I'll tell you that red line and the loss of your rights.

00:03:05.220 What's going on in California, the three things today, gravely disturbing.

00:03:10.100 All revolving around the Constitution and your rights will go there in 60 seconds.

00:03:14.560 First, some people don't spend a lot of time focusing on self-sufficiency and preparedness,

00:03:19.740 but you have to.

00:03:21.260 Americans are always the ones who are supposed to take care of themselves so we can take care 1.00

00:03:26.580 of others.

00:03:28.200 I've been a prepper before it was cool to be a prepper, and it's still not cool.

00:03:32.340 So I'm waiting for the day when I'm suddenly cool.

00:03:35.040 But mypatriotsupply.com.

00:03:37.880 Stu's shaking his head.

00:03:38.800 Never coming.

00:03:39.420 It's never coming.

00:03:40.220 Yeah, okay.

00:03:40.720 Well, the food that you can get from MyPatriotSupply is really, really good, really delicious.

00:03:46.740 It is, I think, the best nutritious food, best, highest quality food out on the market

00:03:54.400 for something that will last 25 years.

00:03:57.260 Wide variety of delicious food kits offering 2,000 calories a day for optimum strength under

00:04:01.800 stress.

00:04:03.420 Don't forget about water filtration.

00:04:06.300 Water filtration and purification products, these are perfect for your bug-out bag, survival

00:04:12.260 supply, camping pack.

00:04:13.960 I remember we took one of these filters from MyPatriotSupply.

00:04:18.200 This is when we were probably not the best place to go intern.

00:04:23.260 We had one of the interns go down with this water filtration and drink water directly from

00:04:27.820 a mud puddle in the street of New York.

00:04:30.400 And it was absolutely pure.

00:04:32.020 Do you remember that?

00:04:32.640 I do remember that.

00:04:33.200 At least that's what, Your Honor, we thought for sure, it was absolutely...

00:04:36.860 And we should say, God rest his soul.

00:04:38.720 No, no, actually, he was totally fine.

00:04:40.140 It worked perfectly.

00:04:40.980 Yeah, I know.

00:04:41.780 Order by 3 p.m.

00:04:43.200 Your items shipped the same day.

00:04:45.300 It's MyPatriotSupply.com.

00:04:47.020 That's MyPatriotSupply.com.

00:04:51.340 Your basic rights are under attack.

00:04:54.280 And I can't tell you every day I look at the news, and I urge you, if you have not subscribed

00:05:04.520 to my free email newsletter, please do that.

00:05:09.060 You'll get it every morning.

00:05:11.160 It is all of the show prep that I look at.

00:05:14.280 It takes us 21 hours to put it all together.

00:05:17.760 Right after the show, we begin looking for the stories that we're going to talk about today.

00:05:22.300 I am getting to fewer and fewer of these stories every day, which is really frustrating because

00:05:28.860 I'd say 90% of them are really important for you to be aware of and understand.

00:05:39.760 But I can't get to all of them on a three-hour show.

00:05:43.040 So, I urge you to please sign up for my free email newsletter at glennbeck.com.

00:05:52.520 You should read this every day.

00:05:54.600 Anyway, it's free.

00:05:56.440 So, your rights are under attack.

00:05:59.380 And I want to start in California with an alarming new law that thinks it can override decades

00:06:07.420 of Supreme Court precedents for the protection of parental rights.

00:06:12.240 The question is, who owns the children?

00:06:18.620 Who is responsible for the children?

00:06:22.640 Is it the parent, which has been this way for thousands of years, except in communist China

00:06:31.900 and communist Soviet Union and communist countries?

00:06:36.800 That's it.

00:06:38.300 For as long as man has roamed the earth, parents are responsible for their children.

00:06:47.480 But not in California.

00:06:50.140 They want to force parents to affirm their trans children or else.

00:06:55.000 It is a terrifying intrusion of government into the home and a major warning sign of even

00:07:01.820 more tyranny to come.

00:07:03.420 Now, I want to show you.

00:07:04.720 This is the ATF, the American Federation of Teachers, Randy Weingarten.

00:07:13.040 This is her talking about parental rights.

00:07:16.380 Cut one.

00:07:16.860 Those same words that you heard in terms of wanting segregation post-Brown v. Board of Education,

00:07:27.180 those same words you hear today.

00:07:29.260 It's not, you know, I was kind of gobsmacked when I was on the, I was talking to Southern

00:07:34.720 Poverty Law Center and they showed me the same words, choice, parental rights, and attempt

00:07:45.400 to divide parents versus teachers.

00:07:49.140 In that point, it was white parents versus other parents.

00:07:54.340 But it's the same kind of words.

00:07:57.020 Yeah.

00:07:57.980 Those words, you know, they come together a lot of times in all kinds of different scenarios.

00:08:04.820 So, she's talking to the Southern Poverty Law Center, one of the most disreputable centers

00:08:14.320 out there.

00:08:15.680 It is nothing but a leftist organization that is doing the bidding of the left and trying

00:08:26.280 to whitewash whatever they want, whitewash, and smeared whatever they need smeared.

00:08:32.960 So, the Southern Poverty Law Center showed her parental rights akin to segregation.

00:08:42.220 Here's an LGBT activist.

00:08:44.700 Cut two.

00:08:45.900 No such thing as parental rights.

00:08:48.200 It's not recognized in law.

00:08:49.740 It's not in the charter.

00:08:50.780 It doesn't exist.

00:08:52.040 Children's rights, however, are recognized and have been for a very long time.

00:08:56.860 Parents have responsibility, which is recognized in the law, but no rights.

00:09:02.060 If your child does not want to tell you something about them, that's your problem.

00:09:08.580 Okay, here's another one.

00:09:09.680 Not the government.

00:09:10.760 Here's activist number two.

00:09:12.920 Of this idea of parents' rights.

00:09:15.340 That parents have a right to know.

00:09:17.440 They have a right to know if their child is going by a different name or using different

00:09:22.400 pronouns in school.

00:09:23.880 And the thing that keeps hitting me about this is that parents don't have rights.

00:09:28.320 Not parents' rights. 0.96

00:09:29.820 Kids have rights.

00:09:30.600 Okay, stop.

00:09:31.200 So, you hear this?

00:09:32.760 Now, let me just ask you.

00:09:35.300 Do you remember when the left was so upset if you talked about anything in school that

00:09:42.620 had anything to do with God?

00:09:45.060 You had to have an opt-out.

00:09:47.560 Until the final straw was just chasing everything out.

00:09:52.400 You couldn't do it.

00:09:54.120 Teacher couldn't keep a Bible on her desk, not sharing it, just something that she was reading. 0.56

00:10:01.220 Do you remember this case?

00:10:02.440 She would read it during lunchtime.

00:10:04.900 The kids were out of her classroom, and she would read it, and that was not right.

00:10:12.240 Had to stop.

00:10:15.280 Parental rights. 0.71

00:10:16.380 You didn't need to write this down before, because we weren't this insane before.

00:10:23.720 Parental rights. 0.71

00:10:25.480 Can you imagine saying to the left, you don't have a right to know what I'm teaching and

00:10:33.220 what I'm doing?

00:10:34.060 If your child comes home and they say, by the way, I'm a Christian, I'm a devout Christian,

00:10:42.920 I learned it at school, you, mom and dad, you're an atheist, I've already turned you 1.00

00:10:48.480 into the school, and if you say anything to me, they can take me out of the home.

00:10:55.060 See, you have to look at it from all scenarios.

00:11:01.300 You have to look at it from every aspect.

00:11:05.160 You remember when we said the government has no place in anyone's marriage, do not redefine 1.00

00:11:14.260 marriage, because then you have to redefine everything. 0.90

00:11:19.340 And everybody said, that's ridiculous.

00:11:20.840 Tell us, and now we're redefining everything. 0.73

00:11:34.320 We're in the insane world, and this is just the beginning.

00:11:42.140 This is just the beginning, and parents have got to stand up.

00:11:47.400 Now, let me tell you two other things that are going on.

00:11:50.840 In California, you also have California now struggling.

00:12:01.180 They can't pay their unemployment insurance because they've been in the hole forever with

00:12:08.180 this.

00:12:08.880 They've been taking out low-interest loans from us, the United States government.

00:12:13.740 Your tax dollars have gone to pay for the unemployment insurance of the state of California

00:12:20.560 because they can't balance a budget.

00:12:22.980 They can't get it done.

00:12:24.340 So they're paying us low interest on the loans.

00:12:27.940 Do you think that's ever going to be paid back?

00:12:30.440 No.

00:12:32.140 Here's what they're doing now.

00:12:33.660 California's far-left government is now working with the Biden administration to bail out striking 0.93

00:12:43.000 Hollywood actors on your dime.

00:12:48.080 This is happening.

00:12:51.080 California's ultra-liberal leaders are on the verge of giving unemployment payments now

00:12:55.680 to striking Hollywood actors and writers.

00:12:58.420 Both houses of the legislature passed a bill to that effect this week.

00:13:04.140 It only needs Governor Gavin Newsom's signature.

00:13:06.700 And do you think he's not going to sign that?

00:13:10.020 So here's what you have.

00:13:11.660 You have unions who are taking all of this money from all of their union members.

00:13:18.040 And part of the deal is, if you have a job and the union says, we got a strike, then you're

00:13:27.540 going to get a portion of your pay.

00:13:29.840 The union will help you out.

00:13:32.440 But you can't get unemployment insurance because you are employed.

00:13:37.400 All you have to do is go back to work.

00:13:39.400 If you're paying people to strike from the union and also get unemployment insurance, you can

00:13:48.580 strike forever.

00:13:50.200 See, the idea is, which one's going to fold first?

00:13:54.280 Is it going to be the labor union or is it going to be the business?

00:13:59.220 Which one's going to?

00:14:00.140 And it hurts both sides.

00:14:02.860 And so both are incentivized to get to the table.

00:14:06.480 Would you be for bailing out the giant Hollywood moguls and the studios?

00:14:13.940 I wouldn't be for that.

00:14:15.820 No.

00:14:17.360 You can't make it work.

00:14:19.120 You can't make it work.

00:14:21.320 It's your choice.

00:14:24.380 Okay.

00:14:25.740 So why are we bailing out the union workers?

00:14:29.240 Why are we bailing out California, who now cannot make its own payments on insurance for

00:14:39.000 everybody else, unemployment insurance?

00:14:41.260 Can't do it.

00:14:42.740 They're in the hole.

00:14:44.580 Now they want to add unions to that. 1.00

00:14:47.100 And what happens when it happens in California?

00:14:49.880 You think it's not going to happen in Michigan?

00:14:51.440 You are going to be paying for the unions.

00:14:54.620 But that's what happens when you have over $2 billion going into Joe Biden's campaign from the labor unions.

00:15:04.860 He's the most labor-friendly president of all time.

00:15:08.860 By the way, so you get Gavin Newsom's signature.

00:15:16.580 That's happening.

00:15:17.700 Then what has to happen?

00:15:19.580 Well, then it's just because it's administration.

00:15:23.940 So does the president need to act?

00:15:26.160 No, it's in the secretary's purview.

00:15:28.200 So the secretary of labor has to make this decision on how to spend our tax dollars. 0.99

00:15:37.960 So the secretary of labor has to personally approve the request.

00:15:43.480 Now, who is this?

00:15:45.020 Well, she's the acting secretary for the administration because the Congress won't approve her. 1.00

00:15:52.080 So they're just going ahead with it anyway.

00:15:54.040 Just go ahead, take the job, and you're just acting.

00:15:56.360 You're not actually the secretary.

00:15:58.740 Why won't Congress approve her?

00:16:00.840 Because she was the one who came from California and was in charge of the state's unemployment program. 1.00

00:16:09.620 She oversaw $32 billion in fraudulent payments during the pandemic.

00:16:16.100 Time for a promotion.

00:16:23.220 That's my red line.

00:16:24.900 My red line has always been, I am not bailing out California.

00:16:28.200 I'm not bailing it out.

00:16:29.160 I'm not bailing out any of these states.

00:16:31.240 I've always wanted to live in California.

00:16:34.140 You know why I didn't?

00:16:35.440 Because it was insane.

00:16:37.720 I knew it wouldn't work.

00:16:40.100 I didn't want to spend all of my money living, paying for taxes for things that I knew would only make society worse and knew that it would collapse at some point.

00:16:52.180 So I never got the beach of California, and yet now I have to pay for their mistakes.

00:17:01.540 How do you feel about that, Alabama?

00:17:03.000 How do you feel about that, Michigan?

00:17:06.820 You probably like it, at least if you're a politician, because, you know, your state's going to need it.

00:17:13.760 Another reason not to live in Chicago.

00:17:15.760 It wouldn't work.

00:17:17.540 More in a minute.

00:17:24.460 First, let me tell you about relief factor sleep.

00:17:27.620 Stu, how are you doing with your sleep?

00:17:30.660 Well, at the moment, I'm wide awake.

00:17:34.100 You're what?

00:17:36.080 It's hard not to be right now.

00:17:39.240 Yeah.

00:17:39.380 Anyway, if you feel groggy and you can't get a good night's sleep, or if you've taken medication, Ambien is dangerous.

00:17:50.320 Man, I took that over in England.

00:17:54.320 I don't think I should show the video.

00:17:56.400 My kids took a video of me because they were gone, and I was going to go to sleep so I could catch up on my sleep.

00:18:02.960 I took some Ambien, and then they came home before it kicked in, and I'm like, oh, I want to stay up with you guys.

00:18:09.420 And then they started taking videos of Dad.

00:18:12.880 Wait a minute.

00:18:13.480 How do we get access to this?

00:18:14.640 Oh, my gosh.

00:18:15.420 I don't.

00:18:16.100 Oof.

00:18:17.200 Oh, my gosh.

00:18:18.040 I did, like, a puppet show for them.

00:18:21.240 It was quite.

00:18:22.000 A puppet show?

00:18:22.880 Oh, it's quite the video.

00:18:24.420 Yeah, yeah.

00:18:25.240 We need access.

00:18:25.800 I don't really like Ambien at all.

00:18:29.080 That's why I go for relief factor sleep, because you don't feel it in your system, and you're not doing crazy puppet shows.

00:18:35.280 I'm just saying.

00:18:36.640 You remember everything, and you don't feel groggy the next day.

00:18:39.680 First bottle, $19.95.

00:18:41.140 $20 to get the feeling of complete relaxation and contentment as you drift away into dreamland.

00:18:46.280 Unleash the power of great sleep by calling 800-4-RELIEF.

00:18:49.660 800-4-RELIEF.

00:18:51.180 Or go to relieffactor.com.

00:18:53.280 That's relieffactor sleep.

00:18:55.260 Relieffactor.com.

00:18:56.780 10 seconds.

00:18:57.220 Station ID.

00:19:05.000 Puppet shows.

00:19:08.000 Tonight, on the Wednesday night special, your basic rights under attack.

00:19:13.260 I'm starting with California, the parental rights thing.

00:19:17.180 Who gets to raise children? 0.99

00:19:19.060 The state or you?

00:19:21.020 California wants to force parents to affirm their trans children or else.

00:19:25.720 So, what are law-mighting Americans supposed to do when elected left-wing officials act as if the Constitution is optional at best, and at worst, act like it's completely irrelevant?

00:19:38.060 Constitution for the left and the right, I believe, just matters on whether it's on our side or not.

00:19:45.680 If it's not on our side, then we're not going to talk about it.

00:19:48.820 This Pandora's box was cracked open by America's leaders during the 2020 pandemic, and they are playing God now with your inalienable rights.

00:20:01.760 Join me tonight.

00:20:02.480 Parental advisory, the explicit plot to control your kids.

00:20:06.880 That's tonight at 9 p.m. Eastern on BlazeTV, 930, youtube.com slash Glenn Beck.

00:20:13.700 That's intense.

00:20:14.840 I mean, you don't want to just jump into that.

00:20:16.420 You probably want to ramp up a little bit, you know?

00:20:18.020 Nope.

00:20:18.320 Maybe watch something a little earlier.

00:20:20.000 Nope.

00:20:20.440 Maybe you want to hear something about the new Office of Gun Violence Prevention.

00:20:24.420 Oh, mm-mm.

00:20:24.940 Maybe you want to tune in and hear a little bit about that, maybe an hour earlier, 8 p.m. Eastern, for Studios of America.

00:20:30.820 I'm just saying.

00:20:31.320 I have not heard about the new Gun Violence Office of Gun Violence.

00:20:35.900 Yeah, it's going to be announced this week.

00:20:37.840 You need a new office to stop gun violence.

00:20:41.220 Sure.

00:20:41.720 And it's one of these things where, like, your first complaint might be, hey, I'm going to spend billions of dollars on another new government office.

00:20:49.540 Mm-hmm.

00:20:49.860 And then you realize the best case scenario is that we just waste money and nothing happens because the other side of this is you spend billions of dollars and they take away your rights.

00:21:01.020 Okay.

00:21:01.220 I've got something for you.

00:21:02.500 How about this one?

00:21:03.300 Have you heard of the new trauma-informed care program for journalists who are experiencing online harassment?

00:21:17.460 Uh-huh.

00:21:18.880 That sounds like a worthwhile.

00:21:20.400 Yeah, this is the National Science Foundation.

00:21:23.980 They're giving a grant to George Washington University, their Expert Voices Together program.

00:21:30.100 And they're going to provide about a million dollars for the project in 21.

00:21:37.360 That's what they did.

00:21:38.440 Universal receives another $5 million now in 2024.

00:21:43.000 And they are looking at the links between two significant problems impacting trust in contemporary communication systems, the broad and rapid spread of misinformation and the abuse and harassment directed at members of expert communities, such as journalists, scientists, and public health officials.

00:22:03.640 Now, I've had this rant many times, but I'm totally against the 28th Amendment, which states you must go on social media.

00:22:10.000 That should not be something that's forced on people.

00:22:14.280 And the fact that it is, and then they have to, of course, get harassed while they're there is really bad.

00:22:18.720 Well, I'm wondering if I can get, you know, any kind of payment from the government for the harassment that I've taken forever.

00:22:25.960 You should legitimately apply.

00:22:28.000 And we could pull the worst tweets that people say about you.

00:22:30.540 We should apply for you to get part of this grant.

00:22:33.280 I mean, this is, well, I'm not part of the expert class.

00:22:37.260 That's what they'll say.

00:22:38.020 This is just for the expert class.

00:22:41.500 You're a doctor.

00:22:42.380 I know I'm a doctor.

00:22:43.680 You have a doctorate.

00:22:45.720 That's right.

00:22:46.660 You are an expert, Glenn, as much as you don't want to say it.

00:22:48.560 This week, I'm going to be a doctor in sociology and social media.

00:22:55.580 The Glenn Beck Program.

00:22:56.540 You're doctoral fluid?

00:22:59.120 Yes.

00:22:59.460 You can just move around to any category you want.

00:23:00.800 Of course I can.

00:23:01.500 Of course I can.

00:23:02.060 Last month, an enormous amount of data was stolen from two of the most popular casinos in America, MGM Resorts and Caesars.

00:23:10.420 Ah, you got your driver's license, Social Security, loyalty membership included.

00:23:17.180 Yeah, cyber criminals have involved nothing but the best tech, and they have nothing but the best intentions when they commit these identity thefts.

00:23:31.280 They're wonderful.

00:23:32.460 They love it.

00:23:32.980 Now, it might not work out well for you, but, you know, hey, there is no such thing as a mob.

00:23:40.780 Equally important to realize, like the mob doesn't exist, are the measures that you can take to keep all of this stuff from happening.

00:23:48.480 This is where LifeLock by Norton installed can save you so much money and hassle.

00:23:52.760 No one can prevent all identity theft, monitor all transactions and business, but they can help protect what's yours with LifeLock by Norton.

00:24:14.820 Don't miss it, blazetv.com slash Glenn.

00:24:16.960 The promo code is Glenn.

00:24:18.380 Back in April, I gave a speech that everybody has said it's the most powerful speech I've ever given.

00:24:35.520 And I've been asked to repeat that speech several times, and I am going to repeat it at least one other time here.

00:24:45.960 This time, the Eagle Forum has asked me to speak and give this speech at the Mountain America Exposition Center.

00:24:54.940 It's happening October 19th, and you can get your tickets at eventbrite.com.

00:25:01.800 Just search for Glenn Beck.

00:25:03.520 It's about the fact that we are a covenant nation, and if we don't return to a covenant nation and become a covenant people, it's not going to work.

00:25:17.440 It's just there's no way out on any of this stuff without God.

00:25:22.060 There's just none.

00:25:22.980 You don't want to miss this event.

00:25:25.700 You bring your family, your teenagers, young adult children, principles of the Constitution, and the promise that God made for America if we keep our promise.

00:25:36.100 Covenant.

00:25:36.940 Covenant nation.

00:25:38.560 Go to Eventbrite.

00:25:39.840 Search for Glenn Beck Covenant, and you'll be able to find that.

00:25:44.760 Now, there's a couple of other things.

00:25:47.540 You know, the F-35 jet went missing, and we don't know exactly what happened.

00:25:56.100 May I just pass this along?

00:25:59.380 Okay?

00:26:02.040 Stu, I want you to think this through with me.

00:26:06.100 What number is F in the alphabet?

00:26:13.400 Six?

00:26:14.200 Six.

00:26:14.620 Okay.

00:26:15.800 Six F plus 35. 0.88

00:26:19.860 F-35.

00:26:20.920 What's it equal?

00:26:22.540 Six plus three plus five?

00:26:24.740 No.

00:26:25.360 Six plus 35. 0.89

00:26:27.460 Oh, okay.

00:26:28.480 So, 41.

00:26:29.500 41.

00:26:30.380 Who was the 41st president of the United States?

00:26:34.240 I know that, obviously.

00:26:35.820 And I think that's important for people to understand.

00:26:37.640 It's George H.W. Bush.

00:26:39.640 Sounds like you were stalling there to Google it or something.

00:26:42.000 What do you mean?

00:26:42.840 George H.W. Bush.

00:26:44.620 What is George H.W. Bush mainly known for?

00:26:47.720 What was the big event in his?

00:26:49.780 The Iraq War.

00:26:51.580 No, well, the Gulf War.

00:26:53.420 The Gulf War.

00:26:53.680 The Gulf War.

00:26:54.320 The Gulf War is, the Gulf is the Persian Gulf. 0.75

00:26:59.640 Yes, the Persian Gulf, yes.

00:27:00.700 Persia.

00:27:01.420 What is Persia?

00:27:02.760 What are we doing here?

00:27:04.920 What is Persia?

00:27:06.380 Persia?

00:27:06.920 It's a cat.

00:27:07.820 It's a ran.

00:27:08.520 It's a ran.

00:27:09.720 Oh.

00:27:10.060 It's a ran, which is so far away, according to the Flock of Seagulls.

00:27:14.760 Flock of Seagulls formed in 1979, which is also a song by the Smashing Pumpkins, 1979.

00:27:24.320 Who formed the Smashing Pumpkins in Chicago?

00:27:29.000 Who was it?

00:27:31.140 Billy Corgan.

00:27:33.280 Yes.

00:27:33.600 Thank you.

00:27:34.020 Right.

00:27:35.380 I just said Bill randomly.

00:27:36.760 It was right.

00:27:38.100 Who has the initials BC besides Billy Corgan?

00:27:43.280 Bill Cosby.

00:27:44.500 No.

00:27:47.100 Bill Clinton is what everybody thinks of, of course.

00:27:51.080 And you know who was born in Chicago?

00:27:54.360 Who's related to that BC?

00:27:58.760 Hillary Clinton.

00:28:00.760 Just stock this up to another body count.

00:28:05.680 I mean, it's frightening, isn't it?

00:28:07.480 Well, no one died in the incident, though.

00:28:09.080 Well, yeah.

00:28:10.220 But case closed on this one, I think.

00:28:12.180 Oh, I think the case is definitely.

00:28:13.880 I think closing it would definitely be the best thing we could do.

00:28:16.780 Just close this particular case right now.

00:28:19.780 Let me tell you something else that's going on in California.

00:28:23.060 California has just passed an 11% gun and ammo excise tax.

00:28:29.300 Now, I don't know.

00:28:31.820 A little unconstitutional?

00:28:35.640 No, this is going to fund the critical school safety measures

00:28:40.040 and the proven violence pretension programs that, you know, save lives.

00:28:46.320 What are those proven what?

00:28:49.080 California seems to have a problem.

00:28:51.280 And you're going to fund the critical school safety measures.

00:28:55.340 What are those?

00:28:56.540 And is this kind of like, remember that bridge went down in Pennsylvania,

00:28:59.920 like in the 1800s, and they're like, that's just going to rebuild.

00:29:03.080 This tax is just going to rebuild that bridge. 1.00

00:29:06.920 Well, they rebuilt it like in 1855, and they're still paying that tax.

00:29:13.360 Yeah.

00:29:13.820 Okay.

00:29:14.080 I know that the Jonestown flood was one of those.

00:29:17.380 I don't know if it was the bridge one, but in Pennsylvania,

00:29:20.600 and they did this, and they've raised it like, they didn't get rid of it.

00:29:24.280 They've raised it like multiple times.

00:29:26.100 Of course they have.

00:29:26.980 Okay.

00:29:27.380 In 1983, the U.S. Supreme Court, they had a case,

00:29:31.140 Minneapolis Star Tribune and Tribune Company

00:29:34.040 versus Minnesota Commissioner of Revenue

00:29:36.840 because he put a tax on paper and ink that's used in publication.

00:29:45.140 Unconstitutional, infringement on the First Amendment right.

00:29:48.100 The court said a power to tax differentially

00:29:51.800 as opposed to a power to tax generally

00:29:54.820 gives a government a powerful weapon against the taxpayer selected.

00:30:00.600 So is this still going to apply now to guns?

00:30:04.240 And if it, remember, that is a constitutionally protected right.

00:30:11.260 So what else is this?

00:30:15.100 I mean, will this, can you imagine a tax for freedom of speech?

00:30:19.920 A tax for religion. 0.95

00:30:22.360 You know what that sounds like?

00:30:24.820 A, what is it?

00:30:28.720 A jizza?

00:30:29.540 I think it's jizza tax.

00:30:30.740 Do you remember that, Stu?

00:30:32.300 I do not.

00:30:32.840 The jizza tax is a Muslim tax 1.00

00:30:35.900 in places like Saudi Arabia or in Iran.

00:30:43.780 You just pay the jizza tax.

00:30:45.000 All you have to do is you just,

00:30:46.940 you want to pray, you want to read the Bible,

00:30:48.500 you want to be a Christian, that's okay, just pay the tax. 1.00

00:30:52.140 And then you pay the tax, whatever that might be,

00:30:55.300 and you can be Christian.

00:30:57.120 Good luck with that.

00:30:59.060 Okay?

00:30:59.320 Like, that's exactly what this is.

00:31:04.320 Constitutional right.

00:31:06.940 And they're just going to tax you.

00:31:08.300 Go ahead.

00:31:08.860 We're not.

00:31:09.380 No, we're just going to tax it just a little bit.

00:31:11.680 Just a little bit.

00:31:13.040 And maybe your church.

00:31:14.580 Or maybe, you know, maybe if you want to tell your kids that they belong to you,

00:31:20.080 maybe we tax you for that.

00:31:21.520 Or, you know what, we'll tax you if you don't get the COVID vaccine.

00:31:27.840 You think that they wouldn't do that?

00:31:30.480 You start going down this road.

00:31:32.320 You have everything.

00:31:33.520 First of all, property tax, I think, is the most immoral tax out there.

00:31:38.340 I can pay for my house, but my kids won't be able to live in my house

00:31:44.360 unless they have my kind of income because my house is never paid for.

00:31:49.200 So I can't leave my house to my kids unless I leave enough money

00:31:54.760 to continually pay for the tax because you never own your own property.

00:32:01.300 That's immoral.

00:32:03.460 That's a really fascinating question.

00:32:05.740 What is the most immoral tax?

00:32:08.620 Because I would say death tax to me seems incredibly immoral.

00:32:13.520 This is the same kind of thing.

00:32:15.400 You don't ever, you can pay for it, but you don't ever truly own it

00:32:20.200 because they can take it away from you at any time.

00:32:23.520 Yeah, it's impossible.

00:32:24.560 Like you can own, you can own a car.

00:32:27.000 If I don't want to pay the state tax for the license,

00:32:29.560 I don't drive the car, but they can't take the car away.

00:32:32.240 Right.

00:32:32.520 They can take your house away.

00:32:33.800 Right.

00:32:34.120 They will take your house away.

00:32:36.540 That's a good, it's certainly a good candidate.

00:32:38.300 I think we could have an entire awards ceremony on the most immoral tax. 0.99

00:32:42.760 I mean, you know, they're already doing it with gas tax,

00:32:45.660 but that's not a constitutional right.

00:32:48.920 It's not a constitutional right,

00:32:50.600 but you don't think that it is coming,

00:32:53.240 that if you want to drive that gasoline car, that's fine.

00:32:56.180 It's just going to cost you a lot in taxes.

00:32:58.820 Oh, it's, you go ahead.

00:33:01.120 They're going to try to jack those up. 0.97

00:33:02.640 As people show their disinterest for electric cars, you know,

00:33:07.280 we've, we had the early adopters who've jumped on the bandwagon and it seemed like explosive growth.

00:33:11.800 Yeah.

00:33:12.060 But at some point you hit the people like me who don't really have interest.

00:33:16.520 I mean, like, I think some of the electric cars are cool, but I, you know,

00:33:19.260 I like gas powered engines and I don't want to do it.

00:33:23.400 I also want to be able to drive as far as I want to in my car.

00:33:27.540 Yeah.

00:33:27.960 And so when I don't do that and they try to force me into doing it by raising every cost around it,

00:33:33.620 I mean, until they just make it bleep, just blanket.

00:33:36.360 This is just, this is just a nudge before the shove.

00:33:40.800 They're trying to get you to not buy a firearm.

00:33:44.660 They can't do it any other way.

00:33:46.340 So they'll just add taxes to it. 1.00

00:33:47.980 So you can't afford it.

00:33:49.100 And if you think it's going to end at 11%, you're sadly mistaken.

00:33:54.140 And, you know, look at your property tax.

00:33:56.520 Remember, the goal is that you'll own nothing.

00:34:00.920 You'll own nothing by 2030.

00:34:04.320 Well, one way to do that is just to make sure your property taxes are sky high.

00:34:11.180 You're already doing it with a mortgage.

00:34:13.020 So if you have a mortgage and it's not a fixed rate or you want to buy a new mortgage,

00:34:16.540 you're not going to be able to buy a new house.

00:34:19.100 The, the, the, the tax, the inflation tax that is being charged by the Fed, the people

00:34:28.980 who created it, what are you going to do?

00:34:33.260 You can't get around that.

00:34:36.160 So you can't buy.

00:34:37.360 And then if they raise your, your city taxes or your property taxes, that's the way all of

00:34:45.040 this stuff happens.

00:34:45.920 And they are now doing it in California.

00:34:48.800 If it stands in California, there's a real problem.

00:34:53.320 More on this tonight at nine o'clock on my Wednesday night special on blaze TV.

00:35:00.460 If you're not a member of blaze TV, we invite you to be, we'd love to have you as a member

00:35:04.920 of the family.

00:35:05.580 I think it's becoming more and more important, especially with things like, uh, Russell Brand.

00:35:12.720 This Russell Brand thing is disturbing.

00:35:14.420 I'm not defending him.

00:35:16.000 Yeah.

00:35:16.580 I mean, that's disturbing in a multitude of ways.

00:35:19.040 In a multitude of ways. 0.81

00:35:19.880 Um, but you know, one of the, one of the people that said, you know, by he raped me or threw

00:35:27.860 me against the wall, whatever it is, uh, one of them said I was approached by someone to

00:35:35.180 tell my story.

00:35:35.900 And they said that they would help me.

00:35:39.900 If you don't think, I mean, you just have to have everything in your life clean, you know,

00:35:45.160 you, you just have to have it all, you know, have it under control now and confess and just

00:35:52.280 get it all out and do your best to make it all right.

00:35:56.060 Otherwise you're doomed.

00:35:57.640 I mean, look at Russell Brand.

00:35:59.740 Yeah.

00:36:00.400 I mean, again, obviously the, it's the ideal thing is to not commit any crimes.

00:36:05.880 Correct.

00:36:06.580 Correct.

00:36:07.000 And then I'm not defending him.

00:36:08.760 No, I know you're not.

00:36:09.340 Any of that.

00:36:09.800 I know you're not.

00:36:10.240 I'm just saying the timing is really interesting.

00:36:13.200 I think the timing is fascinating.

00:36:14.840 Yeah.

00:36:15.240 And what's happened to him before he's convicted is fascinating.

00:36:17.700 Yeah.

00:36:18.020 They've already taken all of his money, uh, his ability to earn money on YouTube because,

00:36:25.800 uh, I guess they can do that.

00:39:37.000 Now, look, it's believable that I would order multiple Papa John's pizzas.

00:39:40.320 That's definitely something that could theoretically happen, but it did not happen in this case.

00:39:44.240 But that's like, what?

00:39:44.960 I don't know, 20, 30, 40 bucks.

00:40:31.280 Huh?

00:40:32.980 Huh?

00:40:33.480 I just I just looked up at the at the news screens where we have all of the networks on

00:40:39.020 that are doing news.

00:40:39.840 And this all I saw was the bottom of the screen.

00:40:44.360 It says new special exposes the dark side of Jeffrey Dahmer.

00:40:52.280 Now, wait, that's the only side I know.

00:40:55.760 I wow.

00:40:56.460 Really?

00:40:57.140 Yeah.

00:40:57.700 I mean, he ate people.

00:40:59.860 And he was a bad guy.

00:41:01.380 Right.

00:41:01.780 Apparently he was a bad guy.

00:41:03.000 To the eating of people.

00:41:04.600 Bad guy.

00:41:05.120 He was not.

00:41:05.800 But he borrowed someone's lawnmower on the street.

00:41:08.820 Never returned.

00:41:09.500 A lot of people know that he wasn't very sartorial.

00:41:11.720 In fact, he was a very poor dresser.

00:41:14.140 Very poor dresser.

00:41:15.140 Yes.

00:41:15.480 He dressed like Fetterman.

00:41:16.480 Yes, he did.

00:41:17.480 And there was no rule.

00:41:18.700 And that led him to eat people.

00:41:20.660 Wow.

00:41:21.140 Yeah.

00:41:21.360 So you think you think the eating people was bad.

00:41:24.760 You should hear about the dark side of Jeffrey Dahmer. 0.93

00:41:27.980 What the hell?

00:41:29.940 Do we really need that? 0.72

00:41:31.720 Who's tuning into that going, you know what?

00:41:33.680 There's just not enough darkness and depression out there.

00:41:36.520 I need a little bit more in my life.

00:41:38.540 You know, I considered watching the Netflix.

00:41:41.320 It was Netflix.

00:41:41.980 Yeah, I think so.

00:41:42.720 The big series on it.

00:41:43.660 And I just couldn't bring myself to do it.

00:41:46.500 I couldn't.

00:41:46.880 Neither could I.

00:41:47.440 I don't want that much darkness in my life.

00:41:49.040 No, I don't.

00:41:49.540 I don't need a darker side.

00:41:51.780 Like, that just seems.

00:41:52.940 You know, you could go, hey, the surprising light side of Jeffrey Dahmer.

00:41:57.580 I might watch that.

00:41:59.960 One of the positives.

00:42:00.980 Yeah.

00:42:01.760 We never got into that.

00:42:02.460 You know, he was a cute kid.

00:42:03.440 Look at this photo of him in kindergarten.

00:42:05.100 He was cute.

00:42:05.640 He was great.

00:42:06.480 He was great.

00:42:07.100 He was really good at push-ups.

00:42:09.360 Did lots of push-ups.

00:42:09.940 Lots of push-ups. 0.98

00:42:10.720 Very well.

00:42:11.140 He's in shape.

00:42:11.820 Good cardiovascular health.

00:42:12.780 He was really good.

00:42:13.540 He got a very efficient and a good price on his refrigerator.

00:42:17.160 And we're going to leave that at that.

00:42:18.780 We're just going to leave it at that.

00:42:22.820 You know, when he served pasta along with certain meals at his house.

00:42:27.220 And he never, never skimped on the Parmesan cheese, which is something a lot of people will do.

00:42:32.960 And I don't like that.

00:42:34.600 Nobody left his house hungry.

00:42:37.140 I mean, because a lot of people didn't leave his house.

00:42:39.020 But they never left hungry.

00:42:41.760 So, I think that's dark side of Jeffrey Dahmer.

00:42:46.120 Yeah, I'm looking forward to that special.

00:42:48.100 Thanks.

00:42:49.320 Who okayed that?

00:42:50.880 Who okayed?

00:42:51.460 Who went, you know what?

00:42:53.600 I got something, dude.

00:42:54.580 It should be explored.

00:42:55.320 Stay with me, guys.

00:43:00.480 You know, cleaning your gun is just as important as having them in the first place.

00:43:04.700 But if you've ever done it, it's a messy job.

00:43:07.480 The gun doesn't always get as clean as you like it to be.

00:43:10.120 You can use the standard patches, which don't make good contact with the inside of the barrel.

00:43:14.500 Then you got things like boar snakes, which are good.

00:43:16.640 But that's nylon rope.

00:43:18.300 And it doesn't do a great job either.

00:43:19.680 I want to tell you the difference, a better way to clean your guns.

00:43:23.840 It is called Barrel Buddy.

00:43:25.520 And it revolutionizes your gun cleaning experience in a very simple but important way.

00:43:31.120 Barrel Buddy pushes outward to fill the interior of your gun's barrel, which cleans the rifling grooves as well as the rest of the barrel's surface.

00:43:39.740 It's a 3D cylinder made up of polymers that don't leave behind any residual particles.

00:43:46.760 No mess.

00:43:47.620 It cleans by scrubbing and collecting particulates, then absorbs any remaining residue and buffs the interior surface clean.

00:43:56.040 It's an amazing thing.

00:43:57.840 If you're serious about taking good care of your guns, Barrel Buddy is the way to go.

00:44:01.860 Barrel Buddy.com.

00:44:03.360 Go there now.

00:44:04.120 Barrel Buddy.com.

00:44:06.120 Barrel Buddy.com.

00:44:06.180 Barrel Buddy.com.

00:44:08.180 Barrel Buddy.com.

00:44:09.180 Barrel Buddy.com.

00:44:39.180 What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

00:44:56.400 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

00:45:01.520 Is there anything such as justice in America today?

00:45:06.020 Will anyone be held responsible and accountable for all of the different things that have happened?

00:45:12.520 Right now, Attorney General Merrick Garland is in a House Judiciary Committee hearing.

00:45:19.580 And go ahead and pot this up just a little bit.

00:45:22.180 We are monitoring it now, and we will go back and forth with it and give you the highlights as we go on as it is happening live.

00:45:33.180 But also, we are going to talk to the representative out of Ohio, Brad Wenstrip.

00:45:40.540 And Brad is the guy who is really following the CIA, trying to hide the findings that COVID-19 originated in a lab in Wuhan, China.

00:45:52.120 We now know that the CIA paid six out of seven experts to say that it was natural and not from the lab.

00:46:04.520 The seventh believed it wasn't from the lab.

00:46:08.100 The other six believed, yeah, it's clearly from the lab.

00:46:11.700 So the CIA came and bribed them.

00:46:14.340 A, what kind of expert are you that you can be bribed on something this important?

00:46:21.620 And why would the CIA even want to do that?

00:46:25.700 Representative Brad Wenstrip joins us in 60 seconds.

00:46:30.240 It's in that moment of your kid's first football game of the year.

00:46:34.400 The one where you can relax and lose your voice yelling at the same time.

00:46:38.100 It's in that meal sitting around the table.

00:46:39.980 The one that somehow tastes better because of the heavy weight of difficult choices isn't bearing down on you right now.

00:46:47.500 It's all the things you can do with peace of mind because you're not worrying about the house you're buying or selling.

00:46:54.400 Why aren't you worrying?

00:46:55.360 Because you went to Real Estate Agents I Trust and got set up with a top-selling agent from your area.

00:47:01.440 This is my company.

00:47:02.460 I started it years ago because I found the whole buying and selling houses thing exhausting and frustrating.

00:47:07.540 And it has been my whole life.

00:47:09.280 And I didn't know how to even...

00:47:11.400 What questions do you even ask to find out if you're a good real estate agent?

00:47:15.180 Do you sell houses?

00:47:16.800 Yes, I do.

00:47:17.860 Okay, you're for me.

00:47:21.100 Realestateagentsitrust.com.

00:47:22.240 The name says it all.

00:47:23.340 We've done all the vetting for you.

00:47:24.580 I want you to do it yourself.

00:47:26.460 Don't trust us or anybody else, really.

00:47:28.580 Trust yourself.

00:47:29.700 But we'll give you the names of the people we've already vetted and we feel are really good in your area.

00:47:34.440 It's realestateagentsitrust.com.

00:47:37.140 That's realestateagentsitrust.com.

00:47:42.540 Let's see.

00:47:43.240 Congressman Wenstrup, how are you, sir?

00:47:45.880 I'm hanging in there.

00:47:47.060 How are you doing, man?

00:47:47.920 Well, I'm good.

00:47:48.860 First of all, I just want to let people know you are a doctor.

00:47:52.660 You're also an Army Reserve officer and Iraqi war veteran.

00:47:57.300 Thank you for that.

00:47:59.440 You were on the select subcommittee of the coronavirus pandemic.

00:48:03.660 You have served as a doctor overseas.

00:48:08.260 You also were at Walter Reed for a while.

00:48:12.040 And you are the medical policy advisor for the chief of Army Reserve, correct?

00:48:17.580 Yes.

00:48:17.860 Actually, I retired from the Army in December.

00:48:21.280 But since I was elected to Congress 11 years ago, I've served at Walter Reed and as a medical policy advisor as well, obviously, as a congressman and a congressman on the Intelligence Committee.

00:48:32.780 Okay.

00:48:33.520 So now, tell the story to the American people, in case they don't know, about what is going on with the CIA and this bribe to the so-called experts.

00:48:47.620 Yes, I mean, a little background.

00:48:50.820 As a physician, ever since the pandemic started, I'm looking into what's going on physiologically, how do we treat patients.

00:48:57.960 But in that process of doing research, discovered that we were actually engaging with China in a lab in Wuhan to create gain-of-function viruses. 0.84

00:49:09.200 That being said, with Intel Committee, I've been involved with this for the past three years, at least.

00:49:17.180 And what has happened now is we have somebody coming forward as a whistleblower seeking full whistleblower protections.

00:49:24.920 And that means at this time he wants to be anonymous.

00:49:28.320 He came to both the Intelligence Committee and to the select subcommittee on the coronavirus pandemic, which I chair.

00:49:35.220 And he's made many allegations.

00:49:37.300 Obviously, you summed up a lot of them, but there was the CIA, in trying to figure out whether this came from a lab or from nature, put together a COVID discovery team, if you will.

00:49:49.420 Seven people, as you talked about.

00:49:51.220 So six of the people, they came to the conclusion with some level of confidence that this came from a lab.

00:49:57.720 And the senior person, according to these charges, said it came from nature.

00:50:02.900 Okay, well, you're entitled to your opinion.

00:50:04.580 But what they ended up doing at the end of the day, releasing to the public and to the intelligence community, all they said was the CIA was unable to determine.

00:50:14.320 Well, it sounds like they had a pretty high number of people that were able to determine as best as they know it.

00:50:20.180 It is our responsibility on this committee to follow up on everything to do with the pandemic.

00:50:27.980 We take it very seriously.

00:50:29.340 Obviously, the reaction from the CIA has been very serious.

00:50:32.960 So we're now seeking documents, communications.

00:50:36.300 And we also have asked to speak with Andrew Macretus, who the whistleblower says was the chief operating officer and had a lot to do with constructing this.

00:50:49.060 I hope that the director of CIA will be cooperative with us.

00:50:52.580 But, you know, you hit the big question.

00:50:56.040 Why?

00:50:57.020 I mean, why would they want to do that?

00:50:59.760 I mean, this goes to go back to where Fauci prompted, I'm using their words, prompted a group of scientists to write what's known as proximal origins.

00:51:09.480 Where in their internal documents, they're saying, oh, yeah, they're doing this type of research in China.

00:51:14.960 Oh, yeah, they have this capability.

00:51:16.920 Oh, yeah, this really is something.

00:51:20.340 And then they come out and say it came from nature and tries to make that definitive.

00:51:25.100 Why are we not having a scientific debate?

00:51:27.480 What is the reason for attempting to steer everything in one direction?

00:51:32.080 And here's one of my concerns, Glenn, and I think you'll appreciate this.

00:51:34.960 If this is true and we have, for political reasons or whatever, changing the notion of changing intelligence, what does that say to our international partners who rely on us for intelligence, who we work with together on intelligence, if our own intelligence department is changing things from what people actually did and said to fit a narrative that they want?

00:52:04.780 Well, not just that, you know, you would imagine that in some cases you would say, hey, let's not release that to anybody.

00:52:14.960 But this is changing things for the intelligence, the oversight.

00:52:22.060 You guys are you guys are engaged in oversight and they didn't tell you this.

00:52:27.460 A whistleblower had to come and tell you this.

00:52:29.740 Right. And I would and I would contend that if we didn't have Republicans in charge of the House of Representatives, it wouldn't have come forward at all.

00:52:39.440 So this person had an opportunity to go to somebody that would seemingly would listen as a whistleblower.

00:52:46.580 And we are. And so we're pursuing this.

00:52:49.380 We've sent our letters out. That's the first phase of requesting information, documents, you know, and we don't get them.

00:52:55.720 Then we dig a little bit deeper and we ask a little harder and sometimes in the form of a subpoena.

00:53:00.560 So they do we know if they actually paid these other experts, these six people out of seven?

00:53:12.080 Yeah. So in the allegations, I would say that the conjecture is that it may have come in the form of a performance bonus, not just out and out.

00:53:25.640 Hey, do this. And here's some here's some money if you if you're following that.

00:53:29.880 But it's the same net effect. Right. Right.

00:53:32.260 And do we have any idea how much this is taxpayer dollars, right?

00:53:35.800 Oh, correct. And no, we don't know how much. And again, that's part of the investigation.

00:53:42.160 And we're obligated to do it. I mean, we don't we don't really have a choice.

00:53:46.200 This is what we should be doing. You know, keep in mind that I have to remind members of Congress is to Congress created these agencies and we fund those agencies and we have oversight over these agencies.

00:54:00.460 So not only do I have to remind members of Congress, we certainly have to remind the agencies that this needs to be a working partnership and you don't get to not tell us things, especially on the Intelligence Committee.

00:54:13.360 The Intelligence Committee, for example, is set up so that there would be oversight over the intelligence community.

00:54:21.080 And, you know, this is a select committee.

00:54:22.700 So the people on this committee, which, by the way, is functioning well now and is no longer an impeachment committee, but the Intelligence Committee, people are selected from both sides of the aisle.

00:54:34.340 We also represent the other members of Congress because we're in a place where other members don't get to go.

00:54:40.420 So it's an important role that we have and the cooperation needs to be there.

00:54:45.720 And sometimes the community, the intelligence community thinks they don't have to tell us things.

00:54:51.520 And it's in statute that they do.

00:54:53.520 So we will continue to pursue and find the truth.

00:54:56.220 And we have to suggest or legislate things into law that allow us to hold people accountable within agencies when they do things.

00:55:06.620 And I use the example like this, Glenn.

00:55:08.360 You know, in the military, which I served 25 years, we have the UCMJ, Uniform Code of Military Justice.

00:55:14.540 Unethical is unlawful in the military.

00:55:16.540 In our agencies, unfortunately, and this is across the board, but in our agencies, if you violate some of your tenants or what you say are the rules of engagement within your agency, nothing really happens to you.

00:55:33.160 Oh, you might get fired and then go work at CNN.

00:55:35.260 But, you know, this is a problem that we have.

00:55:40.320 And so we are trying on so many fronts to put punitive measures in place when violations are occurring, such as with the FISA court, et cetera.

00:55:53.120 You know, the IG said 17 times things were violated.

00:55:56.080 Well, what actually happens?

00:55:57.820 Where's the punitive measures?

00:55:59.260 We're trying to implement those.

00:56:00.740 So do you I mean, is there a way out from the I mean, your Justice Department looks horribly soiled your NSA, your CIA, your DNI?

00:56:14.880 All of these things look like they've been a part of some really bad things, including the State Department.

00:56:23.600 Now the IRS is involved.

00:56:25.840 How are you possibly going to beat this?

00:56:29.220 I mean, it's like whack-a-mole.

00:56:32.420 Yeah.

00:56:32.980 So, you know, on my particular subcommittee, what I keep saying and have said since the beginning is honesty and truth is non-negotiable.

00:56:41.340 And we're going to be looking for it and we're going to make sure that it is there.

00:56:44.920 But if it's not there, we're going to point it out and hold people accountable.

00:56:48.820 We have to.

00:56:49.800 But you can't.

00:56:51.540 Excuse me for interrupting, but you can't really hold people responsible.

00:56:54.900 If you say that they're in contempt of Congress, Attorney General Garland is the one who has to prosecute.

00:57:01.880 And he just came out and said, I'm not the prosecutor for Congress.

00:57:06.440 Well, yes, you are.

00:57:08.140 But he gets to decide who he prosecutes.

00:57:11.000 Yeah, and obviously what you're seeing, I know I heard Jim Jordan's voice before I came on.

00:57:17.600 Yeah.

00:57:17.920 And obviously you're seeing all kinds of things where this is just wrong.

00:57:21.480 And I don't know how we get it out to the American public because most people don't know.

00:57:26.200 You know, obviously I have the opportunity right now to get to your listeners and that's important.

00:57:32.880 But there are things that are going on today that should be above the fold front page headlines each and every day.

00:57:40.400 And the mainstream media is in coverage.

00:57:42.260 So our challenge is definitely greater and elections matter.

00:57:46.540 And I hope people understand that.

00:57:48.820 And, you know, I grew up watching Superman where they began each show fighting for truth, justice in the American way.

00:57:55.020 Right.

00:57:55.340 And that's where we have to go.

00:57:57.680 And America has to decide if that's what they want or not, because it's been deviated from tremendously.

00:58:04.060 And let me make this suggestion, too, for our agencies.

00:58:07.280 You know, in the military, you either move up or you're out.

00:58:11.020 And you're required to be agnostic politically.

00:58:14.840 And that's what we need in our agencies.

00:58:17.080 You either move up or you're out.

00:58:18.940 And when you get to the top, there's a mandatory retirement.

00:58:21.820 Again, you don't get to sit there with mounds of authority and covert authority, if you will.

00:58:29.440 And we've got to make changes like that within our system.

00:58:33.240 We started our country with just three agencies, state, treasury, and war.

00:58:38.540 And look what we have now.

00:58:40.000 They have rule of law.

00:58:41.460 They put out regulations.

00:58:43.680 We try to pass laws to stop them.

00:58:46.040 It's completely backwards.

00:58:47.400 So, America needs to understand to elect people that are willing to make that change and get us back to the government that our founders set up.

00:58:55.920 Representative Brad Wenstrup, thank you very much for what you're doing.

00:59:00.180 Please keep us informed if there's any other news that starts to break here about the CIA apparently bribing members of the team, the experts on COVID.

00:59:15.440 Thank you so much.

00:59:16.300 Appreciate it.

00:59:17.120 Yeah, thanks for your concern.

00:59:18.800 You bet.

00:59:19.960 Let me talk to you about CarShield.

00:59:21.640 In the age of smart technology, I mean, why would they do that, Stu?

00:59:26.200 It's just all you can do is shake your head.

00:59:28.040 Yeah.

00:59:29.040 It's incredible.

00:59:30.800 And they're doing it just because they're protecting other people and themselves and other people in high-ranking positions.

00:59:38.580 It's grotesque what we've become.

00:59:41.200 We are so close to Mexico or Venezuela.

00:59:45.460 We're going there.

00:59:47.120 It's where we're going.

00:59:47.960 If Americans don't stand up and stop this and tell them,

00:59:52.160 you know, we're not voting for you unless you change these things.

00:59:58.960 Anyway, CarShield.

01:00:01.040 Your car, it's going to have a bad day, especially after your warranty wears out.

01:00:08.040 And that's, you know, that's when it really, the rubber hits the road.

01:00:11.320 If you enroll with CarShield.

01:00:13.320 If you enroll with CarShield, you're going to get protection plans that start as low as $100 a month, flexible, month-to-month coverage.

01:00:18.620 Your choice of an ASE-certified mechanic, pick who you want, 24-7 coast-to-coast roadside assistance, complimentary towing, rental car options.

01:00:29.940 And CarShield administrators will handle all of the paperwork and the repairs so you don't have to.

01:00:34.780 Maybe most importantly of all, considering how much you're paying now in inflation, you can rest assured your price will not go up.

01:00:45.260 You have a price lock guarantee.

01:00:47.800 Your price will never go up.

01:00:49.260 No matter how many claims you file, it'll never go up as, you know, mileage on your car increases.

01:00:54.620 None of it.

01:00:55.220 I've had CarShield on my trucks, and it has saved a ton of money for me.

01:01:01.080 It's CarShield, 800-227-6100, 800-227-6100, or visit carshield.com slash Beck.

01:01:10.860 10 seconds, station ID.

01:01:11.920 It is quite amazing to me how fast our rights are going away, and rights are being taken away every single day.

01:01:33.680 We creep closer and closer to fascism and to totalitarianism.

01:01:41.460 You know, we play these games of, yeah, you're a fascist. 0.99

01:01:45.360 No, you're a fascist. 1.00

01:01:46.360 You're a fascist. 1.00

01:01:47.160 What is a fascist? 0.99

01:01:50.020 What is a communist?

01:01:51.680 What do they mean?

01:01:53.840 I can tell you both of them don't believe in individual rights.

01:01:57.540 Both of them, both of them, both the Soviet Union and the fascists in Germany, took away parental rights.

01:02:07.540 They turned the kids against the families and their parents.

01:02:12.300 And kids turned parents in.

01:02:17.160 Because parents didn't have rights. 0.67

01:02:19.440 The teachers, they had the rights.

01:02:22.060 The state had the rights.

01:02:23.600 Tonight, at 9 o'clock, Pandora's Box.

01:02:30.380 American leaders in 2020, and during the pandemic, they opened up this box and could take away your rights.

01:02:39.440 And they just, I mean, they love it.

01:02:41.240 They're playing God now.

01:02:43.400 And in California, it's a signature away.

01:02:46.220 Gavin Newsom's signature that you will lose the right as a parent to your children.

01:02:52.080 Parental advisory.

01:02:55.420 The explicit plot to control your kids.

01:02:58.320 That's tonight at 9 p.m. Eastern on blazetv.com.

01:03:02.960 9.30 p.m.

01:03:04.160 YouTube.com slash Glenn Beck.

01:03:06.300 Join us at Blaze TV.

01:03:08.400 Use the promo code Glenn at blazetv.com slash Glenn and you'll save with the promo code Glenn.

01:03:14.360 I got to watch this show tonight because I, you played these clips earlier.

01:03:18.340 It's fascinating.

01:03:19.100 This idea that there's no legal rights for parents.

01:03:21.980 First of all, of course, take out the idea that this is, you know, that there are no parental rights. 0.95

01:03:28.820 Obviously, a ridiculous concept.

01:03:30.000 But whenever conservatives pass laws that specifically address a right like this, like, yeah, you got to tell your kids about an abortion or your parents about an abortion.

01:03:41.440 Schools have to do that.

01:03:42.160 They complain about it, right?

01:03:44.500 And secondarily, like, they always say that there's no rights for people like LGBTQ individuals or whatever group they're arguing on behalf of on a particular day.

01:03:54.520 And then they all argue for those rights to be created.

01:03:58.240 They never say, well, they're not, there's no rights for LGBTQ people.

01:04:03.420 Therefore, we should ignore them.

01:04:05.200 They say we should fight for those rights, right?

01:04:07.880 Their entire movements are based on creating these rights legally and specifically in the law, even though most of the time they already exist.

01:04:14.580 But parents are the oppressors.

01:04:15.780 The parents are the oppressors.

01:04:17.040 Yeah.

01:04:17.240 Like, well, it doesn't make any sense to say just because you can't find it in the law.

01:04:23.720 And of course, this is ridiculous to even, but just giving them the idea that this isn't legally already represented.

01:04:30.380 Well, that's what you fight for rights for, right?

01:04:33.100 You try to add them if they happen to be overlooked by the fact that everyone just assumed it was obvious.

01:04:41.600 Yes.

01:04:41.980 And it was obvious.

01:04:44.020 It's always been obvious.

01:04:46.040 Right.

01:04:46.160 Get, get, get government, you know, get them out of my bedroom, get them out of my children's bedroom.

01:04:52.380 My children are much more vulnerable.

01:04:55.080 Yeah.

01:04:55.280 If we've seen a particular islands, especially.

01:04:58.040 Yeah.

01:04:58.620 Jeez.

01:04:59.100 It's, it's, uh, it's bad.

01:05:02.640 It's really bad.

01:05:03.800 And it's happening in all places, in all places.

01:05:08.900 Now, you know, it, you see the justice that is happening or the injustice.

01:05:14.920 I'm going to, I'm going to introduce you to a guy here in a second who somebody in his

01:05:19.680 life turned him into the FBI, somebody probably family member.

01:05:24.400 I don't know.

01:05:25.880 He claims I was just in the Capitol to take film for, for journalistic reasons.

01:05:33.740 He worked with the FBI.

01:05:35.320 I think he was on the phone with the FBI the next day saying, Hey, I've got film of everything.

01:05:39.100 I mean, he's now going to jail, a journalist going to jail for being in the Capitol.

01:05:45.880 I'll tell you that.

01:05:48.360 And, uh, the amazing punishment for Ray Epps.

01:05:51.920 Whew.

01:05:53.200 Imagine pizza without any toppings.

01:05:55.300 Imagine a big helping of mashed potatoes.

01:05:57.560 No gravy.

01:05:58.680 Imagine ice cream cone without a second scoop.

01:06:00.760 I mean, it is depressing.

01:06:03.100 Imagine your dog's food without any nutrition.

01:06:05.500 Because unfortunately, if you're feeding him or her kibble food, that's pretty much what

01:06:10.000 they're getting.

01:06:10.460 Every time you fill the bowl, you're feeling, filling their stomach, but you're not giving

01:06:14.700 them the nutrition that they need.

01:06:16.600 Kibble food has to have everything living cooked out of it.

01:06:20.380 So it will sit on the shelf for up to two years.

01:06:22.500 Cause that's what the government says is the right thing to know.

01:06:25.620 Unfortunately, a lot of those living things are nutrients that your dog desperately needs.

01:06:31.280 Naturopathic Dr. Dennis Black came up with something you sprinkle on your dog's food.

01:06:35.840 Remember, brown food is dead food.

01:06:37.580 You want the greens.

01:06:38.620 That's why he has rough greens.

01:06:40.860 If it's healthy, it's most likely, uh, in rough greens for your dog.

01:06:45.120 Rough greens, they're going to make a special deal.

01:06:47.320 You get the first bag free.

01:06:48.640 You just pay for shipping.

01:06:50.200 It's a trial bag at rough greens, ruffgreens.com slash back, ruffgreens.com slash back or 833

01:06:57.780 Glenn 33, 833 Glenn 33.

01:07:01.440 Back to back tonight, Studios America and Glenn TV.

01:07:04.220 Don't miss it.

01:07:05.000 BlazeTV.com slash Glenn.

01:07:07.040 The promo code is Glenn.

01:07:14.580 Uh, I have a feeling today Garland's testimony is, uh, simply to get him to perjure himself.

01:07:26.260 Listen to just a little bit of this.

01:07:29.420 Mr. Weiss has said so in the letters he sent to this committee.

01:07:32.180 Thank you.

01:07:32.560 Did he ever say or do anything?

01:07:34.120 Did he ever say or do anything that might make him, uh, unsure of where he could bring

01:07:39.600 charges?

01:07:41.540 Mr. Weiss's own letters reflect that he had never asked me to be a special counsel and

01:07:46.520 that he understood.

01:07:47.360 So he's, he's now, uh, testifying that Weiss was in charge the whole time.

01:07:53.780 Whistleblower says that's not true.

01:07:56.060 And new evidence has come out this week.

01:07:59.140 Uh, if that is indeed true, what the whistleblowers say, he's perjuring himself right now.

01:08:05.360 But will that matter?

01:08:07.560 Uh, we'll wait and see.

01:08:08.960 There is so much injustice coming from Washington, uh, DC right now.

01:08:14.600 It is, it's, it's a bit terrifying.

01:08:17.020 It should terrify everyone.

01:08:19.260 Uh, the, uh, Ray Epps case I'm going to tell you about here in just a few minutes, but there

01:08:25.940 is a, another one that you may not have heard about Stephen Horn.

01:08:29.960 He's an independent journalist, um, and he went and was in the Capitol on January 6th.

01:08:39.200 He went to film it and to record it.

01:08:42.300 Um, and now the judge and the jury has said, well, no, or I shouldn't say the judge and

01:08:49.300 the jury, I should say the, the FBI made the case that he wasn't a journalist and he was

01:08:56.060 part of it and now he's, uh, facing real problems.

01:09:00.680 I'm going to have him give the full story here.

01:09:03.240 Stephen, welcome to the Glenn Beck program.

01:09:06.200 Thank you for having me on.

01:09:07.600 Okay.

01:09:07.920 So you, if I'm not mistaken, Steve Baker, who, who works for the blaze as a contributor, he

01:09:15.020 was at your trial the whole time.

01:09:16.360 Uh, and he said the, the very day after January 6th, the tape that you made.

01:09:26.060 You offered it to the FBI to help them.

01:09:29.880 Is that true?

01:09:31.780 Yeah, that's correct.

01:09:32.940 You know, after I was able to upload the video to the internet, you know, put it out there

01:09:37.560 for the public.

01:09:38.280 I also reached out to the FBI on, you know, January 7th and said, Hey, I have this video.

01:09:43.740 I witnessed people assaulting police.

01:09:46.060 I witnessed some property damage, not too much though, but I, yeah, I figured it would be

01:09:50.700 something that, uh, they might be interested in.

01:09:53.640 Okay.

01:09:54.160 So tell me how you found out about January 6th in advance.

01:09:59.520 I believe I came across it on social media.

01:10:02.660 You know, um, there is a, there's a stop the steal protests in DC in November, another in

01:10:08.440 December.

01:10:08.820 And then I saw this one coming up in January and I saw that, you know, president Trump himself

01:10:14.000 was going to be there.

01:10:15.080 I had always wanted to sort of observe a Trump rally in person, even though I'm not a supporter

01:10:20.500 of Trump.

01:10:21.600 You know, I, I could see that this was a sort of a unique phenomenon in politics.

01:10:25.540 And so I wanted to witness it for myself and I brought the camera I had used to cover riots

01:10:30.360 in Raleigh because I had seen, you know, the, the videos of Trump supporters being assaulted

01:10:35.720 at the previous rallies in DC.

01:10:37.380 And I had seen some of that street level stuff and you know, that, that was the, the most I

01:10:41.680 was expecting coming to DC.

01:10:43.760 But you came with a helmet, you were wearing all black and gloves and you looked like Antifa.

01:10:49.560 Yeah, I mean, uh, it looks like that in the, the pictures, I was not actually wearing all

01:10:56.860 black, but I was wearing the helmet because this was a helmet that I had made for covering

01:11:02.260 black lives matter and Antifa riots here in Raleigh.

01:11:05.180 So the helmet actually had a built-in camera in it.

01:11:07.720 So I could, you know, covertly record rioting without them targeting me as a member of the

01:11:13.260 press.

01:11:14.640 Okay.

01:11:15.120 Um, so you went to go document it, um, after the speech, you went down to the Capitol.

01:11:22.240 Tell me what happened.

01:11:24.140 Yeah.

01:11:24.700 So shortly before I reached the Capitol, sort of the end of Pennsylvania Avenue, getting

01:11:29.180 towards the Capitol, I just sensed that the energy in the crowd was, was different and

01:11:34.140 it changed.

01:11:34.700 It wasn't the same.

01:11:35.480 I had observed over at the ellipse in the Washington monument.

01:11:38.520 And it was, it seemed similar to, to what I had felt, you know, covering, covering other

01:11:43.820 riots in North Carolina.

01:11:45.460 So that's when I, I pulled out my camera and, you know, this helmet, put it on, started

01:11:50.360 filming.

01:11:50.880 And from then on, I was just, let me see what I can document.

01:11:54.560 Let's go where the action goes and capture these newsworthy events.

01:11:59.100 So when you were going through there, you didn't, you know, you didn't break any rules

01:12:04.520 that you knew of.

01:12:05.480 You weren't part of the pushing crowd.

01:12:08.380 You weren't part of anything.

01:12:09.560 You just walked in and you held the camera and, and videotaped everything.

01:12:15.820 Right.

01:12:17.640 Yeah.

01:12:18.200 Yeah.

01:12:18.380 I mean, that was certainly not my intent to violate any rules.

01:12:21.620 My, my focus was, was solely on, you know, documenting these, you know, I saw people throwing

01:12:28.400 objects at the police, you know, and then the police retreat.

01:12:31.160 I saw, you know, someone being carried off on a stretcher later come to find out the

01:12:35.420 police had pushed him off of a staircase, but just so, so many events that I could tell

01:12:41.640 was obviously very newsworthy, very of interest to the public.

01:12:44.820 So I was just, you know, going from, from one to another documenting what I could.

01:12:49.440 So the case came down to whether you were actually press or a protester and the prosecution

01:12:55.840 denied, allowing you to put into evidence, press badges from other events that you had

01:13:01.100 covered.

01:13:01.740 They say that you only became a journalist after January 6th as an excuse for being in

01:13:07.120 the Capitol.

01:13:09.320 Yeah.

01:13:09.840 I don't recall if we, we tried admitting the press passes into evidence.

01:13:14.560 I do recall.

01:13:15.780 We tried admitting, you know, that the statement that I had posted that night, you know, along

01:13:20.660 with my video saying, well, I was there, you know, saying I, I didn't enter the Capitol

01:13:24.820 building as part of the protest.

01:13:27.200 They, they would not allow that statement into evidence.

01:13:29.880 So yeah, that was basically the government's argument is that I just, you know, decided

01:13:33.680 to be a journalist afterwards when it was convenient to me.

01:13:36.640 That, that is obviously something I would strongly disagree with.

01:13:40.080 And you, somebody close to you turned you into the FBI.

01:13:46.100 I mean, you had already called the FBI, you had told them, but then they saw the video

01:13:51.260 that you posted on social media and then they turned you in.

01:13:55.340 Do you know who that was?

01:13:59.140 Um, I, I do know one of the people who contacted the Raleigh police.

01:14:02.940 So is that an old family friend who, you know, I hadn't talked to in years, um, who is

01:14:08.940 yeah, yeah.

01:14:09.640 Police officer in Raleigh that they reached out to the FBI.

01:14:12.560 I know someone reached out to the FBI.

01:14:14.780 You can see this in that the criminal information where I was charged.

01:14:17.820 They actually told the FBI in their tip that I was there as a journalist.

01:14:21.860 But unfortunately that was, that was something that, that we were not able to get into evidence

01:14:27.000 as well.

01:14:29.280 That's astounding, uh, to me.

01:14:31.900 How do you, how do you feel about somebody, you know, turning you in?

01:14:36.860 Uh, I mean, you know, I think some of my family members were a lot more incensed than I was

01:14:44.020 for me.

01:14:44.480 It was like, I already reached out to the FBI myself.

01:14:47.040 So anyone else reaching out to the FBI, they're just doing like, I already did that so that,

01:14:52.860 you know, they, they weren't doing any harm to me by reaching out.

01:14:55.880 So what are you facing now?

01:14:59.220 Uh, so there'll be a, a sentencing hearing in January.

01:15:02.140 And I guess, um, you know, at that time or shortly, shortly before we will find out, uh,

01:15:08.700 what the government will be asking for.

01:15:11.240 Um, and, and some of these misdemeanor cases, uh, you know, the, the sentence could be up

01:15:17.020 to a year in jail.

01:15:18.300 Um, I think that the longest one I'm aware for the misdemeanors was 70 months, sorry,

01:15:24.540 seven months for a JD Rivera.

01:15:26.740 He was another, uh, videographer who was there.

01:15:28.960 So, you know, we don't, there's, there's sort of a wide range, you know, some of the

01:15:33.720 defendants have just gotten probation and some home detention.

01:15:37.800 And then, you know, some of them on these very same charges have gotten months in prison.

01:15:42.240 So, you know, I'm guessing my case will be on the lower end of that range.

01:15:46.420 So we don't really know until you see what the government's asking for.

01:15:49.640 Uh, best of luck to you, uh, Steven.

01:15:52.240 I, I, I, I don't recognize my country at all anymore.

01:15:55.260 Um, but, uh, best of luck, best of luck.

01:15:59.280 We'll be keeping you in our prayers.

01:16:02.720 Yeah, I, I certainly appreciate that.

01:16:04.800 Thank you, Steven.

01:16:05.560 Steven Horn, independent journalist, uh, who is now going to jail.

01:16:10.340 Um, even though he didn't do anything, the worst thing he did was at one point in the

01:16:14.560 video, he was like, USA, USA.

01:16:17.040 And they were like, see, you weren't a journalist.

01:16:18.880 Ah, he likes the country, doesn't he?

01:16:23.400 So, uh, so Kylie Griswold just wrote something, um, in, uh, the Federalist that I think is

01:16:31.380 unbelievably great.

01:16:33.500 She said, for more than two and a half years after the gravest threat to democracy of our

01:16:38.680 lifetime and maybe of all time, January 6th agitator Ray Epps has finally been charged.

01:16:45.420 Now, why?

01:16:46.600 Now, why?

01:16:47.060 Because they said he was fine.

01:16:49.420 Everybody, everybody said he was fine.

01:16:52.340 New York Times did a big love piece to him.

01:16:55.640 According to court documents, Epps was charged with a sole misdemeanor count of disorderly

01:17:01.760 and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds via an information as opposed to

01:17:09.720 an indictment.

01:17:11.480 NBC News says he plans to enter a plea deal.

01:17:15.420 In other words, rest assured, America, safe and sound, you are safe and sound.

01:17:23.020 The Tucker Carlson-fueled conspiracies about Epps being an FBI source or informant have been put to bed.

01:17:30.720 Case closed.

01:17:32.440 He was just a wee bit disorderly.

01:17:34.920 That's it.

01:17:36.160 Jeez.

01:17:36.560 So why are the rabid right-wingers foaming at the mouth and unable to accept the DOJ charges and media write-ups at face value?

01:17:45.840 These are trusted institutions with an unblemished track record of ethics, honesty and equal justice under the law.

01:17:53.000 Turn off Fox News and Truth Social already and get your facts straight.

01:17:57.180 For instance, why are the ultra-maga Republicans still asking about the multiple clips of Epps on both January 5th and 6th? 0.89

01:18:06.180 Rallying protesters to make their way from Trump's speech not only up toward Capitol Hill but into the Capitol.

01:18:13.620 Those conspiracists just can't get over the fact that the demonstrators within earshot booed his suggestion and pegged him as a fed.

01:18:23.180 Fed.

01:18:23.820 Fed.

01:18:24.500 Fed.

01:18:24.920 Fed.

01:18:24.980 They shouted.

01:18:26.420 But what would they know?

01:18:27.500 They're insurrectionists.

01:18:29.660 And why are election deniers still bringing up that text that Epps sent to his nephew after the riot?

01:18:36.220 I was in front with a few others.

01:18:37.740 I also orchestrated it.

01:18:39.980 Remember?

01:18:40.740 He walked that back.

01:18:42.080 He said, I was just making that up for my nephew.

01:18:44.780 So what is the problem?

01:18:46.640 How come Trump supporters are recirculating clips of a January 6th demonstrator launching at the metal police barricade and helping to topple it immediately after Epps whispers into the then-apparently-docile protesters' ear?

01:19:06.220 However, Epps has already told the media that he wasn't agitating.

01:19:10.780 He told CBS he said something like, we're not here for that.

01:19:15.120 Police are not the enemy.

01:19:17.680 Really?

01:19:18.240 Have you seen the other video?

01:19:20.700 Of course we have, conspiracy theorist.

01:19:25.000 Why wouldn't the media trust him in keeping with their unbreakable standard of believing all white men? 0.94

01:19:31.160 And what's the deal with obsessing over Epps having been on the FBI wanted list and then suddenly removed?

01:19:38.980 Just like the Biden family business scandal, there is still absolutely zero evidence that Ray Epps was a federal agent.

01:19:47.280 Why are radical conservatives like Julie Kelly all over Twitter droning on that Epps was one of the first to breach the exterior lines and interfered with security and remained on restricted grounds for more than an hour?

01:20:02.380 Or yammering on about Section 1512, which covers anyone who obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding or attempts to do so with fines or imprisonment.

01:20:15.840 And how it's been used to charge other January 6th demonstrators.

01:20:20.140 Don't you get it?

01:20:21.540 Ray Epps has been charged.

01:20:23.400 It's over.

01:20:24.760 On that note, Republicans can give it a rest already with a proud boy's comparisons.

01:20:29.940 So some guy who wasn't even in Washington, D.C., has no text, no communication, plotting, or planning January 6th, is going to serve 22 years in prison for seditious conspiracy and terrorism while ring-leading Epps gets disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.

01:20:55.000 It's a no-no and probably a plea deal.

01:20:58.360 Well, what's your point, conservatives?

01:21:03.380 That's from the Federalists and Kylie Griswold.

01:21:07.720 Yeah, I think she might be being a little sarcastic because I think there's something up with Ray Epps.

01:21:17.020 Imagine you're walking on a tightrope and you're suddenly right in the middle when all of a sudden you see somebody taking a chainsaw to the rope.

01:21:25.760 Well, that is pretty much what the Fed is doing.

01:21:28.400 Hey, did you see?

01:21:30.980 Today at 2 o'clock we could get another rate increase.

01:21:34.660 Oh, yeah, that's going to be great.

01:21:36.540 Well, not really, but it'll be great for the banks and everybody else.

01:21:41.040 They'll love this.

01:21:42.900 Federal Reserve interest rate hikes today, maybe, starting to have severe negative consequences.

01:21:48.960 Economic safety nets are snapping everywhere.

01:21:51.000 And Americans are right in the crosshair for the disaster.

01:21:55.500 Those savings that you were relying on back during the pandemic, they're gone.

01:22:00.000 They're gone.

01:22:00.640 Now, how about your retirement savings?

01:22:03.260 How about everything that you have?

01:22:06.940 Goldline can help you build something that is a safe haven against the insanity.

01:22:12.280 Because it's not coming.

01:22:13.780 The insanity is already here.

01:22:15.480 With all the turbulence around, you may be wondering where to turn.

01:22:19.700 Gold.

01:22:20.460 It's a tried and tested refuge in shaky times.

01:22:24.260 And this week, Goldline has an offer.

01:22:51.180 866-GOLDLINE or goldline.com.

01:22:55.160 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

01:22:56.880 Are we a nation of laws or a nation of men?

01:23:16.840 Seems like, you know, you point out the men and I'll find the law that they're breaking.

01:23:21.160 And you've brought up a lot of great points about January 6th over the past, you know, couple of years.

01:23:25.260 But I will say you have not brought up my personal jihad about January 6th.

01:23:28.820 Which is?

01:23:29.420 Which is free Jay Johnston.

01:23:31.800 Jay Johnston, the actor for Mr. Show, one of the all-time greats, was at the Capitol.

01:23:37.540 And he's now going to be charged with some crime.

01:23:41.860 And I'm sorry.

01:23:43.420 Can I read to you what they said he did?

01:23:45.100 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:23:45.320 He allegedly helped pour water on the faces of rioters who had been pepper sprayed by law enforcement.

01:23:55.760 And he, several members of the crowd, joined together to push against police in a concerted movement.

01:24:02.420 Johnston participated in this concerted movement and pushed along with other rioters for several...

01:24:09.400 What's the next word?

01:24:10.680 Minutes.

01:24:11.320 Seconds.

01:24:12.920 Seconds.

01:24:13.320 Seconds.

01:24:13.960 Several seconds?

01:24:16.440 This is incredibly insane.

01:24:19.360 Free Jay Johnston.

01:24:22.280 The Glenn Beck Program.

01:24:24.020 In the 1960s, 95% of the clothing Americans bought was made right here in America.

01:24:29.560 Now, 97% is made overseas.

01:24:32.280 It's a complete reversal of the way things used to be in this country.

01:24:36.040 You want to know what makes America great?

01:24:38.200 Great jobs.

01:24:39.740 Pride in your work.

01:24:41.000 Pride in what you do.

01:24:43.380 Good companies that are hiring people and knit our towns together.

01:24:48.540 American workers and the products they make.

01:24:51.420 That's what it's about.

01:24:52.300 Good paying jobs.

01:24:53.420 Well, in 2012, when a clothing factory in North Carolina was going to shut down, American giant worked with the factory to invest in new machinery and skill development.

01:25:02.540 And 10 years later, today, they make the best hoodie you'll ever own.

01:25:06.600 It's the kind of hoodie that maybe your dad had when he was in college and we stopped making them.

01:25:12.700 Cotton grown in America, milled in America, cut and sewn right here in America.

01:25:16.860 American giant.

01:25:18.600 American giant.

01:25:19.880 Buy American giant today.

01:25:21.440 Go to American-giant.com slash Glenn.

01:25:25.420 That's American-giant.com slash Glenn.

01:25:30.320 Do it now.

01:25:31.580 Buy American and the best made clothing in America.

01:25:35.680 We got no room to compromise.

01:25:54.000 We got to stand together.

01:25:58.280 It's going to survive.

01:25:59.900 Stand up, stand, and hold the line.

01:26:07.280 It's a new day.

01:26:09.180 I'm trying to raise.

01:26:13.760 What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

01:26:19.880 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

01:26:25.480 Hello, America.

01:26:26.560 Right now, Merrick Garland is testifying in front of the House Judiciary.

01:26:31.840 And Sheila Jackson Lee just wanted to ask a couple of questions.

01:26:37.120 First of all, she said there's an astounding number of threats on police and public workers

01:26:43.960 and an attack on an FBI audience or office.

01:26:49.020 What are all these threats and attacks happening?

01:26:52.420 Because he said, well, because they're inspired by right-wing people and their rhetoric.

01:27:00.760 And it's abhorrent that somebody would stick these people out, these public servants,

01:27:07.000 and say that they're, you know, somehow or another corrupt.

01:27:10.200 Oh, you mean like what everyone was saying about the police?

01:27:15.400 Kind of like that.

01:27:16.880 But now it's a problem.

01:27:21.000 Okay.

01:27:22.700 Okay.

01:27:23.340 So she followed up with a couple of very important questions.

01:27:26.460 One is on fentanyl and the other human trafficking.

01:27:28.980 She said they are exploding.

01:27:30.880 And he assured everybody he's working with China and the cartels to stop all of that.

01:27:36.280 And human trafficking, you know, he's working here in America.

01:27:39.840 No mention of the border, strangely.

01:27:41.960 And you know what's even more strange?

01:27:46.740 The fact that we now have a colony in Houston, tens of thousands of migrants and counting.

01:27:55.680 It is a colony, a development project that is the size of Washington, D.C.

01:28:03.880 And it's a new place where you can get all kinds of great deals on houses if you're a border crosser.

01:28:16.260 Todd Benzman joins us.

01:28:17.980 He has been on this story for months.

01:28:20.200 We'll talk to him coming up in just a second.

01:28:22.260 First, you have a choice to give the food, what food you're going to give to your children.

01:28:28.140 You do the same thing.

01:28:29.460 You always give the best, not the easiest thing.

01:28:33.900 Well, when it comes to our dogs, sometimes we give the easiest thing thinking that it's the best.

01:28:38.180 You can buy really very expensive kibble food and think, well, I'm giving him the best.

01:28:45.600 Look how much money I'm spending on the best food.

01:28:48.200 Well, if it's kibble food, it's dead food.

01:28:51.660 It's, you know, it's brown.

01:28:52.880 That's dead.

01:28:53.500 And the government demands that it's dead food because it has to be able to sit on a shelf for that yummy two years without getting moldy or going bad.

01:29:02.380 Well, let me tell you something.

01:29:05.420 You don't have to live that way with your dog.

01:29:11.240 Make sure you're giving Rough Greens to your dog.

01:29:14.480 RoughGreens.com.

01:29:15.780 That's RoughGreens.com.

01:29:18.740 Give it to your dog. 0.55

01:29:20.080 They're going to give you your first bag free.

01:29:21.960 RoughGreens.com.

01:29:23.720 R-U-F-F-Greens.com.

01:29:28.620 Okay.

01:29:29.640 Todd Benzman.

01:29:31.260 Benzman is joining us now.

01:29:32.840 He's from the Center for Immigration Studies.

01:29:35.200 He's a senior fellow.

01:29:36.300 He has been talking about this colony in Houston that is getting all kinds of really special breaks if you want to, you know, buy a house there.

01:29:47.180 And you don't have any documentation at all.

01:29:51.600 Todd, welcome.

01:29:53.300 Great to be here.

01:29:54.200 Thank you.

01:29:54.940 Tell me what is happening here.

01:29:57.700 Well, this particular community sprung up.

01:30:01.200 It really started about 10 years ago, small.

01:30:05.240 A developer figured out a way.

01:30:07.800 There's no law against selling to illegal immigrants. 1.00

01:30:11.000 If you're financing it yourself, you don't even need to ask for their credit rating or a history of income or any of the normal things to buy land.

01:30:22.600 And long about 2017, it exploded.

01:30:25.600 I mean, just, you know, thousands and thousands of people, Spanish speakers, mostly from Mexico, Central America, Cuba, really mostly Spanish speaking.

01:30:37.200 That's where the marketing is.

01:30:38.340 And now there are probably on the order of 75,000 people that live in that area of about 60 square miles.

01:30:49.040 And the majority of them, if you talk to people who live there and the immigrants themselves, as I have, knocking doors throughout that community, most of them are here illegally. 1.00

01:31:02.840 And that's why they're attracted to this area.

01:31:05.660 The other reason why they're attracted to this area is because they were guarded as a safe zone, a no-go zone where ice will not tread.

01:31:15.040 Local police don't like to go in there.

01:31:16.840 They've been shot at.

01:31:18.620 Firefighters don't go in there. 0.70

01:31:20.500 Very thinly patrolled.

01:31:22.380 And all four cartels, or at least four of the cartels, are active there.

01:31:27.680 This is insane.

01:31:31.100 Just insane.

01:31:32.840 So you have cartels, crime, safe houses, no-go zone.

01:31:38.420 You don't really know who's getting in.

01:31:40.900 Who's banking this?

01:31:43.440 Well, it's privately financed.

01:31:45.600 And as far as, you know, like the Daily Wire just had a piece recently where they explored the question of legality and determined that, you know, what the developer is doing is legal.

01:31:57.260 They're selling land to, it's not up to them to determine whether you're illegally.

01:32:02.840 They're present and they're selling land to people, owner financed.

01:32:07.300 All you have to do is be willing to pay 9%, 10%, 12% interest on that loan, which they're all willing to do because they can't get a regular bank loan.

01:32:17.540 And then they put up whatever kind of ramshackle house or, you know, sometimes they're nice brick homes.

01:32:23.840 But the whole area is sort of without ordinance or code enforcement, which I think is also one of the things that is appealing about it.

01:32:33.780 You just buy the land and then you figure out how you're going to live on it.

01:32:38.400 Like some people have tents, I'm told.

01:32:41.400 Yeah, there are tents.

01:32:42.680 There are, you know, single wide trailers.

01:32:44.620 There are just, you know, structures built out of leftover construction material like, you know, you name it.

01:32:50.680 And then there are some really nice brick, stately brick homes here and there, too.

01:32:55.100 Not everybody who lives there is an illegal immigrant.

01:33:00.860 When I was knocking doors through the area, I did run across some U.S. born citizens who just said, you know, we like having a little bit of land and it's cheap out here.

01:33:11.320 So we don't mind living out here.

01:33:12.760 But many, even they, would tell me that most everybody around them is an illegal immigrant.

01:33:19.960 And I did meet some illegal immigrants who bought that land.

01:33:23.120 And they told me that the appeal of it was that, first of all, you know, it's ultimately cheaper to even pay those high interest rates than to rent an apartment somewhere as an illegal.

01:33:36.300 Because there's usurious rents get charged on illegals if you, you know, try to rent in a regular apartment complex.

01:33:44.540 But this way, ultimately, the monthly is lower.

01:33:49.460 And but if they miss a few payments, the landowner can take it back and resell it.

01:33:55.460 And they often do.

01:33:56.380 It's got one of the highest foreclosure rates in the nation.

01:33:59.580 This community, it's called Colonia Ridge or Colony Ridge.

01:34:03.960 So near Plum Grove, Plum Grove, Texas, in Cleveland, Texas.

01:34:10.000 So so this actually works out to be a very good deal.

01:34:13.300 I mean, it sounds like Potterville from, you know, it's a wonderful life.

01:34:18.820 So he can repossess or they can repossess the land.

01:34:24.820 So you got the land for a while.

01:34:27.560 You paid high interest rates, but you've defaulted and just get out.

01:34:32.080 And he can sell it again over and over and over and over again.

01:34:35.760 Yeah, very, very high foreclosure rates in that that area.

01:34:39.340 One of the highest in the nation.

01:34:40.640 I believe it's a top 10 or 15 in the nation for that.

01:34:45.420 But, you know, the real issue to me there is that there's a homeland security problem.

01:34:50.760 Because it's very thinly patrolled.

01:34:54.220 They have four or five bilingual officers that are attached to the Liberty County, Texas Sheriff's Department for, you know, 100,000 people.

01:35:06.040 And, you know, they do shift work.

01:35:08.780 So there might be two on duty at any one time for a really big and surly sometimes community.

01:35:15.940 Everybody's got guns on a Saturday night.

01:35:19.260 It sounds like the Battle of Fallujah out there.

01:35:21.700 Everybody's firing their weapons.

01:35:23.500 Of course, illegal immigrants are not allowed to own weapons.

01:35:25.960 But there are cartels there, according to Sheriff Greg Capers, who lives in next door San Jacinto County and has declared a state of emergency from the migrant crisis.

01:35:40.040 Murder rates are way up.

01:35:41.440 And he says there are four different Sinaloa, Gulf, Zetas, and New Jalisco are all present there running safe houses, marijuana grows, gambling operations, prostitution, safe houses for the migrants that are coming over.

01:36:00.560 And he said that he told me that on the record that, you know, he calls ICE all the time.

01:36:06.440 Hey, can you just come out and help?

01:36:07.780 This is an ICE issue.

01:36:08.840 And they just say, no, we're not we don't do that.

01:36:12.920 So you already have 77,000 in this colony.

01:36:17.200 It is the size of in in in land.

01:36:22.240 It's the size of Washington, D.C.

01:36:26.460 And how many people are coming to this place, you know, every year?

01:36:32.900 Well, you know, I talked to the school superintendent.

01:36:35.660 My book, my book that I published is called Overrun.

01:36:39.260 The last chapter is dedicated to Liberty County, Texas, as emblematic of interior impacts and consequences from this mass migration crisis.

01:36:52.400 The local school district was 3,400 a decade ago, K through 12.

01:36:59.780 It's 13,000 now.

01:37:01.640 Oh, my gosh.

01:37:02.900 And I'm guessing these people are not paying local taxes, are they?

01:37:07.240 Well, actually, they in this particular case, because they're owning property, the school district does it.

01:37:14.740 But it's not enough.

01:37:15.920 And they're constantly asking for because, you know, one property might have three or four families on it, you know.

01:37:22.360 And so I talked to the school superintendent about a week ago, and he said over the summer we had they had a 1,200 student increase from the spring to the fall.

01:37:37.240 And he says we're getting about 150 a week still.

01:37:41.840 They're just pouring in.

01:37:43.220 We're absolutely in.

01:37:44.820 You know, the colony is absolutely expanding.

01:37:47.080 I flew over it in a helicopter with a couple of congressmen a few weeks ago, and I mean to the horizon is clear-cutting going on, clearing land and laying down roads and plats for hundreds and hundreds of new lots.

01:38:05.000 Clearly, the property developer is very bullish on the future, and I'm guessing it's because he's looking at what's going on at our southern border and seeing dollar signs.

01:38:14.540 So, Todd, what, I mean, what effect, because this is not just in Houston, Texas, this is everywhere, everywhere in America.

01:38:25.820 What is the effect of letting so many people in?

01:38:33.720 How long does this last before we collapse?

01:38:36.040 I mean, all you have to do is look at New York City, Chicago, Denver.

01:38:43.400 I just had a call from somebody out in Massachusetts, Washington, D.C.

01:38:49.320 Cities across the nation are absolutely staggering under the unfunded burden of this mass migration crisis. 0.84

01:38:58.600 Because the immigrants are just pouring in to cities by the tens of thousands a month, and they've got nothing. 1.00

01:39:06.480 So they're saying, take care of me.

01:39:08.520 And these cities and states are, you know, they don't have the budget.

01:39:12.540 They didn't budget.

01:39:13.180 Nobody budgeted for a thing like this.

01:39:15.840 And they're going to go into schools.

01:39:17.920 And, I mean, most of them have children.

01:39:19.440 I mean, you look at your local school districts first and start asking, why are they asking me for a bond election to spike my tax rate again for schools?

01:39:30.080 But also, you know, nobody is insured.

01:39:33.280 So they're, you know, the health care systems, wherever you are, whatever state you are, are going to be in the red.

01:39:41.100 I guarantee you, go check.

01:39:42.620 Check the health of your local health care hospital networks and systems and see if they're not in the red right now.

01:39:48.540 They are all across America.

01:39:51.800 And it's going to go on like that.

01:39:53.540 And the crime, I mean, we, yeah, how many, yeah, okay.

01:39:57.900 Well, I mean, I could go on and on about that.

01:39:59.920 I mean, horrendous, horrendous, horrific atrocities that are the kind of crimes that are going on.

01:40:08.380 I mean, Liberty County used to be a place where it was like Otis got thrown in jail on Saturday night.

01:40:15.000 You know, there might be a meth knucklehead here and there, you know. 0.95

01:40:18.540 But now you have crimes like, you know, the guy next door walks over with his AR and slaughters a family of Hondurans, all five of them, including the kids.

01:40:28.400 Oh, my gosh.

01:40:29.140 Or you have one guy chained two women up in his trailer and sexually abused them until he killed them both and, you know, dumped their bodies.

01:40:44.460 Well, one of them escaped, tried to escape in a car and didn't make it. 0.94

01:40:48.080 And he shot her in the car and burned her up in it.

01:40:50.980 And that kind of stuff is going on over there.

01:40:54.700 A couple weeks ago, they just caught the cops about 20 miles from Colony Ridge vehicle with 26 kilos of, like, high-purity cocaine in it.

01:41:06.480 There is heavy drug trafficking going on.

01:41:10.780 There's lots of murder, lots of criminality.

01:41:14.920 And I think that's really what you have to watch for.

01:41:17.580 I mean, at the very least, our cities and states need to police this and make sure that they've got pressure on those law enforcement,

01:41:26.340 real law enforcement pressure on these communities to protect them and the rest of us from what's going on.

01:41:35.860 I guess the bigger, the big issue is whether this business model might be replicated by demand across the country.

01:41:43.420 Oh, it will be.

01:41:44.560 Todd, thank you for everything that you do.

01:41:46.460 Todd Bensman, he is on the border.

01:41:48.400 This is his life.

01:41:50.760 He's the author of a new book called Overrun.

01:41:53.380 Overrun, the last chapter, as he said, is all about this.

01:41:57.740 And this is coming.

01:41:59.640 This is coming.

01:42:00.540 I'm going to give you some amazing stats when we come back.

01:42:02.880 Todd, thank you very much.

01:42:04.340 Having a cell phone in your pocket shouldn't be a ringing endorsement for leftist causes.

01:42:08.860 Unfortunately, these days, you know, if you're hooked up with one of the big networks, chances are pretty good that that's exactly what's going on.

01:42:16.020 You and I are part of a movement dedicated to creating a parallel economy, a marketplace of ideas, good services from companies that don't sell out to the woke mob.

01:42:26.600 I want you to strongly consider switching your phone service to Patriot Mobile today.

01:42:31.140 They're America's only Christian conservative mobile service, but they're on the same three networks as the big guys.

01:42:37.060 So you get the same great service or even better at a far lower price.

01:42:41.640 They also take their own profits and they donate money to conservative causes, to American causes, not like Planned Parenthood.

01:42:49.800 Sorry, Verizon.

01:42:51.020 Guess your secret's out.

01:43:26.940 In the first two years of the Biden administration alone, the illegal population in America increased by 16% nationwide.

01:43:38.500 It's cost us in the first two years $150.6 billion every year for the taxpayers.

01:43:49.020 That's nearly double the amount that the Biden administration has sent to Ukraine.

01:43:54.520 Now, it makes it hard and difficult for the average person to see and understand the sheer impact of illegal immigration because it is so huge.

01:44:06.580 But to put it into perspective, I'm going to give you all 15 states and the District of Columbia that now have smaller populations than the 2.3 million illegal immigrants who have entered the U.S. under the Biden administration.

01:44:24.560 Now, this is 2.3 million.

01:44:29.200 This is last year's numbers.

01:44:32.320 So we could add probably at least another million to this.

01:44:38.180 But just based on what we know came in last the first two years of Biden, that is more than the entire population of Wyoming, Vermont, South Dakota combined.

01:44:54.120 You are paying the price.

01:44:58.660 Here are these 16 states and districts that have fewer people than the immigrants that have entered the U.S. under the Biden administration illegally.

01:45:08.780 New Mexico has a population of 2.1 million.

01:45:12.940 More people came in across the border than the entire population of New Mexico, Nebraska, West Virginia, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, South Dakota, North Dakota.

01:45:27.660 More people, because there's only 780,000 in the entire city of Washington, D.C.

01:45:34.920 More people over double the amount in just the first two years.

01:45:40.320 Vermont, Wyoming, we have created states that dwarf Wyoming and Vermont and Washington, D.C.

01:45:53.300 And who's paying for it?

01:45:56.760 How is your hospital doing?

01:46:00.540 How is your school doing?

01:46:04.080 Remember, we all had to wear masks.

01:46:07.220 We all have to give all kinds of I.D. for our children.

01:46:13.000 We've got to make sure everybody has had their, you know, their shots.

01:46:17.940 These kids are just showing up.

01:46:20.000 No I.D., no shots.

01:46:22.220 Nothing.

01:46:23.280 We don't know.

01:46:25.940 I don't know.

01:46:27.860 Seems like maybe the law is breaking down.

01:46:30.500 Why is it, it seems, that illegal immigrants are getting things that you can't get as a citizen?

01:46:40.100 Why is that?

01:46:42.460 When will we ever stand up and say enough is enough?

01:46:48.300 And yes, I am talking to the, I'm talking to the leadership of Texas, for one.

01:46:55.920 They're, they are working towards it.

01:46:58.160 But at some point, when you have a colony the size of Washington, D.C., you say enough.

01:47:08.460 The Glenn Beck Program.

01:47:15.320 American Financing, NMLS, 1-8-2-3-3-4, www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org.

01:48:11.720 has saved about $700 every month.

01:48:36.080 New poll out shows Biden now losing to Trump, Nikki Haley, and Tim Scott as party members

01:48:54.240 now in the latest poll say his death is imminent.

01:48:58.780 Oh, that's good.

01:48:59.960 I'm sorry.

01:49:00.400 That's good.

01:49:01.080 Yeah, that's the poll.

01:49:02.520 His death is imminent.

01:49:04.480 Imminent.

01:49:04.840 His political death?

01:49:06.020 No, no, no.

01:49:07.080 It's just his actual beating heart.

01:49:08.560 It's just his actual beating heart.

01:49:10.000 I mean, he is old, but I think that's a little rude. 0.95

01:49:12.080 It's a little rude, but I mean, look at him.

01:49:14.700 Look how fast he's gone downhill.

01:49:16.360 Can I give you a scenario here that I'm just as a fiction writer, okay?

01:49:22.060 If I'm a fiction writer, how does this all end from here?

01:49:28.240 So I write that things are on the edge.

01:49:32.860 You have massive corruption in the government.

01:49:36.180 You have the government trying to control the people.

01:49:41.300 The dollar is about to collapse.

01:49:43.600 We're about to go to war, all of the chaos with the illegal immigration, with inflation 1.00

01:49:51.060 going up.

01:49:52.840 It just takes one thing.

01:49:54.320 Let's say the impeachment's going on and nobody's trusting Congress.

01:50:00.780 Nobody's trusting the administration.

01:50:02.900 It gets bad.

01:50:04.940 Joe Biden either dies in office or somebody goes to him and says, you can't run again.

01:50:10.900 You can't run.

01:50:11.400 You got to step down.

01:50:12.560 You got to step down now because it's getting bad.

01:50:15.180 And then Kamala Harris becomes our president, okay?

01:50:20.300 At that point, the entire world is like, you've got to be kidding me.

01:50:25.600 This is the weakest president they've ever had.

01:50:29.260 They're overwhelmed in everything.

01:50:31.340 We give them a little bit of a push and that whole thing collapses.

01:50:36.180 And dollar collapses.

01:50:37.920 We go to war with Ukraine and Russia.

01:50:41.400 That just sets everything else off.

01:50:45.180 Somebody in the military, this is how I would write it.

01:50:47.700 Somebody in the military is like, this is crazy.

01:50:50.600 This has got to stop.

01:50:52.080 She is not the person to have the button.

01:50:55.520 We are in danger.

01:50:57.200 They take over and do a coup.

01:50:59.380 We're holding off on elections.

01:51:03.740 We're holding off on everything.

01:51:04.720 That's how I would write the end of this.

01:51:08.280 Now, I think how we're supposed to write the end of this is we're going to get into a place to where if we don't start getting on our knees and recognizing God and renewing our covenant, we are going to be destroyed.

01:51:20.460 And we will be on our knees and we'll be begging for relief, begging for help.

01:51:26.820 So, it doesn't have to end that way.

01:51:30.360 But, by the way, there's a couple of things going on.

01:51:34.680 In November, the week before Thanksgiving, and I'll tell you more about it as we go on, we are going to be – I'm going to bring in some – we've been doing research on this for about a year now.

01:51:48.520 We're bringing in some people and we are going to renew the covenant that Abraham Lincoln and George Washington made.

01:51:55.900 And, trust me, you need to know what it is because you don't want to make a covenant with God and then break it.

01:52:01.760 You don't take that lightly.

01:52:02.960 So, we'll be explaining it, but we're going to do it on the air to get as many people as possible to make a covenant that we will be your people, you will be our God.

01:52:13.000 Help us.

01:52:14.000 I'm also doing the first of speeches.

01:52:18.660 I'm going to be on Thursday, October 19th.

01:52:22.780 That's Thursday night.

01:52:24.200 It's 630 to 9, Mountain Time.

01:52:27.060 I'm going to be at the Mountain America Exposition Center.

01:52:30.540 That's in Sandy, Utah, Salt Lake, just outside of Salt Lake.

01:52:34.380 You can go to eventbrite.com.

01:52:37.640 Eventbrite.com.

01:52:38.700 I think tickets are $10.

01:52:40.140 So, you can get them, bring your whole family, bring your kids.

01:52:45.380 I'm going to be explaining the covenant, what it is, why we need it, the history, our constitution, all of it, on that night, 630 to 9 p.m.

01:52:57.200 I'm not speaking the whole time.

01:53:00.060 Thank goodness.

01:53:00.880 But anyway, Mountain America Exposition Center, go to eventbrite.com and just put in my name and search for it.

01:53:10.620 Okay.

01:53:15.760 Where were we still?

01:53:17.180 Oh, yeah.

01:53:17.600 Talking about the collapse of all society.

01:53:19.760 Yeah.

01:53:19.920 And how you were writing it as a fiction novel, which I hope is.

01:53:23.600 But doesn't that sound, I mean, but I mean, it's at least believe, as a fiction novel, it's at least believable, isn't it?

01:53:28.680 It's certainly a plausible fictional situation.

01:53:31.400 Yeah, I think if I saw that on, in a movie, I wouldn't walk out going, that'll never happen.

01:53:36.440 Right.

01:53:36.980 Of course, I don't walk out of any movie anytime now going, that'll never happen.

01:53:41.280 Because, you know, that's just, we all say that.

01:53:44.440 I've never seen this before.

01:53:46.060 Okay, can we just preface, we should have t-shirts, I've never seen this before.

01:53:50.420 We don't have to say it anymore, because none of us have ever seen these things before.

01:53:54.440 Well, I mean, it happens often that when you're most vulnerable, when you're distracted with other things.

01:54:02.080 Look at Hong Kong.

01:54:03.300 Hong Kong is a good example.

01:54:05.280 Felt that we were paying attention to COVID.

01:54:07.960 They killed all of those protesters and just took Hong Kong.

01:54:11.000 Even after years and years and years of us saying, you know, we support Hong Kong, and

01:54:14.860 then we became the nation that excommunicates NBA executives for saying that they support

01:54:21.420 people in Hong Kong.

01:54:22.520 Yeah.

01:54:23.220 And then, I mean, and look at what's going on with Azerbaijan now, which is just over the 0.93

01:54:27.980 past couple of days.

01:54:28.760 Are you following this?

01:54:29.020 Yeah, it's not pretty.

01:54:30.400 It looks like it's going to get very ugly.

01:54:31.920 There's a region there that's part of, technically part of Azerbaijan, but is really controlled by

01:54:37.780 Armenians, and they had a war back in 2020 that went on for a while over this territory,

01:54:45.720 but Russia stepped in and stopped it eventually.

01:54:48.280 They negotiated a peace.

01:54:49.680 It's as if, you know, we have, most people don't realize, we have Native American nations

01:54:55.840 in our nation, and they are huge, huge swaths of land.

01:54:59.800 You can drive through them, and it'll just say, you know, Native American nation of X, Y, 0.91

01:55:04.520 Jersey, and you drive through them, and we don't have a problem, you know, except every 0.53

01:55:09.840 time you drive through them, you're like, wow, we really screwed the Indians. 1.00

01:55:12.360 But other than that, we don't have this hostility.

01:55:16.700 They have an Armenian nation inside, and then a corridor that is supposed to be, you know,

01:55:26.360 preserved so Armenians can get in and out of that area and get deliveries. 0.77

01:55:31.840 Anyways, well, Kazakhstan has decided, we're going to cut that off. 0.70

01:55:36.940 Azerbaijan, yeah.

01:55:37.500 Azerbaijan, yeah, sorry.

01:55:38.740 And so they're the stronger military here, right?

01:55:40.980 And could roll over these people in theory.

01:55:43.520 I think there's 150,000 people in the region.

01:55:46.320 But, you know, Russia stepped in and stopped it, because they were like, this is too close

01:55:49.680 to our borders.

01:55:50.380 We don't want this craziness near us.

01:55:51.880 They stepped in.

01:55:53.160 Well, now, as you may have noted in the news recently, they're a bit distracted with other

01:55:58.140 things.

01:55:59.280 And Azerbaijan is saying, now is our chance.

01:56:02.440 This thing we've wanted to do all of this time, we can kind of step in here and get it

01:56:07.040 done while Russia is distracted with Ukraine.

01:56:11.240 And that is the way all of our adversaries are going to see us soon if we don't turn this

01:56:17.360 thing around.

01:56:18.080 They're distracted with all their problems.

01:56:20.240 They have a weak president.

01:56:22.000 They don't, every one of their red lines that gets crossed means nothing.

01:56:25.280 Now is our time to act.

01:56:27.760 We saw it with Hong Kong.

01:56:28.960 We may very well see it with Taiwan soon.

01:56:31.720 We saw it with Ukraine. 0.93

01:56:32.980 I think Ukraine is part of this, too.

01:56:35.120 They saw weakness here and decided to go for it.

01:56:37.380 And you know what?

01:56:38.720 It's sad because the Armenian genocide that nobody talks about, nobody talks about.

01:56:46.020 We've done extensive shows on the Armenian Holocaust.

01:56:52.020 The same thing happened during World War I, except it was the Turks that came in and just 1.00

01:56:59.180 killed them all, just went into the Armenian territories, just killed them all. 0.99

01:57:06.420 It was genocide. 1.00

01:57:07.620 You died because you were an Armenian. 1.00

01:57:09.160 And now the same thing is happening.

01:57:13.940 Same thing.

01:57:15.140 Same people.

01:57:16.600 And the world doesn't care again.

01:57:18.940 I mean, it's just.

01:57:23.680 But you're if you're like me, you're like, what?

01:57:26.020 So what do you what do you what am I going to do about it?

01:57:28.760 I would do about it.

01:57:29.840 Well, the only thing we can do is to reduce the craziness.

01:57:36.280 We just have to do everything we can to reduce the craziness, the craziness on our own side,

01:57:43.760 the craziness in our own lives.

01:57:46.180 Just just anchor yourself to true principles and then stand up for them.

01:57:54.000 And I know that's getting scarier and scare.

01:57:56.520 Believe me.

01:57:57.480 Believe me.

01:57:58.140 Do my job, do my job and think about what's coming your way.

01:58:05.060 It gets scarier and scarier every day.

01:58:08.720 But we have to do it.

01:58:12.840 I believe in the American principles.

01:58:15.760 I believe.

01:58:17.180 I believe in our mission statement.

01:58:19.920 Our mission statement is all men are created equal and endowed by their creator with certain

01:58:24.480 and alienable rights among these life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

01:58:27.720 And governments are instituted among men to protect those rights.

01:58:33.840 We are a nation of we, the people established a constitution.

01:58:40.420 So we can protect people, protect their rights, establish domestic and promote domestic tranquility.

01:58:54.880 Do you think our government is promoting domestic tranquility or do you think our government is doing everything they can to make sure we stay separate from each other and divide us?

01:59:11.020 There's no greater cause.

01:59:12.020 There's no greater cause.

01:59:12.660 There's no greater cause.

01:59:21.660 Not what we've become.

01:59:26.680 But what we could be.

01:59:28.860 There's no greater cause.

01:59:31.460 For our God, for our wives and children, for the future.

01:59:49.720 I mean, I'll be checking out.

01:59:53.020 At some point I'll be checking out.

01:59:54.640 What do I care?

01:59:55.280 I care a great deal.

01:59:58.060 I look at my children and my grandchildren and I think, what are they going to do?

02:00:02.280 What is their life going to be like?

02:00:07.000 And we've always, as people, always felt, let this happen in my time.

02:00:13.640 So my children don't have to fight this.

02:00:25.340 And honestly, we're going into battle without the weapon you need.

02:00:32.640 And that's God, righteousness, decency, compassion, charity, all the things that come from God.

02:00:45.120 Without people who claim to be Christian, without them even really knowing what Christ is, what the gospel means, how it applies to life. 0.96

02:00:56.260 Yeah, they go to church.

02:00:57.560 Yeah, whatever.

02:00:58.200 However, you're listening to this program for a reason.

02:01:10.380 If I haven't hit you at some point, if you've never found the reason, maybe this is it.

02:01:15.880 Change your life today.

02:01:20.080 It's just that easy.

02:01:23.440 Sorry.

02:01:24.300 Simple.

02:01:25.020 It's not going to be easy.

02:01:26.040 It's going to be.

02:01:27.000 It's simple.

02:01:28.460 Just do the next right thing.

02:01:31.940 Don't waver.

02:01:33.060 Don't waver.

02:01:33.940 Don't think about it.

02:01:35.720 Don't justify.

02:01:36.820 Just is this right or is this wrong?

02:01:40.180 Do the right thing.

02:01:41.780 The neck.

02:01:42.280 Don't take on the whole world.

02:01:43.900 Don't take on all of the problems.

02:01:45.940 Just, hey, I'm going to log on to a porn site today.

02:01:50.460 Is that the right thing?

02:01:51.720 No.

02:01:52.920 No.

02:01:53.720 Do the next right thing.

02:01:54.740 You're not swearing off porn for your whole life.

02:01:57.040 You're just not going to do it right now.

02:01:59.740 You're not going to do it now.

02:02:01.160 You choose right now.

02:02:03.520 It's not the right thing.

02:02:04.760 And I'm not going to do it right now.

02:02:07.520 That's how it starts.

02:02:08.800 Turn your life around.

02:02:20.340 Turn your life around.

02:02:20.380 Back in a minute.

02:02:25.580 Jerry is as tough as nails.

02:02:27.880 He grew up on a farm.

02:02:29.120 By the time he was an adult, he was an incredible.

02:02:32.020 He was just in incredible shape from long hours of farm work, years of playing soccer, boxed.

02:02:37.300 I mean, you know, same life.

02:02:38.660 I've lived that.

02:02:39.740 As he got older, I mean, I've owned a farm.

02:02:43.640 I've owned a grandfather had a farm and, you know, that's a I had a first wife.

02:02:50.000 So it kind of counts as boxing.

02:02:51.860 Really?

02:02:52.480 Kind of a little bit.

02:02:53.520 No.

02:02:54.860 Jerry started to notice that he was developing a lot of pain through his body.

02:02:58.260 All of that exercise and hard work began to catch up to him and he didn't feel as good anymore.

02:03:04.040 That's when he discovered relief factor.

02:04:15.100 Our rights are under attack.

02:04:16.620 Every single problem we have, every single one of them, it stems from the government violating the Constitution one way or another, violating one of the Bill of Rights, one of the amendments.

02:04:34.140 Every single problem we have, every single problem we're having, and people say that's outdated and dusty.

02:04:39.940 No, we haven't even looked at it.

02:04:43.080 You would be shocked.

02:04:45.920 Maybe you wouldn't be.

02:04:46.820 But you go to Washington and you talk to people in Congress, and you get serious about the Constitution, and maybe two of them, maybe two of them will say, thank God you're saying this.

02:04:59.520 Everybody else is like, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

02:05:01.360 I know, I know, I know.

02:05:02.220 But we've got real problems now.

02:05:06.180 Yeah, we have real problems because for so long, we've all went, yeah, yeah, yeah, the Constitution, I get it.
