00:03:12.060 Hello, America.
00:03:14.300 It's Friday.
00:03:16.060 We're glad you're here.
00:03:17.200 Thank you so much for listening this week.
00:03:18.780 I'm going to go over all of the news of the week.
00:03:20.340 I'm going to try to give you perspective on what all the puzzle pieces tell me that has happened this week.
00:03:26.080 But I want to start in Iran.
00:03:27.400 We haven't really covered what's going on, and there's some developments there and some good ones,
00:03:31.740 no matter what you might read in The New York Times, which, by the way, it's going to be open phones today.
00:03:37.060 And I'd love to hear your definition of treason.
00:03:40.300 I mean, I know the Constitution is very, very clear.
00:03:43.980 But I don't think what the New York Times is doing is treason, but it is at least extraordinarily unhelpful.
00:03:56.040 I'm trying to understand how somebody thinks they're doing our nation.
00:04:00.400 Whose side are they on?
00:04:02.380 How do you think what you're printing in the newspaper is good for America?
00:04:07.100 We'll get into that here in just a second.
00:04:08.580 First, let me tell you about SuperSure.

00:04:16.940 enough coverage, too much coverage, the right coverage ever again. Sadly, you know, that'll be
00:04:22.480 when we're in the afterlife. Insurance is only simple in heaven, I think. I'm pretty sure that's
00:04:27.060 in the Bible. We're in Bible country there. So we're all here on earth. The next best thing is
00:04:33.660 SuperSure. They help business owners make sense of a part of running a company that often feels

00:04:45.200 faces every day liability property workers comp all of that without wasting hours trying to decode
00:04:50.800 industry jargon and fine print because you got better things to do than spend half your day
00:04:55.360 wondering what endorsement language even means or you know whether your one paperwork error
00:05:02.920 error is going to cause a bigger headache right now you can go to supersure.com slash back and

00:05:32.540 Let me go to the Middle East. I want to bring Jason in on this, and Jason, I'll come to you as we go here, but let me start with what's happening in the Middle East.
00:05:43.940 We are told now by some podcasters, incredibly so, that Trump's ceasefire just doesn't make sense.
00:05:51.180 Okay, his ceasefire has been expanded for another two weeks, and I'm trying to understand because at first people were saying, you know, he's going to get us all killed.
00:05:59.080 he's going to start world war three he just wants war we're going to send all of these soldiers in
00:06:02.700 first you say no troops and stop the killing and so he doesn't send in troops and he says a cease
00:06:08.960 fire on all the killing and now you say what are we doing you gotta i guess start the killing again
00:06:15.540 i mean it's it's almost as if people are hoping for the killing and hoping for destruction um
00:06:23.340 uh what's his name uh the wife of uh she asked about jim acosta's girlfriend sorry not wife
00:06:31.480 girlfriend jim acosta's girlfriend was in the white house yesterday and she she asked one of
00:06:37.560 the dumbest questions ever of the president listen to this would you use a nuclear weapon 1.00
00:06:42.740 against iran you posted on social no we don't need it why do i need it why would a stupid 1.00
00:06:48.440 question like that be asked why would i why would i use a nuclear weapon when we've totally in a 0.98
00:06:54.280 very conventional way decimated them without it no i wouldn't use it a nuclear weapon should never
00:07:00.360 be allowed to be used by anybody okay the guy is terrified of nuclear weapons he understands how
00:07:07.460 bad nuclear weapons are he doesn't want nuclear weapons i mean it is so very clear why would you
00:07:14.440 asked that for the controversy i mean this is the the strategy the president is using we have told
00:07:22.020 you from the very beginning this is sanctions with teeth everyone said we should do sanctions
00:07:29.380 more sanctions right that's what everybody has said we got to do more sanctions well sanctions
00:07:33.780 don't work unless they're on steroids and they are a wild animal you negotiate but you make sure
00:07:40.640 it's real and you stay out of nation building and regime change. Okay. President Trump also
00:07:46.560 extended the Israel Lebanon ceasefire for another three weeks. He also has three carriers in the
00:07:53.120 region. He's ordered the Navy to shoot and kill any Iranian boats laying mines in the Strait of 0.98
00:07:58.460 Hormuz. He's made it clear nuclear weapons will never ever be allowed with Iran. And for the 0.94
00:08:05.580 first time in years bad actors are facing real consequences instead of weakness now before i get
00:08:11.720 to the new york times spin which is incredible let me give you the truth on what is happening
00:08:16.200 and in a minute i'll show you all the sources behind it too so you can decide iran's economy
00:08:21.580 is collapsing now would we love to have regime change yes but we don't want to have troops on
00:08:29.020 the ground we don't want to nation build we don't want to own it so we have to fight this war
00:08:33.860 different than we fought any other war in the Middle East. He's collapsing the oil economy.
00:08:40.220 Some say it has days, maybe by this weekend, before it has to shut down their oil wells. 0.83
00:08:45.860 If that happens, it's over for Iran. They will have no income. Already, their GDP is down over
00:08:53.080 40%. Can you imagine a 40% drop in our GDP since, what, the beginning of April?
00:08:59.360 their supreme leader is reportedly burned disfigured and losing control of his hardline
00:09:07.340 generals which is not good news but at least we now know who we're negotiating against okay
00:09:12.960 the parliament speaker the guy who we were hoping was going to have charge just quit the negotiating
00:09:18.380 team so the regime is cracking and it is going to the hardliners and it's still talking tough
00:09:24.920 the hardliners are seem to be in power but let's wait and see this whole thing revolves around
00:09:33.340 oil distribution points Donald Trump has said since the early 80s you want to hit them you go
00:09:39.040 into Karg Island you get their pumps you take their oil okay well that's what we did but we
00:09:44.580 didn't take Karg Island normally we would have bombed it and destroyed it but that leaves you 0.66
00:09:51.760 in the position again where you have to nation build afterwards because you can't just leave
00:09:55.960 that nation with all those good people all those persians and good iranians with no food no way to
00:10:01.940 make any money we don't need to occupy or destroy karg to cripple iran's oil revenue the current
00:10:09.480 playbook and this was confirmed by the treasury department on april 23rd yesterday it's simpler
00:10:15.500 and it is lower risk.
00:10:17.580 You naval blockade all of the Iranian ports
00:10:20.060 and the tankers.
00:10:22.160 Our forces intercept any of these oil tankers
00:10:27.520 that are headed in to take oil on or heading out.
00:10:31.660 Anything headed toward Karg Island,
00:10:33.300 which is where they fill all of these tankers,
00:10:35.720 is not going to be allowed in or out,
00:10:37.920 especially in.
00:10:39.760 Now, this has already slashed exports
00:10:42.000 from 1.5 to 2 million barrels per day,
00:10:47.820 near zero since mid-April.
00:10:50.540 But oil, you can't stop the pumping of oil.
00:10:54.520 So all of the oil from the fields that's being pumped
00:10:57.280 is going into Karg Island's tanks.
00:11:00.120 But you got to get it off of the island.
00:11:02.340 You got to get it into tankers
00:11:03.780 and you let physics do the rest, okay?
00:11:07.200 Karg's onshore storage
00:11:10.420 is about 13 million barrels.
00:11:12.640 That's spare capacity.
00:11:14.520 But when we block them in with a blockade,
00:11:18.360 it's filling at about a million barrels per day net.
00:11:22.880 They say that we're going to hit 13 million barrels,
00:11:25.940 so they'll be out of storage space by April 26th or 27th.
00:11:30.020 That's some estimates.
00:11:31.780 Once it's full, this is the key.
00:11:35.020 Once it's full, they have to shut down the upstream wells.
00:11:40.420 They have to shut down the oil fields or they have to burn the excess crude, which would be a disaster.
00:11:48.040 But don't put it past the hardliners for doing that.
00:11:51.480 If they don't do that, there is permanent damage on the well and damage that will take you sometimes six months to a year because pressure builds up and it locks in all kinds of you can.
00:12:05.600 when you turn it back on you can go from 100 barrels per day to 20 barrels per day because
00:12:11.700 you shut the thing down and it's very long-term talk costs a lot of money it's destruction of
00:12:16.920 those wells without blowing them up this by the way according to the guardian now trump and his
00:12:23.160 advisors have repeatedly say that's what they want to do instead of blowing things up and invasion
00:12:29.440 they want to push them to the brink so they're sitting there and the hardliners are saying let
00:12:35.220 it go and all of the normal people are saying you can't you'll starve the nation okay so seizing the
00:12:43.300 island that means we have casualties the iranian retaliation against the gulf oil structures and
00:12:51.300 the global price spikes and everything else it'd be bad block blockades achieve the same cutoff
00:12:57.220 with the ships that are already there according to fox news ceasefire was explicitly extended
00:13:06.920 to build this pressure april 7th april 8th the ceasefire and its extension was not about peace
00:13:14.860 and love it was a tactical pause to do a couple of things one find out who we're negotiating with
00:13:22.700 Are we with the hardliners or the good guys?
00:13:25.460 Who is actually in control?
00:13:27.800 It's just flipped now.
00:13:29.140 Looks like the hardliners are starting to be in control, but we don't know yet.
00:13:32.880 Because there's another story that is just breaking in the last hour or two,
00:13:36.620 that it looks like the delegation is going back to Islamabad to actually negotiate this weekend.
00:13:42.960 We don't know who's in it.
00:13:45.220 But this keeps the U.S., the blockade, in place. 0.83
00:13:49.680 Iran gets some breathing room on bombing
00:13:52.620 we're not killing people
00:13:54.420 and we're not sending troops in
00:13:55.700 I thought that was a good thing
00:13:56.900 and the economic vice tightens
00:13:59.040 which I thought is what everybody said
00:14:00.940 even Barack Obama said
00:14:02.060 we should just tighten the sanctions
00:14:03.380 well we are
00:14:04.540 Scott Besant yesterday said
00:14:08.440 in a matter of days
00:14:10.520 Karg Island storage will be full
00:14:12.480 and the fragile Iranian oil wells
00:14:14.900 will have to be shut off
00:14:16.540 because they'll be shut in 1.00
00:14:18.340 That's from India today.
00:14:20.700 Now, there's a rumor going around today that they are going to set the oil fields, that Iran, the hardliners, will set the oil fields on fire.
00:14:29.700 They'll just start burning the oil and put up some sort of a smoke screen this weekend.
00:14:35.680 I looked and looked and looked.
00:14:37.100 There's no credible reporting on this.
00:14:39.160 There's no confirmation of anybody planning to do that, to burn the crude at CARG or elsewhere this weekend.
00:14:46.480 That's according to Newsweek.
00:14:47.980 They verified that there's nothing happening, but you can't put it past the hardliners, because they just might do that.
00:14:58.940 Because what else are they going to do?
00:15:00.520 And if they believe chaos is the answer, well, then how do you negotiate with people who just want chaos?
00:15:05.840 And how do you let a nation that controls the world's oil supply, if they're that crazy, how do you leave them in charge?
00:15:15.300 You can't.
00:15:15.980 do you see what's happening here do you see what the actual question is you can't if they're that
00:15:23.140 crazy you can't let them have control of the choke point it's bad not just for the u.s it's
00:15:30.620 bad for the entire world plus by giving this uh this ceasefire a chance you're letting that
00:15:39.980 pressure work. So you're just doing sanctions with teeth. That's the problem with all the
00:15:46.460 sanctions that we've had. Nobody believes those sanctions. They're like sending a strongly worded
00:15:49.960 letter. This guy, they at least believe. Our own press is saying, would you drop a nuclear bomb on
00:15:55.640 them? Of course not. But at least if they're thinking that, if our own press is thinking 0.83
00:16:01.700 about that what are they thinking so iran's actual play is now floating the storage that they
00:16:10.320 sent out a 30 year old ship nasha i think it is nasa or something and they're trying to get it
00:16:17.460 into the port uh and they're trying to fill that up if they can't get if we blow up ships or stop
00:16:24.920 their ships these empty ships from getting into karg island and we don't let them fill up and
00:16:29.960 relieve that pressure. They have no place to go. They have no place to go. Every time they send a
00:16:37.520 ship in, it'll buy an extra couple of days, okay? It's not a war-winning strategy, but it buys a few
00:16:43.760 days. Survive and delay. That honestly is the entire strategy of not just Iran, but of NATO,
00:16:58.620 of the WEF, of all of the progressives and the Marxists and the radicals and the Islamists here 0.53
00:17:06.120 in america just survive and delay for the next couple of years and let's see if we have another
00:17:14.260 president who is going to go back to the kamala harris joe biden kind of ways just survive and
00:17:22.180 delay that's that is the strategy of everyone because his strategy is right if we can hold it
00:17:29.740 together. But if we start falling apart, if we start getting weak-kneed, they know. And they'll
00:17:37.340 just survive and delay. Do you want to win or not? That's the question. Do you want the West to
00:17:48.240 survive or not? Yesterday, I retweeted something about what Canada has done with all of their
00:17:53.720 energy projects. They've just gutted all of them. And I said, you don't have to like Drill Baby Drill.
00:17:59.740 But which one of these is suicidal for a nation?
00:18:03.880 Which one is going to build the nation into a leader and into a survivable system over the next 20 years?
00:18:12.660 And which one will kill it?
00:18:14.840 It's very clear.
00:18:16.340 So you don't have to like it, but which one is suicidal and which one's not?
00:18:23.440 Here's the thing.
00:18:24.280 We are winning the economic attrition battle without needing to storm the island or drop any more bombs, hopefully.
00:18:32.320 We don't know how this is going to end.
00:18:34.720 But that takes me to what the New York Times printed yesterday, and I want to have a frank conversation.
00:18:39.700 And we're going to take your phone calls today, 888-727-BECK, 888-727-BECK.
00:18:44.480 We do that next.
00:18:45.720 First, we're fighting a spiritual battle as we move forward every day and protecting the innocent, the most innocent among us.
00:18:54.060 babies in their mother's wombs, is critical to this. Pre-born stands on the front lines of this
00:18:59.640 battle, and their network of clinics are positioned in the highest abortion areas. You know, pre-born
00:19:05.400 gets to where the need is the greatest, where women are under the most pressure, where fear
00:19:10.080 and confusion often is at the highest, and where just somebody saying, I love you, and you're not
00:19:15.260 alone, and let me show you, let me show you your baby in an actual ultrasound, changes everything.
00:19:20.880 everything compassionate care real support and the truth for women who feel like they have no
00:19:27.000 place to turn and time after time when a mom sees her baby and hears that heartbeat hope breaks
00:19:32.260 through the darkness and this april pre-born's goal is to have 11 000 gospel conversations in
00:19:38.700 pre-born network clinics trusting god to bring the increase as they remain faithful to speak up and
00:19:45.020 speak the truth you can help make this possible by sponsoring ultrasounds just 28 provides one

00:20:15.020 Let me bring Jason in,
00:20:25.520 because I'd really like your opinion on this one, Jason.
00:20:29.040 There is a story in the New York Times today.
00:20:32.200 Iran war has drained U.S. supplies of critical, costly weapons.
00:20:40.920 The Pentagon's rush to rearm its Middle East forces
00:20:44.120 makes it less ready to confront political adversaries like Russia and China,
00:20:49.600 according to administration and congressional officials.
00:20:52.840 Now, the administration has not said this, maybe through leaks.
00:20:57.340 Pentagon is not saying this.
00:20:59.340 What are people who are saying this are people who are formally in, or leaks.
00:21:04.080 They talk about how we have used all of these missiles,
00:21:08.520 thousand tomahawk cruise missile roughly 10 times the number it currently buys every year
00:21:14.840 and they're saying that it'll take us four years to you know um rearm now there's strategy here
00:21:23.900 that we could talk about but first i want to get to what is the point of that who did is there no
00:21:30.700 anyone in the edit in the editorial room that says guys guys guys okay this might be important
00:21:38.540 but is it important while we're in the middle of negotiations and in the middle of a war right now
00:21:44.080 is there any way to to do this story but not as a gift to who we're fighting right now we're i'm
00:21:52.820 on the air telling you how bad things are and it's true how bad things are in iran why would
00:21:58.900 our new york times get on and tell iran yeah but we're about to move we're about to run out of all
00:22:03.840 of this stuff i mean it's not treason but it's bad isn't it yeah especially when you compare it to
00:22:12.040 wars that they actually want or champion like ukraine they wouldn't that that was not the
00:22:19.340 leading story for them nope we were worried about it yes and especially since you know we did not
00:22:25.080 agree with subsidizing that war especially when it could have led to world war three correct an
00:22:30.620 actual war correct and it wasn't being fought properly we were just giving it away we were
00:22:35.880 giving all of these things away we had no idea where they went some of these things as we pointed
00:22:41.260 at the time were not being used by us or or them they were being sold on the black market how much
00:22:48.160 of those those things that we gave to ukraine were actually sold a second time to people we don't
00:22:54.040 even know who they went to right we were pointing these things out at the time because it wasn't the
00:22:59.500 united states fighting the war we're in an actual war head to head yeah we were we were just giving
00:23:06.800 it giving our munitions away just let just giving it all to them and yeah yeah in this case especially
00:23:12.620 as you point out right as negotiations are going on there were no negotiations going on in ukraine
00:23:17.160 that was one that was part of one of the issues there was no peace plan at all correct there is
00:23:21.660 a peace plan. There is turmoil within the Iranian leadership, as you pointed out. They're at a very
00:23:29.380 critical point. You run a story like this, but also you don't provide any other context.
00:23:34.300 Right. I mean, this is an important story. As we've said in the past, this is an important story,
00:23:38.740 but there's all kinds of context. And why would you do it when you're negotiating?
00:23:44.820 What good? I think people really need to decide which side are you on? Who do you want to win
00:23:50.660 in the end it's crazy all right let me tell you about home ownership it comes with a steady stream
00:23:56.800 of surprises oh man the things you never thought you'd have to deal with all of a sudden you're
00:24:01.960 having to deal with it and then you deal with it like your gutters up on the weekends oh man
00:24:05.940 that's the king of this category frustration nobody wakes up excited to think about them
00:24:10.040 nobody gets up in the weekend is like i'm cleaning the gutters but they clog up with leaves and
00:24:14.560 twigs and debris and they have a way of making themselves the main character in your life in a
00:24:18.760 hurry now water is pouring over the side splashing where it shouldn't collecting where you don't want
00:24:23.100 it to and and trying to turn a normal afternoon into a repair bill that's why there's leaf filter

00:25:14.820 welcome to the glenbeck program linda is calling from florida hi linda welcome to the glenbeck
00:25:35.280 program how can i help you hi um i'm calling from the tampa bay area and i'm calling in regards to
00:25:42.720 the israel um united states and iran war okay um i was calling i know you're more for it um or you
00:25:53.400 know in support of it yeah um i'm not for it i mean no nobody's for it i didn't mean it like that
00:26:00.260 but um i am i look at it and i feel like we're being bamboozled in regards to the united states
00:26:09.700 being told you know iran iran's been um two weeks from having you know the nuclear power 100% agree
00:26:17.100 with you yeah since the 90s i mean netanyahu has been saying that since 98 yeah well it wasn't just
00:26:24.400 israel it was all of the world's intel and i said at the very beginning don't start with me on they
00:26:29.660 were two weeks away from a nuclear weapon i've heard that since you know i've been on the year
00:26:34.280 I've done this now for 49 years, so I remember when they first went in, and I remember when we
00:26:41.280 first started hearing about them going after nukes, so they've been two weeks away forever,
00:26:45.800 so I'm 100% with you on that. It doesn't carry a lot of water with me.
00:26:50.780 Right. So how are we, and you are very important in what's going on, the dialogue of the world
00:26:59.200 and what people think.
00:27:01.360 What would make you think it's different today and in this moment?
00:27:06.120 Because as far as you said that the world's intel was claiming,
00:27:10.560 you know, everything was leading,
00:27:13.020 that they did have that ability to make nuclear.
00:27:17.260 But how come the NATO powers, they're totally against this?
00:27:22.500 Well, the NATO powers, I'm not going to,
00:27:24.280 let's not let's not bring NATO in as a as a as a credible organization um but let me let me go
00:27:31.520 through this with you because I thank you for approaching it this way Linda I love having this
00:27:35.080 debate and and and you know maybe you'll bring some points out that will change my mind um but
00:27:41.080 let me just explain how I look at things um this is in in some ways and I'm going to be very careful
00:27:47.560 on making sure you understand this this is israel's war for them they believe that iran is a imminent
00:27:55.880 threat if somebody if mexico was saying what iran is saying uh to us all the time you know we're 0.98
00:28:03.040 gonna wipe you out you're gonna burn americans are gonna burn in the islamic fury of the fire 0.98
00:28:06.900 everything else and they backed it up and they were having you know they were lobbing missiles 0.99
00:28:11.200 and having terror strikes all the time in the United States of America, 0.66
00:28:15.600 we would view Mexico exactly the way they're viewing Iran.
00:28:21.140 That doesn't make it America's war. 0.65
00:28:23.340 That makes it Israel's war. 0.80
00:28:25.700 So they have to fight the way they want to fight, 0.85
00:28:28.920 and I give them the right because we would demand that right
00:28:31.860 if it was happening to us this close to us.
00:28:34.200 Would you agree with that?
00:28:36.740 Yes and no.
00:28:38.240 Where is the no?
00:28:38.740 Iran has been saying that for decades.
00:28:43.360 Right.
00:28:43.720 Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, don't, don't, don't just talk about, wait, wait, don't just talk about nukes. 0.95
00:28:49.840 That's why I brought in the terror strikes. 0.72
00:28:52.160 I mean, they are constantly bombing Israel.
00:28:57.080 They are constantly doing terror strikes.
00:28:59.580 Just look at this, not as Israel, look at this as us.
00:29:02.840 If Canada or Mexico were sending terrorists in and they were blowing people up in schools and school buses and they were killing our people and they did an October 7th on us, would you stand for that as an American?
00:29:19.180 Or would you say, we're going to stop this right now?
00:29:24.860 I would not stand for it, but I think there's more to all those stories.
00:29:29.180 There's no but there.
00:29:30.780 There's no but there.
00:29:31.540 you're you're there's no but you wouldn't stand for it and anything else from any american is a
00:29:37.500 lie if this were forget about israel forget about the jews and everything else if the same thing 0.80
00:29:43.560 were happening to us all of us would say get them so that's israel's but hang on that's israel's war
00:29:51.780 and that has that's their business where the where the problem becomes is were they convincing us 0.69
00:30:00.520 that that war we should help fight and if they if they were your problem is not with Israel
00:30:08.180 your problem should be with Donald Trump because that's what exactly what Marco Rubio's job is
00:30:14.940 Marco Rubio's job is to go in and convince other nations it's in your best interest to
00:30:20.200 go in with war with us and it's the right and the responsibility of every other nation to go
00:30:25.320 yes or no. If we convince you of something that you shouldn't be involved in because it's really
00:30:32.720 in our best interest, that's the fault of their prime minister or their king or their president,
00:30:38.860 not the foreign leaders who are convincing. So this is where I kind of separate with people.
00:30:45.260 Your problem is not with the foreign minister or the prime minister of Israel. Your problem should
00:30:51.000 be with the people who are making the decisions to go along with it if that were true so that so
00:30:58.260 you you brought up very good points so two things with that apparently and again i'm nobody like i
00:31:05.040 i get my news by reading and you know scouring the radio and you know good for you trying to
00:31:12.460 figure out what the truth is right we our pentagon said that we would never be able to win this war
00:31:19.240 This isn't going to be a Venezuela where, you know, we take out the main person.
00:31:23.260 So your problem is not with Israel.
00:31:25.740 Your problem should be with the commander-in-chief that made the decision.
00:31:30.380 Separate those two.
00:31:31.180 But I thought that Israel was giving intel to our government.
00:31:34.860 Then our problem—here, you have to listen to me.
00:31:37.540 Listen to me here.
00:31:39.120 If somebody gives you—fool me once, shame on you.
00:31:43.040 Fool me since 1979, shame on me. 0.95
00:31:47.420 so your problem is not with israel if israel you've just made the case that israel has been 0.88
00:31:52.960 saying the same thing forever so the problem is why are the people why is our side falling for it
00:32:01.100 yet again you said the pentagon didn't fall for it i don't know if that's absolutely true i know
00:32:06.500 that there was a split there but it's i don't think it's true the president has to decide who
00:32:10.760 he believes but if you say he believed the wrong side the problem is not with israel it's with the
00:32:16.620 president of the united states is it not uh yes and the people that he surrounds himself with
00:32:24.520 which is his decision he picks those people right so i don't understand if you're against the war
00:32:32.060 stop with the israel part stop with it you can disagree with israel you can say all the things
00:32:37.620 you said about you know they look at it wrong they're wrong for what whatever but when it comes
00:32:43.700 to us getting involved stop blaming it on israel if that's your point of view the the the responsibility
00:32:51.860 only falls on donald trump's shoulders right ask you one more question okay well wait could you
00:32:58.980 give me a right on that or you disagree um yes oh absolutely he chose to be president he won and
00:33:06.100 and yeah it's his decision the buck stops with him correct great okay good so what's your next
00:33:12.980 question um how do you feel about the greater israel project what is the greater israel project
00:33:20.400 um it is a project where israel it wants to expand its borders into parts of lebanon um i guess it
00:33:28.900 was like the old borders they were essentially like playing a tug of war with south lebanon
00:33:35.300 and wanting to go into...
00:33:38.320 So is this a bigger problem than Iran saying
00:33:44.540 that they want to have a global caliphate?
00:33:49.020 Or do you put them in the same boat?
00:33:50.560 Well, I think it's a different topic altogether.
00:33:55.400 Why?
00:33:56.980 What's the difference between the two? 1.00
00:33:58.580 Again, I think Israel, I mean, I'm sorry,
00:34:00.260 I think Iran, it's not empty words
00:34:03.300 because words do have meaning.
00:34:05.300 but Iran has been saying what they've been saying for decades, okay?
00:34:09.640 Yeah, but they've been backing that up with terror all over the Middle East. 0.83
00:34:18.360 I mean, Hamas, for the very first time, Hezbollah, I'm sorry, for the very first time, 0.50
00:34:23.360 Hezbollah does not control Lebanon.
00:34:27.580 Now, whether Israel wants to expand or not, that's a completely different story than the war.
00:34:33.220 Let's not borrow more trouble here. That's a separate thing. And we can talk about that and we can debate that. I am for every nation being able to defend themselves in the way they think they need to defend themselves.
00:34:50.540 I may disagree with it, and I may say, we're not on your side, but every country has a right to do what they think is in their best national interest.
00:35:03.520 Again, we may be against it.
00:35:06.000 We might even fight against it, but that's their business, not our business.
00:35:14.140 Would you agree with that?
00:35:15.420 Yes. In my in my older age, I wish when I was younger, I did read into history now because I think the problems that we see today and without that's now going into left field.
00:35:28.540 But there is I mean, if if all of your audience like reads into the history of Iran and and you've even mentioned it, like Iran, you know, a number of years, decades ago, they the women look like Western women.
00:35:44.220 And then there was like a regime change, some sort of coup d'etat, and everything changed.
00:35:50.760 Right. It's the Islamic State that now rules Iran. 0.90
00:35:54.380 They overthrew it with Marxists and Islamists, and that's what happened. 0.87
00:35:58.760 It wasn't some sort of coup d'etat. It was the Iranian Revolution in 1979.
00:36:04.120 There was, though—wasn't Iran's oil at one point controlled by the England, the British?
00:36:13.360 yes and they wanted sovereignty over their oil yeah you went you now you're going back to um
00:36:19.700 the balfour uh accord so you're going back you know between world war one and world war two
00:36:25.080 um but if you want to get into that you can't say that iranians uh the iranian um borders were right
00:36:34.700 or this was wrong but but the uh israel borders are right or wrong because it was done all at
00:36:41.640 the same time by the same people. So you can't legitimize one government, and that means you
00:36:47.020 can't legitimize Israel and demonize Iran. The borders were all done at the same time by the 0.83
00:36:54.920 same people. So you have to delegitimize all of it. And quite honestly, I don't think you can do
00:37:02.800 that. That would be like us going back, you know, it's these people who say, you're living on stolen
00:37:06.640 land well okay you know that was many many years ago this is the way it is if you want to fight a
00:37:13.540 war that's how things are usually done this was done by the un and sanctioned by the un it was
00:37:20.960 the new world order and this is how we're going to do it and the balfour deal and all this stuff
00:37:25.320 they tried to do it through negotiation uh was that a good idea i don't think it was but this
00:37:31.880 is what it is now and so why are we going back and rehashing that and if because if you want to
00:37:38.620 then you have to open up the entire middle east and that doesn't sound like a good idea
00:37:42.940 no i mean i will yeah i mean persia former iran persia i'm sorry former persia iran is uh it is
00:37:51.800 over a millennia old but it is definitely i feel like all of us should definitely do our homework
00:37:57.020 You know, read more what happened leading up to basically everything that is happening today.
00:38:06.520 Can you, Linda, I so enjoyed our conversation.
00:38:09.080 Can you hold on a bit?
00:38:09.960 Because you were for Donald Trump and now you're not.
00:38:15.920 And is that right?
00:38:17.500 Is that correct?
00:38:18.520 Yeah, I voted for him three times.
00:38:20.860 So can I pursue that with you a little bit?
00:38:23.340 Because I've really enjoyed our conversation.

00:39:42.520 There's a big difference.
00:39:45.740 Glenn Beck will be back after this.
00:39:52.460 I am so grateful for this audience because I think you are so well educated.
00:40:11.700 You're so smart.
00:40:13.220 You try to do your own homework, and I know how hard it is.
00:40:16.160 I do my own homework, too.
00:40:17.540 I'm just like Linda.
00:40:18.360 I may have sources that you don't have, but generally I can't bring those.
00:40:24.520 If they've told me something that I can't share with you, I don't bring it to the air.
00:40:28.880 And I try to give you the actual stuff that you can verify yourself because we don't need more opinions.
00:40:36.540 What we need are more facts.
00:40:37.940 And I thank you so much for being people who actually care, don't hate one another, and are trying to figure things out.
00:40:46.900 And we can come up with things we disagree with all the time, but can we still live together and can we still work together?
00:40:53.700 Linda is showing us that we can, and I appreciate, Linda, your phone call and your willingness just to really kind of model how to think this through.
00:41:03.780 Can you tell me, because you just said, you agreed with me that your problem should not be with Israel on Benjamin Netanyahu, that your problem, I mean, you could have problems there on their war.
00:41:15.240 But when it comes to us being involved with it, that that blame does not go to Benjamin Netanyahu.
00:41:20.460 That blame has to come squarely on the president and who he has surrounded himself with, which is his responsibility as well.
00:41:27.600 You still there?
00:41:29.480 Yes.
00:41:30.020 Okay. 0.56
00:41:30.860 So now let's just talk about the war without the Israel part. 0.63
00:41:37.740 Is this war America first? 0.77
00:41:44.460 No.
00:41:45.020 No.
00:41:45.240 why uh because we're being told that the oil that's coming out of there we don't need it
00:41:53.420 it's oil that is going to asia it's going to europe we have plenty of our own oil
00:41:58.740 um again if israel wants to leave israel out of it live leave israel out of it this is us
00:42:07.140 okay but yeah we are being told correct that yes the oil that is coming out of iran we don't need
00:42:13.180 it. We have plenty under our own feet, correct? Correct. So you have to ask yourself, well,
00:42:18.720 why are we, why are we going into another, and it is, it truly is going to be, and it breaks my
00:42:25.560 heart, it's going to be an endless war. We're going to see our young men and women come back
00:42:30.880 deceased in a box or, you know, injured. Okay. Linda, can we continue our conversation? I've got
00:42:39.960 so much to ask you and so much to share next as america turns 250 this year there's a lot of talk
00:42:48.300 about the founding fathers and declarations and big moments in history and that's all good but
00:42:52.280 there's another group of people who built this country too people who never signed a document
00:42:56.280 they just showed up before the sun even came up american ranchers their legacy is what good
00:43:02.040 ranchers is built on they're 100 dedicated to america every single step every cut is sourced
00:43:08.000 from local American farms and ranches
00:43:09.660 from the pasture to the final seal on the box.

00:44:46.880 Na na na na, oh oh oh oh, na na na na.
00:44:56.480 The fusion of entertainment, enlightenment, and empowerment.
00:45:02.900 this is the glenn beck program glenn beck is on i am having such a great conversation with a
00:45:13.980 listener from florida our name is linda um we don't agree uh on what's happening uh with the war
00:45:21.020 and but she's reasonable she's well thought out uh and we've made some progress and i don't mean
00:45:27.280 i'm convincing her she's convincing me we're making progress on at least understanding each
00:45:31.540 other. And that is, that's the first and probably most important step. We're, we talk over each
00:45:37.220 other. We don't listen to each other. And so we don't understand what the other is actually
00:45:41.980 thinking or how they got there. So Linda's teaching me a lot. Uh, and, uh, and maybe you're
00:45:50.280 going to grab something out of this as well. As we continue our conversation, I'm going to hijack
00:45:54.460 her day. Cause I've got a lot to, I've got a lot of questions for her and a lot of things to
00:45:58.720 explore with her. So we're going to continue that conversation here in just a second. First,
00:46:03.060 let me tell you about real estate agents, itrust.com. In fact, can I just take, we have somebody who
00:46:08.060 said this. Oh, she dropped. We just had somebody who called and said she was in Colorado. She used
00:46:14.380 real estate agents, itrust.com when she was moving last time. And then she decided not to do it. And
00:46:20.620 she said, and I wish I would have been able to hear her story. We so regret it. We didn't use
00:46:25.020 them a second time. We should have used them a second time because it wasn't the same experience
00:46:28.960 at all. I hear this all the time. Our reviews are off the charts because we really bet these agents
00:46:34.140 to make sure they are locked into you. It's why I started Real Estate Agents I Trust, because when
00:46:39.020 life moves, you need an agent that can move with it. Somebody experienced, professional, responsive,
00:46:43.440 and proven. So find the right agent the first time. Realestateagentsitrust.com. You will see
00:46:50.780 a difference. Check out realestateagentsitrust.com. We'll show you how you can buy or sell your home
00:46:55.300 in this tough market. realestateagentsitrust.com. All right, let me go back to Linda. Linda,
00:47:00.100 I'm sorry to hijack your day, but I'm enjoying our conversation. I hope you feel the same way.
00:47:05.260 Absolutely. Okay. So let me just recap for the audience. We started talking about the war and
00:47:11.520 you are against, you voted for Donald Trump three times and you've been with him the whole time, 0.79
00:47:17.720 but he promised not to get into wars and you say he was bamboozled by israel correct me if i have
00:47:23.840 any of this wrong um he was bamboozled by israel got us into this we decided that if your problem
00:47:30.280 is with israel lying to us then your real problem is not with israel because just like our state
00:47:38.120 department we're going to say or do whatever is in our nation's best interest to get people
00:47:41.540 involved in our stuff your real problem is the decision makers either those who are around
00:47:46.820 donald trump or donald trump himself and he has the responsibility of all those people around him
00:47:52.060 he hired them so the real problem is with donald trump correct yes okay um and so i asked you right
00:47:59.760 before we went to break uh i said so is this a war of uh that is america first and you said a
00:48:07.760 couple of things and i want to go into both of these we don't need the oil so there's that and
00:48:14.260 let's be honest this will be an endless war and our men and women our boys will come back in a box
00:48:19.520 can we separate those two things and talk about each of them first let me start with the last part
00:48:27.440 um you don't know that nor can i tell you honestly it won't end that way but why do you jump there
00:48:38.040 when you don't know when you why go to the worst possible scenario
00:48:44.020 uh that our that our men and women would come back um in a box injured yeah injured or you know
00:48:56.440 or dead no no but an endless war what well i feel like every every war that we do in the middle east
00:49:06.160 ends up just a long and drawn out war correct i agree with you know now have you seen the way
00:49:13.100 he's fighting it compared to the way we fought them before that the strategy is not to break
00:49:20.180 not to regime change not to kill everybody and blow up everything but to leave the regime in
00:49:27.700 place which we have never done ever before in these foreign wars over in the middle east
00:49:32.840 does that make any difference to you that it's a different totally different strategy
00:49:37.640 you're talking about we're doing like a war of attrition yes and we're not we are not going in
00:49:45.600 and saying we're gonna we're gonna give you democracy we're not doing that where we did
00:49:51.620 that in every country we've ever fought in i absolutely you know glenn i think what's different
00:49:59.700 today versus even four years ago yeah it is everybody has everyone is their own reporter
00:50:08.600 we all have this great iphone and no no seriously i know no i'm with you and everything is so real
00:50:15.440 time and i think that the powers that be um whether it is um governments it is monarchies
00:50:24.760 they're losing the control of the narrative yes and um people are you know i i have this um
00:50:33.380 standing joke you know i'm not a conspiracy theorist i'm a conspiracy realist because if
00:50:39.120 it's a theory in january and it comes true in june yeah then you know i just haven't figured
00:50:44.000 out the lottery numbers right there's a there's a difference but there's a difference between
00:50:47.560 theories and fact you can start as a conspiracy conspiracy theory the nine or ten or eleven
00:50:53.980 missing people now or dead people with military you know that working on space stuff that's a
00:50:59.180 conspiracy theory right now it may turn out to be conspiracy fact but right now it's just a theory
00:51:03.840 and that doesn't make it a bad thing it just you need to categorize it as it's a theory and not go
00:51:10.080 all in and put all your chips on the table and say and you're a traitor if you don't believe it
00:51:14.920 no let's play this out let's let's follow the facts it's going to take time but you in the end
00:51:19.780 may be right correct yeah you know what's interesting about that story is let's not get
00:51:26.320 back sorry no but no honestly it was juicy from uh it was the sun i know there's two on fox and
00:51:33.900 he mentioned it right during um you know during a press conference yeah yeah but he's the one who
00:51:41.020 really put light to it right you know so i don't want to get bogged down in you about it yeah i
00:51:45.580 don't want to get bogged down in all that i was just saying that you know we all need to slow down
00:51:50.420 and that's why i started with you say this is an endless war you said you said let's be let's face
00:51:56.500 the facts or let's be real we all know it's gonna i don't know that i know that donald trump hates
00:52:02.900 war he really is terrified of nuclear war it's the only thing i've seen him be afraid of um and
00:52:09.160 i know he's doing everything now it might because we're dealing with crazy people it might turn
00:52:15.220 into that but we don't know that yet and i i was just wondering if you could say i believe
00:52:22.480 that it's a high probability that it will turn into that based on everything in the past
00:52:29.480 however caveat donald trump has shown no indications that he likes or fights wars
00:52:35.940 the way george bush or barack obama or joe biden or anybody else has fought wars
00:52:41.120 can you go that far well can i i'll say this you know we're not dealing with uh uh regular
00:52:49.980 government in regards to iran but you have to admit donald trump's truths or whatever tweets
00:52:56.820 truths whatever you want to call them during easter were so horrible awful yeah horrible they
00:53:03.980 were horrible so when we're when we're laying this argument that iran is crazy and he was talking
00:53:11.040 about like blowing them up i mean right so and that's when i said you missed hang on you missed
00:53:16.880 a monologue that i did remember the president speaks not just to the american people he and
00:53:22.860 he doesn't speak to the people of the world sometimes he sends messages um through the world 0.81
00:53:28.700 to very specific people that message was very specific oh you think you're crazy you think i'm 0.86
00:53:35.780 afraid of you, you have no idea. I'm bat-crat crazy. He's not crazy. He is not crazy. But 0.99
00:53:43.440 sometimes when you're dealing with a crazy enemy, you need to have your eye twitched too. So they
00:53:48.740 go, good God, I mean, would he do it? Now, I'm not saying that's going to work because they want
00:53:54.660 to wash the world in blood. But Donald Trump did not mean that. And you've seen that. He was sending
00:54:01.140 a message you have to understand the president it a he does a lot of things on twitter that i
00:54:06.200 absolutely hate that are just crazy okay just he shouldn't do it um but that one in particular i
00:54:12.480 really don't like i thought it was really bad however i give it with this caveat it may have
00:54:17.880 been directed right to the people he was trying to drive to the table two days later okay um okay
00:54:25.640 so let me go into let me take a break so we don't have to break in the middle of it give me 60
00:54:30.180 seconds and i want to come back to your thought of we don't they they say we don't even need the
00:54:36.460 oil so why is this america first if we don't even need the oil that's a great point i want to talk
00:54:42.600 to you about that 60 seconds burn a launcher keeping yourself and your family safe means
00:54:46.420 being prepared for situations that can you know put you or them in danger it means being prepared
00:54:51.580 for all the situations you know even those situations where deadly force is not needed
00:54:56.420 And in fact, it's a real problem.
00:54:58.000 There are more of those than you think.
00:54:59.420 And if you're a gun owner, it's unfortunately easy to think a gun will provide you all the
00:55:03.460 safety it needs, but you never pull a gun unless you're prepared to kill somebody.
00:55:06.760 And I'm not in all situations, you know, but they can go bad fast.
00:55:12.020 There is a tool for this.
00:55:13.060 It's the Berna Launcher.
00:55:14.180 It's a non-lethal alternative to safeguarding your home that will teach somebody a very
00:55:17.940 painful, non-lethal lesson.
00:55:20.220 It's legal in all 50 states, no permits or background checks required, and it can be
00:55:24.840 used by all age groups over 18 my kids carry them in their backpacks when they are going around they
00:55:31.140 have them in the the glove box of their car my wife has one in her purse in the glove box wherever
00:55:35.440 she is as well i have them burn a launcher you'll be confident that you are prepared to defend
00:55:41.040 yourself against potential threats go to burna.com slash glenn learn more about it try before you buy
00:55:45.620 it a sportsman's warehouse located near you you can find that location at burna byrna.com slash
00:55:51.860 Glenn, 10 seconds, Station ID.
00:56:05.080 Okay, trying to keep everything compartmentalized instead of drifting all over into many different things at once.
00:56:12.280 Let's just talk about, is this America first?
00:56:15.100 And you said, we don't even, Donald Trump keeps saying, we don't even need the oil.
00:56:20.220 So why are we there?
00:56:21.400 what do you mean by that well that's what we've been told yeah um however when i when we were on
00:56:29.240 break and i don't know if it was jason or who they were like um talking about um political points
00:56:36.700 and apparently america is now exporting close to 13 million barrels of oil a day yes it's the
00:56:45.780 largest exporting we've ever done well that could right there be um your reasoning for um justifying
00:56:54.340 the war is that a bad thing i'm not saying justifying the war for oil or money but is it
00:57:00.240 a bad thing that we are now the world's largest exporter that goes to the america first question
00:57:06.440 right uh oh goodness this is like it's hard isn't it it is hard that is um as far as america first
00:57:17.940 no that is america first yes um does it if i never want to see another person you know when i look at
00:57:25.560 war yeah one is the regular it's the common person who is hurt the most so the people at the top
00:57:33.480 they're in safety somewhere but i look at these regular people you know i would be if there was a
00:57:39.600 war you know a domestic war here i would be that regular person i know that would be that would
00:57:46.240 be the hardest i know people at the top so so so let me help you let me help you just think
00:57:52.200 in in this way and see if this makes any sense to you because i hate the idea of war for oil
00:57:57.460 It's absolutely immoral.
00:57:59.060 It's immoral.
00:58:00.260 However, let's look at America first.
00:58:04.000 If we are going to survive the $40 trillion in debt, if we're going to survive into the next century with AI and everything else, we need primarily, the things that we need, we need to lead in energy, and that's all energy.
00:58:21.240 If we are beholden to anyone on energy, we are in trouble.
00:58:25.720 If we can get, if others even compete with us, we lose leverage.
00:58:31.680 Same thing with AI.
00:58:32.880 We must lead in AI, which means we have to have rare earth minerals wherever they are, and we must control them.
00:58:39.440 The world has to come to us for those things.
00:58:42.260 We also have to rebuild our infrastructure.
00:58:44.340 We have to build factories and plants and be able to make our own chips and everything else.
00:58:49.440 So if that chain begins with AI, rare minerals, manufacturing, they all really rely on energy.
00:58:58.520 So that's why drill baby drill was so important.
00:59:01.900 And that is to make us energy independent.
00:59:04.620 The problem is, and this is not Donald Trump's fault, this is the fault of the left.
00:59:10.580 And I don't know how to solve this one.
00:59:12.440 I don't think this could ever be solved unless America just says shut up to all of the people on the left that are all about ending oil.
00:59:19.440 Now, the oil that we get, we have plenty of natural gas, LP, all this stuff.
00:59:24.220 We have plenty of that, and that can be used here in America.
00:59:27.340 But when it comes to gasoline and oil, we pull out of the ground something that's called light, sweet, crude.
00:59:34.080 It's really easy to process.
00:59:36.060 The stuff we get from Saudi Arabia, even Venezuela, is very dirty.
00:59:39.700 We get light, sweet, crude here.
00:59:41.520 But we have not made a new refinery in America since, I think, 1973.
00:59:49.440 You can't build them anymore. And none of them are geared for light, sweet crude. So we take and we sell all of the oil that most of the oil that we are are drilling and getting out of the ground. We have to sell that to other countries. We can't use it here because we can't refine it.
01:00:07.520 So we have to sell that, which means when the president says we don't need the oil, well, until we build refineries, yes, we do. We have to trade our oil for the crap we get out of Saudi Arabia and the rest of the world. Now, we're getting less of it from Saudi Arabia. We'll get more of it from Venezuela in our own hemisphere, which causes the price to go down and the control and the danger and everything else. 1.00
01:00:29.660 so what the plan was is a if you want to be america first you have to control energy 0.85
01:00:37.700 but also where was the rest of the world buying their energy europe was buying it from russia
01:00:44.000 and saudi arabia china was buying it from um the straits of hormuz you you have all of this oil
01:00:50.880 Nobody's coming to us. And China had put together BRICS. Brazil, Russia, India, China, BRICS. And their plan all during the administration for Biden was to come up with a new currency that could buy oil.
01:01:09.040 The reason why the dollar is the king around the world is OPEC says you can only buy it through using U.S. currency.
01:01:18.380 The minute that's over, we are Haiti.
01:01:22.860 We crash and we have no money.
01:01:26.160 No money.
01:01:27.040 It's worthless.
01:01:27.640 Okay. So you have to break the back of bricks, which is why he just took Venezuela off of the board. It's why he just took the Panama Canal. So they can't get the ships out. They got to go all the way around if they wanted to buy it.
01:01:46.420 He's breaking the back of bricks and China on oil and rare earth minerals. 0.58
01:01:53.360 So it is America first if we can break the backs.
01:01:57.700 It's not true that we don't need the oil because we can't build refineries here.
01:02:04.300 If we have to, we should come up with maybe Venezuela.
01:02:08.660 I hate doing this, but we should say, will you build all of our sweet oil refineries there so we can have cheaper gas?
01:02:14.980 It'd be cheaper if we built them here, but it'll take you 30 years and no one will invest in it because no one believes that you can get something built here in 15 or 20 or even 30 years with having the administration and all the laws remain the same.
01:02:31.240 so that's why this oil thing is important because it's not about gas prices and it's not about
01:02:38.420 making you know a company rich it's about the long term being able to have america lead the
01:02:46.020 world does that make sense to you absolutely and you like i'm so glad that you're bringing up the
01:02:52.920 things that you are because i wanted to bring it up but um i don't i didn't know if it would be
01:02:58.120 quite appropriate um in regards to um exporting oil um wasn't it last year saudi arabia dropped
01:03:07.560 the petrol dollar or did not re instant like recontract the petrol dollar america remember
01:03:13.880 reading something like that i don't think that they did that but they were they were toying with
01:03:19.020 it with china which makes that extraordinarily dangerous yes so i mean yeah at the end of the 0.99
01:03:26.400 day i'm glad because this is such an honest conversation and topics that really are not 1.00
01:03:31.580 being touched by anybody um but that is what it boils down to it's almost as though like we
01:03:38.180 we have to back our money isn't backed up by anything anymore it went from gold to the petrol
01:03:43.480 and now that's in question correct and we have to wash our money with something right so to say this
01:03:51.040 but is it being washed by war? War makes money. When I'm hearing these stock markets going up.
01:03:56.540 It is backed by, yes, that has something to do with stock markets going up because we have to
01:04:01.620 rebuild everything else. But that's not what, again, separate things. If Donald Trump is a
01:04:08.420 man of his word, and I believe he is, that he hates war, he doesn't want endless, but he's
01:04:12.840 trying to do America first. He must control the energy and also make sure that no one can collapse
01:04:19.600 our dollar from the petrodollar. So that makes this essential to be able to save America and
01:04:27.100 the American system. If we don't do that, we're out. We're out. So there are all kinds of
01:04:35.200 ramifications, good and bad, on this. But if you can focus on, is this in our national interest
01:04:42.440 to make sure the petrodollar is controlled? And even if OPEC would finally go away,
01:04:49.600 we'd have so much oil here that the rest of the world would have to buy,
01:04:54.040 that the petrodollar would remain for at least half the world.
01:04:58.280 Doesn't that make this a justifiable idea, at least?
01:05:03.820 It's a beautiful idea.
01:05:06.540 It's a perfect idea.
01:05:08.600 So then why do you say you're against the president on this idea?
01:05:14.380 so when you when you when you lay it out in that sense yes i i am for it but when i look
01:05:22.500 see i know i felt i want you to know that you're not alone i went through this for days i went
01:05:28.680 back and forth on this because it's ugly it's hard it's hard and most people don't they won't
01:05:34.720 do it they won't do this hard thinking but you gotta make a choice more in a minute
01:05:41.280 all right leaf filter look it's bad enough you actually have to rake leaves out of the yard but
01:05:54.460 you also have to remove them from your house's gutter or you're going to end up with water
01:05:57.940 damage somehow after you've already cleaned all of the leaves that fell to the ground uh you're
01:06:03.180 expected to climb up a ladder and deal with all the leaves that you know took the high road
01:06:06.380 the road less traveled sitting there in your gutters oh my gosh it is i mean i have a personal
01:06:12.980 grudge against autumn at times it's why i live in florida and texas you know i'm just saying i'm
01:06:19.240 saying if you ignore all of this the gutters will send water down the sides it can destroy your
01:06:24.820 house so instead of getting a ladder out and balancing and doing all of that would you just
01:06:28.420 consider leaf filter it's it's a gutter protection system it's designed to keep all of that crap out

01:07:03.860 Celebrate America's 250th by rediscovering our epic story.
01:07:08.440 Episode three of American Story drops tomorrow, wherever you get your podcasts.
01:07:12.200 you know i'm so grateful for uh listeners uh like linda who came in and and look at what a
01:07:32.960 reasonable conversation can produce i don't know if we agree on everything but we walked away
01:07:39.800 willing to have a conversation with each other again uh and uh and we we were at polar opposites
01:07:46.400 when we first started and i think we found a lot in common and that's where that's where white
01:07:55.180 pilling comes in okay we are all black pilled on something one way or another we're black pilled on
01:08:00.360 so many things but i want you to start looking for things of hope jason you just played who was it
01:08:07.300 that was testifying in front of the Senate yesterday on COVID that you just
01:08:10.840 played.
01:08:11.280 Oh,
01:08:11.700 that was Senator Johnson.
01:08:12.820 It wasn't an interview.
01:08:13.540 It wasn't a testimony.
01:08:14.380 Okay.
01:08:14.720 Interview.
01:08:15.480 And he was talking about what they're now finding with COVID and uncovering,
01:08:20.300 et cetera,
01:08:20.580 et cetera.
01:08:20.860 And we can sit here and go,
01:08:21.980 yeah,
01:08:22.080 but is anyone going to pay for that?
01:08:24.400 At least it is now coming out and being verified.
01:08:28.760 We are showing the facts now.
01:08:31.120 And that's where,
01:08:32.220 that's where everything can change.
01:08:34.360 If you stay focused on facts and don't let people, you've got to compartmentalize.
01:08:41.220 You're never going to be able to think everything through if you keep dodging from one squirrel to the next.
01:08:48.780 You've got to follow one point all the way down and answer that.
01:08:54.920 Then take the next fact and follow that all the way down and make your decision on that.
01:08:59.680 when you put them all back together if one of those disagrees with the other then you got to
01:09:04.700 start all over again but it's it's hard work it's hard work but there is a lot of good stuff that is
01:09:11.380 going on right now and we are starving for hope i mean right now so many of us i mean look around
01:09:19.800 look around all your friends okay people wake up they're tired they're already convinced you know
01:09:25.800 it's not going to change good life is out of reach we're you know like like linda said an
01:09:31.020 hour ago was i want to get it i want to get the exact quote from her we all know this is going
01:09:36.600 to be endless war men and women our boys are going to come back in a box we don't know that
01:09:41.380 that's black pilled that's black pilled and we swallow these things whole and you know all the 0.97
01:09:48.980 way from that to i'm never going to be able to own a house or have the family or the future i want
01:09:53.520 And we're exhausted, we're desperate, and we scroll through media, social media, which is filled with lies, okay?
01:10:04.100 And you feel smaller and smaller and more confused and more despair with every swipe up, okay?
01:10:12.460 Hope is dying in us, one comparison at a time.
01:10:15.940 But if we would stop and decide to feed hope every single day, stop. Stop waking up to dread. Start waking up to possibilities. Life changes. Your chest isn't so heavy. You start squaring your shoulders, beginning to look up a little bit, and you begin to believe again that maybe life can be good and meaningful right where we are.
01:10:43.360 Not someday when we make it.
01:10:46.500 You trade numbness for expectancy.
01:10:50.160 We trade fear for courage.
01:10:52.980 We become the kind of person who can face hard days without being crushed by them.
01:10:58.580 And if enough of us do this, our culture begins to heal.
01:11:03.040 And hope becomes a real powerful weapon.
01:11:08.500 Hopelessness, hopeless people are very dangerous.
01:11:11.640 they tear things down but hope-filled people build things they create they love they fight
01:11:19.340 for what's good families stay together communities come alive you know and the generation that
01:11:27.100 says it's screwed now they begin living boldly again and risking and building
01:11:33.240 i want you to do a couple of things write this down i want you to do a few things every single
01:11:38.900 day if you can. If you want to be white-pilled, start your day with eternal truth. Read something
01:11:46.500 that was written long before any of this crap started. Read things that are true. Spend five 0.97
01:11:54.120 minutes reading scripture or some timeless wisdom that reminds you that hope is alive, truth is
01:12:01.100 alive. Truth is God. Two, write down one specific hope or prayer and keep it visible. Keep it right
01:12:10.480 in front of you. Something that gives you hope every day. Put it right in front of you all the
01:12:14.680 time. You start to doubt, look at that picture. Take one faithful action, no matter how small.
01:12:22.240 Take one faithful action to serve somebody else. Move towards a meaningful goal that is about
01:12:30.320 helping other people, whatever it is. Four, limit your comparison and feed your mind with stories
01:12:38.260 of real resistance and redemption instead of endless scrolling. And then when you end the day,
01:12:46.460 Ben Franklin used to do this. He kept a charter. He started, he kept a diary every morning. He had
01:12:52.060 a list of all the things, all of the attributes that he wanted to embody in his life. And then
01:12:57.860 he would check them out. He'd read them and he'd check them off. And then he'd come back to that
01:13:00.980 same list at night and he would write where he failed and where he can do better and where he
01:13:06.280 excelled that day so he could make it even better the next day. Remember every day that God's
01:13:15.880 faithful in your life or in our history. If you do these things and you watch, you'll be stronger
01:13:23.020 every day and you'll be much stronger than your circumstances. Soon. It does work. It does work.
01:13:30.360 We have to get out of this black pill, but we also have to look at the truth. I'm going to 0.96
01:13:35.540 tell you a story you want to talk about. Scary. Let me tell you this story. I read this in a
01:13:45.060 you know, in a court document.
01:13:48.680 Let me tell you to it.
01:13:49.960 Let me tell you the story in a story form.
01:13:54.380 It's Albuquerque, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
01:13:57.460 It's in the late 1980s at a hot dog cart.
01:14:01.260 And two guys meet each other at this hot dog court.
01:14:04.440 Hey, one is down on his luck.
01:14:07.060 He's just scraping by.
01:14:08.100 The other sees an opportunity and steals that guy's entire life.
01:14:15.060 I don't know if you've read about this yet.
01:14:17.240 This is a story of Matthew David Kierens, I think his name is,
01:14:21.040 and the man whose name he took, William Donald Woods.
01:14:24.980 It has been going on since the 1980s, and it is, I mean, it's Kafka.
01:14:32.640 It's a nightmare, okay?
01:14:35.400 But it finally caught up.
01:14:38.640 So here's what happened.
01:14:40.700 By all appearances, the man named William Woods had turned his life around, okay?
01:14:46.860 From the homeless hot dog vendor to a married father, successful hospital IT administrator,
01:14:52.560 he was earning over $100,000 a year in Wisconsin.
01:14:55.460 He had bank accounts, credit lines, family.
01:14:57.800 Everything looked legitimate.
01:14:59.440 One problem.
01:15:00.920 He wasn't the hot dog vendor.
01:15:03.460 He's not William Woods.
01:15:05.100 His real name was Matthew David Kierens.
01:15:08.540 In the 1980s, Kierens met the real Woods at that hot dog stand.
01:15:13.880 And Woods was a co-worker.
01:15:15.600 He was vulnerable.
01:15:16.520 He was transient.
01:15:18.960 Kierens didn't just borrow the name.
01:15:20.860 He became William Woods.
01:15:23.300 He got a social security card, driver's license, insurance, loans, credit, all in Woods' name.
01:15:29.040 And when Kierens stole cars, the warrants and arrests landed on Woods.
01:15:33.980 he married and had a child who carried the the stolen surname his own wife never knew the truth
01:15:41.980 meanwhile the real William Woods was drifting through life he was homeless he was bewildered
01:15:48.740 debts warrants legal troubles all piled up in his name and he was like wait that but that's not me
01:15:54.460 now skip ahead it started in the 1980s it's now 2019 the real hot dog stand guy the real Woods
01:16:03.520 now is in california and he walks into a bank branch and he's trying to do the right thing and
01:16:09.400 he's trying to clear all this up and he's like no that's that's not who i am somebody stole my
01:16:14.020 identity and they're racking up debt and he shows his real social security card but the banker
01:16:20.280 notices the account address is in wisconsin woods fails the security questions banker calls the
01:16:28.300 listed number kieran's answers calm as can be and he's like nobody in california should be
01:16:35.380 able to touch my accounts he faxes over his forged documents social security card driver's
01:16:41.140 license birth certificate all in the name of william woods then he goes further he calls the
01:16:46.760 police and he says i want you to get this guy and prosecute him for stealing my identity remember
01:16:53.920 he's the guy who stole the identity from the hot dog guy already back in the 80s. Now he's saying,
01:17:00.240 I want you to throw him in jail. So authorities arrest the real William Woods, and they charge
01:17:07.360 him with identity theft and false impersonation. And Woods is like, no, my name is William Woods.
01:17:14.180 No one believes him because he's been a drifter his whole life.
01:17:17.860 then the courts do something incredible because he's so i mean could you imagine being this this
01:17:25.460 is like a an alfred hitchcock movie you're just like wait a minute wait what this is north by
01:17:30.340 northwest no that's not me he's so excited about this in court court deems him mentally incompetent
01:17:37.920 So now he's sent to a mental hospital, and he's force-fed drugs.
01:17:44.800 He is in jail for 428 days and 147 days institutionalized force-fed drugs.
01:17:54.520 He's finally released, and the court orders him to use only his true name, which is Matthew Kieran's, which isn't his true name.
01:18:03.000 the real woods doesn't give up can you would you i mean i don't know what i would do
01:18:14.720 now it's 2023 he contacts the hospital where william woods works he hires a detective
01:18:23.220 a really good detective gets the case dna evidence seals it so in july 2023
01:18:30.800 confronted with the proof
01:18:33.040 Kierens 0.94
01:18:34.700 the real Kierens
01:18:36.120 the fake Woods
01:18:37.760 admits
01:18:38.980 for decades I've been living as this guy
01:18:42.740 I've been forging documents
01:18:43.940 and lying to law enforcement
01:18:45.920 Kierens pleads guilty
01:18:48.500 to making false statements
01:18:49.720 to a federally insured
01:18:52.500 credit union
01:18:53.480 aggregated identity theft
01:18:56.840 the judge
01:18:57.980 looks past the guidelines
01:19:00.220 and recommends around 12 to 18 months plus a mandatory 24.
01:19:05.280 Is that all you would get?
01:19:08.220 12 to 18 months plus two more years?
01:19:13.800 Judge said this is unusual and egregious.
01:19:17.440 Kierens didn't just steal an identity.
01:19:19.520 He weaponized the justice system to imprison and medicate an innocent man.
01:19:24.980 He didn't show any remorse, no direct apology to the victim.
01:19:28.480 the judge varies and says you know what i'm not going by the guidelines 144 months that's 12 years
01:19:38.220 in federal prison plus fines restitution supervised release mental health and substance abuse
01:19:45.240 evaluations well kieran's the fake woods he's like that's crazy i mean i've only destroyed this guy's
01:19:52.180 life since 1980 you're gonna put me in jail for 12 years that's too harsh well apparently not
01:19:59.860 april 23rd 2026 that was yesterday eighth circuit court of appeals shuts it down
01:20:08.680 unanimous opinion the judge and the court affirms every part of the sentence
01:20:16.260 Judge, he said, had wide discretion.
01:20:19.960 Yep, the harm was extraordinary.
01:20:22.460 Conditions were reasonable, given a lifetime of deceit and no remorse.
01:20:28.240 So he begins paying for the life that he stole.
01:20:31.820 The real William Woods finally has his name back.
01:20:34.940 The scars remain.
01:20:35.940 Can you imagine?
01:20:37.340 A hot dog encounter that took place in the 1980s.
01:20:40.380 One of the most audacious identity thefts in American history.
01:20:46.240 Some lies.
01:20:47.940 They just don't ruin a life.
01:20:50.060 They erase lives.
01:20:52.760 Here's my warning.
01:20:54.160 Imagine what can now be done with AI.
01:20:58.660 We are entering a brave and frightening new world.
01:21:03.920 Warning. 0.62
01:21:07.540 Now go read some other truth that gets you white-billed again. 0.93
01:21:11.700 I know, I know. 0.99
01:21:12.760 I'm not helping myself.
01:21:13.760 But you've got to put good stuff into your head as well because you've got to hear the truth, live in the real world, but don't become that.
01:21:23.860 Don't go down the dark roads.
01:21:25.920 You have to know about it, but there is real hope as well.
01:21:29.780 Things are changing.
01:21:31.280 There is a movement afoot.

01:23:08.820 Next hour, I want to show you some of the news that is going on and kind of give you a look at what has happened this week from these two girls in Houston that were planning bombings.
01:23:24.820 bombings i mean teenage girls uh to what's happening on our campuses what's happening into
01:23:32.620 you know what's happening with um mom donnie and taxing the rich up in in new york our fraud
01:23:41.400 more on a little bit more on the war on what is happening this weekend um there is a way again
01:23:48.600 and i want to show you how to look at things because i could give you a monologue and saying
01:23:54.400 everything is bad look at all this bad or i could look at it and say okay that's bad now look at the
01:24:03.080 other things that are happening that i think are really good now which what are you going to choose
01:24:10.880 to concentrate on you got to know all of it but what are you going to choose to concentrate on
01:24:14.960 and i think i hope you will come out that things are getting much much better uh we'll continue to
01:24:21.940 take your phone calls. Also, Billy Halliwell is joining us on on principalities. But we'll talk
01:24:32.360 about that coming up in just a minute. Stand by. One of the most frustrating parts of hearing loss
01:24:41.980 is that it can make you really feel disconnected without ever announcing itself. You're still in
01:24:47.380 the room you're still nodding along still showing up but you're working a lot harder just to keep
01:24:52.580 up and sometimes you're guessing more than you'd like to admit and you're just hoping don't ask me
01:24:58.000 anything because i don't know what we're talking about anymore uh what stops a lot of people from
01:25:02.660 doing anything about it is not denial it's the process it's the doctor appointments the multiple
01:25:07.420 visits the adjustments the price tag that makes you go how what so people wait and you shouldn't

01:27:02.860 All right.
01:27:05.380 So let's look at the news of the week.
01:27:07.960 And what were the big stories of the week?
01:27:10.120 What do they all mean?
01:27:11.100 Is there a pattern here that we should look for?
01:27:13.600 Black pill and white pill, both.
01:27:15.740 We're going to hit those here in just a second.
01:27:17.280 First, let me tell you about our sponsor.
01:27:18.560 It's Z Factor.
01:27:19.620 You need a good night's sleep every night.
01:27:21.780 You know, I'm on the radio every day.
01:27:23.080 And if I don't get a good night's sleep,
01:27:25.080 I have honestly had a really bad night's sleep
01:27:26.940 because I don't sleep well without my wife.
01:27:28.620 I just wrote to her last week.
01:27:33.660 I said, I don't want to spend another day for the rest of my life without you by my side every day.
01:27:40.780 I just need my wife, and I love my wife so much.
01:27:45.140 I don't sleep well when I'm away from her, even if I take C-Factor.

01:28:37.700 Okay, so I looked at all the stories that are coming out today, and in case you didn't
01:28:41.940 get our newsletter, you need to, you sign up.
01:28:44.020 It's a free email newsletter at glennbeck.com.
01:28:46.500 It gives you all the stories of the day that I look at.
01:28:48.620 We get to a fraction of them, but they're all the stories that my staff and I are following
01:28:53.660 every day, and we think are important for you to see, to understand the world in which we live.
01:28:59.800 So what are the stories that came out today that I think we need to pay attention to?
01:29:04.160 And some of these happen during the week. They've been unfolding during the week. So let's look at
01:29:08.500 the week here. For years, the Southern Poverty Law Center acted as America's self-appointed
01:29:14.320 moral referee. They have been a bane of our existence for years and years and years.
01:29:19.880 one label from them they label you a hate group and lives were ruined bank accounts were closed
01:29:29.140 companies canceled contracts reputations destroyed no trial no evidence no appeal
01:29:34.860 just their voice that's the verdict that's the truth well finally this week the doj announced
01:29:41.320 that they are under federal indictment and i want to be really careful here because i got a million
01:29:47.220 an axis to grind with these guys but i want to stay focused on what the government said they did
01:29:51.800 a three million dollar fraud scheme what they did was they routed money under fake names opening
01:29:59.200 fake bank accounts hiding payments from donors and cooking the books while they preached morality to
01:30:06.920 everybody else now the media is trying to spin this as they were just paying off you know uh
01:30:12.580 people you know in the neo-nazi group to uh to help them you know uh infiltrate well you can't
01:30:20.160 do that as a 501 if you're the fbi you can do that but if you're a 501c3 you don't have the
01:30:26.560 right to do you can't open fake bank accounts you can't fake wire transfers that's what the
01:30:32.580 whole patriot act is all about okay you can't do it but the media is spinning this into a nothing
01:30:39.720 burger and if it goes nowhere charges a banking fraud if those are real and it goes nowhere we're
01:30:46.240 screwed but even if half of the stuff that the government is alleging is true this was the group
01:30:52.700 claiming to expose nazis and extremism and they may have played a big part in manufacturing some 0.98
01:31:01.240 of it i mean look hate exists nazis exist racists all of that exists but they helped keep it going
01:31:08.220 They made it into a bigger racket and they advertised, you know, the referee was rigging the game.
01:31:15.120 So that credibility should be gone from everybody, but it's not.
01:31:19.560 It's not.
01:31:20.840 But notice this week that everything is beginning to wobble a bit.
01:31:26.100 Perhaps, perhaps some now on the left are seeing why the left or some on the right are seeing why the left reacted the way they did to Elon Musk and TARP.
01:31:37.360 okay they couldn't get them out of washington fast enough they were burning down his businesses
01:31:43.000 okay why we now know if you follow the money the entire house of cards comes down
01:31:50.400 officials are now estimating that now listen to this between 2018 and 2022 two trillion dollars
01:31:59.780 were lost to fraud and corruption we have a budget debt of 40 trillion but in those four years
01:32:08.880 and that was before things really got going in those four years alone they added two trillion
01:32:14.960 dollars to that debt are you kidding me if we could just do tarp and get rid of all of this
01:32:21.400 corruption we would be able to pay down that debt pretty quickly instead of adding take the two
01:32:28.480 trillion and pay down. This is always what happens when the ends justify the means. Truth, integrity,
01:32:38.520 theft, even murder don't matter as long as it serves the higher purpose of what? The destruction
01:32:45.300 of America and the Western world. You saw that last week with Swalwell. Didn't matter. As long
01:32:51.260 as he was helping them, he could get away with anything. The minute he started hurting them,
01:32:55.400 he was out ends justify the means and this same twisted thinking is everywhere listen to this
01:33:04.120 story in houston and we'll have more on this because this is a new story and we don't have
01:33:08.800 all the details yet but in houston two teenage girls two teenage girls were charged with plotting
01:33:15.800 to ram a synagogue and kill as many jews as possible that's a quote from them
01:33:21.100 now thank god they were stopped and let's see what the court's going to do to these two girls 0.97
01:33:28.940 but let me just point this out a society a culture is lost when the nurturing class
01:33:38.460 becomes the killer class understand that guys they are violent by nature they are the protectors
01:33:47.500 Women are the nurturers. When women become a killer class, your culture is over. 1.00
01:33:55.940 But again, why? Why are they becoming a killer culture? Because the ends justify the means. 1.00
01:34:03.900 At UC Berkeley this week, students erupted in applause for a failed Palestine suicide bomber who spoke at Political Prisoners Day.
01:34:14.780 he was trying to kill himself he failed and they brought him on to speak and they held him up as a
01:34:22.660 hero and at the same time the new york times this week gave air time to voices claiming
01:34:29.220 shoplifting is a valid form of political protest i just said ends justify the means that leads to
01:34:36.660 theft to lies to murder you've just seen it this week and this isn't disconnected madness
01:34:45.660 this is what happens when a society lets grievance culture rewrite morality because
01:34:53.620 you've been wronged you can do this those that's all of the seven deadly sins all wrapped up into
01:35:01.060 that, okay? Harm becomes negotiable when you can base it on who's doing it. Good and evil get
01:35:09.880 flipped. And who pays the price? Your children's future. Civilization collapses. And look how it's
01:35:19.540 collapsing. Let's look this week at the cities that have been swallowed by this whole, whole,
01:35:25.480 swallowed whole new york zoran mondani he stood outside of ken griffin's building
01:35:32.260 grinning about i'm taxing the rich i'm gonna make them pay so what did citadel do what was the
01:35:39.240 richest response that's okay we're just not going to invest the six billion dollar redevelopment
01:35:47.260 project that would have created 6,000 construction jobs and 15,000 permanent ones. That's not a
01:35:57.360 threat. That's Capitol walking through the door. That's Capitol saying, okay, we don't have to do
01:36:01.160 that. So who gets hurt? 6,000 construction jobs. Mondami doesn't care about those people.
01:36:08.560 He cares about the elites. He cares about the Columbia educated. He didn't care about the
01:36:14.480 construction workers? The 15,000 permanent jobs? I don't even know what those jobs are.
01:36:19.980 Do they need a college degree? Does he care about those guys? Think of that. 20,000 jobs.
01:36:26.680 One fell swoop. Now, meanwhile, let me white pill you here. On the flip side,
01:36:34.440 red states like Texas and Florida are doing something that would have sounded crazy. In fact,
01:36:39.440 I said it two decades ago.
01:36:42.060 I said it, what, 17 years ago.
01:36:44.740 You're going to see people, and when you see states start to stockpile their gold, we're going to be in real trouble.
01:36:50.560 Well, Florida and Texas are now protecting themselves because of the $40 trillion in debt, the reckless spending, the out-of-control ideas that are coming.
01:37:02.480 If we lose the next two elections, it's coming.
01:37:06.260 And at least two states know this has got to stop.
01:37:09.440 So they're bringing their gold back.
01:37:12.260 I'm going to get into that next week.
01:37:13.580 That's way important.
01:37:15.480 If your state's not doing it, it should.
01:37:18.400 Meanwhile, Virginia is staring down a Democrat-drawn congressional map that could lock in one-party progressive rule and turn it into California 2.0.
01:37:27.600 It's almost already there.
01:37:29.320 Higher taxes, more homelessness, open border spending.
01:37:32.540 We've seen this movie before.
01:37:33.780 I don't know what's wrong with people, but okay, whatever.
01:37:36.940 And now they're saying, well, Florida should do it.
01:37:39.760 Well, nobody wins on this, gang.
01:37:41.520 Once you open this, no one wins.
01:37:43.980 The rule of law goes out the window.
01:37:47.180 Now, the same pressure is hitting America's adversaries abroad.
01:37:51.420 I showed you yesterday what's happening in Canada.
01:37:54.480 They're no longer a free nation, as we've always understood Canada to be free.
01:37:58.060 It's not.
01:37:59.280 And it doesn't look like there's anything that's going to slow them down.
01:38:01.880 Pray for the people of Alberta, quite frankly.
01:38:04.100 That might do the trick.
01:38:05.320 maybe maybe in the middle east we're told today by some podcasters that trump's ceasefire doesn't
01:38:11.360 make any sense wait he's expanded it by two weeks wait first you said no troops and stop the killing
01:38:17.920 so when he does stop the killing you what you want him to start killing again i'm confused i can't
01:38:24.380 follow your your logic here i can't which is it you want him to do war or not do war you want him
01:38:29.440 to negotiate with teeth or not negotiate with teeth i don't i don't get it but so you know
01:38:36.120 everything we said we uh we're probably doing it looks like we are doing now we're negotiating and
01:38:44.180 we're bleeding them dry of their oil of their oil president trump also expanded the israel
01:38:49.620 lebanon ceasefire another three weeks he has carriers in the region he has ordered the navy
01:38:54.320 to shoot and kill any iranian boats that are laying mines in the strait of hormuz it's not
01:38:58.280 like those old mines with the spikes on them and stuff these are down underneath the water 0.93
01:39:01.580 but he sunk most of their submarines if not all of them but he's made it clear nuclear weapons are
01:39:07.080 not going to be allowed and the first time in years bad actors are facing real consequences
01:39:11.080 instead of you know pallets full of cash on their airport tarmac their economy is collapsing some
01:39:18.540 people say it has days before they have to shut down the oil wells and if that happens no income
01:39:23.180 no income they're over no income already their gdp is down over 40 percent because of the last
01:39:29.380 couple of weeks this is bad the supreme leader burned disfigured losing control now i guess to
01:39:35.880 people even more hardline than he is but i don't know what a mullah who's gay i mean how hardline
01:39:40.540 they are i hate to use that phrase but now some bad news the parliament speaker just quit the
01:39:45.940 negotiating team the regime is cracking still talking tough but the hardliners seem to be
01:39:51.220 gaining power but we don't know for sure the the the the news today that came out right before i
01:39:58.240 came on the show is they are sending their team to pakistan to actually engage in talks this week
01:40:04.160 so we could see again another friday where i say to you let's see maybe it's peace by monday maybe
01:40:10.160 not china is also feeling the news it's tightening on their energy supply lines from venezuela to
01:40:18.240 iran caribbia all of that the administration is accusing now beijing of industrial scale campaigns
01:40:28.560 to steal ai from america this is huge huge and we're not just talking tough to protect ourselves 0.87
01:40:36.960 we're actually finally taking real action against china carrying a big stick but not using the full 0.97
01:40:42.980 force of it yet because we don't want to do that back home also this week you should know real 0.65
01:40:49.860 enforcement is returning governor abbott has cut a deal with houston to honor ice warrants after
01:40:54.780 threatening to withhold 114 million dollars in state grants good borders are tom homan has
01:41:01.000 invited pope leo come along with ice come with us on some of these raids so you can see the border
01:41:06.660 and what we're doing with your own eyes and please pope leo i have no problem with the catholics or 0.99
01:41:11.640 you i don't want to fight with any of them but please don't tell us that the muslims are not a
01:41:16.320 problem and we and we shouldn't worry about that your vatican walls were built to keep the muslim 0.98
01:41:23.060 invaders out of vatican city so please learn your own history and don't lecture us about politics 0.60
01:41:28.460 yours is god not politics uh federal agents just dismantled major pieces of the mexican mafia in
01:41:36.980 Southern California. Dozens arrested. Prison leadership hit. Drugs, guns, extortion. All
01:41:42.300 these networks taken down. That's good news. And all of this connects to what?
01:41:51.480 We're making progress. The institutions that lied to us are losing their grip.
01:41:58.400 The moral confusion they spread is being exposed in real time. Don't get me wrong. We are not
01:42:05.920 killing them we are wounding them but if you go after the king you better make sure you take the
01:42:11.680 king out they are not out not by a long shot but yesterday the tides foundation finally found 0.98
01:42:17.820 themselves in the scope of law enforcement but they're going to fight back and in the end they're
01:42:23.060 so old and and exposed now they might just morph instead of die but the economic consequences of
01:42:30.400 bad ideas are starting to hit hard and the enemies who grew bold during the years of weakness are
01:42:37.240 suddenly under real pressure. Unfortunately, so are you. I told you before, it's a race to the
01:42:43.660 finish line. I pray J.D. Vance and the new AG are going to be working hard and fast to stop the
01:42:52.560 bleed of half a trillion dollars a year in corruption imagine imagine if we weren't giving 0.53
01:43:00.160 this money away to ngos and somalis and illegals who were funneling all this money through ngos
01:43:08.700 501c3s and democratic platforms imagine what you could do with that money but this is a stress test
01:43:16.540 for the country some things are cracking some things are holding but i want you to know while
01:43:22.960 we're making progress nothing is set in concrete yet everybody who is working to destroy us
01:43:29.660 everybody who hates trump needs him and anyone who thinks like him out if we can keep the house
01:43:36.180 in the senate and we can somehow win in 2028 we have a chance of killing this virus
01:43:40.620 I mean, this is a virus that, I mean, this has the republic on a COVID vent. We're not off the vent yet. We have to stay vigilant, even with our own side. The House GOP, the FISA extension, without warrant requirement, should worry every single American who values liberty. Make no mistake. Make no mistake.
01:44:03.260 We have to stand against our own side at the same time.
01:44:07.800 But also, don't make the mistake of saying the world is in chaos.
01:44:10.920 It's not.
01:44:12.560 Part of the world is trying to create chaos.
01:44:15.560 Social media will think that everything Trump is doing is chaos.
01:44:18.620 It is not.
01:44:19.920 It's a reckoning.
01:44:22.000 It's a sorting out what is true and what was built on lies.
01:44:26.260 What survives this moment is what we'll build on or rebuild on.
01:44:33.260 And the choice is still ours to make.
01:44:35.640 All right, more in just a second.
01:44:37.600 Paid for by SuperSure Insurance Agency, LLC, a licensed insurance agency.

01:44:50.840 You're busy keeping customers happy.
01:44:52.300 You're managing employees.

01:46:02.180 All right.
01:46:03.340 Jason, I want to come to you as we get ready for Billy Halliwell to come in
01:46:07.720 and talk about something we've been waiting to hear.
01:46:09.960 He was talking to us last week about UFOs,
01:46:12.380 and he brought something up that I thought was really important.
01:46:14.620 We're going to get to that here in a second.
01:46:16.300 Quickly, is there anything on that list of things that we were going to talk about today
01:46:19.760 that I didn't get to yet and we need to?
01:46:22.600 Oh, there's the story of the soldier that made money off of the Maduro raid.
01:46:27.220 Got to get to that today.
01:46:28.100 What do you think?
01:46:28.720 What do you think of that?
01:46:29.760 Oh, he absolutely is in the wrong there.
01:46:32.600 There's no question.
01:46:33.900 You know, endangering the lives of his team and the entire operation.
01:46:37.060 So what he did is he went on, you know, like one of the things that Stu is promoting,
01:46:42.940 You know, these betting sites, or I'm sorry, these, what do they call them?
01:46:47.800 Betting sites.
01:46:48.940 And they bet on, you know, what they think is going to happen.
01:46:51.820 Well, this guy took a lot of money and said, hey, a Maduro raid is going to happen.
01:46:55.520 He got rich.
01:46:56.760 You can't do that.
01:46:57.800 You're in the military.
01:46:59.600 You got to let Nancy Pelosi get rich on things like that. 0.94
01:47:02.880 Not in the military. 1.00
01:47:04.500 You can't do that.
01:47:05.800 And I'm not sure what's going to happen to him.
01:47:07.680 But I'm glad to hear you say that that is a, I mean, that put people in danger.
01:47:12.280 People watch those markets, the prediction markets,
01:47:16.800 and if you're on the wrong side, you look at them and go,
01:47:20.240 what does somebody know?
01:47:21.140 Somebody knows Maduro.
01:47:22.280 They're coming to get Maduro.
01:47:23.720 That was a really bad move, and he should be punished.
01:47:27.120 All right.
01:47:27.980 Billy Halliwell joins us in just a second.
01:47:29.760 So much more left to go.
01:47:42.280 All right, Patreon Mobile. You know, the people who founded this country understood the best way to exist in a society was to strive towards a balance of freedom and moral responsibility.

01:47:59.020 I had a group of people in my office yesterday. They wanted to do business with us. And we have been checking them out for a very long time.

01:49:19.180 So the White House Correspondents Dinner
01:49:21.220 is happening this week,
01:49:22.360 and apparently Donald Trump is going to go to it.
01:49:24.020 You know, the White House Correspondents Dinner
01:49:25.280 started because of Woodrow Wilson.
01:49:27.300 He said, we're letting these people
01:49:28.980 be adversaries to ours.
01:49:30.280 Bring them in.
01:49:31.360 We'll make them our friends. 0.79
01:49:33.120 will you know sleep with them and uh and then they'll be on our side and that's the white house
01:49:38.080 correspondence dinner and you see how they always treat republicans at those things uh this week
01:49:42.220 they're not bringing in a comedian um which you know they should have learned uh the first time
01:49:47.340 uh you know because it turned about on them when they invited don imus does anybody remember this
01:49:51.720 with bill clinton and don imus at the court white house correspondence dinner and as you know nearly
01:49:58.180 Only every incident in the lives of the first family has been made worse by each and every
01:50:03.220 person in this room, the radio and television correspondents, even innocuous incidents.
01:50:09.600 For example, when Cal Ripken broke Lou Gehrig's consecutive game record, the president was
01:50:13.860 at Camden Yards doing play-by-play on the radio with John Miller.
01:50:18.460 Bobby Bonilla hit a double, and we all heard the president, in his obvious excitement,
01:50:22.700 holler, go, baby.
01:50:26.180 I remember commenting at the time,
01:50:29.380 I bet that's not the first time he's said that.
01:50:33.080 Remember the AstroTurf and the pickup?
01:50:39.060 And my point is,
01:50:42.100 there is an innocent event made sinister
01:50:45.100 by some creep in the media.
01:50:48.420 Although, in some cases,
01:50:49.920 the Clintons have not exactly helped themselves.
01:50:52.900 Imagine if back in 1978,
01:50:55.700 Mrs. Clinton had not said to Mr. Clinton,
01:50:58.700 honey, Jim and Susan are here,
01:51:00.140 and they've got some riverfront land
01:51:01.580 for these great vacation homes,
01:51:03.020 and maybe we can make some serious money.
01:51:06.180 And he said, God, I love this Reaganomics.
01:51:10.780 Or later, she said, Bill, I talked to Webb,
01:51:13.420 and he said, put down 600 hours.
01:51:16.940 And he said, wow, that's a lot.
01:51:19.220 She said, yes, I think 60 makes more sense.
01:51:22.700 And recently, somebody said,
01:51:25.180 I don't know.
01:51:26.200 I left him on the table in the book room.
01:51:29.280 Which reminds me, in light of the controversy that surrounded the publication of Mrs. Clinton's book,
01:51:34.480 perhaps Anonymous should have written It Takes a Village. 0.99
01:51:38.080 And then there's Senator D'Amato's book, It Takes a Village Idiot. 0.98
01:51:43.280 It got very quiet in that room. 0.97
01:51:45.920 But Don Imus was, you know, he said the next day,
01:51:49.080 what did you think you were going to get?
01:51:50.920 You invited Don Imus.
01:51:53.040 I miss this legend.
01:51:54.400 All right. Let me go to Billy Halliwell. We'll see what happens. We'll see what we're talking about, if anything, on Monday after the correspondence dinner. Let me go to Billy Halliwell. He is the host of Investigating the Supernatural Miracles, co-host of Quick Start. CBN has this. It's an amazing special on the supernatural and UFOs and everything else. And he gets into the spiritual side, CBN.com slash supernatural.
01:52:19.400 Billy, you were on with us last week, and we were talking about the idea of Ephesians
01:52:26.060 and putting on the full armor of God, and it starts with, you are not fighting flesh
01:52:30.740 and bone.
01:52:31.200 Can you give that quote?
01:52:33.280 Yeah, so it says, put on the whole armor of God, this is verse 11, Ephesians 6, that
01:52:37.380 you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil, for we do not wrestle against
01:52:42.460 flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the
01:52:46.520 darkness of this age against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. That's verses
01:52:51.440 11 and 12 there. So you said that, and I've heard principalities forever. I don't know what
01:52:57.860 principalities really are. Can you take that apart? Because this is so important, because I think this
01:53:03.860 is what we're dealing with now. We are dealing with darkness, real darkness, and our enemies are
01:53:09.180 not our neighbors, but we have deemed them our enemies. Our real enemies are these principalities.
01:53:16.600 Can you explain that? Yeah, absolutely. I mean, look, when we look out at what is happening in
01:53:21.600 the culture, right, we look at politics, we look at our society, and we wonder what in the world
01:53:25.820 is happening. When you read these verses, it's not just talking about demons and evil attacking
01:53:31.220 people. It's talking about, you know, when you talk about principalities, you're actually talking
01:53:35.380 about geographical areas. And so how do we know that? There's some mystery here, but you can go
01:53:40.940 back to the book of Daniel. If you go to Daniel 10, this is really interesting. You dive into this,
01:53:45.740 this Prince of Persia that you see in Daniel 10. And now this is apocalyptic, so you got to be
01:53:50.780 careful with reading too much into it. But what you see is Daniel has this dream, and he's praying
01:53:56.820 to God. He's very disturbed by this dream, and it takes 21 days for this angel to get to him to
01:54:03.220 answer this prayer. The angel tells him that the prince of Persia was actively resisting the angel
01:54:09.100 delivering the message. And so there's a lot going on there, but it's some evidence in Scripture
01:54:13.900 that we actually have some demonic forces, maybe some fallen angels that are actually in charge of
01:54:19.640 geographic areas. And so when you go back into Ephesians, again, it's talking about
01:54:25.140 principalities, powers, and rulers of the darkness of this age. That seems to be talking also about
01:54:31.920 forces that are controlling narratives, right? You think about the media, Hollywood, universities,
01:54:36.980 all these places that we've talked about, we often wonder, why is it so secular? Why is it the way
01:54:41.820 that it is? Well, some of this you can see in Ephesians 6 is pretty much explained in some of
01:54:47.420 these verses. So I don't want to oversimplify, but that gives us a little bit of an overview there.
01:54:51.720 And so that's the warning, and the solution is?
01:54:56.620 Now, you go to verse 13, and this is really interesting.
01:54:59.140 take up the whole armor of God that you may be able to withstand in the evil day and having done
01:55:04.640 all to stand. So it's not saying, oh, you might encounter evil. It's telling you, you are going
01:55:09.460 to encounter evil. And what does scripture tell us? Resist the devil and he will flee. Now, how do
01:55:14.820 you do that? And it's really interesting because as Ephesians 6 goes on, it's essentially talking
01:55:20.460 about this shield of faith, right? Righteousness, pray, scripture, reading the Bible, knowing the
01:55:26.920 Bible. That is the number one thing. The Bible is the truth. When you know it and you understand it,
01:55:31.460 that is your shield of faith and the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit. These are
01:55:35.600 all basically telling you, you know, when we boil it down, if you want to survive this chaos and 1.00
01:55:40.540 actually understand what's going on around us, you've got to live like a Christian. You've got 1.00
01:55:45.180 to look at everything through an Ephesians 6 lens, not through a secular lens, not through,
01:55:50.940 you know, a relativistic lens, whatever you want to believe, whatever you want to feel and do.
01:55:54.720 you have to take everything and compare it to what scripture tells us is true.
01:55:59.440 And so it's interesting because all of these systems, right, they're all being dominated.
01:56:04.800 If God is not at the center of them, they're being dominated by these principalities and
01:56:08.720 these powers and these rulers.
01:56:10.260 And so, you know, I got to tell you, Glenn, I have read this a million times, and it wasn't
01:56:14.640 until the last couple of years and working on these documentaries that I paused and really
01:56:18.980 thought, well, what does this actually mean?
01:56:21.460 And how do we navigate it?
01:56:23.020 Me too.
01:56:23.540 It's amazing.
01:56:24.480 I remember saying in early 2000, you know, imagine what it's like to live in those kinds of days and what could that be like?
01:56:34.180 And it's becoming so clear. 1.00
01:56:36.960 I've never understood how the German people went crazy like they did. 1.00
01:56:40.620 We're seeing it happen here. 1.00
01:56:42.560 We're seeing it.
01:56:43.220 And it's the same ancient evil that is taking rational people and in a way using rational thought.
01:56:51.620 They're using pieces of truth and then perverting the rest of it, and you get so lost.
01:56:58.160 And, you know, if people don't recognize that this is not normal, what we're going through right now is not normal, it's so easy to get lost.
01:57:07.580 So easy.
01:57:08.500 And, you know, one thing that's interesting, going back to that Daniel 10, this Prince of Persia.
01:57:12.300 And again, you know, there's also a Prince of Greece that's mentioned there.
01:57:15.380 And when you look historically, you know, Persia was obviously an issue for the Israeli people at that point, the Hebrew people, but Greece was soon going to become one.
01:57:25.200 And that Prince of Greece is mentioned in there, which is super interesting historically when you look at it.
01:57:29.880 But this Prince of Persia that was going on back then, this force that was in control and holding back those prayers, you wonder if that Prince of Persia is still in effect today in Iran, right?
01:57:39.640 Because Iran is modern day Persia.
01:57:42.060 And so, again, we have to be careful making too many claims here, but what we can say is that we do know from Scripture that there seem to be principalities in control of geographic areas and also powers in control of some of the institutions that we're wringing our hands over. 0.74
01:57:56.800 And I tell you, I think it's, you know, Tucker Carlson came out and talked about how he was, he feels he was attacked by a demon, had claw marks on his back and everything else. And everybody kind of ran by that. But when you see everything that is going on, I don't know if you should dismiss that at all.
01:58:15.000 No, well, explain a lot. And I'll tell you, it explains a lot. And I'll tell you, too. I mean, we encountered these stories and investigating the supernatural. And again, cdn.com slash supernatural that definitively proved to me that this is very real. This is happening. And again, I think we only tend to talk about it happening to people like what Tucker was talking about. That is important. And we focus a lot on that in the film. But then pulling back and saying, well, why are we transitioning children? How do we get to a place?
01:58:42.980 yes yes Heidi where we thought that was okay and it's because we are being manipulated by these
01:58:49.080 forces through the media and Hollywood and everywhere else there was a there was a bishop
01:58:53.260 that um I played something uh from this week that said you know the bible is becoming very
01:58:58.480 inconvenient well yeah it is when you're trying to change the truth it does become inconvenient
01:59:03.460 Billy thank you so much if you haven't checked out his special yet you need to cbm.cbn.com

02:00:25.320 You're on the right end of that sentence.
02:00:28.500 Glenn Beck.
02:00:29.560 Back in a flash.
02:00:37.580 most of us think about protecting our home in very physical ways we lock the doors we install
02:00:44.420 the cameras but there's another way that your home can be targeted and it doesn't involve anyone
02:00:48.800 stepping foot in your property it is actually called home title fraud and it's exactly what
02:00:53.500 it sounds like criminals forge documents they file them with the county they transfer ownership
02:00:58.580 of your home into their name and then once all that happens they can attempt to take out loans
02:01:04.260 against your property or even try to sell it out from under you. The scary part is you don't
02:01:09.100 really know much about this as it's going on. Regular homeowner's insurance doesn't typically
02:01:13.120 protect you from this, and the mortgage company isn't looking for it either. That's why you need
02:01:17.900 home title lock. They monitor your home's title and alert you to any changes that could signal
02:01:22.540 fraud. So you're not left discovering it after the fact, which is a big problem. Something
02:01:28.560 suspicious shows up, you can immediately act and you can knock it out quickly.
02:01:34.260 I've partnered with Home Title Lock for a while now because I want you to be able to protect your equity.
02:01:38.440 I want you to be able to find out if you're already a victim of this because it's devastating if you get caught up in it.

02:02:07.760 Some say the bubbles in an aero truffle piece can take 34 seconds to melt in your mouth.
02:02:12.520 Sometimes the very amount you're stuck at the same red light.
02:02:16.020 Rich, creamy, chocolatey aero truffle.
02:02:19.040 Feel the aero bubbles melt.
02:02:21.060 It's mind bubbling.
02:02:33.380 so this weekend uh i want you to make sure you hear the next episode of the american story
02:02:41.980 podcast it's episode three it's spiritual firestorm how the first great awakening
02:02:48.220 rewired america and it is about the salem witch trials and what that did to america we were just
02:02:54.740 talking billy about you know spirits and everything else and it is important that we take these things
02:02:59.300 seriously, but it's also important that you stand on guard because it can be used against you as
02:03:04.960 well as it was in Salem. Listen to this episode three. Here's a clip from Spirit Spiritual Firestorm
02:03:12.280 episode three of the American Story podcast available everywhere tomorrow.
02:03:18.460 The town doctor, William Griggs, is quickly summoned. He examines them, his face growing
02:03:25.040 more and more pale. He can't detect the obvious physical cause, and so he provides the only
02:03:30.820 diagnosis a Puritan village would accept in New England in the late 1600s. The girls have been
02:03:38.240 bewitched. Betty and Abigail point fingers first at Tetuba, the Paris household slave who is from 1.00
02:03:46.340 the Spanish West Indies. She's a witch, they say. She's tormenting us through dark forces. 0.97
02:03:53.620 Days go by, and the accusations begin to snowball.
02:03:58.820 12-year-old Anne Putnam joins in.
02:04:01.840 Her parents are tight with the Parisians.
02:04:04.280 Then, 17-year-old Elizabeth Hubbard,
02:04:07.280 an orphan who works as a maid in Dr. Griggs' own home,
02:04:11.140 the very man who diagnosed this as witchcraft.
02:04:15.120 Suddenly, Salem Village is aflame with panic.
02:04:19.400 Disembodied spirits, the girls say.
02:04:21.440 They're stabbing them, choking them, pricking them with pins.
02:04:25.760 Soon, the four girls accuse two more women of being witches.
02:04:30.040 Sarah Good, a local beggar scraping by on handouts, 0.56
02:04:34.120 and Sarah Osborne, a sickly widow shunned for her scandalous affair with an indentured servant. 0.70
02:04:42.920 More girls pile on the accusations.
02:04:46.000 The air in Salem is now thick with terror.
02:04:49.700 The whispers are contagious.
02:04:51.460 People are convinced the devil himself is loose in their midst,
02:04:55.080 turning neighbors against neighbors in a frenzy of fear and suspicion.
02:04:58.120 Now what started as a childish game spirals into a nightmare
02:05:03.380 that reclaim lives and shatter a community and echo throughout American history.
02:05:09.840 But this isn't just a tale of hysteria.
02:05:13.540 It reveals a deeper rot in the soul of colonial America.
02:05:18.900 Setting the stage for a spiritual turning point that will reshape the colonies.
02:05:26.140 It is, you know, history of America.
02:05:29.940 You can tell it several ways.
02:05:32.620 The universities tell it, you know, just tell all the bad stuff.
02:05:36.460 Many people on the right tell only the good stuff.
02:05:39.480 I think we need the good, bad, and the ugly.
02:05:42.160 We need true American history because we're all of it.
02:05:46.200 We have done some horrible, horrible things. And if we don't understand those things, we will repeat them. You know, history doesn't repeat exactly, but it rhymes. And we are seeing the same kind of thing where, you know, instead of crying witch, we're crying racist.
02:06:08.180 We are doing the same things that we did in Salem today, and some of those things are real.
02:06:15.640 Some of those things are not.
02:06:17.060 The majority is not, and we're getting lost, and out of this is going to grow a spiritual awakening.
02:06:26.080 This series, The American Story, available in all 10 episodes, commercial-free, available right now at glennbeck.com slash torch.

02:06:59.400 Okay, I faintly remember U.S. history from high school in 1991, and I know for a fact it wasn't this riveting.
02:07:08.500 This is America's 250th birthday, and I just don't see us, it's not like it was in the bicentennial.
02:07:16.520 We're not remembering.
