00:00:19.520 and just thank you got a good show for you today we have uh kind of some 20th anniversary uh
00:00:27.100 flashbacks which are really really good and very very funny kind of wonder like wow what what's
00:00:34.100 happened you know what i mean you know show used to be good now it's just kind of like kind of coasting
00:00:40.580 you know yeah but that's that's our right as americans we're not supposed to work hard
00:00:44.300 you're not supposed to work careers no you work hard at the beginning no and then you coast to
00:00:48.080 the finish line yeah that's the plan so uh so good i'm glad we i'm glad we have that going for us
00:00:53.460 um donald trump is doing something that i think is very reminiscent of ronald reagan and that is
00:01:00.400 uh tweeting uh well not tweeting but talking directly to the people of of a a country of slaves
00:01:09.120 this case iran and the media is doing exactly what they did under the old soviet union uh taking their
00:01:17.380 side the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment
00:01:36.160 hello america
00:01:42.280 it's monday
00:01:45.660 i've been here for a couple of hours and i have uh put all of the show prep together
00:01:54.980 and as i open my microphone for the first time i think almost like when i did my first broadcast over
00:02:05.580 20 years ago now
00:02:06.660 i'm not going to start where i thought i was going to start
00:02:11.820 i want to talk to you
00:02:14.940 i want to talk to you one-on-one
00:02:20.400 and i want to talk to you
00:02:25.800 about time
00:02:29.720 and how much we waste
00:02:34.280 in one minute
00:02:35.820 this is the glenbeck program
00:02:38.480 you know the poet says home is where the heart is and that is absolutely true
00:02:45.860 home also is where the mortgage is uh and funny how the poets generally skip that part of it but
00:02:52.880 while we're on the subject how is your mortgage are you paying more than you'd like it to be
00:02:58.040 are you looking to refinance or maybe get down to a more reasonable rate
00:03:02.620 would you like to consolidate some of your debt and give your get yourself back on track to face
00:03:09.060 a new year
00:03:10.420 or maybe you're just looking to take that first leap into owning a home altogether
00:03:14.740 well whatever it is american financing is there with an answer
00:03:18.580 and a 10-minute phone call could be the first step towards changing your life
00:03:22.200 american financing is a family-owned mortgage company
00:03:25.520 that has been helping people for over 20 years they're the real deal and they frequently save
00:03:30.400 their customers up to a thousand dollars a month sometimes more they have an a plus with the
00:03:35.660 better business bureau over four thousand google reviews i consider them friends it's american
00:03:41.740 financing 800-906-2440 800-906-2440 american financing dot net
00:03:49.940 american financing corporation nmls 182334 www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org
00:04:01.220 thank you so much for listening today
00:04:16.120 i want to talk to you about wasted time
00:04:23.720 and honestly um you know whenever i open the microphone when i first go on everybody knows
00:04:32.360 it was like this in television and drove fox news and cnn and everybody out of their mind because
00:04:41.640 as soon as i open my mouth and we're live
00:04:44.880 i don't know i feel like it's um
00:04:51.240 it's like a date and every time that we
00:04:54.680 i can plan for our date but once we meet
00:04:58.500 it just becomes
00:05:02.120 what i want to say
00:05:04.040 and what i want to do with you and
00:05:05.940 i spent the last few days
00:05:13.800 um
00:05:15.280 in the hospital with my father-in-law
00:05:18.320 and you know how you know since you were a kid and you sat at the kiddies table
00:05:26.020 there were all these generations above you
00:05:31.560 there were your older siblings
00:05:33.880 then you your older cousins
00:05:37.680 and then your parents
00:05:40.540 and then their parents
00:05:42.540 and if you were lucky maybe some people even older than them grandparents or
00:05:47.940 and you've seen them whittled down at the table
00:05:54.360 i was sitting at the foot of my
00:06:03.900 father-in-law's
00:06:05.800 bed
00:06:06.740 i'm now the age he was when i met his daughter
00:06:10.720 and he's had congestive heart failure and his
00:06:23.040 he's had a rough go of it
00:06:31.520 and so friday night i flew the family
00:06:36.860 up to see him
00:06:38.240 and it was good to be
00:06:42.220 a family again
00:06:43.940 and as i
00:06:45.820 looked at everyone in the room
00:06:48.060 as they were all gathered in the hospital room i
00:06:52.140 i realized
00:06:54.060 i'm the next generation to be at the top of the food chain
00:07:01.020 or the bottom of the food chain if god's an eater
00:07:04.220 my father-in-law's worked really hard his whole life
00:07:16.900 and what does he have in the end
00:07:23.300 a great family
00:07:28.040 and a family who loves him
00:07:31.060 at the same time this was going on
00:07:37.100 one of my dear friends
00:07:38.700 who i've known for a long time in fact
00:07:42.120 is the guy who saved my career
00:07:45.180 told me
00:07:49.460 shut up trying
00:07:51.340 stop trying to be somebody that everybody else wants you to be
00:07:54.180 just be you
00:07:55.260 i've worked with him for a very long time
00:08:04.600 20 years off and on
00:08:07.140 and
00:08:10.420 he's been battling
00:08:12.740 kidney failure
00:08:14.980 and he's down to now
00:08:16.340 12 percent
00:08:18.320 kidney function
00:08:20.920 he's got three people lined up ready to go
00:08:23.800 for
00:08:24.160 transplants
00:08:25.700 but at the last minute they found
00:08:28.280 what they think are tumors
00:08:30.960 on his kidneys
00:08:32.640 and if they're
00:08:35.780 cancerous
00:08:37.040 it will most likely be a death sentence
00:08:41.200 because he can't
00:08:42.720 handle the chemo
00:08:44.120 and the therapy
00:08:45.080 and tomorrow morning
00:08:50.300 at 4 a.m.
00:08:51.760 i'll be driving my
00:08:52.980 eldest daughter mary
00:08:54.620 to the hospital
00:08:56.160 for brain surgery
00:08:58.080 when it rains it pours it seems
00:09:10.340 i got in this morning
00:09:17.520 and our
00:09:21.460 head writer and researcher
00:09:23.200 had come in and left right away because
00:09:27.300 his wife had had a car accident
00:09:29.160 and
00:09:29.480 she's okay
00:09:31.000 i used to think that that is
00:09:45.200 because
00:09:46.560 we're about to do
00:09:48.660 something
00:09:49.420 that
00:09:50.440 is important
00:09:51.920 that
00:09:55.620 we're being pulled off track
00:09:59.400 but i'm not so sure that's right
00:10:04.620 anymore because
00:10:05.840 the only thing that's truly important
00:10:08.460 is our children
00:10:12.540 our family
00:10:15.600 if you've been with me
00:10:20.700 for a long time
00:10:21.560 you remember me saying
00:10:24.660 i'm
00:10:24.860 i'm not a good dad
00:10:26.140 i'm not a good dad
00:10:27.180 well it's because i was afraid
00:10:29.860 to be a dad
00:10:30.600 because
00:10:33.360 i didn't really have a good dad
00:10:35.800 or a dad that was there
00:10:37.200 and then i married a good woman
00:10:45.940 who had a good dad
00:10:51.020 and then
00:10:58.840 and then i got sick
00:11:04.560 and i thought to myself
00:11:07.160 i think this might be it
00:11:08.840 and it gave me perspective
00:11:13.180 on what was important
00:11:14.660 and now i wish
00:11:21.120 i had a hundred children
00:11:23.040 i don't think there's
00:11:39.000 i don't care if you're
00:11:46.340 twenty years old
00:11:47.580 there's not a second
00:11:54.860 to waste
00:11:55.960 i thought about this a lot
00:11:59.600 this weekend
00:12:00.240 how much time
00:12:03.260 we waste
00:12:05.700 think of the man hours
00:12:08.440 in this country alone
00:12:09.900 that have just been dedicated
00:12:11.120 to politics
00:12:12.120 think about the
00:12:15.520 the time we have spent
00:12:17.960 the
00:12:18.320 energy we have spent
00:12:20.560 let alone the resources
00:12:23.580 the time we've spent
00:12:25.940 destroying people and things
00:12:30.560 and i don't mean us
00:12:32.340 i mean
00:12:32.920 mankind
00:12:34.080 there are things to be
00:12:45.400 stressed out about
00:12:46.240 but
00:12:46.520 this is not the word
00:12:53.900 i want to use
00:12:54.500 but there are
00:12:55.000 jerks
00:12:55.740 that are going to be
00:12:57.240 around us forever
00:12:58.280 forever
00:13:00.060 not going to change that
00:13:02.460 we're not going to change
00:13:03.200 all jerks
00:13:04.100 i've spent a lot of time
00:13:15.340 this weekend
00:13:16.020 looking at
00:13:20.340 the faith of my daughter
00:13:22.520 the faith of my friend
00:13:26.020 the faith of my father
00:13:27.120 they're all in different
00:13:32.460 places
00:13:33.000 and i wonder
00:13:38.220 who i will be
00:13:40.000 when it's my turn
00:13:43.280 to face
00:13:44.360 something
00:13:45.180 real
00:13:45.900 troubling
00:13:46.600 it's one thing to say
00:13:52.600 you have faith
00:13:53.360 it's another
00:13:55.140 to actually have it
00:13:57.120 my friend who i lost
00:13:58.820 to cancer last year
00:14:00.040 who really had faith
00:14:03.220 who comforted me
00:14:04.640 literally on his deathbed
00:14:06.220 who spoke of
00:14:11.340 his next birth
00:14:12.900 with excitement
00:14:13.980 and that he would
00:14:17.220 see me on the other side
00:14:18.860 you know
00:14:27.300 i tell some of my
00:14:28.020 atheist friends
00:14:28.960 and my good
00:14:30.080 atheist friends
00:14:31.200 understand this
00:14:32.100 who cares
00:14:33.960 who cares
00:14:35.940 if it's real
00:14:36.880 i think it is
00:14:39.980 but if it helps you
00:14:42.260 be a better
00:14:42.920 stronger person
00:14:44.200 who cares
00:14:46.440 it's all a puppet show
00:14:48.440 and
00:14:49.160 i think it's real
00:14:55.600 i know it's real
00:14:58.300 but here's the main thing
00:15:05.040 i discovered this weekend
00:15:06.060 i had a lot of problems
00:15:10.700 early last week
00:15:12.300 i had a lot of things
00:15:14.820 on my mind
00:15:15.640 and a lot of problems
00:15:17.280 and
00:15:17.920 man
00:15:18.880 don't know how
00:15:19.540 i'm gonna get through
00:15:20.200 all of these things
00:15:21.100 and then thursday night
00:15:27.360 the phone call came
00:15:28.360 and now i'm praying
00:15:35.440 not for myself
00:15:36.380 i'm praying for
00:15:37.480 so many others
00:15:39.620 and i think
00:15:44.880 that's the secret
00:15:45.920 i was supposed
00:15:46.620 to learn
00:15:47.640 perhaps
00:15:48.440 no
00:15:52.640 it's something
00:15:55.160 i'm supposed
00:15:55.580 to share with you
00:15:56.460 i want you to call
00:16:01.900 somebody
00:16:02.480 that you think
00:16:04.300 may be struggling
00:16:06.380 or knows of somebody
00:16:10.160 that is struggling
00:16:11.080 and i want you to call
00:16:13.980 them
00:16:14.180 i don't care if you are
00:16:15.400 literally on your deathbed
00:16:16.840 i want you to call
00:16:18.460 them
00:16:18.880 and i want you to ask
00:16:21.640 how can i pray
00:16:24.320 for you
00:16:24.960 i think if we all
00:16:30.220 focus on someone
00:16:31.620 else's issue
00:16:32.620 i think that will be
00:16:35.560 very helpful
00:16:36.300 to all of us
00:16:37.200 if we lose
00:16:42.280 ourselves
00:16:42.920 in somebody
00:16:44.620 else
00:16:45.100 because i just
00:16:47.420 thought of my
00:16:47.900 circle of friends
00:16:48.820 just my circle
00:16:50.480 of friends
00:16:51.180 how many people
00:16:52.460 are impacted
00:16:53.180 by what's
00:16:54.360 happening
00:16:54.860 how many people
00:16:58.040 are impacted
00:16:59.060 by my father
00:17:00.020 by my friend
00:17:01.180 by my daughter
00:17:02.220 and they're all
00:17:05.480 impacted by somebody
00:17:06.620 else
00:17:07.080 i talked to a good
00:17:12.680 friend
00:17:13.020 on thursday
00:17:14.300 who had recently
00:17:18.140 died
00:17:18.780 on the operating
00:17:19.920 table
00:17:20.300 and was brought
00:17:20.820 back
00:17:21.180 i was taking him
00:17:26.080 out to dinner
00:17:26.760 thursday
00:17:27.460 before i got a
00:17:29.920 phone call
00:17:30.420 he said
00:17:33.760 i don't know
00:17:34.220 why i'm here
00:17:34.920 anymore
00:17:35.280 i think i'm
00:17:36.460 done
00:17:37.000 i said
00:17:38.560 no you're not
00:17:39.180 brother
00:17:39.500 no you're not
00:17:42.440 stop thinking
00:17:50.960 about you
00:17:51.700 and i'll stop
00:17:52.860 thinking about
00:17:53.420 me
00:17:53.740 i'll think
00:17:54.280 about you
00:17:54.900 i'll pray
00:17:55.420 for you
00:17:56.000 you pray
00:17:57.560 for me
00:17:58.160 get on my
00:18:01.180 facebook page
00:18:01.880 get on my
00:18:02.360 get on my
00:18:02.940 instagram page
00:18:03.900 and go to
00:18:05.040 one of my
00:18:05.420 posts where i
00:18:06.120 talk about
00:18:06.700 what's going
00:18:07.980 on
00:18:08.400 and i
00:18:10.220 i want you
00:18:11.000 to post what
00:18:11.620 we can pray
00:18:12.300 for each other
00:18:12.980 on
00:18:13.340 don't post
00:18:15.440 about me
00:18:15.880 post about
00:18:16.500 you
00:18:16.880 i want to
00:18:19.060 know what
00:18:19.400 we can do
00:18:20.080 for you
00:18:21.340 back in
00:18:22.960 one minute
00:18:23.380 i want to
00:18:27.080 talk to you
00:18:27.360 about jason
00:18:27.960 jason is one
00:18:28.660 of the real
00:18:29.000 estate agents
00:18:29.640 that we work
00:18:30.120 with at
00:18:30.580 real estate
00:18:31.220 agents i
00:18:31.720 trust and
00:18:32.960 he saw a
00:18:33.380 customer review
00:18:34.020 from a woman
00:18:34.540 named jennifer
00:18:35.200 that was sent
00:18:35.920 to us about
00:18:36.560 him apparently
00:18:37.400 jason helped
00:18:39.260 to turn what
00:18:39.860 have been a
00:18:40.200 very difficult
00:18:40.980 home selling
00:18:41.520 process into
00:18:42.160 something that
00:18:42.680 everybody was
00:18:43.580 eventually happy
00:18:44.300 with you know
00:18:45.320 why because
00:18:47.560 we found out
00:18:48.300 when we when
00:18:49.280 we contacted
00:18:50.140 jennifer he's
00:18:52.520 the kind of
00:18:52.820 guy who put
00:18:53.180 his nose to
00:18:53.680 the grindstone
00:18:54.380 and he worked
00:18:54.900 his butt off
00:18:55.660 from giving
00:18:56.160 advice on the
00:18:56.980 various changes
00:18:57.820 jennifer and her
00:18:58.400 husband could
00:18:58.860 make to the
00:18:59.780 property to
00:19:00.420 improve the
00:19:00.940 appearance to a
00:19:02.080 virtual tour that
00:19:03.160 he suggested and
00:19:04.400 set up to
00:19:05.040 tirelessly juggling
00:19:06.760 all of the
00:19:07.520 different offers
00:19:08.340 that eventually
00:19:08.980 came in jason
00:19:10.780 gave the job
00:19:11.560 everything he had
00:19:12.960 and then some
00:19:13.860 and in the end
00:19:14.640 the house was
00:19:15.220 sold and jennifer
00:19:16.140 and her husband
00:19:16.700 were over the
00:19:17.300 moon about it
00:19:18.000 i was glad to
00:19:19.740 read their report
00:19:20.720 real estate agents
00:19:22.280 i trust it exists
00:19:24.020 because there are
00:19:24.620 people like jason
00:19:25.440 out there there
00:19:27.100 are people like
00:19:27.760 you out there
00:19:29.120 and i am proud
00:19:30.200 to work with
00:19:30.860 them find the
00:19:32.160 real estate agent
00:19:32.900 that will get the
00:19:33.480 job done

00:19:36.000 that's realestate
00:19:36.840 agents i trust
00:19:37.640 dot com we
00:19:38.620 pause for 10
00:19:39.320 seconds station
00:19:40.020 id
00:19:40.280 so we're
00:19:51.040 going to get
00:19:51.320 to uh
00:19:52.120 iran here in
00:19:53.080 just a second
00:19:53.640 iran is it's
00:19:55.040 it's quite amazing
00:19:56.460 how the media
00:19:57.540 seems to just
00:19:58.560 be pushing
00:20:00.040 all of this
00:20:01.220 still uh
00:20:03.000 in fact let's
00:20:03.920 play uh
00:20:04.600 allison camerata
00:20:05.560 from cnn
00:20:06.240 listen to what
00:20:07.420 what they're still
00:20:08.560 doing
00:20:09.080 are you surprised
00:20:10.760 that soleimani's
00:20:12.220 death seems to
00:20:13.220 have united
00:20:13.840 the people we saw
00:20:15.180 something like a
00:20:16.280 million people turn
00:20:17.560 out on the street
00:20:18.460 there to
00:20:19.440 commemorate him
00:20:20.880 well i would
00:20:22.100 dispute the premise
00:20:22.900 that it has united
00:20:24.040 the people certainly
00:20:24.860 not on the streets
00:20:25.600 of iraq you would
00:20:26.340 have to only
00:20:27.040 believe iranian state
00:20:28.840 reporting to think
00:20:29.680 that's true
00:20:30.240 i i hear you but
00:20:31.240 we have seen with
00:20:32.200 our own eyes
00:20:33.060 the crowds
00:20:34.320 the crowd size
00:20:35.380 that did turn out
00:20:36.560 for soleimani's
00:20:37.460 funeral
00:20:37.820 did that surprise
00:20:39.780 you
00:20:40.120 well and in one of
00:20:41.480 the enduring ironies
00:20:42.540 of life we now have
00:20:43.560 the iranian supreme
00:20:44.520 leader talking about
00:20:45.340 crowd sizes in his
00:20:46.380 own country
00:20:46.880 just to be clear
00:20:47.640 are you saying you
00:20:48.380 don't believe the
00:20:49.380 video of the
00:20:50.480 million people who
00:20:51.460 turned out for his
00:20:52.180 funeral
00:20:52.420 no i i have no
00:20:53.760 doubt there are many
00:20:54.540 in iran uh
00:20:55.420 who are are wailing
00:20:56.720 at the death of
00:20:57.840 soleimani
00:20:58.440 it is amazing to
00:21:01.080 me how we have a
00:21:04.640 media and a
00:21:06.040 democratic party that
00:21:07.260 are so lost to the
00:21:09.900 people i don't even
00:21:11.940 i don't even recognize
00:21:13.180 them anymore i don't
00:21:14.880 think they recognize
00:21:16.000 reality anymore they
00:21:19.400 don't see did you
00:21:21.120 miss even i saw this
00:21:23.180 this weekend did you
00:21:24.480 miss all of the video
00:21:26.060 of the people that are
00:21:27.380 on the streets
00:21:28.420 that are chanting
00:21:30.100 death to khomeini
00:21:32.380 they don't want death
00:21:34.680 to america
00:21:35.500 where were your
00:21:37.620 cameras this weekend
00:21:38.760 where are you today
00:21:40.500 where is the media
00:21:42.740 where are the
00:21:44.880 democrats
00:21:45.600 it's truly remarkable
00:21:50.200 how the democrats have
00:21:55.640 left i think even the
00:21:57.040 democrats behind
00:21:58.120 the democratic party
00:22:01.080 has has left
00:22:04.380 the voters
00:22:07.860 behind
00:22:09.120 i i i don't know
00:22:12.380 i don't know a single
00:22:13.520 democrat like this
00:22:14.540 i don't know a single
00:22:16.760 democrat
00:22:17.280 who is
00:22:18.660 who is in as much
00:22:21.520 denial as the
00:22:22.860 democratic party
00:22:23.980 leadership
00:22:24.540 and cnn and the other
00:22:28.700 media sources
00:22:29.680 i spent the weekend
00:22:35.460 with people who should
00:22:36.420 have been in denial and
00:22:37.400 weren't
00:22:37.840 on the toughest of things
00:22:41.040 only to return to work
00:22:43.320 and see the media in
00:22:45.760 absolute denial
00:22:46.780 why
00:22:47.700 why
00:22:48.780 what is it they're afraid
00:22:51.640 of
00:22:51.940 you're listening
00:22:52.780 to glenn
00:22:53.900 beck
00:22:54.620 to save wear and
00:22:56.940 tear on his car
00:22:57.740 paul rides a bicycle
00:22:59.200 six days a week
00:23:00.760 his errands that
00:23:02.260 fill his days
00:23:03.280 the post office
00:23:03.960 the grocery store
00:23:04.660 the laundromat
00:23:05.420 library
00:23:06.380 yeah
00:23:06.940 believe it or not
00:23:08.220 some people
00:23:08.680 still go to the library
00:23:09.960 it's crazy
00:23:10.560 he'll do all of these
00:23:12.160 things we're riding
00:23:12.740 his bike
00:23:13.220 it keeps him
00:23:13.860 healthy and active
00:23:14.840 and paul loves it
00:23:15.900 but he didn't love
00:23:16.740 the knee pain
00:23:17.460 now it was a little
00:23:19.500 at first
00:23:20.020 then it started to
00:23:21.340 shoot
00:23:21.560 and then it was
00:23:21.980 constant
00:23:22.360 pretty soon paul
00:23:22.980 was looking to have
00:23:23.580 to use car
00:23:24.180 all the time
00:23:25.040 instead of just
00:23:25.720 one day a week
00:23:26.560 well paul's now
00:23:28.040 back to his old self
00:23:29.440 you can find him
00:23:30.460 find him riding
00:23:31.320 around town all the
00:23:32.200 time doing all
00:23:32.860 those errands
00:23:33.800 because now he's
00:23:34.660 taking relief factor
00:23:36.100 and it attacks the
00:23:37.380 inflammation that
00:23:38.100 causes much of our
00:23:39.160 pain and it works
00:23:40.000 for 70% of the
00:23:41.440 people who take it

00:27:59.960 no
00:28:01.280 it's the new line

00:28:10.420 it's evil
00:28:11.180 incorporated
00:28:12.820 and it's not just
00:28:15.320 for bad people
00:28:16.240 anymore
00:28:17.240 i think that's what
00:28:20.420 i wanted to call
00:28:20.920 the company at one
00:28:21.640 point
00:28:21.860 you did
00:28:22.280 i think instead
00:28:23.340 of mercury
00:28:23.780 i wanted to change
00:28:24.540 it to evil
00:28:25.160 incorporated
00:28:25.860 nobody would go
00:28:29.160 along with me
00:28:29.680 yeah there's a
00:28:30.320 there's a hesitation
00:28:31.000 that some companies
00:28:32.120 might not want to do
00:28:32.740 business with an evil
00:28:33.580 incorporated
00:28:34.200 that would be
00:28:36.160 i just thought it was
00:28:37.840 i just thought it was
00:28:38.560 more frank than you
00:28:39.960 know uh uh
00:28:41.240 what what is what is
00:28:42.240 google's old policy
00:28:43.960 don't be evil
00:28:45.440 don't be evil
00:28:46.100 and we knew they were
00:28:47.040 so i thought you know
00:28:48.200 why don't we say
00:28:49.120 we're evil even though
00:28:49.980 we're not
00:28:50.660 because everybody
00:28:52.080 thinks we're evil
00:28:53.060 let's just embrace it
00:28:54.820 but no
00:28:55.960 it just seemed like a lot
00:28:56.900 of people were like you
00:28:57.480 know hostess just signs a
00:28:59.160 deal with evil
00:28:59.940 was not
00:29:00.820 i didn't think the
00:29:01.540 press release would
00:29:02.460 look great
00:29:02.960 i thought that would
00:29:04.200 be great
00:29:04.780 we probably wouldn't
00:29:05.900 have gotten the cnn
00:29:06.600 show you know
00:29:07.600 cnn inks a deal with
00:29:09.040 ceo of evil
00:29:10.540 incorporated
00:29:11.100 right
00:29:11.380 yeah probably
00:29:12.200 cnn i mean you
00:29:12.880 might have
00:29:13.440 these days
00:29:14.180 it would
00:29:14.540 it would
00:29:16.080 it would
00:29:16.420 uh all right
00:29:17.640 so there is um
00:29:18.940 there's a couple of
00:29:19.740 things that i noticed
00:29:20.580 in the actual
00:29:22.020 newspaper
00:29:22.540 first of all
00:29:23.280 they still exist
00:29:25.640 newspapers
00:29:26.940 yes
00:29:27.740 i found these
00:29:29.040 at the hospital
00:29:30.120 huh
00:29:30.660 i don't know if
00:29:31.680 they're old antiques
00:29:32.780 or what
00:29:33.560 but uh if so
00:29:35.240 i ripped up their
00:29:35.940 display
00:29:36.420 anyway um
00:29:37.880 the uh
00:29:38.940 there's two stories
00:29:40.320 one this one's out
00:29:41.700 of the new york post
00:29:42.600 and it's women in labor
00:29:44.360 and it just says
00:29:45.600 women
00:29:46.120 overtake men
00:29:48.060 in u.s
00:29:48.960 workforce
00:29:49.700 and it talks
00:29:51.220 about how many
00:29:52.040 women are now
00:29:53.320 on the job
00:29:53.820 and how
00:29:54.380 how well they're
00:29:55.520 doing etc etc
00:29:56.480 then uh
00:29:57.820 from usa today
00:29:58.920 women of the
00:29:59.880 century
00:30:00.420 uh let usa today
00:30:02.520 know who's your
00:30:03.440 inspiration
00:30:04.160 and it talks
00:30:04.920 about all the
00:30:05.540 inspiring women
00:30:06.560 of the past
00:30:07.280 um could we
00:30:10.320 could we just
00:30:12.060 maybe just talk
00:30:13.440 for a second
00:30:14.060 about i don't
00:30:15.660 know guys
00:30:16.660 no
00:30:18.140 no no we can't
00:30:19.640 no we can't
00:30:20.720 okay all right
00:30:21.700 well i mean
00:30:23.040 because we're
00:30:23.860 tearing apart
00:30:24.580 all of the guy
00:30:25.660 icons anybody
00:30:26.760 who is a good
00:30:27.840 guy anybody
00:30:28.620 who we used
00:30:29.580 to look up
00:30:30.180 to and anybody
00:30:31.520 who's actually
00:30:32.820 you know a
00:30:34.460 sign of any
00:30:35.700 kind of virility
00:30:36.780 at all is
00:30:38.020 out have you
00:30:39.720 seen this
00:30:40.560 ties into what
00:30:41.460 you're talking
00:30:41.820 about the
00:30:42.420 aeronauts on
00:30:43.740 amazon yes
00:30:44.980 do you know
00:30:46.060 the story no
00:30:46.940 um it's uh
00:30:49.880 it's about a
00:30:50.420 meteorologist in
00:30:51.220 1862 who goes
00:30:52.620 up in a hot
00:30:53.160 air balloon
00:30:53.580 yes with a
00:30:54.820 pilot yes uh
00:30:56.280 the pilot is a
00:30:57.040 woman right
00:30:57.940 uh a wealthy
00:30:59.060 woman except
00:31:00.200 no the woman
00:31:01.380 was a man but
00:31:02.700 they changed her
00:31:03.760 in the movie for
00:31:04.940 some reason to
00:31:06.180 be a woman well
00:31:07.400 this is an actual
00:31:08.720 event that really
00:31:10.240 happened an
00:31:11.300 important event in
00:31:12.500 human history it
00:31:13.800 was a man who
00:31:15.540 piloted that hot
00:31:17.140 air balloon and
00:31:18.420 for some reason
00:31:19.140 they saw fit to
00:31:20.440 make it into a
00:31:21.260 woman because
00:31:21.780 there are no
00:31:22.400 stories anymore
00:31:23.260 you can't have
00:31:24.900 you go to
00:31:26.360 i this is my
00:31:28.120 last book with
00:31:29.980 simon and
00:31:30.440 schuster uh
00:31:32.160 and uh it's
00:31:33.200 been a glorious
00:31:34.320 glorious wonderful
00:31:35.740 ride and i
00:31:36.780 appreciated everything
00:31:38.000 that they've done
00:31:38.740 um now some
00:31:41.640 would say that
00:31:43.140 when it comes to
00:31:44.800 uh fiction books
00:31:46.980 all publishing
00:31:48.880 houses are now
00:31:50.540 saying you can't
00:31:52.260 do that story with
00:31:53.380 that strong male
00:31:54.280 character and
00:31:55.100 they're saying it
00:31:55.860 can't do it with
00:31:56.420 a strong male
00:31:57.020 character because
00:31:58.380 boys aren't
00:31:59.420 reading books
00:31:59.980 anymore well
00:32:01.000 maybe boys aren't
00:32:01.900 reading books
00:32:02.440 anymore because
00:32:03.220 there is no
00:32:04.020 strong male
00:32:04.800 characters right
00:32:06.720 i mean yeah
00:32:07.600 everything has
00:32:08.800 everything is being
00:32:09.820 dictated i talked
00:32:10.680 to somebody who
00:32:11.380 just left the
00:32:12.140 publishing world
00:32:12.940 uh themselves and
00:32:14.400 they said they
00:32:15.520 write fiction for
00:32:16.700 young adults they
00:32:17.640 can't do it
00:32:18.540 anymore they said
00:32:20.060 everything is being
00:32:21.120 dictated you have
00:32:22.100 to have these kinds
00:32:23.260 of norms you have
00:32:24.660 to have this kind
00:32:25.800 of storyline you
00:32:27.080 have to have a
00:32:27.700 strong female
00:32:28.720 protagonist what
00:32:30.760 is left for the
00:32:31.700 boys i mean this
00:32:33.780 society is so crazy
00:32:35.520 i'm not anti-union
00:32:38.420 i'm not and i'm
00:32:40.980 not anti-corporation
00:32:42.440 i don't think the
00:32:44.080 average person is
00:32:45.220 i like balance i
00:32:48.120 like when the
00:32:49.440 corporation isn't
00:32:50.780 so far out of
00:32:52.040 control that they
00:32:53.020 can squash the
00:32:54.120 worker and i like
00:32:55.780 it when the union
00:32:56.820 is there to bring
00:32:58.960 that corporation
00:32:59.960 back into reality
00:33:02.180 and be good to the
00:33:03.780 worker why why
00:33:06.800 must we always do
00:33:07.960 extremes
00:33:08.560 unions weren't
00:33:11.460 bad originally
00:33:12.720 they were necessary
00:33:14.040 unions now are
00:33:16.540 out of control but
00:33:17.760 here's what's crazy
00:33:18.700 so are some
00:33:19.980 corporations
00:33:20.720 yeah
00:33:22.240 why is it
00:33:25.440 always why
00:33:26.380 why do we have to
00:33:27.260 destroy the boy
00:33:28.600 to lift up the
00:33:30.400 girl yeah
00:33:30.940 it shouldn't be that
00:33:32.860 way but it
00:33:33.660 it it is right
00:33:35.640 now it is and
00:33:36.720 you and you look
00:33:37.240 at hollywood too
00:33:37.940 and all the movies
00:33:38.560 that are coming
00:33:39.000 out are are
00:33:40.640 seemingly all
00:33:41.920 female based as
00:33:42.820 well there's the
00:33:43.540 female hero in
00:33:45.540 virtually all of
00:33:46.520 them books movies
00:33:48.480 tv shows
00:33:49.400 yeah and it's such
00:33:50.760 a strange star
00:33:51.460 wars right like
00:33:52.360 star wars every
00:33:53.720 everything right and
00:33:54.620 there's nothing wrong
00:33:55.280 with having those
00:33:56.100 stories too right
00:33:57.440 they should both
00:33:58.340 exist but it
00:33:59.340 doesn't have to be
00:33:59.960 all i went to a
00:34:01.380 bookstore for my
00:34:02.420 granddaughter and
00:34:03.640 uh and i was
00:34:04.840 looking for a
00:34:06.220 book and all i
00:34:09.080 could find all i
00:34:10.360 could find and i
00:34:10.920 have no problem
00:34:11.740 but all i could
00:34:13.100 find were great
00:34:14.380 american hero
00:34:16.120 women now i
00:34:18.620 happen to be
00:34:18.960 looking for a
00:34:19.460 little girl that's
00:34:20.220 fine but as i'm
00:34:22.060 looking and i
00:34:23.080 notice it's all
00:34:25.440 girls it's all
00:34:27.220 women where are
00:34:28.900 the men's stories
00:34:29.860 yeah and it seems
00:34:30.680 like they're what
00:34:31.680 to this movement
00:34:33.380 of like political
00:34:34.240 correctness and and
00:34:35.240 this movement where
00:34:36.120 this woke culture
00:34:37.040 right is theoretically
00:34:38.500 designed to get rid
00:34:40.780 of these past
00:34:41.500 injustices right
00:34:42.520 where like there
00:34:43.140 was racism or
00:34:44.020 sexism that's the
00:34:45.900 thing like back if
00:34:46.780 you look back at
00:34:47.400 the look back at
00:34:48.380 the racist era the
00:34:49.600 era the uh the
00:34:50.960 sexist era the
00:34:52.260 anti you know the
00:34:53.260 homophobic era
00:34:54.080 right what you would
00:34:54.700 say is that identity
00:34:57.080 was incredibly important
00:34:58.900 right like that's you
00:35:00.020 look at like a
00:35:00.480 richard spencer today
00:35:01.440 identitarian like
00:35:02.400 you're that is what
00:35:03.700 defines you the only
00:35:04.740 thing that defines you
00:35:05.540 is your skin color is
00:35:06.540 your sexual uh
00:35:07.580 orientation is it
00:35:09.040 your gender whatever
00:35:09.800 it is nationality and
00:35:11.240 to supposedly fight
00:35:12.860 against that here we
00:35:14.140 are again where now
00:35:15.480 the only thing that's
00:35:16.520 important is your
00:35:17.260 gender or your color
00:35:18.400 or your sexual
00:35:19.180 orientation instead of
00:35:20.580 people just being
00:35:21.580 individuals and being
00:35:22.580 known for their
00:35:23.480 individual characteristics
00:35:24.680 used to say all
00:35:25.900 jokingly on the air
00:35:26.820 all the time uh that
00:35:28.500 i don't hate people
00:35:29.200 because of their skin
00:35:30.120 color or their gender
00:35:31.040 i find good reasons
00:35:32.420 to hate people because
00:35:33.680 i get to know them and
00:35:34.740 then i hate them and
00:35:36.060 like that that is like
00:35:38.460 where we just spend the
00:35:39.560 time spend the time
00:35:40.620 good quality hate
00:35:41.800 exactly and it's like
00:35:42.920 people don't people
00:35:44.580 don't respect that
00:35:45.640 anymore like the whole
00:35:46.600 that that was it was
00:35:47.880 like identity is really
00:35:49.340 important and then
00:35:50.020 martin luther king
00:35:50.920 comes in and says you
00:35:51.560 know skin color is not
00:35:52.560 your identity like you
00:35:53.660 you're you're supposed
00:35:54.500 to be you know content
00:35:55.640 of your character and
00:35:56.960 we've gone way past
00:35:58.040 that now where that
00:35:58.760 is like ancient
00:35:59.900 history and now it is
00:36:01.340 the most important
00:36:01.880 thing again you just
00:36:03.360 have to now like a
00:36:04.660 different group of
00:36:05.540 people and like that's
00:36:06.840 just insanity that's
00:36:08.380 that we that's not
00:36:09.340 evolution that's not
00:36:10.420 progressive that's
00:36:12.040 regressive we're going
00:36:13.040 back to the old days
00:36:14.120 we're just picking
00:36:14.560 different groups so
00:36:17.300 where do we gain where
00:36:18.320 where are we and
00:36:19.560 that's the thing that i
00:36:20.580 think people are sick
00:36:21.640 of i don't think people
00:36:23.520 mind nobody might the
00:36:25.200 reason why political
00:36:26.340 correctness gets a
00:36:27.540 toehold is because good
00:36:29.900 people don't mind they
00:36:31.640 don't want to hurt
00:36:32.340 people they don't want
00:36:33.800 to upset people because
00:36:36.360 you're you're you know
00:36:38.400 handicapped and okay
00:36:40.440 handicapable whatever but
00:36:43.520 then it moves to a place
00:36:45.560 to where wait a minute i'm
00:36:48.260 offending everyone else now
00:36:50.360 we've got preferred pronouns
00:36:51.640 and and do we even draw
00:36:54.200 the line there i'm not
00:36:55.420 going to call a person
00:36:56.160 they or them it just
00:36:59.220 doesn't make any sense to
00:37:00.580 me i'm sorry i'm not
00:37:02.140 going to refer to you in
00:37:02.980 the plural we know
00:37:04.140 somebody whose child we
00:37:06.420 all knew and we all were
00:37:08.560 you know in our 30s when
00:37:10.860 we knew that is now a
00:37:12.620 them their preferred pronoun
00:37:15.440 is them or they they them
00:37:17.460 they them it's always more
00:37:19.060 than one yeah and it's
00:37:20.260 like wait wait wait what
00:37:21.840 happened what happened to
00:37:23.400 you what happened to you
00:37:25.320 that's ridiculous you're not
00:37:28.560 a they you're not you're not
00:37:31.600 you're not more than one
00:37:32.600 person English no it's not
00:37:35.100 we used to call that the
00:37:36.240 royal we what is that the
00:37:37.320 royal we yeah no no now it's
00:37:40.040 just a preferred pronoun
00:37:41.440 all right want to talk to
00:37:52.220 you a little bit about car
00:37:53.080 shield i have absolutely no
00:37:56.060 idea how cars work uh no
00:37:58.380 idea and i learned that
00:38:00.340 while i something went wrong
00:38:02.800 on the side of the road and
00:38:03.740 i opened up the hood and i
00:38:04.980 realized i don't even know
00:38:06.400 what i'm looking at why did i
00:38:07.620 get out of my car and open up
00:38:08.720 the hood absolutely no idea
00:38:11.680 somebody i pulled over
00:38:13.460 somebody was uh slid off the
00:38:15.240 side of the road and uh so
00:38:17.900 i stopped this woman sitting
00:38:20.720 in her car god bless her and
00:38:22.860 i pull up in my truck and i
00:38:24.440 said can i help you and she
00:38:26.340 looked at me like i was just
00:38:27.780 like an alien and she said
00:38:29.780 yeah you could take out your
00:38:32.100 tow cable and you could you
00:38:34.040 could pull me out i was like
00:38:36.960 well a that's a little rude
00:38:38.940 uh but b i don't even know
00:38:42.020 if i have a toolkit where
00:38:43.160 would i find one of those how
00:38:44.540 would i hook that up i have
00:38:45.820 no idea i just rolled up my
00:38:47.460 window and drove away

00:40:34.560 know he yeah he one time i was in a
00:40:39.000 meeting with chairwoman maxine
00:40:40.600 waters and two other colleagues
00:40:41.960 about pushing this uh amendment to
00:40:44.140 stop fossil fuel investment us the
00:40:45.940 government stop investing in fossil
00:40:47.300 fuels and he whispers to me mom can
00:40:49.880 i have a piece of paper and of course
00:40:51.500 he doesn't know how to whisper um and
00:40:54.140 i give him this piece of paper you know
00:40:55.560 he sometimes likes the sketch so i'm
00:40:57.960 thinking he's drawing over there before
00:40:59.560 before that meeting ended he handed
00:41:01.540 me the piece of paper i had posted it
00:41:03.640 and he said mom you got to tell him
00:41:06.060 he says we only have until 2030 like
00:41:08.600 he was giving me these talking points
00:41:10.560 and at the end of the meeting i put it
00:41:14.860 up and i share it to share me share
00:41:16.440 chairwoman waters and my colleagues and
00:41:18.600 she just smiled and i thought to myself
00:41:21.020 god if we could just clear the room and
00:41:22.660 sometimes put kids in the room yes
00:41:24.640 wouldn't it be great her kid believes
00:41:28.980 that 2030 we're done is you're bragging
00:41:34.240 about that what kind of hope does your
00:41:37.540 child is your child growing up with what
00:41:40.040 kind of hope do they have if they
00:41:42.360 believe the world is over in 2030 and by
00:41:44.880 the way new year's day 2031 what are
00:41:49.900 they going to think of you
00:41:50.980 you're listening to glenn beck
00:41:55.800 if i'm ever going to prison the first
00:42:08.860 thing i do is claim to be a woman

00:42:14.160 then i just be beaten up by women every

00:43:56.060 recipient of the edward r murrow award for
00:43:58.880 investigative reporting and then and then
00:44:01.560 she became very unpopular because she
00:44:03.780 started reporting the truth about
00:44:05.420 benghazi and then she went crazy and
00:44:09.220 started saying the government was spying on
00:44:11.660 her
00:44:12.060 oh looks now like she can name names and
00:44:19.040 some of the people who were doing the
00:44:21.040 spying apparently are flipping on the

00:44:46.760 were just numbers to you except not
00:44:49.540 anymore you're standing in the tornado
00:44:51.820 path of wreckage marking the trail of
00:44:55.120 the person who just decided one day it
00:44:57.040 was your turn to be the victim one thought
00:45:00.000 the swirls round and round in your head
00:45:01.940 would begin to assess the physical

00:46:06.180 Cheryl Ackeson is investigative reporter
00:46:19.320 she's the host of full measure with
00:46:20.880 Cheryl Ackeson
00:46:21.680 and she joins us now
00:46:24.600 welcome to the program Cheryl
00:46:26.700 why thank you thanks for having me
00:46:29.340 sure so
00:46:30.160 everybody said well not everybody
00:46:32.880 the press made you look like a loon
00:46:36.280 and a crazy person when you were
00:46:38.380 reporting the facts on Benghazi
00:46:39.820 and then I'll never forget the video
00:46:42.660 that you you took maybe you were in a
00:46:45.440 hotel room or something I can't I can't
00:46:47.020 remember exactly but I remember you
00:46:48.600 having on your phone tape of someone
00:46:51.660 turning on your computer and I think
00:46:53.740 deleting things from your computer was
00:46:55.700 that what was happening
00:46:56.480 well that was way after the initial
00:46:59.380 forensics and discovery of the government
00:47:01.080 intrusion on a third computer
00:47:02.920 yes while I was working
00:47:04.920 there was a remote access and hyper
00:47:07.980 quick deletion before my very eyes
00:47:10.360 of something that is not possible to do
00:47:13.200 by holding down a key yourself or
00:47:15.020 anything like that
00:47:15.980 and yes Media Matters launched an
00:47:18.480 effort to talk to a supposed
00:47:20.720 forensics expert who had never looked
00:47:22.620 at any of these computers who declared
00:47:24.380 I was holding down my backspace key or
00:47:27.760 that it was stuck and therefore none of
00:47:29.460 the computer intrusion story was true
00:47:31.340 and it was all just you know sort of
00:47:33.560 made up craziness I don't I think and I
00:47:36.840 don't think it took hold as much as they
00:47:38.520 hoped I mean that was widely reported in
00:47:41.100 the liberal press but I do think most
00:47:44.440 people understood we have and had the
00:47:47.400 forensics that prove the government
00:47:48.680 intrusion from the start and now as you
00:47:50.920 said we have a federal agent former
00:47:53.320 federal agent involved in the
00:47:54.620 surveillance who is admitted being part
00:47:57.320 of it and helped us with some information
00:47:59.020 okay so tell me how that came about
00:48:01.980 how did you how did you get this how did
00:48:06.740 this guy flip or this woman flip and and
00:48:11.060 why the lawsuit that I fought for about
00:48:15.140 six years at great expense with the
00:48:18.160 government fighting every step of the
00:48:19.540 way so I never got a page of discovery
00:48:21.420 was ultimately dismissed last year with
00:48:24.000 the main judge although there was a great
00:48:26.120 dissenting judge who disagreed but the
00:48:27.820 main judge saying I should have the
00:48:29.940 names of the agents not just the
00:48:31.400 forensic proof showing the government did
00:48:33.460 it I needed to know the names of the
00:48:34.960 people who were involved and we argued
00:48:37.500 we can't do that unless we get discovery
00:48:39.580 so it was this horrible loop right but we
00:48:42.880 put out sort of an all call for
00:48:44.440 information because we're at a dead end if
00:48:46.420 that's what was required and we were
00:48:49.120 contacted by a number of people that have
00:48:51.160 been vetted not by me so I have limited
00:48:53.960 information but my attorneys have been
00:48:56.120 researching and vetting people for four
00:48:58.640 to five months and as for motivation I
00:49:01.860 don't know except it could be you know
00:49:04.280 these are shady characters involved in
00:49:05.960 doing this you can imagine the federal
00:49:07.380 agents would be willing to do illegal
00:49:09.240 surveillance on lots of Americans
00:49:11.280 according to this information not just
00:49:13.040 me that's all along why this was
00:49:14.960 important it wasn't because of me but
00:49:17.300 one of the people we name in the lawsuit
00:49:19.400 is a former secret service agent who's
00:49:21.860 in prison for other government corruption
00:49:23.340 already so these are the kinds of
00:49:25.620 people you're dealing with that you have
00:49:27.160 to sort through the truth and sort
00:49:29.960 through their information and and my
00:49:32.320 vetters think that they have very good
00:49:34.480 information now will it be enough to
00:49:36.700 convince the judge to let us open this
00:49:38.580 case with the names I don't know so
00:49:41.240 Cheryl it would it would be kind of
00:49:44.940 comforting to know that these were all
00:49:47.320 rogue agents but do you believe that that
00:49:51.760 is true is that what the evidence is
00:49:54.020 showing you that these might be all rogue
00:49:55.980 agents or was there coordination
00:49:57.720 there was according to our information
00:50:01.000 coordination out of a sort of a task
00:50:04.220 force you could call it run out of the
00:50:05.640 U.S. Attorney's Office in Baltimore at
00:50:07.540 the time under then U.S. Attorney Rod
00:50:10.400 Rosenstein with a task force of people
00:50:13.400 that included FBI secret service
00:50:16.700 contractors that were tasked sometimes to
00:50:20.780 ATF DEA secret service and FBI this is a
00:50:24.720 group that and I believe this is just my
00:50:27.620 theory based on information I have from
00:50:30.460 people who work on the inside there are
00:50:32.120 numerous dark groups that do work like
00:50:34.940 this totally outside the FISA process I
00:50:37.320 mean people have asked whether FISA warrant
00:50:39.800 should be approved but we knew all along
00:50:42.660 there was no FISA warrant on me I had
00:50:44.540 sources that told me that so we knew all
00:50:47.100 along that the spying on me was done
00:50:48.700 outside the system entirely sort of this
00:50:50.800 extra legal system that happens yes I
00:50:55.800 believe with the knowledge of important
00:50:57.820 people inside the Department of Justice
00:50:59.460 therefore Glenn we're at this loggerheads
00:51:02.340 where no matter what we know even if the
00:51:05.500 guys bring themselves in handcuffs to me or
00:51:07.960 to the government to the court the Department
00:51:09.640 of Justice doesn't want to hear it doesn't
00:51:11.680 want to prosecute themselves it still goes
00:51:13.860 nowhere unless there's I guess somehow
00:51:16.400 enough public pressure for people to say do
00:51:18.820 something so the the Justice Department I
00:51:24.620 mean we've lost we've lost justice and
00:51:27.960 intelligence in this country in more ways
00:51:30.960 than one but those two departments I think
00:51:34.160 are really really screwed up they were
00:51:37.700 they were turning a blind eye at at best
00:51:44.200 but I think the corruption starts at the
00:51:47.380 very very top is there any indication to
00:51:51.160 you that any of this stuff because I mean
00:51:54.280 Trump is is is paying the price for this
00:51:56.760 kind of corruption himself right now is
00:51:59.920 there any any clue that this stuff is
00:52:02.620 going to be cleaned up is there anybody that
00:52:04.680 is is right going to ride into the rescue
00:52:07.640 here so far sadly no I mean nothing has
00:52:12.040 changed for us in fighting our lawsuit at
00:52:14.680 Department of Justice between the Obama
00:52:16.400 administration and the Trump administration
00:52:18.080 the same people are still fighting it they
00:52:20.540 don't seem to care about the forensics which
00:52:22.680 again these are undeniable forensics it's not
00:52:25.040 something you can dispute as to whether the
00:52:27.220 government software and the government's IP
00:52:29.360 addresses were involved they're still fighting
00:52:31.820 it instead of doing the obvious which they
00:52:33.700 should say boy this is serious we need to get
00:52:36.660 to the bottom of who may have done this
00:52:38.140 they're they're you know in essence covering
00:52:40.820 up and obstructing and I don't know what to do
00:52:44.180 about that except to say that in my view there
00:52:47.760 are still people in important places that don't
00:52:49.900 want things like this to come to light and I think
00:52:52.600 that's in part because as I said this is way
00:52:55.780 bigger than just the surveillance on me who cares
00:52:58.360 about that other than me but this was done we
00:53:02.120 believe and our information says on hundreds of
00:53:04.420 innocent US citizens and other journalists I just
00:53:07.020 happen to have the intel contacts to get the
00:53:09.620 forensics exam and and prove it so tell me exactly
00:53:13.300 what they were doing to you and what you think they
00:53:17.040 might be doing to others they were around March of
00:53:20.960 2011 surveilling me ATF agents who were involved in
00:53:26.140 exposing the illegal fast and furious operation that
00:53:29.160 the government had denied at first moving weapons into
00:53:32.240 a sovereign nation of Mexico into the hands of Mexican
00:53:35.240 drug cartels and they were ineffectively monitoring
00:53:40.340 everything I did on my computer through government
00:53:42.440 software proprietary only to the US government intel
00:53:45.680 agencies that we see in our computer in my computers
00:53:49.620 while I was at CBS so they could monitor all my key
00:53:53.220 strokes they got into the CBS program CBS announced this
00:53:56.860 by the way there's not any disputing this that you know
00:53:59.500 the programs were their computers were infiltrated not
00:54:02.600 just my forensics but we hired a separate forensics team at
00:54:05.460 CBS that confirmed the intrusions and they were able to
00:54:10.900 use Skype you know I don't use Skype anymore because I
00:54:13.840 didn't know at the time it can be activated silently by
00:54:17.960 government or government software they can listen in on what your
00:54:21.460 conversations are without you knowing it and they could
00:54:23.540 exfiltrate files through Skype which they did
00:54:26.700 they had which means they can go in which means they can go in and
00:54:31.140 take files that you have on your computer that are not related to Skype
00:54:35.620 and take them without you knowing yeah right they could remotely operate my
00:54:41.220 computer at any given time you know they can set up an operation where they
00:54:45.460 can access it as if they were sitting at your computer I mean all kinds of
00:54:49.880 things basically wanting to know I assume what I was working on what I was
00:54:54.080 about to report and most importantly what Obama officials or administration
00:54:58.440 folks were talking to me and giving me the information that I was using to
00:55:02.220 break stories with
00:55:03.740 who do you think this affects in the real world
00:55:10.100 what I think some people may miss about all of this is if they are there were
00:55:18.020 three classified documents planted in my computer as well
00:55:21.100 and a lot of what do you mean what do you what do you mean planted in your
00:55:24.540 the forensics show that deep in my operating system in a place I didn't even know
00:55:29.220 existed because I don't know that much about computers there were government
00:55:32.780 classified documents that I didn't put there so the conclusion was that someone
00:55:37.120 obviously put them there are they trying to frame somebody for having
00:55:42.960 supposedly given them to me so they could take action against an insider I mean who
00:55:47.380 knows why they did that but to all the people who say I don't care if the
00:55:52.100 government listens to me and I do hear this because I don't do anything wrong I
00:55:55.380 don't have anything in there well imagine the mischief that can occur if the
00:55:59.860 government's not on your side or if there are bad actors inside the
00:56:03.060 government who are willing to do bad things you know to make you look guilty
00:56:07.560 or to make it seem like you've done something there's other information that's
00:56:12.920 not in the complaint yet that's very chilling that I don't want to talk about
00:56:17.240 yet for legal reasons but this kinds of stuff they were allegedly doing to me and
00:56:22.440 other Americans would just you know it's even more chilling than what I've
00:56:26.520 described so we should all be concerned and when do you file that well the
00:56:33.060 complaint is filed we'll get details and depositions and subpoenas and all of
00:56:38.640 those things if if this case is allowed to move forward and that's where I think a
00:56:43.900 lot more information comes out how can the average person get involved in help in
00:56:48.360 this if they want to Cheryl well I think if this had been paid more attention to as
00:56:53.200 well as some other red flags we wouldn't have had the 2016 abuses this is
00:56:57.800 really important if if these things aren't resolved we're just going to
00:57:01.120 expect more of the same so I would say can you tell the Trump administration the
00:57:07.080 Justice Department tweet say publicly whatever you can do don't sweep it under
00:57:12.160 the rug don't let it be swept under the rug investigate this Baltimore task force
00:57:16.000 that was conducting allegedly conducting surveillance on hundreds of
00:57:19.060 Americans and journalists and government whistleblowers and so on you know don't
00:57:23.820 let it go away regardless of what happens to my individual case it's just too
00:57:28.440 important Cheryl thank you keep us up to speed on this and thank you for all
00:57:33.800 you're doing and I know what it's like to fight the government and I don't think
00:57:38.760 the average person I mean my eyes were were opened to a new reality when I had to
00:57:47.300 fight a lawsuit and the government had all of the information and I happen to have
00:57:54.880 been passed all of the information but the court wouldn't accept it right unless it
00:58:00.500 came from the government and the government wouldn't release it and I mean it's
00:58:06.060 when they decide you're done you're done right and they have unlimited tax money I do
00:58:13.680 up some advocates that have started on GoFundMe a fourth amendment litigation fund
00:58:18.400 Cheryl Atkinson that's the only way I mean I'm still like deep in a hole but they have
00:58:23.260 spent millions of taxpayer dollars obstructing this they can go on forever you know they
00:58:27.400 can just do do as much as it takes that's the sad part they can print money you can't
00:58:32.400 Cheryl thank you very much thank you you bet investigative reporter Cheryl Atkinson who has
00:58:39.360 been under the thumb of the government for quite some time this is stuff that if we don't stop
00:58:45.540 it now we don't stop it and we become Mexico or Russia and there are people I can guarantee
00:58:53.740 you there are people on both sides of the aisle that don't mind this stuff because yeah they'll
00:59:00.400 not use it for bad it's just the other side they've got to use it to stop the other side I'm telling
00:59:05.800 you if we don't stop this stuff if we don't investigate if we don't clear our intelligence
00:59:13.560 and justice department we don't make it and we become a very very dark state

01:00:50.520 Glenn it's interesting listening to that Sheryl Ackeson thing because we there's something that
01:01:05.100 happened over the past uh few days with Paul Krugman have you have you followed this at all
01:01:09.760 yeah that that he says somebody's putting child porn on his computer yeah so he tweets out kind
01:01:15.100 of out of nowhere hey I'm on the phone with tech support they're telling me there's a bunch of
01:01:18.460 child porn on my computer someone's been putting it on there and everyone immediately sort of jumps
01:01:24.600 to this idea understandably that it seems like maybe he's trying to get out ahead of something
01:01:29.740 right it seems like oh well soon you're gonna be reading about something and I want you to know that
01:01:34.820 that's that wasn't me you know that's that's that's bad people planting stuff there and you know
01:01:42.680 I don't know to me probably you're going to I don't know as soon as you find out about this
01:01:47.000 you're going to FBI the last thing you're doing is tweeting about it right like it's a bizarre thing
01:01:50.920 to do but I guess it's 2020 that's what people do with their problems they tweet them but it's
01:01:56.200 interesting though I think we're entering an era where it's of course going to be easy every time
01:02:04.040 one of your political opponents comes out and says I don't know it was planted there but we're
01:02:08.220 getting to a point where that's going to become more and more real you know I don't know if it's
01:02:13.880 happening yet I mean at some level obviously we've seen it with Cheryl here and there's been
01:02:18.080 some other and look at what she's still she's still fighting it still fighting it who who doesn't
01:02:24.240 think that the government wouldn't do that and I'm saying on either side who doesn't think that the
01:02:29.820 government wouldn't go in to a reporter at the zenith of their power with a big scandal and this
01:02:36.260 reporter is to who doesn't think that they wouldn't do that right of course they would yeah and
01:02:40.000 see you know everyone on the left mocked Cheryl for this yeah back in the day they didn't they
01:02:44.240 didn't you know when Robert Redford was going through it and all the president's men they didn't
01:02:49.860 laugh yeah exactly but now with Trump in office they would all say they think it's happening to
01:02:54.940 them yeah and that's now credible because they're saying it uh but you know and when we get into this
01:03:00.600 world of deep fakes and uh all the cyber hacking that's already going on who knows when they're
01:03:07.820 going to start planting this stuff and at some someone's going to be hit by this and it's going
01:03:11.740 to be completely innocent and oh the first people are not going to be believed right like it's going
01:03:17.700 to be 30 years until they're exonerated uh maybe in the distant future we'll kind of discover that
01:03:23.540 those their claims of being hacked and stuff were real but it takes a long time and you lose
01:03:29.020 reputations and if you lose reputations you're going to lose you're going to lose freedom for people
01:03:35.140 you'll lose freedom for people it will be on their server and it will it will have nothing to do with
01:03:41.120 them they won't necessarily know or something that can exonerate them will be deleted facts will be
01:03:47.660 changed video will be developed we're living in the time we are we are maybe days away weeks away
01:03:55.040 months away but we're not years away from evidence being easily manufactured to be able to take
01:04:04.900 someone down uh and not just by the government by anybody nefarious yeah we're already at the
01:04:11.820 point where the commercially available you're just on the web searching for a while you can find
01:04:18.100 programs that will do deep fakes to a point of some believability right like to the point where they
01:04:24.520 look pretty real some of them look really real really real let me ask you again if you saw star wars
01:04:30.960 yeah uh carrie fisher's dead yeah not a second of that was her did you know that did you recognize
01:04:41.880 that i mean that's a deep fake voice and a deep fake image and you can't tell pretty big spoiler
01:04:50.540 alert there that carrie fisher's dead i mean you're just breaking that out what if people haven't seen
01:04:55.060 the movie well not leia i didn't say leia no i'm just you know just carrie fisher just carrie fisher

01:06:27.280 welcome to the glenn back program uh stick with us steve dace coming up in just a few minutes
01:06:55.620 he's going to talk to us about the iowa primary there's a new poll that is out now yeah des moines
01:07:00.420 register which is one of the you know the highest rated ranked uh pollster came out with a basically
01:07:05.580 a four-way race for iowa among the democrats bernie sanders at 20 percent uh you've got elizabeth
01:07:12.760 warren at 17 pete budigieg at 16 and joe biden at 15 and you know budigieg had a big fall off i think
01:07:20.460 was at 24 the last poll so 24 down to 16 uh his approval ratings of favorability ratings have
01:07:26.020 dropped relatively dramatically as well uh so he seems to be fading a little bit sanders is the guy
01:07:32.300 coming on he's got all the money he's got the organization i know and he's got the most enthusiastic
01:07:37.460 supporters which will help him in a caucus situation plus he has even if he finishes second or third over
01:07:42.840 and over again he's got enough money and enough donors that he can he can drag this thing out and
01:07:46.660 make everybody miserable over there so that part of it's going to be fun to watch yeah it'll be great
01:07:51.440 so do you be the john casick uh that just won't go away yeah that kind of vibe that's great that's
01:07:58.400 great um the um last thursday uh by the way we're going to talk to steve coming up in uh in just a
01:08:06.660 second about all this and i i really want to get into the buddha judge with his his rally this weekend
01:08:13.520 did not go well uh he had some protesters come in and they were you know black lives matter and
01:08:20.620 he's just he's not doing well with the african-american community oh no uh so we'll get
01:08:27.380 into that coming up in uh in just a second with steve last thursday i met with a good friend of mine
01:08:33.940 man my thursday really kind of sucked um i do this podcast with a friend i find out in the podcast that
01:08:42.740 he had uh he had died on the operating table i knew that he had some problems i didn't know he
01:08:49.800 had died on the operating table and uh find this out in the middle of this amazing podcast he just
01:08:56.420 he wrote a book called love yourself like your life depends on it and uh uh and i think his his life did
01:09:04.740 depend on it and what he learned i mean he had already written this book but he used what he wrote in
01:09:11.120 this book to pull himself back from the darkness it's quite amazing listen to this part of the
01:09:17.900 podcast i went through some a really traumatic uh surgery three months ago i like and and i was
01:09:24.240 basically dead and where i bled to death i was spraying blood everywhere after surgery after i was
01:09:29.580 as i was leaving the hospital artery burst and i was playing breath spraying blood on everyone
01:09:33.020 and basically bled to death and had to grab me and shove me into an operating room and slash me open
01:09:37.440 and go fix it wow to save my life and literally it was the it was that that close and so when i got
01:09:45.220 out of the hospital i was an insane amount of pain because when your blood builds up enough that it
01:09:49.900 bursts out of your body you know it's not pretty right oh i can't imagine it's like an oil well you know
01:09:54.800 coming out of you i can't imagine and um you don't want to either sorry for the details you know
01:10:00.820 you're pretty freaky and i was in a level i didn't know pain like this could exist you know like the
01:10:07.260 level of pain i was in because it was also in the lower abdominal area there's a lot of nerves there
01:10:11.080 and so i was on you name it every kind of narcotic they gave me you know in the hospital it was also
01:10:18.000 ivs and pills and that when i got out the surgeon said to me i had multiple surgeons one of them said like
01:10:23.160 look if there's anyone who qualifies for these drugs it's you you know so don't worry we'll keep
01:10:27.720 giving you enough we just have to call in prescriptions every time because of new laws
01:10:31.500 and a week into it and you know let me tell they're nice they dull the pain they kind of make you not
01:10:37.480 care you're just lying there and also you're lying there incapacitated at home and i realized a week
01:10:43.360 into it i run off cold turkey just cold turkey why because i turned in this manuscript for this book
01:10:50.060 before i had gone to the surgery just expecting a basic elective surgery i'll be out and now the
01:10:54.960 publisher was sending me the the final proofs for the copy edits and if and as you know when you're
01:11:00.940 a writer you care about every word and you want your words to be there not the copy editor's word
01:11:04.880 and i was looking at the material realizing my mind wasn't there if i was on these drugs i couldn't
01:11:12.240 give my all to this book and so it was like i realized look this was purpose and that was it was
01:11:19.260 bigger than pain i would deal with pain forget the drugs i need to be clear because i have purpose
01:11:24.940 and i think and i realized looking at times in my life when when i had when i struggled with when i
01:11:31.400 was just like okay i'm gonna go i thought i was playing with drugs you think you're playing you know
01:11:37.700 you think you're stronger than them that's also a very interesting thing i always thought i was stronger
01:11:41.740 at it it won't it won't destroy me i'm different right i will i'll do it for a little while i'll get out
01:11:47.880 of it no one will ever know you know and no one ever really did honestly you know um but for the
01:11:54.340 grace of god here am i because i tried them all and there's dangerous stuff out there and i was i
01:11:58.900 think i was trying to destroy myself and but those are the times where i think i didn't have purpose
01:12:04.120 where i was drifting but if you have purpose if you have a vision if you have something you move
01:12:09.900 towards that you think is bigger than you for me that's putting this book out to the world this book
01:12:13.460 is so important it's bigger than me it's it belongs to the world whereas me i'm going to be
01:12:18.340 here for a certain amount of time i almost left i may leave again
01:12:20.720 but the book but the book was more important so i had purpose and i think with addiction i've talked
01:12:32.840 to some friends about it who've been through it but you know we're talking about who've dealt with it
01:12:36.740 and it's like usually they were to beat addiction when they found something bigger than them people can
01:12:41.380 find faith people can find something family people can find something you know whatever but it's got
01:12:46.980 to be bigger than you let me tell you that i know this to be true when i met with billy graham he said
01:12:57.500 to me after i said what where is abraham lincoln where's the next george washington where's the where's
01:13:04.660 the next billy graham and he said i think god's done with the superstars he said he wants the credit
01:13:11.620 and he said everybody is born for a reason everybody is here right now and everybody is hearing what
01:13:18.700 they're supposed to do but so many might dismiss it so many might think it's impossible or they'll look
01:13:26.020 for another way to do it or they will look for someone to help them and they'll be frustrated because
01:13:31.220 they are so they think they're supposed to complete it when all they're really supposed to do is do
01:13:36.220 exactly what they were meant to do that purpose exists for all of us right now we're all here for
01:13:45.060 a reason and there are ways now to connect like never before i got something from a friend of mine
01:13:54.880 who our daughters are contemporaries they're friends they went to school together they're
01:14:00.800 they're they're they're 13 she's 13 this this girl ava mabry she's 13 years old same age as my daughter
01:14:09.500 and you want to talk about everybody has something they're supposed to do
01:14:15.380 mark her dad sent this to me last week and i've had it on repeat for the last few days because boy i
01:14:28.220 really needed it and i realized you might really need this we're supposed to look for connections and
01:14:35.980 just do what we're supposed to do so let me do what i'm supposed to do today this is a 13 year old girl
01:14:44.300 she was discovered by somebody on youtube uh recently and um said can you come to nashville and the
01:14:55.060 parents my my friends picked up their house and moved to nashville and he just sent me this song
01:15:05.600 by his 13 year old daughter listen
01:15:07.740 dear god it's me again
01:15:11.940 this time i know you're listening
01:15:17.100 you used to seem about a star away
01:15:23.560 just tell me do you visit nashville
01:15:29.360 let me take this chance to clarify when i asked you if you care if i ever had a crowd to sing to
01:15:40.980 a voice that's mine my face on a bell put my name on the top line this ain't the same old prayer that i
01:15:49.460 usually say
01:15:51.460 things just got real today need to know it'll be okay
01:15:59.460 this ain't the same old prayer that i usually say
01:16:04.460 but here i go anyway
01:16:06.460 but here i go anyway
01:16:06.520 but here i go anyway
01:16:06.540 but here i go anyway
01:16:06.560 but here i go anyway
01:16:06.600 but here i go anyway
01:16:10.660 i'm scared to leave here
01:16:14.560 i lock my room and i love my friends
01:16:18.240 the u-paul's in the driveway now
01:16:21.140 but them alarmers it's all just crash and burn
01:16:24.960 dear god it's me again
01:16:27.360 ask it please
01:16:28.600 make one-on-one three
01:16:30.380 just as i turn my water into wine
01:16:34.260 make me internin' on time
01:16:36.360 pretty and rounded
01:16:37.580 this ain't the same old prayer that i usually say
01:16:42.440 things just got real today
01:16:45.600 need to know it'll be okay
01:16:49.000 this ain't the same old prayer that i usually say
01:16:55.500 but here i go anyway
01:16:57.980 lord if it all goes well
01:17:06.960 help me remember where i came from
01:17:09.960 and if i fail even more
01:17:13.520 lord stay with me
01:17:15.860 cause i'm still
01:17:17.640 your little girl
01:17:19.720 keep me close
01:17:22.700 and bless my brother
01:17:25.680 see you in the morning
01:17:28.920 amen
01:17:30.300 this ain't the same old prayer
01:17:35.180 i need you
01:17:39.580 help me please
01:17:44.160 oh
01:17:46.560 lift me up
01:17:50.680 lift me up
01:17:51.700 oh
01:17:56.680 this ain't the same old prayer
01:17:58.680 oh
01:18:00.680 this ain't the same old prayer
01:18:04.680 god it's me again
01:18:07.240 oh
01:18:08.680 i need you
01:18:11.180 i need you
01:18:12.680 this ain't the same old prayer
01:18:18.280 we are all the same
01:18:38.540 just in different places
01:18:40.580 struggling with many of the same things
01:18:43.380 this ain't the same old prayer
01:18:47.200 that i usually say
01:18:48.700 because things got real today
01:18:51.420 i found myself saying that
01:18:53.460 this weekend
01:18:55.040 let me do my part
01:19:00.520 if that's who you are
01:19:03.680 just tell me it will be okay
01:19:08.160 strangely i feel compelled
01:19:12.780 to tell you
01:19:13.900 today
01:19:14.680 it will be
01:19:16.720 it's all going to work out
01:19:19.480 exactly the way it's supposed to
01:19:21.260 everything
01:19:22.980 will be okay
01:19:24.680 so 2019 was a rough year
01:19:31.780 in a lot of ways
01:19:32.460 data breaches
01:19:33.180 hacks
01:19:33.740 attacks
01:19:34.400 dotted the cyber landscape
01:19:36.560 victims
01:19:37.280 were
01:19:38.300 were many
01:19:39.160 and they ran the
01:19:40.440 the
01:19:40.940 the gamut
01:19:41.980 from city and state governments
01:19:43.500 to hospitals
01:19:44.300 hotels
01:19:44.860 universities
01:19:45.680 websites
01:19:46.680 apps
01:19:47.220 social media
01:19:47.980 tech companies
01:19:48.860 banking
01:19:49.920 credit
01:19:50.540 giants
01:19:51.160 everybody was attacked
01:19:52.360 everyone
01:19:53.480 now
01:19:54.400 if
01:19:55.920 if the banking giants
01:19:57.400 are not prepared
01:19:58.580 for a cyber hack
01:19:59.680 how about you
01:20:01.020 the breaches
01:20:02.580 aren't going to stop
01:20:03.560 they're going to become
01:20:04.200 more and more common
01:20:05.200 and when cyber criminals
01:20:06.140 have access to your
01:20:07.120 personal information
01:20:07.980 they can open new
01:20:09.300 accounts in your name
01:20:10.240 file tax returns
01:20:11.440 buy property
01:20:12.260 the list goes on
01:20:13.280 if you're only
01:20:14.560 monitoring your credit
01:20:15.600 you could miss something
01:20:16.680 and that's why you need
01:20:17.840 LifeLock
01:20:18.640 nobody can prevent
01:20:19.640 all identity theft
01:20:20.440 or monitor all transactions
01:20:21.540 at all businesses
01:20:22.300 but LifeLock sees the
01:20:23.360 threats you might miss
01:20:24.240 on your own

01:20:39.160 welcome to the program
01:21:03.440 I have it on my to-do list
01:21:05.940 to make my predictions
01:21:07.260 public
01:21:07.980 my predictions for 2020
01:21:10.900 Steve Dace
01:21:11.980 has already done that
01:21:13.840 he's coming up
01:21:16.040 in just a second
01:21:16.600 listen to a few of these
01:21:18.160 Kansas City Chiefs
01:21:19.340 going to win the Super Bowl
01:21:20.280 Soul be the number one
01:21:22.500 grossing movie
01:21:23.460 of the year
01:21:25.600 four different people
01:21:27.740 will win the first
01:21:28.740 four states
01:21:29.480 in the Democratic
01:21:30.200 presidential primary
01:21:31.680 to set off a free-for-all
01:21:33.000 for the nomination
01:21:33.800 I think that's
01:21:35.440 absolutely possible
01:21:36.680 for the first time
01:21:39.380 since Kennedy Carter
01:21:40.280 in 1980
01:21:40.900 there will be a truly
01:21:41.820 brokered convention
01:21:43.160 possible
01:21:44.560 a move will be made
01:21:46.040 to nominate
01:21:46.520 Michelle Obama
01:21:47.200 as a compromise
01:21:47.940 candidate
01:21:48.440 for presidential
01:21:49.260 for president
01:21:50.200 at the brokered
01:21:50.860 Democratic convention
01:21:51.700 which she will turn down
01:21:52.880 possible
01:21:54.260 the Democrats
01:21:55.920 will nominate
01:21:56.560 Bernie Sanders
01:21:57.780 for president
01:21:58.840 I mean these are not
01:22:01.680 like your
01:22:02.320 halfway predictions
01:22:04.400 that can be
01:22:05.460 you know
01:22:06.100 it's hard to prove
01:22:06.840 them wrong later on
01:22:07.800 I mean Steve went
01:22:08.600 for it here
01:22:08.940 these are specific
01:22:09.640 he went for the
01:22:10.080 he went for the
01:22:10.800 vice presidential
01:22:11.680 candidate
01:22:13.480 and who's going
01:22:15.160 to win the election
01:22:15.960 and I agree with him
01:22:17.420 on this one
01:22:18.180 Donald Trump
01:22:19.460 will be re-elected
01:22:20.280 president
01:22:20.580 with more popular
01:22:21.760 votes
01:22:22.120 and electoral college
01:22:23.140 votes than he had
01:22:24.100 the last time
01:22:25.720 I mean I can't
01:22:29.940 wait to hear
01:22:30.800 how he gets
01:22:31.840 Bernie Sanders
01:22:33.280 at a brokered
01:22:34.440 convention
01:22:35.160 that's interesting
01:22:35.840 because Sanders
01:22:36.520 would be the guy
01:22:38.020 who can win
01:22:40.320 I mean he has a
01:22:40.900 legit chance to win
01:22:41.880 he's leading in Iowa
01:22:42.660 he has a very good
01:22:43.680 chance of winning
01:22:44.320 New Hampshire
01:22:44.980 so if you win
01:22:45.780 the first two states
01:22:46.820 can you win
01:22:47.560 Nevada where he's
01:22:48.480 already competitive
01:22:49.240 absolutely he could
01:22:50.460 win that
01:22:50.800 if you win the
01:22:51.560 first three states
01:22:52.520 I mean yeah
01:22:53.460 right now Joe Biden
01:22:54.660 looks hard to
01:22:55.700 beat in South
01:22:56.860 Carolina but if
01:22:57.680 he loses three
01:22:58.580 consecutive states
01:22:59.700 to Sanders
01:23:00.220 you gotta believe
01:23:01.220 Sanders has a
01:23:01.800 really good chance
01:23:02.800 of doing this
01:23:03.420 if Sanders wins
01:23:04.080 the first three
01:23:04.800 states I think
01:23:05.820 he could get
01:23:06.240 the nomination
01:23:06.860 yeah the last
01:23:07.440 non-incumbent to
01:23:08.220 do this was
01:23:08.920 Al Gore in 2000
01:23:10.180 he went on to
01:23:11.040 only win all
01:23:12.180 of the primaries
01:23:12.900 so you don't
01:23:14.980 usually lose
01:23:16.220 when you
01:23:16.700 it's not a thing
01:23:17.880 right you don't
01:23:18.400 win the first
01:23:19.080 three states
01:23:19.560 and then lose
01:23:20.200 the election
01:23:20.600 I've never seen
01:23:21.520 it happen
01:23:22.040 and it's very
01:23:22.800 I mean look
01:23:23.640 he could easily
01:23:24.860 lose Iowa
01:23:26.200 and that turns
01:23:26.940 this all upside
01:23:27.540 down
01:23:27.860 but what's
01:23:28.420 interesting about
01:23:28.880 Steve's predictions
01:23:29.460 is he's predicting
01:23:30.360 the sort of
01:23:30.940 breakup that
01:23:31.900 someone like
01:23:32.300 Bloomberg is
01:23:32.900 hoping for
01:23:33.440 or even
01:23:34.000 Biden to
01:23:34.580 you know
01:23:34.960 hopefully
01:23:35.280 there's a lot
01:23:36.140 of chaos
01:23:36.500 and he can
01:23:37.040 win out as a
01:23:37.580 consensus choice
01:23:38.320 in the end
01:23:38.760 and he's predicting
01:23:40.940 Sanders is the
01:23:41.640 guy who comes
01:23:42.120 out of all that
01:23:42.740 I mean that's
01:23:43.500 that's a
01:23:44.020 that's an
01:23:44.540 interesting theory
01:23:45.160 and I like how
01:23:46.140 specific he is
01:23:46.800 Steve's just
01:23:47.160 going for it
01:23:47.760 he's like I
01:23:48.480 don't care
01:23:48.860 he's he's
01:23:50.060 going to
01:23:50.260 join us
01:23:50.600 next with
01:23:51.340 the latest
01:23:51.960 from Iowa
01:23:52.680 and his
01:23:53.260 predictions
01:23:53.820 also a
01:23:55.240 pretty big
01:23:56.340 exciting
01:23:56.840 announcement
01:23:57.360 coming up
01:23:58.340 in about
01:23:58.720 30 minutes
01:23:59.400 stand by
01:24:00.240 Corey Booker
01:24:15.900 we've lost him
01:24:16.740 he's out of
01:24:17.740 the race
01:24:18.080 yes
01:24:18.800 it's very
01:24:19.760 very sad
01:24:20.380 this is
01:24:20.700 breaking news
01:24:21.300 as of this
01:24:21.900 moment
01:24:22.300 so soon
01:24:23.580 so young
01:24:24.120 not our
01:24:24.640 exciting
01:24:25.000 announcement
01:24:25.500 that we had
01:24:26.540 planned
01:24:26.840 it's more
01:24:27.620 exciting
01:24:28.040 more exciting
01:24:29.340 than that
01:24:29.820 yeah
01:24:30.380 so Corey
01:24:31.560 Booker
01:24:31.880 who would
01:24:32.200 have seen
01:24:32.580 him not
01:24:33.300 becoming
01:24:34.060 president of
01:24:34.840 the United
01:24:35.180 States
01:24:35.620 other than
01:24:36.520 everyone
01:24:37.120 so
01:24:40.420 45 seconds
01:24:43.180 we have
01:24:43.840 I mean only
01:24:44.780 Corey seemed
01:24:45.660 to think Corey
01:24:46.300 was good
01:24:46.760 I know
01:24:47.100 no one else
01:24:47.760 in any of
01:24:48.160 the states
01:24:48.560 can we look
01:24:49.180 back at
01:24:49.600 Steve Dace's
01:24:50.340 old predictions
01:24:51.260 from 2019
01:24:51.980 yeah I'm
01:24:52.880 looking at
01:24:53.200 some of them
01:24:53.620 oh boy
01:24:54.560 so he didn't
01:24:55.740 get very many
01:24:56.280 right
01:24:56.600 the thing I like
01:24:58.220 about Steve's
01:24:58.700 predictions is
01:24:59.220 they are
01:24:59.540 legitimately
01:25:00.240 specific and
01:25:01.340 easily provable
01:25:02.760 right or wrong
01:25:03.460 like where a lot
01:25:04.280 of these predictions
01:25:04.740 are like
01:25:05.060 Democrats will
01:25:06.180 push us further
01:25:07.340 to the left
01:25:07.920 it's like okay
01:25:08.560 well yeah
01:25:08.920 that's probably
01:25:09.500 true but
01:25:09.920 you could say
01:25:10.540 it about
01:25:10.760 anybody
01:25:11.040 right
01:25:11.660 these are
01:25:12.040 pretty specific
01:25:12.700 and Steve
01:25:15.220 went for it
01:25:15.900 in 2019
01:25:16.540 as well
01:25:17.060 we should talk
01:25:17.520 about that
01:25:17.880 some of them
01:25:18.920 were really good
01:25:19.460 yeah
01:25:20.280 did it
01:25:20.900 were any of
01:25:21.620 them right
01:25:22.220 that's
01:25:22.640 we'll get to
01:25:22.980 that in a
01:25:23.220 moment
01:25:23.380 yeah okay
01:25:24.120 Steve Dace
01:25:25.200 in just a
01:25:25.700 second
01:25:25.960 so somebody's
01:25:48.380 willing to go
01:25:48.860 out onto a
01:25:49.520 limb and say
01:25:51.020 the
01:25:51.900 the election
01:25:53.660 for the
01:25:54.220 Democrats
01:25:54.620 is not
01:25:55.380 going to
01:25:55.620 go well
01:25:56.140 in fact
01:25:56.780 four different
01:25:58.440 people are
01:25:58.940 going to win
01:25:59.680 the first
01:26:00.260 four states
01:26:01.120 and they're
01:26:01.620 going to end
01:26:01.940 up in a
01:26:02.300 brokered
01:26:02.680 convention
01:26:03.280 and Bernie
01:26:04.740 Sanders is
01:26:05.740 eventually going
01:26:06.320 to be the
01:26:06.620 guy but
01:26:07.100 only after
01:26:07.960 they try
01:26:08.760 to get
01:26:09.240 Michelle Obama
01:26:10.120 to run
01:26:11.220 and she
01:26:11.780 turns it
01:26:12.360 down
01:26:12.720 and he
01:26:14.760 even names
01:26:15.300 the vice
01:26:15.740 presidential
01:26:16.320 candidate
01:26:16.860 and what
01:26:18.520 will happen
01:26:19.020 in the
01:26:19.520 2020 election
01:26:20.520 and all
01:26:21.860 of it is
01:26:22.340 absolutely
01:26:23.300 possible
01:26:24.160 and plausible
01:26:25.080 his name
01:26:26.900 is Steve
01:26:27.420 Dace
01:26:27.920 and he's
01:26:28.580 on with
01:26:28.920 us in
01:26:29.420 60 seconds
01:26:30.300 this is
01:26:31.360 the Glenn
01:26:31.760 back
01:26:31.920 program
01:26:32.440 we have
01:26:35.920 a another
01:26:36.480 dropout
01:26:37.260 that we'll
01:26:38.180 tell you
01:26:38.420 about as
01:26:38.980 well
01:26:39.240 and a
01:26:40.080 big
01:26:40.400 announcement
01:26:41.040 coming up
01:26:42.960 in just a
01:26:43.400 second
01:26:43.640 that's in
01:26:44.300 about 25
01:26:45.120 minutes
01:26:45.420 the dropout
01:26:45.940 is next
01:26:46.440 Winston
01:26:47.660 Churchill
01:26:48.140 later
01:26:48.600 Rahm Emanuel
01:26:49.180 once said
01:26:49.700 never let
01:26:50.080 a crisis
01:26:50.500 go to
01:26:50.880 waste
01:26:51.260 you know
01:26:53.640 one of
01:26:54.080 those guys
01:26:54.600 was a
01:26:54.960 good guy
01:26:55.500 when he
01:26:55.800 said that
01:26:56.440 the other
01:26:57.000 guy
01:26:57.320 not so
01:26:58.140 much
01:26:58.520 you decide
01:26:59.620 which is
01:27:00.020 which
01:27:00.380 here we
01:27:01.340 are with
01:27:01.700 all of
01:27:02.180 these
01:27:02.500 these
01:27:03.260 crisis
01:27:03.820 and no
01:27:04.660 one is
01:27:04.940 really
01:27:05.260 paying
01:27:05.620 attention
01:27:06.060 to what
01:27:06.900 is happening
01:27:07.500 to the
01:27:07.940 value of
01:27:08.380 our dollar
01:27:08.780 what our
01:27:09.180 banking
01:27:09.540 system
01:27:10.060 is doing
01:27:10.880 right now
01:27:11.600 everybody's
01:27:12.220 looking at
01:27:12.520 the stock
01:27:12.880 market
01:27:13.300 stock market
01:27:14.860 is paper
01:27:15.420 and
01:27:16.760 what you're
01:27:18.840 looking for
01:27:19.500 is real
01:27:20.340 value
01:27:20.960 of that
01:27:21.540 dollar
01:27:21.920 let me
01:27:22.760 tell you
01:27:23.000 about
01:27:23.180 gold
01:27:23.500 line
01:27:23.840 they're
01:27:24.700 1880
01:27:25.840 gold
01:27:26.500 five and a
01:27:27.340 half
01:27:27.600 dollar
01:27:28.040 liberties
01:27:28.660 now
01:27:30.220 in 1880
01:27:31.320 it's
01:27:32.360 solid
01:27:32.860 gold
01:27:33.360 and it
01:27:34.320 was worth
01:27:34.740 five and a
01:27:35.500 half
01:27:35.740 dollars
01:27:36.300 let me
01:27:37.220 just tell
01:27:37.660 you
01:27:37.860 it's
01:27:38.220 not worth
01:27:39.040 five and a
01:27:39.540 half
01:27:39.740 dollars
01:27:40.180 today
01:27:40.720 even if
01:27:42.180 they made
01:27:42.460 a brand
01:27:42.800 new one
01:27:43.560 the same
01:27:44.340 weight
01:27:44.840 why is
01:27:45.920 that
01:27:46.300 not because
01:27:47.620 of the
01:27:48.260 price of
01:27:48.780 gold
01:27:49.100 has gone
01:27:49.460 up
01:27:49.680 but because
01:27:50.560 the value
01:27:51.320 of a
01:27:51.740 US dollar
01:27:52.440 has gone
01:27:53.160 down so
01:27:54.140 much
01:27:54.520 so if
01:27:56.420 you want
01:27:56.720 something
01:27:57.020 that is
01:27:57.340 stable
01:27:57.660 you want
01:27:58.040 something
01:27:58.400 that you
01:27:59.420 know
01:27:59.580 never loses
01:28:00.440 all of
01:28:00.860 its value
01:28:01.540 it's not
01:28:02.540 the stock
01:28:03.140 market
01:28:03.580 it's something
01:28:05.140 that is a
01:28:05.680 hedge against
01:28:06.340 insanity
01:28:07.000 something that
01:28:07.800 you can
01:28:08.100 collect
01:28:08.440 something that
01:28:08.940 you can
01:28:09.240 have
01:28:09.540 something you
01:28:10.000 can pass
01:28:10.500 on to
01:28:10.800 your kids
01:28:11.800 and your
01:28:12.160 grandkids
01:28:12.740 and hopefully
01:28:13.200 their kids
01:28:13.880 pass them
01:28:14.360 on
01:28:14.600 these
01:28:15.540 140 year
01:28:16.560 old coins
01:28:17.220 right now
01:28:17.900 are extremely
01:28:18.740 popular
01:28:19.320 diversification
01:28:20.580 and protection
01:28:22.000 tool
01:28:22.540 I have them
01:28:23.700 I love them
01:28:24.240 this is the

01:28:25.820 that you can
01:28:26.740 get these
01:28:27.400 they're in
01:28:27.780 excellent

01:28:28.920 and you get
01:28:29.900 20 free
01:28:30.740 silver coins
01:28:31.540 with every
01:28:32.100 tube purchased

01:28:48.420 Steve Dace
01:28:53.380 joins us
01:28:54.180 now from
01:28:55.280 the frozen
01:28:56.080 tundra
01:28:56.980 welcome to
01:28:59.880 the program
01:29:00.320 Steve
01:29:00.780 morning guys
01:29:03.080 how are you
01:29:03.540 well better
01:29:04.280 than you are
01:29:04.800 we're not
01:29:05.240 in Iowa
01:29:05.680 but neither
01:29:07.280 is Corey
01:29:07.820 Brooke
01:29:08.160 Booker
01:29:08.600 he's dropped
01:29:09.300 out
01:29:09.800 just happened
01:29:11.440 this is
01:29:13.420 the headline
01:29:14.480 of a tree
01:29:14.860 falls in the
01:29:15.360 forest
01:29:15.720 yeah
01:29:16.120 exactly
01:29:17.040 right
01:29:17.440 he hasn't
01:29:19.300 been relevant
01:29:20.060 in this race
01:29:20.820 for months
01:29:21.640 and
01:29:22.540 we could have
01:29:24.700 multiple
01:29:25.180 conversations
01:29:25.920 why they
01:29:26.880 would all
01:29:27.240 be uncomfortable
01:29:28.080 so let's
01:29:29.900 just say
01:29:30.380 it's the
01:29:30.800 same
01:29:31.140 a lot
01:29:31.660 of it
01:29:31.840 has to
01:29:32.180 do
01:29:32.320 with why
01:29:32.660 Black
01:29:32.980 Lives Matter
01:29:33.600 is here
01:29:34.160 in Iowa
01:29:34.580 protesting
01:29:35.600 Pete Buttigieg
01:29:36.380 as we
01:29:36.940 speak
01:29:37.180 and tell
01:29:38.660 me about
01:29:38.980 that
01:29:39.460 well
01:29:41.700 you've got
01:29:42.240 a confluence
01:29:42.940 of events
01:29:43.400 here
01:29:43.720 Glenn
01:29:44.220 and you
01:29:44.820 know
01:29:44.900 I've
01:29:45.360 worked
01:29:45.700 in
01:29:46.840 ministerial
01:29:48.700 cooperation
01:29:49.300 between
01:29:49.660 Black and
01:29:50.140 White churches
01:29:50.640 here in Iowa
01:29:51.280 and organizing
01:29:53.380 people
01:29:53.980 of different
01:29:54.920 racial persuasions
01:29:55.960 for common
01:29:56.640 local political
01:29:57.660 causes in the
01:29:58.340 past
01:29:58.600 so I have
01:29:59.060 a limited
01:29:59.800 amount of
01:30:00.440 experience
01:30:00.900 with this
01:30:01.460 but it's
01:30:01.800 far more
01:30:02.320 experience
01:30:02.900 than most
01:30:03.320 whiteys have
01:30:04.000 and the
01:30:06.320 reality is
01:30:07.140 that
01:30:07.500 I don't
01:30:08.580 know how
01:30:08.780 else to
01:30:09.000 put it
01:30:09.260 so I'll
01:30:09.440 just put
01:30:09.680 it very
01:30:09.920 bluntly
01:30:10.320 Black
01:30:10.640 America
01:30:11.060 is just
01:30:11.560 not down
01:30:12.040 with the
01:30:12.360 charge of
01:30:12.760 the Light
01:30:13.040 and the
01:30:13.180 Loafers
01:30:13.460 Brigade
01:30:13.820 they're just
01:30:14.120 not down
01:30:14.500 with it
01:30:14.800 and some
01:30:15.940 of it
01:30:16.260 is the
01:30:17.020 influence of
01:30:18.420 the Black
01:30:18.780 church
01:30:19.120 if you go
01:30:19.520 look at
01:30:19.940 marriage
01:30:20.600 amendments
01:30:20.920 across the
01:30:21.580 country
01:30:21.880 I mean
01:30:22.280 if you look
01:30:23.080 at the way
01:30:23.440 the marriage
01:30:24.140 amendment
01:30:24.380 performed in
01:30:24.960 California
01:30:25.340 winning there
01:30:26.280 if you look
01:30:27.460 at how it
01:30:27.920 overperformed
01:30:28.580 Mitt Romney
01:30:29.100 in states
01:30:29.540 like Maryland
01:30:30.460 in 2012
01:30:31.760 in the
01:30:32.120 election
01:30:32.460 it's always
01:30:33.560 with huge
01:30:34.140 overwhelming
01:30:34.760 black voter
01:30:35.440 support
01:30:35.860 so that's
01:30:36.360 number one
01:30:36.860 the other
01:30:37.620 reason is
01:30:38.100 you have
01:30:38.300 a higher
01:30:38.660 archial
01:30:39.120 rivalry here
01:30:40.900 where on the
01:30:41.900 intersectionality
01:30:42.700 meter
01:30:43.020 sexual
01:30:43.900 behavior has
01:30:45.660 replaced
01:30:46.340 racial politics
01:30:48.100 atop the
01:30:49.000 food chain
01:30:49.480 the intersectionality
01:30:50.400 food chain
01:30:50.920 and so
01:30:51.920 for a more
01:30:52.760 leftist
01:30:53.400 secular group
01:30:54.300 like Black Lives
01:30:55.100 Matters
01:30:55.640 that's a
01:30:56.280 major issue
01:30:57.220 where they're
01:30:58.240 in the
01:30:58.540 back of
01:30:58.880 pardon the
01:30:59.260 expression
01:30:59.640 they're in
01:31:00.040 the back
01:31:00.320 of the
01:31:00.520 Democrat
01:31:00.800 party
01:31:01.160 bus
01:31:01.420 right now
01:31:01.940 and then
01:31:02.440 on the
01:31:02.620 same day
01:31:03.120 that the
01:31:03.420 Supreme
01:31:03.680 Court
01:31:04.040 did its
01:31:04.560 first
01:31:04.960 decision
01:31:05.880 in favor
01:31:06.400 of so-called
01:31:06.980 gay marriage
01:31:07.600 that same
01:31:08.180 week it
01:31:08.660 voted
01:31:08.860 it got rid
01:31:09.620 of the
01:31:09.840 Voting Rights
01:31:10.360 Act of
01:31:10.720 1964
01:31:11.340 and so
01:31:12.500 you've got
01:31:12.920 this tug
01:31:13.380 of war
01:31:13.720 going on
01:31:14.180 in the
01:31:14.400 left
01:31:14.580 between
01:31:14.900 these
01:31:15.140 two
01:31:15.320 groups
01:31:15.720 and Pete
01:31:16.400 Buttigieg
01:31:16.720 is right
01:31:17.380 at the
01:31:17.780 epicenter
01:31:18.300 of this
01:31:18.880 and that's
01:31:19.740 why you're
01:31:20.640 seeing
01:31:21.100 he has
01:31:21.760 zero
01:31:22.060 black
01:31:22.420 support
01:31:22.840 in states
01:31:23.360 like South
01:31:23.820 Carolina
01:31:24.220 that's
01:31:24.520 because of
01:31:24.800 the black
01:31:25.120 church
01:31:25.400 there
01:31:25.700 and in
01:31:26.360 Iowa
01:31:26.620 that's
01:31:27.000 why you
01:31:27.280 see
01:31:27.460 Black Lives
01:31:28.100 Matter
01:31:28.380 is coming
01:31:28.880 here
01:31:29.140 it's
01:31:29.340 because
01:31:29.720 he
01:31:30.240 represents
01:31:30.760 a special
01:31:31.240 interest
01:31:31.540 group
01:31:31.800 that has
01:31:32.080 replaced
01:31:32.560 them
01:31:33.040 in the
01:31:33.700 left
01:31:34.180 hierarchy
01:31:34.740 do you
01:31:36.040 see any
01:31:36.340 Steve
01:31:36.900 you know
01:31:37.480 the
01:31:37.660 Cory Booker
01:31:38.880 thing is
01:31:39.180 fascinating
01:31:39.500 to me
01:31:39.880 in that
01:31:40.120 like
01:31:40.360 the media
01:31:40.940 seemed
01:31:41.340 to really
01:31:41.920 love him
01:31:42.420 they kept
01:31:43.280 saying
01:31:43.600 what a
01:31:43.860 great
01:31:44.100 job
01:31:44.400 he was
01:31:44.680 doing
01:31:44.920 in these
01:31:45.260 debates
01:31:45.640 and now
01:31:46.260 I'm
01:31:46.840 not in
01:31:47.340 the demographic
01:31:47.740 graphic here
01:31:48.460 of Democratic
01:31:49.100 voters
01:31:49.480 so maybe
01:31:50.380 I'm
01:31:50.580 missing
01:31:50.800 things
01:31:51.140 but I
01:31:51.400 always
01:31:51.600 found him
01:31:51.880 to be
01:31:52.140 very creepy
01:31:53.060 and strange
01:31:54.460 but it
01:31:57.760 didn't seem
01:31:58.480 like anybody
01:31:59.240 ever gave
01:32:00.420 him a
01:32:01.400 shot here
01:32:02.080 and as
01:32:03.140 you point
01:32:03.520 out in
01:32:03.780 the sort
01:32:04.100 of
01:32:04.200 intersectionality
01:32:05.120 Olympics
01:32:05.460 that are
01:32:06.100 going on
01:32:06.580 in the
01:32:06.720 Democratic
01:32:07.000 Party
01:32:07.320 they're
01:32:07.520 all
01:32:07.760 saying
01:32:08.000 they want
01:32:08.300 more
01:32:08.480 diverse
01:32:08.840 candidates
01:32:09.280 but they
01:32:10.020 all seem
01:32:10.440 to be
01:32:10.720 voting
01:32:11.060 for anyone
01:32:11.560 but
01:32:11.960 everybody
01:32:13.480 wants
01:32:13.840 diversity
01:32:14.420 if it's
01:32:15.080 their
01:32:15.360 version
01:32:15.680 of
01:32:15.860 diversity
01:32:16.340 and
01:32:17.460 the thing
01:32:18.060 with
01:32:18.220 Cory
01:32:20.380 if he
01:32:20.920 were a
01:32:21.180 candy
01:32:21.400 bar
01:32:21.720 it
01:32:21.960 would
01:32:22.060 be
01:32:22.200 called
01:32:22.440 what
01:32:22.680 you
01:32:22.780 might
01:32:22.900 call
01:32:23.100 it
01:32:23.280 there
01:32:25.140 have
01:32:25.260 been
01:32:25.380 rumors
01:32:25.700 about
01:32:26.000 his
01:32:26.140 sexuality
01:32:26.720 about
01:32:27.140 his
01:32:27.380 personality
01:32:28.060 about
01:32:28.580 all
01:32:28.780 kinds
01:32:29.180 of
01:32:29.340 things
01:32:29.740 and I
01:32:30.460 think
01:32:30.660 the fact
01:32:31.120 that he
01:32:31.420 just
01:32:31.720 didn't
01:32:32.040 satisfy
01:32:32.740 check
01:32:33.160 any
01:32:33.460 particular
01:32:34.020 box
01:32:34.560 in any
01:32:35.360 of those
01:32:35.900 in any
01:32:36.520 of those
01:32:36.900 components
01:32:37.400 is why
01:32:38.340 he committed
01:32:38.920 the cardinal sin
01:32:39.660 of politics
01:32:40.240 and that
01:32:40.640 is the
01:32:41.180 number one
01:32:41.660 thing
01:32:41.900 every politician
01:32:42.740 has to
01:32:43.240 do
01:32:43.400 first and
01:32:43.860 foremost
01:32:44.300 is you
01:32:44.880 have to
01:32:45.180 build a
01:32:45.520 base
01:32:45.800 it can
01:32:46.520 be a
01:32:46.760 small
01:32:47.080 and devoted
01:32:47.580 one
01:32:47.840 it can
01:32:48.100 be a
01:32:48.360 big
01:32:48.520 one
01:32:48.800 but you
01:32:49.400 need a
01:32:49.960 base
01:32:50.340 that provides
01:32:51.040 you the
01:32:51.420 infrastructure
01:32:52.040 to grow
01:32:52.980 as a
01:32:53.300 candidate
01:32:53.600 both from
01:32:54.160 a support
01:32:54.620 mechanism
01:32:55.180 and then a
01:32:56.380 word of mouth
01:32:56.880 mechanism
01:32:57.380 and then a
01:32:57.800 legitimacy
01:32:58.160 mechanism
01:32:58.880 and he
01:32:59.220 just never
01:32:59.700 did that
01:33:00.280 he was
01:33:01.440 sort of
01:33:01.780 a
01:33:01.920 cornucopia
01:33:02.560 candidate
01:33:03.320 and he
01:33:04.420 never
01:33:04.660 satisfactorily
01:33:05.720 for a lot
01:33:06.100 of people
01:33:06.420 addressed
01:33:06.820 the issues
01:33:07.300 of his
01:33:07.640 sexuality
01:33:08.480 he says
01:33:08.880 he has
01:33:09.080 a girlfriend
01:33:09.480 named
01:33:09.820 Rosario
01:33:10.220 Dawson
01:33:10.700 the actress
01:33:11.200 but you've
01:33:11.660 never seen
01:33:12.080 him together
01:33:12.580 he's never
01:33:13.480 addressed
01:33:13.880 that
01:33:14.240 he doesn't
01:33:14.640 really
01:33:14.840 address racial
01:33:15.820 issues
01:33:16.200 all that
01:33:16.680 much
01:33:17.060 except in
01:33:18.380 the one
01:33:18.640 debate
01:33:18.960 with Joe
01:33:19.340 Biden
01:33:19.640 and Kamala
01:33:20.140 Harris
01:33:20.480 did it
01:33:20.800 actually
01:33:21.160 better
01:33:21.580 it's just
01:33:22.820 you know
01:33:23.160 what is
01:33:23.680 he what
01:33:24.000 was he
01:33:24.380 as a
01:33:24.660 candidate
01:33:24.960 what base
01:33:26.580 in this
01:33:27.000 party
01:33:27.340 did he
01:33:27.640 represent
01:33:28.100 and the
01:33:28.440 answer
01:33:28.660 to not
01:33:29.040 to be
01:33:29.300 none
01:33:29.520 of them
01:33:30.060 let me
01:33:30.920 go to
01:33:31.460 your
01:33:31.700 predictions
01:33:32.320 for the
01:33:34.200 election
01:33:35.020 they're
01:33:36.220 pretty
01:33:36.480 bold
01:33:37.520 in fact
01:33:38.440 because
01:33:38.860 they're
01:33:39.080 so
01:33:39.360 specific
01:33:40.160 you say
01:33:41.680 prediction
01:33:42.660 then your
01:33:44.260 top 10
01:33:44.780 number
01:33:45.000 eight
01:33:45.500 four
01:33:46.360 different
01:33:46.760 people
01:33:47.140 will win
01:33:47.580 the first
01:33:48.120 four
01:33:48.540 states
01:33:49.040 in the
01:33:49.420 democratic
01:33:49.880 presidential
01:33:50.480 primary
01:33:51.340 to set
01:33:52.220 a free
01:33:52.620 for all
01:33:53.080 for the
01:33:53.480 nomination
01:33:53.960 it's never
01:33:55.240 happened
01:33:55.580 before
01:33:55.980 explain it
01:33:56.680 that's
01:33:57.100 yeah that's
01:33:57.800 never happened
01:33:58.180 before
01:33:58.420 there's a couple
01:33:58.860 of times
01:33:59.160 you've had
01:33:59.380 people
01:33:59.700 three different
01:34:00.360 people win
01:34:00.860 the first
01:34:01.460 three states
01:34:02.160 that happened
01:34:02.700 in 2012
01:34:03.820 on the Republican
01:34:05.280 side
01:34:05.740 but I just
01:34:07.000 think you have
01:34:07.700 a situation
01:34:08.340 in this latest
01:34:09.060 Iowa poll
01:34:09.880 that came out
01:34:10.420 from the
01:34:10.660 register
01:34:11.020 speaks to this
01:34:11.940 in that
01:34:12.800 you've got
01:34:13.520 no candidate
01:34:14.860 has really
01:34:15.460 ironed out
01:34:16.160 alone
01:34:16.880 a base
01:34:17.460 except for
01:34:17.920 one
01:34:18.180 Pete Buttigieg
01:34:18.800 which is
01:34:19.840 the white
01:34:20.380 Subaru
01:34:20.800 driving
01:34:21.380 coexist
01:34:21.900 bumper
01:34:22.500 sticker
01:34:22.820 having
01:34:23.260 suburban
01:34:23.760 cul-de-sac
01:34:24.360 litter
01:34:24.620 okay
01:34:25.220 and if
01:34:26.580 you want
01:34:26.800 to know
01:34:26.960 how many
01:34:27.260 of those
01:34:27.560 there are
01:34:27.820 in Iowa
01:34:28.180 that's
01:34:28.640 Pete Buttigieg's
01:34:29.380 base
01:34:29.640 he has
01:34:29.960 no other
01:34:30.360 base
01:34:30.680 anywhere else
01:34:31.440 in the
01:34:32.340 state of
01:34:32.680 Iowa
01:34:32.940 that's
01:34:33.300 his base
01:34:33.720 so just
01:34:34.040 a bunch
01:34:34.340 of white
01:34:34.600 suburbanites
01:34:35.180 that want
01:34:35.500 you to
01:34:35.680 know
01:34:35.800 they're
01:34:35.940 not homophobes
01:34:36.620 so they're
01:34:37.380 voting for
01:34:37.820 guilt
01:34:38.080 but for
01:34:38.940 the other
01:34:39.240 candidates
01:34:39.640 that can
01:34:39.900 actually win
01:34:40.420 this nomination
01:34:41.100 they're
01:34:41.760 splitting
01:34:42.180 each other's
01:34:43.040 factions
01:34:43.460 and when
01:34:44.900 you have
01:34:45.320 that you're
01:34:45.780 going to
01:34:46.100 have a
01:34:46.640 free-for-all
01:34:47.260 you know
01:34:48.260 I think
01:34:48.740 that you
01:34:49.300 look at
01:34:49.600 Joe Biden
01:34:50.160 his number
01:34:50.700 one argument
01:34:51.240 is electability
01:34:52.120 well if
01:34:52.860 you're going
01:34:53.060 to finish
01:34:53.420 third or
01:34:53.980 fourth in
01:34:54.520 Iowa
01:34:54.840 I mean
01:34:55.900 what does
01:34:56.220 that do
01:34:56.540 to your
01:34:56.800 electability
01:34:57.420 argument
01:34:57.840 I do
01:34:58.280 think
01:34:58.560 when we
01:34:59.140 get one
01:34:59.520 of the
01:34:59.720 problems
01:35:00.040 all the
01:35:00.460 other
01:35:00.640 candidates
01:35:01.000 have
01:35:01.360 is they
01:35:01.740 don't
01:35:01.900 have
01:35:02.120 any
01:35:02.460 substantive
01:35:02.980 black
01:35:03.420 support
01:35:03.840 in this
01:35:04.200 party
01:35:04.500 and while
01:35:05.620 black voters
01:35:06.280 do not
01:35:06.680 make up
01:35:07.100 the percentage
01:35:07.680 of voters
01:35:08.160 on the
01:35:08.420 Democratic
01:35:08.760 side
01:35:09.120 white
01:35:09.360 evangelicals
01:35:10.100 do
01:35:10.200 on the
01:35:10.420 Republican
01:35:10.760 side
01:35:11.140 it's
01:35:11.680 really
01:35:12.040 difficult
01:35:12.480 to get
01:35:12.820 to a
01:35:13.040 majority
01:35:13.400 of
01:35:13.680 Democrat
01:35:14.060 voters
01:35:14.700 without
01:35:15.180 black
01:35:15.600 support
01:35:16.000 he's
01:35:16.320 the only
01:35:16.740 one
01:35:17.140 that
01:35:17.600 has
01:35:17.880 them
01:35:18.020 so
01:35:18.200 in
01:35:18.320 this
01:35:18.920 crazy
01:35:19.320 year
01:35:19.760 if my
01:35:20.340 predictions
01:35:20.700 sound
01:35:21.020 nuts
01:35:21.260 consider
01:35:21.680 this
01:35:22.020 the oldest
01:35:22.900 white
01:35:23.260 the oldest
01:35:23.880 looking
01:35:24.400 sounding
01:35:24.920 white
01:35:25.280 guy
01:35:25.500 in the
01:35:25.780 race
01:35:26.000 who comes
01:35:26.320 across
01:35:26.680 incompetent
01:35:27.300 most
01:35:27.520 days
01:35:27.820 is
01:35:28.280 the
01:35:28.440 only
01:35:28.720 one
01:35:29.000 who
01:35:29.120 has
01:35:29.300 really
01:35:29.580 any
01:35:29.860 black
01:35:30.220 support
01:35:30.660 so
01:35:30.880 there
01:35:36.280 to
01:35:36.620 South
01:35:36.900 Carolina
01:35:37.340 and
01:35:37.840 all
01:35:38.040 those
01:35:38.220 southern
01:35:38.480 states
01:35:38.800 that
01:35:38.940 come
01:35:39.060 in
01:35:39.160 on
01:35:39.300 Super
01:35:39.500 Tuesday
01:35:39.860 he
01:35:40.460 could
01:35:40.620 certainly
01:35:41.040 win
01:35:41.320 enough
01:35:41.780 of
01:35:41.980 those
01:35:42.380 it
01:35:42.760 wouldn't
01:35:43.020 give him
01:35:43.320 the
01:35:43.440 nomination
01:35:43.920 but it
01:35:44.260 would keep
01:35:44.640 him alive
01:35:45.220 to a
01:35:45.820 convention
01:35:46.240 and then
01:35:46.580 I think
01:35:47.200 whoever emerges
01:35:48.240 from those
01:35:48.600 first four
01:35:49.120 states
01:35:49.440 between
01:35:49.720 Bernie
01:35:50.020 Sanders
01:35:50.320 and
01:35:50.500 Elizabeth
01:35:50.840 Warren
01:35:51.240 whoever
01:35:51.880 cancels
01:35:52.360 the other
01:35:52.680 out
01:35:52.900 is going
01:35:53.260 to win
01:35:53.520 California
01:35:54.180 and if
01:35:54.860 you've
01:35:55.020 got Joe
01:35:55.500 Biden
01:35:55.840 winning
01:35:56.220 the old
01:35:57.200 Democratic
01:35:57.800 party
01:35:58.200 and you
01:35:58.620 have
01:35:58.980 Bernie
01:35:59.340 Sanders
01:35:59.740 and or
01:36:00.220 Elizabeth
01:36:00.620 Warren
01:36:01.020 winning
01:36:01.540 the current
01:36:02.040 Democratic
01:36:02.580 party
01:36:02.980 that is
01:36:03.660 the
01:36:03.820 prescription
01:36:04.300 for a
01:36:04.800 brokered
01:36:05.180 convention
01:36:05.620 so you
01:36:06.480 have
01:36:06.680 Pete
01:36:07.020 Buttigieg
01:36:07.480 winning
01:36:08.120 Iowa
01:36:08.900 Bernie
01:36:09.320 Sanders
01:36:09.780 New
01:36:10.220 Hampshire
01:36:10.660 Elizabeth
01:36:11.160 Warren
01:36:11.620 Nevada
01:36:12.140 and
01:36:12.980 then
01:36:13.340 Biden
01:36:14.480 in
01:36:15.380 South
01:36:15.740 Carolina
01:36:16.300 and I
01:36:17.980 still think
01:36:18.460 even though
01:36:18.800 Buttigieg's
01:36:19.340 numbers have
01:36:19.960 dipped quite
01:36:20.480 a bit
01:36:20.780 in that
01:36:21.240 Iowa
01:36:21.520 poll
01:36:21.820 the reason
01:36:22.640 he could
01:36:23.040 possibly
01:36:23.620 still win
01:36:24.340 is how
01:36:25.080 strong
01:36:25.520 Bernie
01:36:25.840 Sanders
01:36:26.220 and Elizabeth
01:36:26.780 Warren
01:36:27.160 are
01:36:27.500 you know
01:36:28.080 we talked
01:36:28.480 last week
01:36:28.960 I talked
01:36:29.380 about the
01:36:29.760 fact of
01:36:30.100 Elizabeth
01:36:30.420 Warren's
01:36:31.040 dipping
01:36:31.320 that when
01:36:31.980 they get
01:36:32.280 into that
01:36:32.620 caucus
01:36:32.980 room
01:36:33.260 and they
01:36:33.460 start
01:36:33.680 straw
01:36:34.020 pulling
01:36:34.220 each
01:36:34.480 other
01:36:34.740 those
01:36:35.220 leftists
01:36:35.620 huddle
01:36:35.840 together
01:36:36.260 like hey
01:36:36.740 we you
01:36:37.400 know
01:36:37.580 we either
01:36:38.480 hang
01:36:38.680 together
01:36:39.020 or we
01:36:39.260 hang
01:36:39.420 separately
01:36:39.820 here
01:36:40.080 one of
01:36:40.380 these
01:36:40.500 guys
01:36:40.780 or gals
01:36:41.200 has got
01:36:41.500 to go
01:36:41.960 well if
01:36:42.480 they both
01:36:42.880 go in
01:36:43.300 there
01:36:43.580 with a
01:36:44.080 reasonable
01:36:44.440 chance
01:36:44.840 expectation
01:36:45.520 of winning
01:36:46.040 it's going
01:36:46.660 to be
01:36:46.780 really
01:36:47.140 difficult
01:36:47.620 to have
01:36:48.320 that
01:36:48.600 kind
01:36:49.060 of a
01:36:49.440 conversation
01:36:50.040 and I
01:36:50.720 could see
01:36:51.100 the
01:36:51.300 socialists
01:36:51.860 or the
01:36:52.220 Soviets
01:36:52.640 because
01:36:53.300 they're
01:36:53.420 both
01:36:53.600 socialists
01:36:54.020 Freudian
01:36:54.340 slip
01:36:54.540 I could
01:36:55.020 see the
01:36:55.280 Soviets
01:36:55.600 and the
01:36:56.780 more softer
01:36:57.880 side of
01:36:58.340 Sears
01:36:58.540 version
01:36:58.920 that
01:36:59.100 Elizabeth
01:36:59.420 Warren
01:36:59.740 represents
01:37:00.280 kind of
01:37:01.100 canceling
01:37:01.580 each other
01:37:01.900 out
01:37:02.220 and then
01:37:02.700 I could
01:37:02.960 see a
01:37:03.300 Pete
01:37:03.460 Buttigieg
01:37:03.800 with 19
01:37:04.520 20
01:37:04.940 21
01:37:05.460 22
01:37:05.940 percent
01:37:06.500 eking
01:37:07.060 out
01:37:07.400 a small
01:37:08.140 victory
01:37:08.580 here
01:37:08.940 that would
01:37:09.720 have to
01:37:10.000 be his
01:37:10.280 scenario
01:37:10.660 it's
01:37:11.240 interesting
01:37:11.640 Steve
01:37:11.840 because
01:37:11.980 what
01:37:12.100 you
01:37:12.200 described
01:37:12.520 with
01:37:12.660 the
01:37:12.760 first
01:37:12.920 four
01:37:13.140 states
01:37:13.520 is
01:37:13.920 the
01:37:14.100 dream
01:37:14.580 scenario
01:37:15.060 of
01:37:15.480 one
01:37:15.720 Michael
01:37:16.000 Bloomberg
01:37:16.340 who
01:37:16.840 is
01:37:17.060 currently
01:37:17.540 running
01:37:17.900 basically
01:37:18.320 unopposed
01:37:19.120 in the
01:37:19.660 Super
01:37:19.880 Tuesday
01:37:20.180 states
01:37:20.640 and throwing
01:37:21.060 a quarter
01:37:21.440 of a
01:37:21.700 billion
01:37:21.960 dollars
01:37:22.400 at
01:37:22.620 that
01:37:23.060 if
01:37:23.380 this
01:37:23.560 comes
01:37:23.760 together
01:37:24.020 does
01:37:24.200 he
01:37:24.380 make
01:37:24.580 a dent
01:37:24.900 does
01:37:25.060 he
01:37:25.180 win
01:37:25.380 a
01:37:25.480 couple
01:37:25.640 of
01:37:25.740 these
01:37:25.840 states
01:37:26.100 he
01:37:27.200 doesn't
01:37:27.520 represent
01:37:27.920 either
01:37:28.280 Democratic
01:37:28.820 party
01:37:29.140 I
01:37:29.280 think
01:37:29.440 Michael
01:37:29.720 Bloomberg
01:37:30.080 long
01:37:30.640 term
01:37:30.900 game
01:37:31.240 here
01:37:31.520 is
01:37:32.160 I
01:37:33.160 think
01:37:33.340 he's
01:37:33.560 game
01:37:33.800 planning
01:37:34.140 that
01:37:34.360 this
01:37:34.580 thing
01:37:34.780 goes
01:37:34.980 all
01:37:35.160 the
01:37:35.260 way
01:37:35.380 to
01:37:35.500 Milwaukee
01:37:35.900 and
01:37:36.540 you
01:37:38.820 have
01:37:38.940 to
01:37:39.000 understand
01:37:39.320 Bloomberg
01:37:39.640 comes
01:37:40.040 from
01:37:40.260 this
01:37:40.500 old
01:37:40.960 political
01:37:41.460 model
01:37:41.880 40%
01:37:42.560 of
01:37:42.700 people
01:37:42.900 are
01:37:43.100 Republicans
01:37:43.580 40%
01:37:44.600 are
01:37:44.760 Democrats
01:37:45.280 and
01:37:45.440 elections
01:37:45.780 are
01:37:45.960 won
01:37:46.080 by
01:37:46.220 the
01:37:46.360 20%
01:37:46.880 in
01:37:47.020 the
01:37:47.120 middle
01:37:47.320 and
01:37:47.720 Barack
01:37:48.020 Obama
01:37:48.360 and
01:37:48.540 social
01:37:48.780 media
01:37:49.060 wrecked
01:37:49.460 all
01:37:49.620 of
01:37:49.740 that
01:37:49.920 national
01:37:50.500 elections
01:37:50.900 are
01:37:51.060 now
01:37:51.220 determined
01:37:51.680 by
01:37:52.160 who
01:37:52.320 can
01:37:52.520 frame
01:37:52.760 the
01:37:52.920 battlefield
01:37:53.280 for
01:37:53.560 the
01:37:53.680 most
01:37:53.920 max
01:37:54.380 base
01:37:54.720 turnout
01:37:55.160 Mitt
01:37:55.640 Romney
01:37:55.960 is
01:38:03.340 he's
01:38:03.540 operating
01:38:04.040 on
01:38:04.380 that
01:38:04.580 model
01:38:05.020 and
01:38:05.320 he's
01:38:05.480 going
01:38:05.700 by
01:38:06.060 hey
01:38:06.260 they
01:38:06.420 got
01:38:06.560 to
01:38:06.660 come
01:38:06.780 out
01:38:06.940 of
01:38:07.020 a
01:38:07.140 convention
01:38:07.480 with
01:38:07.700 some
01:38:07.880 kind
01:38:08.080 of
01:38:08.200 compromise
01:38:08.660 candidate
01:38:09.220 and
01:38:09.660 maybe
01:38:09.900 that
01:38:10.200 could
01:38:10.400 be
01:38:10.560 me
01:38:10.800 and
01:38:11.480 you
01:38:11.720 say
01:38:12.100 that
01:38:12.420 there's
01:38:12.820 going
01:38:12.940 to be
01:38:13.100 a move
01:38:13.420 at
01:38:13.720 the
01:38:13.900 convention
01:38:14.340 to
01:38:14.740 nominate
01:38:15.120 Michelle
01:38:15.500 Obama
01:38:15.900 as
01:38:16.860 the
01:38:17.040 compromise
01:38:17.440 candidate
01:38:18.020 yeah
01:38:18.900 she's
01:38:19.280 the most
01:38:19.520 logical
01:38:20.020 name
01:38:20.460 but
01:38:21.280 you
01:38:21.480 know
01:38:21.580 you
01:38:21.740 don't
01:38:21.960 leave
01:38:22.340 a
01:38:22.600 70,000
01:38:23.560 square
01:38:23.960 foot
01:38:24.200 palatial
01:38:24.700 estate
01:38:25.120 where
01:38:25.700 Martha's
01:38:26.180 Vineyard
01:38:33.340 so I
01:38:33.920 think
01:38:34.080 I
01:38:34.240 think
01:38:34.420 that'll
01:38:34.740 be
01:38:34.980 the
01:38:35.300 fantasy
01:38:35.960 of
01:38:36.840 you
01:38:37.060 know
01:38:37.160 several
01:38:37.540 on
01:38:38.140 cable
01:38:38.680 news
01:38:38.940 networks
01:38:39.440 and
01:38:40.360 within
01:38:40.640 the
01:38:41.300 leftist
01:38:42.320 intelligentsia
01:38:43.260 and it
01:38:43.780 will be
01:38:44.020 entertained
01:38:44.400 there
01:38:44.860 quite
01:38:45.180 heavily
01:38:45.480 but
01:38:45.960 I
01:38:46.080 don't
01:38:46.220 think
01:38:46.480 that
01:38:46.680 she
01:38:46.840 will
01:38:47.060 she's
01:38:47.500 going
01:38:47.600 to
01:38:47.680 come
01:38:47.860 off
01:38:48.080 the
01:38:48.260 bench
01:38:48.560 and
01:38:49.440 take
01:38:49.940 that
01:38:50.140 kind
01:38:50.380 of
01:38:50.500 a
01:38:50.600 beating
01:38:50.760 because
01:38:50.940 right
01:38:51.140 now
01:38:51.400 she
01:38:51.880 can
01:38:52.040 say
01:38:52.260 whatever
01:38:52.500 she
01:38:52.700 wants
01:38:52.980 do
01:38:53.180 whatever
01:38:53.380 she
01:38:53.580 wants
01:38:53.800 make
01:38:54.000 as
01:38:54.120 much
01:38:54.300 money
01:38:54.520 as
01:38:54.680 she
01:38:54.800 wants
01:38:55.140 and
01:38:55.600 have
01:38:55.840 none
01:39:03.340 believe
01:39:03.760 it
01:39:04.020 will
01:39:04.200 be
01:39:04.600 I
01:39:05.960 think
01:39:06.060 it
01:39:06.140 will
01:39:06.180 be
01:39:06.280 Bernie
01:39:06.520 Sanders
01:39:06.860 because
01:39:07.180 if
01:39:07.380 you
01:39:07.460 go
01:39:07.540 to
01:39:07.640 a
01:39:07.760 brokered
01:39:08.080 convention
01:39:08.520 there's
01:39:09.020 two
01:39:09.200 ways
01:39:09.440 you
01:39:09.540 win
01:39:09.720 there
01:39:09.880 guys
01:39:10.200 one
01:39:10.800 way
01:39:11.060 is
01:39:11.280 you're
01:39:11.460 everybody's
01:39:12.100 second
01:39:12.340 safe
01:39:13.060 choice
01:39:13.520 there
01:39:14.160 isn't
01:39:14.420 one
01:39:14.580 of
01:39:14.700 those
01:39:14.980 in
01:39:15.340 this
01:39:15.500 race
01:39:16.120 there's
01:39:16.780 nobody
01:39:17.120 everybody
01:39:17.480 else
01:39:17.820 looks at
01:39:18.220 and says
01:39:18.640 alright
01:39:18.920 I guess
01:39:19.320 we can
01:39:19.560 handle
01:39:19.820 that
01:39:20.100 and so
01:39:20.740 if
01:39:20.880 you're
01:39:20.980 not
01:39:21.160 going
01:39:21.280 to
01:39:21.380 win
01:39:21.540 with
01:39:21.700 a
01:39:21.840 second
01:39:22.100 safe
01:39:22.440 choice
01:39:22.900 then
01:39:23.420 it's
01:39:23.640 triumph
01:39:24.040 of
01:39:24.220 the
01:39:24.340 will
01:39:24.600 if
01:39:24.920 you
01:39:25.020 get
01:39:25.160 the
01:39:25.300 analogy
01:39:25.740 reference
01:39:26.420 I'm
01:39:26.660 making
01:39:26.920 and you
01:39:27.540 win
01:39:27.760 with a
01:39:28.040 hammer
01:39:28.240 and a
01:39:28.480 sickle
01:39:28.720 and an
01:39:28.940 iron
01:39:29.140 fist
01:39:29.600 and you
01:39:31.320 scare
01:39:31.980 the hell
01:39:32.260 out of
01:39:32.480 the system
01:39:32.940 with a
01:39:33.480 mobocracy
01:39:34.080 if you
01:39:34.580 look at
01:39:34.860 Wisconsin
01:39:35.340 that's
01:39:35.980 where a lot
01:39:36.360 of the
01:39:36.640 modern
01:39:36.980 leftist
01:39:37.520 mobocracy
01:39:38.140 was born
01:39:40.000 going after
01:39:40.820 Scott Walker
01:39:41.560 that base
01:39:42.520 of people
01:39:42.940 is still
01:39:43.420 there
01:39:43.820 that is
01:39:44.420 a native
01:39:45.740 tongue
01:39:46.140 to Bernie
01:39:46.940 Sanders
01:39:47.320 as an
01:39:47.600 Alinsky
01:39:47.920 Ike
01:39:48.260 and so
01:39:48.880 I think
01:39:49.320 you scare
01:39:50.080 the Democrats
01:39:50.740 to death
01:39:51.260 we're going
01:39:51.980 to make
01:39:52.200 Chicago
01:39:52.700 68
01:39:53.380 look like
01:39:54.200 it's a
01:39:54.520 small world
01:39:55.080 after all
01:39:55.860 when it's
01:39:57.220 closed
01:39:57.620 or you
01:39:58.340 give us
01:39:58.720 the nomination
01:39:59.420 and so
01:40:00.160 since they
01:40:00.540 don't have
01:40:01.040 a logical
01:40:01.840 second candidate
01:40:02.660 that would
01:40:03.140 be a
01:40:03.680 rallying
01:40:04.400 point
01:40:05.020 for the
01:40:05.860 various
01:40:06.260 constituencies
01:40:07.600 in their
01:40:07.940 confederacy
01:40:08.660 then I think
01:40:09.460 it becomes
01:40:09.920 a mobocracy
01:40:11.420 game
01:40:11.740 and I
01:40:12.000 can't see
01:40:12.540 anybody
01:40:12.860 edging
01:40:13.180 Bernie
01:40:13.440 Sanders
01:40:13.700 out
01:40:13.960 where that's
01:40:14.320 concerned
01:40:14.600 okay
01:40:15.200 he's not
01:40:15.620 finished yet
01:40:16.340 we're going
01:40:17.320 to take
01:40:17.680 a one minute
01:40:18.140 break
01:40:18.420 and then
01:40:18.680 back
01:40:19.020 with the
01:40:19.400 rest
01:40:19.680 of how
01:40:20.300 he says
01:40:20.920 this is
01:40:21.380 all going

01:42:44.400 was going to
01:42:44.820 nominate
01:42:45.180 Tim Kaine
01:42:45.780 because that's
01:42:46.760 in her
01:42:47.120 nature
01:42:48.140 find a
01:42:48.800 swing state
01:42:49.340 she wants
01:42:50.040 to really be
01:42:50.620 a Wellesley
01:42:51.060 College
01:42:51.520 she wants
01:42:52.120 to be
01:42:52.400 Elizabeth Warren
01:42:53.180 but in the end
01:42:53.840 she's really
01:42:54.620 a bra
01:42:54.980 burning
01:42:55.240 technocrat
01:42:55.880 she wants
01:42:56.340 to win
01:42:56.680 more than
01:42:57.000 anything else
01:42:57.480 so go find
01:42:58.500 a nice
01:42:58.900 looking senator
01:42:59.520 from a
01:43:00.060 swing state
01:43:00.700 and put him
01:43:01.080 on the
01:43:01.300 ticket
01:43:01.540 you have
01:43:02.160 to go
01:43:02.400 with
01:43:02.600 candidates
01:43:02.980 nature
01:43:03.360 if you're
01:43:03.640 Bernie Sanders
01:43:04.200 and you
01:43:04.580 conquer the
01:43:05.200 Democratic
01:43:05.600 Party
01:43:06.080 you're not
01:43:06.640 even a
01:43:07.000 registered
01:43:07.420 Democrat
01:43:07.920 and you
01:43:08.680 conquer
01:43:09.060 this
01:43:09.320 party
01:43:09.640 and you
01:43:09.920 conquer
01:43:10.240 them
01:43:10.440 at the
01:43:10.680 convention
01:43:11.100 the last
01:43:12.120 thing
01:43:12.340 you're
01:43:12.520 going
01:43:12.780 to do
01:43:13.360 is
01:43:13.940 go get
01:43:15.160 some
01:43:15.500 middle
01:43:16.680 of the
01:43:16.920 road
01:43:17.040 congressman
01:43:17.600 from
01:43:17.760 Indiana
01:43:18.180 to balance
01:43:19.100 the ticket
01:43:19.560 no no
01:43:19.940 you've
01:43:20.340 come this
01:43:20.720 far
01:43:23.840 so I
01:43:24.060 think
01:43:24.220 he
01:43:24.320 goes
01:43:24.540 for
01:43:24.860 intersectionality
01:43:26.040 with
01:43:26.260 Catherine
01:43:26.580 Cortez
01:43:27.020 Matos
01:43:28.020 out of
01:43:28.380 Donata
01:43:28.880 who is
01:43:29.860 essentially
01:43:30.380 Alexandria
01:43:31.920 Ocasio
01:43:32.440 Cortez's
01:43:33.000 grandmother
01:43:33.440 for lack
01:43:33.940 of a better
01:43:34.320 description
01:43:34.840 and a
01:43:35.520 former
01:43:35.760 left-wing
01:43:36.340 trial lawyer
01:43:37.080 attorney
01:43:37.560 general
01:43:38.060 she's
01:43:38.780 from a
01:43:39.140 swing
01:43:39.420 state
01:43:39.800 that
01:43:40.040 just
01:43:40.880 swung
01:43:41.400 over
01:43:41.700 that's
01:43:42.300 the
01:43:42.420 one
01:43:42.680 state
01:43:42.980 we had
01:43:43.380 all these
01:43:43.800 warning
01:43:44.200 signs
01:43:44.680 of early
01:43:45.280 voting
01:43:45.980 amongst
01:43:46.340 Hispanics
01:43:46.940 in swing
01:43:47.320 states
01:43:47.620 in 2016
01:43:48.260 and how
01:43:48.720 that was
01:43:48.960 going to
01:43:49.180 doom
01:43:49.380 Trump
01:43:49.760 and it
01:43:50.280 never
01:43:50.480 came to
01:43:50.920 fruition
01:43:51.220 except
01:43:51.560 in one
01:43:52.240 state
01:43:52.620 and that
01:43:53.200 one
01:43:53.480 state
01:43:53.800 is in
01:43:54.140 Nevada
01:43:54.480 that's
01:43:54.820 the one
01:43:55.180 swing
01:43:55.500 state
01:43:55.760 that
01:43:55.960 tipped
01:43:56.220 because
01:43:56.820 of an
01:43:57.580 early
01:43:57.900 surge
01:43:58.460 of Hispanic
01:43:59.160 voting
01:43:59.700 and I
01:44:00.280 think you
01:44:00.580 see
01:44:00.760 Bernie Sanders
01:44:01.380 double down
01:44:01.980 from there
01:44:02.420 now you
01:44:04.640 say the
01:44:05.040 deep state
01:44:05.820 doubles
01:44:06.640 down
01:44:07.280 because
01:44:07.960 they see
01:44:09.180 this is
01:44:09.740 this is
01:44:10.160 a free
01:44:10.460 for all
01:44:11.060 yeah I'm
01:44:12.760 not a
01:44:13.180 conspiracy
01:44:13.640 guy I
01:44:14.320 used to
01:44:14.620 be when
01:44:14.880 I was
01:44:15.140 a kid
01:44:15.600 and then
01:44:16.140 I realized
01:44:16.640 human
01:44:16.900 nature
01:44:17.200 is often
01:44:17.540 given
01:44:17.780 too much
01:44:18.200 credit
01:44:18.540 I'm
01:44:19.040 also
01:44:19.300 not a
01:44:19.780 huge
01:44:20.000 fan
01:44:20.260 of just
01:44:20.580 ignoring
01:44:21.040 what I'm
01:44:21.480 actually
01:44:21.800 seeing
01:44:22.220 in front
01:44:22.520 of my
01:44:22.720 face
01:44:23.000 Glenn
01:44:23.240 and we
01:44:23.900 have
01:44:24.020 watched
01:44:24.280 the last
01:44:24.660 couple
01:44:24.980 of years
01:44:25.480 marauding
01:44:26.940 rapist
01:44:27.400 hoaxes
01:44:27.860 for Supreme
01:44:28.320 Court
01:44:28.540 justices
01:44:29.180 collusion
01:44:29.920 hoaxes
01:44:30.480 Ukrainian
01:44:30.940 call
01:44:31.400 hoaxes
01:44:31.980 hoax
01:44:32.300 hoax
01:44:32.580 hoax
01:44:32.900 the guy
01:44:33.820 in Iran
01:44:34.320 Salami
01:44:35.380 or whatever
01:44:35.600 the hell
01:44:35.840 his name
01:44:36.280 is
01:44:37.040 venerated
01:44:38.160 and revered
01:44:38.940 and so
01:44:39.780 if you're
01:44:40.360 going to
01:44:40.580 go this
01:44:41.160 far
01:44:41.680 and the
01:44:43.400 generic
01:44:44.120 process
01:44:44.680 produces
01:44:45.140 the American
01:44:46.180 Jeremy
01:44:46.700 Corbyn
01:44:47.700 and you
01:44:47.980 know that
01:44:48.300 guy is
01:44:48.600 not going
01:44:49.000 to win
01:44:49.280 a general
01:44:49.680 I don't
01:44:50.320 know when
01:44:50.740 you've been
01:44:51.040 willing to
01:44:51.600 use the
01:44:52.140 levers of
01:44:52.660 government
01:44:52.960 with your
01:44:53.280 thumb on
01:44:53.660 the scale
01:44:54.080 from behind
01:44:54.960 the scenes
01:44:55.600 and there
01:44:56.260 are willing
01:44:56.800 media platforms
01:44:57.980 that are going
01:44:58.300 to let you
01:44:58.620 do it out
01:44:59.060 there on
01:44:59.500 the left
01:44:59.900 I don't
01:45:00.720 know why
01:45:01.060 you'd hold
01:45:01.460 up now
01:45:01.920 so I think
01:45:02.880 like those
01:45:03.260 bureaucrats
01:45:03.840 that came
01:45:04.140 out and
01:45:04.460 testified
01:45:04.900 at the
01:45:06.020 impeachment
01:45:06.400 hearing
01:45:06.820 whose grounds
01:45:07.400 for impeachment
01:45:07.940 really was
01:45:08.540 I didn't
01:45:08.940 like Trump's
01:45:09.420 foreign policy
01:45:10.100 I think
01:45:10.780 you're going
01:45:11.000 to see them
01:45:11.480 just like
01:45:11.860 openly
01:45:12.360 now leak
01:45:13.460 secrets
01:45:14.120 openly
01:45:14.760 leak sources
01:45:15.640 openly attempt
01:45:17.100 to sabotage
01:45:20.120 American foreign
01:45:20.920 policy
01:45:21.540 and I wouldn't
01:45:22.240 be shocked
01:45:22.700 if you saw
01:45:23.100 the Federal
01:45:23.480 Reserve
01:45:23.820 in the third
01:45:24.340 quarter of
01:45:24.820 this year
01:45:25.280 attempt to
01:45:26.060 put its
01:45:26.360 thumb on
01:45:26.720 the scale
01:45:27.100 economically
01:45:27.760 unless you
01:45:28.340 see a
01:45:28.620 slowdown
01:45:29.140 because if
01:45:30.180 you're going
01:45:30.900 to go this
01:45:31.420 far in
01:45:32.300 trying to
01:45:32.820 discredit
01:45:33.380 an administration
01:45:34.160 and the
01:45:34.500 people it
01:45:34.860 appoints
01:45:35.700 right when
01:45:36.100 the American
01:45:36.900 people are
01:45:37.440 potentially
01:45:37.980 about to
01:45:38.440 give it
01:45:38.660 another four
01:45:39.140 years
01:45:39.500 I don't
01:45:40.100 know why
01:45:40.560 you'd
01:45:40.800 suddenly
01:45:41.020 decide
01:45:41.380 you know
01:45:41.680 what
01:45:41.900 maybe we
01:45:42.580 should let
01:45:42.960 the people
01:45:43.340 rule after
01:45:43.960 all
01:45:44.220 I don't think
01:45:44.800 that's human
01:45:45.200 nature
01:45:45.480 either
01:45:45.820 and even
01:45:46.500 though you
01:45:47.020 call for
01:45:47.500 even more
01:45:47.980 turmoil
01:45:48.420 than what
01:45:48.860 you just
01:45:49.200 said
01:45:49.620 your number
01:45:50.380 one prediction
01:45:50.980 is Trump
01:45:52.140 wins
01:45:53.200 Trump's going
01:45:54.680 to win
01:45:54.920 because the
01:45:55.380 Democratic
01:45:55.740 Party learned
01:45:56.660 well there's
01:45:57.360 two reasons
01:45:57.780 he's going
01:45:58.020 to win
01:45:58.280 the economy
01:45:59.240 we just
01:45:59.680 don't get
01:45:59.980 rid of
01:46:00.260 presidents
01:46:00.720 when the
01:46:01.440 economy
01:46:01.760 is going
01:46:02.160 this well
01:46:02.620 that's
01:46:02.920 historic
01:46:03.480 number two
01:46:04.300 is the
01:46:05.040 Democrats
01:46:05.500 the left
01:46:05.980 in America
01:46:06.540 spent
01:46:06.960 and I'm
01:46:07.620 guessing
01:46:07.860 you got
01:46:08.300 these calls
01:46:08.880 too
01:46:09.160 when they
01:46:09.600 called
01:46:09.800 people
01:46:10.120 who were
01:46:10.460 on the
01:46:10.720 right
01:46:10.940 who were
01:46:11.200 real
01:46:11.400 conservatives
01:46:11.960 and
01:46:12.200 hesitant to
01:46:12.680 support
01:46:12.940 Trump
01:46:13.180 four years
01:46:13.620 ago
01:46:13.940 they called
01:46:14.720 a bunch
01:46:15.060 of us
01:46:15.500 I was on
01:46:16.060 the McNeil
01:46:16.500 Lair news
01:46:17.040 hour
01:46:17.300 for goodness
01:46:17.720 sakes
01:46:18.000 the day
01:46:18.460 after the
01:46:18.820 election
01:46:19.160 just one
01:46:19.820 one
01:46:20.100 one example
01:46:20.880 wanting to
01:46:21.660 know
01:46:21.780 what did
01:46:22.120 we miss
01:46:22.520 what did
01:46:22.820 we miss
01:46:23.060 they spent
01:46:23.440 about 48
01:46:24.080 hours of
01:46:24.560 self-reflection
01:46:25.260 and then
01:46:26.080 they decided
01:46:26.620 like John
01:46:27.080 Lithgow
01:46:27.440 says in
01:46:27.880 the new
01:46:28.080 Pet Sematary
01:46:28.700 movie
01:46:28.980 the ground
01:46:29.620 is bad
01:46:30.260 they decided
01:46:31.020 the American
01:46:31.500 people are
01:46:32.020 bad
01:46:32.360 and so I
01:46:33.140 don't think
01:46:33.420 there's any
01:46:33.800 self-awareness
01:46:34.560 forthcoming
01:46:35.080 at all
01:46:35.440 and they're
01:46:35.720 just going
01:46:35.960 to nominate
01:46:36.380 their own
01:46:36.680 Jeremy Corbyn
01:46:37.300 agree
01:46:37.820 agree with
01:46:38.660 you
01:46:38.840 all right
01:46:40.020 Steve
01:46:40.400 thank you
01:46:40.900 so much
01:46:41.300 the Steve
01:46:42.120 Day show
01:46:42.700 is on
01:46:43.760 the Blaze
01:46:44.920 radio and
01:46:45.800 television network
01:46:46.680 just subscribe
01:46:47.840 now
01:46:48.120 blazetv.com
01:46:49.860 big announcement
01:46:50.620 is coming
01:46:51.840 up in just
01:46:52.900 a few minutes
01:46:53.380 stand by
01:46:54.120 you know
01:47:07.140 taking seven
01:47:09.600 months off
01:47:10.280 from work
01:47:11.420 to recover
01:47:12.620 from an
01:47:13.040 injury just
01:47:13.580 isn't an
01:47:14.020 option for
01:47:14.560 a lot of
01:47:14.900 people and
01:47:15.300 among their
01:47:15.800 number is
01:47:16.540 Robin from
01:47:17.320 Ohio she
01:47:18.400 works in a
01:47:18.820 congressional
01:47:19.280 I mean a
01:47:19.800 congressional
01:47:20.220 same thing
01:47:22.280 a correctional
01:47:23.480 institution
01:47:24.320 and after
01:47:25.820 breaking her
01:47:26.560 wrist she
01:47:26.960 was given
01:47:27.260 the bad
01:47:27.660 news
01:47:28.120 but some
01:47:29.420 people are
01:47:29.800 more determined
01:47:30.740 than others
01:47:31.400 and Robin
01:47:31.800 is one of
01:47:32.300 them after
01:47:32.880 hearing about
01:47:33.380 relief factors
01:47:34.240 she started
01:47:34.780 just taking
01:47:35.360 it regularly
01:47:36.160 and much
01:47:37.100 to her
01:47:37.560 surprise
01:47:38.220 and the
01:47:39.860 surprise of
01:47:40.500 her occupational
01:47:41.180 therapist
01:47:41.820 Robin was
01:47:42.800 able to
01:47:43.220 return to
01:47:43.740 work three
01:47:44.520 months early
01:47:45.240 the swelling
01:47:46.040 and the
01:47:46.400 pain had
01:47:46.880 gone down
01:47:47.500 and she
01:47:48.160 had been
01:47:48.460 able to
01:47:48.900 recover
01:47:49.200 rapidly
01:47:49.780 some
01:47:50.840 people are
01:47:51.520 just born
01:47:52.080 tough
01:47:52.600 but even
01:47:53.600 Robin admits
01:47:54.360 she's grateful
01:47:55.560 that she had
01:47:56.060 relief factor
01:47:56.700 to help her
01:47:57.140 get on the
01:47:58.060 other side
01:47:58.780 of pain
01:47:59.360 and inflammation

01:48:23.620 tuned
01:48:23.820 born on
01:48:49.440 February
01:48:49.720 10th
01:48:50.360 1964
01:48:51.140 Glenn
01:48:52.000 Edward Lee
01:48:52.780 Beck
01:48:53.140 became
01:48:53.540 accustomed
01:48:53.980 to
01:48:54.300 entertaining
01:48:54.680 large audiences
01:48:55.520 from birth
01:48:56.120 in fact
01:48:57.060 he was
01:48:57.420 the 13th
01:48:58.260 most visited
01:48:58.900 child in
01:48:59.520 the hospital
01:48:59.980 the week
01:49:00.380 he was
01:49:00.640 born
01:49:01.040 glenn grew
01:49:02.500 up like
01:49:02.880 any young
01:49:03.440 man
01:49:03.740 watching
01:49:04.280 Shirley Temple
01:49:04.900 movies
01:49:05.340 organizing
01:49:06.240 tea parties
01:49:06.860 for his
01:49:07.320 collection
01:49:07.620 of dolls
01:49:08.140 and getting
01:49:09.340 beaten to a pulp
01:49:10.180 by neighborhood
01:49:10.760 boys and girls
01:49:11.660 all activities
01:49:12.960 he continues
01:49:13.720 to enjoy
01:49:14.400 to this day
01:49:15.180 glenn's father
01:49:16.420 was a baker
01:49:17.160 thus glenn's
01:49:18.420 unquenchable
01:49:19.080 passion for pastry
01:49:20.080 it was believed
01:49:21.540 by many
01:49:22.080 that this
01:49:22.620 would make
01:49:22.960 glenn into
01:49:23.400 the family's
01:49:23.960 best baker
01:49:24.600 to date
01:49:25.000 but one day
01:49:25.940 father beck
01:49:26.560 returned to
01:49:27.160 his bakery
01:49:27.600 only to find
01:49:28.540 that glenn
01:49:29.040 had eaten
01:49:29.520 an entire
01:49:30.060 year's worth
01:49:30.780 of powdered
01:49:31.260 sugar
01:49:31.600 and was
01:49:32.300 actually
01:49:32.780 bathing
01:49:33.300 in a vat
01:49:33.780 of cream
01:49:34.260 raspberry
01:49:34.740 sauce
01:49:35.180 this incident
01:49:36.740 led glenn away
01:49:37.620 from baking
01:49:38.160 and toward
01:49:39.000 his other
01:49:39.500 love
01:49:39.860 broadcasting
01:49:40.880 it was also
01:49:42.880 the first time
01:49:43.720 that an entire
01:49:44.460 industry filed
01:49:45.360 a restraining
01:49:45.920 order against
01:49:46.500 one individual
01:49:47.440 from this point
01:49:50.520 on the ugly
01:49:51.340 face of alcohol
01:49:52.340 began to peer
01:49:53.200 its head into
01:49:53.820 glenn's life
01:49:54.580 it began at
01:49:55.860 his first job
01:49:56.520 interview
01:49:56.880 just minutes
01:49:58.000 before the
01:49:58.500 interview began
01:49:59.240 a full 12
01:50:00.580 pack of budweiser
01:50:01.380 was ingested
01:50:02.020 by the program
01:50:02.700 director who
01:50:03.280 eventually hired
01:50:03.980 him
01:50:04.180 his next job
01:50:05.620 interview was
01:50:06.160 with a program
01:50:06.720 director who
01:50:07.260 was receiving
01:50:07.740 vodka via
01:50:08.560 iv and come
01:50:10.420 on 970
01:50:11.380 wfla sue
01:50:12.440 tricus must
01:50:13.360 have been
01:50:13.700 drunk
01:50:14.020 later glenn got
01:50:16.920 a young blonde
01:50:17.520 named tanya
01:50:18.160 colonna drunk
01:50:18.840 now she is
01:50:19.980 tanya back
01:50:20.580 and with every
01:50:21.660 year his
01:50:22.300 experience continues
01:50:23.520 to grow
01:50:24.020 along with his
01:50:25.720 ego and his
01:50:26.420 stomach and
01:50:27.480 sue tricus
01:50:28.080 well she's
01:50:29.460 still drunk
01:50:29.940 all right it's
01:50:30.720 the 20th
01:50:31.320 anniversary week
01:50:32.200 of the broadcast
01:50:33.340 i believe this
01:50:34.160 was the
01:50:34.600 anniversary of
01:50:35.440 the day i
01:50:36.100 first wanted
01:50:36.960 to fire
01:50:37.460 jeffy and
01:50:38.440 i can still
01:50:38.900 remember it
01:50:39.580 looking at
01:50:40.360 him shaking
01:50:41.260 his head like
01:50:42.060 you suck on
01:50:43.860 the other side
01:50:44.360 of the glass
01:50:44.940 and you get
01:50:45.220 reminded of it
01:50:45.740 now every day
01:50:46.460 you see him
01:50:47.060 every day i
01:50:47.960 still see him
01:50:48.680 somehow or
01:50:49.240 another i've
01:50:49.560 not been able
01:50:50.000 to shake
01:50:50.320 that guy
01:50:50.780 and and
01:50:52.420 also stew
01:50:53.820 who has been
01:50:54.520 with me and
01:50:55.740 on this 20th
01:50:56.660 anniversary week
01:50:57.420 i think it
01:50:57.980 is only
01:50:59.100 appropriate that
01:50:59.920 we make a
01:51:00.600 special
01:51:01.020 announcement
01:51:01.500 on stew
01:51:02.660 very excited
01:51:04.260 to bring to
01:51:05.340 blaze tv.com
01:51:07.640 as well as

01:51:21.020 be doing things on
01:51:21.980 the show and
01:51:22.980 that's how we
01:51:23.500 came up with a
01:51:23.960 title stew does

01:51:25.960 uh-huh and
01:51:29.060 uh something

01:51:52.900 tired uh than uh
01:51:55.060 than usual
01:51:55.700 and i already
01:51:56.320 look so perky
01:51:57.680 every day we
01:51:58.440 thought if there's
01:51:59.260 somebody that needs
01:52:00.040 to be on television
01:52:01.040 it's one of us

01:52:26.300 i'm just talking to
01:52:26.980 nobody and it'll be
01:52:28.000 uh kind of in our
01:52:28.820 comedy uh roster we
01:52:30.680 have steven crowder
01:52:31.900 yeah uh and uh and
01:52:34.260 stew will be adding
01:52:35.120 chad prather as well
01:52:36.180 chad prather is really
01:52:37.660 really funny and we
01:52:38.740 thought you know hey
01:52:40.660 hire a vet hire the
01:52:41.820 handicapped hire stew
01:52:43.340 yeah you're not gonna
01:52:44.020 hit you're not gonna
01:52:44.440 hit home runs on every
01:52:45.120 pitch no no you're
01:52:46.620 certainly not and it's
01:52:47.620 uh to get hit by the
01:52:48.780 pitch and get on base
01:52:49.600 if you love john
01:52:50.800 stewart and the
01:52:51.240 daily show you're
01:52:52.400 not gonna like this
01:52:53.160 but but if you like
01:52:55.140 trevor noah you're
01:52:57.680 still not gonna like
01:52:58.560 this uh you'll be
01:52:59.520 like where's the
01:53:00.300 humor
01:53:00.580 uh but it's it's
01:53:04.680 actually uh it's
01:53:05.900 actually a comedy show
01:53:07.540 with that's smart uh
01:53:09.820 and will help people
01:53:10.880 digest the news of the
01:53:12.340 day uh with uh with
01:53:14.300 humor it's something
01:53:15.020 we've tried to do here
01:53:16.020 uh and you know a lot
01:53:18.080 of people will have
01:53:18.720 told us over the
01:53:19.400 years that perhaps
01:53:20.140 it's not the best
01:53:20.820 idea but we have
01:53:22.820 decided uh to try to
01:53:24.840 treat the audience as
01:53:25.920 if they are intelligent
01:53:26.860 now we don't know
01:53:28.220 everyone in the
01:53:28.780 audience there could
01:53:29.320 be a lot of really
01:53:30.200 stupid people there
01:53:31.100 oh i'm sure there
01:53:32.060 are every audience
01:53:32.760 it has to be some
01:53:33.360 you can't have 50
01:53:34.440 million a footprint of
01:53:35.440 50 million people and
01:53:36.960 not have some real
01:53:38.040 dummies oh it's gotta
01:53:39.140 be a ton of morons
01:53:39.900 it's not you not if
01:53:41.460 you're listening right
01:53:42.200 now it's not not you
01:53:43.400 it's the people probably
01:53:44.460 that were listening last
01:53:45.720 hour you you are
01:53:48.060 the smart ones
01:53:49.040 they're the dummies
01:53:50.400 you're special yeah
01:53:51.560 you're special you
01:53:52.580 make a difference you
01:53:53.720 get a trophy those
01:53:55.520 people suck uh but
01:53:58.040 i mean that is a
01:53:58.720 different thing i think
01:53:59.700 than you're getting
01:54:00.420 across the media
01:54:01.380 landscape right now i
01:54:02.200 mean look you can get
01:54:03.240 some conservative
01:54:03.840 content and there's a
01:54:04.780 lot of great stuff out
01:54:05.620 there um but there's
01:54:08.300 been a i think a a
01:54:10.340 um a lack of this in
01:54:11.620 the media as a whole
01:54:12.600 that anyone who's
01:54:13.440 going to admit that
01:54:14.380 conservatism isn't uh
01:54:15.820 the same thing as
01:54:16.680 nazism or racism
01:54:17.720 you go to the media
01:54:18.620 it's hard to find
01:54:19.260 that it's hard to
01:54:20.200 find stuff that you
01:54:21.020 know a lot of times
01:54:21.780 you just kind of get
01:54:22.400 either something that's
01:54:24.440 uh entertaining or
01:54:26.020 something that has
01:54:27.060 some intelligence to
01:54:28.780 it we're going to try
01:54:30.440 to do both of those
01:54:31.180 things but we promise
01:54:31.840 almost the fusion of
01:54:33.340 entertainment and
01:54:33.980 enlightenment however we
01:54:35.260 promise never to do
01:54:36.320 both at the same time
01:54:37.160 because that's
01:54:37.500 overwhelming we'll give
01:54:38.500 you one of the two
01:54:39.540 and we'll clearly define
01:54:40.960 them yeah for
01:54:41.700 everybody in a soros
01:54:42.760 organization yes so
01:54:43.860 they can just they can
01:54:44.800 protest the right
01:54:45.640 organizations yeah
01:54:46.480 honestly this is why
01:54:47.820 a lot of the humor is
01:54:50.120 is uh gone from the
01:54:52.820 right because you well
01:54:54.160 hey there's a lot of
01:54:55.040 unfunny people on the
01:54:55.900 right um not you no
01:54:58.620 you are funny you are
01:55:00.140 funny you're special
01:55:00.940 you're better than them
01:55:02.020 um but it's almost
01:55:03.600 impossible to do humor
01:55:05.180 um because you they'll
01:55:08.020 destroy you they'll
01:55:09.380 destroy you yeah and if
01:55:11.080 you happen to be an old
01:55:12.180 listener of mine you
01:55:13.660 know we've had to strip
01:55:15.260 back a lot of the
01:55:16.300 comedy uh on this
01:55:18.000 program because it just
01:55:19.840 you we could not
01:55:21.340 survive with it they
01:55:23.180 were killing us every
01:55:24.620 step of the way that's
01:55:26.300 why we built the blaze
01:55:27.340 and that's why we can
01:55:28.700 do whatever the hell we
01:55:29.560 want to do on the blaze
01:55:31.180 yeah enjoy it yeah
01:55:32.900 seriously this is a
01:55:33.840 great reason to
01:55:34.500 subscribe to it i mean
01:55:35.400 if you go to blazedv.com
01:55:37.040 you can use the promo
01:55:37.980 code actually you can use
01:55:38.680 the promo code stew as
01:55:40.340 of today uh use the
01:55:41.560 promo code stew i think
01:55:42.400 they're i think they're
01:55:42.940 doing some special or
01:55:44.120 something off of there
01:55:45.000 maybe i don't know some
01:55:46.120 extra money off go ahead
01:55:47.200 do that i think we pay
01:55:48.360 you if you subscribe for
01:55:49.700 the stew show we pay you
01:55:51.460 i think i'm not sure you
01:55:52.860 could do it over and
01:55:53.420 over again and get really
01:55:54.380 rich so do it try it see
01:55:56.360 if it works yeah but the
01:55:57.860 point is to have a place
01:55:59.240 that's safe harbor for
01:56:00.920 people who are conservative
01:56:02.100 who actually treat their
01:56:03.800 audience with some
01:56:05.160 intelligence uh and some
01:56:06.960 respect and that like we
01:56:08.080 all know that you know
01:56:09.060 jokes are jokes i mean
01:56:09.960 ricky gervais has proved
01:56:11.460 this to be true and
01:56:13.380 he's only able to do it
01:56:14.420 because the guy created
01:56:15.720 the freaking office right
01:56:17.460 how do you think he's
01:56:18.180 going to survive do you
01:56:18.940 think he's honestly going
01:56:19.760 to be able to survive
01:56:20.440 you know there's a part
01:56:23.620 of me that thinks he can
01:56:24.660 do it because of the
01:56:26.220 very unique person he is
01:56:27.820 he's incredibly well
01:56:29.140 respected in the world
01:56:30.240 of comedy which is
01:56:31.220 where chapelle is right
01:56:32.480 he's english he has
01:56:34.140 incredible accomplishments
01:56:35.320 that are like you know
01:56:37.320 again the cosby show is
01:56:38.400 an incredible accomplishment
01:56:39.240 that you have a cosby
01:56:40.340 show he actually was
01:56:41.740 raping people so that's
01:56:42.960 a lot different um you
01:56:44.140 know louis ck is is is
01:56:45.600 another guy who got
01:56:46.220 accused of that stuff um
01:56:47.760 but he was another one
01:56:48.560 who looked untouchable at
01:56:50.620 one point and uh or maybe
01:56:52.780 too touchable uh for his
01:56:54.280 particular case he wasn't
01:56:55.480 exactly untouchable all of
01:56:58.180 the time that was his
01:56:59.280 problem he was too
01:56:59.960 touchable too touchable
01:57:01.040 but gervais is in that
01:57:02.560 perfect uh storm it seems
01:57:04.340 like where he's really
01:57:05.520 credible and just being
01:57:06.600 honest he's not doing
01:57:08.000 things that actually are
01:57:09.420 offensive right telling
01:57:11.060 people that you know uh
01:57:13.420 god forbid you say
01:57:14.520 something that's just
01:57:15.300 blatantly true that men
01:57:16.480 are men or women are
01:57:17.460 women and and you talk
01:57:18.640 about how maybe hollywood
01:57:20.180 the people who basically
01:57:21.840 are responsible for all
01:57:23.320 the rapes in the me too
01:57:24.720 movement are the people
01:57:26.100 who should be lecturing us
01:57:27.460 right about who's right
01:57:29.260 and who's wrong that's
01:57:30.640 should not be controversial
01:57:31.900 it's only controversial in
01:57:33.760 this sort of fake woke world
01:57:35.000 we were talking about
01:57:35.580 jessica yaniv the other
01:57:37.360 day do you remember her
01:57:38.260 oh yeah yeah yeah and
01:57:39.860 and job she wanted to get
01:57:41.500 the the stuff waxed right
01:57:43.260 and she happens to be a he
01:57:45.200 and there's a bunch of
01:57:47.140 people who are a little
01:57:47.960 upset about that they don't
01:57:49.020 necessarily want to do the
01:57:49.740 waxing and one uh place a
01:57:53.200 waxing place decided to
01:57:54.320 protest this on religious
01:57:55.640 grounds and where does the
01:57:56.860 left fall on something like
01:57:58.080 that well you'd normally of
01:57:59.560 course it's a transgender
01:58:00.540 person against a religious
01:58:01.980 organization however here the
01:58:04.100 religion is sikh it's not
01:58:05.280 christian so what where do
01:58:07.500 they stand on this i mean
01:58:08.520 it's clear if it's christian
01:58:09.800 it's clear if it's islam
01:58:11.220 yep not so clear if it's
01:58:12.740 sikh right so what do you
01:58:14.220 do these are these are
01:58:15.960 worlds you should not have
01:58:17.100 to navigate right only
01:58:18.660 crazy people want to
01:58:20.360 navigate things like that
01:58:21.300 because they're not real
01:58:22.320 your book uh your last
01:58:23.700 book addicted to outrage
01:58:24.980 that came out i guess last
01:58:26.080 year yeah went into the
01:58:27.760 post-modernism thing and
01:58:29.020 like you know at the time
01:58:30.100 nobody was talking about
01:58:31.200 that and you know maybe it
01:58:32.920 was a little ahead of its
01:58:33.600 time yeah i don't think
01:58:34.520 anybody's still talking
01:58:35.520 about it it really is
01:58:37.120 exactly what's happening
01:58:38.040 it is because you sit here
01:58:39.520 and you're like well these
01:58:41.180 are things that don't make
01:58:42.180 any sense they're not they're
01:58:44.200 not real questions they're
01:58:45.460 almost like things people
01:58:46.640 adopt for public positioning
01:58:49.740 yeah yeah you know and and
01:58:51.060 it's it's they want to make
01:58:52.380 you feel uneasy they want to
01:58:53.720 make you uh feel as if the
01:58:55.860 truth that you've always
01:58:56.740 known is no longer the truth
01:58:57.820 and to set that kind of world
01:58:59.520 into chaos uh is their goal
01:59:01.980 we have to have things
01:59:03.200 pushing back against it we
01:59:04.180 have a lot of great stuff on
01:59:05.000 the blaze already i hope to
01:59:06.420 add on to that and uh and
01:59:08.340 occasionally make you laugh
01:59:09.560 uh and but only you because
01:59:11.500 you're the special one you're
01:59:12.460 the other people in those
01:59:13.280 other cars yeah like the
01:59:14.360 people who have called in
01:59:15.680 over the last 20 years we
01:59:17.120 just grabbed a couple of uh
01:59:18.860 some of the calls that have
01:59:19.680 come in the last 20 years and
01:59:21.380 you could see you're special
01:59:22.760 they're not here it is
01:59:25.220 is al still on the phone i
01:59:28.940 know you want to talk to me
01:59:30.080 about my electricity bill
01:59:31.720 yeah i just uh i just find it
01:59:35.320 amazing that you know you are
01:59:37.320 buying your way out of your
01:59:39.520 electricity bill well i'm not
01:59:42.040 exactly buying my way out of it
01:59:44.040 and i think this issue is too
01:59:46.380 complex for conservatives to
01:59:48.900 understand i i think simply
01:59:51.340 stated that conservatives are
01:59:53.600 too stupid to understand this
01:59:56.200 entire issue because you're
01:59:57.900 stupid do you have another
01:59:59.600 word for stupid or metarded
02:00:01.740 what what is it the word is
02:00:05.080 metarded did you just say
02:00:08.060 metarded well indeed i did glenn
02:00:10.680 because as i hope you know but
02:00:13.000 i'm not sure you do because
02:00:14.540 you're not that bright the word
02:00:18.020 retarded is politically incorrect
02:00:21.180 yes i i know that i contacted the
02:00:24.260 folks behind the ada and had a
02:00:27.960 conversation with them and they
02:00:30.460 said for one hundred dollars i al
02:00:33.320 gore would have a special
02:00:35.080 dispensation to change a few
02:00:37.480 letters and use the word my
02:00:40.780 tardive and that's what i've
02:00:42.840 elected to do did you get that
02:00:45.320 hello chris glenn yes we've
02:00:48.700 endured the funky eyeglasses the
02:00:51.240 rainbow colors of shirts we even
02:00:54.240 endured the pitch at the angels
02:00:56.420 game but now the home shopping
02:00:58.500 network good god man admit it once
02:01:02.280 and for all come out of the closet
02:01:04.160 are you telling me chris that you
02:01:07.280 have never watched hsn watching it
02:01:09.780 just thinking to yourself good lord
02:01:11.960 who's buying this stuff not for five
02:01:15.220 oh come on you're missing out
02:01:17.820 thanks a lot chris still am i alone
02:01:20.260 in that you've never watched hsn and
02:01:22.540 just thought who's buying this oh i've
02:01:25.420 definitely thought who's buying this
02:01:26.880 but uh i don't know the the obsession
02:01:30.560 that you seem to have i would say is
02:01:32.140 somewhat unnatural such a jerk i mean
02:01:34.720 it's such a deep well thought out
02:01:39.020 you are such a jerk yes how are things
02:01:44.040 wilfred i heard you talking about the
02:01:46.660 youngsters yes i had a sweet 16 party
02:01:51.320 when i was a child as well we walked
02:01:54.360 into the woods and and we'd play hunt
02:01:56.880 the jitterbug hunt the jitterbug yes the
02:02:02.000 jitterbug eventually i found out that the
02:02:05.480 jitterbug was a dance and my parents were
02:02:07.300 just trying to abandon me in the forest
02:02:09.060 but i learned from that experience
02:02:11.960 unlike these kids today they're all
02:02:14.420 spoiled i gathered food from local
02:02:16.660 nuts and herbs and i fashioned my own
02:02:19.260 wooden lung last year from pipe
02:02:21.640 cleaners and peanut brittle sweet 16 was
02:02:24.220 much sweeter when i was a kid growing
02:02:26.220 up mostly because the age expectancy was
02:02:29.200 only 12 all right thank you wilfred all
02:02:43.260 right let me tell you about uh x chair
02:02:45.220 when i was a kid we used to have to sit
02:02:47.360 on cacti it was that and we liked it

02:02:53.500 bottoms of cactus and it was okay well you

02:03:54.680 you're listening to glenn back
02:03:58.440 welcome to the program uh bloomberg had a
02:04:22.080 big rally with judge judy over the weekend
02:04:24.200 uh it's a weird pairing yeah it really is
02:04:27.500 but uh i think there were like 25 people
02:04:29.560 that showed up oh wow yeah less than 50
02:04:32.180 people showed up so but it was only judge
02:04:34.560 judy yeah one of the most popular television
02:04:36.800 personalities of all time yes yeah but don't
02:04:39.120 worry about it don't worry not i'm sure he's
02:04:40.700 gonna be fine i think it's gonna go well
02:04:42.260 yeah there's a lot of good stuff going on
02:04:44.420 sure sure uh i love this uh from florida a
02:04:47.300 florida man which is always a good start to a
02:04:49.940 news story uh caught on surveillance camera
02:04:51.780 assaulting an elderly guy for wearing a
02:04:54.040 maga hat last october learned he would spend
02:04:56.260 the next several months in jail the judge
02:04:58.740 sentenced the registered democrat to 90
02:05:00.920 days in jail after finding him guilty of
02:05:02.400 battery against 67 year old robert youngblood you
02:05:04.940 know he's wrong with people you're cool when
02:05:06.640 you're doing that um how old is this guy
02:05:08.760 uh he's uh 43 43 and beating up a 67 year
02:05:13.140 old oh that's great in addition to his jail
02:05:15.160 sentence he was offered he had to uh serve one
02:05:17.520 year of supervised probation and pay 155 dollars in
02:05:21.560 restitution the full 155 not 100 not in
02:05:25.760 american dollars holy cow and that that part of
02:05:29.280 part of that will be used to replace the maga
02:05:31.640 hat that was destroyed in the incident uh he
02:05:35.140 should have to wear a maga hat that should
02:05:39.200 be a good that's a good part of the punishment
02:05:40.400 he should have to wear it at all times when he
02:05:44.100 gets out for a month see how he likes it he uh by
02:05:48.460 the way says uh trump supporters are communists
02:05:50.760 and racists communists and he says i don't even
02:05:54.060 care if i'm going to jail this is actually exciting
02:05:56.320 it's a lot to get about to get a lot more exciting yeah
02:05:58.720 because jail's fun for a lot of people love it
02:06:01.400 this is the glenbeck program
02:06:04.520 you
