00:38:25.380 they are holding their market together because of their tech stocks and their tech companies.
00:38:32.360 We are in competition for our debt with the AI companies.
00:38:39.040 There's only so much money out there.
00:38:41.220 And so when somebody needs $3 trillion, well, who else is in the pool for $3 trillion?
00:38:47.760 Who else is out there with their handout every year saying, I need $3 trillion?

00:38:53.480 So that means private companies, just the tech industry needs $3 trillion.
