00:00:00.000 Hey, Pat, as we look forward to Super Bowl, what was your favorite Super Bowl talk moment in today's show?
00:00:08.000 Oh, man, there were so many of them.
00:00:10.200 How do you choose?
00:00:11.320 How do you choose?
00:00:13.320 That's all we talked about.
00:00:14.720 And then we squeezed in some things like conspiracy theories, why we're going through this.
00:00:21.340 In fact, the first hour of this podcast is a keep.
00:00:24.940 I believe you should burn it to disc and hold it and at least share it with friends.
00:00:30.000 But it explains a lot of what's really happening.
00:00:32.880 Also, Bill O'Reilly kind of pissed both of us off a little bit.
00:00:36.180 Yeah, he was frustrated.
00:00:37.480 He was frustrated because he dismisses a lot of things.
00:00:40.700 But hopefully he's right.
00:00:42.640 Andy Ngo is on the program.
00:00:44.920 Oh, and also the guy who says the banks are going to fail really soon.
00:00:51.980 Oof.
00:00:53.100 And then the Super Bowl talk.
00:00:54.400 So you don't want to miss it.
00:00:56.660 Today's podcast.
00:01:00.000 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.
00:01:11.800 Marjorie Taylor Greene.
00:01:13.300 Yesterday, she was gutted.
00:01:19.060 And you know what was really special is not a lot of people showed up for the gutting.
00:01:22.880 All these weasels in Congress.
00:01:25.460 Nobody, I mean, when she spoke, she was pretty much speaking to an empty house.
00:01:29.800 Have the courage and the guts to at least show up.
00:01:34.200 So she spoke and I think, I don't know.
00:01:39.260 I don't agree with what she has said in the past.
00:01:43.440 And I didn't agree with what she said yesterday because now she was like, no, I don't believe any of that stuff.
00:01:48.540 Well, can you tell me your transition?
00:01:50.560 Is it because you're in trouble?
00:01:53.180 You know, she believes some, I think, some horrific stuff.
00:01:56.800 But let me tell you, she's Bubba.
00:01:59.280 I told you about the Bubba effect where everybody goes, you know what?
00:02:04.900 I know what Bubba did was wrong.
00:02:06.820 But you people have been doing things in Congress and in the national level for so long.
00:02:16.820 You caused this problem.
00:02:19.100 So, yeah, well, we don't like what Bubba just did.
00:02:21.860 We'll take care of Bubba.
00:02:23.180 You get out of our community.
00:02:26.860 That's what's happening to all of us now.
00:02:31.480 And when it becomes violent, it's going to end the nation.
00:02:38.660 But what happened yesterday truly is the Bubba effect because I feel like I need to defend her.
00:02:46.480 And I don't like what she said.
00:02:48.760 I don't agree what she said.
00:02:50.200 But she has a right to say it.
00:02:54.060 And the reason why she was, the reason why people listen to people on these conspiracy theories.
00:03:00.400 There's this new conspiracy theory from the, you know, in the 1870s or whatever.
00:03:06.200 We signed an incorporation act with Great Britain.
00:03:09.380 And so Great Britain actually owns the United States.
00:03:12.000 So we're not, we're officially a corporation.
00:03:14.460 It's crazy.
00:03:16.660 Stop it.
00:03:17.520 But see, what they do is they deny things that are real.
00:03:26.440 And so when they say, no, there's nothing to see here.
00:03:28.980 And you know there is.
00:03:30.220 The mind just goes to work.
00:03:33.560 It's natural.
00:03:35.180 That something's not right.
00:03:37.180 Something's not right.
00:03:39.220 We have this weird thing.
00:03:40.940 When we have this normalcy bias.
00:03:43.640 When we're in real trouble.
00:03:46.560 When there is a serial killer next door.
00:03:49.600 Until you smell the rotting bodies.
00:03:53.500 You will say, something's not right about that guy.
00:03:56.200 But that's just me.
00:03:56.960 I'm just thinking that.
00:03:58.960 Danger.
00:04:00.200 Get out of the burning building.
00:04:02.240 Your senses are right.
00:04:03.920 We dismiss that called the normalcy bias.
00:04:07.340 But then when we are lied to repeatedly.
00:04:12.720 And we know something isn't right.
00:04:15.560 And our life isn't in immediate danger.
00:04:18.320 We don't have the normalcy bias.
00:04:19.900 We don't try to dismiss it.
00:04:21.760 We burrow down.
00:04:24.200 Now let me, let me show you a couple of things.
00:04:26.700 The reason why we're believing conspiracy theories.
00:04:30.200 What is a conspiracy?
00:04:32.260 A conspiracy is a group of people that get together in secret to meet.
00:04:38.640 And they have an agenda that is different than everyone else's.
00:04:43.500 So it's not a conspiracy when the coach brings the football team in and says,
00:04:47.320 Okay, this is what we're going to do.
00:04:49.300 Because everybody knows they're trying to win the game.
00:04:54.700 And everybody on the field is playing the same game.
00:04:58.860 Now, if he brought the football team in and he said, Okay, here's what we're going to do.
00:05:04.580 We're going to break out in soccer because this football game sucks.
00:05:07.920 So you smuggle the soccer ball onto the field.
00:05:10.360 We're going to start playing soccer.
00:05:11.760 And before you know it, all the fans are going to love soccer.
00:05:15.520 That would be a stupid but a conspiracy theory.
00:05:18.800 Especially if we didn't have videotape of them saying, Sneak the soccer ball in.
00:05:25.720 But if everybody on the team was, like, suddenly really into soccer and always talking about soccer,
00:05:33.720 you could see people, if the coach was always lying to the public,
00:05:38.800 you could see people going, I think they're doing something with soccer.
00:05:41.440 I think they're going to become a soccer team.
00:05:43.100 That would be a conspiracy theory.
00:05:44.780 But if you have it on tape, it's a conspiracy fact.
00:05:51.660 Now, we have had this theory that has been borne out in facts way too long.
00:05:59.700 But when will Americans pay attention?
00:06:02.100 We've had this theory that climate change,
00:06:05.520 the idea of what they're going to do to protect the environment
00:06:12.220 is going to be so damaging that it is going to change your life.
00:06:17.320 When they say, well, we're just putting a few restrictions on cars now and blah, blah, blah.
00:06:24.560 We keep telling you they are trying to get rid of cars.
00:06:28.760 They are going to be so draconian in your life.
00:06:33.460 The pain is going to be unbearable.
00:06:37.020 No, that's not true.
00:06:40.300 Okay, conspiracy.
00:06:42.720 We believe that people are conspiring for money, for power,
00:06:48.040 or for, you know, they really believe that their system will work.
00:06:53.060 And they're going to do things and shape us and cause us pain
00:06:57.780 because they think they're over us.
00:07:01.840 Conspiracy theory.
00:07:05.140 Let me make it a conspiracy fact.
00:07:07.800 Here is an online meeting.
00:07:09.520 It was supposed to be a secret, not recorded.
00:07:15.940 An online meeting with the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs.
00:07:22.620 The Undersecretary for Climate Change, David Ismay, says this.
00:07:29.000 Listen carefully.
00:07:30.480 You know, one thing that we found through our analysis is that 60% of our emissions come from,
00:07:36.060 as I have been starting to say, you and me, except you guys are in Vermont.
00:07:40.520 60% of our emissions come from residential heating and passenger vehicles.
00:07:47.360 So let me say that again.
00:07:48.040 60% of our emissions that need to be reduced come from you, the person of country, the senior on fixed income, right?
00:07:57.920 There is no bad guy left, at least in Massachusetts, to point the finger at, turn the screws on,
00:08:04.380 and, you know, break their will so they stop emitting.
00:08:07.480 That's you.
00:08:08.060 We have to break your will, right?
00:08:10.280 I can't even say that publicly.
00:08:12.280 I can't even say that publicly.
00:08:15.120 Seniors on pensions, they're really the problem, and we have to break their will.
00:08:21.260 That's a conspiracy fact.
00:08:24.920 At least in those two states, they believe they know better, and so they will use every device without your knowledge to break your will.
00:08:40.500 Now, let me give you another story.
00:08:42.720 This is from Jen Psaki, who psucks.
00:08:48.220 She denies the ludicrous reports that Joe Biden is being controlled.
00:08:54.160 Listen to this.
00:08:54.900 She said she had to answer the question because the Senate Republicans expressed concerns about actually being able to reach an agreement with the Biden White House.
00:09:05.700 The meeting with the president on Monday, you know, for the for the covid relief, they said was promising, but it wasn't going to happen because his staff wouldn't allow him to compromise.
00:09:23.180 The president talks a lot about unity.
00:09:25.600 This is Mitch McConnell.
00:09:26.580 The president talks a lot about unity, but his White House staff and congressional leadership are working on a different playbook.
00:09:32.620 Now, Psaki said, any questions about whether there's any daylight between the president and his staff on the price of the package was ludicrous.
00:09:46.740 OK.
00:09:48.320 All right.
00:09:49.520 Normally, I would say, OK, OK.
00:09:54.400 But didn't we see that secret cabals can survive in an administration?
00:10:00.160 Didn't we actually see and had the media tout how great it was to have a secret cabal that thought they knew better than the president?
00:10:10.800 And they did everything they could to stop his will, to stop his directives from being carried out because they believed they knew better than the elected official.
00:10:22.100 The answer to that is, yes.
00:10:27.740 Did they not plot and plan to remove him from office?
00:10:32.620 The answer to that is, yes, whether you agreed with them or not doesn't matter.
00:10:41.040 It shows this can happen.
00:10:44.360 It's why it should have been stopped and squashed even in the Trump administration.
00:10:52.260 If anybody goes, oh, well, but he was out of control.
00:10:54.780 You don't do that.
00:10:58.120 You don't do it.
00:11:00.060 Because the next guy that comes in along, how are we to know that he's not got a secret cabal?
00:11:09.580 Let's say he disagrees with causing senior citizens pain on their heating bill.
00:11:17.280 What if they really believe that and they think they're saving the planet and the president says, no, you know what?
00:11:26.360 We're going to compromise.
00:11:27.260 Let's let's slow down on this.
00:11:28.940 If they really believe that.
00:11:31.340 Don't you think they will now feel justified?
00:11:33.620 This guy's going to kill the planet.
00:11:38.280 What about the release of all the documents Trump ordered to be released?
00:11:42.120 I'm not talking about the UFO stuff.
00:11:44.260 I'm talking about the stuff about Russia.
00:11:47.740 Those were all all those documents were supposed to be released.
00:11:51.500 They're still not out.
00:11:53.840 Why?
00:11:55.200 Can we get an answer?
00:11:57.360 I bet not.
00:11:59.820 Why can't we have those?
00:12:02.080 I'll tell you why.
00:12:03.380 Because those documents implicate almost the entire Biden team.
00:12:08.920 That's why.
00:12:10.900 Let me give you this story.
00:12:12.340 This is why conspiracies are getting more and more outlandish.
00:12:19.640 More and more people are buying them.
00:12:23.260 And if we allow this to happen in our own camp, America will come to an end.
00:12:30.820 The equivalent of two military divisions have been occupying the the Capitol since Inauguration Day.
00:12:40.740 Thousands still remain.
00:12:43.040 The Department of Homeland Security has issued a threat advisory for domestic extremists.
00:12:47.520 And the Department of Defense has ordered a general stand down order to find out and root out right wing extremists in our own military.
00:12:57.440 Wait a minute.
00:13:00.940 Hold it just a second.
00:13:02.360 We didn't do this.
00:13:05.300 When people were saying there are Muslim extremists.
00:13:11.100 That are advising counseling and changing our laws inside the Pentagon and the Secretary of State's office.
00:13:20.540 We didn't have a coordinated effort to root those people out.
00:13:26.520 But now you won't even give me the definition of a right wing extremist.
00:13:32.060 You won't tell me what the what was it?
00:13:35.180 Ten National Guardsmen did that had them removed from the from their service on Inauguration Day.
00:13:43.200 They were just right wing extremists.
00:13:46.180 Well, what what what was the charge?
00:13:48.000 What what does that even mean?
00:13:50.820 Can anyone explain?
00:13:53.520 Could we get a sliver of transparency here?
00:13:56.940 Because the DHS said in their advisory.
00:14:00.240 Now, listen to this.
00:14:02.260 Homeland Security issued a threat advisory for domestic extremists.
00:14:06.760 And in the same advisory, they said there wasn't a, quote, current or credible threat.
00:14:16.720 So wait, wait, what?
00:14:21.140 And now we have a purge in our military.
00:14:25.360 First of all, that is so unbelievably offensive to our military.
00:14:31.540 You make the charge.
00:14:33.900 You say what you're looking for.
00:14:37.880 But you're going to take a group of people who have been heroic for 20 years.
00:14:44.120 I mean, actively right now fighting and losing their lives for what?
00:14:51.320 And now you're going to call them extremists.
00:14:54.600 I want to know the definition.
00:14:56.740 What does it mean?
00:14:59.940 This is the best of the Glenn Beck program.
00:15:03.900 All right.
00:15:12.120 There are.
00:15:14.400 Two things.
00:15:16.440 I need you to make sure you read or go back and listen to the first hour of this broadcast on the podcast, wherever you get your podcast.
00:15:25.780 It'll be available this afternoon.
00:15:27.420 Make sure that you listen.
00:15:29.820 And I highly recommend that you share it with other people.
00:15:33.960 That first hour is really, really important because I explain how we are now living the Bubba effect and why conspiracy theories.
00:15:42.960 Why so many people believe in some crazy conspiracy theories and how this is all with Marjorie.
00:15:52.340 What's her name?
00:15:53.240 Marjorie Taylor Greene.
00:15:54.560 Why that's just a circus.
00:15:56.440 It's a circus.
00:15:57.660 Stop looking at the circus.
00:16:00.020 And I find myself strangely in support of her, even though I disagree with everything she says.
00:16:08.340 She has a right to say it and believe it.
00:16:11.660 And I can explain why she believes it.
00:16:14.940 And it's really important.
00:16:16.700 And one of the things.
00:16:17.460 Let me give you two pieces.
00:16:18.480 Let me give you first the audio.
00:16:19.840 This is coming from the Massachusetts Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs.
00:16:26.600 It's the undersecretary for climate change.
00:16:29.600 His name is David Ismay.
00:16:31.540 Listen to what he says in this supposed secret meeting that somebody in the meeting decided to record and went, people should hear this.
00:16:40.480 Listen.
00:16:41.120 You know, one thing that we found through our analysis is that 60 percent of our emissions come from.
00:16:46.800 As I have been starting to say, you and me, except you guys are in Vermont.
00:16:49.960 60 percent of our emissions come from residential heating and passenger vehicles.
00:16:57.180 So let me say that again.
00:16:57.980 60 percent of our emissions that need to be reduced come from you, the person to treat, the senior on fixed income.
00:17:07.540 Right.
00:17:07.740 There is no bad guy left, at least in Massachusetts, to point the finger at, turn the screws on, and, you know, break their will so they stop emitting.
00:17:17.280 That's you.
00:17:17.860 We have to break your will.
00:17:18.980 I can't even say that publicly.
00:17:21.880 This is so important.
00:17:23.460 We'll post that at glenbeck.com.
00:17:25.020 That is so important.
00:17:26.680 They're in Massachusetts.
00:17:27.500 There's nobody left to talk to about climate change except the senior that's on a pension.
00:17:33.880 And we have to break their will.
00:17:36.920 I want you to remember that because I'm going to give you one more story you have to read.
00:17:40.960 And you can find it at time.com.
00:17:43.600 And it is a celebration in a celebration of the insane.
00:17:50.860 It is a celebration of the conspiracy to to control the last election.
00:17:59.500 I'll post it at glenbeck.com and I will tweet it out.
00:18:05.120 I'm looking for it now and I can't seem to find it, but I will I will post it online.
00:18:11.380 So you have it is from Time magazine and it talks about the conspiracy and but it's a celebratory thing.
00:18:17.900 Yeah, there was a conspiracy in this last election and here's who was involved and it all fits in the Great Reset.
00:18:23.960 It all fits into what they were saying and they must break your will.
00:18:30.700 If you can do one thing, you to quote Lady Macbeth, stick your courage or screw your courage to the sticking place.
00:18:44.700 You must your will must be unbreakable, unshakable, no matter what anybody does.
00:18:52.340 It doesn't matter to you.
00:18:55.880 You know what you believe and you're not going to sit down.
00:19:01.060 They want to break your will and they've been trying to tell you you're a worthless nobody.
00:19:07.040 For a very long time, they broke the back and the will through corruption and everything else of the Tea Party.
00:19:14.260 It cannot happen again.
00:19:16.880 All right, let me go to Andy.
00:19:18.320 No, Andy, first of all, are you are you safe?
00:19:21.660 Are you back in America or still out of the country and are you safe?
00:19:26.180 I am safe for the time being.
00:19:30.520 I have not returned home.
00:19:32.240 And the reason why I left is just because of escalating death threats against me, which were reported to police in Portland and of which nothing was done.
00:19:42.280 So you are.
00:19:43.080 Can I say where you are?
00:19:44.820 Yeah, sure.
00:19:45.360 You're in London, England.
00:19:48.140 How have the people of England received you?
00:19:51.140 So, I mean, England, the UK has its own various issues.
00:19:56.680 But one thing that I appreciate about here is that there's not wide tolerance for political violence and vandalism and disruption.
00:20:05.200 Whereas in Portland, in Seattle, other places that I've been to, the left of the mainstream left, I would say, has quite embraced that.
00:20:17.100 Do you find it ironic that your parents were what we would remember in America as boat people?
00:20:25.880 They came as political refugees from Vietnam and went through hell and now you're having to flee here because of your safety.
00:20:40.920 I mean, that's an amazing coincidence or an amazing circle, is it not?
00:20:48.820 It's a sad irony.
00:20:50.120 I think my parents both went to, were sent to prison camps for different reasons in the 70s under the communist regime there.
00:21:00.920 And one of the freedoms that I really cherish, or norms, I should say, norms and freedoms I really cherish as an American citizen is that we have freedom of expression.
00:21:15.620 And that there's an expectation that you don't solve political grievances or disagreements through violence.
00:21:24.940 But nowadays, I'm not sure if that's really a norm anymore, considering if you listen to what the chattering classes are saying,
00:21:34.380 they have defended the looting when it's done in the name of BLM or anti-fascism.
00:21:40.520 And then they defend even assaults and, at times, homicides.
00:21:49.460 You've written a new book, Unmask, Inside Antifa's Radical Plan to Destroy Democracy.
00:21:54.320 And it is very clear on the leftist terrorism that is happening here.
00:22:02.260 And you go through the history, the beginnings of it in 1920s Italy, with Benito Mussolini's fascistic party.
00:22:12.580 Do you believe, and I want to get into some of that history quickly, but I want to ask you this.
00:22:19.180 Do you believe that the Democrats or the leftists are really in control and leading this?
00:22:31.600 Or are they being used by more powerful people?
00:22:38.080 Probably a combination of both.
00:22:39.840 I think the short-sighted agenda was that they could use Antifa's messaging and the protests that they helped sparked in the past four years
00:22:51.860 to use that against the former administration and former president.
00:22:56.840 So they nurtured and coddled this monster.
00:23:00.740 And now that Trump is no longer in the picture and no longer an excuse,
00:23:05.080 they're having to contend with this issue that Antifa is not something they can actually control.
00:23:12.840 Antifa has destroyed the DNC headquarters in Portland on Inauguration Day.
00:23:18.700 They've called for violence against Biden and other Democrats.
00:23:22.800 And so the Portland mayor who's coddled Antifa has been literally chased out of his home.
00:23:28.100 And, of course, that's just what has happened to the Democrats.
00:23:34.280 The rest of us, the normal people, the taxpayers, are having to live in cities with skyrocketing crime rates.
00:23:41.120 Police made feckless with our downtown and city fronters looking like first-world slums.
00:23:49.500 And so what is it?
00:23:52.620 I mean, they say they hate fascism, but they're fascists.
00:23:55.720 I mean, you know, they are.
00:23:57.420 They're fascists.
00:23:58.200 It's my way or the highway.
00:23:59.940 And they'll destroy anything in their path.
00:24:02.780 What is it that drives them?
00:24:06.920 Where's all of this dark hate come from?
00:24:10.800 So Antifa is an atheistic anarchist communist movement, but they do adopt certain, I would say, fundamentalist religious-like worldviews.
00:24:25.140 And so they view the United States as a wicked, imperialistic state that needs to be destroyed, and not just the nation-state destroyed, but also all its founding ideals, because these have had influence for good in many parts of the world.
00:24:43.920 They want to get rid of that, because they view it—they view the United States and its ideas, American philosophy, as linked in a system of white supremacy and fascism.
00:24:53.960 So when they say they're against fascism, for example, they're not referring to, like, how political scientists and academics who study political philosophy describe and understand fascism.
00:25:05.700 They're referring to anything that is against their Antifa ideology.
00:25:09.820 So that can be—it can be the entire GOP, it can be any American political figure, American government, things like freedom of inspection, property rights, all of that they consider fascistic.
00:25:24.940 Okay, so hang on just a second.
00:25:27.000 I mean, have they checked their own whiteness?
00:25:29.140 You know, when you see the people in Antifa, I don't know if there is a typical Antifa member, but, you know, they seem white and young.
00:25:39.300 And, you know, from what I've read, many of them privileged.
00:25:43.260 Who are they?
00:25:44.440 Great question.
00:25:46.620 So in the course of writing my book, I had to do some research.
00:25:49.720 In Portland, my home city, provided a pretty good data set because there were so many arrests that have happened over the 120 days of nightly riots.
00:25:59.760 And so we have a sample size of around 1,000 arrest thieves, the majority, overwhelming majority of whom are white and are chanting things like Black Lives Matter and calling for what they say is racial justice.
00:26:13.600 They do skew young, some juveniles, all the way to the early 30s.
00:26:20.300 In terms of the economic stratus that they represent, it has kind of, it spans all.
00:26:26.480 You have people who, as you said, come from privileged backgrounds, those who are working in white collar professions like academics, like nurses, journalists even.
00:26:36.980 And then you have people who are, I view, extremely vulnerable, those who are mentally unwell, who are vagrants, who are coming to these operation bases that Antifa set up and are given food and given accommodation in terms of tents and all that.
00:26:53.400 And then when it comes to rioting at night, they're also given weapons and are given homemade IEDs to use and to throw.
00:26:59.880 So this is a very, it's an evil ideology that victimizes a lot of people.
00:27:08.540 It turns people who are passionate about what they view as social justice until sociopaths who want to kill and be killed in the process so that they can become martyrs.
00:27:19.840 Politico has reported that with almost a million social media followers, Andy Ngo is a mega influencer and, quote, a key source for right-wing audiences in search of news about Black Lives Matter movement.
00:27:36.180 I hope you wear that as a badge of honor.
00:27:38.460 I don't think they meant it that way.
00:27:40.180 He's written a new book, Unmasked, Inside Antifa's Radical Plan to Destroy America.
00:27:45.040 It's available everywhere now.
00:27:46.440 Antifa has shut down bookstores in the Portland, Oregon area that were selling it, got them to remove the books.
00:27:54.820 I mean, you know, that's what non-fascists do, book burnings.
00:27:58.440 And it's available now.
00:28:00.000 And if you want to understand what's really going on, this is a really important book.
00:28:05.940 Andy, I want to ask you, I mean, where you got the courage to put a black block uniform on.
00:28:12.880 You know they know you.
00:28:14.920 And then you go in and you're sitting in their meetings.
00:28:21.300 What what was that like?
00:28:23.920 I mean, not only what did they say, but how frightened were you?
00:28:29.180 So the uniform allowed them to feel a little bit comfortable to say things around me where I could hear it.
00:28:39.240 They didn't speak to me directly.
00:28:40.680 Otherwise, they probably would have figured out that I wasn't one of the resverted numbers.
00:28:45.880 However, when I was in charge in the uniform, I think what was really disturbing was seeing the level of organization that took place in the operations and that so-called autonomous zone in Seattle.
00:28:58.280 Like they have this security, so-called security apparatus where different members were assigned to different parts because the territory was so big.
00:29:08.240 It was six blocks long.
00:29:09.820 And their security were armed with weapons.
00:29:14.560 So even though they say that they're against police, they actually were creating a secret police force is what they were doing in monitoring different areas of who was going in and who was going out.
00:29:28.560 And they had complete control of the streets and held essentially the people hostage who lived there.
00:29:36.540 Other times, because they eventually started to catch on that, I must have been in their area.
00:29:43.020 They started to look out for people who they thought might have my body shape or might look like they have similar eyes to me.
00:29:50.040 And it became really dangerous.
00:29:51.520 And I did get exposed a few times.
00:29:53.860 And one of those times I was assaulted in Portland.
00:29:58.300 But your question about courage, for me, it's about it's not just me who's been personally victimized by them.
00:30:07.160 I was beaten, but I was just one of many over the years who have been brutalized by them.
00:30:12.860 And so I feel like I am fighting for truth and justice for a lot of other people who don't have an opportunity to share the stories, people who have also been ignored by law enforcement.
00:30:25.660 So I'm doing this for a lot of other people.
00:30:28.900 Andy, I'd like to do a podcast with you and really go deep into all of this.
00:30:34.360 I thank you for what you're doing.
00:30:36.000 Thank you for your book.
00:30:37.060 Please go out and buy a copy of Unmasked by Andy Ngo, N-G-O.
00:30:44.900 And Andy, stay safe.
00:30:46.720 We'll talk to you again soon.
00:30:49.280 Thank you.
00:30:51.060 He's in the book.
00:30:52.140 He follows the funding.
00:30:53.700 And he puts together the organization.
00:30:55.760 Remember, it's not organized.
00:30:56.900 It's not well funded.
00:30:57.700 Oh, yes, it is.
00:30:58.920 He puts it all together in the book Unmasked.
00:31:01.980 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.
00:31:16.060 A Louisiana man, a Louisiana mom was shot dead by hitman.
00:31:21.660 Her accused rapist brother had hired to kill her daughter.
00:31:27.360 She was pretending to be the target.
00:31:29.700 She was pretending to be her daughter to save her daughter's life.
00:31:35.000 Brittany Cormier, 34, was found shot to death in her home, along with a 37-year-old neighbor who had been visiting her at the time.
00:31:45.160 Brittany Cormier, the mom who sacrificed herself to save her daughter from the hitman.
00:31:49.880 Investigators quickly focused on Cormier's brother, Beau Cormier, 35, a convicted sex offender accused of raping his niece.
00:32:00.580 They had accused him of hiring two friends to kill the girl, even helping carry out the surveillance as he joined them on the first planned mission, which was aborted.
00:32:08.900 When the killer struck on January 13th, Brittany pretended to be the target as her daughter and stepdaughter hid in a closet.
00:32:18.000 Brittany was murdered as a result of telling the shooter that she was, in fact, the rape victim, likely saving the life of her daughter.
00:32:26.380 The neighbor was shot dead while trying to fight off the gunman.
00:32:32.620 Samantha Lemaire, a friend who said Cormier was like a sister to her, told the advocate that the mom would do anything for her kids.
00:32:41.040 Hope Nettleton, a friend of Beau Cormier, was also killed.
00:32:44.540 They knew that he was unstable, but they said they never thought it would come down to something like this.
00:32:54.020 I'd like to think she locked them in the closet to protect them.
00:32:58.340 Well, I think that's probably what mom did.
00:33:01.200 Death penalty is definitely on the table, according to the district attorney.
00:33:05.920 That is, I mean, in a day when heroics are few and far between and courage is hard to find, man, there is nothing more fierce than a mother.
00:33:19.760 Do not get between a mom and her child.
00:33:23.540 That's when everything changes and our prayers go out to this family.
00:33:32.720 Have a very safe weekend.
00:33:34.500 Don't forget my podcast.
00:33:36.260 If you missed today's show, it's a must listen to.
00:33:39.120 Also, Ben Shapiro on the podcast tomorrow.
