00:00:00.000 I thought today's podcast had some very different points that I haven't heard people make.
00:00:08.740 No, I think that's true.
00:00:09.780 You know, all the way to the argument that Bill O'Reilly and I, you know, kind of had.
00:00:13.020 It's not a real argument, but we strongly disagree with each other on tanks to Russia.
00:00:18.680 But he looked at it in an entirely different way than I look at it.
00:00:22.860 And you know what?
00:00:23.640 If he's right, then maybe it's not so big of a deal.
00:00:27.500 I just don't want to get roped into it.
00:00:28.980 But that and our look at the Constitution Declaration of Independence and in one hour's time.
00:00:36.060 Do you think this is hyperbolic?
00:00:38.820 In an hour's time, I tied the country's biggest problems, tied them all together, and showed you exactly why it's happening and what we should concentrate on to solve it.
00:00:52.920 And how we were warned about it long before.
00:00:55.480 Long before.
00:00:56.520 That's not hyperbolic.
00:00:57.600 No.
00:00:57.820 And I haven't heard anybody else talk about this.
00:01:02.580 So it's really good exclusive stuff today.
00:01:05.940 Brought to you by Relief Factor.

00:01:13.300 It's not fun.
00:01:14.760 Wouldn't it be easier just to, you know, set the burden down and get up that hill?
00:01:18.900 Of course it would.
00:01:19.520 But how do you get out of pain?
00:01:21.780 May I suggest Relief Factor?
00:01:23.560 It is possible to set that backpack of rocks down.

00:01:47.920 Feel the difference.
00:01:49.120 Before we start the podcast.
00:01:51.160 That was good.
00:01:52.200 What's that?
00:01:53.160 I'm going to write it down.
00:01:54.100 We don't edit them.
00:01:55.020 Yes, we do.
00:01:55.600 I edit them all the time.
00:01:56.380 Okay, edit that out.
00:01:57.560 Okay.
00:01:58.260 It's like how we edit out all of your racist comments every day.
00:02:01.000 All your sexist, all your homo-ful comments.
00:02:02.160 Okay, now we have to edit this out.
00:02:03.700 That's why I said it.
00:02:07.540 Make sure to subscribe to BlazeTV at BlazeTV.com slash Glenn.
00:02:10.920 Also, this podcast, click subscribe.
00:02:13.060 Give us a five-star rating.
00:02:14.360 We really would appreciate it.
00:02:15.760 Also, Studios America as well.
00:02:17.620 Pat Gray Unleashed.
00:02:18.760 All the shows on BlazeTV.
00:02:20.020 We appreciate you supporting.
00:02:21.780 And also, go birds.
00:02:23.380 All right, so there's a Twitter thread from the South Carolina House GOP Caucus, and it
00:02:45.580 says, fact check.
00:02:46.520 Don't be misled by the South Carolina Freedom Caucus soundbite of a loyalty oath.
00:02:54.800 There is simply no such oath.
00:02:58.800 Frankly, nothing could be further from the truth.
00:03:03.360 Hmm.
00:03:04.140 Okay.
00:03:04.540 The South Carolina House Republican Caucus recognizes that our members were hired by the
00:03:10.780 people they represent.
00:03:11.740 Each member of our caucus works for their constituents in their district.
00:03:18.320 We, like other organizations, have rules of decorum and common sense.
00:03:23.460 Our rules do not demand loyalty.
00:03:26.420 And unlike other caucuses in the House, members of the South Carolina House Republican Caucus have
00:03:31.340 never been asked to give up their voting card to any specific caucus.
00:03:37.560 Okay.
00:03:37.820 Here's, here's what, uh, that last charge was not a charge that I heard on this program.
00:03:45.840 Um, nobody's saying that the House caucus is saying you have to vote the way we tell you
00:03:52.100 to vote.
00:03:52.640 That's not it.
00:03:53.960 There is a loyalty oath, and that loyalty oath is this.
00:03:58.640 You are not allowed to discuss any of the proceedings at all or publish anything that's going
00:04:05.780 on, um, that, that might bode well for your other caucus or bode ill for your other caucus members.
00:04:15.400 Well, this should be a very transparent, uh, uh, situation.
00:04:20.960 When, when, when we have debates on the floor and you have votes and you have a voting board,
00:04:26.180 you should be able to see it.
00:04:27.480 That's why we have a gallery, but not everybody can go to the gallery.
00:04:32.500 So we, we look to find our news and find our information no longer from media because it's
00:04:39.480 not trusted.
00:04:40.780 I mean, we just saw the ratings.
00:04:44.140 Uh, can you remember those well enough?
00:04:46.100 The, the CNN rate, I'm sorry.
00:04:47.740 The Fox ratings are now in the demo worse than we had when we were at CNN, CNN headline news
00:04:57.600 right now.
00:04:58.100 They're still way ahead of everybody else, but no one is watching that.
00:05:04.040 No one is watching cable news except the elderly.
00:05:07.880 And I'm, I'm, I'm out of the demo now.
00:05:10.440 I mean, at 54 years old, you're out of the prime demo that, that is the money demo.
00:05:16.540 There's no one watching it anymore.
00:05:19.040 Any of these networks.
00:05:21.440 Why?
00:05:22.380 Because we don't trust any of the networks.
00:05:25.840 We trust people.
00:05:27.700 We trust people who have gained our trust as individuals and they post on social media or
00:05:33.620 on their own platforms.
00:05:35.220 The world has changed.
00:05:37.500 That's how we get our news.
00:05:40.440 The, the, uh, South Carolina GOP caucus is doing the same thing they tried to do and
00:05:47.380 lost against the freedom caucus in Washington, DC.
00:05:52.080 People are tired of this.
00:05:54.280 They're tired of hearing one thing when an election is happening and then watching something
00:06:01.400 entirely different happening.
00:06:02.960 We want complete and total transparency.
00:06:06.260 Quite honestly, I am sick and tired of all the fundraising that goes on in Congress and
00:06:13.100 in the Senate and in our house and Senate and all the little games that are played with
00:06:17.700 the money being held back for some members or not for other members.
00:06:23.980 It makes me sick.
00:06:25.600 You can't get a, you can't get a seat in a committee unless you've raised a certain amount of money.
00:06:33.040 This is, this is pay for play.
00:06:35.680 This is not a republic.
00:06:38.600 All right.
00:06:39.860 So they said that they don't have any kind of secrecy pledge or loyalty pledge is what
00:06:44.920 actually they said.
00:06:46.100 So let me, unfortunately, uh, for them, let me give rule 15 of the pledge that was supposed
00:06:56.900 to be, uh, signed by all of the GOP South Carolina caucus.
00:07:02.920 And you tell me, is this a pledge that you can't say things and let people know and campaign
00:07:10.300 against a caucus member in order to encourage and foster candid, open and frank communications
00:07:17.960 and discourse between and among members, all discussions and communications between and
00:07:25.020 among members during any caucus meeting or event shall be strictly confidential and shall
00:07:30.700 not be disclosed or divulged to third parties in any way or method whatsoever.
00:07:36.640 Okay.
00:07:37.780 They're saying if we are going to have a private meeting, it's got to be made private.
00:07:42.200 Okay.
00:07:42.780 I can kind of see that in furtherance of this strict confidentiality rule, each member shall
00:07:48.740 be required to acknowledge and certify his or her receipt review and agreement to adhere,
00:07:54.620 abide by, and comply with a caucus rule specifically, including strict confidentiality.
00:08:00.700 Well, here's my problem with this.
00:08:03.300 My problem is if you've got a bunch of people in there and they're saying one thing behind
00:08:07.680 closed doors, and then they're saying another thing, uh, I want to know, I, I agree that there
00:08:16.320 is a standard of, we have to be able to debate and talk and, and debate freely with each other
00:08:22.720 in a caucus and say, look, I think this strategy is right or wrong.
00:08:26.580 I think this law should go here or there.
00:08:28.680 And you, in an, in a way that you can actually make progress, you have to be able to say and
00:08:36.300 think sometimes stupid things or unpopular things.
00:08:40.540 So, I mean, remember our constitution was, was written in secret because everybody was
00:08:46.080 against it.
00:08:46.660 Okay.
00:08:48.140 That's no longer anything that should ever happen.
00:08:51.800 However, when you're debating in a caucus, I'm fine with that.
00:08:55.800 With this caveat, if something is being said there that is dangerous to the Republic, dangerous
00:09:03.100 to the state, or the opposite of what that caucus or caucus member is, is relating to his
00:09:11.440 constituents, you absolutely blow the whistle on them.
00:09:15.720 Absolutely blow the whistle on them.
00:09:18.220 Then the next one, 16.
00:09:20.200 Members shall treat all caucus members in a respectful manner with proper decorum at caucus
00:09:24.840 meetings and events.
00:09:25.640 Fine.
00:09:26.220 No member of the caucus shall engage in campaign activities of any kind on, against any other
00:09:34.300 caucus member in good standing.
00:09:36.540 That's what they were talking about.
00:09:38.600 Now, the GOP South Carolina House caucus has just come out with their, with their tweets
00:09:46.660 and they said, no, that's not true.
00:09:49.400 That's not what that says, but that is exactly what it says.
00:09:54.200 Exactly what it says.
00:09:56.620 Should I, should I read it again?
00:10:00.240 Members shall treat all caucus members in a respectful manner, proper decorum at a caucus
00:10:04.040 meeting and event.
00:10:04.860 Fine.
00:10:05.340 No member of the caucus shall engage in campaign activities of any kind against any other caucus
00:10:15.760 member in good standing.
00:10:17.440 So if this member who is wildly progressive and you're a freedom caucus member and you know
00:10:26.280 that guy is a real obstacle to make sure we're living by the constitution, you can't say or
00:10:33.220 campaign against them in any way.
00:10:37.180 Now, they're saying, the South Carolina House caucus, they're saying, well, no, we, we meant,
00:10:43.340 you know, you can't make money on it.
00:10:44.860 You can't.
00:10:46.020 That's not what that says.
00:10:46.940 That's not what it says.
00:10:50.300 So now South Carolina House caucus, prove me wrong.
00:10:54.360 I'm more than willing to have you on to defend yourself.
00:10:57.280 I just want the truth.
00:10:58.640 I really do.
00:10:59.260 Um, but so far you've lied to me, you've lied to the people of South Carolina just in your
00:11:06.580 tweets.
00:11:06.960 Now, maybe I misunderstood them and I, I welcome you to come on, but some of us really, truly
00:11:15.560 believe in the constitution.
00:11:17.360 And that's not to say that you don't, but you know very well that there are many GOP members
00:11:24.500 who are like, look, well, we love the constitution, but you know, there's things we got to do.
00:11:29.260 No, never, ever, ever.
00:11:33.440 I, I, I'm going to, I'm going to take this a step further.
00:11:36.220 Um, I have to tell you to me, and this is just me, and this is a very different thought
00:11:44.820 and the media will take this and go, oh my gosh, he's such a radical.
00:11:48.060 Look, he's tying religion into government.
00:11:50.620 No, no, no, no, no.
00:11:53.000 Now I'm taking our sacred American scripture.
00:11:56.380 And that is exactly how I look at the bill of rights and the second paragraph of the
00:12:02.420 declaration of independence.
00:12:03.880 Okay.
00:12:05.100 That paragraph that says, we hold these things to be self-evident that all men are created
00:12:11.600 equal and endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights.
00:12:14.420 And among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness and governments are instituted
00:12:21.100 among men to protect those rights.
00:12:26.160 And when a government becomes hostile to those rights, it is the right and the duty to throw
00:12:34.520 off those chains and find new guardians for those rights who are more likely to protect those rights.
00:12:43.920 Okay.
00:12:44.260 So the whole thing is we believe God gave rights to man, all men, all men, and government
00:12:52.740 is only to stand guard for those rights.
00:12:56.920 And the minute they go awry, we got to get them out of there.
00:13:00.220 Okay.
00:13:01.560 That to me is sacred.
00:13:03.940 I believe in those words, because I know where they came from and they come all from the
00:13:10.360 scriptures.
00:13:11.040 That is God's plan.
00:13:14.080 Let everyone succeed or fail on their own merit.
00:13:18.400 They all have, we all have stuff to learn and you learn through success far less than you
00:13:24.860 learn through failure.
00:13:26.320 And you got to treat everybody exactly equal, not for equal outcomes.
00:13:32.900 Okay.
00:13:33.940 But according to the content of their character and their work, then to go further, I find
00:13:41.740 the American scripture of the bill of rights.
00:13:47.540 I believe that was God inspired.
00:13:50.060 I believe that to be American scripture.
00:13:53.560 This, for me to deny these things would be for me to deny Jesus, the new Testament, the
00:14:02.200 the old Testament.
00:14:04.000 It would be for me to deny my faith.
00:14:07.980 No.
00:14:10.000 And I think our churches need to get on the bandwagon here.
00:14:15.480 Our churches are, you know, our churches would not be here if it wasn't for those things.
00:14:22.280 God ordained that at least the second paragraph of the declaration of independence and the bill
00:14:30.220 of rights laws.
00:14:32.680 If you think there is any other place where Jewish, Muslim, Christian, even Scientology could happen the way it does in America, the way it has, you're mistaken.
00:14:52.780 It doesn't.
00:14:54.780 It doesn't.
00:14:55.500 You can establish a church and have equal standing as a church in this country.
00:15:04.080 That's different.
00:15:07.140 So if you really think that God's revealed rights, if you really think you cannot stand for that, you can reject those things and still be in good fellowship of, I'll speak for my faith, my faith, and I think all faiths, if you think you can reject those things
00:15:30.340 and still be in good standing, you're mistaken, you're mistaken, or should be.
00:15:37.660 So when we look at, when I look at, I'll just say it for me, South Carolina Freedom Caucus, keep standing.
00:15:45.500 If you are playing games, if you're, if you're not on the righteous side, I won't stand with you either.
00:15:52.760 And I won't stand with anyone who is trying, who takes those documents less seriously than understanding who their author is.
00:16:08.320 I, for one, am sick and tired of this being like the flag.
00:16:14.820 Just kind of, it's just decoration.
00:16:18.360 There are words just behind them.
00:16:20.540 But there's no power or meaning.
00:16:22.840 Those words are more important than the flag.
00:16:26.020 And we worry about the flag being burned.
00:16:29.220 Stop worrying about the flag being burned.
00:16:32.100 Let's start worrying about the words that are sacred American scripture.
00:16:37.380 That they are actually listened to and adhered to.
00:16:40.960 And to all the GOP, I can't support you.
00:16:47.300 I won't vote for you.
00:16:48.760 I am done playing the game.
00:16:51.480 Done.
00:16:53.200 Show me through your actions that you know what time it is.
00:16:58.680 And you know what those words mean.
00:17:02.360 And how everything else falls apart.
00:17:04.920 Unless those words are your compass.
00:17:10.960 This is the best of the Glenn Beck program.
00:17:14.880 And we really want to thank you for listening.
00:17:19.960 Mr. Bill O'Reilly is going to be joining us in about an hour from now.
00:17:24.120 In case you tuned in to grab Bill.
00:17:26.600 He'll be giving us his scope of the news here in an hour exactly from now.
00:17:33.680 You don't want to miss it.
00:17:35.160 Now, I'm going over the problems of the world that we're all dealing with.
00:17:39.720 We think that they're all unrelated, but they're not.
00:17:42.280 They all come down to one thing.
00:17:44.240 And the one thing they all have in common is a speech given by President Eisenhower in 1959, which was turned around.
00:17:51.460 Most of us only know one phrase from it.
00:17:54.040 The military industrial complex.
00:17:56.020 And that was made to have people who were saying, hey, wait a minute, big government and big war, they're in bed together and they're all profiting.
00:18:07.380 And maybe some of these wars we shouldn't be fighting, but it's all because of money.
00:18:11.300 You were discredited by saying, oh, it's the military industrial complex, which is what the five-star general said you need to stand on guard about.
00:18:32.940 So they made Dwight Eisenhower into a conspiracy theorist.
00:18:37.180 Think of how thoroughly this has been done, brainwash, to take the five-star general president who's warning you against the military and making him look like a conspiracy theorist.
00:18:52.640 It's incredible.
00:18:53.460 But that's not all that he warned about.
00:18:57.780 And I want to give you the rest of this.
00:19:01.160 This conjunction of an immense military establishment and a large arms industry is new in the American experience.
00:19:10.260 The total influence, economic, political, spiritual, felt in every city.
00:19:16.800 We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties.
00:19:23.460 Or democratic process.
00:19:25.520 We should take nothing for granted.
00:19:28.920 Only an alert and knowledgeable citizens can compel the proper meshing of a huge industrial military machine of defense with our peaceful methods and goals so that security and liberty may prosper together.
00:19:48.640 Akin and largely responsible for the sweeping changes in our industrial military posture has been the technological revolution during the recent decades.
00:20:01.420 Now think, this is at a time when IBM was making computers that had less power than your phone and they were the size of a room.
00:20:12.200 And he's warning you that technology is growing and it is going to be growing because of defense mainly.
00:20:25.320 All of this money will be poured in from the government and you've got to be wary of technological revolution that is happening and the tech, as he says, technological elites.
00:20:41.020 I didn't know what a technological elite was until Apple, until Google.
00:20:51.660 Now you know the names of these people and you see at Amazon how much power they really wield.
00:21:01.720 He says, in this revolution, research has become central.
00:21:11.320 So who's paying for that research?
00:21:13.900 It has also become more formalized, peer-reviewed, complex and costly.
00:21:21.480 A steady increasing share is conducted for or by or at the direction of the federal government.
00:21:28.840 This is really important.
00:21:31.280 A peer-reviewed study that government has just conducted another study and paid for an independent study on.
00:21:38.760 How many times have you heard that?
00:21:41.040 He's warning.
00:21:43.320 Be wary of that.
00:21:46.060 Today, he says, the solitary inventor tinkering in his shop has been overshadowed by task forces of scientists in laboratories and testing fields.
00:21:56.360 In the same fashion, the free university, historically the fountainhead of free ideas and scientific discovery, has experienced a revolution in the conduct of research.
00:22:09.220 Partly because of the huge costs involved, a government contract becomes virtually a substitute for intellectual curiosity.
00:22:18.940 For every old blackboard, there are now hundreds of new electronic computers paid for by the government.
00:22:26.920 So what is he saying here?
00:22:29.100 He's saying people used to be curious.
00:22:31.300 They used to be in their garage and they'd tinker around.
00:22:33.060 They'd come up with a discovery.
00:22:34.080 But now, everything is going to be so expensive and it's really going to be driven by defense that all of this money will be poured into our universities and into the studies and they'll start giving you the answers the government wants.
00:22:50.320 They'll direct all of the studies.
00:22:52.380 The prospect of domination of the nation's scholars by federal employment, got it, project allocations and the power of money is ever present and is gravely to be regarded.
00:23:08.340 Yet in holding scientific research and discovery in respect, as we should, we must also be alert to the equal and opposite danger that public policy itself could become the captive of a scientific technological elite.
00:23:28.140 Is this not where we are?
00:23:29.960 It is the task of statementship to mold, to balance, to integrate these and other forces, new and old, within the principles of our democratic system, ever aiming toward the supreme goals of our free society.
00:23:49.200 Another factor in maintaining the balance involves the element of time.
00:23:53.000 As we peer into society's future, we, you and I, our government must avoid the impulse to live only for today, plundering for our own ease and convenience, the precious resources of tomorrow.
00:24:07.400 We cannot mortgage the material assets of our grandchildren without risking the loss of their political and spiritual heritage.
00:24:16.720 We want a democracy and a republic to survive for all generations to come, not to become the insolvent phantom of tomorrow.
00:24:31.920 He nailed it.
00:24:33.980 If this was a dissertation today, I wouldn't change a word.
00:24:40.220 I wouldn't change a word.
00:24:42.800 Now, let me take you through this here for just a quick second.
00:24:46.720 He's warning, the only warning you ever heard was the military-industrial complex, but he is also warning about a research and scientific industrial complex that will be more and more funded by the government.
00:25:04.500 He's warning about the education-industrial complex that will more and more become a public-private partnership and funded by the U.S. government.
00:25:14.980 He then warns of a technological elite and a scientific elite that could actually, in the end, hijack and control the government, which would also control the spending on what we are researching.
00:25:29.840 So, let me just take you through a couple of things.
00:25:35.600 Climate control.
00:25:37.440 We've been having this debate for 20 years.
00:25:39.620 What happened?
00:25:40.840 The science is clear.
00:25:43.460 The scientists and the research done by the scientists, many of which are getting their money from government.
00:25:52.280 They have to comply, they have to comply, and it's, you don't get any money.
00:25:58.140 You just don't get any grants if you're against global warming.
00:26:01.460 So, all of that has been here, and we all look at it and we say, okay, I believe this, I don't believe this, and I certainly don't believe the answers.
00:26:10.120 But the scientists, along with the technology elites, have decided that that opinion is no good, and so they will silence that opinion.
00:26:23.660 Now, how do you get it through Congress?
00:26:25.380 Well, Congress knows they can't get it through.
00:26:28.120 President knows he can't get it through.
00:26:29.980 They've tried.
00:26:30.640 So, let's try something called ESG, where, just like it happens in the scientific community, where you don't get any grants if you're against what the government wants to hear, you're going to have to get some outside money, and that doesn't compete.
00:26:47.040 They went to the banks, and the government and the banks and insurance companies and everybody else colluded to say, look, we're going to get rid of fossil fuels.
00:26:57.860 That's not what the market said.
00:26:59.240 That's not what the people said.
00:27:00.180 Anywhere in the world, we're going to get rid of fossil fuels.
00:27:03.300 We're going to get rid of eventually natural gas, and we're going to try this solar stuff on social justice.
00:27:09.360 This is why the government can call you a terrorist if you're against CRT.
00:27:15.400 It's why you won't get your points in ESG, because the scientists, the technological elite, and the government are all in a public-private partnership,
00:27:28.520 and they are telling you what you will do, and they know because this is the way they captured science before science, I think, captured them.
00:27:37.940 It's all about money.
00:27:39.480 So they'll take away your ability for money.
00:27:42.400 This is why we're having the race and the sexuality in the G of ESG, the social justice, the energy in ESG.
00:27:52.300 It's why the Wuhan labs, big farm, we have the documentation that shows that private corporations, along with government institutions, colluded and lied.
00:28:07.280 We know it, and then they tried, through the technological elite, to crush you because you were telling the truth and what you believed.
00:28:19.760 Why are we sending tanks to Ukraine?
00:28:22.520 Do you know how much money it's going to cost to replace all of this for the U.S. military?
00:28:30.380 We're going to spend billions.
00:28:32.100 Did you know that last quarter, it wasn't McDonnell Douglas, it was the other one, Lockheed Martin,
00:28:40.760 had a $2 billion profit in one quarter?
00:28:45.480 The education industrial complex, you don't think that the government is controlling with the unions and a public-private partnership everything that is happening?
00:28:59.160 Why would we give government the responsibility of teaching our children?
00:29:05.380 Do you think they're going to raise a bunch of children to be skeptical of their government, to question their government?
00:29:11.240 Of course not.
00:29:12.140 It's why we have the bank bailouts, and you didn't get a dime.
00:29:18.580 Because the government needs the banks to fund their things, but they also need the banks to play along with their rules,
00:29:26.880 so they'll protect them, so they can keep the money flowing, and they can control the banks.
00:29:33.820 We have an industrial complex has replaced our republic.
00:29:42.140 Stop listening to those who say, well, that's just a conspiracy theory.
00:29:48.700 How many times are they going to say that, and then prove that it's not a conspiracy theory?
00:29:54.220 It's a conspiracy fact.
00:29:55.940 When you say it, you may not have all of the pieces, and so you're putting one more piece in, and that makes a theory.
00:30:03.600 But then when you have all of the pieces, and they admit it, and they are doing it, and you're seeing it in operation,
00:30:10.840 that's not a conspiracy theory.
00:30:12.800 You're not a conspiracy theorist.
00:30:14.500 You're pointing out facts, and those facts show us that, according to Eisenhower as president,
00:30:24.340 we are going to lose our spiritual, our economic, and our physical liberty.
00:30:32.500 The best of the Glenn Beck program.
00:30:43.180 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
00:30:45.920 It is Mr. Bill O'Reilly joining us, giving us the biggest stories of the week.
00:30:51.340 Bill, I loved your article on the Biden derangement syndrome that you're saying you're going through.
00:30:58.020 I love this.
00:30:59.760 I feel like that French police supervisor in the Pink Panther movies, Peter Sellers playing Inspector Clouseau,
00:31:06.900 slowly drives the guy insane with his incompetence every time I see Joe Biden.
00:31:13.040 I have to tell you, that was, what was it, Chief Inspector?
00:31:18.040 What was his name?
00:31:19.620 But you're exactly right.
00:31:20.640 I feel exactly the same way.
00:31:22.620 The actor who played him was Herbert Lom, L-O-M.
00:31:26.120 I forget his name in the movie, but, you know, I'm trying, Beck, to be fair.
00:31:32.220 Dreyfus.
00:31:32.880 Because that's what I do, and if I have Biden derangement syndrome, BDS,
00:31:41.160 then what happens is that no matter what the issue,
00:31:45.980 you try to spin it negative against Biden to bolster your opinion that he's no good.
00:31:51.940 Okay, so wait a minute, that is a derangement syndrome, but I have to tell you, you know,
00:31:57.820 people could have said I had Trump derangement syndrome at the beginning, but I said, no, no, no.
00:32:03.480 If he gets into office and he does the things that he says he's going to do, then I'll be for him and not blindly for him.
00:32:11.740 There were still things that he did that I disagreed with.
00:32:14.940 Bump stocks was one of them, and that's a big one.
00:32:17.520 We're paying for that now, even today.
00:32:20.940 So to be able to say, I really don't like this guy, but this guy did this right,
00:32:26.360 the problem is Biden has a track record of exactly zero when it comes to things that are helpful for America.
00:32:35.540 The only thing that he's been able to do, actually, is two things,
00:32:40.280 is keep the economy at least expanding in the gross national product,
00:32:46.160 but that's all wiped out by the incredible inflation that is hurting Americans.
00:32:51.960 The other thing is I don't think he's handled Ukraine badly.
00:32:55.100 I think Putin's on the ropes, and that's obviously what this is all about.
00:32:59.300 Wait, wait, wait, wait.
00:33:00.420 It's not about Zelensky or anything like that.
00:33:03.840 It's about getting Putin out of there.
00:33:08.520 So I'm glad you brought this up, because one of the biggest stories of the week is the tank exchange,
00:33:13.860 which I think is one of the worst things that we could do.
00:33:17.500 That's horrible.
00:33:19.000 See, I disagree with you.
00:33:21.140 I know, Beck.
00:33:23.820 I'm anxious to hear your thinking on it.
00:33:26.460 I wouldn't give Ukraine planes, okay?
00:33:29.420 I wouldn't give them fighter jets, because then they could possibly use them to bomb Russian territory,
00:33:35.100 which then would change the Russian people's perception of Putin.
00:33:39.560 They don't like Putin now.
00:33:40.820 Putin's on the ropes.
00:33:41.880 He's on the skids.
00:33:43.420 More than 100,000 Russians dead, a universal draft that nobody wants.
00:33:49.320 This guy is going to go out, I think, this year.
00:33:52.220 And that's what this is all about.
00:33:54.360 It's not about really Ukraine.
00:33:56.160 It's about destroying Putin.
00:33:58.780 I know, but that is, but giving them offensive weapons.
00:34:02.060 Do we happen to have the cut from what I think it was yesterday that we played the flashback
00:34:06.700 of Biden saying just less than a year ago that this would mean World War III?
00:34:12.920 Listen to this.
00:34:13.540 The idea, the idea that we're going to send in offensive equipment and have planes and
00:34:18.600 tanks and trains going in with American pilots and American crews, just understand, and don't
00:34:25.920 kid yourself, no matter what you all say, that's called World War III.
00:34:31.540 Okay.
00:34:32.060 So we didn't, we're not giving the pilots, if you will, of these tanks.
00:34:37.080 They're not Americans, but we are sending all of our American military experts to teach
00:34:44.980 them.
00:34:46.240 Well, I mean, it's such a fine line.
00:34:49.520 All right.
00:34:49.740 But Beck, there's no downside to the United States right now.
00:34:53.320 And it weakens Putin's ability to launch a spring offensive.
00:34:57.940 See, these tanks aren't going to be used by the Ukrainians in an offensive capacity.
00:35:03.320 Oh, you watch this, I know that that's one of the big, they don't have the supply lines
00:35:08.840 to do it.
00:35:09.540 That is, they'll stack the tanks up along with the leopards from Germany and the old Polish
00:35:15.480 tanks that they're going to bring in to defend, to defend territory that they don't want to
00:35:21.720 lose.
00:35:22.100 They're not going to roll into Stalingrad.
00:35:25.840 And this is the anniversary.
00:35:28.220 Do you think that they will roll into Crimea?
00:35:31.960 No, I don't think so.
00:35:34.740 Because again, what Zelensky's trying to do is just wear down Putin and the Russians so
00:35:42.320 that they would draw.
00:35:43.100 The only thing propping Russia up there now is the Wagner group.
00:35:48.200 Do you know the Wagner group?
00:35:49.260 I do know the Wagner group.
00:35:50.380 Okay.
00:35:50.700 So they're mercenaries and 40, they have 50,000 soldiers in Ukraine.
00:35:57.160 40,000 of them are convicts that they grabbed out of jail that Putin released to fight for
00:36:04.360 them.
00:36:05.120 Okay.
00:36:05.520 The Russian army can't do anything.
00:36:08.220 They're getting their butt kicked every time they put their heads up.
00:36:11.880 That Wagner group is not going to be able to last.
00:36:16.660 So look, this is a chess game at the highest level.
00:36:21.440 But I tell people, you've got to get rid of Putin because Putin is out of his blank in
00:36:27.160 mind.
00:36:28.420 He's not reasonable.
00:36:30.180 He could do anything.
00:36:31.380 And people go, oh, what about the nukes?
00:36:32.720 What about the nukes?
00:36:33.620 He can't launch nukes without the cooperation of the Russian military.
00:36:38.020 Okay.
00:36:38.920 So, so let's, let me switch topics here to Ron Klain.
00:36:42.480 He's out as Biden's chief of staff and the new guy coming in.
00:36:46.780 Your thoughts on this.
00:36:48.840 Okay.
00:36:49.360 So what this is all about is a power struggle between Susan Rice, the top economic advisor
00:36:56.460 to Biden, who's best friends with the Obamas and Ron Klain and Susan Rice one.
00:37:04.240 That's what this is all about.
00:37:05.640 Hasn't been reported anywhere, anything like that.
00:37:08.640 Klain doesn't really care because he sees that this is a disaster and he wants to make
00:37:13.900 some money on the lecture circuit.
00:37:16.060 Okay.
00:37:16.620 So he'll go out and make a few million dollars running around in democratic groups and telling
00:37:21.440 everybody how great Biden is and how great he is.
00:37:24.140 But he's only got a short window to do that because Biden's not going to run for president
00:37:28.240 in 24 and things are going to get worse in America this year.
00:37:32.860 In 23, there's going to be big, big layoffs all over the place.
00:37:36.460 I don't know if there's going to be a recession per se, but it's not going to improve because
00:37:41.680 Biden doesn't know what he's doing.
00:37:43.420 Now, the biggest story this week to me was Biden and Jean-Pierre going out to say the
00:37:51.060 Republican Party wants to destroy social security and Medicare.
00:37:54.960 Okay.
00:37:56.360 This is just such a fantasy and such a lie.
00:38:00.000 This isn't a misrepresentation or a spin.
00:38:02.320 This is just a lie.
00:38:03.500 It's akin to what Biden said about the voting rights.
00:38:09.260 We're going to put you all back in chains.
00:38:11.280 Remember that?
00:38:11.840 Yep.
00:38:12.380 Okay.
00:38:12.840 And of course, in Georgia, we're record turnouts for the midterms and almost every other state
00:38:17.820 had record turnout.
00:38:18.520 So there's no voter suppression.
00:38:21.560 That's just a lie that they made up.
00:38:24.000 And this is another lie that the Republican Party wants to do away with social security
00:38:29.440 and Medicare.
00:38:30.740 Okay.
00:38:31.180 Now, the reason they get away with this is because the corporate media, which is collapsing,
00:38:36.660 I mean, really fast.
00:38:39.320 I mean, I can't believe it.
00:38:40.200 Bill, we talked earlier about the ratings.
00:38:42.560 Fox News has now, and they're on top of the list.
00:38:47.400 You know, they're the big dogs still, but their ratings in the demo of 25, 54-year-old
00:38:52.780 adults, their primetime ratings are the kinds of numbers that we had at Headline News, and
00:38:59.300 we thought they were a disaster at the time.
00:39:02.220 Nobody's watching cable news anymore.
00:39:04.660 I had the last quarter that I was on Fox News, I had these numbers enshrined.
00:39:12.520 It's crazy.
00:39:13.500 I did a million 25 to 54s on occasion.
00:39:17.880 I know.
00:39:18.180 A million.
00:39:19.060 I know.
00:39:19.360 And they're lucky if their primetime shows do 300,000.
00:39:23.420 Lucky.
00:39:24.020 Now.
00:39:24.880 So, anyway, but it's not just cable news.
00:39:28.380 It's the network news, and I mean...
00:39:31.880 It's all of it.
00:39:32.880 It's all going.
00:39:33.720 So, the Biden administration knows that it can say whatever it wants to say, and people
00:39:40.160 just go, they kind of yawn.
00:39:41.520 Oh, okay.
00:39:42.360 Okay, fine.
00:39:43.180 It's like Baghdad Bob.
00:39:44.560 Remember Baghdad Bob in the Iraq War?
00:39:46.800 Yeah.
00:39:47.000 We're winning.
00:39:48.120 We're winning.
00:39:49.220 Whoa, Doc.
00:39:49.980 Hey.
00:39:50.580 Right.
00:39:51.300 It's the same level of propaganda.
00:39:54.600 And Jean-Pierre, I mean, this woman, I almost feel sorry for her now.
00:39:58.420 She's not smart enough to know that what she's saying is total gibberish.
00:40:04.000 She's just not smart enough to know that.
00:40:06.280 But she goes out there, and she does know that the press corps has absolutely no use for
00:40:12.100 her at all.
00:40:13.460 None.
00:40:14.120 No respect for her.
00:40:15.260 Bill, I've never seen anyone at her level be as bad as she is.
00:40:20.360 She still reads her answers from a book.
00:40:24.760 Why don't you just give me the book, and let's cut out the middleman here?
00:40:30.480 It's nuts.
00:40:31.220 It's the same book that Biden has.
00:40:32.900 Yeah.
00:40:33.300 So Biden, this week, and he is entertaining.
00:40:36.720 You gotta give it that.
00:40:37.840 He's looking for Dan, the congressman in Virginia, and it's Don.
00:40:44.440 The guy's name is Don.
00:40:46.060 And he's going, Dan, where are you, Dan?
00:40:47.720 And everybody's looking around going, Dan?
00:40:49.600 Dan who?
00:40:50.300 We don't know Dan.
00:40:51.260 You know, we have Don.
00:40:52.660 We don't know.
00:40:53.300 Dan, where are you?
00:40:54.380 Where are you?
00:40:55.380 So, yeah, I mean, this guy, I mean, the president of the United States, you gotta be respectful
00:41:00.480 to the office, is beyond anything that I've seen, and I think you would concur with this,
00:41:08.300 in our lifetime, we have never seen this level of, A, deception.
00:41:13.400 Hey, the border's secure.
00:41:15.200 The border, no, it's not.
00:41:17.120 You are delusional.
00:41:19.200 Right.
00:41:19.460 And that's the key word.
00:41:20.660 It's crazy.
00:41:20.960 He's delusional.
00:41:22.280 So, Bill, let me ask you one more question, and then we gotta run.
00:41:26.660 But the Pelosi tapes come out at 3 p.m. Eastern time today, the body cam footage.
00:41:36.980 Are we gonna see anything?
00:41:37.920 This is because the New York Times, LA Times, and somebody else sued the district attorney
00:41:44.580 and said, you gotta release this body cam footage.
00:41:46.880 Yeah.
00:41:47.060 Are we gonna find out anything in it?
00:41:49.560 There gonna be any...
00:41:50.840 You know, I'd just be guessing.
00:41:53.020 I warned every commentator not to speculate on this kind of thing, because nobody really
00:42:00.180 knows.
00:42:00.840 I suspect that the San Francisco Police Department would have leaked something if there had been
00:42:11.080 something untoward that night.
00:42:13.680 I suspect that would have happened.
00:42:16.180 Get out in front of it.
00:42:18.580 Yeah.
00:42:19.120 The only thing that makes me think there might be something there that's, you know, more than
00:42:24.700 subtle, is that both sides said, this will just increase misinformation, and when people
00:42:33.400 see the tape, conspiracy theories will start.
00:42:37.140 And, of course, that's true.
00:42:39.260 Well, I mean, the point that you made is a good one, that they had to get the freedom of
00:42:43.240 information to get it released.
00:42:44.740 It's not like they wanted to put it out.
00:42:46.440 Right.
00:42:46.720 Now, there is a privacy concern, I understand that.
00:42:50.020 You got an 80-year-old guy, he's being terrorized, and, you know, this video is not gonna help
00:42:54.100 him.
00:42:55.440 But I think that, in this case, if you don't know anything about the story, then don't
00:43:03.820 guess.
00:43:04.920 And that, we live in a country now, speculation is just everywhere on everything.
00:43:09.860 They don't know.
00:43:10.800 And I don't, I try not to do that.
00:43:13.480 You know, I try to just basically make my analysis on a fact-based situation.
00:43:19.860 Bill, thank you so much.
00:43:20.960 It's always good to have you on.
00:43:22.420 You can find Bill O'Reilly and get his commentary every day in his No Spin News.
