00:00:34.080
We do talk about Super Tuesday, but there's not a lot of suspense there.
00:00:47.540
I think Marianne Williamson is back in the race.
00:00:52.080
But we do have some very important things to talk about regarding the economy, where we're headed,
00:00:59.140
war, and Bitcoin and spot gold hit all-time highs today, or Bitcoin very, very close to
00:01:16.900
And nobody's really talking about that, but you'll understand why that's happening after
00:01:22.880
First, I frequently tell you that God is not on our side.
00:01:28.960
And I can't think of a better way to get on his side than to save his children.
00:01:35.080
And that's, when I talk about that, I mean with pre-born, but I don't mean just the baby.
00:01:42.540
The moms, most of them don't want to make this decision, especially after they get a free
00:01:47.900
ultrasound from pre-born, from somebody like you that's paid it.
00:01:55.300
Once mom sees the baby and hears the heartbeat, the chances of life double.
00:02:08.720
Gives her all the kind of care that she would need for the next two years of the baby's life.
00:02:23.900
Keyword baby or donate online at preborn.com slash Beck.
00:02:32.840
You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.
00:02:48.480
So it looks like nostalgia is here, and it also looks like the economy is best handled by Donald Trump, at least according to the latest polls.
00:03:03.000
Now, let's get away from the polls, and let's talk about some facts.
00:03:09.920
The Democrats are absolutely bat crap crazy on doing everything they can to make sure that Donald Trump does not become president of the United States.
00:03:22.960
The Colorado Democrat, the Secretary of State, Jenna Griswold, was on MSNBC.
00:03:36.260
I do believe that states should be able, under our Constitution, to bar oath-breaking insurrectionists.
00:03:43.480
And ultimately, this decision leaves open or leaves open the door for Congress to act to pass authorizing legislation.
00:03:51.120
But we know that Congress is a nearly non-functioning body.
00:03:56.940
So ultimately, it will be up to the American voters to save our democracy in November.
00:04:07.200
Why would the voters have something to say about that?
00:04:11.980
The voters don't know anything about democracy.
00:04:14.660
You know, that one vote, one person, you know, that kind of system.
00:04:20.720
We need to get back to the truest form of democracy, where the people don't participate and there's only one name on the ballot.
00:04:33.960
So we have David French now writing for the New York Times.
00:04:38.720
And I just have to give—this is David French.
00:04:42.380
As of Monday, March 4th, 2024, Section 3 of the 14th Amendment of the Constitution is essentially a dead letter.
00:04:52.060
At least as it applies to candidates for federal office.
00:04:55.920
Under the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling that reversed the Colorado Supreme Court's decision striking Donald Trump from the state's primary ballot,
00:05:04.980
even insurrectionists who have violated their previous oath of office can hold federal office unless and until Congress passes specific legislation to enforce Section 3.
00:05:18.580
So now we're depending on either the people or the people's representatives to do this stuff?
00:05:23.660
In the aftermath of the oral argument last month, legal observers knew with near certainty that the Supreme Court was unlikely to apply Section 3 to Trump.
00:05:36.460
A narrow ruling for Trump might have held, for example, that Colorado didn't provide him with enough due process when it determined that Section 3 applied.
00:05:46.240
Or the court could have held that Trump as president was not an officer of the United States within the meaning of the section.
00:05:54.420
Such a ruling would have kept Trump on the ballot, but it would have also kept Section 3 viable to block insurrectionists from the House or Senate or from all other federal offices.
00:06:06.460
But somewhat, a somewhat broader ruling might have held that Trump did not engage in insurrection or rebellion or provide aid and comfort to the enemies of the Constitution.
00:06:26.320
You want to talk about aid and comfort? Really?
00:06:30.460
How about all of the people that were helping and encouraging people to burn our cities to the ground and let the rioters off?
00:06:44.740
In fact, our own vice president that was raising money to make sure that bail was covered for anybody.
00:06:55.580
How about in Portland, those people in our own government that were endorsing and allowing the FBI to be trapped in their own building, trying to burn down a federal courthouse?
00:07:24.020
Things that do not benefit or follow the Constitution of the United States?
00:07:31.420
How about those like Soros and the NGOs that have aided and abetted those involved in the southern and now northern invasion of the United States?
00:07:42.320
How about all of those that have subverted the Bill of Rights to create a public-private partnership with the mainstream media and social media to subvert the voices of the American people?
00:07:56.520
Or those who have just been elected in office that have actively, actively co-opted our intel agencies against the American Constitution and spy on the American people?
00:08:11.140
Is there anything about aiding and abetting the people who are against the Constitution there?
00:08:24.460
If any state court, D.C. or New York, can declare that an enemy of the Constitution exists in this person,
00:08:34.860
what would stop Texas from doing the same thing to Joe Biden?
00:08:43.020
While Congress is deeply flawed, it is at least a collection of state representatives.
00:08:52.460
While it is flawed, and at times they themselves could be deemed an enemy of the Constitution,
00:08:58.220
as few seem to really honor the Constitution or even understand it,
00:09:03.200
it's at least a body, a national body made up of representatives from all of the states.
00:09:10.540
Texas should not be allowed to take Biden off the ballot, and either should Colorado or any other state.
00:09:17.000
Texas should not be allowed to take Biden off the ballot, or any other state.
00:09:18.180
If you want that game to be played, that's fine.
00:09:24.820
But if you play that game, then Texas and others will have to play it against you.
00:09:29.920
But only as a defense, not as a valid constitutional principle.
00:09:36.900
Will this, if we played that game, for those who voted differently than I did,
00:09:54.120
Or will it create a more stable nation or a more perfect nation?
00:09:59.280
Does this promote domestic tranquility or domestic chaos?
00:10:30.800
You let the people decide on their representatives, and then the republic kicks in.
00:10:38.260
Logic dictates you cannot defend democracy if you're trying to remove your competitor from the ballot.
00:10:52.320
Have you ever heard me say we got to get rid of anybody by any means possible?
00:11:04.940
There have been occasional arguments on the right about removing Barack Obama from the president.
00:11:12.860
But what I'm saying is you oppose those efforts.
00:11:18.920
I mean, not that the rule itself wasn't right, but that it was not accurate, that you could pull him off the ballot for those things.
00:11:25.660
I mean, I, this might be the sports fan in me, but I want to win.
00:11:32.520
I have this weird idea that your candidate should go out and actually win the election.
00:11:37.660
You shouldn't, you shouldn't be depending on some quirky rules change that might be able to get you through in an unopposed race.
00:11:50.340
This, you're calling this guy Hitler every two days.
00:12:00.720
That should not be that difficult if this guy is as bad as you say he is.
00:12:05.060
And if he's as bad as he say he is, then show the evidence.
00:12:13.300
When he was first impeached, I gave my research staff a very clear directive.
00:12:21.660
If he has done something wrong, then expose it and we will demand justice.
00:12:31.120
Any honest person who votes differently than I do has got to admit the Justice Department has been perverted.
00:12:44.660
And this is the real key here to understand everything that we've been dealing with.
00:12:49.840
Everything we've been talking about that the, that the left and the mainstream media said don't matter.
00:13:04.480
If you overlook facts and you just look at somebody's opinion or their race or their gender or their sexual orientation and a ruling is made based on that, you're trying to serve social justice, not equal justice.
00:13:24.600
Just as anti-racism preaches, you have to be racist to fight racism.
00:13:32.040
This social justice uses injustice to fight so-called injustice.
00:13:52.520
But instead of doubling our efforts, instead of setting the bar that man has allowed himself to step over, we should raise the standard and never let anyone from any side slide under it.
00:14:05.720
Will we work together for equal justice, one where Hunter Biden could get a fair trial in the reddest of states and Trump could get a fair trial in the bluest of states?
00:14:24.000
Until we restore truth and equal justice, we will all only continue to promote domestic chaos.
00:14:43.140
And I know my Democratic friends, if they would just get past all of the garbage that the media is shoveling and look at the actual facts.
00:14:56.480
Even Mark Elias, the left-wing election disruptor, he even said that Donald Trump cannot get an impartial jury trial in Washington, D.C.
00:15:10.500
This is the guy whose legal campaigns are often funded by George Soros.
00:15:18.520
He posted a screenshot on X of a headline announcing that South Carolina Nikki Haley won her first primary in the 2024 election in D.C.
00:15:27.620
And he said, in a city of 700,000, Donald Trump got 676 votes in the GOP primary.
00:15:49.620
A change of venue would only be fair because you cannot find people in, except for the 676, you cannot find people that would balance your jury out.
00:16:06.060
And until we can be on a jury and sit there and not let our personal feelings about Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, or Donald Trump, until we can say, no, I can divorce myself from all of that, we don't have a chance of having a republic.
00:16:27.680
It takes honest people who actually understand honor and strive for it.
00:16:39.380
Okay, more from the podcast here in just a second.
00:16:41.920
You're going about your day trying all the things you normally do and all of a sudden it hits you.

00:17:53.460
This is the best of the Glenn Beck Program, and we really want to thank you for listening.
00:18:05.240
Carol Roth is a good friend of the program and also the author of You Will Own Nothing.
00:18:11.620
Former investment banker, now cares about Main Street.
00:18:19.020
You seem a little feisty today, and I always enjoy feisty Glenn.
00:18:23.120
Well, I tell you, the cookie monster really pissed me off today because there's no way
00:18:29.920
That's coordinated propaganda from the White House.
00:18:35.420
Well, I feel like Cookie Monster was the one who got it right.
00:18:38.660
Cookie Monster is not the one who blamed the corporations.
00:18:42.980
He just said that his cookies were getting smaller because of shrinkflation.
00:18:46.640
I think that makes him a better economist than anyone in the Biden administration or in
00:18:53.920
But the reality is that this is a Biden talking point.
00:18:57.560
So they picked up on this and they said, no, no, Cookie Monster, shrinkflation is happening
00:19:11.660
Joe Biden today is launching a new task force to take on unfair and illegal corporate pricing,
00:19:19.540
which Biden sees as a major reason why consumers are not yet feeling the impact of a cooling
00:19:25.040
The task force will jointly be led by the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice,
00:19:33.540
two agencies at the forefront of the Biden administration's aggressive regulatory agenda over
00:19:47.740
Illegal and unfair and unfair and legal and unfair.
00:19:52.240
Fair and fair is anything that Biden says doesn't go along with his narrative.
00:19:57.500
And he's really talking out of both sides of his mouth or perhaps mumbling out of both
00:20:02.580
sides of his mouth, because on one hand, he's touting how much the economy is growing, that
00:20:07.460
things are going well, that wages are increasing.
00:20:10.460
So if that was the case, corporations should be doing better.
00:20:14.720
And there is no corporation that is making any sort of outsized profits.
00:20:20.280
Things like shrinkflation and what's happening are downstream issues from the inflation that
00:20:26.780
the Biden administration caused and certainly the Fed caused.
00:20:30.060
So to now say we're going to have a task force that is going to look up unfair and illegal
00:20:36.580
pricing practices, you know, legal is one thing.
00:20:39.820
And there's a certain definition, at least today, who knows what that could be expanded
00:20:44.440
But unfair is obviously anything that they don't happen to like or agree with or is against
00:20:50.780
And one of the things that we know in economics just across the board is that price controls
00:20:57.200
That's something that creates rationing, good shortages, even in a black market.
00:21:03.720
Even Paul Krugman, who gets every single thing wrong.
00:21:07.760
The one thing he has ever gotten right is he is against rent control, which is one form,
00:21:14.720
So even he kind of gets the fact that price controls don't work.
00:21:18.700
Everyone pretty much across the board agrees with that.
00:21:22.120
But now they want to come in as the government and step in and say, oh, you're earning too
00:21:30.080
You need to lower your prices, even though we're imposing this different world upon you.
00:21:37.000
And it's obviously completely the opposite of free market capital.
00:21:40.400
It is a fascistic move when the government tells companies what to do.
00:21:49.380
I'm concerned about this because, you know, with all the public private partnerships, the
00:21:55.360
ones that are going to get into trouble are not the ones that are doing the bidding of
00:22:02.900
New York State Attorney Letitia James has now filed suit against JBS USA Food Company.
00:22:13.420
This is the world's largest beef producer accusing of fraudulent and illegal business activities
00:22:21.040
and disgorgement of all profits and ill-gotten gains.
00:22:25.900
She's using the state's apparatus to go after beef producers, but not for any other reason
00:22:35.240
other than they say they are shooting for zero emissions by 2040.
00:22:43.780
Yes, she's accusing them of what's, quote unquote, greenwashing so that the state has put these
00:22:51.600
ridiculous parameters around different companies.
00:22:54.300
The companies, as we knew or had known, leaned into those and wanted to sound like they were
00:23:00.760
And so they said, oh, we're going to do all of these things to help the environment.
00:23:06.740
You haven't done the things that we said, or at least in the way that we said.
00:23:10.720
And, you know, with JBS, it's a little bit tough, obviously, because they're this this
00:23:15.940
And in some cases they may have, you know, created some issues with the independent farmers.
00:23:21.320
But either way, you know, you're not rooting for the state here to come in.
00:23:26.500
And this disgorgement of profits sounds, by the way, Glenn, a lot like what happened
00:23:31.920
So this is this is anything that you have made.
00:23:36.000
First, New York came for the National Rifle Association.
00:23:40.300
I didn't say anything because I didn't own a rifle.
00:23:45.780
Then they came for Donald Trump, but I didn't vote for him.
00:23:48.520
So it didn't matter now they're coming for beef.
00:23:51.460
And, you know, you could go after JBS for unfair business practices, in my opinion, because
00:24:00.460
I believe there's absolute collusion with the three companies that are producing all of
00:24:15.200
You'd have to have the actual I don't have the facts.
00:24:18.640
You could go after them for that and break that monopoly up, which I think is is fair.
00:24:27.780
What the hell does the rainforest have to do with New York?
00:24:32.300
So think about this is this is very war on small business like right.
00:24:36.080
Because these bigger companies will have the capital base and the power to withstand at
00:24:42.600
least the first time around some of these, you know, tests from the state.
00:24:47.800
But if you are an independent farmer or you are a small business in some other arena and
00:24:55.800
You are wiped off the map, which just further consolidates.
00:24:59.640
Does it exactly the opposite of the thing that you just talked about?
00:25:02.380
You know, it doesn't create this, you know, more fair playing field.
00:25:05.740
It creates these tighter monopolies and duopolies.
00:25:09.160
So this is almost like a warning sign to say, hey, maybe you want to get out of this business
00:25:19.300
They want to capture and control more and more of our resources and bring it more along
00:25:25.620
And they're finding all of these, frankly, unconstitutional ways and banana republic sort
00:25:34.420
You got to get out of New York because they're just going the wrong way.
00:25:39.460
I think, you know, a little bit more about this, too.
00:25:48.260
They are going to overwhelm the system with lawsuits on anything they disagree.
00:26:04.060
They keep coming out and they push these things down the throats of everybody.
00:26:10.040
You like the good outcome is you spend years and years and years litigating and spend tons
00:26:21.300
You're not making products that benefit anyone.
00:26:26.460
And you have to have the capital base to be able to do that.
00:26:31.020
I mean, this is not something that is, you know, for the faint of heart or, you know,
00:26:35.160
if you don't have enough dollars in the bank, this is a very expensive endeavor to be
00:26:40.620
And so you come out the other end and it's not guaranteed that you're going to get restitution
00:26:44.900
for your legal fees or anything else for that matter.
00:26:47.740
It's like, oh, sorry, I guess we didn't win this particular one.
00:26:50.760
Or you end up in, you know, sort of a corrupt area and they do end up winning on something
00:26:59.940
And so it is very frightening for anybody who has this.
00:27:03.040
So let me ask you, Hochul came out last time under Donald Trump and said, don't worry,
00:27:14.040
This is exactly, they're targeting a business they don't like and they're trying to take
00:27:20.500
it down with everything the state has in its power.
00:27:24.340
When does New York cross the Rubicon and businesses just say, I am out of here?
00:27:36.400
I mean, certainly as a test run, I do think that people, you know, particularly New York
00:27:41.080
has a lot of liberal people who believe that it will not happen to them.
00:27:46.040
We did see mass movement during COVID, people who said, you know, I've had enough with these
00:27:52.320
Certainly the cost, the crime, all of those other issues have seen a mass exodus out of
00:27:58.800
But for the people who remain and say, you know, that, no, this is my home.
00:28:03.040
This is the, you know, the heartbeat of, of my soul or whatever it is.
00:28:07.020
They just aren't going to believe that it is going to happen to them until it happens to
00:28:13.580
And then of course they make another set of excuses saying, well, you know, this, this
00:28:18.260
And I just think that's one of the big issues with this country.
00:28:21.260
We have a lot of people who are in denial and decoupled with reality and don't understand
00:28:26.400
and don't want to frankly understand, you know, the reality of what is happening here.
00:28:30.900
So let's me, let me go back to this, um, tribunal, uh, that the, uh, that the president is starting
00:28:39.100
today with the department of justice and the FTC.
00:28:42.740
This again, I, I, you know, I, I hate to be such a cynic, but I, I have, I have no reason
00:28:53.380
Um, they're going to target the companies that are not falling in line with them.
00:28:58.040
Um, and how are you, how are we going to fight this one?
00:29:05.940
Uh, and what should the average person do to prepare?
00:29:10.080
Cause this is, this is really going to go right to the heart of capitalism.
00:29:15.720
I mean, I think that the one piece of good news is that the courts are also working in
00:29:23.320
And there are groups like Pacific legal foundation and others who are these nonprofits that will
00:29:32.780
We just saw a, um, at least interim when that corporate transparency act that we had talked
00:29:38.780
about the, the financial crimes network that was mass targeting small businesses over the
00:29:44.340
weekends, the Alabama courts had ruled or came out over the weekend that they had ruled
00:29:50.520
Now, certainly we imagine that the treasury is going to fight that, but if that holds that
00:29:56.360
So there will be, I think these marquee opportunities to push back, but unfortunately it's just exhausting
00:30:04.660
because it's like, you know, you, you go and you, you, you kill the, the ants and you think
00:30:09.360
that you've got everything done and then the rain comes and then you've got a whole new,
00:30:14.720
So I think that we have to stay vigilant, um, and we have to use our voices because the
00:30:19.380
places where people have spoken up and have said, this is an issue across the board, whether
00:30:24.780
it's to politicians, whether it's to wall street, wherever it is, those are the places where
00:30:29.960
they've backed out off and certainly they've gone somewhere else, but you know, things like
00:30:34.240
messing with our food supply, that is an absolute no.
00:30:40.780
You're listening to the best of Glenn Beck, check out the full show podcast to listen to
00:30:50.580
Let me change the subject here a little bit, um, to, uh, to a sequence of events.
00:30:57.440
See if you can identify the sequence of events.
00:31:00.820
A clandestine operation was launched to initiate a coup.
00:31:07.200
Military buildup in the smaller country commenced that included a flood of weapons.
00:31:13.900
They were mostly defensive to start, but information and pictures started to come out
00:31:19.240
and it began to leak out that the longer range offensive weapons were about to enter the game.
00:31:26.840
Global thermonuclear war seemed innocent or imminent.
00:31:46.740
You could also think, well, that might be NATO.
00:31:51.920
Last week, France made an insane statement, uh, said that NATO troops could actually deploy
00:32:00.700
Well, that was, that's a trip wire for, for, uh, Vladimir Putin.
00:32:05.060
And it would be the same kind of thing because we found out something else over the weekend.
00:32:11.440
The roles are reversed, but history is repeating itself in the Cuban Missile Crisis, I believe.
00:32:17.200
As the Russians were flocking to the funeral of Navalny, which was incredible because you
00:32:34.220
While they, that was going on, the Russians decide, decided to divert everybody's attention
00:32:40.020
by leaking an audio clip from German military leaders.
00:32:48.380
Any intelligence related from Russia that's being published through RT or Russia today is
00:32:59.560
Let's make sure everybody understands that Russia wanted eyes diverted from the death of
00:33:07.580
Um, but it doesn't discount everything that was revealed.
00:33:13.580
I don't know if you paid attention to it was of German officials discussing the deployment
00:33:19.120
and use of medium to long range cruise missiles in Ukraine.
00:33:24.120
The only use of these missiles would be to strike targets offensively within Russia.
00:33:31.580
They even discussed a potential attack on the bridges that connect the mainland of Russia
00:33:43.520
Offensive missile missiles of this caliber are what triggered the Cuban missile crisis.
00:33:51.860
We could not, we've, we've never been closer to a nuclear war than that time.
00:33:57.340
Missiles close enough to hit the United States and Cuba could be tipped with nuclear warheads.
00:34:03.020
At the very least, they could have been used by a proxy, Cuba, to attack strategic targets
00:34:21.300
There's been some reporting on this audio appears to be authentic.
00:34:25.860
And when I say they were contemplating, it's not surprising to me that the German military
00:34:31.440
heads are talking through the possibility of how they would deploy weapons in case of a
00:34:42.600
Last week, as the president of France was talking about deploying NATO troops, the German
00:34:49.020
chancellor was under fire for expressing reluctance to deploy longer range cruise missiles to
00:34:55.500
The issue in Germany has now reached the boiling point, threatening to fracture the chancellor's
00:35:06.280
There are games within games within games that are being played here.
00:35:14.600
But first, the Russians are releasing this audio tape this last weekend to make it look
00:35:19.720
like a NATO country was already committed to strike Russia on her own territory.
00:35:28.900
It reveals that NATO military leaders are at the very least talking about it.
00:35:34.700
They're trying to find out how they could deploy these weapons.
00:35:37.680
But also, as the audio reveals, leave the least amount of footprint.
00:35:47.680
What the Russians are not including is that the political decision to do this has not been
00:35:53.900
I'm not saying the decision won't eventually be made, but that's the entire context here.
00:36:10.240
Lastly, we've been waiting for someone, literally anyone, to take a step back and call for de-escalation.
00:36:22.920
In the case of Germany, there's a big push to escalate further.
00:36:28.040
Germany is not the one that Russians will look on kindly, Leningrad.
00:36:38.840
History is always forgotten by the people who should be studying it the most.
00:36:43.840
Cuba, a proxy, could have been the linchpin for World War Three.
00:37:00.380
I'm still waiting for somebody to lead on this and lead to a table of peace.
00:37:06.300
How long can the world afford this march toward war?
00:37:13.400
Every single human on the planet, everybody in Russia, everybody in Ukraine, everybody in America, in France, they're all saying the same things.
00:37:26.660
Everybody, everybody, everybody who's just a casual observer, everybody who, A, loves the planet, likes free, you know, clean air and clean water, we don't want the planet to be irradiated.
00:37:43.720
You don't have to be a greenie to believe that.
00:37:51.560
We should be very, very well aware of what is happening in the halls all over NATO.
00:38:00.580
They don't seem to be on the same page as the people.
