00:09:43.600 Governor Andrew Cuomo claimed Friday after the New York Attorney General's office showed a new report that it looks like he may have the number of nursing home covid deaths have been underestimated by as much as 50 percent.

00:10:08.080 A third of all deaths in this nation are from nursing homes.
00:10:13.620 New York State, we're only about 28 percent only.
00:10:17.640 But we're below the national average in number of deaths in nursing homes.

00:11:30.120 It's been 10 months that I've been covering this governor and he continues to really surprise me with his arrogance, his narcissism, his stupidity.
00:11:42.340 He continues to go on national television on Friday and, you know, says things like you just aired.
00:11:52.860 Who cares?
00:11:53.680 So tell me, the 28 percent, the rest of the country has 33 percent.

00:12:00.620 Well, I have to first begin by saying I was surprised that the attorney general here in New York, who is a Democrat, who was endorsed by Governor Cuomo, did her own investigation.
00:12:13.180 76 pages of a report into the nursing home issue, something that I have been shouting from the mountaintops for 10 months.
00:12:22.460 As you know, you know, I've been on your program talking about Cuomo and the mandate to put COVID positive patients into nursing homes and the fact that this governor continues to hide the numbers.
00:12:31.740 The Justice Department had an investigation into him.
00:12:35.000 He didn't give them any information.
00:12:37.380 Glenn, I got it from a top source with the Justice Department, the top investigatory unit in the nation, and he wasn't giving them information.
00:12:47.120 So she took it upon herself to investigate him and came up with the fact that the numbers have been skewed.
00:12:53.240 He's been basically covering them up for many months now, and they're at least 50 percent higher than they've officially been reporting.
00:13:01.120 Yeah, and I think that the official number was 56 percent off of this report, which was incredible.
00:13:08.320 Wait, 56 percent increase?
00:13:11.300 Yeah, higher than they had initially said.
00:13:13.400 Which brings that number to 28, or does that bring that number higher than 28?

00:13:19.740 I do know that the figure they've released already, though, is still too low.

00:14:09.080 And now the New York Times is starting to dig in on this governor and this new AG report,

00:14:22.980 talking about how nine of his higher, high ups in the health department are leaving, are leaving.
00:14:31.420 And they had an interview with Cuomo.
00:14:32.960 And would you believe this was his quote, Glenn and Stu, everybody has a plan until I punch them in the face.

00:14:44.680 And the article lays out hospital lobbyists, top donors, not scientists,

00:14:56.840 Hospital lobbyists that give him millions of dollars are whispering in his ear about the nursing home issue and the vaccine rollout.

00:20:16.480 And my friend Don did an interview with Lester Holt on NBC on Thursday when the AG report was released.
00:20:23.060 They got in touch with her and they sent a reporter or they did a Zoom session with the reporter.
00:20:28.660 And she's very vocal about Cuomo.
00:20:30.760 Every rally that I have ever been to, she has a sign that says Killer Cuomo.
00:20:35.160 I mean, she really, really believes that this man killed her mom.
00:20:39.120 And so they started the interview and she's done a few of these enough times that she knows they only take little sound bites of her.
00:20:45.840 They never start with the Andrew Cuomo did this.

00:20:49.900 So now when she does these interviews, she always starts with, and I blame Andrew Cuomo.
