The Glenn Beck Program - Best of the Program ｜ Guest： Lincoln Jay ｜ 2⧸21⧸22

00:00:00.000 Today was kind of a gut check, um, with the audience, with you, um, and we took phone calls

00:00:05.800 today. There's a couple of phone calls that I think are really, really important. David

00:00:10.020 sticks out in my mind. He is, um, one of very few phone calls that I think really reflect the time.

00:00:18.580 I've had about three of them in the course of this, uh, network career. And David is reflecting

00:00:24.120 what I think many Americans are feeling right now. Listen.

00:00:36.900 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.

00:00:43.400 Lincoln Jay, he is a video journalist for rebel news.

00:00:47.260 He was with the trucker convoy in Canada, uh, and he saw it firsthand. Lincoln, welcome. 0.51

00:00:58.280 Hey, thanks so much for having me on. How's it going?

00:01:00.540 Uh, it's good. So tell me, tell me, uh, what happened is, is there any, um, was there any

00:01:09.120 reported real violence? Was, were there any of these protesters that were out of hand at all?

00:01:14.700 Well, I can tell you that I was on the ground since the 28th of January. So I've been here for

00:01:20.460 quite a bit. I was here for the duration of the truckers convoy in Ottawa. And I've described it

00:01:25.700 previously as a family environment. Uh, no exaggeration. There was kids bouncing on bouncy

00:01:31.440 castles. There was, they had food tents set up, uh, across the city in the downtown core where they

00:01:37.540 were feeding anybody in need, not just supporters, the truckers, but even if you were just a homeless

00:01:42.880 person in the city, just simply someone in need, they were feeding everybody. So it's really crazy

00:01:48.120 to see how the, the legacy media is in Canada is trying to spin this into something. It's not.

00:01:53.880 And, uh, is the, uh, the, the, the people seem to be okay with it at first, the Canadian people,

00:02:01.000 and then they got a little pissy because of the, you know, the bridges, et cetera. And then they seem

00:02:06.620 to get angry with Trudeau for not doing anything. And now he's, he's really done something. What do

00:02:14.760 the average Canadians feel about this? How is this playing to the average person in Canada?

00:02:20.580 To be honest, it's, it's really hard to judge. Like you said, at first, it seemed like everyone

00:02:26.560 was on board, but then people, a lot of people started to feel like it was like, it was time for

00:02:31.720 them to leave. What I can tell you is that the locals in Ottawa, from what I've experienced on the

00:02:37.660 ground, just walking around and being here, is it like, I would say about half of the locals I've

00:02:43.400 talked to in Ottawa are on board with it. And half would just wanted them out. Like we're like,

00:02:49.080 they, they just thought it was time to leave after the first weekend. So I can only tell you,

00:02:54.940 sorry, go ahead. No, I was going to say, but out of those half,

00:02:58.400 did they think that this was justified to get them out?

00:03:03.520 Um, you know what? I can't comment on that because since, since the emergencies act, since we saw the

00:03:10.420 police enforcement that we saw over the past three days, the city is completely like blocked off.

00:03:18.040 They now say it's a red zone. So there's police checkpoints all over and you really can't come

00:03:23.780 into the red zone, which is like a big chunk of the downtown core, unless you live or work in the

00:03:29.180 area. So honestly, it's like, it's like a ghost town in Ottawa. So I haven't really been able to

00:03:33.120 assess the situation other than what I'm seeing on, uh, on television through on mainstream media

00:03:38.200 outlets. And honestly, it seems like a lot of people think that it was justified the way they,

00:03:43.720 uh, took the protesters out. And that's what I'm gauging. So tell me what you saw.

00:03:50.160 Well, what I saw, like I said, was a peaceful, peaceful protest with no acts of violence that

00:03:55.620 I saw with my own eyes for almost three weeks. And then everyone had a feeling that there was

00:04:01.400 going to be some sort of heavy police enforcement. And then all of a sudden we got a phone call and we

00:04:06.840 said there's about 200 cops outside of the Westin hotel, which is a hotel not far from Parlin Hill.

00:04:13.000 And then it was basically like a flick of a switch. They just went all out. I've never seen such a

00:04:20.120 police enforcement in my life. It was, uh, it was intense pepper spray, tear gas canisters.

00:04:25.740 As I'm sure you heard my, uh, my colleague Alexa got shot point blank in the leg with a, uh,

00:04:31.960 with a rifle that shoots out tear gas canisters. So it was, it was nuts. And they were also

00:04:38.860 stopping journalists from recording. I've, I've seen some really nasty, um, footage of the cops

00:04:48.040 trying to shut journalists down. Yeah. So there's a gentleman by the name of Andrew Lawton from true

00:04:54.300 North. He got pepper sprayed, uh, in the face. And then there's countless independent journalists here

00:05:00.400 that, you know, just have their phone out and they're live streaming. And on the Saturday night,

00:05:05.240 there was a block party. And, uh, so basically the protesters got pushed out of the street,

00:05:11.120 Wellington street that runs right in front of Parlin Hill. So then they kind of regrouped and

00:05:14.920 there was just like a, it was basically just like a dance party. They're just playing music and

00:05:18.940 the police, we saw the same strategies. The police basically formed a line and they tried to just

00:05:24.560 aggressively push this whole crowd out. And in the process, they were literally shooting

00:05:29.660 people's phones. I talked to two people who had their phone shot out of their hands with rubber

00:05:35.520 bullets. Oh my gosh. Um, the, um, the fact that these people, the police say now that, uh, they are

00:05:47.600 going to continue this investigation and anyone involved is going to be debanked. Uh, what are people

00:05:56.500 saying in the, in the protest? Are they worried about these things?

00:06:02.360 Well, I can tell you firsthand, um, for a fact that it is happening. Um, I spoke with a gentleman

00:06:08.800 who, uh, who traveled here from Winnipeg to Ottawa to, in support of the truckers.

00:06:14.580 And I'm assuming that he just donated some money, et cetera. And, uh, he, his bank account

00:06:20.900 is frozen. I've done a full report on him and, uh, he has no access to his funds. He cannot

00:06:26.780 make the debit purchase. He can't use his credit card, can't take out money, can't send any sort

00:06:32.120 of wire transfers. It's, he's, it's completely frozen. And the, the bank there, there's just

00:06:38.200 no transparency with how long it's going to be frozen for or anything. So he's kind of just

00:06:42.640 left in the dark with no access to his funds. He's got bills to pay. He's got a mortgage. He's

00:06:47.760 got a daughter and ultimately he has to get home back home to Winnipeg. So he tells me he's all

00:06:53.060 right, but it's just, it's nuts. And I can confirm that that is happening.

00:06:57.440 How is he going to, how's he going to get home?

00:07:01.500 That's the question, you know, and that was the question too, if, you know, if they seize

00:07:06.260 all these truckers trucks, right, if they freeze their bank accounts, these, these, a lot of the

00:07:12.600 truckers, the gentleman driving the trucks, the woman driving the trucks, they've driven across the

00:07:16.420 country, you know, they've driven three, four days to get here. So if they're freezing their bank

00:07:21.340 accounts, they're taking their rigs. They have basically nothing. How are they supposed to get

00:07:26.440 home?

00:07:26.700 I don't know, but I think we should, I watched these guys and they were peaceful. They were

00:07:34.640 rational. They were creating a family atmosphere. Everything that I've seen and heard about these

00:07:41.400 guys, you know, this nonsense of the, of the Nazi flags, there was one and the protesters kicked that

00:07:48.500 guy out and he was the only one with his face fully covered. Why, why, why, why is that? And we

00:07:56.480 haven't found that guy. Um, this was not a Nazi rally. Uh, this was a freedom rally. And I, I think

00:08:02.800 we should, we should offer them a, um, uh, sanctuary here in the United States, quite honestly.

00:08:11.360 Yeah. Um, I, I can't reiterate enough. I cannot express enough how, how peaceful the environment was

00:08:18.680 here. I've honestly never seen anything like it. It was three weeks of straight protests every day.

00:08:25.020 And the streets of Ottawa were completely clean. Like this just completely clean. You had it's

00:08:32.580 the temperatures are freezing here. There's a lot of snow. Countless protesters, supporters,

00:08:37.560 shoveling the streets of all shoveling snow on the streets of Ottawa. And like I said earlier,

00:08:41.760 they were literally handing out food to anybody, anybody. It did not matter. So the fact that Justin

00:08:48.240 Trudeau has literally stated that the people involved in the truckers convoy in Ottawa were

00:08:54.680 stealing food from the homeless, it could not be any further from the truth. I don't know where,

00:08:59.180 I simply don't know where he's getting his information from.

00:09:02.000 Lincoln, how does this end? Does parliament meet today?

00:09:04.980 Well, what I can tell you is that Justin Trudeau is having a press conference where I'm assuming

00:09:12.100 he's going to address, uh, the events that took place over the weekend and the, and ultimately

00:09:16.800 the clearing out of the convoy. So on the streets of Ottawa right now, four days ago, it was filled

00:09:23.440 with trucks, filled with trucks. So Wellington street again, which is the street right in front

00:09:27.940 of the parliament of Canada, just filled with trucks today. It is completely empty. So, uh,

00:09:34.080 my honest opinion on where this goes is I think Trudeau is probably just going to continue on with how

00:09:40.600 he's been acting and, and what he's been doing. He seems to take no responsibility. He doesn't want

00:09:45.820 to, he didn't want to negotiate, talk to the truckers, meet them halfway in any way. He just

00:09:51.360 stuck to his principles, stuck to his agenda, whatever that is. And, uh, he keeps moving forward.

00:09:57.720 So it's tough to predict where this is going to go.

00:10:00.260 Well, Lincoln, thank you very much. Stay safe and, uh, and, uh, tell all the truckers and

00:10:05.780 anybody you meet to keep their chin up. They've done a great job keeping it peaceful and letting

00:10:11.000 the world see who the real fascists are. Thank you so much, Lincoln. I appreciate it.

00:10:16.200 Absolutely. Thanks for having me on Glenn. Really quick guys. If you want to check out our coverage

00:10:20.020 on the ground in Ottawa, we have a website called convoy reports.com. There you can see what

00:10:25.320 actually took place here in Ottawa. Thanks a lot. Convoy reports.com. By the way, um,

00:10:30.680 we, we have Trudeau. He's the press conference has started, I guess.

00:10:39.500 We're just going to have to wait for the translation. Cause again, I don't speak French,

00:10:42.820 so I don't, don't know exactly what he was saying, but he didn't sound happy. Did he?

00:10:47.720 That was, uh, interesting. Yeah. He was, he was getting his day started on the right foot.

00:10:52.100 Yeah. Do you? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. A little coffee early in the morning. Yeah. He's,

00:10:55.960 he's an early riser right here. Yeah, he is. And a vegan. And a vegan. Wow. Yeah.

00:11:04.800 This is the best of the Glenn Beck program. And don't forget, rate us on iTunes.

00:11:15.000 Let me go to David in Maryland. Hello, David.

00:11:18.740 Hello, Glenn. Thank you for taking my call. You bet. Hey, I, I am a trucker down here in the States.

00:11:26.540 I've been driving for 30 years and I'm not real sure what I've been, I've been trying to work

00:11:34.120 through what I'm going to do. It's called upon to stand up. Um, I actually have friends, business

00:11:42.080 owners, even, even people from my church saying, Hey, we will financially support you if you choose

00:11:47.620 to go. And I'm looking at them saying, do you see what's going on? 500 miles north of us here.

00:11:55.800 And you're, I don't know that I, I want to put them in that position. You know, we have a,

00:12:01.720 my wife has a, uh, small business, home-based business. She's a tutor out of our home. Um,

00:12:08.340 like, honey, you know, we could really risk losing everything if I go. But on the other

00:12:16.900 hand, I'm really feeling called to go. I never thought Glenn that I would face what I call

00:12:22.640 a founder's moment, but it very well may be my life, my, my fortune as small as it is,

00:12:29.780 and my sacred honor of being labeled an insurrectionist or a terrorist. I mean, I've got to consider all

00:12:36.060 of that. And what, what is it going to literally cost me to go down and say, you know, freedom.

00:12:43.140 And like your caller said, yeah, they've got a blueprint. Now they've got something that they

00:12:48.240 can implement to counter what, what the convoy would do. So yeah, I'm walking into this thing

00:12:54.200 or literally driving into this thing, right into the teeth of the thing, knowing exactly what's

00:12:59.300 common, but I'm still feeling somewhat compelled to go and, and take a stand.

00:13:06.780 I will tell you, uh, this is David, we are all going to have to go through this, um, dilemma, all of us.

00:13:16.140 Um, we, you're just one of the first to have to do it. And I think this is a really good thing,

00:13:23.360 uh, that you're, you're going through. Uh, I mean, I'm really sorry, whichever way you decide

00:13:29.600 you will choose a side and everybody's going to have to. And as Dietrich Bonhoeffer said,

00:13:36.080 not to stand is to stand. You are making a commitment. If you just stay silent and I'm not

00:13:42.280 telling you which decision you should make, everybody has to make that on their own. Um,

00:13:46.860 but I think I will pray for you. And I would ask our audience to, to, uh, to pray for David and

00:13:53.720 anybody like David, which way are you leaning right now, David going? I can't look at this

00:14:01.200 point in time in American history and shrink back and think someone else is going to do it.

00:14:07.880 I've, I've been, I really listened to the words of your intro song, you know, to stand up,

00:14:14.860 to hold the line. It's time to do something. And Glenn, here's the, here's the thing that really

00:14:21.500 has me, I'm wrestling with. I'm a Christian. My wife and I are believers. This isn't, uh, we,

00:14:28.820 we don't have a let's go Brandon sign or a sticker or a flag or anything like that. We have,

00:14:34.160 we literally do not make our politics known at all. And we're not doing this as a political

00:14:44.860 statement. This freedom that we're fighting for is something that's guaranteed in the constitution

00:14:50.680 that gives freedom to every American citizen. We don't care if they're gay, straight, black, purple,

00:14:57.920 whatever. It's freedom. We're asking the government to give us back our freedom. When all of this

00:15:05.020 happened with COVID blend, my first question was how do the American people get the power back that

00:15:11.000 the government sees during all of this? How do they get the power back to open their businesses?

00:15:16.200 How do they get the power back to freely associate? How do they get the power back to go back out

00:15:21.660 and live their lives? They don't. So if we don't stand now, there's no going backwards from here. It's

00:15:29.920 only going to go forward. So somebody's got to stand. And if at first Glenn, it was the first responders,

00:15:36.800 it was the nurses, the doctors, you know, yeah, the truckers, we trucked all the time and just

00:15:41.980 hauled freight, but those were the people that were in front. And now look what they're doing to

00:15:47.180 them. If they don't get the shots. Well, now if it's the truckers turn to stand up, Glenn, I've got

00:15:52.880 to stand. I know I have to stand. I can't, I'm just about ready to burst into tears. I can't sit here and

00:16:00.560 watch this go by knowing I've got three adult daughters, 25, 23, and 21 that are just starting

00:16:07.180 their lives and saying, ladies, I'm sorry. You're going to have to put up with whatever's coming. 1.00

00:16:13.080 I can't do that.

00:16:18.320 David, I'm maybe sorry, man. No, no, maybe three or four times in the history of this show.

00:16:25.920 And it's always a pivot. Someone will call in and speak the words that so many are feeling. And it's

00:16:35.960 never, it's never with bravado. It's always with deep reflection and sorrow that they speak those

00:16:45.020 words. You are that caller for this time. Hold on, David, because I want to give you a bit of something

00:16:54.760 to chew on, uh, over the next few days and weeks and months. David, the reason why, uh, I say there's

00:17:05.380 always, there's always a caller and there's been maybe three in, uh, the last 20 years, 22 years of

00:17:12.860 my broadcast, um, that S speak from the heart and speak the truth. There are a lot of callers that have

00:17:23.320 a lot of bravado and I will have even bravado from time to time. But those are the things that led us to

00:17:30.540 the declaration of independence. And that's good. But that, that is the summer soldier. That is the summer

00:17:38.880 soldier. Somebody who is there when it's nice and warm and everything is great. And we're having these, you

00:17:44.700 know, we think we're on top of the world and yeah, let's, let's break away. Let's break away from England.

00:17:50.320 England. And then the reality sets in. And I think that's what's happened here. That's what is

00:17:56.020 happening. At least in my house, the reality of where and when we are is beginning to set in.

00:18:03.640 And now it's not necessarily, um, there can be no hyperbole because you're going to have to do one or

00:18:13.420 the other. And now we're all thinking, okay, well, what does this mean for me? Because it's just up at

00:18:20.680 the border and we're seeing the same kinds of things being done with the January 6th investigation.

00:18:27.900 And we see how they are trying to go after people's banks, bank accounts.

00:18:35.200 When we went into the, into the war, it was in July and we started fighting after the signing of the

00:18:44.540 declaration of independence. And we lost every single battle until December 25th that year,

00:18:54.740 every battle we lost, we were in retreat on December 23rd, Thomas Paine wrote these words.

00:19:03.160 These are the times that try men souls, the summer soldier in the sunshine Patriot will in this crisis

00:19:09.540 shrink from the service of their country, but he who stands by it now deserves the love and thanks of

00:19:17.840 men and women. Tyranny like hell is not easily conquered. Yet we have this consolation with us.

00:19:25.920 The harder, the conflict, the more glorious, the triumph, what we obtain too cheap.

00:19:32.820 We esteem too lightly. It is dearness only that gives everything its value and heaven knows how to put a

00:19:42.160 proper price upon its goods. And it would be strange indeed. If so celestial is of an article as freedom

00:19:50.660 should not be highly rated. The government with an army to enforce her tyranny has declared that she 1.00

00:19:59.380 has a right fill in the blank, but that's to bind us in all cases whatsoever. And if being bound in that

00:20:08.140 matter is not slavery, then there is no such thing as slavery upon the earth.

00:20:16.720 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.

00:20:19.500 This is the Glenn Beck program. Welcome. We're glad you're here. It's it was fascinating to follow the

00:20:46.960 truckers this weekend to see what was going on. Trudeau is supposed to have a press conference this

00:20:54.160 morning. I mean, I don't know what he's going to what he's going to say. You had some footage of

00:21:02.180 well, I have him from the weekend. Here's Trudeau on the on the truckers over the weekend.

00:21:07.040 Right. But I don't I don't speak French Canadian. And yeah, because I think even if you speak French,

00:21:17.820 you don't fully understand that. There's another dialect. It's a well, it's the occupied French,

00:21:22.360 you know. So anyway, but I will tell you, it is terrifying to hear the the the police chief of

00:21:33.680 Ottawa that was saying what they're not done yet. They got the trucks off the street, but they're

00:21:40.560 not done yet. The protesters at this point, you know, retreat and go home. Are they going to be

00:21:47.500 getting sort of repercussions down the road? Are you going to be sort of actively pursuing the people

00:21:52.640 that you've been documenting and filming who are still out there protesting? What are your plans

00:21:57.800 after this, after the protest is over? Thank you. It's a great question. And the simple answer is yes.

00:22:04.220 If you are involved in this protest, we will actively look to identify you and follow up with

00:22:09.180 financial sanctions and criminal charges. Absolutely. This investigation will go on for months to come.

00:22:16.720 It has many, many different streams, both from a federal financial level, from a provincial licensing

00:22:24.460 level, from a criminal code level, from a municipal breach of court order, breach of court injunction

00:22:31.440 level. It will be a complicated and time consuming investigation that will go on for a period of

00:22:38.340 time. You have my commitment that that investigation will continue and we will hold people accountable

00:22:44.760 for taking our streets.

00:22:45.800 How did Trudeau get in there? I don't, I don't think he was at that press conference.

00:22:54.120 Let me go to Wayne in Pennsylvania on line nine. Hello, Wayne.

00:22:58.820 Hey, good morning, Glenn. When you say you won't recognize your country today, I really found 1.00

00:23:07.780 that based on what's happening in Canada and what's happening here. I was stationed in Germany

00:23:14.220 while I was in the army between 83 to 85. And the wall was still up in Czechoslovakia. And we actually

00:23:20.340 had a trip to go there. And one of the things that they told us was do not raise your hand. Do not

00:23:27.680 point. Do not make any loud gestures because the towers were staring at us and actually photographing

00:23:36.980 us. And they were going to use that as propaganda. So you're basically feared or towed to fear

00:23:43.860 what can happen to you if you kind of like point at them or make gestures. And I'm like,

00:23:49.920 this is getting kind of eerily similar. You know, there's the freedom on that side of the, the,

00:23:57.100 the, the wall was excruciating, look like it's painful. And, and, uh, you know, it's just amazing.

00:24:05.200 I never thought we'd get to that spot where I feel like I'm on the border of Czechoslovakia

00:24:11.620 again. This is crazy. Yeah. I, I will tell you the, the, the banking things that, I mean,

00:24:17.460 it has made it good. I, I think, I, I think people are waking up even more to ESG and what's

00:24:23.560 happening in our banking sector because of what, uh, Trudeau did, uh, when, when they can just

00:24:30.880 shut down your banking service and they're, they're now not doing it. Um, as soon as this

00:24:37.040 is lifted, they're saying that, you know, it'll be up to the banks, whether they feel comfortable

00:24:42.080 doing, uh, banking services for people that have participated in this right now they're cut off,

00:24:50.440 but you know, if they were involved in any way, they'll have to make their own decision because

00:24:55.380 that might be risky business. That's exactly what ESG is. And if people don't get that now,

00:25:03.080 I don't know what's going to get them to wake up because once you cut off people's livelihoods

00:25:08.240 and their insurance, you're done. What else is there to control?

00:25:14.580 I had a conversation. I go into people's homes for flooring and, um, I had a conversation with

00:25:20.900 someone who was very wealthy, very well-to-do and started asking them because I had listened,

00:25:26.260 I've listened to you for years and you came out with the reset and the ESG scores and I've asked

00:25:33.240 them, I said, have you seen anything come across? Cause you put up that display showing, uh, the ESG

00:25:39.740 score. And I said, have you seen anything come across your retirement account on this? And they

00:25:43.380 said, no, what are you talking about? You know, like I was in the conspiracy stuff. I said,

00:25:47.700 just about a year from now, you'll see. And sure enough, we are there. People who, who we were

00:25:54.960 talking to and you know, I was able to have that because of what you, what you shared. Um, people

00:26:00.940 are, they're, they're starting to wake up and they're coming back on. Yeah. I had no clue what

00:26:05.780 you were talking about. I thought you were just conspiracy and here we are. We're living in,

00:26:10.860 in a time, like I said, like border Czechoslovakia, we're going the other way. They're putting 0.93

00:26:17.020 us on the other side of that board and for a man to call up and, and be fearful to, uh,

00:26:25.140 be able to drive his truck, make a decision between his family or freedom is very, very

00:26:31.480 sad. And it's very scary. It should really, um, you know, I didn't, I didn't see it that

00:26:38.700 way, Wayne, but I should have. And it, uh, it really does say everything about what time

00:26:44.420 we're living in. You know, I, I read something from Emmanuel Kant once. There are many things

00:26:49.500 that I believe that I shall never say, but I shall never say the things that I do not

00:26:52.860 believe. And I wondered what kind of a world he lived in and we're there now. Do I stand

00:27:00.620 up and risk financial ruin for the first time in my lifetime? Our lives, our fortunes, and

00:27:10.500 our sacred honor are meant. We mean that now, if you're going to, if you're going to choose to get

00:27:18.020 involved, you have to know you could lose everything. And if you don't, I mean, you know, then the,

00:27:27.300 the Bible comes to mind on, uh, you know, trying to save, trying to save what doesn't matter.

00:27:38.880 Uh, you're going to lose everything that does. And that's what it, those, those things feel true

00:27:48.300 to me. If you, if you sit down now, but where's the leader? That's, that's the thing we have

00:28:01.700 missing is there is no Martin Luther King. There is, there's no one to lead at this point. And it has

00:28:13.040 to be you. It has to be you lead your own family and your own children and, uh, just do the next

00:28:26.860 right thing. Let me go to a John in Indiana. Hi, John. Good morning. Hey, how are you? I hope,

00:28:35.940 hope you can hear me. Okay. I'm laying on the floor with my head between a toilet and a sink.

00:28:39.880 No, I'm not drunk. Um, is that a normal thing for you? Is that where your phone is located or are

00:28:46.720 you repairing? No, uh, I'm actually trying to fix it, which I recommend everyone learn how to fix

00:28:53.480 basic. Yep. Um, my wife is a low level executive with one of the major banks and we sat down and

00:29:02.600 discussed DSG numerous times. It's easily available on their website. Um, your book ought to be here

00:29:08.780 within a couple of weeks, but boy, do we fight like crazy. She wants nothing to do with it.

00:29:14.240 She's on the side of a bank. Um, I was willing to give up my job with a long time in and she just 1.00

00:29:21.000 wants, she's going crazy. She won't buy any, but what the heck do I do?

00:29:24.460 Uh, well, I don't, I don't know. We're all going to face the, the difference here is that she's

00:29:33.260 working at a bank. All of us are working at companies, most likely, unless it's a small

00:29:38.260 company that in one way or another is involved in ESG. And, um, right now the way to, uh, make sure

00:29:48.280 that you don't lose your soul is to speak out against it. Don't, don't go to these training

00:29:53.060 meetings where you have to admit your whiteness or whatever. Um, don't, don't, uh, don't play into

00:29:59.620 any of the S's. Uh, you have to remain solid on that. Once you start going down that road, 0.99

00:30:05.720 it gets easier and easier, uh, to really to lie. Don't do that. Um, however, we're all working for

00:30:15.680 companies that are, that are somewhere or another related. It's the banking industry that is leading

00:30:22.000 it. And I don't know which bank your wife works for, and I don't want to know because I don't 0.88

00:30:26.640 want to hurt her. Um, but, uh, is it a, is it, is it one of the big five banks? Uh, I will say used

00:30:37.840 to be. Okay. Um, it, it, it may not, I mean, there are banks that are playing along and they're doing

00:30:47.840 it cause they know they have to, and there are other banks that are really running up the flagpole

00:30:54.380 and saluting every day to it. Um, and it's, it's, it is evil. It will be used for evil. Um, unlike

00:31:04.200 anything that we've seen, you guys have to just make your own decision. Um, and I don't, uh, you're

00:31:13.240 not going to be able to avoid brushing up against ESG wherever you go. You will not be

00:31:19.700 able to avoid it unless you're running your own business and then you'll run into it with

00:31:24.080 the banks. Just keep standing brother. Just keep standing or laying underneath your sink

00:31:32.000 in between your toilet and your sink, fixing things. We don't know that that's not where

00:31:39.760 his phone was located though. I mean, he wasn't clear. No, I mean, that's just where you go

00:31:45.280 to pay calls. Sometimes I got to make a call. Yeah. Okay. You need the phone? It's, uh, under

00:31:50.440 the, uh, bathroom sink right there. Just put your head between the toilet and the sink and

00:31:54.540 it's good. It's a great place.

00:31:56.220 Na, na, na, na.
