00:00:30.000 Hey, welcome to the Wednesday podcast.
00:00:32.440 Pete Hegseth had to sit in front of Senate committee yesterday.
00:00:35.580 And of course, the Democrats used their questioning to attack him, including some bizarre hypotheticals from Tim Kaine.
00:00:42.340 And some of the dumbest questions, do you like Doritos, from some really stupid people in the Senate.
00:00:48.760 President Trump also sent some invites to foreign leaders to inauguration coming up on Monday.
00:00:55.180 Who made the cut and who wasn't invited?
00:00:57.540 And Anna Paulina Luna, the congresswoman from Florida, joins us to talk about Pam Bondi, Pete Hegseth, what's coming up in the administration, what to watch for.
00:01:09.040 And is there any news on the UAPs and the drones in New Jersey?
00:01:15.360 Wait until you hear this all on today's podcast.
00:01:17.500 Let me tell you about American Financing.
00:01:20.680 Take 10 minutes out of your day-to-day and call American Financing.
00:01:24.260 You don't know what you don't know.
00:01:26.540 If you are looking at your finances and saying, I've got to do something about this.
00:01:31.440 I've paying way too much on interest for my credit cards.
00:01:35.800 With the rates now down to around 5, you can get that credit card interest down from 25 to 5%.
00:01:41.940 That could save you, the average person from this audience, saves about $830 every single month from American Financing.
00:01:49.500 Tap into your home's equity, pay down that debt, could be the answer that you need.
00:01:53.500 Give American Financing a call.
00:01:55.120 You'd be surprised at the option.
00:01:56.480 You don't know what you don't know until you call American Financing.
00:02:00.760 Call AmericanFinancing.net, AmericanFinancing.net, their number is 800-906-2440, AmericanFinancing.net, 800-906-2440.
00:02:22.700 You're listening to The Best of the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:26.740 Pat Gray joins us from Pat Gray Unleashed, a man who still will not answer the question about how many times he beats his wife a week.
00:02:36.420 Welcome to the program.
00:02:38.540 Zero.
00:02:39.360 Yeah.
00:02:40.020 That's zero.
00:02:40.840 I just answered the question.
00:02:42.220 Well, no, you didn't answer honestly.
00:02:43.220 When did you stop then?
00:02:46.320 That's the better question, isn't it?
00:02:47.840 So, you know what's amazing is the outrageous behavior of Tim Kaine.
00:02:57.940 I mean, I thought everybody looked stupid, but Tim Kaine just looked like an ass.
00:03:03.400 Yeah, he did.
00:03:04.200 He did.
00:03:04.660 And since when did Democrats start caring about that?
00:03:07.620 I know.
00:03:08.880 I know.
00:03:08.960 This is a guy who was Hillary Clinton's running mate.
00:03:12.720 I know.
00:03:12.860 Are you kidding me?
00:03:13.520 I know.
00:03:14.020 Here's Tim Kaine.
00:03:15.640 Play one for Tim Kaine.
00:03:16.820 Man.
00:03:17.660 I have failed in things in my life, and thankfully I'm redeemed by my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
00:03:22.300 In finalizing divorces from your first and second wives, were there non-disclosure agreements
00:03:26.860 in connection with those divorces?
00:03:29.460 Senator, not that I'm aware of.
00:03:31.600 If there were, would you agree to release those first and second wives from any confidentiality
00:03:36.660 agreement?
00:03:37.160 Senator, it's not something I'm aware of.
00:03:39.560 But if there were, you would agree to release them from a confidentiality?
00:03:42.320 No, I would.
00:03:42.820 Senator, that's not my responsibility.
00:03:44.840 Did you ever engage in any acts of physical violence against any of your wives?
00:03:48.760 Senator, absolutely not.
00:03:50.960 But you would agree with me that if someone had committed physical violence against a
00:03:54.560 spouse, that would be disqualifying to serve as secretive defense, correct?
00:03:58.680 Senator, absolutely not have I ever done that.
00:04:01.920 You would agree that that would be a disqualifying offense, would you not?
00:04:06.380 Senator, you're talking about a hypothetical.
00:04:09.340 I don't think it's a hypothetical.
00:04:11.960 Violence against spouses occurs every day.
00:04:14.540 Yes, but your question.
00:04:15.960 Stop just a second.
00:04:18.220 But your question was not, does it happen every day?
00:04:22.220 Your question was hypothetical.
00:04:26.180 Well, yes, it was a hypothetical question.
00:04:28.420 Right.
00:04:28.920 These people do not understand the English language.
00:04:31.680 It's true.
00:04:32.260 That's true.
00:04:32.820 I mean, and he was, you know, Hegseth was saying it was like, this didn't occur with
00:04:37.140 me, so therefore, it's a nonsensical question.
00:04:40.800 Correct.
00:04:41.340 And he's trying to broaden it into, well, theoretically, if...
00:04:45.660 So if somebody ever accuses you of it, you should have to step down immediately.
00:04:50.120 I mean, that's the implication there.
00:04:51.740 They're trying to set that up.
00:04:53.040 And we will, if, by the way, if you say yes to this, we will find that person, whoever
00:04:56.800 it is.
00:04:57.440 Exactly right.
00:04:58.340 And that's why Hegseth wouldn't go there.
00:05:00.500 And he shouldn't.
00:05:01.120 Did you, I don't remember Tim Kaine talking about...
00:05:04.680 I was like, you could finish your sentence right there.
00:05:06.080 I don't remember Tim Kaine.
00:05:07.080 Did he actually run for vice president of the United States?
00:05:09.160 Yeah, which is strange.
00:05:10.480 He ran with Hillary Clinton, who was married to a serial abuser.
00:05:16.460 He didn't really have a problem with that one.
00:05:18.000 Did he ask Hillary those questions in the interview process?
00:05:20.440 No, he didn't.
00:05:21.580 No, he didn't.
00:05:22.460 You would agree that if someone raped someone credibly, they shouldn't be president of the
00:05:28.220 United States.
00:05:29.020 Right.
00:05:29.500 Right?
00:05:29.940 Right?
00:05:30.340 Right?
00:05:31.020 No.
00:05:31.360 And I think he was also the guy on stage with Emhoff, you know, calling him just a great
00:05:38.920 dude and somebody that, you know, you got a great first husband, excuse me, credible
00:05:46.560 allegations that he slapped his girlfriend in public.
00:05:53.540 Seems like abuse.
00:05:54.900 Yeah.
00:05:55.120 I don't think he even denied that at the time.
00:05:57.500 Did he?
00:05:57.960 Not that I remember.
00:05:58.780 I just wouldn't talk about it.
00:06:00.040 Right?
00:06:00.420 Right.
00:06:00.700 Well, I would say he wouldn't talk about it, but no one asked him about it.
00:06:04.140 Right.
00:06:04.520 So that was kind of an issue.
00:06:06.400 Exactly right.
00:06:06.780 I also thought that Tim Kaine would be our most forgettable vice presidential candidate
00:06:13.640 ever.
00:06:14.120 But then Tim Walls came around.
00:06:16.280 So honestly, I feel like, I mean, I feel like if you honestly.
00:06:18.900 It's the name Tim.
00:06:19.440 Yeah.
00:06:19.820 I think it is.
00:06:20.640 I think it is.
00:06:20.940 If you polled the American people and said, who was the vice presidential candidate with Hillary
00:06:26.580 Clinton in 2016 or yeah, 20, yeah, that was 2016, right?
00:06:30.360 Mm-hmm.
00:06:31.100 Gosh, they're all running together now.
00:06:33.160 What percentage of people would know?
00:06:34.880 It's outside of, let's say, Virginia.
00:06:37.500 20%.
00:06:37.980 You think it's that high?
00:06:39.300 Maybe not.
00:06:40.240 I don't even think it's that high.
00:06:41.360 I don't think it's that high.
00:06:42.680 Now, if you asked about Walls right now, it would be above 20%.
00:06:46.360 But in 10 years, I wonder though.
00:06:49.100 Yeah.
00:06:49.340 I wonder.
00:06:49.820 I'm not sure.
00:06:50.940 Tim Walls.
00:06:51.860 I mean, Trump hasn't even taken office yet.
00:06:54.840 Yeah.
00:06:55.380 They didn't even know Tim Walls when it was the heat of the campaign.
00:07:00.640 I think those who went to vote might not have known who Tim Walls.
00:07:04.800 Vote for her.
00:07:06.000 We know people who run surveys.
00:07:08.420 Like, every once in a while, we'll get an email like, hey, like, any questions you want
00:07:12.080 to ask in a scientific survey of the American people.
00:07:14.900 Like, you know, they're just looking for additional perspectives on what they might ask.
00:07:18.820 I want, the next time we get one of those, we have to ask that question.
00:07:22.860 Can you remember who was the presidential VP candidate with Hillary Clinton and who was
00:07:28.220 it with Kamala Harris?
00:07:29.120 I think because it's so recent, the Walls one would still be relatively high.
00:07:33.740 It would be low.
00:07:34.920 What would your guess be?
00:07:36.180 What, 25%?
00:07:37.860 No, it would be higher.
00:07:38.940 I mean, it's going to be pretty low.
00:07:39.860 Oh, no.
00:07:40.340 Half of these people voted for him.
00:07:42.320 It's no higher than 30.
00:07:44.000 No higher than 30.
00:07:44.580 Oh, it's definitely higher than 30.
00:07:45.680 Really?
00:07:46.040 You think so?
00:07:46.660 I don't know.
00:07:47.560 I don't know.
00:07:47.780 I think so because you think they got, what, 45% of the vote.
00:07:52.960 Yeah, but that was for Kamala.
00:07:54.320 Yeah.
00:07:54.580 They don't know his name.
00:07:55.680 Right.
00:07:56.180 They weren't thinking about it.
00:07:57.900 They were like, you know, that Tim Walls guy, I think he could step into the role.
00:08:02.360 That's fair.
00:08:03.180 You might be right.
00:08:03.860 You're convincing me.
00:08:04.720 Especially if it was unprompted.
00:08:06.160 Like, it was like a fill in the blank.
00:08:07.240 You got to write it right in the name.
00:08:08.180 No way.
00:08:09.120 No way.
00:08:10.500 That's incredible.
00:08:11.900 You want to talk about a person with zero impact.
00:08:15.360 I mean, both Kane and Walls.
00:08:16.980 I mean, giant zilches.
00:08:19.580 Yeah.
00:08:20.100 These people have risen to power.
00:08:22.080 They failed up over and over again.
00:08:23.980 And they have become people who have all sorts of power, who have all sorts of money and all
00:08:31.820 the things, all the perks that they get from their jobs, but have really done nothing
00:08:35.740 with it.
00:08:36.080 They're giant zilches.
00:08:37.820 That is really incredible.
00:08:40.040 It is.
00:08:40.760 It's a lot of accomplishment.
00:08:42.120 I still can't believe they picked Tim Walls.
00:08:44.220 I can't believe it.
00:08:45.080 And I dislike him far more than Tim Kaine.
00:08:48.300 Oh, yeah.
00:08:48.700 Tim Kaine became very, very unlikable yesterday.
00:08:50.740 He was unlikable yesterday, but he was basically.
00:08:53.540 But he still didn't.
00:08:54.520 He still didn't sink to the level.
00:08:57.160 I'm totally with you.
00:08:58.480 I'm with Tim Walls.
00:08:59.920 Walls is special.
00:09:01.100 I don't know what it is about him.
00:09:02.420 Yeah.
00:09:02.660 I can't stand it.
00:09:04.180 Do you hear what he's doing now in Minnesota?
00:09:06.800 In Minnesota.
00:09:08.120 This is the defender of democracy, right?
00:09:10.200 Defender of democracy.
00:09:11.300 He is not.
00:09:12.680 He is not telling the Democrats to go to work next week.
00:09:17.640 They had a secret swearing in.
00:09:19.820 Why was it secret?
00:09:20.800 If it was so good, why was it so secret?
00:09:23.360 Why did you have to go someplace at night and swear all of the Democrats in and then not
00:09:29.320 bring a quorum together on day one that the assembly is supposed to meet?
00:09:34.300 So that way, the Republicans, which have a majority slim, I think it's by one majority
00:09:42.000 in the assembly, they can't go to work because they won't have a quorum because nobody's showing
00:09:48.840 up.
00:09:49.840 And that's deep in the democracy playbook.
00:09:52.240 Oh, it is.
00:09:52.820 That's in the back pages.
00:09:53.680 No, it is.
00:09:54.580 It's after all the references.
00:09:56.940 You'll find it.
00:09:57.420 It's so funny.
00:09:58.220 The I mean, when we started the country, we couldn't get a quorum, you know, for the
00:10:03.640 first, like, I think week and a half, two weeks, every day, the founders would show up
00:10:08.540 and they'd be like, OK, we only got 10 people can't do it.
00:10:13.920 And and and so they couldn't start Congress and nobody was showing up.
00:10:17.660 But that's because nobody thought the government was important.
00:10:21.640 You know what I mean?
00:10:22.360 They were all like, yeah.
00:10:23.200 So we start late.
00:10:24.260 Big deal.
00:10:24.840 What are we going to do?
00:10:26.880 Spend money.
00:10:27.700 You know what I mean?
00:10:29.620 These guys, they love government.
00:10:33.200 And just to shut the Republicans out.
00:10:37.800 Right.
00:10:38.900 They'll go against the will of the people.
00:10:41.640 What's the difference between this and what people are protesting in Romania?
00:10:45.020 Honestly, all they did was the judges said, you know what?
00:10:50.020 That candidate can't win.
00:10:52.680 Isn't that really what the Democrats and Tim Walls are saying?
00:10:56.620 Well, no, they can't win.
00:10:57.820 They can't have that majority.
00:10:59.040 Yeah.
00:10:59.160 It also shows their hypocrisy of the whole democratic process thing they supposedly love so deeply and were trying to protect against Donald J.
00:11:12.000 Trump.
00:11:12.320 And now they completely ignore it.
00:11:15.320 It's interesting.
00:11:16.740 It's fascinating.
00:11:17.840 And it's typical.
00:11:19.260 I mean, this is what they do every single time.
00:11:21.300 Every time.
00:11:22.080 I couldn't take yesterday.
00:11:24.180 It was just so full of hypocrisy.
00:11:25.980 It was like, honestly, listening to Gavin Newsom lecture Ron DeSantis about state preparedness.
00:11:31.320 Oh, man.
00:11:31.960 You know what I mean?
00:11:32.680 I mean, it was that.
00:11:34.940 You know, somebody sets your house on fire, and then they lecture you about fire safety while they're holding a flamethrower.
00:11:41.900 That's what we saw yesterday.
00:11:43.300 Mm-hmm.
00:11:44.980 Really?
00:11:46.520 Really.
00:11:47.220 You care about these things.
00:11:49.200 You know, we care about women.
00:11:51.260 Do you?
00:11:52.220 Because you've just been torpedoing.
00:11:55.480 You couldn't even define a woman.
00:11:58.420 You couldn't define what a woman is, and you're now suddenly the defender of women?
00:12:05.280 Come on.
00:12:05.660 I'm sure they'll look like a defender of women when Pam Bondi sits there today.
00:12:09.020 Oh, yeah.
00:12:09.460 I'm sure they will.
00:12:10.580 We're going to be covering that live as it goes on today.
00:12:13.540 Did you see the other thing Gavin Newsom did yesterday?
00:12:16.300 No.
00:12:16.700 Which can't possibly be legal.
00:12:20.100 Can't possibly be legal.
00:12:21.900 If he did it in California, it's not.
00:12:24.980 It can't be.
00:12:26.160 We can just end it there.
00:12:27.560 He is making it illegal for, let's say you're in the Palisades, and your house is now a bunch of rocks and rubble.
00:12:37.120 He is making it illegal for people to offer to buy your home.
00:12:43.560 Because he, in his view, at least this is the stated view, these are greedy developers who are going to come in and try to rip off these homeowners.
00:12:51.660 So it's illegal.
00:12:53.160 If you're one of those greedy people, you can't make an offer on one of their homes.
00:12:56.360 First of all, those houses, the minimum buy-in in the Palisades is like 3.5.
00:13:03.620 That's the minimum.
00:13:06.100 There are $80 million homes there.
00:13:10.280 Those people aren't going to be duped.
00:13:13.040 And the ones that are 3.5 million probably are the ones that have been sitting there and cannot afford to move because of the taxes and everything else.
00:13:23.140 They can't afford to rebuild.
00:13:24.800 So what are they going to do?
00:13:26.980 You can't sell that property?
00:13:28.500 Yeah.
00:13:28.700 Like, what if you want an offer on your big pile of rubble?
00:13:34.080 What if you want to sell it?
00:13:36.200 What if you realize that Gavin Newsom is so terrible you want to exit the state?
00:13:41.220 So now you're not going to get offers from people who might give you offers that you, like, let the person themselves judge their own situation as to whether it's a ripoff.
00:13:49.980 So did you hear also about the ceiling on rentals, on the gouging?
00:13:55.840 Oh, God.
00:13:56.340 The price gouging.
00:13:57.280 The price gouging.
00:13:59.100 They're putting a cap on this so it's like $6,500 a month that you could charge.
00:14:06.500 Well, some of these houses have $20,000 a month mortgages.
00:14:12.180 Who's going to lease their house at a $14,000 loss every month?
00:14:16.360 It never, ever, ever works, this price gouging, these laws.
00:14:21.080 But again, like, just from a First Amendment perspective, isn't it illegal to say you can't make an offer on something?
00:14:28.880 You can't say you want to buy something?
00:14:31.480 Like, it's speech at its core.
00:14:34.540 That's all it is.
00:14:35.220 I will tell you, I mean, buying something and free speech, when I was 18 years old, I went to the Vatican and I was looking at the Sistine Chapel.
00:14:45.120 And at the time, I was living in Texas, when Texas was Texas.
00:14:48.340 And I looked at it and I just thought to myself, I know some Texan has come in here and go, all right, how much for the painting people up there?
00:14:56.500 How much do you want for that?
00:14:58.080 Now, really, come on.
00:14:59.280 Everybody's got a price.
00:15:00.140 How much for that?
00:15:01.140 I mean, you don't have a right to say that?
00:15:03.280 Of course you do.
00:15:04.020 And then what happens?
00:15:06.120 The person either accepts it or rejects it, right?
00:15:09.400 And you know what?
00:15:10.140 The person who owns that home that was a home, which is now not a home.
00:15:14.420 I mean, think about this.
00:15:15.140 Let's say you're 72 years old.
00:15:16.940 You've lived there for your entire life.
00:15:18.340 You've been thinking about leaving for a while.
00:15:19.860 Now your entire town's burned to the ground.
00:15:22.000 You want to wait for a 12-year rebuild of your society?
00:15:25.460 No.
00:15:25.780 No.
00:15:26.320 You might want to leave and go to a nice retirement community.
00:15:28.660 But now you won't get offers to sell your home because Gavin Newsom is terrible.
00:15:32.460 Gosh, good job, guys.
00:15:34.320 It's incredible.
00:15:35.600 California, learn the lesson.
00:15:40.320 Let me tell you about pre-born.
00:15:41.740 Someday, hopefully, in the not-too-distant future, people are going to look back on this
00:15:45.120 time and be shocked that we not only tolerated abortion in our society, but we embraced it.
00:15:49.460 I don't know about you, but I want to be listed among the people who fought up, stood, and fought up against this.
00:15:56.420 Today, the abortion pill accounts for over 60% of all abortions.
00:16:00.180 60.
00:16:01.260 It's available pretty much 24-7.
00:16:03.480 This is why the Ministry of Pre-Born is so important.
00:16:06.520 They have rescued over 300,000 babies from abortion, and every day, on average, they rescue 200 more.
00:16:12.300 When a woman is considering an abortion, she hears her baby's heartbeat and sees that baby on ultrasound,
00:16:16.480 and the baby's chance at life is doubled.
00:16:19.220 They're doing everything they can in many ways.
00:16:22.420 I'm going to be at a fundraiser for them in Florida on Saturday.
00:16:26.800 I'm going to be giving the keynote.
00:16:28.660 I hope that we'll be able to announce some things that they are doing to become even stronger.
00:16:35.800 But when the time is right, the time will be right.
00:16:38.300 If you have the means, would you consider it a leadership gift to save babies in a big way?
00:16:43.440 Your tax-deductible donation of $5,000 will sponsor Pre-Born's entire network for 24 hours,
00:16:48.780 helping to rescue 200 babies.
00:16:50.800 To donate, dial pound 250, say the keyword baby.
00:16:53.580 That's pound 250, keyword baby, or donate securely at preborn.com slash beck.
00:16:58.800 That's preborn.com slash beck, sponsored by Pre-Born.
00:17:02.560 Now, back to the podcast.
00:17:03.960 This is the best of the Glenn Beck Program, and we really want to thank you for listening.
00:17:14.460 Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna from Florida, welcome to the program.
00:17:18.620 How are you?
00:17:19.880 Hey, Glenn.
00:17:20.640 Very happy to be back on.
00:17:21.960 Yeah, it's good to talk to you.
00:17:23.320 So you were in the Air Force, right?
00:17:26.760 I was.
00:17:27.880 And what did you do in the Air Force?
00:17:30.440 I did airfield management, worked with, actually, my first installation was the B-2 stealth bomber.
00:17:36.160 So I did flight plans, a lot of inspections, a lot of reading.
00:17:39.720 Did not serve in combat.
00:17:41.120 However, I definitely have an opinion or two on women in combat.
00:17:44.720 I'd like to hear it.
00:17:47.080 Okay, so first of all, you know, yesterday during the confirmation hearings, you know, Pete did incredible.
00:17:51.840 They were trying to lock him into their sound clips or sound bites.
00:17:55.860 But, you know, the one thing that I kept hearing from the Democrats was they were taking his comments out of contacts in regards to women in the military.
00:18:03.380 So Pete never said that he didn't want women to serve in the military.
00:18:06.020 In fact, it's quite the opposite.
00:18:07.780 But I have the same agreement in that there are certain roles that women should not be subjected to in the military, right?
00:18:14.320 So in a lot of foreign countries, you'll see that there will be women-only sniper teams and or women-only teams that will see certain combat.
00:18:22.220 Now, I preface this by saying that there has been a study that was done, and it showed that when women were placed in harm's way, that the natural instinct for men was to protect that woman.
00:18:34.840 And that's the right thing to do.
00:18:36.700 That's that, quote-unquote, toxic masculinity that the left tries to attack us with all the time.
00:18:41.280 That is human nature.
00:18:42.800 We are born with that.
00:18:45.440 But go ahead.
00:18:45.900 Men are born with that, right?
00:18:47.940 And so when you have, though, a woman that's, let's say, placed on a special forces team, they come under fire.
00:18:55.180 Hypothetically, that woman gets hurt.
00:18:57.000 Instead of focusing on the mission as if it would be if there were just other men present, the men would then in turn go to protect that woman.
00:19:04.120 And it could ultimately result in, A, more casualties, more people getting hurt, and then also jeopardize the success of the mission.
00:19:10.260 And so I think when we're looking at, you know, military policy as a whole, we need to take these things into account and consideration.
00:19:17.580 And that's what Pete was saying.
00:19:18.860 But, you know, it's very easy because Pete is a white male for them to try to demonize him and paint him as this anti-woman, you know, alcoholic womanizer, which is simply not the case.
00:19:29.800 But the other thing and the reason why I wanted to show my support for him was, look, Pete is a Christian.
00:19:34.800 He has the Jerusalem cross tattooed on him.
00:19:37.120 That doesn't mean that he's a Nazi and that does not mean that he's a white nationalist.
00:19:40.200 And so what I've been telling reporters is if Pete was so anti, you know, anti-minority, anti, you know, anything to do with what we stand for and values in this country, why would Jimmy Carter then have that same cross?
00:19:56.760 Because they don't really have much of a response to that.
00:19:59.020 Yeah.
00:20:00.000 All right.
00:20:00.640 So do you agree with him?
00:20:02.680 Because I took from him yesterday something else about the military.
00:20:07.020 I have no problem with women in the military, with an exception of the natural order of things where I think men I have to tell you, if if one of the guys was captured by, you know, Al Qaeda, I would do everything I can to make sure that one of members of my team, you know, we're safe and I do everything that we should do.
00:20:31.900 However, it's different if I know that the woman member of our team has just been captured.
00:20:38.380 I it takes on a different meaning to me because I know what's going to happen to her in compared to, you know, Tom or Tim.
00:20:44.600 Uh, and I, I think that is a natural instinct that you cannot get rid of and you don't want to.
00:20:52.360 The second thing that I think Pete was talking about is, and we saw this in the, um, the fire chief, uh, in, in, uh, Los Angeles where she said, you know, I, you know, I'll talk to people and they'll say, well, you can't lift my husband out of our burning house.
00:21:08.640 And her response was, well, you know, he got himself into a place he shouldn't be.
00:21:14.080 So why should I?
00:21:15.600 Okay.
00:21:15.780 That's ridiculous.
00:21:16.800 As long as a woman can physically do exactly what is required of the males, then I don't have a problem with that.
00:21:24.760 Do you agree with that?
00:21:26.620 Um, I would say that there still is though, this aspect of psychology and certain situations where I don't, I don't think women should be placed.
00:21:34.740 Right.
00:21:35.020 So, um, right now what we're seeing is, you know, and those are all great points, one, right?
00:21:40.180 So the military standards currently is that there are different standards for women and for men.
00:21:44.960 Um, that's just a fact, but there are also different requirements for different jobs, right?
00:21:49.680 So like if you go in, for example, to be a firefighter, you're required to lift X amount, whether or not you're a man or a woman in the military.
00:21:56.240 Um, but in that sense, I would say that when you're talking about conditions where you're living in the field, when you're talking about conditions,
00:22:04.600 when you know that there is going to be a psychological aspect and component, it doesn't mean that women aren't, um, as good as men.
00:22:13.100 I think that there's been cases and can be, or women can be better snipers than men are, um, you know, depending on, on what you're looking for job wise.
00:22:20.820 But what I will say is, you know, as far as my perspective is concerned, I don't think women should be required to register for the draft.
00:22:28.760 I know that Senate Democrats were pushing that in the NDIA.
00:22:31.900 Um, and I also think that women should not be placed in certain combat roles in the military for those reasonings.
00:22:38.940 I agree.
00:22:39.580 Um, let me switch, uh, topics with you.
00:22:42.040 Um, you were one of the biggest advocates for the UAP UFO disclosure.
00:22:46.760 Any updates on, on that hearing, uh, the updates on the New Jersey drones and it, were you able to get David Grush into a SCIF and get a classified briefing?
00:23:00.140 And if so, what was your takeaway?
00:23:02.380 So I was not able to get Grush into a SCIF.
00:23:05.100 In fact, they were blocking that by, uh, via not reactivating his security clearance.
00:23:10.000 And so I'm hopeful with the new incoming administration, especially because as of right now, you know, Marco Rubio is going through his confirmation for secretary of state and I've been in the Senate, one of the big advocates and supporters of looking into UAPs, um, AKA UFOs, and then everything else associated with that.
00:23:29.020 Um, now what I will say is that I've been grossly disappointed and disgusted by how the Biden administration handled what happened with the Chinese spy balloon, which to be clear is different than a UAP.
00:23:40.480 But the fact is, is that some of these drones are likely tied to not just hobbyists, but also to probably more nefarious actors.
00:23:48.080 And that even if we had that information available to share to the public, I don't believe that the Biden administration would have done that because of how I saw how they handled the, um, the drone.
00:24:00.180 Yeah.
00:24:00.640 The balloon traversing the United States and collecting intelligence.
00:24:03.360 Nonetheless, it was a Chinese intelligence operation.
00:24:06.600 Um, you know, I had one of my colleagues, Van Drew, who actually made an omission on television that it was adversarial drones.
00:24:13.520 And then you saw the Intel community come out and papoo it, but Van Drew would not just make something like that up.
00:24:19.160 So you're seeing kind of this rift occur with the intelligence community and then people that do want the American people to simply know the case.
00:24:25.480 Now, I think that this is probably a topic of longer discussion in regards to what a UAP is, but what's interesting, Glenn, and I know that you look at these things through a lens, as do I, um, as a Christian, first and foremost.
00:24:39.000 Right.
00:24:39.600 But what was interesting when I was questioning Grush, um, I actually asked him, well, what would you consider in so many words?
00:24:46.860 Is this like a physical entity?
00:24:48.700 And he kept calling these things interdimensional beings if we're specifically referencing UAPs.
00:24:53.940 And so I think that that's just a lens in perspective to think about this from.
00:24:57.460 I think that there's a lot, uh, you know, if you would have talked about this even 10 years ago, your political career would have been over.
00:25:03.460 People would have said you were a conspiracy.
00:25:04.580 I can tell you that this is probably the number one question I get no matter where I'm at in the country.
00:25:09.780 People come up, they've seen the hearing, they appreciate it because everyone's curious.
00:25:13.320 So I'll leave you with that.
00:25:15.000 So let me, let me just, let me just follow that here just a little bit.
00:25:18.960 The intern, um, interdimensional beings that could be spiritual, uh, that could be a quantum being any idea what he meant by that?
00:25:30.760 You know, I actually tried to pull on that string and he did not want to go there.
00:25:36.100 And then I can also tell you that when I was talking to him with a group of other legislators on the phone prior to the hearing, that he did make the omission that he was actually in fear of his life and that something had happened where they tried to kill him.
00:25:49.160 So I don't know if that was associated, but he did not want to go into that any further.
00:25:55.060 And so based on my investigation, based on what we were told in the hearing, I would say that it does not seem like it would be a good thing that he gave me the impression that this was nefarious.
00:26:06.400 And so take that for what it's worth, um, if interdimensional, I think quantum could be, you know, right on the same page there.
00:26:15.880 So it is so bizarre that this kind of stuff is happening and we're not being told, uh, Donald Trump said that he would talk about the drones on Tuesday.
00:26:27.320 He said, give me a day to get settled in office.
00:26:30.100 And he said, I'll find out the drones and I'll tell the American people.
00:26:33.340 Um, should we know if that's China, should we know the American people?
00:26:39.240 I think that it would be well within his wheelhouse.
00:26:42.480 And I think that he wants the American people to start to trust their elected officials.
00:26:47.160 This goes so much deeper than just having someone in the white house that's on your side.
00:26:51.940 Right.
00:26:52.140 Because we know that, and from what I've gathered, remember I've been, has been bipartisan and bicameral, meaning the Senate, the house and Democrats and Republicans have all been working on this together to get some answers and information.
00:27:04.600 And there is a certain level of stove typing that we've seen with information.
00:27:08.320 And then also to the aspect of I, as a sitting member of Congress who sit on oversight and foreign affairs was denied access by a general at Eglin Air Force Base to whom I responded, who gives you the right and authority to tell a duly elected member and group of congressmen that they don't have access to a program that we write the damn checks for.
00:27:26.620 You have no authority to deny us access.
00:27:29.260 And so that conversation, um, probably was not comfortable for that general.
00:27:32.560 How'd that end?
00:27:33.200 Well, he left, he actually got up in the middle of our meeting and went on TDY, which any military member will tell you never happened.
00:27:40.600 He left the meeting.
00:27:41.600 He left the state.
00:27:43.420 He got up and left.
00:27:45.660 Wow.
00:27:46.920 Did you ever get an answer?
00:27:50.040 No.
00:27:50.560 Uh, representative Gates and representative Burchett were also there to witness this.
00:27:54.400 I've never seen that happen.
00:27:55.480 And remember I was in the military.
00:27:57.280 He literally got up and left in the middle of the meeting, said he had orders to go TDY to the state of Georgia and he never came back.
00:28:03.200 Are you, are you concerned at all about some of the conversations?
00:28:08.140 We just saw another, uh, video from James O'Keefe, uh, where he's talking to somebody who was, I think he claimed to be in the FBI, said he and others were meeting with generals to make sure that, uh, they had a control on Donald Trump.
00:28:23.480 Are, are you, are you confident at all this time around, uh, Donald Trump's going to be able to route that?
00:28:32.120 Oh, most certainly.
00:28:33.220 And I say that has to do a lot with the confirmation of the secretary of defense, you know, top down last time when president Trump was office in office, I think that there was a lot of trust in people to do the right thing.
00:28:45.620 And then he realized that the deep state was real and there were people that were just running, uh, regardless of whether or not he was a Republican and whether they were Republicans or not, that they were working against his agenda because they didn't like what he stood for.
00:28:56.600 Um, but now what we're finding is there is going to be a group set up to go through these generals that a discharge military members based on vaccinations and boards.
00:29:07.500 But the fact is, is that if you are a general and you're pushing wokeness ideologies, or you're trying to undermine the objective of the commander in chief, you have no place in the department of defense period.
00:29:17.960 And so those people fired.
00:29:19.660 And I look forward to that because I can just tell you from a congressional perspective, Glenn, I actually had an amendment in the national defense authorization act to remove DEI from military training.
00:29:29.600 And I have friends still in the military.
00:29:31.820 And so someone at Ramstein air base actually sent me an email of a officer there that was directly undermining what we did at the congressional level saying, Congress has removed DEI.
00:29:42.800 So we're renaming it.
00:29:44.120 Please still proceed with the training.
00:29:46.260 So guess what?
00:29:46.900 That person is also going to be fired.
00:29:49.160 And that's really how you're going to stop at the DOD.
00:29:51.760 Good.
00:29:52.520 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck podcast.
00:29:55.520 Hear more of this interview and others with the full show podcast available wherever you get podcasts.
00:30:00.700 So, uh, you know, who's going to be sitting up on the, uh, you know, on the steps of the Capitol.
00:30:10.240 Not me, not me, not you, no, no, no, we'll be actually covering it for blaze TV, right?
00:30:14.500 This is going to be really cool.
00:30:16.140 We were going to be overlooking the, uh, the happenings and covering every minute of it, uh, as it happens.
00:30:22.300 Yeah.
00:30:22.740 I can't, I can't wait both here and on blaze TV, by the way, I cannot wait to hear his speech.
00:30:27.520 This is one I'm actually really excited about.
00:30:30.240 I haven't been excited about any president getting in for a very long time.
00:30:34.380 Had not thought about that yet.
00:30:35.520 That's interesting because what, uh, it's a totally different tone, I think, than the first one.
00:30:42.040 Remember the first one was American carnage.
00:30:43.940 Yeah.
00:30:44.200 That was the American carnage speech.
00:30:45.780 And it was kind of like known as that sort of a little bit of a downer, you know, it was a little bit of a downer.
00:30:52.980 And for good reason, there's a lot of problems he was talking about.
00:30:55.360 And I'm sure he'll hit some of that stuff here, but this feels actually more optimistic.
00:30:58.960 I feel like we're going into a period of vision rather than one of like, gosh, the last thing sucked.
00:31:04.680 Exactly right.
00:31:05.540 A period of vision.
00:31:07.080 What the country has needed for a very long time.
00:31:10.640 Vision.
00:31:11.020 You know, the vision that they were selling, uh, you know, under the Biden administration, they had to force people into that vision.
00:31:19.700 Nobody saw that as inspiring.
00:31:22.440 You're like, no, no, no, I don't want to do that.
00:31:24.400 Then you shut up and sit down.
00:31:27.340 We're going to silence your voice because you're going to do it and you're going to like it.
00:31:30.700 This vision is inspiring.
00:31:34.620 Uh, and that's exactly what we're getting.
00:31:37.040 Now, we're also going to see Mark Zuckerberg and Jeff Bezos.
00:31:41.360 Uh, they're on the guest list, but they donated a million dollars to the Trump inaugural fund.
00:31:47.240 Uh, you know, so they're like, we're with you.
00:31:52.380 Uh, they're going to, you know, sit next to Elon Musk.
00:31:58.320 Uh, John Roberts is going to minister the, uh, oath of office to Trump at noon on Monday.
00:32:04.160 Uh, the riskiest invitation.
00:32:06.460 Now you don't usually invite other heads of state, but he did.
00:32:12.440 Uh, but only ones that, you know, he thought were really important.
00:32:16.220 Uh, Malay is coming.
00:32:18.760 Uh, the prime minister of Italy, Maloney,
00:32:21.620 apparently is coming.
00:32:23.360 Uh, Brazilian president is coming.
00:32:26.040 If he could retrieve his passport.
00:32:29.220 Uh, this is, uh, uh, Bolsonaro.
00:32:32.180 If he can get his passport from Brazil, he's coming.
00:32:37.260 Um, and, uh, oh, uh, the prime minister, the president of Ukraine not coming.
00:32:44.560 No, I wasn't invited.
00:32:46.420 What about Vladimir Putin?
00:32:48.360 I bet he'll be there.
00:32:49.640 No, he's not.
00:32:50.300 How about Kim Jong-un?
00:32:52.180 He's not going to be there.
00:32:52.960 He'll be there.
00:32:53.860 Uh, you know who he did invite?
00:32:55.840 Who?
00:32:56.620 Xi Jinping.
00:32:58.100 Really?
00:32:58.620 Yeah.
00:32:58.880 I don't think he's going to come.
00:32:59.880 No, he's not coming.
00:33:00.740 No.
00:33:01.240 Darn it.
00:33:01.640 He's just sending a high level representative.
00:33:04.060 Okay.
00:33:04.340 Uh, in his place.
00:33:05.380 So.
00:33:05.460 I mean, look, you want, I would love good relationship with China.
00:33:09.460 I would too.
00:33:09.960 It would be great.
00:33:10.740 I don't, I mean, we're never going to have a, a perfect relationship because of the, all the
00:33:14.700 terrible things they do, but I would love to not be on the verge of war with them.
00:33:19.200 It would be great.
00:33:19.920 Me too.
00:33:20.160 And I think the president is exactly like that.
00:33:22.960 You know, the difference though is, um, the last president didn't have to invite him, uh,
00:33:28.600 because the last president was, I mean, really already in the pocket of China.
00:33:34.580 So, you know, this one, this time, the China relationship, I think is going to be open and
00:33:40.320 we'll know about it and it'll be pro-American instead of like, I just doing what, uh,
00:33:46.700 Xi Jinping is telling me to do when we were at the side of the Mount Kilimanjaro.
00:33:54.320 I'm just doing that.
00:33:55.840 Yeah.
00:33:56.020 It's, it's going to be different with Donald Trump.
00:33:57.600 Yeah.
00:33:57.820 When Biden was thinking about inviting him, he just walked in the room and was like, I
00:34:01.300 think I want to invite, uh, Xi Jinping and Hunter was just like, oh, I'm on WhatsApp with
00:34:06.100 him right now.
00:34:06.720 What do you want me to tell him?
00:34:07.680 It's funny.
00:34:08.100 He just said that he should invite you to your inauguration.
00:34:12.680 The inaugural parade also is going to have the MAGA, MAGA garbage truck.
00:34:17.920 Uh, and really?
00:34:19.220 Yeah.
00:34:19.720 And he's got Carrie Underwood.
00:34:22.080 Uh, he has, uh, fireworks.
00:34:24.820 She's taking a beating over this by the way, which is weird.
00:34:28.100 I mean, you know, look, I don't think she's in a big.
00:34:31.360 Is this an endorsement of Trump?
00:34:33.300 I think she's just, first of all, a performer.
00:34:35.360 Second of all, thinks the country should come together.
00:34:37.440 Doesn't think Republicans are all evil, which I guess is the standard you're supposed to
00:34:41.280 have.
00:34:41.680 Right.
00:34:42.380 Uh, you know, but I mean, like I remember going to a Republican national convention with
00:34:46.420 you back in the day, Glenn, and you know, the rock came out.
00:34:50.120 Yeah.
00:34:50.600 Dwayne Johnson came out and he, and he spoke at it and it's like, well, he, he, again, this
00:34:56.780 is a long time ago, but he's, you know, obviously a massive star and it wasn't like, Hey, I endorse
00:35:03.040 all Republican tax cuts.
00:35:04.840 That wasn't, it was just like someone who was saying like, Hey, like, you know, I love
00:35:09.840 America was basically all he said.
00:35:11.540 And that's exactly what Carrie Underwood is saying.
00:35:14.040 Yeah.
00:35:14.240 I just, I love my country and this is an important moment.
00:35:17.700 Maybe we can all come together.
00:35:19.780 And I think that's important.
00:35:21.260 Maybe, maybe America, we're returning to that place to where we don't have to hate each other
00:35:26.880 if we vote differently.
00:35:28.220 Wouldn't that be nice?
00:35:28.960 Wouldn't that be nice?
00:35:30.000 Uh, by the way, YMCA, the village people are coming.
00:35:32.780 I don't know when they're going to be interesting to see when they're actually going to perform.
00:35:39.120 Uh, I mean, it might be weird to have the cowboy construction worker, the police officer
00:35:45.280 and, uh, the, uh, Indian on stage there in front of the Capitol.
00:35:50.060 I don't, I mean, I don't think that's what's going to happen, but I don't know.
00:35:54.280 It's Donald Trump.
00:35:55.100 He's got the garbage truck in the parade.
00:35:56.820 Who knows?
00:35:58.040 Anything could happen just about anything.
00:36:01.200 Dang.
00:36:02.500 Um, and of course, uh, Michelle Obama is not going to be there.
00:36:08.000 Barack Obama is going to be there.
00:36:09.180 Yeah, that's interesting though.
00:36:09.960 Michelle, that is a notable one, right?
00:36:12.960 Barack's going, the Bushes, the Bushes don't like Trump.
00:36:15.780 They're going.
00:36:16.400 Oh, they hate.
00:36:17.440 They're going because they, you know, they respect what's going on here.
00:36:21.440 It's a different message from Michelle.
00:36:24.000 She doesn't respect it.
00:36:25.360 No, she hates it.
00:36:26.580 She hates it.
00:36:26.940 She hates it.
00:36:27.620 Um, by the way, Mike Johnson has, uh, said that the flags are going up to full staff just
00:36:34.480 for the inauguration.
00:36:35.320 Then there'll be lowered, lowered after.
00:36:37.080 He said he thinks it's appropriate that we honor Jimmy Carter the way it should be, but
00:36:41.920 we also honor the incoming president during the inauguration.
00:36:45.360 So I think that's a reasonable compromise.
00:36:48.700 It's obvious, obvious, right?
00:36:52.640 They will.
00:36:53.120 I mean, you wonder, I don't know, is it standard Glenn?
00:36:55.740 You know, this stuff better than I do, but like, is it standard 30 days of flag lowering?
00:36:59.740 So that's a normal, normal thing for a president.
00:37:02.320 Um, so I'm sure it wasn't a message being sent by the Biden administration.
00:37:07.220 So you could, you could lower the flags for Jimmy Carter based on what he did for about
00:37:12.580 10 minutes.
00:37:13.200 And I would think that's being very generous.
00:37:15.400 Very generous.
00:37:16.020 Uh, however, he's the president, he was the president of the United States.
00:37:20.540 Everybody should be treated exactly the same, no matter how they, you know, performed in
00:37:25.240 office.
00:37:25.900 He should have, you know, 30 days of the flag lowered.
00:37:29.680 So I stand for that.
00:37:31.120 But I also believe the president of the United States on inauguration day, that is a visionary
00:37:36.680 day.
00:37:37.360 That is a day that we, we're not looking to the past.
00:37:40.400 We're looking to the future.
00:37:42.180 So during the inauguration, those should be raised in honor of the incoming president and
00:37:48.080 then brought back down after the inauguration.
00:37:50.920 And frankly, it looks like we're mourning the new president coming into office.
00:37:55.200 Exactly right.
00:37:55.740 If it's down.
00:37:56.000 It looks terrible.
00:37:57.100 Exactly right.
00:37:57.340 You know, I, I would say that for anyone.
00:37:59.040 But I would also say 30 days is just excessive for any president.
00:38:02.820 I don't care who it is.
00:38:03.820 30 days.
00:38:04.660 I don't like the pomp and circumstance around this.
00:38:06.920 I don't like the state funerals.
00:38:08.180 I don't like the parades.
00:38:09.320 I don't like any of it.
00:38:11.120 This is not Great Britain.
00:38:14.780 Yeah.
00:38:15.120 This is not, we don't have.
00:38:16.760 I don't know.
00:38:17.060 When Reagan died, I went to the funeral and I, you know, I stood in line to, I guess,
00:38:25.040 view the casket, which was a little weird, but I didn't have a problem with that.
00:38:29.900 I, I know, I know you didn't.
00:38:32.200 And, uh, but you still did.
00:38:33.460 I, I, it's not like my biggest complaint about the country, but I don't, I think it would
00:38:38.920 be meaningful for a country like the United States that broke away from all of that.
00:38:43.600 That was founded in a, in a revolution against countries like that to just say, you know
00:38:49.660 what?
00:38:50.000 We respect what that guy did, but he's just another guy.
00:38:53.580 He's just a freaking other guy.
00:38:55.460 A president is not king.
00:38:56.720 He's not a dictator.
00:38:57.520 He's another guy in our, he's a, a person who of note, here's a day, but then that's
00:39:03.060 it.
00:39:03.240 I think, and you know, who is going to do this because they all love it, but that would
00:39:09.080 require first the president of the United States when he leaves office to say, no, please call
00:39:14.360 me Mr. Trump, Mr. Beck, you know, whoever it is, because I'm no longer the president.
00:39:20.920 And that's important.
00:39:22.720 What George Washington wanted was you return back right in, you know, you served, but you're
00:39:28.400 not Senator for life.
00:39:30.160 I mean, well, they are now, but I mean, you know, you were supposed to not come home in
00:39:35.400 a box.
00:39:36.940 You know, you're supposed to return back into the workforce.
00:39:39.960 I mean, it was the George Washington vibe, right?
00:39:42.380 Yes.
00:39:42.640 That's what he wanted.
00:39:43.480 He wanted it to be, he wanted you to be, you go, you take this position.
00:39:47.240 It is a position with all sorts of checks and balances on it with limited power.
00:39:51.720 That is, it's not co-equal branches of government.
00:39:56.120 Congress actually has more power than the president of the United States in our system.
00:40:00.160 The president can't eject congressmen.
00:40:03.080 Congressmen can eject the president.
00:40:05.780 Correct.
00:40:06.240 So it is, it's supposed to be a system that doesn't look at that position as a god.
00:40:13.640 And I do think when you're talking state funeral, I'm thinking of like Lenin, you know, that's
00:40:20.000 what comes to mind.
00:40:20.860 You know, it's like that, I just, it's too much.
00:40:24.020 It's not the biggest thing in the world, but it's too much for me.
00:40:26.220 Okay.
00:40:26.440 I mean, did you have a problem with the train bringing Lincoln's body home and everybody
00:40:31.100 standing by the train tracks?
00:40:32.860 I mean, I think a, a, a, I think people, I think people want, yeah, people want a little
00:40:38.320 bit of mourning.
00:40:39.060 But again, we're talking, I'm, what we're just discussing is a month, a month, a month
00:40:45.060 of the flag of all the flags in America at half staff for a guy who's a hundred years
00:40:51.220 old.
00:40:51.560 And by the way, a horrible president.
00:40:53.720 Right.
00:40:53.840 Uh, well, you got to give it the same for everybody, but I think you're right on that.
00:40:57.540 And I also think, I also, I mean, I think we spend more time today than I ever remember
00:41:03.940 as a kid with our flags at half staff.
00:41:06.320 You're like, who the hell died?
00:41:07.580 I know.
00:41:08.120 You know what I mean?
00:41:08.400 A lot of times I don't know.
00:41:09.660 Yeah.
00:41:09.840 It's like lucky the cat, uh, you know, the last president's cat that you didn't even know
00:41:14.140 died.
00:41:14.500 We have to have it down for three days.
00:41:16.000 I mean, I don't even, they seem to always be at half staff and it's like, can we not
00:41:22.120 do that?
00:41:22.940 Let's, cause that way, when you say, uh, who died, when you ask that question, people will
00:41:29.160 have an answer.
00:41:30.400 But the, the answer I constantly get back is I have no idea.
00:41:34.580 Yeah.
00:41:35.020 I don't know.
00:41:35.500 I, it's honestly, honestly, I saw it, uh, the other day and at half staff and it took
00:41:42.000 me a second.
00:41:42.540 I was like, what, why is that at half staff today?
00:41:44.500 And I was like, Oh, is it Carter still?
00:41:47.160 Yeah.
00:41:47.500 Like, and it was, yeah.
00:41:49.700 And I eventually, you know, thought about it and figured it out, but it wasn't like
00:41:52.940 instant, like, Oh my gosh, the national tragedy of the 100 year old man who by the way has
00:41:57.540 looked dead for about seven years, uh, is now dead.
00:42:01.140 And look, congratulations.
00:42:03.040 The guy made it to a hundred years old, no knock on him.
00:42:05.700 Apparently he got out and voted even in this past election.
00:42:08.440 That was a miracle.
00:42:08.920 Did you see him?
00:42:09.260 He was spry.
00:42:09.980 He looked spry.
00:42:11.060 He looked like, I'm going to, I'm going to, I'm going to mark that box that, which means
00:42:19.880 surely.
00:42:20.620 I want to, I want to check the box for Joe Biden.
00:42:23.400 No help whatsoever on that Glenn.
00:42:26.060 But again, I just, it's not a knock on, like I have a lot of knocks on Carter's presidency.
00:42:31.160 I don't think he was a good one, but I I'm with you.
00:42:34.020 You know, a lot of people probably did appreciate him.
00:42:36.560 He was a nice guy.
00:42:37.520 He wasn't like this evil figure in my head.
00:42:40.760 Uh, so I get it that you're going to have a morning and you know, you, you could choose,
00:42:45.500 I would assume as president to say, I don't want a state funeral if he wanted it.
00:42:49.340 And he wants to put millions and millions of dollars of, uh, of our money to celebrate
00:42:54.340 his presidency after he's dead.
00:42:55.940 That's, that's, I guess, up to him.
00:42:57.480 I just don't think it's a wonderful idea.
00:42:59.600 By the way, just think of how many times the amount, how, think about it for just a
00:43:05.320 moment this way, as I like to do from time to time, all the taxes you will ever pay in
00:43:11.000 your entire life, combine them all.
00:43:14.300 And you've paid for like one 18th of a mile of the parade of his casket.
00:43:20.360 Like it's, it's so, I don't know exactly, but it's like all the money, all the security,
00:43:25.480 all the things that went into that.
00:43:27.080 So that's another thing.
00:43:28.120 I just don't think it's right.
00:43:28.960 I think you could look at these funerals as a celebration, not of life, the end of secret
00:43:34.860 service protection.
00:43:37.100 So you're saving money.
00:43:39.160 You're like at celebration, the burden is finally off our shoulders.
00:43:44.540 That's true.
00:43:45.320 Yeah.
00:43:45.640 That's true.
00:43:46.100 I can't imagine he would be a, I mean, you wouldn't have to be very fast.
00:43:50.240 To be able to defend him.
00:43:51.240 He's not moving around all that much.
00:43:52.500 No, those were the ones, those were the fat, you know, DEI hires that were, you know, they
00:43:58.020 were, they can't run, they can't jump, they can't, they can't do anything.
00:44:02.220 Once he's in a secure location, there's not much that's going to happen.
00:44:05.100 Right.
00:44:05.520 No, no.
00:44:06.520 And he's not real active.
00:44:09.080 Well, that hasn't changed in the last year from right now for about the last 12 or 48
00:44:16.780 months.
00:44:17.600 Quick question.
00:44:18.420 Yeah.
00:44:18.580 Better president.
00:44:20.240 Joe Biden or Jimmy Carter.
00:44:24.160 Jimmy Carter.
00:44:24.920 Currently.
00:44:26.980 If you could pick one to be currently the president of the United States, which one would you pick?
00:44:31.100 I pick Carter.
00:44:31.800 Jimmy Carter, but is it, is it any different than what we have right now?
00:44:35.800 I think so.
00:44:36.540 Because Biden is currently doing harm to the country.
00:44:39.760 No, no, no.
00:44:40.140 No, the people around him are doing harm.
00:44:42.780 Those people would still be around Jimmy Carter.
00:44:45.260 Carter going, he voted today.
00:44:47.160 He can sign things.
00:44:48.360 Carter couldn't sign anything.
00:44:49.980 Now, they could forge his signature, but I don't think it would be believable.
00:44:52.900 Na, na, na, na.
