The Glenn Beck Program - Best of the Program ｜ Guest： Sen. Mike Lee ｜ 10⧸18⧸22

00:00:00.000 I can't believe these.

00:00:01.340 I mean, I can't believe these races. 0.99

00:00:03.860 I mean, do you think there's a shot?

00:00:05.800 There's a real shot.

00:00:09.140 Yeah, I mean, some of them, yes.

00:00:11.380 I do really think there's a shot.

00:00:13.200 Okay, if you, if, what is it that makes you hesitate?

00:00:17.220 Because in 2012, we would have said, this is an athlete coming.

00:00:21.780 Many on the right did.

00:00:23.100 You know who didn't?

00:00:23.760 Me.

00:00:25.260 But it was.

00:00:28.300 Not in 2012, in 2010.

00:00:30.260 In 2010, right.

00:00:31.040 In 2010.

00:00:31.780 True.

00:00:32.220 In 2010, yes, that's true.

00:00:33.760 And it was.

00:00:34.620 I mean, it was, that was incredibly, a huge wave.

00:00:38.480 2012.

00:00:39.440 Look, if you listen to conservative media, largely what they will tell you every election is

00:00:44.440 that the Republicans are all going to win.

00:00:46.360 Which is one of the things we've tried to do differently here.

00:00:48.360 And come out and make sure, hey, we're just going to be honest with you.

00:00:50.240 I know, I know, but I, but I, in this case, what I. 0.99

00:00:52.480 You're such a drag. 0.88

00:00:53.400 No, I'm trying to give you good news. 0.98

00:00:54.760 I, like, I, I said three months ago.

00:00:57.700 Lie to me.

00:00:58.420 Hey, everyone's telling you there's Democratic momentum.

00:01:01.140 The Democrats are going to take over.

00:01:02.220 I don't see, I don't see it, and I don't think it's going to happen.

00:01:04.460 I don't see it either.

00:01:05.220 And now we're starting to see the momentum come back to the Republicans in a big way.

00:01:09.820 I haven't felt this maybe ever since, maybe Reagan.

00:01:14.720 You know, the Reagan-Mondale thing.

00:01:16.920 That kind of felt like this, you know.

00:01:19.000 Now, this is, again, midterms, different starting point, yeah, different starting points, slated toward, you know.

00:01:25.600 All the disclaimers apply here.

00:01:27.280 Yeah.

00:01:27.580 But the feeling in the country seems completely different.

00:01:33.220 Even during the tea party, we knew we were on the outside.

00:01:37.540 This time, it seems like there are so many people that are out of our circle of influence that are like, this is nuts.

00:01:45.780 This has got to stop or we're all going to be broken dead.

00:01:50.200 Yeah, it was weird.

00:01:50.900 Like, during the tea party era, there was a lot of people who were enthusiastically like, yes, we need this message.

00:01:56.640 Right.

00:01:57.160 In some ways, this one's a little different in that it feels like there's a lot of people in the middle and maybe on the left a little bit.

00:02:04.360 They're like, ugh.

00:02:06.540 I mean, I just got to admit, it's so bad over here.

00:02:09.400 I got to come with you.

00:02:10.180 Yeah.

00:02:10.500 That's what it feels like.

00:02:11.460 Yeah.

00:02:11.640 It just feels, it's not even like a, there's not a huge protest movement.

00:02:14.600 There's not hundreds of thousands of people in the street.

00:02:16.300 It's just people saying, look, we got to be honest with ourselves.

00:02:19.440 This thing we're trying right now is not working.

00:02:22.580 Let's do anything else.

00:02:24.360 Bad.

00:02:24.820 It's bad.

00:02:26.220 We'll talk to you about the global protests and so much more on today's podcast.

00:02:30.700 You don't want to miss a second of this.

00:02:32.740 Brought to you by Goldline.

00:02:34.460 Tons of Americans still don't know it's possible to use your retirement account to acquire precious metals.

00:02:39.460 May I just point out, have you looked at your 401k or your IRA?

00:02:45.540 Have you looked?

00:02:46.560 Have you realized how much we have lost?

00:02:50.940 There's more to come.

00:02:53.560 Please call Goldline right now.

00:02:56.520 Goldline.

00:03:36.700 Goldline.com.

00:03:37.800 Call them.

00:03:38.360 866-GOLDLINE.

00:03:47.680 You're listening to The Best of the Glenn Beck Program.

00:03:55.020 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.

00:03:57.080 So, I was just showing you the people that are on the streets in London and in Paris.

00:04:04.940 What are they protesting?

00:04:07.220 They are protesting the things that we should be a little upset about.

00:04:14.080 They are protesting in England about what the Bank of England is doing to their money.

00:04:19.380 They are protesting not only in Paris and England about inflation, but also the cost of gasoline and oil.

00:04:31.240 Here, let me show you another one.

00:04:32.680 This is Cut 11.

00:04:35.840 This is Brussels.

00:04:37.900 This is the head of the EU.

00:04:39.560 Look at this.

00:04:41.020 Day of justice.

00:04:43.280 Day of justice.

00:04:45.400 Day of justice.

00:04:47.460 What are they chanting?

00:04:48.500 We want justice.

00:04:49.700 Day of justice.

00:04:51.520 Day of justice.

00:04:52.180 It's not day of justice.

00:04:55.020 Day of justice.

00:04:57.020 Day of justice.

00:04:58.420 Okay, that is in Brussels, chanting justice, justice.

00:05:06.300 What kind of justice is it?

00:05:08.160 How about the protest cut 12 in Berlin?

00:05:13.300 Looks like a peaceful crowd there just walking in the streets.

00:05:17.820 What are they upset about?

00:05:21.360 It is the unrest of inflation, energy, food prices, COVID mandates,

00:05:31.900 WEF power grabs disguised as climate policies.

00:05:36.100 You would think this would be a big story, but no, the press yesterday

00:05:40.160 didn't cover the hundreds of thousands of people on the street.

00:05:44.860 Instead, they covered a guy in a dress who was spray painting

00:05:49.960 an Aston Martin showroom to protest climate change.

00:05:54.240 They haven't even shown the kids in Scotland and in the UK

00:06:01.920 going into stores and just dumping milk because of environment.

00:06:07.540 Cows are bad.

00:06:10.700 Europe is about to freeze this winter.

00:06:13.100 It is leading the way in recession and food prices.

00:06:20.160 It's worse over there than it is here.

00:06:22.660 Millions of people are going to be impoverished by this just in Europe

00:06:27.180 and hundreds of millions over the rest of the world.

00:06:32.460 Shouldn't our mainstream media be on the streets covering these things?

00:06:36.720 Shouldn't you know that the UN and the EU is telling Sweden you can't drop your aid?

00:06:46.960 Sweden gives 1% of their GDP or their GNI, gross national income.

00:06:54.460 They give 1% to the world here.

00:07:00.560 They said we can't do it anymore.

00:07:03.460 We have got to take care of ourselves.

00:07:05.560 The EU and the UN are pushing back.

00:07:10.160 How about this one?

00:07:11.880 This one comes from Germany.

00:07:14.360 Health Minister Karl Lauterbach warns that hospitals could go bankrupt

00:07:19.860 in the course of this energy and inflation crisis.

00:07:23.740 He said yesterday you have to react quickly and drastically.

00:07:28.000 The real danger the hospital will soon go bankrupt

00:07:31.140 as a result of the energy and inflation crisis.

00:07:33.640 If we don't react quickly and really drastically, there will be closures.

00:07:40.000 Hmm.

00:07:41.480 Now, the finance minister said we can't have a special fund for everything.

00:07:47.600 We can't introduce a special fund for every area.

00:07:52.080 You have to be careful.

00:07:53.240 Everything has to be paid for.

00:07:56.540 So here's Germany saying their hospitals are going to go under

00:08:01.940 and the finance minister saying we don't have any money.

00:08:06.700 Okay, while we're on the topic of having lots of money and hospitals,

00:08:12.680 the Biden administration has just announced the expansion of taxpayer-funded,

00:08:18.260 gender-affirming health care for transgender and gender-diverse federal employees.

00:08:24.100 Beginning next year, all providers will be required to have adopted one or more recognized entities.

00:08:31.880 Among the approved entities are the World Professional Association of Transgender Health Standards of Care.

00:08:38.780 This is the one that is in trouble because they've just removed the minimum age recommendations.

00:08:44.380 But you will be paying for it.

00:08:49.200 And, by the way, under the umbrella, you know, of gender care,

00:08:53.960 they've also expanded to all gender non-conforming identities,

00:08:58.940 which will include Unix, the guys who have their twigs and berries removed

00:09:04.520 because they want to just do that.

00:09:07.940 Okay. Okay.

00:09:09.700 All right.

00:09:10.300 But we have plenty of money.

00:09:11.460 And, by the way, we even have enough money.

00:09:13.580 The student loan forgiveness, which the Democrats know is unconstitutional.

00:09:22.060 Nancy Pelosi said it.

00:09:24.500 Joe Biden said it.

00:09:26.420 Barack Obama said it.

00:09:27.980 He has no constitutional authority to do this.

00:09:31.700 Yesterday, it's fast, it's easy, and it takes less than five minutes.

00:09:37.620 It's a game changer for millions of Americans to get moving.

00:09:41.800 It's going to cancel $10,000 in debt for those earning less than $125,000 per year

00:09:48.480 and $20,000 for those who received Pell Grants.

00:09:52.640 Well, that's fantastic.

00:09:53.800 Borrowers need not what's known as an FSA ID to log on to the application,

00:10:01.400 nor will they need to upload any documents, including any tax records.

00:10:06.700 Instead of having to provide documents that verify that you as an individual earned less than $125,000 in 2020,

00:10:14.280 the application just asked borrowers to check a box.

00:10:19.840 Is that true?

00:10:21.040 Are you really that?

00:10:22.500 That's it.

00:10:23.400 No problem.

00:10:24.060 We got plenty of money.

00:10:25.600 We have plenty of money.

00:10:27.600 By the way, the French government, in talks now about crisis,

00:10:34.000 meeting with their senior ministers about having enough money to be able to help people heat their homes.

00:10:44.000 While we're here, the Biden administration is moving towards a release of another 10 million to 15 million barrels of oil

00:10:52.900 from the nation's emergency stockpile.

00:10:56.140 We're selling it, a lot of it, to China.

00:11:01.040 To China.

00:11:08.760 This would be the latest tranche of 180 million barrel program that began in the spring.

00:11:14.620 Heading into this winter, the U.S. has the lowest seasonal inventories of diesel,

00:11:20.020 according to data first compiled in 1982.

00:11:25.160 So we're at an all-time high, and we start compiling in 1982.

00:11:32.400 By the way, top energy advisor is also arguing now in favor of new export controls the government's putting on.

00:11:41.520 Now, the energy secretary has said,

00:11:44.340 well, I have a few concerns with this, but not to worry.

00:11:49.040 They're going to get Exxon and ConocoPhillips.

00:11:52.640 They have been notified of what they have to do.

00:11:55.440 Now, they say that by limiting fuel exports,

00:12:00.800 it's going to lead to higher prices in parts of the U.S.,

00:12:04.880 particularly in the import-reliant Northeast.

00:12:09.840 But who lives in the Northeast?

00:12:12.220 There's almost nobody.

00:12:13.780 It might as well be the northern regions of Canada.

00:12:19.060 Who needs oil there? 0.99

00:12:21.700 By the way, the EU is beefing up their infrastructure protection.

00:12:26.980 Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine has brought a new set of threats,

00:12:31.800 often combined as a hybrid attack.

00:12:35.140 Have we done anything with our electrical grid?

00:12:37.320 Have we?

00:12:39.060 Have we?

00:12:39.900 We've been talking about this forever.

00:12:42.440 Forever.

00:12:43.620 What are we doing?

00:12:45.400 Are we spending money there?

00:12:47.040 No, no, no.

00:12:47.560 We've got to give people trans surgeries. 0.99

00:12:50.580 Oh, well, we've got plenty of money.

00:12:52.520 Really?

00:12:53.440 I thought the cupboard was bare, Nancy Pelosi.

00:12:56.840 The president said there's nothing that we can cut.

00:13:00.220 Really?

00:13:00.720 How about this?

00:13:03.280 How about this?

00:13:03.980 We've already depleted our oil supply.

00:13:06.660 We no longer can help Europe.

00:13:10.220 We can't help Europe.

00:13:11.760 There's nothing left for us.

00:13:14.900 If we send them our oil, if we send them our money, if we send them our food,

00:13:22.160 it will hurt America.

00:13:25.500 Notice every other Western country is preparing.

00:13:30.920 No.

00:13:33.440 Joseph, what's that dream?

00:13:35.060 Ah, it's going to last forever.

00:13:37.120 It's going to be good.

00:13:38.700 We're not preparing at all.

00:13:42.380 What we are doing is we're sending billions of dollars in military aid to Ukraine.

00:13:47.820 Now, we're not just sending them dollars.

00:13:51.260 We're also sending them weapons and ammunitions.

00:13:56.040 The and I'm just I just just want to quote.

00:14:00.640 U.S. stockpiles of munitions are becoming dangerously depleted, and it will take years for U.S. production capacity to catch up.

00:14:11.580 So, in other words, we are running out of weapons and ammunition because we're sending them all to a foreign country. 0.98

00:14:21.960 Biden said, don't worry about it.

00:14:25.380 We have no howitzers left.

00:14:27.940 Did you know that?

00:14:28.740 We have no 150 millimeter howitzers left.

00:14:32.500 None.

00:14:32.940 They're all over.

00:14:34.000 We gave them all away.

00:14:35.360 Biden said last spring, we're going to just we're just going to make new ones.

00:14:38.840 It's not a problem.

00:14:39.400 They haven't even put the order in yet.

00:14:44.600 The world is preparing for famine.

00:14:48.260 The world is preparing for huge inflation.

00:14:52.760 The world is preparing for shortages of energy, of food, of medical care.

00:15:02.160 The world is on the verge of World War Three.

00:15:05.720 And we're depleting that as well.

00:15:12.260 America, when when did you lose your ability to think critically?

00:15:16.260 Because this is not deep, critical thinking.

00:15:19.020 This is something my kids would understand.

00:15:22.720 You would wake anybody up in the middle of the night and go, hey, these things are happening.

00:15:27.480 The entire world is doing this.

00:15:32.540 And we're we're just having a party.

00:15:35.720 We're just we're just arguing about transgender issues, having strip shows for our kids and

00:15:42.500 printing money like there's, you know, like it's going out of style.

00:15:45.920 And we're giving all that money to things that constitutionally you don't have a right

00:15:50.320 while not taking care of our business at home.

00:15:53.840 We're not going to have a 2024 election if we don't get past this 2022 election.

00:15:59.940 We may not have a 2024 election, quite honestly, because there may not be anything left by 2024.

00:16:07.120 I have never said those things to you before.

00:16:10.680 I've always said, you know, we'll save it in the end, blah, blah, blah.

00:16:14.980 We are at the end here, gang.

00:16:19.100 You have got to get everyone, you know, informed.

00:16:24.200 They need to know.

00:16:25.720 Just give them this last hour of the podcast.

00:16:29.900 Just what I just did.

00:16:32.320 Give them that and say, can you explain any of this?

00:16:35.860 Can you explain any of it away?

00:16:39.100 We are living in the normalcy bias.

00:16:42.460 Nothing is normal.

00:16:44.940 Nothing is normal.

00:16:46.220 And yet so many people are going about their lives as if it is normal.

00:16:51.020 It's not.

00:16:52.140 No one is telling you to prepare.

00:16:54.800 Our president says there's no recession coming.

00:16:59.480 Bloomberg said yesterday 100 percent guaranteed a recession is coming.

00:17:05.360 That's even insane.

00:17:07.220 We're in a recession.

00:17:10.320 Nothing is normal.

00:17:12.980 Don't act like it is.

00:17:15.980 Prepare you and your family and everyone who will listen, because it is coming.

00:17:24.780 This is the best of the Glenn Beck program.

00:17:30.000 Senator Mike Lee is joining us now.

00:17:35.360 He is in apparently a close race.

00:17:38.540 I still don't believe it, but it apparently it's true. 0.99

00:17:43.900 A close race with Egg McMuffin, who called the good senator a traitor last night and a man who had betrayed the Constitution and 14 generations of Americans that fought to build this country.

00:18:01.140 He was booed for it.

00:18:03.620 Of course, you wouldn't know this if you were just reading any of the papers in Salt Lake City because they're doing a hatchet job for the CIA agent and making Mike look like a radical.

00:18:17.700 But as he said last night, you, sir, owe me an apology, which is so antifa of him.

00:18:26.460 Welcome, Mike Lee.

00:18:27.720 How are you?

00:18:29.180 I'm doing great.

00:18:30.160 Thanks so much, Glenn.

00:18:31.120 Sure.

00:18:31.420 So what are your thoughts after the campaign last night or after the debate last night?

00:18:40.060 Well, a couple of things.

00:18:41.580 First of all, my opponent made very clear that a vote for him is a vote for Chuck Schumer.

00:18:48.440 A couple of things happened.

00:18:49.500 In addition to just telling a number of all out lies against me, he also went on there and defended price controls, openly championed them, used some kind of euphemism for them.

00:19:03.160 You know, just a few months ago, Chuck Schumer passed a sweeping set of price controls in the pharmaceutical industry.

00:19:09.820 And while those purport to help people, they actually do quite the opposite.

00:19:14.560 They'll result in the rationing of care bill in time results in increased prices, less innovation, fewer life saving and life enhancing cures.

00:19:24.780 And my opponent praised them right out of the Democratic playbook.

00:19:29.480 He spoke in truth free sentences.

00:19:32.980 Everything he said was about me and about things about me that weren't true.

00:19:37.040 And to top it all off, Glenn, as soon as it was over, he went out, went directly on to MSNBC.

00:19:44.920 To fundraise to his Democratic national donor base.

00:19:48.920 This is the kind of guy I'm dealing with.

00:19:51.260 Now, what we've got here is rich out-of-state liberals from across the country somehow believe that Utah is for sale and that they can buy Utah by buying McMullen.

00:20:02.980 But a vote for McMullen really is a vote for Schumer.

00:20:05.620 Sadly, the Utah media establishment isn't reporting on this.

00:20:09.640 And that's why I need all the help I can get at LeeForSenate.com to make sure that we can counter his message.

00:20:15.840 Because he gets free advertising every day from our media establishment in Utah.

00:20:20.460 I need the help of your listeners at LeeForSenate.com.

00:20:23.260 It's quite amazing the hatchet job that is being done and the way even that was reported.

00:20:30.920 The guy was booed.

00:20:32.120 And, Mike, I mean, if you call someone a traitor in Utah, that is, you know, that's like saying, you know, you betrayed the Republic of Texas here in Texas.

00:20:49.080 You don't say that.

00:20:51.840 And in Utah, he was booed.

00:20:57.040 And that is, that's outrageous.

00:21:00.100 Utah does not like outrageous campaigns.

00:21:03.680 They don't.

00:21:04.480 They like gentlemanly discussions.

00:21:07.440 And you don't see that reported by the Utah media.

00:21:10.900 No, you don't.

00:21:12.280 Utah doesn't like that.

00:21:12.560 But Utah isn't mentioning it.

00:21:14.060 It isn't mentioning that he got booed repeatedly for saying absolutely outrageous and counterfactual things.

00:21:20.980 But he likes those things because that's what's helping him raise a ton of money.

00:21:24.660 Look, in his last quarter, he raised two and a half million dollars.

00:21:28.700 His average donation was $327, which is pretty high for average itemized donation.

00:21:36.400 Mine, by comparison, was $70.

00:21:39.460 And he's doing this all over the country on ActBlue.

00:21:44.180 You know what ActBlue is?

00:21:45.320 Oh, I do.

00:21:46.160 That's the network that liberal Democrats use to raise money.

00:21:49.460 Then he shelled out $1.6 million that he paid directly into the Democratic industrial complex,

00:21:56.100 into consulting firms whose sole client base consists of liberal Democrats.

00:22:02.680 So this guy's trying to kid us into thinking he's an independent.

00:22:07.020 He's no more of an independent and would function as no more of an independent in the Senate.

00:22:11.900 And I function as a socialist.

00:22:14.080 This is absolutely a part.

00:22:16.740 Mike, tell me the one reason you need to be in the Senate.

00:22:24.080 Because I believe that government is necessary but dangerous if left untended.

00:22:30.680 Government in Washington is being left untended for the most part because all Democrats and enough Republicans have been willing to spend us into oblivion.

00:22:43.200 This needs to turn around.

00:22:44.740 We've got to restore our fundamental understanding of the purpose of the federal government.

00:22:48.580 Its purpose is limited.

00:22:49.900 It's not open ended.

00:22:50.980 It's we've got to get back to the 18 clauses of Article 1, Section 8 to understand what its purpose is.

00:22:58.320 I'm there to restore that.

00:23:00.240 I remind my colleagues of that every day. 0.99

00:23:02.200 This movement is growing and it's becoming ever more necessary as we're unable to afford all the stupid things we're spending money on. 0.99

00:23:09.860 And that has nothing to do with federal power. 0.98

00:23:12.860 You should listen to today's podcast, Mike, the first hour.

00:23:15.900 I go through what Europe's doing and what we're doing.

00:23:18.680 It's madness.

00:23:19.540 It's absolute madness.

00:23:22.340 I'm trying to Senator Mike Lee.

00:23:23.740 Senator, I know you were mentioning your website, LeeForSenate.com.

00:23:27.380 People can go and help out there.

00:23:29.120 Now, we have had another offer of help that has come from one Glenn Beck to come to Utah to help your campaign.

00:23:37.500 And I'm kind of hoping that you will reject it because whenever he tries to help out a candidate, they lose.

00:23:45.400 Well, look, we're honored at his offer for help.

00:23:49.380 And I believe my team is working with his right now to set that up.

00:23:53.000 I don't think that's true, Mike.

00:23:54.460 I don't think that's true.

00:23:56.400 I don't think that's true.

00:23:57.700 But I'm coming.

00:23:58.880 Whether you like it or not, I'm coming.

00:24:01.720 Yeah.

00:24:02.640 They are.

00:24:03.540 They are.

00:24:03.880 Perhaps they haven't told you about it yet.

00:24:07.500 But my idea is that we're going to break your losing streak.

00:24:12.760 I'm going to prove you wrong.

00:24:14.020 You are not cursed.

00:24:15.040 It's just people in some states vote the wrong way.

00:24:17.580 People in Utah are not going to vote the wrong way because we're going to make sure they don't.

00:24:21.840 Because your listeners have been so helpful to me.

00:24:24.860 And your listeners are going to encourage their friends and neighbors.

00:24:27.960 Anyone who cares about this country, who cares about constitutionally limited government,

00:24:31.900 they're going to go to LeeForSenate.com and help me win.

00:24:34.640 And it's sad that it works this way.

00:24:37.260 But I need their help.

00:24:38.780 I need their help desperately because the Utah media won't report this fairly.

00:24:43.860 It is crazy what's happening.

00:24:46.620 They are my opponent's press shop.

00:24:50.500 Pretty much every one of them.

00:24:52.980 And so that's why that coupled with the rich out-of-state Democratic donor base that he solicits through ActBlue and MSNBC is doubly helping my opponent.

00:25:05.000 Because he gets nothing but praise from the media and advertising from the media and then more advertising funded by these rich liberal elites on the coast.

00:25:14.800 Well, Tanya and I are coming out this weekend.

00:25:17.260 We're going to leave Friday.

00:25:18.360 I've been asked by Carrie Lake to come out and, as Stu said, I should use quotes around the word help.

00:25:27.740 But she wants me to speak at something on Saturday night.

00:25:33.040 But I said, you know, I've got Mike Lee and as soon as I know what he wants to do, then I'll give a yes or no.

00:25:40.560 So let me know.

00:25:41.940 We'll do.

00:25:44.060 We'll do.

00:25:44.740 And we'll put you in a ticket.

00:25:46.300 We will end your losing streak.

00:25:48.540 All right.

00:25:49.420 There we go.

00:25:50.060 All right.

00:25:50.480 Set in motion a sequence of events culminating in Glenn Beck, the political juggernaut of America.

00:25:55.680 If not, Mike, if not, we're in deep trouble.

00:25:59.360 Thank you so much, Senator Mike Lee from the great state of Utah, which, you know, coming day after election might not be the great state of Utah.

00:26:08.900 I mean, we'll see.

00:26:09.840 We'll see. 0.95

00:26:10.380 You know, you want to be dead to me? 0.99

00:26:12.840 Fine. 1.00

00:26:13.140 Be dead to me. 1.00

00:26:13.880 Be dead to me. 0.99

00:26:19.060 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.

00:26:27.640 So, Stu, we were just talking about, you know, Putin and what Putin can do with nuclear weapons.

00:26:36.560 And you made the comment that at some point he's going to say, you know, this is this proxy war is BS.

00:26:46.900 There's a good chance of him saying that.

00:26:49.200 Right.

00:26:49.640 We don't know for sure he's going to do that.

00:26:51.300 The best case scenario is he keeps playing this sort of game we're involved in now where everybody knows what we're doing.

00:26:59.380 We keep announcing it for some unknown reason.

00:27:03.240 We keep telling everyone exactly how many missiles and drones and everything else we're sending over there, I guess, to brag about how nice we are to Ukraine.

00:27:11.260 And he just keeps saying, well, we're still fighting with Ukraine and we're upset with the West, but they're not really involved in this war.

00:27:18.100 The more desperate he gets, the more he's more our efforts work and he starts losing, the more likely he is to acknowledge, hey, we we're not losing to Ukraine.

00:27:27.680 We're losing to America.

00:27:28.860 And if we don't recognize that and have the Russian people stand up against this, you know, eternal threat of the West. 0.99

00:27:37.900 As soon as he makes that realization, which he could easily sell to his people and would be largely true, we are in for a much, much worse outcome than some higher energy prices for the winter.

00:27:50.420 What's the worst kind of war that can be fought?

00:27:52.680 What is the worst outcome?

00:27:55.020 I mean, I certainly would jump to nuclear war. 0.95

00:27:57.640 We have these are the two states with the most nuclear warheads available to them.

00:28:04.880 And Russia has the most, by the way, we have the second most.

00:28:09.640 I believe I could make a case that a massive cyber attack that shuts down our entire system would be worse.

00:28:23.440 It's it's possible.

00:28:25.540 I mean, certainly you'd have many of the same results.

00:28:27.580 You know, you'd have millions dead in if there was an EMP attack, which would just basically take out all electrical, you know, so you'd have no computers left.

00:28:37.020 Ninety percent of the population would be dead in a year.

00:28:42.840 And that's not from you saying that.

00:28:44.220 That's all that study.

00:28:45.840 Yeah.

00:28:46.120 Yes.

00:28:46.480 Stats done by I can't remember, but by the Pentagon or for the Pentagon.

00:28:51.620 Ninety percent would be dead in the first year because it just nothing works.

00:28:57.200 And we're not able to do anything, you know, we just just think of just all of the breakdown, your food, no trucks coming in, no trucks coming in, no tractors that have, you know, computer chips in them are working.

00:29:13.500 I mean, it's a complete failure of everything modern that would be horrendous.

00:29:22.200 Now, I'm not sure you could do that with a cyber attack, but you could mess things up for a very long time and just keep you fix it.

00:29:32.800 It's offline again.

00:29:33.620 Just keep going and you could really disrupt a country.

00:29:38.120 EMP is it doesn't work.

00:29:41.080 There's no way to fix it.

00:29:43.020 You need all new chips.

00:29:44.680 OK, but cyber is.

00:29:47.980 Have you ever wondered the people of North Korea are starving to death?

00:29:52.740 How are they affording to do all of this missile stuff?

00:29:56.660 Because you can't trade there.

00:29:58.740 They're beyond swift.

00:30:00.660 They can't trade.

00:30:01.620 They can't sell any.

00:30:02.580 Nobody, nobody buys anything really from North Korea.

00:30:06.960 They what are the what is it that they are making?

00:30:10.420 How how do they have the money?

00:30:14.500 Well, originally it was counterfeiting.

00:30:17.780 They were counterfeiting hundred dollar bills, U.S.

00:30:21.240 hundred dollar bills and just flooding the market with that and passing them off as as good.

00:30:27.280 Um, that we caught on to and we caught them and we stopped them.

00:30:33.160 So the next thing they did was start taking our patents, things like Viagra, et cetera, and making all of these pharmaceuticals, knockoff pills, knockoff pills, and then just flooding the market with fake Viagra and other pills.

00:30:49.920 Made a lot of money.

00:30:50.920 Made a lot of money.

00:30:51.120 We caught them in that.

00:30:53.380 Then they started something called the Lazarus Group.

00:30:57.100 Or they like to say the guardians of peace.

00:31:02.560 Our, uh, our intelligence community calls them hidden Cobra.

00:31:09.200 But let's just use the Lazarus Group.

00:31:11.740 Now, Lazarus Group is made up of a whole bunch of people.

00:31:16.420 We don't know how many people, and it's run in North Korea and the North Korean state.

00:31:22.920 We don't know much about them, but what we do know is, uh, it's a state-sponsored hacking organization.

00:31:33.940 Um, and in North Korea, it's known as 414 Liaison Office.

00:31:39.860 The earliest known attack that this, uh, North Korean, I'm telling, I'm sharing this with you because North Korea, they got nothing. 0.91

00:31:52.440 Think about what Russia can do.

00:31:56.560 The first thing they did was Operation Troy, and it took place from 2009 to 2012.

00:32:01.920 And it was a cyber espionage campaign that, uh, used, uh, DDoS techniques.

00:32:09.800 And they were just targeting the government of Seoul.

00:32:12.400 And they were just trying to give them, you know, denial of service attacks.

00:32:16.080 Um, these are the people that were responsible for the 2014 Sony Pictures attack.

00:32:22.960 Right.

00:32:23.220 Okay.

00:32:23.420 They hacked in.

00:32:24.680 They have stolen $12 million from Banco del Astro in Ecuador.

00:32:31.920 A million dollars from Vietnam's, uh, what is it?

00:32:35.840 Ten Phuong Bank, something, 2015.

00:32:38.600 They have also targeted banks in Mexico and Poland.

00:32:42.680 In 2016, they had an attack on the Bangladesh Bank.

00:32:47.900 They stole $81 million in that heist.

00:32:51.100 All just electronically transferred.

00:32:54.360 Uh, they have stolen, uh, $60 million in U.S.

00:32:58.260 In the Far Eastern International Bank of Taiwan.

00:33:02.580 Um, but then it gets a little dicey, uh, from there.

00:33:08.520 They, they have been doing this and they're getting stronger and stronger and stronger.

00:33:13.540 Um, they went into cryptocurrency because North Korea was really into cryptocurrency.

00:33:19.320 Somehow or another, they cracked, uh, bit thumb, uh, and they stole $7 million from that.

00:33:29.700 Um, then the pandemic happened.

00:33:34.020 These are the people that tried to hack in.

00:33:36.700 Remember when you, you heard about, uh, AstraZeneca being hacked into and people were trying to steal all of the formulas.

00:33:45.060 I mean, let them have it.

00:33:47.120 Um, that was this group.

00:33:49.960 Okay.

00:33:50.660 So they, this is, this is how they make money.

00:33:55.880 The most famous attack or infamous attack.

00:33:59.480 It should, should be more famous than it is, is the Bangladesh bank robbery.

00:34:05.020 And ever heard of the Swift network?

00:34:08.020 Okay.

00:34:08.660 Swift network is what we just banned Russia from using, right?

00:34:12.220 We kicked him off the Swift network.

00:34:14.880 That's how banks talk to one another.

00:34:17.860 That's how bank transfers happen.

00:34:21.100 So they went on hacked into the Swift network.

00:34:25.860 Uh, and they tried to steal from the federal reserve bank of New York, but not our money.

00:34:36.080 They wanted the money from Bangladesh.

00:34:38.220 So they were posing as the central bank of Bangladesh and several transactions went through.

00:34:48.100 The first one was for 20 million, then 81 million.

00:34:52.100 And then there was a misspelling and the word Jupiter on the next one.

00:35:00.200 This is something that was happening when everybody was closed and the system caught a misspelling on one of the big transfers.

00:35:09.320 And it was, it was, it was, it was big.

00:35:14.100 It was a big transfer.

00:35:15.400 I'm glad that the system caught it.

00:35:17.860 Uh, they put Jupiter for some reason on the transfer, the word Jupiter appeared.

00:35:24.500 And then there was a misspelling of one of the banks and some low level guy at the federal reserves, like that's weird system.

00:35:33.940 Just kick this out for a misspelling and the word Jupiter.

00:35:36.360 And isn't Jupiter one of those banned ships from Iran that were not supposed to be doing any oil or anything.

00:35:41.700 So he ran it up the flagpole and they felt it was suspicious.

00:35:47.420 And so they decided not to transfer because of a misspelling.

00:35:53.160 This is how close they were.

00:35:55.320 The federal reserve decided not to transfer $1 billion.

00:36:00.960 Imagine what could be done with a billion dollars.

00:36:14.000 Now imagine how loose we are with $60 billion and just sending it over to Ukraine.

00:36:22.060 We have no idea where that money is going.

00:36:24.280 That money could be circling back around into our elections.

00:36:27.500 It could be circling back into radicals on our streets or people in, in, uh, in NATO countries that are trying to do the work of whomever.

00:36:40.480 We don't know where that money is.

00:36:44.380 More importantly, everybody seems gung ho on this war with Ukraine.

00:36:51.900 And Europe is just starting to wake up and say, wait, wait, wait, wait, people are going to freeze to death.

00:37:02.060 Is this really, this is what this is all about?

00:37:06.420 We have no answers because America doesn't have the balls or the juice anymore to be able to help the rest of the world.

00:37:16.340 We are, I've said this for, I can't tell you how many years we are, the world's lifeboat.

00:37:24.380 And we just keep taking on more and more stuff.

00:37:28.020 Hey, everybody from across the border, across the world, just come in.

00:37:32.080 We can handle it.

00:37:33.160 Oh, you need to be bailed out.

00:37:34.780 We'll bail you out.

00:37:35.660 Oh, you need to be bailed out.

00:37:37.000 Okay.

00:37:37.320 You can't pay that.

00:37:38.340 We'll bail you out.

00:37:39.320 We have no more resources left.

00:37:41.340 And now the strongest lifeboat in the world, the United States of America, can't take any more on.

00:37:54.000 The rest of the world's starting to feel that.

00:37:55.980 At some point, the rest of the world is going to really regret how hard they pushed America into the dirt.

00:38:04.040 But the biggest reason I wanted to bring up the Lazarus heist is they were that close to stealing a billion dollars from the Federal Reserve.

00:38:20.880 And that's North Korea. 0.64

00:38:22.600 What kind of resources does Vladimir Putin hold?

00:38:32.500 And while I'm concerned about nukes, the guy has told us for five years, World War III, it's already happening. 0.59

00:38:45.280 And if the West doesn't get it, the next war will be fought with ones and zeros. 0.87
