00:03:11.660 every nickname is for Alexander, right? Oh, yeah, sure. So his daughter, his name is Rebecca Garland.

00:03:26.740 to Yale. And then at Yale, she reconnected with an old childhood acquaintance, Van, and they got

00:03:34.560 married. And it should have just ended there as a happy, you know, love story. Yes, right. New York

00:03:40.100 Times wedding announcement, the whole thing. And what's in the first paragraph, of course, that

00:03:44.620 her father, Merrick Garland attended. And then a few paragraphs later, Van was a co-founder

00:03:52.380 of a company called Panorama Education.

00:03:56.780 Panorama Education. That sounds epic. What do they do?

00:04:01.140 Yeah, it sounds so tame, right? It's just they pick the perfect, perfect disguise. It's a

00:04:07.540 perfect Trojan horse. So let me just fast forward to the fact that we now have venture capitalists

00:04:15.600 investing in Panorama Education. So it must be hot. Yeah. And one of those investors is a man by the

00:04:22.140 name of Mark Zuckerberg. Wow. Yeah, why would Mark Zuckerberg be interested in this education

00:04:29.700 company based in Boston by a couple of Yale graduates, because it is a data mining company.

00:04:38.260 And what Panorama Education does is they use these fancy words called social and emotional learning.

00:04:47.020 So just think about that, like combination of words so bizarre, social and emotional learning. What

00:04:52.020 does that mean? Well, when my kid was small, it was just like, learn to have critical thinking and

00:04:59.520 have character and be nice to others. Now, they are using it as an excuse to mess with kids' heads.

00:05:08.380 And some of the questions in these, quote, screeners, that's what they're calling their surveys,

00:05:13.820 are things like, are you gender fluid? What's your position on race? Are you happy? Are you sad?

00:05:21.080 And literally, parents are not even aware about these surveys.

00:05:27.580 Okay, so here's the thing. If you listen to Megyn Kelly, she kind of talked about this,

00:05:33.000 but she didn't know necessarily what it was. But her child came back home and said,

00:05:38.180 I'm asked if I still feel like I'm a boy. And they do it every week.

00:05:42.420 Exactly. It's from one company or the other. It is an industry. So Panorama Education is just

00:05:49.340 the tip of the iceberg in this multi-million dollar industry. And let's be clear about what

00:05:56.320 they are. They're government contractors. They're not just an education company. They're not just

00:06:02.680 like, oh, we're here for child welfare. They are government contractors. And so Merrick Garland's

00:06:09.620 son-in-law is profiting off the backs of our country's children. And we're not talking little

00:06:16.280 contracts, millions of dollars.

00:06:17.840 Yeah. Let me give you, let me get some facts here. Fairfax County, Fairfax County public schools

00:06:23.340 signed quietly an $1.8 million contract with Panorama Education for their screening, where they ask the

00:06:35.420 students questions whether they feel sad or gender fluid, et cetera, et cetera. Yeah. The Panorama

00:06:43.640 Education staff gets status now as school officials. So they have a right to the private student data

00:06:52.660 under federal law. Yeah. Just, just people need to just absorb what you just said. I mean,

00:06:59.980 it's so dramatic. Contractors are getting status as school officials equal to teachers or principal,

00:07:09.080 school board members. And they are basically data scientists or even data nothings, you know, but just

00:07:17.040 absorbing this information about kids. And Glenn, this is the breaking news headline for you because

00:07:23.500 I know you love breaking news. $1.8 million was the agreement in June. Nobody even knew about it.

00:07:31.340 They started having board meetings and they just mentioned, oh, we got COVID money, okay, over the

00:07:37.300 summer. And guess what? We're going to spend it on this screener. So there was this vigilant mom who

00:07:43.000 heard just this mention in a school board meeting and she asked them, what is the screener? So that's how

00:07:48.800 she got the information about the $1.8 million contract. And then she called us at Parents

00:07:54.080 Defending Education and gave us the tip. But guess what? They then quietly signed another agreement,

00:08:01.900 an addendum in September, raising the number to $2.4 million.

00:08:07.840 Jeez. Yeah.

00:08:09.160 That's one school district, one school district.

00:08:13.400 And that happened in early September. And then within a month, I went to the school board and I

00:08:20.520 protested the wastage of this money. And days later, the school board association, you know,

00:08:28.440 summons the FBI. I'm not saying it's because of me, but I know that they know that parents' eyes are

00:08:34.860 on these contracts. And then we got this edict from Merrick Garland to shut us up.

00:08:40.500 So here's the, here's what I want you to know. The federal government is data mining our children.

00:08:47.200 They are asking that they, they themselves are allowing contractors funded by Zuckerberg,

00:08:56.280 uh, and Merrick Garland's son and daughter, son-in-law and daughter. It's their company.

00:09:04.100 They're going into our school districts in the cover of night with the school board.

00:09:09.540 They are getting this information. They are deeming the people who are processing this information as

00:09:15.740 school officials so they can have access to all of this and share it with third parties without

00:09:23.140 parental notification or consent. Yeah. And so then what happened is that we raised questions about it

00:09:32.020 and then they suddenly announced, Oh, there's going to be an opt out form that parents can sign,

00:09:39.420 but it wasn't available for days. It wasn't even unclear. Who do you send it to? And then guess

00:09:47.140 what? Parents started filling it out and they then started getting emails literally asking,

00:09:52.920 did you make a quote mistake? Are you sure you wanted to opt out as if these parents made a mistake?

00:10:00.300 And by the way, the opt out date, the final date is today, right? And then can you believe that,

00:10:08.240 you know, the opt out day for a school district in Northern Virginia, but that's how important it

00:10:13.840 is. That's, and you know, the details matter. Yeah. Uh, and I also know if people start looking into

00:10:21.340 their own school board, you're going to find, uh, you're going to find, are there any other

00:10:26.000 country, uh, companies, um, besides panorama education that people should be looking for?

00:10:32.280 Oh my gosh, this is so fantastic. So one other little nugget I want to just share with you and

00:10:36.520 your listeners is that, that Fairfax County public schools, we have discovered also shared

00:10:44.120 information on all of the students before a single opt out form was even presented to parents.

00:10:51.340 So, yeah. So they got the student name, the student ID number, their class and, um, their school. And

00:11:00.860 everybody needs to remember that the, this child, the market of children, as any parent knows,

00:11:07.540 they spend a lot of money. We spend a lot of money on them. So this is a big market that,

00:11:12.020 that companies want to understand. So let me tell you. So what happened is that this

00:11:17.980 eagle eye mom also submitted a FOIA to find out who were the other bidders, because this one of all

00:11:25.700 things, we actually had other bidders and, and I'm going to name some of the companies that weren't

00:11:30.980 bidders in Fairfax County, but there's a company called Castle, C-A-S-C-L. They are huge in this

00:11:37.180 business. C-A-S-T-E-L. C-A-S-E-L. E-L. Castle. Okay. Yeah. Castle is a big company. Okay. Then,

00:11:46.640 then we have, um, another company that, um, they're all such like strange names that you kind of start

00:11:54.040 forgetting what they are. Yeah. But, um, but then New York University has a company, um, and they,

00:12:01.360 it's their education department. So you just have to look up if there's a contract with New York

00:12:05.540 University. Um, and then we have, uh, this other company that is culturally responsive and they do,

00:12:13.380 you know, to make it all sound so good. So culturally responsive is the name of the company.

00:12:18.800 Yeah, exactly. Um, okay. And I'm going to get you a whole list. Okay. Please do. And I will,

00:12:25.280 I will tweet it out today. If you're in the Fairfax County school district, your opt out date

00:12:31.200 ends today, you better get on the stick. If this is the first time that you've heard about this. Um,

00:12:38.460 this is, this is, um, once again, our kids being sold for power and money, uh, and you know,

00:12:48.460 don't mess with my kids, man, don't mess with my kids. And this is the, the, the, uh, kindest thing

00:12:58.500 I could say is Merrick Garland, just this really brilliant guy that should have been on the Supreme

00:13:04.840 Court, just didn't see the conflict of interest, uh, you know, about, uh, saying we're going to go

00:13:10.760 after these parents who are standing up against these things with the FBI when his daughter and

00:13:17.940 son-in-law are making millions of dollars data mining the children in the very counties that he's

00:13:26.480 saying we're going to have to send the FBI into it. It's sickening. Yeah. What we've done now is

00:13:33.020 yesterday we sent a letter to Senate commerce committee to ask for a hearing on this very

00:13:39.780 important issue of big tech data mining our kids. And I hope everybody will support us like

00:13:45.360 write a letter to your Senator or representative because this, this matters because these surveys

00:13:51.960 are then used, I hope everybody understands as a way to make an excuse to get programs of

00:13:59.760 indoctrination into the schools. Oh, our kids are sad. So we need to have some uplifting anti-racism

00:28:38.120 it's in intensive care. And I'm, I'm wondering what we have to do to be able to save it.

00:28:48.160 Well, you know, Glenn, if we'd had this conversation, I was writing this book

00:28:51.740 in the last two years of the Trump and I was worried, but had we had this conversation,

00:28:58.300 then we would have said for all of the lawsuits and the subterfuge, the border is finally becoming,

00:29:04.480 let's say by, I don't know, August, 2020 secure. And we had gone back to the idea that if you're

00:29:11.080 going to come in the United States, you had to do so legally in measured fashion and preferably with

00:29:17.060 a diverse immigration policy globally. Right. And I think we also, I think you would agree that

00:29:23.080 for all the, and I had been very critical. I know you had two of it's spending out of control by
