00:00:00.000 Welcome to the podcast today. Great show for you. We have Bill O'Reilly on the program to react to
00:00:06.380 the news of the week, as well as Michael Malice. He's on as well. Bill Barr, former attorney
00:00:11.820 general. He is on to talk about the most recent developments in the Russiagate sort of world.
00:00:20.620 That's pretty interesting as well. We also go into Joe Biden's speech on guns last night. In
00:00:29.980 tonight, we have a special coming up. Stu debunks gun myths, the definitive guide at pushing back
00:00:35.020 against all the left's terrible gun arguments. That's coming up at 8 p.m. Eastern on Blaze TV.
00:00:41.340 If you go to blazetv.com slash Glenn, you can use the promo code debunked for 20 bucks off of your

00:00:58.320 follow the podcast and you'll get that episode for free today. We got to push back against this
00:01:03.520 stuff because no one in the media is going to tell the truth. That's for sure. Here's the podcast.
00:01:13.360 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.
00:01:21.200 It's Friday. Mr. Bill O'Reilly. Biggest story of the week, sir.
00:01:24.200 Joe Biden trying to save his administration by using the gun issue. That's the biggest story of
00:01:34.460 the week. So yesterday, the president gets out there and he gave it away right away. So he says
00:01:41.620 that if legislators fail to act, voters should use their outrage to turn it into a central issue in
00:01:50.260 November's midterm elections. So you've got a catastrophe on the economic front. Everybody
00:01:58.360 is suffering who is in a working class category. And he admitted also in a different soundbite,
00:02:07.300 hey, I can't do anything about inflation or rising gas prices. I don't know. I can't. I'm sorry.
00:02:15.500 He said that. That's unbelievable. He said that he can actually, he's probably the only guy,
00:02:22.780 him in the Fed that can actually do something about it. Right. But at least he was honest because
00:02:28.200 he himself does not understand what you just said. Well, no, I, you know, see, I won't give you a
00:02:35.180 pass on this one because he knows, he knows that through ESG and the banks choking off the money to
00:02:43.320 the big oil companies, him with leases, et cetera, et cetera. Um, the push is for this all new green
00:02:50.460 economy. They are intentionally driving the price of oil up. He knows, he knows generally that gas
00:02:59.080 is bad and green energy is good, but he doesn't know what he did ignited inflation. He doesn't.
00:03:10.280 And, and I'm not giving him a pass back. I'm telling you the man's incapacitated.
00:03:15.260 All right. That's what I'm telling you. So now his advisors say, Hey, look, we got a little battle
00:03:19.980 of the bulge scenario here, battle of the bulge, World War II, Nazis were defeated. They made one
00:03:25.860 more push and they caused some damage. And then they were, uh, defeated, uh, at Bastogne in,
00:03:32.820 in, uh, Northern Belgium. So, uh, this is the battle of the bulge for the Democrats for midterm
00:03:38.600 elections. Let's take the kids who were killed in Texas, the Evaldi kids, and make that a campaign
00:03:44.600 issue by putting forth legislation that we know is not going to be passed in the Senate.
00:03:50.440 They're not going to ban guns in the Senate, not going to do it. Um, and then we can use that to
00:03:57.000 tell people that the Republicans are irresponsible and dangerous and vote for Democrats. That's what
00:04:01.480 this is all about. Beck, you know that. I do, but I also think it is, um, uh, set up for,
00:04:07.620 uh, getting rid of the filibuster, packing the court. Yeah. Uh, I mean, all of that's down the
00:04:15.200 road here. We only have five more months until the democratic party is absolutely destroyed.
00:04:21.440 Okay. So, so let me ask you this bill. And, and I'm, I'm not suggesting anything. I have my own
00:04:27.660 theories, but I would like your answer on this. You know, that when you have a dangerous animal
00:04:33.460 cornered and they've got nothing to lose, that's when you're in the most danger. The, this dangerous
00:04:41.740 Marxist animal has been cornered. People are onto them. They're all of their lies are being exposed.
00:04:49.620 Their policies are being exposed for what they are. Um, and they know they're going to lose in a big way.
00:04:56.760 What do those Marxist animals that are trapped in a corner? Are they just going to just take it?
00:05:04.220 No, that's why they're, they're trying to centralize the issue of violence and put it on the
00:05:11.120 Republican party. So that's, that's their last gasp, but the Republicans aren't smart enough to
00:05:18.860 counter. So you can't just say no to millions of independent voters. You've got to say no,
00:05:25.640 but here's what we're going to do to make it harder for children to be murdered in school.
00:05:32.640 Well, but the, but the real common sense thing is to put police in our schools, put armed,
00:05:39.220 you know, people in our local issue. I know that. I know that. All right. So that's local,
00:05:43.960 but what is federal? Right. So the federal law, the government shall not infringe on that. And I
00:05:52.140 know people will say, well, there's some common sense things we can do. Yeah, but there's one
00:05:56.220 big thing we can do. And you should be monitoring billoreilly.com because I've been battering this
00:06:01.280 all week. So the only way in a nation of 330 million people that you're going to control
00:06:09.380 violence with guns is to federalize gun crimes. That's it. And that was done, uh, for bank robbery.
00:06:17.480 You'll remember that in the 1930s is what killing the mob was all about, um, that these thugs were
00:06:24.760 running wild around the country with big machine guns, robbing banks. And the locals couldn't,
00:06:30.620 couldn't stop it. And police officers are being killed. The civilians are being killed in these
00:06:35.480 banks. So the FBI, the new FBI that was just formed said, Hey, all bank robbers federal,
00:06:42.680 we're, we're going to do it now. That's the only way to do this. There is no other
00:06:47.420 solution on the national level. Okay. So hang on just a second. The last thing I want to do is
00:06:53.080 give more power to the federal government. Well, you're wrong. Okay. Because here the power can be
00:06:59.540 used just like it was used to decimate the terrorists, killing the killers back. The power
00:07:07.320 of the state can be used for good. So very briefly back, I don't want you, I don't want to light your
00:07:14.960 paranoia up. Oh my gosh. This is not a complicated thing. If a person in America commits a crime with
00:07:25.720 a firearm, and that includes carrying an illegal firearm in your state, okay, whatever the state
00:07:34.040 law is, then the feds prosecute it with mandatory prison terms. That means if let me, let me ask you
00:07:44.120 wait, wait, wait, it could be five years. It could be 10. What that does is it not only takes the guns
00:07:50.560 out of the hands of the loons, but it makes it much harder for the drug gangs, a story completely ignored
00:07:57.680 by the corrupt media in this country, who are killing far more than the loons going into the
00:08:03.740 schools. Well, the thing I like about this is it's, it would work in today's America, it would
00:08:09.840 probably work as well as federalizing and making a federal offense out of lying to Congress, because
00:08:18.160 that way we know that nobody will lie to Congress. Anyway, you know what is amazing? Yeah,
00:08:24.020 honestly. Go ahead. Because I, I think people find this surprising that we actually like each
00:08:29.920 other. Oh, you and me? Yeah. Yeah, but they don't understand why I like you. Oh, okay. No, no, no.
00:08:39.640 Look, we have a mutual respect because we both think things out. And our goal, I believe this to be
00:08:48.300 true, is that both of us want the best for the American people. Yes. And we don't agree on
00:08:54.040 everything. Uh, and, and certainly not on, on, on federal, like giving more power to the federal
00:08:59.120 government. But, but wait, let me ask you a question. You're, you're just blithely dismissing
00:09:04.020 me. You read killing the killers. Yes. Father's day ever. You read it. Yes, I did. The power of the
00:09:10.820 federal government was used to go after these heinous terrorists everywhere in the world. I got it.
00:09:17.420 I got it. I mean, I also watched the untouchables. No, no, I got it. It's work,
00:09:22.360 Beck. No, it did. It's a different America. We got to broke the back of these terrorist cells all
00:09:29.980 over the world. It was a different America. Not working right now. We're doing the same thing right
00:09:37.140 now. Look, I understand your suspicion of the federal government. It can't do much. But once you put a
00:09:45.220 code of law in, that says you cannot commit any crime with a gun, look, do you understand? I think
00:09:55.260 you know that here in New York where I am, the cops can arrest you with an illegal firearm. Oh, I know.
00:10:02.880 And you're out on bail the same day, Beck. Uh, not in New Jersey. I know, uh, not in New Jersey. If
00:10:09.780 they, if it, if it, the largest city in the country, there are no bailing people. I will
00:10:15.960 caught with automatic. Right. And I will tell you if I were in New York city and I got caught
00:10:24.080 with a gun, they would not release me on bail. No, but they just want to incarcerate you anyway.
00:10:30.760 Yes, exactly. Exactly. Right. Exactly. Right. Okay. Hang on just a second. Hang on just a second.
00:10:38.260 Bill O'Reilly more with him in just a second.
00:10:44.300 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.
00:10:46.940 Michael Malice is, uh, joining us now. He had a couple of tweets that I just want to give to you.
00:11:02.140 Uh, remember no one wants to take away your guns. No one wants to shut down your business. No one wants
00:11:08.360 to, uh, have lockdowns to continue more than necessary. No one's going to force you to have
00:11:13.220 a vaccine passport. No one is teaching your kids critical race theory. These are all conspiracy
00:11:18.940 theories. Yeah, they're really not. Are they? Um, but don't worry. They don't want to take your,
00:11:25.440 uh, your gun. Michael, how are you, sir? Good morning, sir. And, and if you, people want to look
00:11:30.460 at that tweet, the replies are particularly hilarious when people insist, well, actually all those things
00:11:34.820 ended up did happening. So you just owned yourself. Yeah. Yeah. Yes. That's the point. Um,
00:11:41.060 I think we should all give a big thanks this morning to Justin Trudeau, who has really kind
00:11:48.280 of silenced the gun issue in America because people who are on the fence who are like, Oh,
00:11:53.080 okay. Red flag laws, you know, assault weapons, which isn't a thing. They are looking what happened
00:11:58.460 in Canada, which was weeks after they imprisoned all those truckers and realizing, okay, this is
00:12:04.680 clearly the end game here in America as well. Is that, is there a big upright? I'm not following
00:12:12.200 Canadian politics. Oh, you are Canadian. Aren't you? God, no. Oh my God. Oh no, that's right. No,
00:12:18.380 I forgot. I'm sorry. I forgot. You are Canadian. You might as well call me a woman.
00:12:23.580 I didn't call you a French Canadian. After all is said and done, have you no shame, sir?
00:12:30.560 No, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I apologize. I deeply apologize. I'll let my wife step up to the
00:12:36.180 microphone and just say, if you're apologizing, if you're apologizing so much, maybe you're the
00:12:40.780 Canadian, huh? Right. Okay. So, um, are they standing up in Canada against this? No, they're
00:12:46.840 not at all. Barely they are, but that's the point. We need to look north to see kind of,
00:12:52.260 it's kind of like looking into the sliding doors moment to our near future. So, um, so it's,
00:12:57.080 it's very disturbing to see. You had another tweet this week and it says white pill in the
00:13:03.120 last decade, the gun rights side has shifted from, I need guns to keep my home safe from criminals
00:13:08.280 to, I need guns to keep my safe, myself safe from the government, a far more principled and
00:13:14.300 non-negotiable position. Absolutely true. Absolutely true. And they're absolutely right. Like many of
00:13:21.180 these guns, you do not need them to hunt deer. It's a complete, it's true and a completely irrelevant.
00:13:25.960 Uh, the whole point of the second amendment as you and everyone listening to this knows
00:13:29.860 was to protect Americans against a government that got too big and got usurpacious. Now they're going
00:13:36.380 to say, Oh, you're not going to go out and be, uh, uh, you know, shooting, uh, um, agents of the
00:13:40.500 state. And that is correct. But the point is when things become more expensive to do, when things
00:13:45.720 become more dangerous to do, that causes people, uh, uh, executives to have second thoughts. And the
00:13:52.900 other thing, which people should be very disturbed about, you know, for four years, we're taught that
00:13:56.880 Trump's a Hitler, he's a strong man. He doesn't respect the law, the constitution. As soon as some
00:14:02.420 truckers have a peaceful protest, a literally peaceful protest, the Canadian government for
00:14:07.080 the first time in history, not even after nine 11 invoked emergency powers. So that shows how little
00:14:12.460 those who are in the government have respect for things like constitutions and principles.
00:14:17.720 They'll just legislate around it and do whatever they want regardless.
00:14:21.480 And you look at Michael there around the world with countries that we may have thought were
00:14:26.080 culturally similar to us in at least some major ways, Canada, you know, New Zealand, Australia,
00:14:32.620 countries that don't have a second amendment in a, in a, in a, uh, culture of pushing back against
00:14:38.220 the government. Look at what they did with COVID. Look at what they did, what we're seeing in Canada
00:14:44.740 now where they're banning basically all firearms, uh, over a period of a few decades until they
00:14:50.440 decide to fully ban the handguns in a, in a couple of years, I'm sure. I mean, this has to
00:14:55.000 highlight the importance of the, of the second amendment, not, not the other way around.
00:14:59.700 Yeah, I completely agree with you, Stuart. And, you know, a couple of weeks ago, I went to Waco
00:15:02.820 and where all the people from the Davidian compound, the compound is still there. There's still an active
00:15:07.720 church and they, people forget that, uh, um, Oklahoma city was a reaction by Timothy McVeigh to Waco.
00:15:14.380 And the second that despicable tragedy happened and he committed his terrorist attack, Bill Clinton
00:15:19.800 was on TV saying, we need to go after assault weapons, even though he used the bomb. So they
00:15:24.240 will use any excuse. Yeah. Not, not only assault weapons, but I remember clearly also talk radio.
00:15:32.660 That's right. Yeah. That's when those two things, your speech and your guns. Um, one other question
00:15:38.500 here, Michael on that tweet, you said white pill and I'm losing track of all of the pills. I think
00:15:46.320 the red pill is you wake up. The blue pill is you go to sleep. I don't know what the white pill is. I
00:15:53.240 don't think I know what the black pill is. Can you just go through the bill colors? Okay. If you can
00:15:59.020 handle the street light, you can handle the pills. There's just two pairs of two pills. So the black
00:16:03.640 pill is all hope is lost. We're doomed. They're going to win anyway. They've got all the structural
00:16:08.580 advantages. They've got all the cultural advantages. It's, and the people who are on our
00:16:12.640 side are all weak. The white pill is it is possible. We will lose. It is impossible that
00:16:18.700 we must lose. Oh, okay. Well, I, so I am, I'm, I've been red pilled and white pilled.
00:16:26.380 That's the best combo. Yes. Right. Isn't there an orange pill too? Oh, that's for people who like
00:16:32.540 Bitcoin, but you have to be on the spectrum for that one. That's my prescription only. Yeah.
00:16:41.080 And the government's really regulating that one. Uh, no, go ahead. I was just going to say,
00:16:48.060 I'm also very hopeful because of places like ghost guns.com. There's, there's some,
00:16:51.360 they are working for 3d printing guns and the same way there's a big discussion. Now,
00:16:56.300 what is a woman? Matt Walsh just dropped that documentary on daily wire. The question legally
00:17:00.380 is, well, what is a gun? If I can press a button, my printer and print everything, but let's say the
00:17:05.220 handle is that legally gone. Okay. If they say 50%, well, then I'll just print 50, attach 50. So
00:17:11.040 the battle is being lost on a technological level regarding gun control as well.
00:17:15.520 Yeah, it is. It, it will have to be, uh, 1984 or brave new world to put this genie back in the
00:17:23.800 bottle. I mean, that is the thing. I brought this up with Bill O'Reilly and he didn't quite,
00:17:28.280 he didn't really respond to it. Um, you know, the, these guys, the left, they have pulled out all
00:17:34.500 the stops. They thought they were going to get away with this. And quite honestly, the way it's going,
00:17:40.520 if America starts to stand up and another 10% wakes up, uh, they're going to be people that go
00:17:50.060 to jail, serious jail time for what has been going on. Uh, and they know, um, it's a, it's a repeat,
00:17:59.320 uh, at best of 1920 where progressives had to go into a closet for a hundred years. Um,
00:18:07.320 I don't think they're going to give up quietly. They're a caged animal or a cornered animal.
00:18:13.060 I, Glenn, I could not agree with you more. Uh, this is a demonstration, not of their strength,
00:18:17.200 but their weakness, uh, how quickly they forgot about Roe v. Wade, which is just amazing to me
00:18:22.120 because that would be a much bigger and kind of more saline issue for them, I would think.
00:18:25.980 So they're scrambling to latch onto something that will maintain their hold on power. But at this point,
00:18:30.680 they're kind of like bailing water from a shanking sip ship because everywhere they look,
00:18:34.280 there's another new hole in their bull crap. Um, I love your opinion, uh, on this and mainly
00:18:41.020 because I know you probably have a deep opinion on it. And so few people in our business would
00:18:47.540 tell me your thoughts on the Johnny Depp, Amber Heard trial. Now that it's been decided.
00:18:53.580 Oh, um, I hadn't been following it because I thought of some silly entertainment divorce situation.
00:19:00.520 Right. Then I realized I was, I gotta tell you, I was extremely disturbed, uh, above all by the
00:19:06.440 actions of what I heard about the ACLU. Yes. The fact that they wanted to insinuate themselves
00:19:11.260 and make her a victim without doing their due diligence. Yeah. Historically the ACLU and the
00:19:15.680 hard leftist were defending like the worst people and defending criminals and things like this.
00:19:21.720 Like people were genuinely bad instead of trying to make villains at it. They would make heroes
00:19:25.900 out of villains instead of trying to make villains. Maybe Johnny Depp's not a hero. It was certainly
00:19:29.160 an innocent person. Yeah. So the fact that this, this is a glad you brought it up. This is another
00:19:34.300 massive loss for them. Yes. Because for a long time, all you have to do is like, look at what she
00:19:39.820 did. It's not like one time she lied. Okay. He was mean to me. This was systemic and this was an
00:19:44.920 organized campaign by the media. She's basically Jussie Smollett in a dress. So, well, there's nothing
00:19:51.000 wrong with that. Happy Pride Month, Glenn. So, yeah. So, this is such a loss. Look at what they
00:19:58.380 had on the table. The media. They had the ACLU discredited. The Me Too movement discredited.
00:20:08.960 Companies like Disney that, you know, would just fire people without the facts just because it's a
00:20:14.220 witch hunt. I mean that this was a massive loss. And the thing is, everyone listening to this,
00:20:21.500 men and women alike, know the story of people who've had the crazy ex-girlfriend. Now, the crazy
00:20:27.040 ex-boyfriend is violent. He's a disgusting person. He should be denounced. But the crazy ex-girlfriend
00:20:31.460 is dangerous in a very different way. And Amber Heard is not unique. Although it's pretty,
00:20:36.060 it's extremely rare, let's be fair as well. Does he get his career back, do you think?
00:20:40.200 Oh, I think he's going to be a big hero. And I think he's going to be, he's going to get some
00:20:44.660 backlash because the people who like him are not people who are liked by the corporate press.
00:20:48.300 Right. And does she have a career at the end of this?
00:20:52.200 Yeah. She's going to be speaking out against Brett Kavanaugh next week at Cornell.
00:20:57.560 Did you know he touched her inappropriately when she was a kid?
00:21:01.500 I know.
00:21:02.180 She just remembered.
00:21:03.600 Wow. Really? That's amazing. When he was in high school or after?
00:21:08.580 Oh, yeah. You had an Amber Heard? Oh, yeah. He was some kind of a law professor. There's no record
00:21:13.480 of her being at the school library and she doesn't remember what years. But it definitely happened.
00:21:17.340 Just ask the vice president.
00:21:19.180 Okay. Thank you very much. Michael Malice is on with us and you can follow him
00:21:24.780 and grab his book. He's got a couple of really good books. The Anarchist Handbook. Also,
00:21:31.320 he's the host of Your Welcome. Oh, wait, is he still on? I have to ask you. He's still on.
00:21:36.060 Your episode of Your Welcome this week is with the Libertarian, right? The new Libertarian?
00:21:44.120 Angela McArdle, who just took over over the weekend in Reno as the new chair of the Libertarian Party.
00:21:48.420 Okay. Real quick, tell me, have they come back to reality of A being small government,
00:21:57.560 not just some strange progressive Libertarian? And do they have a chance with her of actually
00:22:07.200 winning anything?
00:22:08.960 Well, they've come back to the reality that A is anarchism, which means no government,
00:22:12.580 which is far less utopian than your constitutionalist fantasy.
00:22:15.140 And they actually do have a chance because they do have a chance of making some massive
00:22:22.040 cultural change because it's going to be very easy to drop the ball that Republicans and Democrats
00:22:27.540 have dropped, at the very least for decreasing budgets. Governor DeSantis just today signed the
00:22:32.540 record budget in Florida. So there's no move anywhere in the political spectrum between Republican
00:22:37.360 and Democrat for people who actually want to cut spending, even when you look at someone like
00:22:40.860 DeSantis.
00:22:41.540 And she's sane?
00:22:42.620 Oh, she's very sane. She's no Amber Heard.
00:22:46.280 Yeah. I just don't want her to be a, what was it? It was a Gary Johnson?
00:22:51.360 Yeah.
00:22:51.580 Oh, Joe Jorgensen last time. You didn't remember her name. Yeah.
00:22:53.860 Yeah. Oof. Thanks so much, Michael. I appreciate it.
00:22:57.920 Thanks, guys. That was a pleasure.
00:22:58.820 You can hear his interview with her on your welcome this week's podcast with Michael Malice.
00:23:03.140 MichaelMalice.com.
00:23:08.600 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.
00:23:11.300 All righty. So let me start here with a business owner in Detroit, Michigan. Listen to this.
00:23:38.080 Business owners say if these gas and diesel prices don't come down soon, the American dream will fade away.
00:23:45.040 This gas price, they're killing like a lot of like American dreams, killing their dreams.
00:23:50.680 So they cannot make a living.
00:23:52.700 Hmm. What is the American dream?
00:23:57.980 What is the American dream?
00:24:00.700 Most people will tell you, you know, it's a great job or you can become a millionaire or, you know, you have your first house.
00:24:09.020 You've heard politician after politician say, you know, we need to, you know, get on banking regulations so more people can have access to loans so they can experience the American dream of having their own house.
00:24:22.240 That's not the American dream.
00:24:23.920 That's what FDR changed it into.
00:24:28.640 This is another progressive lie.
00:24:31.540 The American dream is to be able to chart your own course, to be able to succeed or fail, but have a square opportunity that if you can come up with a better mousetrap.
00:24:49.540 This is not true anymore, by the way, you come up with a better mousetrap.
00:24:54.440 It doesn't mean the market will run to you.
00:24:57.940 You have to get through all of the red tape, all of the government restrictions, all of the other businesses that will will do everything they can to stop you.
00:25:10.880 And if you can endure that onslaught, then maybe you can have the American dream of your house.
00:25:21.220 We can't chart our own course.
00:25:24.980 And Congress is absolutely irrelevant.
00:25:29.660 Congress has given away their power for far too long.
00:25:34.680 They've given away their power to the administrative state.
00:25:39.300 And this again, Woodrow Wilson, the administrative state.
00:25:43.320 Think about it.
00:25:44.960 What can Congress really do?
00:25:48.500 What can they actually do?
00:25:52.320 Nothing, really.
00:25:54.460 Nothing.
00:25:55.580 Until they decide to take their power back.
00:25:58.480 When they become the lawmakers, right now, how many times have you heard?
00:26:04.240 Well, for instance, let me give you one that just came across my desk yesterday.
00:26:09.480 Let me see if I can find it quick.
00:26:10.920 There is the Department of Education has decided that if your school doesn't have the right bathrooms, you don't get the funding.
00:26:21.300 Who made that decision?
00:26:24.160 Did you vote for that?
00:26:25.280 Because it's now taxation without representation.
00:26:33.140 And they will say, no, technically, that's not true.
00:26:35.780 Why?
00:26:36.120 Because you voted for the president.
00:26:37.920 But I didn't vote for all the bureaucrats.
00:26:41.100 And when I voted for the president, I didn't vote for him to be a dictator.
00:26:45.260 And I mean this for Republican or Democrat.
00:26:48.460 It doesn't matter.
00:26:49.400 I voted for a president to have the bully pulpit to convince the American people this is the direction we should be going in.
00:27:00.600 Not for him just to close the curtain and flip some switches and turn up the dial on different things.
00:27:12.700 That's not his job.
00:27:14.940 And it's certainly not the administration's job.
00:27:18.060 Passing laws goes to Congress.
00:27:22.340 Setting limits goes to Congress.
00:27:25.260 Congress, but gun issue, Congress, Congress will do what it wants.
00:27:33.600 And if it doesn't, if it doesn't get its way, it will break the Constitution to get its way.
00:27:41.240 And believe me, they are already putting things into place to infringe on this right.
00:27:53.080 And they're putting them in place through ATF.
00:27:59.180 Through the Commerce Department.
00:28:02.200 Homeland Security.
00:28:04.360 One way or another, they will get it done.
00:28:07.980 This is no longer a government for and by the people.
00:28:17.060 This is a government that is now being done through the administrative state.
00:28:21.260 As I showed you on Wednesday's TV show, FEMA.
00:28:28.540 FEMA is not a reactionary force anymore.
00:28:31.160 The administrative state, through the presidency, has now changed this.
00:28:36.280 So they're not just reacting to an emergency, a hurricane.
00:28:44.440 They're reacting now to all hurricanes yet to come.
00:28:50.680 All droughts yet to come.
00:28:53.340 And they are putting into place things to stop those emergencies.
00:29:01.280 Because the climate is an existential threat.
00:29:06.160 And they're doing that with the SEC, with ESG.
00:29:10.420 They're doing it everywhere.
00:29:15.180 That's how you kill the American dream.
00:29:17.520 If you think gas prices are going down, you're mistaken.
00:29:22.720 This is not a bump in the road.
00:29:25.460 This is not a glitch.
00:29:28.300 This is a feature of what our government has become.
00:29:33.820 If I could have only one prayer answered today, it would be this.
00:29:43.060 That everyone within the sound of my voice could wake up just one person.
00:29:51.480 And I know how frustrating it is.
00:29:55.240 Believe me.
00:29:56.080 I mean, I admit my faults, and I admit freely that I'm wrong on timing.
00:30:10.000 And when I'm wrong about something, Stu, have I ever, when I'm wrong on something, have I ever hid that?
00:30:16.860 Have I ever not taken responsibility for things that I'm like, wow, I was wrong?
00:30:21.460 No, there's no reason to.
00:30:22.800 Yeah, right.
00:30:23.220 And you get more trust with the audience when you admit when you're wrong.
00:30:27.080 Publicly and privately.
00:30:28.340 I remember something we argued about, and I was really strong on.
00:30:32.740 And how many times have I come back to you and went, thank God for you, because I was so wrong on that, right?
00:30:38.800 Yeah, no, it's true.
00:30:41.080 There's no reason.
00:30:42.280 I have people in my own family that know my record that won't listen right now.
00:30:56.920 And I think it's because it's too ugly.
00:30:59.700 It's too hard.
00:31:00.860 It's too hard to even imagine.
00:31:03.140 Americans have never seen anything like this.
00:31:06.620 You know, when Jamie Dimon comes out and says, hey, brace for an economic hurricane, he said, it's not storm clouds.
00:31:15.320 It's hurricane.
00:31:16.780 We just don't know if it's going to be, you know, I don't know, Hurricane Nancy or Hurricane Katrina.
00:31:23.240 But brace yourself.
00:31:27.940 People don't understand that, and they don't see that it's right over the horizon.
00:31:38.060 There's another shortage that I just want to throw at you to show you the unintended consequences of things.
00:31:46.740 Now, we just went through COVID, and what happened?
00:31:53.180 COVID put us all in our houses.
00:31:55.800 Well, right now, there is an organ shortage.
00:32:02.300 Every day, every day, 17 people die waiting for an organ transplant.
00:32:09.440 And another person that needs a transplant is added to the waiting list every nine minutes.
00:32:16.740 Now, 90% of the population agrees with organ donations, but only 60% actually register as a donor.
00:32:28.840 Now, what has caused this pandemic of organ shortages?
00:32:35.480 Well, two things.
00:32:38.060 One, the organs from people who have just died, it's time limited.
00:32:45.920 You've only got X number of minutes that you can use that organ.
00:32:50.640 Then it starts to decay, and it's no good.
00:32:53.520 Well, we've got to do COVID tests on everything.
00:32:57.440 We can't turn these organs around fast enough.
00:33:02.360 So we're losing a lot of organs.
00:33:05.080 But also, you've got a real problem because the recovered organs have dropped from more than 110 in a day to less than 60 per day.
00:33:21.980 Why is that?
00:33:24.260 Listen.
00:33:24.900 One, because people are driving less because of COVID, and most organs come from car crashes.
00:33:38.180 Now, can we just think this out for a second?
00:33:45.820 Why are our gas prices so high?
00:33:49.240 Our gas prices are so high because we need to get into electric vehicles.
00:33:56.820 Electric vehicles are not the only solution.
00:34:01.160 It's self-driving electric vehicles.
00:34:04.960 It is AI electric vehicles.
00:34:12.140 How many car crashes will we have in AI-driven cars?
00:34:18.820 The whole thing is they're going to be safer.
00:34:23.220 So let's say we cut, you know, out of 100% of the car crashes we have now, we cut it down to 20%.
00:34:30.440 What are we going to do for organs?
00:34:35.540 There will be an organ shortage, much greater than this one.
00:34:41.620 Then what do we do?
00:34:45.840 These are unintended consequences.
00:34:48.300 And the reason why I bring this up is these people are trying to change everything.
00:34:54.980 They are changing our history.
00:34:57.300 They're changing our national story.
00:35:02.240 They're changing the meaning of even the American dream.
00:35:06.360 That was gone long ago.
00:35:08.640 We don't know who we are.
00:35:11.120 We don't know what we are.
00:35:13.860 We can't even identify a man or a woman.
00:35:19.100 We're teaching our kids.
00:35:21.540 We're putting our kids this month because it's Pride Month.
00:35:25.180 Our kids are having story time with transgendered people reading the story.
00:35:32.780 Why?
00:35:34.780 Why?
00:35:35.860 Why?
00:35:38.060 Why?
00:35:42.120 What is wrong with us?
00:35:45.760 They're changing absolutely everything.
00:35:49.720 In fact, I've read a story this week about the coming changes to our farm-to-table system.
00:35:58.360 The seed to fork.
00:36:05.240 All of it is changing.
00:36:07.220 And it's all being changed by the experts.
00:36:09.740 And it's all being forced to be changed in the next 8 to 12 years.
00:36:18.500 God only knows what the unintended consequences are going to be.
00:36:22.900 And because God only knows those things, we should perhaps slow down.
00:36:33.560 But see, they think your pain at the pump is a good thing.
00:36:40.720 Joe Biden said, we're going to pay a heavy price.
00:36:44.820 Now, he was talking about the oil prices because of Putin.
00:36:48.260 But that's not what's causing these oil prices.
00:36:53.180 It's ESG and the environmentalist policies that are causing this oil and gas shortage.
00:37:01.280 And it's a five-year turnaround.
00:37:04.000 He looks at it as a good thing because we're making progress.
00:37:16.640 And the intended consequence is you'll get off of gasoline because they're going to make it too expensive.
00:37:24.580 If I could have one prayer answered, it would be that whoever you are, you would realize you're listening for a reason.
00:37:45.460 And that you would realize there are people that are trying to destroy that opportunity because they think they know better.
00:38:08.960 And that you would be able to wake one person up in the next few days to the fact that gas prices are going much higher and it's not coming back around.
00:38:24.200 And that food prices that, again, as Jamie Dimon said, a hurricane is coming.
00:38:36.180 I pray that you will be able to wake up somebody so they can help other people when the storm comes.
00:38:45.980 Not instead be sent to the Superdome to live in that chaos.
00:38:54.200 Not instead be sent to the Superdome to live in that chaos.
