00:00:00.000 Now, Pat and I are not, I would say, we're not food scientists per se,

00:00:04.940 although I am a doctor and you run KexyCookies.com.

00:00:08.960 Yes.

00:00:09.520 And so we're pretty qualified.

00:00:12.660 But we have made a discovery that we test tried today from TheCakeGirl.com.

00:00:19.620 It's cake in a cup.

00:00:21.740 It's a small business that we just tested it.

00:00:25.720 I mean, I didn't want to.

00:00:27.000 Did you want to eat all that cake?

00:00:28.040 Not at all.

00:00:28.680 Not at all.

00:00:29.480 No.

00:00:30.000 So we tested that today and perhaps you should too.

00:00:33.480 And speaking of small businesses that are struggling to make it,

00:00:37.860 maybe you're in that boat or you're struggling to make the payments on your house

00:00:43.300 because you are a landlord and own one house.

00:00:47.240 What is the government doing?

00:00:49.420 How is this all affecting us?

00:00:51.900 And what is the real thought behind it?

00:00:55.100 Oh, we'll tell you today on today's podcast.

00:00:58.400 And Bill O'Reilly has great insight on Governor Cuomo and what's going on in New York.

00:01:04.380 All on today's podcast.

00:01:05.400 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck Program.

00:01:16.940 Hello and good evening.

00:01:27.680 I am your local anchor that has been doing the news here in your hometown for quite some time.

00:01:37.960 And I've just been drinking just a little bit because I have to be able to tell you the news.

00:01:48.700 And there's a new Oregon, Oregon, the state underneath Washington, a ballot initiative that would criminalize hunting.

00:02:01.580 Hunting and breeding livestock.

00:02:04.320 Even, you know, when you spray the cockroaches, even that would be illegal under a ballot initiative

00:02:17.220 backed by the Oregon animal rights activists and opposed by farmers. 0.96

00:02:24.740 Damn farmers, the proposal initiative, petish, petiv, and it number 13 would lift virtually all exemptions to state laws related to animal abuse, neglect, and sexual assault. 0.88

00:02:46.020 The vast majority would, sounds like a good idea, would ban common farming practices, such as artificial insemination. 0.98

00:02:58.940 I don't want to be one of those guys.

00:03:01.140 And use in targeted breeding and killing animals for meat.

00:03:06.280 In addition, IP13 would further restrict hunting, fishing, trapping, and hurting an animal intentionally.

00:03:25.440 That would also ban research labs from experimenting on non-human mammals.

00:03:38.080 So, is it okay to experiment on humans?

00:03:42.800 Non-human mammals, birds, fish, reptiles, and fish that walk around.

00:03:50.940 All the activities listed would carry criminal penalties.

00:03:57.020 The organizers say that the state's $5.7 billion farming industry would just have to adjust to the laws accordingly.

00:04:11.220 In other news, President Joe Biden took a jab at one of his foremost critics

00:04:18.860 and perspective, and somebody who wants to run for president in 2024, Ron DeSantis.

00:04:30.480 Passing off as if he didn't recognize who the Republican governor was.

00:04:37.500 Biden responded Thursday when asked about the recent comments DeSantis made about battling the federal government's COVID-19 strategy.

00:04:48.860 He said, my response is, uh, Governor who?

00:04:55.540 Which, I mean, the man doesn't know the difference between his sister and his lovely wife, uh, Jill.

00:05:03.480 Which I'm thinking might be a little bit awkward.

00:05:06.940 Honey, I wasn't cheating on you with your sister.

00:05:10.380 I thought it was you!

00:05:12.040 And, and, and that's, and that's all the news I could, I could, I could possibly muster today.

00:05:21.200 Uh, I have to tell you, the Oregon ballot, if this doesn't make everyone want to move out of Oregon,

00:05:27.660 what are you doing there?

00:05:30.600 What are you doing?

00:05:31.880 They are destroying the state.

00:05:33.820 You can't call pest control.

00:05:35.820 If this passes, you can't kill cockroaches.

00:05:39.960 You can't trap rats.

00:05:44.480 Uh, it's from the same city that has allowed absolute anarchy.

00:05:50.740 No, but this is for the whole state.

00:05:52.860 Yeah, that's true.

00:05:53.420 This is for the whole state.

00:05:55.080 True.

00:05:55.660 And some of the state is pretty conservative, too.

00:05:57.560 I know, that's why half of the state wants to join Idaho.

00:06:01.700 And I, as an, as an Idaho part-time resident, so I, I don't want to speak for Idaho-deans.

00:06:08.960 Uh, is that how you, I don't want to speak for them, but I, the more the merrier.

00:06:19.700 The more people who understand freedom, the more the merrier.

00:06:23.580 If you understand freedom, please move to Idaho.

00:06:26.060 if you if you understand freedom and are willing to stand for it and not like oh i i we all love

00:06:33.080 the constitution but but you know but i mean there are things no no move to texas move to texas if

00:06:40.500 you don't get the hell out of here get out of here you already have all those crappy states that you

00:06:46.160 have destroyed go fix those we could but you won't listen to us so go fix those make those your 0.97

00:06:55.260 utopia have you noticed they have all of the good places have you noticed i mean i'm not saying that

00:07:01.880 you know conservative cities are crappy but they the the the progressives move in and they move in

00:07:09.820 to places like jackson hole and then they just destroy it destroy it well we've got to have our

00:07:17.380 skiing lodge and it's just so beautiful and natural here we need to make sure that it's 0.97

00:07:25.200 preserved that way meanwhile because you're preserving it you're burning the damn state down 0.79

00:07:30.700 have you seen what is happening in california with the water situation 0.92

00:07:35.480 no okay they haven't built a new dam or a new reservoir since like 1972 yeah okay they won't do

00:07:42.860 we're not going to damn the rivers i'm lovey so they have no water now they're in a drought

00:07:51.800 now what is their electricity what is the electricity that they all love hydroelectric

00:07:58.280 but if you're not building dams you're not getting hydroelectric power and if it's not raining

00:08:04.980 you don't have water to fill up to run the hydroelectric plant they don't have enough water they think they

00:08:14.280 may have to shut down all of the hydroelectric plants because of the drought uh you're not having

00:08:22.400 rolling brownouts you're gonna you're not gonna have power you're not gonna have power you're not

00:08:29.240 supposed to run generators for days and weeks on end oh yeah they won't have power oh welcome to

00:08:34.900 venezuela welcome to venezuela and california all you people who have voted for all of this nonsense

00:08:42.140 and bullcrap this whole time you deserve it you deserve every bit of it every bit of it you think 0.68

00:08:49.960 we deserve covid because uh texas isn't masking up no you know what we we actually believe that man is 0.98

00:08:58.520 built to survive man is built to survive did you see the latest study latest study shows that people

00:09:04.800 who have had it have a better immune system than those who are taking the vaccine but you're never

00:09:09.760 going to hear that you have more defense if you've had it it's why people had chicken pox parties 0.91

00:09:17.820 your natural immunity is much better no not on this one no no no not on this one oh it's it's that way

00:09:24.320 on everything everything except this one yeah okay yeah so you're saying that we're actually

00:09:32.300 you know the people who have had the vaccine uh you know good for them i'm glad they had it i i would

00:09:40.080 take the vaccine possibly if it wasn't uh if i didn't already have it i had a bad bad bout of it

00:09:48.960 i i'm pretty sure my body has the antibodies now that i need you know i i'm i'm sorry i i i'm not

00:09:57.260 doing your little vaccine thing but i believe in nature you know oh and by the way let me just say

00:10:03.520 this my uh my body my choice not with this no not because your choice is affecting me

00:10:13.800 yeah yeah it's like it's not affecting the little baby inside of you exactly my body my choice

00:10:22.100 except when you know the government wants to put stuff into you can you imagine if we go for this

00:10:28.960 this mandatory vaccine and we have vaccine passports america dear god almighty you will

00:10:35.460 deserve everything you get if you go for the if you go for the vaccine um uh mandates and and passports

00:10:44.220 you will deserve the dystopian future do you know what we have taught this government we have taught

00:10:52.320 this government that we in fact let me just say this we've taught them that we're sheep

00:11:00.460 we have taught them that they can do anything to us and we will abide you know when the when uh the

00:11:10.820 when fema was first around and the federal government before that it was named fema the federal

00:11:18.080 government tried to come into a to a state i it was one of the southern states and they were coming

00:11:24.320 with all the rescue trucks and everything else because there was a bad hurricane and they were coming

00:11:29.480 into the trucks the people of the state met the government trucks at the border with shotguns and said

00:11:38.800 turn your trucks around we don't need nor do we want your help

00:11:44.480 you know what happened they fixed it oh by the way another one when they were first voting on giving

00:11:54.920 federal aid to a state the state of texas because of a hurricane texas went crazy and said we don't we

00:12:04.300 don't want your aid everybody's like oh we've got to hate them we poor texans they're not going to be

00:12:10.860 able to handle it you know what happened the private sector raised more money than the government was

00:12:16.240 ever thinking about doing we are losing everything about us that makes us different

00:12:22.800 this is the best of the glenbeck program

00:12:29.620 well mr bill o'reilly is here from billoreilly.com the author of killing the mob

00:12:44.180 hello bill o'reilly how are you sir i have a question for the glenbeck program yes so i think

00:12:53.200 you should bring back the english lady who used to say this is the fusion of entertainment and

00:13:00.680 enlightenment i like her better than the robot guy that's just my suggestion well i haven't had that

00:13:09.980 opinion uh from anyone because you know other people are paying attention to things that might

00:13:14.260 be slightly more important but i will jot that down we will bring the english by english woman back

00:13:21.320 i'm a detail guy i like the english woman because it has this masterpiece theater aura well that's what 0.88

00:13:28.520 we're all about here uh so uh this uh this portion of the program underwritten by the ford foundation

00:13:35.540 um bill uh what was the big story of the week

00:13:39.560 cuomo cuomo's the big story because it's not being reported um accurately as usual and you know

00:13:48.880 covid but we talked about covid last friday in great detail not a lot has changed on that front

00:13:54.220 so um the cuomo story uh i think is uh something people should pay attention to even if you've never

00:14:04.780 been to new york state and never intend to come here which might be a good plan yes i mean this

00:14:10.780 is a guy who was born in new york it's wild to hear you say stuff like that honestly bill you have

00:14:15.600 been around these guys for a very very long time i my thesis is is that andrew cuomo is very much

00:14:23.440 in a way harvey weinstein in this way everybody knew it everybody knew he was vindictive everyone knew

00:14:30.800 he was nasty and everyone knew that he was a predator and nobody wanted to say anything because

00:14:37.500 they were afraid of him i'm not sure that is fair uh i wouldn't make the weinstein comparison

00:14:45.240 to that well i don't mean i don't mean in in gravity of crime yes i mean look but the most important

00:14:53.620 part of this is not um what the allegations are that might become the most important part when the

00:15:02.380 courts kick in but it's the nasty hardball politics yes that not only take place in new york state but

00:15:10.180 in every state and certainly in the federal government so let me just lay this out to you

00:15:15.220 andrew cuomo was the most powerful man in new york for 12 years by far he was a dictator he was like

00:15:24.820 huey long in louisiana he controlled the legislature he controlled everything and as you rightly described

00:15:33.360 him he's a nasty piece of work okay and if you got on his wrong side he would try to hurt you

00:15:41.840 so that's all true but somewhere along the line the progressive left in new york which has been

00:15:50.820 gaining power for the last three or four years decided that he wasn't progressive left enough

00:15:57.280 and they want letitia james the attorney general to be governor so the only way that could happen is if 1.00

00:16:08.620 you get cuomo out of the way because cuomo is going to run for a fourth term so you've got to destroy him 0.93

00:16:17.420 if you want letitia james who is way to the left of cuomo if you can even imagine that 0.99

00:16:23.680 so letitia james is the attorney general and then presto all of a sudden all of these people come out

00:16:31.780 and they're saying edu cuomo did this did that did this did that bump bump bump bump bump and who's

00:16:38.200 in charge of the investigation letitia james okay so wait a minute wait a minute wait wait wait wait

00:16:43.800 so are you saying these are trumped up charges i'm not no no i'm not okay i'm not and i don't i would

00:16:51.680 never even get into that because i have no blank an idea okay and not neither does anybody else by the

00:16:58.000 way we will have an idea when there is court hearings and if there is an impeachment okay

00:17:05.640 all right but the structure is cuomo's got to go and as again you rightly pointed out there were

00:17:14.580 whispers all over the place that he was uh not a good guy yeah and that he was he was taking advantage

00:17:22.280 of his power to set up his dating life or whatever you want to say those rumors were around

00:17:28.840 so what should have happened in a honest state is that it should have been investigated

00:17:36.840 absolutely but not by letitia james not by the person who wants to take his job it should have been

00:17:46.000 the attorney general of the state of new york says i'm appointing somebody from outside government

00:17:51.760 to do this investigation and it's going to be due process and the governor is going to have his

00:17:56.520 attorneys present whatever he wants to present well but isn't that the way wait wait isn't that the job

00:18:01.380 of the attorney general yeah but she didn't do it she says i'll investigate no i know but isn't the point

00:18:08.180 she can can she can she what she can do that as attorney general she can take that on of course she could 0.80

00:18:16.940 and then if if the independent person came back and it had to be somebody outside of new york state by

00:18:23.900 the way nobody no ties to the state um and said look x y and z then we would have less intrigue and we

00:18:35.780 would have less politics in this situation the second really important part of the story is

00:18:42.460 that cuomo is going to take everybody down with him all right he is that kind of guy 1.00

00:18:49.800 the three most corrupt states in the union are illinois number one california number two and that 0.91

00:18:59.000 governor i believe is going to be recalled on september 13th and new york state number three

00:19:04.460 these are like organized crime families they're run by like the mob and who knows more about the mob

00:19:11.220 than me back no one i will tell you this i will tell you this uh it is interesting uh and i would

00:19:20.040 put michigan on that list these are all these are all states that have been run by democratic

00:19:26.320 progressives and socialists forever forever that's right and you can throw michigan in but

00:19:33.540 they it doesn't rise to illinois new york and california so what is this going to mean uh to new york what

00:19:41.840 what is he going to throw out uh he has stuff on everybody and right now his battery of attorneys

00:19:54.500 is basically going over what they are going to put forth to the public that's what's happening now

00:20:04.480 so he's basically going to send a message to the legislature if you impeach me

00:20:10.160 then this is what we're going to put out about all of you people he's been he's been in office for 12

00:20:19.000 years yeah hey he knows so everybody's going to die and and see this is not reported anywhere back

00:20:27.820 number one the investigation and how it should not have been that way it's not been reported

00:20:33.460 and number two the consequences of going after cuomo and destroying him because at this point cuomo has

00:20:40.080 nothing to lose he's not going to quit he's not going to admit any wrongdoing he's not okay he's going

00:20:47.580 to say all right you want to tango we're going to tango so what happens do they do they do they

00:20:55.340 tango here's what happens here's what happens okay there are four district attorneys now and this is

00:21:02.780 really interesting so letitia james the attorney general in new york comes out and says cuomo broke the

00:21:08.180 law committed a criminal act and that's all centered around the female state trooper yeah which accused 1.00

00:21:16.220 cuomo of whatever yeah okay that's a serious person and i'm not seeing the others aren't serious

00:21:23.620 but that's his main problem yeah the female state trooper so james says um he committed crimes

00:21:30.600 he committed crimes and uh i'm not going to uh i'm not going to indict him though why we're not

00:21:38.520 going to charge him why well wait wait wait if he committed a crime or you believe you have evidence

00:21:45.540 that he did why are you not gonna prosecute him right does that make any sense to anybody it does

00:21:52.300 in today's world but not in any just society i got you but i'm just going down the corruption meter

00:22:00.240 right i'm going down the corruption meter so she farms it out to four district attorneys 0.98

00:22:06.620 four different people you do it you investigated the criminal thing i'm not going to do it because

00:22:14.180 i want to run for governor and i don't want to be involved in this while i'm running for governor

00:22:18.380 you see what i'm talking about all right so you got four guys including the uh unbelievable corrupt

00:22:27.160 cy vance in manhattan okay investigating cuomo on criminal charges if they have it if they have it

00:22:35.260 all right then cuomo might have to make a deal i'll leave if you don't if you don't expose this

00:22:43.940 criminal yeah that's the only way he gets out of there without a bloodbath as far as an exposition of

00:22:54.060 well you think i'm bad look at this one look at that one look at this and so that's possible

00:23:00.940 that he'd make a deal because he doesn't want to go to a criminal trial but believe me when i tell

00:23:06.060 you andrew cuomo will take this into civil court all day long all day long and you'll have these

00:23:12.420 one after another after another after another now the impeachment's another thing but don't be

00:23:18.860 surprised if uh all of a sudden the new york legislature says well well maybe we're not

00:23:25.220 going to do it because he's only there for another year let the people decide and the reason that i

00:23:32.680 picked this on your program is the most important story of the week okay sorry hold on oh vicious

00:23:39.860 vicious dog she will take your ankles and the tops of your feet down you ever try to get close to bill 1.00

00:23:46.540 o'reilly you there bill yes i'm here all right the reason why you picked this story is why

00:23:53.980 the terror dog is so upset about andrew cuomo i know i know you know she just heard our discussion

00:24:02.080 and she's appalled because she lives in new york state too i know she's a taxpaying dog yeah yeah and 1.00

00:24:07.860 so she's here holly come in here and keep quiet we're gonna take care of governor cuomo don't worry

00:24:15.840 she's very very worried uh so anyway i want to i want your national audience and international

00:24:21.240 audience to understand the level of corruption in this country on the political on the political

00:24:26.600 side i mean it's just staggering and nobody reports it you know i read this in the new york times

00:24:34.180 you don't see any of this and the reason i can tell you this with certainty is as you pointed out

00:24:38.980 i've been covering new york for decades i know all these people and i know what's going on here

00:24:45.840 this is the best of the glenn beck program

00:24:50.680 so yesterday one of our own ali beth stuckey was talking about uh the uh olympics and laura hubbard

00:25:09.660 who's the guy who is competing on the women's olympic team and she wrote laura hubbard failing

00:25:17.060 at the event doesn't make his inclusion fair he's still a man and men shouldn't compete against women 1.00

00:25:23.120 in weightlifting well she was put into twitter jail because she was violating the rules against 0.90

00:25:29.360 hateful conduct uh promoting violence and threatening and harassing people basis of race or

00:25:35.200 ethnicity ethnicity of national origin sexual orientation gender gender identity blah blah blah

00:25:40.820 blah blah blah um well i uh i would like to challenge you because this is if you don't push back

00:25:51.740 now if you're not willing to speak the truth because of oh no twitter jail you're not going to speak

00:25:58.400 the truth and uh and ali does business and twitter is important to her and twitter is important to me

00:26:06.800 as a business person but not more important than the truth so i just tweeted two things and i invite you

00:26:12.640 to retweet them or tweet them yourself anyone who acts with hate and violence to lies or truth

00:26:19.620 i reject i stand with ali on laura hubbard hashtag laura hubbard biology is clear it isn't hate

00:26:28.200 it is science that states he is and always will be a man i will call him laura to be nice but

00:26:36.120 scientifically he's a man and i also tweeted because this is happening up in harvard with a professor

00:26:43.600 up there a guest lecturer carol hooven uh she refuses to uh say you know other genders she's like 1.00

00:26:51.580 you're a man or a woman i reject hate and violence and embrace kindness and the individual's right to be

00:26:57.100 who they are but i also stand with harvard's carol hooven biologically scientifically men are men women

00:27:04.360 are women and that's the biological reality hashtag follow the science uh i would love for you to 1.00

00:27:11.760 uh retweet these or just make them your own words and if you're afraid to go into twitter jail

00:27:19.600 imagine how afraid you will be when things really get tough and they're talking about real jail for

00:27:27.520 speaking the truth i invite you to do that today exercise your courage today ali is on with us now

00:27:36.060 hi ali how are you i'm doing well how are you glenn so are you surprised by this or did you see this

00:27:42.040 coming i was a little surprised because i've said stuff like this before this is an issue i care about

00:27:49.060 my goal is not to be purposely controversial it's certainly not to purposely offend anyone or hurt

00:27:54.260 anyone's feelings it's just a state of fact which i think is important uh when you are talking about

00:28:01.180 the fairness the protection and safety and the rights of girls and women and that's something

00:28:05.760 that's really important to me well i think it's you know i i've said this story a million times but it

00:28:11.500 it is so true i talked to one of the righteous among the nations one of the women who saved over a hundred

00:28:17.220 jews and she told me basically you cannot participate in the lie you you you don't suddenly become a 1.00

00:28:26.480 superhero you just refuse to participate in any of the lies and they are moving us closer and closer to

00:28:36.540 the to the edge every time we refuse to say no that's not true i don't hate you i'm not gonna fight

00:28:43.480 you um but it's not true exactly exactly and i think that conservatives obviously we have a hard

00:28:50.740 time with this because people on the other side are controlling all these major institutions and

00:28:55.700 while it's not being put in actual jail yet that we have to worry about some people do depend on

00:29:01.920 outlets like twitter to make money to get their voice out there so i understand absolutely the fear

00:29:08.000 maybe a few years ago i would have said you know pull back on some of your speech but i just think

00:29:13.040 that we are in such um an important moment right now uh that courage is maybe more necessary than

00:29:20.860 it's been in a really long time in the united states and just saying that which is objectively true

00:29:26.840 i mean you think of people who uh went to war all throughout our history for for whatever reason

00:29:33.960 they went to war they lost a limb they can't walk they lost their mind they lost their life

00:29:39.320 whatever it is the blood and sacrifice that all of those people made and we're too cowardice to

00:29:46.120 actually speak biological scientific truth wow what a waste of lives right and it's little things

00:29:56.540 that i think that we acquiesce on that we think you know aren't that big of a deal like you said

00:30:01.940 you know calling someone by the name that they now have that's that's fine but i as as long as i

00:30:09.560 can and as much as i can when appropriate i am going to use the pronouns that correspond with someone's

00:30:17.500 biological sex i don't do that to be hateful at all i i don't want to be controversial in that

00:30:23.600 respect but if i am committed to not living by lies if i am committed to speaking that which is true

00:30:30.120 and not giving into the absurdity then i do have to be careful about the things i say and making

00:30:35.700 sure that i'm in alignment uh in alignment with that which is true see i've always i've always

00:30:42.820 referred to bruce jenner as a caitlin jenner and to his to his face i would be saying you know i don't

00:30:52.400 the idea that bruce jenner a hero of mine growing up um it was living in this oh my gosh this dystopian

00:31:02.460 view in life that he had that miserable if this is what makes him happy i'm fine i'm not going to

00:31:11.120 participate in it but you know i'd call you caitlin jenner and you know uh you know she and etc etc when

00:31:20.600 i'm there but if i if i having to tell my kids if i'm having to go to the hospital if i'm having to

00:31:26.760 talk about science no right it's a dude it's a dude is there a line there where we can we can be truly

00:31:36.000 kind and gracious and go the extra mile for people like like caitlin jenner without participating in

00:31:48.320 the lie yeah i think that you draw a really good line there obviously it's difficult and people

00:31:54.800 kind of have to make their own decisions but if our goal is to speak the truth in love which i think

00:31:59.760 it always should be that means that if i am talking to someone no matter how they identify i'm going to

00:32:05.400 go out of my way to be kind to them i'm not going to purposely make them uncomfortable but if that also

00:32:11.060 requires me to just say explicitly look i believe you're amazing the image of god and have incredible

00:32:16.620 value and that you know i want you to have a happy and whole life here's where i stand though on

00:32:22.960 biological sex and this is what i believe and i i'm not saying that to be hateful and i want to be

00:32:28.640 your friend and you know i consider you my neighbor that jesus calls me to love but look i i also believe

00:32:35.920 that biology matters that sex differences matter and maybe it's just being that explicit and that open

00:32:42.820 about what we believe um maybe that is the way that we can be both honest and loving so i think

00:32:50.940 that drawing the line too as you said between public and private um depending on the context that we're

00:32:57.060 in and depending on what we're talking about it how we're talking about it um i think that makes a

00:33:02.160 difference in kind of the language that you use surrounding this kind of transgender issue

00:33:07.480 ali bestucky thank you so much by the way you're out of twitter jail did you twitter jail i'm free

00:33:13.380 i'm a free woman okay did you did you have to retract your tweet well i had to they make you delete

00:33:21.560 the tweets that they say violated their rules in order to get back in now i've said basically the

00:33:27.940 same thing a thousand times in a different and you know in a thousand different ways um but those two

00:33:33.480 tweets they did make me delete in order to be able to tweet again so i don't know how long i'll last

00:33:39.980 on the app though because they said that i could be suspended forever if i keep if i keep saying uh

00:33:45.720 that biological fact your first tweet was good morning i'm out of twitter jail men are still men thank you

00:33:51.380 yeah yeah all right ali thank you very much i appreciate it god bless so again i just tweeted i i don't know

00:34:00.500 if i'll go to twitter jail did is anything what what was it that they said about her that uh it

00:34:06.980 violated the rules against hateful conduct you may not promote violence against threaten or harass other

00:34:13.660 people on the races of base ethnicity national origin sexual orientation gender gender identity

00:34:19.920 religious affiliation age disability or serious disease and her original post didn't do any of that

00:34:24.920 promoting violence no it's ridiculous so so what i just tweeted does that i mean that that states

00:34:33.920 clearly anyone who acts with hate and violence to lies or truth i reject i stand with ali on laura hubbard

00:34:41.540 biology is clear it isn't hate it is science that states he still is and always will be a man

00:34:47.740 i will call him laura to be nice but scientifically he's a man uh i reject uh i reject hate and violence

00:34:56.180 and embrace kindness and the individual's right to be who they are i also stand with harvard's carol

00:35:03.180 hooven biologically scientifically men are men women are women that's the biological reality hashtag 1.00

00:35:09.840 follow the science two tweets do i make it through the day why the hatred yeah and there's no hatred and

00:35:16.660 i'm not trying to be controversial i don't think you do i i i urge you to go look at my tweet you don't

00:35:21.900 have to retweet mine go look at your tweet go to your tweet look at mine and copy it verbatim and you say

00:35:29.660 it i mean it is time to push back and it is time to stand when the science is clearly on your side

00:35:41.540 isn't that the best way to push back isn't that the time to push back always told every single day

00:35:49.280 we follow the science we follow the science we follow the science well we're following the science

00:35:54.600 solid following the science and no problem just don't like this island the science anymore correct

00:35:59.360 you don't like it correct and you know the same with the science of of uh covid yeah if you

00:36:07.500 have not had covid and you had a vaccine i had covid studies show that i am i have stronger antibodies

00:36:18.980 against covid than you do that's a scientific fact why i can't say that i don't know but it's a

00:36:29.380 scientific fact you know you get you get a vaccine and you're gonna be safe from covid no science is

00:36:41.020 showing now that about 35 percent of those who had the vaccine or have the vaccine are getting covid

00:36:50.000 again okay all right well that doesn't make the vaccine um you know bad it doesn't make it you know

00:37:00.440 completely worthless it's just a fact

00:37:03.340 you
