The Glenn Beck Program - Best of The Program ｜ Guests： Donald Trump Jr. & Christian Walker ｜ 8⧸20⧸20

00:00:00.000 Hello, podcasters. It's your radio hero, the Stubergear, and me, his faithful sidekick, Glenn Beck.

00:00:08.920 We're glad that you're joining us today. We've got a great podcast for you.

00:00:13.340 We have Donald Trump Jr. on with us today.

00:00:16.680 Yeah, that's a pretty big one.

00:00:18.440 You know, he's going to talk about the fabulous convention going on.

00:00:23.240 He was really impressed by it, I think. That was my impression.

00:00:26.280 So when I asked him about, you know, so what did your dad learn so you don't repeat the mistakes?

00:00:30.860 His answer was pretty much, well, I mean, you expect it to be bad from the GOP.

00:00:36.880 You don't expect it to be bad from the left.

00:00:39.620 Yeah, that was kind of what he said.

00:00:42.060 I don't think that's what he meant, but that's, I think, what he said.

00:00:45.660 So we have just a quick recap on the convention.

00:00:49.360 We have Herschel Walker's son on with us today.

00:00:52.040 He's a fascinating, fascinating kid.

00:00:54.400 Also, we talk about Goodyear and the nightmare that is this Goodyear scandal, if you will.

00:01:02.500 Yeah, breaking news with audio on that from inside one of the sessions, apparently.

00:01:07.960 Not positive.

00:01:08.880 And one of the young Republican women that has just won her primary in Florida, Anna Paulina Luna.

00:01:15.880 What is the GOP missing?

00:01:18.600 Why are these brand new, fresh-faced, young, a lot of them women candidates winning in the primaries? 1.00

00:01:27.860 What is the message we need to learn?

00:01:30.700 All that and more on today's podcast.

00:01:32.860 You're listening to The Best of the Glenn Beck Program.

00:01:47.120 Man needs no introduction.

00:01:49.680 Donald Trump Jr. is joining us now.

00:01:53.240 Don, how are you?

00:01:54.760 I'm doing well.

00:01:55.620 I also need no interruption.

00:01:57.100 If you give me the mic, I'll just go for hours.

00:01:58.660 That's right.

00:01:59.400 Okay.

00:02:00.440 So, Don, tell us, first of all, you watching this convention with your family, with your dad, you're watching it separately?

00:02:09.060 No, I've been watching it alone.

00:02:10.560 I'm in New York, and my father's in D.C., but I've been trying to watch it.

00:02:14.780 It's not easy to get through.

00:02:15.840 Oh, my gosh.

00:02:17.420 It's painfully boring.

00:02:18.880 And this is from the party that owns Hollywood.

00:02:21.660 They have all these directors involved, and this is the best they can come up with.

00:02:25.060 It's almost like, ever since Harvey Weinstein went to prison, the Democrats have lost their flair.

00:02:33.000 I will tell you, it's making a lot of conservatives very nervous, because if this is the best they can do, oh, my gosh, what are the Republicans going to do?

00:02:44.480 What is your debt?

00:02:45.180 Yeah, but it's different.

00:02:46.380 I think you expect, you know, again, you expect that artsy nonsense from the Democrats. 0.99

00:02:51.780 Instead, you're seeing, you know, hateful drivel, long, boring speeches, you know, hypocrisy that knows no bounds. 0.98

00:02:59.300 I mean, you talk about, you know, Obama, you know, Bill Clinton talking about the sanctity of the Oval Office. 0.98

00:03:06.020 Oh, my gosh.

00:03:06.460 You know, Obama talking about enriching themselves from public office.

00:03:10.200 I mean, Obama went in as a community organizer.

00:03:12.380 He's buying a $20 million home in Martha's Vineyard.

00:03:15.460 Please spare me.

00:03:17.100 I know.

00:03:17.620 Spare me the nonsense.

00:03:18.820 Yeah.

00:03:19.200 It's sort of amazing.

00:03:20.440 So I hesitate to even bring this up because your dad just might do it.

00:03:26.500 But I think your dad would beat the ratings of the Democratic convention tonight just online if he just live streamed and just off the hip just commented all the way through.

00:03:38.200 I think more people would watch that than are watching the actual convention.

00:03:43.980 Well, 100 percent.

00:03:44.760 I actually said something similar during the Democrat debates.

00:03:47.260 Be like, we should just set up a fundraiser, which is just a live stream of DJT watching the Democrat debates and commenting in the way that really only he can.

00:03:55.860 Yeah.

00:03:56.140 It would be truly special.

00:03:57.520 So that brings me to your dad being kind of handicapped here because of covid.

00:04:04.660 I saw your dad speak at I think it was CPAC.

00:04:08.580 And when you watch him live, it is a totally different experience than seeing that live speech on television.

00:04:18.240 You see him live.

00:04:19.720 You understand him much more.

00:04:22.460 He listens and he learns from the audience.

00:04:26.720 And it's it's a remarkable thing.

00:04:29.620 He is really, truly remarkable live.

00:04:32.020 That is his strength.

00:04:34.080 Now with covid, you don't you don't you don't have the opportunity for him to play at his strength.

00:04:41.140 And I think that's part of the deal here to handicap him.

00:04:45.040 How is he going to maneuver around this so he can use his strength?

00:04:53.160 Well, I think you're 100 percent right in many senses.

00:04:56.740 I think there's definitely a political element of this.

00:04:59.480 The Democrats are loving that you've never seen a political campaign like Joe Biden's where they're actually thrilled that they can have an excuse to not put their candidate in front of the American people who would be voting for him.

00:05:11.640 And, you know, that's literally never been done in political history.

00:05:15.080 You know, Donald Trump, that's his polling when he's speaking to a crowd of twenty five thousand.

00:05:19.460 You know, he sees what they're into.

00:05:20.960 He sees their reaction.

00:05:22.320 He doesn't go to a pollster where, you know, as you've seen, they haven't been right about much in the last few years.

00:05:27.080 You know, he gets that directly from the American people.

00:05:29.720 So they're trying to cut that out.

00:05:30.860 I think the difference now, I think it would have been much more problematic if this had happened in 2016, because now the American people see it.

00:05:38.640 But more importantly, Donald Trump made promises to the American people in 2016.

00:05:42.540 And unlike most of our politicians, since we're accustomed to promises, Donald Trump's actually delivered.

00:05:49.000 I mean, I could understand, you know, if you're pro-life, you know, I could understand being skeptical of sort of the New York City brash billionaire.

00:05:57.360 Like, is this guy going to really fight for pro-life?

00:05:59.560 Like, if you're pro-religious liberty, if you're pro-2A, if whatever it may be, the reality is Donald Trump's been as strong on those issues, if not stronger, than any president in modern American history.

00:06:10.680 So now for conservatives, they see that.

00:06:13.180 More importantly, for everyone else, they also see that a president came in with no experience, no Washington ties, was able to get to the greatest economic numbers our country has ever seen.

00:06:24.200 Most number of new startup business, lowest unemployment for every demographic and every minority, you know, your 401Ks through the roof.

00:06:32.500 Even in a global pandemic, the numbers are still better than many of the ones under the Obama administration.

00:06:38.060 So, you know, I always say, if Joe Biden, like, if he knew how to fix anything, why didn't he tell Obama?

00:06:44.140 Why didn't he do it?

00:06:45.240 Why did he wait 50 years as a Washington, D.C. swamp creature, half a century, Glenn, to now?

00:06:51.140 Oh, now he's going to deliver?

00:06:52.700 I'd ask you this.

00:06:53.980 Name a single Joe Biden accomplishment that was good for America.

00:06:57.540 His accomplishments are he built up China.

00:06:59.660 He pushed for them to be in the World Trade Organization.

00:07:01.700 They grew their economy from one that was the size of the Netherlands to the behemoth it is today because of people like Joe Biden pushing for it.

00:07:09.380 But, like, other than for China, name a single Joe Biden accomplishment.

00:07:13.500 And now we are to believe that this guy is going to fix America coming out of a pandemic brought to us by a country that he spent the last half a century building? 0.99

00:07:22.940 It's asinine. 0.99

00:07:23.960 And I think people see it. 0.99

00:07:25.440 And it's not only that.

00:07:26.720 I don't think he's really making the policies.

00:07:30.020 I mean, I and I don't mean this with any kind of glee or anything else.

00:07:34.400 I want to ask you it this this way.

00:07:38.740 If your father at any time became as addled as I think Joe Biden is, wouldn't your family gather around and say, hey, dad, dad, stop?

00:07:51.860 You don't.

00:07:52.660 Correct.

00:07:53.100 Let's not let's not wreck here.

00:07:54.600 100 percent.

00:07:55.280 Right.

00:07:55.900 100 percent.

00:07:56.740 It's it's grotesque family is, you know, Hunter Biden's taken one point five billion from the Chinese government.

00:08:03.040 Now, was he invested?

00:08:04.340 No, not really.

00:08:04.980 He never did that.

00:08:05.600 But, you know, the brothers making, you know, multimillion dollars from getting housing contracts in Iraq.

00:08:10.300 Minor detail.

00:08:10.900 He's never built a home.

00:08:12.300 You know, I actually literally wrote a book about it.

00:08:14.560 I mean, it's coming out first week of September called Liberal Privilege, because that's the kind of stuff that's going on.

00:08:20.560 So if their entire family's livelihood wasn't dependent on Joe Biden's taxpayer funded office, you know,

00:08:26.740 they would have the decency to do it.

00:08:28.880 And again, I don't mean to make light of dementia or any sort of.

00:08:33.600 Correct.

00:08:34.060 By the way, I think he could be a great grandfather, maybe a great guy.

00:08:38.320 But like, are we really going to trust the nuclear football?

00:08:41.220 Are you really going to trust your children and your grandchildren's futures on this guy?

00:08:47.600 Why? Because we want to be sensitive and kowtow around the issue of mental decline.

00:08:51.780 I mean, I get that it's a sensitive thing for many people, but that doesn't mean you should be like, yeah, you know, it's sensitive.

00:08:58.300 I want to be right about this.

00:08:59.580 So let's just give him the presidency.

00:09:01.280 I mean, it's it's sort of insane.

00:09:03.480 Right. It's very insane.

00:09:05.380 And I think your your dad's going to have a minefield to be able to point that out without having everybody pounce and say, look how mean he is.

00:09:16.520 But it has to be pointed out in the debates.

00:09:19.560 It it has to be made clear.

00:09:22.360 He's he's not there.

00:09:24.420 He's just not there.

00:09:25.520 Listen, Glenn, if Donald Trump made one of the daily Joe Biden type errors, you know, forgetting where he is.

00:09:33.540 Confusing his wife from his sister, you know, not being able to speak to a group of five or six people.

00:09:39.540 And now if you're a 50 year Washington, D.C. politician, you can't speak to a group of five people without a teleprompter.

00:09:45.000 And even with the teleprompter, you screw it up.

00:09:46.840 It's a problem.

00:09:47.400 If Donald Trump did one of those things, you would have every television psychologist in America on TV immediately saying he's in the later stages of Alzheimer's and dimensions combined.

00:09:58.500 I've never seen anything like this.

00:10:00.260 It's terrible.

00:10:00.820 The 25th Amendment with Joe Biden.

00:10:02.860 They're like nothing to see here.

00:10:03.920 And it's because the media can push Joe Biden as the moderate.

00:10:07.720 They could try to sell to the American.

00:10:09.260 Look, it's moderate Joe from Scranton.

00:10:11.020 You know, they don't talk about the fact that he left Scranton at seven.

00:10:13.900 They don't talk about the fact that he was an elected Washington, D.C.

00:10:16.780 The official since his 20s and has done nothing else.

00:10:19.220 He's not blue collar Joe, but they can try to sell that image to the American people while you have people like Kamala Harris with the most liberal voting record in the Senate, even left of Bernie in there.

00:10:29.640 While you have the Biden Sanders joint unity platform, the Biden Bernie Sanders joint unity platform on Joe Biden's Web site.

00:10:37.680 So when I say that he's a radical and all of it, no, he's not.

00:10:40.340 He's a moderate.

00:10:40.880 I'm like, you're not a moderate.

00:10:42.400 If you have the Biden Bernie Sanders joint unity platform on your Web site, four trillion in taxes.

00:10:47.940 So you, the American people, can have the privilege of paying for free health care and education for illegals. 1.00

00:10:53.580 Now, you don't have the privilege of getting that for yourself, but you can pay for it for others.

00:10:58.640 I mean, this is insanity.

00:11:00.660 And so Joe is the perfect sort of puppet for the left.

00:11:03.700 You know, the real darling of this thing is Kamala Harris for the media. 1.00

00:11:07.180 That's who they always wanted.

00:11:08.680 And that's basically who they'll get.

00:11:10.380 If Joe Biden's the president, he's not going to be the guy to do it.

00:11:13.680 I know we have such little time left.

00:11:16.680 I know you have to get to your your uncle's funeral today.

00:11:19.100 And I'm I'm I'm so sorry for what happened over the weekend, the way that was handled by so many.

00:11:24.900 It's it's really despicable.

00:11:26.780 I don't know who we've turned into.

00:11:29.080 But let me just ask you a couple of questions on the election.

00:11:32.540 I don't know how you just don't lose your mind between the Russia hoax and then the Ukraine phone call.

00:11:40.380 And now the post office hoax and all of these things.

00:11:45.840 It's what they're doing.

00:11:47.880 It's what they're doing.

00:11:49.120 They're self-diagnosing every time, you know, there's something going on in Ukraine.

00:11:52.480 Yep.

00:11:52.740 There is something you're doing it in Ukraine.

00:11:55.660 You know, there's somebody trying to steal the election.

00:11:58.040 Yep.

00:11:58.400 You're trying to steal the election.

00:12:00.860 What can you what is the what is the president going to do?

00:12:05.160 Because if he doesn't win in a landslide, they're going to tear this country apart.

00:12:11.460 How can he assure how can doing it anyway?

00:12:15.160 I know.

00:12:15.580 I know.

00:12:15.900 I know.

00:12:16.000 I know.

00:12:16.020 Doing it anyway.

00:12:16.820 No, no, no.

00:12:17.280 They're unifiers.

00:12:18.360 No, no, no.

00:12:19.060 We learned last night.

00:12:19.820 They're unifiers. 0.98

00:12:21.320 Well, they're unifiers if you agree with 100% of every ridiculous thing.

00:12:26.220 Now, if you veer off a little bit, like if you're like, OK, I agree with you 99%, but

00:12:31.000 I want it.

00:12:31.460 I like my Second Amendment.

00:12:32.960 Your persona non grata.

00:12:34.140 You're canceled.

00:12:34.760 They'll destroy your business.

00:12:35.900 They'll cut you off.

00:12:37.520 You know, it's over.

00:12:38.860 So, you know, it's interesting.

00:12:40.320 You brought up sort of all the hoaxes that continue.

00:12:42.560 And you even see the post office hoaxes that do the latest outrage.

00:12:46.440 It's crazy. 0.89

00:12:46.920 And it's nonsense.

00:12:47.380 He literally is on the record saying, hey, I'll fund the post office, but I want to do

00:12:50.400 that while simultaneously funding the American people.

00:12:53.240 Unlike Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats who literally, they want millions of dollars for

00:12:57.500 the Kennedy Center for the Arts.

00:12:59.300 Now, hey, I'm sure the Kennedy Center for the Arts is wonderful, but at a time like this

00:13:03.320 when Americans have lost jobs, where businesses were struggling, like, how about we give the

00:13:07.440 American taxpayer money back their money?

00:13:09.780 The other problem with all of the hoaxes is that it actually only makes Donald Trump's

00:13:15.460 accomplishments all that much more significant.

00:13:18.220 Think about it.

00:13:19.000 The economic accomplishments, the geopolitical accomplishments, getting a peace deal done

00:13:23.700 in the Middle East.

00:13:24.740 But while he's spent three years trying to throw me in jail, they pushed that he was an

00:13:30.820 agent of Russia somehow.

00:13:32.720 They continue to do that to this day, Glenn.

00:13:35.000 You have the impeachment hoax.

00:13:37.000 You have all of these lies.

00:13:38.580 And he was still, despite more incoming fire than any president has ever taken, he was

00:13:46.020 still able to deliver for the American people.

00:13:48.680 Now, imagine what we could do if we had the House.

00:13:51.360 We get the House back.

00:13:52.560 We had it once, but we had weak leadership in the House.

00:13:54.720 They weren't going to push for any of these plans because, you know, they were more concerned

00:13:57.980 about some liberal in Washington, D.C.

00:14:00.460 writing a mean article about him.

00:14:01.900 That was going to happen anyway.

00:14:02.880 So this time around, you could do it.

00:14:05.820 But I mean, to me, the incoming that he took makes his accomplishments that much more important.

00:14:12.560 I want to I want to respect your time.

00:14:14.040 I would just urge that you please look into a way to keep accounts on high tech.

00:14:24.140 They're going to sway the election and they're already doing it.

00:14:28.080 And, you know, there's 100 percent.

00:14:29.740 Listen, this has been an issue that has been one that's really important to me.

00:14:33.560 I've been probably one of the most vocal conservatives on the issue.

00:14:36.640 I've been doing it for three years.

00:14:37.760 I mean, you know, I was canceled two weeks ago off of Twitter.

00:14:41.000 I was thrown off Instagram a few times.

00:14:42.640 They censored my post even when they're 100 percent accurate in the general, you know,

00:14:47.000 theme of the things.

00:14:48.400 The social media censorship has been a disaster for conservatives.

00:14:51.380 And honestly, unfortunately, not a lot of Republicans have even been aware of it.

00:14:55.540 So guys like me started bringing it up because they do that.

00:14:57.920 Oh, no, it's free market.

00:14:58.980 Oh, I know not free market when you get liability protections from the U.S.

00:15:02.280 government.

00:15:02.780 Amen.

00:15:02.920 But then you're acting as a publisher, deciding who's getting to do what and when.

00:15:06.640 You notice you've never heard of a single left wing organization, regardless of how radical,

00:15:11.280 who's been thrown off a social media platform.

00:15:13.280 But everyone can name 50 conservatives who've been thrown off, censored, demonetized, de-platformed,

00:15:19.220 or just outright thrown off the platforms.

00:15:21.420 So it's a scary thing.

00:15:23.400 Please.

00:15:23.840 They're definitely putting their hands on the scale of this election.

00:15:26.120 Please look into Dr. Robert Epstein's work up in Boston.

00:15:31.100 He is, for $10 million, he can monitor what's happening that will be immediately erased.

00:15:40.020 It's ephemeral stuff.

00:15:42.320 And he's got it down.

00:15:44.340 He just needs some support.

00:15:46.460 So look into that if you can.

00:15:48.380 One last thing.

00:15:49.700 Deep state.

00:15:50.840 Are we going to see people go to jail for what happened with the impeachment and Ukraine stuff?

00:15:57.740 I sure hope so.

00:15:59.100 I mean, God knows I was one of the, you know, other than my father, I was probably the number

00:16:02.760 two target of their hoax.

00:16:04.940 You know, so I hope so.

00:16:06.140 And, you know, if it's taking a long time, I hope it's because they're getting their ducks 0.72

00:16:09.360 in a row to do it right.

00:16:10.580 You know, but, you know, if you didn't believe in the deep state in 2016, I'd forgive you. 1.00

00:16:15.060 If you don't believe in it now, you're an idiot. 1.00

00:16:16.900 And so, you know, we do have to combat these kind of atrocities because, by the way, this 1.00

00:16:21.100 should be a partisan issue.

00:16:22.140 It's not because they can manipulate it against Donald Trump.

00:16:24.400 But like no American, regardless of your political affiliation, should want or think

00:16:29.740 that this could ever happen again to any president, to any president.

00:16:34.800 What happened was an absolute disgrace.

00:16:37.580 And too many people in Washington, D.C. are more concerned about preserving the institutions

00:16:43.440 of government rather than the Constitution itself.

00:16:47.080 And that should scare all of us because you see that.

00:16:49.100 Honestly, you see it a lot from people on the right.

00:16:51.400 Oh, you know, well, I've known him for a long time.

00:16:54.100 He's my buddy, so I'm not going to do anything.

00:16:55.640 I'm like, your buddy, you know, literally, he was involved in the first non-peaceful transition

00:17:02.000 of power in 240 plus years.

00:17:05.120 And you're going to give him a pass because you've known him.

00:17:08.540 That's pretty sad.

00:17:09.900 You know, the FBI corruption at the top.

00:17:11.840 And again, I want to make the distinction between the door kickers, the guys on the

00:17:14.860 ground who come up to me all the time.

00:17:17.040 I mean, I'm a competitive shooter.

00:17:18.160 I sort of go in those circles.

00:17:20.020 I mean, they come up to me just they literally apologize for the disgrace of what's happened

00:17:24.360 to leadership at the FBI for those sorts of things to happen.

00:17:28.180 You know, the media makes Comey his daughter, their darling.

00:17:31.040 I mean, the guy's the most sanctimonious joker I've ever seen in my life.

00:17:35.280 It's almost embarrassing that this guy could actually ascend to the top of the FBI.

00:17:39.640 But that's because, again, to get anywhere in D.C., you have to become a bureaucrat.

00:17:43.860 You have to sell out yourself.

00:17:45.340 You have to be one of them.

00:17:47.160 And that's scary.

00:17:48.260 And it needs to stop.

00:17:49.640 Donald Trump, Jr., thank you so much for being on the program.

00:17:52.060 Appreciate everything you and your family have gone through in our name.

00:17:57.000 Thank you for that.

00:17:58.620 And congratulations on the Middle East.

00:18:00.640 It is an unbelievable accomplishment.

00:18:03.680 Thanks so much.

00:18:04.240 We'll talk about it.

00:18:04.640 Thank you very much.

00:18:05.280 You bet.

00:18:05.560 Bye-bye.

00:18:06.180 Donald Trump, Jr.

00:18:07.840 The best of the Glenn Beck Program.

00:18:17.180 If you are ready for some really great news, keep listening.

00:18:21.840 Built Bar is back, and it is unbelievable.

00:18:25.040 If you've been listening to my show this year, I love Built Bars.

00:18:28.720 It's an all-American story.

00:18:29.960 This is a client I asked to be on the show because I didn't listen to my wife again. 1.00

00:18:33.000 And she's been telling me about it, but it has a protein bar on it, and those always taste like a doormat.

00:18:38.840 This is unbelievable.

00:18:40.880 The mint brownie flavor?

00:18:42.500 Oh, yes, baby.

00:18:43.380 It is life-changing.

00:18:44.940 The new bars taste better than ever.

00:18:47.240 In addition to the 12 original flavors, Built Bar just added cookies and cream, carrot cake, caramel brownie, lemon almond cheesecake, apple almond crisp.

00:18:55.840 I mean, it's great.

00:18:58.440 Built Bar, delicious, nutritious, high-protein, low-calorie, high-fiber, low-carbs, 100% real chocolate, and 100% really good.

00:19:07.360 Plus, they've reset the code for this new launch.

00:19:14.660 Promo code Beck, BuiltBar.com.

00:19:17.400 Christian, are you there?

00:19:19.500 Hi, Mr. Glenn.

00:19:20.700 How are you?

00:19:21.420 I'm very good.

00:19:22.500 I'm very good.

00:19:23.740 I think that's what your dad called me, too.

00:19:26.320 The opposite of O'Reilly.

00:19:27.880 Beck and Mr. Glenn.

00:19:30.300 So, Christian, you're out in L.A., and you were going to go to UCLA, and now you're talking about coming home.

00:19:42.820 Why?

00:19:44.560 So, I started speaking out about a month ago when the riot started.

00:19:48.040 I was on the roof of my building in L.A., and I was overlooking the city.

00:19:52.340 We had eight helicopters in the air.

00:19:54.640 There were 12 police cars on fire, and all anyone had to say about it was, let me go post a black square on Instagram. 0.95

00:20:01.520 There was no truth.

00:20:02.600 It was just deception.

00:20:04.640 And so, it's been really heartbreaking being in this city that I love so much.

00:20:08.820 So, I am thinking about coming home.

00:20:11.420 Are you getting much pushback?

00:20:16.720 Because I've seen a couple of your videos.

00:20:19.280 In fact, I have a 30-second clip here of you're not a racist video.

00:20:23.520 Listen to this.

00:20:24.780 You're not a racist.

00:20:25.960 You're not.

00:20:26.680 You're not a racist when you say you don't see color.

00:20:29.080 This idea that if we run around all day talking about celebrating people's color, racism will go away is deranged.

00:20:35.420 Stop talking about it.

00:20:37.160 As long as BLM is running around terrorizing white people for things they didn't even do, racism ain't going away. 0.51

00:20:43.560 It's going up. 1.00

00:20:45.240 Stop allowing blue-haired white liberals with mental health problems tell you who you are. 1.00

00:20:49.860 You know you're not a racist. 1.00

00:20:51.360 Stop accepting it.

00:20:52.820 You're not a white supremacist when you call the cops on someone who looks threatening.

00:20:56.400 If you feel threatened, call the cops.

00:21:00.520 You had another video out that just talked about the stats and you combated Black Lives Matter. 1.00

00:21:10.080 And it was really powerful.

00:21:13.480 What is the reaction you're getting from people out in L.A.?

00:21:19.620 Well, what I've noticed is people don't want to hear truth.

00:21:22.780 They want to believe whatever lie they're choosing to believe. 0.85

00:21:25.240 They want to believe that police are killing Black people at such a high rate when it's simply not the truth. 0.97

00:21:30.780 The main issues affecting Black America are father absent, are Black-on-Black crime. 0.98

00:21:36.320 But they don't want to hear the statistics.

00:21:38.180 So that's what I hear a lot.

00:21:39.380 It's just a lot of cuss words.

00:21:40.860 It's a lot of character smearing.

00:21:44.540 Yeah, yeah.

00:21:45.140 So what are your peers saying?

00:21:49.720 I mean, have they just bought into this and there is no way?

00:21:55.140 Or is there any light at the end of the tunnel that people are waking up to this?

00:22:00.840 Well, I've noticed there's such a young conservative base and there's such a young conservative group on social media that just feels stifled because politics and pop culture have merged together.

00:22:12.400 So everyone feels forced into posting a Black Lives Matter square, forced into posting a Black Lives Matter petition.

00:22:18.880 So they need a strong voice.

00:22:21.160 They need young voices that are willing to take some of the heat.

00:22:24.360 So I'm glad I kind of get to lead that movement.

00:22:26.960 And I've noticed a lot of people are starting to speak up now after I have.

00:22:31.300 So tell me what you thought about the DNC and, you know, what are the highlights or the lowlights this week?

00:22:42.080 And do you know anybody who's even watching it?

00:22:45.200 I just know a bunch of conservatives who are watching to get nervous about what happens if our great President Trump doesn't get reelected.

00:22:51.300 But some of the highlights last night when they were talking about climate change, but refused to address Antifa and Black Lives Matter going around lighting federal buildings on fire. 0.75

00:23:04.000 I'm sure that's not good for the climate.

00:23:09.500 Or this praise for Kamala being a Black woman, being a woman, being all these different things.

00:23:16.560 And this is what the left does.

00:23:17.740 They uplift minorities.

00:23:20.100 And then anytime you go to criticize them, they say, you can't criticize them.

00:23:24.780 You're being misogynistic.

00:23:25.900 You can't criticize them.

00:23:26.940 You're being a racist.

00:23:27.980 No.

00:23:28.500 Equality means we can all criticize each other equally.

00:23:31.200 We don't like Kamala's policies. 0.99

00:23:33.220 That's why we're criticizing her. 1.00

00:23:37.620 Michelle Obama.

00:23:40.020 How do you feel about Michelle Obama?

00:23:41.820 Because a lot of people feel the same way about Michelle Obama as they do about Kamala, that that I don't know, I can relate to her.

00:23:50.260 She seems nice.

00:23:52.740 You know, how do you how do you relate to her?

00:23:56.840 Well, I read a quote yesterday by Thomas Sowell.

00:23:59.960 He's a really famous black economist.

00:24:01.640 But of course, black America doesn't know about them because they uplift drug dealing rappers instead of people who are educated. 0.80

00:24:08.640 But he said something like the Obamas are really great if you don't know anything about policy.

00:24:16.320 If you know about policy, if you know about what they've done, then you see all the lies.

00:24:21.880 So when Michelle Obama talks after knowing what they did during their presidency about how they the policies that they implemented, the neoliberal policies that destroyed middle America, it's just it's offensive to come be lectured by someone like her.

00:24:36.180 You know, I've been saying, Christian, this week that I think this shows what the DNC actually how they actually view the voter that is out in the rest of America, because they're saying things and doing things that they're standing against with their policies.

00:24:59.340 They're saying, you know, you know, we're for law and order, yada, yada, yada.

00:25:04.040 No, no, no, no.

00:25:05.060 You can't be for Antifa and and and cutting the police force and BLM and BLM and be for law and order.

00:25:13.680 They say that they're for, you know, a restoration of America's constitution and our and our rights and our principles.

00:25:20.300 That's the exact opposite.

00:25:23.040 It's almost as if they just think the people who are voting and they may be right. 1.00

00:25:29.040 The people that are going to vote for a Democrat who are watching this thing are so stupid that they have never heard what's actually happening in Washington. 1.00

00:25:42.720 And that might be true. 1.00

00:25:44.660 What's your take? 1.00

00:25:45.540 Well, I think Democrats genuinely think American citizens are stupid. 1.00

00:25:51.180 If you look around the country, who has the most dangerous cities? 1.00

00:25:54.760 It's Democrat cities.

00:25:56.440 I said last night they're really not a pro-America party.

00:25:59.580 They're an anti-Trump party.

00:26:01.360 Anything to take Trump out of office, anything to undermine his presidency.

00:26:06.920 I mean, another highlight from last night was Elizabeth Warren talking in the kindergarten classroom. 0.98

00:26:11.080 And you look behind her and there's kindergarten blocks that say BLM.

00:26:15.540 Yeah, no, that's that doesn't equal law and order.

00:26:18.800 BLM's been running around burning buildings down and beating up American citizens. 1.00

00:26:23.080 That's not.

00:26:24.180 But the media is so against us that people really believe everyone's just a peaceful protester.

00:26:28.640 It's not the truth.

00:26:29.500 I, you know, I don't know if you really remember the Tea Party.

00:26:34.440 It was happening when you were pretty young.

00:26:35.960 But I was I was part of that movement and I saw millions of Americans, total grassroots.

00:26:43.200 And we were snubbed and called names every every time, every day.

00:26:49.280 Everything we did was radical, destructive, anti-American, yada, yada.

00:26:53.920 And we were just trying to get the Constitution to rule supreme again.

00:26:59.460 That's all we wanted.

00:27:01.040 What's amazing to me is in three weeks of BLM, all of a sudden the NBA is is repainting the floors.

00:27:10.680 The NFL is completely bowing down.

00:27:16.160 I've never seen any grassroots movement.

00:27:20.180 Have that kind of control.

00:27:23.360 And now in our schools, it's it's clearly a business.

00:27:28.340 It's clearly not grassroots.

00:27:32.120 Well, one thing I like to always point out to everyone is the Democrats are the Democrats are the party of mobs.

00:27:38.600 One of the most famous ones was the KKK. 0.88

00:27:41.640 Hate to say it. 0.83

00:27:42.840 BLM is just the KKK in blackface. 1.00

00:27:45.040 It's the new KKK. 0.98

00:27:47.040 They go around destroying things.

00:27:48.740 They destroy people's businesses.

00:27:50.140 They put Americans lives at risk.

00:27:52.280 They kill police officers. 0.81

00:27:53.860 This is a radical domestic terrorist organization. 0.90

00:27:56.640 So to have sports teams and companies kneel down and worship this org as if they are doing something great for black America or doing something great for the country is offensive. 0.75

00:28:07.860 And it's almost treasonous, I would say.

00:28:10.700 Your your dad is remarkable.

00:28:14.720 Absolutely remarkable.

00:28:17.500 How much of a role did he play in your life and and who you've become?

00:28:23.780 Um, it's been always really nice to have a role model and be able to look up to him and look up to his accomplishments.

00:28:33.560 Luckily, he really never pressured me into anything.

00:28:36.060 He let me kind of become myself.

00:28:38.000 He let me do my own research on things.

00:28:39.920 So that's been another cool aspect.

00:28:41.780 But it's always nice to have someone to lean on.

00:28:44.620 Yeah.

00:28:45.200 Christian, we'll talk to you later.

00:28:46.600 And you'll be doing the podcast with me tonight.

00:28:49.940 Blaze subscribers will be able to see the podcast tonight and it will be available wherever you get your podcast on Saturday.

00:28:56.380 Christian Walker.

00:28:57.340 Thank you so much.

00:29:01.140 This is the best of the Glenn Beck program.

00:29:03.200 And don't forget, rate us on iTunes.

00:29:05.600 Yesterday, there was a slide that was being showed to employee training in a class for employees and it on this unbelievable slide.

00:29:25.900 It showed that you what was acceptable and what was not acceptable and the things that were not acceptable were blue lives matters.

00:29:37.280 T-shirts, hats, anything like that.

00:29:39.760 All lives matter.

00:29:41.540 Any MAGA attire.

00:29:44.640 Wow.

00:29:45.400 Now, politically affiliated slogans or material.

00:29:49.500 What was acceptable?

00:29:51.200 Black lives matter.

00:29:52.660 Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, pride, LGBT.

00:29:56.880 So you could wear anything you wanted with that.

00:29:59.680 But if you did anything, you know, pro cops or MAGA, you had they had zero tolerance.

00:30:08.120 OK.

00:30:08.560 You know, we can't lose Goodyear and we can't lose jobs at Goodyear.

00:30:16.960 But unless the employees stand up and the way to get the employees to stand up, I think because I'll bet you most of the employees disagree with this.

00:30:26.840 If we can't get the employees to to stand up at the beginning, then you got to apply pressure.

00:30:33.480 And I hate to say it, but if I were buying tires today, it wouldn't be a Goodyear.

00:30:38.560 Because they came out and said, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

00:30:42.040 The visual in question was not created or distributed by the Goodyear corporate.

00:30:47.220 And and it wasn't part of a diversity training class.

00:30:52.220 Uh huh.

00:30:53.860 OK.

00:30:54.340 So an oddly worded denial from the start.

00:30:58.400 Right.

00:30:59.280 Yeah.

00:30:59.680 So what if it wasn't a if it wasn't a part of a diversity training class?

00:31:04.920 In some ways, it's worse.

00:31:06.860 What was it?

00:31:07.640 What was it for?

00:31:08.720 Like you're just giving it to people on a normal day.

00:31:10.800 That's even worse.

00:31:11.480 At least people can tune out on your diversity training days.

00:31:13.860 So now let's play the audio.

00:31:16.960 And this is the audio from Goodyear.

00:31:20.760 Listen.

00:31:21.180 Pride on their face covering shirts or wristbands.

00:31:24.480 That will be deemed approved because it complies with zero tolerance.

00:31:30.100 Stop.

00:31:30.820 Stop.

00:31:31.160 Stop.

00:31:31.640 Let me let me give you the full statement.

00:31:34.800 Some people may wish to express their views on social justice or inequality or equity issues such as Black Lives Matter or LGBTQ pride on their face coverings.

00:31:48.700 That will be deemed approved because it applies with a zero tolerance stance.

00:31:57.280 However, go ahead.

00:31:59.660 The associate wears all blue White Lives Matter shirts or face coverings.

00:32:08.260 That will be not appropriate.

00:32:10.580 There's rules now around what you can wear.

00:32:13.560 Let's try to comply with these so that way everybody feels good in this factory.

00:32:18.660 I want to make sure, guys, think about what we do in this factory, right?

00:32:24.240 We all work together to make tires.

00:32:26.380 That's what we do.

00:32:27.220 That's what we get paid to do.

00:32:28.980 So let's continue to do that and do the right thing.

00:32:33.080 Keep this place what it's always been, a good place to work.

00:32:36.860 Well, you've lost that because you've caved in.

00:32:41.420 There's two things going on.

00:32:42.840 Let me finish what he said.

00:32:44.500 You can wear anything, Black Lives Matter, et cetera, et cetera.

00:32:46.980 However, any associate that wears all or blue or White Lives Matter shirts or face coverings,

00:32:54.440 that will not be appropriate.

00:32:56.860 Now, he references in there the zero tolerance policy,

00:33:00.760 which the only thing different in the zero tolerance policy slide than what he just said was what?

00:33:09.520 MAGA.

00:33:10.620 Well, oh, yeah, he didn't mention MAGA.

00:33:13.240 And he did mention White Lives Matter.

00:33:15.920 Was the White Lives Matter in the initial one?

00:33:17.500 I don't remember.

00:33:18.440 I don't think so.

00:33:20.760 Let me look.

00:33:21.340 Not a lot of people wearing White Lives Matter gear, by the way.

00:33:23.340 No, Blue Lives Matter, All Lives Matter, MAGA attire, politically affiliated slogans or material.

00:33:29.780 So it doesn't look good for Goodyear.

00:33:32.780 And, you know, Martin Luther King said, if you don't do boycotts, your movement doesn't have any teeth.

00:33:42.080 And, you know, everybody has to decide on their own what they're going to do.

00:33:46.800 But if I were buying tires today, I would make it very clear to Goodyear that I am intentionally not buying a Goodyear tire.

00:33:55.980 It's amazing, too, that these companies keep doing this.

00:33:59.560 It's like you have you realize that this is not a 90-10 sort of split you're talking about here.

00:34:08.200 Like, you know, you're MAGA gear.

00:34:10.700 However, half the country is going to vote for this guy, whether you like him or not.

00:34:14.800 You can't just eliminate, unless you're a partisan organization, right?

00:34:19.300 Like, if you're the Huffington Post, you can do all sorts of things to piss off conservatives because no one cares.

00:34:25.240 Goodyear tires.

00:34:27.080 Half your employees, or more than half your employees, probably, are going to vote for Donald Trump.

00:34:32.740 I know that doesn't make you happy, but, like, you have to be able to understand that you're a business.

00:34:37.440 You are not a political activist organization.

00:34:41.500 Everyone seems to want to be one.

00:34:43.340 I don't understand it.

00:34:44.220 That's the second message from this, I think.

00:34:46.840 I mean, here's this guy, and you can hear it in his voice.

00:34:48.940 He's like, come on, guys.

00:34:50.400 Let's just remember what we do here.

00:34:51.980 We make tires.

00:34:53.440 Right.

00:34:53.960 There's no passion behind it in this guy.

00:34:56.020 He's like, look, guys, can we just please just make the things that roll on the bottom of cars?

00:34:59.660 Right.

00:34:59.980 So he's basically defending this policy and making sure that everybody knows because he's forced to or they're forced to because they are giving in to the minority of Black Lives Matter. 0.90

00:35:17.520 That is going to that minority is going to get smaller and smaller and smaller as time goes on, because as more people see them for who they really are, it's going to become very unpopular.

00:35:29.620 But they are doing the same thing that the the dispassionate Nazis did. 0.63

00:35:36.060 The people who just ran a business or a store and they just wanted to be left alone.

00:35:40.360 They hung the Nazi flag in their store window and they did it only to say, Nazis, leave us alone.

00:35:48.200 Just leave us alone. 0.76

00:35:48.860 We're not going to be a problem.

00:35:49.720 We just we just want to make tires.

00:35:52.540 Leave us alone.

00:35:53.880 And that's what he's saying here. 0.97

00:35:55.920 However, he's expecting the white people. 0.56

00:36:01.280 He's expecting the police, the people who black and white that believe in the police. 0.82

00:36:06.780 He's expecting the people black and white that vote for Donald Trump.

00:36:11.580 He's expecting the people black and white that know that Black Lives Matter is a Marxist company.

00:36:19.680 And that wants the destruction of the traditional family and the Western way of life.

00:36:25.020 He's expecting those people just to go along with it.

00:36:28.400 And that's where he's playing.

00:36:29.360 Please, guys, can we just can we just all know that this is just a bunch of vocal minority here that we're just.

00:36:37.200 Placating so we can get back to business.

00:36:39.380 That's what he's saying.

00:36:40.540 If he would have said that, it would have fit perfectly with his tone.

00:36:43.880 You know, his tone is like, look, you know, we want everyone to be happy.

00:36:46.860 We want to make some tires.

00:36:48.100 It's a good place to work.

00:36:49.700 Can we just go along with this and not whine about it?

00:36:52.120 And I'm not saying that you should whine about this.

00:36:54.600 You should.

00:36:55.020 But like as as someone who's trying to get himself through this announcement.

00:36:59.780 And yeah, he's just he was probably the guy who was sitting in there.

00:37:03.740 I bet there were a lot in corporate boardrooms all across the country that are like, guys.

00:37:10.740 We make tires.

00:37:12.640 We make tires.

00:37:13.700 Why are we making a statement about what what right political stuff you can wear?

00:37:17.420 Right.

00:37:17.920 Well, can we stay out of this?

00:37:19.700 We make tires.

00:37:20.380 We make tires for people who drive cars that, you know, are going to an Antifa rally and we drive car.

00:37:28.020 We we we make tires for police cars.

00:37:32.460 Can we stop?

00:37:34.440 Can we stop?

00:37:35.000 We make tires.

00:37:35.760 And, you know, that's happening all over.

00:37:38.340 I am so blessed to work for my own company where we haven't had to have any of these and nor will we have any of these kinds of meetings. 0.89

00:37:48.080 It's ridiculous.

00:37:49.660 I don't know how you're doing in America. 0.98

00:37:52.180 And think about this, too.

00:37:53.380 What party is closer aligned with what Goodyear is actually doing?

00:37:57.680 You know what?

00:37:58.220 The other party is trying to get rid of cars.

00:38:01.440 So, you know, there's not a lot of value in Goodyear tires when none of the cars are on the roads.

00:38:06.380 And if you want to say, oh, well, that's not true.

00:38:08.620 They want to they'll want electric cars.

00:38:09.980 OK, fine.

00:38:10.700 But I mean, what are the tires made out of?

00:38:13.860 Right.

00:38:14.560 Like this.

00:38:14.960 These are this is a they're made out of fossil fuels.

00:38:17.520 That's what they're made out of. 0.98

00:38:20.320 This is a this is such a ridiculous thing. 0.91

00:38:25.760 And every company, you know, when this started back in the day, Glenn, because we were right at the cutting edge of this. 0.90

00:38:31.700 And when I say cutting edge, I mean, on the knife, like the side getting stabbed by these movements, you know, these sort of fakie movements that would say, oh, well, you know, we get five calls from some random activist group because supposedly Glenn said something on the air.

00:38:51.140 And it was always Glenn. Glenn said something on the air.

00:38:53.800 Never you. Never me.

00:38:55.260 That got us in trouble for some reason that someone didn't like some crazy activist.

00:39:00.080 And they would call and they'd get the same five people would call.

00:39:03.620 This is back when they were doing it via phone.

00:39:05.480 And then they started doing it via email.

00:39:07.020 And then the same people would get all these emails come in from the same activists over and over again.

00:39:12.200 Their form letters, they and I remember thinking at some point, these companies learn that what is happening to them is a scam.

00:39:22.580 There's not there's not a large movement saying you can't know because they don't learn.

00:39:27.880 They never learn.

00:39:28.440 They didn't learn because they got into the system and they are in positions of power.

00:39:35.960 So they are.

00:39:36.740 I mean, Black Lives Matter.

00:39:38.620 They are in positions of power now.

00:39:41.040 All of their supporters, they have them in Washington, D.C.

00:39:44.300 They have they have they've taken over one of the two political parties.

00:39:50.320 So you can't ignore them anymore.

00:39:53.520 And and yes, that's exactly how they built it.

00:39:56.660 And it was all built on Soros money and everything else. 0.97

00:39:59.780 And it's dirty as hell. 0.98

00:40:01.600 And it's Marxist. 0.75

00:40:03.740 But all these companies, they go with it because what are you going to do?

00:40:08.020 What are you going to do?

00:40:08.540 We did a quote from Ibram Kendi.

00:40:12.220 He's one of the big white. 0.94

00:40:13.500 He's in that white fragility sort of world. 0.99

00:40:15.400 This new racism. 0.74

00:40:16.400 Yeah.

00:40:16.420 Yeah.

00:40:16.540 Yeah.

00:40:16.960 And his quote was fascinating and so honest and so very much where we are today, which was the only solution for past discrimination is present discrimination.

00:40:27.520 The only solution for present discrimination is future discrimination.

00:40:31.980 They are outwardly advocating for discrimination.

00:40:36.300 It's why California is pulling out of their state constitution.

00:40:40.580 The the the the clause about you're not allowed to discriminate against the race or color of skin or whatever.

00:40:47.420 They want to be able to discriminate based on the color of skin.

00:40:53.380 Think of that statement.

00:40:55.040 They're they're pulling it out of constitutions.

00:40:58.160 They're bringing us back 400.

00:40:59.980 This is in progress.

00:41:00.840 This is taking us and dragging us back 400 years. 0.79

00:41:04.960 All of the worst instincts of human beings these people are trying to bring back when I mean these people, I mean left wing activists, almost a very small percentage of them are actually black.

00:41:16.920 This is this is a bunch of white elitists who have wanted this for a really long time, and they're using the death of George Floyd using black people who have been killed some, you know, in invalid circumstances, some in completely horrific circumstances and saying, you know what, we're going to build this movement on their backs. 0.97

00:41:38.880 It's disgusting. 0.98
